- 0:50Speaker 3: Joy? You know you.
- 1:06Speaker 5: Love?
- 1:06Speaker 6: You gotta turn.
- 1:31Speaker 3: I can't.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Got to turn the mouth turn.
- 1:43Speaker 7: You probably got to turn mouth turn, turn a wad
- 1:47Speaker 7: of the moat up.
- 1:49Speaker 6: Look me, come.
- 1:58Speaker 8: Come out, you're thinking.
- 2:01Speaker 9: Uh huh, I sure will. Good morning everybody. You're listening
- 2:06Speaker 9: to the voice, Come on dig me now.
- 2:08Speaker 8: One and only.
- 2:10Speaker 9: Steve Harvey got this radio show. Man, How I got here?
- 2:16Speaker 9: I really can't explain it. Only by the grace of God,
- 2:20Speaker 9: That's all I can really tell you. I was talking
- 2:25Speaker 9: with a buddy the other day and he was telling me.
- 2:27Speaker 9: He said, Man, he had an interesting philosophy about it.
- 2:31Speaker 8: He say.
- 2:32Speaker 9: You know, you can have dreams and visions, he say,
- 2:34Speaker 9: but God, God will never show you what all he
- 2:40Speaker 9: has for you. He won't show you all of it
- 2:45Speaker 9: because he knows you'll mess it up. And you know what, man,
- 2:50Speaker 9: I thought about that, and wow, how true is that?
- 2:54Speaker 8: Okay?
- 2:56Speaker 9: I know that I got a radio show. I didn't
- 3:00Speaker 9: see it. It's just become this major blessing for me.
- 3:03Speaker 9: I didn't see it. But if I would have seen
- 3:06Speaker 9: it and known when he had planned on giving it
- 3:10Speaker 9: to me, I would have messed it up because Number one,
- 3:14Speaker 9: my first question would have been to him, why I
- 3:17Speaker 9: got to wait so long? Why don't I go down
- 3:21Speaker 9: hill and start on the radio now? And then I'll
- 3:25Speaker 9: be in radio and then TYD, I see there God.
- 3:29Speaker 9: But see the thing about God is God don't need
- 3:32Speaker 9: your help. Matter of fact, he don't really want it.
- 3:36Speaker 9: All he wants is you to love him and obey
- 3:39Speaker 9: if you can do them two things. I think I
- 3:42Speaker 9: could be wrong. I think he'd be really cool with us.
- 3:46Speaker 8: So had I known.
- 3:49Speaker 9: About these blessings that he had for me, I would
- 3:51Speaker 9: have messed him up because I would have put my
- 3:54Speaker 9: thinking in the figuring process, and that would ejected it
- 3:57Speaker 9: all up. That's the first thing I have why I
- 4:00Speaker 9: got away so long. And then if he'd shown me
- 4:03Speaker 9: what I was gonna have to do to get it,
- 4:06Speaker 9: I would have showed messed that up. Man, I ain't
- 4:08Speaker 9: finna do that. I ain't finna do all of that.
- 4:12Speaker 9: Wait a minute, I got to go through all of
- 4:14Speaker 9: these mishaps in my life. So when I get the
- 4:17Speaker 9: radio show I have something to share. Man, why won't
- 4:22Speaker 9: I just read a couple books and share that experience
- 4:25Speaker 9: with them?
- 4:25Speaker 8: Now?
- 4:26Speaker 9: See, I want you to know what you're talking about.
- 4:30Speaker 9: I want you to be transparent. I want people to
- 4:33Speaker 9: be able to identify with your struggle and apply they
- 4:36Speaker 9: struggle to it and see that they can get over.
- 4:39Speaker 8: See.
- 4:40Speaker 9: God never shows you all of it because he know
- 4:43Speaker 9: we'll mess it up.
- 4:44Speaker 8: I wouldn't have.
- 4:45Speaker 9: Any books, I certainly please know, I would not be
- 4:49Speaker 9: the host of family Feld.
- 4:50Speaker 8: Can I tell you that.
- 4:53Speaker 9: It is amazing man, how God works, and my invitation
- 4:58Speaker 9: to everybody today is allowed God to work. You know,
- 5:03Speaker 9: you can ask him why all you want to, and
- 5:05Speaker 9: from time to time I still do no good for me.
- 5:09Speaker 8: But that'll me old woe is me? Lord? Thing that
- 5:11Speaker 8: don't really get it for me?
- 5:13Speaker 9: Because when I start asking him why, I'm asking somebody
- 5:16Speaker 9: who has a thought process so high above mind that
- 5:20Speaker 9: there's no way if he told it to me, I
- 5:22Speaker 9: wouldn't even get it. You wouldn't either, Uncle, I'll bright
- 5:25Speaker 9: you think you are. Man, You just ain't gonna get
- 5:27Speaker 9: how and why he does it his way. You're not
- 5:30Speaker 9: going to understand it. But he has a plan for
- 5:33Speaker 9: each and every one of us. And if we adhere
- 5:36Speaker 9: to the plan, if we submit ourself to his will
- 5:39Speaker 9: and just say, okay, God, what you want me to do.
- 5:41Speaker 9: I am telling you it is the best way to live.
- 5:45Speaker 8: Now.
- 5:46Speaker 9: You can also do it the way I did it
- 5:48Speaker 9: early on. You can just do what you want to
- 5:51Speaker 9: do and see how it go from now. And I
- 5:54Speaker 9: will tell you from personal experience it's not going to
- 5:57Speaker 9: go good. My wife and I were talking the other
- 6:02Speaker 9: day and she said something with me, and I had
- 6:04Speaker 9: to write it down. She says, Steve, you know the
- 6:07Speaker 9: funny thing about sin. She says, sining costs you more
- 6:11Speaker 9: than you want to pay and causes you to stay
- 6:14Speaker 9: longer than you want to stay. I asked my wife
- 6:19Speaker 9: where she got that from. She says, some old person
- 6:22Speaker 9: told it to her. She says, sining cost you more
- 6:25Speaker 9: than you want to pay and causes you to stay
- 6:28Speaker 9: longer than you want to stay. That's the problem, man,
- 6:31Speaker 9: about doing what you want to do. Because we are
- 6:34Speaker 9: all sinners, man, all of us, all of us, every
- 6:37Speaker 9: last one of us a sinners. You will be a
- 6:39Speaker 9: sinner until you die. Now, you could be saved by grace,
- 6:43Speaker 9: but You're going to be a sinner man. You are
- 6:45Speaker 9: going to make mistakes. You are going to in your
- 6:49Speaker 9: life knowingly do wrong. I bet you will. I don't
- 6:54Speaker 9: know who you think you are. I don't know who
- 6:56Speaker 9: you've been listening to. But get this, we are sinners.
