- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know y'all back a suit, back to back down,
- 0:13Speaker 1: giving them like the million buck things. And it's not
- 0:20Speaker 1: through goodt has to mother. Please don't join Jo. You
- 0:59Speaker 1: gotta use that turn. You gotta turn to turn them out.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Got to turn them out. Then turn the water the water. Come,
- 1:58Speaker 1: come on your thing, I show will good morning everybody
- 2:05Speaker 1: you're listening to the voice, Come on dig me now,
- 2:08Speaker 1: one and only Steve Harvey got this radio show. Man,
- 2:15Speaker 1: Hi got here. I really can't explain it. Only by
- 2:19Speaker 1: the grace of God, that's all I can really tell you.
- 2:24Speaker 1: I was talking with a buddy the other day and
- 2:26Speaker 1: he was telling me. He said, Man, he had an
- 2:28Speaker 1: interesting philosophy about it. He said. You know, you can
- 2:33Speaker 1: have dreams and visions. He say, but God, God will
- 2:37Speaker 1: never show you what all he has for you. He
- 2:43Speaker 1: won't show you all of it because he knows you
- 2:46Speaker 1: will mess it up. And you know what, man, I
- 2:50Speaker 1: thought about that, and w how true is that? Okay?
- 2:56Speaker 1: I know that I got a radio show. I didn't
- 3:00Speaker 1: see it. It's just become this major blessing for me.
- 3:03Speaker 1: I didn't see it. But if I would have seen
- 3:06Speaker 1: it and known when he had planned on giving it
- 3:10Speaker 1: to me, I would have messed it up because number one,
- 3:14Speaker 1: my first question would have been to him, why I
- 3:17Speaker 1: got to wait so long? Why don't I go down
- 3:20Speaker 1: him and start on the radio now? And then I
- 3:25Speaker 1: be in radio and then tidy see that God? But
- 3:29Speaker 1: see the thing about God is God don't need your
- 3:32Speaker 1: help a matter of fact, that he don't really want it.
- 3:35Speaker 1: All he want is you to love him and obey
- 3:39Speaker 1: if you can do them two things I think. I
- 3:41Speaker 1: think I could be wrong. I think he'd be really
- 3:44Speaker 1: cool with us. So had I known about these blessings
- 3:50Speaker 1: that he had for me, I would have messed him
- 3:52Speaker 1: up because I would have put my thinking in the
- 3:54Speaker 1: figuring process, and that would have jacked it all up.
- 3:58Speaker 1: That's the first thing I asked, why I got to
- 4:01Speaker 1: wait so long? And then if he has shown me
- 4:03Speaker 1: what I was gonna have to do to get it,
- 4:06Speaker 1: I would have showed messed that up. Man, I ain't
- 4:08Speaker 1: gonna do that. I ain't gonna do all of that.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Wait a minute, I got to go through all of
- 4:14Speaker 1: these mishaps in my life. So when I get the
- 4:17Speaker 1: radio show, I have something to share, Man, why don't
- 4:22Speaker 1: I just read a couple of books and share that
- 4:24Speaker 1: experience with them? Now, See, I want you to know
- 4:27Speaker 1: what you're talking about. I want you to be transparent.
- 4:32Speaker 1: I want people to be able to identify with your
- 4:35Speaker 1: struggle and apply they struggle to it and see that
- 4:37Speaker 1: they can get over. See. God never shows you all
- 4:42Speaker 1: of it because he know will mess it up. I
- 4:44Speaker 1: wouldn't have any books, I certainly please know, I would
- 4:49Speaker 1: not be the host of family Field. Can't tell you
- 4:51Speaker 1: that it is amazing man, how God works, and my
- 4:57Speaker 1: invitation to everybody today has allowed God to work. You know,
- 5:03Speaker 1: you can ask him why all you want to, And
- 5:05Speaker 1: from time to time I still do no good for me?
- 5:08Speaker 1: But that old why me, old woe is me? Lord?
- 5:11Speaker 1: Thing that don't really get it for me, because when
- 5:14Speaker 1: I start asking him why, I'm asking somebody who has
- 5:17Speaker 1: a thought process so high above mine that there's no
- 5:20Speaker 1: way if he told it to me, I wouldn't even
- 5:22Speaker 1: get it. You wouldn't need I don't gout bright you
- 5:25Speaker 1: think you are, man, You just ain't gonna get how
- 5:27Speaker 1: and why he does it his way. You're not going
- 5:30Speaker 1: to understand it. But he has a plan for each
- 5:33Speaker 1: and every one of us. And if we adhere to
- 5:36Speaker 1: the plan, if we submit ourselves to his will and
- 5:39Speaker 1: just say, okay, God, what you want me to do,
- 5:41Speaker 1: I am telling you it is the best way to live. Now.
- 5:46Speaker 1: You can also do it the way I did it
- 5:48Speaker 1: early on. You can just do what you want to
- 5:51Speaker 1: do and see how I go from now. And I
- 5:54Speaker 1: will tell you from personal experience, it's not going to
- 5:57Speaker 1: go good. You know, my wife and I were talking
- 6:01Speaker 1: the other day. As she said something women, I had
- 6:04Speaker 1: to write it down. She says, Steve, you know the
- 6:07Speaker 1: funny thing about sin? She says, sin casts you more
- 6:11Speaker 1: than you want to pay and causes you to stay
- 6:13Speaker 1: longer than you want to stay. I asked my wife
- 6:19Speaker 1: where she got them from. She says, some old person
- 6:22Speaker 1: told it to it. She says, sin costs you more
- 6:25Speaker 1: than you want to pay and causes you to stay
- 6:27Speaker 1: longer than you want to stay. That's the problem, man,
- 6:31Speaker 1: about doing what you want to do, because we are
- 6:33Speaker 1: all sinners. Man, all of us, all of us, every
- 6:36Speaker 1: last one of us are sinners. You will be a
- 6:38Speaker 1: sinner until you die. Now, you could be saved by grace,
- 6:42Speaker 1: but you're going to be a sinner man. You are
- 6:45Speaker 1: going to make mistakes. You are going to in your
- 6:49Speaker 1: life knowingly do wrong. I bet you will. I don't
- 6:54Speaker 1: know who you think you are. I don't know who
- 6:56Speaker 1: you've been listening to. But get this, we are sinners.
- 7:00Speaker 1: We were born into a world that is sinful. Now
- 7:04Speaker 1: it's okay, it's okay, it's our world. But we can
- 7:08Speaker 1: make the best of it because we can form a
- 7:10Speaker 1: relationship with God and we can go to war with
- 7:14Speaker 1: this thing, you know, and we can win. You can
- 7:16Speaker 1: actually get over. Being born into this world is not
- 7:21Speaker 1: an end all. That doesn't mean you're doomed, nah man,
- 7:25Speaker 1: because God is available to give you life, and not
- 7:27Speaker 1: only give you life, but give it to you more abundantly.
- 7:31Speaker 1: I have more of an abundant life than I've ever had.
- 7:35Speaker 1: If you took away the finances, trust and believe, I
- 7:40Speaker 1: have so many things I could tell you that I'm
- 7:42Speaker 1: grateful for. For my wife, for my children, man, for
- 7:47Speaker 1: my family, for the few friends that I have, for
- 7:52Speaker 1: the work that I do. Man for the respect that
- 7:56Speaker 1: some people that I feel around, some people from the
- 7:59Speaker 1: reputation should not have earned. Now I ain't cool with
- 8:02Speaker 1: everybody I got that. I'm cool. I ain't cool with everybody.
- 8:06Speaker 1: Everybody ain't cool with me. Everybody don't like me. Man,
- 8:09Speaker 1: get past that right there. I don't care what you do.
- 8:12Speaker 1: Everybody ain't gonna like you. Some people didn't like Jesus.
- 8:15Speaker 1: What did he do? What did he do wrong to anybody?
- 8:21Speaker 1: Show it to me where he was just out there,
- 8:24Speaker 1: just messing over folks, and you could justify all that
- 8:28Speaker 1: happened to him. Just show it to me. But he
- 8:31Speaker 1: knew everybody ain't gonna like me. I just come to
- 8:35Speaker 1: save y'all. You understand I got you. Ain't feeling me.
- 8:39Speaker 1: You're gonna spit on me. You're gonna hang me up there,
- 8:41Speaker 1: You're gonna pierce my side. You're gonna do all that
- 8:43Speaker 1: to me. When you get through, I still love you.
- 8:46Speaker 1: That's a powerful statement. Man, God will take care of
- 8:50Speaker 1: you if you form this relationship with him. He has
- 8:54Speaker 1: something for you. He has a plan for you that
- 8:58Speaker 1: is beyond your imagination. He will give you the desires
- 9:02Speaker 1: of your heart. But he also has some stuff in
- 9:04Speaker 1: store for you that you're not even asking for. That
- 9:07Speaker 1: he is willing to ship to an address that belongs
- 9:12Speaker 1: to you as long as you stay on the right
- 9:16Speaker 1: path and are trying your best, God to ship you
- 9:19Speaker 1: the blessing anyway, because please know He's done it to me.
- 9:22Speaker 1: I'm a living witness to this that God will ship
- 9:24Speaker 1: you blessings and you ain't gonna be perfect. But if
- 9:27Speaker 1: he know your heart, man, if he know you trying
- 9:30Speaker 1: to do better, if he see you trying to change,
- 9:33Speaker 1: if he see you trying to get it right, he
- 9:35Speaker 1: understands that you're gonna stumble all the way through this thing.
- 9:40Speaker 1: But if he know your heart and he know you
- 9:43Speaker 1: trying to get it right and you're doing the best
- 9:45Speaker 1: you can, boy, he ships some stuff your way. Man,
- 9:48Speaker 1: you really be tripping, man, you would really be tripping.
- 9:52Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got a radio show. Man. It's crazy, ain't it.
- 9:56Speaker 1: You're listening for Today, we gather on the hall way
- 10:06Speaker 1: of justice, on the stairway of neutrality. We are here
- 10:14Speaker 1: to say words that don't fit in the sentence. We
- 10:19Speaker 1: beniahcally and inevitably dubiously began the aspastitiousness of the show.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, that's vocabulary, yes one oh one, for
- 10:35Speaker 1: people who don't need to try to be something that
- 10:38Speaker 1: they ain't so let's do it this way right here.
- 10:40Speaker 1: Hey y'all, what's up this Steve? How y'all doing this morning?
- 10:44Speaker 1: This Steve Harvey morty show. We don't want to crack it,
- 10:46Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, Cheery strong, you understand the assignment.
- 10:50Speaker 1: Steve Harvey, Good morning, and the caller of the pharill
- 10:55Speaker 1: a good morning, Steve of the Harvey. What's up chrow
- 10:58Speaker 1: killed Junior space, Yes up, morning up, morning andybody, glad
- 11:02Speaker 1: of being building, huh, King of Prank's nephew Tommy, good mourning,
- 11:07Speaker 1: good moment. Well, Steve, you introd us. And then I
- 11:15Speaker 1: was tired. Well I tried, you know, I try to
- 11:20Speaker 1: come up with a new opening every morning, and that
- 11:23Speaker 1: one just didn't do it for me. Just to not
- 11:27Speaker 1: do it for me, you know. You know how you
- 11:28Speaker 1: do something you go, well, won't do that again. Yeah,
- 11:32Speaker 1: but it's over now, it's out there now. You can't
- 11:36Speaker 1: take it back. Yeah. Well, you know, sometimes you know
- 11:39Speaker 1: you ain't got to. Sometimes you just gotta admit to
- 11:42Speaker 1: your mistakes and get on up, move on. I made
- 11:43Speaker 1: a lot of mistakes in my life publicly behind the
- 11:47Speaker 1: scenes and came to light. I've done some stuff in public.
- 11:50Speaker 1: I wish was in the dog. But let me ask
- 11:57Speaker 1: you if you made a mistake, did you ever go
- 11:59Speaker 1: last fit yourself when you was alone? Yeah? Something funny though,
- 12:08Speaker 1: I tell you that. Yeah. I didn't laugh about that
- 12:13Speaker 1: one later. You know you're human, Yeah, way past human,
- 12:19Speaker 1: past human? What were you? Oh? I was? Oh that
- 12:23Speaker 1: was like, you know, I was an out of body experience. Yeah,
- 12:32Speaker 1: but we all do. We all do it. I cut
- 12:34Speaker 1: the TV on the other day and somebody was running
- 12:37Speaker 1: the whole thing back. Really, yeah, let it go. It
- 12:44Speaker 1: was on something. They ran the whole thing back. I'm
- 12:50Speaker 1: gonna tell you the dude that really it was only
- 12:53Speaker 1: one dude that really kind of hurt. My feelings about
- 12:58Speaker 1: the whole thing was that I can't think of his name,
- 13:02Speaker 1: but he works he used to work on C and
- 13:04Speaker 1: end and what he said about me it bothered me.
- 13:10Speaker 1: Oh let me as soon as I think his name,
- 13:13Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you who what I ain't spoke to himself.
- 13:18Speaker 1: Oh man, It's like, how could he do that? This
- 13:20Speaker 1: is the worst mistake. I mean, wild go to rehearsal,
- 13:24Speaker 1: you know, do your job, you know that rehearsal. No,
- 13:30Speaker 1: he came for you didn't. He all right, we're moving on.
- 13:34Speaker 1: Look at you now coming up at thirty two minutes
- 13:36Speaker 1: after the hour, asked the CLO Chief Love Officer Steve

