- 1:31Speaker 6: I can't.
- 1:41Speaker 1: To turn the mouth turn.
- 1:43Speaker 5: You probably got to turn mouth turn a wad of
- 1:47Speaker 5: the mona.
- 1:49Speaker 7: Look me, come.
- 1:58Speaker 8: Come out, you're th.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Huh, I sure will. Good morning everybody. You are listening
- 2:05Speaker 2: to the voice, come on dig me now. One and only.
- 2:08Speaker 2: Steve Harvey got a radio show. Yeah, man, Steve Harvey
- 2:13Speaker 2: got a radio show. Trying to do something with it too. Man.
- 2:17Speaker 2: You know, I was having a conversation the other day
- 2:22Speaker 2: with a young person and they were telling me how
- 2:25Speaker 2: they felt that their life was stuck, that their life
- 2:28Speaker 2: was in a rut, that they didn't know what to
- 2:33Speaker 2: do next. And one of the things that was causing
- 2:36Speaker 2: them this sadness or this depression. I mean, they're really
- 2:41Speaker 2: really into something right now. One of the things that
- 2:43Speaker 2: was causing it was the fact that they had made
- 2:48Speaker 2: a list of things they wanted to accomplish by a
- 2:52Speaker 2: certain age, and that age they just had a birthday recently,
- 3:00Speaker 2: and they were looking at the list and the list
- 3:05Speaker 2: hadn't been fulfilled, and because that list hadn't been fulfilled,
- 3:13Speaker 2: they were really really sad about it. You know. One
- 3:18Speaker 2: of the things that they had on the list was marriage, kids,
- 3:24Speaker 2: and I don't know everything else that was on the list,
- 3:27Speaker 2: but that was one of them. And because she had
- 3:29Speaker 2: reached a certain age and she wasn't married, and she
- 3:32Speaker 2: didn't have the kids, and she had just celebrated a birthday,
- 3:37Speaker 2: she's gone into this mode of sadness where it's really
- 3:42Speaker 2: really taken a toll on her. And as I was
- 3:47Speaker 2: learning about her situation, I was thinking about it, and
- 3:53Speaker 2: I just wanted to share this with you all this
- 3:55Speaker 2: morning that one of the things about making a list
- 3:59Speaker 2: about what you want, which I happen to be a
- 4:01Speaker 2: proponent of, I do it myself. People have dream boards.
- 4:06Speaker 2: I have a goal sheet. I've been doing it for years.
- 4:10Speaker 2: It's a wonderful way to set goals and to keep
- 4:14Speaker 2: it in front of you as a constant reminder. And
- 4:16Speaker 2: I always go over this gold list every day, you know,
- 4:20Speaker 2: I mean I go with it all the time every day.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Sometimes I miss a day here and there, but mostly
- 4:26Speaker 2: every day I pull my goal sheet out and I
- 4:28Speaker 2: look at it, I read it. So I was going
- 4:30Speaker 2: to these rallies and I was learning about you know,
- 4:34Speaker 2: people who are successful in how they kept their mind
- 4:36Speaker 2: writing possible. And one of the things I learned was
- 4:38Speaker 2: to make these dream boards, these lists, these gold sheets,
- 4:42Speaker 2: and in making a goal sheet, and you make the
- 4:46Speaker 2: sheet according to what you want, think about one thing
- 4:51Speaker 2: when you made your goal sheet, about what you wanted?
- 4:55Speaker 2: Does your goal sheet have on it what God wants
- 4:58Speaker 2: from you? Did you ask in any of this what
- 5:02Speaker 2: was His will in your life?
- 5:05Speaker 9: You know?
- 5:05Speaker 2: Look, man, what we want oftentimes is not what He
- 5:10Speaker 2: wants for us. And you know, if you're fighting against
- 5:14Speaker 2: what you were created for, if you're fighting against his will,
- 5:18Speaker 2: I mean, what do you want to happen? See? Don't
- 5:22Speaker 2: be so hard on yourself when you look at your
- 5:24Speaker 2: goal sheet and you look at what you've not become
- 5:27Speaker 2: what you thought was a great idea. Don't be so
- 5:30Speaker 2: hard on yourself because you just made a minded mistake.
- 5:33Speaker 2: As do most people, we oftentimes make our goals and
- 5:36Speaker 2: set our goals up without ever considering what is it
- 5:39Speaker 2: that God wants from us. We keep talking about what
- 5:42Speaker 2: we want without ever finding out and knowing what it
- 5:45Speaker 2: is God wants for us. Well, guess what, man, maybe
- 5:49Speaker 2: you're fighting against the grain. Maybe you just a salmon
- 5:51Speaker 2: heading upstream. That's a tough fight upstream. Not all salmons
- 5:55Speaker 2: get up to the spawning grounds, you know. Some of
- 5:58Speaker 2: them don't make it upstream, you know. But all of them,
- 6:01Speaker 2: nearly all of them, except the ones that's killed by pray.
- 6:04Speaker 2: When they're spawn they go out to the ocean. That's
- 6:06Speaker 2: cool because you're going because you're going with the grain.
- 6:09Speaker 2: You're going downstream, You going with the flow. That's but
- 6:13Speaker 2: when it's time to go against the grain, it's tough.
- 6:16Speaker 2: And a lot of us have just been going against
- 6:18Speaker 2: the grain for all of these years. But you know what, listen, man,
- 6:22Speaker 2: I did it. I know a lot of people who
- 6:24Speaker 2: did it. Very few people get it right from the
- 6:28Speaker 2: very beginning. Man, you got to stumble through life sometimes
- 6:31Speaker 2: sometimes you got to fall through life. You got to
- 6:34Speaker 2: make a lot of mistakes, man, But these mistakes are
- 6:37Speaker 2: not failures. You know, when you fail, it's something. Don't
- 6:39Speaker 2: look at it as a failure. Don't look at yourself
- 6:41Speaker 2: as a failure. Because you're thirty and your goals ain't reached.
- 6:45Speaker 2: That you had on your list. That was your list.
- 6:48Speaker 2: What about the things that's going right? Stop looking at
- 6:52Speaker 2: what you're not, take some time out and thank God
- 6:55Speaker 2: for what you are. How about the fact that you
- 6:57Speaker 2: keep waking up to be thirty? You know you get
- 6:59Speaker 2: depressed out these birthdays. You really want to throw yourself
- 7:02Speaker 2: in some depression. Miss a birthday, You really got a problem.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Now look at where you are. You keep reaching birthdays.
- 7:10Speaker 2: That's a glorious blessing. You keep waking up. You got
- 7:13Speaker 2: your health, You've accomplished something. Something on your list is done.
- 7:17Speaker 2: People spend too much time on the negative side, and
- 7:20Speaker 2: you're just throwing yourself into depression. So what you want
- 7:23Speaker 2: to be married by a certain age and you wanted
- 7:25Speaker 2: to have kids, Okay, cool, you could have done all
- 7:28Speaker 2: that with the wrong person. There's a blessing in not
- 7:31Speaker 2: being married to the wrong person. There's a blessing in
- 7:34Speaker 2: not having kids and nobody to help you raise it.
- 7:36Speaker 2: There's a blessing in that man. You're talking to somebody
- 7:39Speaker 2: who can tell it to you. You can marry the
- 7:41Speaker 2: wrong person if you want to. I'm telling you you're
- 7:44Speaker 2: gonna be up in some mess. You can't count on
- 7:46Speaker 2: So instead of being angry because you're not married, you
- 7:50Speaker 2: don't have kids, why don't you thank God the man?
- 7:52Speaker 2: Maybe he spared you from some misery here. Maybe you
- 7:55Speaker 2: could have married the wrong person. Maybe you have kids
- 7:57Speaker 2: and you're not really ready to be a mother or
- 7:59Speaker 2: a father. You gotta look at the upside, man, Quit
- 8:02Speaker 2: looking at what you don't have. Take some time to
- 8:05Speaker 2: thank God for what you do have. When you do that,
- 8:07Speaker 2: you make more room for blessings to flow into your life.
- 8:11Speaker 2: I'm not saying how God thinks, cause I really don't know,
- 8:14Speaker 2: but I'm telling you if a person comes to me
- 8:18Speaker 2: and I always give a person something and they never
- 8:21Speaker 2: appear grateful, or they never say thank you, please, know
- 8:24Speaker 2: you can quit coming to me now. I don't notice
- 8:28Speaker 2: how God works because I've gone back to him several
- 8:31Speaker 2: times without being grateful of thanking him, and he's filled
- 8:34Speaker 2: my basket up again. So I really think he's not
- 8:38Speaker 2: like that. But I can't make the call for sure.
