- 2:08Speaker 1: one and only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Yeah,
- 2:11Speaker 1: I'll do. I thank God for it every day every day.
- 2:16Speaker 1: I try to remember that too, you know. I try
- 2:18Speaker 1: to remember to be grateful. You know. I think gratitude,
- 2:24Speaker 1: um is you know, one of the things that helps
- 2:28Speaker 1: keep me grounded. You can go as far as you
- 2:31Speaker 1: want in life. If you don't mind who gets the credit. Well,
- 2:36Speaker 1: that applies to God too, don't it. I mean you know, really,
- 2:40Speaker 1: if you don't mind who gets the credit? Um, you know,
- 2:46Speaker 1: I'm I'm surrounded by very competent people. I'm surrounded by
- 2:53Speaker 1: a lot of people who work hard on their jobs,
- 2:57Speaker 1: on their career, who are dedicated uh you know, employees,
- 3:04Speaker 1: and and and also just dedicated to their families and
- 3:08Speaker 1: you know, you know, dedicated to their own set of aspirations.
- 3:11Speaker 1: I don't expect anybody to work for me, you know, forever,
- 3:16Speaker 1: I always look at my job opportunities as stepping stones
- 3:21Speaker 1: because I want everyone around me really to aspire to
- 3:24Speaker 1: be more. I mean, that's that's really the way I am.
- 3:27Speaker 1: I'm not any other way. I'm not trying to hold
- 3:30Speaker 1: you to this position. Uh you know, tell you there's
- 3:33Speaker 1: no room for growth, um any of that. But even
- 3:38Speaker 1: though I'm surrounded by these people, uh, I'm grateful that
- 3:44Speaker 1: God placed them in my path in my life. But
- 3:52Speaker 1: in my mind, in my spirit and everything in me,
- 3:58Speaker 1: the credits still be as to God. I'm sorry, the
- 4:04Speaker 1: credit still belongs to God. See if you were just
- 4:10Speaker 1: for a moment, stop thinking about yourself, just for a moment.
- 4:16Speaker 1: I know that's hard, but just for a moment, stop
- 4:19Speaker 1: thinking about yourself and realize that maybe you are who
- 4:23Speaker 1: you are because God is who he is. Maybe that's
- 4:27Speaker 1: the case. Have you ever considered that, you know, that's
- 4:31Speaker 1: that's the strongest possibility I can give to you. You know,
- 4:35Speaker 1: how do you think you know you're the one that
- 4:39Speaker 1: made it through? How you think you're the one after
- 4:43Speaker 1: all of the ignorant decisions we have made? And oh,
- 4:47Speaker 1: my goodness, let's all be honest. Ain't we made some
- 4:51Speaker 1: Ain't we made some crazy decisions I'm talking about, man,
- 4:54Speaker 1: I have made decisions so adverse to my destiny and career,
- 5:00Speaker 1: my my promises. I've made some decisions man to knowingly
- 5:07Speaker 1: you hear me knowingly do something wrong, And in spite
- 5:11Speaker 1: of all that, I'm still here. Standard Okay, come on now, really, Billy, Really,
- 5:19Speaker 1: all the dirt you've been done, everybody done dirt, all
- 5:24Speaker 1: the mistakes you've made, You're in the position you in
- 5:28Speaker 1: today because of what cause you all that? What cause?
- 5:33Speaker 1: It's about you? Because you work harder than anybody else. Look,
- 5:39Speaker 1: I work hard, I'll be the I'll tell you in
- 5:42Speaker 1: a minute. I work hard. But I don't think I'm
- 5:44Speaker 1: the hardest working person out there. I'm pretty sure somebody
- 5:48Speaker 1: didn't work way harder than I have. So okay, so
- 5:51Speaker 1: you work hard? Okay, cool, I got all that, But man,
- 5:57Speaker 1: what about his grace and his mercy? It what about
- 6:01Speaker 1: his faith. How many times, man, you didn't rely on that,
- 6:06Speaker 1: even when you ain't know you was relying on it.
- 6:09Speaker 1: How many times man, God has shown you mercy? You
- 6:12Speaker 1: ain't even deserve it? You know you do. You know
- 6:16Speaker 1: how many things I've done wrong? I just didn't get
- 6:20Speaker 1: caught at it. Look man, m you know, Um, let
- 6:27Speaker 1: me see how simple I can be. You speed, you
- 6:33Speaker 1: jay Walt, You cut in front of people in line. Um,
- 6:45Speaker 1: you lie to police when you get pulled over that
- 6:48Speaker 1: you wasn't speeding. You go to court and argue you
- 6:51Speaker 1: wasn't speeding when you was. Um, you make you turns.
- 6:59Speaker 1: I'm just doing traffic violations. Um. Now let's get off
- 7:06Speaker 1: traffic for a second. Let's get on human violations. You
- 7:10Speaker 1: talk about people when you're not supposed to. You indulge
- 7:15Speaker 1: yourself in gossip even when you don't really have all
- 7:18Speaker 1: the facts. You pass judgment, You lust for people that
- 7:25Speaker 1: don't belong to you. You say things to people that
- 7:31Speaker 1: you're not supposed to say. So look all of us,
- 7:37Speaker 1: we all, we're all guilty. Now See, I'm I'm pretty
- 7:42Speaker 1: sure if if you I'm not saying you do all
- 7:44Speaker 1: of that, but I'm saying I'm pretty sure I hit
- 7:47Speaker 1: you somewhere in there, just somewhere in there. You to
- 7:50Speaker 1: lie before you know you lied recently. I mean, come on,
- 7:54Speaker 1: And I'm just saying so with all that in mind, See,
- 7:57Speaker 1: I'm just looking at the little things that we do
- 7:59Speaker 1: that we don't it busted for not to mention the
- 8:02Speaker 1: chips you stole when you was a kid and nobody
- 8:04Speaker 1: caught you. Well that elevated didn't and some of y'all
- 8:07Speaker 1: just didn't stop stealing. The next thing you know, you
- 8:10Speaker 1: was in a car. Now you're sitting somewhere you don't
- 8:12Speaker 1: want to be sitting because of a decision you made.