- 14:05Speaker 1: a shower and put all of my belongings on the nightstand.
- 14:09Speaker 1: When I was taking a shower, she yelled at she
- 14:11Speaker 1: was going down to get the food. She left and
- 14:14Speaker 1: took all of my cash and jewelry, and she blocked
- 14:17Speaker 1: my calls. I don't care about the money, but my
- 14:20Speaker 1: deceased wife bought the necklace and I want it back.

- 15:27Speaker 1: But I just want a necklace back? All right? She
- 15:31Speaker 1: bring the stuff back over here, though I'm gonna need
- 15:34Speaker 1: my money to them. I ain't gonna lie. Are your
- 15:39Speaker 1: husband yeah, I know he don't care about it, but
- 15:41Speaker 1: since you bring this necklace back, your husband gonna know everything?
- 15:46Speaker 1: All right? Moving on, Sandra says, I'm forty seven years old,
- 15:50Speaker 1: married and sleeping with my gynecologist. We had sex a
- 15:54Speaker 1: few times in his office, but I'm worried because he's
- 15:57Speaker 1: not a savvy cheater. He touches me and kisses on
- 16:01Speaker 1: me and the elevator, and I warned him about cameras
- 16:04Speaker 1: being all over the place. His receptionist just started giving
- 16:07Speaker 1: me the evil eye, and she's short with me. Now
- 16:10Speaker 1: he said not to pay any attempt. Meant not to
- 16:12Speaker 1: pay her any mind, But I'm scared of her. Should
- 16:15Speaker 1: I ask her what her problem is? You already know
- 16:18Speaker 1: what the problem. You're a woman. You already know, y'all women,
- 16:25Speaker 1: You know why she shot with you and giving you

- 16:30Speaker 1: that something wrong? Yes, it's something wrong. You in the
- 16:33Speaker 1: office like I want, got to go in and clean up. Okay,
- 16:41Speaker 1: all this extra pay for in the trash can't be examining.
- 16:46Speaker 1: Really in the trash? What is you're using? All them sheets? Fault? Oh? No,
- 16:57Speaker 1: because she's married. But then she said she's scared of her.
- 17:02Speaker 1: What is that about? She's scared of her and she
- 17:04Speaker 1: wants to step to her the girlhood. You're gonna step
- 17:09Speaker 1: to her and do what you're gonna lead that woman alone.
- 17:12Speaker 1: You've been to get slapped all into the You're gonna
- 17:14Speaker 1: get slapped back into the elevator, all right. Korean Tampa says,

- 17:32Speaker 1: like a dirty clothes hamper, and they always miss the
- 17:35Speaker 1: toilet bowl, so I have to squat when I use it.
- 17:39Speaker 1: They constantly pass gas, and they love to come around
- 17:42Speaker 1: me and do it then runaway laughing. It's all fun
- 17:46Speaker 1: and games daily. Is it okay to set boundaries with
- 17:49Speaker 1: the boys since their dad won't? I mean, I don't
- 17:53Speaker 1: know what you're gonna do at the house. Does she
- 17:56Speaker 1: live there? Shelly? No, No, she doesn't live there. You're visiting.
- 18:00Speaker 1: It's all dude. They trifle guys, but I'm look, they're
- 18:07Speaker 1: missing the toilet. They're gonna do that now. I don't
- 18:10Speaker 1: understand hand nobody picking up this seat though, But that's
- 18:13Speaker 1: that's a guy thing too. Sometimes they're young. Why don't
- 18:18Speaker 1: you break up with him? Yea, thank you, thank you?
- 18:23Speaker 1: Leave the nasty camper house. She can't talk to him,
- 18:32Speaker 1: she boundary. Oh well, I understand what she said. She
- 18:40Speaker 1: could have a talk to I'm you know, look, I
- 18:43Speaker 1: mean she could put her foot down. You're a woman,
- 18:45Speaker 1: you can get This is going to stop if I'm
- 18:49Speaker 1: gonna come over here and y'all enjoying all this cooking
- 18:51Speaker 1: and stuff, you're gonna have to do better. Yeah, yeah, clean,
- 18:54Speaker 1: and if they care about you, they're gonna make an effort.
- 18:57Speaker 1: Get them for breeze, quick cooking, gassy food too, all right?
- 19:09Speaker 1: Moving on. Steve Cilo Kira and Shreveport says, I got
- 19:13Speaker 1: a call from a female saying she had sex with
- 19:15Speaker 1: my boyfriend multiple times. In the back of his camera.
- 19:19Speaker 1: He was right there, so I let him hear the call.
- 19:22Speaker 1: He said it was the crazy girl that works at
- 19:24Speaker 1: the car wash, and she always flirts with him, but
- 19:26Speaker 1: he thinks something is not quite right with her mentally.
- 19:30Speaker 1: He said, I should go to the car wash and
- 19:32Speaker 1: see for myself. Um, did he make call of this
- 19:36Speaker 1: up to throw me off? Should go down to the
- 19:38Speaker 1: car wash? He got, you think about going down to
- 19:41Speaker 1: that car wash or don't it? My dog? I liked that.
- 19:48Speaker 1: That's the crazy ass girl down at the car wash.
- 19:53Speaker 1: I don't know what she tripping. Man. You need to
- 19:56Speaker 1: go down there and see for yourself. Now, two things
- 19:59Speaker 1: is go happen. What two things can happen? You can
- 20:04Speaker 1: go down there to the car wash, okay, and you
- 20:07Speaker 1: could discover that it ain't no girl work at the
- 20:10Speaker 1: car wash at all. Because that's why he invited you
- 20:15Speaker 1: down to the car wash. Okay, but now you donna
- 20:21Speaker 1: dud have to explain why how this girl got whose
- 20:25Speaker 1: ever phone number she called, and how they know how
- 20:30Speaker 1: to put you together with her? Work work your line now,
- 20:34Speaker 1: so now you lies got to have levels. It's called
- 20:39Speaker 1: level line. You got to level light on that level. Lies.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Coming up next, it is a nephew would run that
- 20:49Speaker 1: prank back right after this, Thank you, cello, you're listening.
- 20:56Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour in trending

