Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Fauci ADMITS He Was Making It Up! plus Hunter Shows His Contempt & Hezbollah on our Southern Border

- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with you, Senator.
- 0:05Speaker 2: We've got a lot to talk about, including new possible
- 0:08Speaker 2: threats against this country from terrorist organizations. We also have
- 0:14Speaker 2: this just total insane moment for the cameras of a
- 0:17Speaker 2: documentary with Hunter Biden coming to Washington. We're going to
- 0:21Speaker 2: deal with that and then walking out, then trying to
- 0:23Speaker 2: have a press conference.
- 0:24Speaker 1: It was just a charade.
- 0:26Speaker 2: But before we get to that, the story that will
- 0:29Speaker 2: just make so many people frustrated and want to just
- 0:33Speaker 2: throw something against their computer screen is the fact that
- 0:38Speaker 2: doctor Anthony Fauci, he went behind closed doors and they
- 0:45Speaker 2: asked him about social distancing. Now, this is a guy
- 0:48Speaker 2: that shut down our entire economy, He shut down our schools,
- 0:51Speaker 2: he shut down our businesses, and they asked him about
- 0:53Speaker 2: social distancing and that random six foot rule and his words,
- 0:58Speaker 2: and I'm quoting Senator, it sort of just appeared. Really
- 1:05Speaker 2: that's how they came up with the science that we
- 1:07Speaker 2: were supposed to follow.
- 1:09Speaker 1: Your I mean your reaction.
- 1:11Speaker 3: Look, it's infuriating, and I think doctor Fauci is the
- 1:15Speaker 3: most dangerous, the most damaging and dishonest bureaucrat. Our nation's
- 1:19Speaker 3: history has ever seen Anthony Fauci's eighty three years old
- 1:23Speaker 3: and the damage he did during the COVID vaccine he
- 1:26Speaker 3: got You know, there's an old line about drug dealers,
- 1:28Speaker 3: don't get high on your own supply. He got high
- 1:30Speaker 3: on his own supply, and he believed, he believed in
- 1:35Speaker 3: what he was saying, but he didn't care if it
- 1:37Speaker 3: was true or not. He was engaged in politics. It
- 1:40Speaker 3: was about power.
- 1:41Speaker 1: You know.
- 1:41Speaker 3: We've talked on this podcast in a number of times
- 1:44Speaker 3: about my brand new book, Unwoke, How to Defeat Cultural
- 1:46Speaker 3: Marxism in America. There's an entire chapter in Unwoke that
- 1:50Speaker 3: has focused on science, and it's focused on the politicization
- 1:54Speaker 3: of science. That science and during COVID medical science becoming
- 1:59Speaker 3: a political endeavor rather than being based on actual data
- 2:04Speaker 3: and evidence. So how this became public His doctor Fauci
- 2:11Speaker 3: gave closed door testimony to the House Select Committee on
- 2:15Speaker 3: the coronavirus pandemic, and he said a number of things.
- 2:19Speaker 3: He said, what you just pointed out When he was
- 2:21Speaker 3: asked about the six foot rule, he said, quote it
- 2:27Speaker 3: it sort of just appeared the hell does that mean?
- 2:31Speaker 3: It sort of just appeared. You made it up. Look
- 2:34Speaker 3: on masks, and I go through this at length in
- 2:37Speaker 3: the book on Woke on Masks. When Sylvia Burwell, who
- 2:41Speaker 3: was the Secretary of Health and Human Services under Obama,
- 2:45Speaker 3: when she asked, Hey, should I wear a mask? He said,
- 2:48Speaker 3: in writing at the beginning of COVID, No, you shouldn't
- 2:50Speaker 3: wear a mask. Mask don't really do anything. They're not
- 2:53Speaker 3: effective against this virus. Don't wear it. And then just
- 2:55Speaker 3: a couple of months later, boom, everyone must wear a
- 2:58Speaker 3: mask or you're thrown off an air, your ban from
- 3:01Speaker 3: public society, and you're killing people. I mean, it became
- 3:06Speaker 3: so overstated, and he was also asked He was also
- 3:11Speaker 3: asked about the lab Lee hypothesis. Now, one of the
- 3:16Speaker 3: things I'm most proud of this podcast we did in
- 3:20Speaker 3: March and April of twenty twenty, right at the beginning
- 3:25Speaker 3: of COVID. We did two full episodes laying out all
- 3:29Speaker 3: of the evidence back then that the COVID virus escaped
- 3:33Speaker 3: from a Chinese government lab. I think as early as
- 3:37Speaker 3: March of twenty twenty that evidence was clear. I think
- 3:40Speaker 3: it is overwhelmingly likely that the COVID virus escaped from
- 3:45Speaker 3: the Wuhan Institute of Virology. I also think it is
- 3:48Speaker 3: quite likely, not as overwhelming. It hasn't been demonstrated as conclusively,
- 3:52Speaker 3: but I think it is more likely than not that
- 3:55Speaker 3: the COVID virus was manufactured in that Chinese government lab.
- 4:00Speaker 3: That they started with a naturally occurring virus, and then
- 4:02Speaker 3: they engage in gain A function research to change the virus,
- 4:07Speaker 3: to make it more deadly, to make it more transmissible,
- 4:10Speaker 3: to make it easier to target humans. And we know
- 4:15Speaker 3: and this again I lay out in great length in
- 4:19Speaker 3: the book Unwoke that doctor Fauci asked Mark Zuckerberg at Facebook,
- 4:23Speaker 3: will you suppress anyone saying that this virus came from
- 4:29Speaker 3: a Chinese government lab? And Facebook was more than happy
- 4:32Speaker 3: to do so. And now a couple of years later,
- 4:37Speaker 3: Fauci is is all but admitted that there's real evidence
- 4:43Speaker 3: this came from a Chinese government lab.
