Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Good morning, Welcome. It is the Ben Ferguson podcast. Nice
- 0:03Speaker 1: to have you with us, and dea nominee telling senators
- 0:07Speaker 1: that Kilmar Obrego Garcia's tattoos are in fact consistent with
- 0:14Speaker 1: MS thirteen membership, yet again blowing up the narrative by
- 0:19Speaker 1: the left that these it was a photoshop or a
- 0:23Speaker 1: fake picture that the presidents showed the country about those
- 0:27Speaker 1: knuckles and the tattoos on them. It is truly amazing
- 0:32Speaker 1: to me just how far the left will go to
- 0:36Speaker 1: lie and to try deceive you about what is actually happening,
- 0:41Speaker 1: just so that they can try to undermine the president
- 0:44Speaker 1: of the United States of America. Also, we're getting some
- 0:48Speaker 1: new word on We're getting some new word now from
- 0:56Speaker 1: Trump advisors on the latest economic data. They say is
- 1:02Speaker 1: actually not as bad as the media is trying to
- 1:04Speaker 1: put it out to be. Peter Navarro on CNBC earlier
- 1:08Speaker 1: saying this about where we are when it comes to tariffs,
- 1:11Speaker 1: and yeah, there is some pain when you're trying to
- 1:14Speaker 1: change people and the world that have been taking advantage
- 1:17Speaker 1: of the US for quite some time. Take a listen.
- 1:20Speaker 1: One thing about today's news. That's the best.
- 1:23Speaker 2: Negative print I have ever seen in my life, and
- 1:29Speaker 2: the markets need to like look beneath the surface of that.
- 1:32Speaker 2: We had a twenty two percent increase in domestic investment
- 1:37Speaker 2: that is.
- 1:38Speaker 1: Off the charts. When you strip out inventories and the.
- 1:42Speaker 2: Negative effects of the surgeon imports because of the tariffs,
- 1:46Speaker 2: you had three percent growth. So we really like where
- 1:51Speaker 2: we're at now with respect to China. Like, look, Jim,
- 1:55Speaker 2: we know that China cheats us. We know that we
- 1:59Speaker 2: use tariffs to defend ourselves against that.
- 2:01Speaker 1: Get and what we're trying to do with China.
- 2:04Speaker 2: As well as the rest of the world, get the
- 2:07Speaker 2: terriff barriers down, get the non terriff farriers down, and
- 2:11Speaker 2: we do that or with the strategy we're adopting, and
- 2:14Speaker 2: I think it's working dutifully.
- 2:16Speaker 1: We've had I mean, they're taking numbers.
- 2:18Speaker 3: You know.
- 2:19Speaker 2: It's like you've got to go in and get a
- 2:20Speaker 2: number now to get a meeting with us t R
- 2:24Speaker 2: the United States Trade Represented in order to make a deal.
- 2:28Speaker 1: So all that's going to be great. So let's see
- 2:31Speaker 1: what happens here. You listen to Pieranavarro there and he's right,
- 2:36Speaker 1: you got to look beneath the surface of the numbers
- 2:38Speaker 1: because the media says everything's terrible, everything's bad, everything's awful, right,
- 2:43Speaker 1: like everything is just the worst thing ever. And Donald
- 2:46Speaker 1: Trump's screwing up the world. And Donald Trump's like, no,
- 2:49Speaker 1: like the people elected me to do this. Donald Trump
- 2:52Speaker 1: in the oval today as they were having this cabinet
- 2:55Speaker 1: meeting on China trade war. Here's what he said, is
- 3:00Speaker 1: all right, should say not in the oval as they're
- 3:01Speaker 1: having the cabinet meeting. Take a list in the count room.
- 3:04Speaker 1: What the president said, Why don't you speak to President China?
- 3:09Speaker 3: We all look right now.
- 3:11Speaker 1: And I told you before.
- 3:12Speaker 3: They're having tremendous difficulty because their factories are not doing business.
- 3:18Speaker 3: They made a trillion dollars with Biden, a trillion dollars,
- 3:22Speaker 3: even a trillion one with Biden selling us stuff, much of.
- 3:27Speaker 1: It we don't need, you know.
- 3:28Speaker 3: Somebody said, oh, the shelves are going to be opened. Well,
- 3:31Speaker 3: maybe the children will have two dollars instead of thirty dollars,
- 3:34Speaker 3: you know, and maybe the two dolls will cost a
- 3:37Speaker 3: couple of bucks more than they would nominally. But we're
- 3:40Speaker 3: not talking about something that we have to go out
- 3:43Speaker 3: of our way. They have ships that are loaded up
- 3:45Speaker 3: with stuff, much of which not all of it, but
- 3:48Speaker 3: much of which we don't need. And we have to
- 3:51Speaker 3: make a fair dear. We've been ripped off by every
- 3:55Speaker 3: country in the world, but China, I would say, is
- 3:57Speaker 3: the leading, the leading one, the leading candidate for the
- 4:02Speaker 3: chief ripper offer. There has never been There has never
- 4:08Speaker 3: been a country that's been ripped off more than the
- 4:10Speaker 3: United States of America under some of the dumbest leadership.
