Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Trump Responds to Kangaroo Court Verdict
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: It begins, Joe Biden is now praising the justice system,
- 0:04Speaker 1: the same justice system that he is consistently undermined, including
- 0:09Speaker 1: the Supreme Court when he doesn't get his way, now
- 0:13Speaker 1: saying that the system is honest and Donald Trump is
- 0:16Speaker 1: a convicted felon. That was the whole goal of this
- 0:20Speaker 1: trial all along, to give the opportunity for Joe Biden
- 0:24Speaker 1: to walk out there and say he is a convicted felon.
- 0:28Speaker 1: Many were shocked by creepy Joe Biden and his devilish
- 0:32Speaker 1: grin when he at when he was asked, is Trump
- 0:36Speaker 1: a political prisoner? I'm going to get into that, and
- 0:41Speaker 1: Joe Biden mocking Donald Trump by saying no one is
- 0:45Speaker 1: above the law, even though clearly Joe Biden is above
- 0:49Speaker 1: the law when it comes to the corruption of the
- 0:52Speaker 1: Biden crime family. Now we're going to get into all
- 0:55Speaker 1: of that. Plus you're gonna hear from Senator Ted Cruz
- 0:59Speaker 1: on what happen happens next legally and what could happen
- 1:03Speaker 1: with a president of the United States of America either
- 1:05Speaker 1: being put under house arrests or even in jail over this.
- 1:09Speaker 1: Will it happen Before we get to any of that, though,
- 1:13Speaker 1: the President of the United States of America held a
- 1:16Speaker 1: press conference, and I want you to hear it in
- 1:18Speaker 1: its entirety. This is the present's first time to have
- 1:23Speaker 1: a major press conference after he was found guilty on
- 1:27Speaker 1: all charges in a rigged court case. Here is Donald
- 1:31Speaker 1: Trump in his own words.
- 1:33Speaker 2: This is a case where if they can do this
- 1:38Speaker 2: to me, they can do this to anyone. And these
- 1:41Speaker 2: are bad people. These are, in many cases, I believe,
- 1:45Speaker 2: sick people. When you look at our country, what's happening
- 1:48Speaker 2: where millions and millions of people are flowing in from
- 1:52Speaker 2: all parts of the world, not just South America, from Africa,
- 1:55Speaker 2: from Asia, from the Middle East, and they're coming in
- 1:59Speaker 2: from jails and and they're coming in from mental institutions
- 2:04Speaker 2: and insane asylums, and they're coming in from all over
- 2:08Speaker 2: the world into our country. And we have a president
- 2:13Speaker 2: and a group of fascists that don't want to do
- 2:15Speaker 2: anything about it because they could. Right now today he
- 2:18Speaker 2: could stop it, but he's not. They're destroying our country.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Our country is in very bad shape, and they're very
- 2:25Speaker 2: much against me saying these things. They want to raise
- 2:29Speaker 2: your taxes by four times, they want to stop you
- 2:33Speaker 2: from having cars with their ridiculous mandates that make it
- 2:37Speaker 2: impossible for you to get a car Ford a car,
- 2:40Speaker 2: but make it very possible for China to build all
- 2:43Speaker 2: of our cars. It's a very serious problem that we have.
- 2:49Speaker 2: We just went through one of many experiences where we
- 2:53Speaker 2: had a conflicted judge, highly conflicted. There's never been a
- 2:58Speaker 2: more conflicted judge. I'm under a gag order, which nobody's
- 3:01Speaker 2: ever been under. No presidential candidate's ever been under a
- 3:04Speaker 2: gag order before. I'm under a gag order, nasty gag
- 3:09Speaker 2: order where I've had to pay thousands of dollars in
- 3:12Speaker 2: penalties and fines and was threatened with jail. Think of it.
- 3:17Speaker 2: I'm the leading candidate, I'm leading Biden by a lot,
- 3:21Speaker 2: and I'm leading the Republicans to the point where that's over.
- 3:27Speaker 2: So I'm the leading person for president and I'm under
- 3:30Speaker 2: a gag order by a man that can't put two
- 3:33Speaker 2: sentences together given by a court, and they are in
- 3:36Speaker 2: total conjunction with the White House and the dj Just
- 3:39Speaker 2: so you understand, this is all done by Biden and
- 3:42Speaker 2: his people, maybe his people more importantly, I don't know
- 3:45Speaker 2: if Biden knows too much about it, because I don't
- 3:47Speaker 2: know if he knows about anything, but he's nevertheless the president,
- 3:52Speaker 2: so we have to use his name. And this is
- 3:55Speaker 2: done by Washington, and nobody's ever seen anything like that.
