- 0:00Speaker 1: Today show is pre recorded.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Y'all know what y'all don't know y'all.
- 0:09Speaker 3: At all at all?
- 0:10Speaker 4: Soon given them black the million busy sea listening to
- 0:26Speaker 4: show to.
- 0:39Speaker 5: Joy. Yeah, Joy, you you gonna turn.
- 1:29Speaker 3: You have to turn the mouth turn.
- 1:43Speaker 4: You probably got to turn the mouth turn the word.
- 1:47Speaker 6: Of the money up.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Come come out your.
- 2:00Speaker 7: Uh huh, I sure will. Good morning everybody. You are
- 2:05Speaker 7: listening to the voice, come on dig me now. One
- 2:08Speaker 7: and only Steve Harvey got a radio show.
- 2:13Speaker 2: Man.
- 2:13Speaker 8: If y'all only knew, I think I'll tell it to
- 2:16Speaker 8: you this morning man started off real crazy. But it's
- 2:20Speaker 8: just those little mishaps where we as people who are
- 2:25Speaker 8: striving to be successful, that makes all the difference in
- 2:29Speaker 8: the world. When you have those little minor things that
- 2:32Speaker 8: come up, you can't let the minor things stop you.
- 2:36Speaker 8: You've got to keep pressing forward.
- 2:38Speaker 2: Now. Could I have played the role of where is
- 2:41Speaker 2: my car? Where is my car?
- 2:44Speaker 9: Oh?
- 2:44Speaker 8: Where is my car? Instead of hustling and grab a cab?
- 2:50Speaker 8: So what am I?
- 2:51Speaker 2: Am I above a cab ride?
- 2:53Speaker 10: Now?
- 2:54Speaker 8: Or do I have to look at the bigger picture
- 2:56Speaker 8: and say, okay, I could act like a little spoiled
- 2:59Speaker 8: brat sometime type of star and go I don't ride
- 3:01Speaker 8: in cabs, or where's my car? And then go to
- 3:04Speaker 8: blaming people for not having a car, or do I
- 3:06Speaker 8: make the adjustments because it ain't like I ain't been
- 3:08Speaker 8: in a cab before. Now slow down. Ain't like I
- 3:11Speaker 8: ain't never been in in a beat up car before.
- 3:14Speaker 8: Slow down? Ain't ever like I ain't never had a
- 3:16Speaker 8: carn and rode a bus before. Slow down, ain't like
- 3:20Speaker 8: I ain't never been homeless before, and they have nowhere
- 3:23Speaker 8: to go? Slow down. So in those moments right there,
- 3:27Speaker 8: always remember where you come from, but even more importantly,
- 3:32Speaker 8: always remember where you trying to go, because it's important
- 3:35Speaker 8: for me that I get here as many mornings as
- 3:38Speaker 8: I possibly can. It's important because that's the goal. And
- 3:42Speaker 8: so many people allow a minor things to stop them
- 3:45Speaker 8: on their road to success. And I'm giving you this
- 3:47Speaker 8: example today not to say hey, look at me, but
- 3:51Speaker 8: to say to you, hey, listen to me. There are
- 3:54Speaker 8: going to be a lot of things that's gonna happen
- 3:55Speaker 8: along your way to be as successful, and if you
- 3:58Speaker 8: allow the small things to stop you, there's no way
- 4:00Speaker 8: you'll make it. You've got to always press forward. And
- 4:03Speaker 8: stop looking at the situation for what it is and look,
- 4:06Speaker 8: sometimes you have to take your hour off right now
- 4:08Speaker 8: and put your eye in the future. You know, God
- 4:11Speaker 8: has blessed me in so many ways. I mean, what
- 4:13Speaker 8: can I say? You know, I ask God for this
- 4:15Speaker 8: syndicated show. He gives me a syndicated show. Niact like
- 4:18Speaker 8: I don't want to come to it. Hold on, man,
- 4:20Speaker 8: slow down. Did not you ask for this? Do I
- 4:24Speaker 8: not realize that there are certain people, man, who look
- 4:26Speaker 8: forward to this message in the morning. I've heard it
- 4:30Speaker 8: from people. So from the hundreds that I've heard it for,
- 4:34Speaker 8: that could represent thousands for all I know.
- 4:37Speaker 2: So if I.
- 4:38Speaker 8: Think somebody's counting on me, I got to try to
- 4:40Speaker 8: get there and give something. So today I didn't have
- 4:43Speaker 8: any time at all to think about what I might say.
- 4:46Speaker 8: I just walk right in and the jingle was playing,
- 4:48Speaker 8: and so I decided to just tell you about my
- 4:51Speaker 8: day and maybe you can relate it to something you
- 4:53Speaker 8: going through along the way, because no matter who you are,
- 4:56Speaker 8: you're going to have some moments man, where things are
- 4:59Speaker 8: going to happen. And like I always tell my kids,
- 5:02Speaker 8: and I just had this conversation with my little girl
- 5:04Speaker 8: It ain't that things ain't gonna happen. It's how you
- 5:07Speaker 8: handle what happens that matters. But it don't matter. It's
- 5:11Speaker 8: how you handle what happens that's the determining factor on
- 5:15Speaker 8: where you get in life and how soon you get
- 5:18Speaker 8: there and how long you stay there. That will always
- 5:21Speaker 8: be a mishap, something that's gonna throw you off. There
- 5:26Speaker 8: will always be something man, that could deter you. That
- 5:30Speaker 8: will be something somewhere, man, that will make you doubt it.
- 5:34Speaker 8: Now that you know that's gonna happen, then let's talk
- 5:37Speaker 8: about how you handle what happens, because it's going to happen.
- 5:41Speaker 8: So now, what do you do as a person when
- 5:43Speaker 8: these moments come about in your life? How do you handle? Oh?
- 5:47Speaker 2: Woe is me? Oh? I guess it wasn't meant to be. Well.
- 5:52Speaker 2: If the Lord wanted me to have this, I'd have that.
- 5:55Speaker 8: How many damn many times you hear people say that,
- 5:57Speaker 8: You know, man, it really irks me.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Man.
- 6:00Speaker 8: Stop using God as your excuse. God ain't no excuse.
- 6:05Speaker 8: God is a reason. He's a reason why the good happens.
- 6:11Speaker 8: He's a reason. He's not an excuse. God don't have
- 6:14Speaker 8: no excuses. And none of his scriptures or writings, not
- 6:17Speaker 8: that I he just don't make excuses. I would have
- 6:21Speaker 8: done this. But you know there's a scripture that says
- 6:25Speaker 8: the poor will all shall always be amongst us. Why
- 6:28Speaker 8: that's got to be you. Yeah, he said the poor
- 6:31Speaker 8: will always be amongst us, because you know, everybody ain't
- 6:33Speaker 8: gonna follow the principles of success. But he also said
- 6:37Speaker 8: he came to give you life and give it to
- 6:39Speaker 8: you more abundantly. He said that too, But oh no,
- 6:42Speaker 8: you don't want to hear that because your life kind
- 6:44Speaker 8: of trip it out a little bit. So now what
- 6:46Speaker 8: you do with it, Now you twist it and you
- 6:48Speaker 8: go to that one little scripture that say well, the
- 6:51Speaker 8: poor shall always be amongst us. Well, that's put in
- 6:55Speaker 8: there because that's that suggests in case. See that's a
- 6:59Speaker 8: just in case y'all 'all don't want to follow the scriptures.