- 4:14Speaker 3: And it usually starts with the president and you can
- 4:18Speaker 3: go back, and I'm not just talking about Biden that's
- 4:20Speaker 3: been the worst. I mean the trade deficits and everything else,
- 4:23Speaker 3: he's been the worst. But he had no idea what
- 4:26Speaker 3: he was doing. And I think somebody ought to look
- 4:29Speaker 3: at the auto ben to find out who was really
- 4:31Speaker 3: running this country, because it wasn't Biden's. Because nobody could
- 4:35Speaker 3: agree to what he agreed to. He put our country
- 4:40Speaker 3: at risk, at tremendous risk and fiscal risk, financial risk.
- 4:45Speaker 3: So I think we have it very much. I really
- 4:48Speaker 3: believe that the next hundred days is going to be
- 4:52Speaker 3: even better than this. Look I read an editorial yesterday
- 4:56Speaker 3: from a group that normally wouldn't write a good that
- 4:58Speaker 3: this is the most consequential presidency in history and the
- 5:02Speaker 3: history of our country. This is not a particular group
- 5:06Speaker 3: that would write that kind of an editorial, but they
- 5:09Speaker 3: see what we're doing and what we had to do.
- 5:12Speaker 3: And I believe if this group, not just me, if
- 5:14Speaker 3: this group wasn't here, I think our country was going
- 5:17Speaker 3: to be in if it was lucky, just serious trouble,
- 5:22Speaker 3: but a lot worse than that.
- 5:23Speaker 1: I think our country could.
- 5:24Speaker 3: Have been a total disaster. Bad things were happening with
- 5:27Speaker 3: our country, and we've stemmed the tide. We've turned it around,
- 5:31Speaker 3: but we're going to really turn it around over the
- 5:33Speaker 3: next Over the next three years, three and a half years,
- 5:36Speaker 3: we're going to turn it around, and then hopefully it'll
- 5:38Speaker 3: be in such great shape. That's my goal, to put
- 5:41Speaker 3: it in such great condition that it can't be.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Destroyed, that it can't be destroyed. Now, the question now
- 5:50Speaker 1: is are the American people going to listen to president
- 5:52Speaker 1: or are they going to listen to PROPAGAINA for the media,
- 5:54Speaker 1: and the media is going all in to do everything
- 5:56Speaker 1: they can to tell you that the sky is falling
- 5:59Speaker 1: in Chicken. Little people that told you that Bidenomics were
- 6:03Speaker 1: working and that Bidenflation wasn't real. The same people that
- 6:07Speaker 1: told you that the price of gas and eggs and
- 6:09Speaker 1: everything else was not that big of a deal when
- 6:11Speaker 1: it was skyrocketing. Donald Trump also made it clear, hey,
- 6:15Speaker 1: in the coming weeks, don't forget what I'm about to
- 6:18Speaker 1: deliver to you. Tax cuts. Tax cuts are coming, and.
- 6:23Speaker 3: In the coming weeks will pass the largest tax cuts
- 6:26Speaker 3: in American history. And I think even more so, we'll
- 6:30Speaker 3: be doing things for business like you've never seen before.
- 6:33Speaker 3: You saw it in a little smaller version at the
- 6:37Speaker 3: beginning of our last term. You know, we had the
- 6:39Speaker 3: most successful four years that any president has ever had.
- 6:43Speaker 3: The stock market was up eighty eight percent. The other
- 6:47Speaker 3: markets were up almost one hundred percent. And that's despite
- 6:51Speaker 3: COVID and all the crazy things happening. But we had
- 6:55Speaker 3: a tremendous We had a tremendous four years. We've given
- 6:58Speaker 3: credit for that. Actually, But our big beautiful bill, as
- 7:02Speaker 3: I called our big beautiful Bill we may name it,
- 7:05Speaker 3: that actually will include one hundred percent expensing retroactive to
- 7:09Speaker 3: January twentieth, So that's all the way back to just
- 7:13Speaker 3: about the beginning of the year. So expensing one year,
- 7:17Speaker 3: you take a deduction one year, so you can build
- 7:19Speaker 3: your factories right now essentially almost tax free if you
- 7:23Speaker 3: think about it, nobody's ever't been given that. And we're
- 7:26Speaker 3: going to make that expensing for a four year period
- 7:28Speaker 3: at a full one hundred percent. So last time we
- 7:32Speaker 3: met it one year and you had the deductions, you
- 7:35Speaker 3: do it from from one hundred percent to eighty to
- 7:38Speaker 3: sixty to forty to twenty to zippo. And now what
- 7:42Speaker 3: we're going to do is we're going to keep it at.
- 7:43Speaker 1: That level and we're going to have it for four years.