- 8:41Speaker 2: But I think at one point in time, me it's
- 8:45Speaker 2: just me talking, I'd be a little ticked off at
- 8:47Speaker 2: somebody who was always taking, taking, taking, and never showing
- 8:51Speaker 2: any gratitude. At one point in time, I would just
- 8:54Speaker 2: stop the flow of the take you know, you just
- 8:57Speaker 2: you can't take no more from me. That's what I
- 8:59Speaker 2: would do. Now. I'm not calling it like that because
- 9:02Speaker 2: I ain't him, but I know he's merciful, He's full
- 9:05Speaker 2: of goodness and he and he'll forgive you. And thank
- 9:08Speaker 2: God he does that because he's show enough done it
- 9:11Speaker 2: for me. But wow, man, take some time out today
- 9:13Speaker 2: and be grateful for what you have. Stop complaining about
- 9:16Speaker 2: where you not and think about where you are, and
- 9:19Speaker 2: then take it from there. And the next time you
- 9:22Speaker 2: make a list, make sure on that list you have
- 9:24Speaker 2: God's will. What does he want for you? Does God
- 9:27Speaker 2: create give everybody a gift and a talent. Some of
- 9:30Speaker 2: us never apply gifts and talents. We head off in
- 9:33Speaker 2: another direction. Then you wonder why your life ain't where
- 9:36Speaker 2: it's supposed to be. Have you ever thought about what
- 9:38Speaker 2: God gifted you to do? Have you ever thought about
- 9:41Speaker 2: doing that? And step skip what you want. I wanted
- 9:43Speaker 2: to play in the NBA, but I got to tell
- 9:45Speaker 2: you something. At dribbling and shooting and running all at
- 9:48Speaker 2: one time throwing me off a little bit, you know,
- 9:51Speaker 2: they just so I'm doing what I do it's pretty cool.
- 9:55Speaker 2: You canna look at it that way.
- 9:56Speaker 10: Okay, you're listening Morning show.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen. Again God has done it again. Another
- 10:06Speaker 2: great day, another opportunity show. Grateful to your heavenly Father.
- 10:09Speaker 2: Appreciate everything you've ever done for me. I appreciate the
- 10:12Speaker 2: measure of health that I have. I appreciate the healing
- 10:14Speaker 2: that you bring it to my body. I appreciate the
- 10:17Speaker 2: sound mind that I function in, the sound mind that
- 10:21Speaker 2: I function in for me. Everybody don't think I'm a
- 10:24Speaker 2: sound mind, but that's their problem. That is not I'm
- 10:31Speaker 2: perfectly to me. To me, I'm clicking on all cylinders.
- 10:37Speaker 2: I don't even know what people be talking about. What's
- 10:40Speaker 2: wrong with you? You tripping? No, I'm fine, Thank you Lord,
- 10:46Speaker 2: Thank you, Lord, Steve Harvey, Marni Show, Shelly Strawberry, Calinfreil, Mississippi,
- 10:51Speaker 2: Monica Junior, the legend that is Nephew Tommy Jr. What's
- 10:58Speaker 2: on your mind?
- 10:59Speaker 10: Man?
- 11:03Speaker 11: Of sound mind?
- 11:06Speaker 2: You think I don't? I mean, I'm convinced, you know,
- 11:13Speaker 2: I'm like one hundred I don't. I don't even understand
- 11:16Speaker 2: what people looking at me, man, they be squinting. I
- 11:18Speaker 2: gonna you can unsquinch your eyes, unsquint what things be
- 11:25Speaker 2: looking at me and squint their eyes, frowning their little
- 11:28Speaker 2: nose up. You can you can quit doing all that. Dog,
- 11:32Speaker 2: I'm not finn to change because you done squinted your
- 11:34Speaker 2: eyes and put the wrinkle on your nose.
- 11:36Speaker 12: I don't why, but you think some of the stuff
- 11:40Speaker 12: you say it's actually a sound mind.
- 11:42Speaker 11: You think that's what you really believe that a lot of.
- 11:44Speaker 2: This stuff, Junior, I actually ran it by myself doing
- 11:47Speaker 2: sid I have very few stuff that fly. Oh, I
- 11:53Speaker 2: couldn't help myself. You know, some of it get out
- 11:56Speaker 2: like that, and then some of it like even after
- 11:58Speaker 2: I run it by myself anyway, And then you know
- 12:04Speaker 2: I'm a sound mine.
- 12:06Speaker 11: I guarantee you you're not a sound mind. I know
- 12:09Speaker 11: you in south.
- 12:09Speaker 2: Well, let me say this to you. If I didn't
- 12:12Speaker 2: have this mind, who's mine? Would you recommend? I mean? Who?
- 12:17Speaker 4: Who?
- 12:17Speaker 2: You tell me? Give me? Give me a couple of
- 12:19Speaker 2: people you think has sound mind. Just give me a
- 12:22Speaker 2: couple of examples, doctor, doctor Marluther King. Okay, you're putting
- 12:27Speaker 2: him on doctor, Yeah that's a sound No, no, no, no, no,
- 12:31Speaker 2: he's not putting me doctor King. He said doctor King
- 12:33Speaker 2: had sound mind as compared to I don't. That's what
- 12:38Speaker 2: he said. But now doctor King is his past. Okay,
- 12:43Speaker 2: who else? Okay, Malcolm x by any Yeah, I'm trying
- 12:48Speaker 2: to figure out where where is the joy?
- 12:49Speaker 11: Sidney Poitier?
- 12:51Speaker 2: Everybody? Did he bringing up Sidney Poitier? Yeah? Sound I didn't.
- 12:56Speaker 2: I didn't know him. Where is this going? I mean,
- 13:04Speaker 2: I'm just trying. You ain't got nobody.
- 13:06Speaker 1: Current current, Denzel and them, my grandmother your.
- 13:11Speaker 2: Yeah, you're who my grandmother did. No, I'm nothing fake
- 13:15Speaker 2: like your grandmama. Obama, No, I'm not. I'm not finna
- 13:21Speaker 2: care for you like that. That's what's wrong with your
- 13:24Speaker 2: glass now. Too many people, baby, and you. I'm not
- 13:26Speaker 2: gonna act like your grandmama. And so I asked to
- 13:29Speaker 2: work setting your damn all right, Oh, the Laurel clock
- 13:33Speaker 2: is what you need to learn how to do.
- 13:35Speaker 1: It's Monday, so we're gonna move on and get to
- 13:39Speaker 1: church complaints coming up at thirty two minutes after the
- 13:41Speaker 1: hour right after this you're listening morning show. It is Monday,
- 13:48Speaker 1: so you know what that means. It is time for
- 13:50Speaker 1: church complaints with Reverend Motown and we dam.
- 13:55Speaker 2: We full bam yeah, as we pnificate come out here
- 14:03Speaker 2: on this vitorious morning, yes of jubilee, we recognize in
- 14:11Speaker 2: a myanonical way that they is one but one yea
- 14:19Speaker 2: ooh posteriously. Yeah, we wonder in absolute contritement that this
- 14:28Speaker 2: be the beneficial area for a contrary of the missionary
- 14:36Speaker 2: of the missionary. Lord Lettle, start preaching, so we can
- 14:41Speaker 2: get on with the complaint. And what do you have today?
- 14:45Speaker 6: All right, pastor, let's get down to it, Brother Cedric Davis.
- 14:50Speaker 6: I created a time machine. A time machine. He is
- 14:56Speaker 6: asking if you do not mind going back in time.
- 15:00Speaker 6: He wants to send you to nineteen forty seven to
- 15:04Speaker 6: take a kindom to Donald Trump's daddy and uh help this,
- 15:10Speaker 6: uh where I'll be.
- 15:11Speaker 2: A better place. That's when he's asking. I'm gonna let
- 15:14Speaker 2: you know right now, I'm not getting into damn time
- 15:18Speaker 2: machine to go back to nineteen forty seven to stop nothing.
- 15:21Speaker 2: Because even if I handed Don's daddy to condom, what
- 15:26Speaker 2: else is I gonna do in nineteen forty seven? Of course,
- 15:30Speaker 2: she that is the problem we have now with mister Trump.
- 15:35Speaker 2: He wants to make a miracle great again. Now what
- 15:39Speaker 2: he probably talking about forty seven. I'm not going and
- 15:44Speaker 2: and and and and and and and and and and
- 15:47Speaker 2: what did Kamala Harris say? We're not going back, right,
- 15:51Speaker 2: that's right? And also there'll be no going back, all right?
- 15:59Speaker 2: All right?
- 15:59Speaker 6: Moving along, Brother Stevie and Shanidria Bona. Brother Stevie and
- 16:06Speaker 6: Shanidra Bona, we're getting married at the courthouse on Friday morning.
- 16:11Speaker 6: But they found out that Brother Stevie had warrants, so
- 16:15Speaker 6: the wedding was stopped right there. Thirty five hundred dollars
- 16:19Speaker 6: is old. He is actually locked up in jail, asking
- 16:23Speaker 6: if the church can bail him out.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Church don't do bail, yo, We don't do bail money.
- 16:31Speaker 2: We don't put money on books, we don't pay no
- 16:35Speaker 2: legal fees whiskey. In other words, stay your ass out
- 16:39Speaker 2: of trouble.
- 16:40Speaker 4: Right again?
- 16:45Speaker 2: What if we have in church for if you ain't
- 16:47Speaker 2: gonna listen to the sir.
- 16:51Speaker 6: Great words, sir, Well, here's another issue with some money.
- 16:55Speaker 6: The doctor changed Sister Jocelyn do date from August September.
- 17:01Speaker 6: That's the Lorenda asked if they're gonna change the daddy
- 17:05Speaker 6: now since the date has changed, and they both uh,
- 17:08Speaker 6: they both in jail for fighting Bill and said it
- 17:10Speaker 6: six thousand dollars?
- 17:11Speaker 2: Do you want to help get them out of there?
- 17:15Speaker 9: Are you?