- 8:15Speaker 1: But through his grace and mercy, couldn't it have been worse? Though?
- 8:18Speaker 1: Without his grace and mercy, could not it have been worse.
- 8:22Speaker 1: I know two dudes that got caught in the garage
- 8:25Speaker 1: one time trying to break into somebody's house, and the
- 8:27Speaker 1: person in the house they broke into just happened to
- 8:29Speaker 1: have a gun and held him in the garage, caught
- 8:34Speaker 1: him and held him to the garage. To the police came.
- 8:37Speaker 1: That's grace and mercy right there, because they had all
- 8:40Speaker 1: full right to shoot these two people. But they didn't
- 8:43Speaker 1: the grace and mercy. See, all of us have benefited
- 8:47Speaker 1: from his grace and mercy. All of us have done
- 8:50Speaker 1: a wrong, committed a sin, broken the law, and somehow,
- 8:53Speaker 1: through his grace and mercy, got by, doing drugs, buying drugs,
- 8:57Speaker 1: slanging drugs, doing something, got by, jumped on somebody for
- 9:01Speaker 1: no reason, got by, you know. So see how you
- 9:06Speaker 1: figure with all that that can go on in your life?
- 9:09Speaker 1: And then hold on, let me throw a couple more
- 9:11Speaker 1: at you. You can't wake yourself up in the morning,
- 9:15Speaker 1: Mr Big Shot. You don't have the ability to control
- 9:21Speaker 1: the breaths that you take. Really, Mr Big Shot, Really,
- 9:25Speaker 1: let's get real basic with it now. You can't wake
- 9:28Speaker 1: yourself up in the morning. That's favor, that's grace, that's mercy,
- 9:37Speaker 1: that's him allowing you to wake up just hoping we
- 9:42Speaker 1: get it right. You know, God spared me through all
- 9:45Speaker 1: the dirt I was doing just hoping one day. Man,
- 9:48Speaker 1: can you just straighten up a little bit? When I
- 9:51Speaker 1: finally straightened up, And I'm gonna just say it, straightened
- 9:54Speaker 1: up a little bit. See, I ain't straightened up all
- 9:56Speaker 1: the way. Say I ain't gonna sit here and tell
- 9:58Speaker 1: you that I just straightened up a little bit. He
- 10:00Speaker 1: started blessing me. So the more blessings I gotta started going, Man,
- 10:04Speaker 1: maybe I'll try straighten up a little bit more. So
- 10:05Speaker 1: I straightened up a little bit more. I still got
- 10:07Speaker 1: a long way to go, but I'm straighter than I
- 10:10Speaker 1: was now. When people judging me and as they will,
- 10:13Speaker 1: and they do, cause that ain't right, but they do,
- 10:15Speaker 1: and I ain't walking just the way they walk. Then
- 10:18Speaker 1: here comes to criticism. I get it all the time.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Stop wanting credit all the time and give out some
- 10:23Speaker 1: credit where credit is due instead of getting having somebody
- 10:27Speaker 1: patting you on your back all the time. Why don't
- 10:29Speaker 1: you tell God, tell people it was really was God?
- 10:32Speaker 1: Man that you don't really know how you made it?
- 10:34Speaker 1: That really man, you have no explanation for your success
- 10:37Speaker 1: or you have no explanation why you still existing today.
- 10:40Speaker 1: Why don't you tell somebody was God today? Don't be ashamed.
- 10:43Speaker 1: It's the truth, ain't it. I mean? Really, man, let's
- 10:47Speaker 1: give God some credit. Help give God the credit and
- 10:50Speaker 1: the glory and honor. And like that plaque said, you
- 10:53Speaker 1: can go as far as you want in life if
- 10:55Speaker 1: you don't mind who gets the credit all right you show.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen now have your undivided attention. Please, it's
- 11:07Speaker 1: about to go down. It's about to be on cracking
- 11:10Speaker 1: and popping. This is the Steve Harvey Morning Show. I'm
- 11:14Speaker 1: in Steve. You know that this is Shirley. Hello Steve.
- 11:21Speaker 1: That Dare's call up? Is what's happening this? He and Jr.
- 11:26Speaker 1: Over there be timing. Here's what he says. I'm no,
- 11:31Speaker 1: we's all up in hill, We's all up in here
- 11:35Speaker 1: and Shirley, I say that with such call. I don't
- 11:39Speaker 1: even I don't even look for a way. See this
- 11:42Speaker 1: is me talking without the filter own it. It's just
- 11:45Speaker 1: gonna be like this hill. See if I take the
- 11:48Speaker 1: filter off and just let him have it. Oh man,
- 11:54Speaker 1: Lord willing before on this show, Oh man, when we
- 11:58Speaker 1: were just in l A and when no phone cameras,
- 12:04Speaker 1: the stuff that came out of my mouth can no
- 12:06Speaker 1: longer come out of this here same mouth. Oh I
- 12:11Speaker 1: wanted to say it to yourself, but due to the
- 12:16Speaker 1: climate and nature of things today, you can no longer
- 12:20Speaker 1: be free. This country is not freedom of speech. They
- 12:23Speaker 1: can stop saying that it's freedom of speech. No it's not.