- 4:00Speaker 2: So we have a judge who's highly conflicted. You know
- 4:03Speaker 2: what the confliction is. Nobody wants to write about it,
- 4:07Speaker 2: and I'm not allowed to talk about it. If I do,
- 4:09Speaker 2: he said, I get put in jail. So we'll play
- 4:13Speaker 2: that game a little bit longer. We won't talk about it,
- 4:16Speaker 2: but you're allowed to talk about it. I hope you do,
- 4:18Speaker 2: because there's never been anybody so conflicted. It says. As
- 4:23Speaker 2: far as the trial itself, it was very unfair. We
- 4:28Speaker 2: weren't allowed to use our election expert under any circumstances.
- 4:35Speaker 2: You saw what happened to some of the witnesses that
- 4:38Speaker 2: were on our side. They were literally crucified by this
- 4:42Speaker 2: man who looks like an angel, but he's really a devil.
- 4:46Speaker 2: He looks so nice and soft. People say, oh, he
- 4:49Speaker 2: seems like such a nice man. No, unless you saw
- 4:51Speaker 2: him in action, and you saw that with a certain
- 4:55Speaker 2: witness that went through hell. And when we wanted to
- 4:59Speaker 2: do things, he wouldn't let him. He wouldn't let us
- 5:03Speaker 2: do those things. But when the government wanted something, they
- 5:06Speaker 2: got everything. They got everything they wanted. It's a rigged
- 5:11Speaker 2: it was a rig trial. We wanted a venue change
- 5:14Speaker 2: where we could have a fair trial. We didn't get it.
- 5:18Speaker 2: We wanted a judge change, We wanted a judge. It
- 5:20Speaker 2: wasn't conflicted. And obviously he didn't do that. Nobody's ever
- 5:27Speaker 2: seen anything like it. We had a DA who is
- 5:31Speaker 2: a failed DA. Crime is rampant in New York. Violent crime,
- 5:35Speaker 2: that's what he's really supposed to be looking at. Crime
- 5:38Speaker 2: is rampant in New York. Yesterday in McDonald's you had
- 5:42Speaker 2: a man hitting him up with with machetes. A machete.
- 5:49Speaker 2: Whoever can imagine even a machete being wielded in a store,
- 5:54Speaker 2: in a place where they're eating. And he's going rampant
- 5:57Speaker 2: and Bragg is down watching a true on what they
- 6:01Speaker 2: call crimes crimes. They're falsifying business records. That sounds so
- 6:10Speaker 2: bad to me. It sounds very bad. You know, it's
- 6:11Speaker 2: only a misdemeanor, but to me, it sounds so bad.
- 6:14Speaker 2: When they say falsifying business, that's a bad thing for me.
- 6:18Speaker 2: I've never had that before. I'm falsified. You know what
- 6:21Speaker 2: falsifying business records is. In the first degree, They say,
- 6:25Speaker 2: falsifying business records sounds so good, right. It means that
- 6:29Speaker 2: legal expense I paid a lawyer, totally legal. I paid
- 6:35Speaker 2: a lawyer a legal expense, and a bookkeeper without any
- 6:39Speaker 2: knowledge from me, correctly marked it down in the books.
- 6:43Speaker 2: A very professional woman, highly respected, she testified. Marked it
- 6:48Speaker 2: down in the books. Is a legal expense. So a
- 6:50Speaker 2: legal expense paid a lawyer is a legal expense in
- 6:54Speaker 2: the books. It's not a sheet rock construction or any
- 7:00Speaker 2: other thing. It's a legal expense. Think of that. This
- 7:04Speaker 2: is what the falsification of business records were. And I said,
- 7:09Speaker 2: what else are you going to call it? What else
- 7:12Speaker 2: are you going to call it? Now? I would have testified.
- 7:14Speaker 2: I wanted to testify. The theory is you never testify
- 7:17Speaker 2: because as soon as you testify anybody, if it were
- 7:20Speaker 2: George Washington, don't testify because they'll get you in something
- 7:23Speaker 2: that you said slightly wrong and then they sue you
- 7:25Speaker 2: for perjury. But I didn't care about that. I wanted to,
- 7:28Speaker 2: but the judge allowed them to go into everything that
- 7:31Speaker 2: I was ever involved in, not this case, everything that
- 7:34Speaker 2: I was ever involved in, which is a first. In
- 7:37Speaker 2: other words, you could go into every single thing that
- 7:41Speaker 2: I ever did. Was he a bad boy? Here? Was
- 7:43Speaker 2: he a bad boy? There? Emma lays said, what do
- 7:47Speaker 2: you need to go through? And all you wanted to
- 7:48Speaker 2: do is testify simply on this case because I would
- 7:52Speaker 2: have loved to have testified to this day, I would
- 7:54Speaker 2: have liked to have testified, but you would have been
- 7:57Speaker 2: you would have said something out of whack, like it
- 7:59Speaker 2: was a beautiful sunny day and was actually rating out.