- 17:15Speaker 2: Are you not listening? Another note? We don't do no legal,
- 17:22Speaker 2: illegal contributions of any kind, bill, legal fees, no fines,
- 17:30Speaker 2: We don't do none of that, paying tickets, nothing, nothing.
- 17:36Speaker 2: All right, I'm just Matthew. It does not change the daddy.
- 17:41Speaker 2: The daddy or the baby has already been determined. Now, women'ses,
- 17:48Speaker 2: that's having this situation. Boo back, women's backtrack and go
- 17:55Speaker 2: through your timeline of these misses so you can see
- 18:00Speaker 2: where you at now if there's any confusion, if I were,
- 18:05Speaker 2: you picked the one with the more money.
- 18:09Speaker 1: He again, appreciate that year.
- 18:15Speaker 2: All right. We got an issue here.
- 18:17Speaker 6: Our eighty three year old sister, Darris Faye had to
- 18:21Speaker 6: get together in her house on yesterday and Sarah some
- 18:24Speaker 6: of the he served, what she said was adult beverages.
- 18:28Speaker 6: He had met a use, made a museler and ensure
- 18:32Speaker 6: and everybody didn't make it to the bathroom. They want
- 18:36Speaker 6: you to actually put her out of the church for this,
- 18:39Speaker 6: this foolishness right here.
- 18:40Speaker 2: But she she served uh met a mussela.
- 18:43Speaker 6: And insure at beverage for drinks and it just got
- 18:47Speaker 6: completely I've been.
- 18:48Speaker 2: At parties like this or they told she told you
- 18:52Speaker 2: they was adult beverages. I was at a party one
- 18:55Speaker 2: time at a senior citizen hall and they was doing.
- 18:58Speaker 11: Castle all shots, get you right.
- 19:03Speaker 2: Yes, And one of them had the dessert. Was you
- 19:10Speaker 2: know how you do ice cream with Baileys on it?
- 19:14Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 19:15Speaker 2: One of them was doing ice cream with Vic's formula
- 19:19Speaker 2: forty four on it cherry flavor.
- 19:26Speaker 4: That.
- 19:26Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 19:26Speaker 2: You gotta you gotta watch old people home. They trick you.
- 19:30Speaker 2: They're gonna get you into medicine. Prop him though cast
- 19:34Speaker 2: all shots, Hello, Hello, Hello shot, get that down.
- 19:46Speaker 6: Hand everything. This is an announcement passed out since the freedom.
- 19:51Speaker 6: William said, whomever lost a stack of a hundreds rolled
- 19:56Speaker 6: up in a rubber band inside a paper bag, He said,
- 20:00Speaker 6: she has the rubber band. If you still want it,
- 20:03Speaker 6: I said, you're gonna have the top of that money.
- 20:06Speaker 6: You're gonna have to understand, I understand if you want
- 20:11Speaker 6: this rubber band, we have that. That's just you know,
- 20:16Speaker 6: you gotta take Christians where they at. You know, everybody
- 20:19Speaker 6: ain't full.
- 20:20Speaker 2: Time Christians, you know, at least she's returning the rubber
- 20:24Speaker 2: band in the bag out, and there's a bag in
- 20:28Speaker 2: the rubble band. You never know you might have to
- 20:30Speaker 2: pack a lunch tomorrow or them hundreds is gone, though,
- 20:36Speaker 2: But I do appreciate her form of honesty. She never
- 20:40Speaker 2: said where them hundreds was? Did she?
- 20:44Speaker 9: All?
- 20:44Speaker 4: Right?
- 20:46Speaker 1: Thank you? Reverend Motown Deacon Death jam with our church
- 20:48Speaker 1: complaints for today. Coming up next, it is Ask the
- 20:52Speaker 1: CLO You're.
- 20:53Speaker 10: Listening morning show.
- 20:56Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour, comedian Earthquake
- 20:59Speaker 1: will be joining us to talk about his two big
- 21:01Speaker 1: shows in DC this weekend. You don't want to miss that.
- 21:05Speaker 1: Plus this TV show called Johnson and his upcoming Netflix
- 21:10Speaker 1: special Earthquake is busy. That's all at the top of
- 21:13Speaker 1: the hour, But right now it is time to ask
- 21:16Speaker 1: the CLO. Our Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey visit from
- 21:20Speaker 1: Shelley and Carrollton Shelley Wrights. I'm a forty four year
- 21:23Speaker 1: old married woman and I want a bigger house. My
- 21:26Speaker 1: husband wants to renovate our current house. I've sent him
- 21:30Speaker 1: listings of houses and he finds something wrong with all
- 21:34Speaker 1: of them. How do I convince him that it's time
- 21:36Speaker 1: for us to upgrade.
- 21:38Speaker 2: Well, he don't want that financial pressure office. You know,
- 21:43Speaker 2: you need to see. I understand you want the house
- 21:45Speaker 2: and there's nothing wrong with that, and you want to upgrade.
- 21:49Speaker 2: He's suggesting renovate the house because he don't want the financials. Wait,
- 21:55Speaker 2: so what you all got to do is a couple
- 21:57Speaker 2: of sit down and discuss what his fears are. Now,
- 22:01Speaker 2: if you can reassure the man that you have saved
- 22:05Speaker 2: enough money or you have enough money to make the
- 22:09Speaker 2: move without him having to feel, you know, inadequate or
- 22:13Speaker 2: like he gonna be under the gun trying to make
- 22:16Speaker 2: this note every month and decrease you'all lifestyle, then you
- 22:19Speaker 2: can get the house. But you're gonna have to have
- 22:21Speaker 2: that conversation with him. I've been in that position back
- 22:24Speaker 2: right there before. You I got what you want, I
- 22:27Speaker 2: got all that, well, well not not always, but yeah,
- 22:36Speaker 2: all right, but you got to show me how you
- 22:38Speaker 2: got to. You know, I'm gonna do this, I could
- 22:41Speaker 2: do that. I'm gonna cut this, I'm gonna do that, Neil,
- 22:43Speaker 2: you know we can go ahead.
- 22:44Speaker 1: Okay, all right, that's fair, that's fair, all right. Moving
- 22:48Speaker 1: on to Kiara and Baton Rouge. Kiara writes, my sister
- 22:51Speaker 1: called me today to tell me that my husband was
- 22:54Speaker 1: hugged up with one of his female friends at the gym.
- 22:57Speaker 1: He said, it's true. He hadn't seen her in a while,
- 23:00Speaker 1: so he gave her a bear hug. Should I be
- 23:02Speaker 1: okay with this? Since he was honest?
- 23:05Speaker 2: They telling it? What's that? I don't? I mean, you know?
- 23:10Speaker 2: Should I be okay with this? Since he was honest?
- 23:15Speaker 2: He said, yeah, I did it. I gave her bell hug.
- 23:17Speaker 2: They was at the gym. There wasn't at the hotel.
- 23:20Speaker 2: They wasn't not having dinner. He saw her at the gym.
- 23:23Speaker 2: He told you he gave her a bear hug at
- 23:26Speaker 2: the gym. He didn't say, I gave up ball hug.
- 23:29Speaker 2: And then we laid down behind one of them treadmills,
- 23:32Speaker 2: you know, went on and reacquainted ourselves with one another.
- 23:35Speaker 2: You know, he didn't say tell her that part, but
- 23:39Speaker 2: it was it was it was nothing else to tell, right,
- 23:45Speaker 2: you know, it was nothing else to tell, So why
- 23:47Speaker 2: make something out of nothing? The man told you his
- 23:50Speaker 2: old friend hadn't seen her, gave a bell hug in
- 23:52Speaker 2: the gym.
- 23:54Speaker 10: That was.
- 23:55Speaker 2: Wife, If you ain't okay with it? What you're gonna do.
- 24:00Speaker 2: You're gonna divorce the man for giving his old friend
- 24:02Speaker 2: a bad hug at the gym. It's your sister that's
- 24:05Speaker 2: creating the damn pro you know, who don't have no
- 24:09Speaker 2: man that we can. That's how. That's how y'all act
- 24:15Speaker 2: when y'all ain't got no bound you ain't happy for
- 24:18Speaker 2: nobody else.
- 24:20Speaker 1: That's not true.
- 24:21Speaker 2: You mean no, no, no, oh shall if you don't
- 24:25Speaker 2: rock pack of dog, the one that holler is the
- 24:29Speaker 2: one you hit now talking to you.
- 24:31Speaker 1: That was a generalization, though, Steve, I'm just saying that
- 24:35Speaker 1: all that doesn't always happen in every situation. That way
- 24:40Speaker 1: out there.
- 24:40Speaker 2: Who are not happy for some damn reason don't want
- 24:47Speaker 2: you to be happy. That ain't no generalization. You're saying
- 24:51Speaker 2: that damn fact. I didn't get to say it. Where
- 24:57Speaker 2: to say it come from?
- 24:58Speaker 1: Yeah, that that's not I hate.
- 25:00Speaker 2: We were not talking. The letter is about her and
- 25:05Speaker 2: her damn we're trying to put this on men. The
- 25:09Speaker 2: man is the victim in here who gave his old
- 25:13Speaker 2: friend a ball, hugs her miserable ass sister that ain't
- 25:17Speaker 2: got no man hewed out here that it says that
- 25:21Speaker 2: if you read it, say that what.
- 25:27Speaker 1: If it was reversed and she hugged a male friend
- 25:30Speaker 1: of hers and your brother called and told you.
