- 0:00Speaker 1: I want to start by putting the last twenty four
- 0:05Speaker 1: or forty eight hours into perspective the media, who has
- 0:11Speaker 1: gotten two presidential elections wrong in their careers, talking about
- 0:17Speaker 1: modern political history. Here two times the media has declared
- 0:22Speaker 1: the wrong person the winner for the presidency two times,
- 0:28Speaker 1: once in my lifetime. The other dealt with an amazing
- 0:33Speaker 1: headline that everybody will remember in history, Dewey defeats Truman.
- 0:37Speaker 1: It didn't happen. Not only that, but in my lifetime.
- 0:45Speaker 1: I still have the screen shots. I still have one
- 0:49Speaker 1: of them framed in my office. It is a decision
- 0:53Speaker 1: desk picture from TV from ABC News, and it says
- 0:58Speaker 1: Decision twenty twenty George Bush, Republican candidate governor above his
- 1:05Speaker 1: name of Texas, two hundred and forty two electoral votes
- 1:11Speaker 1: on the right, with a check martinext to his name.
- 1:15Speaker 1: It shows Vice President Al Gore being declared the winner
- 1:19Speaker 1: of the presidency with two hundred and seventy one votes.
- 1:23Speaker 1: To the right of that. I have another picture from CNN.
- 1:27Speaker 1: CNN has on their screen winner Al Gore, Democrat, forty
- 1:35Speaker 1: third president United States of America, winning twenty five electoral
- 1:39Speaker 1: votes in forty to put him over the top of
- 1:42Speaker 1: the time. That's right. This is what happened when the
- 1:48Speaker 1: media tells you who is the president. The media is
- 1:53Speaker 1: obsessed with being the first to call an election. The
- 1:57Speaker 1: media is obsessed with beating everybody else to make them
- 2:00Speaker 1: helbs look smart. That used to be the case. That's honestly.
- 2:04Speaker 1: What happened in two thousand is there was a rush
- 2:07Speaker 1: to be the best news channel, the best news station,
- 2:11Speaker 1: the best news reporting and gathering service. And it wasn't
- 2:15Speaker 1: actually to undermine the election. In two thousand, it was
- 2:18Speaker 1: more about the just flat out ignorance and arrogance of
- 2:24Speaker 1: the media. This time, in two and twenty, it is different.
- 2:30Speaker 1: This time it's about hurrying up and pushing us down
- 2:33Speaker 1: the road, regardless of the questions, the legal issues, the
- 2:41Speaker 1: lawsuits that are being filed. This time, the media is
- 2:45Speaker 1: actively working for the Biden Harris campaign. Now, let me
- 2:51Speaker 1: also remind you something about two thousand, when the media
- 2:54Speaker 1: had like a little bit of i don't know, originality
- 2:59Speaker 1: or or a little bit of you know, they had
- 3:01Speaker 1: they had some scruples, right, they had a little bit
- 3:03Speaker 1: of integrity, and it may have been just because they
- 3:05Speaker 1: didn't want to look stupid. Again after screwing up so
- 3:08Speaker 1: bad saying al Gore was the president. It may be that,
- 3:13Speaker 1: all right, I want to be clear about it. It It
- 3:15Speaker 1: could be that. But regardless of their motives, what the
- 3:18Speaker 1: media did after their total debacle in two thousands, they
- 3:21Speaker 1: all shut up and they let the legal process play
- 3:24Speaker 1: out in Florida. No one called the election for Al
- 3:28Speaker 1: Gore or George Bush for thirty seven days. We the
- 3:33Speaker 1: American people, were given thirty seven days for the legal
- 3:40Speaker 1: process to run its course. The media shut up and
- 3:46Speaker 1: didn't declare a winner for those thirty seven days, to
- 3:49Speaker 1: allow the election to run its course, for the ballots
- 3:54Speaker 1: to be recounted and too stared at through magnifying glass
- 3:56Speaker 1: and the hanging chads, and the list goes on and on.
