- 0:09Speaker 2: At all at all, So don't given them.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Back. A million bus busy listening to show.
- 0:38Speaker 2: I don't joy, Yah, yeah, joy, you gotta do that.
- 1:01Speaker 2: Turn out.
- 1:05Speaker 3: You love you turn.
- 1:41Speaker 1: To turn the mouth.
- 1:42Speaker 4: Turn you probably got to turn mouth, turn out, turn
- 1:46Speaker 4: the water, then up looking me.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Come come on, you think I sure will?
- 2:03Speaker 5: Good morning everybody you're listening to the voice, Come on,
- 2:07Speaker 5: dig me now.
- 2:08Speaker 6: One and only Steve Harvey got a radio show. I
- 2:12Speaker 6: have something, and it so describes how I was living.
- 2:16Speaker 6: It so captures the feelings that I had about beginning
- 2:23Speaker 6: on the pathway of my dreams. It so describes how
- 2:27Speaker 6: I felt when I was about to attempt something. And
- 2:32Speaker 6: I have some striking news for you. It describes often
- 2:36Speaker 6: how I feel still today to a degree. So let
- 2:41Speaker 6: me tell you what that is. Here's an analogy that
- 2:44Speaker 6: I've heard a couple of different ways, but I've kind of,
- 2:49Speaker 6: you know, fixed it around to where I can drink
- 2:51Speaker 6: it better, and I think it fits my personality to
- 2:55Speaker 6: describe it to people best this way. I've talked often
- 2:59Speaker 6: about the urgent see of doing something with your life
- 3:04Speaker 6: of getting started today, of stopping the procrastination and putting
- 3:08Speaker 6: it off, and waiting on all your ducks to line
- 3:11Speaker 6: up in a row, and waiting until the stars align themselves.
- 3:15Speaker 6: If you waiting on such a thing, you're never gonna
- 3:18Speaker 6: get started. I don't know too many people who can
- 3:21Speaker 6: say that all the ducks just lined up in the row.
- 3:23Speaker 6: Things happen even when you get them lined up. One
- 3:27Speaker 6: of the ducks get out of line, or somebody knock
- 3:29Speaker 6: over the domino.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Something happens. But here's the point I'm getting at. God
- 3:36Speaker 1: has so many blessings available to you. You who's listening.
- 3:45Speaker 6: God has so many blessings available to you from where
- 3:50Speaker 6: you are right now. I don't care what you've gotten
- 3:54Speaker 6: yourself into or what you've done. God has so many
- 3:59Speaker 6: blessings that he can send your way.
- 4:03Speaker 1: But you have to do something.
- 4:06Speaker 6: See a lot of people just sit around and go, man,
- 4:09Speaker 6: I don't and something always happening to you. You're always
- 4:12Speaker 6: getting a break, You're always doing this. You always man,
- 4:15Speaker 6: no nothing come my way.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Listen to me. If nothing ever comes your way. You
- 4:19Speaker 1: know why that is. It's because you're not doing anything.
- 4:23Speaker 1: I promise you you're not. Here's a deal.
- 4:26Speaker 6: God has all these blessings he wants to send you,
- 4:29Speaker 6: but you got to give him something to work with. Now,
- 4:32Speaker 6: come on, God will bless you. God can touch people's
- 4:36Speaker 6: hearts on your behalf. He can move situations around for you.
- 4:40Speaker 6: He can align the stars. He can set the ducks
- 4:43Speaker 6: up in the row. But align the stars and move
- 4:46Speaker 6: people around, and touch people's hearts and set the ducks
- 4:49Speaker 6: up in the row. For what have you put forth
- 4:52Speaker 6: any effort? Have you made a single step in any
- 4:55Speaker 6: direction to do the right thing or go the right way?
- 4:59Speaker 6: That gives him something to put his finger on. Come on, man,
- 5:04Speaker 6: God can only bless you according to your faith. If
- 5:09Speaker 6: you have a little bit of faith, give him that.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Let him work with that. You know, man, I didn't
- 5:13Speaker 1: always start with these speeches you hear in the morning.
- 5:16Speaker 7: Now.
- 5:16Speaker 1: I ain't always had these. I grew to these. I
- 5:19Speaker 1: stumbled my way to these. I messed up my way
- 5:23Speaker 1: to these.
- 5:24Speaker 6: Here, I got it wrong so many times to be
- 5:27Speaker 6: able to sound like I got some sense, I said
- 5:30Speaker 6: it often. Failure is a wonderful teacher. Do you know
- 5:34Speaker 6: how many times I have had to have failed to
- 5:36Speaker 6: have what I have in my head today. I'm telling you, man,
- 5:40Speaker 6: it's a process. People get mad at the process. You
- 5:44Speaker 6: got to do something to give God something to work with.
- 5:47Speaker 6: He'll bless you. But what you want me to bless
- 5:49Speaker 6: If you ain't putting forth any effort, you can get
- 5:52Speaker 6: blessed from wherever you are in your life, wherever your
- 5:55Speaker 6: starting point is, wherever you find yourself wound up, you
- 6:00Speaker 6: can get it back from there. I've done it, man,
- 6:03Speaker 6: by the grace of God, I've done it. I got
- 6:05Speaker 6: over man. I learned some things along the way. Because
- 6:09Speaker 6: here's a deal. As long as God keeps waking you
- 6:11Speaker 6: up in the morning, he ain't through with you yet.
- 6:13Speaker 1: When he's done, you're done.
- 6:15Speaker 6: But if God still has a plan for you you
- 6:17Speaker 6: wake up in the morning, he still got some more
- 6:19Speaker 6: work for you to do. You wake up in the morning.
- 6:22Speaker 6: So if you keep waking up, man, it's something that
- 6:24Speaker 6: God wants from you, would love to have from you,
- 6:28Speaker 6: and he can work with you, man, if you just
- 6:30Speaker 6: walk towards him a little bit.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Here's the deal.
- 6:33Speaker 6: I know it's hard for the average person to start
- 6:37Speaker 6: because the fear of the unknown is incredible. What if
- 6:40Speaker 6: I fail, What if I don't get picked. You know,
- 6:43Speaker 6: one of the hardest things I ever did was walking
- 6:46Speaker 6: in to quit my job. Oh man, let me tell
- 6:49Speaker 6: you about that day when I decided that I was
- 6:51Speaker 6: gonna be a full time comedian after winning an amateur
- 6:55Speaker 6: night one time. Quitting your job following your going for
- 7:01Speaker 6: it despite all the nay says, it's like stepping off
- 7:05Speaker 6: a cliff. It's like actually just walking off the edge
- 7:09Speaker 6: of a cliff, hoping, hoping. Now not really knowing, but hoping.
- 7:17Speaker 6: Hoping is the bad basis of faith. I stepped off
- 7:23Speaker 6: that cliff hoping that my parachute would open and allow
- 7:29Speaker 6: me to drift down.
- 7:31Speaker 1: See.
- 7:31Speaker 6: I've never scott dived before, but I would imagine part
- 7:34Speaker 6: of the thrill. And I don't know this because I'm
- 7:37Speaker 6: not going to sCOD dive to find out. I think
- 7:40Speaker 6: part of the thrill for people is the danger part
- 7:44Speaker 6: of throwing yourself out a plane and how it feels
- 7:47Speaker 6: to be free falling, but the whole time they're free falling,
- 7:51Speaker 6: having this exhilarating, over the top moment. You have got
- 7:56Speaker 6: to believe in your heart of hearts, you have got
- 7:59Speaker 6: the I hope with everything in you that when you
- 8:01Speaker 6: pull this cord the shoot opens or else. This ain't
- 8:05Speaker 6: a good move at all. But you've packed your shoot yourself.
- 8:09Speaker 6: You've taken the lessons, so you go ahead and you
- 8:12Speaker 6: make the leap.
- 8:13Speaker 1: Now.
- 8:13Speaker 6: The only thing about quitting your job and following your
- 8:16Speaker 6: dream is you ain't really been trained all that good
- 8:19Speaker 6: for this. You done packed your shoote, but you ain't
- 8:21Speaker 6: never opened it before. So I walked off this cliff,
- 8:25Speaker 6: That's what it was like. And you following your dreamers
- 8:27Speaker 6: like you walking off a cliff. Here's the part where
- 8:30Speaker 6: people don't never make the jump. They see somebody like
- 8:34Speaker 6: myself who jumped off the cliff and the pas chute
- 8:37Speaker 6: don't open right away, and I hit a couple of
- 8:40Speaker 6: rocks on the way down.
- 8:41Speaker 1: I got my back cut up pretty bad.
- 8:44Speaker 5: They see that three years living in a car, man,
- 8:47Speaker 5: he got it life toe down jumping off that cliff.