- 4:45Speaker 2: I want to go back to the six foot and
- 4:47Speaker 2: then we'll get into the Wuhan part, because I do
- 4:49Speaker 2: think it's important that we break this down a little
- 4:52Speaker 2: bit for people. I was envisioning and I was trying
- 4:55Speaker 2: to figure out in my mind, I'm like, all right,
- 4:57Speaker 2: how would you have come up with you know, remember
- 4:59Speaker 2: these people we're saying, follow the science, and how would.
- 5:02Speaker 1: You come up with a six foot rule?
- 5:04Speaker 2: And there's part of me center that thinks there was
- 5:07Speaker 2: some people in a room at NIH and they're like,
- 5:10Speaker 2: all right, we need to come up with some regulations here.
- 5:12Speaker 2: We need to come up with something it looks proactive.
- 5:15Speaker 2: And they're like, all right, well, what if we just
- 5:16Speaker 2: told everybody to stand further apart from each other? And
- 5:19Speaker 2: they're like, all right, well, how many feet? Who's got
- 5:22Speaker 2: a ruler? All right, well, you stand three feet apart? No,
- 5:24Speaker 2: that looks too close. All right, what does four feet
- 5:27Speaker 2: apart look like? Now that still looks a close. How
- 5:29Speaker 2: about five? Now, let's make it six. Six seems like
- 5:32Speaker 2: it looks like you're far enough apart from the other
- 5:36Speaker 2: person that somehow it seems like we know what we're doing.
- 5:39Speaker 2: The scary part is there's a pretty good chance that's
- 5:42Speaker 2: exactly what happened. Yeah, and then they were telling us
- 5:45Speaker 2: you had to follow the science.
- 5:47Speaker 1: They just made this crap up. They had no idea
- 5:49Speaker 1: what they were doing.
- 5:50Speaker 3: Look, that's exactly right, And there's no basis for six
- 5:54Speaker 3: feet being the magic number for a virus. Now, look,
- 5:58Speaker 3: I'll give them a little bit of great At the
- 6:01Speaker 3: time the COVID pandemic started, people were scared and they
- 6:05Speaker 3: didn't know what they were dealing with. And there are
- 6:06Speaker 3: at least some people, there's some government doctors who were
- 6:10Speaker 3: trying to be helpful and trying to figure out rules.
- 6:12Speaker 3: And what actually made common sense, particularly when this thing
- 6:16Speaker 3: was started, it is to engage in protective steps for
- 6:21Speaker 3: people who were vulnerable. We saw COVID the people who
- 6:24Speaker 3: were very elderly, people who had significant immuno deficiencies, They
- 6:31Speaker 3: were vulnerable. It made sense to protect the vulnerable, particularly
- 6:34Speaker 3: at the outset of this. What didn't make sense is
- 6:38Speaker 3: to become just obsessive tyrants about masks, about COVID vaccines
- 6:47Speaker 3: and so. Look, I can understand when they're trying to say, okay,
- 6:51Speaker 3: what might help. And there was some desire and a
- 6:54Speaker 3: reasonable desire to reopen society, like any rational person wanted
- 6:58Speaker 3: to reopen society and saying, okay, how do we do this?
- 7:03Speaker 3: Maybe some separation, you can understand how you get to that.
- 7:07Speaker 3: But what Fauci did the way he did this is
- 7:12Speaker 3: he closed himself in a self righteous arrogance. What he
- 7:17Speaker 3: said in one interview, he said, I am the science.
- 7:22Speaker 3: When you question me, you are questioning the science. And
- 7:27Speaker 3: actually in the book Unwoke, I entitled the chapter on science,
- 7:31Speaker 3: I don't know actually call it science. I call it
- 7:33Speaker 3: the science and the definitive article, I mean it was
- 7:37Speaker 3: it was you needed to have a chorus of angels
- 7:39Speaker 3: every time he said the science you needed all and
- 7:44Speaker 3: it was it was the self righteousness and the tyranny
- 7:48Speaker 3: is what is so infuriating. And he hasn't backed away
- 7:51Speaker 3: from that one iota.
- 7:53Speaker 2: All right, real quick, though, let's talk about your finances.
- 7:56Speaker 2: It's twenty twenty four and a lot of us are
- 7:58Speaker 2: trying to get our fire finances in order.
- 8:01Speaker 1: There are some great news for homeowners.
- 8:03Speaker 2: Interest rates have dropped and are now in the fives,
- 8:07Speaker 2: a lot lower than what they were last year. If
- 8:10Speaker 2: you've been buried in high interest credit card debt, now's
- 8:13Speaker 2: the time to break free. American Financing can help you
- 8:17Speaker 2: access the cash in your home to pay off your
- 8:19Speaker 2: high interest debt. Last year, their salary based mortgage consultants
- 8:24Speaker 2: help customers save an average of eight hundred and fifty
- 8:28Speaker 2: four dollars a month. That's like giving yourself a ten
- 8:32Speaker 2: thousand dollar raise. What a way to start the new
- 8:35Speaker 2: year off. And if you start today, you may be
- 8:38Speaker 2: able to delay two mortgage payments. Call American Financing today
- 8:43Speaker 2: eight and eight six seven five forty nine. That's eight
- 8:48Speaker 2: and eight six seven five forty nine Americanfinancing dot net
- 8:54Speaker 2: MLS eighteen twenty three thirty four mls Consumer access dot
- 8:59Speaker 2: org API are for rates in the five start at
- 9:02Speaker 2: six point four to zero.
- 9:03Speaker 1: For well qualified borrowers.
