- 2:15Speaker 1: I was working out. I was talking to a buddy
- 2:18Speaker 1: of mine and I was telling him something that Bishop
- 2:23Speaker 1: td Jake's told me one time. I heard him say it.
- 2:27Speaker 1: He said, Oh, I would hate to die and not
- 2:32Speaker 1: do the thing that I was born to do. I
- 2:37Speaker 1: would hate to die and not do the theme that
- 2:43Speaker 1: I was born to do. Man, oh man, oh man, man.
- 2:47Speaker 1: That hit me like a like a like a pile
- 2:51Speaker 1: of bricks man, because it made me feel so grateful
- 2:57Speaker 1: that God has allowed me to live my life this
- 3:02Speaker 1: way now. And I'm talking about grateful for all of it,
- 3:08Speaker 1: the good, the bad, and the ugly. And I have
- 3:11Speaker 1: had all of them. The person you see today it
- 3:17Speaker 1: ain't always who I was. It was on the inside
- 3:20Speaker 1: of me, but it hadn't externalized itself, if that's a word.
- 3:24Speaker 1: It hadn't been brought out. It was in here, but
- 3:28Speaker 1: it was under development. Who I am today was a process.
- 3:34Speaker 1: But like I said before, don't trip Hem through with
- 3:39Speaker 1: me yet. Even today, I'm still an imperfect soldier for Christ. Today.
- 3:48Speaker 1: I still fall short oftentimes, but I'll tell you what,
- 3:54Speaker 1: I'm ever grateful for the life I have. And you
- 3:58Speaker 1: know what, I want to encourage every everybody today to
- 4:02Speaker 1: explore your possibilities. I mean, man, explore your possibilities. Why
- 4:12Speaker 1: would you not want to find out, discover, or know
- 4:20Speaker 1: what it is God got for you? Why would you
- 4:24Speaker 1: not want to achieve or accomplish all of your possibilities? Now,
- 4:30Speaker 1: as I ask you this question, I want you to
- 4:32Speaker 1: know that the devil is busy, that he plays mind tricks.
- 4:37Speaker 1: So as you hear this, I already know he's saying
- 4:40Speaker 1: to some of y'all, Yeah, Steve, that's easy for you
- 4:43Speaker 1: to say, but I didn't get myself in this situation
- 4:46Speaker 1: right here. Ain't nothing too hard for God? Nothing nothing,
- 4:53Speaker 1: And see so as you listen to me to try
- 4:57Speaker 1: to get your mind open to this. Why would you
- 5:00Speaker 1: not want to explore all of your life's possibilities, what's
- 5:06Speaker 1: possible with your life? And I'm talking about from right
- 5:09Speaker 1: where you are right now. I'm not asking you to change,
- 5:13Speaker 1: I'm not asking you to do anything. I'm telling you
- 5:16Speaker 1: this is a fact that God can get you from
- 5:20Speaker 1: right where you are right now. Broken, misled, misguided, misunderstood, mistaken,
- 5:34Speaker 1: all of that, misfortunate, all of the missus you've been
- 5:39Speaker 1: talking about in your life. You know you. I missed
- 5:42Speaker 1: a lottery, I missed my ride. They fined men, I
- 5:47Speaker 1: missed the deadline. I didn't get it. Miss people. People
- 5:51Speaker 1: just miss stay self to death. If you've been all
- 5:55Speaker 1: in missus, God can get you from right where you are.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Out of home run hitter, I'm here to tell you
- 6:02Speaker 1: that he's a home run hitter. He's a put him
- 6:04Speaker 1: over the wall whenever he wants to, all the time,
- 6:07Speaker 1: and you can be a recipient of some of these
- 6:09Speaker 1: home runs. He'll put the bat in your hand. But
- 6:12Speaker 1: you got to sway now, listen to me. You got
- 6:15Speaker 1: to stop feeling sorry for yourself. You got to stop
- 6:19Speaker 1: holding yourself down with beating yourself up. He won't hold
- 6:22Speaker 1: you down about it if you don't hold yourself down
- 6:25Speaker 1: about it. But I'm gonna tell you one more time.
- 6:27Speaker 1: The devil is busy. So what the devil do is
- 6:30Speaker 1: he makes you think you ain't worthy. He makes you
- 6:32Speaker 1: think that you've done something so despicable that you can't
- 6:35Speaker 1: come back from it. He makes you feel like you're
- 6:38Speaker 1: so low you can't go up high. He knocked you
- 6:41Speaker 1: down and make you feel like you've been knocked down
- 6:42Speaker 1: harder than anybody else. You can't get up. He rolled
- 6:45Speaker 1: you so deep down in that ditch you can't see
- 6:47Speaker 1: over the edge. God can come get you from no
- 6:51Speaker 1: matter where you are. I'm telling you, man, you ain't
- 6:55Speaker 1: in no hole too deep for God. Magic Johnson to
- 6:59Speaker 1: tell you that. Listen to me, you ain't in no
- 7:01Speaker 1: hole too deep for God. Steve Harvey can tell you
- 7:04Speaker 1: that you ain't in a hole too deep for God.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Tyler Perry can tell you that. I can name you
- 7:11Speaker 1: some people. Bishop Jake can tell you that. I could
- 7:14Speaker 1: tell you. Kenneth Alma can tell you that. Bishop Kenneth Olman,
- 7:17Speaker 1: I could tell you some people. Kirk Franklin can tell
- 7:19Speaker 1: you that. Donnie mcclarkton can tell you that. I just
- 7:22Speaker 1: know some people personally man that they've been in a hole.
- 7:25Speaker 1: Joel Oldstein can tell you about it. I know some
- 7:29Speaker 1: people man been down, been in a hole so deep.
- 7:32Speaker 1: I bet you. Paula Deane can tell you about it. See.
- 7:37Speaker 1: But but you know what, then here we go, see
- 7:39Speaker 1: we see see you know, see we don't we don't
- 7:43Speaker 1: like to talk about that because now we want everybody
- 7:45Speaker 1: to pay extra hard for some mistakes they made when
- 7:49Speaker 1: clearly and excuse me for being a new Christian, but
- 7:52Speaker 1: there is a PRAYD that I've been saying since I
- 7:54Speaker 1: was a little bitty boy, and it took me till
- 7:56Speaker 1: I was a grown man to understand it. Forgive us
- 7:58Speaker 1: our trust pass as we forgive those who trust passed
- 8:02Speaker 1: against us. So see, it ain't my job to hold
- 8:05Speaker 1: nobody down, to keep my knee on somebody's neck. Who
- 8:09Speaker 1: am I. I'm gonna need some forgiveness in a second here,
- 8:12Speaker 1: probably today. See so all this, you're holding people down
- 8:17Speaker 1: with the way you feel inbout the man. She shouldn't
- 8:20Speaker 1: have said this, and she will never get it. I
- 8:21Speaker 1: never support this again. Man, get up, Get up and
- 8:25Speaker 1: get real. You're for real. You think you ain't fit
- 8:27Speaker 1: the need forgiveness real soon you ain't fin to make
- 8:30Speaker 1: a diabolical mistake in your life. You don't think you are.
- 8:33Speaker 1: I have thousands of them, probably gonna make a few
- 8:36Speaker 1: hundred more for I get up out of here. So
- 8:39Speaker 1: I've decided to be in a forgiving business because I
- 8:43Speaker 1: want God to forgive my trust passes as I forgive
- 8:47Speaker 1: those who trust passed against me. You understand. See excuse
- 8:51Speaker 1: me for being a new Christian. I get I get
- 8:54Speaker 1: tired of talking to pistol, to people man supposed to
- 8:57Speaker 1: be saved and talking about their christian I don't want
- 8:59Speaker 1: that type of legion. Man. I ain't in that no more.
- 9:01Speaker 1: I ain't in that. You can call me wrong if
- 9:03Speaker 1: you want to saying how you want to say. I
- 9:05Speaker 1: ain't in that, no more. I ain't in all that.
- 9:06Speaker 1: You can feel how you want to feel about me.
- 9:08Speaker 1: But I got proof that God work in my life.
- 9:11Speaker 1: You know, I can't hardly get it out Sometime when
- 9:13Speaker 1: people ask me something about deeper on the inside of me,
- 9:16Speaker 1: about my soul and how I used to being, and
- 9:19Speaker 1: my journey and my trip because people don't know the
- 9:21Speaker 1: trip I've been on. You may't been on one worse
- 9:23Speaker 1: than me, but you know what, you ain't in a
- 9:25Speaker 1: hole too deep. God can't get you out of. Man.
- 9:28Speaker 1: I wish, I want. I want people to remember that man,
- 9:31Speaker 1: God is a redeemer, He the great I am. So
- 9:35Speaker 1: if you ain't got nothing, now what you asking for?
- 9:38Speaker 1: You know you might not have nothing because you ain't
- 9:40Speaker 1: asking for nothing? Could asking God to get you out
- 9:43Speaker 1: of debt and ask God for a life of abundance.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Then you take the money and you get out of debt.
