- 0:00Speaker 1: There are two major and extremely important issues that we
- 0:03Speaker 1: are going to deal with today on the podcast. And
- 0:06Speaker 1: if you haven't already shared this podcast, today is a
- 0:09Speaker 1: day where we ask you to fight back, get involved,
- 0:12Speaker 1: and share this podcast on social media with your family
- 0:15Speaker 1: and friends. Right now. Number one, mass mandates are coming back,
- 0:20Speaker 1: and if you work for the government, you're gonna have
- 0:23Speaker 1: to get the vaccine or you're gonna be harassed each
- 0:25Speaker 1: and every day until you do it. This includes government
- 0:28Speaker 1: contractors and this is also being done by the government.
- 0:31Speaker 1: The Biden administration will announce us to force the private
- 0:34Speaker 1: sector to do the same thing. We're going to deal
- 0:37Speaker 1: with that second thing. There is something going on in Washington,
- 0:40Speaker 1: DC right now with this January the sixth Commission, Nancy
- 0:45Speaker 1: Pelosi pick members of the Select Committee to investigate what
- 0:49Speaker 1: they described as something that was worse than nine to eleven.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Let me say this right now and be very clear,
- 0:54Speaker 1: January the six is nowhere close to what happened on
- 0:59Speaker 1: nine to eleven. And anyone that says that is willfully
- 1:03Speaker 1: lying to you. They're psychotic, they're delusional, or I would
- 1:07Speaker 1: argue they hate America. January the six was not a
- 1:12Speaker 1: real attempt at overthrowing the government. January the sixth was
- 1:18Speaker 1: a crime, a violent crime. January the six was exactly
- 1:25Speaker 1: what people had come to accept as normal behavior after
- 1:30Speaker 1: a year of watching it on TV and cities all
- 1:34Speaker 1: over the country. January the six was a day that
- 1:38Speaker 1: was condemned. Unlike the Antifa and Black Lives Matter riots
- 1:43Speaker 1: and looting and burning and attacking of government buildings and
- 1:47Speaker 1: police stations and police cars, the list goes on and on, Okay,
- 1:54Speaker 1: was what looked like pretty much normal behavior. January the
- 1:59Speaker 1: six was a day that does not need the type
- 2:04Speaker 1: of investigation that we have had by the Congress. This
- 2:11Speaker 1: is nothing but a you know what show. This is
- 2:16Speaker 1: a political waste of time and something that it is
- 2:22Speaker 1: only being done for political reasons. Now, let's talk about
- 2:30Speaker 1: holding people accountable for their actions. I am in favor
- 2:35Speaker 1: of holding people accountable for their actions for what happened
- 2:41Speaker 1: in January sixth, And we've used the entire force the
- 2:43Speaker 1: government to find every human being we can get our
- 2:47Speaker 1: hands on, and we have locked a lot of people up.
- 2:51Speaker 1: We have found people. We have publicly shamed people. How
- 2:54Speaker 1: we publicly shamed people just for going to the January
- 2:58Speaker 1: sixth event. Who did not do anything at the Capitol,
- 3:02Speaker 1: who laughed peacefully, which the majority of the people did
- 3:05Speaker 1: lead that event peacefully. But what they're doing in Washington
- 3:12Speaker 1: right now, I am calling it as well right now
- 3:14Speaker 1: is going to backfire. It is going to backfire because
- 3:18Speaker 1: the American people, I think, are starting to realize that
- 3:21Speaker 1: this is an extreme political overreaction and overselling of what
- 3:26Speaker 1: really happened on that day. I'll give you another example.
- 3:32Speaker 1: There's a new pullout that says more Americans actually want
- 3:35Speaker 1: Black Lives Matter riots investigated than January the six riots.
- 3:38Speaker 1: And let me explain why. Because the Black Lives Matter riots,
- 3:42Speaker 1: there were a lot of people that actually died, there
- 3:44Speaker 1: were a lot of police officers that were attacked. There
- 3:47Speaker 1: were cities and towns and neighborhoods and communities that were
- 3:51Speaker 1: burned to the ground. As Speaker of the House Nancy
- 3:57Speaker 1: Pelosi picks members of the subcommit to investigate the riots
- 4:02Speaker 1: of January the six, and new poll finds that many
- 4:04Speaker 1: Americans believe she's actually focused on the wrong riots. One
- 4:09Speaker 1: third more Americans believe Congress should hold investigations and hearings
- 4:15Speaker 1: about last summer's Black Lives Matter protests. That sparked violence,
- 4:20Speaker 1: then think that lawmakers out of probe the riots of
- 4:22Speaker 1: the Capitol in January the six. Now, there is a
- 4:25Speaker 1: difference between what happened on January the six and what
- 4:28Speaker 1: happened around the country. The difference is we have the
- 4:32Speaker 1: whole weight of the government finding the people that did
- 4:35Speaker 1: January the six. We do not have the government the
- 4:40Speaker 1: whole way to the government, even I would say a
- 4:43Speaker 1: tenth of the government finding the people that burned down
- 4:45Speaker 1: our cities because of politics, and only because of politics.
