Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: It's part two of our Deep Dive with James Comer.
- 0:05Speaker 1: James Comer sat down with Center Ted Cruz and I
- 0:08Speaker 1: to talk about the whistleblowers, and now the media has
- 0:11Speaker 1: decided to undermine those whistleblowers with new attacks, acting like
- 0:16Speaker 1: they're actually not even really whistle blowers. This is something
- 0:21Speaker 1: that is not surprising to see, by the way, this
- 0:26Speaker 1: is something that I expected from this media. NBC News,
- 0:31Speaker 1: for example, said that the GOP investigating Hunter Biden probe,
- 0:36Speaker 1: they're doing it with what they described as quote so
- 0:40Speaker 1: called whistle blowers. So now they're saying even the whistleblowers,
- 0:44Speaker 1: the people that are career workers at the FBI, career
- 0:49Speaker 1: workers at the IRS, those that were Democrats that have
- 0:52Speaker 1: come forward as whistlers, are now saying they're not really
- 0:54Speaker 1: whistle blowers, they're quote so called whistleblowers. On Thursdays broadcasts
- 1:02Speaker 1: of NBC's Meet the Press Now to show they have
- 1:05Speaker 1: that's on MSNBC NBC News, Capitol Hill correspondent said that
- 1:12Speaker 1: the Republicans in Congress will use the new FBI one
- 1:17Speaker 1: zero two three form. It's been released on the Biden
- 1:21Speaker 1: family in Ukraine. It's been released by Senator Chuck Grassley
- 1:25Speaker 1: earlier in the day to quote bolster these investigations that
- 1:29Speaker 1: we saw them do earlier this week with irs so
- 1:32Speaker 1: called whistleblowers about Hunter Biden and how the tax investigation
- 1:37Speaker 1: to the President Joe Biden's son was handled. So now
- 1:40Speaker 1: NBC News is saying that they're actually just so called
- 1:43Speaker 1: that's it, just just so called whistleblowers.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Listen about what Chuck Grassley, the Senator from Iowa did
- 1:49Speaker 2: just a few minutes ago. He released a redacted FBI
- 1:52Speaker 2: informant document related to Hunter Biden's business dealings that some
- 1:56Speaker 2: Republicans claim could implicate President Biden. Now explain, especially Ken,
- 2:01Speaker 2: what this document is about, and then catch us up
- 2:03Speaker 2: to speed on why it's so significant.
- 2:04Speaker 3: Yeah, this is pretty dense reading. And I'm sure that
- 2:07Speaker 3: you guys went through this immediately too, because this is
- 2:10Speaker 3: a document that we've really been waiting to see for
- 2:12Speaker 3: a while.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Here.
- 2:13Speaker 3: Now, the long fabled ten twenty three form that Grassley
- 2:17Speaker 3: has long pointed to as a potential smoking gun implicating
- 2:21Speaker 3: then Vice President Joe Biden in the dealings with Barisma
- 2:24Speaker 3: and his son Hunter. Of course, Democrats would be quick
- 2:27Speaker 3: to point out that that's not what this document does.
- 2:30Speaker 3: And frankly, in reading it, there are even some things
- 2:32Speaker 3: that could be lost in translation between the Russian that
- 2:35Speaker 3: was being spoken by this informant with the sources that
- 2:38Speaker 3: he's referring to, and the translation of that Russian. So
- 2:42Speaker 3: it's not exactly a clean win or loss for anyone.
- 2:45Speaker 3: But nevertheless, Republicans are going to point to this continuously
- 2:49Speaker 3: as a clear sign of wrongdoing or potential wrongdoing, and
- 2:53Speaker 3: use it to continue to bolster these investigations that we
- 2:55Speaker 3: saw them do earlier this week with irs so called
- 2:58Speaker 3: whistleblowers about Hunt Biden saying that they that he was
- 3:01Speaker 3: given a lenient deal by the Department of Justice for
- 3:04Speaker 3: his tax violations. This is yet another page of that
- 3:08Speaker 3: as we watch the Senate and the House move forward
- 3:10Speaker 3: on the House side using the power of the gabble
- 3:12Speaker 3: to continuously beat this drama against the White House and
- 3:15Speaker 3: against his son, Hunter Biden.