- 7:02Speaker 8: That's just in case you don't understand that faith without
- 7:05Speaker 8: works is dead. That's just in case you have not
- 7:09Speaker 8: because you ask not. It's just in case you don't
- 7:12Speaker 8: believe and shall not doubt. He got all that in that.
- 7:15Speaker 8: But in case you don't want to do that, there
- 7:18Speaker 8: is a scripture that tells you what will happen if
- 7:20Speaker 8: you don't do it, and here it is the poor
- 7:22Speaker 8: shall always be amongst us. But then you get that
- 7:25Speaker 8: when they say, well, that's I guess that's the Lord's will,
- 7:28Speaker 8: Lord's will, really, really, really really that's amazing. I just
- 7:34Speaker 8: don't believe that about him. I don't believe that God
- 7:38Speaker 8: created your life to be a life of misery. I
- 7:41Speaker 8: think that we make decisions along the way that cause
- 7:45Speaker 8: us to have lives of misery. But I really really
- 7:49Speaker 8: just don't believe that God created you for that. I've
- 7:55Speaker 8: heard Nelson Mandela speak, and you know, you gotta go wild.
- 8:00Speaker 8: All those years in prison, Man, what was it about?
- 8:04Speaker 8: When you hear him speak, you understand what it was about.
- 8:07Speaker 8: He said he always knew he would be free one day.
- 8:11Speaker 8: Now what he said he never knew was he said
- 8:14Speaker 8: he never knew that he would be the president of
- 8:17Speaker 8: that country. Oh my goodness, what a long way around.
- 8:23Speaker 8: But he could have set there and got involved in
- 8:26Speaker 8: prison activities that wasn't up to paw and things like that.
- 8:31Speaker 8: And they said whenever young inmates used to come in.
- 8:33Speaker 8: He was telling the story one time of how young
- 8:36Speaker 8: inmates used to come into the prison. They all sit
- 8:38Speaker 8: around and talk to him about what they were doing
- 8:40Speaker 8: and how many kids they had in their lives, and
- 8:42Speaker 8: it helped them keep track of the outside a little bit,
- 8:45Speaker 8: and it kept a sense of time for them, and
- 8:48Speaker 8: it reminded me to talk about what they left behind,
- 8:51Speaker 8: and it kept them going because something was greater on
- 8:55Speaker 8: the other side. Had he allowed that to stop him,
- 8:59Speaker 8: had he allowed the imprisonment, which is a pretty major deal. Oh,
- 9:02Speaker 8: by the way, then guess what he would have never
- 9:05Speaker 8: been the Nelson Mandela that we know today, a martyr,
- 9:08Speaker 8: a leader, a great force. People want to go around him.
- 9:12Speaker 8: Even people that imprisoned him could not understand his staunch strength,
- 9:17Speaker 8: his faith, his unwavering commitment. They couldn't understand it. So
- 9:22Speaker 8: things are going to happen in your life. But it's
- 9:24Speaker 8: how you handle what happens doesn't matter. So keep pushing, y'all.
- 9:27Speaker 8: Don't let the little things get in the way, okay,
- 9:30Speaker 8: And if you just sometimes you just don't know. I
- 9:32Speaker 8: got in a cab thinking I wasn't gonna make it,
- 9:34Speaker 8: but at least let's go see.
- 9:36Speaker 2: Let's try. I made it.
- 9:38Speaker 8: Now.
- 9:38Speaker 2: Guess what that gives me?
- 9:39Speaker 8: Another piece of information that I have, and all I
- 9:43Speaker 8: had to see it again today. Guess what I said today, Man,
- 9:47Speaker 8: sometime when it looked like you aren't gonna make it,
- 9:49Speaker 8: just go ahead on anywhere.
- 9:50Speaker 11: Now.
- 9:50Speaker 8: I could still be back there at the hotel talking
- 9:52Speaker 8: about where my car, but I got up in here
- 9:54Speaker 8: and made it.
- 9:55Speaker 2: So now what y'all gonna do with it? Let's go.
- 9:57Speaker 12: You're listening show, Ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:03Speaker 8: The time has come to realize that he has done
- 10:07Speaker 8: it again. Another great day has been presented to us.
- 10:12Speaker 8: That's why they call it the present, because it is
- 10:15Speaker 8: a gift from God. It's a present. Yeah, man, it's yours.
- 10:20Speaker 8: Enjoy it today, take advantage of it. Realize that it
- 10:23Speaker 8: didn't have to be man. Today is a good day.
- 10:28Speaker 8: I don't care how you woke up this morning. If
- 10:30Speaker 8: you walk up on the wrong side of the bed,
- 10:32Speaker 8: stop saying that. Stop saying ain't no wrong side.
- 10:35Speaker 2: Of the bed.
- 10:36Speaker 8: As long as you can wake up whatever side you
- 10:38Speaker 8: get up on, that's good enough for me. The wrong
- 10:41Speaker 8: side of the bed is when you don't wake up,
- 10:43Speaker 8: you're still laying there. Hello, I like waking up either
- 10:47Speaker 8: side or do me fine? Praise God, Ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:50Speaker 8: Steve Harf Morning Show, Shelty Strawberry calling for real Mississippi,
- 10:53Speaker 8: Monica Junior and the legend that is Nephew Temmy Junior.
- 10:57Speaker 2: What's on your mind?
- 10:58Speaker 6: Man? Discovery?
- 11:02Speaker 8: A little more enthusiasm, a little more enthusiasm.
- 11:04Speaker 6: I'm just saying, discoveries.
- 11:05Speaker 2: I want you to match my energy. Don't have a
- 11:07Speaker 2: lot of energy coming in?
- 11:08Speaker 13: Yeah, I got I need to ask you, uh huh?
- 11:15Speaker 9: Who was the person that said I just want to
- 11:17Speaker 9: know if you know who he is?
- 11:19Speaker 13: But who was said put I'm gonna put my foot
- 11:22Speaker 13: down had to be footless? What when you say, hey, man,
- 11:27Speaker 13: tell you why I'm gonna put my foot down.
- 11:29Speaker 6: I put my foot down some time. I ain't one yet.
- 11:32Speaker 6: Who is the person who said this.
- 11:34Speaker 2: I'm gonna put my foot in it?
- 11:36Speaker 8: Well, see, Junior, you're gonna have to talk. You're gonna
- 11:40Speaker 8: have to stop taking these sayings back to your house.
- 11:43Speaker 8: I said that that what starts. Stop stop taking these
- 11:47Speaker 8: sayings back to your house. All them say all sayings
- 11:51Speaker 8: are junior is sayings. They don't really apply, you know
- 11:54Speaker 8: in real life sometimes, you know, especially when it comes
- 11:57Speaker 8: to marriage.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Yes, the only note. The only thing I.