- 7:00Speaker 9: We were born into a world that is sinful. Now
- 7:05Speaker 9: it's okay, it's okay, it's our world. But we can
- 7:09Speaker 9: make the best of it because we can form a
- 7:11Speaker 9: relationship with God and we can go to war with
- 7:14Speaker 9: this thing, you know, and we can win. You can
- 7:16Speaker 9: actually get over. Being born into this world is not
- 7:21Speaker 9: an end all. It doesn't mean you're doomed, nah man,
- 7:25Speaker 9: because God is available to give you life, and not
- 7:28Speaker 9: only give you life, but give it to you more abundantly.
- 7:32Speaker 9: I have more of an abundant life than I've ever had.
- 7:35Speaker 8: If you took away the finances, trust.
- 7:38Speaker 9: And believe, I have so many things I could tell
- 7:41Speaker 9: you that I'm grateful for. For my wife, for my children, man,
- 7:47Speaker 9: for my family, for the few friends that I have,
- 7:52Speaker 9: for the work that I do, man for the respect
- 7:56Speaker 9: that some people that I feel around some people from
- 7:59Speaker 9: the reputation I've earned. Now I ain't cool with everybody.
- 8:03Speaker 8: I got that.
- 8:04Speaker 9: I ain't cool with everybody. Everybody ain't cool with me.
- 8:07Speaker 9: Everybody don't like me. Man, get past that right there.
- 8:11Speaker 9: I don't care what you do. Everybody are gonna like you.
- 8:14Speaker 9: Some people didn't like Jesus. What did he do?
- 8:17Speaker 8: What did he do wrong to anybody?
- 8:21Speaker 9: Show it to me where he was just out there
- 8:25Speaker 9: just messing over folks, and you could justify all that
- 8:28Speaker 9: happened to him.
- 8:30Speaker 8: Just show it to me. But he knew everybody ain't
- 8:32Speaker 8: gonna like me. I just come to save y'all, understand.
- 8:37Speaker 8: I got you.
- 8:38Speaker 9: Ain't feeling me. You're gonna spit on me. You're gonna
- 8:40Speaker 9: hang me up there, You're gonna pierce my side. You're
- 8:43Speaker 9: gonna do all that to me. When you get through,
- 8:45Speaker 9: I still love you. That's a powerful statement. Man, God
- 8:49Speaker 9: will take care of you if you form this relationship
- 8:53Speaker 9: with him. He has something for you. He has a
- 8:57Speaker 9: plan for you that is beyond your imagine that. He
- 9:00Speaker 9: will give you the desires of your heart. But he
- 9:03Speaker 9: also has some stuff in store for you that you're
- 9:06Speaker 9: not even asking for. That he is willing to ship
- 9:10Speaker 9: to an address that belongs to you as long as
- 9:14Speaker 9: you stay on the right path and are trying your best.
- 9:19Speaker 9: God to ship you the blessing anyway, because please know
- 9:21Speaker 9: He's done it to me. I'm a living witness to this,
- 9:24Speaker 9: that God will ship you blessings and you ain't gonna
- 9:26Speaker 9: be perfect. But if He know your heart, man, if
- 9:29Speaker 9: he know you trying to do better, if he see
- 9:32Speaker 9: you trying to change, if he see you trying to
- 9:35Speaker 9: get it right, he understands that you're gonna stumble all
- 9:38Speaker 9: the way through this thing. But if he know your
- 9:41Speaker 9: heart and he know you trying to get it right,
- 9:44Speaker 9: and you're doing the best you can, board here, ship
- 9:47Speaker 9: some stuff your way. Man, you really be tripping, man,
- 9:50Speaker 9: you will really be tripping. Steve Harvey got a radio show.
- 9:55Speaker 8: Man. It's crazy, ain't it.
- 9:57Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.

- 10:05Speaker 9: You know what, I think I've said it before, but
- 10:09Speaker 9: I think it's time to say it again. He let
- 10:13Speaker 9: me clear my thoat.
- 10:20Speaker 8: He has done it again. That God I serve that God.
- 10:26Speaker 9: We know that God above has done it again, presented
- 10:30Speaker 9: us with the brand new opportunity another day, another chance,
- 10:35Speaker 9: another glorious time that we've never had before. This is
- 10:39Speaker 9: what makes now so great. You've never been right here before.
- 10:44Speaker 9: And man, God, let us have this again. Man Ain't
- 10:47Speaker 9: God good?
- 10:47Speaker 5: Yeah?

- 18:38Speaker 5: When they all get on the property where they brought
- 18:40Speaker 5: their first half on the truck, the second half was
- 18:44Speaker 5: in an accident and got completely total. So now they
- 18:48Speaker 5: don't have no kitchen and.

- 24:26Speaker 1: When we got on to Kadero in Las Vegas, Kadaro says,
- 24:29Speaker 1: I'm in a long distance relationship and my girlfriend is
- 24:32Speaker 1: coming to see me for my birthday next weekend. She
- 24:35Speaker 1: is bringing two friends, and I asked if they were pretty.
- 24:38Speaker 1: I asked for my homeboys, but my girl took it
- 24:41Speaker 1: the wrong way. Why is she so mad?
- 24:45Speaker 9: Well see that that don't make no sense.
- 24:49Speaker 14: Are they fun?
- 24:49Speaker 9: Because that's what you're gonna say. I'm bringing two girlfriends.
- 24:53Speaker 9: Well are they pretty?
- 24:54Speaker 8: What you mean? Are they pretty?
- 24:58Speaker 13: My boys?
- 24:59Speaker 9: I've gotta tell a something because if they coming, you know,
- 25:03Speaker 9: we can all go out together. But their da ain't pretty?
- 25:05Speaker 9: Why they got to be pretty? Because they got to
- 25:08Speaker 9: be pretty? My boy wody won't take your friends know where?
- 25:15Speaker 9: Wait a minute, Wait a minute. Why isn't my friends ugly?
- 25:18Speaker 9: I don't know. I don't know your friends. I just

- 25:29Speaker 13: But Gerald ain't pretty.
