- 0:01Speaker 1: So when you hate Donald Trump and you try to
- 0:04Speaker 1: take all of his property, and then you try to
- 0:05Speaker 1: put him in financial ruin, you try to get him
- 0:07Speaker 1: a file for bankruptcy, you try to lock him up
- 0:10Speaker 1: and it's not really working. And then you see Joe
- 0:13Speaker 1: Biden dropping in the polls to an all time new low.
- 0:17Speaker 2: What do you do next?
- 0:18Speaker 1: Well, we now know what the left is going to
- 0:20Speaker 1: do next, and that is the judge in the New
- 0:23Speaker 1: York case is now saying he is holding Donald Trump
- 0:27Speaker 1: in quote criminal contempt for gag order violations and is
- 0:31Speaker 1: now threatening to put him in jail for a significant
- 0:35Speaker 1: amount of time. That, by the way, is what you
- 0:38Speaker 1: would refer to as a literal election interference. Now, this
- 0:42Speaker 1: New York County Judge one Merchant, has ruled that the
- 0:46Speaker 1: former president Trump quote violated the gag order during his trial,
- 0:50Speaker 1: holding him in criminal contempt and then saying jail time
- 0:54Speaker 1: for any further infractions. Now, the judge also ordered Trum
- 1:00Speaker 1: to remove the quote seven offending pose from his truth
- 1:04Speaker 1: Social account. The defendant quote is hereby warned that the
- 1:09Speaker 1: Court will not tolerate continued willful violations of its lawful orders,
- 1:14Speaker 1: and that if necessary and appropriate under the circumstances, it
- 1:19Speaker 1: will impose an incarceerary punishment, the judge wrote in the order.
- 1:24Speaker 1: That's not all he said, and I'm going to have
- 1:25Speaker 1: the rest of what he had to say in just
- 1:27Speaker 1: a second. But first let me tell you about my
- 1:29Speaker 1: friends over at Patriot Mobile. If you've got a cell
- 1:33Speaker 1: phone in ninety nine percent of you do, then you
- 1:36Speaker 1: need to know what you're probably funding every month when
- 1:39Speaker 1: you pay your bill. If you're a big mobile, you're
- 1:42Speaker 1: sending big donations to hardcore leftist causes, hardcore leftist candidates
- 1:49Speaker 1: and organizations, including Planned Parenthood. That's right, including Planned Parenthood.
- 1:57Speaker 1: Now that is why I switched to Patriot Mobile. Now,
- 2:01Speaker 1: the number one reason why people don't switch is because
- 2:05Speaker 1: they actually think it's going to be really difficult. Look,
- 2:07Speaker 1: we've switched phones in the past, or you've switched in
- 2:09Speaker 1: the past to a different cell phone company, and it
- 2:11Speaker 1: was pretty miserable. But now in twenty twenty four, with technology,
- 2:15Speaker 1: it's all done over the phone.
- 2:17Speaker 2: It's incredibly easy.
- 2:19Speaker 1: I just did it the other day with another line
- 2:22Speaker 1: with our family plan. It is the easiest it has
- 2:25Speaker 1: ever been. So if that's what's holding you back, make
- 2:28Speaker 1: the switch. Now, here's the other best part about Patriot Mobile.
- 2:30Speaker 1: I'm going to save you money. Use the promo code Ben.
- 2:33Speaker 1: You're gonna get free activation. And every time you pay
- 2:35Speaker 1: your bill, this is what happens with Patriot Mobile.
- 2:38Speaker 2: They take a.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Portion of your bill, about five percent of your bill,
- 2:43Speaker 1: and they give it back to causes and organizations that
- 2:47Speaker 1: support free speech, support religious freedom, and support the sanctity
- 2:52Speaker 1: of life. They also support organizations that back your Second
- 2:56Speaker 1: Amendment rights. And they get back to our military, our veterans,
- 3:01Speaker 1: our first responders, and wounded warrior heroes. So when you
- 3:05Speaker 1: make a phone call, you're making a difference. All you
- 3:08Speaker 1: got to do is call them ninety seven to two
- 3:11Speaker 1: Patriot that's nine to seven two Patriot ninety seven to
- 3:16Speaker 1: two Patriot or Patriot Mobile dot com slash ben. That's
- 3:21Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile dot com slash ben.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Now let's get back to this judge.