- 12:28Speaker 1: It's free the only person gets freedom of speech with
- 12:30Speaker 1: no consequences as the president. The rest of us would
- 12:34Speaker 1: pay dearly if we made the comments that this guy
- 12:37Speaker 1: has made, we would lose our jobs. They would call
- 12:42Speaker 1: for if you're not one celebrity, make the statements that
- 12:45Speaker 1: he's made to three African American women racist, stupid, and
- 12:52Speaker 1: loser and and and make that about three women on
- 12:57Speaker 1: their job, you will be out of work if you
- 13:00Speaker 1: made the comments you made about the fires in l
- 13:05Speaker 1: A being the fault of poor forestry management. What do
- 13:10Speaker 1: that got to do with the fires? Hey, y'all, you
- 13:13Speaker 1: remember the doctor that came on the show, Dr Sanji Habi. Man,
- 13:18Speaker 1: he sent me a video. The fires came right up
- 13:22Speaker 1: to his swimming pool. Wait, let me tell you how
- 13:26Speaker 1: good god it is. He emptied his swimming pool last
- 13:30Speaker 1: week because they had to do some some work on
- 13:34Speaker 1: his swimming pool. He took all the water and drained
- 13:37Speaker 1: it in a dried out creek in his backyard. He
- 13:41Speaker 1: drained it over there. That swimming pool water stopped the
- 13:46Speaker 1: fire from getting to man. This guy, I'm telling you, man,
- 13:53Speaker 1: he sent a video. The fire is still burning in
- 13:56Speaker 1: his backyard. They just stopped it and it just can't
- 13:59Speaker 1: cross day creek that had his swimming pool water. And
- 14:04Speaker 1: it's Dr habib Sadeggi Steve, by the way, not that
- 14:10Speaker 1: the doctor, but oh, lou, miss Bush. I just want
- 14:14Speaker 1: to get it right. Okay, I say, I know Tommy
- 14:18Speaker 1: didn't know if MoMA could off the house. And look, look,
- 14:26Speaker 1: we'll tell you what you shouldn't do, uh, why you
- 14:29Speaker 1: shouldn't do your Thanksgiving grocery shopping the Tuesday before Thanksgiving?
- 14:33Speaker 1: All right, we'll tell you that my day. Al Right,
- 14:40Speaker 1: we'll tell you that right after this. We'll be back
- 14:42Speaker 1: at thirty two after the hour you're listening to show. Alright, guys,
- 14:48Speaker 1: believe it or not, Thanksgiving is next week, next week,
- 14:53Speaker 1: and that means getting your game plan together for for
- 14:56Speaker 1: Thanksgiving Day? And oh man got the Friday turkey? What's
- 15:01Speaker 1: what's the issues? Well, what's wrong? Lord? Willing my family
- 15:08Speaker 1: be out the country? Okay? Well, okay, I can promise
- 15:13Speaker 1: you where we're going. They don't do Thanksgiving. This would
- 15:17Speaker 1: be the second Thanksgiving in a row. I ain't been
- 15:19Speaker 1: at home because last I was in Paris for Thanksgiving.
- 15:25Speaker 1: And they don't know what Thanksgiving it is an American?
- 15:31Speaker 1: So me telling them what I wanted. That was funny.
- 15:34Speaker 1: We have Thanksgiving dinner, but lord ha mercy dressing and
- 15:39Speaker 1: people in parents need to stop the whole country their cuisine.
- 15:45Speaker 1: Can they do to give the can they do that?
- 15:47Speaker 1: Never heard of the time at all? It ain't real
- 15:53Speaker 1: if you ain't got okay? Well, because because Thanksgiving as
- 15:57Speaker 1: a holiday, um as a holiday to food focused holiday,
- 16:01Speaker 1: there's a ton of food planning, food shopping, and food
- 16:04Speaker 1: prep that happens before Thanksgiving rolls around. And the longer
- 16:08Speaker 1: you wait to do it, the more frantic it can feel.
- 16:10Speaker 1: That's why a lot of people, um think they're so
- 16:13Speaker 1: smart for going to the grocery store the Tuesday and
- 16:16Speaker 1: not the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, but they're actually not that smart.
- 16:20Speaker 1: You gone Tuesday? Yeah, that's what this survey says. According
- 16:24Speaker 1: to this book titled Grocery The Buying and Selling of
- 16:27Speaker 1: Food in America Carla, author Michael Rollman advises getting everything
- 16:33Speaker 1: you need for Thanksgiving from the grocery store the weekend
- 16:36Speaker 1: before the holiday, which which by the way, is this weekend.
- 16:41Speaker 1: That's right. That way, you'll have the ingredients for your
- 16:44Speaker 1: dinner on hand, and you can have a minimal contact
- 16:46Speaker 1: with all those people at the grocery store. Why are
- 16:49Speaker 1: you saying, Steve, But I'm telling you, when is it
- 16:56Speaker 1: they're going to be out of them big ale bowls
- 16:58Speaker 1: for macaroni we in state. When they replenish Wednesday is
- 17:05Speaker 1: when they after the big weekend rush and then Monday
- 17:09Speaker 1: Tuesday replenished on Wednesday. So the truck coming. Okay, I'm
- 17:13Speaker 1: just I'm just just I'm just you know what I'm
- 17:16Speaker 1: worried about the trucks. I'm worried about all. I know.
- 17:19Speaker 1: My grandmother ain't missed a Thanksgiving. Yeah, food there. I
- 17:23Speaker 1: don't know when my mama shopped all year long for
- 17:28Speaker 1: cranberry sauce. They have everything, they lined up in the pantry. Yes,
- 17:33Speaker 1: so you know, uh, I don't really Yeah, I kind
- 17:38Speaker 1: of go. And then it's regional to you gotta pay
- 17:41Speaker 1: attention to where you go. You know, it's regional like
- 17:46Speaker 1: and zip code. Regional is what I'm talking. Oh, you
- 17:53Speaker 1: gotta get your zip code because your resources is different.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Pressure more. Ye see out here, if you go to
- 18:03Speaker 1: Bristol Farms, they're gonna have it. Uh huh what's that
- 18:07Speaker 1: a store? What is that little more? You know scale, Yeah,
- 18:14Speaker 1: they're gonna Yeah, they're gonna have it because they can't
- 18:17Speaker 1: telling people we ain't got no more. And it's a
- 18:19Speaker 1: pretty store, you know. Yeah. And I don't know what
- 18:22Speaker 1: I'm gonna do, man, because I don't know how I'm
- 18:23Speaker 1: gonna do my oysters? Do you eat oysters? And Thanksgiving? Christmas?
- 18:29Speaker 1: But a lot of oh yeah, you you eat fried
- 18:31Speaker 1: oysters and eggs in something every now? Anybody seeing them?
