Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Corporate Media FAILS to Cover Hunter Biden Testimony
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: So Hunter Biden goes before Congress, and do you want
- 0:04Speaker 1: to know how much time the big media spent on it,
- 0:07Speaker 1: the corrupt media that takes their talking points from the
- 0:11Speaker 1: Communists and Marxists that are running this country.
- 0:13Speaker 2: You guessed it hardly any at all.
- 0:16Speaker 1: In fact, NBC News spent a total of less than
- 0:19Speaker 1: one minute fifty three seconds talking about Hunter Biden testifying
- 0:23Speaker 1: in the GOP impeachment inquiry into the actual president of
- 0:27Speaker 1: the United States of America. In fact, if you were
- 0:29Speaker 1: watching the news right now, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't
- 0:32Speaker 1: even know that there was an impeachment inquiry of President
- 0:35Speaker 1: Joe Biden going on at this exact moment. I want
- 0:39Speaker 1: you to hear NBC News and how they spun the
- 0:41Speaker 1: fifty three seconds to their advantage.
- 0:44Speaker 2: On top of that, also.
- 0:45Speaker 3: It's an night Hunter Biden, the President's son testifying to
- 0:48Speaker 3: House Republicans today in his father's impeachment inquiry.
- 0:52Speaker 2: Ryan Nobles joins us.
- 0:54Speaker 3: Ryan Hunter Biden had some pretty sharp boards today.
- 0:57Speaker 1: I love this, right, Ryan Hunter Biden had some pretty
- 1:01Speaker 1: harsh words today, like he's going on offense. You notice that,
- 1:05Speaker 1: So the first thirteen seconds of this is actually setting
- 1:09Speaker 1: up Hunter Biden to quote, have a good day, keep listening.
- 1:13Speaker 2: Yeah, that's right.
- 1:13Speaker 4: Lester Hunter Biden testifying behind closed doors that his father
- 1:16Speaker 4: was not involved in any of his foreign business dealings,
- 1:19Speaker 4: and he slammed House Republicans for what he called a
- 1:22Speaker 4: quote partisan political pursuit of my dad. And Republicans are
- 1:27Speaker 4: investigating whether or not the President was involved in what
- 1:29Speaker 4: they describe as an effort by the Biden family to
- 1:32Speaker 4: cash in on Joe Biden's political career. They point to
- 1:36Speaker 4: testimony that Joe Biden joined a business meeting with Hunter
- 1:39Speaker 4: Biden via speakerphone. Now, the impeachment inquiry is struggling to
- 1:43Speaker 4: regain momentum after an informant who'd accused Joe Biden as
- 1:48Speaker 4: being part of a bribery scheme was indicted for lying
- 1:51Speaker 4: to the FBI. House Democrats say that is enough for
- 1:54Speaker 4: the impeachment inquiry to come to an end.
- 1:56Speaker 2: There's your fifty three seconds, folks.
- 1:58Speaker 1: By the way, if you actually listen Jim Jordan and
- 2:02Speaker 1: James Comer, which I played on this podcast yesterday, you
- 2:05Speaker 1: can go back and listen to it. They explain the
- 2:07Speaker 1: indictment and how they believe now that the indictment of
- 2:10Speaker 1: that FBI informant was done only for political reasons at
- 2:14Speaker 1: the very last minute to completely undermine the investigation into
- 2:19Speaker 1: the president United States of America. And guess what Democrats
- 2:21Speaker 1: are using it perfectly. So the entire thing was Hunter Biden.
- 2:25Speaker 1: He is on offense and the Republican's momentum has completely disappeared,
- 2:30Speaker 1: which is also live. There's your fifty three seconds of
- 2:33Speaker 1: propaganda from NBC News.
- 2:35Speaker 2: That's not all.
- 2:36Speaker 1: I'm going to have more about this than just a
- 2:38Speaker 1: second that deals also with more lies coming from the
- 2:41Speaker 1: Biden White House. But first, let me tell you about
- 2:44Speaker 1: my friends at Patriot Mobile. For ten years now, Patriot
- 2:48Speaker 1: Mobile has been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Why would you care about that?
- 2:53Speaker 1: Because Big Mobile is giving big donations right now to
- 2:58Speaker 1: hardcore leftist causes organizations candidates.
- 3:02Speaker 2: Those include Planned Parenthood.
- 3:05Speaker 1: If you're like me and you're tired of giving your
- 3:07Speaker 1: money to cooperations that are literally fighting against your family values,
- 3:11Speaker 1: then switch to Patriot Mobile. When I look down at
- 3:13Speaker 1: my cell phone on the top left, it says Patriot
- 3:16Speaker 1: and I know with every text and with every phone call,
- 3:18Speaker 1: I'm standing with a company that protects my values but
- 3:21Speaker 1: also gives back to what I believe in. When you
- 3:24Speaker 1: switch to Patriot Mobile, you're sending a message that you
- 3:26Speaker 1: support free speech, You're supporting religious freedom. You're supporting and
- 3:31Speaker 1: advocating and donating to protect the sanctity of life in
- 3:34Speaker 1: this country because five percent of your bill every month
- 3:37Speaker 1: goes back to conservative causes that you help choose to support.