- 4:52Speaker 1: In all, two out of three likely US voters say
- 4:55Speaker 1: they believe Congress should open an official investigations. You hear
- 4:58Speaker 1: that two out of three likely US voters believed Congress
- 5:02Speaker 1: should open an official investigation into the violent protests which
- 5:07Speaker 1: blazed a trail of arson and looting throughout major and
- 5:11Speaker 1: midsize cities nationwide. On the other hand, fewer than forty
- 5:15Speaker 1: nine percent of Americans, which is exactly how many people
- 5:19Speaker 1: vote for Democrats, voted for a guy by the name
- 5:23Speaker 1: of Joe Biden and people like Nancy Pelosi. On the
- 5:27Speaker 1: other hand, fewer than forty nine percent of Americans support
- 5:32Speaker 1: Pelosi's investigation of the DC riot in which writers protesting
- 5:39Speaker 1: the twenty twenty present election results stormed the Capitol. Think
- 5:43Speaker 1: about that now, Support for a federal inquiry into the
- 5:50Speaker 1: riots then engulfed US cities after the death of George
- 5:53Speaker 1: Floyd cut deep across racial and political lines. Sixty seven
- 5:58Speaker 1: percent of fights and sixty four percent of Blacks and
- 6:03Speaker 1: sixty six percent of Hispanics and sixty two percent of
- 6:06Speaker 1: other minorities Congress should investigate the twenty twenty riots in
- 6:10Speaker 1: the US cities. In other words, it's almost identical the
- 6:12Speaker 1: numbers white sixty seven, sixty four for black, sixty six
- 6:16Speaker 1: for Hispanics, and sixties two percent for other minorities that
- 6:20Speaker 1: Congress believes should investigate the twenty twenty riots in cities
- 6:25Speaker 1: all over the country. You don't think it's a legitimate
- 6:29Speaker 1: pole rescues and put the poll out, so not exactly
- 6:31Speaker 1: like hardcore conservative over here. Here's another poll number that
- 6:36Speaker 1: you might want to pay attention to. Seventy five percent
- 6:39Speaker 1: of Republicans and sixty percent of Democrats, as well as
- 6:44Speaker 1: sixty three percent of voters not affiliated with either major parties,
- 6:48Speaker 1: say Congress should investigate last year's violent protests. Now move
- 6:53Speaker 1: back to this sham committee. And I call it a
- 6:56Speaker 1: sham committee. And let me explain why Republicans said, we
- 7:00Speaker 1: wanted to put some members on that committee. We chose
- 7:04Speaker 1: who we wanted to be on that committee, and the
- 7:08Speaker 1: Speaker said no, said no. She decided to put people
- 7:15Speaker 1: that agreed with her on the Select Committee to investigate
- 7:19Speaker 1: January the sixth. Now, Democrats have equated what happened on
- 7:22Speaker 1: January the six would nine eleven, saying it's worse than
- 7:24Speaker 1: nine to eleven. That is exactly why they're losing people.
- 7:29Speaker 1: This thing's gonna play out on TV, and MSNBC is
- 7:32Speaker 1: gonna run it, and CNN is gonna run it, and
- 7:35Speaker 1: they're going to jazz this up as much as they can.
- 7:39Speaker 1: And I'm telling you it's going to backfire because what
- 7:42Speaker 1: it looks like to the American people is selective justice.
- 7:46Speaker 1: If you're a Trump supporter, we try to put you
- 7:49Speaker 1: in jail if you burned down an American city, which
- 7:56Speaker 1: is what we've advocated for allowing to happen all over
- 8:00Speaker 1: the country for a year. Will let that slide. That
- 8:06Speaker 1: is the policy of the Democrats. Okay, that is literally
- 8:12Speaker 1: the policies of the Democrats. Now, something else that happened
- 8:19Speaker 1: during this January the sixth hearing is a Capitol Police
- 8:28Speaker 1: officer yesterday lied. He lied at the January sixth hearing,
- 8:34Speaker 1: falsely claiming that is fellow officer Brian Sidnik died from
- 8:40Speaker 1: injuries on January sixth. That is a lie that's been
- 8:43Speaker 1: peddled by the leftists to incriminate Trump supporters. It didn't happen.
