Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: It is official.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Joe Biden lied to the American people again, and Joe
- 0:06Speaker 2: Biden lied to the American people about a pardon for
- 0:09Speaker 2: his son. I want to remind you, Joe Biden said
- 0:12Speaker 2: he would respect the jurys, he would respect the court system,
- 0:17Speaker 2: he would respect the verdicts, and he would not pardon
- 0:21Speaker 2: his son. Senator Ted Cruz and I predicted this back
- 0:25Speaker 2: in January of this year, and I'm going to play
- 0:29Speaker 2: that piece of audio for you in a moment. Senator
- 0:32Speaker 2: Cruz is also going to join us as we're going
- 0:34Speaker 2: to talk about this shocking news. But we predicted that
- 0:38Speaker 2: Joe Biden was lying to the American people. Now, let's
- 0:41Speaker 2: talk about the spin real quick that the media has
- 0:44Speaker 2: put on this and this part I want all of
- 0:46Speaker 2: you to understand, and this is the most important thing
- 0:49Speaker 2: that we're going to cover in the podcast.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Okay.
- 0:52Speaker 2: It is one of those that is truly shocking to me.
- 0:56Speaker 2: It is one of those that makes me angry. It
- 0:59Speaker 2: is one of those that incredibly frustrating for me because
- 1:03Speaker 2: the media is trying to say, We'll hold on a second,
- 1:07Speaker 2: He's just a dad protecting his kids. That's all he's
- 1:11Speaker 2: doing here. He's a dad protecting his kid, and this
- 1:16Speaker 2: is what any dad would do. I want you to
- 1:18Speaker 2: understand first off, why that is a lie. Joe Biden
- 1:22Speaker 2: is not doing the thing that a dad would do.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Joe Biden is protecting the bag man for the Biden
- 1:31Speaker 2: crime family. Hunter Biden was the bag man for the
- 1:36Speaker 2: corruption of selling out America to the highest bidder, whether
- 1:40Speaker 2: it was money coming from China, coming from the Chinese
- 1:44Speaker 2: Communist Party, coming from those that worked in the intelligence
- 1:47Speaker 2: community and the Chinese Communist Party, for the CCP that
- 1:50Speaker 2: we're doing business with the bidens, it was we are
- 1:53Speaker 2: going to sell it to the highest bidder. That's what
- 1:56Speaker 2: this has always been. This is what it was from
- 1:59Speaker 2: the very begin Hunter Biden was the highest bidder in Ukraine.
- 2:03Speaker 2: His dad figured out a way to be in charge
- 2:05Speaker 2: of Ukraine. And what happened. They made tens of millions
- 2:09Speaker 2: of dollars in payments, buying influence with the US government.
- 2:13Speaker 2: Let me also remind you something else that is really important.
- 2:18Speaker 2: Ukraine Russia War. Do you want to know who still
- 2:21Speaker 2: has not been sanctioned in that war? The woman who
- 2:26Speaker 2: gave several million dollars to the Biden crime family, whose
- 2:29Speaker 2: husband was the former mayor of Moscow. When Russia invaded Ukraine,
- 2:35Speaker 2: many of the oligarchs were sanctioned, their assets were frozen,
- 2:40Speaker 2: their houses were frozen. In the US, there was a
- 2:42Speaker 2: lot of things they did to put pressure on Vladimir Putin.
- 2:45Speaker 2: But the woman who gave millions of dollars to the
- 2:49Speaker 2: Biden crime family and the bagman being Hunter Biden, has
- 2:54Speaker 2: never been sanctioned and put on the sanctions list. Ask
- 2:57Speaker 2: yourself a question, why was she never put on the list?
- 3:02Speaker 2: Because they paid millions of dollars the Biden crime family.
- 3:06Speaker 2: You have millions coming from Romania, you have the laptop
- 3:09Speaker 2: from Hell, you have all of the paper trail, you
- 3:12Speaker 2: have all the money. You have his brother Joe Biden.
- 3:15Speaker 2: And let's talk about the cash here, because I want
- 3:18Speaker 2: you to understand a couple other aspects of this. Not
- 3:21Speaker 2: only did Joe Biden make history as the first president
- 3:25Speaker 2: to pardon his criminal son, but this is the same
- 3:29Speaker 2: Joe Biden that tweeted out on five point thirty one
- 3:32Speaker 2: of this year. No one is above the law. That's
- 3:35Speaker 2: obviously not true. If your last name is Biden, you
- 3:38Speaker 2: were absolutely above the law. Let's also talk about how
- 3:42Speaker 2: massive this pardon is and how many years this pardon
- 3:47Speaker 2: covers for all of the crimes of the Biden crime family.
- 3:51Speaker 2: Joe Biden's blanket pardon of Hunter covers the entire period
- 3:56Speaker 2: of twenty fourteen and the CIA coup and when Hunter
- 4:01Speaker 2: was appointed to the board of the Ukrainian Gas Company.