- 25:30Speaker 8: Maybe child ain't got to be pretty.
- 25:32Speaker 14: He likes pretty women.
- 25:33Speaker 8: Jerld got money.
- 25:36Speaker 9: Oh now, yeah, she mad because it's just I don't know, man,
- 25:42Speaker 9: And you know it's crazy. These see a lot questions.
- 25:46Speaker 9: They're mad because they can do that though. They just mad, right,
- 25:50Speaker 9: they get mad. You got to say wrong? Did he
- 25:53Speaker 9: even say his friends? He just asked and they was pretty? Yeah,
- 25:56Speaker 9: he just asked for.
- 25:57Speaker 14: He asked, yeah, if they were pretty?

- 26:07Speaker 9: can get a couple of friends and we could all
- 26:10Speaker 9: go out.
- 26:10Speaker 8: And have a nice time.
- 26:11Speaker 9: If you had to describe them, how would I describe
- 26:15Speaker 9: them to your friends?
- 26:15Speaker 8: They are beautiful? Well, let me see a picture. They're beautiful,
- 26:19Speaker 8: because it's usually not the case.
- 26:21Speaker 1: So so if you said you were bringing two guys
- 26:28Speaker 1: and your your wife said are they fine?
- 26:30Speaker 14: Are they handsome? You would be mad?
- 26:32Speaker 8: Right?
- 26:34Speaker 4: What?
- 26:35Speaker 8: Well, ain't none of my friends attractive? And she know
- 26:40Speaker 8: that seen all these you've seen all of them. You
- 26:45Speaker 8: already know it ain't none of them fine.
- 26:47Speaker 9: So you know we all matter of fact, we all
- 26:50Speaker 9: that's why we friends, because we sit together and we
- 26:52Speaker 9: enjoy each other's company because we know ain't nobody pretty
- 26:55Speaker 9: so sit there and laughing, you know.
- 26:58Speaker 1: I mean, do you ever hit them five to where.

- 27:20Speaker 5: the whole.
- 27:21Speaker 8: Anna, how that's gold? Go all right?
- 27:26Speaker 1: Moving on to uh Fantina and making Fantina says, my
- 27:30Speaker 1: boyfriend and I were out last night and his ex
- 27:32Speaker 1: girlfriend was in the lounge too. When we were about
- 27:35Speaker 1: to leave, she came over and thanked him for the
- 27:38Speaker 1: two rounds of drinks he paid for. I was more
- 27:41Speaker 1: hurt than mad. Why would he do that with me there?
- 27:45Speaker 8: God?
- 27:46Speaker 13: God what?
- 27:50Speaker 9: And she knew what she was doing when she came
- 27:52Speaker 9: on and said she came right over there because she
- 27:56Speaker 9: knows she didn't know.
- 27:59Speaker 8: Just so you know, he paid for hour drinks.
- 28:04Speaker 6: Good.
- 28:08Speaker 9: He's just he's always been so thoughtful, you know, And
- 28:11Speaker 9: the fact that I just wanted to thank him because
- 28:13Speaker 9: I know that, you know, it's just good to have
- 28:16Speaker 9: people who are considerate and think of you.
- 28:19Speaker 8: You know.
- 28:19Speaker 12: Yeah, do you know how long that?
- 28:23Speaker 8: What you should have did? Was you know what she
- 28:25Speaker 8: should have did.

- 28:50Speaker 14: And you know her friends have told her not to go. Yeah,
- 29:00Speaker 14: for sure, let me go.
- 29:01Speaker 1: Thank him.

- 40:34Speaker 8: Playing with y'all. This show, I have said a.
- 40:38Speaker 9: Thousand times is for enlightenment, entertainment, entertainment and inspiration. And
- 40:45Speaker 9: entertainment is a big part of this show. A lot
- 40:47Speaker 9: of Lost eight listeners because you don't get the joke.
- 40:51Speaker 9: I'm not apologizing for nothing and I ain't preparing no,
- 40:54Speaker 9: I'm sorry statement.
- 40:56Speaker 8: I tell yo for living And if you didn't like
- 41:00Speaker 8: if the joke, tune in tomorrow, I have.
- 41:02Speaker 1: Others you'll come right after. With a return of summer,
- 41:13Speaker 1: many singles often put aside their search for true love
- 41:16Speaker 1: to enjoy some just fun, you know, some fun summer flings.
- 41:20Speaker 1: But a new survey suggests that such flings don't look
- 41:23Speaker 1: so appealing to many. A new dating dot com survey
- 41:26Speaker 1: finds that fifty two percent of singles would prefer to
- 41:29Speaker 1: find a serious relationship this summer, as opposed to just
- 41:32Speaker 1: casual sex. While most admit summer flings including one night
- 41:37Speaker 1: stands and friends with benefits, are enjoyable, the majority say
- 41:41Speaker 1: they want deeper personal intimacy. Okay, so they don't want just.
- 41:47Speaker 8: Now that's a woman making that statement.
- 41:50Speaker 1: It's a new dating dot com survey, and it didn't
- 41:53Speaker 1: say women has that fifty two percent of singles. So
- 41:57Speaker 1: that's guys to steve.
- 42:00Speaker 9: Well, but there are guys that want something more meaningful,
- 42:02Speaker 9: to tell you the truth, you know. But if, but
- 42:05Speaker 9: if everybody will quit playing this game and just tell
- 42:07Speaker 9: the truth about how you feel. That's one thing. Tell
- 42:12Speaker 9: the truth about how you feel. I didn't say, tell
- 42:15Speaker 9: the truth about what you did.
- 42:19Speaker 1: Truth.
- 42:20Speaker 13: Now let the record show.
- 42:23Speaker 8: Oh yeah, yeah, tell the truth about how you feel.
- 42:27Speaker 8: It's different from you don't ever tell truth about what
- 42:30Speaker 8: you did. Y'all don't need no lie rude.
- 42:39Speaker 12: We don't wrong with one night?
- 42:44Speaker 8: What's wrong with a one night flame?
- 42:46Speaker 13: One night?
- 42:47Speaker 14: That's what I was going to ask you.
- 42:48Speaker 1: Guys. So have you had a fling that you were
- 42:51Speaker 1: serious about or or that was fun summer fling you
- 42:55Speaker 1: know that maybe turned into a real romance.