- 8:50Speaker 5: I ain't jumping off that cliff. But see, what you
- 8:52Speaker 5: don't understand is you don't know it.
- 8:56Speaker 6: But eventually the shoot will open, and I'm at the
- 9:00Speaker 6: parachute opening part of my life. Man were to shoot
- 9:03Speaker 6: then open, and I'm drifting and I'm able to guide
- 9:07Speaker 6: my chute over to Paris.
- 9:09Speaker 1: And glide.
- 9:10Speaker 6: I've glided over the African and seen what it looked like.
- 9:12Speaker 6: It's a slow ride down. When the pass chute finally
- 9:16Speaker 6: opened and my back didn't heel too and the cuts
- 9:19Speaker 6: that I had on me, I remember now.
- 9:21Speaker 1: I know how to stay away from the edge.
- 9:23Speaker 6: But the Paris chute then opened, and I'm enjoying my
- 9:27Speaker 6: life for the first time. I'm gliding, but I got
- 9:30Speaker 6: hit up against the rock. I can see more. I
- 9:33Speaker 6: get a chance to see more things. I get to
- 9:35Speaker 6: glide and see more parts of the world. I'm living
- 9:38Speaker 6: my dream. Your parachute is going to open, but I'll
- 9:41Speaker 6: tell you one thing for show. It'll never open if
- 9:44Speaker 6: you don't step off that cliff. You got to step
- 9:46Speaker 6: off that cliff God to get the passchute open for you.
- 9:49Speaker 6: But you got to jump, baby. That's the hard part,
- 9:52Speaker 6: ain't it now? Question is the end of this story
- 9:54Speaker 6: right here today when you jumping.
- 9:56Speaker 8: You're listening hard morning show.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen.

- 10:07Speaker 6: jewel in the town, another glorious moment that I, along
- 10:12Speaker 6: with you and us together we say thank you, Heavenly Father.
- 10:16Speaker 6: We show appreciate it.
- 10:17Speaker 5: Man.
- 10:18Speaker 6: It's been a wonderful ride whole time. You've been with
- 10:21Speaker 6: us the whole time. I turned away from you several times,
- 10:24Speaker 6: but you've been with me the whole time, and I
- 10:26Speaker 6: show appreciate it.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Man. For God is good. Man. What would I do
- 10:30Speaker 1: if it wasn't for God? I have no idea. We

- 13:34Speaker 6: women in my damn.
- 13:35Speaker 1: Huh.
- 13:36Speaker 8: Coming home to the hour some church complaints right after this.
- 13:43Speaker 8: You're listening morning show.
- 13:47Speaker 9: It is time now for church complaints. It is Monday.
- 13:50Speaker 8: Teacon death jam, reverend motown.
- 13:55Speaker 1: We where's my music? Where it's the meansic this role?
- 14:03Speaker 6: Or was in the bathroom and I saw him running
- 14:07Speaker 6: down the aisle fever ship and he's here now, thank you.
- 14:12Speaker 6: We are gathered here today on this by curious, yeah,
- 14:21Speaker 6: most obligarity type of way.
- 14:26Speaker 1: We symthetically sit here in a more posterous.
- 14:34Speaker 6: Dimnification to discuss our complaints as a church. Now we
- 14:41Speaker 6: indemnify and along with the willingness to glorify by merely
- 14:50Speaker 6: justified yeah, with an occasional simplify. I broke that down
- 14:56Speaker 6: very easy words right there. All that is a conglomeration posteriousness,
- 15:02Speaker 6: that that promotes puppetarity in the way that no one
- 15:06Speaker 6: ever really knows that such.
- 15:07Speaker 5: A language of controlling language is amazing. Go ahead, K
- 15:11Speaker 5: Jeffy with church A. Well, I hate to start it
- 15:15Speaker 5: this way, but the congregation seems to have an issue
- 15:19Speaker 5: with you.
- 15:22Speaker 1: Yesterday at church. Why I don't understand.
- 15:26Speaker 5: You had a barbecue grill out back, and you going
- 15:29Speaker 5: in and out of the sanctuary doing half the sermon,
- 15:32Speaker 5: then going back out there checking on food. This was
- 15:35Speaker 5: just a disrespect to the congregation that you did this yesterday.
- 15:39Speaker 5: And I know that it was the big game and
- 15:41Speaker 5: all of that, but all its right in the middle
- 15:44Speaker 5: of the sermon going back out, coming, Maggie, going back out.
- 15:47Speaker 6: I was preparing the ribs and chicken for the game
- 15:51Speaker 6: later on that evening. You know, y'all Saints need to
- 15:56Speaker 6: get up on what's really happening. Church, folks.
- 15:59Speaker 5: Are is the reason that the game now come on
- 16:02Speaker 5: at six o'clock at night so we can have church servant.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Yeah. I played for a vote that he with that.
- 16:07Speaker 1: Mm hmm.
- 16:08Speaker 5: Catholics, Protestant, Methodist, Baptist, Holiness, Pentecosta. Everybody voted that because
- 16:15Speaker 5: we was tired, as men's sitting up in here.
- 16:17Speaker 1: Super Bowl start two o'clock. We still live service. Yeah.
- 16:21Speaker 6: Well, I gotta get the meat right for the game
- 16:24Speaker 6: at night. Wayne, I smoked my way my wings on
- 16:27Speaker 6: the air three three hours, and I had them real
- 16:30Speaker 6: how to do I'm doing six hour smokes it everything.
- 16:32Speaker 6: I gotta go out there and turned my meat. Now,
- 16:35Speaker 6: ain'tybody got a problem with that?
- 16:38Speaker 7: You know?
- 16:39Speaker 5: But I have a sermon though past that and then
- 16:42Speaker 5: just cut it off and go out there and flip
- 16:44Speaker 5: meat and pick up none.
- 16:46Speaker 1: See that way, You're wrong, deg I didn't cut it off.
- 16:48Speaker 1: I stopped it.
- 16:50Speaker 7: I don't.
- 16:51Speaker 5: I had break points in the sermon. Did you not
- 16:55Speaker 5: see the offering trade going around?
- 16:57Speaker 1: Three four times?
- 16:58Speaker 10: Yes? Fast?
- 16:59Speaker 1: Well why the trader going around? I was outside. I
- 17:03Speaker 1: was doubled down and on my duty. Seem if you
- 17:08Speaker 1: see it that way? Yeah, tell you how I see
- 17:12Speaker 1: how he is? All right, I'm gonna keep it moving.
- 17:18Speaker 3: Uh.
- 17:19Speaker 5: We do have an issue that has taking place since
- 17:21Speaker 5: the Carmen uh Sinceter Carmen Leonard is in morning she
- 17:25Speaker 5: lost her pet pig, Pinky. Pinky has passed away Friday evening.
- 17:32Speaker 5: He was twelve years old. She's asking if you could
- 17:34Speaker 5: preach the funeral, and but me, I'm I'm more concerned
- 17:40Speaker 5: if you can put that on the pit.
- 17:41Speaker 1: But I'm just that's just that's the sidebark. Well, that's well,
- 17:45Speaker 1: here's an announcement.
- 17:47Speaker 6: Or Pinky had a wonderful life and pinky life was
- 17:50Speaker 6: complete because on Sunday, just yesterday, super Bowl. Oh that
- 17:56Speaker 6: was out there, Me and Pinker was out there. We
- 17:58Speaker 6: were celebrating pinky life, a little celebration. Pinky gay kay. Yeah,
- 18:09Speaker 6: Pinky wasn't no regular pee. Come on, Pinky was a
- 18:12Speaker 6: super Bowl pee.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Yeah, come on.
- 18:16Speaker 6: Piggy baby back Yeah, honey cut, center cut, collab, all.
- 18:25Speaker 5: That panky and also pankak. We got enough from Panka
- 18:30Speaker 5: pank It gonna be a ham for Easter.
- 18:32Speaker 1: Come about hiking on Panca?
- 18:41Speaker 5: All right? What else we got here? Pastor where? The
- 18:45Speaker 5: congregation is a little concern. Pop Daddy is supposed to
- 18:48Speaker 5: be visiting our church this coming Sunday, and the members
- 18:52Speaker 5: are asking if you would please refrain from saying cutch
- 18:56Speaker 5: three people. Uh, please don't say that. They just asking
- 18:59Speaker 5: that you don't say that. Touch your neighbor.
- 19:02Speaker 1: We don't. He don't.
- 19:03Speaker 5: We just when you're asking that you don't do that.
- 19:05Speaker 5: By the way, he wants to take you shopping for
- 19:07Speaker 5: some robes arms. Church is for the sick. Church is
- 19:13Speaker 5: for the sick. So all are welcome to come and
- 19:17Speaker 5: be healed, asked for forgiveness and divine intervention. Yeah, okay, No,
- 19:26Speaker 5: we have a whole road set up for public. Oh rod,
- 19:36Speaker 5: a couple of deacons to be sitting on on each
- 19:38Speaker 5: side of them. That's all I have to say. But
- 19:43Speaker 5: he is welcome in the household. Jack Pott joined of Jerusalem.
