- 0:01Speaker 1: It is so fun to start Verdict with good news
- 0:05Speaker 1: and welcome. It is Verdict for Center, Ted Cruz, Ben
- 0:07Speaker 1: Ferguson with you and Senator We have got incredible news
- 0:11Speaker 1: that a hostage coming out of Russia has been released.
- 0:15Speaker 1: This is incredible.
- 0:17Speaker 2: Yet another American hostage has come home. Mark Fogel, who
- 0:20Speaker 2: has been in Russian jail since twenty twenty one, returned
- 0:25Speaker 2: home to the United States this week Thursday night. Late
- 0:29Speaker 2: Thursday night, he was in the Oval Office with President Trump.
- 0:34Speaker 2: This is a big victory bringing American hostages home. It's
- 0:38Speaker 2: a continuation of the Venezuelan hostages that were brought home
- 0:44Speaker 2: the first week President Trump was back in office and
- 0:47Speaker 2: the Hamas hostages both Americans and Israelis that have been
- 0:50Speaker 2: released since President Trump has been in office. Yet another
- 0:54Speaker 2: hostage release. This is the consequence of a strong commander
- 0:58Speaker 2: in chief who our enemies are afraid of. That's a
- 1:02Speaker 2: big victory for everyone. On top of that, we also
- 1:06Speaker 2: have yet more breaking news of USAID funding millions and
- 1:12Speaker 2: millions of dollars that is going to terrorists that funded Hamas,
- 1:16Speaker 2: that funded terrorists that that did enormous damage to US
- 1:21Speaker 2: national security interests. And put money in the pockets of
- 1:25Speaker 2: those who were who were attempting to murder and succeeded
- 1:28Speaker 2: in murdering Israelis and Americans. And finally, today Elon Musk
- 1:35Speaker 2: and Donald Trump were in the Oval Office together. The
- 1:37Speaker 2: President this week signed an executive order implementing doja's recommendations,
- 1:43Speaker 2: and they detailed yet more incredible examples of abusive waste, fraud,
- 1:49Speaker 2: and abuse, including astonishingly enough people receiving Social Security benefits
- 1:55Speaker 2: who are allegedly one hundred and fifty years old. Spoiler alert,
- 2:00Speaker 2: ain't one hundred and fifty all of that on today's show.
- 2:03Speaker 3: No doubt about it.
- 2:04Speaker 1: I want to take a moment and talk to you
- 2:06Speaker 1: real quick about the incredible work that's being done by
- 2:08Speaker 1: the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. After more than
- 2:12Speaker 1: a year of war, tear and pain in Israel, there
- 2:15Speaker 1: is still a great demand for basic humanitarian aid. The
- 2:19Speaker 1: International Fellowship of Christians and Jews has supported and continues
- 2:23Speaker 1: to support those in the Holy Land that are still
- 2:26Speaker 1: facing the lingering horrors of war and those who are
- 2:30Speaker 1: in desperate need. Right now now, your ongoing monthly gift
- 2:34Speaker 1: of forty five dollars will provide critically needed aid to
- 2:38Speaker 1: communities in the North and the South that have been
- 2:41Speaker 1: devastated by this ongoing war. Your generous donation each month
- 2:46Speaker 1: will deliver help to those in need, including evacuees and
- 2:49Speaker 1: refugees from war torn areas, first responders and volunteers, wounded soldiers,
- 2:55Speaker 1: elderly Holocaust survivors, families who have literally lost everything, and
- 3:00Speaker 1: so many more. And you can provide hope during a
- 3:03Speaker 1: time of great uncertainty. So to give a gift to
- 3:06Speaker 1: bless Israel and her people, you can do so by
- 3:09Speaker 1: visiting SUPPORTIFCJ dot org. That's one word, support IFCJ dot org.
- 3:17Speaker 1: You can also call eight at eight four eight eight
- 3:20Speaker 1: IFCJ that's eight at eight four eight eight, IFCJ eight
- 3:26Speaker 1: at eight four eight eight four three two five, or
- 3:29Speaker 1: support IFCJ dot org center. Let's get back to this
- 3:33Speaker 1: incredible story about this hostage, Mark Fogel. It was an
- 3:38Speaker 1: American detained in Russia from August of twenty twenty one
- 3:45Speaker 1: until February eleventh of twenty twenty five. Donald Trump becomes
- 3:52Speaker 1: president and he gets him out.
- 3:54Speaker 3: Well.
- 3:55Speaker 2: He was arrested in Russia at a Russian airport for
- 3:57Speaker 2: the possession of drugs, which which has family said was
- 4:00Speaker 2: medically prescribed marijuana. And Fogel was a history teacher who
- 4:06Speaker 2: was working at the Anglo American school in Moscow, and
- 4:10Speaker 2: he was arrested and and he he came home. And
- 4:15Speaker 2: when he came home, it's snowing in Washington, d C.
- 4:17Speaker 2: There's a bunch of snow on the ground. And he
- 4:19Speaker 2: came out of the snow to come into the Oval
- 4:21Speaker 2: Office to be with President Trump. And I got to say,
- 4:24Speaker 2: it was powerful. It was amazing the scene of the
- 4:27Speaker 2: two of them in the Oval Office.
- 4:28Speaker 3: Here, give a listen.
- 4:30Speaker 4: He's a very happy guy tonight. It's just a real honor,
- 4:34Speaker 4: an honored ab at the ways.
- 4:36Speaker 5: I feel like the luckiest man on earth right now.
- 4:40Speaker 5: And I want you to know that I am not
- 4:46Speaker 5: a hero in this at all. And President Trump, this
- 4:51Speaker 5: is a hero. These men that came from the diplomatic
- 4:57Speaker 5: service are heroes. The senators and representatives of past legislation
- 5:06Speaker 5: in my honor to get me home are the heroes.
