- 0:00Speaker 1: There is some big news breaking and that is this
- 0:03Speaker 1: five Hillary Clinton associates are now taking the fifth in
- 0:08Speaker 1: the Russian hoax prosecution coming down from the Durham team. Now,
- 0:12Speaker 1: this happened on Friday, where we got word of course,
- 0:16Speaker 1: because they dumped the garbage right, so you won't know
- 0:19Speaker 1: about it going into the Easter weekend. And five associates
- 0:22Speaker 1: of Hillary Clinton and her presidential campaign are now invoking
- 0:26Speaker 1: their Fifth Amendment rights and a refusing to cooperate with
- 0:30Speaker 1: a special counsel John Durham, according to this filing and
- 0:34Speaker 1: federal court that was revealed late on Friday in Washington, DC. Now,
- 0:39Speaker 1: a quick reminder, if you're listening to this podcast, please
- 0:41Speaker 1: make sure you hit the subscriber auto download button and
- 0:45Speaker 1: tell your friends about this podcast, share this on social media,
- 0:48Speaker 1: and if you would write us a five star review
- 0:50Speaker 1: to help us, as Democrats have been attacking our podcasts
- 0:53Speaker 1: recently with bad reviews. Now fauci. Now, this revelation emerged
- 0:59Speaker 1: in a emotion filed by Durham to oppose the efforts
- 1:05Speaker 1: of defendant Michael Sussman and the Clinton campaign to withhold
- 1:10Speaker 1: some documents from evidence by asserting attorney client privilege. Now, Sussman,
- 1:17Speaker 1: I want to remind you, has been charged with lying
- 1:20Speaker 1: to the FBI in twenty sixteen when he informed the
- 1:25Speaker 1: FBI about a fraudulent link between then Kennet President Donald
- 1:30Speaker 1: Trump or then candidate Donald Trump, and the Russian government
- 1:35Speaker 1: via Alpha Bank. Now, Sussman allegedly presented himself as a quote,
- 1:41Speaker 1: concerned citizen and hid the fact that he was working
- 1:45Speaker 1: for the Clinton campaign to the FBI. Now, this isn't
- 1:50Speaker 1: all that we're finding out about this story. Now the
- 1:53Speaker 1: DOJ is now reporting that the Special Council has said
- 1:58Speaker 1: the CIA that actually came from the former Clinton lawyer
- 2:04Speaker 1: claiming that Donald Trump and the Trump Industries right Empire
- 2:10Speaker 1: had a Russian connection was quote and this is how
- 2:13Speaker 1: the CIA actually labeled it is not technically plausible. The
- 2:20Speaker 1: CIA also went on to say that it's very clear
- 2:24Speaker 1: in their assessment that the information given to the FBI
- 2:29Speaker 1: was quote user created. So take a step back and
- 2:34Speaker 1: think about what I just told you, and why is
- 2:36Speaker 1: the media not covering this. The CIA's initial response to
- 2:41Speaker 1: the Clinton lawyer giving information to the FBI claiming that
- 2:46Speaker 1: Donald Trump had this Russian collusion and this Russian bank
- 2:51Speaker 1: connection that he was compromised and that they were trying
- 2:54Speaker 1: to influence our election. When the CIA ran an analysis
- 2:58Speaker 1: of the information given to the DOJ, given to the
- 3:02Speaker 1: FBI by the Clinton lawyer, the Clinton campaign, the CIA,
- 3:06Speaker 1: the deep state, the same deep state that has come
- 3:09Speaker 1: out trying to overthrow the government, overthrow the will of
- 3:12Speaker 1: the people, the same CIA that went after Donald Trump.
- 3:16Speaker 1: They knew in their assessment that the information they received
- 3:20Speaker 1: at the very beginning that started all of the impeachment,
- 3:24Speaker 1: all of Russian collusion, all of this hoax was quote
- 3:27Speaker 1: not technically plausible and was user created, meaning the person
- 3:33Speaker 1: that brought to us is the one that created it.