- 19:48Speaker 5: Of course we allow folks.
- 19:51Speaker 1: I remember all Kelly had come at one point. Remember that.
- 19:56Speaker 1: You know it's a church.
- 19:56Speaker 6: We had to let him on in. You know, he
- 20:01Speaker 6: had to let him on in. You know, nothing we
- 20:05Speaker 6: could do. We can't stop people from coming serving him. Yeah,
- 20:11Speaker 6: all I can say about that. Yeah, but I do
- 20:14Speaker 6: want to say this about prayer. Sometimes when you pray,
- 20:18Speaker 6: you must remember that sometimes the answer is.
- 20:20Speaker 1: No, yes it is so yes it is that's your answer.
- 20:26Speaker 1: Where you see where he had so.
- 20:29Speaker 5: Well, let me ask you this, because it's been about
- 20:31Speaker 5: the eye attention that you if you are you using
- 20:35Speaker 5: some of the money to go to All Star Weekend.

- 20:41Speaker 5: out something.
- 20:41Speaker 6: Well, you've never seen me at the NBA All Star Game.
- 20:44Speaker 6: Not since Magic Johnson quit going okay, I used to
- 20:49Speaker 6: go with Magic because it was back to come.
- 20:54Speaker 7: All right?
- 20:55Speaker 9: Coming up next, is asked the c l O. What
- 20:58Speaker 9: our Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey.

- 21:02Speaker 8: Harvey Morning Show coming up at the top of the hour.
- 21:06Speaker 8: In entertainment news.

- 21:10Speaker 9: were off the chain in Vegas. Vegas was lit all weekend, okay,

- 22:46Speaker 1: He said.
- 22:46Speaker 9: My rejecting him was worse than his accident.
- 22:49Speaker 1: Is he being dramatic?
- 22:51Speaker 8: Was I wrong?
- 22:52Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 22:52Speaker 6: Yeah, I did that for job. I can tell you
- 22:54Speaker 6: right now that rejection wasn't bad as that accident. You
- 22:56Speaker 6: were down for two months, dog. I don't know what
- 22:58Speaker 6: happened in that accident, but all you had to do
- 23:01Speaker 6: was take a bath. She could hooked you up. That's
- 23:02Speaker 6: all you had to take a back. That's that's a
- 23:05Speaker 6: reasonable request. Clean yourself.
- 23:11Speaker 1: You ain't got you ain't got to, you ain't got
- 23:12Speaker 1: the wrists all do it again.
- 23:14Speaker 6: Just one good bath, one good shower, thorough washing every well,
- 23:20Speaker 6: let's wash, take that rag, throw it away, and then
- 23:24Speaker 6: we could have had it.
- 23:26Speaker 1: Damn, let's wash, let's wash.
- 23:28Speaker 9: So no, she was not wrong, glow well, No, the
- 23:33Speaker 9: cleanliness is everything.
- 23:34Speaker 1: Sorry.
- 23:37Speaker 6: I'm watching the movie over the weekend with Vikings in it,
- 23:40Speaker 6: and this dude, this girl was beIN to go at it.
- 23:42Speaker 6: He asked her to take a bath because she had
- 23:45Speaker 6: been on the ship for two months and it just
- 23:47Speaker 6: got off the ship and he.
- 23:48Speaker 1: Saw but he wanted her to take a bath.
- 23:50Speaker 9: Yeah, so you can't take a bath, right. She wasn't
- 23:53Speaker 9: rejecting her husband. She was rejecting the nasking.
- 23:58Speaker 1: She was rejecting what hoo.
- 24:01Speaker 6: Yeah right, yeah, it's not you out on one if
- 24:05Speaker 6: that stuff that's open.
- 24:08Speaker 9: Uh huh okay. Angel and making Wright said, I fell
- 24:13Speaker 9: asleep while I was boiling eggs and burned them. The
- 24:16Speaker 9: house was smelly for two days, and my husband was
- 24:18Speaker 9: so mad he took the knobs off the show.
- 24:21Speaker 2: He thinks I was drunk.
- 24:22Speaker 1: But I smoked a lot of weed off that day.
- 24:26Speaker 1: Is it best to tell him the truth? You can
- 24:30Speaker 1: cook around here, do what you want to do. This
- 24:33Speaker 1: ain't this this.
- 24:34Speaker 5: Let me tell you something. It ain't just these it's
- 24:37Speaker 5: been going on. That's yeah, that's distrawed and broken camera.
- 24:41Speaker 5: It hit this man at knobs off the stove, just
- 24:44Speaker 5: caut no egg. You have messed up a lot of food.
- 24:49Speaker 5: He tired of you, be tired of you wasting food.
- 24:52Speaker 6: Y'all go a grocery shopping and then y'all can't eat
- 24:54Speaker 6: half with y'all in the shopping. I'm gonna take you
- 24:58Speaker 6: knobs off this damn never heard it at before. I've
- 25:01Speaker 6: never heard that you can't cook at all? Yeah, surely
- 25:05Speaker 6: has that ever happened?
- 25:07Speaker 1: No, No, I knew it was coming, no shade of
- 25:11Speaker 1: it all. No, No, anybody ever took knobs off your store. No,
- 25:21Speaker 1: But he was so serious with his answer, sir.
- 25:26Speaker 5: I knew you got to ask somebody that that that
- 25:29Speaker 5: got experienced, which is not not any way.
- 25:35Speaker 1: So she let me ask you something. What do you
- 25:37Speaker 1: think Tommy can cook better than you?
- 25:39Speaker 8: You're asking me that. Yeah, I never had any of
- 25:44Speaker 8: his cooking, but I know he cooks all the time.
- 25:49Speaker 1: Baby, did you did you what you just said? He
- 25:52Speaker 1: cooks all that?
- 25:53Speaker 7: Oh?
- 25:53Speaker 9: Yeah, something has Jackie ever taken the nobs off the stove?
- 25:58Speaker 7: No?
- 26:03Speaker 6: Well, how come when Monica was over your house? Your
- 26:05Speaker 6: oven had all the hard boards feel lived.
- 26:07Speaker 1: Because the papers and stuff. Because, yeah, you still have
- 26:12Speaker 1: the instructions in your oven.
- 26:16Speaker 2: Well, I like the way.
- 26:19Speaker 9: Look, I liked it being new and clean and looking pretty.
- 26:24Speaker 5: Spoilers in your cabinet, shoes and stuff wasn't your cabin
- 26:28Speaker 5: because it ain't.
- 26:28Speaker 1: No kittens in the shoes.
- 26:33Speaker 8: People do put shoes in their oven.
- 26:35Speaker 1: All right?
- 26:36Speaker 8: Moving on, do you have any advice? Should she tell
- 26:38Speaker 8: her husband that she smokes weeds yellow, so.
- 26:44Speaker 9: She's saying that's why the eggs burned.
- 26:49Speaker 1: Listen to me, this is not the first time.
- 26:51Speaker 5: You can blame it on the weed. If you want
- 26:53Speaker 5: your ans can't cook. He took the knob from the stuff.
- 26:57Speaker 8: Doesn't tell tale you need to quit cooking and smoking weed.
- 27:00Speaker 1: That's my.
- 27:05Speaker 8: We'll take that.
- 27:07Speaker 7: All right.
- 27:08Speaker 9: Last one, Steve Teressa and Nashville says, my boyfriend and
- 27:12Speaker 9: I were having dinner and a guy ran up to
- 27:15Speaker 9: open my car door for me. He was not a
- 27:18Speaker 9: valet guy, so my boyfriend was very nasty to him.
- 27:21Speaker 9: I thought the young guy was being polite. My boyfriend says,
- 27:25Speaker 9: I don't get it.
- 27:26Speaker 8: What did I miss?
- 27:29Speaker 5: Well, first of all, the number one question is if
- 27:33Speaker 5: you opening your girl's door, then it won't be no
- 27:35Speaker 5: little dude be able to open your girl's door.
- 27:37Speaker 1: For I don't understand how you're not opening your girl's door.
- 27:39Speaker 1: Would you get through with them? I don't understand why
- 27:42Speaker 1: ladies accept that. Listen to me.
- 27:44Speaker 6: Your man should open your door for me. Your man
- 27:47Speaker 6: should make sure you were in the car before he
- 27:49Speaker 6: could recover. Your man should pump the gas at the
- 27:52Speaker 6: gas take. Your man should open the door for you
- 27:55Speaker 6: when y'all enter the restaurant, the store, or the mall.
- 27:58Speaker 6: Your man should walk you on the inside of curty.
