- 2:05Speaker 1: to the voice, come on dig me now, one and
- 2:08Speaker 1: only Steve Harvey Man got a radio show. How good
- 2:11Speaker 1: is God? Hum think about it? Just take a slight
- 2:14Speaker 1: inventory of your own life and say it to yourself
- 2:16Speaker 1: when you get through, how good is God? Think of
- 2:19Speaker 1: all the small things, all this because that's him. You breathe,
- 2:23Speaker 1: that's him. You steal him, that's him. You got another chance?
- 2:29Speaker 1: That's him. You ain't out of him. That's him. You
- 2:32Speaker 1: got any measure of health, that's him. You think it's
- 2:36Speaker 1: more to it than it really is, that it already
- 2:38Speaker 1: showed up to be. That's him. All of that. You got,
- 2:41Speaker 1: any dreams, of aspirations, you dream of other things, that's him.
- 2:46Speaker 1: All that, that's him, that's him. Him close you got,
- 2:49Speaker 1: that's him every time you eat. That's why they had
- 2:52Speaker 1: this thing called you say your grace. That's him. That's him, man,
- 2:56Speaker 1: that's him. It's amazing when you take a small inventory
- 2:59Speaker 1: how you find out how big God really is in
- 3:01Speaker 1: your life. Now, the more you turn yourself over to him,
- 3:04Speaker 1: the bigger he can be. For you. See, he'll only
- 3:07Speaker 1: be as big as you let him. It's one thing
- 3:09Speaker 1: about God. Now, he's a gentleman. He can make you
- 3:13Speaker 1: do anything. You know, you get too big for him,
- 3:17Speaker 1: you know you you you, you lose your humbleness. He
- 3:21Speaker 1: can humble you. Now. God created man with the power
- 3:26Speaker 1: of choice. We're the only creature he created that. He
- 3:30Speaker 1: gave us the total power of choice when we mate,
- 3:33Speaker 1: who we mate with. You know everything, all of it. Man.
- 3:39Speaker 1: It's the choice what we want to be, how much
- 3:41Speaker 1: we want to make, where we want to live, what
- 3:42Speaker 1: climate we want to live in. We can live in
- 3:45Speaker 1: cold climates, high climates. You know, we speak different languages.
- 3:48Speaker 1: You can go learn another language. A bear can't do
- 3:53Speaker 1: nothing but be a bear. He can't go learn how
- 3:57Speaker 1: to be a fox. He can't go learn how to
- 4:00Speaker 1: be an artor he just can't. An ostrich is an
- 4:03Speaker 1: ostrich Man. He can't come out of here and fight
- 4:06Speaker 1: like a lion. A lion is a lion. A lion
- 4:09Speaker 1: eat meat. He can't eat vegetables. I don't care how
- 4:12Speaker 1: much meat ain't around. He'll lay down and pull up
- 4:15Speaker 1: out of here and die because he can't eat grass.
- 4:18Speaker 1: He just a lion. Man. You understand this that God
- 4:23Speaker 1: gave us. We are the one creature he created that
- 4:26Speaker 1: has total power of choice. You can make every decision
- 4:29Speaker 1: in your life. What kind of watch you like, that's
- 4:32Speaker 1: the one you can buy. You want to live in Switzerland,
- 4:37Speaker 1: go ahead. You don't like Switzerland, you move to Miami.
- 4:41Speaker 1: You want to live your life a crime, Go ahead,
- 4:45Speaker 1: that's you. He gave you the power of choice. You
- 4:47Speaker 1: want to do right? Come on, So now look at
- 4:51Speaker 1: this thing. We are all the results of a series
- 4:59Speaker 1: of decisions that we have made. If we could just
- 5:03Speaker 1: identify that the problem is us, we could began the solution.
- 5:09Speaker 1: See that's the problem, y'all, it's us. It's what we do.
- 5:15Speaker 1: I threw my life down the hill. I can't tell
- 5:18Speaker 1: you how many years based on some decisions that I
- 5:21Speaker 1: was making. Now I can justify my decision with I
- 5:24Speaker 1: wasn't happy, and I was doing this and I was
- 5:27Speaker 1: in misery, and y'all on that, ye yes to you
- 5:29Speaker 1: when you get through. You made the decisions though, and
- 5:32Speaker 1: you can look at this anywhere you want to, y'all.
- 5:34Speaker 1: But at the end of the day, I'm just talking
- 5:35Speaker 1: to people that's really really wanting to improve their position
- 5:39Speaker 1: in life. And how do you do that? You got
- 5:43Speaker 1: to have a solution. How do you come up with
- 5:45Speaker 1: a solution? You got to identify the problem to even
- 5:51Speaker 1: began to solve it. But if the problem ain't ever you,
- 5:57Speaker 1: how are you gonna solve something that ain't you? See? Okay,
- 6:03Speaker 1: let me look at this one. If somebody said, like
- 6:08Speaker 1: I got a child of mine, man, I just do
- 6:10Speaker 1: right here. Man, I don't even wanna get into it
- 6:12Speaker 1: this morning. Or I'm struggling with this this boy. But man,
- 6:16Speaker 1: you go to people, you're asking why they do so?