- 3:16Speaker 4: Yeah, and worth pointing.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Out, I love by the way, how they described that. Right, Well,
- 3:20Speaker 1: these so called whistle bers. Okay, so NBC News now
- 3:24Speaker 1: is telling you that we can't translate Russian, so that's
- 3:29Speaker 1: going to be a problem, acting like, well, there was
- 3:32Speaker 1: the Russian was speaking in Russian and so it's going
- 3:35Speaker 1: to be lost in translation. Okay, that's number one, So
- 3:38Speaker 1: move on from it because there's really nothing here because
- 3:40Speaker 1: in the history of the world, we've never had to
- 3:42Speaker 1: translate Russian. Right, We've never had to translate what our
- 3:46Speaker 1: foreign enemies and our adversaries are saying when they speak
- 3:51Speaker 1: in Russian or Japanese or Chinese or anything else. Right, No,
- 3:56Speaker 1: like that, that's never happened before. Never, Right, that's something
- 4:01Speaker 1: that just doesn't happen. So if they were speaking English,
- 4:05Speaker 1: and these Russians are speaking English, then they have more
- 4:08Speaker 1: credibility with NBC News. This is how corrupt the media
- 4:12Speaker 1: actually is. The second part of this is now they're
- 4:17Speaker 1: undermining the actual whistleblowers, saying that they are quote this
- 4:21Speaker 1: is NBC words. NBC News is words. So called whistleblower,
- 4:24Speaker 1: so called the people that have whistleblown have used the
- 4:30Speaker 1: whistle blowing laws to whistleblow. When you are reporting on
- 4:38Speaker 1: what you are seeing, what you are seeing in your
- 4:41Speaker 1: job in an official capacity, that is literally the definition
- 4:47Speaker 1: of whistle blowing. And everybody knows that that is what
- 4:51Speaker 1: whistleblowing is. You go to your people above you, they
- 4:56Speaker 1: do nothing. You then decide to be a whistleblower because
- 4:59Speaker 1: in your your capacity, in your job, it's not working.
- 5:03Speaker 1: The rules are are not working the way they're supposed
- 5:06Speaker 1: to work. You're telling them that you are found something
- 5:11Speaker 1: and they're covering it up, and then you want to
- 5:13Speaker 1: go public. This is the definition of whistle blowing. So
- 5:18Speaker 1: why would NBC News say so called whistleblowers? Because this
- 5:26Speaker 1: is all they have left because the intel is just
- 5:28Speaker 1: so damning. They had no other option but to now
- 5:33Speaker 1: just straight up lie to you. That's what they're doing.
- 5:37Speaker 1: They're just straight up lying to you. I want to
- 5:43Speaker 1: go to your phone calls and I want to see
- 5:45Speaker 1: what you think about all of this the number now,
- 5:49Speaker 1: with the stage set, with what you're now seeing the
- 5:52Speaker 1: media do now, I want to play for you part
- 5:55Speaker 1: two of our interview with James Comer. We did this
- 5:58Speaker 1: missenter Ted Cruise. If you missed the first part, go
- 6:02Speaker 1: back and listen to it all right, And I want
- 6:05Speaker 1: to pick it up with the money laundering. I want
- 6:07Speaker 1: to pick it up with the bribery. I want to
- 6:09Speaker 1: pick it up with the WhatsApp message has now become
- 6:13Speaker 1: so famous that WhatsApp message was Hunter Biden shaking down
- 6:18Speaker 1: leaders in China, claiming that he was sitting right next
- 6:22Speaker 1: to his father, and within a week they received more
- 6:25Speaker 1: than five million dollars. Take a listen, so and let me.
- 6:31Speaker 5: Ask you something.
- 6:32Speaker 6: So one of the things we've talked about a lot
- 6:34Speaker 6: is the WhatsApp message that that Hunter Biden sent to
- 6:39Speaker 6: his Chinese business associate, and the text of it says, quote,
- 6:43Speaker 6: I'm sitting here with my father and we would like
- 6:46Speaker 6: to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.
- 6:48Speaker 6: Tell the director that I would like to resolve this
- 6:50Speaker 6: now before it gets out of hand, and now means
- 6:52Speaker 6: tonight and ze if I get a call or text
- 6:55Speaker 6: from anyone involved in this other than you, Zang or
- 6:58Speaker 6: the chairman, I will will make certain that between the
- 7:01Speaker 6: man sitting next to me and every person he knows,
- 7:04Speaker 6: and my ability to forever hold a grudge, that you
- 7:06Speaker 6: will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here
- 7:11Speaker 6: waiting for the call with my father now. Number one
- 7:17Speaker 6: we've talked about there are really only two defenses that
- 7:21Speaker 6: Hunter and Joe Biden could put up to this WhatsApp message.
- 7:25Speaker 6: One they can claim it's fake and fraudulent that it
- 7:27Speaker 6: didn't actually get sent. Is anyone claiming that, No, So
- 7:31Speaker 6: no one's disputing that this is accurate in core person.
- 7:34Speaker 6: The second thing they could claim as Hunter was lying,
- 7:37Speaker 6: that Hunter was saying dad was here and Dad wasn't
- 7:40Speaker 6: really there, so he was puffing, he was bragging, but
- 7:43Speaker 6: he wasn't actually threatening the retaliation from Joe Biden.
- 7:47Speaker 5: Have they claimed that they have it.
- 7:50Speaker 7: No. All they've said is, well, he was on drugs
- 7:52Speaker 7: and he was going through a hard period in his life.
- 7:56Speaker 6: And am I right that the investigators wanted to use
- 8:00Speaker 6: GPS information to determine was Joe Biden sitting next to Hunter?
- 8:05Speaker 6: Because if he's typing this, I'm sitting next to my dad,
- 8:09Speaker 6: the fact that his dad was sitting next to him
- 8:11Speaker 6: at that moment would be pretty irrelevant.
