- 0:00Speaker 1: So the legal battle is everything. We know that, especially
- 0:05Speaker 1: because of what the Democrats are trying to do and
- 0:08Speaker 1: do we have a chance to fight and actually get
- 0:11Speaker 1: the votes count the right way. Joining me now to
- 0:13Speaker 1: talk about this legal battle is one of those that
- 0:17Speaker 1: sits on the legal team for President Trump, and that
- 0:20Speaker 1: is Jordan's secular dear friend of mine At Jordan, I
- 0:23Speaker 1: appreciate you coming on again. I want to give an
- 0:27Speaker 1: overview for people. Where are we right now? Because you
- 0:32Speaker 1: can see a rush to a coronation by the media
- 0:36Speaker 1: in places like Arizona and Georgia, Nevada and Pennsylvania. But
- 0:40Speaker 1: where are we actually legally? Let's talk about that first. Sure, sure,
- 0:44Speaker 1: So in Arizona, I mean, we still have a significant
- 0:47Speaker 1: amount of votes to be counted, and you've got the
- 0:51Speaker 1: president who's actually gaining votes there, needs to gain them
- 0:54Speaker 1: in a higher number. But you know, we need to
- 0:56Speaker 1: keep Arizona in play order. Ata We've got North Carolina.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Georgia is on the slightest of margins and because of that,
- 1:06Speaker 1: I mean there's going to be a recount, and when
- 1:10Speaker 1: you're at that small of a number, uh, you know,
- 1:13Speaker 1: recount can actually have an impact and then it really
- 1:15Speaker 1: comes down to bed and you know, with North Carolina
- 1:18Speaker 1: Strong and everywhere else, it comes down to what happens
- 1:22Speaker 1: in Pennsylvania. And that's where a lot of the court.
- 1:25Speaker 1: There's other court challenge is happening in the Vada and
- 1:28Speaker 1: in in and Arizona, Ssylvania, multiple lawsuits there at the
- 1:32Speaker 1: state level. And we've got a case up at the
- 1:35Speaker 1: Supreme Court right now about the late ballots and how
- 1:41Speaker 1: the state legislature never changed the law on those ballot dates,
- 1:44Speaker 1: but the court State court did, and the Supreme Court
- 1:48Speaker 1: did not issue a state on that. But what I
- 1:53Speaker 1: think they're looking for now is to see if Pennsylvania
- 1:58Speaker 1: is still going to be the decisive stay. And if so,
- 2:01Speaker 1: I could see the Supreme Court taking up the case
- 2:03Speaker 1: very quickly. But they're waiting, just like all of us,
- 2:06Speaker 1: to see these tabulations. At least the initial tabulations come in.
- 2:10Speaker 1: Oftentimes the major legal challenges don't begin until after at
- 2:15Speaker 1: least you've got, you know, the majority of the votes counted.
- 2:18Speaker 1: You know we're there at least you look at Pennsylvania, Jordan,
- 2:23Speaker 1: and one of the things that I think has been
- 2:25Speaker 1: so frustrating is just the lack of transparency. Paul watchers
- 2:31Speaker 1: have not been allowed to watch. They've been forced to
- 2:33Speaker 1: stay far away. They've been counting votes in secret. They
- 2:37Speaker 1: were supposed to separate votes that came in after eight
- 2:40Speaker 1: o'clock at night on election night and not com and
- 2:45Speaker 1: that was done as well. How do we know how
- 2:48Speaker 1: many votes came in that we're supposed to be set
- 2:50Speaker 1: aside that came in after eight o'clock at night on
- 2:53Speaker 1: election night in Pennsylvania? No, like right now Philadelphia saying oh,
- 2:58Speaker 1: like today we really got like a thousand, so like
- 3:00Speaker 1: in the three days, this would be the last day
- 3:02Speaker 1: of the three days, So that's fine today, But what
- 3:05Speaker 1: did you get the other two days? And have you
- 3:08Speaker 1: segregated him and our poll watchers. I've been on the
- 3:12Speaker 1: phone with people like former Florida Attorneys General Pam Bondi's
- 3:15Speaker 1: on the ground in Philadelphia. They were not allowed to
- 3:18Speaker 1: see at all. Even when they were allowed in and
- 3:21Speaker 1: they got court orders to be allowed in to do
- 3:24Speaker 1: within six feet, so they couldn't even really see what
- 3:27Speaker 1: the people were doing with the votes. I mean, they
- 3:30Speaker 1: were just in a big room so far away. You