- 28:01Speaker 6: All this stuff is what your man should do. And
- 28:04Speaker 6: now he mad because some little little young dude that
- 28:07Speaker 6: showed him up. Now the young dude need to be
- 28:12Speaker 6: careful doing that because everybody ain't gonna take it that way.
- 28:15Speaker 6: Somebody gonna really be offended, like you hitting on them.
- 28:18Speaker 6: But maybe he was just trying to open the door
- 28:20Speaker 6: for the lady. So you gotta be careful about that
- 28:22Speaker 6: now that. But I think I think the thing about
- 28:25Speaker 6: it is, I think you need to question your man
- 28:27Speaker 6: is why he don't open your car doors.
- 28:30Speaker 9: But people to agree that a lot of young men
- 28:33Speaker 9: don't know that they haven't been taught.
- 28:35Speaker 1: That this one young dude did. And I agree with
- 28:40Speaker 1: you one nd per. It's not a talk behavior anymore.
- 28:44Speaker 8: Right.
- 28:45Speaker 1: But but ladies, you can teach a man how you
- 28:49Speaker 1: want to be treated.
- 28:50Speaker 6: Nobody can teach a man how to treat them better
- 28:54Speaker 6: than the woman care because all you have to do
- 28:57Speaker 6: is do not accept bad behavior, right, and the moment
- 29:00Speaker 6: you don't accept it, we got to quit diition.
- 29:02Speaker 1: It out, all right, all right, thank you? All right?
- 29:05Speaker 1: A lot of young men don't get it right, but
- 29:07Speaker 1: we got to start. We got to get back to
- 29:09Speaker 1: that now.
- 29:09Speaker 9: Yeah, coming up at the top of the hour, super
- 29:11Speaker 9: Bowl fifty eight recap right after this you're listening.
- 29:17Speaker 8: Morning show.
- 29:20Speaker 9: All right, guys, let's just get right to it. The
- 29:23Speaker 9: Super Bowl, the Louper Bowl or the Upper Bowl. But whatever,
- 29:30Speaker 9: I'm exhausted.
- 29:36Speaker 1: I came in here.
- 29:39Speaker 5: The game was nothing in the beginning. No, no, I'm
- 29:43Speaker 5: sitting here going I can have one.
- 29:45Speaker 1: This is the worst thus far.
- 29:49Speaker 5: Then that damn usher, Yes, come on now now he
- 29:58Speaker 5: started off in that grass. I said, man, why don't
- 30:01Speaker 5: you be on the stage. Get up on the stage.
- 30:04Speaker 5: Let them see you ain't gonna baby dance in this grass.
- 30:06Speaker 5: And I was going, I was wondering what and and
- 30:09Speaker 5: and then the sound was a little bit off. In
- 30:11Speaker 5: the very beginning, the sound was a yeah, but I
- 30:17Speaker 5: don't know, but somebody got cussed out somewhere, somebody got out.
- 30:24Speaker 1: Oh yeah.
- 30:25Speaker 5: And then.
- 30:28Speaker 1: The Lord mercy, you found out why that boy was
- 30:33Speaker 1: a stop. Yes, keys kicked in.
- 30:38Speaker 4: Did you see that red and that red baby grad
- 30:42Speaker 4: piano in that dress?
- 30:46Speaker 1: Yes, when she stood up right now? All right, what
- 30:59Speaker 1: you say, Steve, all right down this I ain't never before.
- 31:06Speaker 6: Yes, I was really surprised because there was no clue
- 31:11Speaker 6: that there would be other people.
- 31:13Speaker 1: I didn't get it. The little hands and especially they
- 31:17Speaker 1: were throwing hands for sure.
- 31:19Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 31:19Speaker 5: Yeah, Well I didn't watch none of the Super Bowl hype,
- 31:22Speaker 5: so I probably okay, but I didn't get I didn't.
- 31:25Speaker 5: I didn't know nobody was coming live in the Magic
- 31:28Speaker 5: City came out now.
- 31:34Speaker 8: Yeah, and he roller skated, Steve, he roll i teared up.
- 31:41Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, when he roller skated. See I
- 31:43Speaker 6: used to skate, man, I mean I really could skate
- 31:46Speaker 6: Blue Goose twice we skate.
- 31:48Speaker 1: I could skate.
- 31:49Speaker 6: But you know, and then I've seen that little the
- 31:52Speaker 6: little skinny Bishop that be skating all the time, the
- 31:55Speaker 6: little skinny bow legged bishop that.
- 31:59Speaker 9: Me.
- 31:59Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, And I thought about and then you know,
- 32:04Speaker 1: lacing him up. I had some eyes. I had black
- 32:06Speaker 1: skates with black pom poms. Yeah, but yeah, yes, And
- 32:12Speaker 1: I thought about when all my gun yeah fail, and
- 32:19Speaker 1: then you woke up.
- 32:23Speaker 7: Down.
- 32:23Speaker 1: I only had one question.
- 32:25Speaker 7: What was that?
- 32:27Speaker 1: What did jamaane to prehab?
- 32:31Speaker 8: Yes, eybody was talking about this morning.
- 32:35Speaker 1: I thought he was a little Dutch boy on the
- 32:38Speaker 1: can of paint.
- 32:41Speaker 6: But the shot said, because you know, he looked like look,
- 32:45Speaker 6: he looked like two things and me dutch boy on
- 32:47Speaker 6: the can of paint.
- 32:48Speaker 1: And remember the little white boy inside bust of brown shoes. Yes, yeah,
- 32:53Speaker 1: we're our age. Yeah really Steve. And then I had
- 33:00Speaker 1: one more thing. Then I had one more thing.
- 33:02Speaker 6: One more thing reminded me of the first time I
- 33:06Speaker 6: saw Michael Jackson's son in the trailer, because you mean,
- 33:11Speaker 6: because Michael had his kids dressed up like handling brands.
- 33:17Speaker 1: That's all I want to say.

- 54:21Speaker 1: All right, thank you?
- 54:21Speaker 9: Ne few subject he can light the candle, but can't
- 54:25Speaker 9: keep it lit. Dear Stephen Shirley. I'm a Christian woman
- 54:29Speaker 9: and new to dating. I was married for twenty two
- 54:33Speaker 9: years and my husband divorced me in twenty twenty two.
- 54:37Speaker 1: I have dated men at.
- 54:38Speaker 9: Church and men that my friends hook me up with.
- 54:41Speaker 9: I'm very traditional, so I like to be courted.
- 54:44Speaker 8: I want my doors.
- 54:45Speaker 9: Opened, and I want my man to order for me
- 54:47Speaker 9: and when we're on a date. I also like passionate
- 54:51Speaker 9: love making and refuse to settle for whambam, thank you, ma'am.
- 54:55Speaker 9: In the bedroom, I met a handsome younger man online
- 54:58Speaker 9: and his profile said he loves older women. We've had
- 55:02Speaker 9: a great time getting to know each other. Then he
- 55:05Speaker 9: kept pressing me to take the relationship to the next
- 55:07Speaker 9: level so we could see if we're really compatible. I
- 55:11Speaker 9: don't know why he rushed things, because he has troubles
- 55:14Speaker 9: in that area. He can light the candle, but it
- 55:19Speaker 9: doesn't stay lit for very long. The first time, he
- 55:22Speaker 9: was embarrassed and he jumped up and left my house
- 55:24Speaker 9: in a hurry. I told him that maybe it was
- 55:27Speaker 9: just stage fright, but the other three times the same
- 55:30Speaker 9: thing happened. Then for the fourth try, we did a
- 55:34Speaker 9: lot of pregaming, and he couldn't hold up through that.
- 55:38Speaker 9: I asked if he's attracted to me, and he assured
- 55:41Speaker 9: me that he is. I'm in good shape and I
- 55:44Speaker 9: look good naked. I don't want to throw him away
- 55:47Speaker 9: just because he can't last past two minutes.
- 55:50Speaker 8: I also don't want to seem desperate and.
- 55:52Speaker 9: Let him think it's okay quiet that he's being passed,
- 55:58Speaker 9: that he's being that he's being pleased, and I'm not.
- 56:01Speaker 9: I usually can go to my pastor for advice on anything,
- 56:04Speaker 9: but I'm not comfortable asking him about this. What's wrong
- 56:08Speaker 9: with the wick of his candle? Well, before we get
- 56:12Speaker 9: into that, two things I quickly want to point out.
- 56:14Speaker 9: After twenty two years of marriage, I'm sure you used
- 56:17Speaker 9: to things being a certain way in the bedroom, so
- 56:20Speaker 9: please try not to compare other men with your ex
- 56:23Speaker 9: and what you guys had going on. Two, you never
- 56:26Speaker 9: mentioned why your husband divorced you. I would think that's
- 56:30Speaker 9: vital information. But moving on, I was gonna say, it
- 56:34Speaker 9: doesn't sound like this new younger man is attracted to.