- 7:47Speaker 3: So I believe that was one of the reasons that
- 7:49Speaker 3: we had such unbelievable growth. Also, we allowed you.
- 7:52Speaker 1: To bring one I mean this present if you if
- 7:56Speaker 1: you go back to the plan, he's sticking to it.
- 7:59Speaker 1: You know when Trump said China's getting hammered right now,
- 8:02Speaker 1: they're getting hammered. They're doing very poorly right now, They're
- 8:04Speaker 1: getting absolutely hammered. He's not wrong.
- 8:07Speaker 3: I know that China is doing very poorly right now.
- 8:10Speaker 3: I just saw some reports coming out, and I don't
- 8:12Speaker 3: want that to happen to China. I like the president
- 8:16Speaker 3: a lot. President she I don't want it to happen.
- 8:18Speaker 3: I was actually sand in to hear it. But they
- 8:21Speaker 3: are getting absolutely hammered in China. But their factories are
- 8:25Speaker 3: closing all over China because we're not taking their product.
- 8:28Speaker 3: We don't want their product unless they're going to be
- 8:31Speaker 3: fair with us.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Unless they're gonna be fair with us. He's putting America first,
- 8:38Speaker 1: Thank goodness, He's willing to take this on because everybody
- 8:41Speaker 1: else is like, no, kick the can down the road.
- 8:44Speaker 1: I'm not going to take that on.
- 8:45Speaker 3: Right.
- 8:46Speaker 1: You don't touch those security, you don't touch Medicare, Medicaid.
- 8:49Speaker 1: You're sure as hell don't deal with terror, especially when
- 8:51Speaker 1: other countries are ripping us off. You don't deal with
- 8:54Speaker 1: tough things like mineral resources in Ukraine and actually not
- 8:57Speaker 1: just handing over checks blank checks to Ukraine. Oh wait,
- 9:00Speaker 1: we got that done today. This is what I voted for.
- 9:04Speaker 1: And I think there's many of you that are listening
- 9:06Speaker 1: right now that would agree with me. This is what
- 9:08Speaker 1: you voted for. Oh and by the way, we're not
- 9:11Speaker 1: going to let a Ran get what they would need
- 9:13Speaker 1: to annihilate Israel or US or other people in the
- 9:16Speaker 1: Middle East that are our allies. Donald Trump, also speaking
- 9:21Speaker 1: at the White House today, saying in the coming weeks,
- 9:24Speaker 1: we're going to pass the largest tax cuts in American history.
- 9:27Speaker 1: And he also said, hey, if you're unhappy with how
- 9:30Speaker 1: things are right now, let's be honest. We just took
- 9:32Speaker 1: over one hundred days ago. This is Biden's economy. We're
- 9:35Speaker 1: trying to fix it.
- 9:36Speaker 3: In Biden's final year, the United States had the worst
- 9:39Speaker 3: trade deficit ever recorded, and we lost one hundred and
- 9:42Speaker 3: six thousand manufacturing jobs. Other than that, he's done a
- 9:45Speaker 3: fantastic job. But now all that is changing, and all
- 9:50Speaker 3: that's changing very fast because we finally have the president
- 9:55Speaker 3: who wants to put our country first. You have a
- 9:57Speaker 3: president who believes in America first. In the first quarter
- 10:02Speaker 3: GDP numbers just out today Core GDP. Now we're removing
- 10:08Speaker 3: distortions from imports, inventories, and government spending was up plus
- 10:13Speaker 3: three percent. But this is Biden's economy because we took
- 10:17Speaker 3: over on January twentieth, and I think you have to
- 10:20Speaker 3: get us a little bit of time to get moving.
- 10:24Speaker 3: But this is the Biden economy. But we still had
- 10:27Speaker 3: a and we've had a lot of things happened since
- 10:31Speaker 3: November fifth that helped this economy because it was indicating
- 10:34Speaker 3: a strong private sector growth, and it was only it
- 10:38Speaker 3: only started after November fifth. The private sector started really
- 10:42Speaker 3: heating up after the election, even though I wasn't there.
- 10:46Speaker 1: People knew what.
- 10:46Speaker 3: We were going to be doing, and the private sector
- 10:49Speaker 3: growth was actually very good.
- 10:53Speaker 1: Again, this goes back to the basics. The president just
- 10:57Speaker 1: stay in the obvious here. Why are we here this week?
- 11:00Speaker 1: We're celebrating the most successful first hundred days, he says,
- 11:03Speaker 1: of any administration American history. And everybody's like, well, what
- 11:06Speaker 1: about this? What about that? What about this? Dude? Like
- 11:09Speaker 1: some of this we're actively fixing right now. That's what
- 11:12Speaker 1: we're trying to do. That's our goal here. It does
- 11:16Speaker 1: take time to do it. This add instant gratification where
- 11:21Speaker 1: if I can't have it now or there's no heart,
- 11:24Speaker 1: I mean when you make real adjustments. The best example
- 11:27Speaker 1: I can use is like if you ever try to
- 11:28Speaker 1: lose weight. Some people get it, it goes like easy for them.