- 8:03Speaker 2: And I very much appreciate the big crowd of people outside.
- 8:06Speaker 2: That's incredible what's happening. The level of support has been incredible.
- 8:11Speaker 2: So the whole thing is legal expense. Was marked down
- 8:16Speaker 2: as legal expense. Think of this, this is my this
- 8:19Speaker 2: is the crime that I committed that I'm supposed to
- 8:23Speaker 2: go to jail for one hundred and eighty seven years, for.
- 8:26Speaker 1: One hundred and eighty seven years for I just want
- 8:31Speaker 1: to hit pause there, because the President's been dealing with
- 8:34Speaker 1: this now for months and months and months years of harassment.
- 8:38Speaker 1: I don't think he really even thinks about the reality
- 8:42Speaker 1: of one hundred and eighty seven years. It's just now
- 8:46Speaker 1: an insane number in an insane case where the rules
- 8:50Speaker 1: were never followed. It was a kangaroo court what you
- 8:53Speaker 1: would find in a third world country. This is what
- 8:58Speaker 1: Vladimir Putin does to his political enemies. It's what he does.
- 9:03Speaker 1: And yet here we are, and this is what's happening
- 9:06Speaker 1: to the president of the United States of America. I
- 9:09Speaker 1: want you to hear more of what Donald Trump had
- 9:12Speaker 1: to say at this press conference. And again, this is
- 9:16Speaker 1: a man who is actually facing one hundred plus years
- 9:21Speaker 1: hypothetically in jail for a crime that no one else
- 9:27Speaker 1: has ever been charged with this way in the history
- 9:30Speaker 1: of this country. They made it up the way they
- 9:34Speaker 1: had to do it, even to get him into court.
- 9:37Speaker 2: When you have violent crime all over this city at
- 9:40Speaker 2: levels that nobody's ever seen before, where you have businesses leaving,
- 9:44Speaker 2: and businesses are leaving because of this because heads of
- 9:47Speaker 2: businesses say, man, we don't want to get involved with that.
- 9:52Speaker 2: I could go through the books of any business person
- 9:56Speaker 2: in the city and I could find things that in theory,
- 9:59Speaker 2: I guess, let's indict him, let's destroy his life. But
- 10:03Speaker 2: I'm out there, and I don't mind being out there
- 10:06Speaker 2: because I'm doing something for this country and I'm doing
- 10:08Speaker 2: something for our constitution. It's very important, far beyond me,
- 10:14Speaker 2: and this can't be allowed to happen to other presidents.
- 10:16Speaker 2: It should never be allowed to happen in the future.
- 10:20Speaker 2: But this is far beyond me. This is bigger than Trump.
- 10:22Speaker 2: This is bigger than me. This is bigger than my presidency.
- 10:26Speaker 2: And the people understand it because I just see a
- 10:30Speaker 2: poll just came out the Daily Mail. That was the
- 10:33Speaker 2: first one came out. It was done last night, right
- 10:36Speaker 2: after the verdict, where I'm up six points, six points
- 10:40Speaker 2: from what we already were. We were leading fairly substantially.
- 10:45Speaker 2: We're up six points in the Daily Mail poll. Now,
- 10:47Speaker 2: maybe other polls come out and says something differently, but
- 10:50Speaker 2: a lot of people have predicted it because the public
- 10:53Speaker 2: understands and they understand what's going on. This is a scam.
- 10:58Speaker 2: There's a rig trial. It shouldn't have been in that venue.
- 11:02Speaker 2: We shouldn't have had that judge. He should allowed us
- 11:05Speaker 2: to have an election expert. We had the best expert,
- 11:09Speaker 2: most respected expert, head of the Federal Elections Commission. He
- 11:13Speaker 2: was all set to testify. He was waiting for two
- 11:15Speaker 2: days and when it was his turn, Braggs. People protested
- 11:22Speaker 2: and the judge knocked him out said you can't testify.