- 42:57Speaker 15: At that moment when I get in that big which
- 42:59Speaker 15: I am dead serious. Yeah, at moment there's no games
- 43:03Speaker 15: being played.
- 43:03Speaker 1: We are dead serious.
- 43:05Speaker 8: Yeah, everything, yeah, every there's nothing I can focus.
- 43:08Speaker 5: On after the summer, after the summer's over, it's over. Yeah,
- 43:17Speaker 5: I'll try to go into a fall with.
- 43:19Speaker 8: All smer after I get on the brain.
- 43:29Speaker 3: What do you want?
- 43:30Speaker 8: What did you call him fun but.
- 43:33Speaker 1: Turned into a real romance?
- 43:35Speaker 11: Wow, guys, no relationship at all?
- 43:39Speaker 1: Or or do you regret you you've ever did not
- 43:42Speaker 1: turn to fling into something real?
- 43:45Speaker 12: Regret?
- 43:48Speaker 13: No?
- 43:51Speaker 5: I just I like to just I used to like
- 43:53Speaker 5: to just fling it around as long as you can
- 43:55Speaker 5: fling it around. And then yeah, okay, okay much.
- 44:04Speaker 9: But but you know it wasn't that wasn't back then.
- 44:06Speaker 9: It wasn't no social media nothing, when you lost the
- 44:09Speaker 9: passion that.
- 44:13Speaker 1: No more, where were you gonna stay?
- 44:17Speaker 15: You in your I was saying to be fasher. You know,
- 44:19Speaker 15: I wasn't always everything you had to fling. You know
- 44:22Speaker 15: I wouldn't always some.
- 44:24Speaker 1: People don't want to fling with me?
- 44:26Speaker 8: No more. I wouldn't.
- 44:30Speaker 1: I wouldn't.
- 44:31Speaker 8: I would out here just killing every fling I was in.
- 44:33Speaker 8: Sometimes your fling was just.
- 44:39Speaker 9: Wasn't he ain't had.
- 44:45Speaker 1: You know something way street? But what about the one
- 44:49Speaker 1: that got away? Is there one?
- 44:51Speaker 8: Maybe there's always one out.
- 44:56Speaker 12: And it hurts you to your core when you think
- 44:58Speaker 12: about it.
- 44:59Speaker 1: Yeah, and excuse said, you can't find them anymore or
- 45:02Speaker 1: if you do see them again, they're with someone else.
- 45:05Speaker 8: They don't won't you? No, Mom, won't you.
- 45:08Speaker 9: I found them after social media stuff came out. I
- 45:11Speaker 9: found Oh really they didn't look the same they look
- 45:21Speaker 9: was in that flame.
- 45:22Speaker 8: I believe that picture about twelve different ways.
- 45:31Speaker 1: So I think what we should get out of this
- 45:33Speaker 1: is that singles sometimes are looking for more than just flings. Okay,
- 45:39Speaker 1: this song, that's what you got out of that? Yeah,
- 45:43Speaker 1: what what did you get out of it?
- 45:44Speaker 8: Tell me?
- 45:45Speaker 13: Would fling until you can't fling?
- 45:47Speaker 1: No more? Coming up, Carlo, we're just working with a
- 45:53Speaker 1: bunch of players. Sound not no moans. With a prank
- 46:02Speaker 1: phone call right after this, you're listening to the Steve
- 46:04Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show.

- 46:16Speaker 1: take my money, my house, and my car. Come on,
- 46:20Speaker 1: what this is right there? We'll get into that find
- 46:24Speaker 1: out what that's all about in just a little bit,

- 56:45Speaker 1: Thank you Tommy slash Junior.
- 56:48Speaker 8: All right?
- 56:49Speaker 1: Subject, take my money, my house, and my car. Dear
- 56:53Speaker 1: Stephen Shirley, I'm writing this letter for my older brother
- 56:56Speaker 1: that is in love with a gold digger. That term
- 57:00Speaker 1: not apply to new relationships, because I know a man
- 57:02Speaker 1: is supposed to provide for a woman if he's sleeping
- 57:05Speaker 1: with her, But too many times he's called me to
- 57:08Speaker 1: complain about her misusing and abusing his kindnesses. He gives
- 57:13Speaker 1: her money to go out with her girlfriend's most weekends,
- 57:16Speaker 1: and then she won't even call him till Sunday after
- 57:19Speaker 1: she's been out during whatever she wants to do. In
- 57:22Speaker 1: case you are wondering, my brother is thirty four years old,
- 57:25Speaker 1: but he's the quiet, shy type. He manages several properties
- 57:29Speaker 1: and he owns a barber shop, but he doesn't cut hair.
- 57:33Speaker 1: He has plenty of money in free time, and all
- 57:35Speaker 1: he wants is to spend it with someone that loves him.
- 57:39Speaker 1: He's asked his girlfriend to move in with him, but
- 57:42Speaker 1: she said it's too soon now, so now he's trying
- 57:46Speaker 1: to get her an engagement ring to make things official.
- 57:50Speaker 1: I hinted to her that after two years he's ready
- 57:53Speaker 1: to settle down, and she said there is no way
- 57:56Speaker 1: that they're ready for marriage. Supposedly, my brother told her
- 57:59Speaker 1: to take his money, his house, and his car and
- 58:02Speaker 1: whatever else she needs to be happy. She knows she's
- 58:05Speaker 1: got him right where she wants him, and I can't
- 58:07Speaker 1: stand by and let her play him like that. I
- 58:10Speaker 1: understand that I don't have a dog in that fight,
- 58:12Speaker 1: and if she's making him happy, then I should butt
- 58:14Speaker 1: out of it. But my question is, if I have
- 58:17Speaker 1: proof that she is sleeping with another man, and she's
- 58:20Speaker 1: been seen driving the man around in my brother's car,
- 58:22Speaker 1: should I tell him? My brother practically raised me, and
- 58:26Speaker 1: I want the best for him, So what do I
- 58:28Speaker 1: do in this situation?
- 58:29Speaker 14: Will he hate me forever if I tell him this?
- 58:33Speaker 1: Well, the answer to that question is maybe not forever,
- 58:37Speaker 1: but he will be upset with you. And look at this,
- 58:40Speaker 1: you might not have to do anything because your big
- 58:43Speaker 1: brother has these are your words now called you too
- 58:46Speaker 1: many times to complain about her misusing and abusing his kindnesses.