- 11:32Speaker 1: That's not the case with me. It's hard work, it sucks,
- 11:36Speaker 1: and you don't do it overnight. If you want to
- 11:38Speaker 1: lose twenty pounds or one hundred pounds, like, it's not overnight.
- 11:40Speaker 1: You got to change sayings. Real change has to happen.
- 11:43Speaker 1: It takes time, and then you start to see improvements
- 11:46Speaker 1: and then you get inspired and go, okay, now it's
- 11:47Speaker 1: worth it. Right, But if you decide tonight when you
- 11:50Speaker 1: go to bed, all right tomorrow, I'm gonna like lose
- 11:52Speaker 1: a bunch of weight. Doesn't work that way. How long
- 11:56Speaker 1: have countries been taking advantage of US? Decades? Do you
- 12:00Speaker 1: think you can fix that in a hundred days. It's
- 12:03Speaker 1: gonna take some time. This whole idea of instant gratification
- 12:08Speaker 1: where you can just do this in two seconds and
- 12:11Speaker 1: then it's gonna be easy, right, It doesn't work that way.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Steven Moore CNN last night he had some interesting to
- 12:23Speaker 1: say on China. Listen, but not all of it, but
- 12:26Speaker 1: one hundred and forty five percent do you think China's
- 12:29Speaker 1: going to just eat that?
- 12:31Speaker 3: Well?
- 12:31Speaker 4: First of all, I do think. By the way, I'm
- 12:33Speaker 4: not a big tariff guy myself. I'm a Trump guy,
- 12:35Speaker 4: but I'm not I'm not a big fan of terrorists.
- 12:38Speaker 4: But I disagree with you a little bit. I mean, look,
- 12:41Speaker 4: Trump did say throughout the campaign tariff is my favorite word.
- 12:44Speaker 4: So I mean that was an I likes tereiff policies
- 12:47Speaker 4: and so I don't think people should be surprised, I
- 12:50Speaker 4: mean Trump is. I do think he's doing exactly what
- 12:53Speaker 4: he said he would do when it came to getting
- 12:56Speaker 4: the border under control, which I think was one of
- 12:58Speaker 4: his biggest victories clearly in the first one hundred days,
- 13:01Speaker 4: and the tariff thing.
- 13:04Speaker 1: It is true, but the one thing.
- 13:06Speaker 4: That almost all Americans agree with Trump is China, whether
- 13:10Speaker 4: a liberal, conservative, Democrat, Republicans in this very polarized country,
- 13:14Speaker 4: the one thing that everybody agrees on, China's the villain.
- 13:17Speaker 4: They have taken advantage of us and getting tough on China.
- 13:21Speaker 4: My only complaint with what he's done so far is
- 13:24Speaker 4: that I wouldn't have picked a.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Fight with everybody at once.
- 13:26Speaker 4: Yes, I would have gone right after China. And I
- 13:29Speaker 4: think the goal is to isolate China, and if you
- 13:31Speaker 4: can do that and get great deals, I think it'll
- 13:33Speaker 4: turn out.
- 13:34Speaker 1: By the way, Stephen more here, there one thing I
- 13:37Speaker 1: would disagree with him on, right, and number one I
- 13:39Speaker 1: agree with him. He says one thing and almost all
- 13:41Speaker 1: Americans agree on is China. China is the villain. Here,
- 13:44Speaker 1: he says, I wouldn't have taken on everything at once.
- 13:46Speaker 1: All right, Well, if you don't understand what the president's
- 13:48Speaker 1: trying to do, then that response could somehow make sense
- 13:55Speaker 1: if you understand what he's trying to do, which is
- 14:00Speaker 1: you go to all these other countries have been taking
- 14:01Speaker 1: advantage of us and say stop it. Let's get a
- 14:03Speaker 1: deal done. I'm gonna help you grow. You're gonna help
- 14:06Speaker 1: America grow, We're all gonna work together. Then you take
- 14:09Speaker 1: away China's power. So when he's like, well, I wouldn't
- 14:13Speaker 1: do all this at the same time, right, I wouldn't
- 14:14Speaker 1: do this all at once. I would have just taken
- 14:18Speaker 1: on China the way you take on China's by getting
- 14:22Speaker 1: other countries to decouple from China as well and giving
- 14:25Speaker 1: them an advantage over China. I don't think it takes
- 14:30Speaker 1: like a rocket sign is to figure out what Donald
- 14:33Speaker 1: Trump's art of the deal is here. The art of
- 14:37Speaker 1: the deal here is actually pretty darn simple. The art
- 14:42Speaker 1: of the deal is you get other people to have
- 14:45Speaker 1: great deals with America, whether that's Vietnam or Malaysia or
- 14:51Speaker 1: anywhere else, Okay, and then you start working with them,
- 14:55Speaker 1: and that takes away the power of China. And then
- 15:01Speaker 1: not only is China like losing stature, and power and influence.
