- 0:01Speaker 1: Nearly every activist federal judge obstructing the presidence of Jenna
- 0:05Speaker 1: has a spouse or child drawing a paycheck from a
- 0:08Speaker 1: Democratic line in GEO. That coming from Elon Musk in
- 0:13Speaker 1: his interview that he did on Fox News Channel with
- 0:15Speaker 1: Brett Baer, This should make every American furious.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Are you surprised at some of the legal efforts and
- 0:24Speaker 2: some of the judges that have weighed in. There's about
- 0:27Speaker 2: eight or ten now of these cases that are at
- 0:30Speaker 2: least temporary holds. They're being challenged by the DOJ. Are
- 0:35Speaker 2: you surprised by that pushback?
- 0:37Speaker 3: Well, it's the DC circus is notorious for having a
- 0:41Speaker 3: very far left bias. And when you look at the
- 0:46Speaker 3: people close to some of these judges, who are where
- 0:49Speaker 3: are they working? Are they working at these NGOs they're
- 0:52Speaker 3: getting the other ones getting this money? Does that seem
- 0:54Speaker 3: like a system that lacks corruption? It sounds like corruption
- 0:58Speaker 3: to me.
- 0:58Speaker 1: Sounds like corruption to me. I want to be clear,
- 1:02Speaker 1: I'm not an attorney. I don't even I'm not going
- 1:04Speaker 1: to play an attorney on TV or radio either. But
- 1:07Speaker 1: what I will say is the way that this is
- 1:11Speaker 1: moving through the court system, and a great example of
- 1:14Speaker 1: this is what I'd said before the break about the
- 1:15Speaker 1: appeals court careering the way for Trump to fire leaders
- 1:18Speaker 1: of these independent federal agencies. Like Trump has an incredible
- 1:22Speaker 1: team around him this time that is so much better
- 1:26Speaker 1: than the team he had in twenty sixteen. And you
- 1:29Speaker 1: look at this ruling Friday being a massive victory for
- 1:33Speaker 1: Trump's efforts to have control over these regulatory agencies that
- 1:37Speaker 1: Congress intend to operate with quote some degree of independence
- 1:40Speaker 1: from the president. And that's what Democrats are losing their
- 1:44Speaker 1: minds over. But the President is saying, I should have
- 1:47Speaker 1: the ability to do this. I am the president to
- 1:49Speaker 1: remove some of these people. Now there's three judge panel
- 1:51Speaker 1: of DC District Court of Appeals voted two to one
- 1:55Speaker 1: to allow Trump to remove members of the National Labor
- 1:58Speaker 1: Relations Board, and the merits says some protection board. The
- 2:01Speaker 1: two board members in the case were appointed by President
- 2:05Speaker 1: Joe Biden. Lower court judges have issued injunctions right because
- 2:09Speaker 1: they're going into lawfair with Trump for firing the two
- 2:12Speaker 1: board members. But this Friday's appeal court ruling lifts those
- 2:15Speaker 1: injunctions for now while the litigation is going to proceed.
- 2:19Speaker 1: I think a lot of this stuff is going to
- 2:20Speaker 1: end up going to the Supreme Court, and I think
- 2:24Speaker 1: that Donald Trump, more times than not, is going to
- 2:26Speaker 1: win because some of this is just so brazen. And look,
- 2:31Speaker 1: the president of the United States of America should not
- 2:35Speaker 1: have to fight every single day with activist judges that
- 2:39Speaker 1: are clearly there to undermine the president's agenda, which ultimately
- 2:44Speaker 1: is the American voters agenda. This is where Americans should
- 2:48Speaker 1: be highly offended and upset that we are sitting in
- 2:52Speaker 1: a what I described as a fraudulent system. This reminds
- 2:55Speaker 1: me if you've never watched the movie The Big Short,
- 2:58Speaker 1: do it. It's about the housing crisis and the market
- 3:03Speaker 1: collapse back in two thousand and eight, and just how
- 3:06Speaker 1: insane it was that the regulatory agencies were giving great
- 3:13Speaker 1: They were basically selling ratings of triple A rated bonds
- 3:18Speaker 1: for fees. The whole system was fraudulent, and one of
- 3:22Speaker 1: the lines in the movie is well, at least people
- 3:24Speaker 1: are going to go to jail for this, and finally
- 3:27Speaker 1: there would be some of this corruption. Out of all
- 3:29Speaker 1: of the fraud and corruption that the government was I
- 3:33Speaker 1: don't even think of sleep at the wheel, for I
- 3:35Speaker 1: think they were purposely looking the other way because of
- 3:38Speaker 1: what we're seeing now with Doge and everybody was looking
- 3:41Speaker 1: everybody's brother up, Like all these activist judges have their
- 3:44Speaker 1: family members, you know, that are on these nngos getting paid,
- 3:49Speaker 1: and you look at that accusation. I don't think the
- 3:52Speaker 1: federal government was asleep at the wheel with the housing
- 3:55Speaker 1: and the subprime market and everything else. I think their
- 3:57Speaker 1: friends were getting rich off the fees and and it
- 4:01Speaker 1: reminds me so much of that where the government is
- 4:05Speaker 1: willing to protect the people around them if they're all
- 4:10Speaker 1: getting paid. There are a lot of people that are
- 4:13Speaker 1: acting just like the Biden crime family within our government.