- 9:05Speaker 2: Call eight and eight six seven five forty nine for
- 9:09Speaker 2: details about credit costs and terms. Let's remind people if
- 9:14Speaker 2: you brought up the Wuhan theory, which was actually not
- 9:18Speaker 2: a crazy theory, there was a lot of intel that
- 9:20Speaker 2: was coming out that was talking about cell phone data
- 9:22Speaker 2: from that area where the lockdowns initially started in China
- 9:26Speaker 2: were right there. How there was no cell phone being
- 9:30Speaker 2: used and pinging within the building, which you meant that
- 9:32Speaker 2: there was probably some sort of issue inside the building
- 9:35Speaker 2: because there was no cell phones in the building. There
- 9:38Speaker 2: was a lot of things that pointed to evidence that
- 9:41Speaker 2: this came from the Wuhan inseudivirology. And if you or
- 9:45Speaker 2: I or anyone else, and there's many that may be
- 9:47Speaker 2: listening to the show that may have actually been a
- 9:50Speaker 2: victim of this. If you put that out on social media,
- 9:53Speaker 2: you were silent, shut down, and your account was even
- 9:55Speaker 2: taken away from you, depending on if you had too
- 9:58Speaker 2: many strikes that you mentioned Wan and they said and
- 10:02Speaker 2: the federal government went to them as you mentioned, and said,
- 10:05Speaker 2: anyone that doesn't say what we want them to say,
- 10:09Speaker 2: shut it down, shut them down, shut their accounts down.
- 10:11Speaker 2: And that's exactly what they ended up doing.
- 10:14Speaker 3: Well, look what we knew early on, the outbreak occurred
- 10:19Speaker 3: in Wuhan, China. Where it occurred was nine miles away
- 10:24Speaker 3: from the Wuhan Institute for Virology. Now, if you look
- 10:29Speaker 3: at just the sheer statistical odds, the Wuhan Institute for
- 10:34Speaker 3: Virology was a government lab that was studying viruses. One
- 10:39Speaker 3: of the things it was studying was coronaviruses, and in fact,
- 10:44Speaker 3: it was studying coronaviruses from bats. Now, mind you remember
- 10:49Speaker 3: early on where they said COVID came from was a
- 10:53Speaker 3: virus carried by bats. Now, those particular bats do not
- 10:57Speaker 3: occur in Wuhan, China. The closest they occur natural is
- 11:00Speaker 3: nine hundred miles away. But you know where those bats were,
- 11:04Speaker 3: You know where the virus was in the Wuhan Institute
- 11:06Speaker 3: for Virology. It was nine miles away. In the book Unwoke,
- 11:11Speaker 3: I calculate the odds. The odds are less than one
- 11:16Speaker 3: in ten thousand that you would have an outbreak of
- 11:20Speaker 3: a virus of the same type being studied in the
- 11:23Speaker 3: lab that just happened to be less than ten miles
- 11:26Speaker 3: away from where they're studying. That was compelling, and we
- 11:33Speaker 3: knew that at the outset. We also knew early on
- 11:38Speaker 3: that there were multiple doctors and medical professionals who were
- 11:42Speaker 3: hospitalized in November and December of twenty nineteen, right before
- 11:48Speaker 3: the COVID pandemic broke out, and they were from the
- 11:52Speaker 3: Wuhan Institute of Virology. That is compelling as well. And
- 11:58Speaker 3: the behavior of our government was so infuriating because it
- 12:02Speaker 3: didn't engage in rational, reasonable inquiry. Where did this come from?
- 12:08Speaker 3: By the way, now several years later, the FBI has
- 12:13Speaker 3: publicly concluded that they believe the virus came from the
- 12:18Speaker 3: wuhunting Stude for Virology. But doctor Fauci has he ever
- 12:21Speaker 3: once went on national television and said I'm sorry no,
- 12:24Speaker 3: and he's so self righteous that those words could not
- 12:27Speaker 3: come from his mouth.
- 12:28Speaker 2: It's not just that they won't come from his mouth.
- 12:31Speaker 2: There's also questions now about did he mislead or use
- 12:36Speaker 2: another word, lie to Congress under oath on some of
- 12:39Speaker 2: these issues when he was asked, well, compared to what
- 12:41Speaker 2: he's talking about now, there's a lot of people asking
- 12:44Speaker 2: will there ever be accountability? I'm going to ask you,
- 12:47Speaker 2: I think I know the answer. Is there ever going
- 12:50Speaker 2: to be accountability for anyone if they miss lead or
- 12:52Speaker 2: flat out light to Congress?
- 12:53Speaker 3: If you're on the Democratic side, you know there hasn't
- 12:56Speaker 3: been in our lifetime. And I will say as long
- 13:01Speaker 3: as it is the Biden Department of Justice. This Department
- 13:03Speaker 3: of Justice is politicized, it's weaponized, and they have zero interest.
- 13:07Speaker 3: I've asked the Attorney General, I've asked the Department of Justice,
- 13:11Speaker 3: are you going to prosecute Anthony Fauci for lying to
- 13:13Speaker 3: Congress under oath? That is a felony? And they just
- 13:16Speaker 3: defiantly say we don't comment on investigations, which is their
- 13:19Speaker 3: way of saying no, but it's also their way of
- 13:23Speaker 3: saying I don't answer the American people, screw you. And
- 13:27Speaker 3: that sadly is the view of Berrick Garland the DOJ,
- 13:30Speaker 3: which brings me to story number two.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Perfect segue here, Hunter Biden made a surprise appearance.
- 13:37Speaker 1: It was clearly a stunt.