- 18:35Speaker 1: By the way, anybody said eggnog, which I know I
- 18:44Speaker 1: won't get what I'm going but I can probably get
- 18:48Speaker 1: the oysters, and I could probably get them fried, but
- 18:52Speaker 1: I don't. I don't know who I'm gonna get these,
- 18:54Speaker 1: miss Shoe. But frozen dinner rolls that bake up in
- 18:58Speaker 1: the oven with extra yeah, well I noticed. But if
- 19:04Speaker 1: they frozen, you put them in your suitcase and want
- 19:07Speaker 1: some drives and get it away. And see what I'm
- 19:09Speaker 1: not fit to do? Is that right there? Anybody fit
- 19:12Speaker 1: to be opening up my poe ass looking lug at you.
- 19:14Speaker 1: I don't had to whole turkeys and manoe right there?
- 19:17Speaker 1: You see it right there, we'll see right there. Nobody
- 19:21Speaker 1: does that. But let me tell you this. Let me
- 19:25Speaker 1: tell you this that nephew time, I know how to
- 19:26Speaker 1: pack up a turkey. He packed up a turkey for me.
- 19:29Speaker 1: It traveled nice. You have to graduate. Get back to
- 19:40Speaker 1: the eggnog for a second, because I love it eggno,
- 19:42Speaker 1: but I don't drink it as much now that I'm
- 19:44Speaker 1: an adult. But have you ever had homemade egg knocks?
- 19:51Speaker 1: It's people be trying to make eggnog. It ain't what
- 19:54Speaker 1: they do. Be loose. It takes nothing like eggnog. It's trife,
- 20:00Speaker 1: it's horrible. What's the best brand? What's the good brand?
- 20:03Speaker 1: Southern Comfort, Southern Comfort, Southern Comfort for the great egg. Now,
- 20:10Speaker 1: I ain't gonna lie to you now. Boardings ain't no
- 20:11Speaker 1: game boardings. Uh. And it's another one. Black nurse schwepps
- 20:17Speaker 1: ain't bad. Sweeps. Eggnog ain't bad, I tell you. But
- 20:22Speaker 1: the best eggnog ever made Old English, Old English in
- 20:29Speaker 1: the silver cart. But it's hard to find that. I
- 20:32Speaker 1: ain't found it in a few years. That's what I
- 20:34Speaker 1: was thinking, was waggoner blacktoast. Ain't nobody got time for that.
- 20:40Speaker 1: If you lactoast in tolerant, just stay away. Made coming
- 20:43Speaker 1: over here with all that old lactoast conversation do you
- 20:47Speaker 1: have it without milk in it? Now? Hell no, my
- 20:51Speaker 1: dad said, I'm lactoast ain't tolerate. Oh, it ain't good
- 20:55Speaker 1: on me though, like lactoast. Oh English in a silver card,
- 21:05Speaker 1: and I don't think I haven't seen that in years. O.
- 21:11Speaker 1: What is owe old English? Like a liquor? It's a court.
- 21:27Speaker 1: All right. Listen, whatever you do go this weekend. If
- 21:31Speaker 1: you're going to lay out your things, what you go
- 21:35Speaker 1: to A big question? What you cooking? Whatever? My friends
- 21:38Speaker 1: cook when I go over their house. My big concern
- 21:41Speaker 1: is Friday, what are we gonna eat? Coming up next,
- 21:45Speaker 1: it is the nephew would run that prank back that's
- 21:49Speaker 1: coming up right after you're listening to show coming up
- 21:55Speaker 1: at the top of the hour and entertainment news guys, Rihanna,
- 21:59Speaker 1: Congratulations Easter. Her re read has won her legal battle
- 22:02Speaker 1: saying no to President Trump using her music. And the beautiful,
- 22:08Speaker 1: very talented, shady, very mysterious Shade is back. Yeah, she's back.
- 22:15Speaker 1: She goes, she goes, Yeah, she comes. And when you're
- 22:19Speaker 1: gonna talk to her, I don't know, you know me
- 22:22Speaker 1: and Oh, I was talking about doing something with sad
- 22:26Speaker 1: and it's something when you know, and then Gail and
- 22:30Speaker 1: I was trying to discuss it when we gonna try
- 22:32Speaker 1: to right, right, we're working on something. Okay, right now
- 22:37Speaker 1: it's time for you Mr Hollywood h to run that
- 22:41Speaker 1: prank back what you got now since we was talking
- 22:43Speaker 1: about Thanksgiving earlier, this is a great run back. Catering mistake,
- 22:48Speaker 1: cater mistake, let's run it. Hello. Hello, I'm trying to
- 22:53Speaker 1: reach Jammy. Please is hey Tammy? This is uh Dexter
- 22:58Speaker 1: over here. Ja. We catered your your aunt Bridget. Yeah,
- 23:02Speaker 1: that's right, that's right, that's right. How are you doing, Decks?
- 23:05Speaker 1: There is good to hear from you. Okay, good good.
- 23:08Speaker 1: I'm going through the paperwork here and I know we
- 23:12Speaker 1: have an invoice for you all. I wanted to reach
- 23:15Speaker 1: out to you. This is not a bad time, is it. No,
- 23:17Speaker 1: this is a good time. Okay. So, first of all,
- 23:20Speaker 1: did everybody enjoy everything that we we put out for
- 23:23Speaker 1: you guys? Yeah, we had a good all time. My
- 23:27Speaker 1: auntie Bridget, she was so happy. There was no better
- 23:31Speaker 1: way to bring in her sixtieth birthday party. We had
- 23:34Speaker 1: a great time. The food was delicious. We are so grateful,
- 23:37Speaker 1: so thank you so much. You and your team did
- 23:39Speaker 1: the bomb job. Okay, good deal, Good deal. I was
- 23:43Speaker 1: here when they loaded up the van and everything, and
- 23:45Speaker 1: I wanted to make sure I wanted to follow back up.
- 23:47Speaker 1: But listen, I'm looking at the paperwork and um, and
- 23:49Speaker 1: we had a little mishap, and I wanted to let
- 23:52Speaker 1: you know that we're not going to um, We're not
- 23:55Speaker 1: gonna charge you guys for the chicken. Um because they
- 24:01Speaker 1: made a mistake and they put the wrong pan on
- 24:04Speaker 1: the van and they I noticed that the chicken was
- 24:08Speaker 1: actually still here, So we want to take off take
- 24:12Speaker 1: that off, and I won't that won't be on the
- 24:14Speaker 1: on the envoys. So I'm taking all the entire cross.