- 6:19Speaker 1: I just I just wasn't taking care of business. Why
- 6:24Speaker 1: I just didn't take care of business? Boy, do you
- 6:27Speaker 1: understand that your life is gonna be filled with you
- 6:30Speaker 1: got to take care of business. So when you're gonna
- 6:32Speaker 1: start you know what, man, you can't you can't. You
- 6:36Speaker 1: can't go through life blaming everybody. It's got to be you. See,
- 6:41Speaker 1: you can fix you. You You can't fix nobody else if
- 6:44Speaker 1: you keep getting married and the marriages don't work. Hello, Hello, Hello,
- 6:49Speaker 1: could it be you? South finally had to sit down
- 6:53Speaker 1: and just make that decision. They don't need to be
- 6:55Speaker 1: coming on the radio talking about nobody else and what
- 6:58Speaker 1: they did to me, and y'all just don't know. No, no, no, man,
- 7:01Speaker 1: what about the part you played in it? Because see,
- 7:03Speaker 1: if you got a good marriage, you got a part
- 7:06Speaker 1: to play in that. If you got a bad one,
- 7:07Speaker 1: you got a part to play in that. Even if
- 7:11Speaker 1: it just get down to you the one picked them,
- 7:13Speaker 1: how about that, mister, mister, I made a decision. The
- 7:18Speaker 1: problem is usually within yourself. Do you know that's the quickest,
- 7:22Speaker 1: an easy way to fix your life. That way, you
- 7:25Speaker 1: ain't got to check with nobody. Here's the beauty of
- 7:27Speaker 1: going on and admitting that is you. You don't have
- 7:31Speaker 1: to check or clear it with nobody to start the
- 7:34Speaker 1: repair process. You don't need anybody's permission. You ain't got
- 7:38Speaker 1: to put it before the review board to see if
- 7:41Speaker 1: it'll pass. It ain't got to go through Congress. You
- 7:44Speaker 1: ain't got to hope that your local politician get their
- 7:47Speaker 1: hands on it to make a phone call for you.
- 7:49Speaker 1: You ain't got to ask any counselors to come in
- 7:51Speaker 1: and sit with you. You don't have to check in
- 7:53Speaker 1: the rehab. All you got to do is decide the
- 7:56Speaker 1: problem is me. I'm gonna start changing me. Identify the
- 8:03Speaker 1: problem and start with the part that you can own
- 8:08Speaker 1: up to. Once you identify the problem, you can start
- 8:14Speaker 1: planning on how to fix it or how to get
- 8:16Speaker 1: to accomplishing something. But remember this planning, this is important.
- 8:21Speaker 1: If you fail to plan, then please plan to fail.
- 8:27Speaker 1: If you don't know how to make a plan, let's
- 8:30Speaker 1: just start with the basics. Just make a list of
- 8:33Speaker 1: what you want. Make this list and then go to
- 8:38Speaker 1: God in prayer with an open mind and open your
- 8:43Speaker 1: mind up to all the clean opportunities that are available here.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Why a lot of people won't succeed because certain opportunities
- 8:52Speaker 1: come along you don't want to do them. That kills me. Man,
- 8:55Speaker 1: when I hear here, I ain't doing that. I know
- 8:58Speaker 1: young comedians that come to me all the time talking
- 9:00Speaker 1: about Man, what you're not saying. Man, Just take every
- 9:02Speaker 1: gig you can, no matter what they pay. Well, listen
- 9:06Speaker 1: to me, son, You can go make that money that
- 9:10Speaker 1: they pay, or you can make the decision to sit
- 9:12Speaker 1: at home and make no money. It's a comedy, hard business.
- 9:17Speaker 1: They ain't paying but one hundred dollars. You got to drive,
- 9:20Speaker 1: drive fifty miles. But if you drive fifty miles and
- 9:23Speaker 1: you make a hundred and you stand on that stage
- 9:25Speaker 1: for thirty minutes, you are now thirty minutes better than
- 9:28Speaker 1: you was the last time you went on stage. Oh, man,
- 9:33Speaker 1: I ain't man, they don't pay me, I ain't coming.
- 9:35Speaker 1: You ain't going to be a comedian, man, not like this. Hell,
- 9:40Speaker 1: A lot of people just don't want to do what's
- 9:42Speaker 1: necessary to do. So when the opportunity presents itself and
- 9:46Speaker 1: you open up your mind to it, man, then get
- 9:48Speaker 1: ready to go on and do it. Man, identify your
- 9:52Speaker 1: problem today. Start with the part dash you're listening to show.

- 14:33Speaker 1: Excuse me? You are you Isaia's mama? Yeah? I am
- 14:37Speaker 1: Why who are you? My name is Tony. I'm Deandre's daddy. DeAndre.
- 14:42Speaker 1: They played on this past season. They played on the
- 14:44Speaker 1: football They played on the on the Cityhawks together. Okay, okay,
- 14:49Speaker 1: but like, why are you calling me? Okay, I'm calling
- 14:52Speaker 1: you for a particular reason. Let me tell you what's
- 14:54Speaker 1: going on this whole plan's football season. Your son at Isaiah,
- 14:58Speaker 1: he was a starting quarterback. Yeah he's Yeah, he's a
- 15:01Speaker 1: certain quarterback. He works real hard, like that's that's a position. Okay.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Let me let me gonna say I already know that
- 15:08Speaker 1: my son DeAndre is way better than your son. I
- 15:11Speaker 1: I already know that all right now. I can't get
- 15:14Speaker 1: excuse you. No, he don't excuse me. I'm not gonna
- 15:16Speaker 1: excuse myself about this. I've been wanting to get you
- 15:19Speaker 1: on the phone so I can tell you exactly what's
- 15:20Speaker 1: going on. Let me tell you something that when when
- 15:23Speaker 1: the season come back around, when they get ready to
- 15:25Speaker 1: play again, I'm telling you right now, my son DeAndre
- 15:28Speaker 1: gonna be starting. Please know that. Just trust me. I'll
- 15:31Speaker 1: swear to you. I know what you did for your
- 15:33Speaker 1: Excuse me, sir, excuse me you you who do you
- 15:37Speaker 1: think you are calling me telling me that your son
- 15:39Speaker 1: is gonna take my son because this and on the team.