- 8:50Speaker 1: The only person that was actually killed by someone else
- 8:55Speaker 1: on January the sixth was Ashley Babbitt, who was killed
- 8:59Speaker 1: by a police officers. She was unarmed. That is a fact.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Adam Schiff actually tried to pretend to cry during the
- 9:13Speaker 1: committee hearing. I'm not making it up, folks. He was
- 9:19Speaker 1: reading his statements right, and while reading his statements, he
- 9:23Speaker 1: was acting like he was crying, except he wasn't crying.
- 9:29Speaker 1: This is political theater. This is about scoring political points.
- 9:34Speaker 1: This is about locking up Trump supporters and saying that
- 9:38Speaker 1: this was worse than nine to eleven. It was not
- 9:42Speaker 1: worse than nine eleven. But Adam Schiff actually pretended tried
- 9:48Speaker 1: to pretend this Democrat from California that he was crying
- 9:54Speaker 1: during this January sixth Select Committee. I'm gonna let you
- 9:58Speaker 1: hear the fake crying, so you understand just how political
- 10:01Speaker 1: all of this actually is. Because if we're no longer
- 10:07Speaker 1: committed to a peaceful transfer of power after our elections,
- 10:12Speaker 1: if our side doesn't win, then God help us. Okay,
- 10:14Speaker 1: pause real quick, and what you think about what Adam
- 10:16Speaker 1: Schiff just said there? He said, if we're not in
- 10:20Speaker 1: favor of a peaceful transition of power, that God help us. Right.
- 10:25Speaker 1: You know, when Donald Trump won, you guys immediately start
- 10:28Speaker 1: saying you're going to impeach him. You know that when
- 10:30Speaker 1: Donald Trump won, you guys tried to impeach him. You
- 10:33Speaker 1: know that you guys spied on him. You know that
- 10:36Speaker 1: you guys use the deep state to go try to
- 10:37Speaker 1: find his friends and lock them up and to figure
- 10:40Speaker 1: out something you could get Donald Trump in trouble with.
- 10:43Speaker 1: You guys won on a fishing exploration, knowing that it
- 10:48Speaker 1: was all on false pretense to overthrow the will of
- 10:50Speaker 1: the people. Let's not forget that. Let's not forget that
- 10:54Speaker 1: it was your party that bought and paid for the
- 10:57Speaker 1: steel dossier, bought, m paid for the conspiracy theory that
- 11:01Speaker 1: you guys made up, created and then use as the
- 11:05Speaker 1: premise to then go after Donald Trump with the Russian
- 11:09Speaker 1: collusion that was paid for by the DNC and Hillary Clinton.
- 11:14Speaker 1: You know, it was you guys that refused to accept
- 11:17Speaker 1: the will of the people when Donald Trump won. It
- 11:19Speaker 1: was you guys that came out and said, well, he
- 11:23Speaker 1: didn't win the popular vote, so he's not really the president,
- 11:26Speaker 1: which has nothing to do with how we elect our president.
- 11:28Speaker 1: And now you want to say, God help us if
- 11:31Speaker 1: we don't if we don't support the will of the people.
- 11:37Speaker 1: This is Adam Shift saying, that's the same guy that
- 11:39Speaker 1: pushed Russian collusion for four years and moved to impeach
- 11:44Speaker 1: the president not once but twice because he didn't like him.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Because if we're no longer committed to a peaceful transfer
- 11:52Speaker 1: of power after our elections, if Orsi doesn't win, then
- 11:57Speaker 1: God help us, we deem elections illegitimate merely because they
- 12:02Speaker 1: didn't go our way, rather than trying to do better
- 12:04Speaker 1: the next time. God help us. That's exactly what y'all
- 12:08Speaker 1: did for four years. The Democrats did this for four years.
- 12:12Speaker 1: Donald Trump's not my president because he didn't win the
- 12:14Speaker 1: popular vote. That's what they said. We're gonna impeach the president.
- 12:19Speaker 1: United States America before he'd even been put into office.
- 12:25Speaker 1: This is a democratic California representative started fake crying as
- 12:30Speaker 1: he spoke about how important election integrity is, ironically overlooking
- 12:34Speaker 1: the fact that he's the one that refused to release
- 12:37Speaker 1: evidence of non Russian collusion during Trump's investigation. For four years,
- 12:44Speaker 1: this guy was making crap up on TV, trying to
- 12:47Speaker 1: undermine the president of the United States of America, and
- 12:53Speaker 1: now he wants to fake cry. Come on, man, but
- 12:59Speaker 1: the me he doesn't remind you of any of what
- 13:01Speaker 1: I just told you, So they let him keep acting
- 13:03Speaker 1: like he's crying. And I were so driven by bigotry
- 13:08Speaker 1: and hate that we attack our fellow citizens as traders
- 13:12Speaker 1: if they were born another country or they don't look
- 13:14Speaker 1: like us. What did you do to Trump supporters? Bro?