- 4:05Speaker 2: This means that he can't be investigated for any criminal
- 4:09Speaker 2: activity during this timeframe. Let me also say something else
- 4:15Speaker 2: here that you need to understand about this. When you
- 4:18Speaker 2: look at the Biden crime family, and I said this early,
- 4:20Speaker 2: and I'll say it again, they did it again here.
- 4:22Speaker 2: This was the plan all along. You shouldn't be in
- 4:25Speaker 2: the media. It's like, well, it's a dad, it's a dad.
- 4:27Speaker 2: You should have compassion for the dad. The dads just
- 4:29Speaker 2: looking out for the son, right, So you should all
- 4:32Speaker 2: just have compassion for the son. No, I don't, because
- 4:36Speaker 2: he's not his son. He used his son's addiction to hookers,
- 4:40Speaker 2: to prostitutes, He used his son's addiction to drugs to
- 4:45Speaker 2: make them money and to be his bagman. And that
- 4:48Speaker 2: was always going to be his excuse. And that is
- 4:51Speaker 2: exactly why he is off the hook for everything. If
- 4:56Speaker 2: you want to know what Joe Biden is he is
- 4:59Speaker 2: a criminal, his son is a criminal, and they had
- 5:02Speaker 2: a criminal enterprise selling access to the United States government.
- 5:07Speaker 2: That is how the Biden crime family should always be remembered.
- 5:11Speaker 2: And when President Joe Biden is spending his final days
- 5:13Speaker 2: in office rolling out a full and complete pardon of
- 5:16Speaker 2: his criminal son, Hunter Biden, just know he lied to
- 5:19Speaker 2: you because he said he would never do this quote.
- 5:22Speaker 1: I will not pardon him.
- 5:24Speaker 2: That's what Joe Biden said in June after jury found
- 5:26Speaker 2: him guilty on three federal gun charges.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Okay.
- 5:30Speaker 2: NBC News reported on the pardon, saying this the decision
- 5:34Speaker 2: marks a reversal for the president who has repeatedly said
- 5:38Speaker 2: he would not use his executive authority to partner his
- 5:41Speaker 2: son or commute a sentence. The pardon comes out of
- 5:44Speaker 2: Hunter Biden's December the twelve sentencing Okay, So that was
- 5:47Speaker 2: going to be in what eleven days for his conviction
- 5:50Speaker 2: on federal gun charges.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Hunter Biden is.
- 5:52Speaker 2: Also said to be sentence in a separate criminal case
- 5:55Speaker 2: on December the sixteenth, so fifteen days from now. After
- 5:59Speaker 2: pleading guilty in some Timber on federal tax evasion charges,
- 6:03Speaker 2: President Biden has discussed issuing a pardon for his son
- 6:05Speaker 2: with some of his closest aids, since at least Hunter
- 6:08Speaker 2: Biden's conviction in June, two people would direct knowledge the
- 6:11Speaker 2: discussions about the matter. Said so, in other words, Joe
- 6:13Speaker 2: Biden is a scumbag liar who lied to the American
- 6:17Speaker 2: people about his health, about his cognitive decline, and about
- 6:20Speaker 2: saying he would respect the court and the decision, and says, no,
- 6:24Speaker 2: never mind, screw that, I'm going to pardon the bagman.
- 6:28Speaker 2: I go back to the media spin on this. The
- 6:30Speaker 2: media will keep saying over and over and over and
- 6:32Speaker 2: over again that this is just a dad taking care
- 6:36Speaker 2: of his son, and you would do the same thing.
- 6:38Speaker 2: I'm going to say it again. This is scumbaggerye, this
- 6:42Speaker 2: is corruption. This is a bagman. They knew they were
- 6:46Speaker 2: taking advantage of a drug addict and Hunter Biden for
- 6:49Speaker 2: him to do the deals in Russia and Ukraine, in.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Romania and in China. They all knew it.
- 6:57Speaker 2: They didn't care that he could be taking drugs that
- 7:00Speaker 2: might kill him because the money was flowing into the
- 7:03Speaker 2: Biden crime family and the alibi was always going to
- 7:06Speaker 2: be well, he was a drug addict, He didn't know
- 7:09Speaker 2: what he was doing.
- 7:10Speaker 1: He was a drug addict. He didn't know what he
- 7:13Speaker 1: was doing.
- 7:14Speaker 2: All right, I just got to take a moment and
- 7:15Speaker 2: tell you about an amazing company. And the company is

- 9:11Speaker 1: Today.
- 9:12Speaker 2: Now, let me just go back real quick and play
- 9:15Speaker 2: for you. This is what Joe Biden said back in
- 9:18Speaker 2: Italy in June of this year.
- 9:21Speaker 3: I'm extremely proud of my son Hunter. He has overcome
- 9:25Speaker 3: an addiction. He is He's one of the greatest, most
- 9:29Speaker 3: decent men I know. And I am satisfied that I'm
- 9:33Speaker 3: not going to do anything I said. I adviuye by
- 9:36Speaker 3: the jury decision, and I will do that and I
- 9:38Speaker 3: will not partner him.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Just the same liar that lied to you and said
- 9:42Speaker 2: I never talked to my son about any of his
- 9:44Speaker 2: business dealings, and we met, we kept a firewall between
- 9:48Speaker 2: all of their business dealings in my administration. Then we
- 9:51Speaker 2: find out all these people that are doing deals with
- 9:53Speaker 2: the Sun are coming to the White House and getting
- 9:55Speaker 2: the hookup on other deals. Like the level of corruption here.
