- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded. Y'all know what time. I
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know. Y'all have a sun giving them like the
- 0:15Speaker 1: milling bus things and its not true. Good string together
- 0:27Speaker 1: for I don't join jo. You gotta use that turn
- 1:05Speaker 1: be hurting you. You gotta turn to turn them out.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Turn you love, got to turn them out to turn
- 1:46Speaker 1: turn the water the water go. Come, come on your thaw,
- 2:02Speaker 1: I share will a good morning everybody. You're listening to
- 2:06Speaker 1: the voice, come on dig me now. One and only.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got a radio show. Oh man, Steve Harvey
- 2:13Speaker 1: got a radio show because God. Because God is simply amazing.
- 2:18Speaker 1: Because God is off the chain, because God is over
- 2:21Speaker 1: the top, because God is all that in a bag
- 2:24Speaker 1: of chips. God is amazing man. God will take you
- 2:28Speaker 1: places that you never ever thought you would go, or
- 2:32Speaker 1: you know what it Sometimes it amazes me when I'm
- 2:35Speaker 1: watching all people talk about themselves and their careers and
- 2:40Speaker 1: where they're adding life and things and they and I
- 2:43Speaker 1: hear people say, you know, always dreamed of being him.
- 2:47Speaker 1: You know, I can understand when a person says that
- 2:50Speaker 1: I've always dreamed of something like this would happen to me.
- 2:54Speaker 1: But I want you to think about that for a second.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Did you really see it just like that though? Did
- 3:03Speaker 1: you really really see it just like that? Did you
- 3:09Speaker 1: really know that God was gonna bring you through all
- 3:12Speaker 1: he bought you through to get you to this place?
- 3:16Speaker 1: Did you know that, in spite of the losses along
- 3:19Speaker 1: the way that would crumble the average person, that somehow
- 3:23Speaker 1: He kept you through it all and that's how you
- 3:25Speaker 1: got here? Did you think of you know? I mean,
- 3:30Speaker 1: you know, you know. I mean, since you're so busy
- 3:32Speaker 1: talking about yourself now, have you forgotten all the times
- 3:37Speaker 1: He was bringing you through when you didn't see no
- 3:40Speaker 1: way that you was gonna get through? Do you remember that?
- 3:44Speaker 1: So when you sit there and you say I dreamed
- 3:48Speaker 1: of this, this is what I always saw happening, I
- 3:51Speaker 1: don't really think. So. I don't really think if you
- 3:54Speaker 1: take inventory, or real close inventory of your life and
- 3:58Speaker 1: you look back on it at all, I'm looking at
- 4:00Speaker 1: the moment right now, remember where you come from. See,
- 4:03Speaker 1: that's what gets me emotional sometimes, that's what makes me
- 4:06Speaker 1: tear up because when something is happening to me in
- 4:09Speaker 1: the moment, it ain't the moment for me, it's the
- 4:14Speaker 1: memory of how I got there. It's the recollection of
- 4:18Speaker 1: all the things, all the nights, all the days in
- 4:22Speaker 1: that car, all the times by myself when I felt
- 4:26Speaker 1: like I wasn't gonna make it. But somehow I'm standing
- 4:29Speaker 1: somewhere and somebody passing out an award to me or
- 4:32Speaker 1: somebody calling my name. That's that. Did you really think
- 4:37Speaker 1: you was gonna make it? Then? So so so, since
- 4:39Speaker 1: you're talking about this is what I always dreamed of?
- 4:41Speaker 1: Did you really think in those moments right there that
- 4:45Speaker 1: you would even be standing here today? That's why I
- 4:47Speaker 1: try to I try to give people to understand, you know,
- 4:50Speaker 1: and and and and this is kind of for young
- 4:52Speaker 1: people today what I'm about to say. But then guess
- 4:55Speaker 1: what I sometimes I have to remind myself of it.
- 4:58Speaker 1: So I guess it's still kind of everybody, you know,
- 5:01Speaker 1: because I work with a lot of young people, and
- 5:04Speaker 1: so many times, man, young people just don't understand what
- 5:09Speaker 1: all it takes. And I know, and if you're a
- 5:12Speaker 1: full grown a dot, if you're forty, you you really
- 5:15Speaker 1: understanding where I'm coming from, because you know it's listen
- 5:21Speaker 1: to me, young people or anybody that don't understand this,
- 5:25Speaker 1: that you got to do some things that you don't
- 5:28Speaker 1: want to do. In order to do what you want
- 5:31Speaker 1: to do, you have to understand this principle of success
- 5:36Speaker 1: or else you are not going to become successful. I
- 5:39Speaker 1: got what you want to do. I got your ultimate goal?
- 5:43Speaker 1: Is this, that, and the other? I got all of that.
- 5:46Speaker 1: But in the meantime, though, there are some necessary steps
- 5:50Speaker 1: that you have to take in order to become successful,
- 5:53Speaker 1: and you cannot skip these steps. You can't jump over
- 5:57Speaker 1: these steps just because you want to be rich, Friday,
- 5:59Speaker 1: I got to I got that. Everybody got that. But
- 6:04Speaker 1: if you want this, whatever you're talking about, whether it's
- 6:08Speaker 1: money or success or fame or climbing the corporate letter
- 6:12Speaker 1: or this is the position or you all, that's fine,
- 6:15Speaker 1: and Danny, please hold on to your dreams. Dreams come true.
- 6:20Speaker 1: But in the meantime, let me remind you of something
- 6:24Speaker 1: that you gotta do some things you don't want to
- 6:27Speaker 1: do in order to do what you want to do.
- 6:31Speaker 1: Let's say you want to be rich and famous. Let's
- 6:33Speaker 1: just say that's it for you. Let's sit It's a
- 6:35Speaker 1: lot of other ways of being successful. Please don't think
- 6:38Speaker 1: that's the only one. But I'm just saying let's just
- 6:39Speaker 1: say yours is rich and famous, and let's say some
- 6:44Speaker 1: miraculous way God made you rich and famous. Next Friday,
- 6:50Speaker 1: you rich and you famous? Next Friday, can I share
- 6:53Speaker 1: something with you? This is not going to last for you.
- 6:57Speaker 1: You know why because you have not done the things necessary.
- 7:02Speaker 1: You have not done the things that you have to
- 7:05Speaker 1: do in order to do the things you want. So
- 7:08Speaker 1: now you're rich and famous, How you gonna know how
- 7:11Speaker 1: to budget money? How are you gonna know how to
- 7:15Speaker 1: get up and keep clawing towards the top when you
- 7:18Speaker 1: fall off your pedestal? See, it's so many things you
- 7:22Speaker 1: got to know about something, and you think, because it's
- 7:26Speaker 1: what you want right now, it's supposed to happen just now.
- 7:28Speaker 1: It's a process when you ask God for something. Please know,
- 7:32Speaker 1: God know the process. He knows the necessary steps to
- 7:36Speaker 1: take you through. Don't lose your patience with God because
- 7:39Speaker 1: your dreams ain't coming true right now? Man? You know
- 7:45Speaker 1: you know I think the best way y'all is for me.
- 7:48Speaker 1: I just use myself as an example. I really do
- 7:51Speaker 1: understand why God has given me the life he's giving
- 7:53Speaker 1: me so far. I understand to being homeless. Part now
- 7:57Speaker 1: I get to not being successful when I want on
- 8:00Speaker 1: it two part. Now, I get it. I got the
- 8:02Speaker 1: delayed entry into the field of choice for myself. I
- 8:06Speaker 1: got it now. I've been wanting to be on TV
- 8:08Speaker 1: and a little comedian since I was nine years old.
- 8:11Speaker 1: But guess what, I didn't get there until I was
- 8:13Speaker 1: twenty eight. But see I didn't get it then I
- 8:17Speaker 1: was mad at God. You know what, I won't knop
- 8:20Speaker 1: sending them here here. I got exactly what you want.
- 8:22Speaker 1: But I got this process. I want you to go
- 8:24Speaker 1: through to get here too, because see I'm fit to
- 8:27Speaker 1: take you somewhere. You don't know nothing, but one day
- 8:29Speaker 1: you're gonna have a radio show with You're a little
- 8:30Speaker 1: stupid behind. You don't know this yet. I'm gonna bless
- 8:33Speaker 1: you with a radio show. You don't even know it.
- 8:35Speaker 1: That's why I say every more than Steve Harvey got
- 8:37Speaker 1: a radio show, because see I didn't. I didn't see
- 8:40Speaker 1: this one coming. But see, God had a plan for me.
- 8:42Speaker 1: It was in the blueprint of my life. So God said,
- 8:45Speaker 1: what I'm gonna do is, I'm gonna make your life
- 8:47Speaker 1: a little rough for you. I'm gonna toss you up
- 8:50Speaker 1: a little bit. I'm I'm gonna let you make some
- 8:53Speaker 1: of these stupid decisions you wanna make it, I'm gonna
- 8:55Speaker 1: make you learn from them. I'm I'm gonna let you
- 8:58Speaker 1: be homeless for a little while. I'm gonna let you
- 9:01Speaker 1: not get into your field of choice until you're twenty eight.