- 9:48Speaker 1: You keep asking to get out of debt. You keep
- 9:49Speaker 1: being in debt to get out of Come on, man,
- 9:52Speaker 1: what you asking God? Fault? I'm just tripping to day,
- 9:55Speaker 1: That's all. I'm sorry. I apologize. You're listening to show
- 10:02Speaker 1: one two three, four, five, six, seven, eight nine ten
- 10:05Speaker 1: nine eight seven six five four three two one. That's
- 10:09Speaker 1: the count up and the count down for what to
- 10:12Speaker 1: the greatest morning show on the dog gone planet. That
- 10:17Speaker 1: that's us, Steve Harvey Morning Show. Ain't no doubt about it.
- 10:22Speaker 1: Oh man, Shirley Strawberry, you said nothing I disagree with Steve.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Good Morning, Carla Parrel. Facts upon facts. Yes, sir, good morning.
- 10:37Speaker 1: If you Tommy top top baddest morning show in the land,
- 10:42Speaker 1: that's right, that's right said, nothing wrong? And me you
- 10:50Speaker 1: bring yourself out, Yeah, I do. I do that sometimes.
- 10:57Speaker 1: You know. Hey, man, how you doing to day? A
- 11:00Speaker 1: good dog? Everything all right with you and the family? Yeah, man,
- 11:03Speaker 1: we're good man. Everybody good. You sound a little you
- 11:08Speaker 1: sound like you're dragged. No, I'm really good man. Everything cool, man.
- 11:11Speaker 1: I ain't tripping about nothing, you know. You know they
- 11:14Speaker 1: might be tripping, but not me. I was talking to
- 11:19Speaker 1: me a little blown conversation. It's it's three of us.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Oh really, yeah, me myself and I need myself and I.
- 11:33Speaker 1: There's people that talk to well, he different though, you know,
- 11:39Speaker 1: they characters. I'm just saying, person, you talk to you,
- 11:45Speaker 1: this is me talking to me about me, me, myself
- 11:49Speaker 1: and I. What have you discovered talking to me myself
- 11:52Speaker 1: or not? I like it. Man. He's pretty cool. You know,
- 11:55Speaker 1: he's reasonable, you know, yeah, he reasonable. Easy to get
- 11:59Speaker 1: along with. For them, those three get along fine. Fine,
- 12:03Speaker 1: they don't they don't never have an argument with each other. No,
- 12:06Speaker 1: they don't care for others. When you bring other people
- 12:09Speaker 1: and they don't really care for others real, so they're alone,
- 12:15Speaker 1: they're a loaners. Well it's kind of hard to be
- 12:18Speaker 1: a loaner when it's three of y'all. Yeah, but I
- 12:21Speaker 1: mean they don't like other people either, saying well, they
- 12:24Speaker 1: don't mind other people. Just don't give a damn what
- 12:26Speaker 1: you say, though, and keep all that to yourself, because
- 12:30Speaker 1: they vote. It's a three man vote in the majority rule,
- 12:33Speaker 1: so they ain't never got to, you know, go nowhere
- 12:35Speaker 1: and get no other opinions because it's just majority rule,
- 12:39Speaker 1: you know, and it's three So it's oh, like ask
- 12:42Speaker 1: me anything, like what are you gonna have for dinner tonight?
- 12:46Speaker 1: I mean, see now then do see like me? A goal?
- 12:49Speaker 1: Is dad her business? And then myself will go, well
- 12:52Speaker 1: it is, surely, and then I go already had themner
- 12:56Speaker 1: like I probably have Like I'll probably say something like
- 12:59Speaker 1: I'm gonna have you know, chicken us. So also it's
- 13:03Speaker 1: a builter. It's three level, yes, three levels unions a
- 13:06Speaker 1: vote saw the final voulte gets what blur f final voted,
- 13:14Speaker 1: I say then myself, and then I do all the time, Okay,
- 13:21Speaker 1: I think we've met all of these, all of your
- 13:24Speaker 1: all of you no problem, you could meet them as
- 13:26Speaker 1: soon as we do the CLO. They coming up at
- 13:30Speaker 1: thirty two minutes after the hour. Speaking of the CLO,

- 13:56Speaker 1: my boss for ten of the years. It is coming
- 13:59Speaker 1: up time for me to retire, but I don't want
- 14:01Speaker 1: to be out of sight, out of mind to him.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Our only connection is through work, and the bulk of
- 14:06Speaker 1: time we spend together is on work related trips. Since
- 14:10Speaker 1: our affair started, he's got married and his wife is pregnant.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Now I know that means he chose her over me,
- 14:17Speaker 1: but I've fallen in love and can't let him go.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Is he going to forget about me after I retire? Mini? Minie?
- 14:26Speaker 1: Let me ask you a question, how old are you?
- 14:29Speaker 1: Ain't nobody named Mini, Ain't no more minutes? No? How
- 14:35Speaker 1: old is Many? Retirement ageirement age sixty Well, I mean,

- 14:46Speaker 1: she pregnant, yeah, younger, and you know so many I

- 14:58Speaker 1: she's fallen in love with him. Well, but he ain't
- 15:01Speaker 1: fell in love with you though. See, that's that's the problem.
- 15:06Speaker 1: How about forty five forty seven? Yeah, she about forty
- 15:11Speaker 1: seven years old, so she's retiring maybe years of service person, Yeah,
- 15:17Speaker 1: you know something like that. You know, could or just lying.
- 15:22Speaker 1: You know, he ain't ain't nobody got no money to
- 15:23Speaker 1: get out of forty seven? Not working a no damn secretary.
- 15:27Speaker 1: I don't know how much you didn't stack. Don't even
- 15:29Speaker 1: worry about that. I know that anyway. Once again, I mean,
- 15:35Speaker 1: you know, look, lady, you're not the one. He's gotten married,
- 15:38Speaker 1: she's pregnant, y'all. All y'all have is a work related thing.
- 15:42Speaker 1: You said that, that's it. She's accepted it too, and
- 15:47Speaker 1: it is no more. She might want to stay on
- 15:49Speaker 1: part time, you know what I'm saying, Then she can't
- 15:51Speaker 1: keep up a little benefits that she won't Yeah, see,
- 15:54Speaker 1: that's why I probably worked all of that out. She's
- 15:57Speaker 1: interested in this man. That's not happened. Right, we're moving on.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Why are you talking to him? Get caught up, all right,
- 16:09Speaker 1: Katana and al Jeers Louis, we're moving on. Tammy wouldn't
- 16:15Speaker 1: talk about those benefits that you're talking about it. Oh,
- 16:18Speaker 1: we're moving on right, hell, but we're still moving on. Okay, yes, mate,
- 16:24Speaker 1: Katana and al Jiars says. I'm a forty year old
- 16:28Speaker 1: married woman and I've got a tattoo of my ex
- 16:30Speaker 1: boyfriend's name on my right thigh. When I first met
- 16:33Speaker 1: my husband, he asked if I would consider removing the tattoo,
- 16:36Speaker 1: and I told him I would consider it. I've been
- 16:38Speaker 1: married for almost three months, but during my engagement my
- 16:42Speaker 1: ex was killed in a bad accident. My husband has
- 16:45Speaker 1: been pressuring me lately to get the tattoo removed, but
- 16:48Speaker 1: now I want to keep it since my ex has
- 16:50Speaker 1: passed away. My husband is upset about it. Do I
- 16:53Speaker 1: have to remove the tat it's on her thigh and
- 16:59Speaker 1: here's a d Yes, I think you should remove it.
- 17:03Speaker 1: This man is married you. He did she want me
- 17:08Speaker 1: to tell you? He did get a copy of the bituary,
- 17:14Speaker 1: you know, do something like that. You can't keep the
- 17:19Speaker 1: man's name on your thigh. I think that's being disrespectful
- 17:22Speaker 1: to your husband, especially after you said you consider it
- 17:26Speaker 1: now he died. Now you want to keep it for
- 17:28Speaker 1: what if it's not THI it's a big big letters
- 17:37Speaker 1: and stuff. Yeah, thy, it don't make no sense. It
- 17:41Speaker 1: makes Katana all right? Moving on, Zuri and Charlotte says,
- 17:49Speaker 1: I'm thirty seven years old and divorced, and my parents
- 17:52Speaker 1: are temporarily living with me while they find a new
- 17:54Speaker 1: home closer to me. I live in a townhouse in
- 17:57Speaker 1: the guest room where my parents sleep shares all with
- 18:00Speaker 1: my neighbor's bedroom. My sixty two year old parents have
- 18:04Speaker 1: the loudest sex of anyone I've ever known, and they
- 18:08Speaker 1: have done this all of my life. My neighbor has
- 18:11Speaker 1: called me laughing a few times, and how do I
- 18:14Speaker 1: get them to quiet down and be respectful? No, that's
- 18:19Speaker 1: what it is, sixty two that's how they go at it.