- 9:58Speaker 2: I want to be clear. Both these men should be
- 10:00Speaker 2: in jail and so should his brother for the crimes
- 10:03Speaker 2: that they committed. And what the President just did here
- 10:06Speaker 2: is he said, guess what to you, the American people,
- 10:08Speaker 2: I don't give a crap what I told you. I
- 10:10Speaker 2: know I was lying to you, and by the way
- 10:12Speaker 2: I predicted it back in January Senator Cruz and I
- 10:15Speaker 2: predicted it together in January. We said, together, mark my word,
- 10:21Speaker 2: come December, they will pardon Hunter Biden. And this is
- 10:26Speaker 2: a pardon that covers basically a decade of sins of
- 10:31Speaker 2: the Biden crime family. And this is not a dad
- 10:34Speaker 2: looking out for a son. This is a dad, a
- 10:39Speaker 2: criminal who is forced to do this because he is
- 10:45Speaker 2: the bagman and knows everything about the family. And this
- 10:49Speaker 2: was always going to be their plan. Hey, if we
- 10:53Speaker 2: get caught, we'll just say he was an addict, and
- 10:57Speaker 2: he was an addict, and he was an and we'll
- 11:00Speaker 2: say it over and over and over and over and
- 11:04Speaker 2: over and over and over again. We'll just keep saying it,
- 11:08Speaker 2: and then we'll say we're so proud of him, and
- 11:11Speaker 2: then we'll say how proud of him we are that
- 11:13Speaker 2: he's overcome so much, and then we will pardon him.
- 11:16Speaker 2: This is how you get away with it. They planned
- 11:19Speaker 2: it out and we all got played, and the media
- 11:22Speaker 2: helped cover it up full stop. I want you to
- 11:28Speaker 2: hear my conversation center Ted Cruz and I had about
- 11:31Speaker 2: this story, and it is truly again shocking that the
- 11:36Speaker 2: pardon and I just want to clarify this starts the
- 11:41Speaker 2: exact year that Hunter Biden was named to the board
- 11:45Speaker 2: of Barisma, that Ukrainian energy company. This is to cover
- 11:50Speaker 2: all the Biden crime family crimes. That is how wide
- 11:54Speaker 2: reaching this pardon is of Hunter Biden.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Take a listen.
- 11:58Speaker 2: So all right, let's start with the narrative and work
- 12:02Speaker 2: our way back. When this news broke tonight, we were
- 12:05Speaker 2: all on text message and this was the first part,
- 12:09Speaker 2: was Joe Biden pardons his son Hunter. I wasn't surprised
- 12:12Speaker 2: by it. You predicted it. You weren't surprised by. What
- 12:15Speaker 2: I was surprised was the amount of time of this
- 12:18Speaker 2: that it covers. He's basically off the hook for everything
- 12:21Speaker 2: that involves the Biden crime family. And this is after
- 12:24Speaker 2: Joe Biden repeatedly promised that he would not do this,
- 12:29Speaker 2: that he would it would honor and respect the justice
- 12:32Speaker 2: system and the juries and whatever they decided to do
- 12:36Speaker 2: with his son.
- 12:37Speaker 1: That was also all a lie.
- 12:39Speaker 2: And I think the part that was the most shocking
- 12:42Speaker 2: is how the media is covering this now now, and
- 12:44Speaker 2: I want to start with that. They're all saying to
- 12:47Speaker 2: the American people, will look, he already lost his son,
- 12:50Speaker 2: one son who died a brain cancer.
- 12:52Speaker 1: This is just a dad being a dad. I don't
- 12:56Speaker 1: buy that for a second.
- 12:57Speaker 2: I think this is him protecting the the crime family
- 13:01Speaker 2: and the bag man, and that protects him. I don't
- 13:04Speaker 2: think this is compassion from a father or your reaction
- 13:07Speaker 2: to that.
- 13:07Speaker 4: Well, listen what Joe Biden said today. Put out a
- 13:10Speaker 4: lengthy statement. Let me read his statement. Then we're going
- 13:12Speaker 4: to talk about what it means. Here's what Joe Biden said.
- 13:14Speaker 4: Quote today, I signed a pardon for my son Hunter.
- 13:17Speaker 4: From the day I took office, I said I would
- 13:19Speaker 4: not interfere with the Justice Department's decision making, and I
- 13:22Speaker 4: kept my word even as I watched my son being
- 13:24Speaker 4: selectively and unfairly prosecuted without aggravating factors like use in
- 13:29Speaker 4: a crime, multiple purchases are buying a weapon as a
- 13:32Speaker 4: straw purchaser. People are almost never brought to trial on
- 13:35Speaker 4: felony charges solely for how they filled out a gun form.