- 9:04Speaker 1: I'm gonna have people talking about if we had only
- 9:06Speaker 1: seen him when he was younger. I ain't gonna let
- 9:08Speaker 1: you get your first can your name till your thirty eight.
- 9:11Speaker 1: I'm gonna make you go through some things because one
- 9:14Speaker 1: day I'm gonna put a microphone in front of your mouth,
- 9:17Speaker 1: and I want you to honor me. I want you
- 9:19Speaker 1: to talk about me. I want you to tell people
- 9:21Speaker 1: what I bought you through. I want you to give
- 9:23Speaker 1: people inspirational moments where they can see that your life
- 9:27Speaker 1: was jacked up for a minute and I turned your
- 9:29Speaker 1: life around for you. That's God dealing with me. See.
- 9:33Speaker 1: So now I finally understand why I went through the
- 9:36Speaker 1: life I went through, so I can have something to say. See,
- 9:40Speaker 1: I ain't over here telling you about what I think
- 9:42Speaker 1: are happened. I'm telling you what I know can happen.
- 9:45Speaker 1: That God does make dreams come true, but sometime it
- 9:49Speaker 1: take a minute. Sometimes you're gonna have to do some
- 9:51Speaker 1: things you don't want to do in order to do
- 9:54Speaker 1: what you want to do. All right, all that, I'm
- 9:56Speaker 1: gonna be tripping it day you're listening Stave every morning show,
- 10:02Speaker 1: all right, everybody, Today is the day you call somebody
- 10:06Speaker 1: you ain't talked to it in a long time, just
- 10:08Speaker 1: to check on them. Now, leave them a message that
- 10:11Speaker 1: you don't want to talk. You're just trying to check
- 10:13Speaker 1: on them, right. You don't want them to call you back,
- 10:16Speaker 1: text me back, let me know if you're okay, And
- 10:20Speaker 1: that's cool with me, all right, because if they call back,
- 10:23Speaker 1: they're gonna have that long conversation, which you don't really
- 10:26Speaker 1: won't in the first place. You just want to know
- 10:29Speaker 1: if they're okay. That's what the day is. All right,
- 10:35Speaker 1: let's do road call right here to make sure these
- 10:37Speaker 1: people are okay. Sharon Strawberry, are you okay? Good morning, Jesus,

- 12:33Speaker 1: want to say something, but it ain't your business, so
- 12:36Speaker 1: you just let it go. Yeah, but you really do
- 12:38Speaker 1: want to say, yeah, yeah, I have said something. Yeah,
- 12:43Speaker 1: Shirley has I've been on the phone with her. She's

- 13:46Speaker 1: to Steven Show. All right, Steve Harvey, our residence CLO
- 13:51Speaker 1: is taking a much needed day off today. But why
- 13:54Speaker 1: we're gonna start? Why? Why is it much needed? Though?
- 13:57Speaker 1: Well today today, Tuesday? Where is it much needed? What
- 14:03Speaker 1: we did? What he did Monday? That that that just
- 14:05Speaker 1: made two? Is it so hard that Steve Harvey hr question? Yes, no,
- 14:10Speaker 1: he comes back. Well, we'll try to find that. Let's
- 14:12Speaker 1: put let's put on let's Charlie, don't come with this
- 14:15Speaker 1: a much needed day off, let's stop that. Well, everybody
- 14:18Speaker 1: was much needed because he said it was much needed.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Now we don't argue with that. Just if he said, okay,
- 14:26Speaker 1: is he is he sick? It's something wrong when your
- 14:28Speaker 1: uncle check on him? Jason told you to check on
- 14:31Speaker 1: him earlier. That's who you need to be calling apparently, Yeah,
- 14:36Speaker 1: I know he be. It better be something wrong with him.
- 14:38Speaker 1: What I call him. I tell you that anyway, we're
- 14:40Speaker 1: moving on. We're moving on. Bitter man is here though.
- 14:43Speaker 1: He answer all your love questions an be interesting. I
- 14:51Speaker 1: know that before I start, tell us if you feel
- 14:54Speaker 1: like jumping in, jump in. Okay, here we go, here
- 14:58Speaker 1: we go. He never let us do that. Thank you
- 15:02Speaker 1: time for ass bitter man. Yeah, if you want advice,
- 15:06Speaker 1: submit your questions to Steve Harvey FM dot com. Here
- 15:09Speaker 1: we go. This one is from Lenae in a Atlanta
- 15:12Speaker 1: bitter man. She says, my husband and I have been
- 15:15Speaker 1: married for six years and we have one son. Our
- 15:18Speaker 1: dream is to own a bigger home. But my husband's
- 15:22Speaker 1: vision is different than mine. He wants a home that's
- 15:25Speaker 1: big enough for his mom to live with us. He says,
- 15:28Speaker 1: if we all live together, we can have a living babysitter,
- 15:33Speaker 1: and we can charge his mom seven hundred dollars a month,
- 15:36Speaker 1: which is a lot cheaper than her rent. He says,
- 15:39Speaker 1: it's a win win. I see his point, and I
- 15:42Speaker 1: love his mom, but I don't think it'll be good
- 15:45Speaker 1: for us in the long run. Should I agree to this.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Here's what you're not gonna do. I think, Colin, no one,
- 15:51Speaker 1: I'm going with it. What you not gonna do? I
- 15:53Speaker 1: don't even notice, lady, But what you're not gonna do?
- 15:57Speaker 1: I never met this woman. I don't know who he is.
- 16:00Speaker 1: I don't know what religion she's attends or what church
- 16:02Speaker 1: I know nothing about. But you are not gonna have
- 16:05Speaker 1: her babysit And then turn around and give you said
- 16:07Speaker 1: under dollars that ain't gonna happen. That that is not
- 16:13Speaker 1: going to happen. And she babysitting, she living for free,
- 16:17Speaker 1: okay for free. Get't nobody gonna babysit that damn boy?
- 16:22Speaker 1: Then she probably don't like him anyway. You don't who
- 16:26Speaker 1: don't wan't say? Wife walking around and happen like I
- 16:30Speaker 1: like that. Yeah, I don't need your mama there, And
- 16:33Speaker 1: I mean, you know, if my mamma she's not gonna
- 16:37Speaker 1: do that for me, that's that's you know, and you
- 16:39Speaker 1: know what else? What else? Here's what else? If your
- 16:42Speaker 1: mama in the house, we're gonna make the same type
- 16:44Speaker 1: of noise we made. Your mama wasn't here. So your
- 16:48Speaker 1: mama needs to get this. Your mamma need to get
- 16:50Speaker 1: you to these out there. Yeah, I got an even
- 16:55Speaker 1: better idea what you got. Let me move in just
- 16:58Speaker 1: so I have people talk to you. Ain't got to
- 17:01Speaker 1: worry about the mother moved Julia. This does not sound
- 17:12Speaker 1: all right? Better man, here we go. Listen from ray
- 17:14Speaker 1: Lero out of Detroit. Ray Lero is a twenty six
- 17:18Speaker 1: year old father of a two year old and he
- 17:20Speaker 1: wants his child's mother back his baby mama. I ran
- 17:24Speaker 1: her away by being young and stupid, and now I
- 17:27Speaker 1: want to be in my son's life all of the time.
- 17:30Speaker 1: A week ago I went to pick up my son
- 17:33Speaker 1: and he was in the front yard running around with
- 17:36Speaker 1: his mom's boyfriend. When my son saw me pull up,
- 17:39Speaker 1: he started crying and ran to the boyfriend to pick
- 17:43Speaker 1: him up. Oh oh, he kept this is oh, this
- 17:46Speaker 1: is bad. Right here, he kept saying he didn't want
- 17:49Speaker 1: to go with me, And it broke my heart to
- 17:51Speaker 1: see my son bonding with this new guy. But even
- 17:54Speaker 1: before that, I've tried to get his mom back. How
- 17:56Speaker 1: can I get her to believe that I love her?
- 18:00Speaker 1: If you you don't ever haven't given a sport? You know,
- 18:02Speaker 1: you don't know much about sports, but I know when
- 18:04Speaker 1: you look up on the scoreboard and you see you losing.
- 18:07Speaker 1: You ever seen when they like they know they're losing,
- 18:10Speaker 1: but they keep looking up there, like you ain't change
- 18:15Speaker 1: you lose. It gonna be forty six to three, But
- 18:19Speaker 1: then they always look up there. So what I'm saying
- 18:22Speaker 1: to you, you have launched the game. Once the baby
- 18:25Speaker 1: runs to the other man player, you have love? Am
- 18:28Speaker 1: I right timing? And yeah, I'm trying to it was
- 18:32Speaker 1: this uh little future exact, this little future? Was he
- 18:44Speaker 1: running to Russell Russell West West Russell Wilson. Right, yeah,
- 18:53Speaker 1: you didn't. He didn't give a name. He didn't give
- 18:56Speaker 1: a name. I mean, you're gonna have to probably you
- 19:00Speaker 1: probably have the kid napped the boy for it to
- 19:02Speaker 1: get her back, you need him to disappear like him. Yeah,
- 19:10Speaker 1: it's over. Yeah, yeah, everybody in the house like him.