- 25:34Speaker 2: Now because my brother, fat ass ain't got nobody either.
- 25:40Speaker 1: Oh so you'll be cool, you fixed it?
- 25:43Speaker 2: No, no, no, it ain't. No, I'll be cool. I'm
- 25:45Speaker 2: telling you. People who call and tell it's because they
- 25:49Speaker 2: not happy. I don't cats, No, listen to me. Ain't no,
- 25:55Speaker 2: not necessarily hate people hate. Hateful people hate you, says
- 26:00Speaker 2: you're trying to.
- 26:01Speaker 1: Say, Hey, that's gonna hate.
- 26:02Speaker 2: But here's the thing.
- 26:03Speaker 1: That's her sister. And she's seen her sister's husband bowed
- 26:07Speaker 1: up with another woman.
- 26:09Speaker 2: She wasn't booed up. He gave the girl a bare hub.
- 26:16Speaker 2: If y'all in a booth at.
- 26:17Speaker 13: A dinner restaurant that's booed up, holding each other, standing,
- 26:24Speaker 13: standing at the damn counter at the hotel room, kissing
- 26:27Speaker 13: in a public gym, knowing her sister is over there,
- 26:33Speaker 13: He knows she over there. All right, we're gonna miss
- 26:37Speaker 13: white ass on that same treadmill every week.
- 26:41Speaker 2: She working out. I switched, I would switch gym.
- 26:47Speaker 1: Wanna stop giving out bear hugs? Yeah, as a married
- 26:50Speaker 1: man or you could do that.
- 26:52Speaker 2: Okay, okay, okay, then I have okay, gone to divorce

- 26:59Speaker 8: All right?
- 26:59Speaker 1: Were moving on, We're moving We're gonna agree to disagree,
- 27:02Speaker 1: like I said. Aiden in Burbank says, my son's mother
- 27:06Speaker 1: is a singer and songwriter. Her new song is about
- 27:10Speaker 1: me and how she will love me forever. My wife
- 27:14Speaker 1: thinks I'm sleeping with her, but I'm not. I can't
- 27:17Speaker 1: control what this crazy lady sings about. How can my
- 27:20Speaker 1: wife blame me for this?
- 27:26Speaker 2: We go again about it? Know the woman? Why is
- 27:34Speaker 2: this hellpa singing about you?
- 27:37Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 27:37Speaker 1: Question?
- 27:38Speaker 2: Mark now here? This man at the house? Ain't she
- 27:42Speaker 2: a singer and a songwriting a song about her new song?
- 27:54Speaker 2: Always love you for.

- 29:27Speaker 2: but we're gonna give him one anyway. I've known this
- 29:31Speaker 2: brother since almost the beginning of my career, before he
- 29:37Speaker 2: even had his career. He was a naval officer. He
- 29:42Speaker 2: came up to my door at a hotel. You know,
- 29:45Speaker 2: I was staying at one of them hotels in Mobile,
- 29:47Speaker 2: Alabama where you could see the door from the parcket lot,
- 29:52Speaker 2: and he came and knocked on the door to introduce himself.
- 29:58Speaker 2: He didn't know that I had a fourteen inch fishing
- 30:02Speaker 2: knife behind my back, ready to stab him if necessary.
- 30:08Speaker 2: It wasn't necessary. He introduced himself and we have been

- 30:35Speaker 2: the MGM National Harbor, and he's got a TV show
- 30:38Speaker 2: called Johnson's which is on Bounce TV. And he's gonna
- 30:42Speaker 2: do his second next Freak comedy special coming up soon.
- 30:44Speaker 2: Let's get to it, Lady Jennifer, the one and only,
- 30:48Speaker 2: the legendary earth quake, earthquake.

- 31:08Speaker 2: the middle of the night come up to my room
- 31:11Speaker 2: in mobile and just knock on the door.
- 31:13Speaker 4: They was about to put me out the military, so
- 31:15Speaker 4: I had to do something.
- 31:17Speaker 9: I was out.
- 31:20Speaker 4: They teund out I wasn't no real sold because the
- 31:22Speaker 4: war broke out. I said, I don't mind practicing for
- 31:24Speaker 4: the war, y'all fight for real. I could have pay
- 31:27Speaker 4: that homie and shot him, so I had to find
- 31:29Speaker 4: another job, the gig. The gig was up. I told him.
- 31:33Speaker 4: I joined the military to get out my mother house.
- 31:36Speaker 4: I could have stayed in DC to get shot at.
- 31:38Speaker 4: So said, let me go knock on this man's doing.
- 31:41Speaker 4: I asked him about this comedy make because he was
- 31:43Speaker 4: so great. And I knocked at the door and Steve
- 31:47Speaker 4: had a knife. I'm telling now, brother, this was in peace.
- 31:54Speaker 2: I know I knew what which room I was in
- 31:56Speaker 2: because the door faced the parking lot that I was
- 32:00Speaker 2: the headliner.
- 32:01Speaker 4: But you know, all right, mon, I'm gonna you wont

- 32:17Speaker 2: So let's get to it. We got two big shows
- 32:19Speaker 2: this weekend at the MGM Grand at the National Harbor
- 32:23Speaker 2: up in DC. What can the audience expect quite what
- 32:27Speaker 2: you taught me?
- 32:27Speaker 4: One hundred percent, number number one.
- 32:30Speaker 2: Hit the SA all that number one.
- 32:33Speaker 4: Baby, number one. You know if you was my next
- 32:37Speaker 4: one special about the new number one hitting nothing right,
- 32:39Speaker 4: nothing but number one, number one, number one Joses Jose.
- 32:43Speaker 4: That works no matter what happened. You taught me that
- 32:46Speaker 4: long time ago. Put the ones in their face like
- 32:49Speaker 4: a straight jam. So it's always for it to come
- 32:51Speaker 4: home and for all my family members. You're not supporting
- 32:55Speaker 4: me by looking for cop pickures not tickets a bit
- 33:02Speaker 4: and it could to be home, man, it should to
- 33:04Speaker 4: be home. And thank you for everything. And Steve, I
- 33:06Speaker 4: just won't let you know, man, you know, let's show
- 33:09Speaker 4: the family is and doctor whom I like him too.
- 33:12Speaker 4: I'm just letting y'all know Steve has never been at
- 33:14Speaker 4: ten thousand. Now I say Steve. We said Steve sixty
- 33:19Speaker 4: seven thousand dollars in ninety two. In ninety two, Uptown
- 33:25Speaker 4: Comedy's going and he stole out some shows tonight. And
- 33:28Speaker 4: when they wrote me that check for sixty seven, Gary
- 33:31Speaker 4: had due game Ado. I didn't even know that money
- 33:34Speaker 4: was in comedy. I said, I ain't looking for no
- 33:38Speaker 4: more job.
- 33:41Speaker 7: Hey, quite, Joe.
- 33:43Speaker 2: Let me tell you what. Quake had a comedy club
- 33:46Speaker 2: with this dude named Gary Opto down in Atlanta, Okay,
- 33:51Speaker 2: And they used to hire me, but I did door
- 33:53Speaker 2: dim And so what I would do I would jump
- 33:56Speaker 2: on the radio down there. Because I was the creator
- 33:59Speaker 2: of black radio Nights in comedy. I started that in
- 34:02Speaker 2: eighty six. I take full credit for that. Don't nobody
- 34:06Speaker 2: know that, But I started black radio nights. I did
- 34:10Speaker 2: four shows a night at Quakes Club when I got that,
- 34:14Speaker 2: Thursday night I would do two. Friday night was full,
- 34:19Speaker 2: Saturday night was full, and Sunday night was four. Quake
- 34:25Speaker 2: am I line line four, and I took and I
- 34:31Speaker 2: did a dough deal. Y'all get a piece of the dough.
- 34:33Speaker 2: I get a piece of the dough. Now, I'm gonna
- 34:35Speaker 2: get the majority of this dough, but you can have
- 34:37Speaker 2: all the drinks and chicken wings you can sell. And
- 34:41Speaker 2: Gary Objoone wrote me a check for sixty seven thousand dollars.
- 34:46Speaker 4: Wow. We called Steve Harvey's deal Ivory sot the dough.
- 35:01Speaker 9: Show.
- 35:01Speaker 4: We took the note man and showed that I was
- 35:04Speaker 4: the true story. The first day he came there, it
- 35:07Speaker 4: was fifty people in the audier. He said, send them home,
- 35:11Speaker 4: Steve Harvey, don't do a show for fifty people. What
- 35:14Speaker 4: are you talking about this? Come pick me up. We're
- 35:20Speaker 4: going through the radio show radio station. That's why I
- 35:23Speaker 4: learned to do radio. He got on the radio and
- 35:26Speaker 4: stayed on there with Mike and Carroll, did four hours
- 35:29Speaker 4: in the radio, and he showed out all the shows
- 35:32Speaker 4: by the time we got back in the car. Know
- 35:34Speaker 4: back then he showed me how to do it the
- 35:37Speaker 4: power radio. So he was telling the truth. He even
- 35:39Speaker 4: showed the power radio being a comedian, and it was
- 35:42Speaker 4: a beautiful level. And I've been eating off of every sin.