- 13:18Speaker 1: You guys burned down cities and supported the burning down
- 13:22Speaker 1: of cities. You guys advocated and raised money for the
- 13:27Speaker 1: Black Lives Matter protesters that were attacking the police officers.
- 13:32Speaker 1: And now you want to say this crap. Here comes
- 13:38Speaker 1: a fake crying. Here, it is fake crimes. But I
- 13:50Speaker 1: have faith because of folks like you, And yeah, I
- 13:58Speaker 1: mean this is what psychopath By the way, it sounds
- 14:01Speaker 1: like this is psychotic behavior from Adam Schiff. The same
- 14:05Speaker 1: guy that did everything he could to take a lie
- 14:09Speaker 1: and turn it into some sort of reality against Donald Trump,
- 14:13Speaker 1: is now out there acting like he's crying, saying that
- 14:17Speaker 1: if we don't respect right, if we don't respect the
- 14:23Speaker 1: will of the people, then God help us. If we
- 14:26Speaker 1: don't respect an election, God help us. By the way,
- 14:30Speaker 1: there's a big video going viral right now. I'm not
- 14:33Speaker 1: really viral, just want you to know what's happening, because
- 14:37Speaker 1: let's go back to Black Lives Matter and all this crap.
- 14:41Speaker 1: There's an Atlanta police officer caught on tape handcuffed a
- 14:46Speaker 1: black woman. All right, She's laying on the ground and
- 14:50Speaker 1: the police officer kicks her in the head. There is
- 14:53Speaker 1: zero national outrage. There is zero playing of this tape
- 14:57Speaker 1: happening on the national news in a wine because it
- 15:01Speaker 1: was not one but two black Atlanta police officers. Now,
- 15:07Speaker 1: those police officers, because the viral video went viral, at
- 15:10Speaker 1: least locally, had been relieved of duty after one of
- 15:14Speaker 1: them videoed the other brutally kicking a handcuffed, mentally unstable
- 15:18Speaker 1: woman in the head while she's on the ground. While
- 15:23Speaker 1: she's been handcuffed during an arrest. The altercation happened on Monday,
- 15:28Speaker 1: when police were called to an apartment complex following a
- 15:31Speaker 1: report of a woman pointing a gun at several people
- 15:33Speaker 1: in the neighborhood. The woman who was involved only identified
- 15:35Speaker 1: as Ashley Sergeant. This sergeant was caught on video viciously
- 15:41Speaker 1: kicking the woman in the face as officer Bridge citizen
- 15:51Speaker 1: just standing there, unflinching, stood and watched it happened. It
- 15:58Speaker 1: happened after she allegedly spat on the man's boots and pants.
- 16:01Speaker 1: The woman was partially undressed. That reportedly happened while she
- 16:06Speaker 1: was resisting arrest, and the viral video that was taken
- 16:09Speaker 1: by an anonymous bystander. A third officer walked under the
- 16:12Speaker 1: scene after the incident occurred. Anybody playing this nationwide? Nope.
- 16:19Speaker 1: The person who filmed the officer's reaction claims that the
- 16:22Speaker 1: episode was only one of a number of times a
- 16:24Speaker 1: woman was kicked by officers so far, there is no
- 16:27Speaker 1: evidence of that. The police, of course not being held
- 16:32Speaker 1: accountable because why, hey, if you're if you're black, you
- 16:34Speaker 1: can beat the crap out of somebody that's black. I
- 16:36Speaker 1: guess I guess that's how we roll. Now. We'd burned
- 16:42Speaker 1: down the whole city if it was a white guy
- 16:43Speaker 1: that did this. But it's black guy. We're cool. It's
- 16:45Speaker 1: all good. Don't worry about it. Everything's fine. So let's
- 16:52Speaker 1: let's fake cry about the election. Let's fake cry about
- 16:56Speaker 1: what happened at the capitol. Let's call it nine to eleven.