- 19:14Speaker 1: But you you Jay talking, You thought called him daddy
- 19:18Speaker 1: was bad? You know wait when he called him daddy,
- 19:22Speaker 1: This game over. You guys don't have any advice for this, No, no,
- 19:31Speaker 1: you know, let's let's let's stop this right here, carl Ya. Unfortunately, Steve,
- 19:36Speaker 1: it's not here today and we are not here to
- 19:40Speaker 1: try to help these people's lives, Okay, yeah, we are
- 19:45Speaker 1: here to just have some fun. And if you're gonna
- 19:48Speaker 1: take this ignity advice we give you, you know, ignit.
- 19:52Speaker 1: We thought you haven't put it the best way I
- 19:54Speaker 1: know how to put it, the best way I know
- 19:56Speaker 1: how to put it. Every man who goes ball looks
- 19:59Speaker 1: in the mirror, and it's at some point you got
- 20:01Speaker 1: to realize it's gone, and you got to cut it
- 20:04Speaker 1: all on. He needed to cut it all on. He
- 20:07Speaker 1: has lost this battle, but your child support is due
- 20:12Speaker 1: on the first I want. We got a few seconds left, guys.
- 20:18Speaker 1: Let's just he said, we should simplify the way we
- 20:20Speaker 1: live so he can stay at home and cook and clean.
- 20:23Speaker 1: But this is not what I signed up for if
- 20:25Speaker 1: the tables were turned. Am I wrong for pressuring him
- 20:28Speaker 1: to work? No, you're not wronging on. He's on the
- 20:31Speaker 1: back nine of golf. He ain't got that much long,
- 20:34Speaker 1: so no he goes because he's sixty. All right, thank you,
- 20:39Speaker 1: bitter man, Thank you, guys. Coming up next, the nephew
- 20:46Speaker 1: run that frank back right after this. You're listening to
- 20:50Speaker 1: the morning show coming up at the top of the hour,
- 20:54Speaker 1: Miss Hannah standing by with today's national news. But right
- 20:58Speaker 1: now the nephew is here to run that frank back.
- 21:00Speaker 1: What you got for his nap? My cone? And right?
- 21:06Speaker 1: Does it take all of that? Right? Let's go catch dog. Hello, Hello,
- 21:15Speaker 1: I'm trying to reach mister yeah this hey, listen, my
- 21:19Speaker 1: name la Sean. Uh did you up a auncor that
- 21:23Speaker 1: passed away named? Yeah? All right here your uncle? Right? Yeah,
- 21:29Speaker 1: that's my uncle. We were at him about three and
- 21:31Speaker 1: a half months ago. Right, what reason why I was
- 21:33Speaker 1: calling was I'm the person that actually cut your uncor
- 21:38Speaker 1: hair when he passed away. Okay, So the reason why
- 21:42Speaker 1: I was calling is, uh, the situation is when I
- 21:46Speaker 1: cut his hair. And I know you don't know the
- 21:48Speaker 1: history about me, but my dad and my granddadd was
- 21:52Speaker 1: bob us. We all bob us. Okay, get come on, bro,
- 21:55Speaker 1: get down to the bobble because you try my my
- 21:57Speaker 1: uncle man and I'm trying to see what's going on
- 21:59Speaker 1: for it, okay, And I'm trying to call you like this.
- 22:02Speaker 1: But what I'm telling you is that my granddad and
- 22:04Speaker 1: my daddy, they dare passed down a brush and a
- 22:07Speaker 1: comb to me. Okay, that's like a tenimental value. Okay,
- 22:13Speaker 1: But for the for the last two to three months,
- 22:16Speaker 1: I ain't been able to find the comb and the
- 22:19Speaker 1: brush that I used what I had cut his now okay,
- 22:23Speaker 1: So okay, And what I was trying to call and
- 22:26Speaker 1: tell you is it that I can't find it. And
- 22:29Speaker 1: I'm almost certain what I'm trying to see. What I'm
- 22:32Speaker 1: gonna kid, what's many kids school? So? So what can
- 22:34Speaker 1: I do? You find? Comb? Brother? Father? That's what I'm saying.
- 22:38Speaker 1: When I did miss have and edged it up at
- 22:41Speaker 1: the funeral home, that's the last time I remember having it, dude,
- 22:45Speaker 1: three months so many right, right, it's about three months ago.
- 22:48Speaker 1: What I'm trying to say is I left the comb
- 22:50Speaker 1: and brush, went to the funeral home and did his hair, okay,
- 22:55Speaker 1: And I talked to the funeral home and they told
- 22:57Speaker 1: me that, you know, if I'm trying to find a
- 23:00Speaker 1: bro I gotta get permission. What color is the coma brush?
- 23:03Speaker 1: What's the color of the comba bus back? That both
- 23:06Speaker 1: from black? The comban black, and you got all kind
- 23:09Speaker 1: of combs that black and gold man. No, No, See,
- 23:13Speaker 1: what I'm saying is the coban brush is black. And
- 23:15Speaker 1: I know I lost it, but I'm almost certain about
- 23:19Speaker 1: where it is, Okay, So if you're certain about where
- 23:22Speaker 1: it is, why you call it? That's the reason why
- 23:23Speaker 1: I'm calling you, because I'm almost certainly not left it
- 23:27Speaker 1: with him. You're listening with my then, so I called
- 23:31Speaker 1: funeral They told me I need to call you in
- 23:33Speaker 1: order to get permission to get it. Oh cause you
- 23:37Speaker 1: call funerals, get permission from me that you can go
- 23:40Speaker 1: get the coman brush from left the funeral when you
- 23:43Speaker 1: can go down there say got no, no, no, See
- 23:46Speaker 1: the comben brush ain't with the funeral. The comban brush
- 23:50Speaker 1: is in there with your uncle. The comb and brush
- 23:55Speaker 1: is in the can you talk about out of stage?
- 24:00Speaker 1: You got to say that again. What I'm trying to
- 24:02Speaker 1: say to you is that the combe and brush is
- 24:06Speaker 1: I'm trying to say, and just say what I'm saying
- 24:08Speaker 1: it the comb and brush is in the casket with
- 24:11Speaker 1: your uncle. Since then, lad is six feet See. What
- 24:16Speaker 1: I'm trying to say is that the comban bros. Is
- 24:18Speaker 1: sentimental value to me, bro it couldn't have been too value.
- 24:22Speaker 1: But if you lost it, what now what it was
- 24:24Speaker 1: got value? You know my work? So I just really
- 24:28Speaker 1: got caught up in my work. If you talk about
- 24:31Speaker 1: killer left it with my uncle that did three months ago? Man,
- 24:35Speaker 1: what color is he talking about? Brod All. I'm trying
- 24:37Speaker 1: to do what you would see if if you don't mind,
- 24:40Speaker 1: approven for them to brain the body up so I
- 24:43Speaker 1: can get the comb and brush. You know what's set
- 24:49Speaker 1: for Comba. But but see, but what I'm trying to
- 24:51Speaker 1: explain it this sentimental value. I'm trying to get you
- 24:54Speaker 1: out of the brain the body of so I can
- 24:56Speaker 1: get my comb and brush out. Ever, because like I say,
- 24:58Speaker 1: my dad and my grad that it was boomed. This
- 25:01Speaker 1: whole thing is sentimentally. You're talking about my dead uncle man,
- 25:04Speaker 1: and you're talking about bringing him up out of the
- 25:06Speaker 1: ground for comb. Man. I just got these to start
- 25:09Speaker 1: crying around here, and and I understand what y'all going
- 25:13Speaker 1: through as as a family and stuff. She No, I'm
- 25:16Speaker 1: trying to get my combing, and how you trying to
- 25:19Speaker 1: go about doing this all? Throw it off on boy,
- 25:21Speaker 1: because ain't nobody digging up, nobody to bring back No
- 25:23Speaker 1: no brush man. Then you look. Got me tissed off now,
- 25:26Speaker 1: mane because you're calling to me talking stupid Mane you talk,
- 25:29Speaker 1: I put on my mo huncle man, that's man that
- 25:31Speaker 1: start giving a look. Man, I ain't trying to start
- 25:33Speaker 1: nocause you talk about comb and brush man only. But
- 25:37Speaker 1: I understand all that. But this is sentimental value, man
- 25:40Speaker 1: in the middle of me. Man, just something that my
- 25:42Speaker 1: people listen. Sentimental relie. Okay, go to my favorite uncle man. Okay,
- 25:46Speaker 1: you talking about putting up this body? Man, I got pall,
- 25:49Speaker 1: but hey, man, I'm I don't want to give because
- 25:53Speaker 1: mycle man, that long man. You shouldn't know how you
- 25:55Speaker 1: got putt mane if we don't get out like this here, man,
- 25:58Speaker 1: I ain't ever seeing an argue with you. Look, I
- 26:01Speaker 1: got some tea, Hey, I just I got some I
- 26:04Speaker 1: mean when you staying. Let me say this, man, I
- 26:06Speaker 1: got some people that's here with me right now. You
- 26:08Speaker 1: know some of my friends, and we got some shovels.