- 3:35Speaker 1: And they allowed. The CIA allowed the president to be
- 3:38Speaker 1: impeached not once, but twice over this. They allowed this
- 3:42Speaker 1: lie to stand as fact while they were impeaching the
- 3:46Speaker 1: president of the United States of America. Now, the Justice
- 3:49Speaker 1: Department's Special Counsel's Office has said that CIA data alleging
- 3:55Speaker 1: a relationship between Donald Trump and Russia is not technically plausible.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Special Council Durham asserted that the alleged relationship in his
- 4:05Speaker 1: court filing with former President Trump and Russia, which Clinton's lawyer,
- 4:10Speaker 1: Michael Sussman concluded was user created. Susman is not only
- 4:16Speaker 1: accused of lyne to the FBI in September of twenty sixteen,
- 4:20Speaker 1: saying he didn't work for the Clintons when he presented
- 4:22Speaker 1: the purported data and quote white papers that allegedly demonstrated
- 4:27Speaker 1: a covert communication channel between former President Trump and Kremlin
- 4:33Speaker 1: tied Alpha Bank. Durham also alleged Sussman gave the CIA
- 4:38Speaker 1: information about Trump in February of twenty and seventeen. He
- 4:43Speaker 1: said the agency immediately conclude the information wasn't true. The
- 4:48Speaker 1: court document reads this way. While the FBI did not
- 4:53Speaker 1: reach an ultimate conclusion regarding the data accuracy or whether
- 4:58Speaker 1: it might have been in or in part genuine, spoofed, altered,
- 5:04Speaker 1: or fabricated, the CIA concluded in early two thousand and
- 5:10Speaker 1: seventeen that the Russian Bank one data and Russian Phone
- 5:14Speaker 1: Provider one data was not technically plausible and did not
- 5:23Speaker 1: withstand technical scrutiny. It contained gaps, conflicted with itself, and
- 5:30Speaker 1: was quote user created and not machine slash tool generated,
- 5:35Speaker 1: he wrote in the court document filed Friday. So they
- 5:41Speaker 1: knew it was a lie. They knew Hillary Clinton created it.
- 5:44Speaker 1: They knew that the Clinton campaign paid for it. They
- 5:46Speaker 1: knew that the DNC paid for it. We already know
- 5:48Speaker 1: the fines that have been paid now by the Clinton
- 5:50Speaker 1: campaign and the Democratic National Committee because they refused to
- 5:54Speaker 1: actually tell the truth in their campaign filing it. They
- 5:58Speaker 1: were the ones paying for the se to be created
- 6:01Speaker 1: and paying for the Dacia to be shopped around the media,
- 6:03Speaker 1: and they were paying for their lie to be sold.
- 6:06Speaker 1: The FBI, the CIA, and the CIA new in January
- 6:09Speaker 1: or early February of twenty seventeen that this was not
- 6:12Speaker 1: plausible and it was user created data, meaning the Clinton
- 6:18Speaker 1: campaign made it. And so now you have five different
- 6:22Speaker 1: people who are pleading the fifth that are involved in
- 6:27Speaker 1: all of this, five of them, folks. Why is the
- 6:32Speaker 1: media not covering this? Let me take you back to
- 6:34Speaker 1: just a week ago when Durham released former Clinton lawyer
- 6:38Speaker 1: Michael Sussman's text message is saying he put lie in writing.
- 6:43Speaker 1: We now know this from reporting. Here's from Hannity. Take
- 6:47Speaker 1: a listen. And he was not working on behalf of
- 6:49Speaker 1: any client or company, and of course Susman was working
- 6:52Speaker 1: on behalf of the Clinton campaign. Now, according to Durham,
- 6:56Speaker 1: Susman sent Baker a text message with the lie meaning
- 7:00Speaker 1: it is all in writing here with reaction former White
- 7:04Speaker 1: House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, along with Just the
- 7:06Speaker 1: News dot Com founder editor in chief John Solomon. John,
- 7:10Speaker 1: start with you with the news part. Then we'll get
- 7:11Speaker 1: to Mark with analysis. Yeah. Listen. First off, you find
- 7:15Speaker 1: out today that there is written evidence at Michael Sassman lie.
- 7:17Speaker 1: He texted the FBI and told him I wasn't working
- 7:20Speaker 1: for a client when the effact was working for Hillary
- 7:22Speaker 1: Cutton and dumped his dirt. But here's the big news.
- 7:24Speaker 1: He called what the Cutton campaign, the law firm, the
- 7:28Speaker 1: Researchersfusion GPS did a conspiracy. For the first time, he
- 7:32Speaker 1: called it a joint venture to get all this information
- 7:35Speaker 1: flooded into government agencies try to get Donald Trump investigated
- 7:39Speaker 1: on false allegations. It's the first time Derham's used the
- 7:41Speaker 1: big sword. And you take Mark Meadows as we analyze this.
- 7:45Speaker 1: Because everything that we set on this program, reported for
- 7:49Speaker 1: almost three years on this program has been vindicated by
- 7:53Speaker 1: the Inspector General and it seems to now being vindicated
- 7:57Speaker 1: even further by John Durham. I just wish this report
- 8:00Speaker 1: would get done well. I think all Americans want the
- 8:04Speaker 1: report to get done, but we want him to be thorough.