- 15:05Speaker 1: But all these other countries around them then grow and
- 15:08Speaker 1: actually succeed for their citizens, and they're not hostiles the
- 15:12Speaker 1: United States of America while they're making money. So I
- 15:17Speaker 1: would disagree with more on the standpoint of what he
- 15:21Speaker 1: just said, like that simplistic way of saying, why I
- 15:23Speaker 1: would have just taken on China. I think you had
- 15:26Speaker 1: to do it this way to make it work. I
- 15:29Speaker 1: also think he understood the clock. He had to do
- 15:32Speaker 1: this right away after he's elected, immediately and get this
- 15:35Speaker 1: done before that it became an issue in the midterms,
- 15:37Speaker 1: so you have enough time for recovery. And when the
- 15:40Speaker 1: recovery happens, I think the recovery is going to happen
- 15:42Speaker 1: very very quickly. That's also going to be a great thing.
- 15:46Speaker 1: But if you did just China and that dragged on
- 15:49Speaker 1: for a year, and China had influence over all these
- 15:53Speaker 1: other countries and they still had all the manufacturing, you
- 15:55Speaker 1: don't have the leverage. So the way that you do
- 15:59Speaker 1: this is by doing it the ways you now, which
- 16:03Speaker 1: is all right, I gotta take it on now, I
- 16:05Speaker 1: gotta go. I gotta have an equal playing field for everybody,
- 16:08Speaker 1: but those that come first, you're gonna get a great deal.
- 16:09Speaker 1: We're gonna work together quickly, and then you're gonna have
- 16:12Speaker 1: more power and we're gonna isolate together China, and that's
- 16:16Speaker 1: gonna help you and your country. Like when you look
- 16:20Speaker 1: at it from that perspective, it's kind of brilliant. It's
- 16:23Speaker 1: kind of brilliant. All right, So let me just go
- 16:26Speaker 1: ahead and give you the straight up warning on what's
- 16:29Speaker 1: happening right now within the Democratic Party. They are in disarray.
- 16:33Speaker 1: We've talked about that before in the last several days,
- 16:36Speaker 1: Like who's in charge of the party, what do they
- 16:39Speaker 1: believe in? Where are they going? Is there a civil
- 16:42Speaker 1: war in the Democratic Party? You could answer all of
- 16:45Speaker 1: these things kind of with like a yes, yes, and
- 16:47Speaker 1: a yes. But it's more complicated than that now because
- 16:52Speaker 1: the Democratic Party is actually, for all intents and purposes dead.
- 16:56Speaker 1: It is a party with Marxists and socialist and communists
- 16:59Speaker 1: who are now coming out the closet and they're like,
- 17:02Speaker 1: screw it, that's like who we are. When you look
- 17:05Speaker 1: at other countries that are run by dictators and communists
- 17:08Speaker 1: and socialists, what is one of the things they do?
- 17:11Speaker 1: They turn their court system into a kangaroo court. It
- 17:13Speaker 1: gives them always what they want, and it does whatever
- 17:17Speaker 1: the leader says to do. Whether it's a Ran, whether
- 17:20Speaker 1: it's Afghanistan, whether it's Russia, whether it's Cuba, Venezuela, it
- 17:24Speaker 1: didn't really matter. Mexico is a great example of that.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Like they're all kangaroo courts. It's a joke. There's no
- 17:29Speaker 1: real justice there. The courts don't stand up to their leaders.
- 17:34Speaker 1: It just it's it is a figurehead position at best
- 17:39Speaker 1: that does whatever the hell the regime or the dictator
- 17:42Speaker 1: of the tyrant tells them to do. That's it. What
- 17:45Speaker 1: we're witnessing right now with activist judges, I do believe,
- 17:51Speaker 1: shows you just how many communists and socialists have worked
- 17:55Speaker 1: their way into our court system through democrats who knew
- 18:00Speaker 1: what they were doing when they appointed them or when
- 18:03Speaker 1: they ran for office, depending on what position they are in.
- 18:06Speaker 1: I'm going to give you an example of this, and
- 18:08Speaker 1: I actually think right now that this is probably the
- 18:11Speaker 1: biggest threat that we have to freedom and democracy. And
- 18:15Speaker 1: we witnessed it when they were going after Donald Trump.
