- 0:38Speaker 1: want to join me. You turn turn to turn them out. Turn.
- 1:43Speaker 1: We got to turn them out to turn the water
- 1:47Speaker 1: to the water. Gove me come come on your back.
- 2:01Speaker 1: Uh huh I sure, well, good morning everybody. You're listening
- 2:06Speaker 1: to the voice, come on dig me now want and
- 2:09Speaker 1: only Steve Harvey got a radio show, man on man
- 2:14Speaker 1: on man. I thank God for it. I thank God
- 2:18Speaker 1: for all he's done for me, for all the little
- 2:22Speaker 1: things that I oftentimes failed to thank him for that
- 2:26Speaker 1: I take for granted for you know, I was. I
- 2:31Speaker 1: was talking the other day to a buddy of mine.
- 2:35Speaker 1: We had gotten to this conversation about God and and
- 2:41Speaker 1: and in the conversation we had narrowed it down and
- 2:43Speaker 1: we were talking about changing the way we are as people.
- 2:48Speaker 1: You know that everybody has to change. You know, nothing
- 2:52Speaker 1: stays the same. Everybody changes, and a lot of these
- 2:56Speaker 1: changes can be for the good, and a lot of
- 2:59Speaker 1: them are just they just come with time. You know.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Sometimes it's aging that changes us. But no matter how
- 3:05Speaker 1: old you get, you still have the ability to improve
- 3:11Speaker 1: as a person. You may not have the foot speed
- 3:15Speaker 1: you used to have. You may not be as agile
- 3:19Speaker 1: as you used to be. Your energy level may not
- 3:24Speaker 1: be what it used to be. Your desire to do
- 3:28Speaker 1: some of the things that you used to do may
- 3:30Speaker 1: be gone. The thing that doesn't have to change and
- 3:38Speaker 1: will not change, is you. You have the ability to
- 3:44Speaker 1: continue to grow as a person, even when far the
- 3:50Speaker 1: time and nature has taken its course. We were talking
- 3:56Speaker 1: about everybody can change and everybody has the right to
- 4:07Speaker 1: reinvent themselves as they get older, and I equated it
- 4:12Speaker 1: to jumping out of an airplane. You know, there are
- 4:16Speaker 1: some people man who get to a certain point in
- 4:19Speaker 1: their life and they and they jump from the airplane
- 4:22Speaker 1: is now almost a stunt of some kind. It's almost
- 4:28Speaker 1: like they life and got out of control. You ever
- 4:31Speaker 1: seen somebody jump out of airplane and the parachute don't
- 4:35Speaker 1: open and they lifestart and it seems like they start
- 4:37Speaker 1: spinning and tumbling and they can't get it together. And
- 4:40Speaker 1: I've seen some mid air rescues before. But then there
- 4:43Speaker 1: are times when you know when it hasn't worked. You know,
- 4:47Speaker 1: you jump out that airplane, and and and at first
- 4:50Speaker 1: it's fun. I've never skydived before, but I would imagine
- 4:55Speaker 1: when you first jump out of an airplane that they
- 4:58Speaker 1: people describe it as a a sense of being free.
- 5:02Speaker 1: And it's exhilarating when you first jump out the plane.
- 5:07Speaker 1: But if you pull that cord and nothing happens. I
- 5:10Speaker 1: never happened to me, but I can only imagine the
- 5:14Speaker 1: panic that's got to set in, because no matter how
- 5:19Speaker 1: fun it was a moment ago, the flying over to
- 5:22Speaker 1: one another, the holding hands in the air, the breeze,
- 5:27Speaker 1: the descent of the feeling of all of a sudden,
- 5:32Speaker 1: if you reach for that chord and it's not there,
- 5:35Speaker 1: you're suddenly spinning out of control. And that's what happens
- 5:39Speaker 1: in a lot of people's lives. When you first start
- 5:42Speaker 1: your life, you jump out the plane. You're free, you're young,
- 5:45Speaker 1: you ain't got nothing to where about. But then you
- 5:47Speaker 1: get to a certain point in your life when you go, okay,
- 5:50Speaker 1: I'm gonna pull the cord now. And pulling the cord
- 5:54Speaker 1: is an important thing, because here's the analogy my friend
- 6:00Speaker 1: gave me. He said, man, use your mind like a parachute.
- 6:06Speaker 1: It works better when it's open. Well, see what happens
- 6:11Speaker 1: with a lot of people is they in life? They
- 6:14Speaker 1: jump out the plane and and and they and they
- 6:18Speaker 1: having this free fall and it's fun for now. But
- 6:23Speaker 1: they get to a certain point in their life where
- 6:24Speaker 1: they got themselves in a situation or they've had a
- 6:27Speaker 1: little bit too much fun a little bit too long,
- 6:30Speaker 1: or you know, they wasn't open to nothing, and they
- 6:33Speaker 1: just did what they wanted to do, or they started
- 6:35Speaker 1: getting involved with drugs or drinking, or started running with
- 6:38Speaker 1: the wrong people. See you jump out the plane. The
- 6:41Speaker 1: first you're free falling. It's fun. But then after a minute, man,
- 6:44Speaker 1: something happens and they realize whoa and they reach for
- 6:47Speaker 1: the chord, and the chord don't work. Well, now you're
- 6:50Speaker 1: in a panic stricken situation. And my suggesting is what
- 6:53Speaker 1: I've learned from the analogy that my friends shared with me,
- 6:57Speaker 1: is that we all the sooner we can open our
- 7:00Speaker 1: mind to God, the sooner we could develop that relationship
- 7:04Speaker 1: with him. It's like pulling the cord and opening a parachute.
- 7:10Speaker 1: If you open up your mind to God, God is
- 7:13Speaker 1: like a parachute. You know, God can slow your descent
- 7:20Speaker 1: God can turn this out of control free fall into
- 7:24Speaker 1: a nice ride for you. See, that's what happened to me.
- 7:30Speaker 1: I was spinning out of control. I had gotten myself
- 7:34Speaker 1: into a point man while I wasn't doing real good. Oh,
- 7:38Speaker 1: y'all would look at me and think, man Stevie, man Nam,
- 7:43Speaker 1: I wasn't doing real good. I had spun out of control.
- 7:48Speaker 1: I was. I was in a free fall and I
- 7:51Speaker 1: reached for the court, but I was so far away
- 7:54Speaker 1: the chord didn't open. Then I went to him and
- 7:57Speaker 1: I pulled the cord. When I went to God, I
- 8:01Speaker 1: pulled the cord and open and he slowed my descent.