- 15:41Speaker 1: How do you even have my number I got? I
- 15:43Speaker 1: got your number from a reliable start. What are the
- 15:45Speaker 1: parents gave me your number? But what's like what kind
- 15:48Speaker 1: of mental problems you got calling my house telling me
- 15:51Speaker 1: about how your son is. So your son is like
- 15:53Speaker 1: not barely even on the team, he's not even stirting. Okay, No,
- 15:56Speaker 1: my son a starting Okay, well he gonna be starting ship. Okay,
- 16:01Speaker 1: but I know what you did for your son to
- 16:03Speaker 1: be started. Trust me, I don't know what you did,
- 16:05Speaker 1: and I didn't do anything. My son earned his position,
- 16:08Speaker 1: So I mean, I don't I don't really get what
- 16:10Speaker 1: you're saying here. You're talking about talking some big game
- 16:12Speaker 1: about your son taking my son's position. Like, first of all,
- 16:16Speaker 1: I don't even know who you are. I don't know
- 16:17Speaker 1: how you got my number. Like these these are kids,
- 16:20Speaker 1: it's not it's really not that serious, like their kids
- 16:22Speaker 1: out there having a good time, trying to play a game.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Like I haven't seen you at a game. I don't know.
- 16:30Speaker 1: I don't know what you could think. You are stepping
- 16:32Speaker 1: up being like my son is gonna take your son's position,
- 16:35Speaker 1: Like what kind of being crazy are you? You're calling
- 16:38Speaker 1: me out of nowhere, out of that, You're calling me nowhere,
- 16:40Speaker 1: out of the clear blue. I'm just minding my business.
- 16:43Speaker 1: My son is playing this game. Who the are you
- 16:45Speaker 1: and why are you calling me? Like I ain't been
- 16:48Speaker 1: to no games, but I'm anna beat on next season.
- 16:50Speaker 1: I bet there. Okay, Okay, I mean you could try,
- 16:53Speaker 1: You could try. You might not want to come to
- 16:55Speaker 1: your son's still ain't certain. But let's go. Don't get
- 16:58Speaker 1: you the reason why I called you already know why
- 17:00Speaker 1: your son started, because it's going on. That's going on?
- 17:04Speaker 1: What what? No, my son is starting because he earned
- 17:06Speaker 1: his position. He's the best on the team. Your son,
- 17:09Speaker 1: you kind of arm you're saying that cans. But are
- 17:12Speaker 1: you suing your son ain't starting because maybe you maybe
- 17:15Speaker 1: you slept, maybe you slept with coach Briant? What wait,
- 17:19Speaker 1: excuse you? Like, did you did you? Did you sleep
- 17:22Speaker 1: with coach Brian so you'll soon get that position? Did
- 17:25Speaker 1: you do that? Your mama's slept with coach for coach
- 17:27Speaker 1: Brian with her drive. That's why your son ain't playing.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Who do you think you are accusing me and sleeping
- 17:33Speaker 1: with a coach. Hey, hey, I'm just I'm just letting
- 17:36Speaker 1: you know I know what you did for ya. You
- 17:38Speaker 1: don't know, you don't know, you don't know. Okay, So,
- 17:42Speaker 1: so so you you singing you ain't set with coach
- 17:44Speaker 1: brand that's what you're saying. Yo, So Isaiah starting because
- 17:47Speaker 1: he just because because hey, they just picked him in
- 17:50Speaker 1: the start. You are crazy. First of all, you're gonna
- 17:53Speaker 1: have to talk to my husband because these accusations are
- 17:58Speaker 1: ridiculous and out of control, Like, I don't know who
- 18:00Speaker 1: you think you are calling on the house excusing me
- 18:02Speaker 1: of sleeping with the coach my son earned his positions
- 18:05Speaker 1: on the team. He's like the who you think you are?
- 18:09Speaker 1: You are Gray Bud? Who is your looks? Who is that?
- 18:12Speaker 1: My husband is? Curtis? So you don't know because you
- 18:15Speaker 1: may never showed up for your own damn son. Okay, Curtis,
- 18:18Speaker 1: your your little name, Curtis. Okay, okay, So I'll tell
- 18:20Speaker 1: you what I need. I need to talk to Curtis.
- 18:22Speaker 1: You know what I need to do. Oh, you're gonna
- 18:24Speaker 1: more than talk to Curtis. You're gonna catch some cans
- 18:27Speaker 1: from Curtis with that mouth. Okay, all good. So so
- 18:30Speaker 1: so let me answer this. You're showing like Curtis that
- 18:33Speaker 1: drive trumps. That's Curtis. I'm talking about Curtis, my husband
- 18:38Speaker 1: in my house. You don't know who we are because
- 18:40Speaker 1: you ain't never showed up. You ain't nobody. Your kid
- 18:43Speaker 1: is nobody. Whole phone, call his book, and you need
- 18:46Speaker 1: to call back into whatever the whole you came out of,
- 18:49Speaker 1: because I am not here for this Curtis is a driver, right, Yeah,

- 44:16Speaker 1: to it is the nephew with the prank phone call
- 44:18Speaker 1: right after this you're listening to show. Coming up in
- 44:25Speaker 1: about four minutes after the hour, it's my strawberry letter
- 44:28Speaker 1: for today and the subject is I need to get
- 44:31Speaker 1: away for a while. Okay, I like that. Who does that?