- 13:39Speaker 2: The reason why I say it was a stunt is
- 13:40Speaker 2: based in fact the Secret Service was there more than
- 13:43Speaker 2: an hour before he showed up for this House Oversight
- 13:46Speaker 2: Committee mark up hearing on holding him in contempt. We
- 13:49Speaker 2: also know that the Democrats had poster boards made for
- 13:52Speaker 2: his surprise appearance, so they clearly were in on it
- 13:55Speaker 2: as well.
- 13:57Speaker 1: And Hunter Biden.
- 13:58Speaker 2: Showed up this House Oversight Committee mark up hearing on
- 14:02Speaker 2: holding him in contempt. And the reason why I think
- 14:05Speaker 2: he did it and knew he could do it and
- 14:08Speaker 2: could show up in what many described as a shocking
- 14:11Speaker 2: appearance at his own contempt hearing, is because he knows
- 14:14Speaker 2: what you just mentioned that the DOJ is not going
- 14:17Speaker 2: to prosecute him for of Congress charges, even though they
- 14:21Speaker 2: did do it against every person get their hands on
- 14:24Speaker 2: that was ready to Donald J.
- 14:25Speaker 1: Trump.
- 14:26Speaker 2: But they will not hold the president's son accountable for
- 14:29Speaker 2: his actions here. And that's the part that is I
- 14:32Speaker 2: think the most disgusting about this. Let get me your
- 14:34Speaker 2: initial reaction, then we'll dive more into the story about
- 14:36Speaker 2: some of the questions he was asked as well at
- 14:38Speaker 2: this committee hearing after he left.
- 14:40Speaker 3: Look, Hunter Biden embodies the same arrogant contempt that doctor
- 14:45Speaker 3: Fauci does. In both instance, they have the belief that
- 14:49Speaker 3: they will never be held to account, that they can
- 14:51Speaker 3: do whatever they want, that there are no consequences. Hunter
- 14:54Speaker 3: Biden showed up just to say screw you to the Congress,
- 14:58Speaker 3: but to say screw you to the American people that
- 15:00Speaker 3: I'm the son of the President. I can do whatever
- 15:02Speaker 3: i want. And he knows the Biden Department of Justice,
- 15:05Speaker 3: they're going to mean no consequences. The arrogant contempt. And
- 15:11Speaker 3: by the way, it's consistent. It is Hunter Biden's approach.
- 15:14Speaker 3: It is Fauci's approach, approach, it is Garland's approach, It
- 15:19Speaker 3: is Alejandra Majorcis's approach, it is Joe Biden's approach. This
- 15:23Speaker 3: administration has a dripping contempt Number one for Congress, they
- 15:28Speaker 3: do not believe any oversight is appropriate on anything. And
- 15:32Speaker 3: number two for the American people, because look, if you're
- 15:34Speaker 3: contemptuous to Congress, listen when I'm in a hearing, and
- 15:38Speaker 3: I'm asking questions. What I'm trying to do, Ben, is
- 15:42Speaker 3: ask the questions that I believe thirty million Texans want
- 15:45Speaker 3: me to ask, ask the questions on behalf of the
- 15:48Speaker 3: American people, and this administration believes it owes no answers whatsoever.
- 15:55Speaker 3: Hunter showed up because he knew there would be no consequences. Now, frankly,
- 15:59Speaker 3: I wish they'd said, Hunter, come to the table right now,
- 16:01Speaker 3: let's question you right here. And now I wish they'd
- 16:04Speaker 3: done that. And let's be clear. If you go back
- 16:06Speaker 3: to last month, we did an extensive interview with James Comber.
- 16:12Speaker 3: James Comer is doing a terrific job leading this investigation
- 16:16Speaker 3: along with Jim Jordan. But we did a three part
- 16:18Speaker 3: series with James Comber right before Christmas in which I
- 16:23Speaker 3: urged him and I still believe the House should do this.
- 16:25Speaker 3: Comber's committee wants Hunter to sit for a closed door deposition.
- 16:30Speaker 3: I understand why a closed door deposition you can go
- 16:33Speaker 3: into more detail, a lawyer can systematically walk through the facts,
- 16:36Speaker 3: walk through the documents. It would be better to do
- 16:39Speaker 3: it that way. Hunter is defying Congress and is going
- 16:43Speaker 3: to be held in contempt. But in order for the
- 16:46Speaker 3: contempt to be enforced, the Department of Justice has to
- 16:48Speaker 3: prosecute it. They're not going to because Merrick Garland is
- 16:52Speaker 3: a political hack, unfortunately, and that saddens me to say it,
- 16:56Speaker 3: but it is how he's behaving. What I urged James
- 17:00Speaker 3: Comer on this podcast to do as I said. Look,
- 17:02Speaker 3: Hunter has claimed he will testify if it's at an
- 17:06Speaker 3: open hearing. What I'm merging, House Republicans, do it, do it?
- 17:10Speaker 1: Do it? Do it?
- 17:11Speaker 3: Remember, Hunter Biden is not the target. Nobody would care
- 17:15Speaker 3: about Hunter Biden's tragic life is if his name was
- 17:20Speaker 3: Hunter Smith. The target of this investigation is Joe Biden
- 17:25Speaker 3: because it is Joe Biden who is fundamentally corrupted, is
- 17:28Speaker 3: corrupting the office of President of the United States. It
- 17:31Speaker 3: is Joe Biden who, the evidence suggests, for years has
- 17:34Speaker 3: made a business of selling favors from official government office.