- 3:32Speaker 1: need binoculars. That's not allowed. And so I think when
- 3:37Speaker 1: we learned from this, regardless of how it turns out
- 3:41Speaker 1: in is that this mail in ballot scheme was the
- 3:46Speaker 1: steel And I know it's a strong word, but that
- 3:49Speaker 1: was how they were able, if they are successful, to
- 3:53Speaker 1: steal this from the White House. It didn't work at
- 3:56Speaker 1: the local level. It didn't work at races that are
- 4:00Speaker 1: more personal. Because that's why I think you see the
- 4:03Speaker 1: Senate's fill and play looking pretty good for Republicans and
- 4:06Speaker 1: the House Republicans gaining seats, but they knew the big
- 4:11Speaker 1: prize with the White House and mail in ballots, you know,
- 4:16Speaker 1: just it gave the Democrats an edge. There are more
- 4:19Speaker 1: Democrats to register in most states of the country the
- 4:22Speaker 1: Republicans going back to the history. So if you give
- 4:26Speaker 1: them all a ballot and they don't have to do
- 4:28Speaker 1: any they can come back and correct it in a
- 4:30Speaker 1: lot of these places. Like one thing we're looking at
- 4:32Speaker 1: in Pennsylvania is it counties for Biden. We're calling people
- 4:37Speaker 1: and say, hey, you need to come back and correct
- 4:40Speaker 1: your ballot, and they were only doing that in the
- 4:42Speaker 1: Biden Friendley counties and then in the Trump Friendley counties
- 4:46Speaker 1: in Pennsylvania. If you didn't do something right with your ballot.
- 4:49Speaker 1: They weren't getting the phone calls out. So I mean
- 4:51Speaker 1: it's stuff like that where when you have elections on
- 4:54Speaker 1: such small margins that can play a huge role. The
- 4:57Speaker 1: question is President Trump's campaign has has to be successful
- 5:03Speaker 1: enough in these states that we're talking about so much
- 5:07Speaker 1: like Arizona or Nevada, Georgia to keep Pennsylvania in play,
- 5:12Speaker 1: because I think Pennsylvania, if it is what we call it,
- 5:15Speaker 1: like the defining state, that's the defining state, then the
- 5:19Speaker 1: Supreme Court is more likely to hear the case and
- 5:22Speaker 1: get involved. If Joe Biden is able to get to
- 5:25Speaker 1: two seventy without Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court has no need
- 5:29Speaker 1: to weigh in. As you would see, they don't want
- 5:31Speaker 1: to weigh into these case unless they have to. They
- 5:33Speaker 1: did in Bush versus Gore because it came down to
- 5:35Speaker 1: one state. That is the goal right now. If you
- 5:38Speaker 1: are a Trump supporter in getting this down to making
- 5:41Speaker 1: this all about Pennsylvania, you look at what happened. For example,
- 5:45Speaker 1: my guests to me is Jordan's secular. He is a
- 5:47Speaker 1: good front of the show and obviously part of the
- 5:49Speaker 1: Trump legal team. We got this report that came in
- 5:52Speaker 1: today from the Michigan GOP chair talking about how they
- 5:57Speaker 1: had a major computer software Goods was using forty seven counties,
- 6:02Speaker 1: where at least in one county it sent six thousand
- 6:05Speaker 1: plus Trump votes. To Biden, I want you to hear
- 6:09Speaker 1: this and then get your reaction. If all this wasn't enough,
- 6:12Speaker 1: in Antrim County, ballots were counted for Democrats that were
- 6:16Speaker 1: meant for Republicans, causing a six thousand votes swing against
- 6:21Speaker 1: our candidates. The county clear came forward and said tabulating
- 6:27Speaker 1: software glitched and caused a miscalculation of the votes. Since then,
- 6:32Speaker 1: we have now discovered that forty seven counties use this
- 6:36Speaker 1: same software in the same capacity. Antrim County had to
- 6:42Speaker 1: hand count all of the ballots, and these counties that
- 6:46Speaker 1: use this software need to closely examine their results for
- 6:50Speaker 1: similar discrepancies. The people of Michigan deserved a transparent and
- 6:56Speaker 1: open process. You hear that and you think, okay, well,
- 7:01Speaker 1: if this is in forty seven counties, Jordan and six
- 7:03Speaker 1: thousand votes went for the wrong guy, that could be
- 7:05Speaker 1: the entire state. Yes, it could, and so what do
- 7:09Speaker 1: you need to do there? We have the R and C.