- 3:26Speaker 1: The judge ordered that the defendant pay a thousand dollars
- 3:30Speaker 1: fine referring to Trump for each of his nine violations
- 3:34Speaker 1: of the Court's quote lawful order by the close of
- 3:38Speaker 1: business on Friday, May the third. And it is further
- 3:42Speaker 1: ordered that the defendant removed the seven offending posts from
- 3:45Speaker 1: the defendant's true social account and two offending posts from
- 3:50Speaker 1: his campaign website by two fifteen on Tuesday, April the thirtieth. Now,
- 3:56Speaker 1: the judge had the authority to send Trump to jail
- 3:59Speaker 1: for up to thirty days for allegedly violating his gag order.
- 4:03Speaker 1: The Democratic Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg back down from
- 4:08Speaker 1: asking to judge to jail Trump for allegedly violating the order.
- 4:11Speaker 2: According to the court.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Reporters, Trump appeared to call Alvin Bragg's bluff. Trump said
- 4:18Speaker 1: in April that it would be a great honor to
- 4:21Speaker 1: become a modern day Nelson Mandela in the clink for
- 4:24Speaker 1: speaking the truth about the judge. The gag order, by
- 4:29Speaker 1: the way, prevents Donald Trump, who's literally running for president
- 4:32Speaker 1: a former president, from making public comments about witnesses participating
- 4:37Speaker 1: in the trial council other than brag members of the
- 4:41Speaker 1: court's staff and the District attorney's staff, or the family
- 4:46Speaker 1: members of any council or staff member, if those statements
- 4:50Speaker 1: are made with the intent to materially interfere with counselor
- 4:55Speaker 1: staff's work on the case. It also encompasses jurors. Now
- 5:01Speaker 1: the gag order has to come off. Is what Trump
- 5:05Speaker 1: previously told reporters outside the Manhattan courthouse, saying, quote, people
- 5:09Speaker 1: are allowed to speak about me, and I have a
- 5:11Speaker 1: gag order. Just to show you how much more unfair
- 5:15Speaker 1: it is. He's right, by the way, because the star witness,
- 5:19Speaker 1: Michael Cohen, has the ability to go on any TV show, anywhere,
- 5:22Speaker 1: any interviews and rip the president.
- 5:25Speaker 2: And he is the quote main the most.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Important witness in this trial. So that guy can hammer Trump,
- 5:33Speaker 1: and Trump can't respond while he's running for president.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Give me a break.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Quote Trump said, they can say anything they want. Trump
- 5:42Speaker 1: said about all.
- 5:43Speaker 2: His political foes.
- 5:44Speaker 1: They can continue to make up lies and everything else,
- 5:46Speaker 1: and they lie. They're real scum. But you know what,
- 5:50Speaker 1: I'm not allowed to speak. So why am I gagged
- 5:53Speaker 1: about telling the truth? Trump then asked, I'm only telling
- 5:57Speaker 1: the truth. They're not telling the truth. In fact, here's
- 6:01Speaker 1: a little bit more about what Donald Trump had to
- 6:03Speaker 1: say outside of the courtroom earlier today.
- 6:07Speaker 3: The whole thing is a hoax, All of overre hoaxes,
- 6:10Speaker 3: including the civil cases. They're controlled by the White House.
- 6:14Speaker 3: They're controlled by Democrat judges and prosecutes that will put
- 6:18Speaker 3: this specifically, they ate Trump and the people getting it.
- 6:22Speaker 3: That's why we just came out of New Emerson. Ball
- 6:24Speaker 3: just was released about two minutes ago, and I'm leading
- 6:27Speaker 3: by a lot in every swing state and leading in
- 6:30Speaker 3: the general election. And you saw the CNN call. I'm
- 6:33Speaker 3: sure they aren't too happy with it, but the CNN
- 6:36Speaker 3: poll was fantastic.
- 6:39Speaker 2: So we're here.
- 6:41Speaker 3: This is a hoax. This is a judges conflicted, badly, badly,
- 6:45Speaker 3: badly conflicted. I've never seen the judge helf conflicted and
- 6:49Speaker 3: giving us virtually no rulings. I'm not even allowed to
- 6:53Speaker 3: say advice and counsel. This is a new one to me.
- 6:57Speaker 4: Advice of counsel.
- 6:58Speaker 3: And you have a lawyer and the lawyer does something
- 7:02Speaker 3: or advises you in something, you say advice and counsel.
- 7:05Speaker 3: He said, you're not allowed to say that, and so
- 7:08Speaker 3: you'll all figure it out. But I think the public
- 7:10Speaker 3: has figured it out because the poll numbers are the highest.