- 21:52Speaker 1: I don't have any complaints. I always enjoy when I
- 21:55Speaker 1: come there. Um, I don't. I never got a phone
- 21:58Speaker 1: call from you. Got everything all right? Yeah? Yeah? Everything?
- 22:01Speaker 1: So I'm actually uh, I don't know if you're remembering
- 22:03Speaker 1: me waiting on you, but I actually waited on you. Okay, Okay,
- 22:06Speaker 1: how you doing. I'm good? Would would you say, would
- 22:09Speaker 1: you say that my service was was was pretty good
- 22:11Speaker 1: enough to par? Yeah? Like I said, man, everything was
- 22:15Speaker 1: excellent every time I come there. The food is great,
- 22:17Speaker 1: the service is good. Um, I have no complaints. Everything
- 22:20Speaker 1: is is good okay, good good deal, A good deal? Uh,
- 22:24Speaker 1: mister Kennedy, listen you you if you don't mind me asking, man,
- 22:26Speaker 1: if you really thoroughly enjoyed the service as well as
- 22:30Speaker 1: the food, and I'm assuming you you come here a lot,
- 22:33Speaker 1: so I'm assuming you you really like the food that
- 22:36Speaker 1: we put out, if you don't mind, because if I
- 22:37Speaker 1: can ask you a question, if you don't mind, sure, okay.
- 22:41Speaker 1: If if the service was so good and you enjoyed everything,
- 22:46Speaker 1: why why why you why you tip me the way

- 23:08Speaker 1: nor have I gotten a call from you guys. So
- 23:10Speaker 1: how did you get my phone number? Well, I'm just
- 23:13Speaker 1: giving a courtesy call, and I'm just curious about, you know,
- 23:17Speaker 1: a courtesy Hey, that's fine, but how did you You

- 23:28Speaker 1: went on and the research and whether it took to
- 23:30Speaker 1: kill a number. So yeah, I did. I you know,
- 23:33Speaker 1: it was just a bother to me that that you
- 23:35Speaker 1: took me the way you did. Well, it's bothering me
- 23:37Speaker 1: that you calling me in the middle of the day
- 23:39Speaker 1: asking me about a tip. First of all, Uh, you said,
- 23:43Speaker 1: how much did you say I took you? Yeah? I
- 23:46Speaker 1: got five dollar tip and your meal was at least

- 23:52Speaker 1: and you got the wrong number. You got the wrong
- 23:54Speaker 1: damn number because first of all, I took more than
- 23:57Speaker 1: five damn dollars. I used to work the kills. Bro

- 24:24Speaker 1: So I don't see but see the problem I'm having.
- 24:27Speaker 1: You know, you you you you're bringing your people and
- 24:29Speaker 1: you want a ball and everything. But you you know

- 24:48Speaker 1: damn kill. I told you man, I used to work
- 24:50Speaker 1: for tips. I don't need you to call me. You
- 24:52Speaker 1: would think you would think that if you would, you
- 24:54Speaker 1: would think that if you were somebody that worked for
- 24:56Speaker 1: some tips, that you would know how to come in
- 24:58Speaker 1: and took somebody leading at least teen percent. Man, I
- 25:01Speaker 1: can't even understand how how you come in you bawling,

- 25:16Speaker 1: some people. And I want to show my gratitude or something.
- 25:18Speaker 1: And you calling me about the wrong damn tip them
- 25:21Speaker 1: out and the wrong person. You don't got the wrong
- 25:23Speaker 1: person and calling got the wrong person? You, mister Kenneth.
- 25:27Speaker 1: I remember waiting on you and two other people when
- 25:29Speaker 1: you came in there. What when you in there with
- 25:32Speaker 1: two other people? Man? Who the hell are you? How
- 25:35Speaker 1: do you know my damn business anyway. Cool, Who the

- 25:39Speaker 1: I didn't tell yourself the only way, the only way,
- 25:42Speaker 1: only way we could really rectify it. Won't you do this, man?
- 25:44Speaker 1: Won't you come back up here and bring me the