- 7:11Speaker 1: They'll be filing lawsuits along with the state party. Again,
- 7:16Speaker 1: I always say this court to your last resort on
- 7:20Speaker 1: any matter, especially elections, and they are they are very
- 7:24Speaker 1: weary to try and get involved. So you've got to
- 7:26Speaker 1: have instances like that where she can then prove to
- 7:29Speaker 1: the court this happened here, So I have the evidence
- 7:33Speaker 1: that's very important to the court. So you're not just
- 7:35Speaker 1: making an allegation. Here's the actual evidence. And if this
- 7:39Speaker 1: was in forty seven other places, shouldn't they do the
- 7:42Speaker 1: same thing we did, which was go through back in
- 7:44Speaker 1: hand check every single ballot. And I know that that
- 7:48Speaker 1: will extend this election. I know people want to know
- 7:51Speaker 1: who won. But if you're a Trump supporter right now,
- 7:54Speaker 1: you're looking for all those possible whether they were glitches,
- 7:58Speaker 1: whether they were intentional fraud, and whether it was again
- 8:04Speaker 1: just conduct that is not lawful. So we always stay
- 8:07Speaker 1: and we're very clear we have no problem with every
- 8:11Speaker 1: lawful vote being counted, even if that means that Joe
- 8:13Speaker 1: Biden becomes president United States, even if that means that
- 8:16Speaker 1: we lost the Senate or lost more House seats. But
- 8:19Speaker 1: the keyword there is lawful votes, and there are a
- 8:22Speaker 1: lot of votes every electricycle, especially in presidentials. That aren't lawful,
- 8:26Speaker 1: and that's because they aren't filled out correctly. They are
- 8:30Speaker 1: they are done correctly, there's signed correctly. People put too
- 8:34Speaker 1: many candidates down, they don't mark your right, they don't
- 8:36Speaker 1: use the right, they don't follow the instructions, and if
- 8:39Speaker 1: you don't follow the instructions, the vote gets cast aside.
- 8:43Speaker 1: What they've changed in a lot of these blue states
- 8:45Speaker 1: is that they can let people come back and correct this,
- 8:48Speaker 1: and that's causing trouble too. So I think, listen, it's
- 8:51Speaker 1: not over. Joe Biden might try to claim that, like
- 8:55Speaker 1: because of the network that did, but it's certainly not
- 8:58Speaker 1: over until the legal challenges are totally exhausted and we're
- 9:02Speaker 1: really just beginning those because like I said, I want
- 9:05Speaker 1: your audience to know, the courts don't really get involved
- 9:08Speaker 1: until there's at least a final count, so that it's
- 9:11Speaker 1: really about like, Okay, what balance are we looking at?
- 9:13Speaker 1: What are we looking for specifically? And and is an
- 9:18Speaker 1: outcome determinative because if it's not, the court is not
- 9:21Speaker 1: going to take up a case out of Pennsylvania. If
- 9:24Speaker 1: Joe Biden has got three states, you know, then he
- 9:29Speaker 1: and so he's way past two seventy. But that is
- 9:32Speaker 1: the goal right now. I think of Republicans. Yes, you
- 9:34Speaker 1: fight those battles in Michigan, you fight these battles in Arizona, Nevada,
- 9:38Speaker 1: Georgia with the recount, but but we have got to
- 9:44Speaker 1: keep Pennsylvania as the determinative state right now in my opinion,
- 9:50Speaker 1: because that is where we have the best illegal options,
- 9:54Speaker 1: mini options that will only work if those states stay
- 9:57Speaker 1: within the margins where most networks and most people will
- 10:02Speaker 1: not accept. Joe Biden declared victory even if he just
- 10:06Speaker 1: tries to do it tonight. Yeah. And you know, one
- 10:09Speaker 1: of the most interesting things, Jordan, that you just said,
- 10:11Speaker 1: and I really appreciate you coming on, is the part
- 10:13Speaker 1: you just said. They're about the victory aspect of this.
- 10:16Speaker 1: The Philadelphia mayor, and this just tells you about this
- 10:20Speaker 1: rush to make him be president even though it hasn't
- 10:24Speaker 1: been called to force people. In a submission on this,
- 10:26Speaker 1: the Philadelphia mayor, Jim Kinney had this to say in Philadelphia. Now,
- 10:33Speaker 1: in Philadelphia, they're counting votes. He's trying to tell you
- 10:35Speaker 1: there's confidence in the vote counting. In Jordana, they haven't
- 10:38Speaker 1: come up with it. In Philadelphia, they haven't come up
- 10:41Speaker 1: with an actual vote number yet, right, they haven't said
- 10:43Speaker 1: it's one hundred percent. Yet they're still counting votes. And
- 10:46Speaker 1: while they're counting votes, and he's telling the people of
- 10:48Speaker 1: Philadelphia to have confidence in the system, the Philadelphia mayor
- 10:52Speaker 1: says this to the President of the United States of America. No,
- 10:57Speaker 1: I think what the President needs to do is could
- 11:00Speaker 1: put his big boy pass on. He needs to acknowledge
- 11:02Speaker 1: the fact that he lost, and he needs to congratulate
- 11:05Speaker 1: the winner, just as Jimmy Carter did, just as George H. W.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Bush did, and frankly, just as Al Gore did, and
- 11:10Speaker 1: stop this and let us move forward as a country.
