I'm so glad I don't have to earn the peace of God. If I did, I'd never measure up. We were separated from God because of our sin, but in His great mercy, He made a way for us to be reconciled through His Son, Jesus. It wasn't because we deserved it; it was because of His amazing love and grace. As Pastor Bill will share with you today, true peace is found in Christ alone. You can stop working and striving and rest in the finished work of Jesus, who has made peace with God possible.