- 35:47Speaker 2: Quake. Stay right there, man, when we come back, we're
- 35:49Speaker 2: gonna talk a little bit more about the upcoming show
- 35:52Speaker 2: at the MGM Harbor and we're gonna talk about this
- 35:55Speaker 2: TV show y'all got on bounce called The Brothers. We'll
- 35:59Speaker 2: be right back, but more with Earthquake right after this.
- 36:02Speaker 10: You're listening Morning show.
- 36:05Speaker 2: Hey, y'all, we back our special guests this morning's Earthquake.
- 36:08Speaker 2: On my way out, I said they got this TV
- 36:10Speaker 2: show we're gonna talk about Harbor Brothers. The actual name
- 36:13Speaker 2: of the show was Johnson's but I'm old school, so Brothers.
- 36:17Speaker 2: Johnson was a very famous group, which is the people
- 36:20Speaker 2: who write the song for Hirley Strouperry Letter. That's where
- 36:23Speaker 2: we got it from. Special guest this morning is the legend,
- 36:26Speaker 2: the living legend, comedians, comedians. Everybody loved his boy and
- 36:30Speaker 2: respect it because he hadn't done it the same way
- 36:33Speaker 2: the whole damn time. Earthquake is in the building. Quake.
- 36:37Speaker 2: We're talking about your two big shows this weekend in
- 36:40Speaker 2: DC at the MGM Grand National Harbor. Want everybody to
- 36:45Speaker 2: get out and get the tickets. He's also said family
- 36:47Speaker 2: members supporting him is not getting comp tickets. Get that
- 36:52Speaker 2: out the way. But now quake, let's talk about this man.
- 36:55Speaker 2: You've got a TV show called the Johnson's it's on
- 36:58Speaker 2: Bounce TV. It's about four best friends that had the
- 37:03Speaker 2: same last name Johnson. Your character is dating one of
- 37:09Speaker 2: the guys. Mama, fuck god, quake. You want to tell
- 37:14Speaker 2: us about the showing what's wrong with you?
- 37:17Speaker 4: I'm not wrong with it, man, Mama need love, understand Mama.
- 37:22Speaker 4: Boys I told him, I said, look here, man, don't
- 37:24Speaker 4: just keep knocking on the door, coming over here without
- 37:27Speaker 4: letting us know you coming, because me and Mama's be
- 37:29Speaker 4: having a good time. It's something you can get out
- 37:31Speaker 4: of the house, eating up all the stirring and everything.
- 37:34Speaker 4: This is my woman. Now your mama can your mama
- 37:37Speaker 4: with me? And I have to love to know you
- 37:39Speaker 4: know the light kit brother have a hard time, let
- 37:41Speaker 4: me mama go. Had to break them up. So look here, man,
- 37:45Speaker 4: me and your mama having a good down and I
- 37:48Speaker 4: scoop her up like a good job, you understand, and
- 37:50Speaker 4: showed her the fine of things that life. She had
- 37:53Speaker 4: given it up on life until I came back down
- 37:55Speaker 4: to say now the Lord had blessed me one more time.
- 38:03Speaker 4: Hey man, hey quick, let me.
- 38:06Speaker 2: Ask this question. Who all's on the show? Man? Who
- 38:09Speaker 2: else is on the show with you?
- 38:10Speaker 4: That oh man, there's four brothers. Man, these brothers are
- 38:14Speaker 4: all together and Thomas Jones is about four of them
- 38:17Speaker 4: and they put me on the show. Stay is the
- 38:19Speaker 4: one that hooked me up with wrong And I love
- 38:21Speaker 4: the show brother because it has four brothers. That's something
- 38:24Speaker 4: that we as men got to do more. Heth East
- 38:26Speaker 4: want to accountable take each other because you know, back
- 38:29Speaker 4: in the day, you do something hell your boy, he'll
- 38:32Speaker 4: support you, but he'll pull you to the side. May Man,
- 38:34Speaker 4: that was wrong? Man, what is wrong with you? Don't
- 38:36Speaker 4: do that? And that's what the show does. It holds
- 38:39Speaker 4: all of them accountable for each other, and I love
- 38:41Speaker 4: it and it gives a black man perspective on all
- 38:44Speaker 4: different kinds of ways because we're not monalyptic. It's different
- 38:48Speaker 4: ways of being black men. We are not the thing
- 38:50Speaker 4: and all four are totally different. But they got great friendship.
- 38:53Speaker 4: So that's what I love about the show.
- 38:54Speaker 2: All right, y'all. The TV show is called Johnson for
- 38:57Speaker 2: check it out. It's on Bounce TV. Here's the main

- 40:06Speaker 1: vi ps. And she's like that, she's not in it.
- 40:09Speaker 1: So have you heard of a VIP section at church?
- 40:12Speaker 6: There?
- 40:12Speaker 2: They had at a church, you know, so people can

- 54:12Speaker 1: All right, nephew, thank you. Subject my boyfriend can't tolerate much.
- 54:16Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm a twenty seven year old female
- 54:19Speaker 1: and I just got out of a ten year relationship
- 54:22Speaker 1: that was going nowhere. Now I'm dating a twenty year old,
- 54:26Speaker 1: twenty nine year old man that pursued me for a
- 54:29Speaker 1: few years. He was there for me after my breakup,
- 54:32Speaker 1: so I got used to him being around. I want
- 54:34Speaker 1: to get your advice before I fall for the wrong
- 54:37Speaker 1: man again. He works as a manager of two movie theaters,
- 54:40Speaker 1: and he runs his mobile detailing business on the side.
- 54:45Speaker 1: He's also a really good cook, but I can't get
- 54:48Speaker 1: him to cook anything spicy. That's a red flag number one.
- 54:52Speaker 1: Because I'm from the South and we love a little
- 54:54Speaker 1: heat on our food. I can deal with him not
- 54:57Speaker 1: liking spicy foods, but there are some other things that
- 54:59Speaker 1: I love and he hates. He said he cannot tolerate
- 55:03Speaker 1: scary movies, roller coasters, water slides, bugs, or cold air conditioning.
- 55:08Speaker 1: I am not an overly adventurous person, but I do
- 55:12Speaker 1: like to live a little and I like for my
- 55:15Speaker 1: house to be cold. He's constantly swatting away small flying bugs,
- 55:19Speaker 1: and he accidentally swiped me across the nose really hard.
- 55:23Speaker 1: I don't get it. Even when we're intimate. It's a problem.
- 55:26Speaker 1: He's really robotic, and he likes to call me a
- 55:29Speaker 1: take charge kind of woman, but I don't want to
- 55:31Speaker 1: be in control in the bedroom. He says he likes
- 55:33Speaker 1: to see what I can do, but heck, I want
- 55:35Speaker 1: to see what he can do. He has the right
- 55:37Speaker 1: tools to excel at it, but for some reason he's
- 55:40Speaker 1: holding back. He told me that he prefers to keep
- 55:43Speaker 1: his pace. It's too slow for me. I am so
- 55:46Speaker 1: sick of hearing about things he doesn't like. There are
- 55:49Speaker 1: things I don't like, but I compromised with him. My
- 55:52Speaker 1: picking skills are bad, so please help me. It is
- 55:56Speaker 1: best to keep an open mind and compromise to keep
- 55:59Speaker 1: him Is it best to keep an open mind and
- 56:02Speaker 1: compromise to keep him happy? Or is it time to
- 56:06Speaker 1: put this man in the friend zone? You move fast,
- 56:10Speaker 1: don't you. It depends on what you want. I mean,
- 56:13Speaker 1: I think you're rushing things. Your picking skills are bad
- 56:16Speaker 1: because you don't give yourself time after a breakup. You
- 56:20Speaker 1: just got out of a relationship, a ten year relationship.
- 56:23Speaker 1: You didn't give your chance, yourself a chance to breathe,
- 56:25Speaker 1: and most importantly, you didn't give yourself time to reflect
- 56:28Speaker 1: on the breakup so you can learn what happened, learn
- 56:31Speaker 1: about yourself. You were in it for ten years. One
- 56:34Speaker 1: thing you did get right is that relationships are about compromise.
- 56:38Speaker 1: You guys don't have to like all the same things
- 56:40Speaker 1: your individuals. You like roller coasters, you like spicy foods,
- 56:44Speaker 1: warter slides and all that. He doesn't like. That that's okay,
- 56:48Speaker 1: It's okay. You know you're the only one in the
- 56:53Speaker 1: relationship trying to compromise, so that can be a problem. Okay,
- 56:57Speaker 1: I think you need to take time out to be
- 56:59Speaker 1: with just you so you can figure out what you
- 57:02Speaker 1: really want. I mean, this guy may not be the
- 57:05Speaker 1: guy for you after all, because I don't think this
- 57:08Speaker 1: is it. You have way too many complaints about this guy, Steve.
- 57:14Speaker 2: This is a letter that this woman wrote, the letter
- 57:17Speaker 2: that doesn't really understand how to be in a relationship.
- 57:21Speaker 2: I don't know what you're looking for, but you seem
- 57:24Speaker 2: to be overlooking some great qualities and you offended by
- 57:27Speaker 2: some really small qualities. So let me show you what
- 57:31Speaker 2: I mean. Twenty seven year old female got out of
- 57:34Speaker 2: a ten year relationship that was going nowhere. So you've
- 57:37Speaker 2: been with somebody since you was seventeen, so obviously you
- 57:43Speaker 2: don't know much about because you was in a relationship
- 57:46Speaker 2: that was going nowhere. So that's your example of a relationship.