- 17:00Speaker 1: But let's not investigate the woman who was actually killed
- 17:03Speaker 1: by police officers at the capitol. Oh and by the way,
- 17:07Speaker 1: one of the police officers that testified yesterday, he implied
- 17:10Speaker 1: that you should go to Donald Trump's house and do
- 17:12Speaker 1: the same violence to him. Let me let you hear
- 17:15Speaker 1: that police officer in his own words. And so, officer
- 17:19Speaker 1: gonna when you think about that and share with us
- 17:24Speaker 1: the vivid memory of the cruelty and the violence of
- 17:27Speaker 1: the assault that day. And then you hear former President
- 17:32Speaker 1: Trump say, quote, it was a loving crowd. There was
- 17:36Speaker 1: a lot of love in the crowd. How does that
- 17:39Speaker 1: make you feel? It's upsetting. Is a pathetic excuse for
- 17:46Speaker 1: his behavior for something that he himself helped to create.
- 17:51Speaker 1: This month's Tris says he I'm still recovering from those
- 17:54Speaker 1: hawks and Kisses that day that he claimed that so
- 17:58Speaker 1: many writers terrorists where assaulting Knows that day. If that
- 18:06Speaker 1: was Hawksome Kissadank, we should all go to his house
- 18:09Speaker 1: and do the same thing to him. To me, since
- 18:13Speaker 1: I'm sorry, let's back that up real quick. You have
- 18:16Speaker 1: a Capitol police officer, a US Capitol police officer, who
- 18:23Speaker 1: just said we should all go to his house and
- 18:25Speaker 1: do what he did to us assaulting Knows that day.
- 18:30Speaker 1: If that was Hawksome Kissadank, we should all go to
- 18:33Speaker 1: his house and do the same thing to him. Now,
- 18:36Speaker 1: you would think immediately, right that Liz Cheney, who was
- 18:39Speaker 1: doing the question there, one of the two Republicans that
- 18:42Speaker 1: were chosen whose anti Trump more than the Democrats, would
- 18:45Speaker 1: have corrected that statement and said, hold on, with all
- 18:48Speaker 1: due respect, police officer, we're not this committee is not
- 18:51Speaker 1: going to condone violence on the former president of the
- 18:53Speaker 1: United States of America. You would think immediately that would
- 18:58Speaker 1: have been said, right like, oh, whoa, whoa, we don't
- 18:59Speaker 1: want to go off the rails here. You want to
- 19:02Speaker 1: know what she responded with. She responded with an MMM.
- 19:07Speaker 1: That's what she responded with. Listen carefully, listen very carefully,
- 19:13Speaker 1: and you will hear the constant agreement from Liz Cheney
- 19:18Speaker 1: that he claimed that so many writers terrorists were assaulting
- 19:25Speaker 1: us that day. If that was awesome, kids today we
- 19:29Speaker 1: should all go to his house and do the same
- 19:31Speaker 1: thing to him. To me, it's insulting, demoralizing, because everything
- 19:38Speaker 1: that we did was to prevent every one in the
- 19:43Speaker 1: capital from getting hurt. And what he was doing, instead
- 19:46Speaker 1: of sending the military, instead of sending the support or
- 19:51Speaker 1: telling his people, his supporter to stop this nonsense, he
- 19:57Speaker 1: egged them to continue fighting. I wasn't the lowest West
- 20:01Speaker 1: terrorists fighting alongside these officers and all of them, all
- 20:06Speaker 1: of them, we're telling us Trump, send us nobody else.
- 20:11Speaker 1: There was nobody else. It was not Antifa, it was
- 20:14Speaker 1: not Black Lives Matters, it was not the FBI. It
- 20:17Speaker 1: was his supported that he sent them over to the
- 20:20Speaker 1: Capitol that day. Now, let's be clear, Donald Trump did
- 20:24Speaker 1: not tell people to go and riot. He did not
- 20:26Speaker 1: tell them to go attack the capitol. His exact words were,
- 20:30Speaker 1: We're going to go peacefully down to the Capitol and
- 20:32Speaker 1: have our voices heard. People decided to do something different.
- 20:38Speaker 1: A small group of people, by the way, decided to
- 20:40Speaker 1: do something different. Small group, got a large group, a
- 20:46Speaker 1: small group, small group of people decided to do something different.
- 20:53Speaker 1: It wasn't like everybody that showed up on January sixth
- 20:56Speaker 1: decided to go big. Okay, that did not happen. Didn't happen, folks,
- 21:04Speaker 1: doesn't matter, because we've got a narrative. Now, this is
- 21:08Speaker 1: the narrative. We've got a narrative, and we've got to
- 21:11Speaker 1: use that narrative, and we've got to make sure that
- 21:13Speaker 1: that narrative continues. That narrative apparently is everything. That narrative
- 21:23Speaker 1: we're going to keep moving is that January the sixth
- 21:26Speaker 1: was worse than nine to eleven, and that Donald Trump
- 21:32Speaker 1: is a terrorist, because that's what this is really about.