- 3:41Speaker 1: We're talking about causes like protecting our Second Amendment rights,
- 3:45Speaker 1: for supporting our military, our veterans, our wounded warriors, and
- 3:49Speaker 1: our first responder heroes, just to name a few. Is
- 3:52Speaker 1: switching easy, You better believe it. You can keep your
- 3:54Speaker 1: same cell phone number you have right now, keep your
- 3:57Speaker 1: same cell phone, or upgrade to a new one.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Plus. Patriot Mobile also is going.
- 4:02Speaker 1: To give you free activation right now when you use
- 4:04Speaker 1: the promo code ben. All you gotta do is call
- 4:07Speaker 1: them nine to seven to two Patriot. That's nine seven
- 4:11Speaker 1: to two Patriot nine to seven two Patriot. Get rid
- 4:15Speaker 1: of that woke poam company you have right now and
- 4:17Speaker 1: switch to Patriot Mobile. Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. That's
- 4:22Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine seven to
- 4:25Speaker 1: two patriot. Now you heard the propaganda coming from NBC News.
- 4:29Speaker 1: So the real question is what was there that was
- 4:32Speaker 1: actually shocking and or important. Representive Matt Gates, who was
- 4:38Speaker 1: in the room, had this to say as he was
- 4:40Speaker 1: walking out of this deposition with Hunter Biden listened carefully.
- 4:44Speaker 5: I'd say that there were a number of interesting moments,
- 4:46Speaker 5: but perhaps none more interesting than when Hunter Biden told
- 4:50Speaker 5: us that he joined the Barisma board to counter Russian aggression.
- 4:55Speaker 5: I hadn't heard that one before that. Thank goodness, we
- 4:57Speaker 5: had Hunter Biden on the Burisman board because that was
- 5:01Speaker 5: central to his strategy to stand up to Vladimir Putin.
- 5:03Speaker 5: So no, he's answered, he's been responsive to questions.
- 5:07Speaker 3: Does he told you exactly what value he brought to
- 5:10Speaker 3: any of.
- 5:10Speaker 2: These wars and any of these companies? Yet, have you guys
- 5:12Speaker 2: asked him.
- 5:13Speaker 5: That We've asked those questions and there is there is
- 5:16Speaker 5: an illusory value. It is a mirage to believe that
- 5:19Speaker 5: Hunter Biden was engaged in international business. This was a
- 5:24Speaker 5: bribe masquerading as an international business transaction, nothing more, nothing less.
- 5:29Speaker 4: I'll just quickly ask you, Phil, you are heading into
- 5:32Speaker 4: direction where you actually be able to.
- 5:34Speaker 3: Vote on articles of the future.
- 5:35Speaker 5: Well, here we're asking questions about these corrupt business practices.
- 5:40Speaker 5: I'm not really I'm not really framing that through the
- 5:43Speaker 5: lens of next steps. I'm just trying to get the facts,
- 5:46Speaker 5: trying the word. I thought it was a pretty strange
- 5:49Speaker 5: statement either. Perhaps it jumps off the page when he
- 5:53Speaker 5: says it in his own words.
- 5:54Speaker 4: Do you think because he said that specifically, can we
- 5:56Speaker 4: get the president we've seen evidence that the president was.
- 6:01Speaker 5: I believe that you can actually bribe someone by paying
- 6:04Speaker 5: their family members, Like, I don't get this construct that
- 6:07Speaker 5: unless Joe Biden himself received cash, that he somehow wasn't
- 6:11Speaker 5: involved in the bribery operation. Joe Biden was doing the
- 6:13Speaker 5: bidding of Barisma, he was doing the bidding of Chinese communists,
- 6:18Speaker 5: and his family was getting enriched as a consequence. To me,
- 6:21Speaker 5: that's a pretty strong case for Bride.
- 6:22Speaker 1: It's a mirage to believe that Hunter Biden was engaged
- 6:25Speaker 1: in international business. This was a bribe masquerading as an
- 6:28Speaker 1: international business transaction, nothing more, nothing less as he describes
- 6:31Speaker 1: it there, making it clear that Hunter Biden testified with absurdity.
- 6:37Speaker 1: He's claiming he joined the board of Barisma to counter
- 6:40Speaker 1: Russian aggression while making millions of dollars off of a
- 6:43Speaker 1: product he knew nothing about.
- 6:46Speaker 2: That is what he is now his line here.
- 6:48Speaker 1: The other thing that's interesting about what Hunter Biden actually said,
- 6:51Speaker 1: and James Comer talked about this on TV. He said,
- 6:54Speaker 1: what's even more interesting about all this is the fact
- 6:57Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden actually wants you to believe that he
- 7:01Speaker 1: was just a guy that was just brilliant at making
- 7:04Speaker 1: money and that he was advisor on different things he
- 7:06Speaker 1: knew nothing about, and none of it had to do
- 7:08Speaker 1: with his dad, and his dad would involve. We now
- 7:10Speaker 1: have multiple cases where we know his dad was involved.