- 13:38Speaker 4: Those who were late paying their taxes because of serious addictions,
- 13:41Speaker 4: but paid them back subsequently with interest and penalties are
- 13:45Speaker 4: typically given non criminal resolutions. It is clear that Hunter
- 13:48Speaker 4: was treated differently. The charges in his case came about
- 13:51Speaker 4: only after several of my political opponents in Congress instigated
- 13:55Speaker 4: them to attack me and oppose my election. Then a
- 13:58Speaker 4: carefully negotiated pleading agreed to by the Department of Justice
- 14:02Speaker 4: and unraveled in the courtroom, with a number of my
- 14:05Speaker 4: political opponents in Congress taking credit for bringing political pressure
- 14:08Speaker 4: on the process. Had the plea deal held, it would
- 14:11Speaker 4: have been a fair reasonable resolution of Hunter's cases. No
- 14:15Speaker 4: reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter's cases
- 14:17Speaker 4: can reach any other conclusion. Then Hunter was singled out
- 14:22Speaker 4: only because he is my son, and that is wrong.
- 14:25Speaker 4: There has been an effort to break Hunter, who has
- 14:27Speaker 4: been five and a half years sober, even in the
- 14:30Speaker 4: face of unrelenting attacks and selected prosecution. In trying to
- 14:34Speaker 4: break Hunter, they've tried to break me. There's no reason
- 14:38Speaker 4: to believe it will stop here. Enough is enough. For
- 14:41Speaker 4: my entire career, I have followed a simple principle. Just
- 14:44Speaker 4: tell the American people the truth. They'll be fair minded.
- 14:47Speaker 4: Here's the truth. I believe in the justice system. But
- 14:51Speaker 4: as I have wrestled with this, I also believe raw
- 14:53Speaker 4: politics has infected this process and it has led to
- 14:56Speaker 4: a miscarriage of justice. And once I made this decision
- 15:00Speaker 4: this weekend. There was no sense in delaying it.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Further.
- 15:03Speaker 4: I hope Americans will understand why a father and a
- 15:06Speaker 4: president would come to this decision. Well, let me start
- 15:09Speaker 4: with his ending. I understand why I said in January,
- 15:12Speaker 4: Joe Biden would pardon Hunter Biden, and understand that to
- 15:17Speaker 4: anyone who listens to this podcast, it's not a surprise.
- 15:19Speaker 4: It is obvious Hunter Biden is not some lonely crackhead
- 15:24Speaker 4: who just sort of went astray. That's what Joe Biden,
- 15:27Speaker 4: the entire White House has tried to paint him as.
- 15:30Speaker 4: Hunter Biden's business was selling access to Daddy. The real
- 15:35Speaker 4: crook here is Joe Biden. And this is something that
- 15:38Speaker 4: in this podcast we've broken down in elaborate detail the
- 15:44Speaker 4: evidence of criminality that Joe Biden, the Biden family, they
- 15:47Speaker 4: made tens of millions of dollars selling favors from Joe Biden. Listen,
- 15:54Speaker 4: nobody pays Hunter Biden. Nobody pays a crackhead money when
- 15:58Speaker 4: he has no marketable services. He was not selling anything
- 16:02Speaker 4: other than Daddy. So when Joe Biden is saying, oh
- 16:05Speaker 4: it is terrible, no one's prosecuted for this. Number One
- 16:09Speaker 4: I'll tell you this. If you use crack cocaine with prostitutes,
- 16:12Speaker 4: illegally buying guns with guns, you will be prosecuting and
- 16:15Speaker 4: you will go to jail.
- 16:16Speaker 1: You don't.
- 16:17Speaker 4: People not named Biden don't get away with that. By
- 16:20Speaker 4: the way, if you also defraud the federal government out
- 16:23Speaker 4: of millions of dollars of taxes, you will be prosecuted.
- 16:26Speaker 4: That is true as well. But the real corruption. Listen,
- 16:29Speaker 4: the Biden Justice Department decline to prosecute, deliberately allow the
- 16:34Speaker 4: statute of limitation to expire on many of the most
- 16:37Speaker 4: egregious examples of corruption, everything that implicated the big guy. Understand,
- 16:43Speaker 4: this is all about Joe Biden. It's not about Hunter Biden.
- 16:46Speaker 4: So when Joe Biden entered this pardon, it is about
- 16:48Speaker 4: protecting his own rear end. Does he love his son, sure?
- 16:51Speaker 4: Does he want to protect his son, Sure, It's why
- 16:54Speaker 4: I was certain he would grant this pardon. But if
- 16:56Speaker 4: you really love your son, you don't send out your
- 16:59Speaker 4: son who was an addict, to be the front man,
- 17:02Speaker 4: to be the bag man in collecting millions of dollars
- 17:05Speaker 4: selling access to you. Joe Biden was perfectly willing to
- 17:09Speaker 4: use his son as the point person and plan to
- 17:11Speaker 4: blame it on the addiction. And and so I've got
- 17:15Speaker 4: to say Joe Biden's claiming, well, gosh, it's just unfair.