- 44:34Speaker 1: We'll find out what that's all about. Uh huh uh
- 44:38Speaker 1: huh And just a couple of minutes we'll find myself though.
- 44:44Speaker 1: But first let's go over to the nephew and the
- 44:47Speaker 1: prank phone call. That ain't my name today, That ain't
- 44:50Speaker 1: my name. My name is John uh Chelow. Yeah yeah,
- 44:58Speaker 1: ready to Love? Yeah all right, because because you know,
- 45:03Speaker 1: because you know, Ready to Love is getting ready to drop, Okay,
- 45:05Speaker 1: getting ready to drop in Miami, July the twenty ninth. Okay,
- 45:10Speaker 1: so if we're talking love, I might as well tie
- 45:12Speaker 1: this thing together. The prank called today is love et cetera, Love, etcetera.
- 45:20Speaker 1: I don't know how to spell et cetera. So it's
- 45:22Speaker 1: an etc. That's that's right. That period it's the ecc, etc. Etc.
- 45:29Speaker 1: And that's how you spell it. That's how you said it.
- 45:36Speaker 1: That's okay, go ahead. I'm okay, Hello, Hello, I'm trying
- 45:41Speaker 1: to reach out Kaylin, Kaylin. Oh no, she's not here
- 45:45Speaker 1: right now. Who's speaking? This is doctor Elbert Listen. I
- 45:48Speaker 1: was giving a call. Are you able to leave a
- 45:49Speaker 1: message for it for me? Yeah? Yeah, okay? Would you
- 45:52Speaker 1: let her know her sessions will be on Wednesdays at
- 45:55Speaker 1: seven third sessions. What session you're talking about? Session? Well,
- 45:58Speaker 1: actually she signed up for class. Uh, an eight week
- 46:01Speaker 1: class and it's every Wednesday night at seven thirty. Okay,
- 46:05Speaker 1: what what classes are you talking about? What kind of class?
- 46:08Speaker 1: This is? Love et cetera? Have you heard of us? No? Okay,
- 46:11Speaker 1: well let me kind of give you a little briefing here.
- 46:14Speaker 1: Kaylin actually came in and filled out to take some classes,
- 46:17Speaker 1: and um, we love et cetera, so we teach different things. Uh,
- 46:21Speaker 1: what is it like a seminar or something? Well, you
- 46:23Speaker 1: we teach poor play, intimacy, sensual massages and things like that.
- 46:29Speaker 1: And she I was actually here when she came and
- 46:31Speaker 1: filled out the paperwork. She said she wanted to scruce
- 46:34Speaker 1: up her love life with her husband. Are you her husband? Yeah, yeah,
- 46:38Speaker 1: I'm I'm a husband. But what I'm saying is is
- 46:40Speaker 1: this like a like a joint thing? Am I supposed
- 46:42Speaker 1: to be there or something? No? No, no, no no, no,
- 46:44Speaker 1: this is actually her wanting to Actually I'm if you
- 46:47Speaker 1: don't know about it, I'm assuming she wants to surprise
- 46:50Speaker 1: you and show you some different things. When when she
- 46:52Speaker 1: finishes her sessions. So when did uh? When when did
- 46:56Speaker 1: she come in? Like she came in? Where where y'all located?
- 46:58Speaker 1: First of all, Okay, she actually came in a couple
- 47:01Speaker 1: of weeks ago and she filled out the paperwork. We're
- 47:03Speaker 1: in the downtown area. She filled it out. She said
- 47:06Speaker 1: she was very excited. She wanted to do some different
- 47:08Speaker 1: things for her husband. We just asked if she gets
- 47:10Speaker 1: here a little earlier, probably fifteen minutes earlier, so she
- 47:13Speaker 1: can shower and put a robe on, and then we
- 47:15Speaker 1: can we can start class. Who who whoa whoa whoa
- 47:17Speaker 1: whoa whoa shower? Shower and rose? What's that? What's that for?
- 47:21Speaker 1: I mean, you're not you're not upset about this all
- 47:24Speaker 1: right now. I mean, I don't got no problem with
- 47:25Speaker 1: you know us, we mean we know, I mean we
- 47:27Speaker 1: married couple, you know what I mean, So you know,
- 47:29Speaker 1: anything the spice spice up the marriage. But you know,
- 47:31Speaker 1: as far as me not being involved in her going
- 47:34Speaker 1: out to barself and you're talking about taking the bath
- 47:36Speaker 1: and robe and all the other stuff. Man, she don't
- 47:38Speaker 1: need to be there for no, for no meth like that. Man, Well, no, no, sir,
- 47:41Speaker 1: it's nothing like that. I mean it's it's it's basically
- 47:44Speaker 1: a class where people get in touch with her with
- 47:47Speaker 1: their sensitive side and you get to actually, you know,
- 47:49Speaker 1: you learn about for play. What takes put you're talking
- 47:52Speaker 1: about eight weeks though eight weeks, sir? You must how
- 47:58Speaker 1: y'all even eight weeks? I musten too. It's only one
- 48:01Speaker 1: night a week, it's only on Wednesday. So really you
- 48:03Speaker 1: only have eight sessions. Eight sessions exactly. Okay, So why
- 48:07Speaker 1: why did she have to have a robe though? I mean,
- 48:09Speaker 1: why she not? Why she is not showing up at
- 48:10Speaker 1: the work or whatever. Well, you have to bring your rope, sir.
- 48:13Speaker 1: Everyone showers and then they put their robe on and
- 48:16Speaker 1: we we actually coached them through. Here's how fourth play goes.
