- 0:01Speaker 1: The declassification report that was put out by Senator Grassley today.
- 0:05Speaker 1: I'm glad you brought it up, because this should be
- 0:07Speaker 1: a story every outlet in this room should be covering.
- 0:10Speaker 1: This is further evidence that Hillary Clinton approved the Russia
- 0:13Speaker 1: hoax against President Trump, her campaign financed it. Again, she
- 0:16Speaker 1: approved it, and the FBI and the CIA were both
- 0:19Speaker 1: weaponized to, as our Director of CIA has said, accelerate
- 0:24Speaker 1: this hoax against then candidates and former President Trump.
- 0:27Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.

- 3:31Speaker 3: seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 3:34Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 3:35Speaker 3: All right, so center, where were you when you found
- 3:37Speaker 3: out the Russian hoax is now being exposed? And what
- 3:41Speaker 3: was your initial reaction to Hillary Clinton greenlighting this? It's
- 3:44Speaker 3: like for me, I was like, Yep, that makes sense, Yep,
- 3:46Speaker 3: that adds up, Yep, that matches.
- 3:49Speaker 4: Yeah, Look the evidence has been coming over the last
- 3:51Speaker 4: several weeks. So Telsea Gabbard released a significant evidence that
- 3:55Speaker 4: the intelligence community had been telling Barack Obama and the
- 3:58Speaker 4: Obama administration that Russia was not trying to hack the election.
- 4:02Speaker 4: They'd been doing that for months. We covered that on
- 4:04Speaker 4: a previous pod. And then this week the portions of
- 4:08Speaker 4: the classified annex of John Durham's Special Council investigation were released,
- 4:13Speaker 4: and they were released by my colleague Chuck Grassley, who
- 4:15Speaker 4: was the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and I
- 4:18Speaker 4: got to say, it is stunning what is in these
- 4:23Speaker 4: newly de classified documents. So they reveal quote confidential conversations
- 4:31Speaker 4: between members of the Democratic National Committee and George Soros's
- 4:35Speaker 4: Open Society Foundation that occurred before the twenty sixteen election,
- 4:41Speaker 4: and in particular, accorded to the declassified files, Hillary Clinton
- 4:45Speaker 4: personally approved a plan that had been proposed by her
- 4:49Speaker 4: foreign policy advisor, woman named Julianne Smith, to quote smear
- 4:54Speaker 4: Donald Trump by magnifying the scandal tied to the intrusion
- 4:59Speaker 4: by the Russian Special Services in the pre election process
- 5:02Speaker 4: to benefit the Republican candidate and by the way Julianne
- 5:06Speaker 4: Smith was later appointed to serve as ambassador to NATO
- 5:09Speaker 4: under President Joe Biden, so it turned out this was
- 5:13Speaker 4: this was a profitable role for her to be involved
- 5:16Speaker 4: in this massive hoax. There's an email in particular that
- 5:20Speaker 4: is that is really remarkable. It was written by Open
- 5:23Speaker 4: Society Foundations senior vice president, a fellow named Leonard Bernardo,
- 5:28Speaker 4: and it was dated July twenty seventh, twenty sixteen. And
- 5:31Speaker 4: here's what it says. Quote HRC. HRC stands for Hillary Rodham.