- 17:18Speaker 4: He was targeted. What is unfair, what is not right,
- 17:22Speaker 4: is that the Biden family made for decades a practice
- 17:27Speaker 4: of selling favors from Joe Biden that is fundamentally corrupt.
- 17:31Speaker 4: And let me say finally, in Joe Biden's statement, he
- 17:34Speaker 4: talks about, well, there was a plea deal from the
- 17:37Speaker 4: Department of Justice and then it collapsed. Well, you know what,
- 17:40Speaker 4: this podcast played a significant role in causing that that
- 17:44Speaker 4: that plea deal would.
- 17:45Speaker 1: Corrupt to collapse.
- 17:48Speaker 4: And why because we shined a light on it. Because
- 17:51Speaker 4: it was indefensible that the plea deal was zero jail time,
- 17:55Speaker 4: a slap on the wrist, which Joe Biden said, well, gosh,
- 17:57Speaker 4: that would be fair. Don't punish my son. And un understand,
- 18:00Speaker 4: this is not about Hunter, this is about Joe.
- 18:04Speaker 2: Let me tell you real quick about Patriot Mobile. If
- 18:06Speaker 2: you are sick and tired of giving your money to
- 18:09Speaker 2: woke liberal companies, then when it comes to the cell
- 18:12Speaker 2: phone space, you really need to pay attention to who
- 18:15Speaker 2: you're giving your cash to every month. Did you know
- 18:17Speaker 2: that Big Mobile gives massive donations to democratic causes, candidates,

- 20:07Speaker 2: free month of service with the promo code ferguson. Let's
- 20:11Speaker 2: talk about the length of this pardon, because I think
- 20:14Speaker 2: it's not just the pardon for these two charges, it's
- 20:17Speaker 2: also Hey, this covers virtually all of the corruption and
- 20:21Speaker 2: all of the sins of the Biden crime family. When
- 20:25Speaker 2: they knew they had millions of dollars coming to the
- 20:27Speaker 2: end to their son's bank account that was spending it
- 20:30Speaker 2: on drugs and everything else that we know about from
- 20:33Speaker 2: his laptop, he said, Hey, you can't go after my
- 20:37Speaker 2: son basically for anything. This is a pardon for all
- 20:41Speaker 2: the bad things we've done.
- 20:43Speaker 4: Well, and listen, if you're gonna do it, you're gonna
- 20:45Speaker 4: make it as broad as possible because you don't care
- 20:48Speaker 4: about the press blowback. And at the end of the day,
- 20:50Speaker 4: Joe Biden's lost, Kamala Harris's lost. They don't care about
- 20:53Speaker 4: the political consequences. That's why it was gonna be December.
- 20:55Speaker 4: It wasn't gonna be November. It wasn't gonna be January, December.
- 20:58Speaker 4: It was gonna be the month it was. And I
- 21:00Speaker 4: want you to understand, for more than a year, Joe Biden,
- 21:04Speaker 4: every Democrat has been lying to the American people repeatedly
- 21:07Speaker 4: and brazenly. I want you to listen to Koreean John
- 21:09Speaker 4: Pierre in December twenty twenty three. Here's what she had
- 21:12Speaker 4: to say.
- 21:13Speaker 5: The President would not pardon or community census for his
- 21:16Speaker 5: son Hunter. I want to make sure that that is
- 21:19Speaker 5: not going to change over the next six months. The
- 21:20Speaker 5: President's stay.
- 21:22Speaker 6: It's still a no, it's still an I will always
- 21:24Speaker 6: email it's still a no. It will be a no.
- 21:27Speaker 6: It is a no. And I don't have anything else
- 21:29Speaker 6: to add, will he pardon his son.
- 21:31Speaker 1: No, well, partner his son.
- 21:34Speaker 6: No.
- 21:34Speaker 2: And she's actually banging her hand on the podium.
- 21:37Speaker 1: You can hear it.
- 21:38Speaker 4: Okay, so let's play now, Kareean John Pierre in August
- 21:41Speaker 4: of twenty twenty three.
- 21:43Speaker 6: You're back to the first question of the briefing.
- 21:45Speaker 5: I know you said not a lot of changedes yesterday,
- 21:47Speaker 5: and that's a personal matter. But from a presidential perspective,
- 21:50Speaker 5: is there any possibility that the president would end up
- 21:53Speaker 5: pardoning his son No?
- 21:55Speaker 4: Okay, now, let's do Joe Biden himself in June of
- 21:59Speaker 4: twenty twenty four.
- 22:00Speaker 3: I'm extremely proud of my son Hunter. He is overcome
- 22:04Speaker 3: an addiction. He is He's one of the brightest, most
- 22:08Speaker 3: decent men I know. And I am satisfied that I'm
- 22:12Speaker 3: not going to do anything I said. I advide by
- 22:15Speaker 3: the jury decision, and I will do that and I
- 22:17Speaker 3: will not partner him.
- 22:19Speaker 4: Okay, let's play another interview again from June of twenty
- 22:22Speaker 4: twenty four. Joe Biden again on the same topic.