- 58:51Speaker 14: So maybe he's getting fed up in some sort of.
- 58:54Speaker 1: Way, because people you know, are really feeling when they
- 58:59Speaker 1: really are f fieling someone and you start to get
- 59:01Speaker 1: all up in their business. Yes, you do run the
- 59:04Speaker 1: risk of them turning on you if you tell them.
- 59:08Speaker 1: I mean, that's a known fact.
- 59:09Speaker 14: I know you care.
- 59:10Speaker 1: About your brother. I can see it in the letter.
- 59:12Speaker 1: I know you do, and you should. He's your brother.
- 59:15Speaker 1: But whatever you say to him at this point, he's
- 59:18Speaker 1: not gonna hear it. He's not gonna see it because
- 59:20Speaker 1: he is not trying to hear it and he doesn't
- 59:23Speaker 1: want to. Your brother is a big boy, he's a
- 59:25Speaker 1: grown man who's gonna find out one of these life lessons,
- 59:29Speaker 1: life lessons that you get only by the experience of
- 59:32Speaker 1: being with someone like this, someone who he let drive
- 59:37Speaker 1: his car and she's driving some other man around in it. Okay,
- 59:40Speaker 1: she's obviously a user, she's taking advantage of your brother.
- 59:43Speaker 14: But it's not your business. I'm sorry, it's not your
- 59:45Speaker 14: job to.
- 59:46Speaker 1: Tell him this. He will find out sooner or later,
- 59:49Speaker 1: because they always find out and just be there for
- 59:53Speaker 1: him when it's over. He will get over her eventually,
- 59:56Speaker 1: But right now he's sprung. Steve.
- 59:58Speaker 9: You know how I respond about people or mine and
- 1:00:01Speaker 9: the business. That ain't gonna change you. But my response
- 1:00:04Speaker 9: is going to shock you. Here's a young girl that's
- 1:00:07Speaker 9: writing this letter for her older brother that's in love
- 1:00:10Speaker 9: with a gold digger. Now she thinks that that might
- 1:00:13Speaker 9: not apply to relationships, because I know a man is
- 1:00:16Speaker 9: supposed to provide for a woman if he's sleeping with it. Well,
- 1:00:20Speaker 9: see right there now, if that depends on the arrangement
- 1:00:25Speaker 9: of the arrangement, or shall I say that depends on
- 1:00:29Speaker 9: the agreement of the arrangement, I will provide for you
- 1:00:34Speaker 9: if I see a future.
- 1:00:37Speaker 8: I will invest in you if I see a future.
- 1:00:40Speaker 8: Awes prompt.
- 1:00:42Speaker 9: Now, if we're just kicking it, you might ask me something,
- 1:00:45Speaker 9: I might let you have it. But you're not an
- 1:00:47Speaker 9: obligation to me until I feel obliged to help you,
- 1:00:51Speaker 9: because you show an obligation to me. So let's get
- 1:00:56Speaker 9: that straight away. But she said, too many times he
- 1:01:00Speaker 9: can call to complain about her misusing and abusing his
- 1:01:03Speaker 9: kindness he gives her money to go out with his girlfriends,
- 1:01:07Speaker 9: and she's been out doing whatever she want to do.
- 1:01:08Speaker 12: She don't call.
- 1:01:09Speaker 9: Him till Sunday. Now, then she says, my brother's thirty four.
- 1:01:15Speaker 9: But he's a quiet shot type. He manages several properties.
- 1:01:19Speaker 9: He owns a barber shop, but he don't cut an
- 1:01:21Speaker 9: smart guy. Smart guy. He has plenty of money in
- 1:01:24Speaker 9: free time and all he wants is suspend it with
- 1:01:27Speaker 9: somebody that loves him. That this sounds like a good dude,
- 1:01:30Speaker 9: but he's smart too. He bought a barbershop and don't
- 1:01:34Speaker 9: cut hands. Lord have mercy. So that chair that he
- 1:01:38Speaker 9: would normally be man and making forty dollars a cut
- 1:01:42Speaker 9: this boy that gave that chair to somebody else and
- 1:01:44Speaker 9: charging that dude for the chair, and he can keep
- 1:01:47Speaker 9: his forty for the cut. But I'm gonna need one
- 1:01:49Speaker 9: hundred and fifty two hundred a week for the chair.
- 1:01:51Speaker 9: Whatever it is. Man, I'm finna go owe me a
- 1:01:55Speaker 9: barber shop. Appreciate the idea, man, I never thought of that.
- 1:02:00Speaker 9: Don't cut half. He got plenty of money in free
- 1:02:02Speaker 9: time and he just wants somebody. So he asked his
- 1:02:05Speaker 9: girlfriend to move in him but she says too soon.
- 1:02:09Speaker 9: So now he's trying to get her an engagement reen
- 1:02:11Speaker 9: to make things official. I think somewhere in there he's
- 1:02:13Speaker 9: been seeing her for two years? Is that correct?
- 1:02:17Speaker 8: Two years?
- 1:02:19Speaker 6: Huh?
- 1:02:20Speaker 9: Anyway, supposedly my brother now he hitted that after two
- 1:02:25Speaker 9: years he's ready to settle down. She said, there's no
- 1:02:27Speaker 9: way they're ready for marriage, and it's gonna be obvious
- 1:02:30Speaker 9: in this letter. My brother told her to take his money,
- 1:02:33Speaker 9: his house's car, whatever else she needs.
- 1:02:34Speaker 8: To be happy. She knows she's got him right where
- 1:02:37Speaker 8: she wants, and I can't stand by let him play
- 1:02:39Speaker 8: it like that.
- 1:02:40Speaker 9: Shirley says, he's a big boy and he's grown. That's
- 1:02:42Speaker 9: a true statement. What Shirley fails to tell you is
- 1:02:45Speaker 9: that your brother is whipped. Yes, yo, brother whipped.
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: Hang on, Steve, today's strawberry let her subject take my money,
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: my house, and my car. We'll get back into it
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening Steve Hardy Morning Show. All right,
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: Come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter.
- 1:03:09Speaker 14: The subject take my money, in my house and my car.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: When we left, you were going to tell the difference
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: between sprung and whipped this.
- 1:03:16Speaker 9: Boy in this letter, this thirty four year old man
- 1:03:19Speaker 9: just being used by this woman.
- 1:03:21Speaker 8: He wants to move it further to marriage. She said.