- 24:17Speaker 1: The chicken will be completely taken out. Okay, real quick,
- 24:20Speaker 1: let's back up a bit, because we had a lot
- 24:23Speaker 1: of people at the party. We definitely had chicken. Yeah,
- 24:28Speaker 1: I know you had your order smother chicken. But like
- 24:30Speaker 1: I said, the guy put the wrong pan on the
- 24:33Speaker 1: on the van, you know, and actually the mother chicken
- 24:36Speaker 1: was actually still here, uh you know, here here at
- 24:39Speaker 1: the at the shop. So you know, like I said,
- 24:42Speaker 1: we made a mistake. I'm gonna take it off and
- 24:43Speaker 1: that that'll probably not your like a couple of hundred
- 24:46Speaker 1: dollars off coup of you a price? Like, so what
- 24:50Speaker 1: are you saying? So? What were we eating? If it
- 24:52Speaker 1: was this mother chicken? What was it? Uh? Well? Ms Temmy,
- 24:57Speaker 1: like I said that, you know, I got on this
- 24:59Speaker 1: kid for making this mistake. You know, I got on
- 25:02Speaker 1: the real bad about it from you know, putting the
- 25:04Speaker 1: wrong pan on there. But like I said, this, what
- 25:07Speaker 1: you guys had wasn't that was a chick? What was it? Though?
- 25:10Speaker 1: That's why I'm asking you what was he actually? What
- 25:13Speaker 1: he put on there? About mistake? Miss telling me that
- 25:16Speaker 1: was that was rapid? What? You can't be serious right now?

- 25:39Speaker 1: You don't know who the because allergic today and you're
- 25:42Speaker 1: calling me about two hundred dollars? Are you out of
- 25:45Speaker 1: your mind? Well? I wanted to credit you all that,
- 25:49Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, No, and there's gonna be
- 25:51Speaker 1: no credit. There ain't gonna be no credit. It ain't
- 25:53Speaker 1: no credit? You mean credit? Richard could have died, Monty

- 30:09Speaker 1: And and we're still praying for him. We are. In
- 30:12Speaker 1: today's entertainment news as we switch gears, it appears that
- 30:15Speaker 1: Rihanna has won a legal battle against President Trump. This week,
- 30:18Speaker 1: after the performing rights company b m I informed the
- 30:22Speaker 1: president's campaign that it can no longer use her music
- 30:25Speaker 1: at events. B m I removed Rihanna's music from the
- 30:28Speaker 1: Blanket Political uh Entities License agreement that previously gave the
- 30:34Speaker 1: campaign the right to play Rihanna's songs during his campaign
- 30:37Speaker 1: events and rallies. Rihanna was not the only artist to
- 30:41Speaker 1: get this done, other artists including Aerosmith, Steven Tyler, Elton John,
- 30:46Speaker 1: and Prince's Estate. So that's good news, Hunt, Steve. People
- 30:52Speaker 1: you know they don't want to be associated with the
- 30:55Speaker 1: rhetoric comes from his camp. He could do so much
- 30:59Speaker 1: more if he would just change his rhetoric and his tone.
- 31:02Speaker 1: He could really accomplish some things. But he's not because
- 31:08Speaker 1: he's an old rich man who got here being that way,
- 31:12Speaker 1: and he sees nothing wrong. I mean, the statements he's
- 31:15Speaker 1: making is because he's empowered to do it. It's it's
- 31:19Speaker 1: it's the wonderful thing about money. It doesn't change you.
- 31:23Speaker 1: It allows you to be more of who you really are.
- 31:25Speaker 1: He has money, position and power, so this is what
- 31:28Speaker 1: you get who he really is. He's not about to change.
- 31:32Speaker 1: You cannot teach this old dog a new trick. He's unteachable.
- 31:38Speaker 1: Oh yeah, he needs to just come out on no
- 31:43Speaker 1: song and then other news is back. We love us
- 31:48Speaker 1: some sho Carl. You've heard new song from the movie
- 31:52Speaker 1: soundtrack Widows, which stars that looks so good Viola David's
- 31:56Speaker 1: I cannot wait to see that movie. Yeah, it's nice.
- 31:59Speaker 1: It was with the movie though. It's it's you know,
- 32:02Speaker 1: it's shot as slow, it's deep, but it goes the lyrics.
- 32:05Speaker 1: She writes it about this movie, and it's about these
- 32:07Speaker 1: four women who what they set up this robbery to
- 32:10Speaker 1: get to help pay off their husband's dad because their
- 32:13Speaker 1: husbands died or passed away. But it's good, it's good,
- 32:16Speaker 1: it's cool. Shame. Okay, well, Steve, what is what is
- 32:21Speaker 1: your favorite shot a song? So many of them about
- 32:27Speaker 1: the till Is it a crime that are still or

- 33:29Speaker 1: that in so long. You know what I'm gonna do.
- 33:32Speaker 1: I'm gonna do a rip on just Roscoe does the
- 33:36Speaker 1: damn James. Yeah, introduced ladies and gentlemen, Miss and true.
- 33:45Speaker 1: Thank you very much. This is a trip with the news, everybody,

- 34:04Speaker 1: fire five thousand, one hundred and thirty nine total citizens
- 34:08Speaker 1: evacuated two thousand, hundred eighty five people that are in shelters.