- 8:12Speaker 7: They said that could have been easily proven. And so
- 8:17Speaker 7: why did they were not allowed to do that and
- 8:19Speaker 7: who was they? Just so everybody res s whistleblower. The
- 8:22Speaker 7: IRS employees testified that they were not allowed to do
- 8:26Speaker 7: that by the department.
- 8:28Speaker 1: So, going back to Yessay's pod, they weren't allowed to
- 8:31Speaker 1: go question Hunter Biden that Hunter Biden was tipped off
- 8:34Speaker 1: when they were trying to question him, his lawyers were
- 8:36Speaker 1: gotten involved before they were able to question him. Then
- 8:38Speaker 1: they weren't allowed to even see if the two men
- 8:40Speaker 1: weren't sitting next to each other, when they could have
- 8:42Speaker 1: easily done that as well.
- 8:43Speaker 5: And there's another thing.
- 8:45Speaker 7: They interviewed some of these former associates like Rob Walker yep,
- 8:50Speaker 7: like Eric Sherwin, like Tony Bobolinski, and through the course
- 8:55Speaker 7: of those interviews, somebody told him there was a storage
- 8:58Speaker 7: building that had a bud bunch of documents, a bunch
- 9:01Speaker 7: of old laptops and things, papers and things like that that.
- 9:04Speaker 4: Would prove they were telling the truth.
- 9:07Speaker 7: They were telling the truth, and that Joe was involved,
- 9:11Speaker 7: and they were never allowed to go into that storage building.
- 9:15Speaker 7: They were tipped off.
- 9:17Speaker 6: When they say today, you mean the Department of Justice
- 9:21Speaker 6: tipped Hunter Biden off that the invigators and wanted to
- 9:27Speaker 6: search that storage build.
- 9:28Speaker 7: They tipped him off that they wanted to talk to
- 9:31Speaker 7: him at his house in California and they wanted to,
- 9:35Speaker 7: uh search his storage unit.
- 9:38Speaker 6: And look, if someone is guilty, if someone's a criminal,
- 9:42Speaker 6: if you are investigating a drug dealer and you tell
- 9:45Speaker 6: a drug dealer, hey, we want to search this warehouse
- 9:47Speaker 6: at this location to see if you have drugs.
- 9:50Speaker 5: What does drug dealer do? Yeah, he gets rid of
- 9:53Speaker 5: the oven.
- 9:54Speaker 6: Sure is there any law enforcement justification for telling the
- 10:00Speaker 6: target of an investigation, who, you've got massive evidence of criminality.
- 10:03Speaker 5: Hey, here's where we want to search.
- 10:04Speaker 6: To see if there's evidence of your criminality, and has
- 10:08Speaker 6: anyone given you one you're investigating? Do they say, oh, yeah,
- 10:11Speaker 6: we did this because like, what's there? Just let's play
- 10:14Speaker 6: Devil's advocate. So they're saying we were trying to what
- 10:20Speaker 6: I mean?
- 10:20Speaker 5: Is there an argument?
- 10:21Speaker 7: The one argument that they disclosed in the testimony to
- 10:25Speaker 7: the Overset Committee was that the Deputy US Attorney Wolf
- 10:30Speaker 7: said that the reason she wouldn't allow them to talk
- 10:34Speaker 7: to Hunter Biden's grand Joe Biden's grandchildren, Hunter Biden's children
- 10:38Speaker 7: who received wires and who were also subjects.
- 10:42Speaker 5: They were written out.
- 10:42Speaker 6: And let me stop you there, James, because look, I
- 10:45Speaker 6: can understand someone saying, Okay, maybe it's a little shady,
- 10:50Speaker 6: a little problematic, talk to kids, like.
- 10:52Speaker 5: Talking to kids. I get it. But wait, these kids
- 10:56Speaker 5: were getting money from the Chinese communists in Romanian Foreign
- 10:59Speaker 5: national All right, you've got little kids.
- 11:01Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm gonna ask you right now on the record
- 11:03Speaker 6: on Verdict time, right, your children received any money from
- 11:06Speaker 6: the Chinese Communists?
- 11:07Speaker 5: No? No? Okay Ukraine?
- 11:11Speaker 8: No.
- 11:11Speaker 5: By the way, James, you have kids, have your kids
- 11:13Speaker 5: gotten any never?
- 11:14Speaker 8: Like?
- 11:15Speaker 5: Seriously, who the hell does.
- 11:17Speaker 4: Nobody unless you're money laundering?
- 11:19Speaker 6: Right? And by the way, these kids are little kids, yep,
- 11:22Speaker 6: so they're not working for it. Is it fair to
- 11:24Speaker 6: say these kids at all likelihood have not done a
- 11:27Speaker 6: meaningful service to the government of China.
- 11:30Speaker 7: I doubt that the grandchild, who was in college at
- 11:33Speaker 7: the time, did anything near of any value to receive
- 11:38Speaker 7: a wire from a Romanian foreign national.
