- 2:01Speaker 1: Uh huh, I shall will a good morning everybody. You
- 2:05Speaker 1: are listening to the voice, come on dig me now,
- 2:08Speaker 1: one and only. Steve Harvey got a radio show. Uh huh.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got a radio show. Yeah. Man, ooh boh,
- 2:17Speaker 1: boh boy. Man, God has been good to me. I
- 2:21Speaker 1: can't even I can't even put it into words, man,
- 2:26Speaker 1: but I try, though, I try, try try. God does
- 2:30Speaker 1: things for me just right on time. He's so cool
- 2:33Speaker 1: with it. And I happened to run across Joel Oldstein
- 2:38Speaker 1: on television like I often do all the time, and
- 2:44Speaker 1: I was sitting there and he had such a timely
- 2:48Speaker 1: message for me. A part of it was something that
- 2:50Speaker 1: I've said oftentimes about if you really really want to
- 2:57Speaker 1: be successful, if you really really want to change, if
- 3:01Speaker 1: you really really want to prosper If you really really
- 3:04Speaker 1: want to achieve greatness, if you really really want to
- 3:07Speaker 1: have something in life that's worth having, if you really
- 3:10Speaker 1: really want to accomplish your goals, you got to push
- 3:13Speaker 1: through all of it. He said that when you get
- 3:18Speaker 1: closer to it, the more difficult it becomes. Did you
- 3:24Speaker 1: hear me? He said, the closer you get to what
- 3:28Speaker 1: it is you want or you need, or you have
- 3:30Speaker 1: to have, or or you would love to be, it
- 3:35Speaker 1: gets a little bit more difficult when you get closer.
- 3:39Speaker 1: He told this story that's in the Bible that I
- 3:44Speaker 1: never heard before. This is what he said. He said
- 3:48Speaker 1: that was a man who was paralyzed, and he had
- 3:55Speaker 1: heard that Jesus was speaking at a house, and so
- 4:00Speaker 1: he wanted to get there. So he convinced four of
- 4:03Speaker 1: his friends to put him on a stretcher and carry
- 4:09Speaker 1: him for hours to get to this house where Jesus
- 4:15Speaker 1: was speaking. He said that along the way, these friends
- 4:22Speaker 1: said that they went along because he had so much
- 4:26Speaker 1: faith that if he could just get to him, it
- 4:29Speaker 1: could be better that he could if he could just
- 4:33Speaker 1: get over the end he could see him, that he
- 4:35Speaker 1: might have a shot at getting held. And so he
- 4:38Speaker 1: said they took out along the way and they walked
- 4:40Speaker 1: and they walked and they walked for hours. And then
- 4:44Speaker 1: when they got there, the house was completely filled with people.
- 4:49Speaker 1: That was absolutely it was packed wall to wall. That
- 4:52Speaker 1: was absolutely no way for the men to get him
- 4:56Speaker 1: on that stretcher end to see Jesus. This is a
- 5:00Speaker 1: story that Joel Osteen said is in the Bible, and
- 5:03Speaker 1: he was telling it now. I'm just repeating the parts
- 5:06Speaker 1: of it. I got gathered and so he said. They
- 5:10Speaker 1: were sat there and they went, wow, man, we walked
- 5:12Speaker 1: all this weight and it's full, and and and and
- 5:16Speaker 1: and and and we can't get there, he said. And
- 5:19Speaker 1: then the guy with the affliction told the four men,
- 5:25Speaker 1: if you get up on the roof and cut a
- 5:28Speaker 1: hole in it and lower me down, I bet I
- 5:33Speaker 1: could see him then, and I better to be all
- 5:35Speaker 1: right now. He then said, you must imagine how these
- 5:41Speaker 1: four men must have felt when you carry somebody for
- 5:45Speaker 1: hours on on on on on on the way. They
- 5:48Speaker 1: had to carry some cloth connected by a couple of sticks,
- 5:52Speaker 1: said the men. Shoulders had to be bruised, had to
- 5:55Speaker 1: have deep gouges in them, not cuts, but just indentations
- 5:59Speaker 1: were they had carried the weight of this grown man
- 6:02Speaker 1: for so many hours, and they looked at him in disbelief, like, man,
- 6:05Speaker 1: what are you talking about. We didn't walked all this far.
- 6:08Speaker 1: He said, yeah, but if you get up on that
- 6:10Speaker 1: roof and you cut a hole in it and lower
- 6:13Speaker 1: me down, I can see him and when he see me,
- 6:17Speaker 1: it'll be all right. After sitting there and imploring the men,
- 6:23Speaker 1: they went up and did just that, and then and
- 6:27Speaker 1: then the story that Joel Osteen said, the man was healed.
- 6:31Speaker 1: But the point he was making was he was saying
- 6:34Speaker 1: that the closer you get to what it is you
- 6:38Speaker 1: really want, the more difficult it's going to become. But
- 6:42Speaker 1: you've got to push through. So if you don't push through,
- 6:45Speaker 1: you never know, so you can't get right to the answer.
- 6:49Speaker 1: And because it gets really difficult, started creating those little
- 6:52Speaker 1: saying that we got his people. Um, well, I guess
- 6:56Speaker 1: it wasn't meant to be. I guess it wasn't a
- 7:00Speaker 1: or as will. Now, man, I guess you should not
- 7:03Speaker 1: give up right now. I guess you should keep pressing.
- 7:06Speaker 1: I guess you should do more, because see, in all
- 7:09Speaker 1: of us, in all of us, when you've had enough,
- 7:12Speaker 1: I want you to know something you do have a
- 7:15Speaker 1: little bit more in all of us. You can do
- 7:19Speaker 1: one more you know. That's one of my favorite things
- 7:22Speaker 1: that I heard. Joel Oldstein said. It kind of made
- 7:24Speaker 1: me feel good. He said, I always feel like I
- 7:28Speaker 1: can do one more anything, And I tell my friends
- 7:32Speaker 1: all the time, I can do one more man, I
- 7:35Speaker 1: could do one more day. I can do one more anything.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Now Here was the jewel that I never really knew
- 7:45Speaker 1: that Joel Oldstein and God sent to me I needed
- 7:50Speaker 1: to hear. He said that no matter what you're going through,
- 7:55Speaker 1: no matter how long the challenge is you've been facing,
- 7:59Speaker 1: God has an end date for it all. Did you
- 8:03Speaker 1: hear me? No matter what you're going through, no matter
- 8:06Speaker 1: what challenge you're facing, no matter what situation you've gotten
- 8:09Speaker 1: yourself into, God has an ending date. All you got
- 8:15Speaker 1: to do is keep pressing forward. All you got to
- 8:18Speaker 1: do is hanging now. All you got to do is
- 8:22Speaker 1: don't give up. All you have to do is don't
- 8:25Speaker 1: turn back. That is an end date for all of it,
- 8:30Speaker 1: even when you think you've had enough. And boy, have
- 8:35Speaker 1: I had this conversation with God on several things that
- 8:40Speaker 1: I've been going through and I'm going I've even told him, Look,
- 8:44Speaker 1: I got it, man, he said, just keep hanging on.
- 8:49Speaker 1: There is an end date to whatever it is you're
- 8:52Speaker 1: going through. There's an end date to your illness, your sickness,
- 8:56Speaker 1: yo yo, tired of being tired. There's an end date
- 9:01Speaker 1: to this relationship that you can't seem to get through.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Beyond over that's that's like a cancer to you. There's
- 9:13Speaker 1: an end date. But you've got to hang in there.