- 5:14Speaker 5: I am in awe of what they all did. My
- 5:18Speaker 5: family has been a force. I think my ninety five
- 5:23Speaker 5: year old mother is probably the most dynamic ninety five
- 5:28Speaker 5: year old on earth right now, and I am so
- 5:34Speaker 5: indebted to so many people. I think I remember a
- 5:38Speaker 5: Churchill quote that he said when the ref was fighting
- 5:43Speaker 5: the liftoff, and he said that never have so many
- 5:49Speaker 5: owed so much to so few. And I put myself,
- 5:55Speaker 5: fortunately and unfortunately into that category, and I said, never
- 5:58Speaker 5: has won so much to so many. That this superorganism
- 6:05Speaker 5: of people that came to my support and the love
- 6:11Speaker 5: that I was given sustained me for three and a
- 6:16Speaker 5: half years in a prison that had me in hospitals
- 6:22Speaker 5: for more than one hundred days. I was given more
- 6:26Speaker 5: than four hundred injections.
- 6:29Speaker 4: In that time.
- 6:30Speaker 5: And knowing I had the support of my fellow Pennsylvanians,
- 6:37Speaker 5: my family, my friends, it was so overwhelming that it
- 6:50Speaker 5: brought me to my knees and it brought me to tears.
- 6:54Speaker 4: But it was.
- 6:56Speaker 5: It was my energy, it was my being that kept
- 7:02Speaker 5: me going that whole time. And I will forever be
- 7:07Speaker 5: indebted President Trump to Steve over there. What a dynamic
- 7:15Speaker 5: man this guy is. When I met him, the energy,
- 7:25Speaker 5: the can do attitude just exudes from his body. And
- 7:31Speaker 5: when he smiled at me and introduced me, and I
- 7:34Speaker 5: got the feel for what has happened. You know, it's
- 7:37Speaker 5: not just me, it's his everybody and Secretary Rubio, who
- 7:41Speaker 5: met my son a while back.
- 7:45Speaker 4: I'm I'm a.
- 7:47Speaker 5: Middle class school teacher who's now in a.
- 7:56Speaker 4: Dream world. We're going to show you the Lincoln bit.
- 8:01Speaker 6: It's very special, special place appropriate for very appropriate.
- 8:07Speaker 5: And thank you all. And I love our country and
- 8:16Speaker 5: I'm so happy to be back here. And I wish
- 8:24Speaker 5: I could articulate it better.
- 8:26Speaker 4: You've done beautifully. And he's got a great mother.
- 8:29Speaker 6: And when I show the mother at a rally, she said,
- 8:33Speaker 6: will you if you win, will you get my son out?
- 8:35Speaker 4: And I promise. She's ninety five years old and we'll
- 8:39Speaker 4: get him out. And we got him out pretty quickly.
- 8:42Speaker 5: She told me that that exact words.
- 8:45Speaker 4: Remember, she's made quite an impression.
- 8:48Speaker 5: And you also did.
- 8:50Speaker 4: And I'm gonna know of what you've done and your team.
- 8:55Speaker 4: It's great to have you back. And I have a
- 8:57Speaker 4: great life.
- 8:58Speaker 3: Wow.
- 8:58Speaker 2: That that that's just amazingly powerful. And and you think
- 9:03Speaker 2: about Mark Folo's life has been transformed, and it's been
- 9:08Speaker 2: transformed because Donald Trump is a strong commander in chief
- 9:13Speaker 2: and Putin is afraid of him. Venezuela is afraid of him,
- 9:17Speaker 2: Hamas is afraid of him, and and and that that
- 9:21Speaker 2: that pattern is significant. Look, hostage negotiations are always complicated
- 9:25Speaker 2: and difficult, and and that's the difference we have. You
- 9:29Speaker 2: think about in three weeks to see so many American
- 9:32Speaker 2: hostages released, that's a big deal.
- 9:35Speaker 1: Which brings me to the question. And it's frustrating. I'm
- 9:38Speaker 1: one of those I want to be a very queer center.
- 9:39Speaker 1: I'm frustrated. This makes me angry that you look at
- 9:42Speaker 1: a guy like Mark, you you look at how sincere
- 9:45Speaker 1: his love is for this country, how thankful he is
- 9:49Speaker 1: to see the light of day again in America, to
- 9:51Speaker 1: be out of hell in Russia, and the way that
- 9:54Speaker 1: we know they treat people in Russia. He talked in
- 9:57Speaker 1: that in that clip about how many days he's spent
- 9:59Speaker 1: in the high hospital, how many injections he received, And
- 10:02Speaker 1: the reality is many people don't make it out alive
- 10:06Speaker 1: once you go into the prison system in Russia. And
- 10:09Speaker 1: there's an anger I think by not just me, but
- 10:12Speaker 1: I think probably many people listening. They're saying, how is
- 10:15Speaker 1: it that Biden Harris didn't get these people out? It's
- 10:18Speaker 1: not just him, it's the others you just mentioned. But
- 10:21Speaker 1: it's like, did they just not fight hard enough? Do
- 10:23Speaker 1: they just not give a damn? Because Donald Trump just
- 10:26Speaker 1: did it? And I think this is something that outrages
- 10:29Speaker 1: me and many others.
- 10:30Speaker 2: You know, I don't think it's fair to say that
- 10:32Speaker 2: that Biden didn't give a damn.
- 10:35Speaker 4: You know.