- 7:12Speaker 4: They've ever been.
- 7:14Speaker 2: The President making it clear this is a hoax.
- 7:17Speaker 1: I think the public has figured it out because the
- 7:20Speaker 1: poll numbers are the highest they've ever been. And by
- 7:23Speaker 1: the way, I do think people are figuring out that
- 7:26Speaker 1: this is a hoax. But Democrats understand that if Trump
- 7:30Speaker 1: can't talk, then they can change the narrative, and that
- 7:34Speaker 1: is exactly what they are trying to do. I also
- 7:37Speaker 1: believe that the president's poll numbers have changed because the
- 7:39Speaker 1: American people.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Have no faith in Joe Biden.
- 7:43Speaker 1: They have no faith in what he's doing with our economy,
- 7:46Speaker 1: and they understand just how bad things actually are. Now,
- 7:50Speaker 1: let's go back real quick to Alvin Bragg, Who's the
- 7:53Speaker 1: guy who basically the Trump called his bluff saying, all right,
- 7:57Speaker 1: you want to put me in jail, put me in jail.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Bragg is a guy that ran off of going after
- 8:03Speaker 1: Donald Trump. Bragg is a guy that apparently has raised
- 8:06Speaker 1: at least eight hundred thousand dollars off of indicting Donald Trump.
- 8:13Speaker 1: And Bragg is the guy that charged Trump with thirty
- 8:16Speaker 1: four felonies in the criminal case concerning alleged election interference,
- 8:22Speaker 1: and a legal retainer paid to Michael Cohen, who can
- 8:25Speaker 1: say whatever he wants. The trial is the first ever
- 8:28Speaker 1: ever criminal trial of a president of the United States,
- 8:32Speaker 1: and yes, Donald Trump could face serious jail time if
- 8:36Speaker 1: in fact he is convicted.
- 8:39Speaker 2: Now, let me also tell you what.
- 8:41Speaker 1: The American people think about this. A majority now of
- 8:44Speaker 1: Americans doubt that Trump's criminal trial will conclude with a
- 8:49Speaker 1: fair outcome. A new CNN poll that came out on
- 8:52Speaker 1: Friday found this increasing numbers of Americans see the criminal
- 8:57Speaker 1: trial of Trump as quote irrelevant to his fitness for reelection.
- 9:02Speaker 1: The CNM pull further found that while only thirteen percent
- 9:05Speaker 1: believe Trump is being treated the same as other criminal defendants,
- 9:11Speaker 1: only about one third of American adults believe Trump did
- 9:14Speaker 1: anything Let me say that again, only about one third
- 9:18Speaker 1: of American adults believe Trump did anything illegal regarding the case.
- 9:22Speaker 1: So that means even Democrats are now admitting, hey, we
- 9:26Speaker 1: know this is crap, and we know we're trying to
- 9:28Speaker 1: have him put in jail and shut him.
- 9:29Speaker 2: Up, and we understand what's going on here. Now.
- 9:33Speaker 1: I also want to play for you something that Peter
- 9:35Speaker 1: Sweitzer said on his podcast. Peter Switzer said something interesting
- 9:40Speaker 1: about Joe Biden's sinister but brilliant campaign strategy that is
- 9:46Speaker 1: in fact law fair, meaning you go after your political opponents,
- 9:51Speaker 1: you tie them up, maybe you put them in jail
- 9:54Speaker 1: during the campaign, which is exactly what we're witnessing right now.
- 9:58Speaker 2: Take a listen.
- 9:59Speaker 5: So some very very interesting comments that Joe Biden made.
- 10:02Speaker 5: Of course, the White House corresponds dinner. You're trying to
- 10:05Speaker 5: be funny, you're trying to be humorous, but it often
- 10:08Speaker 5: offers an insider a glimpse into what people are really thinking.
- 10:12Speaker 5: We think that's the case with Joe Biden, because he
- 10:15Speaker 5: had some very interesting things to say about the legal
- 10:19Speaker 5: threats that Donald Trump is under. Right now, let's listen
- 10:23Speaker 5: to Joe Biden.
- 10:25Speaker 6: I had a great stretch since the State of the Union. Well,
- 10:29Speaker 6: Donald's had a few tough days lately, you might call
- 10:32Speaker 6: it stormy weather. What the hell Trump's so desperate. He
- 10:43Speaker 6: started reading those Bibles he's selling. Then he got to
- 10:47Speaker 6: the first commandment, you shall have no other gods before me.