- 9:17Speaker 1: You've got to keep pushing forward. You cannot turn around.
- 9:22Speaker 1: You must not go back, because when God gets you
- 9:25Speaker 1: through this and you break through to the other side,
- 9:30Speaker 1: the reward and the benefit is far greater than the struggle.
- 9:37Speaker 1: I oftentimes look at some of the things that God
- 9:40Speaker 1: has brought me through in my worst times, and when
- 9:44Speaker 1: He brought me through, I went, wow, man, now that
- 9:47Speaker 1: I understand that, Now that I'm on the other side
- 9:50Speaker 1: and I have the benefit of the reward for it,
- 9:53Speaker 1: would you do it all again to get there? Yes?
- 9:55Speaker 1: I would. You're listening to ladies and gentlemen. Here it
- 10:03Speaker 1: is Steve Harvey Morny Show. Hey listen, I hope you're
- 10:07Speaker 1: feeling real, real grateful this morning. That's all you got
- 10:09Speaker 1: to do. If you start with gratitude, it affects your
- 10:12Speaker 1: attitude and wants. It affects your attitude. It automatically changes
- 10:17Speaker 1: your potential altitude. Gratitude affects attitude. Attitude determines altitude. You
- 10:26Speaker 1: want to fly high, thank the most high. That's all
- 10:31Speaker 1: I got to say this to Steve Harvey, Marny show
- 10:34Speaker 1: Man me. Look at here, Shirley Strawberry Mississippi, Monica Kills
- 10:40Speaker 1: Space better known as Junior in the legend that his
- 10:42Speaker 1: nephew Tommy Junior. What's on your mind this morning? Okay? Uncle?
- 10:47Speaker 1: You know this weekend we fight weekend. Yeah, I don't
- 10:49Speaker 1: know if you got to see the fight, y'all saw
- 10:51Speaker 1: you saw it? What me ask this? What's one of
- 10:54Speaker 1: the craziest fights you've ever had in your life? Like?
- 10:57Speaker 1: How did it start? And what was the outcome? Johnny
- 11:01Speaker 1: Waller ninety grade, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Junior High. I accidentally
- 11:11Speaker 1: did something to Johnny Waller. Johnny Waller was actually winning.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Johnny was about here, had got the best of me.
- 11:22Speaker 1: We had been tussling so long. Nobody broke it up.
- 11:26Speaker 1: I fell back and Johnny Waller was on top of me,
- 11:30Speaker 1: and I was in trouble. Johnny Waller had got a
- 11:33Speaker 1: couple of blows in that had grazed my jaw. He
- 11:37Speaker 1: had me, but I was moving my head side to side.
- 11:40Speaker 1: I knew not to just stay there and give him
- 11:43Speaker 1: a cold shot, so I wasn't bob and I was
- 11:46Speaker 1: just turning my head in the direction that I saw
- 11:48Speaker 1: the punch, so he was just grazing. I got one
- 11:52Speaker 1: of my hands up and was just trying to push
- 11:56Speaker 1: him in the face, you know how you just want.
- 11:59Speaker 1: I just push his face up and get his chin
- 12:03Speaker 1: up in the ass high as I can so I
- 12:05Speaker 1: can stop some of these blows from raining down. My
- 12:08Speaker 1: baby finger accidentally got caught in Johnny Walla's nostril and
- 12:17Speaker 1: I pushed up and it tore his nostril after the
- 12:22Speaker 1: base from the top of his little and blood went everywhere.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Johnny Wallace star crying. He rolled off of me. When
- 12:34Speaker 1: I went to school the next day, word had got
- 12:39Speaker 1: out that Steve Harvey, who was now Slim the Snatcher,
- 12:47Speaker 1: had busted Johnny Walla's nose when the actuality I accidentally
- 12:54Speaker 1: told his nostril off his and man Steve John now
- 12:59Speaker 1: he had to get eight stitches at the base of
- 13:01Speaker 1: his nostril. And boy, after that, I was steed a
- 13:05Speaker 1: snatchell speed, a stitchman stitching Steve, you know rock I'm
- 13:13Speaker 1: talking to. My reputation was built. Everybody was scared. Called
- 13:19Speaker 1: Steve Harvey punched Johnny Waller. And after the story got
- 13:22Speaker 1: told several times, it wasn't even the truth no more.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Steve Harvey punched him so hard, knocked his nose all
- 13:31Speaker 1: you could throw them down. Yeah, that was the greatest
- 13:34Speaker 1: flight i've overhead, going over thirty two minutes after the hour.
- 13:39Speaker 1: The pastors are here with church complaints. Right after this,
- 13:42Speaker 1: you're listening Morning show. All right, it is time. Now
- 13:47Speaker 1: it's Monday, you know, so it must be time for
- 13:50Speaker 1: Reverend Motown and Deacon Deaf jam with church complaints. Ween, girl,
- 13:57Speaker 1: on this Monday morning, we come to you with gravaciousness.
- 14:07Speaker 1: We come to you with the benevolouncy or gratuity that
- 14:15Speaker 1: is beyond by tanacles, yeah, by by a tancle like gardening.
- 14:26Speaker 1: We aspentitiously. Come on, now, know that you ought thine inbiquity,
- 14:38Speaker 1: buying inbiquity of niety of the deity, hell in society.
- 14:48Speaker 1: Lord h u no, no, no, that one where you
- 14:53Speaker 1: just go one and done, one and done. I'm a
- 14:56Speaker 1: star athlete in North Carolina. Ya. We turn this over
- 15:02Speaker 1: to Deacon Death Jail for church complaint commody a self pastor.
- 15:10Speaker 1: The Mask Church Singer Contest is this coming on Saturday.
- 15:15Speaker 1: They are asking that Deacon Junior not enter this year.
- 15:21Speaker 1: His high pitch through everyone into something and they asking
- 15:24Speaker 1: that you get him to not get involved this year.
- 15:30Speaker 1: I'm in total agreement with that. But I have already
- 15:33Speaker 1: given or Brother Junior or permission to sing in the
- 15:37Speaker 1: mask or tellent search at the church. And he's he's
- 15:42Speaker 1: gonna wear the mask that I said he could. Well,
- 15:46Speaker 1: you're gonna let him sing in this. Yeah, he's gonna
- 15:51Speaker 1: come out as an aunt. Why ain't nobody done an
- 15:58Speaker 1: aunt all that season? And no season I've seen our aunt.
- 16:01Speaker 1: But well that's why you know, I would imagine it
- 16:03Speaker 1: for Ed saying though that's what head sound like, and
- 16:08Speaker 1: that that way will know as him and we don't.
- 16:10Speaker 1: We'll just take him out there. We won't judge him
- 16:12Speaker 1: so harsh. All right, Well, there you have it, U,
- 16:18Speaker 1: Deacon Junior, you are cleared to continue being in the U.
- 16:23Speaker 1: If he gets the round to his costume is a
- 16:26Speaker 1: squeaky dog, he's gonna be that around well, good luck,
- 16:33Speaker 1: squeead Pastor has cleared you. Mister Sharlene Murphy's son, Garrett
- 16:40Speaker 1: Murphy has been caught stealing catalytic catalytic converters. Uh. He
- 16:44Speaker 1: stole one while a car was at a red light,
- 16:48Speaker 1: and two mow at a fast food drive due. Now
- 16:51Speaker 1: he he got all of them. Why the cars were running.