- 8:07Speaker 1: In one of the things that you mentioned, you and
- 8:09Speaker 1: John Solomon both had covered this for almost three years.
- 8:13Speaker 1: There's a couple of other nuggets that we need to
- 8:15Speaker 1: look at the date of this particular text message came
- 8:19Speaker 1: at a very critical time when there was all kinds
- 8:21Speaker 1: of other things with the Steel Dossier parts of it
- 8:24Speaker 1: coming out. But here's the other thing in there. It
- 8:27Speaker 1: says that it is time sensitive. Why would this information
- 8:31Speaker 1: be time sensitive if it didn't have a political narrative
- 8:35Speaker 1: or if it wasn't attached to it? Perhaps another four
- 8:38Speaker 1: year request. I mean, you know where we're actually going
- 8:42Speaker 1: in and looking at information and looking at where we
- 8:48Speaker 1: actually go with this particular investigation a real problem. All right,
- 8:52Speaker 1: what else where do you see this headed? John Solomon,
- 8:55Speaker 1: because you've been at the tip of the sphere along
- 8:57Speaker 1: with Mark and so many others. Yeah, listen, we couldn't
- 9:00Speaker 1: have done it without people like Mark Meadows and Congress
- 9:03Speaker 1: Jim Jordan, Devin noonez. I'm putting together timeline. We'll be
- 9:06Speaker 1: on just the news of that com in the morning.
- 9:07Speaker 1: It's gonna lay out all the events that in the
- 9:10Speaker 1: various filings Durham identifies as part of this conspiracy, this
- 9:14Speaker 1: joint venture. Will use the word conspiracy. Now we did
- 9:18Speaker 1: get to the top, John, we only have about twenty seconds. Well,
- 9:22Speaker 1: there's a tweet from Hillary Cutton mentioned in today saying
- 9:24Speaker 1: if she tweeted out false information, she's part of that conspiracy.
- 9:28Speaker 1: There it is, if she tweeted it out, then she's
- 9:32Speaker 1: a part of that conspiracy. While the FDI did not
- 9:37Speaker 1: reach an ultimate conclusion quote regarding the data's accuracy or
- 9:40Speaker 1: whether it might have been in whole or in part genuine, spoofed, altered,
- 9:44Speaker 1: or fabricated, that CIA concluded in early twenty seventeen that
- 9:48Speaker 1: Russia Bank Won data and Russian Phone Provider one data
- 9:51Speaker 1: was not technically plausible and did not withstand technical scrutiny.
- 9:55Speaker 1: In other words, it's a made up lie. It's total crap,
- 9:58Speaker 1: contain gaps, can conflict with itself, and was user created
- 10:02Speaker 1: and not machine slash tool generated. Is what the document
- 10:06Speaker 1: and the court filing on Friday reads. Here's something else
- 10:10Speaker 1: I want you to know. The Special Counsel said that
- 10:13Speaker 1: regardless of if the information was quote actually unreliable or
- 10:20Speaker 1: provided a motive for the lie. Any evidence concerning the
- 10:26Speaker 1: steps the intelligence agencies took to investigate these materials is
- 10:30Speaker 1: critical to establish what their motive actually was. He said.
- 10:35Speaker 1: The evidence will allow the jury to determine assessment. Alleged
- 10:39Speaker 1: lie could have influence or impaired government function, which means
- 10:44Speaker 1: this is a much broader conspiracy. Durham also outlined the
- 10:49Speaker 1: relationship between the lawyer for the Clinton campaign and ex
- 10:55Speaker 1: British Intelligent Agent Christopher Steele, who reportedly wrote the unaccredited
- 11:02Speaker 1: dossier connecting Trump to Russia that the CIA early on
- 11:06Speaker 1: in twenty seventeen said is not plausible. This is user
- 11:10Speaker 1: created content, meaning the purse that brought to you create
- 11:13Speaker 1: this out of thin air. There's too many holes, too
- 11:14Speaker 1: many gaps. We don't believe any of this crap. Now.
- 11:17Speaker 1: The Democratic National Committee and the Clinton campaign, we know
- 11:22Speaker 1: funded the dossier, and we know they fund him through
- 11:25Speaker 1: the Perkins Coy law firm. And we know this because
- 11:29Speaker 1: they've both been fined by the Federal Election Commission for
- 11:33Speaker 1: funding this thing and lying about funding it. Now, Durham says, look,
- 11:37Speaker 1: the CIA found data alleging that the Trump Russia connection
- 11:41Speaker 1: was not technically plausible and was user created. It's all
- 11:46Speaker 1: there now. Durham said he will see community for a
- 11:51Speaker 1: fusing GPS employee during the trial of the Clinton campaign
- 11:55Speaker 1: lawyer Michael Steele. Why would he do this for one
- 11:58Speaker 1: simple reason? He said he would do it for a
- 12:01Speaker 1: reason that's pretty clear. He said he would do it
- 12:05Speaker 1: because he knew that it was important to get the
- 12:07Speaker 1: real story from the inside. Uh yeah, no joke on
- 12:12Speaker 1: that one, right. I mean, this is significant in nature.