- 18:22Speaker 1: Them is like I don't know if you ever watched
- 18:24Speaker 1: National Geographic. Them is two koala bands. What they do
- 18:34Speaker 1: it's vicious. They've scratching each other's back and everything. It's
- 18:38Speaker 1: it's the day. Your mom and daddy just up in there,
- 18:40Speaker 1: just two Koala bands just going at it. Can you
- 18:44Speaker 1: do the noise for me one more time? Love noise?
- 18:54Speaker 1: Whoa Herbert? Jane? Girl? I'm telling you Jane and Ury
- 19:03Speaker 1: and he really old last name. Ain't nothing you could do.
- 19:10Speaker 1: I ain't got nothing to help you with that. I
- 19:12Speaker 1: don't care. But they were in her house. She could
- 19:14Speaker 1: say something. What are you gonna say to your mom
- 19:17Speaker 1: and daddy? Yeah? What would you say? What would she say? Though?
- 19:20Speaker 1: I mean, it's nothing you can your MoMA and your mama,
- 19:24Speaker 1: y'all in here at y'all neighbors is calling me because

- 22:11Speaker 1: put applications and actually went in and got your physicals
- 22:13Speaker 1: done for Life insurance, right, yeah, yeah, that's correct. Okay.
- 22:17Speaker 1: I actually I am calling you from the insurance group.
- 22:19Speaker 1: I have you alls live results and everything as far
- 22:22Speaker 1: as your physicals and blood cuts and things of that nature.
- 22:25Speaker 1: Is there any way I could possibly talk to both
- 22:28Speaker 1: of you guys at the same time, You and Harvey.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Is that possible? Um? Well, sure, he's at work right now,
- 22:34Speaker 1: but I can get him on the five. Okay, it
- 22:37Speaker 1: will be Uh, it'd be kind of easy if I
- 22:38Speaker 1: kind of explained everything to both of you guys at
- 22:40Speaker 1: the same time as if that's okay? Okay, so wrong,
- 22:44Speaker 1: h No, nothing's wrong. I mean I think I need
- 22:46Speaker 1: to just try to bring a few things that you
- 22:47Speaker 1: guys attention. But I think you know. After that, it's
- 22:49Speaker 1: pretty much you guys decision on what you do. But
- 22:51Speaker 1: I just wanted to let you know a few things
- 22:53Speaker 1: about you know, the results and things of that nature, life, insurance,
- 22:56Speaker 1: the whole nine yards. Okay, okay, well, don't let me
- 23:00Speaker 1: shoot talk and get them on the phone. Hello, hey, babe,
- 23:07Speaker 1: hey sweetheart. Um, look, I got the insurance people on
- 23:10Speaker 1: the line. They want to get both of us on
- 23:12Speaker 1: the phone to talk to us about the insurance stuff. Oh, hey, Harvey,
- 23:17Speaker 1: are you doing this? Is Keith Keep from the insurance group?
- 23:21Speaker 1: How are you? Hey? Good? What's that? Nick? Key? Good? Good? Listen. Um,
- 23:24Speaker 1: I wanted to give you guys a call and kind
- 23:26Speaker 1: of follow up. And you guys did physicals and blood
- 23:29Speaker 1: tests and the whole nine yards, and I wanted to
- 23:30Speaker 1: give you guys a call. It's kind of better if
- 23:32Speaker 1: I talk to both of you guys at the same time.
- 23:34Speaker 1: So if you have a minute that we can actually
- 23:36Speaker 1: use to kind of get some of this information out,
- 23:38Speaker 1: tell you yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm fine, man, I'm gonna
- 23:40Speaker 1: break right now. I'm good. Okay. Great. First of all,
- 23:43Speaker 1: we've gotten all your your lab results back everything, and
- 23:46Speaker 1: I kind of got a few questions for you guys
- 23:48Speaker 1: that I'm a little puzzled on. How long have you
- 23:51Speaker 1: guys actually been married. We've been together two years, okay,
- 23:55Speaker 1: now prior to being married three years. How long did
- 23:58Speaker 1: you guys know each other before you got married? About
- 24:02Speaker 1: five and a half five six kids years? Okay, you
- 24:06Speaker 1: guys have been knowing each other pretty couch nine years
- 24:08Speaker 1: now all together? Yeah, okay. Are you actually from the
- 24:11Speaker 1: same hometowns? You grew up in the same hometown? Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 24:16Speaker 1: we grew up. I mean if I'm I'm sorry, is
- 24:18Speaker 1: this question? I mean, is this about the insurance or well,
- 24:22Speaker 1: I mean there's a few things that's that actually uh puzzling,
- 24:26Speaker 1: Carmen that we need to this This is two news
- 24:30Speaker 1: that I actually didn't want to bring you guys. I mean,
- 24:33Speaker 1: we have to. I have to actually give you this news.
- 24:36Speaker 1: Looking at our records, looking at all the test results,
- 24:38Speaker 1: and let me be the person to tell you that
- 24:40Speaker 1: we run these results over and over and over, trying
- 24:43Speaker 1: to make sure we are completely one hundred and fifteen
- 24:46Speaker 1: twenty right, Okay, it's a problem with the test. Well,
- 24:49Speaker 1: looking at our test guys, Harvey A. Carmen it's indicating
- 24:54Speaker 1: that you guys are related. And nine times i'd attend
- 24:58Speaker 1: you are you guys are sibling? Old man? What OK?
- 25:07Speaker 1: And I understand the shot. It took me. It took
- 25:09Speaker 1: everything I had to make this phone call. I did
- 25:11Speaker 1: not want to make it. But looking at our records
- 25:14Speaker 1: and we went over these records over and over and
- 25:17Speaker 1: and and the bloodwork shold us that you guys are
- 25:20Speaker 1: actually siblings. Oh man, are you serious? Man? I'm actually
- 25:30Speaker 1: you know this is not a This is not a
- 25:33Speaker 1: laughing matter, not a joking matter. You know, Like I said,
- 25:36Speaker 1: I did not want to call with this information. What
- 25:38Speaker 1: you did make the call? Man? Look you, I don't
- 25:43Speaker 1: know what you need to go back and and and
- 25:46Speaker 1: double check your records or something because we've been married
- 25:49Speaker 1: three brief check with the lab man. Can you check
- 25:53Speaker 1: with the laugh and like Paul is back the Harvey
- 25:56Speaker 1: and I and I and I knew those questions would
- 25:58Speaker 1: have come up, and we we were over it. We
- 26:00Speaker 1: went over it and over and over it. Y'all need
- 26:04Speaker 1: to go over it again because I don't make no
- 26:06Speaker 1: dam hold on, baby, I got this. You made the
- 26:10Speaker 1: call and this gotta be wrong. So what you need
- 26:13Speaker 1: to do is make another call and called the lab
- 26:16Speaker 1: and call us back and let us know that you either.
- 26:18Speaker 1: So they made a mistake of you talking about me
- 26:21Speaker 1: and my wife, and I understand it hard, Harry. Let
- 26:24Speaker 1: me ask you this is it possible, you know, and
- 26:26Speaker 1: this is just a question. Is it possible that your
- 26:29Speaker 1: dad and maybe her mom maybe knew each other at
- 26:32Speaker 1: some point? And what what you're saying about my mom
- 26:35Speaker 1: and dad, that's some straight look at You need to
- 26:39Speaker 1: have go back and do whatever you need to do.
- 26:41Speaker 1: But I tell you much you say something like that again,
- 26:44Speaker 1: I tell you my baby's gonna be coming down the
- 26:46Speaker 1: beach saying like that, hold on baby, old baby, baby, baby,
- 26:50Speaker 1: hold on baby. I got this. I gotta. I gotta
- 26:55Speaker 1: how you're gonna call me with you what you you
- 26:59Speaker 1: from us, you would do like that, But that ain't
- 27:01Speaker 1: all I'm doing, sir, is bringing you the result. So
- 27:04Speaker 1: I should bring me results in person, and that I
- 27:06Speaker 1: whomp y'all. That's what I'm talking about. Hey, sir, even
- 27:10Speaker 1: if you beat the messenger at the end of the day,
- 27:12Speaker 1: that's still your sister. At the end of the day,
- 27:15Speaker 1: I'm gonna whop y'all. I don't care what you're talking about. Nothing.
- 27:18Speaker 1: He ain't my damn brother got I'm gonna find out
- 27:22Speaker 1: whatever jupicle you in. You're gonna call me time about brothers.
- 27:26Speaker 1: That's my wife. I am calling that. Somewhere down the line.
- 27:30Speaker 1: Somebody made a mistake, and you guys my brother and
- 27:33Speaker 1: sister got married. I'm not at far for that. Well,
- 27:35Speaker 1: let me tell you that shot mistake of calling. He's
- 27:38Speaker 1: in one of these numbers again in your life. So
- 27:41Speaker 1: I got one more result. I do need to get
- 27:46Speaker 1: hold that all. What you've been talking about them, Well
- 27:48Speaker 1: else you got to say. Now that's gonna be working.