- 10:35Speaker 2: I will say during his presidency that there was some
- 10:38Speaker 2: hostages who returned home. Mark Swedan, who was a Texan
- 10:41Speaker 2: who was wrongfully imprisoned in China for over ten years.
- 10:45Speaker 2: I was very very active pressing for Swedan's return. Look, look,
- 10:49Speaker 2: when you're dealing with hostages, it is always complicated. It
- 10:53Speaker 2: is always difficult. I've been involved in seeking and helping
- 10:58Speaker 2: get the return of multiple high hostages over the past decade.
- 11:02Speaker 2: What I would say is the reason that Mark Fogel
- 11:06Speaker 2: wasn't returned, and then that these hostages were not released
- 11:10Speaker 2: under Biden is that our enemies viewed Biden as a
- 11:13Speaker 2: weak commander in chief and that they were weak. That
- 11:17Speaker 2: they were not They were not afraid of him. Putin
- 11:22Speaker 2: was not afraid of Biden. Hamas was not afraid of Biden.
- 11:25Speaker 2: Venezuela Maduro was not afraid of Biden and all right,
- 11:29Speaker 2: let's take an example. Let's take an example this week
- 11:32Speaker 2: where Hamas is delaying some of the Israeli hostages, and
- 11:36Speaker 2: give a listen to Trump explaining what will happen if
- 11:41Speaker 2: they don't release the hostages by Saturday at noon.
- 11:44Speaker 3: Give a listen.
- 11:45Speaker 7: Well, I would say this, and I'm going to let
- 11:47Speaker 7: that because that's Israel's decision. But as far as I'm concerned,
- 11:50Speaker 7: if all of the hostages aren't returned by Saturday at
- 11:55Speaker 7: twelve o'clock, I think it's an appropriate time. I would say,
- 12:00Speaker 7: cancel it, and all bets are off and let hell
- 12:03Speaker 7: break out. I'd say they ought to be returned by
- 12:06Speaker 7: twelve o'clock on Saturday.
- 12:07Speaker 6: And if they're not returned, all of them, not in
- 12:10Speaker 6: drips and drabs, not two and one and three and
- 12:13Speaker 6: four and two Saturday at twelve o'clock, and after that,
- 12:20Speaker 6: I would say, all hell is going to break out.
- 12:25Speaker 3: There's something interesting he said there.
- 12:27Speaker 1: He said, this is my opinion, and then he basically
- 12:30Speaker 1: said that gave some room there for Israel to pivot.
- 12:33Speaker 1: We now know there is no pivot needed. Net and Yah,
- 12:36Speaker 1: who has come out saying the same exact thing, it's
- 12:39Speaker 1: it's clear that our strongest ally we are getting their
- 12:43Speaker 1: back and we are one again on this on this front,
- 12:46Speaker 1: that is good for both countries well.
- 12:49Speaker 2: And look, both Prime Minister net Yeah who and President
- 12:51Speaker 2: Trump are very focused on bringing the hostages home. As
- 12:55Speaker 2: you know, I spent two hours with BB on Thursday
- 12:58Speaker 2: night and then I had dinner with Trump on Friday night,
- 13:00Speaker 2: So I've seen both of them within the last few days.
- 13:02Speaker 2: And I will say BB echoed exactly that message that
- 13:06Speaker 2: came from Trump, which is if the hostages are not
- 13:09Speaker 2: released by noon on Saturday, all of the hostages, that
- 13:13Speaker 2: the ceasefire is over and Israel will return to eliminating
- 13:17Speaker 2: the Hamas terrorist. And I think that is the way
- 13:21Speaker 2: you get hostages released from a position of strength, and
- 13:24Speaker 2: we're seeing strength from the commander in chief.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Final question on this and that is when you look forward.
- 13:30Speaker 1: There are still other Americans I know that are around
- 13:32Speaker 1: the country, around the world say being held.
- 13:34Speaker 3: Is this a.
- 13:35Speaker 1: Trend you expect to continue because of the difference in leadership.
- 13:39Speaker 2: Yes, Look, look, a strong commander in chief. When our
- 13:44Speaker 2: enemies are afraid of the president, Americans are safer, Americans
- 13:48Speaker 2: are at less risk because the bad guys, the terrorists,
- 13:52Speaker 2: those who want to take hostages have less confidence they
- 13:56Speaker 2: can succeed, and that is a good thing.
- 14:00Speaker 1: I want to move to USAID and some of the
- 14:05Speaker 1: big issues that are now coming out of that, and
- 14:08Speaker 1: it deals also with the issue of terrorism. We got
- 14:11Speaker 1: some shocking news that has come out. It's something, by
- 14:14Speaker 1: the way, that I think we need to point out
- 14:16Speaker 1: very clearly. You had been talking about this now for
- 14:19Speaker 1: several years in Congress and on this show. Yeah, and
- 14:23Speaker 1: thank goodness, now at least all of it seems to
- 14:27Speaker 1: be being exposed because of the digging with Doge and
- 14:30Speaker 1: the Trump administration back in office.
- 14:32Speaker 2: Well, there was a lengthy tweet that I sent this
- 14:34Speaker 2: week that said the following. The full story of USAID
- 14:37Speaker 2: funding HAMAS is vast, and much of it was done
- 14:41Speaker 2: in secret. Before and after October seventh, the USAID flowed
- 14:45Speaker 2: unaccountable hundreds of millions of dollars towards HAMAS that enabled
- 14:50Speaker 2: it to launch the attack and keep battling Israel afterwards.