- 16:55Speaker 1: This boy's incredible, but now the only reason why he
- 16:57Speaker 1: got caught as he tried to order some while he
- 17:00Speaker 1: was in the drive through. Sister Murphy is asking for
- 17:03Speaker 1: thirty five hundred to beil him out. We're not gonna
- 17:05Speaker 1: be able to get involved in that, Sister Murphy. Sorry
- 17:08Speaker 1: to form you of that, but he got to learn
- 17:12Speaker 1: the lesson. Give him credit though, When you can steal
- 17:15Speaker 1: a catialytic converter at Travior Glayden wanted to drive through
- 17:21Speaker 1: your ass is stealing who they say he gets up out?
- 17:30Speaker 1: He gets him in by thirty thirty one stackers. He
- 17:33Speaker 1: gets him out. Good on the whole thing. Ikin said.
- 17:41Speaker 1: You call him game. People that make a grand theft
- 17:45Speaker 1: auto and see if they ain't a road for him
- 17:47Speaker 1: in that. Oh no, I don't know what to tell.
- 17:50Speaker 1: We can move on to the neckler. I get him.
- 17:52Speaker 1: I ain't got a third hunter being out he didn't
- 17:55Speaker 1: get we know catilytic converter. I know that. Now, Well,
- 17:59Speaker 1: we got the I'm worried about the church van. But
- 18:02Speaker 1: we'll we'll, we'll keep eying on it. But I'm worried
- 18:04Speaker 1: about it. You left that call, lead converter, come up
- 18:07Speaker 1: missing on that church vand I got something for a
- 18:09Speaker 1: little or wasn't it? I got something a little good?
- 18:14Speaker 1: All right. Now here's a major issue. Deacon Mike Tyson
- 18:19Speaker 1: is asking for forgiveness for his actions that occurred on
- 18:23Speaker 1: the airplane where he beat a passenger. We're throwing a
- 18:28Speaker 1: water bottle at him. The members are fifty fifty on
- 18:31Speaker 1: his prayer requests, but that's that's on your car if
- 18:34Speaker 1: you want to pray for Mike and not pass I
- 18:36Speaker 1: don't care what the other fifty feel about that. We
- 18:40Speaker 1: are in total support a brother Mike. On this room
- 18:45Speaker 1: right here, I saw the vigil of the white boy,
- 18:48Speaker 1: kept all pressing it. Yes he did, Yes he did.
- 18:52Speaker 1: Then he called him a peasant. He did that. He
- 18:56Speaker 1: did that, Yes, he did using well you know, Mike
- 19:00Speaker 1: got him, dropped them hands on and he looked like
- 19:02Speaker 1: a food on that chemt all them cuts on side
- 19:04Speaker 1: of his head. Mike was tagging his head and Jack
- 19:08Speaker 1: part join the Jerusalem is in total support or brother
- 19:12Speaker 1: Mike Tyson. Matter of fact, the bail money that sister
- 19:16Speaker 1: catalytic converter boy is requestioned for. The thirty five hundred
- 19:19Speaker 1: will putting that in the fun to free Mike Tyson
- 19:23Speaker 1: just in case, just in case. So we are we
- 19:28Speaker 1: are own Mike Tyson side with him, Tyson side, all right,
- 19:33Speaker 1: all right, you know I would let you know he
- 19:36Speaker 1: has called for prayer, don't give it to him. And
- 19:40Speaker 1: the thirty five hundred for that little boy stood the
- 19:43Speaker 1: Catalytic Converters. He has a problem. Sister Berta Jean has
- 19:47Speaker 1: been telling members that she is in jail and needs
- 19:49Speaker 1: money to bear hot out. He raised six thousand dollars
- 19:54Speaker 1: from the members. Now we lately found out that she
- 19:57Speaker 1: is in Facebook jail for most in bad information about
- 20:02Speaker 1: dieting people. He said, come on in the room, has
- 20:05Speaker 1: sexual inuendos and I so u he's in Facebook jail.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Why is so many our members incarcerated? Let me make
- 20:20Speaker 1: this perfect, good clear. There will be no more money
- 20:24Speaker 1: it's donated, collected, released, or any other phone for bail, trial,
- 20:31Speaker 1: legal fees or nothing else like that. In the hill
- 20:35Speaker 1: would do another church? What would Judge Steve do? I
- 20:39Speaker 1: mean when he when he has some type of law
- 20:44Speaker 1: because we gotta go. Yeah, coming up, Thank you, Reverend
- 20:48Speaker 1: Motown and Deacon depth Jam coming up next next, asked
- 20:51Speaker 1: the CELLO Chief Love Officer Steve Harvey in the building.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening show coming up at the
- 21:00Speaker 1: top of the hour. In our entertainment report, two celebrities
- 21:03Speaker 1: had a hard time with over zealous fans. We'll talk
- 21:06Speaker 1: about Mike Tyson's incident on an airplane and how Keke
- 21:10Speaker 1: Palmer's privacy was violated recently. We'll get all into that, okay,
- 21:14Speaker 1: at the top of the hour, But right now it
- 21:16Speaker 1: is time for ask the CLO Chief Love Officer Steve
- 21:20Speaker 1: Harvey in the building ready for your love questions. Shar
- 21:24Speaker 1: Linda and New Jersey says, my sister and I fell
- 21:27Speaker 1: out over you, mister CLO. I told her that you
- 21:32Speaker 1: said men and women can't be friends. I bet her
- 21:35Speaker 1: a hundred dollars that her platonic friend would hit her
- 21:39Speaker 1: in the face, would hit on her if he was drunk.
- 21:42Speaker 1: I don't know where I got hit her in the face.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Ruff would hit on her when he was drunk, and
- 21:46Speaker 1: lo and behold, it happened right in front of me.
- 21:50Speaker 1: She doesn't want to pay up now, but I won
- 21:52Speaker 1: fair and square. How do I get my money, mister Cloe,
- 21:56Speaker 1: I'm the chief love officer. I ain't the chief collection officer, said,
- 22:01Speaker 1: there are two different titles. I told her what I
- 22:05Speaker 1: said to her. She didn't believe. Now, how you get
- 22:08Speaker 1: your one hundred? I can't help you, See, I really can't.
- 22:12Speaker 1: I can't. I can't help you. Why why don't you
- 22:14Speaker 1: just be satisfied with the fact that you will write?
- 22:17Speaker 1: You're not going to get a hundred, and I can't.
- 22:20Speaker 1: I could tell you how to get the hundred. I see.
- 22:23Speaker 1: Sometimes it ain't a hundred. I'll be after when I
- 22:25Speaker 1: went in the bed. You don't have to pay me
- 22:27Speaker 1: the money. Sometimes I get it out in other ways.
- 22:30Speaker 1: But I'm gonna get a hundred dollars worth, though she
- 22:33Speaker 1: wants to know. That's what she wants to know. Though,
- 22:35Speaker 1: how does she get her money? Well, I can't help
- 22:39Speaker 1: her get her money. Shure, I'm not a connection on you.
- 22:43Speaker 1: See I got I can punish you on the radio
- 22:47Speaker 1: with jokes. I can release some about you on Instagram.