- 12:16Speaker 1: I want you to hear part of how Fox put
- 12:18Speaker 1: this all into perspective just how significant this is because
- 12:22Speaker 1: the CIA knew that people were trying to overthrow the
- 12:27Speaker 1: government using lies, using information that they had assessed was
- 12:33Speaker 1: a lie. And now the question is did this lie
- 12:37Speaker 1: influencer impair the government functions? And Durham has made a
- 12:41Speaker 1: very clear connection here with this relationship between this expertise
- 12:46Speaker 1: intelligence agent Christopher Steele, and the dossier it was unaccredited
- 12:51Speaker 1: that the CIA said was unaccredited to Trump and Russia
- 12:54Speaker 1: and the Democratic National Committee in the Clinton campaign. It's
- 12:57Speaker 1: all there. In fact, in Friday's filing, Durham said Sessman
- 13:01Speaker 1: still met in twenty sixteenth at the law firm's office
- 13:05Speaker 1: to discuss the Russian connection. After the meeting still created
- 13:08Speaker 1: the dossier created it. This is in his filing. You
- 13:13Speaker 1: would think that the media would have gone wall to
- 13:16Speaker 1: wall with his story because it is absolutely shocking, right
- 13:20Speaker 1: Durhaman Sessman met at a law firm in twenty sixteen
- 13:23Speaker 1: to discuss this, and after the meeting still created the
- 13:26Speaker 1: dossier that didn't exist before they had the meeting, and
- 13:28Speaker 1: this is all paid for by Hillary Clinton, her campaign
- 13:31Speaker 1: and the Democratic National Committee. In this filing, he accused
- 13:36Speaker 1: assessment of representing and working for the Clinton campaign and
- 13:39Speaker 1: connection with its broader opposition research efforts, and then he
- 13:43Speaker 1: took steps to integrate the Russian allegation into the dossier.
- 13:48Speaker 1: He also said the evidence against Sessman is high probability
- 13:52Speaker 1: because it indicates he was helping the Clinton campaign through
- 13:57Speaker 1: the research and the FBI meeting was to further the
- 14:01Speaker 1: interests of the Clinton campaign, and that Steel was hired
- 14:04Speaker 1: to dig up dirt on Trump. Quote. The fact that
- 14:07Speaker 1: the FBI headquarters received on the same date both sets
- 14:12Speaker 1: of information involving the same political campaign, the Clinton campaign,
- 14:17Speaker 1: the same law firm Perkins Cooy, and the same investigation
- 14:20Speaker 1: firm Fusion GPS makes Steal's involvement in these matters more
- 14:24Speaker 1: than relevant. The Friday court documents reveal Susman is scheduled
- 14:30Speaker 1: to go to trial next month. By the way, Durham
- 14:32Speaker 1: responded in the filings that what evidence would and would
- 14:36Speaker 1: not be permissible at the lawyer's trial. In February, Durham
- 14:40Speaker 1: announced the government would establish the Domain Name System DNS
- 14:45Speaker 1: internet traffic pertaining to a particular healthcare provider, Trump Tower,
- 14:50Speaker 1: Donald Trump's Central Park West department building, and the Executive
- 14:54Speaker 1: Office of the President Knight States of America as quote exploited.
- 14:58Speaker 1: So was Donald Trump right when he said he was
- 15:00Speaker 1: spied on? Yes? Was his campaign spied on? Yes? Was
- 15:04Speaker 1: he spied on at his apartment? Yes? Was he spied
- 15:06Speaker 1: on while he was actually in the White House. This
- 15:08Speaker 1: is the part that is again bigger than anything else
- 15:11Speaker 1: I've told you to day. The President was spied on
- 15:13Speaker 1: when he was actually the President of Unit States America
- 15:15Speaker 1: in the White House. The Durham Investigation, in their court filings,
- 15:21Speaker 1: basically say that it was exploited, that he was exploited,
- 15:25Speaker 1: That Durham exploited Donald Trump by mining the Executive Office
- 15:31Speaker 1: of the President's DNS traffic meaning where they were going
- 15:36Speaker 1: on the Internet and other data for the purpose of
- 15:38Speaker 1: gathering derogatory information about Donald Trump. This was spying on
- 15:42Speaker 1: the president while he was a spy while excuse me,
- 15:44Speaker 1: while he was the president Unit States America and the
- 15:47Speaker 1: Executive Office of the President, and said the information was
- 15:51Speaker 1: used to cause an interference in creating the narrative ties
- 15:55Speaker 1: between the two parties. Sessman, how his attempting to block
- 16:01Speaker 1: evidence concerning the gathering of the domain data from Rodney Jove,
- 16:06Speaker 1: also known as Tech Executive One. However, Durham is a
- 16:10Speaker 1: subject of the investigation because he played a critical leadership
- 16:13Speaker 1: role in the allegations. Despite not being charged with a crime.