- 17:38Speaker 3: Now Hunter has been the bagman. Hunter has been the
- 17:41Speaker 3: one going and shaking down fourgn oligarchs. But it is
- 17:44Speaker 3: Joe Biden that is the target. And if the House
- 17:48Speaker 3: continues to insist on the closed door deposition, they will
- 17:52Speaker 3: waste all of twenty twenty four, Hunter can tie that
- 17:55Speaker 3: up in litigation for the rest of the year. And
- 17:57Speaker 3: by the way, I'm going to make a prediction right now, Ben,
- 17:59Speaker 3: this is not what I like. My prediction is, in
- 18:03Speaker 3: December of twenty twenty four, Joe Biden will pardon Hunter.
- 18:09Speaker 3: Biden really, that's my prediction. He'll be after the election,
- 18:14Speaker 3: very likely.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Win or lose. You say, he'll do it no matter
- 18:17Speaker 1: what win or lose.
- 18:19Speaker 3: If Biden were to win, I think he'll delay the
- 18:23Speaker 3: pardon until right before Hunter goes to jail. But if
- 18:26Speaker 3: Biden is losing, I'd put the odds at ninety five
- 18:29Speaker 3: percent that in December of this year, if Biden has
- 18:32Speaker 3: just lost the general election, that he pardons his son
- 18:35Speaker 3: and he gives him a scot free get out of
- 18:37Speaker 3: jail pass. And so understand, Hunter's legal strategy is delay
- 18:44Speaker 3: eleven months, delay eleven months, don't go to jail for
- 18:47Speaker 3: eleven months, and then Daddy gives you get out of
- 18:50Speaker 3: jail free card. And it's why the House needs to
- 18:53Speaker 3: keep their eye on the ball and bring Hunter for
- 18:57Speaker 3: the public hearing. Now, maybe Hunter will refuse to show
- 18:59Speaker 3: up there, but it's harder because he's been so vocal
- 19:03Speaker 3: saying he would do it in public. Take him up
- 19:06Speaker 3: on the offer, call the bluff.
- 19:08Speaker 1: You know.
- 19:08Speaker 2: One of the things that they said at the House
- 19:10Speaker 2: Oversight Committee, and I'm going to quote it, says Donald
- 19:12Speaker 2: Trump Junior came before this committee. He came before the
- 19:15Speaker 2: House Intelligence Committee. He came before the House Judiciary Committee.
- 19:19Speaker 2: He came before the Senate Intelligence Committee twice. He came
- 19:23Speaker 2: before the so called January sixth Committee. All of those
- 19:26Speaker 2: were behind closed door, behind closed doors where lawyers can
- 19:31Speaker 2: sit down both sides of the aisle and have a
- 19:34Speaker 2: conversation and go through documents, all under oath, which is
- 19:38Speaker 2: the president for any committee. What is Hunter Biden afraid of?
- 19:42Speaker 2: That was a question asked by Congressman Waltz, who ripped
- 19:47Speaker 2: into the Democrats hypocrisy during this House Oversight Committee hearing.
- 19:51Speaker 2: He's absolutely right. But there is a lot of Americans
- 19:54Speaker 2: right now that are listening to this. They're going to say, Okay,
- 19:57Speaker 2: we're angry, repset, but it seems like the the game
- 20:00Speaker 2: is rigged.
- 20:01Speaker 1: It seems like the system is rigged.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Republicans go to prison, Democrats don't even have to show
- 20:06Speaker 2: up for a hearing.
- 20:07Speaker 1: It's just not right, is there any way to fix this.
- 20:11Speaker 3: Yes, elect principled leaders who will reimpose the rule of
- 20:18Speaker 3: law at the Department of Justice. We talked about my
- 20:21Speaker 3: book on Woke, the book I wrote before that is
- 20:25Speaker 3: Justice Corrupted, How the Left is weaponized the legal system.
- 20:28Speaker 3: This is this really began in serious form under Barack Obama,
- 20:34Speaker 3: where Barack Obama began using the Department of Justice, began
- 20:37Speaker 3: using the FBI, began using the IRS, began using the
- 20:41Speaker 3: intelligence community to target his political enemies, and the double standard.
- 20:46Speaker 3: Barack Obama was treated by the media as Saint Barack.
- 20:50Speaker 3: And what happened for eight years he weaponized. He put
- 20:54Speaker 3: in place hardcore partisans who burrowed in to senior career position.
- 21:00Speaker 3: When Trump became president, those partisans were in senior career
- 21:04Speaker 3: positions and they spent four years with the federal government,
- 21:07Speaker 3: the executive branch, waging war on the democratically elected president
- 21:12Speaker 3: of the United States. Now under Joe Biden, they're out
- 21:15Speaker 3: in the open. They're not hiding their brazen They've convinced
- 21:18Speaker 3: themselves Trump is Hitler, and because Trump is Hitler, in
- 21:22Speaker 3: their mind, anything is justified to defeat Hitler, and so
- 21:26Speaker 3: they indict him and they indict him, and they indict him,
- 21:28Speaker 3: and they abuse their power, and they protect their friends.
- 21:32Speaker 3: Fauci will never be held to account. Hunter Biden will
- 21:35Speaker 3: never be held to account, and Joe Biden, especially especially especially,
- 21:38Speaker 3: will never be held to account. The only answer is
- 21:42Speaker 3: to elect a president of the United States who appoints
- 21:45Speaker 3: people to the Department of Justice, to the FBI, to
- 21:48Speaker 3: these government agencies, who is strong, who is insightful enough,
- 21:51Speaker 3: who knows what they're doing, and will clean out the
- 21:54Speaker 3: hardcore partisans that have corrupted these agencies.
- 21:58Speaker 2: One of the things that I also think, we go
- 22:00Speaker 2: back to what I said a moment ago, and I
- 22:01Speaker 2: do want to get your take on this, is that
- 22:03Speaker 2: this was all just a stunt, and it very well
- 22:06Speaker 2: could have been to actually make money.
- 22:09Speaker 1: There is a camera.