- 11:25Speaker 2: He actually said, you can't testify for anything happen to
- 11:27Speaker 2: do with the trial. You can say what the federal
- 11:30Speaker 2: elections is. Well, that doesn't help. Everybody knows that, but
- 11:34Speaker 2: you can't testify. So essentially he wasn't able to testify.
- 11:38Speaker 2: Other people weren't able to testify. But with these people,
- 11:42Speaker 2: they were able to use people salatious, by the way,
- 11:48Speaker 2: and nothing ever happened. There was no anything, nothing ever happened,
- 11:53Speaker 2: and they know it. But they were as salacious as
- 11:57Speaker 2: they could be. And it had nothing to do with
- 11:59Speaker 2: the case, but it had to do with politics. And
- 12:02Speaker 2: do you notice the timing. The timing was perfect. This
- 12:06Speaker 2: case was dead. It was dropped by every agency, every
- 12:09Speaker 2: governmental board. It was dropped by the highly respected Southern District.
- 12:16Speaker 2: They said, no, there's no case here. It was dropped
- 12:19Speaker 2: by federal election. And that's what it's about. This about
- 12:21Speaker 2: a federal election, not a state election. You're not even
- 12:23Speaker 2: allowed to look at it. They took the state and
- 12:27Speaker 2: the city and they went into a federal election. They're
- 12:29Speaker 2: not allowed the people from federal elections. Southern district and
- 12:34Speaker 2: Washington dropped the case. Everybody dropped the case. There was
- 12:37Speaker 2: no case. Cybans dropped the case. And when Brad came in,
- 12:41Speaker 2: he said, this is the most ridiculous case I've ever seen.
- 12:45Speaker 2: And who would have a certain person again gag order,
- 12:48Speaker 2: who would have a certain person like this ever testify?
- 12:52Speaker 2: He said, this is essentially one of the worst people
- 12:54Speaker 2: I've ever seen ever to testify. He said, the craziest
- 12:59Speaker 2: case I've ever see this is Bragg. Then one I
- 13:02Speaker 2: announced I was running for president. A long time later,
- 13:07Speaker 2: they decided to revive this case and they got a judge,
- 13:13Speaker 2: Judge marsha And who was responsible for another case that
- 13:19Speaker 2: was also brought. Destroyed the life of a very good man,
- 13:23Speaker 2: by the way, destroyed the life of a very good
- 13:25Speaker 2: man who went to prison once and then he just
- 13:30Speaker 2: put him in prison again because they said he he lied.
- 13:33Speaker 2: He didn't lie. I looked at the statements he made.
- 13:36Speaker 2: In fact, he didn't remember something, and they put him
- 13:38Speaker 2: in jail again. They've destroyed him. With me for many years,
- 13:43Speaker 2: he was an honorable person. He was an honest man.
- 13:47Speaker 2: And if you look at what he did, supposedly it
- 13:51Speaker 2: never happened there's never been anything like this. Over the
- 13:55Speaker 2: education of his grandchildren. Over he didn't report that he
- 13:59Speaker 2: had a car or two cars on his income. I
- 14:02Speaker 2: don't know. I wonder how many people here have cars.
- 14:05Speaker 2: I wonder how many people said, oh, you have a
- 14:07Speaker 2: car that's worth X doars? How to even figure it?
- 14:09Speaker 2: And I guess you do have to report it, but
- 14:12Speaker 2: I would say probably almost nobody does. Nobody even thinks
- 14:15Speaker 2: about it. They put this man, they destroyed this man,
- 14:19Speaker 2: but they put him in jail again because they didn't
- 14:21Speaker 2: want him to testify. They didn't want him to testify.
- 14:25Speaker 2: That's why he went to jail. They put him in
- 14:28Speaker 2: jail twice. He's seventy seven years old. Now, normally I'd
- 14:34Speaker 2: say that's an old guy, but I don't feel seventy seven.
- 14:39Speaker 2: Nobody ever says that about me. I'd like them to say, gee,
- 14:43Speaker 2: we have to have a little sorrow for this man,
- 14:45Speaker 2: because they just don't say that about me. But maybe
- 14:48Speaker 2: I'm better off that way. I think I'm probably better
- 14:50Speaker 2: off that way. But they put him in jail twice,
- 14:54Speaker 2: and you have to see what They put him in jail,
- 14:56Speaker 2: and he was threatened by the judge. This man was
- 15:00Speaker 2: told you're gonna get fifteen years in jail if you
- 15:04Speaker 2: don't give up Trump. And he was told that you're
- 15:09Speaker 2: gonna get fifteen years in jail. And he made a
- 15:14Speaker 2: plea deal because he didn't want to spend the rest
- 15:17Speaker 2: of his life. And he was told that viciously. We're
- 15:21Speaker 2: living in a fascist state. He was told that viciously.