- 4:17Speaker 1: And I would I would tell you go and watch
- 4:19Speaker 1: that movie if you didn't do it, or read the
- 4:21Speaker 1: book The Big Short, because it explains it. There was
- 4:24Speaker 1: only one person in all of that corruption that happened,
- 4:28Speaker 1: like and then there was a government bailout. Remember the
- 4:30Speaker 1: American taxpayers got screwed. The system was was filled with
- 4:35Speaker 1: so much corruption that the that the the falling of
- 4:41Speaker 1: the system, the Lehman brothers and everybody getting shot and
- 4:45Speaker 1: countrywide getting shut down and everything else that happened during
- 4:48Speaker 1: that time. It was going to be so catastrophic that
- 4:53Speaker 1: they what happened. The American taxpayer bailed them all out,
- 4:57Speaker 1: and they bailed them out, and no one was real
- 5:00Speaker 1: they held accountable for it. You got a lot of
- 5:02Speaker 1: people that were hurt, You got a lot of people
- 5:04Speaker 1: that lost their homes, You had a lot of people
- 5:06Speaker 1: that were lied to by lenders that you had regulatory
- 5:09Speaker 1: agencies that had their family and friends getting hooked up
- 5:12Speaker 1: with these incredible fees. And it just shows you the
- 5:14Speaker 1: level of the corruption now. It's at every level in
- 5:17Speaker 1: our government, every level. And then when you see all
- 5:21Speaker 1: of these judges that are activist judges trying to stop dog,
- 5:24Speaker 1: you got to ask us other question. Okay, well why
- 5:27Speaker 1: why just answer that question? Why why are you trying
- 5:31Speaker 1: to stop us? Because they are activist judges and they
- 5:35Speaker 1: want to stop President Trump at all costs because for them,
- 5:39Speaker 1: they believe that they are above the law. They don't
- 5:41Speaker 1: believe the law applies to them. They believe they get
- 5:44Speaker 1: to do whatever they want to do however they want
- 5:46Speaker 1: to do it, whenever they want to do it. They
- 5:50Speaker 1: are a judge. And they also, by the way, believe
- 5:52Speaker 1: that Donald Trump can just shut the hell up and
- 5:53Speaker 1: sit down. They can't stand him. They don't respect the voters.
- 5:58Speaker 1: And that's where you should be a fit. You should
- 6:01Speaker 1: be highly offended that they are saying you need to
- 6:06Speaker 1: shut up, you need to sit down, You need to
- 6:09Speaker 1: be quiet. Right, that's what you need to do. You
- 6:13Speaker 1: need to shut the hell up and be quiet. We
- 6:16Speaker 1: know it's best, and we don't respect your vote or
- 6:19Speaker 1: any election outcome. That is how corrupt the system is
- 6:22Speaker 1: in DC. When I was working with the Bush administration
- 6:26Speaker 1: back in four we tried to reform Social Security reform
- 6:28Speaker 1: because we knew it was a Ponzi scheme. Then we
- 6:31Speaker 1: knew it was not serving the American people. Well, we
- 6:33Speaker 1: knew it was a real problem. And one of the
- 6:36Speaker 1: things that was very very very very clear from when
- 6:42Speaker 1: we tried to reform it was every time we tried
- 6:44Speaker 1: to touch it or explain it or to give it
- 6:48Speaker 1: a people a new way of looking at it about
- 6:50Speaker 1: how bad of a deal you're getting on your ROI
- 6:53Speaker 1: when you put into Social Security. The Left would just
- 6:55Speaker 1: say they're going to steal your money. They're going to
- 6:57Speaker 1: take it away from you. You're not gonna have it.