- 11:41Speaker 1: This is what money laundering sounds like. Hey, Ben Ferguson
- 11:46Speaker 1: here and on my bucket list, I've always wanted to
- 11:48Speaker 1: go to the Holy Land Israel. We've decided to do
- 11:50Speaker 1: a trip. You can come and join me and other
- 11:53Speaker 1: listeners from around the country as we get to go

- 12:03Speaker 1: visit famous sites like the Armageddon Battlefield, Nazareth, Jericho, Jerusalem,
- 12:07Speaker 1: and you're also gonna step in the footsteps of the
- 12:10Speaker 1: biblical figures like King David and Jesus Christ. I'm gonna
- 12:13Speaker 1: meet you in Jerusalem and you can experience the city's
- 12:16Speaker 1: great sites like the Western Wall, the Temple Mount, just
- 12:20Speaker 1: to name a few. Go online right now and sign
- 12:23Speaker 1: up or find out more about this incredible bucket list
- 12:26Speaker 1: experience Christianexpedition dot com slash ben. That's Christian Expedition dot
- 12:34Speaker 1: com slash ben. Or call eight seven seven two three
- 12:38Speaker 1: four three zero zero two eight seven seven two three
- 12:41Speaker 1: four three zero zero two or Christianexpedition dot com slash ben.
- 12:47Speaker 1: But what actually happened in Ukraine? And what are the
- 12:50Speaker 1: whistleblowers saying? And how damning is that audio with Joe
- 12:56Speaker 1: Biden talking about getting that prosecutor fired.
- 12:59Speaker 6: Take listen well, and we've seen now it's broken recently
- 13:03Speaker 6: that there was an email from a senior official at
- 13:06Speaker 6: Barisma signing off on the contract with Hunter Biden that
- 13:10Speaker 6: said the ultimate objective of this contract is to stop
- 13:14Speaker 6: any investigations of the oligarch who owned Bearisman. Just months
- 13:18Speaker 6: after that email, Joe Biden flies to Ukraine. Holds a
- 13:22Speaker 6: billion dollars in American aid hostage, demands that the prosecutor
- 13:25Speaker 6: investigating that oligark be fired, and as Joe Biden said
- 13:28Speaker 6: on TV, son of a bitch, they fired him. He
- 13:31Speaker 6: confessed on TV that he did that, brogged about it.
- 13:35Speaker 6: That's the quid pro quo in Ukraine. It was Joe Biden,
- 13:39Speaker 6: not Donald Trump. And there's zero dispute that Biden got
- 13:44Speaker 6: him fired, and that he got him fired by holding
- 13:46Speaker 6: a billion dollars in USAH hostage.
- 13:48Speaker 5: He's in middle Biden's own words.
- 13:50Speaker 6: So Biden's defense to this, as they say, well, the
- 13:54Speaker 6: prosecutor wasn't investigating enough corruption, so he wasn't trying to
- 13:58Speaker 6: protect the oligarch. He wanted someone tougher. And yet just
- 14:03Speaker 6: this week it's broken that the email to Hunter Biden
- 14:06Speaker 6: said we are paying you eighty three thousand dollars a
- 14:09Speaker 6: month a million dollars a year to stop the investigations
- 14:13Speaker 6: into the oligarch, which is precisely what Joe Biden did
- 14:16Speaker 6: a couple of months later.
- 14:17Speaker 5: Yes, that's right.
- 14:19Speaker 4: How shocked were you when you found that out?
- 14:22Speaker 5: I'm not shocked about anything.
- 14:24Speaker 7: I think that Joe Biden has been selling access to
- 14:29Speaker 7: our enemies.
- 14:32Speaker 5: For decades. I think that so.
- 14:34Speaker 4: Long before Hunter was involved.
- 14:36Speaker 5: So let me stop you on that.
- 14:37Speaker 6: You said he's been selling access to our enemies for decades, that,
- 14:41Speaker 6: on the face of it, is an extraordinary statement.
- 14:43Speaker 5: What's your basis for that basis? Is?
- 14:45Speaker 7: You know, if you study Joe Biden like I have,
- 14:48Speaker 7: he's always been cash strapped, He's never had a successful
- 14:53Speaker 7: career in investing or anything like that. Then you look
- 14:57Speaker 7: at the assets he's accumulated on a senatece hour, it's
- 15:01Speaker 7: pretty pretty impressive. And you look at the upkeep to
- 15:04Speaker 7: those assets. I believe that if we you know.
- 15:08Speaker 5: You're saying a classic Corvette doesn't by itself.
- 15:10Speaker 7: No, and you know the we're we're finding where many
- 15:15Speaker 7: of these toys that at least Hunter had were purchased
- 15:20Speaker 7: by foreign nationals. So that's a whole nother element of
- 15:24Speaker 7: things of value received by the Bidens and the diamonds, diamonds,
- 15:28Speaker 7: Porsche vacations, free stays at hotels, travel women, all gifts
- 15:38Speaker 7: from for national adversaries.