- 48:19Speaker 1: Here's the intimacy. Here's sensual massaging. No no, no, no
- 48:23Speaker 1: fan you you get you getting it twisted. What I'm
- 48:25Speaker 1: asking you is you you you're really not explaining yourself enough.
- 48:29Speaker 1: Like what do y'all do? Like like a classroom? Says
- 48:33Speaker 1: if I'm in the class, I'm taking a class. There's
- 48:35Speaker 1: nobody touching me, ain't no, ain't no cold coming off,
- 48:38Speaker 1: a nobody taking no group showers, king on what you got?
- 48:41Speaker 1: What you sound like, what's going nothing, nothing like that
- 48:45Speaker 1: at all. But we do come in contact with our
- 48:48Speaker 1: sensual side. Now we'll have a partner in class. She'll
- 48:52Speaker 1: deal with that one partner. It's not until the fourth
- 48:55Speaker 1: session that we really get into some strong physical contacts.
- 48:59Speaker 1: What are you talking about? What are you talking about?
- 49:02Speaker 1: You're talking about a partner, or like you're talking about
- 49:03Speaker 1: another woman like some of my teammates something. What you're
- 49:05Speaker 1: talking about? You call about another dude? Everyone has the
- 49:07Speaker 1: opposite sex partner. Then you got to be out your
- 49:10Speaker 1: mind such even when you called, why are you even?
- 49:12Speaker 1: Why are you even calling me with this right here?
- 49:14Speaker 1: And if you have to understand, I'm I wasn't calling you.
- 49:18Speaker 1: I was trying to reach miss Klin. I don't care
- 49:20Speaker 1: who are you trying to reach? Man? You call in
- 49:22Speaker 1: my house talking about my wife or some role that
- 49:25Speaker 1: some partners and they don't get physical to the form
- 49:27Speaker 1: session of Carien ain't gonna be no physical at all, sirt. Basically,
- 49:30Speaker 1: your wife is trying to surprise you with a good thing.
- 49:33Speaker 1: No no, no, no, no hold on you just hold on,
- 49:35Speaker 1: gonna get this straighten down real quick. Hold on, wait wait, wait, wait,
- 49:38Speaker 1: what are you what are you doing. I'm gonna call
- 49:39Speaker 1: my wife. That's what I'm out. What you don't understand
- 49:42Speaker 1: she's trying. It's not good for you to call. She
- 49:43Speaker 1: wants to surprise you my wife. You let me handle
- 49:46Speaker 1: my wife the way I want to handle it. You
- 49:47Speaker 1: hold on this rule. You called me back when you
- 49:52Speaker 1: get this message. Called me back at the house as
- 49:54Speaker 1: soon as you get to sir. Yeah, such, she wants
- 49:58Speaker 1: to surprise you. Well, we got surprised already, y'all. Right,
- 50:01Speaker 1: the first of all, she ain't gonna be coming down
- 50:03Speaker 1: to yall little sessions. And where y'all say y'all got
- 50:06Speaker 1: do located at again? Well, Love et cetera is in
- 50:09Speaker 1: the downtown area. How much this thing's supposed to cost anyway? Well,
- 50:12Speaker 1: like I said, she signed up for eight sessions. It's
- 50:15Speaker 1: it's uh one session per week. It's one hundred dollars
- 50:18Speaker 1: eight sessions. She's already paid the eight hundred dollars, Sir.
- 50:20Speaker 1: She already paid what she's paid him full to do
- 50:23Speaker 1: all eight sessions. Man, I know, well, she ain't pay
- 50:25Speaker 1: no eight hundred dollars to y'all. She's starting this coming
- 50:28Speaker 1: when she won't be there I'm gonna tell you that
- 50:30Speaker 1: right now. And I and if you if you got
- 50:32Speaker 1: any of that money, you got any of my money
- 50:33Speaker 1: down there, you best be coming back with it. I'm
- 50:36Speaker 1: I'm sorry downtown, y'all Downtown. I work downtown, So guess what.
- 50:40Speaker 1: I will be there tomorrow to get my money. You love, etcetera.
- 50:44Speaker 1: Is nonrefundable when people sign up for these classes. You
- 50:46Speaker 1: can't change your mind like that. Look, man, that's paperwork.
- 50:49Speaker 1: Don't don't tell me about what's not refundable, what's refundable,
- 50:53Speaker 1: what's not refundable. If I show up, I'm gonna have
- 50:55Speaker 1: my money back right in my aims? Would it, Mikey,
- 50:58Speaker 1: would you feel a little bit more comfortable? I was
- 51:00Speaker 1: her partner doing the sessions. Are you married, sir? Yes?
- 51:03Speaker 1: I am. You are, okay, so let me have a
- 51:04Speaker 1: session with your wife. I do a year with your
- 51:06Speaker 1: wife about my wife. My wife works with other men
- 51:09Speaker 1: in the sessions. That that's fine. So I'm gonna knock
- 51:12Speaker 1: your wife down for about a good you know, you
- 51:14Speaker 1: know whatever, and then we're gonna see how you like
- 51:16Speaker 1: about sir. Sir, I'm not gonna go back and forth.

- 54:13Speaker 1: and hold on tight. We got it for you here.
- 54:14Speaker 1: It is the Strawberry Letter. Thank you, nephew. Subject I
- 54:18Speaker 1: need to get away for a while. Just Stephen Shirley.
- 54:22Speaker 1: I'm a forty three year old married woman and my
- 54:24Speaker 1: husband and I have four children. The teenagers are fine,
- 54:28Speaker 1: but I went and had two younger children that get
- 54:31Speaker 1: on my last nerve. They take so much time and
- 54:34Speaker 1: energy that I don't feel like I have any time
- 54:36Speaker 1: for myself. My husband doesn't help me out at all
- 54:40Speaker 1: with the children, so I'm a full time housewife and mother.