- 6:59Speaker 1: It's going to be there, gonna ruin it. They're gonna
- 7:01Speaker 1: privatize it and they're gonna take it all. It's gonna fail,
- 7:03Speaker 1: it's gonna be a Ponzi's game. It's gonna be corrupt
- 7:05Speaker 1: as hell. Don't trust Wall Street. Don't trust I mean
- 7:08Speaker 1: it was. It was the same line and it worked
- 7:10Speaker 1: with old people. We saw it in the data like
- 7:13Speaker 1: it worked. It really did. Is It was incredibly frustrating,
- 7:18Speaker 1: but let me just tell you it worked. It worked
- 7:20Speaker 1: unbelievably well. And that was sad. But they've been now
- 7:25Speaker 1: saying it. I mean, I see it like every day
- 7:29Speaker 1: they've been saying it over and over again since oh four,
- 7:33Speaker 1: every time you try to fix something like oh you know,
- 7:35Speaker 1: this is this is this is shady corruption. It's gonna
- 7:38Speaker 1: you know, you guys are screwing da da da. Like
- 7:40Speaker 1: it was constant, and I think now it's just lost
- 7:43Speaker 1: its edge, Like it really has just kind of lost it.
- 7:45Speaker 1: It's like you got to sit there and almost laugh.
- 7:49Speaker 1: You gotta sit there and just be like, all right,
- 7:50Speaker 1: here we go again, Like I don't know what other
- 7:53Speaker 1: way to put it. Here we go again. Now they're
- 7:57Speaker 1: gonna lie to us again. They're gonna say this crap again.
- 8:00Speaker 1: And there's just an eye rowing aspect of this now
- 8:03Speaker 1: and that's the part that I love. Listen to Schumer.
- 8:07Speaker 1: I'm gonna play the longer version. This is Chuck Schumer
- 8:09Speaker 1: going after Elon Muskin Donald Trump of this press conference
- 8:12Speaker 1: with others with the Senate Democrats and the Trump administrations
- 8:15Speaker 1: changes quote unquote so security. This goes back to fearmonger.
- 8:18Speaker 1: This happened this week. Two days ago.
- 8:22Speaker 4: The acting Commissioner, handpicked by Doge, said musks claims of
- 8:28Speaker 4: fraud are false, and Musk, by the way, at one point,
- 8:32Speaker 4: said let's eliminate it. They revealed their true colors. Trump
- 8:37Speaker 4: and Musk are just eroding the American dream. They're rigging
- 8:44Speaker 4: the system for billionaires while stealing from the elderly, from
- 8:48Speaker 4: the disabled to cut taxes for their billionaire club. Senate Republicans,
- 8:54Speaker 4: every Senate Republican should be demanding that must rever the firings.
- 9:01Speaker 4: If they say they believe in social security, then they
- 9:04Speaker 4: ought to be telling Musk stop. But Senate Republicans are
- 9:09Speaker 4: just silent letting it happen. They're afraid of Trump.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Now.
- 9:15Speaker 4: Yesterday at the hearing and the Finance Committee where s
- 9:18Speaker 4: Ron and Maria were at we heard from Trump's pick
- 9:24Speaker 4: to lead the Social Security Administration, Frank Bisignano, to confirm
- 9:30Speaker 4: mister Bisignano as head of Social Security is hiring an
- 9:34Speaker 4: arsonist to run the fire station. I've known this guy
- 9:39Speaker 4: for twenty years. He's a cutter. Companies bring him in
- 9:42Speaker 4: to slash benefits, to slash Rather, companies bring him in
- 9:49Speaker 4: to slash workers and his fame. His claim to fame
- 9:55Speaker 4: is cutting and shrinking. The last person we need to
- 9:59Speaker 4: run the Social Security Office.
- 10:03Speaker 1: I mean, the fear mongering there right, sky is falling.
- 10:08Speaker 1: You can't trust them. They're evil, and yet the American people,
- 10:11Speaker 1: I just think they've overplayed the hand. The Tesla take
- 10:16Speaker 1: Down movement, which organized protests against Elon Musk and is
- 10:20Speaker 1: rolling the Trump administration, is gearing up for its biggest
- 10:23Speaker 1: demonstrations yet, while protests planned around the world this weekend
- 10:28Speaker 1: on its Global Day of Action, you're ready for some psychopaths. Well,
- 10:33Speaker 1: if you want to know who the enemy is, they're
- 10:34Speaker 1: going to show their face. USA Today is now reporting
- 10:38Speaker 1: that the Tesla Takedown movement a growing backlash against Elon
- 10:42Speaker 1: Musk and his involvement in the Trump administration. The Department
- 10:46Speaker 1: of Government Efficiency is urging protesters to sell their Tesla vehicles,
- 10:51Speaker 1: dump their stock trying to ruin Elon Musk, and join
- 10:55Speaker 1: picket lines in front of Tesla locations worldwide. The movement's
- 11:01Speaker 1: website is declared this Saturday, the twenty ninth, as a
- 11:06Speaker 1: global day of action, with dozens of protests planned across
- 11:11Speaker 1: the United States, the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands and more.