- 22:24Speaker 7: As we sit here in Normandy, your son Hunter is
- 22:27Speaker 7: on trial, and I know that you cannot speak about
- 22:31Speaker 7: an ongoing federal prosecution, but let me ask you will
- 22:35Speaker 7: you accept the jury's outcome, their verdict, no matter what
- 22:39Speaker 7: it is.
- 22:39Speaker 1: Yes.
- 22:40Speaker 7: And have you ruled out a pardon for your son?
- 22:43Speaker 1: Yes?
- 22:44Speaker 2: I mean the guys a pathological liar everywhere we go.
- 22:47Speaker 4: Final clip. Let's let's play Kreeen John Pierre once again
- 22:50Speaker 4: on the same topic.
- 22:52Speaker 5: The President would not pardon or community sense for his
- 22:55Speaker 5: son Hunter. I want to make sure that that is
- 22:57Speaker 5: not going to change field for the next six months.
- 22:59Speaker 6: The President's it's still a no, It's still an egg
- 23:03Speaker 6: always be an. It's still a no. It will be
- 23:05Speaker 6: a no. It is a no. And I don't have
- 23:08Speaker 6: anything else to add. Peo will he pardoned his son.
- 23:10Speaker 1: No, pretty consistent with their lies.
- 23:13Speaker 4: Look understand, every person listening to Joe Biden, every person
- 23:19Speaker 4: listening to Queen John Pierre knew that they were lying.
- 23:22Speaker 4: The reporter asking that question knew that they were lying.
- 23:25Speaker 4: Kreean John Pierre, she knew she was lying. And Joe
- 23:28Speaker 4: Biden every time he said it, knew he was lying.
- 23:31Speaker 4: We said on this podcast, then they are lying. And
- 23:35Speaker 4: it was a cynical effort to gaslight the American people.
- 23:38Speaker 4: They hoped at the time, they hoped Joe Biden would
- 23:41Speaker 4: win later, they hoped Kamala Harris would win, but they
- 23:44Speaker 4: their approach was simple, We're gonna lie to you. We're
- 23:46Speaker 4: gonna lie to you. We're gonna lie to you. Don't
- 23:48Speaker 4: you like our happy lies? And the plan was always, always,
- 23:52Speaker 4: always to issue the pardon because it covers up for
- 23:56Speaker 4: the criminality that Joe Biden is right at the next as.
- 24:00Speaker 2: So let's talk about this future and the Republicans and
- 24:05Speaker 2: what they should do. There was a lot of people
- 24:07Speaker 2: asking the question, Okay, is there anything that you can
- 24:10Speaker 2: do about this? Or is this just the world we
- 24:12Speaker 2: live in now where if you're the president you can
- 24:14Speaker 2: be as corrupt as hell, if you're a Democrat and
- 24:16Speaker 2: you've got people to cover for you. Then there's people
- 24:18Speaker 2: are saying, well, hold on, what about the other crimes
- 24:20Speaker 2: involved the other family members. We know a lot of
- 24:23Speaker 2: payments went to a lot of people the last Saint
- 24:25Speaker 2: Biden when they were selling access to US government? Is
- 24:28Speaker 2: this the quote end of this? Politically move on? And
- 24:31Speaker 2: that's just what it is. And we all know that
- 24:33Speaker 2: he's corrupt, and we know he lied to us, we
- 24:35Speaker 2: know he abused his power, and we know he sold
- 24:37Speaker 2: access to the United States government.
- 24:39Speaker 4: Well, here is the text of the pardon that Joe
- 24:42Speaker 4: Biden signed. It is a pardon quote for those offenses
- 24:46Speaker 4: against the United States which he has committed, or may
- 24:51Speaker 4: have committed, or taken part in during the period from
- 24:56Speaker 4: January first, twenty fourteen through December first, twenty twenty four
- 25:03Speaker 4: including but not limited to, all offenses charged or prosecuted,
- 25:08Speaker 4: including any that have resulted in convictions by Special Counsel
- 25:12Speaker 4: David C. Weiss in Docket number one twenty three CRS
- 25:16Speaker 4: zero zero zero six y one m N in the
- 25:19Speaker 4: United States District Court for the District of Delaware and
- 25:22Speaker 4: docket number two two three CRS zero zero five nine
- 25:26Speaker 4: nine MCS one in the United States District Court for
- 25:29Speaker 4: the Central District of California. So, Ben, how do you
- 25:31Speaker 4: like that every single federal offense that you have committed
- 25:36Speaker 4: or you may have committed or taken a part in
- 25:40Speaker 4: for a decade from January first, twenty fourteen to December first,
- 25:44Speaker 4: twenty twenty four they're all erased clean. I don't know
- 25:48Speaker 4: that you could write a broader pardon other than listen,
- 25:52Speaker 4: I'm president, and I got to say, by the way,
- 25:55Speaker 4: your question, is there is there anything you can do
- 25:56Speaker 4: about it. There is very very little. The pardon power
- 26:00Speaker 4: under the Constitution is exceptionally broad. The president has the
- 26:03Speaker 4: ability to pardon any single federal offense. In this case,
- 26:07Speaker 4: he's pardoning every single federal offense Hunter Biden may or
- 26:11Speaker 4: may not have committed for over a decade, and those
- 26:15Speaker 4: federal offenses it is now impossible to prosecute him, impossible
- 26:19Speaker 4: to hold him liable for them. Now He's still liable
- 26:22Speaker 4: for state offenses. But there has not been There have
- 26:26Speaker 4: not been any state prosecutions, and so this is the consequence.