- 56:37Speaker 1: You at all.
- 56:39Speaker 9: But you said he assured you that he was attracted
- 56:41Speaker 9: to you. So if he is attracted to you, what's
- 56:44Speaker 9: the problem.
- 56:45Speaker 1: What is the problem.
- 56:46Speaker 9: It sounds like he has some sort of medical problem,
- 56:49Speaker 9: like ED or something that could be why he's single
- 56:53Speaker 9: and on a dating site.
- 56:54Speaker 1: He's bad in bed.
- 56:56Speaker 9: He doesn't know how to please you or any other
- 56:58Speaker 9: woman because he gets too excited every time you you know,
- 57:03Speaker 9: every time you guys do it. And you don't have
- 57:06Speaker 9: to keep doing this, okay, you don't to make him
- 57:09Speaker 9: think it's okay. You can stop right now. You're two
- 57:12Speaker 9: grown people. You have to address this. The question is
- 57:15Speaker 9: is it physical, is it mental? Is it just plain
- 57:17Speaker 9: lack of skill? Or is he lying about being attracted
- 57:20Speaker 9: to you? If one of these is the case, can
- 57:22Speaker 9: it be fixed? And you're right, I would not take
- 57:25Speaker 9: this to the pasture. He might scold you about Christians
- 57:29Speaker 9: fornicating in the first place, and I know you don't
- 57:31Speaker 9: want to hear that, Steve.
- 57:34Speaker 6: You know, I don't know if you all will recall,
- 57:37Speaker 6: but I've said on several occasions when the letter pops up,
- 57:41Speaker 6: I don't know nothing about this.
- 57:43Speaker 1: I ain't gonna be able to help you. Well, just
- 57:46Speaker 1: not on the zoom.
- 57:47Speaker 5: If you've heard me say that, just not on the zoom. Okay, Sureley,
- 57:51Speaker 5: this was a perfect time for you to say that.
- 57:54Speaker 5: This is a perfect time for you to say you
- 57:57Speaker 5: don't know nothing topic.
- 57:58Speaker 1: See that I am trying to help her them brave attendance.
- 58:04Speaker 1: You information.
- 58:07Speaker 6: You need to talk to a man. See the question
- 58:10Speaker 6: is he can light the candle, but he can't kip
- 58:14Speaker 6: it this. If you don't have a candle, you ain't
- 58:17Speaker 6: gonna be able to handle this question. Right, I happen
- 58:20Speaker 6: to have a candle.
- 58:23Speaker 1: I have a candle. I got your wicked. I'd have
- 58:27Speaker 1: had it lit.
- 58:28Speaker 6: My whole life been a candle I had a candle
- 58:30Speaker 6: burner on both yards and the middle tooth. I know
- 58:33Speaker 6: all about candle work. So now I'm gonna take you
- 58:37Speaker 6: and show you really what the real deal is with.
- 58:41Speaker 1: This whole letter. You're a Christian woman, knew the Dayton
- 58:45Speaker 1: married twenty two years. Your husband divorce you in twenty
- 58:48Speaker 1: twenty two.
- 58:49Speaker 5: You ain't see the correlation. I figured he got it together,
- 58:52Speaker 5: been married twenty two I've been married twenty two years.
- 58:55Speaker 5: Is twenty twenty two. That's a sign from God to
- 58:57Speaker 5: get out. That's why they got divorced. He surely you
- 59:00Speaker 5: missed that right there. They've been married twenty two years.
- 59:03Speaker 5: He divorced her in twenty twenty two. You ain't see
- 59:06Speaker 5: the sign. That's a sign from God.
- 59:09Speaker 1: Two. Yeah, that's the number two.
- 59:14Speaker 8: It's going.
- 59:15Speaker 1: You should have looked it up. You see the number
- 59:17Speaker 1: book two.
- 59:17Speaker 6: If you have a dream and you see twenty two,
- 59:19Speaker 6: twenty two, it's a number you supposed to play.
- 59:22Speaker 1: So now if you got that out the way, I
- 59:26Speaker 1: dated men at the church and men my friends hooked
- 59:28Speaker 1: me up with.
- 59:29Speaker 5: I'm traditional, so I like to be caught at a
- 59:31Speaker 5: want the doors open autumn on the date I like
- 59:34Speaker 5: passionate love medal, making a refuse to settle for wam bam,
- 59:38Speaker 5: thank you, ma'am in the bedroom.
- 59:40Speaker 1: So I know you're a Christian, but you out there,
- 59:42Speaker 1: you wiling a little bit because.
- 59:44Speaker 6: You when you've been on a bunch of dates and
- 59:47Speaker 6: it's okay, just remember the number we should be talking about.
- 59:51Speaker 1: It just three. But it sounds like you tried a
- 59:54Speaker 1: whole lot of other stuff in this letter.
- 59:57Speaker 6: I met a handsome younger man online said he like
- 1:00:00Speaker 6: older women, pressed you by the relationship. Did any want
- 1:00:04Speaker 6: who go to the next level? See if y'all was compatible?
- 1:00:07Speaker 6: You say, I don't know why you rush thing because
- 1:00:09Speaker 6: he has trouble in this area. He can light the candle,
- 1:00:12Speaker 6: but it doesn't stay lit very long.
- 1:00:15Speaker 5: What that means is he can he's ready for the occasion,
- 1:00:19Speaker 5: but he can't last the entire huh two things, several things.
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: He loses interest midweight. It ain't what it was when
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: it started. Hang on, Steve, we'll have he has unadequate
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: blood float Hang on.
- 1:00:35Speaker 9: Oh, I'll have part two of your response coming up.
- 1:00:38Speaker 9: At twenty three minutes after the hour of today's subject
- 1:00:41Speaker 9: he can light the candle, but can't keep it lit.
- 1:00:44Speaker 8: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening
- 1:00:47Speaker 8: Steve Hardy Morning Show.
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: Come on, Steve.
- 1:00:49Speaker 9: Let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject is he can
- 1:00:52Speaker 9: light the candle, but can't keep it lit.
- 1:00:55Speaker 5: Lady been married twenty two years. Her husband divorced her
- 1:00:58Speaker 5: in twenty twenty two. He took the twenty two years
- 1:01:01Speaker 5: of marriage. He took the year twenty twenty two and
- 1:01:04Speaker 5: saw that as a sign from God to get out.
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: So then you started dating me and at the church
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: people that your friends hooked you up.
- 1:01:11Speaker 6: When you met this young dude online said he like
- 1:01:13Speaker 6: older women, so you tried him.
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: You don't go for that. Wam bam, thank you, ma'am.
- 1:01:17Speaker 6: And you all were having a good time getting to
- 1:01:20Speaker 6: know each other, and then he wanted to press to
- 1:01:22Speaker 6: get physical taken to the next level. You said, I
- 1:01:25Speaker 6: don't know why he rushed things because he has trouble
- 1:01:27Speaker 6: in that area. So here comes a letter. He can
- 1:01:30Speaker 6: light the candle, but it does not stay lit for
- 1:01:33Speaker 6: a long time. Here is the problem. I will tell
- 1:01:37Speaker 6: you what it is right now. If it don't stay
- 1:01:40Speaker 6: lit for the duration. It is because of a couple
- 1:01:44Speaker 6: of things, several things. It's not what it was in
- 1:01:47Speaker 6: the beginning.
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: That's one.
- 1:01:50Speaker 5: You have blood flow issues and some men just can't
- 1:01:56Speaker 5: sustain for throughout.
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: The problem.
- 1:02:01Speaker 6: But now let me help you. The first time he
- 1:02:04Speaker 6: was in bass, he jumped up and left my house
- 1:02:06Speaker 6: in the herey. I told him maybe it was just
- 1:02:07Speaker 6: stage fright. Shut up, What the hell are you talking
- 1:02:11Speaker 6: about stage fright? That ain't even what stage fright is.
- 1:02:16Speaker 6: So that was an ignorant, ignorant analogy or what you
- 1:02:19Speaker 6: thought was wrong. You can put woh Man that you too, Shirrey,
- 1:02:23Speaker 6: you can put that with everything else. Shelly said about it,
- 1:02:26Speaker 6: what she thought it would you put stage fright right
- 1:02:28Speaker 6: on over there in Shirley's reply, because Shirley thought that
- 1:02:31Speaker 6: was good too.
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: It ain't.
- 1:02:33Speaker 5: But the other three times the same thing happened. Then
- 1:02:36Speaker 5: for the fourth time, we did try a lot of
- 1:02:39Speaker 5: pre gaming, and he couldn't hold up through that too much.
- 1:02:43Speaker 5: Now let me tell you something.