- 15:27Speaker 2: So you can go to jail for four months, five months,
- 15:31Speaker 2: or you can get fifteen years in jail. So do
- 15:35Speaker 2: a plea. Almost who wouldn't do that plea? Everyone does
- 15:39Speaker 2: those please it's a horrible thing. There's a whole group
- 15:43Speaker 2: of lawyers that fight that. It's so unfair. It's so unfair.
- 15:46Speaker 2: But they destroyed his life so many other things. You
- 15:50Speaker 2: look at Southern District didn't want to bring the case,
- 15:56Speaker 2: nobody wanted to bring the case. And then you know
- 15:59Speaker 2: who didn't want to bring the case most of all
- 16:02Speaker 2: is brag Bragg. Didn't want to bring it. But then
- 16:04Speaker 2: he brought it, and they tried to make it a
- 16:07Speaker 2: different case. They didn't say legal expense equal legal expense. Again,
- 16:12Speaker 2: if I wrote down and paid a lawyer, and by
- 16:16Speaker 2: the way, this was a highly qualified lawyer. Now I'm
- 16:18Speaker 2: not allowed to use his name because of the gear order.
- 16:20Speaker 2: But you know, he's a sleeves bag. Everybody knows. That
- 16:23Speaker 2: took me a while to find out. But he was effective.
- 16:27Speaker 2: He did work. But he wasn't a fixer. He was
- 16:30Speaker 2: a lawyer. You know, they like to use the word fixer.
- 16:32Speaker 2: He wasn't a fixer. He was a lawyer at the time.
- 16:34Speaker 2: He was a fully accredited lawyer. Now he got into
- 16:37Speaker 2: trouble not because of me. He got into trouble because
- 16:40Speaker 2: he made outside deals and he had something to do
- 16:42Speaker 2: with taxi cabs and medallions that he borrowed money, and
- 16:46Speaker 2: that's why he went. And then he pled to three
- 16:52Speaker 2: three election violations. And as soon as I saw that,
- 16:57Speaker 2: I said, I wonder why he did that. He pled
- 16:59Speaker 2: He took a deal. Now I took a deal because
- 17:01Speaker 2: he wanted to get off. In other words, I'll take
- 17:05Speaker 2: a plea deal and I want to get off. And
- 17:07Speaker 2: he wanted to make a deal with the Southern District.
- 17:10Speaker 2: And they wrote the worst report I think I've ever
- 17:14Speaker 2: seen on any human being other than the report that
- 17:18Speaker 2: was written on James Comy by the Inspector General, A
- 17:22Speaker 2: very great inspector General actually wrote a report that was
- 17:26Speaker 2: so bad. This one was possibly worse the Southern district.
- 17:31Speaker 2: The judge didn't let us use it. He said it's hearsay.
- 17:34Speaker 2: I said, it's not here saying wouldn't let us use it.
- 17:36Speaker 2: This is about the man. But he got in trouble
- 17:41Speaker 2: for a very simple reason because he was involved with
- 17:45Speaker 2: borrowing a lot of money and he did something with
- 17:47Speaker 2: the banks. I don't know if it's defraud at the banks,
- 17:49Speaker 2: but something happened. You guys know what it is. And
- 17:53Speaker 2: then in addition to that, he gave up in three
- 17:56Speaker 2: things where he wasn't guilty. In fact, they were going
- 17:58Speaker 2: to testify in that the head of the FEC, the
- 18:01Speaker 2: Brad Smith, the election expert number one raided in the country,
- 18:06Speaker 2: who was going to testify. She took a plea in
- 18:09Speaker 2: three things. He just added them in because that gave
- 18:11Speaker 2: him more bargaining power with the respect to me. But
- 18:14Speaker 2: the three things that he pled on having to do
- 18:17Speaker 2: with the election and having to do essentially a little
- 18:21Speaker 2: bit with me, they weren't crimes. They weren't crimes. Nor
- 18:27Speaker 2: is paying money under an NDA. So we have an
- 18:31Speaker 2: NDA non disclosure agreement. It's a big deal in non
- 18:35Speaker 2: disclosure agreement. Totally honorable, totally good, totally accepted. Everybody has them.
- 18:42Speaker 2: Every company has non disclosure agreements.