- 21:35Speaker 1: This is really about that that this is a terrorist. Okay,
- 21:44Speaker 1: Donald Trump is a terrorist leader who got terrorists to
- 21:48Speaker 1: go out there and terrorize people. Now, the American people,
- 21:55Speaker 1: I don't believe are going to be fooled by this.
- 21:59Speaker 1: I have Canmmed and everybody else that I know has contemned,
- 22:03Speaker 1: condemned what happened on January the sixth. Everybody I know
- 22:10Speaker 1: has condemned it. But they're keeping the lie alive and
- 22:15Speaker 1: well for a reason because it's political for them, plain
- 22:20Speaker 1: and simple. I want to pivot to this other important information,
- 22:25Speaker 1: and that is mass mandates are coming, lockdowns are coming,
- 22:29Speaker 1: and you're going to lose your job in the federal
- 22:32Speaker 1: government or you're gonna be harassed and to the point
- 22:35Speaker 1: where you lose your mind if you don't get the vaccine.
- 22:38Speaker 1: Nancy Pelosi, also showing real leadership as she put it,
- 22:43Speaker 1: walked down on the floor of the House and said
- 22:46Speaker 1: this earlier. Ar will take this occasion to update her
- 22:50Speaker 1: announced policies of January fourth, two thousand and twenty one
- 22:53Speaker 1: regarding the requirement to wear masks in the Hall of
- 22:56Speaker 1: the House during the coronavirus crisis. Consistent with a newly
- 23:02Speaker 1: updated guidance from the Office of the Attending Physician related
- 23:06Speaker 1: to the increased threat from the Delta variant of the virus,
- 23:10Speaker 1: the Chair wishes to inform all members and staff that
- 23:13Speaker 1: mask will once again be required in the Hall of
- 23:17Speaker 1: the House. However, members will be permitted to remove their
- 23:20Speaker 1: mask temporarily while under recognition. To be clear, members and
- 23:25Speaker 1: staff must wear masks in the Hall of the House
- 23:28Speaker 1: at all times, except when a member may remove his
- 23:31Speaker 1: or her mask when recognized by the Chair. In addition,
- 23:35Speaker 1: members presiding as chair and may remove their masks when speaking.
- 23:39Speaker 1: This announcement is incorporated within the Policy of Conduct during
- 23:42Speaker 1: a covered period of January fourth, twenty twenty one, and
- 23:46Speaker 1: supersedes any other announced policy that is in conflict. The
- 23:51Speaker 1: Sergeant Arms is directed to enforce mask requirements consistent with
- 23:56Speaker 1: this announcement. Members are reminded that under House Resolution thirty eight,
- 24:01Speaker 1: the Sergeant at Arms is authorized and directed to impose
- 24:04Speaker 1: a fine against any member acting in violation of this policy.
- 24:09Speaker 1: The Chair appreciates the continued attention of all members and
- 24:13Speaker 1: staff to these health and safety protocols, particularly in this
- 24:17Speaker 1: changing health environment. The Chair now will entertain up to
- 24:21Speaker 1: fifteen one minutes request for one minutes on each side
- 24:24Speaker 1: of the aisle. By the way, I just love this, right,
- 24:27Speaker 1: this is very normal. The federal government's going to have
- 24:29Speaker 1: mass mandates. Mass will once again be required in the
- 24:32Speaker 1: Hall of the House. This is the people's house, by
- 24:35Speaker 1: the way, where you can't even get into because we're
- 24:37Speaker 1: still kept up all this insane barricades and barriers, and
- 24:40Speaker 1: you have to check in so that the Speaker of
- 24:44Speaker 1: the House knows every single person that comes in to
- 24:46Speaker 1: meet for a meeting with any congressman or centers, you
- 24:48Speaker 1: have to check in before you even go into those
- 24:50Speaker 1: buildings anymore. It is total government anarchy in lockdown. Now,
- 24:57Speaker 1: if you think that's all they're going to do, CDC
- 24:59Speaker 1: is now coming out on kids masks mandates, right, and
- 25:04Speaker 1: this is what they've said about masking your kids up
- 25:06Speaker 1: in schools now. The delta variant isn't making kids any
- 25:10Speaker 1: sicker per se? Is it? Because the statistics, as the
- 25:13Speaker 1: studies have come back from some shoulder in COVID, what
- 25:15Speaker 1: from the UK? What do we learn there? Some ninety
- 25:18Speaker 1: nine point nine nine five percent of the four hundred
- 25:23Speaker 1: and seventy thousand children in England infected survived. I mean,
- 25:27Speaker 1: that's an incredible survival rate. The delta variant isn't making
- 25:30Speaker 1: kids any sicker? Is it? We don't have any evidence
- 25:33Speaker 1: that is doing so. And that's really great news. But
- 25:35Speaker 1: I do want to emphasize in and I know all
- 25:38Speaker 1: of the data, and it is so true that all
- 25:40Speaker 1: of the data say the kids do better than the adults.