- 1:03:24Speaker 9: There's no way I wish too early to get married.
- 1:03:28Speaker 9: I'll tell you why, she said, Dad. He's giving her everything.
- 1:03:32Speaker 9: He's told her to take off his car, his house,
- 1:03:35Speaker 9: his money, just whatever else she needs to be happy.
- 1:03:38Speaker 9: She knows she's got him right where she wants. And
- 1:03:40Speaker 9: I can't stand by and let him play like that,
- 1:03:43Speaker 9: I said. Shirley is absolutely right in saying that he's
- 1:03:46Speaker 9: a big boy in the grown man. She just left
- 1:03:48Speaker 9: off the fact that he's quipped. Shirley said, he's sprung.
- 1:03:54Speaker 10: Uh huh.
- 1:03:55Speaker 9: There is a difference. Let me help you understand something, ladies.
- 1:04:01Speaker 9: It's when a man is around you and he feels
- 1:04:03Speaker 9: all tingling. Sprong is when a man is around you
- 1:04:06Speaker 9: and he feels all giddy. Sprung is when a man
- 1:04:10Speaker 9: wants to be in your company all the time. That's sprung. Okay,
- 1:04:15Speaker 9: Sprung is wondering what you do where you're going? Quill,
- 1:04:20Speaker 9: it's different. She don't put something on this boy so strong?
- 1:04:31Speaker 8: Is Lil voodoo?
- 1:04:35Speaker 9: The old saying, is he looking for her? In the
- 1:04:38Speaker 9: daytime with a flashlight.
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: All right, Julie noted, Okay.
- 1:04:43Speaker 4: This.
- 1:04:45Speaker 9: Is how he talked when he round her by this boy,
- 1:04:51Speaker 9: this boy right here, sprong when they in the bed.
- 1:04:55Speaker 9: This boy, he boy, he can't control himself as she
- 1:04:59Speaker 9: got and that's what the problem is. Now she knows
- 1:05:04Speaker 9: she got him right where she wants him, and I
- 1:05:06Speaker 9: can't stand by and let him playing like that. I
- 1:05:08Speaker 9: understand that I don't have a dog in this fight,
- 1:05:11Speaker 9: and if she's making him happy, then I should. But out, well,
- 1:05:14Speaker 9: she's not making him happy, she's making him unhappy. He
- 1:05:18Speaker 9: always calls you to complain about he's being misused. But
- 1:05:23Speaker 9: that whip thing, that thing got him thinking it he
- 1:05:27Speaker 9: can fix it. So now he want to rush to
- 1:05:31Speaker 9: get her a ring because he wants her to move
- 1:05:36Speaker 9: forward with this. But now the young girl says that
- 1:05:41Speaker 9: she has proof she's sleeping with another man, and she's
- 1:05:45Speaker 9: been seen driving the man around in my brother's car.
- 1:05:48Speaker 9: Should I tell him? My brother practically raised me. I
- 1:05:51Speaker 9: want the best for him, So what should I do
- 1:05:53Speaker 9: in this? Will he hate me forever if I tell
- 1:05:55Speaker 9: him this? No, he won't hate you forever, because this
- 1:05:58Speaker 9: is a different situation is the shaker, Yes, you should
- 1:06:03Speaker 9: tell him what that is, Steve, Yes, you should tell him.
- 1:06:12Speaker 9: See this is quite different, oh, because listen to me.
- 1:06:18Speaker 9: See Normally it's girlfriends that see their girlfriend's man out
- 1:06:23Speaker 9: somewhere and see him with a woman not in the
- 1:06:27Speaker 9: act of nothing, but then wants to report that you
- 1:06:30Speaker 9: don't know what that situation is over there, and that
- 1:06:33Speaker 9: report and that that ain't you gonna start to fire
- 1:06:36Speaker 9: a house that don't need to get lit.
- 1:06:39Speaker 8: This is different.
- 1:06:41Speaker 9: This is a young sister trying to protect her older
- 1:06:45Speaker 9: brother and has proof that she's sleeping with another man
- 1:06:49Speaker 9: because she's seen another man in.
- 1:06:51Speaker 8: Her brother car with her. You got to tell your brother,
- 1:06:55Speaker 8: so the proof.
- 1:06:56Speaker 14: It's because she has proof saying she got proof.
- 1:06:59Speaker 9: This ain't speculation. She's been seen in the car with
- 1:07:02Speaker 9: another man. Hey, man, that is so disrespectful on her
- 1:07:08Speaker 9: part and justice disrespectful on the dupot. And he's your brother.
- 1:07:14Speaker 9: This ain't your friend, this your brother. You have got
- 1:07:17Speaker 9: to go and tell your brother this. Will he hate
- 1:07:21Speaker 9: me fever. He gonna be a little ticked at you,
- 1:07:23Speaker 9: but he gonna get over that because he needs to
- 1:07:26Speaker 9: know the truth. This is why she say it's too
- 1:07:29Speaker 9: early to get married. Because she got access to his money,
- 1:07:33Speaker 9: his house, and his car. He knows she'll give him anything,
- 1:07:37Speaker 9: and she can have her cake and eat it too.
- 1:07:41Speaker 9: Why would she get married and stop the gravy train
- 1:07:44Speaker 9: when the gravy train is rolling all over time? You
- 1:07:47Speaker 9: have got to tell your brother this information. And I
- 1:07:51Speaker 9: know y'all are surprised, but just let me tell you something.
- 1:07:55Speaker 9: If my sister saw a girl I was dating driving
- 1:08:01Speaker 9: my car with another man in it, my sister coming
- 1:08:04Speaker 9: to me, stead, you come here. This little heffle was
- 1:08:08Speaker 9: down there on shap Pill with a man in your car.
- 1:08:12Speaker 9: Now she already knows what's finna happen. I'm finna get
- 1:08:15Speaker 9: the key and I'm finna find this man somebody getting there.
- 1:08:20Speaker 9: You have got to tell your brother because your brother
- 1:08:23Speaker 9: has called you complaining she abusing him and tricking him,
- 1:08:26Speaker 9: and all this here he putting over with that he
- 1:08:28Speaker 9: can take some more bad news. He been handling the
- 1:08:31Speaker 9: bad he's been handling all the bad news. Pretty good
- 1:08:33Speaker 9: something for junior.
- 1:08:34Speaker 13: What I'm trying to figure out?
- 1:08:36Speaker 3: Who will you?