- 5:36Speaker 4: Clinton approved Julia's idea about Trump and Russian hackers hampering
- 5:41Speaker 4: US elections. This is in July of twenty sixteen. That
- 5:45Speaker 4: should distract people from her own missing email, especially if
- 5:51Speaker 4: the affair goes to the Olympic level and his email
- 5:55Speaker 4: continues quote the point is making the Russian play a
- 6:00Speaker 4: US domestic issue in absence of direct evidence. CrowdStrike and
- 6:07Speaker 4: Threat Connect will supply the media, and g r U,
- 6:12Speaker 4: which is the foreign intelligence arm of Russia UH will
- 6:16Speaker 4: hopefully carry on to give more facts. And and OK,
- 6:21Speaker 4: I gotta say this is Hillary explicitly signing on and
- 6:26Speaker 4: and counting on UH, counting on the assistance and and
- 6:30Speaker 4: and and then he goes on to say he says
- 6:34Speaker 4: that that the Clinton campaign's plan included quote raising the
- 6:39Speaker 4: theme of Putin's support for Trump and pushing public opinion
- 6:44Speaker 4: to quote equoatee the Russian leader's influence campaign with actual
- 6:49Speaker 4: election infrastructure hacking. And it involved distributing quote the necessary
- 6:55Speaker 4: information through the FBI affiliated technical structures, in part particular
- 7:00Speaker 4: the crowd Strike and threat Connect companies, from where the
- 7:04Speaker 4: information would then be disseminated through lead leading US opinion
- 7:09Speaker 4: of publications. And that's another email from Bernardo. And then
- 7:13Speaker 4: the email predicts and this is stunning that the FBI
- 7:19Speaker 4: would quote put more oil into the fire of the
- 7:24Speaker 4: Russia collusion narrative. This was an explicit plan by the
- 7:29Speaker 4: Hillary Clinton campaign and by Hillary Clinton herself to use
- 7:33Speaker 4: the FBI to spread a lie about Donald Trump. And
- 7:37Speaker 4: it was in order to try to win the election.
- 7:39Speaker 4: And thank god, the American people were not deceived and
- 7:42Speaker 4: they elected Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton.
- 7:44Speaker 3: Who paid for it and when it went to the FBI,
- 7:48Speaker 3: how they categorized at the time the dossier and everything else.
- 7:51Speaker 3: It was paid for by Hillary Clinton, partially her campaign
- 7:55Speaker 3: and then the Democratic National Committee. They created it out
- 7:58Speaker 3: of thin air. And then they went to the FBI,
- 8:02Speaker 3: and even the FBI had classified, if I remember correctly,
- 8:05Speaker 3: as quote user generated and even offered. I think it
- 8:09Speaker 3: was like a million dollars to steal if he could
- 8:12Speaker 3: verify any of this dossier, which he never got paid
- 8:16Speaker 3: on because he couldn't do it well.
- 8:17Speaker 4: The Steele dossier was designed to be a lie and
- 8:20Speaker 4: it was straight out opposition research. It was paid for
- 8:23Speaker 4: by the Hillary Clinton campaign. It was paid for by
- 8:25Speaker 4: the DNC. They paid over a million dollars, and they
- 8:29Speaker 4: hid the fees that they hid them as quote legal
- 8:33Speaker 4: fees to their law firms, Perkins Cooy. They had five
- 8:37Speaker 4: point six million in legal fees that were paid in
- 8:39Speaker 4: one bill and they hid that amount in there. And
- 8:44Speaker 4: once they created the Steele dossier that just made blatant
- 8:47Speaker 4: lies about Donald Trump, they then gave it to the
- 8:51Speaker 4: FBI and Obama DOJ and FBI officials were active in
- 8:56Speaker 4: covering up that this came from the Hillary Clinton campaign.