- 8:05Speaker 1: And this is what I just believe. I don't believe
- 8:08Speaker 1: now that I aged as fast as I was aging
- 8:11Speaker 1: because I got that parachute open. Now, you know, I
- 8:14Speaker 1: take better care of myself, eating, I work out more.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Now you know, I'm not out of control. I have
- 8:20Speaker 1: a direction now that when then got up under that
- 8:24Speaker 1: parachute a little bit, you know, and now I'm I'm
- 8:27Speaker 1: I'm going you know, I'm still getting older, you know so,
- 8:31Speaker 1: but the descent is so slow. Now I'm able to
- 8:34Speaker 1: enjoy the ride. I'm guiding my parachute over Sometimes we
- 8:38Speaker 1: go over to to a vacation spot over here, we
- 8:41Speaker 1: float back over to it. But you know, I'm still
- 8:44Speaker 1: getting old. I'm still going down. But the descent because
- 8:49Speaker 1: I've opened my mind to God, the parachute has slowed
- 8:53Speaker 1: my descent. And now I'm rocking back and forth. But
- 8:57Speaker 1: I ain't spending out of control no more. You know,
- 9:00Speaker 1: I'm able to enjoy the view now. You know, when
- 9:03Speaker 1: you jump out that plane and you and you pull
- 9:05Speaker 1: that cording and it don't work, you ain't looking at
- 9:08Speaker 1: the view no more. You're thinking of only one thing,
- 9:10Speaker 1: How can I slow this down? Well, now I'm able
- 9:13Speaker 1: to enjoy the view. I'm able to see all the
- 9:16Speaker 1: beautiful things on the horizon that God has for me.
- 9:20Speaker 1: I'm able to see all the beautiful things around me
- 9:22Speaker 1: that He's provided for me over these years. Because I've
- 9:26Speaker 1: slowed my descent. I used my mind like a parachute.
- 9:31Speaker 1: It works better when it's open. Open your mind to God,
- 9:36Speaker 1: and so you can see the view, So you can
- 9:38Speaker 1: slow the descent, so you can stop the out of
- 9:41Speaker 1: control freefall that you've been on, that you can get
- 9:45Speaker 1: your life together and see everything out on the horizon
- 9:48Speaker 1: that God has for you. You know, it turned out
- 9:50Speaker 1: to be a very true statement your mind. If you
- 9:53Speaker 1: use it like a parachute, it works better when it's open. Y'all,
- 9:57Speaker 1: you're listening, Ladies and gentlemen, May I have your attention please.
- 10:06Speaker 1: It's another day that God has given us. Something my
- 10:09Speaker 1: mother used to say when I walked out the door
- 10:11Speaker 1: every morning on the way to school. She said to
- 10:13Speaker 1: the boy, today is the day that the Lord has
- 10:16Speaker 1: made rejoice and be glad in it. I didn't really
- 10:20Speaker 1: understand all of that, you know, as a little boy,
- 10:22Speaker 1: but she never quits saying it. She said, you will
- 10:25Speaker 1: one day. And you know what, she was right, because
- 10:28Speaker 1: today I understand how valuable life is, how precious time
- 10:35Speaker 1: and health is, how good it is that God still
- 10:39Speaker 1: let us be here. Now. All of us have lost
- 10:42Speaker 1: some deal people in our life, but the fact remains,
- 10:45Speaker 1: God let you stay here. And the reason you're here
- 10:49Speaker 1: is because He ain't through with you here. He got
- 10:51Speaker 1: something else for you that he wants you to do,
- 10:53Speaker 1: and he got something else he wants you to receive.
- 10:56Speaker 1: I'm open for all that bring it. Please, let's do it.
- 11:01Speaker 1: Just make me smart enough to know what it is
- 11:04Speaker 1: you want me to do, and make sure that I
- 11:06Speaker 1: make sure that what I want to do is in
- 11:09Speaker 1: your wheels so I can stop doing some of the
- 11:12Speaker 1: ignorant stuff I was picking to do. Ladies and gentlemen,
- 11:17Speaker 1: we is hell Steve Harvey Morning Show. Yes, he said,
- 11:24Speaker 1: is Shirley Starberry. And let me just let it linger
- 11:27Speaker 1: on her name for a while because she can't take
- 11:30Speaker 1: the brand bad grin. It don't really bother the call
- 11:32Speaker 1: of that much. Shirley and Boogie and family. Who they
- 11:40Speaker 1: all that? All that that they barbeq? They grilling. They
- 11:46Speaker 1: got corn on it, asparagus, zucchini, slice it getting no

- 17:07Speaker 1: this mother chicken? What was it? Well? I just standing me,
- 17:11Speaker 1: like I said that. You know, I got on this
- 17:13Speaker 1: kid for making this mistake. You know, I got on
- 17:16Speaker 1: it real bad about it. But you know, putting the
- 17:18Speaker 1: wrong pan on there. But like I said, this, what
- 17:21Speaker 1: you guys had was it? That was a chicken? What
- 17:24Speaker 1: was it though? That's what I'm asking you. What was it?

- 17:38Speaker 1: rabbits mine? Are you serious? Your tell me that your
- 17:43Speaker 1: team put the wrong trade on the trucks and then
- 17:46Speaker 1: served it to my family. And you're trying to call
- 17:49Speaker 1: me about two hundred dollars? Are you serious more than that?
- 17:54Speaker 1: You owe me more than that? You don't know who
- 17:56Speaker 1: the because allergic to that, and you're calling me about
- 17:59Speaker 1: two under dollars? Are you out of your well? I
- 18:03Speaker 1: wanted to credit you all that. You know what I'm saying? No,
- 18:06Speaker 1: and then there's gonna be no credit. There ain't gonna
- 18:08Speaker 1: be no credit. It ain't no credit? Do you mean credit?
- 18:12Speaker 1: Richard could have died, Monty could have died. U see us?
- 18:15Speaker 1: We got kids in there, don't know our dietary needs?
- 18:18Speaker 1: Are you crazy? Well? I mean liked it though, it

- 21:38Speaker 1: up the cookie so easily, how can he judge me
- 21:41Speaker 1: when he participated in it with me? Okay, okay, see
- 21:47Speaker 1: see you thinking he just judge in you. But he
- 21:51Speaker 1: participated so quickly because it's very simple. He's looking at

- 22:11Speaker 1: the one that got tricked. See how it work. Because
- 22:15Speaker 1: we're in the world of double standards and Steve Harvedy peak.
- 22:19Speaker 1: They create these double standards. Nobody on this show creating.
- 22:22Speaker 1: They've been around since the beginning of time. In the
- 22:26Speaker 1: words of my father talking to my daughter, talking to
- 22:29Speaker 1: my sister, you can't do what I do and still
- 22:33Speaker 1: be a lady. My father used to say that all
- 22:36Speaker 1: the time. You can't do what I do and still
- 22:40Speaker 1: be a lady. Now, you can do what you want
- 22:41Speaker 1: to do, But if you do the same thing I'm
- 22:44Speaker 1: out here doing, you take yourself out the lady category.
- 22:47Speaker 1: And that's what happened to you. And now let that
- 22:50Speaker 1: be a lesson learned. Why don't you take better care
- 22:52Speaker 1: of yourself? Why don't you care about what you own?