- 15:40Speaker 5: I mean, is it a Costa Rica? This is, that's right,
- 15:46Speaker 5: But like the.
- 15:48Speaker 7: Soviets, countries that we don't trade with, you know, the
- 15:52Speaker 7: only thing we do is give them four and eight
- 15:54Speaker 7: that's you know, I mean, and and look, I think
- 16:00Speaker 7: that Obama knew this was going on towards end. And
- 16:03Speaker 7: I think that's why Obama didn't want Biden to run
- 16:06Speaker 7: for president.
- 16:06Speaker 5: I don't think it had anything to do with his age.
- 16:08Speaker 5: I don't think anything to do with the gaff.
- 16:09Speaker 1: I think he's never underestimated the ability for Joe bid
- 16:12Speaker 1: daffodot Ye's true.
- 16:14Speaker 7: And look, they had to know what was going on
- 16:19Speaker 7: with Ukraine. I mean that stinks to high heaven what
- 16:23Speaker 7: was going on there? And Joe then then Bragg, he
- 16:25Speaker 7: admitted he fired that prosecutor. The whistle blower has testified today.
- 16:30Speaker 7: We're just now getting the Ukrainian money. But yes, Hunter
- 16:34Speaker 7: Biden supposedly was getting paid fifty sixty thousand dollars a
- 16:40Speaker 7: month as a director, but apparently they received millions of dollars,
- 16:45Speaker 7: which goes back to that FV ten twenty three where
- 16:49Speaker 7: they said they were, uh, now what.
- 16:52Speaker 5: We heard a lot of discussion about that one. What
- 16:53Speaker 5: is it?
- 16:54Speaker 7: A ten to twenty three is a is a forum
- 16:56Speaker 7: where the FBI has a paid informant who comes in
- 17:01Speaker 7: reports information that he's received.
- 17:04Speaker 5: So the paid informant's like a spy.
- 17:06Speaker 6: So the informant called or spoke to the FBI and said,
- 17:10Speaker 6: we I have evidence that Joe Biden personally received a
- 17:15Speaker 6: multimillion dollar bribe from the foreign national. Yes, and that
- 17:19Speaker 6: got recorded in an FBI form.
- 17:21Speaker 5: Yes? Did that get investigated? No?
- 17:25Speaker 7: And that's why Grassley has been upset about that. You're
- 17:27Speaker 7: about to learn more from Senator Grassley and I about
- 17:31Speaker 7: that ten twenty three form very soon.
- 17:34Speaker 6: But the ten twenty three also alleges that there are
- 17:38Speaker 6: seventeen voice recordings yes, between the Ukrainian oligarch, fifteen of
- 17:42Speaker 6: them with Hunter Biden and two of them.
- 17:44Speaker 5: With Joe Bidens.
- 17:45Speaker 6: Have you been able to figure out do those recordings
- 17:47Speaker 6: exist as DJ or the FBI have them?
- 17:49Speaker 7: All know, they don't know, You don't know, or they
- 17:53Speaker 7: don't have them because they never investigated.
- 17:55Speaker 5: And that's from sources within the FBI.
- 17:56Speaker 6: Okay, because I've asked the FBI and they've under that
- 18:00Speaker 6: they don't know what you're talking. They've refused to answer
- 18:02Speaker 6: my question. They've said they never investigated it.
- 18:05Speaker 5: So they so you believe they didn't want to know,
- 18:07Speaker 5: they just did.
- 18:09Speaker 8: Yah.
- 18:11Speaker 1: When you hear James comer sitting there telling you all
- 18:15Speaker 1: of this from an investigation. And then you go back
- 18:18Speaker 1: to the bs from NBC News where they refer to
- 18:21Speaker 1: these whistleblowers alleged whistleblowers, acting like they're not really whistleblowers.
- 18:26Speaker 1: It makes you understand why NBC News is no longer
- 18:29Speaker 1: news organization. They're part of a communist regime. They're no
- 18:32Speaker 1: different than state sponsored TV in China or in Russia.
- 18:38Speaker 1: These are real whistleblowers coming forward telling you real information,
- 18:42Speaker 1: backing it up with documents telling you how they were
- 18:44Speaker 1: stopped from doing their job. These are heroes within our
- 18:49Speaker 1: government who believe that the rule of law should apply
- 18:52Speaker 1: to everyone, not exclude the Biden crime family. And yet
- 18:56Speaker 1: NBC News now calls them alleged whistle blowers like there's
- 19:00Speaker 1: not even don't even deserve to be treated like they're
- 19:02Speaker 1: actually whistleblowers. This goes back to Tony Biblenski for a second.
- 19:07Speaker 1: If we go back in time, Tony Bobolinski went and
- 19:10Speaker 1: sat down with the FBI right after he became public
- 19:13Speaker 1: and the waiting days of the presidential campaign he did
- 19:16Speaker 1: that press conference.
- 19:17Speaker 4: The FBI finally met with him.