- 1:02:44Speaker 6: If a man has trouble last and what you can't
- 1:02:46Speaker 6: do is take all the lasting time and put it
- 1:02:48Speaker 6: in a pre game. Two minutes I had a trainer
- 1:02:53Speaker 6: nobody in this letter said nothing but listen to me.
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: Shuld you had your time to answer, letting you did it.
- 1:02:58Speaker 8: You into your answers.
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: You don't have a candle. I told you that.
- 1:03:04Speaker 5: Let somebody talk that's got a candle. Ain't got an
- 1:03:07Speaker 5: old ass candle. Let somebody talk. I said no about this.
- 1:03:11Speaker 5: I got a sixty seven year old candle. Let me
- 1:03:14Speaker 5: change you something with you so you can learn yourself something.
- 1:03:18Speaker 5: So now the fourth time he did a lot of
- 1:03:22Speaker 5: pre You can't do pregaming. You already have trouble last.
- 1:03:26Speaker 5: Now you're gonna you're gonna lose it all in the
- 1:03:28Speaker 5: pregame show. Yeah, yeah, See that's why before the football
- 1:03:34Speaker 5: game they out there doing certain stretches. Ain't nobody running
- 1:03:37Speaker 5: up one honey yard dashing. You gotta save all that
- 1:03:41Speaker 5: they do. Leg exercises, warm.
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: Up, hip flexes and stuff like that. That's what you
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: should have did.
- 1:03:46Speaker 6: You should have just been in there talking, eating ships
- 1:03:49Speaker 6: and stuff, eating, taking your little pills, glinding them up,
- 1:03:53Speaker 6: sprinkling on top of tape, yoki and stuff like that.
- 1:03:56Speaker 6: Sooka tell you some tricks, fellas. If you push, you spray,
- 1:04:01Speaker 6: if you cut them, if you don't take the whole pill.
- 1:04:04Speaker 6: Crunch it up, that that pocket dissolve and then put
- 1:04:07Speaker 6: it in food and swallow it. It ends your blood
- 1:04:09Speaker 6: system a lot fast, and just try and help you.
- 1:04:12Speaker 6: Sometimes you ain't got no hour that. Don't take a
- 1:04:14Speaker 6: pill an hour before and no crunch it up. Crunch
- 1:04:18Speaker 6: it up, put it under your tongue, chew it right
- 1:04:21Speaker 6: sho the damn blood. So I'm talking about you ain't
- 1:04:24Speaker 6: got to wait. Cut up you there, see that swallowing
- 1:04:29Speaker 6: that you you gotta get in and got the milk.
- 1:04:31Speaker 6: Crunch it up, put it under your damn tongue and
- 1:04:37Speaker 6: watch the magic show. Now the candle has a thing.
- 1:04:41Speaker 6: And then you can't just follow the instruction. Sometimes your
- 1:04:44Speaker 6: little problem is more severe. Sometimes you need one and
- 1:04:47Speaker 6: a half tabit. Sometimes you need to take to tap
- 1:04:50Speaker 6: it in the morning and then two hours before, not
- 1:04:54Speaker 6: an hour if you gotta get it in your system.
- 1:04:57Speaker 6: Damn listen, somebody got a candle. Yeah, now got candle
- 1:05:04Speaker 6: and he and then that didn't last for the pregame.
- 1:05:06Speaker 6: I asked me he was attracted to me. He assured
- 1:05:08Speaker 6: me that he is. I'm in good shape and I
- 1:05:10Speaker 6: look good naked.
- 1:05:11Speaker 5: Now you know, everybody look good naked when they first
- 1:05:13Speaker 5: take their clothes, and everybody look good when you first
- 1:05:19Speaker 5: take your clothes off, because it's like a wild moment.
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: But then after you lay that, you started discovering.
- 1:05:26Speaker 6: Oh yeah, a lot of stuff when you lay down
- 1:05:31Speaker 6: and run, a lot of stuff when you lay flat,
- 1:05:33Speaker 6: it run, you know everything. It's different when it's standing up,
- 1:05:37Speaker 6: lay down and run. So now I don't want to
- 1:05:42Speaker 6: throw him away just because he can't last past two minutes.
- 1:05:46Speaker 6: I also don't want to seem desperate to let him
- 1:05:48Speaker 6: think it's okay that he's being pleased and I'm not.
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: Well.
- 1:05:52Speaker 6: He gonna have to do some other things. See, he
- 1:05:54Speaker 6: gonna have to bring it. He's gonna he had to
- 1:05:55Speaker 6: get some help, you know, he got to come up
- 1:05:58Speaker 6: in there. He gotta learn some other things. Cause the
- 1:06:00Speaker 6: little candle he got ain't working.
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: Now.
- 1:06:04Speaker 6: You never said how you was, but his little candle
- 1:06:06Speaker 6: ain't working good. Now I can usually go to my password.
- 1:06:11Speaker 6: I don't take this in there to your pastor he
- 1:06:13Speaker 6: gonna end up trying to help you out.
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: You're a man too.
- 1:06:17Speaker 6: Don't take that in that to the past. What's wrong
- 1:06:20Speaker 6: with the wick in his candle? Well, the cord is death.
- 1:06:26Speaker 6: The cord in the candle is damage. Lead Your boy
- 1:06:33Speaker 6: been with you sixty years. You've been in there, just
- 1:06:35Speaker 6: on today, it's.
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: Been on tour. You had it all over the place,
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: been all over the country with it.

- 1:07:00Speaker 1: The wax around the candle, the ain't got nothing to
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: do with the week.
- 1:07:03Speaker 8: Right after this, you're listening morning show.
- 1:07:08Speaker 9: It is time now for Junior and sports talking with
- 1:07:11Speaker 9: you got Junior like we don't.
- 1:07:12Speaker 10: Know right, Yeah, it's just say congratulations to the Kansas
- 1:07:16Speaker 10: City chiefs man twenty two.
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: You know, Junior, Junior, you was at my house cheered
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: for Frisco. I was cheering for a good game, you know.
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: And it's being you're changing.
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: It ain't changing it.
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: I just said it was a good game, you know.
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: It's you know, like you said, it was slow in
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: the beginning, but it picked up, you know. And uh,
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: let's let's just say rock Perty played a good game too, man.
- 1:07:38Speaker 10: I mean, this is get a Fortnite credit they had
- 1:07:40Speaker 10: they they showed up. You know, but uh, Patrick Mahons
- 1:07:45Speaker 10: named m v P again in the Super Bowl and
- 1:07:48Speaker 10: it's like you said, it's just hard to bet against man.
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: He just know what he's doing.
- 1:07:51Speaker 10: He started running the ball a lot, started running ball,
- 1:07:53Speaker 10: especially at fourth and one. He picked it up and
- 1:07:55Speaker 10: over time to keep the drive going. And you know,
- 1:07:58Speaker 10: I still think that blocked extra point made a difference. Man,
- 1:08:01Speaker 10: they would have got that. I think that forty nine
- 1:08:03Speaker 10: Ers could have won. But you know, I just I
- 1:08:05Speaker 10: just I just wanted to be a good game. So
- 1:08:07Speaker 10: we had a good game, had a good good halftime show.
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: Didn't disappoint. Can't be made the books.
- 1:08:14Speaker 10: Yeah, but yeah, you would like to see uh forty
- 1:08:16Speaker 10: nine Ers win because you know, come on, man, what
- 1:08:19Speaker 10: you're gonna do with Patrick Mahomes This this this solidified
- 1:08:22Speaker 10: his legacy.
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: Now, like does he have to beat Tom Brady's Super Bowl?
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: So this this just does it for him.
- 1:08:26Speaker 10: He gonna hit it, I think, Yeah, yeah, saying three
- 1:08:30Speaker 10: right now, three and five years?
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: I mean hit it on three and five years? What
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: were we talking about?
- 1:08:37Speaker 7: Man?
- 1:08:40Speaker 5: Still?
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: Yeah, I will tell you something I told one of
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: my boys the other day. First of all.
- 1:08:44Speaker 6: I've seen every single super Bowl that they is. I've
- 1:08:47Speaker 6: never missed a single Super Bowl in my life seen all,
- 1:08:50Speaker 6: Praise God for that. I have seen Johnny United's Damn Marino,
- 1:08:56Speaker 6: Joe Naman, I've seen Brian Sight, I've seen the Cardi kids,
- 1:09:00Speaker 6: Tom Brady, Joe Montana, I've seen Steve Young, Artiumatic, I've
- 1:09:06Speaker 6: seen them all. I ain't seen this boy before, mahone,
- 1:09:10Speaker 6: I ain't seeing him. No, man, I have not seen him.
- 1:09:13Speaker 6: This dude got ice water in his veins. He ain't
- 1:09:15Speaker 6: nothing to play with.