- 11:18Speaker 1: According to the Tesla Takedown website, and this is all
- 11:22Speaker 1: being funded by the radical left and the billionaires of
- 11:25Speaker 1: the left. Okay, they opposed must quote alleged illegal coup,
- 11:31Speaker 1: that's how they describe it, and is used to the
- 11:33Speaker 1: Tesla fortune to destroy our democracy. Same people that are
- 11:37Speaker 1: saying they believe in democracy are the ones that are
- 11:39Speaker 1: saying torch Tesla's and fire bomb them and set up
- 11:43Speaker 1: like actual bombs, for example, in sceniary devices at the
- 11:47Speaker 1: one in Austin. Tesla Takedown is a peaceful protest movement.
- 11:53Speaker 1: That's what they say. We oppose violence, vandalism and destruction
- 11:56Speaker 1: property that's on the website. I think the actions that
- 11:59Speaker 1: we were seeing speak differently than what you've got on
- 12:02Speaker 1: your website. The plan protests coming into a significant decline
- 12:06Speaker 1: in Tesla's stock value, which has lost almost forty percent
- 12:10Speaker 1: since December, following from nearly five hundred share to around
- 12:14Speaker 1: two hundred and seventy a share. This drop is in
- 12:17Speaker 1: value coincides with an increase in vandalism targeting Tesla dealerships
- 12:22Speaker 1: and vehicles across the US. By the way, just a
- 12:24Speaker 1: personal note, I am I'm just not a guy that's
- 12:28Speaker 1: a Tesla guy. Has nothing to do with Elon Musk.
- 12:30Speaker 1: I just I'm I'm like, I'm look, I'm just kind
- 12:32Speaker 1: of like, I like gas of my engines. I don't
- 12:34Speaker 1: like the stress of worrying where I'm going to like
- 12:37Speaker 1: plug the thing in. I told you on this the
- 12:40Speaker 1: White House last week. I am, for the first time
- 12:42Speaker 1: in life, genuinely looking at the reality of buying a
- 12:47Speaker 1: Tesla just to give not one, but two middle fingers
- 12:50Speaker 1: to these radicals on the left. Second thing, I'm not
- 12:54Speaker 1: looking at actually buying Tesla stock because if they're going
- 12:58Speaker 1: to try to do this, and then I want to
- 12:59Speaker 1: stand with him. I would never have been a candidate
- 13:03Speaker 1: for a Tesla until these psychopaths, these degenerates have done
- 13:08Speaker 1: what they've done, and I'm like, bring it on. You
- 13:11Speaker 1: want to you want to come after my car, Fine,
- 13:14Speaker 1: you're going to jail because the cameras are going to
- 13:17Speaker 1: be rolling. Sometimes you've got to stand up for good
- 13:20Speaker 1: people doing good things. Elon Musk coming out saying this
- 13:24Speaker 1: as well in his interview with Brett Bayer, and I
- 13:26Speaker 1: want to play this for you. Take a listen, Almos
- 13:28Speaker 1: be shut down.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Finally, what's the biggest thing for you that keeps you
- 13:32Speaker 2: up at night?
- 13:34Speaker 3: Well, there's a lot of things I suppose that I
- 13:35Speaker 3: worry about. But and some of these things will seem
- 13:38Speaker 3: esoteric to people. Uh. You know, the birth rate is
- 13:42Speaker 3: very low in almost every country and something unless that changes, uh,
- 13:49Speaker 3: civilization will disappear. America had the lowest birth rate I
- 13:52Speaker 3: believe ever, that was last year. Places like Korea the
- 13:56Speaker 3: birth rate is one third replacement rate. That means in
- 13:59Speaker 3: three generations, career will be three or four percent of
- 14:01Speaker 3: its current size. And nothing seems to be turning that around.