- 22:51Speaker 1: I could do a lot of things and getting my
- 22:52Speaker 1: money out you. But I don't know how she don't.
- 22:55Speaker 1: She don't want to lose her friendship over one hundred dollars.
- 22:57Speaker 1: You was just writing her sister, this is what her sister.
- 23:01Speaker 1: Your sister ain't gonna pay you, all right, all right,
- 23:06Speaker 1: Johnny and Lexington says, I'm a thirty year old daddy's
- 23:10Speaker 1: girl and my mom recently told me that I need
- 23:13Speaker 1: to get my own man. That really hurt, especially since
- 23:16Speaker 1: I've had failed relationships because I'm looking for a man
- 23:19Speaker 1: like my dad. How can she be so cruel? Is

- 25:11Speaker 1: He hadn't told you to go hang out with the

- 25:15Speaker 1: is fix that damn problem though, because it is fixable, homie.
- 25:20Speaker 1: That what you need to do. Go get your blood

- 26:38Speaker 1: Moving on to Ryann in Southfield, ray Ann says, I'm
- 26:42Speaker 1: dating a man that loves to shop for me, and
- 26:44Speaker 1: he bought a dress that's too small. I don't want
- 26:47Speaker 1: to tell him that I need a size sixteen. Instead,
- 26:51Speaker 1: should I sneak to them all and exchange it myself
- 26:54Speaker 1: or be honest and embarrassed about my dress size? Listen
- 27:00Speaker 1: to me? He yo, man, it don't the number don't
- 27:05Speaker 1: mean nothing to him. He liked what he liked. Okay,
- 27:09Speaker 1: he loves to shop for you. He just don't know
- 27:12Speaker 1: the right size to buy. If if he was bothered
- 27:17Speaker 1: by your size, he'd be shopping for a different person.
- 27:22Speaker 1: But he keeps shopping to buy you stuff. He just
- 27:25Speaker 1: don't know the number. See it looks so good to him.

- 27:54Speaker 1: exchange it. You ain't got to get into nothing. You
- 27:57Speaker 1: don't have to sneak in. Just go exchange it. That's
- 27:59Speaker 1: it's nothing wrong with this and exchange They have your
- 28:05Speaker 1: size down now. But she, she's she's saying, you know,
- 28:15Speaker 1: she's embarrassed and all of that. She she be Why
- 28:19Speaker 1: are you embarrassed when you said you got a man
- 28:22Speaker 1: that loves to shop for you. He liked dressing up
- 28:27Speaker 1: the package, he liked this man just don't know the
- 28:31Speaker 1: right number to buy. It don't matter to him that
- 28:34Speaker 1: you was sixteen. Yeah, simple fix, Rand, don't make problems
- 28:39Speaker 1: where there are none. Man, see you, you're feeling guilty
- 28:41Speaker 1: about something that's your issue. He don't have that issue.
- 28:46Speaker 1: He keep buying clothes for you. If he had a
- 28:48Speaker 1: real issue with your size, he'd be looking for somebody
- 28:51Speaker 1: that was a different size. Okay, I hope he hurt
- 28:55Speaker 1: that Rands. Oh a lot of what kind of shout heck? Oh? Girls? Lord,
- 29:10Speaker 1: all right, thank you clo. Coming up at the top
- 29:13Speaker 1: of the hour, we'll have some entertainment news right after this.
- 29:16Speaker 1: You're listening to show. A flight out of San Francisco
- 29:23Speaker 1: International Airport turned violent last Wednesday night. We've all heard
- 29:27Speaker 1: this story by now, when boxing legend Mike Tyson repeatedly
- 29:31Speaker 1: punched a passenger. He punched a passenger in the face, yeah,
- 29:35Speaker 1: after he threw a water bottle at him. According to
- 29:38Speaker 1: TMZ Sports m Melbourne Townsend, the passenger was extremely intoxicated
- 29:43Speaker 1: and would not stop provoking Tyson. Then he threw a
- 29:46Speaker 1: water bottle at him. Witnesses reported that Tyson did not
- 29:49Speaker 1: appear angry at first, and then things took a turn
- 29:53Speaker 1: after Tyson took a selfie with the man and the
- 29:56Speaker 1: man reportedly kept trying to talk to Tyson. After punching
- 30:00Speaker 1: a man several times in the face, witness his claim
- 30:03Speaker 1: Tyson then walked off the plane. Townsend reportedly got medical
- 30:07Speaker 1: attention and then went to the police of what's your
- 30:11Speaker 1: safety go ahead? He went to the police. There may
- 30:15Speaker 1: be felony battery charges filed against Tyson, and since the
- 30:19Speaker 1: incident took place on a paint on a plane, he
- 30:22Speaker 1: might be prohibited from flying. Melbourne Townsend. The passenger reportedly
- 30:27Speaker 1: has a lengthy criminal history. He's listed as a habitual
- 30:30Speaker 1: felon after he received Yeah, yeah, he started it. Yeah.
- 30:37Speaker 1: He's also been convicted of identity fraud, use of drug paraphernalia, trafficking,
- 30:42Speaker 1: stolen property, possession of a control substance. The list goes
- 30:46Speaker 1: on and on with this guy. Um yeah, I mean
- 30:52Speaker 1: look the video I saw he was harassed at Mike.
- 30:56Speaker 1: You know, people think when you meet a celebrity that
- 30:59Speaker 1: you have to him. You don't. You don't, And you
- 31:03Speaker 1: took liberties and you kept talking to the man. Then
- 31:06Speaker 1: you throw I didn't even see the water battle. But
- 31:08Speaker 1: once you throw a water bottle at the grown man,
- 31:10Speaker 1: what you want to happen? The fact that it's Mike
- 31:12Speaker 1: Tyson is Yeah, it's irrelevant. You threw a water bottle
- 31:15Speaker 1: atting me partner. You know that you can't do that. Man.
- 31:21Speaker 1: What I think some people won't like. It's some guys
- 31:26Speaker 1: that get get get drunk, get lit, and they like,
- 31:30Speaker 1: I'm gonna, I'm gonna I'm gonna take a Mike Tyson punch.
- 31:32Speaker 1: But damn, that's what you got. It's some people you
- 31:34Speaker 1: got it to see what that's like? Hey man, that
- 31:38Speaker 1: was somebody feeling it. Yeah, you know, I mean so
- 31:42Speaker 1: like you don't know what this guy was trying to do.
- 31:45Speaker 1: But you could go to the police, but see you
- 31:47Speaker 1: don't went to the police with with the wrong evidence.
- 31:49Speaker 1: All I saw was a man harassing Mike Tyson and
- 31:52Speaker 1: then witness to say he threw a water bottle at it.