- 18:18Speaker 1: We saw the weaponization of the deep state, of the FBI,
- 18:20Speaker 1: the dj We saw how these organizations then went and
- 18:27Speaker 1: made sure they filed the lawsuits in areas and places
- 18:30Speaker 1: where they knew what the court was going to do,
- 18:31Speaker 1: very much like communists and socialists and dictators do in
- 18:34Speaker 1: their countries. Right, they go to where they know they're
- 18:37Speaker 1: going to get a yes, or they go to where
- 18:40Speaker 1: they know they're going to get a no on whatever
- 18:41Speaker 1: the issue is, depending on what they need, and there's
- 18:44Speaker 1: no real debate. It's all a kangary court. It's all
- 18:47Speaker 1: fixed beforehand. Well, we now have even more of an
- 18:51Speaker 1: example of how rogue these judges are willing to go
- 18:55Speaker 1: and how much of an activist they're willing to be
- 18:59Speaker 1: in this resistance tends to the American people in their
- 19:02Speaker 1: decision on election day. Now, every American, whether you're a
- 19:05Speaker 1: Democrat or Republican or independent nonpartisan, should be offended by
- 19:10Speaker 1: what is happening right now, like you should be enraged
- 19:14Speaker 1: by the fact that these judges believe that they should
- 19:17Speaker 1: be able to just shut down what you voted for,
- 19:19Speaker 1: what you believe in, because look, we going up like
- 19:22Speaker 1: there's ebbs and flows right what happened Jimmy Carter gave
- 19:25Speaker 1: us round a Reagan Ron. Reagan gave us Bush Bush
- 19:27Speaker 1: gave us Clinton. Clinton gave us Bush, you know, like
- 19:31Speaker 1: Bush gave us Obama. Obama gave us Donald Trump. Donald
- 19:36Speaker 1: Trump gave us Joe Biden. Joe Biden gave us Donald Trump.
- 19:38Speaker 1: Like there's the consistency here. And this is why it's
- 19:43Speaker 1: so important that our court system is not political and
- 19:45Speaker 1: that there is precedent in the law and that the
- 19:47Speaker 1: law is interpreted without political bias, because when you start
- 19:52Speaker 1: infiltrating the court system with these radicals, and look, if
- 19:56Speaker 1: a radical gets elected in America by the people, then
- 19:59Speaker 1: I'm actually good with it, Okay, like I am. I
- 20:02Speaker 1: mean that sincerely, I'm fine with it as long as
- 20:05Speaker 1: it's the will of the people. AOC is a great
- 20:08Speaker 1: example of that. Alam Omar is another example of that. Right,
- 20:10Speaker 1: Like there's some radicals that get elected, the Crazy Center
- 20:13Speaker 1: from Hawaii. The list goes on on. If Democrats in California,
- 20:18Speaker 1: for example, like Gavin Newsom destroying their state, then knock
- 20:21Speaker 1: yourself out, Like that's freedom and the fact that in
- 20:25Speaker 1: America we can have hardcore conservatives get elected like Donald
- 20:29Speaker 1: Trump and Maga conservatives all over the country. But at
- 20:32Speaker 1: the same time you can have people like AOC who
- 20:34Speaker 1: can all of a sudden lead the opposition party. That
- 20:37Speaker 1: tells me we live in a healthy country where the
- 20:40Speaker 1: people still get to decide what they want. The fact
- 20:43Speaker 1: that a guy like Ron Paul can get elected and
- 20:46Speaker 1: then Chuck Schumer or Dick Durbin can get elected tell
- 20:49Speaker 1: me that that we are alive and well with freedom
- 20:51Speaker 1: of choice, and that is what this country is about.
- 20:55Speaker 1: When you have these activist judges that we're watching and
- 20:59Speaker 1: witnessing right now who are doing radical things way outside
- 21:04Speaker 1: the scope of the law, and they're not even abiding
- 21:06Speaker 1: by the law when they're supposed to be the ones
- 21:08Speaker 1: that look at the lawn say was the law broken?
- 21:12Speaker 1: You understand just how deadly it can be to our country,
- 21:16Speaker 1: to our freedoms when these people get on the bench.
- 21:20Speaker 1: I'm going to give you the newest example. A Biden
- 21:23Speaker 1: appointed judge blocked border patrol from arresting a suspected illegal
- 21:29Speaker 1: aliens without warrants. The United States District Court judge Jennifer Thurston,
- 21:37Speaker 1: appointed to the US just A Court for the Eastern
- 21:39Speaker 1: District of California by former President Joe Biden, is blocking
- 21:44Speaker 1: border patrol agents across most of California from arresting suspected
- 21:50Speaker 1: illegal aliens unless they have a warrant for their arrest. So,
- 21:53Speaker 1: in other words, if they're an illegal immigrant, you can't
- 21:56Speaker 1: go arrest them even though they're breaking a law. You
- 21:58Speaker 1: have to have a warrant for something else. Otherwise, No,
- 22:00Speaker 1: I'm not gonna let you do your job. This is
- 22:02Speaker 1: activist judging. One oh one. Thirston issued a preliminary injunction
- 22:06Speaker 1: this week that prevents the Border Patrol agents in California's
- 22:11Speaker 1: Eastern District, the largest by the way judicial district in
- 22:14Speaker 1: the entire state of California, from carrying out arrests have
- 22:18Speaker 1: suspected illegal aliens without a warrant and haunting such a
- 22:23Speaker 1: rest unless agents have a quote reasonable suspicion the suspect
- 22:27Speaker 1: is an illegal alien. In other words, this is law fair.