- 57:49Speaker 2: You got ten years of that, and most of that
- 57:52Speaker 2: you really weren't that big of an adult to begin with.
- 57:55Speaker 2: So just you really just now should be trying to
- 57:59Speaker 2: find your I recommend highly that you spend some time
- 58:03Speaker 2: alone because you need to get to know yourself. Because
- 58:06Speaker 2: I don't understand the letter. You're dating this twenty two
- 58:11Speaker 2: year old guy that pursued you for years. He was
- 58:14Speaker 2: there for you after the breakup, so you got used
- 58:16Speaker 2: to him being around. See that. I want to get
- 58:19Speaker 2: your advice before I fall for the room. He works
- 58:22Speaker 2: as a manager of two movie theaters and he runs
- 58:25Speaker 2: his mobile detailing business on the side. You, ma'am, are
- 58:29Speaker 2: dating a hustler, a hard working hustler. The man run
- 58:34Speaker 2: two movie theaters and he has a mobile detailing business
- 58:39Speaker 2: on the side. This brother trying to come up. He
- 58:41Speaker 2: putting it in. That's what you want to find in
- 58:44Speaker 2: a man. He's also a really good cook, another great,
- 58:48Speaker 2: great quality. But I can't get him to cook anything spicy.
- 58:52Speaker 2: That's a red flag. What wait a minute. He's a
- 58:57Speaker 2: really good cook, but you can't get him to cook
- 59:00Speaker 2: nothing spicy. So that's a red flag. Because I'm from
- 59:04Speaker 2: the South and we love a little heat on our food.
- 59:06Speaker 2: No we don't. I'm from the country. I don't like
- 59:10Speaker 2: how to ask food not spicy. I don't. So you
- 59:18Speaker 2: trip it because the man is a great cook, but
- 59:22Speaker 2: you can't get him to make nothing spicy. Get you
- 59:24Speaker 2: some crunched pepper flakes, some pepper and some hot sauce
- 59:28Speaker 2: on the table, and when he cook it, spice it
- 59:30Speaker 2: up all you want. They got tabasco, They got all
- 59:33Speaker 2: kinds of stuff. You can make this thing spicy as
- 59:35Speaker 2: you want. What's wrong with you? I can deal with
- 59:39Speaker 2: him not liking spicy foods, but there's some other things
- 59:42Speaker 2: I love that he hates. He can't tolerate scary movies.
- 59:45Speaker 2: I don't go to no down ever since the Exorcists.
- 59:48Speaker 2: I ain't went to a scary movie since I don't
- 59:51Speaker 2: do scary movies. I don't understand it. Roller coasters. I
- 59:54Speaker 2: don't ride no damn roller coast. I don't like water slides.
- 59:58Speaker 2: For what, I can't swim, and when I go down
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: the slide, it throw you into too much damn water.
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: I don't do water slides. He don't like bugs or
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: cold air conditioning. I don't like cold air conditioning neither.
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: Now I kill all the bugs that's in my house.
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: I'm not running from a bug. But you didn't pay
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: no rich you're not staying here. So now you gonna
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: stop dating a man cause a that girl. Bye all Rye.
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: Hang on, Steve, we'll have part two. Of your response
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour today
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: Strawberry letter, subject my boyfriend can't tolerate much. We'll get
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: back into it right after this. You're listening hard morning show.
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: All right, Come on, Steve, let's recap today's Strawberry letter.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: My boyfriend can't tolerate much.
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: This sister right here has been in a ten year
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: relationship that she got out of going nowhere. So she's
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: in a relationship from seventeen to twenty seven. So you
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: haven't even You don't even know yourself yet. You are
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: just now at the age of earning who you are.
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: I suggest this woman spend some time alone. But she's
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: dating the guy that pursued her for years after she
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: broke up. He was therefore, she got used to him,
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: so now she's dating him. There's a lot of stuff
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: she don't like about him. You know, he's a manager
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: at two movie theaters. He runs his mobile detailing buzziness
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: on the side. I think he's a great guy, think
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: he's a hustler. He's also a really good cook, but
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: I can't get him to cook anything spicy, So that's
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: a red flag. Lady, By give me the man that's
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: a really good cook. Now you got a problem with
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: him because y'all from the South, and y'all like heat
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: on your food, and you can't get him cook nothing spicy.
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: Get your ass a bottle of franks, some bulls eyes,
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: some trappers, get your ass, some tabasco. Get your ass
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: some red crush pepper flakes and put it on the
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: table with some pepper. And then when he make his food,
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: you can make your spicyes. You want a spicy but
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: he a good cook. You can't get none spicy. So
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: that's a red flag for you. I can deal with him,
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: not like a spidery, but it's some other things I
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: love and he hates. He can't tolerate scary movie me either.
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: I don't even watch scary movies. When I watch movie,
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: I don't like him no more. What on? I don't
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: like it, and I'm not scared. I just don't like
- 1:02:05Speaker 2: for what he don't like roller coasters me either. I
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: don't go ride on nothing. All my money fall out
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: of my pocket. Time for that water slides? What's at
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: the end of the water slide? Some more damn water.
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: Now I'm already struggling on this slide. Now you're gonna
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: throw me into a pool of water. I don't swim
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: that good. I don't like no damn water slide. He
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: don't like bugs. I kill every bug just in my house.
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: I let nothing live. And he don't like cold air condition.
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: Marjorie and her mama love that house cold. I be
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: walking around with a hoodie on all kinds of stuff.
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: She ain't looking. I cut it up. I am not
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: an overly and I'm not an overly adventurous person, but
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: I do like a little, uh live a little and
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: I like for my house to be cold. He constantly
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: swatting away small flying bugs, and he accidentally hits you
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: on the face real hard. I don't get it even
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: when when I hear the problem, though you don't when
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: he intimate it's a problem. He's really robotic, and he
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: likes to call me a take charge kind of woman.
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: But I don't want to be in control in the bedroom.
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: He said he likes to see what I can do,
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: but heck, I want to see what he could do. Okay,
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: that's fair, that's fair. I understand that he says he
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: likes I want to see what he can do. He
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: has the right tools to excel at it, but for
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: some reason he hold him back. So obviously you're not
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: complaining about nothing. He just robots. He got everything he needs.
- 1:03:27Speaker 2: Why are you complaining? He got, you know, show him
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: what you want and then see if y'all can't work
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: through it. He said, he liked to keep his pace.
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: It's too slow for me. See you too much. You
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: was with that dude for ten years. Y'all in here
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: like two bunny rabbits. Now you met a man that's robotic.
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: That might be a better way to do it. But
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: you in that where you the energize a bunny when
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: you were in there got well, okay, don't nobody going
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: to all that?
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: What's that noise?
- 1:03:55Speaker 4: You?
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: What's that saying? You're that's like a little baby that camera?
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: Don't nobody want all that? Damn it slowed down. I
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: am so sick of hearing about things he don't like. Well,
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: if he's a complainer, yes, but if he just doesn't
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: see eye to eye when you on a couple of things,
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: like Shirley said, there is a compromise. He don't like
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: scary movies. Okay, you go to scared movies. Let him watch.
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: What do you want to watch. You know, he ain't
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: got it good that you like spicy food. Put our
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: sauce on yours. He don't like roller coasters, Go by yourself.
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: He don't like water slides. He don't want to go
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: down now go to the beach. Damn anyway, things I
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: don't like. But I'm but I compromised with him. My
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: picking skills are so bad you or you ain't pick
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: for one, So please help me. Is it best to
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: keep an open mind and compromise to keep him happy?
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: Or is it time to put this man in the
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: friend zone? Lady? I think is time for you to
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: find yourself, discover who you really are. You need to
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: spend some time with yourself because all you do is
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: you want to be with somebody. You was in a
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: relationship for ten years. Now you're gonna jump into another one.
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: Why don't you stay by yourself sometimes, discover what you
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: want and then learn how to be in a relationship,
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: because all you're gonna do the same thing gonna happen.
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: You want your cold house cold, You like bugs flying around,
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: You want to ride at rolland coasty. Your ass got
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: to go down the water slide. I like hot ass food. Well,
- 1:05:31Speaker 2: you're gonna be eating by your damn self.
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: Carrie movie.
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: Everybody sitting up in here, so you gonna watch some
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: scary movies. We get two TVs going in there. Go
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: on there and holler your ass off if you want to.
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: I'm watching the game. So this man can really cook,
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: real good. He could work. He run two movie theaters,
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: and he got a mobile detail car. And you're gonna
- 1:05:57Speaker 2: throw him away. And he a really good cook. He
- 1:06:00Speaker 2: don't treat you wrong, and he take his time when
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: he's in the bedroom. Well, going back and get Jack Flash,
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: the dude you used to date. But obviously he had
- 1:06:10Speaker 2: a much faster pace. And that's what y'all got, was it?
- 1:06:12Speaker 2: But Jack Flatten? But now y'all ain't together no more?
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: You in here, you know, so see a lot of
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: times you got to remember why you broke up with
- 1:06:24Speaker 2: the person you broke up with. He made a little
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: real fast. He probably couldn't cook now, y'all on the
- 1:06:32Speaker 2: roller coaster, Holland, but y'all can't stand each other.