- 31:55Speaker 1: Now you posted to get your ass whipped in most
- 31:57Speaker 1: parts of the world that I've been in it all right,
- 32:01Speaker 1: So listen to what happened to actress Kki Palmer. Kiki
- 32:04Speaker 1: says she politely declined to take a picture with an
- 32:07Speaker 1: overzealous fan, but still had a personal space violated by
- 32:11Speaker 1: the fan. Kiki detailed her story on social media over
- 32:13Speaker 1: the weekend and how a female fan kept pressing her
- 32:17Speaker 1: for a picture and wouldn't take no for an answer
- 32:20Speaker 1: and then hit record after Kiki turned her down. Kki
- 32:23Speaker 1: posted on social media, no means no, even if it
- 32:27Speaker 1: doesn't pertain to sex. I was at the bar the
- 32:29Speaker 1: other day and this girl asked me three times for
- 32:32Speaker 1: a picture, and I told her three times nicely that
- 32:35Speaker 1: I did not want to take one with her. She
- 32:38Speaker 1: still proceeded to film me against my will. If I
- 32:41Speaker 1: went off on her, I would have been wrong. So
- 32:43Speaker 1: I just nervously laughed while my privacy was invaded. I
- 32:48Speaker 1: don't don't take a picture of the ball, good God,
- 32:50Speaker 1: don't do that. Cool cool, cool, cool, yeah girl, man,
- 32:59Speaker 1: But that's just it. Like she said, no means no.
- 33:03Speaker 1: A person doesn't have to do anything that they don't
- 33:06Speaker 1: want to do. Because a person is a celebrity, they
- 33:10Speaker 1: don't owe you anything. Now, if a celebrity takes a
- 33:13Speaker 1: picture with you out of because he just being kind
- 33:16Speaker 1: to you, then okay. But see it's hard, man, because
- 33:20Speaker 1: once you start taking them pictures and then people look
- 33:22Speaker 1: over there and real life. Oh he taking pictures. Now
- 33:24Speaker 1: here comes everybody. Now you got to kind of deal
- 33:27Speaker 1: with that, man. And that's to you on several occasions, Steve. Yeah. Yeah,
- 33:35Speaker 1: And it's because if you stop now you now you
- 33:39Speaker 1: fin to set yourself up. Yeah. And that used to
- 33:43Speaker 1: having a lot when you would walk, you know, when
- 33:44Speaker 1: you supply commercial and walk through the airport, camera gonna
- 33:49Speaker 1: get your all ass. Whoop, that's what's gonna happen. Put
- 33:53Speaker 1: these cameras down, no camera gonna jump and look, I
- 33:59Speaker 1: get it. I understand. You got a phone, Panema. This
- 34:03Speaker 1: is a person that you like or maybe don't care
- 34:06Speaker 1: about it. You just want to blow yourself up in
- 34:09Speaker 1: your excitement and you want a picture to capture the
- 34:11Speaker 1: moment to say, Hey, I was with so and so.
- 34:13Speaker 1: But you have to remember something. Now that person has
- 34:15Speaker 1: to stop what they're doing. I don't care if it's
- 34:18Speaker 1: sitting there just having a quiet moment or walking trying
- 34:21Speaker 1: to get to a destination, and you ask them to stop,
- 34:26Speaker 1: they now have to stop to accommodate you. That you
- 34:29Speaker 1: were not in their plans when they left the house
- 34:33Speaker 1: that day. So if they do stop and take a picture,
- 34:36Speaker 1: that's out of the kindness of their heart and they
- 34:38Speaker 1: come home. But so I'll tell people all the time, hey,
- 34:40Speaker 1: you gotta take it while we're walking, because if I stop,
- 34:43Speaker 1: they're gonna line up. So I tell people, hey, look,
- 34:46Speaker 1: if you could take it right now, you got to
- 34:47Speaker 1: stop you moving, ma'am, excuse me if you take the picture,
- 34:51Speaker 1: just walking next to me, take the picture, get your
- 34:53Speaker 1: friend to get out front. But so I can keep
- 34:55Speaker 1: doing what I'm doing, just allow me that. Now the
- 34:59Speaker 1: other problem comes into plays. If I don't want to
- 35:04Speaker 1: take a picture, I should reserve that, right, That's what
- 35:10Speaker 1: Kiki saying. She just politely declined, you know, to take
- 35:14Speaker 1: the picture with the fan, but the fan persisted and
- 35:17Speaker 1: Kiki felt violated. You know, you know, Uncle, I was
- 35:20Speaker 1: with you read in Vegas Man, and it was lined
- 35:23Speaker 1: up around the table, Shirley. We try to gamble wet.
- 35:27Speaker 1: They weren't even for me. I left the group because
- 35:31Speaker 1: when I'm gambling, I just try to wear glasses and
- 35:33Speaker 1: keep my head down. I just look at my chips
- 35:37Speaker 1: in the board and just try to keep my head
- 35:39Speaker 1: because if I look up here they come now pick bosses.
- 35:42Speaker 1: They don't lie for them. Pictures in then hey, no
- 35:44Speaker 1: pictures you know now they're mad. Yeah, yeah, all right,
- 35:51Speaker 1: we're gonna move on now. Vegas Man coming up at
- 35:54Speaker 1: twenty minutes after the hour. The nephew has something on
- 35:58Speaker 1: his mind. We'll find out where Tommy's thinking about right
- 36:01Speaker 1: after this. You're listening, all right, Temmy, I hear you
- 36:07Speaker 1: have something a little pressing on your mind. You know,
- 36:12Speaker 1: I'm always I got three kids. Everybody knows I have
- 36:14Speaker 1: three kids. I got twenty five year old or seventeen
- 36:16Speaker 1: year old and a ten year old, and the twenty
- 36:19Speaker 1: we had the twenty five again. You know, it rotates
- 36:21Speaker 1: on who has issues right now, big dog, twenty five
- 36:25Speaker 1: year old. You know he started out a track star.
- 36:28Speaker 1: Then he's gonna be a wrapper. Okay. Now I don't
- 36:32Speaker 1: know how we got it is, but now he wants
- 36:35Speaker 1: to be a chef. All right. Now we culinary school.
- 36:39Speaker 1: We want to go to culinary school. So I didn't
- 36:42Speaker 1: put my money on the track star. I didn't put
- 36:44Speaker 1: my money on the wrapper. And now my head's at nine.
- 36:50Speaker 1: Now we time my culinary I want to go to
- 36:52Speaker 1: court the home blue. I don't know where that sad,
- 36:55Speaker 1: but I want to go to chol New York. Okay.
- 37:00Speaker 1: You know you want to help your children get to
- 37:03Speaker 1: their goal and achieve what they're trying to achieve. I
- 37:07Speaker 1: want to do that. I'm always big. I'm big on that.
- 37:10Speaker 1: My dad was. He wrote it out with me. I'm
- 37:12Speaker 1: trying to ride it out. But when do you pull
- 37:15Speaker 1: back and say, okay, hold on, man, I didn't put
- 37:18Speaker 1: when it ran over here, I don't put fifty grand
- 37:21Speaker 1: over here, man zam. Now when boy, you spending some money, well,
- 37:27Speaker 1: let me help you out. Man. Junior, here, junior, you
- 37:31Speaker 1: don't have any children. You are out of this sent
- 37:35Speaker 1: him and telling you to spend some money. You ain't
- 37:37Speaker 1: You don't know the half of it. Oh my god, boy,
- 37:41Speaker 1: you don't know the half. Me and Shirley and Tommy
- 37:44Speaker 1: can tell you some things about spending money. You need
- 37:47Speaker 1: to just sit there and learn. All right, let's go
- 37:51Speaker 1: over this now, Tommy, because I have three sons. You
- 37:55Speaker 1: have three children, Yes, sir, I've had to learn something
- 37:59Speaker 1: that that there are a reflection of who we are
- 38:02Speaker 1: at one point. True, let's go with this. Your son
- 38:05Speaker 1: wanted to be a track star. Didn't you run? Yeah?