- 12:02Speaker 8: Know that applies to marriage is happy wife, happy life.
- 12:07Speaker 8: That's the only one I know that really wrapped. Ye,
- 12:10Speaker 8: you can break that rule if you wrap the mic,
- 12:13Speaker 8: and I can tell you right now here comes hell
- 12:15Speaker 8: to pay. But that's the one, the only rule I
- 12:19Speaker 8: know that really applies. You know. All the rest of
- 12:21Speaker 8: them has variables to do.
- 12:23Speaker 6: You know who said it because they couldn't have a foot?
- 12:27Speaker 13: I said, I'm gonna put my foot down, I said,
- 12:29Speaker 13: so I put my foot down.
- 12:30Speaker 6: Do you know she walked over the foot and get
- 12:32Speaker 6: it anyway? Or Junior?
- 12:34Speaker 8: What size you will.
- 12:39Speaker 12: See?
- 12:39Speaker 8: You don't really look like a ten to me, Junior,
- 12:41Speaker 8: I know you want to say that on the radio.
- 12:44Speaker 2: It's like a head maybe nine.
- 12:48Speaker 14: It's the voice and the foot that.
- 12:54Speaker 8: This is why, this is why at the time, right here, Junior,
- 13:00Speaker 8: what we're gonna do is don't take no more sayings
- 13:02Speaker 8: to the house. Don't worry about going in there putting
- 13:05Speaker 8: your foot what what let me ask you qu quit
- 13:07Speaker 8: real quick question. What's the last thing you put your
- 13:09Speaker 8: foot down on it? It didn't work? Fence the dog
- 13:14Speaker 8: the dog? Oh you thought you was gonna win a
- 13:16Speaker 8: dog fight?
- 13:19Speaker 6: Boy?
- 13:20Speaker 2: Look hey, does does she want a fence or not?
- 13:25Speaker 6: See?
- 13:26Speaker 8: Does she want a fence or not? Obviously not because
- 13:31Speaker 8: you ain't got no fist. Once again, stop taking these
- 13:35Speaker 8: sayings to your house.
- 13:36Speaker 2: Go ahead.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Ship coming up at thirty two minutes after the hour,
- 13:39Speaker 1: we'll hear from the nephew as he runs that prank
- 13:41Speaker 1: back right after this you're listening morning show. It is
- 13:48Speaker 1: time now to run that prank back with the nephew.
- 13:51Speaker 1: What you got for us, neph.
- 13:52Speaker 14: Y'all stopping by the stupid department. That's what we in
- 13:55Speaker 14: a steward department?
- 13:56Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 13:57Speaker 2: Over here? What your name?
- 14:01Speaker 14: Yeah? WoT me show you all around? What y'all want
- 14:04Speaker 14: to look? Y'all want to see something? What y'all want
- 14:06Speaker 14: over here in the stupid department? Okay? Uh, let's see.
- 14:10Speaker 8: Uh.
- 14:12Speaker 2: Pump your breaks?
- 14:17Speaker 14: Just say anything. Oh no't matter what it is. Okay,
- 14:23Speaker 14: I just boy anything. You're gonna make me put my
- 14:26Speaker 14: foot down. Now, pump your breaks. Let's go, cat dog,
- 14:33Speaker 14: pump your breaks, cat dog? If you would.
- 14:36Speaker 11: Hello, I'm trying to reach Natalie.
- 14:38Speaker 2: Please.
- 14:39Speaker 15: Yeah, is Natalie?
- 14:40Speaker 11: Natalie? How you doing? My name is Darren. I'm with
- 14:43Speaker 11: the homeowners Association. How you doing. Listen, we gotta we
- 14:52Speaker 11: got a bit of a problem if you don't mind
- 14:54Speaker 11: me asking, who's who who actually brings your kids on
- 14:57Speaker 11: from school? Uh? Each day?
- 15:01Speaker 15: Oh my mom gets my kids for me and she
- 15:04Speaker 15: drops them off.
- 15:05Speaker 11: Okay, wow, okay, okay, Well we have a we have
- 15:09Speaker 11: a bit of a problem. The kids are fine, that's
- 15:12Speaker 11: there's no issue with the kids at all. But you know,
- 15:15Speaker 11: we've had a meeting here at the h o A.
- 15:17Speaker 11: We've been getting some complaints. Uh it seems like your
- 15:21Speaker 11: mother is is uh really speeding down the street real fast,
- 15:27Speaker 11: and you know everyone's complaining about it that you know,
- 15:31Speaker 11: it's a lot of kids walking home from school and
- 15:33Speaker 11: it seems like your mom is driving real fast when
- 15:36Speaker 11: she's coming down the street to drop your kids off.
- 15:39Speaker 11: Did you know anything about this?
- 15:41Speaker 15: Uh no, not at all. That doesn't even sound like her.
- 15:45Speaker 11: Okay, what type of car?
- 15:49Speaker 12: Uh?
- 15:49Speaker 11: Let me ask you this, Natalie.
- 15:51Speaker 2: We're we're we.
- 15:52Speaker 11: From what I understand, it is a what kind of
- 15:56Speaker 11: coffes your mom had? Is a board escape or something
- 15:59Speaker 11: like that? Some a little suv? Is that what your
- 16:02Speaker 11: mom has?
- 16:03Speaker 15: Yeah, she has a little red suv.
- 16:07Speaker 11: Okay, all right, So the problem is is that that's the
- 16:11Speaker 11: same car, that's the one we're talking about. And it
- 16:14Speaker 11: seems like, you know, your mother is is flying down
- 16:18Speaker 11: the street and she drops the kids off, and when
- 16:20Speaker 11: she leaves, she's flying back out of the neighborhood and
- 16:23Speaker 11: a couple of times some of the neighbors have told
- 16:25Speaker 11: her to slow down, and you know, I don't know
- 16:28Speaker 11: if she's flicked them off or set something out the window,
- 16:31Speaker 11: you know, but you know this is stuff that we
- 16:33Speaker 11: just cannot tolerate.
- 16:35Speaker 15: Huh well it really does sound like my mom.
- 16:38Speaker 11: But you know, okay, well listen, you know what, Natalie,
- 16:41Speaker 11: what we're not gonna do is what you're not gonna
- 16:43Speaker 11: do is act like is not your mama. It's your
- 16:46Speaker 11: mother that's doing this. So what we need you to
- 16:48Speaker 11: do is tell your mama to slow out down so
- 16:51Speaker 11: we don't have the problem, all right, because I try
- 16:54Speaker 11: to be nice with you at first, but if you're
- 16:55Speaker 11: gonna be in denial think it is not your mama,
- 16:58Speaker 11: then we got issue.
- 17:00Speaker 15: First of all, Darren from h O A, I need
- 17:04Speaker 15: you to watch your toes and who is you're talking to,
- 17:06Speaker 15: all right, I need you to fold that all the
- 17:08Speaker 15: way down all right.