- 11:13Speaker 1: And that's my feeling. I doubt he'll listened to me.
- 11:16Speaker 1: But that's it. This is a mayor who is coming
- 11:19Speaker 1: out to talk about the vote counting that's going on,
- 11:26Speaker 1: the counting that's going on, and then he's saying, well,
- 11:29Speaker 1: it's over. Why would I trust you your force in
- 11:32Speaker 1: the present to concede an election when you haven't even
- 11:36Speaker 1: given us the total value you know, tally of your
- 11:39Speaker 1: votes yet. This is what we are up against, folks.
- 11:45Speaker 1: This is how ridiculous this has gotten. I want to
- 11:51Speaker 1: tell you real quick about Patriot Mobile. If you have
- 11:53Speaker 1: a cell phone and your cell phone is with AT
- 11:56Speaker 1: and T a Verizon, you need to check out Patriotmobile.
- 11:59Speaker 1: There credible sponsor the show, and they do some really
- 12:02Speaker 1: cool work. They actually take five percent of your bill
- 12:04Speaker 1: every month and nux or cost to you, and they
- 12:07Speaker 1: give it back to conservative causes that you choose to support. Now,
- 12:12Speaker 1: why do they do this. It's because ATT and Verizon
- 12:14Speaker 1: have actually helped more than ten thousand Democrats get elected office.
- 12:20Speaker 1: AT and T and Verizon have also given huge donations repeatedly,
- 12:25Speaker 1: repeatedly to Planned Parenthood, the number one abortion provider in
- 12:30Speaker 1: the country. So you need to make the switch. Nationwide coverage,
- 12:35Speaker 1: unlimited talk and texts, and you save money over what
- 12:39Speaker 1: you're paying right now. Plus five percent of your bill
- 12:41Speaker 1: every single month goes back to support First and Second
- 12:47Speaker 1: Amendment rights and the rights the unborn in this country.
- 12:50Speaker 1: How do you make the switch? It's easy. You get
- 12:52Speaker 1: to keep your same cell phone or upgrade to do
- 12:54Speaker 1: it if you want to. You get to keep your
- 12:55Speaker 1: same cell phone number. All you gotta do is call
- 12:58Speaker 1: them use my name Ben. You'll also get free activation.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Go online to patriomobile dot com slash Ben that's patriotmobile
- 13:07Speaker 1: dot com slash Ben, or call them one eight hundred
- 13:10Speaker 1: a patriot, that's one eight hundred a patriot, one eight
- 13:13Speaker 1: hundred a patriot or patriotmobile dot com slash Ben Jordan.
- 13:19Speaker 1: I want to get back to another aspect of the conversation,
- 13:22Speaker 1: and that is gonna obviously be the politics of this.
- 13:26Speaker 1: We know now in primetime, and of course everybody will
- 13:29Speaker 1: carry this, no one will break away from it, unlike
- 13:31Speaker 1: when Donald Trump has spoken after the election. We know
- 13:34Speaker 1: that they're gonna have this primetime event at eight o'clock
- 13:38Speaker 1: Eastern time tonight where not just Biden but also Harris
- 13:41Speaker 1: are going to speak. We are already seeing celebrations in
- 13:44Speaker 1: the streets in Philadelphia, and we're seeing news organizations now
- 13:48Speaker 1: coming out. The Decision Desk Headquarters has declared Biden the
- 13:52Speaker 1: winner after giving him Pennsylvania. This is the first major
- 13:56Speaker 1: outlet to make a call in the race, and the
- 13:59Speaker 1: Decisions a Q has already declared, as we're talking right now,
- 14:03Speaker 1: Democratic presidents, not me, Joe Biden the winner of the
- 14:05Speaker 1: twenty twenty presidential election. And I think that's part of
- 14:08Speaker 1: their campaign s tragedy here is Hey, go out there
- 14:10Speaker 1: and say it's already over. Go out and celebrate, and
- 14:14Speaker 1: then anything that the conservatives are saying, or the Trump
- 14:17Speaker 1: team is saying, or the Trump legal team is saying,
- 14:20Speaker 1: people would just treat it like they're trying to quote
- 14:22Speaker 1: steal an election. Your reaction, Yes, I think that that
- 14:26Speaker 1: that's the That is the of course, that's what they
- 14:29Speaker 1: are trying to do. Is if they wanted to close
- 14:32Speaker 1: this up by the end of the week. That's what
- 14:33Speaker 1: looks like what they're trying to do right now. And
- 14:36Speaker 1: we know in these when you insert a new kind
- 14:38Speaker 1: of voting into a majority of states, like mail in voting,
- 14:42Speaker 1: is that is going to be more difficult to do.