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: Man.
- 1:09:16Speaker 8: No, this dude is serious and he thank the Lord
- 1:09:20Speaker 8: when he finished.
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: I love that glory.
- 1:09:23Speaker 2: Give him all the glory.
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: Then he got a nice little family and everything.
- 1:09:27Speaker 4: Uh.
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: Now, Travis Kelsey crazy? Yeah? Did you see he all
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: at the game at the half time at the right,
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: He's crazy. You got your fright? Are you all right?
- 1:09:40Speaker 5: Man?
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: Man? Did you see Travis Kelsey jump on his head?
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: Coach man, give me the ball, give me the ball down.
- 1:09:51Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: Well let me tell you something now.
- 1:09:54Speaker 6: They was playing d now, yeah, Frisco was they had
- 1:09:57Speaker 6: a game plan they did, they didn't.
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: No, Patrick was coming.
- 1:10:03Speaker 9: All right, thank you, Junior coming up at the top
- 1:10:05Speaker 9: of the hour, a guy picked the wrong twin and
- 1:10:08Speaker 9: he wants to do over and some advice from you, Steve.
- 1:10:10Speaker 8: We'll get into that right after this. You're listening hard
- 1:10:14Speaker 8: Morning show.
- 1:10:17Speaker 9: This is from Akbar in Lexington, Okbar says, I had
- 1:10:21Speaker 9: a wild night with twins and one of them was
- 1:10:23Speaker 9: a lot more experienced than the other one. I decided
- 1:10:26Speaker 9: to ask one of them out on a date. They're
- 1:10:29Speaker 9: identical twins, so I chose the one with the biggest
- 1:10:32Speaker 9: But I think I've chosen the wrong one because this
- 1:10:35Speaker 9: one is really lazy in bed. She said, she doesn't
- 1:10:38Speaker 9: get excited unless another female is involved, and I don't
- 1:10:41Speaker 9: want to keep having threesomes with her. I want her
- 1:10:44Speaker 9: twin sister. I'm pretty sure she's the one that had
- 1:10:47Speaker 9: me drooling since a twin I chose isn't putting forth
- 1:10:50Speaker 9: much effort when we do have sex. Do I owe
- 1:10:53Speaker 9: her an explanation when I dump her for her sister.
- 1:10:56Speaker 9: I am young and in the military, so please don't
- 1:10:59Speaker 9: judge me.
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: Yeah, that ain't how you do this. That ain't how
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: you do this.
- 1:11:03Speaker 5: She said, she don't get excited unless it's another woman,
- 1:11:08Speaker 5: So who you think the other woman need to be
- 1:11:10Speaker 5: her sister, get her sister back in the room, and
- 1:11:13Speaker 5: then asked her sister out separately.
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: Huh uh uh and what say what now?
- 1:11:23Speaker 5: He didne had both of them already. One of them
- 1:11:25Speaker 5: was way more experienced than the other one. His stupid
- 1:11:27Speaker 5: ass didn't know how to keep track of it, and
- 1:11:29Speaker 5: he picked the one with the biggest butt.
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: Now she laying there like a lump on the law
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: and it was the other one.
- 1:11:36Speaker 7: So what?
- 1:11:37Speaker 6: And then he talked to her about it. She says,
- 1:11:39Speaker 6: she don't get excited. There's another woman in the room,
- 1:11:41Speaker 6: so not bring his sister back in the room. And
- 1:11:44Speaker 6: when y'all get through, make sure you identify the sistance
- 1:11:48Speaker 6: and then ask the sister.
- 1:11:50Speaker 5: I'm trying to figure out why one twins asked is
- 1:11:52Speaker 5: bigger than that, and I'm trying to figure that for
- 1:11:54Speaker 5: it that I don't understand that are they identical and.
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: The booty thing't identical?
- 1:11:59Speaker 7: Every day.
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: Today?
- 1:12:05Speaker 7: Maybe?
- 1:12:07Speaker 5: All right, so that's your really a problem you've got,
- 1:12:10Speaker 5: so we really yeah, moving on to this one.
- 1:12:13Speaker 9: We have time for another one, Steve. This one's from
- 1:12:15Speaker 9: Kim and Saginaw. Kim says, if you were at a
- 1:12:18Speaker 9: hotel bar having drinks and your dad's girlfriend gets off
- 1:12:21Speaker 9: the elevator and she didn't see you. Would you ask
- 1:12:25Speaker 9: her what she was doing at the hotel? Or would
- 1:12:28Speaker 9: you tell your dad so he could ask her himself?
- 1:12:32Speaker 9: Or third option, would you mind your own business?
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: See mind?
- 1:12:40Speaker 8: Why don't you think he should tell his dad?
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: She could have been in a meet and room upstairs. Anything?
- 1:12:47Speaker 5: Now, you just starting some mess. It ain't your biz.
- 1:12:50Speaker 5: It's your daddy's girlfriend. It ain't your daddy wife.
- 1:12:54Speaker 9: Right, Okay, you're telling you're telling Kim not to say anything.
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: Just let it go, see mine.
- 1:13:06Speaker 9: Okay, it was at nighttime when she got off the
- 1:13:10Speaker 9: out of the hotel, off the hotel.
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: It still doesn't Your daddy could have been upstairs sleep.
- 1:13:15Speaker 8: Oh yeah, he didn't think of that.
- 1:13:20Speaker 9: Kim didn't think of that, all right, So let it go.
- 1:13:26Speaker 2: Daddy?
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: Where are you at? Oh daddy?
- 1:13:29Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 1:13:30Speaker 8: What would dad happen?

- 1:13:36Speaker 8: All right? O, Ki, dookey.
- 1:13:38Speaker 9: What do you think her dad would say though if
- 1:13:40Speaker 9: she brought it to him?
- 1:13:43Speaker 5: Cool?
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: I don't know, you know, they might have that type
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: of relationship. I don't know.
- 1:13:48Speaker 4: Daddy, I saw you with her last night at the
- 1:13:51Speaker 4: hotel while I was having drinks at the hotel.
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: What we were having drinks? What a hotel?
- 1:13:57Speaker 5: Baby?
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: The hotel A little my bique went down the street,
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: that's where, Yes, she was down now, yeah, huh you show.
- 1:14:06Speaker 5: Yeah I saw her, but she didn't see Hey, hello, Penelope,
- 1:14:12Speaker 5: that's her name. My daughter said she saw you last
- 1:14:16Speaker 5: night at the hotel. Okay, Penelope, she said she wasn't
- 1:14:21Speaker 5: not no hotel last night.
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: Oh okay, that was her.
- 1:14:26Speaker 4: Yeah, I know it was her. Yeah, she got on
- 1:14:29Speaker 4: the elevator. I don't know what floor she went to,
- 1:14:31Speaker 4: but I saw I know. So you're just gonna take.
- 1:14:34Speaker 8: Her word for it?
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: That why damn sure? Don't feel like taking your word
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: for it? Okay, what it is? You just like I'm
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: always cused somebody. You want to see the video from

- 1:17:11Speaker 1: then what what? What's posts happened after that? Because the

- 1:17:49Speaker 1: I got to kid do it? I like light. I

- 1:18:02Speaker 7: Be?
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: Come on now, he hungry?
- 1:18:09Speaker 9: All your responses have been bees today.
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: I want you to know that. Well, switch it to
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: a watch me say, but be roses are edibles? Well,
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: I don't want no roses. You don't ever give me flowers.
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: I don't care. I'm not flower, but I got to
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: give him though, Lord, Yes, all right?
- 1:18:36Speaker 9: Would you rather, you know, sweet like Cupid with bow
- 1:18:40Speaker 9: and arrow, or would you rather be flirty like Pepe.
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: Pew b.
- 1:18:46Speaker 6: Yeah, dog black skronk. I'm not a little white lady
- 1:18:53Speaker 6: with the dip on with the bow and air.
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: I'm not finna be that. I'm not sitting to be
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: the little white baby was due right there. Couldn't tell
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: him not that he was only a little thinking dude.
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: That's okay. You want me to chase you, let's fight,
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: all right.
- 1:19:27Speaker 8: Last one?
- 1:19:28Speaker 9: Would you guys rather be smothered and milk chocolate or
- 1:19:31Speaker 9: covered with whipped cream?
- 1:19:34Speaker 5: I'm with Junior, not be put this whipped cream on me?
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: All right? So let's review Steve, he said, what would
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: you say?
- 1:19:48Speaker 8: Chocolate?
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: Can that chocolate?
- 1:19:51Speaker 7: That?
- 1:19:53Speaker 5: Yeah, you're gonna be. You're gonna be discovering that chocolate
- 1:19:55Speaker 5: weeks later. Okay, you you ain't gonna think it's shocked
- 1:20:01Speaker 5: after awhile.