- 17:12Speaker 11: You need to slow your damn mama down. That's what
- 17:14Speaker 11: you need to do. Slow your mama the way she's
- 17:17Speaker 11: driving out.
- 17:17Speaker 15: What shesuld do is stand in the middle of the
- 17:20Speaker 15: street if she flying down, and so hopefully she can
- 17:22Speaker 15: knock you out the way. Okay, don't talk to me
- 17:25Speaker 15: like that. You're being ruined, disrespectful. I'm gonna ask her
- 17:28Speaker 15: at this time because I don't think it's time. But
- 17:30Speaker 15: you're not gonna talk to me like that.
- 17:32Speaker 11: Okay, So your mama can just drive down the streets
- 17:35Speaker 11: and after them what.
- 17:37Speaker 15: She want to do. Mamma could do whatever she wanted
- 17:39Speaker 15: to do.
- 17:39Speaker 11: She has grown as doing it. She can't doing in
- 17:42Speaker 11: the neighborhood that I'm a member of the h o A.
- 17:45Speaker 11: She can't do it there. Okay, I don't mind having
- 17:48Speaker 11: your mama arrested with your kids in the car. If
- 17:51Speaker 11: I got to.
- 17:52Speaker 15: I wis she would. I wish you would have ma
- 17:55Speaker 15: mama erected with my kids in the car. You're gonna
- 17:57Speaker 15: have more problems than you ever had. Okay, you bet,

- 37:30Speaker 8: Scott down now. But he he's so hurt right now.
- 37:33Speaker 8: He didn't done everything to be accepted. He can't and
- 37:37Speaker 8: you know, and y'all just look, man, let's just do
- 37:40Speaker 8: our thing. Let's just get to these poles and ignore
- 37:43Speaker 8: all this rhetoric. Right here, we got to get to
- 37:46Speaker 8: the polls. Yes, all these little pockets of blacks for
- 37:50Speaker 8: Trump's let's ignore them because that ain't the case.
- 37:52Speaker 2: Quit looking at all these made up stories.
- 37:55Speaker 8: If you know, Steve Harvey, I'm on the radio four
- 37:57Speaker 8: hours every day, five days a week.
- 38:00Speaker 2: My viewpoint is crystal.
- 38:01Speaker 8: Clear six days, six days, because sometimes said so, my
- 38:07Speaker 8: point is evidently clear all you and I remember here,
- 38:11Speaker 8: I'm a man, missed me with all that. You don't
- 38:13Speaker 8: even know what the deal was back then. I ain't
- 38:16Speaker 8: never voted. The vote is for Kamala Harris. The vote
- 38:20Speaker 8: has been for Joe Biden, and the vote has been
- 38:23Speaker 8: for Barack Obama. Them been the votes. Here, the been
- 38:28Speaker 8: the votes, and this is gonna be the vote now
- 38:31Speaker 8: and were not. And we're not playing those games, man,
- 38:34Speaker 8: and we're just real serious about it. So let's go
- 38:37Speaker 8: get to the post and let's make it work. We
- 38:39Speaker 8: can do this. I want you all to think about
- 38:43Speaker 8: this positivity. We can actually do this.
- 38:48Speaker 12: Vote.
- 38:48Speaker 1: She can win if we vote, she can win.
- 38:50Speaker 2: We can.
- 38:51Speaker 8: We are the determining fact that everybody's after that black vote.
- 38:56Speaker 8: They know how important it is. So stop letting those
- 38:59Speaker 8: amongst us talk about our vote don't matter. If it
- 39:02Speaker 8: didn't matter, why is everybody after Why Trump keep putting
- 39:05Speaker 8: black people in his rallies right behind him.
- 39:09Speaker 1: At thirty four minutes after we're gonna switch gears. Here's
- 39:13Speaker 1: a question. Would you let someone bring their emotional support
- 39:15Speaker 1: dog to your house for the holidays, for Thanksgiving. We'll
- 39:18Speaker 1: talk about it right after this.
- 39:20Speaker 12: You're listening hard Morning Show.
- 39:24Speaker 1: All right, So Steve, here's a quick question from Jasmine
- 39:27Speaker 1: on Facebook. She says, Hey, Steve, I know you, Tommy,
- 39:30Speaker 1: Carla and now Junior are all dog owners. So let
- 39:34Speaker 1: me ask you this. Are my parents wrong for not
- 39:36Speaker 1: letting my cousin bring her emotional support dog to the
- 39:39Speaker 1: house for Thanksgiving? The dog is a Pomeranian and it's snappy.
- 39:46Speaker 1: My mom says she doesn't care about the dog being
- 39:48Speaker 1: any emotional support dog. It can't stay in her house.
- 39:51Speaker 1: My pop says he's not getting in it. He just
- 39:54Speaker 1: wants to eat some turkey and dressing, watch football and
- 39:57Speaker 1: not deal with no dog, especially an emotional one.
- 40:03Speaker 8: And if the dog is for her emotions, and then
- 40:06Speaker 8: the dog he snappy too, What is we letting all
- 40:09Speaker 8: these nutty as people in this house.
- 40:11Speaker 2: For things emotional?
- 40:13Speaker 8: You got a dog for emotional support, but the dog
- 40:17Speaker 8: he's snappy.
- 40:17Speaker 2: That's wrong with her.
- 40:19Speaker 8: Now you need another damn dog. You need a dog
- 40:23Speaker 8: to go hey hey hey hey hey hey hey hey
- 40:25Speaker 8: hey hey, you're tripping. Calm down.
- 40:27Speaker 17: The daughter said, she see.

- 40:33Speaker 6: Oh we.
- 40:35Speaker 2: Now, Oh, now we all tripping.
- 40:37Speaker 11: Now.
- 40:37Speaker 8: I'm not gonna have a nutty ass person and a
- 40:41Speaker 8: nutty ass dog sitting up in my house for the holidays.
- 40:47Speaker 8: I just said it. She called and asked me.
- 40:52Speaker 1: She said she tried to correct her dad when he
- 40:55Speaker 1: said that, but he said whatever, yeah, whatever. So she's saying,
- 41:03Speaker 1: what should she tell her cousin, because she doesn't have
- 41:06Speaker 1: any other plans for Thanksgiving? What should she tell her?
- 41:09Speaker 8: You can come, but the dog got to stay.
- 41:11Speaker 1: In the car she needs him.
- 41:21Speaker 2: No, that ain't how it work. We ain't got no
- 41:23Speaker 2: time for that.
- 41:24Speaker 1: But maybe we could give her some advice so the
- 41:26Speaker 1: parents will be more open.
- 41:29Speaker 2: You know, I'm not trying to help. I'm not trying
- 41:31Speaker 2: to help lady with the dog. Can't come Thanksgiving at all.
- 41:34Speaker 2: I'm not trying to help the lady with the dog.
- 41:36Speaker 2: It's not because the dog is.
- 41:37Speaker 1: Snappy, and you all are all dog owners.
- 41:41Speaker 6: It don't matter.
- 41:42Speaker 2: I don't know about bringing that dog in my house.