- 7:14Speaker 1: We have multiple cases now where his father showed up
- 7:17Speaker 1: to meetings. We have multiple cases now where his father
- 7:21Speaker 1: was able to receive funds as soon as funds are
- 7:23Speaker 1: transferred to the Biden crime family. We have countless bank
- 7:26Speaker 1: records now that showed that money was being sent into
- 7:30Speaker 1: every single bank account with the last Saint Biden, but
- 7:33Speaker 1: the President of the United States America's bank account, and
- 7:35Speaker 1: then he'd be given money through his brother or his
- 7:38Speaker 1: sister in law. They would hand over cash to the
- 7:41Speaker 1: brother or sister in law and then they would say
- 7:43Speaker 1: it was a loan repayment with no paperwork, nothing else
- 7:48Speaker 1: there at all. Take a listen to what James Comer
- 7:52Speaker 1: and Jim Jordan had to say on Hannity after day
- 7:55Speaker 1: one of all this insanity.
- 7:57Speaker 6: Judiciary Committee chairman Jim Jordan, House Ways and me is
- 8:00Speaker 6: committee Jason Smith, he's the chairman there. All right, James Comer,
- 8:04Speaker 6: let's start with you. Let's get your general impressions of
- 8:06Speaker 6: the day.
- 8:07Speaker 3: Well, I thought it was a very good deposition for us.
- 8:10Speaker 3: We were able to confirm a lot of the wrongdoings
- 8:15Speaker 3: through Hunter Biden's testimony. There are many financial crimes that
- 8:19Speaker 3: we believe if committed, that were committed by the Biden family.
- 8:23Speaker 3: Hunter was asked about specific transactions with specific LLC's that
- 8:27Speaker 3: many of whom that I've referred to as show companies.
- 8:31Speaker 3: We got his answer on the record, We're going to
- 8:34Speaker 3: go back and verify many of those things. But what
- 8:38Speaker 3: we also learned today, Sean, was that a lot of
- 8:40Speaker 3: what Hunter said was contradictory to what three of at
- 8:44Speaker 3: least three of his former associates said.
- 8:47Speaker 2: So I think the next phase.
- 8:48Speaker 3: Now is to bring Hunter in for a public hearing
- 8:52Speaker 3: and hear from the other Biden associates. And let's determine
- 8:56Speaker 3: then who the American people think are telling the truth,
- 8:59Speaker 3: because we've got the bank records.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Bank records don't lie.
- 9:02Speaker 3: We know the Bidens have taken in tens of millions
- 9:04Speaker 3: of dollars from our adversaries around the world, and we
- 9:07Speaker 3: still don't know, after all these depositions, after all the
- 9:10Speaker 3: hours of testimony from the Biden family, exactly what the
- 9:13Speaker 3: Biden family did to earn the thirty million dollars from
- 9:17Speaker 3: our enemies around the world.
- 9:19Speaker 1: The thirty million dollars they earned from our enemies around
- 9:21Speaker 1: the world, we still don't know what they did. If
- 9:24Speaker 1: it wasn't influence pedaling, and it wasn't selling access to
- 9:28Speaker 1: the President of the United States of America, then how
- 9:31Speaker 1: do they get the money? That is the big question.
- 9:35Speaker 1: Let us just go back real quick to the audio.
- 9:38Speaker 1: I play you a moment ago from NBC News fifty
- 9:41Speaker 1: three seconds of them reporting on Hunter Biden testifying the
- 9:44Speaker 1: gopm PIAZ inquiring to President Biden. They then try to
- 9:47Speaker 1: claim that fifty seven seconds or fifty three seconds, that
- 9:50Speaker 1: Hunter Biden went on offense and that the Republican case
- 9:55Speaker 1: of momentum is falling apart. They don't tell you about
- 9:58Speaker 1: the money that's come in. They don't tell you about
- 10:00Speaker 1: what James Comer just said. They don't tell you about
- 10:03Speaker 1: the fact that when he was asked about the shakedown
- 10:06Speaker 1: with the What's App message, for example, Hunter Biden's excuse was,
- 10:09Speaker 1: I was drunk or high. Well, that was one hell
- 10:11Speaker 1: of a sober message to send while you were drunk
- 10:14Speaker 1: or high.
- 10:14Speaker 2: He claimed his father was not sitting next to him.
- 10:17Speaker 1: The other part about that What's App message shaking down
- 10:20Speaker 1: those Chinese communists is the fact that if he was drunker,
- 10:23Speaker 1: heine he sent the message his father was sitting next
- 10:25Speaker 1: to him, as he described it in the text message.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Right then, why did all of a sudden the millions
- 10:31Speaker 1: of dollars show up within a week. They, obviously, I think,
- 10:34Speaker 1: were worried that he was telling the truth here. And
- 10:38Speaker 1: then there's something else that I think is really important.
- 10:41Speaker 1: Jonathan Turley came out, and Jonathan Turley said something that
- 10:45Speaker 1: was very interesting. He said, the Dems would defend Hunter
- 10:48Speaker 1: Biden even if this happened.