- 14:44Speaker 1: We already thought that this would hit the county unless
- 14:47Speaker 1: there were landslides, and there were in some states there
- 14:50Speaker 1: you can just declare victories and and most, but there
- 14:53Speaker 1: were going to be a few in the states that
- 14:55Speaker 1: are usually close that because of the mail in ballots,
- 14:57Speaker 1: it was going to take a lot longer. It was
- 14:59Speaker 1: gonna add legal issues. They were already being filed on
- 15:02Speaker 1: both sides. But you're right, if they can, if the
- 15:06Speaker 1: American people lose attention and I'm not talking about President
- 15:10Speaker 1: Trump's top supporters, and I'm not even talking about President
- 15:13Speaker 1: Biden's top supporters. I'm talking about just average day folks who, yeah,
- 15:17Speaker 1: they may have wonted President Trump to win, but you
- 15:19Speaker 1: know they got well with life. They about going to
- 15:21Speaker 1: watch cable news for another week twenty hours a day.
- 15:26Speaker 1: They've got to kind of move on and figure out
- 15:28Speaker 1: their life. So I think that is the goal, and
- 15:31Speaker 1: the goal of the Trump team is to undermine that
- 15:35Speaker 1: by saying, you are doing exactly what you thought our
- 15:39Speaker 1: guy would do, which is declared some huge victory, instead
- 15:44Speaker 1: of saying what he did say, which looked like we
- 15:45Speaker 1: are going to win, which it did when he said
- 15:47Speaker 1: a statement President Trump three days ago that night. And
- 15:52Speaker 1: now you've got Joe Biden who's going to go out
- 15:55Speaker 1: and do exactly what they were accusing, which is typical
- 15:57Speaker 1: of them, of going out and declaring victory before most
- 16:03Speaker 1: news networks have actually declared his victory and before a
- 16:07Speaker 1: lot of counting and recounting is done. I'd be interesting
- 16:10Speaker 1: to know which state he's claiming is the state and
- 16:13Speaker 1: put him over to the two seventy number. They're going
- 16:16Speaker 1: to actually explain that if he does, in fact try
- 16:20Speaker 1: to claim total victory tonight and then and on top
- 16:24Speaker 1: of this, I am very nervous. I just tweeted out
- 16:26Speaker 1: before coming on with you VID about what Alexandria Conzio
- 16:30Speaker 1: Court has said. She basically said she's developing a list
- 16:34Speaker 1: of all Trump supporters and all their social media statements
- 16:37Speaker 1: and photos and their their opinion pieces because they should
- 16:43Speaker 1: be shamed for life. You know that they empowered this person.
- 16:46Speaker 1: So we're gonna be having a deal potentially with that
- 16:49Speaker 1: as well, of course, and I think we can beat
- 16:52Speaker 1: them back pretty aggressively. But if those are the kind
- 16:55Speaker 1: of leaders that emerge from the Democrat Party, because it's
- 16:58Speaker 1: certainly not Pelosi and Schumer. They failed their parties. Since
- 17:03Speaker 1: Biden carried states that Trump did in twenty sixteen, they
- 17:07Speaker 1: should have had more pickups. The sentence should have gone Democrat.