- 1:10:06Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show right after this. You're listening
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve, this person needs
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: some advice. This is from Cash and Lakeland. Cash says,
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: I'm in a leadership role at my job. My younger
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: sister works in another division. Her supervisor is a friend
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: of mine, and he thinks he can talk to me
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: about my sister's job performance. She's young and it's her
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: first job, so he needs to cut her some flack.
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: But I can't ask him to do that without sounding
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: like I'm asking him for favoritism. And I can't tell
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: her to step up and do better because I've seen
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: that she's actually trying. I don't want to shatter her confidence.
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: What's the best way to handle the situation with my
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: friend and sister at work?
- 1:10:51Speaker 2: So if he your friend and that your sister played
- 1:10:53Speaker 2: a friend in his sister, carr mm, tell your boy
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: to help you out. Man, make sure she's successful in
- 1:10:59Speaker 2: a job. If she needs some advice, pull it to
- 1:11:02Speaker 2: the side. If she needs to improve, let me know
- 1:11:04Speaker 2: and I can bring it to her. But let's all
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: keep you keep each other happy. What's the matter with that?
- 1:11:10Speaker 2: But people do that all the time. What are you
- 1:11:12Speaker 2: trying to keep the lines drawed in the sand fall?
- 1:11:16Speaker 2: That's it's called nepotism. That's why you have people in
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: the high position. Let me tell you something. Once you
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: get out of college, it ain't got nothing to do
- 1:11:23Speaker 2: with your degree. It's who you know. This relationship. That's
- 1:11:28Speaker 2: how you make money. Keep the relationship alive on them.
- 1:11:32Speaker 2: What's wrong with you? What's all the rules you're coming
- 1:11:34Speaker 2: up with? He my friend. I don't want to ask him,
- 1:11:36Speaker 2: no favorite. She my sister. I see sit trying. Boy,
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: get your ass out that corporate mindset and act black
- 1:11:43Speaker 2: and do like I told you, let your blackness out.
- 1:11:50Speaker 2: Send them the following. All these dumb ass rules stupid.
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: Okay, all right, we have time.
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: I wants to get fired man, please please, and left
- 1:12:01Speaker 2: that have it done.
- 1:12:03Speaker 11: Right, That's that's the whole purpose.
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, all right, we have time for another one.
- 1:12:11Speaker 2: Steve.
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: This is from Lola and Tuskegee. Lola says, this Christmas,
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: we had planned to go to Colorado with his family
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: and my family. There was going to be fourteen of us.
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: My husband's parents told us if they're not going unless
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: they get the primary bedroom in the main house. We're
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: hosting everyone. So that's our bedroom and it's the main
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: reason I selected that house. My husband thinks I'm being
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: mean to his parents, but I'm not. My parents are
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: happy to be going on a free vacation and they'll
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: sleep on the floor if they have to. If we
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: tell his parents no, will it ruin our entire vacation.
- 1:12:47Speaker 2: Well if oh, she's saying her parents will go.
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: And sleep and you're cool with it, Yeah, parents.
- 1:12:56Speaker 2: The main bedroom, main house. We can't do that and
- 1:13:02Speaker 2: have her parents not in the main bedroom too. So
- 1:13:06Speaker 2: since we're sponsoring it, we should be in the main bedroom.
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: And then y'all have these other bedrooms because her parents
- 1:13:14Speaker 2: are sleeping in the regular bedroom. His parents got to
- 1:13:17Speaker 2: sleep in the regular bedroom too. You can't get DIBs
- 1:13:20Speaker 2: over her parents. Yeah, but no, everybody got a good treat. Well,
- 1:13:26Speaker 2: she ain't being mean y'all that her parents is in
- 1:13:30Speaker 2: a regular room. Now, your mom and daddy talking about
- 1:13:34Speaker 2: they not going if they don't get the main room,
- 1:13:36Speaker 2: we'll stay your ass. Too many people in this house,
- 1:13:43Speaker 2: too many fourteen.
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: Yeah, her parents are grateful that they're going on vacation.
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: They'll take whatever. But his parents have to have the
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: main bedroom in the main house, which is you know,
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: she set up for them. Forget that they're getting a
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: free vacation.
- 1:14:01Speaker 2: I think that's the right way. You're getting a free vacation.
- 1:14:04Speaker 2: You can't call those shots. I think it's unfair of
- 1:14:07Speaker 2: his parent to want to have deals over everybody at now,
- 1:14:12Speaker 2: including them and including her parents. How do you feel
- 1:14:16Speaker 2: they just don't go? Well, look, man, what you want
- 1:14:20Speaker 2: me to do?
- 1:14:22Speaker 9: You know what?
- 1:14:22Speaker 2: Y'all need to cancel this whole damn trip. Y'all have
- 1:14:27Speaker 2: struck blend the knees things. This ain't gonna work. You
- 1:14:30Speaker 2: bleeding kids. You can't blend the dump. That's funny speaking.
- 1:14:42Speaker 2: I think they are thought many dunts.
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: That's kind of crazy. All right, all right, we'll have
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up at
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: twenty minutes after.
- 1:14:54Speaker 10: Right after this, you're listening Harby Morning Show.
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: All right, So, Steve, you had a big keynote address
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: at the Investments this weekend. How was it?
- 1:15:07Speaker 2: Well? First of all, let me just say this, there
- 1:15:10Speaker 2: was a drone of me in the sky in Atlanta. Yeah.
- 1:15:19Speaker 2: I had no idea. Let me just say this right here.
- 1:15:22Speaker 2: I had no Nobody asked could they do it? Nobody?
- 1:15:26Speaker 2: They just putting my face up in the sky Man.
- 1:15:31Speaker 2: You know when people said that to me, done you
- 1:15:33Speaker 2: and the sky so that that I did, I didn't
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: know about that. Nobody had relate the issue of ceasing.
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: This is a little bit yeah.
- 1:15:48Speaker 2: And then you know it's kind of egotistical because you're going.
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, Stephen A.
- 1:15:57Speaker 2: Smith is Stephen A. Smith. I say, mo, yes, they're
- 1:16:03Speaker 2: a little more.
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: No happen weppen No.
- 1:16:08Speaker 2: He got enough viral moments. At one point, I wanted
- 1:16:14Speaker 2: to walk off the stage. What did you just say? Man?
- 1:16:20Speaker 2: I can't be up here. I can't be up here?
- 1:16:22Speaker 2: Why you making these statement? Man? I started to get over.
- 1:16:24Speaker 2: Just walk off the interview because you know they're gonna
- 1:16:27Speaker 2: be saying, Steve Neil, I'm saying yeah, oh I say
- 1:16:30Speaker 2: I'm wrong.
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: Yeah. That sounds like a great time had by all, Steve.
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: We'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: up at thirty three minutes after the hour, we'll play
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: around him would you rather? Right after this, you're listening
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show, and it's time now for a round
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: of would you rather? Would you rather ride with a chainsmoker?
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: Or would you rather ride with someone that has really
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: bad breath?
- 1:16:58Speaker 2: I'm going with that bad breath, bad brand.
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: Yeah, not them cigarets, fat breath or small.
- 1:17:07Speaker 2: I'm gonna get me a cigar and I'm gonna smoke
- 1:17:09Speaker 2: him out.
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: I like your answer.
- 1:17:17Speaker 2: I'm not finna sit up in there and deal with
- 1:17:19Speaker 2: this odor because he got because he got to breathe
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: and tall up, because I'm tell you right now, that's
- 1:17:29Speaker 2: riding down the street with your head hanging out the
- 1:17:31Speaker 2: window like a dog. That don't work because at seventy
- 1:17:35Speaker 2: U can't breathe.
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: So would you rather leave your phone unlocked at home?
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: Your phone unlocked at home? Or would you rather lose
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: your wallet at the airport?
- 1:17:46Speaker 2: Which was hell? I leave my phone unlocked at the house.
- 1:17:50Speaker 2: Wallet now all right?
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: You bunking in trouble if anything pops up on your
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: phone or anything.
- 1:17:59Speaker 2: My water don't like that?
- 1:18:00Speaker 11: All right?
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: Your wallet though?
- 1:18:02Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:18:02Speaker 8: All right?
- 1:18:02Speaker 2: Would you rather I k't feed nobody family for Christmas?
- 1:18:06Speaker 2: That's what I can you do?
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: That ain't shopping Steve Harvey's wallet? Yeah all right? Would
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: you rather burn your tongue on some hot soup or
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: would you rather get a paper clip paper cut? I'm sorry,
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: paper cut on your fingertip?
- 1:18:22Speaker 6: I'm gonna take that cut. Yeah, the paper cut. Yeah,
- 1:18:25Speaker 6: we got to talk. That burn gonna get you, Yeah, Junior.
- 1:18:29Speaker 11: Paper cut ain't burn my tongue.
- 1:18:35Speaker 2: See paper cut, paper cut ain't nothing. It was going
- 1:18:41Speaker 2: after water. Paper cut.
- 1:18:44Speaker 11: Forget about it and put some hands in.
- 1:18:46Speaker 2: Yeah, burn?
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: Or would you rather be sprayed by a skunk or
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: bit by a raccoon?
- 1:18:55Speaker 2: What the hell is this?
- 1:19:00Speaker 10: Would you rather rave us?
- 1:19:03Speaker 6: I don't want to be bit by nothing? No, how
- 1:19:07Speaker 6: funcal is this skunk?