- 29:07Speaker 1: Pardner come all right, thinking nephew coming up at the
- 29:10Speaker 1: top of the hour, trending entertainment news. Right after this,
- 29:14Speaker 1: you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right,
- 29:19Speaker 1: So Queen Bee has spoken. Beyonce is opening up about
- 29:22Speaker 1: turning forty, and she refers to this milestone in her
- 29:26Speaker 1: life as the best I've ever felt in my life,
- 29:28Speaker 1: the best I've felt in my life. Beyonce penned a
- 29:32Speaker 1: deeply personal message to fans and shared it on her
- 29:35Speaker 1: website at the close of Virgo season. She thanked fans
- 29:38Speaker 1: for their well wishes after she celebrated turning forty earlier
- 29:42Speaker 1: this month, September fourth. She went on to say, whoever
- 29:46Speaker 1: tried to condition women to feel that they are supposed
- 29:48Speaker 1: to feel old and unhappy when we turned forty got
- 29:51Speaker 1: it all the way fed up. That's what she said.
- 29:55Speaker 1: This has absolutely been the best I've felt in my life.
- 29:58Speaker 1: I'm so grateful to be grown, grown, grown woman beyond.
- 30:06Speaker 1: I mean, she's actually right. I mean I don't I
- 30:11Speaker 1: don't get it, you know, but that's that's that's young
- 30:14Speaker 1: people who say, man, you old, when clearly old is
- 30:18Speaker 1: the goal. But like at my age right now, somebody
- 30:21Speaker 1: asked me recently, they said, hey, man, if you could
- 30:24Speaker 1: go back to any age, what would you go back to?
- 30:27Speaker 1: And I said sixty four. Yay, said, but you sixty four? Now?
- 30:32Speaker 1: I don't want to go back nowhere. This is the
- 30:33Speaker 1: best out of had it. I don't want to go
- 30:39Speaker 1: back nowhere else. I'm living my best life right now
- 30:44Speaker 1: and it's a spiritual evolution for me. So I get
- 30:47Speaker 1: where Beyonce is coming from. And I think everybody has
- 30:51Speaker 1: to get into a new awakening of who they are
- 30:54Speaker 1: because age happens to us. All age is the goal.
- 31:00Speaker 1: It's every Your goal is to get to your next birthday.
- 31:04Speaker 1: That's that's the goal. Because if you don't, if you
- 31:07Speaker 1: miss one, I've got down news for you, man, You're
- 31:12Speaker 1: gonna be out of all reports. So I'm like, really
- 31:17Speaker 1: really comfortable with being where I am, and I can
- 31:21Speaker 1: understand where she's coming from. Yeah, she's also speaking to
- 31:24Speaker 1: the double standard. You know that men are more distinguished,
- 31:28Speaker 1: uh you know, with the gray as they get older,
- 31:31Speaker 1: but somehow women aren't afforded that same um luxury to
- 31:36Speaker 1: grow old gracefully. But it's changing now, thank god, because
- 31:40Speaker 1: you're down. No. Absolutely, But it hasn't always been like that,
- 31:45Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying. It hasn't always been like that. Yeah,
- 31:48Speaker 1: it's a sure for women versus men. I mean, look,
- 31:54Speaker 1: it's nice to see these beautiful young girls out here,
- 31:58Speaker 1: but it's a lot more for me. It's a lot
- 32:02Speaker 1: more fulfilling and rewarding when I see older women. That's fine, Yeah,
- 32:07Speaker 1: to take care of themselves. See fellas and fellas. Let
- 32:12Speaker 1: me help you understand something. Anyway you might get the
- 32:15Speaker 1: like in the way that because it's because if you
- 32:17Speaker 1: had a chance to get well, you're not gonna get
- 32:19Speaker 1: one of the young ones. No way. You can look,
- 32:23Speaker 1: you can look, you know, yeah got Google dudes and
- 32:27Speaker 1: they were talking about Hey man, so you know you
- 32:30Speaker 1: wasn't mad, who would you get? And then they would
- 32:32Speaker 1: have had all these young names. I said to see,
- 32:34Speaker 1: y'all don't understand they don't want you though, right, Why
- 32:39Speaker 1: y'all not incorporating that in there? Y'all think like you
- 32:42Speaker 1: really got a shot and Mina, you really got a
- 32:46Speaker 1: shot at Rihanna. They don't want you? You have you
- 32:50Speaker 1: filtered that into the case. No, man, I got game, Doc,
- 32:53Speaker 1: you ain't got that much? Dog? What game? Dog? They're
- 32:57Speaker 1: looking at you? Dog? If you got gag, get it now,
- 33:03Speaker 1: say Ran, Say Ran, Say Ran, say redyin you doing that?
- 33:06Speaker 1: Somebody asked me a question about Beyonce and I said,
- 33:10Speaker 1: Beyonce is married. They said, no, man, she wouldn't hold
- 33:14Speaker 1: a dog. She has a husband. His name is Jay
- 33:19Speaker 1: z Oh. I happen to know. So we're not even
- 33:23Speaker 1: having these what if conversations. I don't do that, man,
- 33:26Speaker 1: I don't have what if conversation about another man's wife
- 33:29Speaker 1: and all this. Hell, I don't, I don't. I don't
- 33:32Speaker 1: even get in conversations like that. I removed myself from
- 33:35Speaker 1: all them hypothetical situations because I don't. I don't want that,
- 33:39Speaker 1: you know, sitting up and you're talking about this grown woman.
- 33:41Speaker 1: I have a lot of what else about? Hallado. I'm sorry,
- 33:44Speaker 1: I have a lot of what else? Yeah, I'm sorry.
- 33:47Speaker 1: That's all that's gonna ever be. For instance, Tommy, what
- 33:51Speaker 1: what what if? We were? But I just I sew
- 33:54Speaker 1: a lot of what else? But he's married though you're
- 33:57Speaker 1: talking about but let me had at one. I'm sorry,
- 34:02Speaker 1: Hallie gets it? Whoa talk about talking yourself into the grave? Argument?
- 34:11Speaker 1: That wasn't necessary off the radio? So who's this? Yeah?
- 34:16Speaker 1: What's this what if? Thing? What saying? I was telling
- 34:21Speaker 1: Tommy halle Berry just posted a picture. She went to
- 34:23Speaker 1: some kind of event. I think a firm raised at
- 34:25Speaker 1: a museum. Look at Tommy trying to quit. Well, black dress,
- 34:32Speaker 1: Look at your hall I love Hallie Berry beautiful as
- 34:42Speaker 1: well as sisters black queens. What if he's looking at
- 34:48Speaker 1: the look at him looking over his glasses, look looking
- 34:52Speaker 1: like an old man. We're just gonna be the first
- 34:55Speaker 1: turn off right right over your back. Come on with
- 35:01Speaker 1: the swag, Tommy whatever? Wait? Wait what about this? Did
- 35:06Speaker 1: you see Naomi Campbell and the runway? Who that woman
- 35:12Speaker 1: can walk? He is the beast beautiful of that that
- 35:18Speaker 1: hot pink suito. Yeah. Since we talked about women aging
- 35:23Speaker 1: and looking good aging, well yeah, yeah, that's the goal.
- 35:27Speaker 1: Like you say, Steve, you know who looked nice? Who
- 35:30Speaker 1: did my Facebook watch show? Uh? Cynthia Bailey. Yeah, she's beautiful.
- 35:35Speaker 1: She's dropped dead. I think her face is a work
- 35:38Speaker 1: of arts. Yes, I love her her cheek bones, she's
- 35:42Speaker 1: beautiful and her skin, she's beautiful. All right, coming after
- 35:46Speaker 1: twenty minutes, after the hour, we'll tell you about a
- 35:49Speaker 1: first grader. This story is so beautiful. I love this
- 35:52Speaker 1: story raising twenty thousand dollars for college just by being
- 35:56Speaker 1: obedient and listening to his mom. We'll talk about it
- 35:59Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 36:04Speaker 1: All right, so did you guys see the first grader
- 36:06Speaker 1: school picture that went viral as he refused to take
- 36:10Speaker 1: off his mask for picture day. Such a cute little boy,
- 36:13Speaker 1: it was the first grader. His name is Mason Peoples.
- 36:16Speaker 1: He turned a smile for the camera. An interesting conversation
- 36:20Speaker 1: between the photographer and him ensued. The photographer, Okay, take
- 36:25Speaker 1: your mask off, little Mason. My mom said to keep
- 36:28Speaker 1: it on at all times unless I'm eating and far
- 36:31Speaker 1: away from everybody. Photographer, I'm sure it's okay to take
- 36:35Speaker 1: it off for pictures. Mason. No, my mom seriously told
- 36:39Speaker 1: me to make sure to keep it on. Photographer. Are
- 36:43Speaker 1: you sure you don't want to take it off for
- 36:44Speaker 1: two seconds? Mason, no, thank you. I always listen to
- 36:49Speaker 1: my mom. Photographer, Okay, say cheese, so that we have
- 36:56Speaker 1: the picture of little Mason with his mask still on now.
- 36:59Speaker 1: His mom, her name is Nicole. Nicole posted on Facebook
- 37:03Speaker 1: that she was so proud of her son's obedience, but
- 37:06Speaker 1: she said she should have been a little more clear
- 37:08Speaker 1: about the rules on that day. The post, which has
- 37:11Speaker 1: garnered over sixteen thousand shares, prompted the mom to start
- 37:14Speaker 1: to go fund me page because people wanted to reward
- 37:18Speaker 1: Mason for his obedience and everything. So now he has
- 37:22Speaker 1: over twenty thousand dollars steed for his college fund. How
- 37:25Speaker 1: about I want to retire. I want to retire. I
- 37:32Speaker 1: need to go fund me page the story. Mason. Ain't
- 37:41Speaker 1: nobody funding hundred million. I walk about him. Shut out, Yeah,
- 37:48Speaker 1: shout him out, and it's shout out Mason. Keep keep
- 37:51Speaker 1: doing what your mom tell you to do, man, keep
- 37:53Speaker 1: thinking it through, and take that money and go to college, man,
- 37:57Speaker 1: and turn yourself into something great. Ye now that I'm
- 38:01Speaker 1: saying that, let's get away from Mason and let everybody
- 38:04Speaker 1: know that ain't with the college. You can still be great. Yeah.
- 38:08Speaker 1: From those of you that ain't with the college, you
- 38:10Speaker 1: can still be great. Don't let that hinder you. Because
- 38:13Speaker 1: college ain't in the Bible. Not now. One of them
- 38:16Speaker 1: verses out in red didn't mention Harvard or any of them.
- 38:23Speaker 1: I didn't see. If I I've been through the Bible,
- 38:25Speaker 1: I don't know it as good as most people. But
- 38:28Speaker 1: I ain't nobody sending me a scripture that mentioned USC
- 38:32Speaker 1: turned to the Book of Princeton. You know, mo House,
- 38:37Speaker 1: wasn't it. Now I'm living with us that you can
- 38:39Speaker 1: make it without a degree. But you do have to
- 38:42Speaker 1: have faith, and you do have to have a work ethic,
- 38:47Speaker 1: and you do have to apply it to a mission
- 38:49Speaker 1: and a dream. Now, if you combine those four things,
- 38:52Speaker 1: the mission to dream, the faith, and the work ethic,
- 38:55Speaker 1: you can make it. Now, if you have a dream
- 38:58Speaker 1: that requires a degree, then you have to go get one.
- 39:01Speaker 1: Can't be a dunist or adopted without one, can't fly
- 39:04Speaker 1: play without one. All right? Coming up at thirty four
- 39:08Speaker 1: minutes after the hour, Hollywood superstar Will Smith celebrated his
- 39:14Speaker 1: birthday this week, said I had affairs too. We'll talk
- 39:17Speaker 1: about all of that. We'll talk about it right after this.
- 39:24Speaker 1: You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, guys,
- 39:29Speaker 1: brace yourselves for this story, okay, and trending celebrity marriage news.
- 39:33Speaker 1: Will Smith says he wants the world to know that
- 39:35Speaker 1: his wife isn't the only one who had affairs. He's
- 39:40Speaker 1: had his hair his share of extramarital romances too. Smith
- 39:45Speaker 1: talked about he talked to GQ about Jada Pinkett Smith's
- 39:48Speaker 1: revelation last year. Remember she did this on Red Table
- 39:51Speaker 1: Talk when she said she had an entanglement with August. Also,
- 39:55Speaker 1: the rapper Will said, Jada, his wife of twenty three years,
- 40:00Speaker 1: quote never believed in conventional marriage. Jada had family members
- 40:05Speaker 1: that had an unconventional relationship, so she grew up in
- 40:08Speaker 1: a way that was very different than how I grew up.
- 40:11Speaker 1: There were significant, endless discussions about what is relational perfection?
- 40:17Speaker 1: What is the perfect way to interact as a couple.
- 40:20Speaker 1: As for the large part of our relationship, monogamy was
- 40:24Speaker 1: what we chose, not thinking of monogamy as the only
- 40:28Speaker 1: relational perfection. I don't know what that means. Perfection in
- 40:34Speaker 1: your relationship meaning wait, wait, I know what you want
- 40:43Speaker 1: me to read it again? Perfectional? What are you up
- 40:46Speaker 1: as words? Ya? Well, entanglement was made up, but perfection.
- 40:51Speaker 1: Give me the quote again, relational perfection. Relational perfect y'all
- 40:59Speaker 1: to talking about? Right man? Why are we talking about it? Oh?
- 41:07Speaker 1: It's it's news right now. He did this GQ article,
- 41:10Speaker 1: so it's news. What is up with all these confessions?
- 41:16Speaker 1: Everybody talking about stuff that they did. Go sit your
- 41:20Speaker 1: hands down somewhere by you all in the news talking
- 41:24Speaker 1: about what you did. Go set your ass down somewhere
- 41:28Speaker 1: and stop with all these confessions. Confession that ain't even
- 41:34Speaker 1: usher confession that's Roscoe Wallace Coble spitting and talking about
- 41:41Speaker 1: crying or everything you did would have produced some dying.
- 41:46Speaker 1: I'm just so tired of all these still confessions. I
- 41:52Speaker 1: don't understand this though. Man, Yeah, you ain't got to
- 41:56Speaker 1: tell all your damn business. You just don't. You just don't, man,
- 42:01Speaker 1: and listen to me, y'all. Don't just ain't no new trend.
- 42:06Speaker 1: We all can do this. He got a lot of money,
- 42:08Speaker 1: he and jaded. They got money, your money. You ain't
- 42:10Speaker 1: got nothing to survive this. Ain't nobody jumping on this bandwagon.
- 42:14Speaker 1: Run doll understands that he did. He went on to
- 42:18Speaker 1: say that I don't suggest our road for anybody, but
- 42:21Speaker 1: the experiences that the freedoms that we have given one another,
- 42:26Speaker 1: and the unconditional support to me is the highest definition
- 42:30Speaker 1: of love. What I understood that again, Well, you have
- 42:39Speaker 1: to read everything Will say twice because you can't understood
- 42:42Speaker 1: it all. Right, here we go, Steve, he says. Will says,
- 42:48Speaker 1: I don't suggest our road for anybody. Okay, that makes sense, Okay,
- 42:54Speaker 1: he said, But the freedoms that we've given one another
- 42:57Speaker 1: and the unconditional support to me is the highest definition
- 43:02Speaker 1: of love. All right, the experiences, the freedom that we've
- 43:07Speaker 1: given one another, and the unconditional support, he says to me,
- 43:11Speaker 1: to him, that's the highest definition of love. No, nobody,
- 43:21Speaker 1: you know what you can call it? All that all
- 43:23Speaker 1: that is is a hall pass. That's all that you
- 43:27Speaker 1: dressed this up, making freedom done. It's an open marriage.
- 43:31Speaker 1: It sounds like, no, you know. See what he's saying, Shirley,
- 43:35Speaker 1: is I feel better as I watch you kiss August.
- 43:40Speaker 1: What that's what it's saying. I feel better as I
- 43:45Speaker 1: watch you kiss August. I've seen in the mouth. I'm
- 43:48Speaker 1: feeling good about me. I'm supporting that love. First of all,
- 43:55Speaker 1: what was a young boy's name? AUGUSTA? He bad? I
- 44:01Speaker 1: don't know. I'm sorry. I don't hold them, don't hold up.
- 44:05Speaker 1: Let's back up. You write my apology. I don't know
- 44:08Speaker 1: what the hell they talking about. I don't know why
- 44:10Speaker 1: the hell I'm trying to fix it. It makes my bad.
- 44:13Speaker 1: I'm out of this right here, me and d we're
- 44:16Speaker 1: doing none of this. Coming up. You're listening to the
- 44:23Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. Coming up at the top of
- 44:27Speaker 1: the hour, right about four minutes after. It's my strawberry
- 44:29Speaker 1: letter for today. The subject just tell me the truth.
- 44:37Speaker 1: I wish I would not too bad. We'll get into
- 44:42Speaker 1: that in just a few but right now the nephew