- 18:45Speaker 1: I want to jump back in here. We're going to
- 18:47Speaker 1: continue to let you hear what Donald Trump had to
- 18:49Speaker 1: say in his first full press conference railing against the
- 18:53Speaker 1: rig convictions. As a campaign is now bringing in serious
- 18:58Speaker 1: donations from first time donors who are now understanding what
- 19:03Speaker 1: is at stake in this country. Let me just say
- 19:07Speaker 1: one other thing about these new time donors that are
- 19:09Speaker 1: coming in to the Trump campaign and the record hall,
- 19:13Speaker 1: and you're going to hear the President talk about that
- 19:15Speaker 1: in a moment. How much money has come in. This
- 19:18Speaker 1: may be the great awakening. There are a lot of
- 19:20Speaker 1: people that are like, oh, things aren't that bad. The
- 19:24Speaker 1: justice system is going to hold up, this will be
- 19:26Speaker 1: thrown out, This isn't really going to happen. And now
- 19:30Speaker 1: it has, and this may be one of the biggest
- 19:33Speaker 1: wake up calls in American history to just how radical
- 19:36Speaker 1: and extreme the Democratic Party is. I've said this before,
- 19:40Speaker 1: I will continue to say it because true, the Democratic
- 19:43Speaker 1: Party is dead. The Democratic Party is dead. They are
- 19:48Speaker 1: filled with Marxists, socialists, and communists, who are acting like
- 19:54Speaker 1: they are a Democrat because they don't believe enough Americans
- 19:57Speaker 1: are ready for them to just say yes we are
- 19:59Speaker 1: Communi or yes we are socialists, yes we are Marxist,
- 20:03Speaker 1: but make no mistake, that is.
- 20:06Speaker 2: Who they are.
- 20:08Speaker 1: In this court case against President Trump is proof that
- 20:12Speaker 1: this is where we are. We are a Banana Republic
- 20:15Speaker 1: and Joe Biden is American's Vladimir Putin.
- 20:20Speaker 2: But the press called it slush fund and all sorts
- 20:23Speaker 2: of other things, hush money, hush money. He's not hush money.
- 20:27Speaker 2: It's called the non disclosure agreement. And most of the
- 20:31Speaker 2: people in this room have a non dislosure agreement with
- 20:34Speaker 2: their company. It's a disgrace. So it's not hush money.
- 20:39Speaker 2: It's a non disclosure agreement, totally legal, totally common, everyone
- 20:45Speaker 2: has it. And what happened is he signed a non
- 20:51Speaker 2: disclosure agreement with this verse. I guess other people, but
- 20:56Speaker 2: it's totally honest. You're allowed to make the payment, could
- 20:59Speaker 2: you don't have to make you can make it any
- 21:01Speaker 2: way you want. It's a non disclosure game. And he
- 21:04Speaker 2: signed that and there was nothing wrong with signing it.
- 21:08Speaker 2: And this should have been a non case and everybody
- 21:11Speaker 2: said it was a non case, including Bragg. Brad said
- 21:14Speaker 2: until I ran for office, and then they saw the polls.
- 21:17Speaker 2: I was leading the Republicans, I was leading the Democrats,
- 21:19Speaker 2: I was leading everybody, and all of a sudden they
- 21:23Speaker 2: brought it back. It's a very sad thing that's happening
- 21:27Speaker 2: in our country, and it's a thing that I'm honored.
- 21:32Speaker 2: In a way, I'm honored. It's not that it's pleasant.
- 21:35Speaker 2: It's very bad for family, it's very bad for friends
- 21:39Speaker 2: and businesses. But I'm honored to be involved in it
- 21:42Speaker 2: because somebody has to do it, and I might as
- 21:44Speaker 2: well keep going and be the one. But I'm very
- 21:47Speaker 2: honored to be involved because we're fighting for a constitution.
- 21:51Speaker 2: The money that was paid was paid legally. There was
- 21:57Speaker 2: nothing illegal. In fact, the lawyer in creating the NDA,
- 22:01Speaker 2: because at that time he was a fully accredited lawyer.
- 22:04Speaker 2: He wasn't a fixer. I never thought of m as
- 22:07Speaker 2: a fixer. The media called him a fixer, or the
- 22:10Speaker 2: prosecutors called him a fix He was a lawyer and
- 22:15Speaker 2: he was fairly good. Later on, I didn't like what
- 22:18Speaker 2: he did. I didn't like for instance, I didn't like
- 22:21Speaker 2: that when I became president, he went around and made
- 22:24Speaker 2: deals with companies. When I heard that he was gone,
- 22:27Speaker 2: he was gone, and he had payments coming to him.