- 27:50Speaker 1: The only other test result I have, ma'am, is that
- 27:53Speaker 1: this is nephew. Tell me from the Steve Harby Morning Show.
- 27:56Speaker 1: You just got pranked by your girlfriend? Oh, I told
- 28:05Speaker 1: you like her. I got one thing I got to
- 28:15Speaker 1: ask both of y'all, what is the baddest And I'm
- 28:18Speaker 1: talking about the baddest radio show in the land, Hardy
- 28:23Speaker 1: more to show? Oh I think I made him mad?
- 28:28Speaker 1: You think the husband and wife trying to get his shoes.
- 28:37Speaker 1: We love it. It's a lot to try to get
- 28:42Speaker 1: two people on the phone at the same time, but
- 28:43Speaker 1: when you do get it, magic happens when you can
- 28:46Speaker 1: get them both on the line. You got magic coming down, baby. Yeah,
- 28:50Speaker 1: you did that. You did Thank you, Thank you, just
- 28:53Speaker 1: you know, just trying to donate my little bit of stupid.

- 39:23Speaker 1: some time because we care. We want to at least
- 39:27Speaker 1: try to save people's lives, to try to inform them
- 39:30Speaker 1: and about this COVID nineteen and vaccination situation. Experts say
- 39:35Speaker 1: some people believe the delta variant the COVID numbers are
- 39:39Speaker 1: being exaggerated, and we're saying that's just not true. Everyone
- 39:43Speaker 1: on the Steve Harvey Morning Show does not want to
- 39:47Speaker 1: blame the unvaccinated, but all of us have been vaccinated
- 39:51Speaker 1: and can share what the vaccination has done for us.
- 39:55Speaker 1: It has brought us peace of mind, for one thing.
- 39:58Speaker 1: You feel better no that at least you have some
- 40:01Speaker 1: sort of protection going out and about. We still wear
- 40:04Speaker 1: our masks of course when we're out, but guys, listen
- 40:08Speaker 1: to me. I mean, you can say what you want
- 40:12Speaker 1: to say about me. I'm done caring about that part
- 40:15Speaker 1: of it. You have got to do everything in your
- 40:18Speaker 1: power to save your life and the lives of your
- 40:21Speaker 1: loved ones and your associates and just your friends. Listen
- 40:25Speaker 1: to me, They're not blowing up these numbers at all.
- 40:29Speaker 1: People have dying. Well, okay, what's so blowed up about
- 40:32Speaker 1: almost six hundred thousand depths? What's blowed these are actually
- 40:35Speaker 1: people die, that's actual depths. And the number is spiking again.
- 40:42Speaker 1: And I can tell you right now, I have a
- 40:46Speaker 1: very good friend who is in the hospital right now
- 40:50Speaker 1: struggling on that ventilator, did not get a vaccination and
- 40:57Speaker 1: told me or wish I had got their vaccinates man,
- 41:01Speaker 1: and is in ICU right now today. Y'all, this is
- 41:07Speaker 1: nothing to play with. This has nothing to play with.
- 41:10Speaker 1: Stop this foolishness about you don't know what's in this vaccination.
- 41:15Speaker 1: There's no massive plot to kill everybody one other thing.
- 41:19Speaker 1: To my people, black people that keep referring to the
- 41:23Speaker 1: Tuskegee of experiment with Syphilists, I want you to understand
- 41:30Speaker 1: the facts. It was a horrible experiment to see what
- 41:34Speaker 1: Syphilist did to all these black men. But they did
- 41:38Speaker 1: not inject them with anything. They just bother me in
- 41:42Speaker 1: and studied them and didn't give them no damn medicine.
- 41:46Speaker 1: That's what they did to us. Those are the facts.
- 41:50Speaker 1: Those are the facts. Now, this is affecting everybody. I
- 41:57Speaker 1: don't see the massive plot to kill black people in
- 42:01Speaker 1: this all Paul Whites, because everybody getting it and everybody
- 42:07Speaker 1: getting the same vaccine. Y'all, we gotta get serious about
- 42:11Speaker 1: this and stop messing around. Let's say you're young and
- 42:16Speaker 1: your symptoms are not as great, but you take them
- 42:19Speaker 1: home to one of your older loved ones. Well it
- 42:21Speaker 1: could be a little bit different now, but I got
- 42:24Speaker 1: news to y'all. These young people dying from this thing. Now,
- 42:28Speaker 1: each young people dying, and if you're under twelve, you
- 42:31Speaker 1: can't even get a vascination. I have another dear friend
- 42:34Speaker 1: of mine that required that they nanny now get vaccinated
- 42:39Speaker 1: because they round their baby all the time. The nanny
- 42:42Speaker 1: tripping to much. She wasn't taking no vaccine. She had
- 42:44Speaker 1: to work. She had to work because this young couple
- 42:49Speaker 1: trying to protect their family. Anybody got time to play
- 42:53Speaker 1: with you about your theory? Hey man, y'all need to
- 42:56Speaker 1: get in here. Look many the NFL is finding these
- 43:00Speaker 1: cats for not getting these vaccinations. Now, they're finding them
- 43:05Speaker 1: because listen to the man, teams can forfeit games if
- 43:09Speaker 1: they have to contact within the team and they forfeit
- 43:13Speaker 1: the game. You messing with these cats livelihood and this money.
- 43:15Speaker 1: When you got to go down here and get this vaccination.
- 43:19Speaker 1: I can't, y'all. What's killing me is the amount of
- 43:22Speaker 1: things we don't put into our bodies and our minds
- 43:25Speaker 1: and we don't know where it come from. Man, you
- 43:29Speaker 1: didn't have some things in your mouth that you don't
- 43:33Speaker 1: know where it came from. So just get the vaccines,
- 43:38Speaker 1: take care of yourselves, take care of people that you
- 43:41Speaker 1: love and you care about. Y'all got anything y'all want
- 43:44Speaker 1: to say on the subject, I couldn't agree with you more.
- 43:46Speaker 1: I mean, people believe what they want to believe. But
- 43:49Speaker 1: the bottom line is, at least if you get vaccinated,
- 43:53Speaker 1: chances are you won't die if you get COVID. You know,
- 43:57Speaker 1: you gotta get this vaccination to help save your life.
- 44:03Speaker 1: Like Shirley said, ventilator. Don't nobody want to be on
- 44:06Speaker 1: a ventilator. All right, We're moving on now. Coming up next,
- 44:10Speaker 1: the nephew with the prank phone call. Right after this,
- 44:13Speaker 1: you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up
- 44:18Speaker 1: at the top of the hour, right about four minutes
- 44:20Speaker 1: after it's my strawberry letter for today. The subject am
- 44:24Speaker 1: I number one or number two? You don't know. We'll
- 44:28Speaker 1: get right into that. We'll get into it a little later,
- 44:31Speaker 1: but right now it is time for the nephew in
- 44:33Speaker 1: the building with today's prank phone call. What you got
- 44:36Speaker 1: for is neff, you didn't fall and you not getting
- 44:40Speaker 1: no money? Oh? Really, you didn't fall and you not
- 44:46Speaker 1: get no money, says said me. Let's go kire No hell,
- 44:54Speaker 1: I'm trying to reach out Glenda and please, how you doing.
- 44:59Speaker 1: My name is Brad. I'm actually with the A and
- 45:02Speaker 1: C Department Accidents and Conditions. Wanted to give you a
- 45:05Speaker 1: call and see how you're doing this morning. I'm getting
- 45:09Speaker 1: great great now. I am the uh, the Accident and
- 45:13Speaker 1: condition coordinated, the last person that it goes to before
- 45:16Speaker 1: actually issuing out of check and just wanted to give
- 45:19Speaker 1: you a call and see how everything is going going.
- 45:22Speaker 1: Have you Have you been to the doctor on your
- 45:23Speaker 1: fall and just just wanted to do a follow up
- 45:26Speaker 1: with you and make sure everything is okay? Yeah? Have
- 45:31Speaker 1: you needed to do any any rehabilitation work or anything
- 45:34Speaker 1: like that. This is just a random procedure of all
- 45:36Speaker 1: the notes that I have to write down, and like
- 45:38Speaker 1: I said, this is the final step of of getting
- 45:41Speaker 1: you out of check. Now, the last heard you were
- 45:44Speaker 1: offered two thousand dollars. Is that correct? If you work there,
- 45:47Speaker 1: you go ahead to supervised younew how that if you
- 45:50Speaker 1: work there? Okay, Well, I'm just looking at the file
- 45:54Speaker 1: that I have. Man, I don't have everything. You got
- 45:56Speaker 1: that rope down, that's what they offer. Okay, Well, listen,
- 46:00Speaker 1: here's what we're doing. I've also been brought some other records.