- 16:18Speaker 1: Durham said the court will provide redacted communications between Susman
- 16:23Speaker 1: and Jove that pertained to the Clinton campaign directly, and
- 16:27Speaker 1: Durham said the data gathering was quote a necessary factual
- 16:31Speaker 1: backdrop to the charged conduct. Of course, Sessaments pleaded not
- 16:36Speaker 1: guilty and asked for the case to be dismissed. A
- 16:38Speaker 1: judge has denied that this directly goes back to Hillary Clinton.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Take a listen to this from Fox from just a
- 16:46Speaker 1: couple of days ago. They've been coming after me again lately,
- 16:51Speaker 1: in case you might have noticed, It's funny. The more
- 16:55Speaker 1: trouble Trump gets into, the wilder the charges conspiracy theories
- 17:01Speaker 1: about me seemed to get. That was Hillary Clinton this
- 17:05Speaker 1: week at the New York State Democratic Convention, dismissing the
- 17:08Speaker 1: latest details and Special Counsel John Durham's investigation, calling it
- 17:12Speaker 1: a right wing lie meant to distract from Donald Trump's scandals.
- 17:17Speaker 1: Clinton's comments come as a Durham as a Durham continues
- 17:20Speaker 1: to investigate the origins of the FBI's Trump Russia probe,
- 17:24Speaker 1: claiming in a legal filing last week that a private
- 17:27Speaker 1: contractor aided the Clinton campaign and concocting the false collusion narrative,
- 17:32Speaker 1: with a tech executive named Rodney Joffey working with other
- 17:36Speaker 1: researchers to collect proprietary Internet data, including records from Trump
- 17:41Speaker 1: Tower and the White House. Let's bring in Wall Street
- 17:44Speaker 1: Journal columnists Kim Strassell and Holman Jenkins, so ki, what
- 17:50Speaker 1: did we learn that's new in the Durham filing and
- 17:53Speaker 1: the why is it important? So? We knew last year that,
- 17:58Speaker 1: in addition to the Steel dossier, there was this other
- 18:00Speaker 1: effort of these private researchers to work with the same
- 18:05Speaker 1: Clinton lawyers, the same Clinton OPA research team, and to
- 18:11Speaker 1: deliver that information to the FBI, claiming another collusion aspect
- 18:15Speaker 1: of this. What we learned this week is that those
- 18:18Speaker 1: researchers exploited their access to government data that had been
- 18:24Speaker 1: provided to a government contractor to look at data including
- 18:29Speaker 1: records that came from Trump Tower, from Donald Trump's Manhattan apartment,
- 18:34Speaker 1: and also for some period of time, records from the
- 18:37Speaker 1: White House, which is really all quite remarkable. But what
- 18:40Speaker 1: it means, let's just pause there and again dissect this.
- 18:44Speaker 1: You have a sitting president United States of America that
- 18:47Speaker 1: had a private company access the Internet data of the
- 18:51Speaker 1: Presidency of the United States of America's executive office while
- 18:55Speaker 1: he's serving as the president, to then use that against
- 18:58Speaker 1: him and to put forward a narrative that something like
- 19:02Speaker 1: this happened that was totally evil, that the president nts
- 19:06Speaker 1: America was compromised by Russia, and this was happening while
- 19:09Speaker 1: he was the President of the United States of America
- 19:11Speaker 1: and they were able to gain this access while he
- 19:14Speaker 1: was President of the United States of America, spying on him.