- 25:42Speaker 1: Transmission is less in schools than it might be in
- 25:45Speaker 1: other places when prevention strategies are in place. But I
- 25:49Speaker 1: think it's really important for people to understand that this
- 25:52Speaker 1: is not a benign disease in kids compared to other
- 25:55Speaker 1: diseases that our kids see. So if you look at
- 25:57Speaker 1: the mortality rate of COVID just this past year for children,
- 26:01Speaker 1: it's more than twice a mortality right that we see
- 26:04Speaker 1: in influenza in a given year. So, to be clear
- 26:07Speaker 1: what the CDC's Willenski just said on kid mass mandates,
- 26:11Speaker 1: we don't have any evidence that the delta variant makes
- 26:16Speaker 1: kids sicker, but we're going to throw masks on kids. Now,
- 26:22Speaker 1: Doctor Fauci again out there doing what doctor Fauci does,
- 26:26Speaker 1: saying you need to wear a mask even though you're vaccinated. Now, well,
- 26:29Speaker 1: if the policy you're talking about is the masking in
- 26:35Speaker 1: the sense of telling vaccinated people that even though two
- 26:40Speaker 1: months ago, sixty days ago, the CDC came out with
- 26:43Speaker 1: the recommendation that individuals who have vaccinated do not need
- 26:48Speaker 1: to wear masks indoors or outdoors, something has changed. And
- 26:53Speaker 1: what has changed is the virus. The CDC hasn't changed that.
- 26:57Speaker 1: The CDC hasn't really flip flopped at all. What's happened
- 27:01Speaker 1: is that when that earlier recommendation was made we were
- 27:04Speaker 1: dealing predominantly with the alpha variant, and the alpha variants
- 27:09Speaker 1: when you look at individuals who are vaccinated, that the
- 27:13Speaker 1: level of virus in the naz of barynth of vaccinated
- 27:17Speaker 1: people who might get a breakthrough infection, that the level
- 27:21Speaker 1: of virus was really very low, indicating that it would
- 27:24Speaker 1: be extremely unlikely that a vaccinated person who happened to
- 27:29Speaker 1: get infected, and that happens because the vaccine is certainly
- 27:33Speaker 1: not one hundred percent effective, that that would be very
- 27:36Speaker 1: unlikely that they would transmit. However, now we are dealing
- 27:40Speaker 1: with the delta variant, which is really quite a lot
- 27:44Speaker 1: more transmissible than the alpha variant number one, number two.
- 27:49Speaker 1: The data are clear, the most recent data that when
- 27:52Speaker 1: a person gets infected who it has been vaccinated, namely
- 27:56Speaker 1: a breakthrough infection, and they get infected with the delta
- 28:00Speaker 1: the variant, that the level of virus in their nasal
- 28:04Speaker 1: fairyns is about a thousand times higher than with the
- 28:07Speaker 1: alpha variant, and it has been well documented that even
- 28:10Speaker 1: though it's a rare occurrence, those individuals can and have
- 28:15Speaker 1: transmitted the virus to uninfected individuals and for that reason,
- 28:21Speaker 1: the recommendations and the guidelines have listen to this for
- 28:24Speaker 1: that reason, listen and changed to say that if you
- 28:28Speaker 1: are vaccinating, even though you are vaccinated, you are in
- 28:32Speaker 1: an indoor public setting in an area of the country
- 28:36Speaker 1: with a high degree of viral dynamics, namely the red
- 28:41Speaker 1: and R in sections on the CDC chart, then you
- 28:44Speaker 1: need to wear a mask even though you are vaccinated. Boom.