- 22:55Speaker 1: Why don't you treat what you have more precious than that?
- 22:59Speaker 1: It's yeah, happy, Well I got caught up in the moment.
- 23:03Speaker 1: You're in the car. So that's you thought on the
- 23:07Speaker 1: first date. That's all okay, okay, yeah, okay. Now you're trying.
- 23:19Speaker 1: You're trying to get him to share the blame. He ain't,
- 23:23Speaker 1: he's not couldn't could have been that good at that
- 23:25Speaker 1: cause that's comfortable. Yeah, really, Sincere, we're moving on. Sincere
- 23:33Speaker 1: in Memphis says, I'm dandy a woman that yells at
- 23:36Speaker 1: me like I'm her child. She yelled at me in public,
- 23:39Speaker 1: and I lost it and called her a be So
- 23:41Speaker 1: she's threatening to move out. I'm tired of begging her
- 23:44Speaker 1: to stay. Should I let her lead or suggest that
- 23:46Speaker 1: we work it out in counseling? Hey, dog, how did
- 23:50Speaker 1: you move in with the woman talking to you like
- 23:51Speaker 1: you a child? Now you can resorted to the ultimate
- 23:56Speaker 1: disgrace you up here? Now you're being verbally abused to
- 24:00Speaker 1: a voman and that ain't a response. No, you can't
- 24:03Speaker 1: do that, right he talking to you like a child.
- 24:07Speaker 1: Now you haven't snapped and called her a beat? That's
- 24:10Speaker 1: verbal abuse. But then you're suffering from verbal abuse because
- 24:15Speaker 1: she and you're talking to you like a child. Hey,
- 24:17Speaker 1: whyn't y'all break up? Yeah? Hey, y'all because this don't
- 24:24Speaker 1: sound like counseling to me. She talks to you like
- 24:29Speaker 1: a child, you calling her out her name. Now, before
- 24:33Speaker 1: this escalated into something else, y'all will be better off
- 24:36Speaker 1: going your separate way. That's right, all right? Moving on
- 24:39Speaker 1: to Dedra and Charlotte, Dedra says, my husband has had
- 24:43Speaker 1: a girlfriend for two years, and I tolerate it because
- 24:46Speaker 1: I have nowhere to go. I haven't worked in fifteen years,
- 24:49Speaker 1: and I wouldn't know where to start at my age. Also,
- 24:53Speaker 1: the kids don't want to leave this affluent lifestyle. What
- 24:56Speaker 1: should I do? I don't know. You know, you sound
- 25:05Speaker 1: like you was making a pretty convincing case to stay,
- 25:08Speaker 1: but then you asking me what to do. See, stop
- 25:10Speaker 1: convincing yourself to stay in something that's a mess because
- 25:14Speaker 1: of some things. The kid won't the fluid lifestyle. You've
- 25:19Speaker 1: accepted this, your husband having a girlfriend for two years
- 25:23Speaker 1: because you ain't got nowhere to go, and you think
- 25:25Speaker 1: because of your age, you don't even know where to start.
- 25:29Speaker 1: Let me tell you what, I'm not fitting. I'm not
- 25:32Speaker 1: beening to sit somewhere in a relationship that's just due
- 25:37Speaker 1: doing all over me. You're not gonna I'm not gonna
- 25:40Speaker 1: sit there in that man, because I go by myself
- 25:43Speaker 1: and be just as comfortable. You're not been to walk
- 25:46Speaker 1: in this house. Why in your name, all over this
- 25:50Speaker 1: floor whenever you feel like it, And then you want
- 25:54Speaker 1: to be called a man at the house, and you
- 25:56Speaker 1: got another chick on the side. Man, you can miss
- 25:59Speaker 1: me with all that right there. You ain't making that
- 26:01Speaker 1: much damn money. You can survive anything. You might not
- 26:08Speaker 1: know where to go, But if I was you, I
- 26:09Speaker 1: would start looking into it because I tell you what
- 26:12Speaker 1: they're not gonna do. He's not gonna give up the
- 26:14Speaker 1: chick he didn't have for two years. And he's not
- 26:17Speaker 1: gonna let you come in here and make no rules
- 26:18Speaker 1: because you've already accepted the ultimate slap in the face. Yeah,
- 26:23Speaker 1: so he got a fluing lifestyle. You can get half
- 26:26Speaker 1: of that, caller for real, you better shut your mouth,
- 26:32Speaker 1: pellet hunter, damn truth. Why she gotta suffer her life
- 26:36Speaker 1: and you can get half of that? Do you know, right?
- 26:41Speaker 1: Do you know someone I had somebody on my talk
- 26:43Speaker 1: show one time that says social media is in eighty
- 26:48Speaker 1: percent of all divorces today. That's texting included, that's credit
- 26:57Speaker 1: card receipt that's pictuous, lady, color is right. And I
- 27:05Speaker 1: hadn't even gone that part. You you got half of that.
- 27:09Speaker 1: You got kids. They don't want to leave their fluid lifestyle.
- 27:13Speaker 1: But half of the fluid lifestyle is still a fluid. Hello. See,
- 27:18Speaker 1: let me let me explain something to you about the
- 27:19Speaker 1: fluid lifestyle. When you get half of that, you still good? Yes,
- 27:25Speaker 1: thee half of pole is poor earth, that's what that is.
- 27:34Speaker 1: Half of a fluid is nah, you just good, nic
- 27:40Speaker 1: And then you will take that good money and get
- 27:43Speaker 1: back to or fluid if that's what you want. But
- 27:45Speaker 1: this can't be the cost for a fluid collar for real?
- 27:48Speaker 1: Is right? How do you sill it? You silly? You
- 27:51Speaker 1: might not know where to go, but you're gonna have

- 34:14Speaker 1: whole Kings of Comedy, run all that comedy story. Whatever
- 34:23Speaker 1: whatever we can do you no, no, so you keep
- 34:27Speaker 1: saying biold pick All were trying to make nin is
- 34:30Speaker 1: a peek about all that. Just let you make Steve

- 35:21Speaker 1: don't know you, we don't. We will never know, alright,
- 35:26Speaker 1: you rewinding the tape like we're missing something from the king.
- 35:32Speaker 1: We don't. We just put a piece of fighting crime.
- 35:35Speaker 1: He just he just like he's just a detictive something.