- 1:19:09Speaker 2: Though? I'll tell you right now, you're not going to
- 1:19:12Speaker 2: believe that skunk though. You're not going to believe that
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: you just you, just you, just you. It's it's unthinkable.
- 1:19:20Speaker 14: Wow, Okay, I don't know's you man? You'll get bit
- 1:19:28Speaker 14: by the raccoon, get rady?
- 1:19:31Speaker 2: Uh see, I I don't know what. Come on, I'm
- 1:19:40Speaker 2: gonna kill the raccoon. I'm gonna kill But when you
- 1:19:46Speaker 2: can't get by that skunk, you're not gonna run up
- 1:19:48Speaker 2: on that stunk no more because he got another shot too.
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: All right, that's today's round. Would you rather coming up next?
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: Our last break of the day, and we'll close out
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: the show with the one and only Steve Hardy right
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: after this, you're listening Morning show. All right, guys, here
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: we are last break of the day on this Monday,
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: and Steve, you have some closing remarks for us. I know,
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: and well I.
- 1:20:13Speaker 2: Don't you know, I just want to kind of talk
- 1:20:15Speaker 2: about the dnc uh that just ended, you know, and
- 1:20:20Speaker 2: Madame Vice President Kamala Harris's speech. I thought it was outstanding. Yeah,
- 1:20:24Speaker 2: here's the deal and here's what we got to be
- 1:20:27Speaker 2: conscious of the Democratic Party. All y'all, y'all, get y'all, y'all,
- 1:20:32Speaker 2: y'all getting on my nerves now because you all are
- 1:20:35Speaker 2: not paying attention to your opposition. I don't care what
- 1:20:40Speaker 2: Donald Trump do. The Republicans don't have a problem with
- 1:20:44Speaker 2: it because they are committed to getting him elected because
- 1:20:48Speaker 2: they are controlled by the rich boys. They want Donald
- 1:20:52Speaker 2: Trump elected because Donald Trump is gonna make life much
- 1:20:56Speaker 2: easier for him with it, with his tax proposals. That's
- 1:20:59Speaker 2: it in a nutshell. Now they've masked this by having
- 1:21:04Speaker 2: him out front talking about this border, talking about these
- 1:21:08Speaker 2: jobs these illegal aliens are taken. They not taking no job.
- 1:21:13Speaker 2: You won't They not over here taking no jobs at
- 1:21:17Speaker 2: the auto industry. They not taking no jobs. No, no, man.
- 1:21:21Speaker 2: They fulfill a viable role in this country. And the
- 1:21:25Speaker 2: Republican Party knows it. Donald Trump, who has his name
- 1:21:30Speaker 2: on all these golf courses I've played at a few
- 1:21:33Speaker 2: of them. Go over there and try to have a
- 1:21:34Speaker 2: conversation with the grounds. Keep it. See how far you get.
- 1:21:37Speaker 2: It's a lot of illegals working at that golf course.
- 1:21:42Speaker 2: It's a lot of illegals who have built Trump Towers.
- 1:21:46Speaker 2: It's a lot of illegals that work in these restaurants
- 1:21:49Speaker 2: that are owned by rich people. How many poor people
- 1:21:52Speaker 2: you know own a restaurant? I'm just telling you. How
- 1:21:56Speaker 2: many poor people do you know that owns farms that
- 1:21:59Speaker 2: feeds the world population? Rich people do? Who picks and
- 1:22:04Speaker 2: harvests those crops? Illegal aliens? And why do they pick them?
- 1:22:08Speaker 2: Because they don't have to pay them the twenty two
- 1:22:10Speaker 2: dollars minimum wage. Y'all, let's stop this. But they mass
- 1:22:16Speaker 2: that by telling you they don't want them over the border,
- 1:22:19Speaker 2: they're committing crimes when clearly the majority of the crimes
- 1:22:23Speaker 2: are committed by the people who live here. Clearly, the
- 1:22:27Speaker 2: majority of the people that's trying to come over here
- 1:22:29Speaker 2: across their border illegally coming over here to get a
- 1:22:32Speaker 2: better way of life. That's what it is, man. Now,
- 1:22:36Speaker 2: do we need to do something about it? Probably? But
- 1:22:40Speaker 2: what we need another way, a better way to gain
- 1:22:42Speaker 2: citizenship too. If you had a more viable way to
- 1:22:45Speaker 2: gain citizenship, you wouldn't have these all these crosses you got.
- 1:22:50Speaker 2: But you can't be the land of the free and
- 1:22:52Speaker 2: the land of the hopeful. And then when people ain't
- 1:22:54Speaker 2: free and hopeful try to come over here, you don't
- 1:22:56Speaker 2: want them over here, but then you need them over
- 1:22:58Speaker 2: here because they got to fulfill all these these duties.
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: Y'all need to stop. The real reason they are putting
- 1:23:05Speaker 2: this money behind Donald Trump is because he is going
- 1:23:08Speaker 2: to make the pockets of the rich boys bigger. Period.
- 1:23:14Speaker 2: That's the real reason. Now for the Democrats that are
- 1:23:18Speaker 2: talking about Madame Vice President Kamala Harris needs to do
- 1:23:22Speaker 2: some interviews and speak about the issues. And she didn't
- 1:23:25Speaker 2: touch on no issues at her acceptance speech. What issues
- 1:23:30Speaker 2: is Donald Trump talking about? What plan does he have
- 1:23:35Speaker 2: for middle class America? He don't have one. He just
- 1:23:38Speaker 2: keeps saying the same thing. He gonna make it better
- 1:23:41Speaker 2: for middle class Americans. They're not, they're not. He didn't
- 1:23:47Speaker 2: make it better for middle class Americans when he was
- 1:23:49Speaker 2: in there before. Do you know the debt of the
- 1:23:52Speaker 2: American economy tripled. The debt triple when Trump was president.
- 1:23:59Speaker 2: You know why, because that's how he runs his businesses.
- 1:24:02Speaker 2: He runs his businesses off of debt, and that's how
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: he ran the country. And our debt tripled when he
- 1:24:11Speaker 2: was president. These are facts, y'all. All he gonna do
- 1:24:17Speaker 2: is get in there and make it right for them
- 1:24:18Speaker 2: rich boys. Remember he was talking about the infrastructure that
- 1:24:22Speaker 2: would have helped regular people get jobs. He didn't do
- 1:24:26Speaker 2: not one infrastructure bill. Remember he said he was going
- 1:24:29Speaker 2: to repeal and replace Obamacare. He back on that. Now
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: I'm gonna repeal and replace. He can't do that because
- 1:24:37Speaker 2: you know why, if he repeals and replaces Obamacare, that
- 1:24:40Speaker 2: will help the rich boys, and it would hurt the
- 1:24:43Speaker 2: common man. That's crazy, man, But he got these people food.
- 1:24:49Speaker 2: We have got to stop talking about what Kamala has
- 1:24:53Speaker 2: ain't because the Republicans ain't mentioning what he ain't or
- 1:24:59Speaker 2: what he is. He's a convicted felon. Women have charges
- 1:25:05Speaker 2: against him. This dude right here, man, try to steal
- 1:25:10Speaker 2: an election back. This guy is trying to bring down democracy.
- 1:25:17Speaker 2: This guy is trying to change the Constitution, the very
- 1:25:21Speaker 2: thing y'all swear to try to uphold. That piece of
- 1:25:25Speaker 2: paper needs amending in so many places. I'm not a
- 1:25:30Speaker 2: fan of the Constitution because the constitution been wrong since
- 1:25:34Speaker 2: we got here. The Constitution didn't allow women to vote
- 1:25:38Speaker 2: until one hundred years ago. Y'all just now got the voting.
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: But now because of his Supreme Court justice pointing, now
- 1:25:45Speaker 2: he telling women what to do with they body. Y'all
- 1:25:48Speaker 2: don't have the right to do what y'all want to
- 1:25:51Speaker 2: do with your own body. Y'all got a bunch of
- 1:25:53Speaker 2: old white white men with gray hair determining what's gonna
- 1:25:57Speaker 2: happen with y'all's body. And y'all gonna put this fool in?
- 1:26:00Speaker 2: Are you crazy? He gonna have it. He gonna make
- 1:26:03Speaker 2: America great again. He gonna have it where you ain't
- 1:26:05Speaker 2: voting again. He gonna get it back to where the
- 1:26:08Speaker 2: quote unquote Negro was three fifths of a human being
- 1:26:12Speaker 2: Blacks for Trump man, Miss me. Now, dude, that sound
- 1:26:17Speaker 2: like I got paid ten thousand dollars not to me
- 1:26:21Speaker 2: ten thousand dollars man, Miss me, y'allly go. You ain't
- 1:26:25Speaker 2: got to pay me to You don't have to pay
- 1:26:27Speaker 2: me to be free, and you don't have to pay
- 1:26:29Speaker 2: me to tell the truth. That's the thing about Steve Harvey. Sorry,
- 1:26:33Speaker 2: I just did that. Free. Get to the polls, y'all.
- 1:26:35Speaker 2: We need Kamala hass as president because if she's not
- 1:26:38Speaker 2: the president, it will be Donald Trump, and your ass
- 1:26:41Speaker 2: is gonna be in the world of trouble.
- 1:26:43Speaker 8: Black and white.