- 46:04Speaker 1: Is this the first time you've actually had an incident
- 46:07Speaker 1: like this? What is this the first time you've had
- 46:11Speaker 1: an incident of actually falling? Yeah? Time? Okay, Well, actually,
- 46:17Speaker 1: what we're doing looking over the records here, I've got
- 46:21Speaker 1: some actual incidents that it seems like you've actually fallen
- 46:25Speaker 1: several times in other places. And what I'm having to
- 46:30Speaker 1: do here, ma'am, is let you know that I am
- 46:33Speaker 1: not going to sign off on this at all. So
- 46:36Speaker 1: the money that has been offered to you, I am
- 46:38Speaker 1: no longer going to be. I'm not going to confirm
- 46:41Speaker 1: this check to go out to you. I don't think
- 46:43Speaker 1: that there's anything wrong with you. I don't think that
- 46:46Speaker 1: you have a problem. I think that there's something that
- 46:48Speaker 1: you deliberately did in one of our stores. I could
- 46:52Speaker 1: care at less about what you think what happened was
- 46:57Speaker 1: on the floor. I fail. I'm gonna say not to
- 47:00Speaker 1: pay for the claim either way. No, we're not gonna actually, man,
- 47:04Speaker 1: what I'm gonna have to do is get you to
- 47:05Speaker 1: come down and sign uh an agreement nowhere. Yes, I'm
- 47:10Speaker 1: gonna need you to come down and sign an agreement
- 47:12Speaker 1: that you actually made this whole thing up, and I
- 47:14Speaker 1: need that in wrong, I'm not coming nowhere. Look, man,
- 47:18Speaker 1: I don't care if you come down or I have
- 47:20Speaker 1: to come down and haul your tin, because I'm not
- 47:22Speaker 1: signing over a check to you for somebody that deliberately
- 47:25Speaker 1: laid down in the floor and act like something was
- 47:27Speaker 1: wrong with them. Good in mine, deliberately done it, how
- 47:32Speaker 1: exactly it was. Witnesses, you need to talk to them.
- 47:36Speaker 1: I've spoken to every witness and you know what, man,
- 47:38Speaker 1: everyone witness because my friend was there, I'm spoken to her.
- 47:44Speaker 1: There's a lot of people that assume that you're lying. Well,
- 47:46Speaker 1: I don't kill what they are doing. Man, let me
- 47:50Speaker 1: explain something. We can take this thing further. I even
- 47:53Speaker 1: have you on video actually deliberately laying down in the
- 47:56Speaker 1: middle of the floor as if you have no No,
- 48:01Speaker 1: I am not mam. We're not gonna give you two thousand.
- 48:04Speaker 1: We're not going to give you two dollars. What's your name?
- 48:07Speaker 1: My name is Brad with the anc department. Well, you
- 48:10Speaker 1: want to be him the job? Too much going on
- 48:12Speaker 1: because you're a fool. No, No, I'm not a fool.
- 48:14Speaker 1: I want to make sure that you understand. I want
- 48:17Speaker 1: to make sure that you understand. You understand that this
- 48:21Speaker 1: is not something that you can do or continue to do. Now.
- 48:24Speaker 1: I want to hear it out of your mouth. You
- 48:26Speaker 1: tell me, did you lay down on that floor deliberately?
- 48:28Speaker 1: You play? You think I'm going to sit here and
- 48:32Speaker 1: tell you I deliberately laid down in a floor crazy
- 48:37Speaker 1: crazy for you will sitting here and tell me the
- 48:38Speaker 1: tale that it as all. No, deliberately laid down on
- 48:45Speaker 1: that floor and you're deliberately trying to get two thousand
- 48:47Speaker 1: dollars worth the money that does not belong to you.
- 48:49Speaker 1: What you just reviewed the damn tape and uh you
- 48:53Speaker 1: will see what happened. Would you like for me to
- 48:55Speaker 1: get authorities to come over man and bring you in
- 48:58Speaker 1: because what we're who, you get get whether you want
- 49:02Speaker 1: to get it. If I need to send authorities down there,
- 49:05Speaker 1: you send them over here. I'm not scared them either.
- 49:09Speaker 1: I don't think I'm not. I'm not. They're gonna bring
- 49:13Speaker 1: you in and you're gonna sign this form I have
- 49:15Speaker 1: that deliberately laid down on that floor. You a food
- 49:18Speaker 1: the nerve of you black people. I'm not coming in.
- 49:22Speaker 1: I'm not signing nothing. Now what Utah man, I don't know.
- 49:26Speaker 1: I ain't ever heard this, Utah man. Now, I want
- 49:30Speaker 1: you to bring your little narrow black behind in here
- 49:32Speaker 1: so we can get this stuff rectified, is what I
- 49:34Speaker 1: want done. Are you crazy or dasa? You ain't your
- 49:38Speaker 1: sharpest tool in the share. I tell you that I
- 49:40Speaker 1: am not coming in. I don't know what I would
- 49:43Speaker 1: have to come in. Fuck, I want you to sign
- 49:46Speaker 1: a form that you deliberately laid down on this floor,
- 49:48Speaker 1: and it was all fictitiously, No wonder would I do
- 49:52Speaker 1: something like that and then't go to jail. Why would
- 49:54Speaker 1: you lay down in the floor in the in the
- 49:56Speaker 1: first place, and when you knew nothing. I told y'all
- 49:58Speaker 1: didn't do that. Yes she did, Yes she did. It's
- 50:02Speaker 1: in front of you. I can look you in your
- 50:03Speaker 1: eyes and tell when you're lying. I'm told you. I
- 50:07Speaker 1: told you what I have said. That's all. Back, Hey,
- 50:10Speaker 1: can I say let me say one more Hello? Call
- 50:14Speaker 1: her right back. Hello. Well, I don't want to continue
- 50:19Speaker 1: to go back and forth. You look. Look, I told
- 50:22Speaker 1: you what happened. I'm not going to keep I'm telling
- 50:25Speaker 1: you that. I don't know why you keep calling me.
- 50:27Speaker 1: Let me speak to your damn supervis. Let me say, well,
- 50:30Speaker 1: first of all, man, First of all, I am the supervis.
- 50:32Speaker 1: This is what I want. I think we can get
- 50:34Speaker 1: this car. Look what I'm gonna come in time. That's
- 50:38Speaker 1: what I want you to if you come down and
- 50:39Speaker 1: sell it off together. You think I'm going to come
- 50:42Speaker 1: and sign some papers saying laid on them flow? It ain't.
- 50:46Speaker 1: None of that true? Was on the float? I sail.
- 50:49Speaker 1: That's it. That's all. Now what the are you talking about?
- 50:53Speaker 1: Have you been drinking? Have you been drinking? You've been drinking?
- 50:57Speaker 1: I want to got to do it. Anything when I do.
- 51:00Speaker 1: Mom personal time is my mother brink. Don't keep calling
- 51:06Speaker 1: me with that. Okay, I'm gonna say one more thing.
- 51:10Speaker 1: Still hurt, and you tell me you ain't gonna give
- 51:12Speaker 1: me no money. You playing, no damn gonna get some money.
- 51:15Speaker 1: They should hate that blow. Then I'm gonna be having
- 51:19Speaker 1: to go. None of this been drinking, Glenda. I'm gonna

- 52:11Speaker 1: that was stupid, but let me ask you. Okay, but
- 52:13Speaker 1: but but be real, how many people y'all know been
- 52:15Speaker 1: out there faking it sometime when on these accidents? Sure
- 52:19Speaker 1: for sure? Okay, okay, how many people? How many people
- 52:22Speaker 1: y'all know went to to therapy for months and months
- 52:26Speaker 1: and or or they went to therapy one time. I
- 52:34Speaker 1: ain't going back over the animals, but go, but go
- 52:39Speaker 1: one time and think it's a million dollars coming who
- 52:42Speaker 1: I got my settlement, right, my settlement, it's my money,
- 52:48Speaker 1: and I wanted. I've seen some people do that though,
- 52:56Speaker 1: I've seen them faking the fault. And then there's people
- 52:59Speaker 1: who have asked as a people who have actually have been,
- 53:02Speaker 1: you know, hurt themselves, and they get they you know,
- 53:05Speaker 1: they get dragged due the ring of being hurt. You'd
- 53:07Speaker 1: be like, come on, man, the man, the brother really
- 53:09Speaker 1: is all the sister really am hurt? Now let him? Yeah,
- 53:11Speaker 1: those insurance claims adjusters are no joke. Okay, they've seen

- 54:04Speaker 1: We got it for you here, Redise Strawberry Letta. All right, nephew,
- 54:08Speaker 1: thank you. Subject am I number one or two? Dear
- 54:13Speaker 1: Stephen Shirley. Yeah. My husband and I've been together for
- 54:16Speaker 1: six years and married three. He's thirty seven and I'm
- 54:20Speaker 1: thirty one. He's divorced and has a son and a
- 54:23Speaker 1: daughter from his marriage. I absolutely adored them, and they
- 54:27Speaker 1: spend weekends and summers with us. My husband has always
- 54:31Speaker 1: put his children first, and I love that about him.