- 35:43Speaker 1: Never mind, all right, coming up in twenty minutes after,
- 35:46Speaker 1: we'll have an update on the Shenton. Let me start
- 35:49Speaker 1: that over, good serious, all right, coming up at twenty
- 35:53Speaker 1: minutes after, we're gonna switch gears here and have an
- 35:55Speaker 1: update on the Chanquella Robinson murder investigation. This comes from
- 36:00Speaker 1: months now after she was killed while vacationing in Mexico
- 36:03Speaker 1: with her so called friends. We'll talk about it right
- 36:06Speaker 1: after this. You're listening what we've been watching this case
- 36:12Speaker 1: and hopes that justice will be served for the death
- 36:15Speaker 1: of shan Quila Robinson, who died while on vacation with
- 36:18Speaker 1: six of her so called friends and Cabbo Mexico. This
- 36:22Speaker 1: happened back in November of last year. A twenty six
- 36:24Speaker 1: year old woman, dejian A Jackson is reportedly wanted by
- 36:28Speaker 1: Mexican authorities for shan Quila's murder, and now attorney's been
- 36:32Speaker 1: Crump and Suanne Robinson have reached out to President Joe
- 36:36Speaker 1: Biden to get dejian A extradited to Mexico. According to
- 36:39Speaker 1: The Charlotte Observer, Crump and Robinson sent a letter to
- 36:43Speaker 1: the White House in March thirteenth to confirm dejian A
- 36:46Speaker 1: Jackson as a suspect for shan Quila's murder and asked
- 36:50Speaker 1: US officials to act on appending extradition request or take
- 36:55Speaker 1: over the case and prosecute dejian a Jackson in the
- 36:58Speaker 1: United States. So that's where they are in the case
- 37:00Speaker 1: right now. Yeah. Really, do you know, I hardly ever
- 37:06Speaker 1: hear of anybody asking for an American citizen to be
- 37:11Speaker 1: extradited to Mexico. Yeah, that's because the murder happened. That's no.
- 37:18Speaker 1: I mean, I mean, I mean, y'all understand, but you know,
- 37:20Speaker 1: I mean, you know, you often hear about people who
- 37:25Speaker 1: or like, like an American committed crime somewhere else and
- 37:28Speaker 1: they got him locked up and they try to get
- 37:31Speaker 1: him extradited back to the States. To hear. Boy, let
- 37:35Speaker 1: me tell you something. The Mexican prison it's different because,
- 37:39Speaker 1: first of all, it's tad you you don't you don't
- 37:43Speaker 1: really speak Spanish. I'm assuming shan quila. No, what's on Spanish?
- 37:52Speaker 1: So who is who is the suspect Jackson? Deja Nate
- 37:58Speaker 1: probably ain't really, you know, I mean, yeah, it's it's
- 38:08Speaker 1: horrific the outcry. This this happened in November. These were
- 38:12Speaker 1: her supposed to be Chanquo, also called friends, and this
- 38:15Speaker 1: girl died. This girl was murdered in Mexico and nothing
- 38:19Speaker 1: has happened with the suspects or anything. Why are the
- 38:22Speaker 1: Mexican officials. Why are they moving so slow on this?
- 38:25Speaker 1: But yeah, now the attorney Ben Crump is involved. You
- 38:31Speaker 1: know something's gonna come of it. Yeah, something charges something.
- 38:36Speaker 1: Let's start this process. Is different stories. So this story
- 38:41Speaker 1: and the other one with the cartel, this is two
- 38:43Speaker 1: different stories to happen in Mexico. Yes. Now the cartel
- 38:46Speaker 1: story was recently about the people killed at the border
- 38:49Speaker 1: over the tummy talk uh situation that it was four
- 38:55Speaker 1: Americans that went to two killed. Yeah, this was back
- 38:59Speaker 1: in November, and Combo and the cartel turned them in
- 39:03Speaker 1: the case you're talking about Tommy. Yeah, yeah, so they
- 39:08Speaker 1: which was which? Which was decent? Though? You know what
- 39:11Speaker 1: I mean absolutely you've never heard that before ever. Deal
- 39:15Speaker 1: turn to somebody. Yeah, they keep our eyes on this
- 39:22Speaker 1: story involving the death of Schankuela Robinson. And coming up
- 39:26Speaker 1: at thirty four minutes after the hour, we'll have more
- 39:28Speaker 1: of the Steve Harvey Morning Show right after this you're
- 39:31Speaker 1: listening to show. Came jes had As was messed up
- 39:54Speaker 1: broking by to d Buddy came and got me play
- 40:16Speaker 1: gloriate GLORI rate. Okay, that's good. That's what I just
- 40:20Speaker 1: wanted to get that out the way. Good morning Sherley
- 40:23Speaker 1: calling Mississippi Junior and Thomas, Good Morningdale, and was going out,
- 40:30Speaker 1: Oh what's going out today? Well, you know spring is here,
- 40:35Speaker 1: Spring started already, and summer is coming. And the girls
- 40:39Speaker 1: aren't the only ones that wear those short shorts anymore,
- 40:42Speaker 1: you know, during the summertime when it's hot. The men
- 40:45Speaker 1: that will be wearing short shorts this summer too. And
- 40:49Speaker 1: you probably heard about this. They're calling them uccie daddy shorts.
- 40:52Speaker 1: Houccie daddy shorts, that's what they call them on social
- 40:54Speaker 1: media anyway. And I'm just trying to find out, sister, Odelle,
- 40:58Speaker 1: will this be your next mission? And are you looking
- 41:01Speaker 1: to save the souls of these men that wear these
- 41:03Speaker 1: hoocie daddy's shorts because they need saving too. You know,
- 41:07Speaker 1: it don't make no sister, to me. It just seems
- 41:10Speaker 1: like that, ain't that Mainly from my generation? My generation,
- 41:15Speaker 1: mes was messes and we dressed in men's West pants
- 41:21Speaker 1: and men's West swim trumps, and that's what it was.
- 41:26Speaker 1: Now all is hit a new thing that everybody trying
- 41:28Speaker 1: to do. Y'all on that on you don't drag sit

- 50:51Speaker 1: come personally to your house right now, beat up and
- 50:53Speaker 1: then come back and clean your house for free. Do
- 50:55Speaker 1: you understand me? Don't you talk to my children and
- 50:57Speaker 1: don't get threaten me? Let me go my damn fun.
- 50:59Speaker 1: I want more things I want to tell you. Man,
- 51:02Speaker 1: you listening? What is it? Man? Mathew taught me from
- 51:05Speaker 1: the Steve Harby Morning Show. You just got plagued by
- 51:08Speaker 1: your wife's daughter. Hello, say so say man? Ever ever, um,
- 51:26Speaker 1: don't anybody that that wasn't there wasn't nobody that timing man?
- 51:29Speaker 1: You ever right down? You right? You called me coming?