- 14:05Speaker 3: Humanity is dying and people it's it's just not something
- 14:09Speaker 3: we evolved to react to. And I mean I worried
- 14:16Speaker 3: generally about the strength of America. You know, America is
- 14:22Speaker 3: the central column that holds up holds up all the
- 14:30Speaker 3: Western civilization. So if you like, if we've got the
- 14:34Speaker 3: example of Western civilization, America is the central column. If
- 14:37Speaker 3: that column fails, it's all over. You can't run off
- 14:40Speaker 3: to New Zealand or some other place. It's over. So
- 14:45Speaker 3: either way, strengthen that column and make sure America is
- 14:47Speaker 3: is strong and will be strong for a long time
- 14:52Speaker 3: or what that roof's coming down.
- 14:55Speaker 1: It's so interesting to hear Elon answer that question, and
- 15:00Speaker 1: I think it goes back to like why is he
- 15:03Speaker 1: doing this? I think he loves this country, and I
- 15:07Speaker 1: think it's pretty clear he loves this country. So the
- 15:11Speaker 1: question that every American should be asking is why are
- 15:14Speaker 1: democrats so upset that he's finding fraud? It was something
- 15:19Speaker 1: they talked about in the five. It's something I mentioned earlier.
- 15:22Speaker 1: They were talking about this interview and they said the
- 15:26Speaker 1: reason why they think Democrats are up says, is because
- 15:28Speaker 1: they believe the government is theirs. It's their bank to
- 15:32Speaker 1: push their ideology on everyone.
- 15:35Speaker 5: Relations and what they've been able to take up. Well,
- 15:38Speaker 5: first I thought all these doze boys were going to
- 15:41Speaker 5: be like wearing hoodies and have like one hitters hanging
- 15:43Speaker 5: from their mouth, and they're like, really, successful innovators that
- 15:48Speaker 5: have left their successful companies to take a sabbatical to
- 15:52Speaker 5: save the country. And all the Democrats can do is heckle.
- 15:56Speaker 5: They're like bleacher creatures, yelling stuff from the stand. They
- 16:02Speaker 5: have a hot dog in one hand, a Miller.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Light here, and they're like, you're too slow.
- 16:06Speaker 5: I mean, meanwhile, these people need like wheelchairs to get
- 16:08Speaker 5: out of the stadium. They don't have any ideas the Democrats.
- 16:13Speaker 5: What's their idea to cut waste, fraud, and abuse? What's
- 16:15Speaker 5: their idea to cut spending? This is like when your
- 16:20Speaker 5: wife spills wine and then she yells at you because
- 16:23Speaker 5: the way you're cleaning it up is wrong. Babe, you
- 16:27Speaker 5: spill the wine. I'll clean it up the way I
- 16:28Speaker 5: want to clean it up. Why aren't Democrats upset about fraud.
- 16:33Speaker 5: They're just upset about the way we're finding the fraud,
- 16:37Speaker 5: Like we're injecting swallows with coke to see if it
- 16:40Speaker 5: makes the horning. Yes, coke makes everybody horny. Why can't
- 16:45Speaker 5: we just hold hands and agree? And some of this
- 16:47Speaker 5: stuff is ridiculous. The Democrats don't run their own business
- 16:50Speaker 5: like this. What Democrat business hires people and never fires people.
- 16:55Speaker 5: What Democrat business just gets built down of millions of
- 16:58Speaker 5: dollars and never stop what Democrat business gives every employee
- 17:03Speaker 5: to credit cards.
- 17:05Speaker 2: None.
- 17:06Speaker 1: Democrats never run.
- 17:07Speaker 5: Their own businesses that way, but for some reason tolerate
- 17:10Speaker 5: what's going on in the federal government like this.
- 17:12Speaker 1: By the way, I think Jesse's absolutely right. Why are
- 17:17Speaker 1: Democrats have said about fraud? Why aren't they upset about fraud? Well,
- 17:21Speaker 1: it's and none of them run their businesses way. So
- 17:24Speaker 1: why here here's the last thing he says, which is
- 17:27Speaker 1: the core point here.
- 17:28Speaker 5: I would want FEMA to be faster, I would want
- 17:31Speaker 5: the Pentagon not to get built. I would want Medicare
- 17:34Speaker 5: and Social Security saved.
- 17:36Speaker 1: We can agree on that.
- 17:38Speaker 5: But for some reason Democrats are fighting tooth and nail
- 17:40Speaker 5: against this. It's almost like they think the government's theirs,
- 17:45Speaker 5: and when any Republican takes power, he's leasing the White
- 17:48Speaker 5: House like if anyone he wants to make any changes,
- 17:51Speaker 5: like you have to call the super like you can't
- 17:54Speaker 5: do anything, you can't paint it, you can't irrigate the law,
- 17:57Speaker 5: and anything needs to be done, you have to have
- 18:00Speaker 5: the Democrats do it for them. That's not how we
- 18:02Speaker 5: run this country.