- 54:34Speaker 1: He still finds time to spoil me by doing all
- 54:37Speaker 1: of the cooking, planning dates for us, and sending me
- 54:39Speaker 1: flowers at work or randomly calling me during the day
- 54:44Speaker 1: to say he loves me. In addition to all of that,
- 54:48Speaker 1: he's an amazing lover. There's just one problem I'm having
- 54:52Speaker 1: with our marriage. He's still too close to his ex wife.
- 54:56Speaker 1: His ex wife sends him videos often of the children
- 55:00Speaker 1: doing things around the house, or she facetimes him if
- 55:03Speaker 1: she's in the car with the children. I don't have
- 55:05Speaker 1: a problem with the videos of the children, because children
- 55:08Speaker 1: grow up fast and he's not with them. Twenty four
- 55:10Speaker 1: to seven. I do have a problem when his ex
- 55:12Speaker 1: wife is his front and center in the videos and
- 55:16Speaker 1: has put on makeup, lashes and her new wig for
- 55:19Speaker 1: the video. My husband and I were leaving church this
- 55:22Speaker 1: past Sunday and his ex wife facetimed us with the children.
- 55:26Speaker 1: She didn't know I was with him, and the first
- 55:28Speaker 1: thing she said was that she got her hair cut
- 55:30Speaker 1: in the style he used to love because she was
- 55:33Speaker 1: tired of wearing wigs. Then she asked if he liked it,
- 55:36Speaker 1: and he responded that he always thought that style was
- 55:39Speaker 1: very complimentary to her face. I sat there heartbroken and quiet.
- 55:45Speaker 1: I think it's inappropriate to speak to his ex this
- 55:47Speaker 1: munch and about something so personal when she calls him
- 55:51Speaker 1: or sends videos, I feel like the third wheel. She
- 55:54Speaker 1: was his high school sweetheart, and he said he will
- 55:57Speaker 1: always cherish her as a mother of his children. So
- 56:00Speaker 1: am I number one or number two? Come on, you're
- 56:05Speaker 1: number one? I mean, I gotta say this to you.
- 56:08Speaker 1: Please don't go getting all insecure on us. Okay, insecure
- 56:13Speaker 1: is a TV show, all right, you are okay. You
- 56:16Speaker 1: just gotta know that you are married to this man.
- 56:19Speaker 1: It sounds like you have nothing to worry about. What
- 56:21Speaker 1: did you say in your letter? Let me read your
- 56:23Speaker 1: words back to you. He plans dates, He cooks all
- 56:27Speaker 1: the meals. He sends you flowers at work, you know,
- 56:30Speaker 1: randomly calls you during the day just to say he
- 56:33Speaker 1: loves you. He's an amazing lover. You are married to
- 56:37Speaker 1: this man. It sounds like you have nothing to worry about.
- 56:40Speaker 1: The ex wife is trying you. Don't get scared and
- 56:43Speaker 1: let her throw you off your game. She wants to
- 56:46Speaker 1: cause problems between the two of you. Do not let her.
- 56:49Speaker 1: She is the X. She's really the insecure one. Why
- 56:52Speaker 1: else would she be tripping like that with him? Your husband?
- 56:55Speaker 1: Your husband actually sounds a little scared, you know, like
- 56:58Speaker 1: he doesn't really know what to do in that situation
- 57:01Speaker 1: when she asked him stuff like that. He is trying
- 57:05Speaker 1: to keep the peace, okay, so he can still see
- 57:07Speaker 1: his sons and everything can be cool. I'm not excusing
- 57:10Speaker 1: his behavior anything like that, because he could say something
- 57:13Speaker 1: to her, but who knows. Then she could cause some
- 57:16Speaker 1: unnecessary problems as far as letting him see the kids
- 57:18Speaker 1: when he needs doing all of that, or she could
- 57:21Speaker 1: just be a bee. I mean, if she facetimes him
- 57:24Speaker 1: while you're there, just lean in and say, hey, girl,
- 57:27Speaker 1: what's up? You know, oh your hair looks cute or
- 57:29Speaker 1: whatever you want to say at that time. Let her
- 57:32Speaker 1: know you're there. I mean, he married you, he's still
- 57:34Speaker 1: with you. So remember you have the upper hand. You
- 57:38Speaker 1: are number one. You are number one. She doesn't even
- 57:41Speaker 1: have a number at this point. She's the X, So
- 57:44Speaker 1: know who you are. Don't get sucked into her silly,
- 57:47Speaker 1: childish games. Okay, please don't do that, Steve. I just
- 57:53Speaker 1: see a letter feel with insecurity exactly, That's all I see.
- 57:58Speaker 1: The woman that wrote the letter just completely insecure, And
- 58:01Speaker 1: I think you're making a case out of nothing. I'm
- 58:05Speaker 1: assuming that the kids are young and that's why she
- 58:10Speaker 1: sends all the videos and all this hell. But surely
- 58:13Speaker 1: nailed it on the head. They spend weekends and summers
- 58:17Speaker 1: with y'all. You absolutely adore them. Your husband always puts
- 58:21Speaker 1: his kid first and you love that about him. Then
- 58:25Speaker 1: he's still spoiling you, cooking, playing the dates, flowers at work,
- 58:28Speaker 1: randomly calling doing the day to say love you what?
- 58:33Speaker 1: And then he's an amazing lover. The only problem having
- 58:36Speaker 1: I married, he's too close to his ex wife. She
- 58:40Speaker 1: sends him videos of the children doing things around the house.
- 58:44Speaker 1: It's his kids day, his kids. If she's in the
- 58:50Speaker 1: car with the children, she face times him. I don't
- 58:53Speaker 1: have a problem with the videos of the children because
- 58:55Speaker 1: the children growing fast. He's not around him. Okay, cool,
- 58:59Speaker 1: But then you say you have a problem when his
- 59:01Speaker 1: ex wife is front and center of the videos. Who
- 59:04Speaker 1: the kids don't have the phone, the kids don't FaceTime.
- 59:12Speaker 1: How else do you know how many times them kids
- 59:15Speaker 1: probably go I want to talk to my daddy or
- 59:18Speaker 1: can I talk to daddy? You know how many times
- 59:21Speaker 1: they'll say that because they seem to have a great relationship.
- 59:25Speaker 1: So now you're mad because she didn't put on makeup,
- 59:28Speaker 1: lashes and her new wig for the video. Do you
- 59:31Speaker 1: would you prefer the old wig? Wig? I mean, you
- 59:38Speaker 1: know you're mad because it's the new wig. I'm just
- 59:42Speaker 1: trying to figure out where you at. You know, now,
- 59:46Speaker 1: your husband and I was leaving church this past Sunday
- 59:49Speaker 1: and the ex wife FaceTime us with the children. Now,
- 59:53Speaker 1: she didn't know I was winning. The first thing she
- 59:55Speaker 1: said was she got a hair cut in the style
- 59:57Speaker 1: he used to love because she was how to win wigs.
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: And then he asked if he liked, and he responding
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: he always thought that style was compliment of her faith.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: I said that heartbroken and quiet heartbrober Jez, cause somebody
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: said they're like a half style. It'stead a damn week. Lady,
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: you a lot. I'll be back you a lot though. Yeah,
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: we'll have heard two of Steve's response. Coming up at
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's strawberry letter. Subject
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: in am my number one or number two. We'll get
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: back into it right after day. You're listening to show,
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: all right, Come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: The subject at my number one or number two? Okay.
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: The wife is married to this man thirty seven thirty
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: one two kids. They absolutely love the kids to spend
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: weekends and summers with y'all. Her husband always put the
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: kids first, but she's ste steal Field time to spoil
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: her cooking, cleaning, planning dates, sending flowers, randomly calling great,
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: loving everything. The only problem is too close to his
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: ex wife. His ex wife sending videos of the children
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: doing stuff around the house. So what or she facetimes
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: and if she's in the car with the children, the
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: children want to talk today, Daddy. I don't have a
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: problem with the videos of the children because children grow fast. Okay,
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: stay right there with that. I do have a problem
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: with the ex wife in front and center in all
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: the videos. What the kids? How all of these kids?
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: They ain't got no FaceTime? Who else gonna cut the
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: phone on? Lady? My husband and I were leaving church
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: this past so and here the part that messed up
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: the letter, and the ex wife facetimeless with the children.
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: She didn't know I was with him. And the first thing, now,
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: y'all leaving church together? Are you hearing all of this?
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: Y'all leaving chase agat first thing? She said, when she
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: got the haircut in the style he used to love
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: because she was tired of wearing wigs, then she has
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: if he liked it, He responded, he always thought that
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: the style was very complimented to her face. That's all
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: he said. I said that heartbroken and quiet I think
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: it's inappropriate to speak to his ex wife this much
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: about something so personal, A wig, a haircut, a wig lady.