- 19:19Speaker 1: What happened to Tony Bobolenski afterwards, in all the intel
- 19:22Speaker 1: he gave to the FBI, if we got into the
- 19:24Speaker 1: bottom of that, yet, do they do the same thing.
- 19:26Speaker 1: We don't want to hear it. We don't want to know,
- 19:27Speaker 1: because he said they never contact him.
- 19:29Speaker 5: Again, never did, never did.
- 19:31Speaker 6: And by the way, David White, so the US attorney
- 19:36Speaker 6: who the press says over and over and over again,
- 19:38Speaker 6: was appointed by Donald Trump. So look, you know, well,
- 19:42Speaker 6: I know well the way US attorneys get appointed.
- 19:44Speaker 7: The sad no weell in Kentucky, how US attorneys get appointed.
- 19:46Speaker 6: Let's be clear, no US attorney gets appointed without the
- 19:50Speaker 6: approval of both home state.
- 19:51Speaker 5: Senators, at least one in Kentucky and.
- 19:55Speaker 6: In Delaware there were two Home states Senator Tom Carper
- 20:01Speaker 6: and Chris Coons.
- 20:01Speaker 5: They're both Democrats.
- 20:03Speaker 6: Joe Biden is the godfather of all Democrats in Delaware.
- 20:07Speaker 6: So what it means is David Weiss had to sign
- 20:09Speaker 6: off from both Democrats senators who are deeply, deeply loyal
- 20:13Speaker 6: to Joe Biden and so claiming, let's be clear, there's
- 20:17Speaker 6: nothing in David Weiss's background that suggests he's a Republican.
- 20:19Speaker 6: He's a Trump partisan, he voted for Trump, he supports Republicans.
- 20:23Speaker 5: Is all that right? That's right? And look, I mean
- 20:27Speaker 5: this is a fact.
- 20:27Speaker 7: McConnell has a big say and who gets a pointed
- 20:30Speaker 7: US Attorney Kentucky when you have Democrat presidents, whether it
- 20:32Speaker 7: be Biden or or Obama.
- 20:34Speaker 5: I mean, that's just the way it works. And let
- 20:36Speaker 5: me be clear, let me be clear.
- 20:37Speaker 6: In Texas, there are not US attorneys appointed without John
- 20:40Speaker 6: Corny to me signing off.
- 20:41Speaker 5: That's the way the Senate operates, That's exactly.
- 20:43Speaker 6: And we have the ability to kill any US Attorney nominee.
- 20:46Speaker 6: That's just the way the Senate operates. And so I
- 20:50Speaker 6: want to read a few quotes from today that the
- 20:53Speaker 6: whistleblower's testified to so IRS. Whistleblower Garris Shapley said, quote
- 20:57Speaker 6: the Delaware US Attorney's Office and DOJ handling the Hunter
- 21:00Speaker 6: Biden tax investigation was very different from any other case
- 21:05Speaker 6: in my fourteen years at the IRS. At every stage,
- 21:10Speaker 6: decisions were made that benefited the subject of this investigation.
- 21:16Speaker 6: How unusual is that?
- 21:18Speaker 7: It's unprecedented? Unprecedented. I mean, we create an RS Tax
- 21:25Speaker 7: Crime Division to go after tax chiefs and you're not
- 21:29Speaker 7: supposed to turn a blind eye to politically connect the
- 21:32Speaker 7: tax cheat. But yet that's what happened here, and that's
- 21:35Speaker 7: what the whistleblowers have testified. And I can tell you,
- 21:38Speaker 7: in the six months I've been investigating, we've been blocked
- 21:41Speaker 7: from Treasury, We've been blocked by the FBI, We've been
- 21:44Speaker 7: blocked by the Secret Service.
- 21:46Speaker 6: By the way, is there a Democrat in the House
- 21:48Speaker 6: that gives a damn about any of this, even off
- 21:50Speaker 6: the recorders, whether the President of the United States received
- 21:52Speaker 6: a bribe from a foreignational There's not I can tell you.
- 21:56Speaker 6: In the Senate on Senate Judiciary, not a single Democrat
- 22:00Speaker 6: has asked a single question about anyone. They do not
- 22:04Speaker 6: care if Biden is guilty. Is that true in the
- 22:06Speaker 6: House too, That's true.
- 22:07Speaker 4: Kner says.
- 22:08Speaker 1: Anybody even walking to you behind the scenes like hey,
- 22:11Speaker 1: I think this smells the high Heaven.
- 22:14Speaker 4: This is corruption. I'm a Democrat.
- 22:16Speaker 1: I can't take the political risk because the have you
- 22:18Speaker 1: send it to you behind the scenes.
- 22:19Speaker 7: Behind the scenes, most Democrats wish Joe Biden would go home.
- 22:23Speaker 4: Okay, so they understand the liability.
- 22:25Speaker 7: Publicly question anything they've done pertaining to wrongdoing.
- 22:29Speaker 6: All right, let me give you another quote again from
- 22:31Speaker 6: Gary Shapley. Quote, investigators were not allowed to follow up
- 22:35Speaker 6: on what's that messages from Hudder Biden where he suggested
- 22:38Speaker 6: he was sitting next to his father, And they.