- 3:59Speaker 1: Did they report on the news, Absolutely, they reported on
- 4:01Speaker 1: the runoff, but they none of them declared a winner
- 4:06Speaker 1: until it went to the Supreme Court, and the Supreme
- 4:11Speaker 1: Court decided moving forward, what was about to happen, and
- 4:15Speaker 1: that was that George Bush was the president. Now, to
- 4:18Speaker 1: be clear, the media got it wrong. Second thing about
- 4:23Speaker 1: this election. The media got this election wrong when it
- 4:25Speaker 1: comes to all their polling and posters used to actually
- 4:29Speaker 1: care about getting it right. Now it's about influencing election.
- 4:31Speaker 1: They don't care if they get it wrong. They're worse
- 4:34Speaker 1: than the weathermen. No offense to weathermen out there, but
- 4:36Speaker 1: you get my point. They are worse than than the
- 4:41Speaker 1: weathermen out there. Okay, they are worse than the weathermen
- 4:44Speaker 1: and getting it wrong. But now the posters that got
- 4:48Speaker 1: the election wrong. You know, back in two thousand and
- 4:51Speaker 1: some other elections they wanted to get it right because
- 4:54Speaker 1: they didn't want to look like idiots. This time, they
- 4:56Speaker 1: don't care anymore. Twenty sixteen, it was two D flunch
- 5:00Speaker 1: you that hopefully if you saw that the candidate that
- 5:03Speaker 1: they liked, Hillary Clinton, or a candidate they liked this time,
- 5:07Speaker 1: Joe Biden is up by four or five or six points,
- 5:10Speaker 1: that you will be less likely to come out and
- 5:12Speaker 1: vote because you think your vote doesn't matter in a
- 5:15Speaker 1: place like Michigan or Wisconsin or Pennsylvania. Look at the media.
- 5:21Speaker 1: The media is the polls, right. They are the ones
- 5:24Speaker 1: that pay for them. They're the ones that do them.
- 5:25Speaker 1: They're the ones that report them. They're the ones that
- 5:27Speaker 1: put their name on them. A CNM Pole, Washington Post poll,
- 5:30Speaker 1: ABC News poll. They do their polling. They do their
- 5:33Speaker 1: own polling. They are to the ones who decide which
- 5:35Speaker 1: polsterers they're going to hire. They got it all wrong.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Was it by accident, I would argue, No, it was deliberate.
- 5:45Speaker 1: It was deliberate to make sure the conservatives and people
- 5:48Speaker 1: that were going to vote for Donald Trump in these
- 5:50Speaker 1: important swing states look at these polls, and the polls
- 5:53Speaker 1: influence them to not go out and vote. This is
- 5:59Speaker 1: an orchestrated effort by the media to force their will
- 6:07Speaker 1: on the people of the United States American. I checked.
- 6:09Speaker 1: I checked the Constitution. Nowhere in the Constitution does it
- 6:12Speaker 1: say that the media decides who the president of the
- 6:14Speaker 1: United States of Americans. It's not their, folks, it's not
- 6:17Speaker 1: go read it. We gave al Gore thirty seven days
- 6:24Speaker 1: to run the process before we decided who was the president.