- 26:12Speaker 1: So I can actually go over and and go on
- 26:14Speaker 1: and get the caller. Nah, and in the morning, ain't
- 26:17Speaker 1: nobody gonna even know. You ain't gonna gona get now.
- 26:19Speaker 1: But with the wrong boy to say what you don't get?
- 26:23Speaker 1: You don't dig are going to get a comb? And
- 26:25Speaker 1: I got him sail with too. You're talking about going
- 26:27Speaker 1: to simmer test couple dig an ay man, I'm gonna
- 26:30Speaker 1: calling on to tell you this Like here, andy man,
- 26:34Speaker 1: I'm trying to get my comb and brush back. I
- 26:36Speaker 1: ain't trying to have no problems with you, So I
- 26:39Speaker 1: want my comb and put as you think you're talking
- 26:41Speaker 1: to them, man, go wrong, groom, go to wrong green,
- 26:45Speaker 1: boul warm safe cold. They got him about. I ain't
- 26:49Speaker 1: that ain't nobody this ain't even about your uncle. That's
- 26:52Speaker 1: Lord in that this You got lord to be hiling
- 26:55Speaker 1: in me an nobody howling at you. Man. I'm telling you,
- 27:00Speaker 1: I gotta calling brush in your uncle Khaki, and I
- 27:03Speaker 1: want my puss what you did want that you might
- 27:05Speaker 1: with dig too? Say what the bush? Then you're gonna
- 27:09Speaker 1: find it right over in there. Brown told you you're
- 27:12Speaker 1: trying to do. You're trying to dig a grateful man
- 27:15Speaker 1: this day. I've been trying to get these really stop crying.
- 27:19Speaker 1: May I didn't with his body. I didn't, baby boy,
- 27:27Speaker 1: I understand what you're gonna do. I do, I do it.
- 27:32Speaker 1: I told you I know why cry is head and
- 27:35Speaker 1: I want you gonna have like a couple of digging
- 27:37Speaker 1: or somebody about it man over calling a bush. I
- 27:42Speaker 1: got it. I just try to call you like a
- 27:44Speaker 1: man because I want to get the calling brush and
- 27:48Speaker 1: I didn't want to go with I get your permission now,
- 27:50Speaker 1: but I gotta go without getting your permission. We are
- 27:53Speaker 1: alway read. You don't know me the crud with read?
- 27:57Speaker 1: You know your card with reading and sent them man

- 28:34Speaker 1: I think I needed that? Cry? What is the baddest
- 28:41Speaker 1: radio show in the land? Hard Morning? Did I get
- 28:45Speaker 1: your getting me at the word? All right? Guys coming
- 28:51Speaker 1: up at the top of the hour. Thank you, Matthew
- 28:53Speaker 1: Entertainment the National News, It's crazy, will be bad. You're
- 28:58Speaker 1: listening Steve every morning show. In trending entertainment news, Bill
- 29:05Speaker 1: Gates might be the man who saves TikTok in the US,
- 29:09Speaker 1: Microsoft said it is committed to acquiring the popular video app.
- 29:14Speaker 1: As we previously told you, President Trump has been threatening
- 29:18Speaker 1: a US ban of TikTok. This is what people are
- 29:21Speaker 1: doing during you know, the quarantine. They're making Dan's videos
- 29:26Speaker 1: and stuff on TikTok, which is owned by a Chinese company.
- 29:30Speaker 1: And that's what the President has a problem with. Due
- 29:34Speaker 1: to concerns over security and all of that. The President
- 29:36Speaker 1: has given Microsoft until September fifteenth to buy TikTok or
- 29:40Speaker 1: else he's gonna ban them. He's mad. He's mad because
- 29:45Speaker 1: he got clowned by TikTok or his rally he had
- 29:50Speaker 1: in Tulsa. In Tulsa. Yeah, when they had all those
- 29:53Speaker 1: chairs layed out and nobody's showed them one, he just mad.
- 29:57Speaker 1: He mad. Yeah, he's now overflow. Oh jay no, No,
- 30:02Speaker 1: he feeled a big stage and everything. So the TikTok
- 30:06Speaker 1: users played him. Yeah. Yeah, that's what he's upset about,
- 30:09Speaker 1: and basically that's why he's mad. Yeah. Uh. In other
- 30:13Speaker 1: entertainment news, prayer warriors, we need your prayers of healing
- 30:18Speaker 1: for our good friend, comedian Rodney Perry. Rodney has COVID nineteen.
- 30:23Speaker 1: In case you haven't heard, he recently did an Instagram
- 30:26Speaker 1: live chat for his fans. Some of Rotney's comedian celebrity
- 30:29Speaker 1: friends checked in. Take a listen as Rodney Perry's Instagram
- 30:33Speaker 1: live as he ended the live chat talking to Tiffany
- 30:37Speaker 1: Hattish here we go. I came in last Monday, and uh,
- 30:41Speaker 1: I diagnosed positive COVID nineteen and uh I've been toughing
- 30:46Speaker 1: it out for the last seven days. Just the crazy part, Chiff.
- 30:50Speaker 1: It's like you watch the TV, you think you understand it,
- 30:53Speaker 1: but don't nobody understand it. And like even when you
- 30:56Speaker 1: talk to the professionals day, like yeah, we understand it,
- 31:00Speaker 1: but we don't, you know, And so they figured it out.
- 31:02Speaker 1: And uh, I some great professionals. You know, I'm a vet.
- 31:06Speaker 1: So I got some great people helping me get better
- 31:09Speaker 1: and well and good black folks. You know. It's a
- 31:11Speaker 1: little beautiful man. You know. It makes you take a
- 31:14Speaker 1: real inventory of life, you know, and be thankful. Wow. Wow,
- 31:18Speaker 1: praying for you. Rodney, come on back, get well. So Jay,
- 31:23Speaker 1: you said you spoke with Rodney. I sent him. I
- 31:26Speaker 1: found out about it yesterday and I sent him a
- 31:28Speaker 1: text and you know, the check on him and out.
- 31:30Speaker 1: I wasn't even thinking when he text back, but he
- 31:33Speaker 1: did and said he was okay and doing better. And
- 31:35Speaker 1: there was a picture of him on the ground. So
- 31:38Speaker 1: we're praying fun. We can't lose the money. We can't
- 31:40Speaker 1: lose some more anybody. We can't do it doesn't matter
- 31:43Speaker 1: if you're a comedian or not. I mean, we just can't.
- 31:45Speaker 1: But the President don't see it that way. This dude
- 31:48Speaker 1: just not see it that way. No, he says, the
- 31:51Speaker 1: virus says receding. Yeah. Doctor Burke said it's widespread. And
- 31:56Speaker 1: he got mad at her. Oh he called her, He
- 31:58Speaker 1: called her. Um, he said, did he say about her
- 32:02Speaker 1: unprofessional or something like that. Yeah, so so she's gone now,
- 32:05Speaker 1: she won't be around anymore. I don't expect to see
- 32:08Speaker 1: her anymore. Well, he's he's Fouci, if you will, doctor
- 32:12Speaker 1: Fauci and her the same way. Yeah, he is, absolutely
- 32:17Speaker 1: because they disagree with him. Yeah. Yeah, And now he's
- 32:20Speaker 1: having these press conferences where he's the only one standing
- 32:22Speaker 1: up there and he's the least informed out of everybody.
- 32:25Speaker 1: I mean a campaign those are campaign rallies, that's what
- 32:33Speaker 1: that is. Yeah, he's not a doctor. He's not a
- 32:35Speaker 1: medical doctor. How can you talk about it. He's not
- 32:38Speaker 1: a nothing though, he not not I don't know, but
- 32:43Speaker 1: he's not nothing. We have to vote to make sure
- 32:49Speaker 1: that is the case. All Right, Jay, it's time to
- 32:53Speaker 1: get caught up on today's headlines. Let's go, ladies and gentlemen.
- 32:57Speaker 1: It's done from his hand trip. Okay, good morning everybody.
- 33:03Speaker 1: It's seven o four in the morning. Yes, good morning world,
- 33:05Speaker 1: and here we go. Okay, let's start with the big one.
- 33:08Speaker 1: Hurricane East i EA made landfall last night in an
- 33:13Speaker 1: oceanile beach that's in North Carolina, packing eighty five mile
- 33:16Speaker 1: per hour winds and knocking out power in the area
- 33:18Speaker 1: to about thirty thousand customers. A lot of folks did
- 33:21Speaker 1: not evacuate or anything. It just kind of battened down
- 33:23Speaker 1: the hatches and stuck with it. East has now been
- 33:27Speaker 1: downgraded to a tropical storm as it makes its way north.