- 22:40Speaker 7: Could have proven that with GPS technology, it's not hard
- 22:43Speaker 7: to determine.
- 22:44Speaker 6: So there's an objective right answer, but they didn't want
- 22:47Speaker 6: to know.
- 22:47Speaker 5: Then, let me give another quote.
- 22:49Speaker 6: IRS whistleblower Joseph Ziegler testified, quote, the US attorney in
- 22:54Speaker 6: Delaware in our investigation was constantly hamstrung, limited and marginalized
- 22:59Speaker 6: by DOOJ officials. Gary Shaffley added, quote the Justice Department
- 23:03Speaker 6: allowed the president's political appointees to weigh in on whether
- 23:07Speaker 6: to charge the president's son.
- 23:09Speaker 5: Right, Is that accurate? That is accurate?
- 23:11Speaker 7: And what he was talking about were the US attorneys
- 23:14Speaker 7: And there were other jurisdictions beside Delaware where they wanted
- 23:18Speaker 7: to so DC and the Central Coast California d C
- 23:21Speaker 7: in California, and those were US attorneys appointed by Joe Biden.
- 23:25Speaker 6: And am I right that the DCUs attorney was personally
- 23:28Speaker 6: a donor to Joe Biden and the Central District California
- 23:32Speaker 6: US attorney was personally a donor to Kamala Harris.
- 23:34Speaker 5: I'm not sure, but you would probably know that. So
- 23:36Speaker 5: that's been publicly reported.
- 23:38Speaker 6: That's both accurate and in both instances, Weiss wanted to
- 23:43Speaker 6: bring charges in d C and the Central District of California.
- 23:46Speaker 6: And the reason that matters is the most egregious tax
- 23:49Speaker 6: crimes that he committed were occurred in d C and
- 23:51Speaker 6: Central District, California, and both of these political donors to Biden.
- 23:57Speaker 6: Harris said, no, we won't bring those claims. That's right now. Look,
- 24:04Speaker 6: one of the consequences of this testimony. Merrick Garland, Biden's
- 24:10Speaker 6: Attorney General, testified under oath and from the United States Senate.
- 24:13Speaker 6: Actually in response to questioning from me, he said, there's
- 24:17Speaker 6: no political interference whatsoever. And David Wise, the US attorney
- 24:22Speaker 6: is allowed to bring whatever charges he wants with zero interference.
- 24:25Speaker 6: He lied to you, Senator, and lying under oath is
- 24:29Speaker 6: a felon. And also the testimony the DOJ informed Hunter
- 24:34Speaker 6: Biden when they were gonna interview him, and form Hunter
- 24:36Speaker 6: Biden when they're gonna search the warehouse. All of that
- 24:39Speaker 6: is obstruction of justice.
- 24:40Speaker 5: That's right.
- 24:42Speaker 6: As I view it, I want to see if you
- 24:43Speaker 6: view it the same way, there are two and only
- 24:46Speaker 6: two scenarios. Either the whistleblowers are telling the truth, in
- 24:50Speaker 6: which case Merrick Garland has committed multiple felonies, or the
- 24:53Speaker 6: whistleblowers are not telling the truth, and so Merrick Garland's
- 24:56Speaker 6: entitled to defend themselves and maybe he can demonstrate what
- 24:59Speaker 6: they're saying is But if what they're saying is true,
- 25:04Speaker 6: we have an Attorney General as a fellow.
- 25:06Speaker 7: I think you're exactly right, and I think that more
- 25:10Speaker 7: and more people in the House of Representatives are realizing that.
- 25:13Speaker 7: I think today was a pivotal moment. I think a
- 25:16Speaker 7: lot of the moderate Republicans that get nervoush when you
- 25:21Speaker 7: talk about impeachment because honestly, a lot of our guys
- 25:24Speaker 7: don't want to impeach because they don't have confidence that's
- 25:26Speaker 7: the Senate will convict.
- 25:27Speaker 6: Well, and the Senate won't. To be clear, the chances
- 25:30Speaker 6: of the Senate convicting are zero. Why because there's not
- 25:34Speaker 6: a single Democrat who will vote to convict and it
- 25:36Speaker 6: doesn't matter what the evidence is. So to impeach in
- 25:39Speaker 6: the House takes a majority.
- 25:40Speaker 5: Right.
- 25:41Speaker 6: If Republicans stand together they'll do so, though, I'll predict
- 25:44Speaker 6: if y'all impeach, whether it is Merrick Garland or Allahidro
- 25:47Speaker 6: Mayorkas or Joe Biden, I'll predict you will not get
- 25:50Speaker 6: a single Democrat that votes to impeach in the House.