- 17:10Speaker 1: And the fact that's still in play and favoring Republicans
- 17:14Speaker 1: just tells you how much Schumer failed and how much
- 17:17Speaker 1: Pelosi failed. So if the new party is the Kamala
- 17:20Speaker 1: Harris AOC Party, I mean I feel pretty good that,
- 17:24Speaker 1: you know, regardless of this election, I'm still we're still
- 17:26Speaker 1: fighting hard for Trump, I'm losing my voice doing it.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Is we're ultimately we're gonna be in a four year battle,
- 17:34Speaker 1: but I think it's a four year battle. We're gonna
- 17:36Speaker 1: win in the midterms, so we'll have a two you
- 17:38Speaker 1: will have a mid term victory in two years, add
- 17:41Speaker 1: more seeds, to add more House seeds, maybe take back
- 17:44Speaker 1: the House, and then we're gonna probably be running against
- 17:47Speaker 1: Kamala Harris, to be honest, and if she's if she
- 17:51Speaker 1: governs as liberal as she's promised too, I think again,
- 17:54Speaker 1: we're gonna have a really good shot at taking taking
- 17:56Speaker 1: this country and getting it back on track again. And
- 17:58Speaker 1: you know what, if it's only those few years and
- 18:00Speaker 1: we keep the Senate, we can keep a lot of
- 18:03Speaker 1: bad things from happening between now and then. That was
- 18:05Speaker 1: gonna be my last question, because I know you got
- 18:07Speaker 1: to go and rest your voice. But you know, I'm
- 18:09Speaker 1: there are many people saying, then are we going to
- 18:12Speaker 1: lose the Senate? If we lose the White House? Based
- 18:16Speaker 1: on what you have seen, what do you believe is
- 18:18Speaker 1: going to happen there? Listen, I mean, we've got Alaska,
- 18:22Speaker 1: some states they won't call that yet, but I mean
- 18:23Speaker 1: we have Alaska. So really we're like at forty nine.
- 18:27Speaker 1: So it's really coming down to the two Georgia runoffs.
- 18:31Speaker 1: And I know I'm involved with some groups as their
- 18:34Speaker 1: attorneys who are going to be spending heavily. Republicans get
- 18:39Speaker 1: how important it will be to keep the Senate and
- 18:43Speaker 1: those races are both on January sixth, the runoffs. How
- 18:47Speaker 1: important will be to keep the Senate Republican When you
- 18:50Speaker 1: have a Democrat House though it's been lost seats, Pelosi's
- 18:53Speaker 1: lost seats, and a Democrat president. That's what keeps away
- 18:56Speaker 1: the tax heights, that's what stops at the Green New Deal,
- 18:59Speaker 1: that's it stops the ban on tracking, and it really
- 19:02Speaker 1: does as you could solve the first four years of
- 19:05Speaker 1: the president. You have to be very creative to get
- 19:07Speaker 1: things done. He did, and of course, uh with the Senate,
- 19:11Speaker 1: you can be very tough on any kind of nominees
- 19:14Speaker 1: they have to put forward to get the advising considered
- 19:16Speaker 1: the Senate. For the Trump supporters out there, we need
- 19:19Speaker 1: to get through this weekend without backing down. You need
- 19:22Speaker 1: to get through this weekend without backing down. And that
- 19:25Speaker 1: is a very clear message from the campaign from the top,
- 19:30Speaker 1: no doubt it's gonna be. And look, it's it's counting votes.
- 19:34Speaker 1: I mean, even this lawsuit that we've seen where they
- 19:36Speaker 1: had twenty one thousand plus dead voters on the on
- 19:39Speaker 1: the registrar is insane to me in Philadelphia and you
- 19:44Speaker 1: look at these numbers and you sit there going, how
- 19:46Speaker 1: is this even possible that you have twenty one thousand
- 19:49Speaker 1: dead people on Nsylvania voter rolls and yet there they are. Yeah,
- 19:52Speaker 1: because they don't purge them except for every like decade
- 19:55Speaker 1: or two. So I mean, that's that's how. And then
- 19:58Speaker 1: when you mail out ballots any of who's on the list,
- 20:01Speaker 1: there's your fraud problem right there. Jordan Keep it's updated.
- 20:05Speaker 1: Thank you brother, good to talk to you. You know,
- 20:09Speaker 1: if there's any takeaway from what we have learned today,
- 20:12Speaker 1: it is this the Democrats do not care about voter integrity.
- 20:19Speaker 1: They don't care about organized voting. They don't care about
- 20:25Speaker 1: it if it is fair and how the voting happens.