- 18:04Speaker 1: That's not how we run this country. It is, by
- 18:06Speaker 1: the way, how Democrats run this country. That's the whole problem.
- 18:11Speaker 1: This is exactly how they want to run the government
- 18:16Speaker 1: because they believe that it is theirs. That's what it is.
- 18:21Speaker 1: They believe that it is theirs. Some of the political
- 18:27Speaker 1: persecution that's happening against Donald Trump. We've talked about all
- 18:30Speaker 1: the rage of the left, and we've gone through why
- 18:33Speaker 1: they're angry with Doge, why they're angry with Musk. But
- 18:38Speaker 1: you also have to understand there's another level of lawfare
- 18:40Speaker 1: that's happening right now, and I'm going to explain some
- 18:44Speaker 1: of that for you real quick. A judge, an activist judge,
- 18:49Speaker 1: a judge that hates Donald Trump, has ordered Trump administration
- 18:52Speaker 1: to preserve the signal chats. The order came in a
- 18:56Speaker 1: lawsuit file by a pro quote transparency group as a
- 19:00Speaker 1: liberal group. The federal judge US District Judge James Boseburg
- 19:07Speaker 1: has ordered five senior Trump administration officials to preserve messages
- 19:11Speaker 1: they exchanged on the signal app. The judge ordering the
- 19:15Speaker 1: Trump administration to preserve all the chats of the senior
- 19:19Speaker 1: officials conducted on that app, including a now exchange that
- 19:24Speaker 1: was accidentally shared with a reporter earlier this month about
- 19:27Speaker 1: an imminent military operation Yemen. This radical leftist district judge
- 19:32Speaker 1: issued the order this week at the request of a
- 19:35Speaker 1: quote transparency group that filed a lawsuit alleging that the
- 19:39Speaker 1: app's automatic delete function left the messages at risk of
- 19:43Speaker 1: being destroyed in violation of the Federal Records Act. During
- 19:47Speaker 1: a brief afternoon hearing, the Justice Department attorney told the
- 19:51Speaker 1: judge such an order was not necessary because the agencies
- 19:54Speaker 1: involved were already taking steps to preserve the records, but
- 19:58Speaker 1: she did not object to the judge's reinforcem saying that
- 20:00Speaker 1: this will not happen, or it will happen. The saving
- 20:03Speaker 1: of these messages, I say with a court order saying quote,
- 20:06Speaker 1: we are still in the process of working with agencies
- 20:08Speaker 1: is determined what records they have, but we also are
- 20:12Speaker 1: working with the agencies to preserve whatever records they have.
- 20:16Speaker 1: The government lawyer appeared to acknowledge a statement from a
- 20:19Speaker 1: Treasury Department official in a court filing earlier in the
- 20:21Speaker 1: day that suggests the Treasury Secretary currently has only part
- 20:25Speaker 1: of the message chain about the Yemen strike. The journalists
- 20:30Speaker 1: who was added to the message chain. The Atlantic editor
- 20:33Speaker 1: Jeffrey Goldberger reported that the chat began on March the eleventh,
- 20:38Speaker 1: but Bascent apparently had retained only the messages starting on
- 20:41Speaker 1: the afternoon of the fifteenth. It is not clear why
- 20:44Speaker 1: Bascent doesn't have earlier messages or whether the other senior
- 20:47Speaker 1: officials on the chat have retained those as well. I
- 20:51Speaker 1: just want to I want to caveat that we are
- 20:55Speaker 1: still ascertaining what records the agencies have that coming from
- 21:00Speaker 1: the Treasury Department. Now, The Atlantic had no problem publishing
- 21:05Speaker 1: the mesters earlier this week and made sure that the
- 21:08Speaker 1: White House look bad as they possibly could. And we're
- 21:11Speaker 1: calling immediately for people's heads to roll in top Trump
- 21:14Speaker 1: administration officials to be fired from their job or to
- 21:18Speaker 1: resign immediately. I want to put this in perspective these lefties,
- 21:25Speaker 1: whether it's The Atlantic or any of the others, that
- 21:27Speaker 1: are ran with this story, which by the way, had
- 21:29Speaker 1: no effect on the American people and their thoughts on
- 21:31Speaker 1: Donald Trump. The poll numbers are showing you still at
- 21:33Speaker 1: fifty percent even after this. They care more about taking
- 21:38Speaker 1: down somebody connected to Trump and his administration they do
- 21:41Speaker 1: about killing the actual terrorists that are killing men, women, grandchildren,
- 21:49Speaker 1: and the elderly and infant babies, raping, pillaging, and looting.