- 45:38Speaker 1: Who we are with Wife Correctional Services, sir. WCS. What
- 45:44Speaker 1: it is is we take your wife for a couple
- 45:45Speaker 1: of weeks and we reprogram them so that it's of course,
- 45:49Speaker 1: you have to sign a waiver contract, but we take
- 45:51Speaker 1: your wife and we reprogram them so that they will
- 45:53Speaker 1: act in a fashion of what you want them to act. Oh, okay, okay,
- 45:59Speaker 1: whatever she said? What it is that we've gotten some
- 46:01Speaker 1: We've gotten some reports that you've been having some problems
- 46:04Speaker 1: with with your particular wife. And I heard where you
- 46:08Speaker 1: located at. We're here in Saint Louis, sir. Okay, and
- 46:12Speaker 1: don't worry. We're totally confidential. This is not anything that's
- 46:15Speaker 1: gonna get out. Um and and your your names are
- 46:19Speaker 1: never submitted. First of all, here's here's something we can do.
- 46:21Speaker 1: I can ask you questions because we've been notified that
- 46:24Speaker 1: this is probably a service that you would probably want. Now, Um,
- 46:28Speaker 1: has your wife ever snapped on you in public? And
- 46:32Speaker 1: snapped on me? I mean what I mean she My
- 46:34Speaker 1: wife ain't crazy. She on just snap on me. She might,
- 46:37Speaker 1: you know, try to check me, uh say something. You
- 46:40Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, She's just gonna snap on me
- 46:41Speaker 1: in probably so your wife your so, your wife has
- 46:44Speaker 1: tried to check you. It's what you're saying. May not
- 46:46Speaker 1: check me per se. I mean she might. She might
- 46:48Speaker 1: not like some mom doing and might say something about it.
- 46:51Speaker 1: But so basically your wife is not in her place
- 46:54Speaker 1: where she needs to be hold on. I mean what
- 46:57Speaker 1: you mean? I mean she might say something you know,
- 47:00Speaker 1: I mean I might be doing something more. You know,
- 47:02Speaker 1: might be with my boys and might get out of
- 47:04Speaker 1: control a little bit. She might just say something at
- 47:06Speaker 1: the time, but she don't just try to all out
- 47:08Speaker 1: check nobody. You know what I'm saying. Okay, okay, okay,
- 47:10Speaker 1: I'll tell you what. Let me ask you this one.
- 47:12Speaker 1: Have you ever just had some plans with your guys,
- 47:14Speaker 1: We're gonna go out, and had to change your plans
- 47:16Speaker 1: because um, your wife? Well, I mean, if if like
- 47:21Speaker 1: I'm just come about hanging out and I ain't let
- 47:23Speaker 1: her know something, she might you know, be like, well,
- 47:25Speaker 1: baby already had plans, you know, can you stay home
- 47:27Speaker 1: with the boys or something? But I mean, I mean
- 47:30Speaker 1: nothing on the regular, you know how I usually do
- 47:31Speaker 1: what I want to do. Seems like denial. Okay, here's
- 47:35Speaker 1: another one, sir, Well, no, just listen, hear me out. Now,
- 47:38Speaker 1: let me ask you this um has your wife? Let's say,
- 47:41Speaker 1: back when Michael Jordan was playing basketball, did you ever
- 47:44Speaker 1: miss a playoff game on television because your wife wanted
- 47:47Speaker 1: to watch something else? I mean, we got two TVs
- 47:50Speaker 1: in my house. Man, I wish now I don't even
- 47:53Speaker 1: get down. I mean I might have to watch the
- 47:54Speaker 1: little TV. Okay, but I mean I usually watch it
- 47:57Speaker 1: on the big Yeah. But but you you've been pushed
- 48:02Speaker 1: to watching the smaller television. Now, I wouldn't push to
- 48:04Speaker 1: do nothing. Man. What I'm trying to tell you is,
- 48:06Speaker 1: I mean we compromise. We do fifty fifty in my house.
- 48:08Speaker 1: I mean, she might get the big TV to watch
- 48:10Speaker 1: her stories or something, and I just had to go
- 48:12Speaker 1: watch to the TV. Thet TV do go out of
- 48:15Speaker 1: here wants to see there. We got so cool with that, dough.
- 48:18Speaker 1: I'm cool with that. You're cool with that. So you're
- 48:21Speaker 1: with that. You're actually the one that's programmed. And ain't
- 48:24Speaker 1: nothing wrong with my wife? Ain't nothing wrong with within
- 48:26Speaker 1: my family? You know, I honestand well. Let me the
- 48:29Speaker 1: reason why I'm asking you these particular questions is because
- 48:32Speaker 1: someone has actually let me know the problems that are
- 48:36Speaker 1: at hand in your household. Let me ask you. I
- 48:37Speaker 1: got one question for you. Here's what I want to
- 48:39Speaker 1: ask you. Has your wife ever cussed you out at
- 48:42Speaker 1: a family cookout? Hey? Man, hold on, man, you know
- 48:45Speaker 1: what you're getting a little personal? Man? Is this even legal? Man?
- 48:51Speaker 1: I'm here, I'm here. I never heard of this company. Man,
- 48:54Speaker 1: I've never heard of this is something new. It is
- 48:57Speaker 1: definitely saying something new. I mean what, Don't make me
- 48:59Speaker 1: be your guinea pig. Don't don't start out calling me
- 49:02Speaker 1: trying to get you know, referrals or client tell or
- 49:05Speaker 1: whatever it is you trying to do. Man, don't call
- 49:07Speaker 1: me with this nonsense. Partner, and I completely understand it.
- 49:11Speaker 1: WCS sir, is here to benefit you. It's no benefit
- 49:15Speaker 1: to me. Man, getting I look at my personal business
- 49:17Speaker 1: one and what's going on in my household? Okay, well,
- 49:20Speaker 1: last thing I want to ask you, and this is
- 49:22Speaker 1: the last question I have for you. Make it. Make
- 49:24Speaker 1: this the last I want straight up. Okay, have you
- 49:28Speaker 1: do you do? Do you buy your own clothes? Or