- 20:34Speaker 1: They don't care if your vote is canceled out by
- 20:36Speaker 1: someone's vote that shouldn't be counted. As long as their
- 20:41Speaker 1: guy wins, that's it. You know. This fix was on
- 20:52Speaker 1: from back in the day when Hillary Clinton what was it,
- 20:56Speaker 1: Diaz back in April, I think it was April the
- 20:59Speaker 1: fifth able the six said, you know, we don't know
- 21:02Speaker 1: where COVID will be in November, right, but no matter
- 21:06Speaker 1: where COVID is, we need to make sure that everybody
- 21:09Speaker 1: can vote. Remember all that, Remember that they saw an
- 21:17Speaker 1: opportunity here. The legal team saw an opportunity and they
- 21:23Speaker 1: went out there and they grabbed it because they realized
- 21:29Speaker 1: that we can use COVID to fundamentally change the way
- 21:32Speaker 1: that we vote, and we can send out these ballots,
- 21:39Speaker 1: and we can canvas in carpet bomb liberal areas and maybe,
- 21:46Speaker 1: just maybe we'll get a bunch of people to send
- 21:49Speaker 1: them back in. I'm a realist, and I think that
- 21:56Speaker 1: it's a very very much an uphill battle from the president.
- 22:00Speaker 1: I think that's what you could hear from Jordan there
- 22:02Speaker 1: as well. I think the fix was in months ago
- 22:06Speaker 1: and we're just now realizing how bad it is. I
- 22:10Speaker 1: think this election was not done the way it was
- 22:12Speaker 1: supposed to be done. And I think the fearmongering of
- 22:15Speaker 1: COVID they knew they could use as a prop and
- 22:19Speaker 1: they need to keep COVID alive. By the way, you've
- 22:20Speaker 1: noticed how We've heard nothing about COVID the last week.
- 22:22Speaker 1: Have you noticed that, especially since the election. I've heard
- 22:26Speaker 1: nothing about these riots in the streets. They all disappeared.
- 22:29Speaker 1: We've heard nothing about these Portland riots. Every day they
- 22:32Speaker 1: send the National Guard and clean it all up. Now
- 22:35Speaker 1: we don't have any of these you know, Kumbayaz cities,
- 22:38Speaker 1: what were they called, the city of Chaz or whatever
- 22:41Speaker 1: the hell it was called. All that's disappeared. That was
- 22:43Speaker 1: all for the election. The insanity that happened, and it
- 22:49Speaker 1: was insanity that happened with this election with COVID. They
- 22:56Speaker 1: realized they could take advantage of it, and they did it.
- 23:00Speaker 1: They went to these states, they changed the rules and
- 23:03Speaker 1: they said, let's see what happens, because they knew they
- 23:05Speaker 1: had a bad candidate. And I think we can obviously
- 23:09Speaker 1: say now it worked. It worked big time. This was
- 23:19Speaker 1: a huge, huge victory for the Democrats and the fact
- 23:28Speaker 1: that they were able to get a guy that no
- 23:30Speaker 1: one showed up to look at, no one showed up
- 23:32Speaker 1: to see, no one showed up to even talk to him,
- 23:35Speaker 1: and Joe Biden, a guy that didn't get camp at
- 23:39Speaker 1: the end. And now, by the way, we know why.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Maybe the jokes on us. I thought at first it
- 23:44Speaker 1: was honestly Joe Biden. They were protecting Joe Biden from himself.
- 23:48Speaker 1: Now I think the fix was on. They knew you
- 23:50Speaker 1: don't need to go out there. Bro. We got this.
- 23:53Speaker 1: We're seeing a record number of votes come in. This
- 23:55Speaker 1: is gonna work. You're fine. Just don't screw us over, Joe,
- 23:59Speaker 1: shut up up and go back to your basement. Or
- 24:02Speaker 1: maybe it wouldn't even matter that. Maybe they just said, Joe,
- 24:04Speaker 1: you don't need to campaign because what we need to
- 24:08Speaker 1: happen already happened. Anyway, Joe, we got you the votes
- 24:12Speaker 1: through this mail in voting scheme, screaming COVID, COVID, COVID, COVID,
- 24:16Speaker 1: We're good. Election Day, You're gonna win. You know. The
- 24:22Speaker 1: statistic that I keep looking at that is just tells
- 24:25Speaker 1: you how much this mail in voting altered and changed
- 24:29Speaker 1: a traditional election. Is the fact that Joe Biden will
- 24:33Speaker 1: go down in history as receiving more votes than any
- 24:38Speaker 1: other cant in the history of the United States of America,
- 24:40Speaker 1: more than the historic vote that saw unprecedent number of
- 24:45Speaker 1: minorities coming out and voting for Barack Obama in two
- 24:47Speaker 1: thousand and eight. Two thousand and eight was a record
- 24:52Speaker 1: setting year. Joe Biden didn't just beat Barack Obama's numbers
- 24:56Speaker 1: from O eight. He's gonna blow them out of the water.
- 25:03Speaker 1: You know, someone said to me early today, Well, the
- 25:04Speaker 1: Democrats trade the White House for a very angry Trump mob,
- 25:10Speaker 1: and hopefully the House and the Senate and the White
- 25:13Speaker 1: House again in two years and then in four years.