- 8:59Speaker 4: And understand, and this is during the presidential campaign, this
- 9:02Speaker 4: is while the campaign is in full speed. This this
- 9:06Speaker 4: false oppo research document. It was just concocted. It was
- 9:10Speaker 4: just created out of whole cloth. It became the basis
- 9:13Speaker 4: for for then an FBI investigation, and and that FBI
- 9:17Speaker 4: investigation was then UH eagerly leaked uh to the press,
- 9:23Speaker 4: and the press breathlessly reported on it. And the fact
- 9:26Speaker 4: that the FBI was investigating it took it as as
- 9:29Speaker 4: confirmation that that that Vladimir Putin was behind the Trump
- 9:34Speaker 4: campaign and and the entire the entire operation was a
- 9:39Speaker 4: deliberate and false, uh, misleading campaign. They that they they
- 9:45Speaker 4: knew that it was. And and you know, here's one
- 9:48Speaker 4: thing John Solomon UH says about the Durham annex that
- 9:52Speaker 4: just got released. Quote, this is the smoking gun evidence
- 9:55Speaker 4: inside the Durham Annis. If it is authenticated by further investigation,
- 10:00Speaker 4: it means liberal mega donor George Soros's team knew the
- 10:04Speaker 4: whole Clinton plan for Russia Gate hoax four days before
- 10:10Speaker 4: FBI opened up the probe, and so did Obama, Brennan
- 10:14Speaker 4: and Comy. This was a deliberate lie, and everyone involved
- 10:19Speaker 4: in it knew they were lying, and they were lying,
- 10:22Speaker 4: number one, because they wanted to effectively steal the election,
- 10:26Speaker 4: mislead the American people. And by the way, the Washington
- 10:28Speaker 4: Post of the New York Times both won Pulitzer Prizes
- 10:32Speaker 4: for reporting on these lies, for repeating these lies, for
- 10:37Speaker 4: being an avenue of propaganda and disinformation. So of course
- 10:43Speaker 4: The Washington Post and New York Times are very reluctant
- 10:47Speaker 4: to cover what's being released now because it shows that
- 10:49Speaker 4: they operated essentially as misinformation arms of the Hillary Clinton campaign.
- 10:54Speaker 4: They did it at first hoping to win the election
- 10:56Speaker 4: through deception, but then after the election was over Donald
- 11:00Speaker 4: Trump was elected to his first term, they did it
- 11:03Speaker 4: within the government to try to undermine the newly elected
- 11:07Speaker 4: president of the United States, and understand to do this,
- 11:10Speaker 4: it takes a real contempt, not just for the incoming president,
- 11:14Speaker 4: it takes a contempt for the voters. It takes a
- 11:15Speaker 4: contempt for the democratic process. For someone that's in a
- 11:18Speaker 4: senior government position, whether at the FBI or at the
- 11:21Speaker 4: CIA or at the Department of Justice, to say, I
- 11:25Speaker 4: don't care that the American people elected this president, I
- 11:29Speaker 4: don't like him, I disagree with him, and so I'm
- 11:32Speaker 4: going to abuse my government position in order to try
- 11:36Speaker 4: to destroy the presidency from within. And this was not accidental,
- 11:42Speaker 4: This was not based on misunderstandings. This was a deliberate
- 11:47Speaker 4: lie and they knew they were lying.
- 11:49Speaker 3: You look at this and you say, okay, this is
- 11:52Speaker 3: a massive scheme. Now the question is I go back
- 11:56Speaker 3: to it. I feel like I ask you this a
- 11:58Speaker 3: lot when we have these issues come out. Will there
- 12:01Speaker 3: be any accountability for this? We know that there's some
- 12:04Speaker 3: that were pardoned by Biden, for example, that there's the
- 12:07Speaker 3: question of was it the auto pen That doesn't come
- 12:10Speaker 3: into play here. With Hillary Clinton. There have been people saying, Wow,
- 12:13Speaker 3: you're not going to be able to get anything here
- 12:15Speaker 3: because it is what it is. Politics is dirty? Get
- 12:17Speaker 3: over it? Is this in the category of politics is dirty?
- 12:20Speaker 3: Get over it? Or is there more there?