- 14:54Speaker 2: They lied about the nature of that aid in public databases,
- 14:58Speaker 2: refused to disclose what group were getting the money, and
- 15:01Speaker 2: gave tens of millions in American cash to be distributed
- 15:05Speaker 2: without American supervision. They internally admitted the aid would benefit
- 15:11Speaker 2: HAMAS and even exempted themselves from anti terrorism laws, but
- 15:16Speaker 2: in public issued denial for all four years of the
- 15:21Speaker 2: Biden administration, I prevented them from confirming a Middle East
- 15:25Speaker 2: Administrator because they wouldn't acknowledge what they were doing, because
- 15:29Speaker 2: continuing their secret pro HAMAS programs was more important to them.
- 15:36Speaker 2: And I'll tell you there was a major article in
- 15:38Speaker 2: the Washington Free Beacon that I tweeted out as well,
- 15:42Speaker 2: and it's an article My team and I provided a
- 15:45Speaker 2: significant amount of the information to the Washington Free Beacon,
- 15:48Speaker 2: but it's entitled at USAID funding for terroritied groups and
- 15:54Speaker 2: internal hostility towards Israel goes back years. One former State
- 15:59Speaker 2: Department official described a lack of embarrassment among some USAID
- 16:05Speaker 2: staffers about being associated with terrorist organization. And I'm going
- 16:10Speaker 2: to read from the beginning of this article because it's
- 16:12Speaker 2: an important article and the fact Senate are very disturbing
- 16:15Speaker 2: as the Trump administration works to shutter the United States
- 16:19Speaker 2: Agency for International Development USAID, Current and former US officials
- 16:24Speaker 2: who work closely with the unbattled AID group say they
- 16:27Speaker 2: watched for years as it funneled millions of dollars to
- 16:30Speaker 2: anti Israel advocacy groups and entities linked to terrorism. That
- 16:35Speaker 2: funding caused internal friction across multiple administrations, according to those
- 16:40Speaker 2: who spoke with The Washington Free Beacon. In some cases,
- 16:44Speaker 2: USAID fought to conceal how taxpayer funds were spent, and
- 16:47Speaker 2: when it came to Israel, officials recalled battling USAID over
- 16:52Speaker 2: funding for groups that worked to undermine the Jewish state
- 16:56Speaker 2: or maintain.
- 16:56Speaker 3: Ties to terror organizations. Quote.
- 16:59Speaker 2: For those who believe in a strong US Israel relationship,
- 17:03Speaker 2: elements of USAID had been problematic for years, said one
- 17:06Speaker 2: former State Department official who worked with USAID during the
- 17:10Speaker 2: Biden administration.
- 17:12Speaker 3: Quote.
- 17:13Speaker 2: There was even a lack of embarrassment among some USAID
- 17:16Speaker 2: staffers about being associated with terrorist organizations. Some of the
- 17:21Speaker 2: terror tied funding initiatives are publicly known. In November twenty
- 17:24Speaker 2: twenty two, for instance, USAID awarded one hundred thousand dollars
- 17:29Speaker 2: to a Palestinian activist group whose leaders hailed the Popular
- 17:35Speaker 2: Front for the Liberation of Palestine a designated terror group,
- 17:40Speaker 2: just six days before Hamas's October seventh assault. On Israel,
- 17:46Speaker 2: USAID handed nine hundred thousand dollars to a terror charitor
- 17:51Speaker 2: charity in Gaza involved with the son of Hamas leader
- 17:56Speaker 2: Ismail Hanayer. USAID's hostilities towards the Jewish State, however, ran
- 18:02Speaker 2: deeper than the agency's grant making. Under Samantha Power, former
- 18:06Speaker 2: President Joe Biden's pick to run USAID, agency officials fought
- 18:12Speaker 2: pro Israel policy making at the State Department, often urging
- 18:16Speaker 2: their colleagues at Foggy Bottom to pare down statements that
- 18:19Speaker 2: praise the Jewish state, former official said in twenty twenty one,
- 18:24Speaker 2: during a period of conflict with Hamas, Power herself refused
- 18:28Speaker 2: to meet with Israel's ambassador unless Israel reached a cease
- 18:33Speaker 2: fire with the Iran backed terror group. The decision put
- 18:37Speaker 2: Power at odds with the White House National Security Council,
- 18:40Speaker 2: which signed off on the meeting. Emails obtained by the
- 18:44Speaker 2: Freebeacon Show.
- 18:46Speaker 1: It is shocking to hear you read that, and yet
- 18:48Speaker 1: it's so well documented. It's something that you've been sounding
- 18:52Speaker 1: the alarm on for a while. Now, because of a
- 18:54Speaker 1: new administration, we're actually getting some movement on this. But
- 18:59Speaker 1: how angry should Americans be that their tax dours have
- 19:02Speaker 1: been going to terrorist organizations through these funneled through these
- 19:08Speaker 1: charities and other groups. And there were warnings meaning that
- 19:12Speaker 1: the government, Biden Harris and their team, they knew the
- 19:16Speaker 1: money was ending up with these people. This wasn't a
- 19:18Speaker 1: one office, wasn't an accident. This was deliberate.