- 38:09Speaker 1: Did you turn out to be a track star? Not
- 38:12Speaker 1: at all. Now he want to be a rapper. Ain't
- 38:16Speaker 1: you an entertainment you're saying? Do you understand what he's
- 38:20Speaker 1: trying to do? I get it. And now he wants
- 38:24Speaker 1: to go to culinary school. Don't you claim to be
- 38:26Speaker 1: a great cook? I do, like father, like son, sending
- 38:32Speaker 1: that bar to culinary school? Because this just maybe it.
- 38:35Speaker 1: You don't have to figure it all out in your twenties.
- 38:39Speaker 1: But it's a good thing that that boy is trying.
- 38:42Speaker 1: So Trey, I support you. Uncle Steve is with your
- 38:45Speaker 1: congratulations called Tyree is sending your ass to or don't
- 38:49Speaker 1: be thank you very much. Tray can't wait for your
- 38:53Speaker 1: first Oh godoy, Blue here we come, all right, great
- 39:00Speaker 1: advice as usual, Steve, coming up at thirty four minutes
- 39:03Speaker 1: after the hour. A California couple, speaking of spending money,
- 39:07Speaker 1: only spent five hundred dollars on their wedding. We'll find
- 39:09Speaker 1: out how right after this, huney, you're listening to show,
- 39:17Speaker 1: all right and trending news. A young black California couple
- 39:20Speaker 1: went viral for having a beautiful wedding ceremony that only
- 39:24Speaker 1: costs them get this, five hundred dollars. Now, we all
- 39:29Speaker 1: know how expensive weddings can be, especially you, Steve. Well Um,
- 39:34Speaker 1: take a page out of Kiera. You didn't have some
- 39:37Speaker 1: weird yeah you know, I ain't don't want multiple times
- 39:49Speaker 1: you know. Hello? Anyway, anyway, what Kiara her name is
- 39:55Speaker 1: Kiara Brokenborg and her husband Joel spent just five hundred
- 40:00Speaker 1: dollars on their entire wedding, which included the dress, venue
- 40:05Speaker 1: and the reception. The couple held their ceremony of the
- 40:08Speaker 1: Angelus Crest Highway with southern California's mountains as just the
- 40:13Speaker 1: beautiful backdrop. They could only invite thirty to forty relatives.
- 40:17Speaker 1: That seems like a lot for five hundred dollars and
- 40:20Speaker 1: close friends. Because they didn't have a permit for the
- 40:23Speaker 1: area for the ceremony, the couple only paid for the
- 40:26Speaker 1: chairs and an arch. The bride explained, our goal was
- 40:31Speaker 1: to be just as minimal as possible and to spend
- 40:33Speaker 1: the least amount of money as possible. She bought her
- 40:36Speaker 1: wedding dress from the fast fashion online brand Sheen, which
- 40:40Speaker 1: only cost her wedding dress only cost forty seven dollars.
- 40:45Speaker 1: Forty seven dollars. Oh, why didn't I know this one?
- 40:50Speaker 1: I got married forty seven dollars. Okay, both done? She said,
- 40:56Speaker 1: I didn't want to spend a lot of money on
- 40:57Speaker 1: a dress because I had the mindset that I'm going
- 40:59Speaker 1: to where this one time for a few hours. Now.
- 41:03Speaker 1: Of course this did not include the ring, the five
- 41:06Speaker 1: hundred dollars, but she did all that, all his tucks.
- 41:09Speaker 1: You didn't say nothing about his clothes. No five hundred
- 41:13Speaker 1: dollars he had. But they got the reception with thirty
- 41:18Speaker 1: to forty friends and relatives in that dress. I mean this, Wow.
- 41:26Speaker 1: You want to know my response to this? Yes, of course,
- 41:29Speaker 1: so he could have had the same issue. So we
- 41:35Speaker 1: nobody want nobody nobody wan't no five hundred dollars win
- 41:40Speaker 1: and our damn show don't want to go to war
- 41:42Speaker 1: because it seemed to me like, if you're gonna throw
- 41:44Speaker 1: away in for five hundred, do what I'm thinking? In hell,
- 41:47Speaker 1: you got to dress down at the thrift though in
- 41:51Speaker 1: the back for they shet it out front, and it
- 41:55Speaker 1: probably wasn't clean, so he had to take your dress
- 41:57Speaker 1: to the dry cleaner. You had the wedding down at
- 42:02Speaker 1: the shelter because you don't need a permit to have
- 42:07Speaker 1: a wedding at the shelter like you did out on
- 42:09Speaker 1: the freeway, because you had more than thirty people, because
- 42:12Speaker 1: you didn't have nowhere for the chairs to be placed.
- 42:15Speaker 1: Remember the chairs, Well, if you do it at the shelter,
- 42:18Speaker 1: everybody could sit on the edge of the bed na.
- 42:24Speaker 1: Who want to go down there for that one? But
- 42:28Speaker 1: if they're your friends or family, you're gonna go and
- 42:31Speaker 1: support that man. I had a partner one time that
- 42:34Speaker 1: got locked up right and he became a penpile. This
- 42:38Speaker 1: was before you know cell phones, because out he a
- 42:41Speaker 1: penpile with a girl. Now he didn't wrote me and
- 42:45Speaker 1: told me he didn't met somebody he gonna marry. I said, well, dog,
- 42:49Speaker 1: you're getting out soon. Oh no, I ain't getting out.
- 42:56Speaker 1: So he said no, he said, no, this is you know,

- 58:17Speaker 1: let's go strawberrylett. All right, subject blend bless this blended mess.
- 58:23Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley. I'm a forty seven year old married
- 58:26Speaker 1: woman and we have a four bedroom house. I have
- 58:29Speaker 1: two children from a previous relationship, and my husband has
- 58:31Speaker 1: a grown son by his ex wife. His parents are
- 58:34Speaker 1: living with us temporarily because his son has a baby
- 58:38Speaker 1: and they want to be here for their great grandchild.
- 58:40Speaker 1: My mom lives with us too. She's always lived with me,
- 58:44Speaker 1: and when I got married, I asked her to move
- 58:46Speaker 1: upstairs so my husband and I can have the big
- 58:49Speaker 1: downstairs bedroom with the on sweet bath. This is when
- 58:53Speaker 1: my mom started hating my husband and finding all kinds
- 58:56Speaker 1: of things wrong with him, from having stinky feet to
- 58:59Speaker 1: how his hairline is receiving. I put my mother in
- 59:03Speaker 1: a room upstairs that has a Jack and Jill bat
- 59:06Speaker 1: and my husband's grown son shares a bathroom with her.
- 59:09Speaker 1: He has his fair share of complaints with my mom,
- 59:12Speaker 1: and my husband and I have talked about putting him out,
- 59:16Speaker 1: but he's got a newborn to save up for. He
- 59:19Speaker 1: is asked if the baby's mother and the baby can
- 59:21Speaker 1: move in too, and we both said a big hell no.