- 10:52Speaker 2: Listen carefully.
- 10:54Speaker 7: Figure Jonathan Turley, constitutional law attorney and a Fox News contributor,
- 10:58Speaker 7: So here's what Hunter Biden said in his opening statement.
- 11:01Speaker 2: I did not involve my father in.
- 11:03Speaker 7: My business, not while I was a practicing lawyer, Not
- 11:06Speaker 7: in my investments or transactions domestic or international, Not as
- 11:10Speaker 7: a board member, and not as an artist.
- 11:13Speaker 2: Never.
- 11:13Speaker 7: That's pretty much word for word what Jim Biden said
- 11:16Speaker 7: when he was testifying last week. Any reason to believe
- 11:21Speaker 7: either one.
- 11:21Speaker 8: Of them, Well, you'll notice he does not say that
- 11:26Speaker 8: my father did not know about my business activities as
- 11:30Speaker 8: he was flying on Air Force two. For example. He
- 11:32Speaker 8: has previously contradicted his father, who maintained throughout the campaign
- 11:37Speaker 8: that he had no knowledge of his son's business dealings,
- 11:40Speaker 8: though most of us believe that is now patently false.
- 11:44Speaker 8: But you'll notice the nuanced language in all of this.
- 11:47Speaker 8: I think that the Democrats did a disservice to themselves
- 11:50Speaker 8: by coming out too quickly. You know, they came out
- 11:54Speaker 8: in about an hour after the deposition had started after
- 11:58Speaker 8: Hunter Biden read that statement, So he had barely cleared
- 12:01Speaker 8: his throat when they came out and said, okay, well
- 12:03Speaker 8: there's nothing here, And it left a lot of us
- 12:06Speaker 8: sort of chuckling. It made it seem like he could
- 12:08Speaker 8: pull out the severed head of Victor Choken, and they
- 12:12Speaker 8: would still say, well, thank you for being so forthcoming.
- 12:15Speaker 8: I think we can move along now. I mean, it
- 12:17Speaker 8: was just a bizarre and I think a really badly
- 12:20Speaker 8: timed effort. So we have to see how he answers
- 12:23Speaker 8: some of these very specific questions.
- 12:27Speaker 1: I love Johnson Turley by the way and the way
- 12:29Speaker 1: that he described it, and the way that the media
- 12:31Speaker 1: is just sitting there going they've already decided, no matter
- 12:34Speaker 1: what he says, that Joe Biden did nothing wrong, because
- 12:37Speaker 1: they're still in this awkward moment where it's like, all right,
- 12:41Speaker 1: is he going to be the nominee or is he
- 12:42Speaker 1: not going to be the nominee? And what do we do?
- 12:44Speaker 1: We don't know what to do. Is he the nominee
- 12:47Speaker 1: or is he not the nominee. There is nothing that
- 12:50Speaker 1: Hunter Biden can say at this point that I think
- 12:52Speaker 1: they're going to be shocked by or surprised by. They're
- 12:55Speaker 1: all in to protect at all costs. That's what this
- 13:00Speaker 1: really boils down to. It is protect at all costs.
- 13:04Speaker 1: That is the number one goal of this media. That's
- 13:08Speaker 1: why they only gave it fifty three seconds on the
- 13:10Speaker 1: news last night. That's why they're not telling you all
- 13:13Speaker 1: of these other things about the Biden crime family. In fact,
- 13:17Speaker 1: Representative Andy Biggs has now come out and said that
- 13:19Speaker 1: Hunter Biden has leverage in that his father controls the
- 13:23Speaker 1: US Attorney General.
- 13:24Speaker 2: Talking about part of this cover up, he.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Said, Hunter Biden has leveraged in that his father, President
- 13:30Speaker 1: Joe Biden, controls the US Attorney General, who's ultimately going
- 13:32Speaker 1: to make the decision whether to prosecute for contempt or not.
- 13:36Speaker 1: That's what Representative Andy Biggs said during an appearance on
- 13:39Speaker 1: breitbartin News Daily. Speaking there, he said one day after
- 13:43Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's closed door deposition, Biggs explained that he believes
- 13:46Speaker 1: Biden's son, quote, was selling access to his father, which
- 13:50Speaker 1: is bribery.
- 13:51Speaker 2: I mean, that's when you when you look at the
- 13:54Speaker 2: federal laws that bribery.
- 13:57Speaker 1: You know, a family member that's receiving benefits, it's in
- 14:00Speaker 1: exchange for that's a crime. You look at what Hunter
- 14:05Speaker 1: Biden has said, you look into the deposition connected to
- 14:08Speaker 1: the House impeachment inquiry, and it's very clear that there
- 14:12Speaker 1: was a bride quote. The scope of what we could
- 14:15Speaker 1: talk about was somewhat limited because he's under indictment investigation
- 14:19Speaker 1: in a lot of areas, referring to Hunter Biden, so.
- 14:22Speaker 2: We couldn't get into some of that stuff.
- 14:24Speaker 5: Now.