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: When she calls and sends video, I feel like third will.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: She was his high school sweetheart and he said he
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: will always cherish her as the mother of his children.
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: So I'm I number one and number two. You're number one.
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: Stop acting like you number two. See, you're doing this
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: to yourself because he ain't doing nothing to you. You
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: are insecure. The man is not doing anything to you, lady.
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: Get look. Okay, okay, hold on, check this part out
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: right here. Okay, if she face times with the kid
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: or they just have a general conversation. Also, she is
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: the now current ex wife, right, Why are you steady
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: bringing up the fact that they was high school sweethearts.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: That has nothing to do with it. You are the
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: current wife. They broke up because they didn't work. He's
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: done nothing to say he want her back. But the
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: man said he will always cherish her as the mother
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: of his children. That's pretty respectful. That's pretty respect I think. So. Yeah,
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: I don't. He didn't say love her, he didn't say
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: want her. He just said cherish her. She did a
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: great thing. Man, I just don't don't. I don't understand
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: this letter right here, except yeah, you write it's about
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: that Shirley's sister. You got to just back up, chill
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: out for a minute. You all right, there's no need
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: to even write the letter. He ain't even said nothing
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: in appropriate to the If you mad at the fact
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: that she's sitting in your husband video, now, if your
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: husband starts sitting in her videos, you got a problem. Yeah,
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: And Steve, let me ask you this. Don't you think
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: that he's trying to keep the peace, you know when
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: he talks to her, or he's you know, nice to
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: her or whatever. Just you know, when she asked him
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: about the wig, I think it is complimentary to your
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: face or whatever. You know, all it is. Yeah, he
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: didn't say you find this here, so you know, yeah,
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: you know you you you you in here adding stuff
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: to this. Plus they are did it? Are they enemies? See?
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: I don't I don't think they got divorced as enemies
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: that It doesn't sound like they're they're trying to call
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: parents and let's it. That's all they're trying to do
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: is bring these kids up. That's it. She the X
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: is extra now she is very extra with it. You know,
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: she's trying. She's like I said, she's trying her. Yeah,
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: she's trying her she is. But you don't know your
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: number one. You don't know all the stuff he said
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: he's doing for you, and she's just she's But surely
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: she said it all in the letter. Yeah, you know,
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: taking the bait from the girl. Don't let her do
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: this to you. Yeah, get yourself together. You lost all
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: your confidence. You gotta come on now, look look where
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: she is, Look where you are, and look where the
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: X is. The X wants to be where you are.
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: Don't let her do it by you acting insecure. You know,
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: surely get swag back. Yeah, come on now. And you
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: said you love the kids and all of that, Well,
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: you know she don't. You know, you know, like I said,
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: a lotter of total insecurity, just total insecurity. So I
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: can't help you. Ma'am. You got to pull yourself together,
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: child and said it out, have said it. You're creating
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: the problem that don't exist. But if you keep on
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: doing this to the man and I don't even it,
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: don't even sound like he irritated by you. Just over
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: that trip and I'm sitting here heartbroken and quiet talking
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: about her wig. There's a lot more things to be
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: heartbroken about, really ever talk about? All right? Thank you, Steve.
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: Post for comments on Today's Strawberry Letter at Steve Harvey
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: FM on Instagram and Facebook. Check out the Strawberry Letter
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: podcast on demand. Coming up at forty six minutes after
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: the hour, Steve's Hood Olympic Report. Okay, we'll get to
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: it right after this. You're listening Steve Harley Moore Show.
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: All right, here we go Stevenson for Junior with sports talking.
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: But we're calling the segment. What is it, Steve the
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: Hood Olympics. Hood Olympic Report talking about the Olympics the
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: way you need to hear about it. Everything ain't important.
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: Let's just do a fast review. As I told you yesterday,
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: America has won a medal in fishing. Just want to
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: reiterate that in case you don't know what fishing is.
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: It has nothing to do with going outside with Bob
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: Way anything like that. It's zword fighting. Okay, all right,
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: here we go, now here we go. Did you see
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: the Dutch cyclists who celebrated as she won the gold medal?
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: But what happened was she actually won the silvil. The
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: lady was so far in front of her ass, she
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: thought she was first. That other lady would loan gold.
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: Her ass come across the tape like she didn't want
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: to go. You got a silver, or lady. Good to
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: see white people celebrating like that, though, always is good.
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: I want you to also wonder which country is the
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: Old C if you've been wondering about that. I was
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: a little bit confused to the Old C stands for
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: the Russian athletes. It's the Russian Olympic Committee because the
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: Russian k't officially seeing no athletes to December twenty twenty two,
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: probably crossing drugs or something like that, Probably drugs or
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: something like that, steroids, penicilla tablets. Probably somebody said I
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: heard somebody has some Moley on the team. Anyway, Now,
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: they had a triathlon the other day that swimming, cycling
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: and running back to back, and I don't know who
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: on that because I don't know them people. Nobody black
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: was in it. No, the we're doing a little running
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: in a little bike riding, but that's swimming out there
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: in the middle of that damn ocean. We don't really
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: do that. Also, i'd like to let you know that
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: for the first time ever, a brother and a sister
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: has won a gold medal in the Olympics. Two Japanese kids.
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: One the judo thing. Judo started in Japan and they
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: wanted in Japan. The brother and a sister both won
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: a gold medal, sister one and then our later brother
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: came out there and with this ass. Also skateboarding. If
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: you want to see a bunch of people you don't
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: know their name and the ass just falling, watch skateboarding.
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: Even when they win the gold, it don't look like
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: they didn't want a damn gold medal. It's just crazy.
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: Thank you for the hood. Olympics reports Steve in a
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: time of more of your show coming up right after this.
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: You're listening to Steven show. So we just talked about
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: the Olympics, and we know the Olympics they're going on
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: right now. So here's a question for you, guys, Steve
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: and Tommy. Um, if you could do a sport at
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: the Olympics and win the gold, what would it be?
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: It could be any sport, you could whatever, make up
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: one something you like, whatever. What would it be sex? Sex?
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: They say that's a sport. The hundred yards sex something
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: like that. Yeah, how do you do a hundred yards ship?
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: I don't just start at the end zone and just
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: work your weight on there. You get there. When you
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: get there, a lot of burns on your knees, a
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: lot of burns, a lot of scrapes, a lot of
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: groaning and moaning, but you're gonna get there. I have
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: another event to i'd like to participate in. I'd probably
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: take a gold medal in dice shooting. You go, you know,
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: just being able to go out there and shoot dice
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: a gold for our country. You know. I'm not sure
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: where a crap switch created, but I know where it was.
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: Damn show a perfected was in the hood street corners
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: of kicking dice and all this hell. So I like
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: dice shooting. That's one of my events. And then I
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: had to I had to backdoor back though that with
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: with Domino cussing Dominot. You might not win the game,
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: but it's it's it's about it. Like Anthony Anderson, Mama,
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: she probably get the come on boy, that's that's that's
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: gonna be our representative for the goal doors. It's missus doors,
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: miss oh. I would like, oh we might as well.
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: Let me see. I think I would go in and
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: compete and uh what I think, y'all the hell? Well, no,
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: not really, I don't think because I think it's him down.
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: We're gonna win this. We chicken from yeah, chicken front.
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: I think I get the gold I got, we get
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: anybody's mama can go down there and win that. Yeah.
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: I had to do fry me some chicken one time
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: at a hotel in Paris. I don't let my man,
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: you need to stop this hill, don't tell anybody else
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: this should fried chicken? All right? You know what the Olympics,
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: what would it be? Win the goal? I want to
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: do it, certainly, but I think we'll lose a lot
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: of people with a lot of people are drowned. But
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: we could do hip hop synchronized swimming. I just think
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: most of my team, most of my team gonna drown,
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: you know, I know that. We don't know. We don't swim. Yeah,
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: so we're gonna twerk all under water, a lot of twerking. Yeah,
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: twerking would be a good all. I think we could
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: gold meling that. Oh I think, oh you know what,
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: surely what step that would be? I could just see
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: Chicago up there and let him go sweep all rounds. Yeah, okay,
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: I like it. I like it. These are good sports,
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: all right. If you can do a sport at the Olympics,
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: Tommy and win the gold. Oh, I gotta go keep
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: it clean, nephew. Oh no, And that's what I'm going
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: trying to edit it. Okay, but nicka skateboard because the
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: skateboard ain't working. They need some help. It ain't working.
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: It ain't working. I'm not enjoying the regular skateboarding at all.
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: You ain't gonna fall. You ain't gonna fall. If you
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: or if you do some falls in slow motion, gonna
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: be good. Yea. Of course you really don't know how
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: you look to you fall naked? Are you have a
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: heavenly We're not interested in that. But here's the event.
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: I think we could really go home. In the goal.