- 19:17Speaker 1: While he's in the White House, and you don't think
- 19:20Speaker 1: this is a big deal. You want to know why
- 19:23Speaker 1: the media is not covering this because this indicts the FBI,
- 19:27Speaker 1: it indicts the CIA, it indicts the Justice Department, because
- 19:31Speaker 1: all of three of them worked together to overthrow a
- 19:34Speaker 1: free and fair election. They didn't like who you voted for,
- 19:37Speaker 1: and they said the guy was too big of a
- 19:40Speaker 1: threat to their power. So they were going to overthrow
- 19:42Speaker 1: the will of the people by impeaching him and framing
- 19:45Speaker 1: him and creating documents that they knew or lie and
- 19:48Speaker 1: using those lies when they had assessed they were lies
- 19:51Speaker 1: because they said it doesn't matter at this point, We're
- 19:53Speaker 1: gonna do it now. I want to take you back
- 19:56Speaker 1: to Ted Cruz from a couple of weeks ago. I
- 20:00Speaker 1: played this for you as we were exposing what has
- 20:03Speaker 1: happened with Hunter Biden. But now it's even more relevant
- 20:07Speaker 1: because of what center Ted Cruise has said at the
- 20:09Speaker 1: time about the Durham filings, and now we have the
- 20:12Speaker 1: five people on top of this filing from a few
- 20:15Speaker 1: weeks ago that are pleading the fifth Ted Cruise said
- 20:20Speaker 1: it right when he said this is bigger than Watergate
- 20:22Speaker 1: and the media again not covering it because they helped
- 20:25Speaker 1: do all of this. Remember, the media has been involved
- 20:28Speaker 1: with this since day one. The media knew that this
- 20:32Speaker 1: was a trumped up story, no pun intended. They knew
- 20:35Speaker 1: that it was a lie. They knew that the Hillary
- 20:37Speaker 1: Clinton campaign had paid for this DOSIA. They knew all
- 20:41Speaker 1: the connections were there. They knew that this was propaganda.
- 20:45Speaker 1: The CIA, we're now knowing from the from the DONSIA
- 20:47Speaker 1: said this was user created content. This wasn't from somebody else's.
- 20:52Speaker 1: There's no legitimate story here, there's no legitimate connection here.
- 20:56Speaker 1: This is all user driven con tent and we all
- 21:01Speaker 1: know it is right. It's obvious. It's very clear they
- 21:07Speaker 1: went with it anyway. That's one of the media is
- 21:10Speaker 1: not covering this now because this could bring down the
- 21:12Speaker 1: entire Democratic apparatus, including Hillary Clinton, her campaign, and people
- 21:16Speaker 1: around Joe Biden and Hunter Biden and the list goes
- 21:19Speaker 1: on and on. They can't talk about this because it's
- 21:21Speaker 1: so damning. They can't talk about this because it's that bad, folks.
- 21:30Speaker 1: So go back to what was said by Senator Ted
- 21:34Speaker 1: Cruz on two twenty okay, February the twentieth, with that
- 21:40Speaker 1: original Durham profiling, and he said, this is bigger than Watergate.
- 21:44Speaker 1: He's right, But I'll tell you the allegations. What Durham
- 21:47Speaker 1: filed in a filing in federal court is deeply concerning.
- 21:51Speaker 1: What what Durham alleged as a federal prosecutor, as a
- 21:54Speaker 1: special prosecutor, is that a lawyer for the Hillary Clinton
- 21:57Speaker 1: campaign conspire with a Big Tech executive to monitor and
- 22:02Speaker 1: spy on Donald Trump, to spy on him at his home,
- 22:06Speaker 1: to spy on him at his office, and indeed they
- 22:09Speaker 1: were spying on the White House itself, They were spying
- 22:12Speaker 1: on a sitting president. That that is you know, you
- 22:16Speaker 1: and I both remember when when President Trump said the
- 22:19Speaker 1: Democrats are spying on me, and the corporate media collectively
- 22:23Speaker 1: laughed at him. They mocked at him, they said, what
- 22:26Speaker 1: a ridiculous claim for him to make. Well, if what
- 22:30Speaker 1: Special Counsel Durham is alleging is true, that what Donald
- 22:34Speaker 1: Trump said was absolutely right, and to the extent, Hillary
- 22:38Speaker 1: Clinton is complicit with this, her campaign is complicit with it,
- 22:41Speaker 1: her lawyers are complicit with Big Tech is complicit with it.
- 22:45Speaker 1: If this is true, it's a lot bigger than Watergate,
- 22:48Speaker 1: and that was a bungled, third rate burglary. It was wrong.
- 22:51Speaker 1: People went to jail for Watergate, and people need to
- 22:54Speaker 1: go to jail for this if these allegations are true,
- 22:57Speaker 1: and people need to go to jail. Now, the question
- 23:01Speaker 1: is how does he keep Hillary Clinton out of this?
- 23:05Speaker 1: That's what the White Houses, i'm sure, and trying to do,
- 23:08Speaker 1: the Deep States trying to do. They cannot imagine a
- 23:12Speaker 1: scenario where they allow this to go to Hillary Clinton,
- 23:15Speaker 1: even though it's very clear it goes directly to Hillary Clinton. Right,
- 23:19Speaker 1: we know this goes to Hillary Clinton. There's no way
- 23:23Speaker 1: to separate Hillary Clinton out of this story. There's no
- 23:27Speaker 1: way to separate Hillary Clinton the Clinton campaign out of
- 23:31Speaker 1: this story, right, That is impossible. You just can't do it, folks.