- 41:44Speaker 14: No, what about if the dog stays in the carrier,
- 41:47Speaker 14: you know, the dog carrier. He's still in there snapping.
- 41:50Speaker 14: We're still here.
- 41:52Speaker 13: Himself it's the person that's not healthy enough to be
- 41:57Speaker 13: at the function.
- 41:58Speaker 2: It's me. Yeah, exactly.
- 42:02Speaker 9: See you already motive and you get you need help.

- 42:14Speaker 8: Re quiet?

- 42:49Speaker 6: I found out it cost nine nine dollars for the
- 42:51Speaker 6: dog to fly. The dog don't need to do I think.

- 54:32Speaker 1: when I was married, I did not mess around with her.
- 54:35Speaker 1: I honestly don't know why I went back to her.
- 54:39Speaker 1: Since her divorce, she thinks we're boyfriend and girlfriend, and
- 54:42Speaker 1: she's been saying we're soulmates. She calls and texts me
- 54:46Speaker 1: to say she's thinking about me. She also expects me
- 54:49Speaker 1: to keep her in the lifestyle that her husband gave her.
- 54:52Speaker 1: He owned several stores. I work full time, but I'm
- 54:55Speaker 1: barely making ends meet with my son being in college. Finally,
- 55:00Speaker 1: I sat down and tried to reason with her, and
- 55:03Speaker 1: she shocked me. She said she wants to move in
- 55:06Speaker 1: with me because we are in this thing together and
- 55:08Speaker 1: we've both been publicly disgraced together sidebar. I wasn't disgraced,
- 55:14Speaker 1: she was. I was single, she was married, so I

- 59:25Speaker 8: and I told her that, but she has trouble understanding me.
- 59:29Speaker 8: We've been cool since high school, but it's never been

- 1:00:49Speaker 8: a closet, Your husband came home early, open the closet door,
- 1:00:52Speaker 8: y'all in the nicked from the waist down. Then the
- 1:00:55Speaker 8: letter says, so here we are a year later and
- 1:00:58Speaker 8: her divorce is fine. No, I already know you jumped
- 1:01:02Speaker 8: for a year because it took you that long to
- 1:01:03Speaker 8: get out of the hospital out of Yeah, yeah, yeah, yea,
- 1:01:07Speaker 8: because I'll put something on you. Anyway, My longtime girlfriend
- 1:01:11Speaker 8: dumped me. She got a divorce, and the girl he
- 1:01:14Speaker 8: was messing with thinks that they should be soul mates
- 1:01:18Speaker 8: and they meant to be together. He said, we're not,
- 1:01:20Speaker 8: and I told her she has trouble understanding me. We've
- 1:01:23Speaker 8: been cool since high school, but it's never been more
- 1:01:25Speaker 8: than sex. Back when I was married, I didn't mess
- 1:01:27Speaker 8: around with I honestly don't know why I went back
- 1:01:29Speaker 8: to her. Since her divorce, she thinks we're boyfriend and girlfriend,
- 1:01:32Speaker 8: and she's been saying we're soulmates. No, you're aside. She's
- 1:01:37Speaker 8: a side. She's a side item, Like if she was
- 1:01:41Speaker 8: at the waffle house. She the hash browns. Now you
- 1:01:44Speaker 8: can get them some other covered chunk dice and lice.
- 1:01:47Speaker 8: But you still that you ain't the waffle. See, the
- 1:01:51Speaker 8: waffle is the main thing at the waffle house. Them
- 1:01:54Speaker 8: hash browns is a side now, they ain't necessary now,
- 1:01:57Speaker 8: but they aside a lot of cabs. I had of cobs,
- 1:02:01Speaker 8: a lot of cobs. Okay. Then she calls and texts
- 1:02:07Speaker 8: me and says she's thinking about me. She also expects
- 1:02:09Speaker 8: me to keep her in the lifestyle that her husband
- 1:02:11Speaker 8: gave her. He owned several stores. Well, she should have
- 1:02:15Speaker 8: thought about that when she was messing around with your
- 1:02:18Speaker 8: broke ass. See, Nah, she expects you to keep her
- 1:02:23Speaker 8: And I ain't dogging you, bro I'm just saying she
- 1:02:25Speaker 8: expects you to keep her in the lifestyle that her husband,
- 1:02:28Speaker 8: he owned several stores.
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: You don't.
- 1:02:30Speaker 8: She should have thought about that when she was dating you, man,
- 1:02:34Speaker 8: I don't see how you see a lot of y'all
- 1:02:36Speaker 8: be see. You gotta find somebody that's got the same
- 1:02:40Speaker 8: thing to lose as you, and that's hard to do.
- 1:02:43Speaker 8: Because most people that's got a lot to lose. I
- 1:02:46Speaker 8: ain't gonna mess.
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: Around with you.
- 1:02:48Speaker 8: He owned several stores. I work full time, but I'm
- 1:02:51Speaker 8: barely making his meet with my son being in college.
- 1:02:54Speaker 8: Finally I sat down and tried to reason with her,
- 1:02:56Speaker 8: and she shocked me. She says she wants to move
- 1:02:58Speaker 8: in with me because we are end this thing together
- 1:03:01Speaker 8: and we've both been publicly disgraced together. That's her trying
- 1:03:05Speaker 8: to save face, trying to get something out of a
- 1:03:07Speaker 8: bad situation. Sidebar. I wasn't disgraced, she was. I was single,
- 1:03:14Speaker 8: she was married, so I bluntly told her I don't
- 1:03:18Speaker 8: want a relationship with her. She told me, I need
- 1:03:21Speaker 8: to be careful who I cheat with because she's not
- 1:03:23Speaker 8: a hitting, quitted type woman. And I owe her whatever
- 1:03:26Speaker 8: she had before I ruined her marriage. No, she ruined
- 1:03:31Speaker 8: her marriage by cheating on her husband, who was taking
- 1:03:36Speaker 8: really good care of her. She ruined the marriage. She
- 1:03:40Speaker 8: steps out outside the marriage with you. Your dumb ass
- 1:03:45Speaker 8: was over this man's house, nicked in a closet dog,
- 1:03:50Speaker 8: and you old enough to know better because your son
- 1:03:54Speaker 8: is in college. Now, you asked naked with a boy
- 1:03:59Speaker 8: in college over another man's house hiding in a closet. Dog,
- 1:04:05Speaker 8: How you get yourself in that situation?
- 1:04:07Speaker 11: Man?
- 1:04:08Speaker 8: Why are you at this man's house? That's crazy to me? Man,
- 1:04:13Speaker 8: you at this man's house? That's unthinkabout anyway. She said
- 1:04:21Speaker 8: that she owes you to whatever she had before I
- 1:04:24Speaker 8: ruined her marriage. How could she be serious? I could
- 1:04:27Speaker 8: never make her my main girl. No, because she's been
- 1:04:30Speaker 8: the sided. It was just sex and she knew it.