- 28:48Speaker 1: So there, now you got to wear a mask even
- 28:50Speaker 1: if you're vaccinated. Okay, So this delta variant doesn't make
- 28:56Speaker 1: kids any sicker than the other a variant, right, the
- 28:59Speaker 1: alpha variant are the first one I should say. But
- 29:01Speaker 1: we're going to mask our kids up, and you need
- 29:04Speaker 1: to wear a mask even though you're vaccinated. And Pelosi
- 29:07Speaker 1: announces mass mandates once again required in the Hall of
- 29:11Speaker 1: the House. All right, So Jensaki was asked at the
- 29:16Speaker 1: White House about the CDC changing the mask guidelines due
- 29:19Speaker 1: to the evolving data about the delta variant, and what
- 29:24Speaker 1: did she have to say about this? Take a listen? Sure, Well, first,
- 29:27Speaker 1: I know this is slightly awkward timing, but and I
- 29:30Speaker 1: know there's a lot of reporting out there about the
- 29:32Speaker 1: CDC guidance. It is not only appropriate for them to
- 29:34Speaker 1: make the decisions, it's also appropriate for them to officially
- 29:37Speaker 1: announce their own guidance. I will say though, that how
- 29:42Speaker 1: we view this as you asked about Alex's implementation of
- 29:46Speaker 1: their guidelines that they'll outline on a call with all
- 29:48Speaker 1: of you later this afternoon, that we are still in
- 29:52Speaker 1: the midst of a once in a generation pandemic, battling
- 29:56Speaker 1: and ever evolving virus. We have said since the beginning
- 30:00Speaker 1: of June that the delta variant, a rising variant that
- 30:04Speaker 1: had increasing, was clear from the beginning, had a great
- 30:08Speaker 1: deal of transmissibility, was a threat to people who were unvaccinated.
- 30:12Speaker 1: We did more than a hundred interviews with officials conveying
- 30:15Speaker 1: exactly that, and the reality is we are dealing with
- 30:18Speaker 1: a much different strain of this virus than we were
- 30:22Speaker 1: even earlier in the spring, back in May when the
- 30:25Speaker 1: masking guidance was done provided by the CDC at that time.
- 30:29Speaker 1: That is their job. Their job is to look at
- 30:32Speaker 1: evolving information, evolving data, an evolving historic pandemic and provide
- 30:38Speaker 1: guidance to the American public. That's exactly what they will
- 30:42Speaker 1: do and what they will provide specific details on later
- 30:45Speaker 1: this afternoon, later this afternoon. What does that mean? In translation,
- 30:50Speaker 1: it means due to the involving the evolving data about
- 30:53Speaker 1: the delta variant, we are going to mandate very clearly,
- 31:01Speaker 1: we are going to mandate that all federal government workers
- 31:05Speaker 1: have to wear a mask, and you're gonna have to
- 31:08Speaker 1: get the vaccine. And on top of that, what you're
- 31:12Speaker 1: going to have to do is something else. If you
- 31:14Speaker 1: don't get the vaccine, we are literally going to harass you.
- 31:18Speaker 1: We are going to silence you. It is going to
- 31:20Speaker 1: be impossible for you to do your job. And if
- 31:24Speaker 1: you don't think that, the media is going to back
- 31:26Speaker 1: them up in locking us back down, listen to MSNBC.
- 31:30Speaker 1: He does need to make the tough choice right now. Yeah,
- 31:33Speaker 1: Joe Biden needs to make the tough choice right now.
- 31:35Speaker 1: Joe Biden needs to make the tough choice right now.
- 31:37Speaker 1: And he needs to start in his own political backyard,
- 31:41Speaker 1: and he needs to tell the teachers union that he's
- 31:44Speaker 1: going to require every public health Scare healthcare person get it.
- 31:49Speaker 1: But also starting every public school teacher needs to be vaccinated.
- 31:54Speaker 1: If you remember last year, they kept saying we can't
- 31:58Speaker 1: go back to school early this year we can't go
- 32:01Speaker 1: back to school until we're all vaccinated. That's all we heard, right, Okay,
- 32:05Speaker 1: well we have the vaccinations. Now we're starting to hear
- 32:08Speaker 1: some rumblings that maybe maybe we can't go back to
- 32:11Speaker 1: school this fall because it's not no no, no, no no,
- 32:15Speaker 1: that's not an option. That's not an option. Our kids
- 32:20Speaker 1: stayed home last year from school and the results were
- 32:24Speaker 1: absolutely devastating. Even by the way we told you it
- 32:27Speaker 1: was going to be devastating, you guys didn't listen to us.
- 32:29Speaker 1: We knew that it was safe for kids to be
- 32:31Speaker 1: in school, the private schools that all year, but you
- 32:32Speaker 1: guys didn't listen to us. And now you're saying it's unacceptable.
- 32:36Speaker 1: We must go back and you must wear masks, you
- 32:38Speaker 1: must be vaccine or you're going to lose your job.
- 32:42Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now, we better get our act
- 32:45Speaker 1: together and start standing up to this insanity, and you
- 32:48Speaker 1: better be ready to say no, because otherwise they're coming
- 32:52Speaker 1: for all of us, and they want you to lose
- 32:54Speaker 1: your job, and they want you to not be able
- 32:56Speaker 1: to function society unless you do what they demand that
- 32:59Speaker 1: they they tell you you must do all right, lastly,