- 51:34Speaker 1: Now you got myself into looking like like nation did
- 51:36Speaker 1: some bump to my fast head? Man, You wanta tell
- 51:38Speaker 1: me what you go through my coming? Man? You know
- 51:40Speaker 1: how long he's been saying, Am I coming to claw
- 51:42Speaker 1: to man? You're rough for that? Ro Man, Hey man,
- 51:45Speaker 1: Robert I got one more thing, ask you, man, what
- 51:47Speaker 1: is what is the baddest And I'm talking about the
- 51:50Speaker 1: baddest radio show in the land, Steve Harby Morning Show
- 51:54Speaker 1: playing man. Let listen to y'all every morning, man, y'all
- 51:56Speaker 1: every morning. Look here, why don't you tell Doc Steve Man,
- 51:59Speaker 1: y'all need to put a copper cleaning the war over
- 52:02Speaker 1: in the hood Awards. We need cleaning. You mean a
- 52:06Speaker 1: corp cleaning and the category corp cleaning category. Man, y'all
- 52:09Speaker 1: need to go and put one in there. What outlet
- 52:22Speaker 1: do y'all have any urns in y'all's house? No, No,
- 52:25Speaker 1: I'm just asking. Do you know we're you're putting in
- 52:34Speaker 1: this hole in the ground falling off the man? Now
- 52:38Speaker 1: we got the vacuum stuff, we're not vacuum. Now we're
- 52:43Speaker 1: trying to tear the bag open and stall all over that.
- 52:47Speaker 1: We didn't left your fingers up in there. Get all
- 52:50Speaker 1: the out particular reason, you don't know. If you don't
- 52:56Speaker 1: get all the dust, you don't know what part of that. Boy. Yeah,
- 53:02Speaker 1: that's why, Tommy, that ain't food. You're not you can
- 53:10Speaker 1: read your mind. Grandpa up here, we don't put on
- 53:22Speaker 1: the Strawberry Letters. The subject is I'm about to catch
- 53:25Speaker 1: another flash. Get it stom you're leaking. I want to think,
- 53:34Speaker 1: I want to know what I heart. It is not
- 53:37Speaker 1: now for today's Strawberry Letter. And if you need advice
- 53:39Speaker 1: on relationships, work, work, guaranting a more place your Strawberry
- 53:43Speaker 1: Letters dot com and click and submit Strawberry Letter. We
- 53:48Speaker 1: could be reading your letter live on the air. We're
- 53:51Speaker 1: going to read this one right here, right now, and
- 53:54Speaker 1: you never know nobody yours never no, never, no. Buckle
- 53:58Speaker 1: up and hoole on tight. We got it thinking a
- 54:02Speaker 1: few subjects thirty minutes afterward. Steven Shirley. I'm thirty years
- 54:08Speaker 1: old and in a long distance relationship with the doctor.
- 54:12Speaker 1: I work as a retail merchandiser, and I do a
- 54:14Speaker 1: lot of traveling for work. On top of all of
- 54:18Speaker 1: the traveling for my job, I try to see my
- 54:20Speaker 1: man at least twice a month. When we met, he
- 54:23Speaker 1: was finishing up his residency and he took a job
- 54:26Speaker 1: in a rural area, so he'd got most of his
- 54:28Speaker 1: school loans forgiven. It's been a struggle to maintain the
- 54:31Speaker 1: relationship because he's not making a lot of money right now.
- 54:35Speaker 1: I'm the supportive girlfriend that flies in and out, and
- 54:38Speaker 1: I try to be understanding when he's too tired from
- 54:41Speaker 1: working to hang out with me. I put forth a
- 54:43Speaker 1: lot of effort to keep things going strong, but I
- 54:46Speaker 1: don't see any effort from him. He has asked me
- 54:49Speaker 1: several times to live with him in that little small town,
- 54:52Speaker 1: but it would be impossible for me to work because
- 54:54Speaker 1: I have to drive almost an hour back and forth
- 54:57Speaker 1: to the airport in another city. I'm in love with him,
- 55:01Speaker 1: but I'm starting to wonder if he loves me. I've
- 55:04Speaker 1: met his co workers that are mostly females and all
- 55:07Speaker 1: beautiful women. He calls me insecure if I ask him
- 55:11Speaker 1: anything about his co workers. When I visit him, we
- 55:14Speaker 1: order food or I cook. I've never been out or
- 55:18Speaker 1: invited to anything he has for work. He recently had
- 55:21Speaker 1: an awards ceremony and I told him I'd love to go,
- 55:26Speaker 1: but he said he didn't think he'd be able to
- 55:28Speaker 1: go because of his work schedule. Then at the last minute,
- 55:32Speaker 1: he went, it's all suspect to me. In his spare time,
- 55:36Speaker 1: he can't come see me, but he can fly to
- 55:38Speaker 1: Denver to hang out with his brother. I'm about to
- 55:40Speaker 1: catch another flight and pop up on him. Should I
- 55:43Speaker 1: demand some answers or should I give it a little
- 55:46Speaker 1: more time. Does it sound like he's stringing me along? Well,
- 55:51Speaker 1: you already know. I mean, you're doing everything in this
- 55:54Speaker 1: relationship while he just sits back and reaps all the benefits.
- 55:58Speaker 1: I mean, people make time for for what they want
- 56:00Speaker 1: to make time for it for things that are important
- 56:03Speaker 1: to them. He did just that when he went to
- 56:05Speaker 1: the awards show at the last minute without you. That
- 56:08Speaker 1: should tell you all you need to know. You are
- 56:11Speaker 1: not a priority in his life. He's not doing anything
- 56:15Speaker 1: extra for you. Okay, Yes he's working hard, Yes he's
- 56:18Speaker 1: becoming a doctor and all of that. He has his residency,
- 56:21Speaker 1: but they do have some time off sometimes he's not
- 56:24Speaker 1: making it any better, calling you insecure, none of that
- 56:28Speaker 1: when you ask about his co workers, and don't allow
- 56:31Speaker 1: him to do that to you. You can ask questions.
- 56:33Speaker 1: You're in a relationship, or so you think in your head.
- 56:37Speaker 1: But he does it to throw you off so you'll
- 56:39Speaker 1: leave him alone. He also knows that it would be
- 56:42Speaker 1: too much on you to move in with him, all
- 56:44Speaker 1: the driving and everything you say you have to do.
- 56:46Speaker 1: That's why I said at the beginning. You already know.
- 56:49Speaker 1: I mean, look at the facts. You said. He won't
- 56:51Speaker 1: come and see you, but he will fly to Denver
- 56:54Speaker 1: to see his brother. He doesn't take you out. You know,
- 56:58Speaker 1: you guys are always at home or cooking or your
- 57:00Speaker 1: order out. Clearly he's hiding something or he wants to
- 57:04Speaker 1: hide you, because whether you know you're about to catch
- 57:09Speaker 1: a flight or not, he's still not going to change
- 57:11Speaker 1: and put you first in your life, in his life,
- 57:14Speaker 1: and that's what you want. Steve. I'm confused, I really am.
- 57:24Speaker 1: I don't understand. I mean, this letter is pretty complete
- 57:28Speaker 1: and thorough. So I'm about to catch another flight, so
- 57:33Speaker 1: you're just gonna throw another ticket out the window. Let
- 57:37Speaker 1: me tell you what's wrong here. You're thirty years old,
- 57:39Speaker 1: you're the longest relationship with a doctor. You got a
- 57:42Speaker 1: good job on top of all the traveling with your job.
- 57:45Speaker 1: You try to see your man at least twice a month.