- 6:30Speaker 1: Why would we not do the same thing this time.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Why would we not afford the seventy one million Americans
- 6:35Speaker 1: that voted for President Trump the same consideration that we
- 6:39Speaker 1: gave to Al Gore back in two thousand. My point
- 6:42Speaker 1: is I am using the al Gore standard. Here are
- 6:48Speaker 1: there issues that need to be resolved. Yes, let me
- 6:51Speaker 1: give you example there's a new report report out. Poll
- 6:55Speaker 1: workers in Wisconsin may have unlawfully altered thousands of mail
- 7:00Speaker 1: in ballots due to unlawful guidance from the state's Election
- 7:05Speaker 1: of Commission. According to a new report tonight, according to
- 7:10Speaker 1: Wisconsin law, an absentee ballot requires that it be signed
- 7:16Speaker 1: by a witness who also lists his or her address.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Should the ballot not contain the witness address, the ballot
- 7:26Speaker 1: is disallowed and must be returned to the voters so
- 7:29Speaker 1: that the witness can provide that information. However, according to
- 7:35Speaker 1: new reports coming out, sources are now claiming that quote
- 7:40Speaker 1: clerks and vote counters in the state wrote in the
- 7:45Speaker 1: witness signatures themselves. Furthermore, the report claims that the election
- 7:51Speaker 1: workers chose to write in the addresses because they were
- 7:56Speaker 1: illegally advised to do so the Wisconsin Election Commission. If
- 8:04Speaker 1: the poll workers did, in fact right the address end,
- 8:07Speaker 1: the ballots are automatically invalid by law. The statue is
- 8:11Speaker 1: very very very clear, is what retired Wisconsin Supreme Court
- 8:15Speaker 1: Justice Michael Gabelman said today. If an absentee ballot does
- 8:21Speaker 1: not have a witness address on it, it's not valid.
- 8:24Speaker 1: That ballot is not valid. According to the retired Wisconsin
- 8:30Speaker 1: Supreme Court justice, what happened is the Wisconsin Election Commission
- 8:36Speaker 1: sent uniform instructions to voters with their mail in ballots
- 8:40Speaker 1: and informed them that their witness must sign and provide
- 8:44Speaker 1: their full address, street number, street named city in the
- 8:48Speaker 1: certification of Witness section, and warned that if any of
- 8:53Speaker 1: the required information above is missing, your ballot will not
- 8:56Speaker 1: be counted. But they didn't do that. Apparently, the Wisconsin
- 9:04Speaker 1: Election Commission appears to be aware now the questionable legality
- 9:09Speaker 1: of their directive, given that the Commission told clerks to
- 9:13Speaker 1: write the address in using red ink, which would make
- 9:18Speaker 1: the ballots easier to locate during a recount. The Republican
- 9:22Speaker 1: Party of Wisconsin estimates that thousands of witness addresses have
- 9:26Speaker 1: been changed, thus in validating the ballots on which they appeared.
- 9:30Speaker 1: The statutory remedy for this is to subtract the number
- 9:35Speaker 1: of votes for the candidate for whom those ballots were cast,
- 9:39Speaker 1: meaning that vote totals may substantially change in the days
- 9:44Speaker 1: to come. Presidents Trump's campaign has confirmed tonight they are
- 9:50Speaker 1: investigating the scale in which clerks and election workers were
- 9:53Speaker 1: altering these ballots as well as several other incidents that
- 9:58Speaker 1: has termed irregularities. President Trump is also publicly called for
- 10:02Speaker 1: recount of Wisconsin's vote, and as it stands, Joe Biden
- 10:07Speaker 1: won the state by about twenty thousand votes. In addition
- 10:11Speaker 1: to investigating potentially invalid ballots in Wisconsin, the Trump legal
- 10:15Speaker 1: team is also looking at potential regularities and allegations of
- 10:19Speaker 1: fraud in several other states. So let's talk about those
- 10:24Speaker 1: other states. In fact, let's look real quick at what's
- 10:27Speaker 1: going on in Arizona. I'll say it again, the media
- 10:33Speaker 1: does not get to decide who becomes the president of
- 10:37Speaker 1: the United States of America. There's a cautionary tale about
- 10:42Speaker 1: what's going on in Arizona. On Friday morning, Joe Biden
- 10:47Speaker 1: had a lead in the battleground state of Arizona that
- 10:49Speaker 1: stood at forty seven thousand votes. By this morning, that
- 10:56Speaker 1: lead had dropped all the way down to eighteen thousand
- 11:03Speaker 1: Friday morning, and of course the state we had already
- 11:07Speaker 1: been called forty seven thousand votes. He was in the lead.