- 34:15Speaker 1: So our total number of damaged structures as of right
- 34:19Speaker 1: now is ninety two. Our total number of destroyed structures
- 34:24Speaker 1: is seven thousand, one hundred and seventy seven. A federal
- 34:28Speaker 1: judge and Georgia has ruled in favor of a Democratic
- 34:30Speaker 1: gubernatorial hopeful, Stacy Abrams, ordering election officials in the Peach
- 34:34Speaker 1: state to review the thousands of provisional ballots that have
- 34:37Speaker 1: not been counted in the election early this month. The judge,
- 34:40Speaker 1: Amy Tottenberg, is originally a New Yorker. She serves on
- 34:43Speaker 1: the Atlanta Court, and she says the race cannot be
- 34:46Speaker 1: officially certified until all the ballots are counted. Stacy Abrams
- 34:50Speaker 1: needs an extra twenty thousand votes to force a runoff
- 34:52Speaker 1: against Republican Briant Kemp. However, Pro Trump group has put
- 34:56Speaker 1: out a negative commercial against the head of One County
- 34:59Speaker 1: Brow Counties election chief Legal voters in Florida are outraged
- 35:04Speaker 1: and Brenda snikes must be removed. When we can't trust
- 35:08Speaker 1: our elections, we don't have a democracy. We will everybody
- 35:12Speaker 1: can record this, We will complete the recount. There's never
- 35:16Speaker 1: been a deadline that we have missed, and that's what
- 35:20Speaker 1: she says. President Trump and the Republicans calling for an
- 35:22Speaker 1: immediate end to all the legally mandated recounts in Florida
- 35:26Speaker 1: and Georgia, with the Trump of Camp implying voted for
- 35:29Speaker 1: it without a shred of evidence. Actor James Woods Twitter
- 35:32Speaker 1: account has been locked since before last week's election. Woods,
- 35:36Speaker 1: whose politics a very right wing, was locked out of
- 35:39Speaker 1: Twitter by site managing because he tweeted a post that
- 35:42Speaker 1: was a hoax meaning purported to from to be from
- 35:44Speaker 1: the Democratic Party, urging Democrats not to vote the folks.
- 35:47Speaker 1: That Twitter told him if he deleted the misleading phony
- 35:50Speaker 1: tweet that his account would be unlocked, but James Woods refused.
- 35:53Speaker 1: You may remember actor James Woods as Sharon Stone's pit
- 35:56Speaker 1: boyfriend in the movie Casino. That's James Woods, by the way,
- 35:59Speaker 1: Get the US. According to New York n Y one's
- 36:01Speaker 1: Errol Lewis, the now x U S Attorney Jeff Sessions
- 36:05Speaker 1: left what you might call a kind of legal poison
- 36:07Speaker 1: pill as he made his way out of the door
- 36:09Speaker 1: last week. The Political reporter says in an opinion piece
- 36:11Speaker 1: that Sessions is rushed to push through and order that
- 36:14Speaker 1: effectively limits the ability of federal prosecutors in this country
- 36:18Speaker 1: to monitor and reform police departments shown to have engaged
- 36:21Speaker 1: in brutality, racial profiling, and other illegal practices. That's what
- 36:26Speaker 1: Jeff Sessions did on the way out. Finally, today is
- 36:29Speaker 1: Weird Wednesday, and so for all of you weird people,
- 36:34Speaker 1: feel normal today. I do. This has been answered with
- 36:37Speaker 1: the news. Now back to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 36:40Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. A suburban
- 36:44Speaker 1: Chicago police officer responding to a shooting on Sunday at
- 36:48Speaker 1: a bar, killed a security guard who was just doing
- 36:51Speaker 1: his job. That's according to his attorney. His family is
- 36:55Speaker 1: suing now. An officer from mid Lothian, Illinois, fatally shot
- 36:59Speaker 1: Jamal Old Robertson, twenty six year old security guard who
- 37:03Speaker 1: was working at the bar. This is according to Cook
- 37:05Speaker 1: County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman uh Sophia and sorry she told
- 37:09Speaker 1: this to see Ann. Law enforcement agencies responded to the
- 37:12Speaker 1: shooting around four a m Sunday at Manny's Blue Room
- 37:16Speaker 1: Lounge in Robin's, Illinois, about twenty miles just south of Chicago.
- 37:21Speaker 1: Three people and an and an alleged shooter were injured.
- 37:24Speaker 1: H Then, after Robertson had apprehended the alleged gunmen, the
- 37:29Speaker 1: Mid Lothian officer shot Robertson outside the bar, according to
- 37:33Speaker 1: a federal lawsuit filed Monday that calls a fatal shooting
- 37:36Speaker 1: excessive and unreasonable and says it violated Robertson's civil rights.
- 37:41Speaker 1: Witnesses said security had asked several drunk men to leave
- 37:45Speaker 1: the bar, and at least one person returned and opened fire.
- 37:49Speaker 1: UM after that shooting, Robertson had someone on the ground
- 37:53Speaker 1: with his knee in his back with his gun uh
- 37:57Speaker 1: in his back, like, don't move. Uh, this is what
- 37:59Speaker 1: a UM, A witness told UM. The local Chicago TV
- 38:03Speaker 1: station and officer responding to the scene then fired at Robertson,
- 38:07Speaker 1: and the witnesses said, we all yelled he's a security,
- 38:11Speaker 1: he's a security, and without giving any thought, they shot him.
- 38:15Speaker 1: This is what witnesses told the TV station. Uh. The
- 38:19Speaker 1: vest said security as well, and they shot him in
- 38:22Speaker 1: the side. The Mid Lothian Police Department has asked the
- 38:26Speaker 1: Illinois State Police Public Integrity Task Force to investigate, which
- 38:30Speaker 1: is department policy for an officer involved shooting the suspected
- 38:35Speaker 1: gunmen in the initial bar shooting is being treated at
- 38:37Speaker 1: a local hospital and has not been charged. So they
- 38:41Speaker 1: killed the security guard who was helping. Yeah, he was,
- 38:45Speaker 1: he was holding down the gunman, you know, and uh,
- 38:48Speaker 1: they said the police officer just came in and shot
- 38:50Speaker 1: him without giving it any thought. They shot. You know,
- 38:54Speaker 1: they're gonna claim that their life was threatened. They felt
- 38:58Speaker 1: threatened probably lines say he pointed a gun. You know,
- 39:03Speaker 1: if you see somebody in that position, if they knee
- 39:07Speaker 1: on somebody's back, that kind of looks like apprehension type tactics,
- 39:14Speaker 1: you would think maybe this could be someone. Well, they
- 39:19Speaker 1: said he had a vest on. He said the vest
- 39:22Speaker 1: said security as well, and they shot him in the side,
- 39:25Speaker 1: so he had something on. Yeah, this is you know what. Look,
- 39:31Speaker 1: it's just it's it's it's it happens too many times
- 39:37Speaker 1: to the same type of person. This doesn't happen to
- 39:41Speaker 1: anybody else. It just happens to us. So what you what,
- 39:48Speaker 1: So when we get furious, what's the shock? But here
- 39:53Speaker 1: we go with this this bogus legal system. We got
- 39:56Speaker 1: a man is innocent into proven guilty, and it's just
- 40:00Speaker 1: all happens many times when on an officer is involved.