- 23:42Speaker 1: The CIA is admitting it that you can't do it.
- 23:48Speaker 1: The CIA has made it clear it is impossible to
- 23:51Speaker 1: separate the two. So where do we go from here? Well,
- 23:59Speaker 1: that's why everybody right now is pleading the fifth because
- 24:02Speaker 1: if you know you've been busted the way that they're
- 24:05Speaker 1: describing that, you've been busted, at this point, I don't
- 24:09Speaker 1: think you have any other option but to shut up,
- 24:13Speaker 1: and you could even argue run and I'm sure now
- 24:17Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton sitting there going, oh my gosh. I mean,
- 24:20Speaker 1: look at the other headline. Durham says, CIA found data
- 24:24Speaker 1: alleging Trump Russia plot was user created. I wish they
- 24:29Speaker 1: wouldn't say user crea, which they'd say Hillary Clinton created
- 24:32Speaker 1: this court filing Friday that shows the CIA concluded the
- 24:40Speaker 1: data from the Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman allegedly coordinated
- 24:43Speaker 1: between Donald Trump and Russia was not technically plausible and
- 24:47Speaker 1: was user created. Okay, So then how many people in congresslide,
- 24:51Speaker 1: how many people in Congress tried to overthrow the will
- 24:54Speaker 1: of the people, every Democrat and every Republican that voted
- 25:00Speaker 1: for impeachment, Right, that that's obvious there now, every time
- 25:05Speaker 1: that the media had one of these scumbags on with
- 25:09Speaker 1: Russia collusion, right, every single time they had them on
- 25:13Speaker 1: talking about this, Jim Jordan talking about it that the
- 25:18Speaker 1: president was spied on him, when people said, oh, that's ridiculous,
- 25:21Speaker 1: the president wouldn't spied on Yes, he was, And now
- 25:23Speaker 1: we have it in the court document. I think the
- 25:25Speaker 1: first takeaways we were right about this all along. President
- 25:27Speaker 1: Trump was right when he said in twenty seventeen, he
- 25:29Speaker 1: was being spied on. Bill Barr said it in twenty nineteen.
- 25:32Speaker 1: He said spying took place, and there was a basis
- 25:34Speaker 1: for his concern about the spying. So and each time
- 25:38Speaker 1: that those statements were made, the press and the Democrats,
- 25:40Speaker 1: oh no, no no, that's not true. Well we knew it
- 25:42Speaker 1: was true. And now, of course Durham has more than
- 25:44Speaker 1: confirmed that, and he's pointed out the fact that it
- 25:47Speaker 1: goes right to the Clinton campaign, goes right to the
- 25:50Speaker 1: Clinton campaign, goes right to the DOJ, right goes right
- 25:58Speaker 1: to them. The media has made too much of the
- 26:05Speaker 1: Durham filing. That's what rhinos like Hugh Hewitt had to
- 26:09Speaker 1: say on Fox News Channel. Just back, go back to
- 26:12Speaker 1: February seventeenth of this year, right, Get the Hugh Hewitts
- 26:17Speaker 1: of the world on there, the guys that rhinos you know, well,
- 26:20Speaker 1: they've made too much of the Durham filing. Okay, well,
- 26:23Speaker 1: now do you want to apologize and say you're wrong again?
- 26:25Speaker 1: Turnative vision that inspires and motivates former Secretary of State,
- 26:31Speaker 1: former senator, former First Lady Hillary Clinton talking to New
- 26:34Speaker 1: York Democrats today, This on a day when there was
- 26:38Speaker 1: another filing from John Durham in that investigation that she
- 26:41Speaker 1: essentially laughed off. Today we're back with our panel. I
- 26:44Speaker 1: want to get you two Herald and hughed Away in
- 26:46Speaker 1: on that filing and kind of big picture. Hugh first
- 26:49Speaker 1: to you, well, I agree that the media has made
- 26:53Speaker 1: too much of this filing. I think I said two
- 26:55Speaker 1: nights ago, we don't know anything yet because Susman can
- 26:58Speaker 1: either go John Deane or he can go Gordon Lyddy.