- 25:17Speaker 1: I don't know. I worry because a lot of times
- 25:21Speaker 1: Democrats continue to fight and Republicans go back to work.
- 25:26Speaker 1: We lay down, We don't fight hard as we should.
- 25:32Speaker 1: I'm already watching Republicans just give up, saying all right,
- 25:35Speaker 1: I'm over it. Let's move on. You know, I don't
- 25:38Speaker 1: care about these votes. They rigged the system. It's screwed up.
- 25:41Speaker 1: Let's move on and just get over it. And and
- 25:45Speaker 1: you can see it already. You can see it with
- 25:47Speaker 1: elected members of Congress. They're like, all right, I don't
- 25:49Speaker 1: have to I don't have to deal with Trump anymore.
- 25:51Speaker 1: I'll now be more famous. And look, there's a lot
- 25:53Speaker 1: of Republicans. They're going to profit from this. There's a
- 25:57Speaker 1: lot of Republicans in the established smith that have been
- 26:00Speaker 1: an exile for the next the last four years that
- 26:03Speaker 1: are going to regain their prominence and their podium. I'll
- 26:07Speaker 1: give you a great example, Mitt Romney now is going
- 26:09Speaker 1: to become relevant again. You know, there's a lot of
- 26:12Speaker 1: Republicans that that there that really their careers did not
- 26:17Speaker 1: do well. The Bill Crystals of the world who now
- 26:22Speaker 1: are saying, all right, we got rid of this Trump guy.
- 26:25Speaker 1: And this is what they're thinking. Okay, we now get
- 26:28Speaker 1: the bully pulpit back, and we now get to go
- 26:30Speaker 1: back and be in charge the party. You're gonna you're
- 26:33Speaker 1: gonna see a civil war after this election within the
- 26:36Speaker 1: Republican movement. You're going to see a cleansing of Trump
- 26:41Speaker 1: supporters from the GOP and the leadership of the Republican Party,
- 26:45Speaker 1: mark my word. And we better pay attention to all
- 26:48Speaker 1: of this. You know, the media and what social media
- 26:53Speaker 1: is gonna do. I'm gonna call it right now. If
- 26:56Speaker 1: Donald Trump does not pull out this election, I would
- 26:59Speaker 1: guess within a couple of weeks, donald Trump is banned
- 27:03Speaker 1: from Twitter, they'll shut down his Facebook, and they're gonna
- 27:08Speaker 1: they're going to stick it to the former President of
- 27:10Speaker 1: the United States America, Donald Trump They're going to go
- 27:13Speaker 1: after anyone associated like a hit list that was that
- 27:17Speaker 1: was tight or close with this president. They are going
- 27:20Speaker 1: to punish me. They're gonna punish you. They are going
- 27:24Speaker 1: to punish or social media pages, Facebook, Twitter, They're gonna
- 27:29Speaker 1: shut down almost every person that was a Trump surrogate.
- 27:33Speaker 1: They're gonna shut down the president United States America. And
- 27:36Speaker 1: the proof of it is almost half of the post
- 27:38Speaker 1: actually now more than half of the post that the
- 27:40Speaker 1: president has made on Facebook and Twitter. They have already
- 27:45Speaker 1: censored them on both sides because they believe he's lost.
- 27:48Speaker 1: And now they're like, we don't have to deal with him.
- 27:51Speaker 1: And I don't believe. I don't believe that they would
- 28:01Speaker 1: have done this so they thought he was gonna win.
- 28:05Speaker 1: If they thought he was gonna win, they would not
- 28:07Speaker 1: make this play. They believe he's gonna lose. And now
- 28:11Speaker 1: they're like, watch this now the Republicans, And this is
- 28:15Speaker 1: the part I'm telling you as we look forward, I
- 28:17Speaker 1: think we fight hard this weekend, like like Jordan said,
- 28:19Speaker 1: from the legal team, but moving forward, watch your back, folks.
- 28:26Speaker 1: Watch how many conservatives bail on what they were claiming
- 28:31Speaker 1: they were in favor of. Watch it. I'm telling you
- 28:34Speaker 1: watch it. You are going to see social media silence
- 28:40Speaker 1: and social media come after anybody that was not anybody
- 28:45Speaker 1: that was a Trump supporter, a surrogate for the president.
- 28:49Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now, get ready for it. It
- 28:53Speaker 1: is going to happen. Be ready, and I'll leave it
- 29:00Speaker 1: at that.