- 40:03Speaker 1: And I'll say this the album with the Jordan officers
- 40:06Speaker 1: are find men and women, But when an officers involved
- 40:10Speaker 1: in the shooting, somehow they find a way to justify
- 40:14Speaker 1: that shooting. Yeah, and he was preparing, uh to to
- 40:18Speaker 1: work toward a career as a police officer. Too many
- 40:21Speaker 1: times these officers go free, and it just makes it
- 40:24Speaker 1: worse for the good officers out there. Just another tragedy
- 40:27Speaker 1: that keeps having the black people. And when we're gonna
- 40:30Speaker 1: stop this, all right, we'll have more of the Steve
- 40:32Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show right after this. You're listening to the
- 40:36Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. Getting together with family for Thanksgiving
- 40:40Speaker 1: can definitely be stressful, Uh, really a stressful time for
- 40:44Speaker 1: some people. Some families, all those extended relatives in one
- 40:47Speaker 1: place with different opinions, you know, they're bound to set
- 40:50Speaker 1: off a few fights. So most people just tend to
- 40:53Speaker 1: be careful of what they say. They tend to be,
- 40:55Speaker 1: you know, a little leery of what's not gonna be
- 40:57Speaker 1: in my house. That's what I was gonna ask you.
- 41:02Speaker 1: So are there's some subjects that you're told that are
- 41:05Speaker 1: totally off limits that you don't bring up or you
- 41:07Speaker 1: just do whatever, because no, this is my house. I
- 41:09Speaker 1: say what I want to say, but I tell what.
- 41:11Speaker 1: I don't allow in my house anybody to just pray
- 41:17Speaker 1: like over the food. You mean, yeah, I picks who
- 41:19Speaker 1: pray like Pop Bridges, like Marjorie Daddy, he could pray
- 41:23Speaker 1: over the food. I don't like other people coming to
- 41:25Speaker 1: the house. That happened one time, Marjorie whole family with that.
- 41:29Speaker 1: Do you ever pray? Yeah? I pray. It'd be so
- 41:31Speaker 1: short we eat everybody. My Thanksgiving prayer same as my grace.
- 41:38Speaker 1: You know what's But Steve, how do you handle that?
- 41:40Speaker 1: Because if somebody's there and say, well can I can
- 41:43Speaker 1: I bless the food? No, I say no, Pop Bridges
- 41:48Speaker 1: gonna bless? Go here? Pop And he jumped right in.
- 41:52Speaker 1: And it's pretty simple that now we had this lady.
- 41:55Speaker 1: She told me, I want my husband and bless your food.
- 41:57Speaker 1: He does a good Thanksgiving prayer out over here. Was
- 42:01Speaker 1: he a pastor? I don't know what it was, but
- 42:02Speaker 1: he ain't fing to do it up in here. You
- 42:04Speaker 1: didn't get my chance because I don't know what it
- 42:07Speaker 1: is those people that have not pastors that but they
- 42:09Speaker 1: ministers and they don't get the ride right there, miss
- 42:12Speaker 1: all that he got a really good Thanksgiving prayer? What
- 42:15Speaker 1: does that mean? My cousin wasn't better than this damn turkey? Yeah,
- 42:21Speaker 1: he was an elder at our church and he praised
- 42:23Speaker 1: so long, yes, so, I mean so long, and you couldn't.
- 42:31Speaker 1: Every time you thought he was gonna stop, he kept going.
- 42:34Speaker 1: All he was doing was taking a breath. You know
- 42:38Speaker 1: what bothers me that hole taking food out the house

- 44:42Speaker 1: you got Oh, he ain't counted there, I ain't count you.
- 44:53Speaker 1: You didn't know, Steve. That was part of the time.
- 44:56Speaker 1: I mean five, Tommy's got five. Okay. Everything on this
- 45:01Speaker 1: show is a competition. How many do you have, Steve

- 45:42Speaker 1: not sure I can do this, but right now we
- 45:45Speaker 1: can do this. The nephew is here with today's prank
- 45:47Speaker 1: phone call. What you got I've been in Prankville. You

- 46:36Speaker 1: your wife stood up to day and UH asked us
- 46:38Speaker 1: to keep you all and our prayers because y'all are
- 46:41Speaker 1: definitely trying to bring a new child into the world.
- 46:44Speaker 1: And she let us know that, you know, uh, she's
- 46:48Speaker 1: she's being a little older now, forty one for the
- 46:51Speaker 1: two you know, she said, it takes a little longer
- 46:53Speaker 1: to try and conceive a child than you know in

- 55:09Speaker 1: I'm not sure if I can do this. Dear Stephen Shirley,
- 55:13Speaker 1: I am in a fairly near relationship with a great guy.
- 55:18Speaker 1: Everything was going great for the first ninety days of
- 55:20Speaker 1: our relationship, so we were mutually ready to advance to
- 55:24Speaker 1: a sexual relationship. We talked beforehand about what we enjoyed
- 55:28Speaker 1: and did not enjoy during intimacy, but he left out
- 55:33Speaker 1: one important detail about what he really likes. On our
- 55:37Speaker 1: second encounter, he asked me to use a toy on him. Yes,
- 55:42Speaker 1: it was his toy that he pulled out of a
- 55:45Speaker 1: box under his bed. Yes, it's exactly what you're thinking.