- 27:00Speaker 1: But I knowed that John Durham said there will be
- 27:01Speaker 1: emotions and eliminate cunning and Harold and I did go
- 27:04Speaker 1: to Michigan Law school and we both know one thing
- 27:07Speaker 1: from our time there from great law professors. Nobody knows
- 27:10Speaker 1: nothing about what the prosecution has until the prosecution rolls
- 27:13Speaker 1: out as the indictment. I do say, Harold over to you, Yeah,
- 27:18Speaker 1: what do you think I agree with Hugh. I mean,
- 27:21Speaker 1: we lost one of the greats from our law school,
- 27:23Speaker 1: Yokhamazar as a lion and a king and a big
- 27:26Speaker 1: man in the law. If he were here today, he'd
- 27:28Speaker 1: say exactly what Hugh just said. As I think, as
- 27:31Speaker 1: I listened to everyone about this, let let the facts
- 27:35Speaker 1: fall where they May and both the President Trump's matter
- 27:38Speaker 1: as well as this matter, the Durham matter, and move forward.
- 27:41Speaker 1: Democrats would do better focusing on crime, COVID, inflation in
- 27:46Speaker 1: the border. That's how we're going to win the elections
- 27:49Speaker 1: in November, not about focusing on the politics around President Trump.
- 27:52Speaker 1: He really that was the message today. By the way,
- 27:55Speaker 1: I love this right. Well, the media made too much
- 27:57Speaker 1: the Durham filing and then they bring in a hard
- 27:58Speaker 1: core liberal for Junior saying the same thing here. You know,
- 28:03Speaker 1: I go back to the impeachment here, you had the
- 28:07Speaker 1: impeachment trial that was going on. Hugh Hewitt said that
- 28:09Speaker 1: back then during the impeachment trial, there aren't much There
- 28:13Speaker 1: aren't much anger Giuliani because Republicans think there's no impeachable offense.
- 28:20Speaker 1: And he sits there and he criticizes, and he criticizes
- 28:22Speaker 1: and he criticizes. When are they going to realize that
- 28:25Speaker 1: this is an actual big deal and that the FBI,
- 28:28Speaker 1: the CIA, the DOJ and not only did everybody lie
- 28:32Speaker 1: to you, but they actively tried to overthrow a free
- 28:35Speaker 1: and fair election. They try to lock up and impeach
- 28:39Speaker 1: a present the United States of America at every level
- 28:42Speaker 1: in our government because they didn't like the fact that
- 28:44Speaker 1: we the people picked them. At some point there has
- 28:48Speaker 1: to be some level of accountability just for that. You
- 28:55Speaker 1: can't keep overlooking this forever. It's some point there has
- 29:00Speaker 1: to be accountability for that, and so the media will
- 29:06Speaker 1: not cover this. So it's your job to continue to
- 29:08Speaker 1: get this information out. We're the only ones left folks
- 29:13Speaker 1: like this, is it okay? We're the ones that have
- 29:17Speaker 1: the opportunity to continue to put out the facts, and
- 29:21Speaker 1: these are the facts and the actual filing, because if
- 29:25Speaker 1: we don't do it, then the media thinks, well, then
- 29:26Speaker 1: it never really happened. If they don't have to report
- 29:29Speaker 1: on it, they don't have to talk about then it
- 29:31Speaker 1: never really happened. It just didn't happen. That's the problem.
- 29:43Speaker 1: I'm incredibly frustrated to watch and witness what has happened
- 29:47Speaker 1: in this country of knowing that five people are pleading
- 29:51Speaker 1: the fifth knowing that they framed a president United's America
- 29:54Speaker 1: for crimes he didn't commit, knowing that anybody that stood
- 29:58Speaker 1: up to them you were in the crosshairs of the
- 30:00Speaker 1: deep state, and knowing that the President United It's America,
- 30:03Speaker 1: that all that's had a major influence on the elections
- 30:05Speaker 1: in twenty twenty. You can't tell me it didn't. There's
- 30:09Speaker 1: a very good chance that Donald Trump would still be
- 30:11Speaker 1: the president if it wasn't for all these lies. They
- 30:15Speaker 1: never stopped telling the lies while he was president, the
- 30:18Speaker 1: entire time. They try to impeach him twice. They never
- 30:21Speaker 1: stopped the lying. How much of an impact did that
- 30:24Speaker 1: have on the American voter? I would say enough to
- 30:27Speaker 1: change an election. You want to talk about collusion, The
- 30:30Speaker 1: Democratic Party and the media colluded to overthrow the will
- 30:33Speaker 1: of the people and influence him. Again, make sure you
- 30:36Speaker 1: share this podcast on social media, share it everywhere because
- 30:40Speaker 1: people need to know this. And again, look around. The
- 30:44Speaker 1: media is not discussing it. The media is not talking
- 30:47Speaker 1: about it. And the reason why it is clear they
- 30:49Speaker 1: don't want you to know about it.