- 54:11Speaker 1: M Buckle up and hold up tight. We got a
- 54:13Speaker 1: four year here. It is Strawberry letter, all right, thank you. Subject,
- 54:17Speaker 1: Just tell me the truth. Dear Stephen Shirley, I have
- 54:21Speaker 1: been married for two years to a man that is
- 54:23Speaker 1: twenty four years older than I am. I was his
- 54:26Speaker 1: side piece for the last two years of his marriage,
- 54:29Speaker 1: and he got divorced to be with me. After we
- 54:32Speaker 1: got married, things changed. I had to accept that my
- 54:36Speaker 1: husband was not going to be monogamous, partly because he
- 54:40Speaker 1: was having sex with me while he was married. I
- 54:43Speaker 1: never signed up or agreed to an open marriage, but
- 54:46Speaker 1: I'm wise enough to know that he needs more than
- 54:49Speaker 1: one woman to make him feel like a king. I
- 54:53Speaker 1: won't say that I'm miserable with him, because we've had
- 54:56Speaker 1: a lot of fun and we traveled to exotic places often.
- 55:00Speaker 1: I just wish he'd tell me the truth about what
- 55:02Speaker 1: he is doing. On the side, I have to be
- 55:05Speaker 1: the most reasonable wife on the planet, and I don't
- 55:08Speaker 1: check his phone or his social media accounts. I can
- 55:11Speaker 1: get in his car and smell perfume on the passenger
- 55:14Speaker 1: seatbelt and I don't say a word. I know he
- 55:18Speaker 1: loves me because he shows me over his wife. I
- 55:22Speaker 1: thought he would continue to be open and honest once
- 55:24Speaker 1: we got married, But he lies about simple things like
- 55:28Speaker 1: where he had lunch. I will see a receipt that
- 55:31Speaker 1: says otherwise. He will lie about which one of his
- 55:34Speaker 1: male friends he was with. He lies about taking a shower,
- 55:37Speaker 1: getting a pedicure, getting a haircut. He's just a liar.
- 55:42Speaker 1: I got a call recently from his barber saying he
- 55:44Speaker 1: left his credit card, and I called my husband and
- 55:47Speaker 1: asked him what he was doing, and he said he
- 55:49Speaker 1: was sitting in the barber chair. I hung up on
- 55:52Speaker 1: him and canceled a card so no one could use it.
- 55:56Speaker 1: I've told him repeatedly that he does not have to
- 55:58Speaker 1: lie to me because I'm not going anywhere. How is
- 56:02Speaker 1: he going to keep this up as he gets older?
- 56:05Speaker 1: Am I setting myself up for a lot of heartache
- 56:08Speaker 1: and headaches with this man? Please advise? Okay, My question
- 56:15Speaker 1: to you is what do you want from us? Because,
- 56:19Speaker 1: in case you haven't heard this before, payback is a
- 56:23Speaker 1: bee and that's what's happening here. You're being paid back.
- 56:28Speaker 1: I mean, were you cheated with him on her? So
- 56:31Speaker 1: look what's happening now? So yes, to answer your question,
- 56:34Speaker 1: you are in store for a lot of heartaches and
- 56:36Speaker 1: headaches with this man. It's already happening. You were cheating
- 56:39Speaker 1: with this woman's husband, and he divorced her to marry you.
- 56:43Speaker 1: Now you're concerned he's cheating on you and he's lying
- 56:47Speaker 1: to you. You're concerned about that. What he's doing, what
- 56:52Speaker 1: he does, and he was doing it before you with
- 56:56Speaker 1: you and now during you excuse me, did you think
- 57:01Speaker 1: he was gonna change when he married you? You thought that? No,
- 57:06Speaker 1: you married what He is a liar? You said it
- 57:10Speaker 1: in the letter. He is a liar, a liar, and
- 57:12Speaker 1: a cheater. This time he's just cheating on you and
- 57:15Speaker 1: not with you. Okay, The question is what are you
- 57:18Speaker 1: gonna do about all of this, because clearly you're worried
- 57:20Speaker 1: and unhappy. Now you might even be feeling some empathy
- 57:24Speaker 1: for his ex wife now you know what she went
- 57:26Speaker 1: through when he was with you. And no matter how
- 57:29Speaker 1: reasonable you say you are in this letter, how are
- 57:31Speaker 1: you not going to be checking his phone and stuff?
- 57:34Speaker 1: This marriage that you're in right now, it's not good
- 57:37Speaker 1: because he's not gonna stop what he's doing. I mean,
- 57:40Speaker 1: this is who he is and this is who you married. Steve. Wow,
- 57:47Speaker 1: just tell me the truth. Really, Oh you're concerned about
- 57:50Speaker 1: the truth, all right, Well let's tell you the truth.
- 57:53Speaker 1: I will thank you, Shirley. I've been married for two
- 57:57Speaker 1: years to a man that's twenty four years older than
- 58:01Speaker 1: I am. I want you to keep that information because
- 58:03Speaker 1: I'm gonna bring it back. Twenty four years older than
- 58:06Speaker 1: I am. I was his side piece for the last
- 58:10Speaker 1: two years of the marriage. He got divorced to be
- 58:12Speaker 1: with me, and after we got married, things changed, really
- 58:17Speaker 1: things change. I had to accept that my husband was
- 58:21Speaker 1: not going to be monogamous. You know why, because nothing changed.
- 58:28Speaker 1: You said, you gotta accept that things change. What's changed,
- 58:34Speaker 1: it's the same, it's the exact same. You had now
- 58:39Speaker 1: have to accept that your husband's not gonna be monogamous.
- 58:43Speaker 1: He ain't never been, partly because he was having sexual
- 58:46Speaker 1: me when he was married. I never signed up or
- 58:49Speaker 1: agreed to an open marriage. Wait, I don't understand. You
- 58:53Speaker 1: accepted the cheating before. See, but you were the cheat,
- 58:59Speaker 1: but you the cheat turn, not the cheat. And it
- 59:04Speaker 1: was okay as long as you were the cheat turn.
- 59:07Speaker 1: But now you don't want to be the cheat t See.
- 59:11Speaker 1: What's what's wrong with you? Lady? What is wrong with you?
- 59:16Speaker 1: How you don't see this? But I'm wise? Here we go.
- 59:19Speaker 1: Now we did see this with stupid people throw me.
- 59:23Speaker 1: But I'm wise enough to know that he needs more
- 59:26Speaker 1: than one woman to make him feel like a king.
- 59:29Speaker 1: That ain't wisdom. That's called his track record. What the
- 59:33Speaker 1: hell that got to do with wisdom? It's his track record,
- 59:37Speaker 1: Like Shirley said, it's what he'd do. I won't say
- 59:42Speaker 1: that I'm miserable with him, because we have a lot
- 59:44Speaker 1: of fun and we travel to exotic places often. I
- 59:48Speaker 1: just wish he'd tell me the truth about what he's
- 59:50Speaker 1: doing on the side. What you need to hear the
- 59:55Speaker 1: truth about what you already know he doing on the
- 59:59Speaker 1: side because you don't. You don't check his phone and
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: social media. Kids get kids in social media accounts. Here
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: the stupid line. I get in his car and I
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: smell perfume on the passion the seat belt, and I
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: don't see a word? Right? Oh? You hell a stupid
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: You get in the car and you smell perfume on
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: the seat belt and you don't say a word. That
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: makes you a good reasonable wife, That makes you a food?
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: Oh damn food, And I ain't got number more this
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: hold on, Steve, we'll la part two of your response
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: strawberry letter subject, just tell me the truth. We'll get
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: back into it right after this. You're listening to the
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Come on, Steve, let's
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: recap today's strawberry letter subject, Just tell me the truth?
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: What is with all these truths? I've had my feeling
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: truth to day? Will if GQ telling the truth to
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: Straba and let her truth us? What happened to shut
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: your damn mouth? What happened to that? Don't you know
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: truth ain't the best policy. Silence is shut show, damn MO,
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: now here we go. I'm mad, no, so hell, let
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: me quit trying to fix this up. This stupid ass
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: woman didn't Mary. This man just twenty four years older
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: than she is, and she was his side piece for
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: two years. He got divorced to be with her, and
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: after we got married, things changed. Well I guess what
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: she say changed. I had to accept that my man
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: was not gonna be in a monogamous relationship. Ain't nothing changed.
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: He wasn't even one before when he was cheating with
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: you for two years. It's the same, and I have
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: to accept that, probably because he was having sex with
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: me while he was married. I never signed up or
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: agreed to an open marriage. His ex wife didn't even wow,
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: see button Knight. But you turn it into an open marriage,
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: and now you married to the dude that was cheating
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: with you, and now all of a sudden you don't
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: want it to be open. But that's what he'd do. Well.
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: I ain't gonna say I'm miserable because we have a
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: lot of fun, we go to exotic places. I just
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: wish he'd tell me the truth about what he's doing.
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: On the side. Did you hear yourself? I just wish
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: he would tell me the truth about what he doing
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: on the side. Everybody nothing Hattie will Smith, whoa. We
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: all not fitt the gone or tabletop all this here,
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: this here, we just not fit to do this here.
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: And I don't know what you expect him to do,
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: but he doing what he'd do. I'm I'm I'm a
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: most reasonable wife on the planet. I don't check his
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: phone social media, and I can get in his con
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: smell perfume on the passage to see belt and I
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: don't say a word. What so you stupid and a food?
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: Now listen to me. I know he loves me because
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: he chose me over his wife. He didn't choose you.
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: His wife got rid of him. You're not listening. His
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: wife got rid of him. And he wouldn't got you
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: because he know you a fool and he can do
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: what he want to do to you and steal and
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: get a wife too. But now, I thought he would
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: continue to be open and honest once we got married.
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: But he lies to me about simple things like where
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: he had lunch. Wait a minute, he was open and
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: honest about you in the marriage because he was telling
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: you he was unhappy, but he was lying to his wife.
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: But he told you he was unhappy. You thought that
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: was honesty. Everybody cheats say they're unhappy. Then he lied
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: about what friends he would be, lied about taking a shot,
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: getting the pedocute, live bout the hairculd lie bout the
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: credit card? He just he just lie, lie live. I
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: hung up on him, and one time I called it bober.
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: Shop called the house, say he left his credit card.
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: I called the bober. I called him and told him
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: he left his boys. He said he in a barber chair.
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: I hung up him and canceling the car so no
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: one could use it to hear the stupid bro. I've
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: told him repeatedly he does not have to lie to
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: me because I'm not going anywhere. Well, I'm not since
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: you're not going anywhere, and you know he got side pieces.
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: Why do y'all have to talk? He don't have to
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: lie to you because you're not going anywhere. And then
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: check this out. How is he going to keep this
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: up as he gets older? Can I go back to
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: the top of the letter? Did not you say I've
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: been married for two years to a man that is
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: twenty four years older than I am? How old his
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: ass got to be? Hard time, you said, how is
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: he going to keep this up as he gets older?
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: You said, you've been married two years to a man
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: that's twenty four years older than I am. How old
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: his ass got to be? He twenty four years older
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: than you, and your concern is how is he gonna
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: keep this up as he gets older? He already old
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: keeping it up? He doing fine. A matter of fact,
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: he killing it. Am I setting myself up for a
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: lot of heartache and headaches with this man? Please? No,
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: you're not setting yourself up for heartache and headaches and heartaches.
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: You're in the headache and heartache. You're in it. You
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: didn't set yourself up. You arranged it when you thought
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: he was leaving his wife for you, when in actuality,
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: he got put out by his wife because he got busted.
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: Then he went straight to you. You know what, Let
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: me fix this for y'all. I haven't told y'all over
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: and over that we do not give promotions. I've told
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: y'all that, So now you think he left her to
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: be with you, but you still the side piece. See,
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: I told y'all we don't do promotions. Y'all don't believe me.
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: I've been a man in my whole life. We don't
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: do promotions. He didn't leave his wife for you. He
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: left his wife because he got put out. Then he
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: would and got you and made you his wife. What
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: you thought was a promotion. But now guess what. You
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: still the side piece because he knew you accepted second before.
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: Why would he make you number one? Now you still
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: number two? Lord, have mercy. I've been telling y'all, we
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: don't give promotions. Can't be the side piece, and me
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: and the wife help for what you wanted? The truth?
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: There's the truth. Poster comment safety on today's Strawberry Letter