- 1:04:34Speaker 8: How do I peacefully in this fantasy she created in
- 1:04:36Speaker 8: her head? Well, let me explain something to you. Here's
- 1:04:39Speaker 8: the problem that you have. She said, she you owe
- 1:04:43Speaker 8: her whatever she had before because she's not a hitt
- 1:04:46Speaker 8: it and quitted type woman. And I owe her whatever
- 1:04:48Speaker 8: she had. She finn to ruin you, dog, She finna
- 1:04:52Speaker 8: mess your life up. She fin to make your life
- 1:04:56Speaker 8: a living hell because people like that. Man, people are
- 1:05:01Speaker 8: like that. You know you've heard the saying hell have
- 1:05:04Speaker 8: no fury like a woman scorn. When you scorn her,
- 1:05:08Speaker 8: she gonna go out of her way to ruin your
- 1:05:11Speaker 8: life because she already says you ruined hers. I was
- 1:05:16Speaker 8: watching Bishop Bonner on Instagram the other day. He said,
- 1:05:21Speaker 8: be careful when you around people who act like victims
- 1:05:27Speaker 8: in a circumstance that they created. Be careful, half fun
- 1:05:34Speaker 8: to hang around people who are a victim of a
- 1:05:38Speaker 8: circumstance that they created. The whole word and man, that
- 1:05:44Speaker 8: brother said that, and I win, Lord have mercy. How
- 1:05:48Speaker 8: many people do I know like that? Well, this lady
- 1:05:51Speaker 8: in this letter is just like that. Yeah, she's sitting
- 1:05:54Speaker 8: up in here, cheated on her husband. Now you ruined
- 1:05:58Speaker 8: her marriage. Now she'd a victim. Now you better be
- 1:06:02Speaker 8: careful who you cheat with. So now she gonna pay

- 1:09:54Speaker 1: a guy, but I'm not attracted to him. We'll talk
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: about it right after this. You're listening.
- 1:10:00Speaker 12: Morning show, all right.
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: See this is from Paula on Facebook. She says, I
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: have I've had two dates with this guy and we
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: get along great. He's funny, smart and interesting, but I
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: have like zero attraction to him sexually. Should I share
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: how I feel with him and try to be friends
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: or give it a little longer to see if anything changes?
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: Am I give it longer? Don't hurt that man like that.
- 1:10:26Speaker 8: Don't do it.
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: Am I stringing him along? Don't do that if I
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: keep dating him.
- 1:10:31Speaker 2: I'm just telling you, don't. Don't do that to the man.
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: Friend zone him.
- 1:10:35Speaker 8: You know, if you're not attracted to the man, then
- 1:10:39Speaker 8: just quit datingy Okay, but don't sit up here and
- 1:10:43Speaker 8: go in there and tell him let's just be friends.
- 1:10:46Speaker 8: He don't want to be your damn friend. Yeah, and
- 1:10:49Speaker 8: then you got to tell him because I just don't
- 1:10:51Speaker 8: find you attracted.
- 1:10:52Speaker 2: Look at your teeth.
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: So they're gonna ask you what it is PTSD for you,
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: you know, like you know junior tell me on the date?
- 1:11:02Speaker 2: Yeah, hell yeah, wow, it is hell yeah. Because I
- 1:11:05Speaker 2: don't like your facial features. I still told me. I
- 1:11:09Speaker 2: still remember her. That's what it's all about.
- 1:11:12Speaker 8: Why we can't go to the junior problem together. And
- 1:11:16Speaker 8: she told me she didn't want to, and I since
- 1:11:18Speaker 8: kept pressing her why. She said, I just don't want
- 1:11:21Speaker 8: I don't like your facial features. I said, I be damn.
- 1:11:26Speaker 12: But you're not in this.
- 1:11:29Speaker 9: But I am.
- 1:11:31Speaker 8: But because I can understand this man.
- 1:11:34Speaker 2: I know this man.
- 1:11:35Speaker 8: He probably a good ass dude. And now she's sitting
- 1:11:38Speaker 8: up there looking at him because it's something wrong with it.
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: So she's not attracted to him, that's solid.
- 1:11:43Speaker 2: So it's something wrong with everybody.
- 1:11:45Speaker 12: It's something wrong with her.
- 1:11:46Speaker 2: He liked it. I ain't seen nobody perfect.
- 1:11:50Speaker 6: Uh huh?
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: Was it something wrong with the girl that told you that?
- 1:11:55Speaker 15: Uh?
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: Oh no, hell no, she's perfect.
- 1:12:00Speaker 11: To me.
- 1:12:02Speaker 8: And that was everything. Man, that's her she heard, Yeah,
- 1:12:11Speaker 8: that's yeah, yeah, ninth grade, I remember her.
- 1:12:15Speaker 2: Yo. Yeah.
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: So her question was, am I stringing him along? If
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: I keep dating him but I don't feel attracted to him?
- 1:12:25Speaker 8: Well, if you keep dating him, yes, you're stringing him along.
- 1:12:29Speaker 8: Just say you have to just say what, I'm not
- 1:12:32Speaker 8: interested and just stop that. But you're gonna miss out
- 1:12:36Speaker 8: on a good thing because you say, this is a
- 1:12:37Speaker 8: really good guy.
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: He's monny, smart, interesting, but she's not attracted to him.
- 1:12:44Speaker 2: Can't look at him, you understand, Well, tell me what
- 1:12:51Speaker 2: should he do? What should he do? I don't know
- 1:12:55Speaker 2: what he do.
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: I've never been in yeah.
- 1:13:00Speaker 14: Whaty no, No, but he don't know it. And see
- 1:13:07Speaker 14: that's the problem. And so somebody got that.
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: That's exactly why I came to you.
- 1:13:12Speaker 6: What the nile?
- 1:13:16Speaker 2: He ugly and he don't know? Come on, boy, come
- 1:13:20Speaker 2: through it.
- 1:13:21Speaker 11: Now.
- 1:13:22Speaker 2: That's progress. That is progress. On the Steve Harvey Morning Show,
- 1:13:27Speaker 2: this what man?
- 1:13:29Speaker 11: Thank you?
- 1:13:30Speaker 2: You know, God is God is faithful. You just had
- 1:13:33Speaker 2: to wait on it.
- 1:13:35Speaker 8: You just got to wait on it because one day
- 1:13:37Speaker 8: he'll make somebody say it you've been trying to get
- 1:13:39Speaker 8: him to say it.
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: But can't you like someone and not be sexually attracted
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: to them?
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: If he don't?
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: I mean, what's wrong with that? I don't get it, Guys,
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: she got to be able to look at him, Shirley,
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: she likes him as a friend.
- 1:13:56Speaker 2: That ain't what he wants.
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: Well, okayside, But as a woman, though, have you, Junior
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: and Tommy, ever been told that.
- 1:14:05Speaker 6: I felt my way?
- 1:14:05Speaker 14: I ain't never been told nothing about my facial feature,
- 1:14:08Speaker 14: and I ain't never had nothing about well, you know,
- 1:14:12Speaker 14: of course not.
- 1:14:12Speaker 2: They ain't.
- 1:14:13Speaker 8: Ain't look but they told you, well they how many
- 1:14:16Speaker 8: times you ain't been on date because your ass was short?