- 33:31Speaker 1: A state of emergency has been declared in New Jersey.
- 33:34Speaker 1: President Trump used his White House coronavirus news conference yesterday
- 33:37Speaker 1: to repeat his opposition to shutting things down like schools
- 33:40Speaker 1: and businesses as a way of bringing down COVID nineteen infections.
- 33:44Speaker 1: Trump also claimed that under his leadership that the US
- 33:48Speaker 1: had done quote as well as any nation, even though
- 33:51Speaker 1: the US now has surpassed four point seven million confirmed
- 33:54Speaker 1: cases of coronavirus, more than a quarter of the global total. Then,
- 33:59Speaker 1: Trump criticis size absent to your mail in voting, even
- 34:02Speaker 1: though that's the way he reportedly votes, despite the fact
- 34:05Speaker 1: that many people are afraid of going to the polls
- 34:07Speaker 1: this year, you know, because of the virus. Trump claims
- 34:09Speaker 1: that mail in ballots don't work, and he claims that
- 34:11Speaker 1: the Democrats are simply trying to be slick. They've lost ballots,
- 34:15Speaker 1: there's fraudulent ballots. It's how are you going to do
- 34:19Speaker 1: that for an entire nation. They're using COVID to try
- 34:22Speaker 1: and get the mail in ballots. Again, that's how mister
- 34:25Speaker 1: Trump votes, and election officials say that he doesn't know.
- 34:28Speaker 1: They don't know about what he's talking about lost ballots
- 34:30Speaker 1: and stuff like that. They say, that's that has not happened.
- 34:33Speaker 1: By the way, the presumptive Democratic presidential candid Joe Biden,
- 34:36Speaker 1: he's putting his two cents in. Also, he says Trump
- 34:39Speaker 1: is selling on telling quote a boldfaced lies about voting
- 34:42Speaker 1: by mail to distract from his own failures. Trump, who's
- 34:45Speaker 1: been trailing Biden, you know in recent polls anyway, has
- 34:48Speaker 1: been saying that he would not trust the results of
- 34:50Speaker 1: an election that included widespread mail in voting. He already
- 34:53Speaker 1: asked about the possibility, you know, pushing the nation's election
- 34:56Speaker 1: day up, but the lawmaker said, I'm not doing that.
- 34:58Speaker 1: By the way, Houston's mayor Sylvia Sylvester Turner says that
- 35:02Speaker 1: people who do not wear a mask in his city
- 35:04Speaker 1: could now be find two hundred and fifty bucks. Some
- 35:06Speaker 1: California cities finding residents who don't cover up, like West
- 35:09Speaker 1: Hollywood is three hundred dollars for the first instant in
- 35:12Speaker 1: Glendale four hundred dollars the first time, a thousand dollars
- 35:15Speaker 1: for the second time. In Savannah, Georgia, it's up to
- 35:18Speaker 1: five hundred dollars if you don't wear a mask. In Cincinnati,
- 35:21Speaker 1: twenty five dollars. In Dayton, Ohio, to find is eighty
- 35:23Speaker 1: five dollars. The popular video sharing an app, Yeah, we
- 35:27Speaker 1: were talking about it, TikTok, under scrutiny by the Trump
- 35:30Speaker 1: administration because it's owned by the Chinese and thought by
- 35:33Speaker 1: the Trump administration to be maybe supplying user data to Beijing.
- 35:36Speaker 1: So Trump says he'd like to see app bought by
- 35:38Speaker 1: an American concern like Microsoft, but if not, he wants
- 35:41Speaker 1: it out of business in the US by September fifteen. Finally,
- 35:44Speaker 1: today is now wiggled your toasday. And that's how you
- 35:49Speaker 1: wiggle take your shoes off. Now back to the Steve
- 35:51Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. You're listening to the String Show. Well, guys,
- 35:57Speaker 1: guess what today is. It is our forever President Barack
- 36:03Speaker 1: Obama's fifty ninth birthday. Yeah, why yeah, and still cool. Yeah,
- 36:11Speaker 1: I mean he's cool, wag so much and it ain't
- 36:15Speaker 1: run for a damn thing. But he's still cool. He
- 36:19Speaker 1: looks so good. Well, you know what happens when we
- 36:22Speaker 1: have a birthday around here? Well, Junior does a poem,
- 36:27Speaker 1: of course. Yeah, everybody what everybody don't get a poem?
- 36:31Speaker 1: Gotta be important for me to write Juniors here with
- 36:34Speaker 1: a special poem you won't even believe with the name
- 36:37Speaker 1: of this poem is called because because you get deep
- 36:41Speaker 1: with the Junior. Yeah, it's called Junior's Obama's Birthday poem.
- 36:47Speaker 1: That's all can ask? What question, Junior? Yeah, whether it's
- 36:53Speaker 1: some names you threw away before you settled on that one.
- 36:57Speaker 1: Oh yeah, a lot of them, A lot of them,
- 37:00Speaker 1: a lot of them. For I got it. I was
- 37:01Speaker 1: like Obama Junior's birthday poem. I switched to him brown,
- 37:04Speaker 1: but I got it now, And so I did this
- 37:08Speaker 1: poem as if Barack Obama was talking to Barack Obama
- 37:12Speaker 1: about his birthday. So here it is Junior's Obama's Birthday poem.
- 37:18Speaker 1: While sitting Momajamas, I wrote a poem about Barack Obama.
- 37:25Speaker 1: He's never caused us drama because he was raised well
- 37:28Speaker 1: by his mama. Now there's more, and I'm gonna tell
- 37:33Speaker 1: you what I like about Barack Obama. He's cool, he's neat,
- 37:39Speaker 1: and uh was class. And then eight years went by
- 37:44Speaker 1: so fast they probably thought it wouldn't. We all loved
- 37:48Speaker 1: him from the first day, so we wish him happy birthday. Well,
- 37:54Speaker 1: much love to the girls and Michelle, and we hope
- 37:57Speaker 1: you're doing well. Then hap your birthday. Barack Obama got
- 38:02Speaker 1: to be kid. You got nailed. What you mean he nailed?
- 38:10Speaker 1: He was better than that, lasts it healing it Tommy,
- 38:17Speaker 1: what did you hate poking it? Yeah? I like how
- 38:23Speaker 1: he rhymed Obama with drama. Yeah, because and Mama Obama
- 38:28Speaker 1: with pajamas. Who would have never done? Who would have?
- 38:31Speaker 1: Because you got to sit everybody yourself to come up
- 38:33Speaker 1: with you. You have to be by yourself to think
- 38:36Speaker 1: this up. Wow. All right, let's give President Obama birthday
- 38:46Speaker 1: gift today by registering vote. How about that go to
- 38:50Speaker 1: when we all vote dot org. Let your voice be heard.
- 38:53Speaker 1: We have ninety one days until election day on November third,
- 38:56Speaker 1: and we'll be back with more of the Steve Harvey
- 38:59Speaker 1: Morning Show. Thank you, Junior, coming up at thirty four
- 39:01Speaker 1: minutes after the hour. Right after this, you're listening to
- 39:04Speaker 1: this day Hardy Morning Show. What is going on, guys.
- 39:09Speaker 1: I mean there are now more than eighteen million confirmed
- 39:14Speaker 1: cases of COVID nineteen. This is a worldwide number. Okay,
- 39:18Speaker 1: those are the cases in the world with more than
- 39:20Speaker 1: six hundred and eighty nine thousand deaths. Here in the
- 39:24Speaker 1: US there are more than four point seven million confirmed
- 39:28Speaker 1: cases and more than one hundred and fifty five thousand deaths.
- 39:31Speaker 1: Just yesterday. Yeah, this is craziness. Just yesterday, two hundred
- 39:35Speaker 1: and sixty employees in Georgia's larger school district tested positive
- 39:41Speaker 1: or have been exposed to the virus. School districts all
- 39:44Speaker 1: over the country are running into roadblocks as they try
- 39:47Speaker 1: to reopen for this school year. Meanwhile, President Trump is
- 39:51Speaker 1: attacking another member of his Coronavirus task force. This time
- 39:55Speaker 1: it's doctor Deborah Burkes. He did that yesterday because she
- 39:59Speaker 1: gave a warning that the virus is widespread after he
- 40:03Speaker 1: said the virus is receding, and this President called doctor
- 40:07Speaker 1: Burke's pathetic. Are you kidding, Mark? Yeah? Are you kidding? Yeah,
- 40:13Speaker 1: she's on his Corona virus task for US. Okay. Now
- 40:17Speaker 1: there's another doctor. He's out of Northern California, out of Richmond,
- 40:20Speaker 1: up in the Bay area. His name is doctor Desmond Carson,
- 40:23Speaker 1: African American doctor. He says he's had it with these
- 40:27Speaker 1: COVID deniers. He's had it with us not wearing our
- 40:30Speaker 1: mask in this country. Take a listen to this, please.