- 10:53Speaker 6: That's when he put it down and said, this book's
- 10:55Speaker 6: not for me.
- 10:57Speaker 5: So attempted humor there, I mean, got some chuckles course
- 11:00Speaker 5: from the media, but there was that little twist about
- 11:03Speaker 5: the tough days and a little twist about the legal
- 11:06Speaker 5: threat that Donald Trump is under. And we're going to
- 11:08Speaker 5: talk about that today because our contention is and I
- 11:13Speaker 5: think the evidence is pretty clear, is that campaigns are
- 11:17Speaker 5: now changing dramatically because what you are seeing is law
- 11:21Speaker 5: fare in action. Used to be in the old days,
- 11:23Speaker 5: you ran for president, you needed a polster, you needed
- 11:26Speaker 5: political consultants. It seems like now, beginning in the year
- 11:29Speaker 5: of Donald Trump, you also need to hire a bunch
- 11:31Speaker 5: of lawyers because the Biden administration has clearly come for
- 11:35Speaker 5: Donald Trump. And we're going to lay out today the
- 11:37Speaker 5: timeline of how that's actually happened.
- 11:39Speaker 7: It's interesting to think about this morphine to your point
- 11:43Speaker 7: of things that used to be done by the campaign,
- 11:46Speaker 7: the Biden administration is now asking the federal government to perform.
- 11:51Speaker 7: We did a podcast several weeks ago where we said
- 11:53Speaker 7: that every agency within the federal government is now being
- 11:57Speaker 7: weaponized as a political turnout the vote vote operation, and
- 12:01Speaker 7: that is a thing that used to be the job
- 12:03Speaker 7: of a campaign, but now it's the Department of Education
- 12:05Speaker 7: is saying, hey, you will give you pel grants, but
- 12:07Speaker 7: you need to be out registering people to vote. And
- 12:10Speaker 7: they're targeting voting populations that would disproportionately vote for a
- 12:13Speaker 7: Democratic candidate, which happens to be the same president. That's problematic.
- 12:17Speaker 7: It's a departure from how things have done before. And
- 12:19Speaker 7: we've talked about it, and you're now seeing the exact
- 12:21Speaker 7: same thing happen. To your point, with the Department of Justice,
- 12:25Speaker 7: you have aspects of the federal government essentially operating as
- 12:29Speaker 7: another arm of the Biden campaign.
- 12:32Speaker 2: And it's got to think very troubling.
- 12:35Speaker 7: It projects in a very troubling way moving forward, because
- 12:37Speaker 7: if this is how it's going to be, and everyone's
- 12:39Speaker 7: kind of okay with because Donald Trump, what happens if
- 12:41Speaker 7: it's not Donald Trump, or if it's Donald Trump in charge?
- 12:44Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, in other words, you're saying you can
- 12:45Speaker 5: take the criminal justice system and you can weaponize it.
- 12:48Speaker 5: And this is a strategy known as lawfair, and it
- 12:52Speaker 5: started in the early two thousands. It's really interesting if
- 12:55Speaker 5: you see how this transition has taken place. It started
- 12:57Speaker 5: in the early two thousand. Lawfair was this new idea,
- 13:00Speaker 5: we are going to use the legal system of the
- 13:03Speaker 5: United States and the international legal system to go after
- 13:06Speaker 5: bad guys like terrorists, like Saddam Hussein, like the Russian government,
- 13:11Speaker 5: and we are going to weaponize the legal system to
- 13:13Speaker 5: try to seize their assets, to tie them up in court.
- 13:17Speaker 5: What's happened, our contention is going to be is it
- 13:19Speaker 5: has now been turned on domestic political opponents that the
- 13:23Speaker 5: Biden administration has said, Hey, it worked kind of well
- 13:26Speaker 5: against al Qaeda, it worked pretty well against Saddam Hussein,
- 13:30Speaker 5: it worked pretty well against Vladimir Putin.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Tie them up.
- 13:33Speaker 5: We're maybe going to apply this domestically in the United
- 13:36Speaker 5: States against Donald Trump. But I think there's pretty ample
- 13:38Speaker 5: evidence that there is coordination and cooperation between the Biden
- 13:43Speaker 5: administration and these prosecutions that appear to be quote unquote
- 13:47Speaker 5: randomly occurring around the country.