- 22:10Speaker 2: Crew or camera cruise Pearl that we're on Capitol Hill,
- 22:14Speaker 2: and there is a documentary that's being filmed about Joe Biden,
- 22:19Speaker 2: and I guess Hunter Biden and all of this quote
- 22:22Speaker 2: persecution against him. If this was for the cameras and
- 22:28Speaker 2: they were using Congress in this way, what does that
- 22:31Speaker 2: also say just about where we are as a country
- 22:34Speaker 2: and the fact that we're allowing this to happen within
- 22:37Speaker 2: the walls of Congress, where it's like, hey, you want
- 22:39Speaker 2: to do a documentary, you want to have your moment,
- 22:41Speaker 2: come on in and make a charade and a mockery
- 22:44Speaker 2: of what we actually do in Congress.
- 22:46Speaker 3: Yeah. Look, I don't know the motivation. I don't know
- 22:49Speaker 3: if that's why. I can tell you Joe Biden in
- 22:53Speaker 3: the White House, we're not happy about this. So Hunter
- 22:57Speaker 3: was not looking out for the political interest of Daddy
- 22:59Speaker 3: in doing this was an act of arrogance and defiance.
- 23:03Speaker 3: And look, Hunter has lived a life where arrogance and
- 23:07Speaker 3: defiance have characterized much of his conduct. You know, you
- 23:11Speaker 3: look at the WhatsApp texts that he sent to the
- 23:13Speaker 3: Chinese communists saying I'm sitting here with my father, send
- 23:16Speaker 3: us millions of dollars right now. Like there is an arrogance,
- 23:20Speaker 3: there's an entitlement his entire life. His the business plan
- 23:25Speaker 3: of the Biden family was to sell favors from Daddy
- 23:29Speaker 3: and to shake down corrupt oligarchs. And that is Chinese,
- 23:33Speaker 3: that is Russian, that is Ukrainian. It's by the way,
- 23:37Speaker 3: you know, Hunter has no business that we know of
- 23:40Speaker 3: in England or France or Germany or Italy. He has
- 23:45Speaker 3: no business in countries that are allies and friends. His
- 23:49Speaker 3: business is going to corrupt nations who are often our
- 23:55Speaker 3: enemies or to minimum significantly antagonistic to us, and get
- 24:00Speaker 3: paid massive seven figure amounts from those corrupt oligarchs. And
- 24:06Speaker 3: and and that the arrogance of this. I'm sure the
- 24:10Speaker 3: Biden white House was very unhappy Hunter did this because
- 24:13Speaker 3: it drew a lot of attention to just how contemptuous
- 24:16Speaker 3: he is. He is the dauphant. He is the child
- 24:20Speaker 3: of the Emperor, clothed in impunity, and and and and
- 24:24Speaker 3: it's uh, it is obvious to anyone watching this fairly
- 24:29Speaker 3: and impartially.
- 24:31Speaker 2: One of the things that you mentioned was this really
- 24:34Speaker 2: didn't go well from the White House perspective. A perfect
- 24:37Speaker 2: example of that was after he walked out of this meeting,
- 24:41Speaker 2: he was asked a question, and this was the question
- 24:44Speaker 2: from a Fox reporter.
- 24:45Speaker 1: It didn't go well. Listen, mister Biden, why did you
- 24:49Speaker 1: put your dad on speakerphone with your business partners if
- 24:51Speaker 1: he had no involvement in your business?
- 24:53Speaker 3: You have a dad, yes, yes, good, But why did
- 24:59Speaker 3: you need to talk to him during business meetings if
- 25:01Speaker 3: he had nothing to do with your business.
- 25:03Speaker 2: I mean, that was one of those moments obviously he
- 25:06Speaker 2: wasn't planning for. He didn't answer the second part of
- 25:08Speaker 2: that question, just kept walking. But I think he realized, Okay,
- 25:12Speaker 2: maybe this wasn't perfect, because those are the questions that
- 25:15Speaker 2: he opened himself up to in the halls of Congress
- 25:18Speaker 2: as he was making the long walk out of that
- 25:19Speaker 2: committee hearing room.
- 25:21Speaker 3: Yeah, look, that's exactly right. And mind you, every Democrat,
- 25:25Speaker 3: you know, you didn't see a single Democrat who said, gosh,
- 25:28Speaker 3: there's some serious issues here. Gosh, we really should hear
- 25:31Speaker 3: from from Hunter. We should hear about was he extorting
- 25:36Speaker 3: millions of dollars from foreign oligarchs. No congressional democrat cares.
- 25:42Speaker 3: This is warfare, This is political warfare, and the facts
- 25:46Speaker 3: do not matter. So that question you would never hear
- 25:50Speaker 3: a congressional Democrat ask in the House or the Senate.
- 25:53Speaker 2: I want to move, lastly to another major issue that
- 25:56Speaker 2: has broken, and it deals with our national security, and
- 26:00Speaker 2: I want to know what you think about these new
- 26:02Speaker 2: warnings that are coming, and that is it's not shocking,
- 26:07Speaker 2: but it certainly is a sobering moment. We know we
- 26:09Speaker 2: have an open southern border. We know that more of
- 26:12Speaker 2: people on the Terrace watch lists were caught last year
- 26:15Speaker 2: coming across the southern border in the last five years
- 26:18Speaker 2: before it combined. And now there's a new report coming
- 26:21Speaker 2: out from Politico that American intel officials are warning of
- 26:25Speaker 2: a risk of a hes blot attack not just on
- 26:29Speaker 2: US men and women around the world and service members
- 26:32Speaker 2: in some of our bases, but also a real elevated
- 26:36Speaker 2: risk at home. Four officials familiar with the intelligence have
- 26:41Speaker 2: confirmed this to Politico that they're worried about attacks here
- 26:45Speaker 2: outside of what we've seen from Isis and al Kada,
- 26:48Speaker 2: where it's lone wolf type attacks, where they could be
- 26:51Speaker 2: coming into this country already in this country and planning
- 26:54Speaker 2: a major attack.