- 19:21Speaker 2: Well, they knew it and they actively hit it. Let
- 19:24Speaker 2: me read a little more from this Freebeacon article. A
- 19:26Speaker 2: January memo from the Inspector General Paul Martin noted that
- 19:30Speaker 2: the agency quote does not maintain a comprehensive internal database
- 19:35Speaker 2: of sub awardees. In other words, the foreign entities that
- 19:39Speaker 2: work with a primary grantee on a USAID project often
- 19:44Speaker 2: go unreported, impeding the ability of the agency investigators to
- 19:48Speaker 2: vet fraud allegations. According to the memo, such allegations often
- 19:54Speaker 2: include the diversion of taxpayer funded aid to terrorist organizations,
- 20:00Speaker 2: and a November report, for example, Martin quote identified deliberate
- 20:04Speaker 2: interference and efforts to divert humanitarian assistance by foreign terrorist organizations,
- 20:11Speaker 2: including systemic coercion of aid workers by fdos, foreign terrorist organizations,
- 20:18Speaker 2: and FTO influence over beneficiary selection. These diversion efforts are
- 20:25Speaker 2: particularly pronounced in Hamas controlled Gaza. A February report from
- 20:30Speaker 2: the Middle East Forum think tank found that the USAID
- 20:34Speaker 2: had awarded millions of dollars to organizations directly in Gaza
- 20:41Speaker 2: controlled by Hamas. Let me read that again. A February
- 20:45Speaker 2: report from the Middle East Forum think tank found that
- 20:49Speaker 2: USAID had awarded millions of federal dollars to organizations directly
- 20:55Speaker 2: in Gaza controlled by Hamas, and it continues. In one
- 21:00Speaker 2: bideneric case, USAID funded an educational and community center in
- 21:06Speaker 2: Gaza quote, controlled by a local group called the Unlimited
- 21:13Speaker 2: Friends Association. The association openly collaborated with Hamas, inviting the
- 21:18Speaker 2: terror group's officials to its office and boasting of US
- 21:23Speaker 2: funded projects in Hamas controlled newspapers. In twenty twenty one,
- 21:28Speaker 2: its director called for Jerusalem to be cleansed, quote from
- 21:33Speaker 2: the impurity of the Jews. This is who Joe Biden
- 21:39Speaker 2: and the Democrats were sending millions of dollars to, and
- 21:42Speaker 2: this is who they were covering it up.
- 21:44Speaker 1: Not only were they covering it up, but this has
- 21:47Speaker 1: a USAID has a long history that's now well documented
- 21:51Speaker 1: of them helping radicals and one of the things you
- 21:56Speaker 1: and I talked about before the show was another just
- 21:59Speaker 1: totally in saying aspect of this and that included paying
- 22:02Speaker 1: for terrorists college funds.
- 22:05Speaker 2: Well, that is exactly right, and it is a stunning story.
- 22:09Speaker 2: So this is something that's been reported in Fox News
- 22:12Speaker 2: and the New York Post. Here's what the New York
- 22:14Speaker 2: Post said. USAID reportedly bankrolled al Qaeda terrorist college tuition.
- 22:20Speaker 2: Unearthed record showed USAID American bord jahattist anwar all Illachi
- 22:29Speaker 2: received full funding to attend Colorado State University in nineteen ninety.
- 22:35Speaker 2: USAID documents obtained by Fox News showed, now who is
- 22:39Speaker 2: on wear al Lachi. He is a notorious terrorist, so
- 22:43Speaker 2: notorious that President Barack Obama ordered him killed in a
- 22:48Speaker 2: US air strike in Yemen twenty years later. The documents
- 22:52Speaker 2: revealed that all Alacki, who was born in Las Cruces,
- 22:55Speaker 2: New Mexico, lied on his application and claimed that he
- 22:59Speaker 2: was born in Yemen, apparently so he would be eligible
- 23:03Speaker 2: for the federal tuition funding worth more than twenty seven
- 23:07Speaker 2: thousand dollars at the time.
- 23:08Speaker 3: That was nineteen ninety.
- 23:09Speaker 2: Tuition and fees for an international student at the university
- 23:14Speaker 2: today would be nearly ten times that using the education
- 23:19Speaker 2: USAID provided him, he earned a bachelor's in civil engineering
- 23:23Speaker 2: in nineteen ninety four. Alilaki would go on to teach
- 23:26Speaker 2: Islam at mosques across the country, from Denver to San
- 23:29Speaker 2: Diego and Virginia, where US officials believe he used his
- 23:33Speaker 2: platform to radicalize and recruit terrorists and understand Olilaki is
- 23:39Speaker 2: directly implicated in number one. At the San Diego mosque,
- 23:44Speaker 2: he met the nine to eleven hijackers, Nawaf al Hazmi
- 23:47Speaker 2: and Khalid al Midhar, two of the men who flew
- 23:51Speaker 2: Flight seventy seven into the Pentagon on nine to eleven,
- 23:56Speaker 2: and he was arrested in two thousand and six for
- 24:00Speaker 2: his terrorist ties in Yemen, and three years later, unwell,
- 24:04Speaker 2: Alolaki communicated with Nadal Hassan, who murdered fourteen innocent souls
- 24:10Speaker 2: at Fort Hood on Wile. Ololaki was also tied to
- 24:14Speaker 2: the underwear bomber Umar faruk Abda Matullab, who tried to
- 24:20Speaker 2: blow up a Detroit bound Northwest Airlines flight on Christmas
- 24:24Speaker 2: Day two thousand and nine with bombs hidden in his shorts.
- 24:28Speaker 2: This is who USI AID said, you know what we're
- 24:32Speaker 2: going to pay for you to get a college degree?
- 24:34Speaker 2: What in the hell are these people doing?
- 24:37Speaker 1: So the question that I got to ask finally on
- 24:39Speaker 1: this to wrap it up and people that are listening
- 24:42Speaker 1: and say, number one, how did this a happen? But
- 24:46Speaker 1: even more so, how are people not going to jail
- 24:51Speaker 1: for knowingly giving American taxpayer dollars to terrorists? I mean,
- 24:56Speaker 1: if you are working in our government, even if it's
- 24:59Speaker 1: under the direction the Biden Harrish regime at the time,
- 25:02Speaker 1: and you're sending out money that you know is going
- 25:04Speaker 1: to terrorists around the world, is that not like breaking
- 25:08Speaker 1: some law?