- 1:07:11Speaker 1: for Junior and Sports Talk. What you got Junior, Shirley
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: Well right now. NBA training camp starting a preseason starts Sunday,
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: and Kyrie Irving Andrew Wigg is already making headlines. As
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: y'all noticed, City of New York has already mandated that
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: pro athletes in the city from of New York. That
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: means the New York Knicks and the Brooklyn Nets must
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: be vaccinated. Kyrie Irving said, I ain't, I ain't. I
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: ain't doing it. So he couldn't even show up for
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: media day already because he's not vaccinated. He said, it's
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: a private issue. He's not gonna discuss it. And all
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: he has to do is get one shot. One shot.
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: He just got to get one. He ain't got get both,
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: didn't get one. You can get your check all He
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: won't be allowed to play at home games, and he
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: just got to play at a way game. He won't
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: be able to play at Oh yeah, anybody fit to
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: pay you your whole check for half your time? Oh?
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: No jobs? Who you know doing that? And I'm sorry, man,
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: these players just gonna have to comply because you're in
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: a team sport. Yeah, and you're coming around in the
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: team sport in the locker room. Man, it's a team effort,
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: That's just what it is. Man. Yeah, I'm I heard
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: Kareem said, Hey, I can't accept that answer because you're
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: putting pressure on the team. You're gonna have to You're
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: gonna have to get You're gonna have to solve either
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: you want to get vaccinated, and he said he should mandate.
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: He said, the nbation, Man, they all players get vaccinated.
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: Now not percent of the league is vaccinated. Well, but
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: it's it's it's going that way. Yeah, yeah, because and
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: it's like this, but it's it's really simple, man. It's
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: they are jobs. They're a cologist that require vaccinations. If
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: you want this job, to hold this position, and you
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: want this check, and I'm your boss, you have to
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: do this. I'm sorry. In my company, man, you have
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: to get you you have to get vaccinated. That's what.
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: You can't be up in my face all day. But
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: you ain't got no vaccination. I got to go to work.
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: There's too many people count on me. Yeah, and if
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: you want to vaccination, that's fine. In fine, Yeah, sowhere
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: else to work. I don't care. He think he was
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: gonna shoot three phoners and be away from everybody. What
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: do you think? I don't know, Anna, I ain't gonna
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: go into paint. I'm gonna stay out of here. And
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: I'm definitely not a person saying he should just play basketball,
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: because if you can get involved with issues. I highly
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: I welcome that you You should use your platform to
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: awareness and voting, awareness and black lives matter. I'm with
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: all of that, and that's not what I'm saying. Yeah,
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: we're gonna follow and see what you do. I don't
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: even know it already. You need to get that damn shot.
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: Anybody need to shots him? It might all right, you
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: can st coming up at the time of the hour.
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: We'll talk about Steve Harvey's mentoring right after this. You're
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: listening to show. All right, So Steve, this Saturday, you're
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: inviting young men between the ages of fourteen and eighteen
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: to join your virtual mentoring program. And the mission of
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: your foundation, well, you could probably say it better than
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: I can. Go ahead, I mean, it's very simplest that
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: we have boys and girls. Marjorie just finished up her
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: mentoring camp, which wasn't virtual, but we have so many
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: boys that live in so many different areas. We're still virtual.
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: We're hoping to get out of it soon. But the
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: mission is simple, is to teach boys the principles of
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: manhood and the principles of dream building. Now, what you
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: do with these principles once you learn the principles of
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: manhood and the principles of dream building. It enables you
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: to go and be whatever you want to be. But
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: whatever you choose to be, let's be good men. At
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: the end of the day, those two, to me are
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: the two most important things. I don't care if you
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: go to college. I don't care if you go to
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: the military. I don't care if you go work at
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: home depot. I don't care if you join the management program.
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: I don't care. I want to teach you how to
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: live out your dreams and how to be a good man.
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: And that's what happens when you don't have fathers. Man,
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: and you can look at I'm telling you, man, you
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: can see the absence of fathers in boys lives very quickly.
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: You can see the absence of fathers in girls lives.
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: And you can't do that to young girl. And so
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: what we're trying to do is we take these young
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: boys from single parent homes headed up by women, and
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: we teach them the principles of manhood, and we aid
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: these single mothers who are raising these boys. We give
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: them the aid and the tools and the supplemental help
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: that helps them get their boys into manhood. Because if
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: one thing becomes clear at the count Knowing what not
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: to do is just as importantess knowing what to do.
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: And so a lot of these boys are living their
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: life without their fathers being active in their life, and
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: they don't want to repeat that behavior to their children.
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: And we give them the added tools of forgiveness, you know,
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: because a lot of them are angry and you cannot
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: blame them. These young men are hurting because they fathers
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: ain't in their lives. And so on Saturday, we open
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: up the Virtual minut program to go virtual so anybody
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: can join in and doing the pandemic man. And this
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: was no joke. We had over six million kids wow,
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: worldwide throughout the pandemic. We touched global. We touched six
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: million kids, and so it's really really real. And so
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: we've been doing the work and now my vision has
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: expanded even and I'm working real hard to cut this deal.
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: I'm about to buy another ranch, a new one, bigger
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: than the one I had in Dallas, and I'm going
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: to build the facility out. I'm gonna own it myself,
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: and I'm gonna make a permanent facility that's in the
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: changing lives of young men and young women but I'm
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: gonna do it with a lot of educational things to
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: a lot of coding and steam programs and things of
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: that nature. Called the athletics will be there because it's
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: a great draw. But we were doing some fantastic work
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: man and nece sanity will be another step in the
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: right direction for that. So steve one principle of manhood,
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: give us one. Do the number one rule of manhood.
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: Do what you say you're gonna do. That's the number
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: one rule. If you I try to embed that in
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: young boys, if you do that one thing, if you
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: learn that one thing to do whatever it is you
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: say you're going to do, do that. You will gain
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: the respect of your other peer. You will gain the
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: respect of all women. You will gain the respect of
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: your children. You will gain the respect of your coworkers.
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: There's no one that doesn't respect a man that does
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: what he says he's going to do. If you learn
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: that principle, that's manhood. If you say you're coming, you
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: got to show up. YEA. Now, if I tell you
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: I'm not coming, you can quit looking for me. That's right.
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: Don't be telling when I thought you'd come anyway, I
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: told you I wasn't coming. But if I tell you
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: I'm coming, please know I'm gonna be there. And you
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: can ask anybody that I sign a contract with that
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: is no, he just don't show up. All right, Steve, Well,
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: space is limited, so please go to Harvey Foundation dot
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: org Harvey Foundation dot org to register. Thank you. We'll
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up