- 54:45Speaker 1: My husband used to come home during the day for
- 54:47Speaker 1: a quickie, but he stopped doing that. Our three year
- 54:50Speaker 1: old usually comes in our room at night. So I
- 54:52Speaker 1: stopped trying to have sex a year ago. That doesn't
- 54:55Speaker 1: mean that I don't need to or want to. I
- 54:58Speaker 1: just don't want to do it with my husband or
- 55:00Speaker 1: in the US at all. My girlfriends and I are
- 55:06Speaker 1: going through similar experiences, and one of them researched a
- 55:10Speaker 1: vacation spot with men there to cater to women twenty
- 55:14Speaker 1: four seven and older ladies. She knows went there for
- 55:17Speaker 1: New Years for New Year's and she had so much
- 55:20Speaker 1: good sex. She's good until twenty twenty three. I just
- 55:24Speaker 1: want the experience of being with someone else, someone that
- 55:28Speaker 1: has a lot of stamina and knows what he's doing.
- 55:32Speaker 1: I just need to get away for a while. I
- 55:35Speaker 1: know this is unbelievable for a woman to have this
- 55:37Speaker 1: type of request, but men do it all the time.
- 55:40Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure back in the day when my husband
- 55:43Speaker 1: went away with his friends, he wasn't an angel and
- 55:46Speaker 1: possibly cheated on me because he would always come back
- 55:49Speaker 1: bright eyed and bushey tailed and want to please me
- 55:52Speaker 1: over and over. These days are those days are long gone?
- 55:57Speaker 1: And now I need to go and sew my royal
- 56:00Speaker 1: before I lose my mind. I love my husband, dearly.
- 56:04Speaker 1: So I'm doing this for us and so our marital
- 56:08Speaker 1: bond can stay strong. Just like a man might ask you,
- 56:12Speaker 1: I'm asking, how do I get my husband to agree
- 56:15Speaker 1: to me leaving him with the children? Where? Yeah, yeah,
- 56:26Speaker 1: you heard it. So you're a full time housewife and mother, okay,
- 56:31Speaker 1: whose children get on your nerves and your husband doesn't help.
- 56:34Speaker 1: Your husband doesn't help with them. You said you went
- 56:38Speaker 1: and had two younger children, so I'm going to assume
- 56:41Speaker 1: you wanted them at the time. Now you're acting like
- 56:44Speaker 1: you forgot what three year olds do. I mean, come on, now,
- 56:47Speaker 1: every mom I agree with you here. Every mom needs
- 56:50Speaker 1: a break from time to time, a nice girl's night out,
- 56:53Speaker 1: fun girls trip or something like that, but not a
- 56:57Speaker 1: sexcation like you're talking about to get done by some
- 57:02Speaker 1: random man at a resort. I mean, you're a married woman.
- 57:06Speaker 1: I know you know that, even though you said you
- 57:08Speaker 1: don't want to do it with your husband or anywhere
- 57:11Speaker 1: in the US. But you sound crazy. I mean, you
- 57:14Speaker 1: are married. Don't you even care about that? Your husband
- 57:18Speaker 1: is right there. I mean, why can't you guys try
- 57:21Speaker 1: to reignite that spark. There's nothing going on there. I
- 57:24Speaker 1: mean that seems to be the problem to me. You
- 57:26Speaker 1: don't care about your marriage right now. You've given up.
- 57:29Speaker 1: There's no romance, no excitement, no more working on the marriage.
- 57:33Speaker 1: You think going outside, going to the sex resort is
- 57:36Speaker 1: going to fix everything, It'll probably cause even more problems
- 57:40Speaker 1: for you. You gotta at least try to honor your vows.
- 57:43Speaker 1: And as for the kids, your husband doesn't get a pass.
- 57:46Speaker 1: They're his kids too, so he definitely should hold up
- 57:49Speaker 1: his in and watch them while you go to you know,
- 57:53Speaker 1: get away, go to lunch with your girls, get your nails,
- 57:55Speaker 1: get your hair done, have your teenagers pitch in sometimes too.
- 57:59Speaker 1: I mean, they're solutions to these problems that you're that
- 58:02Speaker 1: you say you're having here. I mean, I would try
- 58:05Speaker 1: these things out before I run off and cheat with
- 58:08Speaker 1: another man. You know, I don't know. This just is
- 58:12Speaker 1: really crazy what you're asking right now to me, Steve, Well,
- 58:19Speaker 1: you know, the thing about being second in the Strawberry
- 58:23Speaker 1: letter is I have an advantage where I get to
- 58:27Speaker 1: hear what Shirley's going to say, not that it affects
- 58:30Speaker 1: her change. It's what she's gonna say, and I've discovered
- 58:34Speaker 1: it don't affect or change nothing I'm gonna say either.
- 58:38Speaker 1: It's just I read different than Shirley, because Shirley's a
- 58:43Speaker 1: better reader than I am. Shirley's more educated than I am.
- 58:47Speaker 1: Shirley's more well spoken than I am, more well read
- 58:50Speaker 1: than I am. When I read these letters, I don't
- 58:54Speaker 1: know what I'll be reading, but I don't know. I
- 58:59Speaker 1: just see other stuff. So here I go, reading as
- 59:06Speaker 1: an ignorant person that ain't really ignorant, though. Here we go.