- 22:33Speaker 1: I'm a liberal judge. I'm gonna tell the federal government
- 22:35Speaker 1: and those that are in charge with protecting us from
- 22:39Speaker 1: illegal immigrants, those that are violent criminals. I'm gonna tell
- 22:43Speaker 1: them they can't do it in California. We're not open
- 22:45Speaker 1: for business here. Screw you go away. Quote. Indeed, the
- 22:48Speaker 1: evidence before the court is that the Border Patrol agents
- 22:51Speaker 1: under the Department of Home in Security authority engaged in
- 22:54Speaker 1: conduct that violated well established constitual rights, The judge wrote. Patrol,
- 23:00Speaker 1: by the way, is enjoined from conducting detentive stops in
- 23:05Speaker 1: the district unless pre stop the detained agent has reasonable
- 23:09Speaker 1: suspension that the person to be stopped as a non
- 23:13Speaker 1: citizen who is present within the United States in violation
- 23:16Speaker 1: of US immigration law, as required by the Fourth Amendment
- 23:19Speaker 1: of the United States Constitution. The judge went on to write,
- 23:23Speaker 1: there was also this Border Patrol is enjoined from affecting
- 23:29Speaker 1: warrantless arrest and the district unless pre arrest the arrest
- 23:33Speaker 1: agent has probable cause believe that the non citizen being
- 23:36Speaker 1: arrested is likely to escape before a warrant can be obtained,
- 23:39Speaker 1: as required by eight USC. Dash thirteen fifty seven a
- 23:44Speaker 1: Dash two. Now you look at this, and in addition
- 23:50Speaker 1: to this activist judge, who is requiring the border patrol
- 23:54Speaker 1: agents to quote document in narrative form all arrests of
- 23:58Speaker 1: legal aliens made without a warrant with facts quote that
- 24:03Speaker 1: supported the agent's reasonable suspicion, which was formed in advance
- 24:08Speaker 1: of the stop. So all this has to be done
- 24:10Speaker 1: in advance. This is basically setting you up for failure.
- 24:12Speaker 1: How can you do this in advance? It doesn't make
- 24:14Speaker 1: any sense. Now, It makes a lot of sense if
- 24:18Speaker 1: you're trying to protect the legal immigrants, and that's exactly
- 24:21Speaker 1: what this judge is clearly trying to do. Border Patrol
- 24:24Speaker 1: agents will also be required to quote handover de documentation
- 24:29Speaker 1: describing border patrol detentive stops and warrantless arrests within the
- 24:35Speaker 1: district within sixty days of Thurston's order, and every sixty
- 24:39Speaker 1: days thereafter. So we're gonna bog you down with paperwork
- 24:42Speaker 1: and basically we're gonna armchair quarterback this, and we're gonna
- 24:45Speaker 1: make it impossible for you to do your job with
- 24:51Speaker 1: these new rules. The United farm Workers, by the way,
- 24:54Speaker 1: represented by the ACLU, had sued Donald Trump's Department of
- 24:58Speaker 1: Home in Security after border patrol ag and is carried
- 25:00Speaker 1: out arrests across California have suspected illegal aliens that we're
- 25:04Speaker 1: working on the farmland. The lawsuit claimed that the Border
- 25:08Speaker 1: patrol agents conducted a nearly week long sweep through predominantly
- 25:12Speaker 1: Latino areas of Kerrent County and the surrounding region to stop,
- 25:16Speaker 1: detain and arrest people quote of color who appeared to
- 25:19Speaker 1: be farm workers or day laborers, regardless of their actual
- 25:22Speaker 1: immigration setus or individual circumstances. So, in other words, you're saying, California, like,
- 25:28Speaker 1: we know that we're harboring a whole bunch of illegal immigrants,
- 25:31Speaker 1: and we know that you know where they are, and
- 25:36Speaker 1: you're not stupid, but we're going to say that you're
- 25:38Speaker 1: profiling them, so you can't do it so you can
- 25:40Speaker 1: arrest them. So therefore you can't. We're not going to
- 25:42Speaker 1: work with you. And so you're going to allow these
- 25:44Speaker 1: illegal immigrants to continue to take jobs for American workers,
- 25:47Speaker 1: and we're going to allow them to continue to have
- 25:49Speaker 1: safe haven here in California. And there's not a damn
- 25:51Speaker 1: thing you can do about it, so deal with it.
- 25:56Speaker 1: That's what this judge just said. You want to know
- 25:59Speaker 1: what the biggest threat is right now to this country
- 26:02Speaker 1: from within, It is these judges. It's not what the
- 26:06Speaker 1: law says. She's making up laws. She goes, all right,
- 26:09Speaker 1: let me rephrase that. This judge isn't making up laws,
- 26:12Speaker 1: she just making up rules. As she goes, she's saying,
- 26:14Speaker 1: I'm playing defense on behalf of the illegal immigrants. This
- 26:18Speaker 1: is no different than the other judges we've talked about,
- 26:20Speaker 1: where one of them was literally protecting an illegal immigrant
- 26:23Speaker 1: and destroying a cell phone of illegal emmorate and getting
- 26:26Speaker 1: the illegal immigrant out the back door so that the
- 26:28Speaker 1: illegal emmorate wouldn't be arrested. That's a judge. That's an
- 26:31Speaker 1: activist judge, it's a radical judge. These are the stories.
