They’re considering if presidents…not just President Trump…should be immune from prosecution for decisions of national security that are made while holding office. But two of the three judges are Biden appointees and the other a Bush appointee. And based on the questioning in yesterday's hearing, it seems that he is in front of a very partisan judiciary.