- 26:30Speaker 4: This was always the outcome. It's why. Look, we've talked
- 26:35Speaker 4: about how the impeachment power, the text of the Constitution
- 26:38Speaker 4: provides the impeachment power for treason, bribery, or other high
- 26:42Speaker 4: crimes or misdemeanors. At the end of the day, much
- 26:45Speaker 4: of the conduct that has been alleged here is in
- 26:48Speaker 4: the nature of bribery, is in the nature of paying
- 26:50Speaker 4: off millions of dollars to Joe Biden for official for
- 26:54Speaker 4: official favors. And yet the Department of Justice had zero
- 26:57Speaker 4: interest in examining it, The Democrats in Congress had zero
- 27:00Speaker 4: interested in examining it. In the media had zero interest
- 27:02Speaker 4: in examining it, and so as a consequence, Hunter Biden
- 27:05Speaker 4: is now going to get off scot free, which was
- 27:08Speaker 4: abundantly clear from the outset this was always the plan.
- 27:13Speaker 2: I want to take a moment and talk to you
- 27:15Speaker 2: about IFCJ, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, wants
- 27:19Speaker 2: to wish you a blessed beginning of the holiday season
- 27:22Speaker 2: as you gather with your families, grateful for the blessings
- 27:25Speaker 2: that God has given us all, but let's also remember
- 27:30Speaker 2: those who are facing unbelievable hardship in need of food, fellowship,
- 27:35Speaker 2: and hope. That includes the people of Israel, who are
- 27:38Speaker 2: threatened daily by attacks from enemies on all sides. And
- 27:42Speaker 2: during these hard times, Israelis are thankful for the Fellowship
- 27:46Speaker 2: for food and basic assistance, truly life saving aid, when
- 27:50Speaker 2: the rest of the world seems to have turned its
- 27:52Speaker 2: back on them. Your gift of twenty five dollars will
- 27:56Speaker 2: help provide a food box to an elderly Jew or
- 27:59Speaker 2: a Wish family who are suffering and in desperate need.
- 28:04Speaker 2: A gift of one hundred dollars will help provide four
- 28:06Speaker 2: of these life saving food boxes this holiday season. Please
- 28:10Speaker 2: consider standing with Israel and the Jewish people. You can
- 28:14Speaker 2: go to SUPPORTIFCJ dot org. That's support IFCJ dot org.
- 28:21Speaker 2: To make a gift now, that's support IFCJ dot org.
- 28:25Speaker 2: Or you can call to give at eight to eight
- 28:27Speaker 2: for eight eight IFCJ that's eight eight eight four eight
- 28:33Speaker 2: eight four three two five. Final question, Yes, Hunter, Biden
- 28:39Speaker 2: is pardon for everything in this as you said, a
- 28:44Speaker 2: sweeping pardon that I've never seen before at this level
- 28:48Speaker 2: and in government from what we've seen in the history
- 28:51Speaker 2: of my lifetime, we've never seen something this broad. So
- 28:55Speaker 2: the last question I have is what about Joe Biden.
- 29:00Speaker 2: Is there anything that can be done against him? Or
- 29:02Speaker 2: is it just Hey, he's an old guy. He dropped
- 29:05Speaker 2: out of the race. As they said, we would have
- 29:08Speaker 2: prosecuted him for keeping classified documents, but no jury would
- 29:11Speaker 2: ever convict him because he was too senile to basically
- 29:15Speaker 2: know what he had done in the past. Is all
- 29:18Speaker 2: of that just going to be forgotten now because of age?