- 12:22Speaker 4: So look, I hope there is accountability. Pambondi, the Attorney
- 12:26Speaker 4: General has created a strike force that is investigating these lies,
- 12:31Speaker 4: investigating this cover up. The challenge is going to be
- 12:35Speaker 4: the Statute of Limitations, and look at statutal limitations. It's
- 12:38Speaker 4: ordinarily for something like this five years. The Statute of
- 12:41Speaker 4: Limitations is designed to stop prosecutors from bringing cases on
- 12:45Speaker 4: things that are many, many years decades old. And there
- 12:48Speaker 4: are a lot of reasons for that, but for most
- 12:52Speaker 4: of this conduct it has passed. The Statute of limitation
- 12:55Speaker 4: there's some exceptions. So, for example, Andrew McCabe, the deputy
- 12:59Speaker 4: director the FBI, lied to Congress, and he did so
- 13:02Speaker 4: within the last five years. And so McCabe. McCabe of
- 13:05Speaker 4: all of the players, probably faces the greatest legal jeopardy
- 13:09Speaker 4: because he's got if it can be demonstrated that he
- 13:12Speaker 4: deliberately lied to Congress under oath, that that is a
- 13:15Speaker 4: felony that carries jail time with him with respect to
- 13:19Speaker 4: to other conduct, other lies done under oath. If it
- 13:23Speaker 4: happened before the statutal limitations, the only way to bring
- 13:26Speaker 4: a prosecution is for the prosecutors to argue that the
- 13:29Speaker 4: information was concealed and that told the statute limitations. That's
- 13:34Speaker 4: a plausible argument, but it's difficult to prove it's it's
- 13:36Speaker 4: it's not. Courts don't agree with that often, and so
- 13:39Speaker 4: that that that makes it more challenging to bring those cases.
- 13:43Speaker 3: So is this more of an issue now?
- 13:45Speaker 4: Of all?
- 13:45Speaker 1: Right?
- 13:45Speaker 3: The American people know they were lied to, they know
- 13:48Speaker 3: that there's corruptions at the highest level in our government.
- 13:51Speaker 3: They know that they did this while they were in power,
- 13:54Speaker 3: and they know they did to also cover up. And
- 13:57Speaker 3: Hillary Clinton has still not been held accountable. I mean,
- 14:00Speaker 3: some could argue maybe on election day when she's running
- 14:02Speaker 3: against Trump, but with the email scandal and the declassified documents,
- 14:06Speaker 3: you look at what she did compared to what they
- 14:08Speaker 3: rated Marlago over. It is disgusting. The abuse of power
- 14:12Speaker 3: by the Democratic Party over the last two administrations when
- 14:15Speaker 3: they've been in power.
- 14:17Speaker 2: It is.
- 14:17Speaker 4: And you look at a press release the Hillary Clinton
- 14:20Speaker 4: campaign put out and it reads as follows, quote Hillary
- 14:25Speaker 4: for America statement on US government formally naming Russia responsible
- 14:29Speaker 4: for election related hacks. John Podesta, chair of Hillary for America,
- 14:33Speaker 4: released the following statement Friday, quote, the world now knows
- 14:37Speaker 4: beyond a shadow of a doubt that the hack of
- 14:39Speaker 4: the Democratic National Committee was carried out by the Russian
- 14:41Speaker 4: government in a clear attempt to interfere with the integrity
- 14:44Speaker 4: of our elections. The only remaining question is why Donald
- 14:46Speaker 4: Trump continues to make apologies for the Russians. Trump's initial
- 14:50Speaker 4: reaction to the hack in July was to invite further
- 14:53Speaker 4: intrusions by the Russians, even after he was reportedly briefs
- 14:56Speaker 4: on the very findings that were just publicly announced by
- 14:59Speaker 4: the US government official. He stood on a debate stage
- 15:01Speaker 4: one week ago and played dumb about Russia's role in
- 15:04Speaker 4: this hack. He has repeatedly praised Vladimir Putin, outlined a
- 15:08Speaker 4: list of pro Putin policies, and has done hundreds of
- 15:10Speaker 4: millions of dollars of business with Russian interests. Every word
- 15:14Speaker 4: of what that press release said is false. They knew
- 15:17Speaker 4: it was false, and they were willing to campaign based
- 15:20Speaker 4: on lies, and Hillary Clinton, according to this emails, personally
- 15:24Speaker 4: approved those lives.