- 25:09Speaker 2: Senator, Well, look, that's a question that I think is
- 25:11Speaker 2: going to have to be investigated and examined. You know,
- 25:14Speaker 2: I will say, US anti terrorism laws prohibit sending money
- 25:17Speaker 2: that goes to terrorism. And in fact, the Biden administration
- 25:21Speaker 2: made a formal assessment and they concluded that sending the
- 25:24Speaker 2: money to Gaza, that it was very likely that money
- 25:28Speaker 2: would be used by Hamas for terrorism. Now, ordinarily, when
- 25:31Speaker 2: you make that determination under American anti terrorism law, you
- 25:36Speaker 2: don't send the money. You can't send the money once
- 25:37Speaker 2: you determine that it's likely it'll go to terrorism. However,
- 25:41Speaker 2: the way the law is written, the president has the
- 25:43Speaker 2: authority to waive that provision. And that's exactly what they did,
- 25:47Speaker 2: because they made a determination that their radical politics were
- 25:52Speaker 2: more important than stopping terrorists from murdering American citizens and
- 25:57Speaker 2: murdering Israeli citizens, and tragic, the entire world saw the
- 26:01Speaker 2: consequences of that radicalism on October seventh.
- 26:05Speaker 1: Do you think there will be any accountability for this
- 26:08Speaker 1: or is this going to be another one of those
- 26:09Speaker 1: where hey, we were in charge, so we get we
- 26:11Speaker 1: got away with it.
- 26:13Speaker 3: Look, I certainly hope there will be accountability.
- 26:15Speaker 2: But at a minimum, we're seeing accountability in President Trump
- 26:18Speaker 2: and Elon Musk shutting down these programs at USAID.
- 26:22Speaker 3: I think that is very good.
- 26:23Speaker 2: And my hope and expectations is that Congress will come
- 26:27Speaker 2: along and we will pass legislation, presumably as a part
- 26:30Speaker 2: of budget reconciliation later this year, to codify these cuts
- 26:35Speaker 2: and eliminate the waste fraud abuse.
- 26:37Speaker 1: I want to tell you about our friends over at

- 28:20Speaker 1: you mentioned, you know, the corruption and what the President's
- 28:24Speaker 1: going to clean it up. Let's move to another aspect
- 28:28Speaker 1: of just an incredible three weeks where Elon Musk and
- 28:32Speaker 1: Donald Trump are doing exactly what they said they were
- 28:36Speaker 1: going to do, and they are i think using the media,
- 28:40Speaker 1: the bully pulpit, the microphone that they've been given in
- 28:45Speaker 1: the Oval Office to inform the American people, those that
- 28:49Speaker 1: voted for him and others that maybe didn't, that hey,
- 28:53Speaker 1: we're finding some of the most ridiculous, egregious waste of
- 28:58Speaker 1: your tax dollars. And one of the stories they talked
- 29:01Speaker 1: about was people that are still getting sid Security checks
- 29:03Speaker 1: when they're quote one hundred and fifty years old.
- 29:06Speaker 2: Yeah, it was really powerful. So President Trump and Elon
- 29:09Speaker 2: Musk did a press conference from the Oval Office on Thursday.
- 29:13Speaker 2: Earlier this week, President Trump signed an executive order instructing
- 29:17Speaker 2: DOGE to coordinate with federal agencies and to execute massive
- 29:21Speaker 2: cuts in federal government staffing numbers. And the order instructs
- 29:25Speaker 2: federal agencies and DOGE to significantly shrink the size of
- 29:28Speaker 2: the federal government and to limit the hiring of new employees.
- 29:31Speaker 2: And I got to say, Elon Musk laid out several
- 29:35Speaker 2: of the egregious examples of abuse.
- 29:39Speaker 3: Listen to listen to this first one.
- 29:41Speaker 8: You know, and that's the crazy things like just crostory
- 29:44Speaker 8: examination of Social Security. And we've got people in there
- 29:47Speaker 8: at one hundred and fifty years old.
- 29:49Speaker 4: Now do you know anyone one hundred and fifty? I
- 29:51Speaker 4: do are okay?
- 29:53Speaker 8: They should be on the Guinness Wicker World records. They're
- 29:55Speaker 8: messing out, so you know that's the case. We're I
- 30:00Speaker 8: think they're probably dead, that's my guess. Or the should
- 30:03Speaker 8: be very famous.
- 30:04Speaker 4: One of the two.
- 30:05Speaker 1: I mean, I want to meet him. Anyone wants to
- 30:07Speaker 1: meet him. The President wants to meet him. You want
- 30:08Speaker 1: to meet him, right, if you're one hundred and fifty
- 30:10Speaker 1: and you're still check.
- 30:11Speaker 2: Ben Ben I got to say, you don't look at
- 30:13Speaker 2: day over one hundred and forty CA.
- 30:16Speaker 1: I mean, and this is the stuff that you just
- 30:18Speaker 1: can't even make it up. Of course, they would be
- 30:20Speaker 1: sitting a check to somebody that we assume is just
- 30:24Speaker 1: is committing fraud here right like this check's ever stopped
- 30:27Speaker 1: and I just keep cashing them.
- 30:29Speaker 2: Stupid your center fraud. Of course it's fraud. And the
- 30:32Speaker 2: Biden administration had no interest in uncovering that fraud. And
- 30:36Speaker 2: take a listen to what President Trump said about the
- 30:38Speaker 2: magnitude of the waste fraud and abuse.
- 30:41Speaker 6: That they're finding billions and billions of dollars in waste
- 30:44Speaker 6: fraud and abuse.