- 22:34Speaker 2: And a lot of this involved things that are very simple.
- 22:36Speaker 2: There was nothing wrong. These were standard. This was standard stuff,
- 22:40Speaker 2: all standard stuff. Everything involved was standard. There was no
- 22:44Speaker 2: crime here. In fact, I just watched a couple of
- 22:48Speaker 2: the reports you watched Jonathan Turley, Andy McCarthy, Greg Jarrett.
- 22:53Speaker 2: You look at all of these people, Mark Levin, all
- 22:58Speaker 2: very talented people, people, many more, many more, and they
- 23:04Speaker 2: don't know me. Essentially, they don't know me, the legal
- 23:07Speaker 2: scholars and experts. But I look at them. I watched
- 23:13Speaker 2: Turly this morning saying there's no crime here. Everybody says,
- 23:17Speaker 2: there's no crime here except for this DA that's got
- 23:21Speaker 2: the city out of control with crime. It's out of
- 23:24Speaker 2: it's absolutely out of control. So we have an NDA
- 23:26Speaker 2: that was signed. We have legal expenses. And here's the thing.
- 23:31Speaker 2: On legal expenses, you have one hundred where they say
- 23:39Speaker 2: if they do it, charge I just recorded this out
- 23:42Speaker 2: falsification of business records in the first degree. It sounds
- 23:47Speaker 2: so bad. I said, wow, And even my old lawyers,
- 23:51Speaker 2: I get very upset with them. Because they don't say
- 23:54Speaker 2: what it is. They say, well, falsification of legal records
- 24:01Speaker 2: is only a felony. Well that's a lot. Is only
- 24:04Speaker 2: a they say, a misdemeanor, But they try and bring
- 24:07Speaker 2: it up to a felony if there's two crimes. They
- 24:09Speaker 2: have all these different things. The other thing is they
- 24:11Speaker 2: missed the Statute of limitations by a lot because this
- 24:15Speaker 2: was very old. They could have brought this seven years
- 24:17Speaker 2: ago instead of bringing it right in the middle of
- 24:18Speaker 2: the election. So they missed the Statute of limitations. They
- 24:22Speaker 2: did everything. Now, let me give you the good news.
- 24:24Speaker 2: The good news is last night we just got to
- 24:30Speaker 2: report this morning. In the history of politics, I believe
- 24:34Speaker 2: maybe I'm wrong. Somebody will find that I'm wrong. Maybe,
- 24:37Speaker 2: but I don't think, sir. They raised with small money donors,
- 24:42Speaker 2: meaning like twenty one dollars, forty two dollars, fifty three dollars,
- 24:48Speaker 2: thirty eight dollars, a record thirty nine million dollars in
- 24:54Speaker 2: about a ten hour period. No think of that. I
- 25:02Speaker 2: like those people because so far, I guess it's backfire.
- 25:10Speaker 2: Now I don't know. I'd rather not have it happen.
- 25:12Speaker 2: I don't want to have it backfire. I don't want
- 25:14Speaker 2: to win this thing legitimately, not because they were stupid
- 25:17Speaker 2: and did things that they shouldn't be doing. They shouldn't
- 25:20Speaker 2: have brought this case. They were saying it this morning,
- 25:23Speaker 2: this is a case that should not have been brought.
- 25:28Speaker 2: I watched Danny McCarthy say this is a case that
- 25:30Speaker 2: should not have been brought, and that was this morning.
- 25:34Speaker 2: But they all say that. Every legal scholar has said
- 25:37Speaker 2: it legal. These are great people that really understand the law.
- 25:42Speaker 2: The other thing, a pole just came out the first poll.
- 25:44Speaker 2: I don't know, maybe others will be bad, but a
- 25:47Speaker 2: pole just came out a little while ago the Daily Mail.
- 25:51Speaker 2: Does anybody read the Daily Mail? It's very good to
- 25:53Speaker 2: have a good poll, at least I like it today
- 25:57Speaker 2: and the Daily Mail just came out with a pole
- 26:00Speaker 2: and it has Trump up six points in the last
- 26:05Speaker 2: twelve hours, six points six points since this happened. Who
- 26:09Speaker 2: thought this could up? Because the people of our country
- 26:16Speaker 2: know it's a hoax. They know it's a hoax. They
- 26:18Speaker 2: get it, you know, they're really smart and it's really something.