- 40:34Speaker 1: We need the National Guard to come out to tell
- 40:37Speaker 1: these foods who don't want to wear a mask that
- 40:40Speaker 1: if you're gonna you're gonna wear the mask or you're
- 40:41Speaker 1: gonna go home. There's one hundred thirty four thousand people
- 40:44Speaker 1: that have died in this country, our rights to not
- 40:46Speaker 1: wear a mask, all right. That bull is gonna kill us.
- 40:49Speaker 1: We are at the point right now that either we're
- 40:52Speaker 1: gonna solve this by working together. If Canada could shut
- 40:56Speaker 1: it down, South Koreita had four one two three four cases,
- 41:01Speaker 1: they shut the whole country down, shut it down. We're
- 41:05Speaker 1: out here playing this. This is gonna get bad when
- 41:08Speaker 1: flu season comes. How am I gonna differentiate flu from corona?
- 41:12Speaker 1: How am I gonna do that? So we're at the point,
- 41:15Speaker 1: I believe right now. If we don't get serious ashes ashes,
- 41:20Speaker 1: we all fall. Damn he is one saw him right? Yes,
- 41:28Speaker 1: shut down the truth man, and and real those are
- 41:32Speaker 1: real emotions, real emotions coming from him. He said, let
- 41:36Speaker 1: me tell y'all something. Bs. We laugh and talk about it.
- 41:39Speaker 1: You know, we see people when we go somewhere, if
- 41:41Speaker 1: we run an errand to the store, you come back,
- 41:44Speaker 1: You've seen people that don't have them. I've gone to
- 41:46Speaker 1: my son's baseball game. I'm sitting on the bleachers with
- 41:50Speaker 1: my wife. We got mask on, were terrified, but ninety
- 41:54Speaker 1: percent of the people that are around are wearing nothing.
- 41:58Speaker 1: They do not care. It's like it's like they like
- 42:01Speaker 1: it's not gonna hit them, Like it's not a part
- 42:04Speaker 1: of that. I just don't get it, man. And you
- 42:07Speaker 1: just heard a doctor who's on the front line, who's
- 42:10Speaker 1: on the front line deal because case after case, day
- 42:13Speaker 1: after day, and so he is seeing that people are
- 42:16Speaker 1: not taking this seriously. Just because you tired of the
- 42:20Speaker 1: virus just doesn't make it go away. It's just it's
- 42:28Speaker 1: my biggest problem. My biggest problem is my kids are
- 42:31Speaker 1: getting ready for the next school year. I was getting
- 42:34Speaker 1: ready for the next school year. And you know, here
- 42:38Speaker 1: in the state of Texas, there are there are some
- 42:40Speaker 1: situations where you gotta go there is no online thing
- 42:46Speaker 1: you can do. You have to go like no, I'm yeah,
- 42:49Speaker 1: I'm wondering do you have a plan for all of this?
- 42:52Speaker 1: Are you ready for all of this? And I don't
- 42:54Speaker 1: think they are. I just truly don't they do something
- 42:59Speaker 1: wouldn't be in this situation period. And if they had
- 43:01Speaker 1: a plan. As a parent, what do you do, I mean,
- 43:04Speaker 1: do you send you because someone says send your kids
- 43:07Speaker 1: back to school? Do you send them back to school?
- 43:11Speaker 1: Let me say this, Jake, my daughter who will be
- 43:15Speaker 1: getting ready to turn sixteen, getting ready to be a
- 43:17Speaker 1: junior in high school. He'll be online until September. My
- 43:22Speaker 1: son will go to school this month, nine years old,
- 43:25Speaker 1: and there is no online anything. You have to go
- 43:30Speaker 1: see yeah elementary, Yeah, but it is, and then the
- 43:33Speaker 1: teachers will get infected. This is a mess. Really, this
- 43:37Speaker 1: is not good, man. This is this is making parents
- 43:39Speaker 1: make some serious decisions. Do you just tell your child
- 43:42Speaker 1: we're just gonna miss the third fourth grade right now?
- 43:45Speaker 1: I mean, what do you say? Well, yeah, I know
- 43:50Speaker 1: it's an ongoing for sure. Coming up next, the nephew
- 43:55Speaker 1: is here, you hear him. We're gonna switch gears here.
- 43:57Speaker 1: He's got a prank phone call for us. Right after this,
- 44:00Speaker 1: you're listening to morning show coming up at the top
- 44:05Speaker 1: of the hour, right about four minutes after, it's my
- 44:08Speaker 1: strawberry letter for today. The subject He's leaving a lasting
- 44:13Speaker 1: impression on women. He's leaving a lasting impression on women.
- 44:18Speaker 1: And it's not what you think. Right now though, the
- 44:22Speaker 1: nephew is here with today's prank phone call. What you
- 44:25Speaker 1: got for its? Nev Ah? Here we go. I got
- 44:31Speaker 1: papers on Matt Many again. I'm gonna say it one
- 44:37Speaker 1: more time. I got papers on that man. Could you

- 45:50Speaker 1: we tried to call her earlier but we didn't get answer.
- 45:53Speaker 1: I'm his wife, so I'm his wife. I don't know Janis.
- 45:57Speaker 1: Who the hell is Janis? Janis is who he has
- 46:00Speaker 1: listed for a contact? When when uh, when it's an
- 46:03Speaker 1: emergency contact or something she happens. Now y'all got that
- 46:07Speaker 1: mixed up. Yeah, I must have nixed that up somehow.

- 55:22Speaker 1: all right. Subject, he's leaving a lasting impression on women. Uh.
- 55:27Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm a thirty two year old divorced
- 55:30Speaker 1: woman who filed for divorce after only two years of marriage.
- 55:34Speaker 1: Right after we said I do, I noticed a change
- 55:37Speaker 1: in my husband and he could go three weeks without
- 55:40Speaker 1: having sex with me. He kept making excuses to leave
- 55:43Speaker 1: the house and would be gone for up to an
- 55:45Speaker 1: hour when he left to run a quick errand that's
- 55:49Speaker 1: all in quotations. Then, about eight months ago, I walked
- 55:53Speaker 1: in on him as he washed himself off in our
- 55:56Speaker 1: bathroom sink after he claimed he went to Dunk for
- 56:00Speaker 1: a cup of coffee. You heard me. It was obvious
- 56:03Speaker 1: that he was cheating. I mentally prepared myself for divorce
- 56:08Speaker 1: and planned a girl's trip so I could be gone
- 56:11Speaker 1: when he moved out of our house. Before my trip,
- 56:14Speaker 1: I went and got waxed as I regularly do. The
- 56:17Speaker 1: esthetician that did my waxing told me I have some
- 56:21Speaker 1: sort of rash and I should go see my doctor.
- 56:24Speaker 1: I saw my gynecologist before my trip, and I was
- 56:28Speaker 1: devastated to find out that my husband had given me
- 56:32Speaker 1: the herpes virus. Then I had to have my doctor
- 56:36Speaker 1: force him to be tested. He did test positive, and
- 56:40Speaker 1: all he could do was say he is sorry. Presently
- 56:44Speaker 1: he is living with one of the ladies he cheated
- 56:47Speaker 1: on me with. She's my sorority sister and I know
- 56:51Speaker 1: her well. I feel like, as a woman, I should
- 56:55Speaker 1: tell her that my ex husband has an incurable virus
- 56:58Speaker 1: that he's spreading without remorse. I feel like women need
- 57:02Speaker 1: to stick together when they have been used and abused
- 57:05Speaker 1: by a man. I don't want another woman to go
- 57:08Speaker 1: through the pain and shame I've endured. This will be
- 57:11Speaker 1: with me for the rest of my life. I couldn't
- 57:15Speaker 1: care less what he thinks. Would I be wrong to
- 57:17Speaker 1: tell his new girlfriend about his nasty ways? You know,
- 57:21Speaker 1: before we get into that, I got to ask you, Yeah,
- 57:24Speaker 1: should you tell her? I mean, I gotta ask you,
- 57:27Speaker 1: are you serious? Are you kidding me right now? Because
- 57:31Speaker 1: why do you care? You and this man are divorced. Okay,
- 57:36Speaker 1: you are divorced, point blank period, And let's talk about
- 57:39Speaker 1: why you divorced this man after two years of marriage.
- 57:44Speaker 1: He gave you herpies that, like you said in your letter,
- 57:47Speaker 1: will be with you for the rest of your life.
- 57:50Speaker 1: He is currently living with one of the women he
- 57:53Speaker 1: cheated on you with. Who is your soroar, your sorority sister.
- 57:58Speaker 1: You said you know her, well, well, guess what, she
- 58:01Speaker 1: knows you too. Right, if you know her, she knows you.
- 58:04Speaker 1: You guys are in the same sorority. Well, you're you're
- 58:06Speaker 1: asking should you tell her? Let's get to that. Does
- 58:09Speaker 1: she tell you that she was sleeping with your husband?