- 13:49Speaker 1: Well, let's just dive into a little bit of this.
- 13:52Speaker 1: And I played Peter. I like Peter a lot. Peter
- 13:56Speaker 1: is one hell of an author. He writes some really
- 13:58Speaker 1: good books about the bio crime family. His point here
- 14:03Speaker 1: that he's making, I think is spot on. And what
- 14:06Speaker 1: he's saying is you have a government that would weaponize
- 14:13Speaker 1: the deep state to go after al Qaeda, and it
- 14:16Speaker 1: works so well that they're like, all right, maybe we
- 14:20Speaker 1: should just do the same exact thing against our political opponent.
- 14:24Speaker 1: The opponent has moved from Osama bin.
- 14:27Speaker 2: Laden right too.
- 14:29Speaker 1: Now it's like, all right, well, I mean let's make
- 14:32Speaker 1: it Donald Trump. It works really well. That's our biggest opponent.
- 14:36Speaker 1: That's who we hate. That's who we want to go after,
- 14:39Speaker 1: So let's go after them. The Government, by the Way,
- 14:43Speaker 1: Accountability Institute constructed a timeline of events, which is really important.
- 14:49Speaker 1: It actually shows the extent of the White House's involvement
- 14:53Speaker 1: and these supposedly independent prosecutions.
- 14:57Speaker 2: It's really clear.
- 14:59Speaker 1: Now that Biden has weaponized the federal agencies for democratic
- 15:04Speaker 1: voter turnout efforts, that he's used taxpayer dollars on a
- 15:08Speaker 1: political persecution that is a blatant effort to attack and
- 15:12Speaker 1: hobble to hamstring to cut the knees out from his
- 15:15Speaker 1: political opponent.
- 15:17Speaker 2: You'll look at Fanny Willis, for example.
- 15:19Speaker 1: The Fulton County prosecutor that was prosecuting Trump and Georgia
- 15:22Speaker 1: on election interference charges. She even showed up at the
- 15:25Speaker 1: White House correspondence to her last week. She corruptly hired
- 15:28Speaker 1: her boyfriend Nathan Wade, at a cost of more than
- 15:32Speaker 1: six hundred and twenty five thousand dollars to handle the
- 15:35Speaker 1: daily work of that case, and he had never once.
- 15:38Speaker 2: Prosecuted a case like this.
- 15:41Speaker 1: We know that Wade made not one but two trips
- 15:43Speaker 1: of White House and may have twenty twenty two and
- 15:45Speaker 1: again in November of the same year for meetings and
- 15:48Speaker 1: not with the Department of Justice officials, but with staff
- 15:50Speaker 1: at the White House Council's office. Wade was later forced,
- 15:54Speaker 1: as you noticed, stepped down from that job by a
- 15:57Speaker 1: judge because of the corruption. Then you look at April
- 16:01Speaker 1: twenty twenty two, the Biden White House leaked a story
- 16:04Speaker 1: on purpose to The New York Times showing Biden confided
- 16:08Speaker 1: in his inner circle it's frustration with the Attorney General
- 16:10Speaker 1: Merrick Garland for not throwing the book at Trump. Four
- 16:13Speaker 1: months later, Trump's Marlago residence was rated by the FBI
- 16:18Speaker 1: at Garland's direction. What's even more interesting is another incident
- 16:26Speaker 1: happened in December of twenty twenty two, when the number
- 16:32Speaker 1: three person at the Department of Justice in Washington, d C.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Announced he was leaving the GoJ to take a job
- 16:39Speaker 1: with the Manhattan DA's office.
- 16:43Speaker 2: Number three.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Okay, you're the third guy, You're the third top dude
- 16:47Speaker 1: of the Department of Justice in DC, and then you
- 16:50Speaker 1: announce I'm going to leave the DOJ. I'm gonna take
- 16:52Speaker 1: a job in the Manhattan DA's office. Are you kidding me?
- 16:56Speaker 1: While the Manhattan Day's Office does matter, This was a
- 16:58Speaker 1: massive step down, Witzer said, for them, especially for the
- 17:02Speaker 1: third highest ranking DOJ official. Why make the move other
- 17:07Speaker 1: than that Joe Biden wanted direct input into the New
- 17:10Speaker 1: York prosecution. And then two other members of the New
- 17:14Speaker 1: York prosecutor's team were involved in the Trump organization's previous
- 17:19Speaker 1: course court case for conspiracy, criminal tax fraud, and falsifying
- 17:24Speaker 1: business records that was also reported on.