- 57:49Speaker 1: Here's the key to this whole letter. I try to
- 57:53Speaker 1: see my man at least twice a month. Let me
- 57:58Speaker 1: ask you a question, when do he try to see you? See?
- 58:02Speaker 1: I hear you talking. I try to see my man
- 58:06Speaker 1: at least twice a month. When does he try to
- 58:10Speaker 1: see you. That's the problem with this letter. When we met,
- 58:15Speaker 1: he was finishing up his residency, took a job in
- 58:17Speaker 1: a rural area so he could get his school loans forgiving.
- 58:21Speaker 1: It's been a struggle to maintain a relationship because he's
- 58:25Speaker 1: not making a lot of money right now. No, that's
- 58:28Speaker 1: not to be school. You don't need a lot of
- 58:32Speaker 1: money to maintain a relationship. There are a lot of
- 58:36Speaker 1: people who don't make a lot of money that maintain
- 58:39Speaker 1: wonderful relationship. My mom and daddy did. It's people to
- 58:44Speaker 1: date that don't make a lot of money. You ain't
- 58:47Speaker 1: got to be a doctor or high exact at a
- 58:49Speaker 1: retail agency to maintain a relationship. And you don't need
- 58:53Speaker 1: money to maintain one. Eat. You do need money to date,
- 58:57Speaker 1: surprise each other and stuff like that, but you don't
- 59:00Speaker 1: need one to make You don't need a lot of
- 59:03Speaker 1: money to maintain it. I'm the supportive girlfriend. It flies
- 59:08Speaker 1: in and out, and I try to be understanding when
- 59:10Speaker 1: he's too tired from work to hang out with me. Now,
- 59:14Speaker 1: that's gonna be a question a little bit later on.
- 59:16Speaker 1: Is he too tired to hang out with you, or
- 59:21Speaker 1: is that what he's telling you? In this small town,
- 59:26Speaker 1: I put forth a lot of effort to keep things
- 59:28Speaker 1: going strong, but I don't see any effort from him.
- 59:31Speaker 1: The reason you don't see none, it's because it ain't none.
- 59:34Speaker 1: It ain't nothing for you to see. See. You wrote
- 59:38Speaker 1: this letter so thorough that you don't even have an
- 59:40Speaker 1: out for yourself. He has asked me several times to
- 59:44Speaker 1: live with him in that little small town, but it
- 59:46Speaker 1: would be impossible for me to work because I have
- 59:49Speaker 1: to drive almost an hour back and forth to the
- 59:51Speaker 1: airport to another city. And Shirley pointed this out. He
- 59:56Speaker 1: know that he know you can't. That's why he dangled
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: a bait. I want you to live with me. I'm
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: in love with him, but I'm starting to wonder if
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: he loves me. That's caused your intuition. Hang on, Steve,
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: I got to wonder for man love you. I'm gonna
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: tell you that right now. All right, hang on, we'll
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: have part two of your response coming up at twenty
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: three minutes after the hour. Today's Strawberry Letter subject. I'm
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: about to catch another flight. We'll get back into it
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening, all right, Steve, Come on,
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: let's recap today's strawberry letter. And the subject is I'm
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: about to catch another flight apple bottom make you want
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: to buy? Yeah, I'm sorry anyway. It started this young
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: girl and wrote this letter. She's got a great job,
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: travels as a distributed for some retail company. Thirty years old.
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: He's dating this man who's a doctor. That sounds good.
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: Don When we all met, they was finishing up his residence.
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: He took a job in a rule area so he
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: could get a school loan forgiveness a small town, and
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: he's not making a lot of money right now. She says,
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: it's been a struggle to maintain the relationship because he's
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: not making a lot of money right now. It ain't hard.
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: People have relationships all the time that don't have a
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: lot of money. See you said he's not making a
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: lot of money right now. You don't need a lot
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: of money to maintain relationship. You don't because he's not
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: making a lot of money. Now. I'm the supportive girlfriend.
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: It flies in and out. I try to be understanding
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: when he's too tired from work to hang out with me,
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: he's too tired from work to hang out with you.
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: In a small town. That's gonna cut back to hunt
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: you in this letter, and I'll tell you why. I
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: put forth a lot of effort to keep things going,
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: but I don't see any effort from him. Ladies, if
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: you don't see an effort, because that's ain't listen to me.
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: If you can't see an effort, it's because there's nothing
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: for you to see. You all are really great perceptive people,
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: So if you don't see something, it's because it ain't there.
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: He has asked me several times to live with him
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: in that little small town, but it would be impossible
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: for me to get to work because I have to
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: drive an hour back and forth to the airport in
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: another city. And like Shirley pointed out, and I'm telling you,
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: he know that, he knows you can't do that. That's
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: why he asked you. That's dangling the character. I'm in
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: love with him, but I'm starting to wonder if he
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: loves me. Well, you've been you're starting to wonder that
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: for a reason. It's cause intuition. You should pay attention
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: to that. I have met most of his co workers
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: that are mostly female, and all beautiful women. He calls
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: me insecure if I ask him anything about his co workers,
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: that's a deflection device. Oh so you are secure. He
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: don't answer the question about the women. He just tell
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: you you are insecure because he can't answer these questions
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: because the questions you ask it, they got answers to him.
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: See it ain't no, that ain't nothing. It ain't nothing.
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: That ain't nothing. He ain't nothing. No, no, no, he
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: got answers to the east question. That's why he has
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: to de place. When I visited him, we are the
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: food or our cook I've never been out or invited
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: to anything he has for work. Because this is a
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: small town. They can't see you, girl, word gonna get back.
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: He recently had an award ceremony. I told him I
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: love to go, but he said he didn't think he'd
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: be able to go because of his work. Scharacule, lady
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: in a small town, How the hell they're gonna arrange
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: an awards ceremony and the people that the award ain't
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: allowed to come? What small ass town would do that? Girl? Please,
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: He didn't think he hadn't been go because of his work. Character.
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: Then at the last minute he went. He was going
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: the whole time. It's just some woman or women co
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: workers was gonna be there to sit at the table
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: he had and applaud for him and then congratulate him
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: after the awards show. That's why he told you he
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: wasn't going. Then at the last minute he changed his mind.
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: What happened to the work schedule? I thought he thought
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: he couldn't go. It's all suspect to me in his
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: bad time. He can't come see me, but he can
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: fly to Dinver to hang out with his brother. A
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: man do what he wanted. He want to go see
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: his brother. He ain't spending no money to go see
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: you because you're coming twice a month, and that's all
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: he needed. Twice a month, and all them other days
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: in between. One of them beautiful women co workers is
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: tightening him money. I'm about to catch another flight and
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: pop up on him for what you finished getting surprised
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: in your life. Well see, you're fit to find out
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: the answer to the questions that he won't ask because
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: he gonna have the Should I demand some answers or
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: just give it a little more time? Well let me
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: ask you. When you say get it a little more time?