- 58:13Speaker 1: Did you tell Did she tell you that he was
- 58:15Speaker 1: coming over there getting it in? Did she tell you
- 58:19Speaker 1: DoD she tell you anything? No? So so so, Look,
- 58:24Speaker 1: we're not buying the whole women need to stick together
- 58:27Speaker 1: thing here because it didn't work in this instance. I
- 58:30Speaker 1: get what you're saying, but but she doesn't care about you.
- 58:34Speaker 1: She does not Women who cheat with their sorority sisters
- 58:38Speaker 1: husbands do not stick together. Okay, I have to say
- 58:41Speaker 1: that again. They don't stick together, that we aren't friends.
- 58:45Speaker 1: You sleve with my husband. We aren't friends. So to you,
- 58:49Speaker 1: I say, go on with your life. You are divorced
- 58:53Speaker 1: from this man. Let these people do whatever they're gonna do.
- 58:57Speaker 1: You're trifling husband, and you're trifling sorority sister. They're no good.
- 59:01Speaker 1: They got herpies now she probably has it too. Uh.
- 59:06Speaker 1: You know your husband doesn't doesn't care about you. He
- 59:09Speaker 1: doesn't care about you. And I know you said it's
- 59:12Speaker 1: not about him, but it really is because he's the
- 59:15Speaker 1: he's the reason all this is going down. So you
- 59:19Speaker 1: don't have to tell her anything. She'll find out soon enough,
- 59:22Speaker 1: just like you did. I'm not saying that to be mean.
- 59:24Speaker 1: I'm just saying, go on with your life. Leave that
- 59:27Speaker 1: in your past period, Jay WHOA. What she should do
- 59:34Speaker 1: is not say anything, but have the doctor's office call
- 59:39Speaker 1: and hang up. Don't say nothing. Doesn't have a call.
- 59:43Speaker 1: And every day you had a doctor's office call and
- 59:46Speaker 1: hang up and let them know that it's the doctor calling,
- 59:50Speaker 1: and and then this for like maybe a month. Yeah,
- 59:54Speaker 1: and ask for her name, said oh okay, yeah, no,
- 59:57Speaker 1: I'll call that I'll call that. I'll call it. It's
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: for about a month, all right, Jay, hang on, hang on.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: We also have to hear from Tommy and Junior. We'll
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: have her two the Strawberry letter. You guys's a response
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour. Today's subject,
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: he's leaving a lasting impression on women. We'll get back
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: into it right after this. You're listening to show, all right,
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: we have to recap today's Strawberry letter. The subject he's
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: leaving a lasting impression on women. This woman wrote in
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: she was married. She got divorced after two years of marriage.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: Why because her husband didn't have sex with her, but
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: he was running out having sex with other women. And
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: finally she found out that he gave her herpes. And
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: she found out that after she put him out, that
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: he's living with one of her sorority sisters. Her question is,
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: you know, should she tell her sorority sister because she
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: knows it's her sorority sister, she knows her, they've known
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: each other for a while. She thinks that women should
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: stick together and uh, you know, I guess be friends
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: and tell each other things like this. So that is uh,
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: the pretty much the gist of this Strawberry letter. Should
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: she tell her sorority sister that her husband, her ex husband,
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: has her pies and beware because you might get it too,
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: because he's passing it around. All right, so Jay, you
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: were finishing, uh your response, and then we'll get to
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: junior and of course Tommy, m all right. So mine
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: would just have the doctor call every day and just
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: hang up and let him know it's the doctor's office.
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: Don't say nothing. Don't don't say nothing, though, I don't
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: say nothing. This is like the doctor. This is the that,
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: the that the Jenkins and is the nestitent. She just
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: didn't hang up, hang up right to be worried? Yeah, stupid. Yeah,
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: he's just planning that seed. Yeah, ju, thank you. J
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: You know, Charlotte, you like sh She tells first. He's like, no,
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: it's not working for you. I don't. I don't feel
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: that way. I don't think you should tell your sorority system.
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: I think you should tell all women. That's what I
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: think you should. And that's different. Make his life a
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: living hell, is what you know. Wherever he go, you
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: go there too. He at a restaurant, don't get on
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: the microphone. Herping here. Just want you to know herp
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: is in here. Get on his zooms, tick tock and tail.
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: That's another We start like that, ticking tail, putt put
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: a bet on and dance. It is herping him, herping
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: him herpose. Okay, okay, just tell everybody shoppers her in here. Okay,
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: Rushman Stone, I'll seven herpes in him. Yeah, you shouldn't
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: have gave us all right, come on, come on, you
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: know what you said. You're done, Junior, You're good, Yeah,
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: I'm good. Okay, you said this one. You know, honestly,
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: I really can't help you, but just let me let
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: you know that there's some people you said this would
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: be with me for the rest of my life. But
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: the guess what, I got some things gonna be with

- 1:03:51Speaker 1: I've been bassins out with twenty eight. I'm going I'm

- 1:04:16Speaker 1: a little bit of high colesteraw Okay, guess what. That's what.
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: I can't just fix that. I'm gonna go through that.
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: What the rest of my life? All Right? I go
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: to the bathroom two times every night. You can't fix that.
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: I'm gonna go through that the rest of my life.

- 1:06:57Speaker 1: got sports talk about. Just something happen. The ain't no
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: more to talk about. We actually have sports. Basketball is
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: doing great, they're doing great. Games look great on TV. Man,
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: it's fun. I mean the players, I mean it is.
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: It is, absolutely they did great. Now, baseball might not
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: make it, you know, because you know everything that's going on,
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: but I don't even know a lot of players. A
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: lot of players are coming up positive for COVID. But
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: this is interesting though. Dwayne Johnson The Rock has struck
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: a deal to buy the bank ruck f x FL
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: league for fifteen million the x Yeah. Yeah, well you
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: know what fifteen entire league. Yeah, that's pretty great. He
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: got a whole league, shirty for fifteen MILLI. The NFL
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: work billions, you can't you know billion? Yeah, so he
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: did one movie pay for. The XFL league was actually
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: doing okay back in the spring until COVID nineteen forced
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: officials to call off the season and the league had
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: to file for bankruptcy. In case you've forgotten, The Rock
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: played college football for the University of Miami and he
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: loved it. Yeah. Man, Yeah, he loved for He played
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: for were good too, and that was sad when the
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: x FL went bankrupt. We just saw those players. They
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: were yeah, yeah, play and if they get their jobs back,
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: that'll be cool that yeah, yeah, the Rock. The Rock
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: said that, Look, we're not gonna hide all of y'all,
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: so everybody ain't umping up down. Yeah, everybody would get
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: to play. But you think it would be cool to
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: have the Rock is your boss? Dwayne Johnson, Yeah, it'd
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: be pretty cool. Yeah. You go to the movies for free,
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: you're gonna get see all these movies. You might get
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: a role in the next your boss, because I can
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: tell you Tyree's don't don't agree with you on that one.
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: To the NL Oh my god. The NFL is reportedly
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: pushing up to move the opt out date up. They're
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: gonna move it up so the new date could be
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: today or Wednesday. So far, at least forty players have
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: opted out of the NFL season edition. Yeah, so how
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: many how many of your junior forty players? So far? Wow?
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: You know? So? But you know you if you opt out,
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: you know you don't get a check. You know you're
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: not getting paid. Yeah. Well, I mean you had to
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: make a judge. You don't want to go and get
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: a check or do I want to live? You know,
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: I'll tell you right now. Not a rookie opted out
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: over here. Yeah, but you got some of those veteran players.
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: I mean, you know, you look at somebody like, for example,
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: Russell Wilson, right, his wife Sierra, they just had a bay,
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: had a base and he just got that fat contract.
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: Yeah it does. Is it good if you don't play junior?
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: I mean, does he still get that money? No? No, man, no, no,
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: no no money. You got to show up in NFL
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: to get your check. Wow? Am I live Carlos. Yea,
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: all right, thank you Junior. Coming up at the top
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: of the hour, we'll have some music news from Carla
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening, all right, guys, it's time
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: for Carla's music news. What's you got, Carla. There's a
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: lot of music news going on. First of all, Snoop
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: Dog revealed on on an iHeart radio show that jay
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: Z Junior checked this out. Did you know this that
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: jay Z wrote both his verse and Doctor Dre's verse
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: on the song Still Drake. Did you know that? That
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: is crazy? Still br E take take a listen to Snoop.
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: Take a listen. That's an author to me, like he
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: wrote a book with that song right there. That's one
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: of Doctor Dre's best records, wrote Drake, and and it
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: was flawless. And me and DLC was like, well, looks
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: like this outstruck us on this one, So we're gonna
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: take the back seat and I'm gonna accept it. And
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: it was Still Drake and it was jay Z and
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: he wrote the whole. So jay Z is a great
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: writer to begin with for himself, So imagine him striking
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: up for somebody that he truly loved and appreciate. So
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: he loved Doctor Drake. That's what his pen showed you
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: that I can't write for you if I don't love y'all,
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: love everything about y'all. Know you'll get down your your tone,
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: your delivery, yo, the way you're supposed to say, and
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: how he's supposed to say. I know when Snoop is
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: supposed to come in. That's why too. Yeah, I thought
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: I was just now when you listen, because I listened
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: to the song yesterday, so when you listen to it,
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: you kind of hear a little jay Z style now
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: in the song, so that that was really cool. He's
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: really the go Z. Okay, I can I just say something?