- 17:27Speaker 2: By The Times.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Now, when you look at these three different people that
- 17:32Speaker 1: went to the Manhattan's DA's office, and one of them
- 17:35Speaker 1: is the third highest Department of Justice official, just understand
- 17:40Speaker 1: that one of these three would later deliver the prosecution's
- 17:44Speaker 1: opening statement and the Trump trial in Manhattan. And what
- 17:48Speaker 1: Peter Schweitzer says this, this has all of the markings
- 17:52Speaker 1: they quote, fingerprints to the White House all over it.
- 17:56Speaker 2: The combined weight of all.
- 17:57Speaker 1: These prosecutions, particularly the New York came order preventing Trump
- 18:01Speaker 1: from leaving the state while the case is ongoing.
- 18:04Speaker 2: So a lot of people don't even realize that.
- 18:06Speaker 1: And you need to understand that Donald Trump can't leave
- 18:09Speaker 1: New York while this case is going on.
- 18:10Speaker 2: That is a order from the court. What does that
- 18:12Speaker 2: mean that means in one of.
- 18:14Speaker 1: The most least likely states for Donald Trump to win, right,
- 18:17Speaker 1: that's New York. He is stuck there until this thing
- 18:21Speaker 1: is over and can't go out and actually run his
- 18:24Speaker 1: presidential campaign. That is the definition of election interference.
- 18:31Speaker 2: That is what this is.
- 18:32Speaker 1: It is the definition of election interference. All Right, You're
- 18:38Speaker 1: stuck in a state when there's a bunch of other
- 18:41Speaker 1: states you need to be going to when you're running
- 18:43Speaker 1: for president. It also gives your opponent, Joe Biden, the
- 18:46Speaker 1: ability to in essence run unopposed in these other states
- 18:49Speaker 1: as well, giving him another advantage.
- 18:52Speaker 2: And what Schweizer says to this quote constitutes.
- 18:55Speaker 1: A direct hobbling of Trump's ability to campaign for president
- 19:00Speaker 1: and gain vast amounts of earned media with as well
- 19:03Speaker 1: attended rallies across the country. This is a sinister but
- 19:07Speaker 1: brilliant strategy, as Sweitzer noted, because even if Trump were
- 19:12Speaker 1: to win all of the cases, it still forces him
- 19:15Speaker 1: to spend tens of millions of dollars to fight them
- 19:17Speaker 1: all and it gets them stuck in court.
- 19:21Speaker 2: So what does that mean.
- 19:22Speaker 1: This is a classic aim of law fare, and it's
- 19:27Speaker 1: being done with taxpayers dollars, right, All of this is
- 19:30Speaker 1: costing you money. Every bit of this is costing you money.
- 19:35Speaker 1: The Biden administration is using federal agencies all right. On
- 19:39Speaker 1: top of that, the stoke voter turnout among targeted Democratic voters.
- 19:42Speaker 2: We know that.
- 19:44Speaker 1: So if you look at what's going on now with
- 19:47Speaker 1: your dollars and with your government, this is it. Whether
- 19:51Speaker 1: it's the insanity on these college campuses being funded by
- 19:53Speaker 1: the left, whether it's going after the president of United
- 19:56Speaker 1: States of America, former President, I should say, Donald Trump,
- 19:59Speaker 1: they're using your tax dours to go after him, to
- 20:02Speaker 1: prosecute him, to attack him.
- 20:05Speaker 2: I am telling you this better backfire.
- 20:07Speaker 1: We better hunker down, and we better remind people that
- 20:11Speaker 1: this is exactly what this judge has been directed to do.
- 20:16Speaker 1: I would argue from the Biden administration, with all of
- 20:19Speaker 1: these prosecutors taking massive emotions to come there and to
- 20:22Speaker 1: go after Trump, because there will be a payday for
- 20:24Speaker 1: them down the road. There will be a hey, well done,
- 20:29Speaker 1: you good soldier. Come back to DC and I'm giving
- 20:33Speaker 1: you a bigger job. That is what is going to
- 20:37Speaker 1: happen with all of this. And again it is Donald Trump.
- 20:40Speaker 1: Donald Trump is the only one in all of this
- 20:42Speaker 1: that can't talk. The key witness can talk, can do
- 20:45Speaker 1: as many interviews as he wants to. We know that,
- 20:49Speaker 1: and it is incredibly frustrating to witness this happen. Right now.