- 26:56Speaker 3: Well, I think that's exactly right, and I've said before
- 26:59Speaker 3: I think the of a major terrorist attack in twenty
- 27:03Speaker 3: twenty four is greater than it has been at any
- 27:07Speaker 3: time since September eleventh, two thousand and one. That we
- 27:12Speaker 3: have right down number one, a war the Middle East.
- 27:14Speaker 3: In Israel, Hamas and Hesbela have called upon their terrorists
- 27:21Speaker 3: to wage jahad not just against Israel but against America.
- 27:26Speaker 3: And we have an open border on our southern border.
- 27:28Speaker 3: Due to Joe Biden and the Democrats, nine point six
- 27:32Speaker 3: million people have crossed illegally into this country under Joe Biden.
- 27:37Speaker 3: When I was last down on the southern border, I'm
- 27:39Speaker 3: down there a lot. Multiple border patrol agents told me
- 27:42Speaker 3: they were deeply concerned about the risk of Hamas terrorists
- 27:47Speaker 3: and Hesbela terrorists crossing the border because Joe Biden it
- 27:51Speaker 3: continues to be an open border to this day. They
- 27:53Speaker 3: could be crossing right now as we are speaking. Hamas
- 27:57Speaker 3: and Hesbela terrists could be crossing in. And what is
- 28:02Speaker 3: so frustrating is if you were a Hamas commander, Ben,
- 28:07Speaker 3: you would send terrorists in. It's a glaring vulnerability that
- 28:12Speaker 3: Joe Biden the Democrats don't care to solve. So this
- 28:15Speaker 3: political article that just came out quoted a senior US
- 28:19Speaker 3: intelligence official is saying, and this is a quote Hesbela
- 28:23Speaker 3: could draw on the capability they have to put people
- 28:27Speaker 3: in places to do something. It is something to be
- 28:30Speaker 3: worried about, said the official. And this is consistent with
- 28:35Speaker 3: We did a previous podcast where we read the memo
- 28:40Speaker 3: that Customs and Border Patrol had sent to border patrol
- 28:42Speaker 3: agents saying be on particular guard for Hamas and Hesbela
- 28:46Speaker 3: terrorists and also Palestinian Islamic Jehad terrorists trying to cross
- 28:51Speaker 3: the border. And it is astonishing to me that even
- 28:56Speaker 3: in the face of that risk, which suddenly the FBI
- 28:59Speaker 3: is publicly acknowledging we're six months ago, they were not
- 29:02Speaker 3: acknowledging it, they are now. And what that tells me
- 29:05Speaker 3: is is the classified intel is even worse than what
- 29:10Speaker 3: we know in public.
- 29:11Speaker 2: You know, you don't have to leap very far to
- 29:14Speaker 2: get from point A to point B on something as
- 29:16Speaker 2: simplistic of Hey, if you are a terrorist organization, are
- 29:20Speaker 2: you going to take the risk of putting people that
- 29:22Speaker 2: can be on the terrorists watch list on airplanes and
- 29:24Speaker 2: try to get them into the country that way? Or
- 29:26Speaker 2: are you just going to get them to come across
- 29:28Speaker 2: the southern open border when there's millions of people that
- 29:31Speaker 2: have already it's worked successfully for You know that if
- 29:34Speaker 2: you are not on the watch list and they catch you,
- 29:37Speaker 2: about eighty plus percent of your being released into the
- 29:39Speaker 2: interior of this country. And if you want to be
- 29:42Speaker 2: one of the godaways, it's not that hard. You've witnessed
- 29:45Speaker 2: it firsthand at the southern border, and yet this administration
- 29:48Speaker 2: refuses to admit that's a national security risk. And I
- 29:52Speaker 2: think even now if you ask them, they would refuse
- 29:55Speaker 2: to acknowledge the existence of a real terrorist threat because
- 29:59Speaker 2: of an open southern border. And you got to ask
- 30:02Speaker 2: yourself at that point, like what does it take for
- 30:04Speaker 2: them to get their heads out of that. We're in
- 30:06Speaker 2: senator and understand, this isn't just about an open border
- 30:10Speaker 2: a border policy, this is about a national security policy
- 30:14Speaker 2: as well.
- 30:16Speaker 3: Now, look that's exactly right.
- 30:18Speaker 1: You know.
- 30:19Speaker 3: Christy Abbezide, who is the director of the National counter
- 30:22Speaker 3: Terrorism Center, said during a congressional hearing on October. Here's
- 30:26Speaker 3: what she said, quote, Iran, Hezbollah and their linked proxies
- 30:32Speaker 3: are trying to calibrate their activity, avoiding actions that would
- 30:35Speaker 3: open up a concerted second front with the United States
- 30:38Speaker 3: or Israel, while still exacting costs in the midst of
- 30:41Speaker 3: the current conflict. This is a very fine line to walk,
- 30:45Speaker 3: and in the present regional context, their actions carry the
- 30:49Speaker 3: potential for miscalculation. This is what they're admitting. Here's what
- 30:56Speaker 3: Anthony Blink and the Secretary of State said, quote, this
- 30:59Speaker 3: is a moment of found tension in the region. This
- 31:02Speaker 3: is a conflict that could easily metastasize. And yet even
- 31:07Speaker 3: as they're admitting that they're not willing to secure the border.