- 14:24Speaker 1: He also said, look, anyone who believes that Hunter Biden
- 14:28Speaker 1: is telling you the truth or that they weren't influence pedaling,
- 14:31Speaker 1: you're basically an idiot. You're involved in a cover up
- 14:35Speaker 1: and a conspiracy that is completely contrary to troves of
- 14:39Speaker 1: evidence pointing to the contrary his words, but he said this,
- 14:43Speaker 1: here's his leverage. His leverage was, Okay, so you don't
- 14:47Speaker 1: come in, you hold him in contempt. And his leverage
- 14:49Speaker 1: is that his dad controls the US Attorney General, who
- 14:52Speaker 1: can who's going to make the decision whether to prosecute
- 14:55Speaker 1: for contempt or not. And ultimately, I think that's the
- 14:58Speaker 1: reason why he can be so arrogant. And I still
- 15:00Speaker 1: believe he's going to get away with this. I'm not
- 15:01Speaker 1: I'm referring to Hunter, I'm referring to the actual president
- 15:04Speaker 1: of the United States of America. But let me let
- 15:06Speaker 1: you hear also what was said by Jim Jordan. Take
- 15:09Speaker 1: a listen to this as he did this sit down
- 15:12Speaker 1: with Handy.
- 15:14Speaker 2: Oh.
- 15:14Speaker 6: I think Jim Jordan, that's a key part of the
- 15:16Speaker 6: question here now Hunter on his own laptop that is
- 15:19Speaker 6: very real, implicates his father. Half his income goes to Pops.
- 15:23Speaker 6: What account should I pay for Dad's home repairs? Ten
- 15:25Speaker 6: percent for the big guy. Then, of course we have
- 15:28Speaker 6: Devin Archer, not one, but twenty phone calls. He testified
- 15:32Speaker 6: too that Joe called in on with foreign business partners,
- 15:35Speaker 6: them meeting Elena Battarina and others at the Cafe Milano,
- 15:39Speaker 6: the Russian oligarch foreign business partner. That seems to implicate
- 15:43Speaker 6: the father in a major way. And a big part
- 15:45Speaker 6: of the testimony from what I read and heard and
- 15:48Speaker 6: my sources, had to do with the fact that he
- 15:51Speaker 6: just wanted to protect his dad under all circumstances here
- 15:54Speaker 6: in spite of what would be a lot of evidence
- 15:56Speaker 6: to the contrary.
- 16:00Speaker 9: On the rules of the House, rules prohibit us in
- 16:02Speaker 9: a deposition format from talking about specifics of that deposition
- 16:05Speaker 9: until the transcript is released. But as Chairman Comer said,
- 16:09Speaker 9: there were lots of things said today that evidence we've
- 16:12Speaker 9: already got and witnesses we've already talked to contradict what
- 16:17Speaker 9: Hunter Biden said. So but I do think that maybe
- 16:20Speaker 9: the best takeaway is we got a lot of good
- 16:22Speaker 9: information I think would be a good roadmap for when,
- 16:24Speaker 9: in fact we do have a public hearing.
- 16:27Speaker 2: But you're right, we already knew.
- 16:29Speaker 9: That it was phone calls, it was lunches, it was dinners,
- 16:32Speaker 9: it was rounds of golf from the same White House
- 16:35Speaker 9: who said he had no involvement whatsoever with his business
- 16:39Speaker 9: and any of his business associates. But he engaged in
- 16:41Speaker 9: all those activities. And we knew that from previous witnesses
- 16:44Speaker 9: that we've had a chance to depose and Jack.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Now you combine those two things, and what you know
- 16:52Speaker 1: here is it's just a very clear hey, media is
- 16:54Speaker 1: going to dig in. You're not going to get anywhere
- 16:56Speaker 1: on this. We're not going to let you tie it
- 16:59Speaker 1: directly the present. We're going to stop you at all costs,
- 17:01Speaker 1: and we're going to continue to lie to you forever
- 17:04Speaker 1: and ever. And that's the defense mechanism here that you have.
- 17:08Speaker 1: We have seen this over and over again. Now we
- 17:10Speaker 1: know that the presidents lied, right, We know that we
- 17:14Speaker 1: know that the president has lied to us countless times
- 17:17Speaker 1: about his involvement with his son's business dealings. He lied
- 17:22Speaker 1: about saying I've never talked business.
- 17:24Speaker 2: That was a lie.
- 17:25Speaker 1: We have a president who has said that he never
- 17:27Speaker 1: talked to his son's business partners.
- 17:29Speaker 2: We also now know that is a lie from testimony.
- 17:32Speaker 2: We also he.
- 17:33Speaker 1: Said he never spoke about any of his business dealings
- 17:35Speaker 1: with any of his family members.
- 17:36Speaker 2: Then we have pictures of his.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Brother and his son hanging out on the golf course
- 17:41Speaker 1: playing golf with the business partners. We also know that
- 17:44Speaker 1: bat Arena, the Russian oligarch who's best friends with Vladimir Putin,
- 17:49Speaker 1: sent more than three million dollars a Biden crime family,
- 17:52Speaker 1: and she still to this day, has not been sanctioned
- 17:55Speaker 1: by the Biden administration. She obviously should have been sanctioned
- 17:59Speaker 1: by now, but they keep protecting her every single time
- 18:02Speaker 1: the sanctions come down. Now, this is all allowed to happen.