- 20:54Speaker 1: I want you to hear what Mike Davis had to say.
- 20:57Speaker 1: This was on He's the founder and president of the
- 21:00Speaker 1: Article three project, and this is what he had to
- 21:02Speaker 1: say about the president's gag order and what it means.
- 21:05Speaker 4: This is Biden driven election interference and lawfare, and there's
- 21:09Speaker 4: going to there are going to be severe legal, political,
- 21:13Speaker 4: and financial consequences.
- 21:14Speaker 2: And it includes not only the people.
- 21:16Speaker 4: In the governments in the Biden Justice Department, Fulton County
- 21:20Speaker 4: DA's office, Big Tish's office in New York, the Age,
- 21:24Speaker 4: Alvin Bragg's office in Manhattan, that dumb prosecutor out in Arizona,
- 21:30Speaker 4: the Arizona Age, whoever that new woman is out there
- 21:32Speaker 4: who stole the election from Aid by disenfranchising voters on
- 21:36Speaker 4: election date. It's also going to include these washed up
- 21:40Speaker 4: lawyers and judges on the outside are colluding with these
- 21:43Speaker 4: government officials like Andrew Weisman and many others to run
- 21:46Speaker 4: this lawfair. This is a criminal conspiracy, guys, lawyer up.
- 21:51Speaker 1: It's a criminal conspiracy. I can't disagree with what he's
- 21:56Speaker 1: saying there, I really can't. I think it's actually incredibly
- 22:02Speaker 1: accurate what he is saying, because this is all a
- 22:06Speaker 1: conspiracy to handcuff Donald Trump from the very beginning. It's
- 22:13Speaker 1: what Trump said earlier about this, right, he said, this
- 22:16Speaker 1: is a hoax. And I think the public has figured out.
- 22:19Speaker 1: I hope they have. I really, really, really really.
- 22:23Speaker 2: Do something else.
- 22:24Speaker 1: By the way I want you to hear is how
- 22:26Speaker 1: MSNBC and even the Washington Post columnist Jamison what they
- 22:31Speaker 1: had to say about Michael Cohen. Michael Cohen can go
- 22:33Speaker 1: out there say what everyone's say, do whatever he wants
- 22:36Speaker 1: to do.
- 22:36Speaker 2: He's a star witness, right He's a.
- 22:39Speaker 1: Convicted a guy that's convicted of lying, and the entire
- 22:43Speaker 1: case revolves around him. Listen to what MSNBC had to
- 22:47Speaker 1: say about him. It's very interesting.
- 22:49Speaker 8: Donald Trump's former fixer, Michael Cohen has been billed as
- 22:52Speaker 8: a star witness of the hush money trial, but clearly
- 22:55Speaker 8: he's been ignoring rule number one. Save your best stuff
- 22:59Speaker 8: for the stand and don't play into the defense's best
- 23:02Speaker 8: arguments against you. For example, he promised on X on
- 23:06Speaker 8: April twenty fourth that he will cease posting about Trump
- 23:10Speaker 8: on x or on his podcast, something clearly prosecutors would
- 23:14Speaker 8: like him to stop doing. But apparently that did not
- 23:17Speaker 8: include his TikTok Live because here he was last night
- 23:22Speaker 8: when I put out.
- 23:23Speaker 9: That tweet that turned around and said that I was
- 23:26Speaker 9: not going to discuss anything to do with the trial
- 23:33Speaker 9: or my former Employloyer or anything like that.
- 23:37Speaker 2: And I think I've lived up to that.
- 23:39Speaker 9: The Maga, the mega morons, hook line and Sinker.
- 23:44Speaker 2: If mild Trump told.
- 23:45Speaker 9: Them one plus one equals three, they will fight you, too,
- 23:48Speaker 9: thin nail.
- 23:48Speaker 2: That's the crazy thing, too, right. Those hats are hideous.
- 23:54Speaker 2: Oh my god, No, no, no, And I'm not saying it.
- 23:57Speaker 9: Other people it was like, oh my god, everything about Hey, that's.
- 24:01Speaker 2: That's not true.
- 24:02Speaker 9: It's not true.
- 24:04Speaker 2: It's not true at all. I am just saying.
- 24:06Speaker 9: That they are not the kind of hats that you.
- 24:10Speaker 2: Wear to I don't even know what. I don't even
- 24:12Speaker 2: know how to describe them.