- 1:08:37Speaker 15: Who are you right now? Because lying is what you do.
- 1:08:41Speaker 15: I thought this would be.
- 1:08:41Speaker 8: A good time.
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: Just lie?
- 1:08:43Speaker 8: Who need to lie? Here?
- 1:08:44Speaker 9: The lady in the left, the lady that's doing all
- 1:08:47Speaker 9: the receptive stuff, is already lied, So why should the
- 1:08:51Speaker 9: little sister pick up her lit? You don't aid a
- 1:08:54Speaker 9: bad line, Okay, you ate a purpose, folk, and good
- 1:08:59Speaker 9: lie the rules tonight?
- 1:09:01Speaker 8: All right? Listen, you're gonna be married long this time?
- 1:09:07Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: On Instagram and at Steve Harvey f M, and check
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: out the Strawberry Letter podcast on demand.
- 1:09:15Speaker 8: This Steve Harbin Martin show man Flord.
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: Says, I've been sleeping with our yard man for a
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: while and he doesn't like wearing protection. We got into
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: an argument about it, and now he's not answering my
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: husband's texts to come to our yard.
- 1:09:28Speaker 14: How can he be so petty when he knows I'm married.
- 1:09:32Speaker 8: Right here, right here?
- 1:09:33Speaker 9: God, y'all, y'all got to quit writing us with all
- 1:09:37Speaker 9: this craziness, acting like its normal.
- 1:09:39Speaker 3: Yes, you're not qualified.
- 1:09:42Speaker 8: Don't what y'all want me to do?
- 1:09:45Speaker 9: Yes, y'all, y'all, I can't apply no rules to this stuff,
- 1:09:50Speaker 9: cause y'all keep coming up with all this abnormal mess
- 1:09:53Speaker 9: like it's regular.
- 1:09:56Speaker 3: Up right after.
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: All? Right, normally we would be doing junior sports talk
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: right here. But Junior, you have questions about discovery letters,
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: take my money, my house, in my car.
- 1:10:10Speaker 15: Yeah, you know jose didn't mean none of that. What
- 1:10:13Speaker 15: he doing he that is not what Josey was saying
- 1:10:15Speaker 15: about what I'm asking you.
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: Un is okay? Normally, unh you are.
- 1:10:20Speaker 12: The person who will go along and lie.
- 1:10:23Speaker 15: Yeah, you saying this is not the time to lie,
- 1:10:26Speaker 15: and this is what we should tell the truth.
- 1:10:28Speaker 8: Listen to me, junior. It is rules to liar.
- 1:10:32Speaker 9: You got to know the lie by lawlaw.
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: Just what see this is? This is a new person.
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: This is confusing you. Your lie.
- 1:10:44Speaker 9: Number one has to have a direct purpose, okay. Number
- 1:10:51Speaker 9: two rule of line. It should be done in order
- 1:10:55Speaker 9: to save or rescue or to number three. Number three,
- 1:11:01Speaker 9: the lie should be a preventive measure. You want to
- 1:11:05Speaker 9: prevent the feelings being heard?
- 1:11:08Speaker 8: Ye, the shock. It has to have a purpose.
- 1:11:13Speaker 9: Yeah, and it has to have a lie that's aimed
- 1:11:17Speaker 9: at making something better. And number four, the lie must
- 1:11:22Speaker 9: be given to hold it on to what you have.
- 1:11:26Speaker 8: What Yes, dogs are the bylaw. I don't give a charity.
- 1:11:31Speaker 8: These are the bylaws of lion.
- 1:11:33Speaker 14: What lie makes something better?
- 1:11:35Speaker 8: Steve it does.
- 1:11:36Speaker 9: If you if your wife say to you, where have
- 1:11:39Speaker 9: you been? And you say I stopped at the stone? Okay,
- 1:11:44Speaker 9: why would I say I stopped at.
- 1:11:46Speaker 8: The strip club.
- 1:11:48Speaker 9: Because I wanted to see diamond dust one more time more?
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: I came to this house so we have to see you.
- 1:11:55Speaker 8: And you don't look nothing like diamond dust.
- 1:11:58Speaker 9: And diamond dust can slide down the pole on her
- 1:12:03Speaker 9: butt with no hands.
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: Why would I want to see that myself?
- 1:12:09Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 1:12:09Speaker 8: Except but I'm not gonna tell you that.
- 1:12:10Speaker 9: So the lie becomes necessary now, Jui in this letter, okay,
- 1:12:15Speaker 9: the woman that's deceiving, the gold digger that's playing her
- 1:12:17Speaker 9: brother is lying to her brother. The young girl has
- 1:12:21Speaker 9: no reason to lie to her brother because it's not
- 1:12:25Speaker 9: saving anything and it's just nothing good. She has now
- 1:12:31Speaker 9: tell her brother the truth. Man, you need to learn
- 1:12:35Speaker 9: these bylows.
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: Just say it truth.
- 1:12:39Speaker 15: You just say it truth.
- 1:12:41Speaker 3: You You never say truth?
- 1:12:44Speaker 8: You never I say truth all the time.
- 1:12:47Speaker 11: That's a lie, lie when the truth will do?
- 1:12:52Speaker 9: I say truth all the time when I'm not Lying's.
- 1:12:57Speaker 8: Steve Harbin, Marty show Man.

- 1:13:58Speaker 1: our engagement party ago. I've been dealing with the guilt,
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: and I think I will feel better if I tell
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: my fiance what happened. The cousin said, although it was
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: a big mistake, I would be more. I would be
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: more at fault because I cheated and it was with
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: his family. I still want to clear my conscience? Should
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: I tell?

- 1:24:50Speaker 1: telling happy they're back.
- 1:24:51Speaker 8: A hight everybody. My closing remarks today, this is what
- 1:24:54Speaker 8: I've chosen to do.
- 1:24:57Speaker 9: I have variations of this when I'm talking as a
- 1:25:01Speaker 9: speaker and things like that, but I'm I'm gonna go
- 1:25:04Speaker 9: a different way with you today.
- 1:25:07Speaker 8: Uh. There's a saying.
- 1:25:10Speaker 9: That if you're the smartest person in your group, then
- 1:25:15Speaker 9: you need a new group. I want you, I want
- 1:25:20Speaker 9: you all to just think about that for a minute.
- 1:25:22Speaker 9: If you're the smartest person in your group, you need
- 1:25:26Speaker 9: a new group.