- 21:55Speaker 1: These individuals are the worst people in the world. They
- 21:57Speaker 1: are actual terrorists organization, and they don't give a crap
- 22:01Speaker 1: about the successful mission, their mission the Democratic Party which
- 22:05Speaker 1: is filled with socialists and communists and Marxists, combination of
- 22:09Speaker 1: many of those together in some of these radicals. They
- 22:12Speaker 1: only care about taking down a Trump ally. That's it.
- 22:18Speaker 1: They also got another article that I found interesting. It
- 22:21Speaker 1: said Trump allies are starting to notice headsets growing pile
- 22:25Speaker 1: of mistakes. There's a growing pile. I didn't know that.
- 22:29Speaker 1: Please enlighten me. Here's the political article. Some White House
- 22:33Speaker 1: and Pending On officials now believe Headseth is the one
- 22:36Speaker 1: who messed up in the signal Chat scandal by sending
- 22:39Speaker 1: sense of details on his phone. The White House is
- 22:42Speaker 1: publicly defending the Defense Secretary after he Texas sense of
- 22:46Speaker 1: military information is signal Chat, But behind the scenes, administration
- 22:49Speaker 1: insiders are starting to express doubts about the Pentagon's chiefs judgment.
- 22:54Speaker 1: By the way, I'm pretty damn close to this White House.
- 23:00Speaker 1: None of this. I'm pretty connected in Washington to top
- 23:05Speaker 1: level people. In fact, I jokingly laughed, I have the
- 23:09Speaker 1: cell phone numbers of probably sixty percent of the cabinet.
- 23:14Speaker 1: I'm not hearing any of this. The reason why I
- 23:17Speaker 1: say that is because I want you to understand this
- 23:20Speaker 1: is just political propaganda from the mainstream media Politico at
- 23:26Speaker 1: the forefront of it. Quote officials agree National Security Advisor
- 23:31Speaker 1: Mike Waltz, who accidentally invited a journalist to a group
- 23:33Speaker 1: chat with senior leaders, could more easily take the fall
- 23:37Speaker 1: for a scandal that has embarrassed the administration, which may
- 23:41Speaker 1: end up sparing headset his job. By the way, if
- 23:45Speaker 1: this is where the lies come in, if you think
- 23:47Speaker 1: Donald Trump was gonna get rid of Pete over this,
- 23:51Speaker 1: you're insane. Clearly you're an idiot, and you don't know
- 23:55Speaker 1: Donald Trump at all. Donald Trump probably was like, well,
- 23:59Speaker 1: that's stupid. To make sure we don't have that happen again,
- 24:01Speaker 1: and that was it. He's not talking about replacing Pete,
- 24:06Speaker 1: He's not talking about replacing anyone because he understands that
- 24:10Speaker 1: these are the guys that are actually out there doing
- 24:12Speaker 1: the hard work, fighting the good fight, carrying out his orders,
- 24:16Speaker 1: and he trusts them was this a mistake to have
- 24:19Speaker 1: a journalist accidentally added yes, of course it was The
- 24:23Speaker 1: real story I'd love for someone to write is why
- 24:25Speaker 1: did a journalists not excuse themselves from the conversation instead
- 24:30Speaker 1: of just pouring himself out to his readers knowing he
- 24:34Speaker 1: wasn't supposed to be on this conversation and if he
- 24:38Speaker 1: really thought it was dealing with national security issues, they
- 24:41Speaker 1: could be a threat. Then I would also argue this,
- 24:44Speaker 1: whose side are you on? I want to know they
- 24:48Speaker 1: go Republican hawks. Again, back to the article from Politico,
- 24:51Speaker 1: Pentagon officials, and even some inside the White House. Now
- 24:54Speaker 1: I believe headset also messed up by sitting likely classified
- 24:57Speaker 1: details from his phone, Then that has a to undermine
- 25:00Speaker 1: his credibility in the administration. Again, these are lies. They're
- 25:04Speaker 1: making it up. Quote. Because Trump c really likes and
- 25:07Speaker 1: has publicly exonerated headseth, you're not going to hear a
- 25:10Speaker 1: huge public outcry, said a senior GOP official on Capitol
- 25:13Speaker 1: Hill who is close to the White House. But privately,
- 25:16Speaker 1: there's a lot of concern about his judgment, more than
- 25:19Speaker 1: with Woltz. Even for a Pentagon chief who has copied
- 25:23Speaker 1: Trump's style down to his sharpie signature in campaign style
- 25:28Speaker 1: videos headset, growing pile of mistakes are getting noticed. According
- 25:31Speaker 1: to four officials and two people in touch with the administration,
- 25:35Speaker 1: pile of mistakes is I want to know what the
- 25:38Speaker 1: definition of a pile of mistakes is by politico. The
- 25:45Speaker 1: problem is this is another example of an experience that
- 25:48Speaker 1: a person close to the White House, so not in
- 25:50Speaker 1: the White House, not in the administration, someone on the
- 25:52Speaker 1: outside that they're claiming is somehow tight enough to do
- 25:54Speaker 1: this interview, who, like others, was granted aminemity to discuss
- 25:58Speaker 1: a politically sensitive issue. What happens when headsett needs to
- 26:02Speaker 1: manage a real crisis question mark? Okay, I go back
- 26:06Speaker 1: to what they just wrote. Where are the pile of mistakes?