- 26:35Speaker 1: There's also another narrative here that illegal immigration is not
- 26:39Speaker 1: is somehow a crime that really shouldn't even be looked
- 26:42Speaker 1: as a crime. And it's a quote victimus crime. Tom
- 26:46Speaker 1: Homan addressing that issue at the White House press briefing room.
- 26:49Speaker 1: Listen carefully to his words.
- 26:51Speaker 5: The morale of Ice and borbitals at all time high
- 26:55Speaker 5: because they're getting to upholl the old they took and
- 26:58Speaker 5: they're enforcing the law. Borbitual on the Biden administration, I
- 27:01Speaker 5: met with hundreds of them. They felt like uber drivers
- 27:04Speaker 5: and tourist agents. These men and women joined the ranks
- 27:08Speaker 5: of Ice and Borbitue to enforce the law, meet the
- 27:10Speaker 5: community safer, and protect national security. I hear it all
- 27:13Speaker 5: the time. There's a lot of people in this country
- 27:15Speaker 5: don't like me. I don't care, but when I walk
- 27:19Speaker 5: to an airport, I have many people walking up to
- 27:22Speaker 5: me and thank me for what I'm doing, and I'm
- 27:24Speaker 5: not taking credit for anything. The success of the Border
- 27:26Speaker 5: and Immigration Enforcement is President Trump and the men and
- 27:30Speaker 5: women wearing that uniform. God blessings you, every one of them.
- 27:34Speaker 5: But I take a pleasure in seeing it because in
- 27:37Speaker 5: forty years of doing this, yeah, people always want to say,
- 27:40Speaker 5: why are you so emotional? And when you testify, why
- 27:42Speaker 5: are you so emotional? On a network? Because they wore
- 27:44Speaker 5: my shoes for forty years, they understand why emotional. I've
- 27:47Speaker 5: talked to the little girls as young as nine years old.
- 27:49Speaker 5: They're breat multiple times by the cartel members. And when
- 27:53Speaker 5: you get to your knee and you talk to that
- 27:54Speaker 5: little girl and everything innocent and pure has been ripped
- 27:56Speaker 5: from her. When you listen to the lake and ariety
- 27:59Speaker 5: said the team man's that young lady fighting for her life.
- 28:03Speaker 5: Don't just think, okay, a young woman died. Think of
- 28:05Speaker 5: how she died, the terror that she went through. And
- 28:08Speaker 5: these children are sexy assaulted. I stood back, retract to
- 28:12Speaker 5: children and nineteen dead people at my feet that baked
- 28:14Speaker 5: to death. Illegal mcgration is not a victimist crime. And
- 28:20Speaker 5: so every sick person we take off the streets, especially
- 28:24Speaker 5: child rapists, that makes us country much safer every ill
- 28:28Speaker 5: and when we arrest public safety threat one at a time,
- 28:30Speaker 5: makes us country savor.
- 28:33Speaker 1: I mean, you hear what he's saying there, and he says,
- 28:38Speaker 1: when you guys think on the left of the media
- 28:40Speaker 1: that this is a victimless crime, you are wrong. I
- 28:45Speaker 1: look at all these people in the face, and I
- 28:46Speaker 1: see it each and every day. You are wrong. I
- 28:51Speaker 1: have to deal with this every single day. You are wrong.
- 28:56Speaker 1: I witness and sit down and talk to these people
- 28:58Speaker 1: who are victims. You were wrong. And these judges are
- 29:03Speaker 1: not judges. They're acting like they are politicians, right, They're
- 29:10Speaker 1: acting like they are nothing but politicians with a political agenda,
- 29:20Speaker 1: which is to undermine the President of the United States
- 29:22Speaker 1: of America, undermine the rule of law because they want
- 29:25Speaker 1: to fundamentally change this country into a country that is
- 29:28Speaker 1: not the greatest country in the world. They want this
- 29:31Speaker 1: country to be a Marxist country, a socialist country, commist country.
- 29:34Speaker 1: They don't care if we're split into four different areas
- 29:36Speaker 1: or five or six different belief systems. They don't care
- 29:39Speaker 1: how radical it's as long as it's not what we
- 29:41Speaker 1: have now, which is the people have the power to
- 29:44Speaker 1: decide what they want for their country. They want to
- 29:48Speaker 1: dictate to you. They want to make sure that you
- 29:53Speaker 1: bow down to them, not the other way around. Don't forget.
- 29:57Speaker 1: Share this podcast with your family and friends, share it
- 30:00Speaker 1: on social media, please, and I'll see you back here tomorrow.