- 59:28Speaker 1: So my two daughters, ages eleven and thirteen, are constantly
- 59:32Speaker 1: upstairs fighting because they have to share a room. With
- 59:35Speaker 1: these ridiculous house prices, we can't afford to move, and
- 59:39Speaker 1: we're about to lose our minds. My husband said, my
- 59:42Speaker 1: mom is bad for our marriage and she should go
- 59:44Speaker 1: move in with her boyfriend. We both think his son
- 59:47Speaker 1: should lead. My husband's mom and dad are taking up
- 59:50Speaker 1: our whole basement, and his dad as a sleepwalker, and
- 59:53Speaker 1: he peas in the bed. I had no idea that
- 59:55Speaker 1: getting married would be so miserable. My husband seems to
- 59:57Speaker 1: forget this was my house. I welcomed him and his family.
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: So should I get to choose who's going and who's staying?
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: Am I right or wrong? Wow? Well is a blended mess?
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: Let me handle this when we come back. You got it.
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: I'm gonna flat out tell you who all need to go?
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: All right? Steve's response coming up next, subject of the
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: strawberry letter bless this blended mex. We'll be back at
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: twenty three after the hour you're listening, All right, Come on, Steve,
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: let's recap today's strawberry letter uh with with your response.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: This is part one of your response. The letter subject
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: is bless this blended mess? What guy? Well? The request
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: to bless this blended mess? It's kind of a crazy
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: request because you all created the mess. I'm a funny,
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: sam old married woman and we have a four bedroom house.
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: That's meaning her and a hug. I have two children
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: from a previous relationship, and my husband has a grown
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: son by his ex wife. Now, so far, that's two
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: four five people living there all right, here we go. Now,
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: his parents are living with us temporarily because his son
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: has a baby and they want to be there for
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: their grandchild. That's two more people grandparents. That's seven in
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: the house now. But but the reason they there is ignorant.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: They're living with us temporarily because his son has a
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: baby and they want to be here for their grandchild.
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: But damnit, why they gotta be in this hillhouse? They
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: need to go, and why is the grown ass son
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: in the house. My mom lives with us too, Oh yo, mama,
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: that's one more now we got eight people live in
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: the house in a full bedroom. She's always lived with me,
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: and when I got married, I asked her to move
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: upstairs so my husband and I can have the big
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: downstairs bedroom with an in sweet bath. This is when
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: my mom started hating my husband and finding all kinds
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: of things wrong with him, from having stinky feet to
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: how his hairline is receiving. That is true, though both
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: of those things. That's probably true. Most men's feet stink,
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: and his hairline is definitely receiving because if she noticed it,
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: please know the kids have noticed it too, and so
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: has his dad explains the road game that's all over
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: the house, laying on the countless and everything, because he's
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: called it getting road game prescription. I had to put
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: my mother in a room upstairs that has a Jack
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: and Gil bath, and my husband grown son shares a
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: bathroom with her. What what the Jack and Gil bath
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: is shared by the grandmother and the old ass son.
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: Don't neither want of them need to be in the house.
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: But now they're up that share in the bathroom. She
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: mad because she upstairs, because she was downstairs, but then
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: when you married a headline. Now she mad at highline
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: hairline and stinky feet. Headline with the stinky feet, and
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: not up here with his with his child from another
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: damn marriage. She can't stand his ass. He has his
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: share of complaints with my mom and my husband and
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: I have talked about now, okay, now you're talking about
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: his son now that shares a Jack Gil bath. He
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: has his fair share of complaints with my mom and
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: my husband and I have talked about putting him out.
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: He needed to get put out, But his complaints is
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: valid because now here and here he got to deal
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: with all this stuff on the back of the commode
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: that he don't even know what it is because he's
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: never seen tussy deolder it before. He don't even know
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: what that is? And why is that back hill? And
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: the correct pronunciation is tussy. But when you're a little
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: boy like me, I thought it was tussy because what
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: else couss it could it be? Okay, moving on, moving here,
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: you're gonna call it tussy when the other fun you
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: ain't pussy. You ain't ever heard of pussy before, So
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: why is we call him the tuss It? It ain't
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: one word. Start with the pus. You can have a
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: pus bump on you with some pus in it, but
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: it's never been called pussy. It's too early. So now
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: why is the deolder? It got to be tucky? You
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: understand why one of my biggest ass whippings not a
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: value gain the whole lot about me, bless this blended mess.
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: I told you to let me do it now. Talked
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: about putting the boy out, which he should, but he's
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: got a newborn to save up for. He got saved
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: up for, no damn newborn newborn costs money. You can't
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: save with a newborn. Newborns cost some money. He got
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: a spin. He has asked if the baby's MoMA and
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: the baby montin and now he didn't ask if the
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: baby's mother and the baby can move into And we
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: both said a big hell no. That'll be ten people
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: in a faux bed room. And you're sharing the bathroom
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: with the old woman with the musing bacon solder for deodorant.
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: And got that tussing on the back of the counter.
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: She got that water bottle hanging on the back of
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: the door. He still don't know what all that venegeates fall.
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: So see we got a problem. So my two daughters
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: are eleven and thirteen. They belong in the house. They
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: stays fighting because they got the sharing room. Because they
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: shouldn't have to share, because they should be sharing that
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: jack and your bathroom. These ridiculous house prices, we can't
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: afford to move. You don't need to buy a new house.
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: All the people need apartments. My husband saying, my mom
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: is bad for our man. She is. She should go
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: move on her boyfriend. That's true. We think the sean
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: son should leave. Put his ass out. My husband mama's
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: his dad's taking up the whole basement. Put the old
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: ass out too. Here, Sleepwalker, he pee in the bed.
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: You're pee in my bed one time, and then your
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: ass got to go. We come back, let me finish
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: a letter when we go back. God needs part three.
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: All right, Steve, hang on, we'll get to part three.
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: We'll do a part three of this strawberry letter coming
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: up at forty six minutes after the hour. The subject
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: today is bless this blended mess and we'll be back
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: with part three from Steve right after this. You're listening
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: Morning Show. All right, Come on, Steve, you have a
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: part three of today's strawberry letter. The subject is bless
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: this blended man and blended messages. I got three minutes
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: to walk y'all through what this is for. The seven
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: year old woman is married. She got two kids from
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: previous marriage. Her husband has an adult son from an
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: ex wife. The two children lived with them, and the
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: adult son lives with them. Her mama also lives with them,
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: and she's always lived with them even before she got married.
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: But when she got married, she wanted to move her
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: and her husband downstairs into the bedroom with the big
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: n sweet bathroom and moved a little mama upstairs. Now
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: she mad because she got a jacket jeal bath. She
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: got to share with the boy that is a grown
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: ass man. Now he got the girl pregnant and he's
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: staying at the house so he can save up money
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: for his son. You can't save money with sons. You
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: got to spend money for son. Now his mama and
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: daddy have moved in because they want to be knit
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: a grandchild. But damn it, too many people in here
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: now is her and the husband, is the two daughters.
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: That's folk. Is the son that don't need to be there?
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: That's five? Is your mama stayed there? That's six? And
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: it's his mom and daddy that's eight. Then the boarden
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: came in and asking the baby and the baby mama
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: move in. Now y'all want to say hell naw when
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: you need to put his ass out. Now you got
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: a problem because your husband say that your mama bad
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: for the match, and she is because now she ain't
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: hit talking about his hairline is receding and everybody know that.
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: And he touched about that hairline. That's why he've been
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: buying that row gain. It's hard as a man to
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: wake up and see your hair on the pillow. So
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: now he sees. Now he knows. Everybody knows that the
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: hairline is going back. Now he back there combing his hair.