- 26:10Speaker 1: The Defense Department did not respond to requests for comment,
- 26:13Speaker 1: but pending on spokesman Sean Parnell. By the way, I
- 26:15Speaker 1: know Sean Welly does a great job. Has reiterated that
- 26:18Speaker 1: the White House and the White House attack against the
- 26:21Speaker 1: journalists who was added to the chat? The Atlantic editor
- 26:24Speaker 1: in chief Jeff Goldberg saying, quote, these additional signal chat
- 26:28Speaker 1: messages confirm there were more classified materials or war plans
- 26:32Speaker 1: shared in reference to the Atlantic's release of text excerpts
- 26:35Speaker 1: on Wednesday. The Secretary was merely updating the group on
- 26:39Speaker 1: a plan that was underway and had already been briefed
- 26:42Speaker 1: through official channels. Headset address the issues briefly Wednesday during
- 26:47Speaker 1: a week long trip to Asia, saying the information the
- 26:49Speaker 1: messages doesn't look like war plans. You know who sees
- 26:53Speaker 1: war plans. I see them every single day. But the
- 26:56Speaker 1: episode threatens. The quote overshadow his first big trip to
- 27:01Speaker 1: the Indo Pacific, and it follows other prominent stumbles, including
- 27:06Speaker 1: a walk back of his February remarks about Ukraine war
- 27:09Speaker 1: negotiations and Brussels, and an ill fitted effort to send
- 27:12Speaker 1: thousands of detained migrants to go Ontanamo Bay. By the way,
- 27:15Speaker 1: ill fated it's happened. How was that ill fated? I
- 27:19Speaker 1: go back to their line that I read for you
- 27:22Speaker 1: minute ago. They said it was a growing pile of
- 27:25Speaker 1: mistakes by headseth show me the pile. Politico acts like
- 27:31Speaker 1: they they're like they've got all of this on him.
- 27:36Speaker 1: Show me the pile. I want to see the pile
- 27:40Speaker 1: of mistakes, because you said there was a pile of mistakes.
- 27:47Speaker 1: What is the pile, no doubt. Putting a journalist on
- 27:51Speaker 1: there that sucks. I was a screw up on the
- 27:54Speaker 1: I want to be clear. I am the first to
- 27:58Speaker 1: admit that. Okay, I want to be very clear. Should
- 28:01Speaker 1: it cost his job or anybody else's job? Hell no.
- 28:05Speaker 1: Are they doing an amazing job? Yes? Is there a
- 28:08Speaker 1: pile of mistakes?
- 28:09Speaker 3: No?
- 28:10Speaker 1: And if there was, they would have given you the
- 28:12Speaker 1: pile of mistakes at the top of the article. They
- 28:15Speaker 1: didn't because there isn't one. It's called slander, it's called lies,
- 28:20Speaker 1: it's called political propaganda. It's the same crap they're doing
- 28:25Speaker 1: against Trump. It's the same crap they're doing against Elon.
- 28:28Speaker 1: It's the same crap they're doing about Pete Because the
- 28:31Speaker 1: organized Democratic Party and the state sponsored media that takes
- 28:36Speaker 1: their plays from the Democratic Party, all they're caring about
- 28:41Speaker 1: right now is they want to take down somebody in
- 28:43Speaker 1: Trump world. So next week it may be somebody else,
- 28:48Speaker 1: but this is their ultimate goal and they're going to
- 28:50Speaker 1: do it no matter what. By lying, I promise you that,
- 28:54Speaker 1: don't forget Grab the Ben Ferguson podcasts, my podcast, wherever