- 1:16:46Speaker 1: brace yourselves for this story, okay and trending celebrity marriage news,
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: Will Smith says he wants the world to know that
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: his wife isn't the only one who had affairs. He's
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: had his hair his share of extramarital romances too. Smith
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: talked about He talked to GQ about Jada Pinkett Smith's
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: revelation last year. Remember she did this on Red Table
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: Talk when she said she had an entanglement with August
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: Alston of The Rapper. Will said, Jada, his wife of
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: twenty three years quote never believed in conventional marriage. Jada
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: had family members that had an unconventional relationship, so she
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: grew up in a way that was very different than
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: how I grew up. There were significant, endless discussions about
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: what is relational perfection? What is the perfect way to
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: interact as a couple. As for the large part of
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: our relationship, monogamy was what we chose, not thinking of
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: monogamy as the only relational perfection. I don't know what
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: they mean perfection in your relationship meaning wait, surely I
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: know what you wanted you to read it again? Perfectional?
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: What he made up? Ass words? Y'all? Trip, Well, entanglement
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: was made up? But perfectional? What is it? What is?
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: Give me the quote again? Relational perfection, relational perfection, entanglement?
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: Hell y'all talking about? Right? Why are we talking about it. Oh,
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: it's it's news right now. He did the GQ article,
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: so it's news. What is up with all these confessions
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: and everybody talking about stuff that they did. Go set
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: your hand down somewhere by you all in the news
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: talking about what you did. Go set your ass down
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: somewhere and stop with all these confessions. Confession that ain't
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: even usher confect, that's Roscoe Wallace conroblem, sitting and talking
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: about cray or. Everything you did would have produced something.
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: And I'm just so tired of all the hell conficius.
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: I don't understand this though many you ain't got to
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: tell all your damn business. You just don't. You just don't, man,
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: We all can do this. He got a lot of
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: money here me jad they got money, you your money.
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: You ain't got nothing to survive this. Ain't nobody jumping
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: on this bandwagon run. I don't understands that he did.
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: He went on to say that I don't suggest our
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: road for anybody, but the experiences, the freedoms that we
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: have given one another, and the unconditional support to me
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: is the highest definition of love. What hold up, let's
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: back up? You right? My apology. I don't know what
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: the hell they talking about. I don't know. Why the
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: hell I'm trying to fix it. It makes my bad.
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: I'm out of this right here, me and Martin, we're
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: doing none of it. Coming up. It is our last
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: break of the day and at forty nine minutes after
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: we will also hear from our fearless leader, our Captain
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: Steve Harvey, with his closing remarks right after this you're
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: listening to all right, guys, here we are at the
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: last break of the day on this Wednesday hump day. Boy,
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: what a day? Yeah? Are you okay lot today? Yeah?
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: I don't know. You know, I'm really struggling with my
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: closing remarks today because just tell the truth, all right, Yeah,
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: got in. You know I don't normally do personal commentary
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: on closing remarks. I guess I do, But I just
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: want to say that everybody sometimes the best pot let's
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: see is to shut show damn money. I don't know
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: what it is in our society today that's got everybody
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: thinking that they just got to be open, sharing, letting
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: it out, being more transparent. Look, there's a difference between
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: between being authentic and being transparent and being foolish. I mean, look, man,
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: I wish everybody would just take a little bit more
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: time and consideration and weigh out. While you're sharing all
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: your private information with everybody, think of the impact sometimes
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: that it leaves. You. Know, Look, man, I guess we're
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: all all responsible for being a remote or excuse me,
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: if we're all responsible for being a role model to
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: some body. All of us are. I don't know anybody
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: who's who's exempt from that. Now you can say you
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: don't want to be a role model, but all of
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: us have a role to play in somebody's life. It
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: doesn't You don't have to be famous or an athlete
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: to be a role model. Somebody's patterning themselves after you.
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: Somebody younger is looking up at you. Well, if that's
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: the case, then we do all have a sense of
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: responsibility to kind of monitor the things we say. No, look,
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: are we all gonna make mistakes? Of course, all we're
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: all gonna say some things we wish we could take back.
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure I've done it myself over and over
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: and over again. I can't count the things I wish
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: I could get a redo in, but you can't. But sometimes, man,
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: when you're talking and you're sharing, you just gotta be understanding, man,
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: of who your audience is. There's somebody man that's listening.
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: That's impression. You know, if you got a wild lifestyle,
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: it's your business. It's your choice. You get the right
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: to do what you ever want to do. But you
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: ain't gotta tell everybody. You ain't got to tell everybody everybody.
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: Ain't got to go along with everybody. Ain't got to
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: be cool with what you said. I just happen to
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: be that person sometimes in this political correct society that
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: we live in. I get sick and tired sometimes of
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: having to be so politically correct in terms of because
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: you know, what a lot of people call political correctness
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: is if I have a viewpoint and I share it
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: with you, you have to agree with my viewpoint or
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: else you're politically incorrect. I'm sorry. I ain't on that bandwagon.
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: No damn mote, take me off of that bandwagon. That's
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: not political correctness. That's agreeing with your view. And I
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: don't have to agree with your view. I got something
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: else for you. I ain't got to like your view.
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: I got another thing for you. I don't have to
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: accept your view from me. It's fine for you. Gold
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: do you. But the moment you bring it over here
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: to me, you are now subject to my view? What
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: about my view? Why can't I say what I want
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: to say about the statement you made? If your freedom
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: is to be able to say what you want to say,
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: ain't my freedom to be able to say what I
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: want to say? Where my political correctness? Something come in that?
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: So you know what, y'all, I didn't decide that I
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: ain't going along with it no more. And you can
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: call me politically and correct if you want to, But
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: Uncle Steve is through with this mass. Man. You can't
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: come over here and share your mess with me, and
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: then when I share you mine, you got something to
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: say about mine? What can I say something about yours?
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: So here's my whole thing. Just shut your damn mouth.
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: Sometimes you ain't got to share everything going through and
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: everything you're feeling, because once you put it out, there
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: is out there and it's now subject to our viewpoint.
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: It's now subject to my viewpoint. And I'm sorry, man,
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: we don't took this seat. See America, so free this
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: freedom of speech, but there's no freedom of return speech. Oh,
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: you're free to speak how you want to speak, But
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: I ain't free to speak on it. Wait a minute,
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: excuse me. Are y'all doing what your forefathers have been
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: doing with this constitution? Are you writing it just for
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: certain people because it showed don't apply to all of us?
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: And political correctness has got to start being political correctness
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: for everybody. And that's including the people who don't have
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: to agree with what you said. That don't make us
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: politically incorrect. You put it out there. So my suggestion
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: from now on, shut show, damn mouth. Stop sharing with
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: me your views on marriage. Stop sharing with me your
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: views on relationship. And then when I say my view
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: on it, now all of a sudden, I'm wrong for
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: not agreeing with you. Well I don't, Uncle Steve, don't agree, no,
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: damn mother. And that's the way I'm doing political correctness
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: from now on. That my view is my political choice,
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: just like yours is your political choice. So I'm cool
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: with it. So now if you don't won't mind, don't
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: share with me yours. But if you share with me yours,
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: please be open to mind because mine is just as
- 1:26:44Speaker 1: valid as yours. Is it not? Welcome to America, Uncle