- 59:12Speaker 1: Now you're forty through. Y'all married woman, your husband, y'all
- 59:15Speaker 1: got folk kids, teenagers, fine, and had two young kids
- 59:18Speaker 1: to get on your last nerve. I got seven and
- 59:21Speaker 1: ain't none of them young, And they get on my
- 59:23Speaker 1: damn there. Hello, Shelley's baby, get on her nerves. Calla daughter,
- 59:28Speaker 1: get on her damn nerves sometimes too. Oh, we hear
- 59:31Speaker 1: all about the cheer leading and any thing, But then
- 59:33Speaker 1: all peaches and cream. Now you want what you gotta go?
- 59:37Speaker 1: Where you want to have a sleepover? It's COVID. You
- 59:41Speaker 1: know she going through it too, you know, And then
- 59:46Speaker 1: you know you know your husband don't help you out
- 59:48Speaker 1: with the kids. You're a full time housewife and mother.
- 59:50Speaker 1: That's a big job. That's a huge job. Folk kids,
- 59:53Speaker 1: I gotta give it to you. Then your husband used
- 59:56Speaker 1: to come home doing the day for a quickie. He
- 59:57Speaker 1: stopped doing that. Well because them folk kids. That's why
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: he quick coming home for them quickies. Because we got
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: folk and he don't want five, so that stops the quickies.
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: That's why he don't come home no more. He don't
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: want number five. Now, this letter gonna take a turn
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: when we come back, and I'll have to get into
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: it because the three ye old and started coming to
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: get in the bed. And now y'all ain't had sex
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: in over a year, and that don't mean you don't
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: want to. And we're gonna get into that when we
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: come back. All right, all right, hang on Part two
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: of Steve's response to the Strawberry Letter, coming up at
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: twenty three minutes after the hour. The subject is I
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: need to get away for a while. Okay, we'll get
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: back into it right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: Morning Show. All right, come on, Steve, let's recap today's
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: Strawberry letter. The subject is I need to get away
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: for a while. Well, the recap is easy because we
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: ain't really said nothing. Forty three year old woman with
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: folk kids, married to a husband that don't help the kids.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: She's frustrated, she's overworked, underappreciated. That's the story of a
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: lot of women. Being a full time housewife and mother
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: is a huge job. Understood, sister, can't take nothing front
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: or your husband don't help out? Ye and your man
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: because he used to come home for a quickie, but
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: he quit doing that. He quit doing that. But like
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: I said, you got four kids, he don't want number five,
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: ain't don't need to come into the house for quickis
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: no both? Then the three year old has started coming
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: sleeping in the bed with y'all. Y'all don't stop us.
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: Or now you ain't even had to try to have
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: sex in a year. Then you say that doesn't mean
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: that I don't need to or want to. I just
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: don't want to do it with my husband or in
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: the US at all. Wait a minute, did that come from?
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: Everybody heard that line in the letter? I don't want
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: to do it with my husband or in the US
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: at all? What is wrong with United States? Six? I
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: don't have a problem. I am telling you right now.
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: I'm a global world traveler. You are, But United States
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: sex is where I've had the absolute most of them. Alabama, Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Westinia,
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: all them down, Kentucky, Texas, Yeah, Oklahoma and yeah, California, Yes, Vegas,
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: everyone new, Mexico, Colorado, asked the rockets. I've been everyone.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: I don't like. I don't like high altitude sex. That was.
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: I don't like how pull yourself together? You need the oxygen.
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: I get on the tank. After that, I tried that
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: how to do sex? I had to stop. I wait,
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: I get all right, Here we go anyway. So that's
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: I don't done any What this letter is about. All
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: my girlfriends are going through some similar experiences. And one
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: of them researched a vacation spot with men there to
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: cater to women twenty four seven and older ladies. She
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: knows went there for New Year's and she had so
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: much good sex. She good in to twenty twenty three.
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: Now let me ask you something. First of all, and
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: older ladies, she knows you already forty three, So you
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: know an older lady that went there and had so
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: much sex she good for twenty twenty three. So now
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: you and your girls and got together, and this is
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: what y'all want to do, Okay, I just want the
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: experience of being with someone else. Oh so what are
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: you all telling the truth? You just want to see
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: what it is to be with somebody else. Some variety
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: is what you want right now, and you don't want
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: it in the US. Where is this resort? Thank you?
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: We all need to know. I'm trying to well, I
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: don't want to know. I just want to know where
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: they didn't found me, and that what country you're going to,
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: because I tell you right now, if it ain't in
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: the right country, you're gonna be disappointed. Like our from
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: Mexico is not known for that resort. I've been a
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: lock can't coom hard rock moon Baby, I'm in the all,
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: and they're not known for that losting time USA. And
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: I ain't seen nobody walking through that look like they've
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: feel to be ringing veils and knocking boots and putting
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: your eyes in the back of your head. I ain't
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: seen it, just size wise, I ain't no go to Jamaica.
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: Go to Jamaica. Some stuff could help them. They're over
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: there handling it that. If you're gonna to Jamaica, it's
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: something like that has possibility. I can tell you right now,
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: don't go to France. It ain't what you think you're
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: the boi. It's just that said, oh who that last.
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: You ain't gonna know what hell they're saying. It's gonna
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: be like disappointment over there. But I don't recommend German
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: and either because it's rough, ain't feel cross docks, don't
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: nobody want to give holiday. That's evil sex in Germany.
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: So I don't recommend you're going to Germany. Africa not Africa.
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: You can go to Africa's gonna be a whole lot
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: like us, because that ain't nobody but us. That's Detroit
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: is over there, Chicago, Cleveland is over there, and they
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: all look like us. That it's gonna be some gonna
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: be some good loving over there. But it's gonna be
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: a little it's gonna be a little bit different though.