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: What more have Breden? Yeah? Wow, take a goal and
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: have Braden Corn rowing. Yeah, and don't forget baby here
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: baby here we have popping yes, baby, yes, line dancing
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: shuffle shuffles. We'll have more of today's trending stories and
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up in
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: twenty minutes after right after this, you're listening to the
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. So I thought this was already done.
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: But a fifteen year long battle over the Godfather of
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: Soul James Brown's estate has finally been settled. Guys. Now,
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: This is according to lawyer David Black. The settlement was
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: reached earlier this month, although no details were revealed. Since
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: mister Brown's death back in two thousand and six, several heirs,
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: including children, grandchildren, and even a so called ex wife,
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: have been fighting over his estate, which is estimated to
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: be anywhere between five million and one hundred million dollars. Wow. Wow,
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: Now all parties involved have come to an agreement, except
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: the x, who was eliminated as an heir after it
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: was discovered she couldn't have been legally married to James
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: Brown because she was legally married to someone else at
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: the time of her two thousand wedding too, the Godfather
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: of Soul. So she tried to get tricky with it.
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: What they like? You out? Yeah? Why are we like
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: this with people? Adob Yes, we get so greedy, we
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: get And I'm gonna tell you something. It's not just
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: the rich. No, I'm talking about regular people die man,
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: and they go through it. I have a in right
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: now that's going through a death, and man, their family
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: is clowning. Yeah yeah, I'm talking about having real arguments
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: about what to do with what's left to houting at
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: the house. They're about to kill each other about this house. Yeah,
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: all right, yeah, think about that. Congratulations that they settled
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: it finally. All right, We'll have more of the Steve
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show coming up at thirty three minutes after
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: the hour. Right after this, you're listening to morning show. Well,

- 1:16:45Speaker 1: I guess I don't know how to pronounce his name,
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: Louis Dame. We loved her caption and improved impromptu photo
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: shoot in a customed via wayang dress. My girls came
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: to help me. They all had on the same dress,
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: and I took a few flicks with somebody's husband, she jokes.
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: So congratulations to Issa Ray. Yeah, congratulations love. Yeah, she

- 1:17:15Speaker 1: How sweet. Congratulations, Yeah, nice, yeah, really good. All right. So,
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: in other entertainment news, Kanye West is in it again.
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: He managed to smash streaming records with his Donda listening
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: party last week. TMZ reports that the Apple Music Global
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: live stream event topped out at three point three million viewers.
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: It's more than double the previous Apple Music streaming records
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: set by Gucci Maine and Jeez's Versus Battle last year
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: that racked up approximately one point eight million viewers. The
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: listening party was only seen by those who bought a
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: ticket to the Mercedes ben Stadium. Kanye's a new house,
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: by the way, he's living here now and uh the

- 1:18:23Speaker 1: at the stadium. It wasn't long. Hell, what number four songs?
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: What they're from the post? Everybody saw it. The kids
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: recorded that. That's all over the internet. Well, you know
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: that's what they do though, Steve, you know, I'm gonna
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: try to stay at the Staple Center, Like what that's
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: gonna call for? Me to get into Staples Center. That
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: gonna run you. Yeah, I'm gonna do a few weeks
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: at the Staple Center. You know, you know you you're
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: not that you don't like spending money like that, Timmy,
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: You're not gonna I'm staying that price. Well, what is
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: one day gonna calls me? Just one night at the Statements? Well,
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: but you because they can let you have it. But
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: it's gonna be over. I mean, I know. Let me
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: see back in the day to get Phillips Arena, Yeah,
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: when it was in Phillips Arena to rent it out
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: one hundred and twenty five back in the day. Well,
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: one day, you're way too cheap for that time. All right,
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: coming up, it is our last break of the day,
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: and of course at forty nine minutes after the hour,
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: we will have some closing remarks from the one and only,
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: our fearless leader, Steve Harvey. Right after this you're listening
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: to show. All right, guys, here we are last break
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: of the day on this Tuesday. It's been a good day.
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: Did you have fun yesterday? Steve a national uncle and
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: Auntie day. Oh. I didn't really realize how many people
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: thought I was their uncle. Yeah. But when I got
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: off work, I had got a lot of people that
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: listened to the show, and I told him, and he
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: wasn't gonna be happy with a lot of that. So
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: who is he the nephew? You know? Just sad to say. So,
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: you know, feel no kind of way about it, you know.
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: So he's very possessive of his own for sure. God
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: help me. They got terrible uncles, that's all it is
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: to it. You want to point that out. And yesterday
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: was the dead that was the day you got a
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: bad drawl. That's that's just it happens. You know. I
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: wanted height. I didn't get hight. You know, you didn't
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: get an uncle. Hey, that's your problem, hey your death?
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: You know they did. They't have a nephew niece day.
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know. I mean, why not,
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: though white they should if they have uncle and auntie Day,
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: they have Grandparents' Day. And do you have a favorite
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: nephew or niece, Shirley do? I? Yeah, I don't have
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: that many, but god, I have two nephews and one
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: niece and uh yeah, my first nephew, Chris, Oh, he
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: was my heart. He was my first child. I was
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: calling my first child. YEA love him today. That's Chris's son.
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: I mean, that's Fisher's son, Fisher's son, Fisher's oldest son,
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: and then he and then I have Courtney, my other nephew,
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: and Crystal, and I love them all. But Chris was
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: here for you've only got three? I only have three? Yeah,
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: because I only yeah this guy, Yeah, I'm the only one.
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: This guy A bunch of what nieces and nephews? Yeah? Yeah,
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: oh you do? I would you have a lot of
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: brothers and sisters? So yeah, yeah, yeah, I got Don't
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: you know how many I got? I mean, no, that's
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: a lot. O. Let me see two foe oh five?
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: Mm hmmm six? I got six nieces and let me
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: see six nieces and I got let me see whoa too? Three?
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: Let go. I ain't never had the counting before. I
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: got three nephews, one great nephew. Oh no, two great nephews.
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: We got two people? Yes, too many? Hi lost track.
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: I can't keep hop whatever. You know what, Steve. Since
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: we have a little time, we didn't get to all
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: of the clos and I know this person really needs
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: your help. You want to hear it? Yeah, Freddie in
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: Brooklyn writes that my children and I are going to
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: Cancoon for a short summer vacation before they go back
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: to college mid August, and I need some help with
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: my youngest child. She's boy crazy, so she doesn't want
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: to go on vacation with us. She's a freshman in
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: college and a boyfriend goes to an out of state college,
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: so she's trying to spend all of her time with him.
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: She said, I don't understand love because I never married
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: her mom and I have three baby mamas. How do
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: I teach her good values when I've been a bad example.
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: That's gonna be hard, man. I mean it's gonna be really,
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: really hard for you, though. I mean you can forewarn
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: her through the mistakes you made and say, look, I
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: want you to safeguard yourself against guys that kind of
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: did it the way I did it. And if you
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: can find some examples of how this guy as the
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: way you were, then you stand a chance at being heard.
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: But when they're at that age, I think all of
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: us can tell you this and have one at this
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: age because three of us do. You can tell them
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: all you want, You can tell them all you want,
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: but they're gonna go out here and they're gonna make
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: a decision that's contrary to everything you've taught them, everything,
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: because we're a man. Yeah, amen, don't get it. I
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: don't get it. Really. It's nothing like life experience though,
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: nothing like it, especially if you make the mistake and
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: learn from it. But a lot of these people, a
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: lot of people, I should say, make mistakes and don't
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: learn from them and keep making the same mistake over
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: and over again. But you can try to tell them.
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: And as a parent, you know, when you see another
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: parent going through something you think you ain't got it,
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: Like you ain't. Yours is not worth than mine. It's
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: just a different story, that's all. That is a whole
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: different It's just a different story, man, that's all it is.
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: So what you're saying, don't try to outmisery me. You can't.
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: It's all relevant, it's all relevant. Your war ain't my war,
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: Your battle ain't my battle. But your victories ain't mine either.
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: But you know, it kills me when other parents try
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: to judge other parents with their parenting. When look, man,
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: your day coming, Yeah, yeah, yeah, because we all get
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: faced with it. Man, when we'll be looking at our
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: kids and going what are you doing? And you can
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: try to tell them if you want to, but they
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: think they know something and you and sometimes whether you
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: want to or not, you just gotta let them go.
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: You have to let them go so they can see
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: for theirselves. I'm still I'm still between the seven and them.
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: I still have challenges from time to time. And the
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: youngest one is twenty four. Twenty four, Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: it's just different now that you know, are different than
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: when we were growing up. They're just different. You know,
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: we did that too. Yeah, we did a lot of
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: it because we want to have a better life. Yeah,
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: but that's the problem. See, we gave our kids a
- 1:26:16Speaker 1: life that we didn't have, and we at the fact
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: that they took advantage of it without sometimes the respect
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: that came with it. Another entitled Oh this is good conversation. Yeah,
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: we'll continue some of this tomorrow. Y'all have a great date.
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: Talk to God. He'd love to hear from you. By