- 1:20:04Speaker 9: Coming up next, last big of the day, and we'll
- 1:20:06Speaker 9: close out the show with.
- 1:20:07Speaker 8: The one and only Steve Harvey. Right after this. You're
- 1:20:11Speaker 8: listening Harvey Morning show.
- 1:20:14Speaker 9: All right, guys, here we are last brig of the
- 1:20:17Speaker 9: day on this day after the Super Bowl. Steve, any
- 1:20:22Speaker 9: words of advice.
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: Any closing you know.
- 1:20:26Speaker 6: I've noticed of late that some of my closing remarks
- 1:20:28Speaker 6: have been getting posted on different places and they're taking
- 1:20:33Speaker 6: clips of what I'm saying and put it in and
- 1:20:35Speaker 6: try to make it look like I'm saying certain things.
- 1:20:38Speaker 6: Most of it, I'm really clear about what I'm saying.
- 1:20:41Speaker 6: But for clarity, just let me help you understand something.
- 1:20:45Speaker 6: What I am hoping for and always wanting is the
- 1:20:49Speaker 6: best for us as a people. I will always be
- 1:20:53Speaker 6: that way. I have always been that way. That will
- 1:20:57Speaker 6: never change. I have always always tried to be inspiration.
- 1:21:02Speaker 6: I've always tried to be a motivating type person. I've
- 1:21:06Speaker 6: always been a person who was willing to share all
- 1:21:09Speaker 6: of his experiences, good or bad, and share with you
- 1:21:12Speaker 6: the things I've learned from the things that I've done,
- 1:21:15Speaker 6: experience and gone through.
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: And that's how I'll be when you see me in
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: my clothesing remarks.
- 1:21:21Speaker 6: What I'm trying to do is encourage somebody, because I
- 1:21:25Speaker 6: know somebody needs encouragement because a big part of who
- 1:21:29Speaker 6: I am, where I am today is because somebody encouraged me.
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: Is because I've found along.
- 1:21:34Speaker 6: The way a little tidbit, a little jewel, a gem
- 1:21:38Speaker 6: of information that flipped it for me. You know, James
- 1:21:42Speaker 6: Brown said it best one time. He said, I don't
- 1:21:44Speaker 6: want nobody to give me nothing. Just open up the door.
- 1:21:49Speaker 6: I'll get it myself. And I just try to show
- 1:21:52Speaker 6: people the things that you can do, that you can control,
- 1:21:55Speaker 6: that can better yourself.
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: Now what better way to do that? And to use
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: examples of myself?
- 1:22:03Speaker 6: Because if I'm not gonna say nothing, if look, if
- 1:22:06Speaker 6: I'm never gonna tell you that something was wrong with me,
- 1:22:09Speaker 6: if I'm not going to ever tell you that I
- 1:22:11Speaker 6: was down, if I'm not going to ever share with
- 1:22:13Speaker 6: you that I've made mistakes, what good am I talking
- 1:22:16Speaker 6: to you?
- 1:22:17Speaker 7: You know?
- 1:22:17Speaker 6: People killed me always pointing out what's wrong with everybody else?
- 1:22:20Speaker 6: You got ministers doing that now I see them online
- 1:22:24Speaker 6: all the time, just pointing the fingers somebody else.
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: Man, What about you, bro? What did you do? Where
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: you at?
- 1:22:32Speaker 6: How did you get to be righteous? Because you ain't
- 1:22:34Speaker 6: been that way your whole life? You just could not
- 1:22:37Speaker 6: have been. You ain't say when you get saying God
- 1:22:39Speaker 6: got to save you from something. I've just never had
- 1:22:42Speaker 6: a problem with telling people what He did, what he
- 1:22:44Speaker 6: changed me from. Now in sharing with people what God
- 1:22:50Speaker 6: has brought you through or allowed you to overcome. The
- 1:22:53Speaker 6: danger of that is there are people who will use
- 1:22:56Speaker 6: it against you, and all of us has experienced that.
- 1:23:00Speaker 6: How many times has somebody in your life tried to
- 1:23:04Speaker 6: bring up your past to make that your current.
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: Don't let them do that.
- 1:23:11Speaker 6: Don't let your past transgressions determine who you are today.
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: And I got news for you.
- 1:23:17Speaker 6: Everybody's talking about everybody else's past transgressions. What air is
- 1:23:20Speaker 6: that you see when you see these people getting on
- 1:23:23Speaker 6: these shows talking about everybody else?
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: Have you ever talked about what you did wrong? What
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: was your hand in it?
- 1:23:30Speaker 5: Because I tell this over and over and over and over,
- 1:23:33Speaker 5: and it's not gonna change because you want to say
- 1:23:35Speaker 5: it a different way.
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: We are some total of our thoughts. We are all
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: where we are because we thought ourselves to this way.
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: We thought ourselves in this position.
- 1:23:45Speaker 6: And if you gonna sit up there and keep blaming
- 1:23:47Speaker 6: somebody else for your position, you will forever.
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: Remain in that position.
- 1:23:52Speaker 6: Because you have to take accountability for the things that
- 1:23:54Speaker 6: you could control, And the one thing you could.
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: Control is you can.
- 1:24:00Speaker 6: You can control yourself, and you can control your thoughts.
- 1:24:04Speaker 6: So why don't you get to doing that.
- 1:24:06Speaker 5: It ain't nobody's fault why you ain't doing well, It
- 1:24:10Speaker 5: ain't nobody's fault, why you ain't where you want to be.
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: It ain't nobody's fault, but yours, yours.
- 1:24:19Speaker 6: All the failures in my life, I can point directly
- 1:24:24Speaker 6: at my hand in it. Every mistake I've ever made
- 1:24:28Speaker 6: in my life, I can point to a decision I
- 1:24:31Speaker 6: made that brought that about all of them.
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: I'm on my third marriage. I know it was my fault.
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: You don't hear me on here blaming nobody. It was
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: my fault. I got myself in that position. I did it.
- 1:24:47Speaker 6: I made the mistake. I ain't know her telling you
- 1:24:49Speaker 6: what the other people did and what called no, no no.
- 1:24:52Speaker 6: I always tell you what I did. I've always said
- 1:24:55Speaker 6: it is my fault. I got married the first time.
- 1:24:58Speaker 6: I was too young to be anybody's husband. I've said
- 1:25:00Speaker 6: that over and over. Second time, I made the wrong decision.
- 1:25:03Speaker 6: I did some things that brought about That's what I did.
- 1:25:06Speaker 6: If you don't do that, you can't grow You cannot
- 1:25:10Speaker 6: grow blaming other people. Bishop Jake said it best. You
- 1:25:14Speaker 6: can't drive your car looking into real view mirror. You
- 1:25:18Speaker 6: can't keep complaining about the same thing.
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: Over and over and over. You got to change your narrative.
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: What was your role in it?
- 1:25:28Speaker 6: If somebody made you a promise, the person that made
- 1:25:31Speaker 6: you the promise wasn't the Lord?
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: What's your tripping because they didn't keep that end of
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: the deal. That ain't God.
- 1:25:37Speaker 6: If God don't keep his end of the deal, you
- 1:25:39Speaker 6: have a legitimate complaint. Only thing about it is God
- 1:25:43Speaker 6: do everything he said, he goes through.
- 1:25:45Speaker 5: But if you got everybody else the fault, why you
- 1:25:48Speaker 5: ain't where you want to be.
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: Bruh, it's something wrong with you.
- 1:25:53Speaker 6: And if you're gonna sit up somewhere and everything you
- 1:25:56Speaker 6: say is negative about somebody else, what about you? See,
- 1:26:01Speaker 6: I'll let you talk about me negative. You tell me
- 1:26:03Speaker 6: what's negative about you, I'll let you do that. That's
- 1:26:06Speaker 6: a fact, shame. But the only way I'm gonna let
- 1:26:09Speaker 6: you do that is if you come to me like
- 1:26:11Speaker 6: a man and talk to me in my face. Don't
- 1:26:13Speaker 6: be a coward, and go somewhere in the confines of
- 1:26:16Speaker 6: your little podcast or radio show or a little personalized interview.
- 1:26:21Speaker 6: Come to me like a man. You got problem with me,
- 1:26:23Speaker 6: Come to me like a man, Say it to me,
- 1:26:26Speaker 6: and then we can work through it. And I promise
- 1:26:29Speaker 6: you I had a skill set to apologize to you
- 1:26:31Speaker 6: if I did something wrong to you.
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: But if you sitting up there and you.
- 1:26:35Speaker 6: You gotta just watch people that always talking about the
- 1:26:39Speaker 6: same narrative, y'all, Always admit your hand in it, because
- 1:26:44Speaker 6: you can change that.
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: You can prove that, and you can grow from that,
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: and you can move on and God damn.