- 30:46Speaker 7: And I think it's very important, and that's one of
- 30:49Speaker 7: the reasons I got elected.
- 30:50Speaker 6: I say, we're going to do that. Nobody had any
- 30:53Speaker 6: idea was that bad. That's sick, and that corrupt. And
- 30:56Speaker 6: it seems hard to believe that judges want to try
- 30:59Speaker 6: and stop us from looking for corruption, especially when we
- 31:02Speaker 6: found hundreds of millions of dollars worth much more than
- 31:06Speaker 6: that in just a short period of time.
- 31:08Speaker 4: We want to weed out the corruption.
- 31:10Speaker 6: And it seems hard to believe that a judge could say,
- 31:13Speaker 6: we don't want you to do that. Well, so maybe
- 31:16Speaker 6: we have to look at the judges, because that's very serious.
- 31:19Speaker 6: I think it's a very serious violation.
- 31:22Speaker 1: He mentioned the judges there by the way, there's a
- 31:24Speaker 1: lot of activist judges that were put in by liberals
- 31:27Speaker 1: who are like, all right, we're the last defense here,
- 31:30Speaker 1: so let's try to, you know, stop him at all
- 31:32Speaker 1: costs to, you know, because he's too successful at giving
- 31:36Speaker 1: the American people transparency and their money back.
- 31:40Speaker 2: Look, Barack Obama and Joe Biden put a lot of
- 31:42Speaker 2: radicals on the federal bench, and right now you've got
- 31:45Speaker 2: Democrat attorneys general going and seeking out these radicals to
- 31:49Speaker 2: file lawsuits. You've also got left wings special interest groups
- 31:53Speaker 2: seeking out these radical judges. We're going to see a
- 31:55Speaker 2: lot of lawsuits. We're going to see a lot of
- 31:57Speaker 2: law fair over the next four years. But you know,
- 31:59Speaker 2: I got to say, watching Democrats in the media melt down,
- 32:03Speaker 2: number one, they've always melted down over Trump. They have
- 32:05Speaker 2: Trump arrangement syndrome, but they also have Elon derangement syndrome,
- 32:08Speaker 2: and they scream, well, Elon Musk was not elected to anything. Well, yeah,
- 32:13Speaker 2: that's true, But Donald Trump was elected to something. He
- 32:17Speaker 2: was elected to President of the United States, and he
- 32:20Speaker 2: was elected on a mandate. And this is actually a
- 32:22Speaker 2: point that that Elon made made quite effectively in the oval.
- 32:26Speaker 3: Give a listen.
- 32:27Speaker 8: The people voted for major govementt reform. There should be
- 32:32Speaker 8: no doubt about that. That was on the campaign. The
- 32:35Speaker 8: President spoke about that at every rally. The people voted
- 32:38Speaker 8: for major government reform. And that's what people are gonna get.
- 32:41Speaker 8: They're gonna get what they voted for. And a lot
- 32:44Speaker 8: of times that you know people that don't get what
- 32:46Speaker 8: they voted for, but in this presidency, they are going
- 32:49Speaker 8: to get what they voted for.
- 32:50Speaker 4: And that's what democracy is all about.
- 32:53Speaker 1: I gotta say I love listening to Elon. You've spent
- 32:55Speaker 1: a lot of time with him. I think this is
- 32:58Speaker 1: a perfect example of just how genuine his heart is
- 33:01Speaker 1: on this. He truly is a believer in this country
- 33:05Speaker 1: and giving the American people what they voted for. And
- 33:08Speaker 1: he is an agent to go find the waste frown abuse,
- 33:11Speaker 1: and he's and he's and he's incredibly focused on it.
- 33:14Speaker 2: He is he is incredibly focused, and he's right. This
- 33:16Speaker 2: is democracy and yet it is causing the radical left
- 33:20Speaker 2: to lose their minds. You know, I gotta say, I
- 33:24Speaker 2: want to play this, this this segment from CNN because
- 33:26Speaker 2: it really does show how the media that their minds
- 33:30Speaker 2: are melting down. You had former New Hampshire governor Chris
- 33:33Speaker 2: Snunu who's on, and he's on with Anderson Cooper, and
- 33:37Speaker 2: Anderson Cooper loses it. And you've also got Jeffrey Tubin,
- 33:40Speaker 2: another left wing CNN contributor. You know your old buddies.
- 33:43Speaker 2: These are all the folks you piled around with Ben
- 33:46Speaker 2: put seven years in hell, seven years in hell. Do
- 33:49Speaker 2: you have CNN tattooed somewhere on your body?
- 33:52Speaker 3: I do not.
- 33:52Speaker 8: I do not.
- 33:53Speaker 3: I'm just checking.
- 33:55Speaker 2: So all right, give a listen to Chris Sonunhu and
- 33:58Speaker 2: and and look how he how he causes the CNN
- 34:01Speaker 2: folks to lose their minds.
- 34:04Speaker 3: It was surreal.
- 34:05Speaker 9: But I got to tell you, I know what you're
- 34:06Speaker 9: not showing here. Must gave seven specific examples off the
- 34:09Speaker 9: top of his head of where the corruption and fraud were.
- 34:12Speaker 9: I know you didn't play the clips. He was talking
- 34:14Speaker 9: about a contractor that had a three month contract, he
- 34:16Speaker 9: was paid for twenty years. He was talking about welfare
- 34:18Speaker 9: benefits that were being paid to someone that was technically
- 34:20Speaker 9: one hundred and fifty years old. He was talking about
- 34:22Speaker 9: line item from.
- 34:23Speaker 10: The ridden that had no justification many action like, he
- 34:26Speaker 10: doesn't present any actual evidence.