- 26:24Speaker 2: So we're going to be appealing this scam. We're going
- 26:27Speaker 2: to be appealing it on many different things. He wouldn't
- 26:30Speaker 2: allow us to have witnesses, he wouldn't allow us to talk,
- 26:32Speaker 2: he wouldn't allow us to do anything. The judge was
- 26:35Speaker 2: a tyrant, and you got to see that with Bob Costello,
- 26:40Speaker 2: a fine man. I've never seen anything like it, and
- 26:44Speaker 2: neither has anybody that was in that courthouse where he
- 26:47Speaker 2: demanded that the courthouse be cleared. Now, the good news
- 26:49Speaker 2: is most of the people in the courthouse, with the
- 26:52Speaker 2: media and anybody that was in the media of your
- 26:55Speaker 2: fair you'll say, Wow, that was anger. That was crazy.
- 27:00Speaker 2: He was crazed. And the reason that Bob Costello acted
- 27:06Speaker 2: a little bit upset, which I think he has a
- 27:08Speaker 2: right to, was that every question he was being asked
- 27:15Speaker 2: was being objected to by the other side and sustained
- 27:18Speaker 2: by the judge. Sustained, sustained. I think he did it
- 27:22Speaker 2: many times. I don't know what the number many times,
- 27:25Speaker 2: even I was sitting there saying and these were basic questions.
- 27:29Speaker 2: And I never saw anybody treated that way by a judge.
- 27:32Speaker 2: And I've been treated very badly by two other judges also,
- 27:35Speaker 2: because it's all the same thing, and it all comes
- 27:37Speaker 2: out of the White House, crooked Joe Biden the worst
- 27:40Speaker 2: president in the history of our country. He's the worst
- 27:42Speaker 2: president in the history of our country, the most incompetent,
- 27:48Speaker 2: He's the dumbest president we've ever had. He's the dumbest president,
- 27:52Speaker 2: most incompetent president, and he's the most dishonest president we've
- 27:56Speaker 2: ever had. And so many of the he's a Manchurian candidate.
- 28:00Speaker 2: You take a look at the way he treats China, Russia,
- 28:05Speaker 2: so many others. You know, I ended the Russian pipeline,
- 28:07Speaker 2: it was dead. He comes in and he approves it,
- 28:11Speaker 2: and he gets three and a half million, meaning three
- 28:14Speaker 2: and a half million is paid to the family, his
- 28:16Speaker 2: family from the mayor of Moscow's wife, And I said,
- 28:22Speaker 2: where did that come from? Nobody wants to talk about it.
- 28:26Speaker 2: But he's a very big danger to our country. And
- 28:29Speaker 2: the only way they think they can win this election
- 28:33Speaker 2: is by doing exactly what they're doing right now. Win
- 28:35Speaker 2: it in the courts, because they can't win it at
- 28:37Speaker 2: the ballot box. So we're going to show them that
- 28:43Speaker 2: we're going to fight. It's actually, I don't know, it's
- 28:47Speaker 2: something where I'm wired in such a way that a
- 28:50Speaker 2: lot of people would have gone away a long time ago.
- 28:52Speaker 2: They would have gone away after Peachmin Hooks number one.
- 28:55Speaker 2: THO was a total hoax. I had great support from
- 28:57Speaker 2: the Republican Party. Though, then you have in Peachman Oaks
- 29:00Speaker 2: number two. And then they formed the committee. How about
- 29:04Speaker 2: they formed the Committee of Thugs, the j sixth Committee
- 29:09Speaker 2: of Thugs, and they took their records and they destroyed
- 29:14Speaker 2: all of the records after the committee was abandoned because
- 29:19Speaker 2: those records were great for us. Now, can you imagine
- 29:22Speaker 2: if Republicans did that, everybody would have been in jail
- 29:25Speaker 2: by now.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Donald Trump, by the way, is right. Many others would
- 29:31Speaker 1: have just bailed and said it isn't worth it. And
- 29:35Speaker 1: as he described it, he described I think exceptionally well,
- 29:39Speaker 1: I'm not wired that way. I'm not sure there's anybody
- 29:42Speaker 1: else that could handle what has come at him the
- 29:45Speaker 1: way that he has handled it. And the point that
- 29:48Speaker 1: he is making very clear here is that he is
- 29:51Speaker 1: fighting and going to continue to fight, and he needs
- 29:54Speaker 1: our help now to back him because otherwise we are
- 29:57Speaker 1: living in a Banana Republic. Make sure you share this