- 18:07Speaker 1: And I want you to understand why. The reason why
- 18:10Speaker 1: this is allowed to happen right now is because the
- 18:13Speaker 1: media is still going to stand there and tell you
- 18:17Speaker 1: that there's no there there. You heard it in the reporting.
- 18:21Speaker 1: This is the reason why they get away with it.
- 18:24Speaker 1: I'm going to tie this story to another important story.
- 18:28Speaker 1: There is an Illinois judge that just removed Donald Trump
- 18:32Speaker 1: from the primary ballot over January the sixth. The judge's
- 18:38Speaker 1: name is Tracy Porter. You are not going to believe
- 18:43Speaker 1: what I'm about to tell you about Tracy Porter, and
- 18:46Speaker 1: how insignificant of a judge Tracy Porter was until this
- 18:53Speaker 1: move came down to remove Donald Trump from the primary
- 18:56Speaker 1: ballot over January the sixth. This judge in Illinois who
- 19:04Speaker 1: had the power and you want to talk about an
- 19:06Speaker 1: abuse of power to take Donald Trump off the ballot
- 19:09Speaker 1: in Illinois, is in fact, are you ready for this?
- 19:11Speaker 1: A traffic court judge who presides over and I'm quoting
- 19:17Speaker 1: from the website minor traffic violations and Class A misdemeanors
- 19:24Speaker 1: quote unquote, a traffic court judge is is the woman
- 19:31Speaker 1: who somehow gained power and access to then take Donald
- 19:34Speaker 1: Trump off of the ballot. Tracy Porter, the Chicago area
- 19:39Speaker 1: judge who on Wednesday declared that former President Donald Trump
- 19:43Speaker 1: would be ineligible to appeal to appear on the Illinois
- 19:46Speaker 1: primary ballot, joining a contentious national fight, was first appointed
- 19:51Speaker 1: the position in twenty twenty one and ran as a
- 19:54Speaker 1: Democrat for a full term in twenty twenty two. Cook
- 19:58Speaker 1: County Court Judge Judge Tracy Porter on Wednesday, said quote,
- 20:03Speaker 1: Trump cannot appear on next month's Illinois Republican primary ballot
- 20:07Speaker 1: because of the insurrection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. Ruling
- 20:11Speaker 1: this role on January sixth storming of the Capitol made
- 20:13Speaker 1: him constitutionally ineligible to service President. Judge Porter, who has
- 20:19Speaker 1: been the Circuit court position for less than three years,
- 20:21Speaker 1: said she agreed with the Colorado Supreme Court, which also
- 20:25Speaker 1: ruled Trump could not appear in the state's twenty twenty
- 20:28Speaker 1: fourth primary because the post Civil War Fourteenth Amendment bars
- 20:32Speaker 1: people who have engaged in insurrection rebellion from holding office.
- 20:36Speaker 1: A native of Chicago's South Side, this is coming from Forbes,
- 20:40Speaker 1: by the way, who is licensed to practice law in Illinois,
- 20:43Speaker 1: New York.
- 20:44Speaker 2: Porter earned her bachelor's degree in international.
- 20:47Speaker 1: Business from Cornell College in Iowa before earning her law
- 20:50Speaker 1: degree from Drake University. Porter then spent four years as
- 20:54Speaker 1: a litigation attorney with the Office of Solicitor in the
- 20:57Speaker 1: US Department of Labour in the nineteen nineties before working
- 20:59Speaker 1: in private practice and then academia. She was then appointed
- 21:04Speaker 1: You ready for this long career dating back to the nineties,
- 21:08Speaker 1: she finally gets her big break in twenty twenty one
- 21:12Speaker 1: when she was appointed to a traffic court position. She
- 21:18Speaker 1: then won an election for a full term as the
- 21:20Speaker 1: Cook County Circuit Court judge in twenty twenty two. She
- 21:26Speaker 1: is a traffic court lawyer, or I should say, let
- 21:29Speaker 1: me rephrase that.
- 21:30Speaker 2: A traffic court judge.
- 21:34Speaker 1: Porter, by the way, said after twenty twenty appointment quote,
- 21:38Speaker 1: my motto is impacting lives and changing communities, and that
- 21:41Speaker 1: is how I will approach this position.
- 21:44Speaker 2: Uh huh okay.
- 21:45Speaker 1: So taking a former president off the ballot apparently fits in.
- 21:48Speaker 2: That, got it.
- 21:49Speaker 1: A group of five Illinois residents filed a challenge to
- 21:52Speaker 1: Trump's candidacy in Illinois in January, in coordination with the
- 21:55Speaker 1: Free Speech for People, the same group that tried to
- 21:58Speaker 1: have Trump removed from ballot to Michigan, Minnesota, and Oregon.