- 34:27Speaker 9: Well, he's standing there in the Oval office. Do you
- 34:29Speaker 9: expect him to come in with ten thousand pages? And
- 34:31Speaker 9: I have to be clear to complain about this administration
- 34:34Speaker 9: about transparency. When this president takes open questions on a
- 34:37Speaker 9: daily basis, yet Joe Biden didn't show up for a
- 34:40Speaker 9: press conferences six months is insane. These guys are being
- 34:43Speaker 9: extremely transparent. They don't have to sit there and take
- 34:45Speaker 9: the questions, but they do. That's all on the website,
- 34:48Speaker 9: it's all out there.
- 34:49Speaker 11: It's not transparency to say things that have no factual background.
- 34:54Speaker 11: I mean to say, we're cutting you know, we've found
- 34:56Speaker 11: a billion dollars or trillion dollars in waste with no
- 34:59Speaker 11: sp pacifix. That's just talk. That's not transparent.
- 35:03Speaker 9: It's twenty three days in here, guys, twenty three days.
- 35:05Speaker 9: You're you're you were talking about two point three billion
- 35:07Speaker 9: that was saved last year. These guys are saving two
- 35:09Speaker 9: point three billion a day.
- 35:10Speaker 5: But no, well that it's.
- 35:12Speaker 3: Incredible, that's what they're saying.
- 35:14Speaker 11: But where's the game you're waiting.
- 35:16Speaker 9: You're not going to be satisfied till he shows up
- 35:18Speaker 9: at ten thousand pages. I know.
- 35:22Speaker 10: He's giving very specific thing, but he's not actually giving
- 35:25Speaker 10: any evidence of that.
- 35:26Speaker 9: It's all going to come because what they also said
- 35:28Speaker 9: was if we have to go to Congress, we'll go
- 35:29Speaker 9: to Congress.
- 35:30Speaker 10: But the show where some of the details that have
- 35:32Speaker 10: come out, like the you know, fifty nine million dollars
- 35:35Speaker 10: spent on luxury hotels, it's actually not the thing.
- 35:39Speaker 9: About the FEMA money that was a use for migrants.
- 35:41Speaker 9: That was, yeah, FEMA money for migrants.
- 35:43Speaker 5: That's okay.
- 35:44Speaker 10: Now no I'm not saying it's so. I'm not saying
- 35:46Speaker 10: it's okay. Don't put words.
- 35:47Speaker 3: So would you stop that? Would you stop that process?
- 35:50Speaker 3: Don't be a dick.
- 35:51Speaker 10: The portrayal, what I'm saying is the portrayal by him is.
- 35:55Speaker 1: I just got to say, I this is from my
- 35:58Speaker 1: my seven years and how it's an n When the
- 36:01Speaker 1: hosts start cursing at you, don Lemon lost it on
- 36:04Speaker 1: me one night, screaming that that is BS, that is BS,
- 36:07Speaker 1: but saying the full thing When you see Anderson Cooper
- 36:10Speaker 1: get rattled like this, This is when you know they're
- 36:12Speaker 1: losing America and they feel it and they're witnessing it
- 36:16Speaker 1: because they're part of this cover up center. And now
- 36:19Speaker 1: they realize how stupid their argument is that, well, we
- 36:22Speaker 1: didn't see a piece of paper with it on there.
- 36:24Speaker 1: What you think Elon Musk is sitting there making this
- 36:26Speaker 1: up in the Oval office, like, what's wrong with you guys?
- 36:28Speaker 1: And by the way, you guys never question anything that
- 36:31Speaker 1: was shady with the Biden administration when you knew it
- 36:34Speaker 1: was shady.
- 36:35Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 36:35Speaker 2: Look, number one, you see Jeffrey Tube and jumping in
- 36:37Speaker 2: screaming that's not transparency. Trump is literally doing a press
- 36:41Speaker 2: conference every day. They're putting all of this out for
- 36:43Speaker 2: everyone to see. They're giving chapter and verse and specifics
- 36:46Speaker 2: and and and and you see Anderson Cooper at the
- 36:49Speaker 2: end where he just curses and and and melts down
- 36:53Speaker 2: and insults governor.
- 36:56Speaker 3: By the way, yeah, I mean I mean to me, wow.
- 36:58Speaker 2: To be clear that that that is the reason Anderson
- 37:02Speaker 2: Cooper does that is he realizes he's in a completely
- 37:05Speaker 2: indefensible position. He's defending the prior administration, diverting funds from FEMA,
- 37:11Speaker 2: by the way, funds that FEMA are supposed to use
- 37:13Speaker 2: to deal with a natural disaster, whether wildfires in California
- 37:17Speaker 2: or a hurricane or tornadoes or other natural disaster. And
- 37:21Speaker 2: the prior administration took those disaster funds and instead use
- 37:25Speaker 2: them to pay for hotel rooms for illegal aliens. And
- 37:27Speaker 2: and Anderson Cooper realized, wait a second, I'm defending something
- 37:30Speaker 2: that is so absurd that even the four viewers who
- 37:34Speaker 2: are watching CNN are gonna know it's absurd. And that's
- 37:37Speaker 2: why he melts down. And I gotta say the fact
- 37:41Speaker 2: that President Trump is standing up and delivering real cuts,
- 37:46Speaker 2: that are is taking on this waste, fraud, and abuse.
- 37:49Speaker 2: The fact that the fact that Anderson Cooper is melting
- 37:52Speaker 2: down that shows President Trump is winning. That shows Elon
- 37:55Speaker 2: Musk is winning, and that shows the American people are winning.
- 37:59Speaker 1: Amen into that we don't forget. We do the show Monday,