- 25:52Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 25:54Speaker 1: Now, if you want to hear the rest of this conversation,
- 25:58Speaker 1: you can download Vernon Ted Cruz wherever you get your podcasts,
- 26:01Speaker 1: and listen to it in its entirety. There's also something
- 26:05Speaker 1: else that's happening now, and that is the deep state
- 26:07Speaker 1: is really now digging in to fight back because they
- 26:10Speaker 1: realize they're in trouble. CNN this Morning had this to
- 26:15Speaker 1: say about Chuck Grassley releasing this FBI document. Listen this
- 26:19Speaker 1: this ten to twenty three form listen all right.
- 26:22Speaker 8: The FBI, the White House sharply criticizing a move by
- 26:25Speaker 8: Senator Chuck Grassley, the Iowa Republican releasing an internal FBI
- 26:29Speaker 8: document with unverified claims from twenty sixteen that President Biden
- 26:33Speaker 8: and his son Hunter purportedly received bribes from the CEO
- 26:37Speaker 8: of the Ukrainian energy company Barisma. Now, Grassley says he
- 26:40Speaker 8: is able to release that document. It's called a form
- 26:42Speaker 8: ten twenty three because of quote legally protected disclosure by
- 26:47Speaker 8: Justice Department whistleblowers. But the FBI says Grassley's release of
- 26:51Speaker 8: this information unverified information at a minimum, risks the safety
- 26:55Speaker 8: of confidential sources, and the White House sharply criticized Republicans
- 26:58Speaker 8: for pushing long debunkedanes.
- 27:02Speaker 1: They're going to fight back. They're going to keep fighting back.
- 27:06Speaker 1: They're now going to go after Center Grassley. They're gonna
- 27:08Speaker 1: go after anybody that keeps doing this moving forward. They're
- 27:11Speaker 1: gonna go after every whistleblower. The media is going to
- 27:14Speaker 1: do this for them, just the same way that I
- 27:16Speaker 1: just mentioned what happened in NBC News saying that you know,
- 27:19Speaker 1: well parts of Biden's FBI form could be lost in
- 27:21Speaker 1: translation from Russia, right, like implying that, well, you can't
- 27:25Speaker 1: say that this form is any good because this form
- 27:29Speaker 1: it came through and it's in Russian, and so we
- 27:33Speaker 1: we apparently our government's too stupid or the media is
- 27:39Speaker 1: too stupid. We can't we can't figure out how to
- 27:44Speaker 1: translate Russian, right, So it's just too hard translating Russia
- 27:50Speaker 1: a Russian uh is just something we just can't take on.
- 27:54Speaker 1: That's their new alibi. And if you're a whistleblower, you're
- 27:58Speaker 1: not really a whistleblower. You're an alleged whistle blower, you're
- 28:01Speaker 1: a so called whistlebler, you're not actually a whistlebler because
- 28:05Speaker 1: because apparently the only people that can be whistleblowers now
- 28:08Speaker 1: are people that the media and the Democratic Party decide
- 28:11Speaker 1: to give that title too. If you come in, you
- 28:14Speaker 1: use the whistlewlarer laws, you go through the back channel,
- 28:17Speaker 1: the channels the way you're supposed to be a whistleblower,
- 28:19Speaker 1: and you do everything perfectly, but you're telling a you're
- 28:22Speaker 1: boyling the whistle and saying they don't want you to know.
- 28:23Speaker 1: Then you're no longer a whistlebler. You're an alleged whistler.
- 28:26Speaker 1: In other words, you're a fake, you're a fraud, you're
- 28:28Speaker 1: not real, and they will come after you with everything
- 28:32Speaker 1: they have. Now, there's one of two things that are
- 28:34Speaker 1: going to happen. Now. There's either going to be so
- 28:37Speaker 1: many people in our government that are so angry at
- 28:40Speaker 1: the demonizing and dehumanizing behavior of the deep state attacking
- 28:46Speaker 1: these whistleblowers, that more whistle blowers will come forward. And
- 28:49Speaker 1: I think there's a very good chance that could happen,
- 28:51Speaker 1: because if you see your friends being crucified this way
- 28:54Speaker 1: that you work with, that you know are not pushing
- 28:56Speaker 1: a political agenda and or ideology, you're going to be
- 28:59Speaker 1: mad as hell and you're probably gonna say, screw it,
- 29:01Speaker 1: I'll come forward. Two. This may be a massive political
- 29:05Speaker 1: backfire for the Democrats because they just usually get their way.
- 29:08Speaker 1: That's what normally happens, right, they can say and do
- 29:11Speaker 1: whatever they want to do. I think that's going to
- 29:14Speaker 1: backfire big time now. I think it's gonna be significant
- 29:19Speaker 1: that other people are gonna say, I'm gonna stand with
- 29:21Speaker 1: my friends who are telling the truth, And how dare
- 29:23Speaker 1: you act like they're politically motivated when they are just
- 29:28Speaker 1: trying to tell you that they couldn't do their job.
- 29:32Speaker 1: And when you see them treat your friends this way,
- 29:35Speaker 1: that's when people start to come back and say, no,
- 29:38Speaker 1: don't forget. If you want to listen to part one,
- 29:40Speaker 1: Go Back Down with Ben ferguson podcasts, you can hear
- 29:43Speaker 1: part one