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: You want to give it a little more time? For
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: for because all you're gonna get in some more time
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: with yourself to more. You're gonna get some more months
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: of flying in twice a month to keep your relationship working.
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: And he ain't doing nothing to make it work. You
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: and this by yourself. But you fine though, to be
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: coming through twice a month, right, all I gotta do
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: its work my schedule around the time he comes, because
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell this girls that I'm going to Denver
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: to see my brother this weekend, because they know that's
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: what I do. And then when you come, I ain't
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: taking you out no where. We're gonna order in and cook.
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: See that way they don't. Don't nobody see me out
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: with you and go back to her and tell her
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: that I was out with you this weekend. But clearly
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: I'm supposed to be in Denver with my brother, see
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: what I'm saying. That's why y'all stay in and all
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: all the time he cook, because he posted to be
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: in time. He posted being devil with his brother. And
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: then when he tells you that he going to Denver
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: to see his brother, that ain't way he coming, or
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: he could go to devil for somebody else on that
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: plane to them. Oh, Steve Hark, how do I know
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: this so elegantly? Why we out of time? Now? Look
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: at the time. Please onto Dave Letter on Instagram at

- 1:07:06Speaker 1: I'm telling how we were gonna roll righting the pair
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: calm yesterday. We're gonna roll up in the doing that
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: because we feel to kill him dog, because we can
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: work you going in as it dead man, Here we go, Man,
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: Le's get some sports news man. Cam Newton is going
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: to throw at Arburs Pro Day. He's he's motivated. He
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: going back to the pro day. He won't back in
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: the league. He said, tell me how these randoms keep
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: getting these jobs. But that's the right. He gonna prove wrong.
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: I said, okay, Cam, So he gonna go down there
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: throw an Albue Pro Day. Go ahead. I'm rooting for him.
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: I'm really yeah, we're rooting for him. Man. Also, Man, tonight, Man,
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: it's possible that John m Rant could play the night
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: against the Houston Rockets. You can get back on this court.
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: I know, I know he probably dropped fifty on the Rockets.
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: I mean, we may get straighted. That's what we do.
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: We let everybody's go on us. It's just that's all
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: we can. We put a seatbelt on his daddy though,
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: and just sit him down and lock him in his
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: chair where you know, uh, you know John Muran, Man,
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: he did go he did go to counseling. He was
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: down in Florida, it's where he was and did go
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: to counseling. And you know, he came back to the
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: facility and Dylan Brooks said he came and apologize to
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: each player individually. So you know you yeah, that's where
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: it is. Man, that's mature, you know. So I'm rooting
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: for him. You know, I would see him get back
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: out there because he's a talent. You got to see
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: his brother players. Yeah, that boy can ball. That's what
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: you can't take that fun fly. I know, man, there's
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: another interesting story I found out, man, that magic Johnson. Man,
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: your partner Magic Johnson has joined a group bidding to
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: buy the Washington Command This man, Magic gonna be in everything.
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: Talk go to Starbucks. He all went out every throwing
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: out all that is big. Also, man, sweet sixteen for
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: the women to set. You know, we lost another number
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: one the other day. Miami took down Indiana. That's two
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: number ones that didn't make it into the Sweet sixteen.
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: That's Stanford and Indiana. But you know, man, this is
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: gonna be some good games. South Carolina. Yeah, them girls, Mimi,
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: the girls last night, boy girl from Miami. Woman anna
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: sit down when they get up there at Carolina. It's
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: gonna be some games. Though. You got South Carolina, UCLA,
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: then you got number one Notre Dame in Maryland. Then
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: you got Old Miss in Louisville. Then we got Colorado
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: on Iowa, then Miami and Villanova. Game goodness, whoa girl,
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: But I'm watching women's basketball and I realized that all
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: different white girls can beat me. That's depressed. Coming up
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: at the top of the hour, Steve, a female left
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: a voicemail with the specific request for you. We'll find
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: out what that's all about right after this. You're listening
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: to try to give some advice to these men on
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: how to be men, how to lead, and how to
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: take care and provide for your family. Like that's a
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: natural trait that I think that all men should have,
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: and I know us women find that very very attractive.
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: A lot of times everyone's always talking to women about
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: what they should do and how they should be submissive.
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: But the truth of the matter is it's the man
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: leads properly. All of those things come natural to a woman.
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: So I think there should be more advice getting to
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: the men on how to be a stand up guy,
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: how to be a faithful guy, you know, and so
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: that women aren't all over the place trying to figure
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: it out. Because I love your book Think like a
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: man at like a woman, But the truth of the
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: matter is we don't think like men. I don't know
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: what men are thinking because I'm not a man. So
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: I just want men to just say what they're thinking
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: to do write thy women to put more families back together,
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: because we don't. We don't need advice on how to
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: be submissive. We're submissive when the man can properly lead.
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: So let's give these men advice or how to properly
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: lead nurture, care for, and attend to their women. All right,
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: thank you. Well, you know she said she want to
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: know what a man thinking. Did she say that, Yeah,
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: she does, But she also said, we don't know what mennything.
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: That's really I agree with what she's saying. I've often
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: tried to think of a way to best score about
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: this because it's not a book. It's not a book
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: me and don't read enough, so it's not a book,
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: but more like a public form seminar maybe, you know,
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: something like that just was all men only, I don't know.
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: You know, it's a lot of good brothers out there,
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: old man, it really is. And I could get a
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: lot of help with this because it ain't just me.
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: It's a whole lot of men that's taking care of
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: their families. It's a whole lot of men that's trying
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: to do it right, man, And I applaud them too,
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: So it ain't just me. I know all of the
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: cats right there. I just go, I'm famous. That's the
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: only different difference between the difference, the only difference between
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: me and the average man and I'm on TV. And
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: they ain't other than that, we the same though, we
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: the same and so I'll take that in consideration. Oh
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: right now, all right, okay, well, I'm sure she'll be
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: happy to hear that. Now. See this came from Steve
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: RVFM r D and Columbia, South Carolina. Says, Hey, Stephen Crewe,
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: I walked in on my wife of three years kissing
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: my uncle. She said it was just a kiss, and
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: it only happened because they were There's no telling what
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: might have happened if I didn't walk in when I did.
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: Should I divorce her? God Charles and Uncle Charles. As
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: we got to I'm stuck. I'm sucker punching Uncle Charles
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: on site. He getting hit, he get he gett't sucker
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: punch for kissing his wife. Yeah, my wife, And then
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: you can with Uncle Charles. And I'm gonna tell you
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: right here, you need to go over there and take
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: a look at on charles house because he still got
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: uh fish and chicken grease in the coffee cat on
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: his stove. And that's where you fit the steak. Go
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: right on over there with uncles like him so much.
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: And he just got that bed that raised up and
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: let down him. He'd been save it up for that.
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: He just got that bed fit to get that, you
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: fit to find out the thing. Yeah, yeah you yeah,
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: you're gonna have to bathe all uncle child times because
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: child got a foul problem. You don't know that, Charles.