- 31:11Speaker 3: Here's what Chris Ray said in a congressional hearing on
- 31:13Speaker 3: November fifteenth. Quote, the arrest of individuals in the United
- 31:17Speaker 3: States allegedly linked to hesbela's main overseas terrorist arm and
- 31:22Speaker 3: their intelligence collection and procurement efforts demonstrate hesbela's interests in
- 31:27Speaker 3: the long term contingency planning activities here in the homeland.
- 31:33Speaker 3: And none of this is persuasive to Joe Biden, or
- 31:38Speaker 3: Kamala Harris or Alejandro Majorcis or any of the congressional
- 31:42Speaker 3: Democrats who are all willing to turn a blind eye
- 31:45Speaker 3: and say, right now, today, whenever you're listening to this podcast,
- 31:49Speaker 3: if you're listening to this podcast at six in the morning,
- 31:53Speaker 3: if you're listening to this podcast at noon, if you're
- 31:55Speaker 3: listening to this podcast at six pm, or if you're
- 31:57Speaker 3: listening to this podcast at midnight, whatever time you're listening
- 32:01Speaker 3: to it, right now, there are people crossing illegally into
- 32:05Speaker 3: this country, and the Biden administration is doing nothing to
- 32:08Speaker 3: stop them. In the last three years, there have been
- 32:12Speaker 3: over two million god Aways. Those are people that have
- 32:15Speaker 3: evaded capture. We know about them, but they didn't turn
- 32:19Speaker 3: themselves in, whereas the bulk of the people who came
- 32:22Speaker 3: did turn themselves in. The god Aways are the most dangerous.
- 32:25Speaker 3: You want to know where the terrorists are, They're the
- 32:27Speaker 3: god Aways. You want to know where the criminals are,
- 32:29Speaker 3: They're the god Aways. The murderers, the rapists, they're the
- 32:31Speaker 3: god Aways. You want to know where the gang members
- 32:33Speaker 3: the MS thirteen are, They're the god Aways. And I
- 32:37Speaker 3: don't know what it will take to get this administration
- 32:40Speaker 3: to actually step up and say we're going to keep
- 32:44Speaker 3: the American people safe from a terror attack?
- 32:48Speaker 1: Is it arrogance?
- 32:49Speaker 2: Last question on this, is it arrogance that you know, oh,
- 32:52Speaker 2: we know better because there is a younger age that
- 32:58Speaker 2: is serving in the House now than we've seen that
- 33:00Speaker 2: maybe doesn't understand or remember truly what happened on nine
- 33:03Speaker 2: to eleven. Is it an arrogance of the Democratic Party
- 33:06Speaker 2: that they just don't care about history in the past.
- 33:08Speaker 2: I mean, I remember nine to eleven like it was yesterday.
- 33:12Speaker 2: I know you do as well, and many Americans do.
- 33:15Speaker 2: And when you hear this type of threat. You can
- 33:18Speaker 2: imagine it because you've lived through nine to eleven. You
- 33:20Speaker 2: can imagine what it looks like when you allow Hasbala
- 33:23Speaker 2: terrorists to come across the southern border, and what they
- 33:26Speaker 2: can do if they are well trained, which they are,
- 33:29Speaker 2: and if they can get their hands on what they
- 33:31Speaker 2: need to carry out a significant tears attack. And I said,
- 33:34Speaker 2: here and go, how do you not remember nine to eleven?
- 33:37Speaker 2: Where is the disconnect here?
- 33:40Speaker 3: Well, look for one thing. Nine to eleven was twenty
- 33:42Speaker 3: two years ago. Twenty two years ago is a long time.
- 33:46Speaker 3: You and I, although we think we're spring chickens, we're
- 33:49Speaker 3: not anymore. You're in your forties. I'm in my fifties.
- 33:54Speaker 3: There are a lot of people There is not a
- 33:55Speaker 3: single college kid who remembers nine to eleven. There are
- 33:58Speaker 3: a lot of people in their thirties who nine to
- 34:01Speaker 3: eleven is a distant memory from their childhood. And look,
- 34:06Speaker 3: I get it, you know. For me, I think about
- 34:08Speaker 3: like Pearl Harbor. I know about Pearl Harbor. It's a
- 34:11Speaker 3: horrible day in history, It's a horrible day in US history.
- 34:14Speaker 3: But do I have a personal emotional reaction to Pearl Harbor? No?
- 34:19Speaker 3: It happened long before I was born, so it's kind
- 34:21Speaker 3: of I've read about it, but I didn't live through it.
- 34:24Speaker 3: So there is a dynamic that many people in America
- 34:28Speaker 3: were getting far enough beyond nine to eleven that many
- 34:30Speaker 3: people don't have a personal acute memory. And then I
- 34:34Speaker 3: think beyond that, what has happened is is that we've
- 34:38Speaker 3: seen the Democrat Party in Washington radicalized. And it's been
- 34:45Speaker 3: happening for a while. Barack Obama started this process of
- 34:49Speaker 3: radicalizing it, and then Trump becoming president broke their brains.
- 34:53Speaker 3: They hate Trump so much that I actually just think
- 34:58Speaker 3: they've convinced themsel that anything is justified fighting Trump, and
- 35:05Speaker 3: the result of it is that they're embracing radical policies.
- 35:10Speaker 3: And because the press, Trump broke the press, the media
- 35:15Speaker 3: doesn't report on this, and so the Democrats are radicalized
- 35:21Speaker 3: because they know they will never be asked back home
- 35:24Speaker 3: about the extreme policies they're supporting.
- 35:26Speaker 1: Yeah, we'll keep covering it here.
- 35:27Speaker 2: I can promise you that don't forget download this podcast Monday,
- 35:31Speaker 2: Wednesday and Friday if you are on Apple. The algorithms