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: So I'm trying to figure out the country. Only try
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: I could recommend you go to is Jamaica. Um, you know,
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: because they down there and the boys down there bringing it,
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: and they all lot of them over there look like
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: dress over there, A lot of dresses going over there. Sould.
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: That's what I ain't. I ain't really got no news
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: for you, Excelf. Let me just help you with this
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: last part. How did I get my husband to agree
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: with me leaving the children? First of all, you cannot
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: tell him where you're going that, you cannot do that.
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: And then next you have got to lie. See I've
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: told y'all about the truth. Truth is overrated. You have
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: got to lie. You cannot even remotely suggest that this
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: is where you're going. So I would just tell him
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: that you and your girlfriends are going to a fat phomb.
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: That's what you need to say. You're going go to
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: a fat phone and just go over there and get
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: worked out till you lose weight, and then you come
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: back and he'll believe. That's all I got for your ship.
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: And when I all you want me to come back,
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: I tell you other countries to avoid coming up next.
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: You're listening, all right, guys, it is time now for
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: junior in sports talk. What you got junior? Okay, Shirley.

- 1:08:45Speaker 1: We are knocked them wrong. All right? In sports, let's
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: talk about it, man. A little sad news. Former Carolina
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: Panthers Sean Anderson, who went with Jackson State. He was
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: the first round pick. He has passed away, Uh, yesterday,
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: a couple of days ago. We don't know why. I
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: don't know. He was forty five years old. Man. You
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: gotta remember last month we lost ex Cowboy running back
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: maryon Barbar the third two. So man, we just prayed
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: for his family. We're sending all our conduces. But in
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: the NBA, this is where I have a problem. Man.
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: I don't understand what the Rockets is doing in the
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: off season. We have not heard them sign nobody. We
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: already let John Wall go okay, we just let John
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: Wall go. Bocke. Yeah, if we just need somebody, just
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: get us somebody. I don't know who it is, but
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: get us some away. Y'all looking at all? Donovan Mitchell
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: is available. We don't go get him. He won't out
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: of Utah. We don't. We don't go get him. Kevin
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: Durant want to do team. You don't think we're the
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: team for him? Well, hell, put Kyrie over here. We'll
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: take Kyrie. Hell, we'll do that. Yeah, We'll take Kyrie.
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: We'll look at us. We won seventeen games last season.
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: Can't really be picky. We won seventeen games, can we really?
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: We have talk? What with seventy lee? If let to play?
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: Why we don't get nobody of Ice Jubilie. We should
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: go look at Ice Jublie. Go get somebody out the
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: Big three. We can get somebody from the Big three.
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: I don't understand why we're not doing mo in off season.
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: Come on, Rockets, now, come on now, trash all right? Junior?
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour, Wendy Williams
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: gets real candid about what she's hoping to do in
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: the near future. We'll talk about it right after this.
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: You're listening, Steve Morning Show. Wendy Williams did an exclusive
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: interview with The New York Post this week, and she
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: was asked if she watched the final episode of the
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: Wendy Williams Show. She gave her thoughts on the final
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: episode and went on to say she wanted to do
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: a podcast and she wants to have a restaurant. But
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: what she said after that was sheer comedy in true
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: Wendy Williams fashion, take a listen. My partner and I
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: watch it and I'm like, yeah, if I don't do
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: anything else, including podcast, including restaurant, I would love to
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: fall in love. I want to. A lot of girls
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: at seven don't care about Excuse me, I'm gorgeous? Can
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: I don't go back on TV? I don't know. I've
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: got so much money. I could do anything I want
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: for nothing at all. She ready to love, She's ready
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: to love. She didn't say love though. I know. Yeah,
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: be about the word love. Yeah, that's what she's said.
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: Oh she said, oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, she's ready
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: to blanket. It's been a long time. Huh Yeah, it's
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: gonna be some mo It's gonna be some It's gonna
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: be It's gonna be some mo time. Ain't that's what
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: it is. Ain't nobody stepping up to the time. I
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: went to the barbershop. Every week, I go to the
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: Barb show I walk it. Ain't nobody said, boy, I
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: can't wait to get the Windy. Ain't nobody in Well,
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: they don't know. Now maybe they will, they'll change their mind.
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: And she said what she said, But I like what
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: she said at the end. She's got enough money to
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: do whatever she wants, whenever she wants. I like mad
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: at that. Come on back, she can't blank. I mean, well,
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: she's just letting that. She's putting the word out. Is
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: that how you put it out there? All that? Like
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: that at the New York and when style that didn't
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: feel scary to you, I'm scared of going there. It
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: wasn't southing enough. It wasn't sothing. Oh now it hard. No,
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: Now that's what you always talk about. Now somebody said
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: that's what they want to do. Now of a sudden,
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: you're scared. Yeah, yeah, his mind? Who's it? Yeah? That
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: out there? Now? What now you're backing down because she's
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: I'm scared time out. I'm going I want to go
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: to time about I guess you heard what Wendy had
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: to say. She is ready, single, ready to mingle, ready

- 1:15:38Speaker 1: The worker expected his usual monthly check of five hundred
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: and forty five dollars, but instead received a check for
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: more than one hundred and eighty thousand dollars. Now when
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: he noticed, yeah, when he noticed the mistake, he alerted
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: his manager, who told him to go to his bank
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: and repay the money. But he never did and the
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: company can't find him. They tried to reach him for
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: several days and eventually received a letter from his attorney
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: informing them of his resignation. He hasn't been heard from
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: since the company has filed a complaint with the police,