- 22:02Speaker 1: The state's Board of Elections dismissed the case in January
- 22:07Speaker 1: and ruled Trump could stay on the Republican primary ballot,
- 22:10Speaker 1: but the Prisi Janners immediately appealed the decision. Then this
- 22:14Speaker 1: judge comes in and does this. Now, I think the
- 22:19Speaker 1: Supreme Court's gonna come in heavy handed. I think this
- 22:22Speaker 1: is going to be a nine zero decision. I think
- 22:24Speaker 1: they're going to say you cannot remove Donald Trump from
- 22:27Speaker 1: the ballot. I truly believe that. But let me also
- 22:30Speaker 1: say this real quick. The media would be going berserk
- 22:35Speaker 1: if some random Republican judge did this to, for example,
- 22:39Speaker 1: keep Joe Biden or Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama off
- 22:42Speaker 1: the ballot. They're not even covering and telling you that
- 22:46Speaker 1: this judge is a traffic court judge who just decided
- 22:51Speaker 1: to go rogue and take the American people's right to
- 22:55Speaker 1: choose who their leader is in Illinois and could have
- 22:59Speaker 1: precedent on these other states. They're not going to tell
- 23:02Speaker 1: you the truth behind this at all. This is the same,
- 23:05Speaker 1: by the way, media that will tell you that Joe Biden,
- 23:08Speaker 1: who's at the border right now, that he's got it
- 23:11Speaker 1: under control at the border. This is the same president
- 23:14Speaker 1: who has insisted there was not a crisis. This is
- 23:16Speaker 1: the same president that laughed as the border crisis raged
- 23:20Speaker 1: when people were concerned about it. This is the same
- 23:22Speaker 1: president who has said that there's nothing he can do
- 23:26Speaker 1: to stop the flow of the legal immigrants of the border,
- 23:28Speaker 1: even though they even bragged about how many executive orders
- 23:31Speaker 1: they undid from Donald Trump. The first day was an
- 23:34Speaker 1: office that dealt with the border. Let me remind you
- 23:37Speaker 1: of this president lying to you back in April of
- 23:40Speaker 1: twenty twenty one. Then the second clip, you're gonna hear
- 23:43Speaker 1: us from March of twenty twenty one. Then you're gonna
- 23:45Speaker 1: hear a clip from May of twenty twenty three, and
- 23:49Speaker 1: then another one in January of this year.
- 23:51Speaker 2: Here's the president on the border in April alone.
- 23:54Speaker 1: This president one hundred and seventy thousand people migrants I bring.
- 23:58Speaker 2: It at the border is twenty twenty one April. Listen.
- 24:02Speaker 5: It's a twenty year record that suttons to most folks
- 24:04Speaker 5: like a crisis.
- 24:05Speaker 2: Well, look it's way down now. We've now gotten control.
- 24:09Speaker 1: Is there is there a crisis at the border. Sir, No,
- 24:15Speaker 1: we'll be able to handle it. That's what he said
- 24:17Speaker 1: in March twenty twenty one. Move forward to May twenty
- 24:19Speaker 1: twenty three.
- 24:21Speaker 2: Things are going to have a border, sir, much Twitter,
- 24:25Speaker 2: much Britain. You all expect it.
- 24:28Speaker 1: Much better than you all expected, he laughs at you.
- 24:31Speaker 1: In May of twenty twenty three, that was around the
- 24:33Speaker 1: time he fell off his bicycle not kidding in Delaware.
- 24:37Speaker 2: And then January of twenty twenty four. You hear a reporter,
- 24:40Speaker 2: mister president, what she called this from the southern border
- 24:43Speaker 2: of place.
- 24:44Speaker 1: Would you call the situation at the southern border a crisis? No, no, no,
- 24:51Speaker 1: there it is the President United States America. No, this
- 24:53Speaker 1: is not a problem at the border. Everything is fine,
- 25:00Speaker 1: everything is okay. They will look at you and they
- 25:04Speaker 1: will lie to your face. I'll go back to the
- 25:07Speaker 1: Biden crime family for a second, just to give you
- 25:08Speaker 1: another example of the media. Representative Dan Goldman, a Democrat
- 25:11Speaker 1: from New York, came out and he was delusional. Dan
- 25:14Speaker 1: Golden insisted that there's actually a quote, a very understandable,
- 25:18Speaker 1: coherent business explanation for the Bidens families corrupt foreign business schemes.
- 25:24Speaker 2: Listen to what he said a press conference earlier on that.
- 25:27Speaker 10: There is a very understandable, coherent business explanation for every
- 25:32Speaker 10: single thing that they asked for. And now that all
- 25:36Speaker 10: of this China stuff or Romania or Kazakhstan is clearly
- 25:42Speaker 10: clearly baseless and bogus, the only thing that the Republicans
- 25:46Speaker 10: have left are these Barisma allegations.