- 1:25:28Speaker 8: Now. I've been very, very guilty of this, not saying that.
- 1:25:34Speaker 9: I was smarter than everybody else, but I had been
- 1:25:37Speaker 9: exposed more than a certain group of people I had
- 1:25:41Speaker 9: employed and had hanging around me.
- 1:25:44Speaker 8: I had been.
- 1:25:44Speaker 9: Exposed to more things. I naturally was making more because
- 1:25:48Speaker 9: they were mostly employees. I wanted more. Uh, And because
- 1:25:58Speaker 9: of the fact that I had more, more was required
- 1:26:01Speaker 9: of me. I just had bigger dreams. I outdreamed everybody
- 1:26:07Speaker 9: in my group and had just gotten to a point.
- 1:26:11Speaker 9: And I'm saying this because I want you all to
- 1:26:13Speaker 9: put everything into perspective. As I'm talking to you. Just
- 1:26:17Speaker 9: imagine at your place in your life that if you're
- 1:26:21Speaker 9: the one that's constantly coming up with the ideas. You're
- 1:26:25Speaker 9: the one constantly coming up with the solution. You're the
- 1:26:28Speaker 9: one everybody turns to for guidance. You're the person always
- 1:26:31Speaker 9: picking up the tab. You're the person that's the.
- 1:26:36Speaker 8: Only one who's dreaming really big.
- 1:26:39Speaker 9: You're the one that's pulling the wagon, and you happen
- 1:26:42Speaker 9: to be carrying everybody.
- 1:26:44Speaker 8: That's on it.
- 1:26:46Speaker 9: Ain't none of your associates getting off the wagon to
- 1:26:50Speaker 9: help you pull it, push it, guide it or nothing.
- 1:26:52Speaker 8: They just own the wagon and you're doing all the pulling.
- 1:26:58Speaker 8: You need a new group. You need a new group.
- 1:27:03Speaker 10: Now.
- 1:27:03Speaker 9: The problem with acquiring this new group is gonna be
- 1:27:07Speaker 9: that the fact is inevitable.
- 1:27:10Speaker 8: You have to get rid of the old group. And
- 1:27:13Speaker 8: it's hard.
- 1:27:14Speaker 9: It's hard cutting people loose because for the most part,
- 1:27:19Speaker 9: you're just a nice person. Because you start beating yourself
- 1:27:23Speaker 9: up with stuff that has nothing to do with you. Well,
- 1:27:27Speaker 9: if I let them go, what they gonna do, man,
- 1:27:31Speaker 9: How his family gonna eat, How her family gonna survive,
- 1:27:35Speaker 9: How they gonna if I let them go, Man, how
- 1:27:40Speaker 9: they gonna feel about me? What will they say about me?
- 1:27:44Speaker 9: What will the other group members think about me? But
- 1:27:51Speaker 9: you know something man, that's not your job. And I'm
- 1:27:55Speaker 9: not trying to sound cold to callous, but it's just
- 1:27:57Speaker 9: not your job. They are responsible for themselves, but through
- 1:28:03Speaker 9: this meaningless emotion called guilt, they will make you feel
- 1:28:08Speaker 9: guilty about letting them go and making them stop riding
- 1:28:12Speaker 9: up the heel and your wagon for free. And they
- 1:28:16Speaker 9: use guilt, which is the most meaningless emotion, and they
- 1:28:19Speaker 9: give it to you all the time. Y'all, do yourself
- 1:28:22Speaker 9: a favor. Stop doing that. Stop carrying people who should
- 1:28:27Speaker 9: be walking themselves.
- 1:28:29Speaker 8: Stop pulling people up the heel and your wagon when
- 1:28:32Speaker 8: they need to get their own wagon to pull. Stop.
- 1:28:36Speaker 9: Do yourself a favor, get yourself a new group. They
- 1:28:43Speaker 9: will be fine, because let me ask you a question.
- 1:28:45Speaker 9: This is something my father used to say to me
- 1:28:47Speaker 9: all the time. What would you do if you didn't
- 1:28:52Speaker 9: know me? And I used to never understand when my
- 1:28:56Speaker 9: father said it that until I got older, but I
- 1:28:58Speaker 9: hear them saying it to me all the time.
- 1:29:00Speaker 4: Time.
- 1:29:00Speaker 9: People come to you and ask you for money because
- 1:29:02Speaker 9: I know you got it because you're doing better than them. Well,
- 1:29:06Speaker 9: you work harder than them, so quite naturally you should
- 1:29:08Speaker 9: be doing better than them. Now they come to you
- 1:29:11Speaker 9: and lay this guilt.
- 1:29:12Speaker 10: Man, you.
- 1:29:14Speaker 9: Done came up and all us, over all of us,
- 1:29:17Speaker 9: and left us back. He now, we so proud of you.
- 1:29:20Speaker 8: Let me hold. My father used to.
- 1:29:24Speaker 9: Say, if you didn't know me, what would you do?
- 1:29:26Speaker 9: So I started incorporating that in my life. If you
- 1:29:29Speaker 9: didn't have my number, who would you call? I cannot
- 1:29:33Speaker 9: be everybody's emergency. If you are everybody's emergency phone call,
- 1:29:38Speaker 9: you need a new group. They gonna bring you down. Man,
- 1:29:42Speaker 9: I'm telling you, they're going to bring you down. And
- 1:29:45Speaker 9: when you go down, guess what they gonna get another
- 1:29:47Speaker 9: emergency number. They not gonna be there for you. All
- 1:29:52Speaker 9: these people that use you as they emergency, do you
- 1:29:54Speaker 9: have the ability to use them as your emergency?
- 1:29:57Speaker 8: I think not.
- 1:29:59Speaker 9: It's time to look at getting a new group now.
- 1:30:03Speaker 9: You can sever the ties with these people now, or
- 1:30:08Speaker 9: you can wait until a major event occurs. That's gonna
- 1:30:12Speaker 9: cause you have to break it off and it's gonna
- 1:30:15Speaker 9: be a lot more painful and a lot more costly,
- 1:30:19Speaker 9: you know. But Bishop Jake said one time, sometimes you
- 1:30:22Speaker 9: have to let people go so they can be freed
- 1:30:25Speaker 9: up to go be who they're supposed to be. Because
- 1:30:28Speaker 9: some people just hanging on costs. It's comfortable because you've