- 24:13Speaker 9: They're with the with the with the string that goes
- 24:18Speaker 9: across the top of it.
- 24:19Speaker 2: I mean, it's just it's it's an ugly hat.
- 24:23Speaker 9: It has the string, a hat as his red as
- 24:27Speaker 9: his red gold sneakers are. I mean, you know, the
- 24:31Speaker 9: sneakers are ugly too.
- 24:33Speaker 8: I want to bring in Washington Post staff writer Peter Jamison,
- 24:36Speaker 8: who just wrote an extensive piece on Cohen and Jeremysland is.
- 24:39Speaker 2: Back with us.
- 24:41Speaker 8: I'm going to start with you, Peter, because you did
- 24:42Speaker 8: such a deep dive. So here's a guy who says,
- 24:45Speaker 8: I'm not going to talk about this on X I'm
- 24:48Speaker 8: not going to talk about Donald Trump on my podcast,
- 24:50Speaker 8: and yet to raise money and if people are not
- 24:53Speaker 8: familiar with that live version of TikTok, people can post
- 24:59Speaker 8: emojis and he makes money off of it. So that's
- 25:01Speaker 8: what all that stuff is that's popping up. But is
- 25:05Speaker 8: this kind of classic Michael Cohen.
- 25:08Speaker 10: I mean, look, Michael Cohen is making a strong case
- 25:10Speaker 10: for himself being the most irrepressibly voluble star witness in
- 25:16Speaker 10: history at this point. I mean, he's you know, he's
- 25:19Speaker 10: written two memoirs on his experiences with former President Donald Trump.
- 25:25Speaker 10: He's hosted a very popular podcast actually has had a
- 25:28Speaker 10: number of celebrities on to both you know, talk about
- 25:31Speaker 10: his personal journey working for Trump and then turning against him,
- 25:34Speaker 10: and also his broader thoughts on Trump and the political
- 25:37Speaker 10: movement he leads. And I think this is the sense
- 25:41Speaker 10: classic Michael Cohen. I mean, he's been very chatty in
- 25:45Speaker 10: a way that I'm sure has given prosecutors a magic
- 25:48Speaker 10: at various moments about the things that he you know,
- 25:52Speaker 10: directly or indirectly, the things he will be addressing when
- 25:55Speaker 10: he takes the stand.
- 25:56Speaker 2: In this trial.
- 25:58Speaker 1: You listen to the way that he just him this
- 26:02Speaker 1: guy's out there making money because of this court case.
- 26:07Speaker 1: He's getting to do and say whatever he wants, and
- 26:09Speaker 1: no one's telling him to shut up. And he's a
- 26:11Speaker 1: star witness that's gonna have to testify against Donald Trump,
- 26:16Speaker 1: like he's the star witness. If you need any more
- 26:20Speaker 1: examples than that of just how much of a witch
- 26:22Speaker 1: hunt this is, I'm sorry, you're a special kind of
- 26:25Speaker 1: stupid if you still don't see it. You look at
- 26:29Speaker 1: all of this and they act like all these cases
- 26:31Speaker 1: are somehow independent, they're not. This is all perfectly orchestrated
- 26:37Speaker 1: by the White House. It is all perfect perfectly orchestrated
- 26:43Speaker 1: by a group of prosecutors who were at the DJ
- 26:48Speaker 1: who then said, all right, we got to get out
- 26:50Speaker 1: of here. We gotta go help make these cases. We
- 26:52Speaker 1: got to go prosecute. We gotta keep him and force
- 26:56Speaker 1: him to stay, right, force.
- 26:57Speaker 2: Him to stay.
- 26:58Speaker 1: We gotta, we gotta, we gotta re really, really, really
- 27:01Speaker 1: really really force him to stay in New York so
- 27:05Speaker 1: that you can't go out there in campaign. And this
- 27:08Speaker 1: is going to be amazing, it's going to be brilliant.
- 27:12Speaker 1: We're gonna hamstring him, he won't be able to do events,
- 27:15Speaker 1: and then we're gonna maybe even put him in jail.
- 27:18Speaker 1: And the majority of Americans, even Democrats, believe that this
- 27:22Speaker 1: is like total crap.
- 27:24Speaker 2: But remember, you can believe.
- 27:27Speaker 1: It's total crap if you're a Democrat and they're still
- 27:30Speaker 1: going to vote against him. That's the whole point here,
- 27:34Speaker 1: that's the whole ballgame. Make sure you share this podcast