- 25:50Speaker 1: These guys, I mean Eric Swearing, the guy who is
- 25:54Speaker 1: literally sleeping with the enemy, of Chinese spy standing over
- 25:57Speaker 1: his left shoulder. These are the same peace pool that
- 26:00Speaker 1: stand there, and they tell you that it is that
- 26:03Speaker 1: there's very an actually very understandable, coherent business explanation. Okay,
- 26:08Speaker 1: what were they then? What was the business of the
- 26:10Speaker 1: Biden crime family? I'm serious, what was it they were doing?
- 26:15Speaker 1: Oh and by the way, back to the border real
- 26:17Speaker 1: quick again part of the lies of the media.
- 26:19Speaker 2: Just on Monday alone, On Monday alone.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Five hundred and eleven illegal immigrants were encountered at the
- 26:27Speaker 1: Eagle Pass station where President Trump is visiting. Just twelve
- 26:31Speaker 1: illegal immigrants were encountered at the Brownsville station where Biden
- 26:34Speaker 1: is visiting. You notice, even where they go, it's disingenuous.
- 26:39Speaker 1: On Monday, five hundred and eleven illegal immigrants were encountered
- 26:42Speaker 1: where Trump is going today, and just twelve illegal immigants
- 26:46Speaker 1: were encountered at the Brownsville station where Biden's visiting. So
- 26:48Speaker 1: he can go down there and say, see, there's not
- 26:50Speaker 1: really a problem here. You want to know how many
- 26:52Speaker 1: illegal immigrant apprehensions there were on Monday four thousand, seven
- 26:57Speaker 1: hundred and fifty two human beings.
- 26:59Speaker 11: Listen, Customs and Border Protections for US has told Fox
- 27:02Speaker 11: News that nearly five thousand illegals were apprehended along the
- 27:07Speaker 11: southern border from California through Texas in a single day
- 27:11Speaker 11: on Monday. The Eagle Pass station in the Del Rio sector,
- 27:16Speaker 11: where Trump is headed in Brownsville, Texas, reported five hundred
- 27:20Speaker 11: and eleven apprehensions on Monday. Brownsville station in the Rio
- 27:25Speaker 11: Grand Valley sector, where President Biden will be only twelve
- 27:30Speaker 11: were reported. Texas's lieutenant governor is going after Biden's well location.
- 27:36Speaker 12: He doesn't care. This is all about the politics of
- 27:39Speaker 12: the future. They want millions to come here, become citizens
- 27:42Speaker 12: than voters so they can control the country.
- 27:44Speaker 2: And they don't care.
- 27:45Speaker 12: It's obvious they don't care who dies to meet those goals.
- 27:49Speaker 1: I mean, you think about this president. This president will
- 27:52Speaker 1: lie to you. He will find the part of the
- 27:55Speaker 1: border that has the least number of interactions of illegal
- 27:57Speaker 1: immigrants and go there and he'll tell tell you that, hey,
- 28:01Speaker 1: it's not really that bad. And you'll have the Democrats
- 28:04Speaker 1: come out and they'll tell you the same thing. Hey, guys,
- 28:05Speaker 1: it's really just not that bad. They'll tell you there's
- 28:09Speaker 1: a legitimate reason for the Biden crime family to make
- 28:11Speaker 1: millions and millions and millions and millions of dollars, millions
- 28:15Speaker 1: and millions of dollars, and then they won't tell you
- 28:17Speaker 1: what the legitimate reason actually is. Department of Homland Security
- 28:22Speaker 1: Secretary of by Orchis, by the way, claims there is
- 28:24Speaker 1: no executive action Biden can take to fix the border crisis,
- 28:28Speaker 1: saying this at the Southern border listener.
- 28:31Speaker 13: No executive actions that the President can take to reduce
- 28:36Speaker 13: the number the large number of migrants that are coming
- 28:40Speaker 13: to the US Mexico border that we saw in twenty
- 28:43Speaker 13: twenty three and continue this year.
- 28:45Speaker 14: The fact of the matter is that the only enduring
- 28:49Speaker 14: solution is legislation.
- 28:52Speaker 2: Congress needs to act.
- 28:54Speaker 14: We have a bipartisan piece of legislation that three Senators
- 28:59Speaker 14: work on intensely for a number of months. I was
- 29:03Speaker 14: very privileged to be at the table to provide technical
- 29:05Speaker 14: and operational expertise. The administration was represented at the table.
- 29:10Speaker 14: We need Congress to act.
- 29:12Speaker 2: There's your last and final lie of the show. Today.
- 29:15Speaker 2: He's sitting there telling you there's nothing you can do.
- 29:17Speaker 2: There's nothing you can do, There's nothing you can do.
- 29:19Speaker 2: He knows your something can do.
- 29:20Speaker 1: He knows that the border was secure, and the number
- 29:23Speaker 1: one thing that changed that was the executive actions that
- 29:26Speaker 1: were rescinded when he became president of what Donald Trump
- 29:29Speaker 1: was doing. And they will lie to your face and
- 29:31Speaker 1: tell you, well, the only way to fix this problem
- 29:33Speaker 1: is Congress act, because they know that Congress isn't going
- 29:35Speaker 1: to act, and therefore they can keep flooding the southern border,
- 29:39Speaker 1: and they are lying to you. Make sure you share