- 11:14Speaker 1: This morning, Joe Bidens only has an eighteen thousand vote lead.
- 11:19Speaker 1: It gets worse. There's still another three percent of the
- 11:24Speaker 1: total vote to come in three percent, which means Arizona
- 11:30Speaker 1: is still in play. But the media wants you to
- 11:33Speaker 1: believe that it's all over because they said so. And
- 11:40Speaker 1: I'm going to have that conversation for you in just
- 11:42Speaker 1: a moment. But first I want to say thank you
- 11:45Speaker 1: to our incredible sponsor, AMAC, the number one conservative organization
- 11:49Speaker 1: the country who right now is burning the midnight oil
- 11:52Speaker 1: protecting your vote. AMAC is a conservative organization with two
- 11:56Speaker 1: point three million members, and they are fighting right now
- 12:00Speaker 1: to make sure that your vote is counted the right way,
- 12:03Speaker 1: the appropriate way, that your vote is not being canceled
- 12:06Speaker 1: out by an illegal ballot. If you are ready to
- 12:10Speaker 1: have someone standing up for you and your rights, join
- 12:12Speaker 1: AMAC for free for one year. I'm gonna give you
- 12:15Speaker 1: a one year free membership to the conservative organization AMAC.

- 12:28Speaker 1: election as well. And you're gonna love knowing that someone
- 12:31Speaker 1: is fighting for you and your voice to be heard.
- 12:34Speaker 1: How do you get your membership? Go online to ben
- 12:36Speaker 1: free online dot com. That's been free online dot com,
- 12:40Speaker 1: Ben free online dot com. Quick break. We'll come right
- 12:44Speaker 1: back and we'll have Jordan's Seculo from the Trump campaign
- 12:47Speaker 1: joining us next from his legal team six DC, ninety
- 12:50Speaker 1: two point one FM. So Friday Friday, you have literally
- 12:58Speaker 1: a huge lead, is what the media says. It's all over, folks.
- 13:04Speaker 1: Look at Arizona. There's no way that Donald Trump can
- 13:07Speaker 1: come back from forty seven thousand votes down. By Friday night,
- 13:12Speaker 1: that number good drops from forty seven to thirty one.
- 13:17Speaker 1: By Saturday night, that number had whittled down to eighteen thousand,
- 13:22Speaker 1: seven hundred and thirteen vote lead, zero point six two
- 13:30Speaker 1: percent of the vote margin is what we're talking about
- 13:32Speaker 1: between the two candidates. Now here's the other thing. As
- 13:36Speaker 1: of right now in Arizona, there's still we've been told
- 13:38Speaker 1: between two two hundred and forty thousand votes left to
- 13:42Speaker 1: be counted. Let's talk about the three percent that came
- 13:46Speaker 1: in over the weekend from Friday morning until today. In
- 13:49Speaker 1: what happened in that three percent of the vote that
- 13:54Speaker 1: was counted, Trump one a significant number clearly of those
- 14:01Speaker 1: votes that came in Donald Trump, and that three percent
- 14:05Speaker 1: of the vote that was counted netted a twenty five thousand,
- 14:08Speaker 1: sixty six vote increase. Increase, Folks, You got another three
- 14:18Speaker 1: percent to be counted. Remember how the Trump campaign so
- 14:22Speaker 1: they believe they'd win by six thousand. Guess what that
- 14:27Speaker 1: number is still holding if the last three percent does
- 14:31Speaker 1: what we believe it's going to do. Yet the media says, nope,
- 14:36Speaker 1: it's over. You have to accept that this guy who
- 14:42Speaker 1: we tell you is the president, Joe Biden is the president.
- 14:45Speaker 1: The media doesn't get to decide who's the president. And
- 14:51Speaker 1: I'll leave it at that.