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: All right? All that, all right, we're moving on to
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: coming up in twenty minutes after the hour, we'll have
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: more of this crazy show right after this. You're listening,
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: all right. So this question is from baller Alert. Guys,
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: if you could hear what someone is thinking for one day,
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: who would you choose? Just one person, Steve, I'll let
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: you go last, Junior. I'd like to know what my
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: wife thinking. That's what I would want to know for
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: a day. That's that's what I need to know. Huh,
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: just her any particular reason. Oh bunch of them. I
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: can't even get the answers to. That's why I need
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: to know figure out what she's thinking. Yeah, we're complicated,
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: we are, Tommy. I already know my wife thinking already.
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: I ain't got to figure that out. Yeah, here here's
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: worth the fans he is again? Come on, what what
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: what is he doing? Now? I want something else? Yeah,
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: I already know what's running through her head. I already
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: know he wanted me to come here and cook somebody
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: his ass. Steve, here we go with him again. It's
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: all about him. N't ask me if I wanted him
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: to cook me a damn thing. I know what my
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: wife thinking over there. I ain't got to say nothing. Yeah, Steve,
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: I want to think. I want to know what I
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: heard thinking. Make sure I got a job tomorrow. That's
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: what I want. I want to know what, head lady,
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: I heart is. I'm working next week. That's all I
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: need is when I sit down next week with them
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: people that own family, few there know exactly what they're thinking.
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: I just need number that guy in the head. I
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: just knew that nobody was had. That's the noball one.
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: All right, we'll have more, Thank you, guys. We'll have
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up in

- 1:19:37Speaker 1: to our last break of the day, and of course
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: we'll have some closing remarks from the one and only
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: Steve Harvey right after this. You're listening, all right, guys?
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: Here we are our last break of the day, and Steve,
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: you had some closing We did a story earlier that
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: we've been paying attention to. Uh, it happened back in
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: November of last year. Year. We've been watching this case
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: and hopes that justice is served for the death of
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: shan Quella Robinson. Remember, shan Quella died while on vacation
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: with six of her so called friends in Cobble, Mexico.
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: Twenty six year old woman dejan A Jackson is reportedly
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: wanted by Mexican authorities for Shanquela's murder, and now attorney's
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: been Crump and Suanne Robinson have reached out to President
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: Joe Biden to get dejan A extradited to Mexico. Now.
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: According to the Charlotte Observer, Crump and Robinson sent a
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: letter to the White House on March thirteenth to confirm
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: dejan A Jackson as the suspect for shan Quella's murder
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: and asked the US officials to act on appending extradition
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: request to take over the case and prosecute dejan A
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: Jackson here in the United States. So that's where we
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: are with the case right now. You know, that's really
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: crazy because you very rarely hear of an American cities
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: being extradited to another country right now, I'm not sure
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: if that's because and what crumping them is asking, biding
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: them is to take up the charges, which could probably happen,
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: but I thought it was I'm thinking it was, to
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: my understanding, they want to get her extradited to Mexico
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: so they can put charges on her, right since the
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: murder happened, right because right now, ain't nobody got no
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: charges old and until you get extradited to appear before
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: a judiciary, you can't have charges. Now that puts us
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: in a horrible position because these people went on vacation together.
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: And I saw the video of the victim of Chanquila
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: being beat up by this girl dejan Nae. I'm looking
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: at the dude that video, this whole thing, yeah, supposed
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: to be her friends. It just made me sick. Man.
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: And then for these people to get on a plane
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: and come back without her and tell her parents, family
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: and friends they don't know what they left her that no, man,
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: what do you mean you left? How to have? Who
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: does that? And then I'm understanding somebody told me they
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: they live in their best life back in Charlotte, because
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: you know, they're just going around because nothing has happened.
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: So they're free, free, and the girl is on tape
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: beating the girl, yes, hardly any clothes on. Yeah, and
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: so something has to happen here, man, So what what
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: is Krunk wanting to happen? He wants Biden to take
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: up Yeah, he wants The request was for the US
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: officials to act on the pending extradition request to take
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: over the case and then prosecute dejan A Jackson here
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: in the United States. That's what they want if if
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: they're wanting her extradited to Mexico, this Dejaney girl, it's
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: so that the case can get started because right now
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: if the don't nobody nobody's brought a case right now
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: in the case, if you get her extradited to Mexico,
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: they can start the case. I think what Trump, what
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: Crump now is asking if Biden Hill would just take
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: over the case so they can get the case balked here.
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: But the case occurred, the crime occurred in Mexico, and
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: that's out of United States jurisdiction, right out of the
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: United States jurisdiction. But you had two Americans. The victim
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: is an American, and the people that caused her death.
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: Are Americans, and so I think to what Benjamin Crump's
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: what they want is not for the administration. You know
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: how sometimes they say, well, we didn't know about this case,
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: we didn't have the information, so they don't intervene, they
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: don't get involved enough. So I think this is smart
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: what Attorney Benjamin Crumpington are doing to try to let
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: the administration know what is going on and let and intervene.
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: You have to intervene in this investigation so we can
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: get charges frought against this This ain't right, yeah, because
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: see the part, the part of this ain't right. You know,
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: I watch enough forty eight hours forensic foules, all these hime.
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: If you are in the car and an crime or
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: a murder is committed and you are in the car,
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: you are construed here in the United Lates. Right, Yeah, sure,
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: that's what I'm saying. But see the guy sitting up
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: that video on this whippen. See it. Obviously the beating
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: didn't stop right there. That's something else happened for this
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: girl to be gone from him. Well, he told her
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: the one film in the video, Remember he told her
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: parents that she died from alcohol points. Remember they said
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: that at first, that's what they told her family. He
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: said nothing. Man, let me tell you first. In America,
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: this is what they're gonna do. They're gonna round. Everybody
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: will put them in a separate rule. Now they don't
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: had time to get their story together, of course, but
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: now we're gonna do some Okay, now you are right
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: now or conspirative, you are right now and and and accomplished.
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: And then now you going down to now unless you
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: tell us what really happened. That's all they're gonna do.
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: And somebody gonna get this and the whole damn truth
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: gonna come up. Do you think that it has something
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: to do with race too? Because she's black? They're not
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: on it like they would be. Um, you know black, don't.
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: I don't want to say that, but we gotta. Yeah,
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: but the truth. Yeah, I mean I kind of feel that,
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: you know, they don't care about a black woman being right. Yeah,
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: it makes you feel that way because this has gone
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: on too long with nothing. Yeah, it's been November. Look,
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: could this have possibly been about that you went over
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: there and took somebody out? And y'all will be praying,
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: what could this fight help? Hate? And bully and jealousy. Hey,
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: that's it today, y'all. Listen. Talk to God today, y'all.
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: He would absolutely love to hear it. And these days
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: and times we need God more than ever former relationship
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: with him because he needs y'all for all. Steve Harvey