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: Oh here come here, come murder the hits here man
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: comes the genius, one half of the genius. He is that.
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: And we all love Snoop, but we know I love
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: I love Snoop became my club, really nice brother. But
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: and I smoked, and I know what he smoked is
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: stronger than what I smoked. It may not have been,
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: may have not smoked, difference who I don't know. We had.
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: I wouldn't just say it was jay Z, but I
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: can't see. We just say this and Junior was contested.
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: I have smoked with Snoop. You see things you've never
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: seen before with chronic Junior. Was he hallucination? Let's just
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: say this man. He went home. Ja. Yeah, he went
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: on tell him what happened in California. Snoop was against
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: on the show. And Jay said, come on out here
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: and uh go see Snoop. And when we go down
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: there to the green room, to the dressing room, you
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: already knew Snoop was here because you can smell it
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: way down the hall. I said, oh yeah, here and
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: this one right here you can smell yet. So we
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: go in there and see you see Snoop. Man. He
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: did a chilling hanging out the window, just doing his
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: and he look, Jake, he just turned up. Jake wants up.
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: Jake didn't turn it down. An hour later, I'm looking
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: for Jay Jay outside sitting on the ground, awesome steps.
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: I said, just go home, Jake, I got it. I
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: don't worry about. Just go home. But I left my car.
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: I caught an uber home because I could not drop.
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: But you tried to hang I tried, man. But let
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: me ask you this, Jake, did you did you take it?
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: When he puff puff passed because it was snoop. Well,
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: I mean California. That was my dream. That was one
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: of my dreams. St I'm trying right there. He was
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: in the dress room and he's such a cool brother,
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: you know. Yeah, okay about that time, yeah yeah, yeah,
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: So quickly, let me tell you this before we run
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: out of time, and other music news, all right, listen
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: to this Timberland and Swiss beats, all right, versus battle now.
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: Timberland posts this on social media. He just put it

- 1:16:32Speaker 1: have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: in thirty three minutes after the hour. Right after this,
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Well, guys,
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: guess what today is. It is our forever President Barack
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: Obama's fifty nine birthday. Yeah. Wow, Yeah, it's still cool. Yeah,
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: I mean cool and run food damn thing. But he's
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: still cool. He looks so good. Well, you know what
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: happens when we have a birthday around here's here with
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: this special poem. You don't even believe with the name
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: of this poem is called because you getting deep with
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: the junior. Yeah, it's called Junior's Obama's Birthday poem. That's all.
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: Can I ask what question, Junior? Yeah? Whether it's some
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: names you threw away before you settled on that one with, Yeah,
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: a lot of them, a lot of them, a lot
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: of them. Before I got it, I was like Obama
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: Junior's Birthday poem. I switched from around, but I got
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: it now and so I did this poem as if
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: Barack Obama was talking to Barack Obama about his birthday.
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: So here it is Junior's Obama's Birthday poem. While sitting
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: Mama Jamas, I wrote a poem about Barack Obama has
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: never caused us drama because he was raised well by
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: his mama. Now there's more, and I'm gonna tell you
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: what I like about Barack Obama. He's cool, he's neat,
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: and uh was class. And then eight years went by
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: so fast they probably thought it wouldn't. We all loved
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: him from the first day, so we wish him happy birthday.
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: Well much love to the girls and Michelle, and we
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: hope you're doing well. Then, Happy birthday, Barack Obamams. You
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: got to be kidding. You've got what you mean? He
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: nailed was better than that last time killing it is time?
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: What did you hate it? Yeah? I like tell you
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: he rhymed Obama with drama. Yeah, because Mama Obama with pajamas.
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: Who would have never done? Who would have? Because you
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: got the city here, boy yourself to come up with
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: you to be by yourself to think this up coming up.
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: It's our last break of the day. La Lee, let
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: me take some once you leave, don't bring your head
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: back here. Okay, I'm Taylor, No go ahead, Lee Lee.
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: She didn't get back in because you won't, okayl you Lee.
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: But getting back in his window at his house, he
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: talking to somebody walking. The man coming up. Some closing
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: remarks from Steve and don't forget a reminder that we
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: have to vote in some states. We'll tell you about
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: it right after this at forty nine minutes after you're
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: listening Morning show. Before we get to Steve's closing remarks,
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: he's gonna talk about voting, encouraging people to vote. As always,
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: we have ninety one days left before the election. By
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: the way, we got to say attention to Michigan and Missouri,
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: So Detroit and Saint Louis please listen up. Today is
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: a twenty twenty Michigan and Missouri primary. Voters can cast
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: your vote for which state and local leaders you want
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: to run on election day, November three, that is election day.
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: Polls are open in both states right now, when right, right,
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: right now? Okay, yes, let's go. Just a reminder, and
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: if you haven't registered, please please please go right now
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: to when we all vote dot org and register today. Please.
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: We have to do our parts. Let your voice be heard. Okay,
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: all right, Steve, take it away. It's on you. I
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: don't know about you, and I'm talking to the crew
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: this morning. I don't know about y'all, but I can't
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: do four more years of this. No, no, no, I'm
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: out and especially sit here and do four more years
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: of this. When we could do something about it. Thank you.
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: See this that's happening right now, we don't have to
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: allow it to continue. We can actually do something about this. Look,
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: this ain't your boss down at your job and you
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: just got hired and he and he'd been there and
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: until he gets ready to retire, and you had and
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: you don't like the way your boss runs the division
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: or section of the company or just runs the company overall,
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: and it's it's and it's his company, and you got
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: to wait till he retired. No, this is a situation
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: that we can do something about in just a little
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: bit over ninety days. The way I'm looking at this situation,
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: everybody is, I don't have to be sick of this
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: dude in about ninety days. It's simple as that Barack
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: Obama put a list on his website and a website
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: to go to that would give us information on when
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: til when we can start early voting. His wife, First Lady,
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: has an website when we All Vote dot org to
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: get everybody to register to vote. These are two people
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: that the majority of us, not everybody, but the majority
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: of us deeply miss and cared about. And they're still
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: in the background going, hey, man, y'all can do something
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: about this. What would sick in me is after all
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: of the complaining that we've done over the four years,
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: all of the lies that we've set to set through,
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: all of the discrimination, all of the racist remarks, the
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: bigotry that's been displayed openly the race, the white supremacist
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: groups and hate groups that have reared their head wearing
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: their Trump paraphernalia, and they read caps all of this
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: that we have set through for nearly four years. And
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: you mean to tell me that we have an opportunity
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: to do something about this and we're not gonna do nothing.
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: You mean to tell me that people who who who?
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: Who who? What's the word I'm looking for? Who try
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: to garner our vote, People who rally for our vote
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: just so they could get in, people who know that
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: this vote can change the course of the election. And
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: we're gonna sit here with all this power that we have,
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: and we're gonna sit here with it and hold it.
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: John Lewis, Congressman, got his head beat in so we
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: could vote Mega Evers, Rosa Parks, Frederick Douglas, Martin, Luther King.
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: It's a list you can't even begin to measure. And
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: were sitting up in here with the power in our
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: hands in twenty twenty. They can't even stop us from
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: voting no more. We have the power in our hands
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: in twenty twenty to do something about it. And listen
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: to me, you all, you can believe me when I
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: tell you this, that you have the power to change this.
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: And they know it, and they know it. That's what
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: all the distractions are about. That's why they want you
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: talking about anything but this upcoming election. That's why they're
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: dragging out this unemployment. That's why they're trying to I'm
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: gonna tell you something. This is just a theory, right,
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: so you ain't got to do worry about this. You
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: can label this whatever you want. But if you but
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: if coronavirus is the number one theme, it's a distraction
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: from the election. If unemployment is the number one thing,
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: it's a distraction from the election. Where your baby gonna
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: go to school and whether your baby gonna come home
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: safe without being infected, that's a distraction. This administration specializes
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: in distractions. See, we don't forgot that Russia interfered with
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: the election. We forgot that he was impeached in the House.
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: We don't already forgot that this dude paid a stripper
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: one hundred and thirty thousand dollars to shut up. Y'all
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: don't forgot that he had to playboy in the house
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: show on him Milani's room. Y'all forgot that Trump said
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: he can grab a woman by the pe We forgot
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: all that. See, he just distraction after distraction of distraction.
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: Are you forgetting that? Everybody he's bought up there to
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: the White House when he said he would drain the
- 1:26:16Speaker 1: swamp is either in jail or heat and pardon. It's
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: a criminal empire. You're gonna do four years of that. No,
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: we have the power in our hands to vote. Go
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: and register and go to vote, and let's stop this.
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: We have the power to stop this ourselves. For all.