- 29:22Speaker 4: Well, let me be clear, we have seen pardons this
- 29:25Speaker 4: broad before, and so if you look, for example, at
- 29:28Speaker 4: the pardon Gerald Ford issued for Richard Nixon, here is
- 29:31Speaker 4: the operative text of that pardon. Now, Therefore, I Gerald
- 29:35Speaker 4: rt Ford, President of the United States, pursuing to the
- 29:38Speaker 4: pardon power conferred upon me by Article two, Section two
- 29:41Speaker 4: of the Constitution, have granted, and by these presents, do grant,
- 29:46Speaker 4: a full, free and absolute pardon under Richard Nixon for
- 29:50Speaker 4: all offenses against the United States which he Richard Nixon
- 29:54Speaker 4: has committed or may have committed, or taken part in
- 29:58Speaker 4: during the period from Januar twentieth, nineteen sixty nine through
- 30:02Speaker 4: August ninth, nineteen seventy four, So that they deliberately borrowed
- 30:07Speaker 4: the language from the pardon of Richard Nixon. And the
- 30:10Speaker 4: idea was, this is a blanket, get out of jail
- 30:13Speaker 4: free car and it's what the Constitution gives the president
- 30:16Speaker 4: this authority, and that's exactly what they did. Now, your
- 30:19Speaker 4: question was what about Joe Biden. So Joe Biden has
- 30:22Speaker 4: not pardoned himself. I don't think he will. And at
- 30:25Speaker 4: the end of the day, when the Trump Department of
- 30:27Speaker 4: Justice comes into office, there will be a question do
- 30:30Speaker 4: they go and prosecute Joe Biden. My guess is the
- 30:33Speaker 4: answer will be Now that Joe Biden, his dementia has
- 30:37Speaker 4: risen to a level at this point that I think
- 30:39Speaker 4: he's probably going to ride off into the sunset and
- 30:41Speaker 4: be done. Maybe I'm wrong, but my suspicion is Joe
- 30:46Speaker 4: Biden will not face accountability for the corruption that Hunter
- 30:50Speaker 4: was the bag man for, and that is his entire
- 30:53Speaker 4: family profited.
- 30:54Speaker 2: From incredible And there's gonna be a lot of people
- 30:56Speaker 2: listening right now. They're gonna be angry about this. I
- 30:58Speaker 2: understand it.
- 30:59Speaker 1: I want to be.
- 31:00Speaker 2: I'm angry about it too, because it looks like the
- 31:03Speaker 2: entire family, his brother, and every other Biden that was
- 31:05Speaker 2: on the take's going to get away with this in
- 31:08Speaker 2: a sense. And look, this is the corruption the Democratic Party.
- 31:10Speaker 2: This is the reason why I think Donald Trump. One
- 31:12Speaker 2: of the reasons why he won this election, why Republicans
- 31:15Speaker 2: controlled the House and Senate is people wanted there to
- 31:18Speaker 2: be accountability, at least on election day.
- 31:21Speaker 4: By the way, let me jump in, Ben, there may
- 31:24Speaker 4: be an exception. I don't think it's impossible that the
- 31:28Speaker 4: Department of Justice prosecutes Joe Biden's brother. Joe Biden's brother.
- 31:32Speaker 4: I'm not aware of any evidence that he has dementia,
- 31:35Speaker 4: that he is serious mental diminishment, and that may be
- 31:38Speaker 4: one avenue I could see the Department of Justice investigating
- 31:41Speaker 4: and one challenges, Oh.
- 31:42Speaker 2: Hold on, I'm going to ask now prediction. You made
- 31:45Speaker 2: a last prediction that was good. I want one right now.
- 31:48Speaker 2: I want you to predict whether or not before the
- 31:50Speaker 2: last day January twentieth, that Joe Biden says, screw it,
- 31:54Speaker 2: I'm going to hand out pardons of my brother or
- 31:56Speaker 2: other family members.
- 31:58Speaker 4: I don't think it's impossible, but I doubt it. I
- 32:01Speaker 4: put it at less than fifty percent. Look, and I
- 32:07Speaker 4: think if you were to asked me to give odds,
- 32:11Speaker 4: my guess is that the Trump Department of Justice probably
- 32:14Speaker 4: doesn't prosecute Biden's brother, that there will be a sense
- 32:17Speaker 4: of this is water under the bridge. It's the prior administration.
- 32:20Speaker 4: It's not our concern. Let's move on. But I'm just saying,
- 32:24Speaker 4: if you were to predict one avenue and one challenge
- 32:28Speaker 4: is in terms of whether you could prosecute Biden's brother,
- 32:31Speaker 4: a major challenge would be the statute of limitation. That
- 32:34Speaker 4: many of the most corrupt actions occurred long enough that
- 32:39Speaker 4: the statute of limitations has expired. And what that means
- 32:42Speaker 4: statute limitations is in federal law. It's also true in
- 32:45Speaker 4: state law that there is a limit to how recently
- 32:49Speaker 4: the conduct must have occurred before you could prosecute. It's
- 32:52Speaker 4: the idea that you can't come back and prosecute you
- 32:55Speaker 4: ben for something you did twenty years ago that you
- 32:58Speaker 4: don't remember, that the evidence is stayed. Well, there's some
- 33:00Speaker 4: notion that there needs to be finality in law and
- 33:02Speaker 4: that prosecutions need to need to occur relatively promptly after
- 33:07Speaker 4: the criminality. And so I think much of the conduct
- 33:11Speaker 4: that that that Joe's brother has been implicated in the
- 33:14Speaker 4: statute limitations and all likelihood has expired, and so that
- 33:17Speaker 4: may prevent a prosecution. If you're going to ask me,
- 33:20Speaker 4: is there going to be another parton for his brother?
- 33:23Speaker 4: Probably not, but but but it's not not beyond the
- 33:26Speaker 4: realm of contemplation.
- 33:27Speaker 2: Make sure you share this podcast with your family and
- 33:30Speaker 2: your friends, and I'll see you back here tomorrow.