- 1:14:18Speaker 8: Though well, they probably didn't. They probably did me that
- 1:14:23Speaker 8: how many times? Look at how many times you ain't
- 1:14:25Speaker 8: going no date?
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: Because you continued? This is argument will have that has.
- 1:14:30Speaker 8: A lot to do with your facial features, because if
- 1:14:32Speaker 8: she can't see them because she's over at the top
- 1:14:34Speaker 8: of your head.
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: More of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up at
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: twenty minutes after right after this.
- 1:14:40Speaker 2: You don't have no expression on his face. That's the
- 1:14:42Speaker 2: top of his head.
- 1:14:43Speaker 8: Girl.
- 1:14:45Speaker 12: You're listening Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: Well, guys, we're about thirteen days away from election day.
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: Early voting has started in Georgia, Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut,
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: South Carolina, Hawaii, Missouri, Utah, and Wisconsin. So please find
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: your Potland place and make your plan to vote early. Okay,
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: you should vote early. Yeah, vote early. I voted last Friday. Yes, yes,
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: you should vote early. As a solution to combat your
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: to combat voter suppression on election day. You don't want
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: to be in those long lines or whatever it's going
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: to be on election day, vote early. Early voting also
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: assures that your vote is counted without having to endure
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: long lines or scheduling conflicts. Early voting helps accommodate your
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: busy schedule. So Steve Harvey, Nation, let's go and let's
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: vote early.
- 1:15:42Speaker 14: Let's get yeah, you're here. We've been talking about this
- 1:15:46Speaker 14: how many months? Let's get it.
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: Yeah, and see if you've got to admit, Vice President
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: Harris has run a brilliant campaign in a short amount
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: of time. Look at what she accomplished. She has put
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: the work in. She really really, I.
- 1:16:01Speaker 8: Think as well said she's run a brilliant campaign with
- 1:16:05Speaker 8: such a short amount of time.
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: Yeah, and she's done her part. We need to get
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: in there and support her, you know, and do our part. Now,
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: it is not a drill then.
- 1:16:17Speaker 2: I'll tell you that right now.
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, I was so proud to vote for her.
- 1:16:21Speaker 8: I just really was.
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: I was so proud. What a feeling that is?
- 1:16:25Speaker 2: All right?
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: Coming up in thirty three minutes after the hour, we'll
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: switch gears and play around it. Would you rather? Right
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: after this you're listening.
- 1:16:34Speaker 12: Morning show?
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: It is time now for a round of would you rather?
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: Would you rather listen? Guys, would you rather go on
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: a silent, no talking retreat for one week? Or would
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: you rather go on a week long vacation with someone
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: who never shuts up?
- 1:16:50Speaker 8: Hey?
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: Well, uh huh, okay, let's go with you tune your
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: what you said?
- 1:16:57Speaker 11: What?
- 1:16:58Speaker 13: Because if they talk, I can talk to I care
- 1:17:01Speaker 13: what they're saying. I'm gonna say something too.
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: So you said b so Yeah, he definitely said.
- 1:17:06Speaker 6: Me sitting there not saying they're not gonna happen.
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: Uh huh, Tommy, I could do I don't really want nobody.
- 1:17:14Speaker 2: Yeah, now can we do it? Though? And still not
- 1:17:17Speaker 2: say nothing.
- 1:17:20Speaker 13: That you can do that.
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: All the time?
- 1:17:24Speaker 9: What really?
- 1:17:26Speaker 12: Not saying.
- 1:17:28Speaker 11: Not ten?
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: Yes?
- 1:17:32Speaker 2: I know how to holler silently.
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: She's not saying anything either. That could be a problem.
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: All right, bor, Yeah, I've.
- 1:17:47Speaker 6: Been grateful to anything.
- 1:17:48Speaker 8: Oh no, I'm quiet. I'm gonna enjoy that. I don't
- 1:17:51Speaker 8: think people understand the joy of being quiet.
- 1:17:55Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:17:56Speaker 2: Give me a fishing rod and I'm good.
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, all right. Would you rather have eyes that
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: can film everything or ears that can record everything?
- 1:18:07Speaker 14: Oh that's a good question. Yeah, I keep filming some stuff.
- 1:18:11Speaker 14: Oh lord, where's we running it back?
- 1:18:15Speaker 8: Yet? I need to remember everything?
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: So you're you're you want eyes or ears?
- 1:18:24Speaker 2: I'm going with the ears. I want to remember what
- 1:18:29Speaker 2: guy said. You know, I don't forget nothing. I see,
- 1:18:32Speaker 2: I got that, all right.
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: Would you rather have just one close friend or many
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: not so close friends? One one close.
- 1:18:41Speaker 2: Friend, one that one for show is always good?
- 1:18:46Speaker 8: All right?
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: Would you rather be single or married?
- 1:18:50Speaker 2: Shut up.
- 1:18:55Speaker 11: Question?
- 1:18:57Speaker 6: I am out, Well, I don't have one.
- 1:19:02Speaker 9: I just got it.
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: Too much. Get the answer, and what is it today?
- 1:19:10Speaker 6: Get married?
- 1:19:12Speaker 9: I'm not going to say this.
- 1:19:14Speaker 13: Steve sitting here and Thomas said, I No, I don't care.
- 1:19:16Speaker 6: I'm not saying nothing.
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: No, you're getting smart about it now, I see, all right?
- 1:19:21Speaker 8: But it is some actual days where you can get
- 1:19:26Speaker 8: different answers.
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: What's the answer? Today?
- 1:19:30Speaker 2: So happy?
- 1:19:31Speaker 8: I can't believe it just happened. Happen.
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: That's so sweet, guys, it really is.
- 1:19:37Speaker 2: Overall. I ain't gonna lie to you.
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: That's sweet, all right.
- 1:19:41Speaker 2: But I looked out the window and went, okay.
- 1:19:43Speaker 11: Now.
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: That's today's round. It would you rather before you get
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: yourself in trouble.
- 1:19:49Speaker 2: Sir, I've been in court before.
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: Coming up forty minutes after the hour, the last break of.
- 1:19:56Speaker 12: The day.
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: With the one Steve Harvey. Crazy you're listening.
- 1:20:04Speaker 12: Morning show?
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: All right, guys, here we are last break of the
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: day on this Tuesday, Steve. We just have a few
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: more days left before November days.
- 1:20:15Speaker 2: Yes, you know, listen, folks, it's go time.
- 1:20:19Speaker 8: Simple as that. It's no more talking about we'reing decisive.
- 1:20:23Speaker 8: It's no more trying to figure out who the better
- 1:20:26Speaker 8: candidate is. That's been decided a long time ago. The
- 1:20:31Speaker 8: better candidate was obvious. It was a better candidate when
- 1:20:34Speaker 8: Joe Biden was running. But now clearly there's a better candidate.
- 1:20:41Speaker 8: She's even more capable to fulfill the duties and obligations.