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: Start that his is We know it's bad. He needed
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: to just go ball. It's time to move that. But
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: now you got a problem now with his mom and
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: daddy because his damn daddy downstairs and moved into the
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: basement and they're taking up the whole basement and his
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: daddy is a sleepwalker and peas in the bed. Now
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: your old ass is walking around the house. Then soaked
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: up these sheets with that old yearing you got. You've
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: got agg in your year and you got Hennessy in it.
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: You got penicilla in your yearling, you got in it
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: by out and you got antie. Now you're rubbing being
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: gay on yourself. Man, you stink. My husband seems to
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: forget this was my house and I welcome him and
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: his family, so I should get to choose who's going
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: and who's staying. Am I wrong or right? The only
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: people need to be in that house is them two girls,
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: that's eleven and thirteen. You need to put everybody else
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: ass out of that house, walking around, sleep walking in, peeing,
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: even mama too. Huh, put your mammy out talking about
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: him the top of the hour. Listen to the sill
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: what what's the weirdest thing you've ever done to get
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: a girl? Think about that will answer it right after this.
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Harping Morning Show. So Fox News reporter
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: Jesse Walters recently joked on air about the way he
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: purposely flattened to co workers tires just so he could
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: drive her home and get her to say yes to
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: a date with him. The co worker was fourteen years
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: younger than him, and now, amazingly he's married to her. Wow.
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: So the question is to the guys, have you ever
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: done anything like this? Or what's the over the top
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: thing you've done to get a girl? I'm gonna let
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: him go, head go last come on jow her into
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: the women's bathroom that was over the top. Well, well,
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: I walked up just d the doe time because I
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: didn't want her to feel like I said, you are
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: you so fine? I got to follow you in you
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: you need protection? And what what happened? I gotta follow them? Oh? Okay,
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: so it was worth it. Oh at ten great, Yeah
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: I did. Yeah, yeah, that was done. I didn't do that.
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: Then she she liked me, just the fact that I
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: went over the top of her because nobody else wanted her.
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: They want to deal with her. She had a really
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: big attitude. But I said, get that. She fine. So
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: she started going to the bathroom. I followed her right
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: on in there like it was nothing. I'm talking the
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: whole time we're talking. She said, what are you doing?
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: I said, giving you protection? You were her bodyguard? Yeah?
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: You remember her name? Oh yes you do. All right,
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: come on, nephew, you know what any I think? And
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: and and I don't do it, no mo, but name
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: dropped dropped my uncle's name. I actually was on the phone.
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: I actually was in front of a fine, super fine
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: girl back in the day. And I'm on the I'm
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: acting like I'm on the phone. I really ain't. Why
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: am I seeing here a whole name? Uncle Steve Harvey?
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: What is what I call you? When I get uncle
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: Steve Harvey? I don't have time right now. But what
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: all this? And then I get off the phone, yoall
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: what's up? Girl? What's that? Who was you talking to?
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: Ask my uncle? And he tripping, Yeah, he's tripping. But
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: I talked to him. Your uncle is is Steve? Yeah yeah, yeah,
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: yeah yeah, But don't worry about all that them. What's
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: up Uncle Steve? Hard So I don't get confused nobody else.
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: But it worked, Uncle Steve. Yeah that was a good one,
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: all right, Come on, Uncle Steve. Harvey was simpler the
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: beginning of my player days. I was about twenty two
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: twenty three, I mean a kmart and remember, yeah, remember
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: came out. I was in the kmart and I saw
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: this fine ship. Oh lord, just girl. She was pushing
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: a card and I really didn't have a conversation for her.
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: I didn't know how to approach her because she had
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: a little baby in the bugging. Maybe she married or
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: somebody looking for rings. I don't see no rings. Little
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: boy just grabbing stuff on the shelf. I want that.
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: I want that boy. Put that down. Put the stop
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: putting all that the stuff in this car. We ain't
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: getting ne of this hill. So I got to the
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: checkout before her, And when she got to the checkout,
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: I was outside. As soon as she walked outside with
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: the baby in the busket in her basket, I pulled
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: the bag. I said, this is for your son. I
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: saw he wanted it. He wanted a little fire truck,
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: and she made him put it back. So I bought
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: the five truck, four dolls and eighty five cent. I
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: bought the fire truck and gave it to the little boy.
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: How much I don't know, but it set me up
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: for three years with the boy. Oh yeah, ain't set
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: you back? Set you up, Stellman. Now talk about a
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: return on investment. City that worked and you were with
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: her for three years? Wow? Yeah, come on, lord, she
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: was fine. What did she say when what was what
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: was the first thing out of her mouth when you
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: gave her the dry she said, oh my god? Uh huh,
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: that's that's so nice. We can't afford any of this. No,
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: I couldn't either. But exactly all right, coming up, we'll
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: have more of the Steve har you're listening to morning show?

- 1:21:15Speaker 1: feedback where you're gonna be ext Hey listen, uh that
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: that that that gives me my closing remarks, the fact
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: that Shirley's starting a new business and everything. I want
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: to remind people. It's never too late to start. It
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: is never too late to start. Who determines when it's
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: too late to start? No, I'll tell you when it's
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: too early. It's too early to quit, But it ain't
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: ever too early to start. Quitting is not an option.
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: Quitting is always too soon Quitting is always the wrong time.
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: Quitting is all of us sudden. Quitting is just before
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: it popped off. Quitting is admitting that you have no
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: desire for the potential to even occur. It's too early
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: to quit, but it ain't ever too early to start.
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: It's never too late. I'm gonna remind you of the
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: story of Kentucky Fried Chicken. Colonel Sanders had been going
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: around the country with this recipe for dozens and dozens
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: of years. Nobody believed. And nah, it ain't nothing about that, No, no, nothing, nothing,
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: I don't get it. What are you talking about? Colonel
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: Sanders finally convince someone to give him his first franchise
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: in his sixties. You ever see the picture of Kentucky
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: of Colonel Sanders on the side of that bucket. You
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: notice that picture. He's not twenty in that picture. He
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: has aged in that picture. You know why, because it
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: didn't happen for him until he aged, And until Chick
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: fil A came along, Kentucky Fried Chicken was the number
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: one chicken seller in the world. It's been replaced by
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: the greatness of Chick fil A. But do you think
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: it's too late? Let me ask you a question, when
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: is it ever too late to be successful? Tell me
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: when that's when that it's too late. It's too late
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: to be successful. It's too late to win, it's too
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: late to hit the lottery. It's too late for the
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: light switch to come on. It's too late for the
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: cows to come in. It's too late now. Man, success
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: is always right on time, and things happened to you
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: in the time that it's post to happen. But if
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: you quit, you will not get to the appointed time.
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: You have got to persist, you've got to pursue, and
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: you've got to see it through because that is the
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: only way to find out what the true outcome is.
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: It is not for you to quit and say this
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: is the outcome. What because you quit? That didn't turn
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: out like I wanted it to. Why because you quit?
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: This wasn't the outcome I expected? Why because you quit?
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: It can't be at y'all, it cannot be it. So
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: I come in Shirley Strawberry for starting a new venture
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: at this appointed time. I think it's great, And let
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: that be an inspiration for everybody that's thinking about starting
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: something started. Start with one cent of a candle, learn

- 1:25:30Speaker 1: somebody to buy something. You're gonna want somebody to buy

- 1:25:36Speaker 1: ways to make money in this world. You must provide