- 1:20:47Speaker 8: She has the energy, the wherewithal the experience in politics,
- 1:20:52Speaker 8: she's absolutely brilliant, and she doesn't come with all the
- 1:20:58Speaker 8: baggage and scars and damage.
- 1:21:00Speaker 2: You know.
- 1:21:01Speaker 8: I was talking to somebody overseas the other day and
- 1:21:05Speaker 8: they said, what is it that you don't like about
- 1:21:10Speaker 8: Donald Trump? And I said, well, if you have time,
- 1:21:15Speaker 8: let me just start with this. I have watched throughout
- 1:21:19Speaker 8: history and I've learned through self experience that in order
- 1:21:22Speaker 8: to be a great leader, you must first be a
- 1:21:25Speaker 8: great servant. If you look at all the great leaders
- 1:21:28Speaker 8: in the world, they were great servants. Even Barack Obama,
- 1:21:31Speaker 8: he did community work long before he got in his Senate,
- 1:21:35Speaker 8: long before he got in the White House. If you
- 1:21:38Speaker 8: look at Nelson Mandela, he was a servant of people
- 1:21:41Speaker 8: before he became imprisoned and then president of the same
- 1:21:45Speaker 8: nation that imprisoned him for twenty seven years or so.
- 1:21:50Speaker 8: When you look at Martin Luther King, what made Martin
- 1:21:52Speaker 8: Luther King great was he was a servant of the
- 1:21:56Speaker 8: people and became one of our great leaders. If you
- 1:22:00Speaker 8: look at all people who are greatly if you look
- 1:22:03Speaker 8: at Gandhi, Gandhi was a serve. You look at Mother Teresa,
- 1:22:07Speaker 8: I don't know you can go down the list anywhere
- 1:22:09Speaker 8: you want. When you find a person that was a
- 1:22:11Speaker 8: great leader is because they have been in the service
- 1:22:15Speaker 8: part of life first, because that gives you a heart
- 1:22:20Speaker 8: for people, that gives you an idea of how to
- 1:22:24Speaker 8: lead them. Donald Trump has been rich his entire life.
- 1:22:30Speaker 8: He has never served anyone, and all you have to
- 1:22:35Speaker 8: do is look at the campaign and it just reeks
- 1:22:39Speaker 8: of him not willing to serve anybody. Now, everything he
- 1:22:45Speaker 8: says out of his mouth is self serving. It's nothing
- 1:22:49Speaker 8: to do with you. What he does do with you
- 1:22:52Speaker 8: is try to control you with fear. The Haitians is
- 1:22:56Speaker 8: eating dogs in Ohio. What where that come from? Everybody
- 1:23:02Speaker 8: that comes across the borders, rapists and murderous, That's not true.
- 1:23:08Speaker 8: Everything is to control you with fear. Then, the stupidest
- 1:23:13Speaker 8: statement one of them was when you allow these illegal
- 1:23:17Speaker 8: immigrants to come across the border that're taking your black jobs?
- 1:23:22Speaker 8: Oh really, so, now, what you think they coming over
- 1:23:26Speaker 8: to do is costing us an employment.
- 1:23:29Speaker 2: Remember when he went.
- 1:23:31Speaker 8: To Puerto Rico when they had that horrible hurricane, throwing
- 1:23:35Speaker 8: paper towels. Remember that that's because he's never he's never
- 1:23:41Speaker 8: served before. He doesn't get it. He doesn't get it.
- 1:23:46Speaker 8: He thinks that I'm here, the old great Savior. I'm here,
- 1:23:50Speaker 8: I'm tossing paper towels out to people. What man, These
- 1:23:55Speaker 8: people's lives were devastated and turned upside down. You tossing
- 1:23:59Speaker 8: paper tiles. He is so self serving? Man, So who
- 1:24:04Speaker 8: is the better candidate? Kamala Harris? Now to the Le'Veon
- 1:24:09Speaker 8: Bells and the Antonio Browns who are standing there hugging
- 1:24:13Speaker 8: on him taking pictures.
- 1:24:15Speaker 6: Bruhs.
- 1:24:16Speaker 2: Really, and then you made that.
- 1:24:19Speaker 8: Ignorant comment trump or tramp. You know, man, when you
- 1:24:24Speaker 8: do that in front of people about you know, And
- 1:24:28Speaker 8: that's another thing. I want sisters to hold your head up,
- 1:24:31Speaker 8: because black men do feel great about you. We feel
- 1:24:34Speaker 8: great about our mothers, about our women, about about babies mamas,
- 1:24:38Speaker 8: about our wives, about our girlfriends, about our fiances, about
- 1:24:42Speaker 8: our daughters, about our sisters. We do feel good about you,
- 1:24:46Speaker 8: and we do support you, and we do want the
- 1:24:47Speaker 8: best for you. Don't let these few little scallywag as
- 1:24:52Speaker 8: pie back ass dudes that come along with their little
- 1:24:55Speaker 8: punk ass impressions and make you think black men don't
- 1:24:58Speaker 8: support black women, because we because we do, and stop
- 1:25:04Speaker 8: using all these examples of talking about when a celebrity
- 1:25:07Speaker 8: get here, get a white woman, when a basketball player
- 1:25:10Speaker 8: get hurt. You know how mean basketball players got black wives?
- 1:25:13Speaker 8: You know, I mean celebrities got black wives. Come on, man,
- 1:25:15Speaker 8: the number is outstanding. The number is outstanding. So listen
- 1:25:19Speaker 8: to me. We in good shape if we just get
- 1:25:22Speaker 8: to the polls and vote. It's just that simple. She
- 1:25:25Speaker 8: is a better candidate.
- 1:25:26Speaker 2: She's just a better person.
- 1:25:28Speaker 8: And I hate to tell y'all something, but the person
- 1:25:31Speaker 8: and the candidate happen to be the same people. I
- 1:25:35Speaker 8: don't know how y'all getting this confused that you think
- 1:25:38Speaker 8: that Donald Trump will make a better candidate when he's
- 1:25:40Speaker 8: simply not a great person. I don't understand how you
- 1:25:44Speaker 8: keep getting that confused. There's a lot of closet Republicans
- 1:25:48Speaker 8: who are sick and tired of his rhetoric and are
- 1:25:51Speaker 8: gonna walk in there and they're gonna pull that ballot
- 1:25:54Speaker 8: for Kamala Harris. I think there's a lot of them
- 1:25:57Speaker 8: that's gonna stay home. But I think we've been rejuvenated.
- 1:26:04Speaker 2: We've been.
- 1:26:06Speaker 8: I can't think of the other word, but we about
- 1:26:09Speaker 8: it energized. We've been energized by Kamala Harris, and we're
- 1:26:14Speaker 8: gonna show up at the polls and it's gold time.
- 1:26:16Speaker 8: Let's stop this foolishness, stop all these debates, ignorant hass
- 1:26:20Speaker 8: talking about I'm not voting for her. She ain't really black?
- 1:26:23Speaker 6: Well what is she thed?
- 1:26:25Speaker 2: But she ain't black? Okay, boy is Trump? Though? You know,
- 1:26:30Speaker 2: I'm just not understanding. So let's go.