- 55:50Speaker 1: I thought he was joking at first, but he was
- 55:53Speaker 1: very serious, so I decided to try it and see
- 55:56Speaker 1: what happened. Surely this man came to life, and he
- 56:00Speaker 1: became so passionate, aggressive, and vocal. Afterwards, he said he
- 56:05Speaker 1: was so happy that he could reveal the side of
- 56:08Speaker 1: himself to me without judgment. The problem is wait, wait, wait, wait,
- 56:17Speaker 1: okay what yes? Is there Contrius him? Yes, yes, oh,
- 56:25Speaker 1: and he became excited and vocal. Yes, yes, okay, okay,
- 56:31Speaker 1: you got it now okay, all right, she says. Surely
- 56:38Speaker 1: this man came to life. He became so passionate, aggressive
- 56:41Speaker 1: and vocal. Afterwards, he said he was so happy that
- 56:43Speaker 1: he could reveal the side of himself to me without judgment.
- 56:48Speaker 1: The problem is, she says, I am judging him. I
- 56:51Speaker 1: am okay with the fact that he might be bisexual,
- 56:54Speaker 1: but this is not something I plan to keep up.
- 56:57Speaker 1: I am crazy about this guy, and I feel come
- 56:59Speaker 1: to wall enough to talk to him about this. But
- 57:02Speaker 1: I'm sure he will leave me and find someone else
- 57:04Speaker 1: that's more open minded and adventurous in the bedroom. I've
- 57:08Speaker 1: never experienced this before. Uh, we're at the point now
- 57:12Speaker 1: where he can't reach his destination if I'm not driving
- 57:16Speaker 1: the car. This is getting way too much for me
- 57:20Speaker 1: to handle since we've only been together for nine months.
- 57:23Speaker 1: Should I just break it off with him? Am I
- 57:25Speaker 1: overthinking this? Please advise? All right, listen, if you're not
- 57:30Speaker 1: comfortable with this, No, I'm not comfortable with it. I'm
- 57:35Speaker 1: not going to be dress this anyway. You steal stay
- 57:38Speaker 1: on there. I know we won't be doing People have issues, Steve,
- 57:48Speaker 1: and they need help. Okay, they need help. I'm trying
- 57:51Speaker 1: my four comedians. She wrote to a show with four
- 57:55Speaker 1: comedians to say, we're gonna try and help you, though.
- 57:59Speaker 1: I mean, she's at the point where you know this
- 58:02Speaker 1: is way too much for her to handle. So if
- 58:04Speaker 1: it's too much for you to handle, don't handle it, Okay,
- 58:08Speaker 1: you gotta break this thing off before it does get Yeah,
- 58:12Speaker 1: before it does get out of control. You're not comfortable
- 58:15Speaker 1: with it. Uh. You know, you guys discussed it beforehand,
- 58:18Speaker 1: but he left this part out. You said, um, you know,
- 58:23Speaker 1: and and if you don't do this, uh, you put
- 58:26Speaker 1: it this way. Um, if you're not driving the car. Uh,
- 58:30Speaker 1: he can't reach his destination. That's what you said. Uh.
- 58:34Speaker 1: And you said this is way too much for you
- 58:36Speaker 1: to handle, So I say stop handling it. You know,
- 58:39Speaker 1: you guys have only been together nine months, you're not married.
- 58:43Speaker 1: You want to know should you break it off. I
- 58:44Speaker 1: have to thank you though, first of all, for being
- 58:47Speaker 1: so discreet in this letter. We definitely get what you're
- 58:49Speaker 1: saying here. Uh. This is the first. I don't think
- 58:51Speaker 1: we've ever gotten this kind of letter before. Um. Yeah,
- 58:55Speaker 1: And and you are very open minded and you are
- 58:58Speaker 1: very adventurous. Uh. But listen, if you're uncomfortable, if what
- 59:02Speaker 1: you're doing makes you uncomfortable, then stop. You don't have
- 59:06Speaker 1: to do this. I mean, you know this is what
- 59:07Speaker 1: he wants sexually, but you know you can be out.
- 59:10Speaker 1: Just say no, you're uncomfortable. You guys have been talking
- 59:13Speaker 1: so far, So talk some more and tell him you
- 59:16Speaker 1: know what you don't like. And yeah, he might leave you,
- 59:19Speaker 1: but you know that's the chance you'll have to take.
- 59:22Speaker 1: Take nor with no reward. And well, if you're talking
- 59:26Speaker 1: about leaving me, I'll tell you what. I'm gonna help you.
- 59:28Speaker 1: Put all this stuff back in his box. You can
- 59:32Speaker 1: get hell out. Oh I am not open minded or adventurous,
- 59:39Speaker 1: So this letter for me, and I don't want nobody
- 59:42Speaker 1: to take this personal. Whatever you do that floats your boat,
- 59:47Speaker 1: you and your boat can keep right on float. But
- 59:52Speaker 1: you didn't right into somebody with a floatable boat. You
- 59:57Speaker 1: rolle in, you said Sherley and Steve. Now, I don't
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: know what's going on here. Y'all been talking for ninety days.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: Y'all decided to move the relationship section. Y'all even talked
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: about what you liked and what you didn't like. Y'all
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: have sex. It must have been okay because you got
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: together a second time. And when you got together a
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: second time, he bought something. He reached up in the bed.
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: He had a toy and they asked you to use
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: it on it. Come to find out you had to
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: do some driving now it it got so crazy where
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: you thought he was joking, but he would Now he
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: can't reach his destination without you driving this toy, I
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: who've been driving? That's not in the letter. Well, i'll
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: tell you what. Well, you know you can't do nothing.
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: Everything I think of I have to stop. You can't
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: do the letter. The letters about her and how she
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: feels about doing what he wants her to do. So
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: you're addressing her still, okay, cool, let me do that then.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: See ma'am, I don't know what to tell you except
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: if this is too much for you. It's too much
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: for you now. He said afterwards that he was so
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: happy that he could reveal this side of himself without judgment.
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: The problem is you judgeing, and I'm with you. I
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: know you judge because I'll be wondering what the hell
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: going on my damn self, the fact that he might
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: be bisexual. See, that's where I need to stop, go
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: to break. Yeah she is all right, Well you want
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: to you want to stop it right there and come
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: back with yeah, I don't even want to come back.
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: All right, all right, we're gonna have part two of
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: Steve's response coming up at twenty three after the hour.
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: It's an interesting letter. We had a disclaimer at the
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: beginning of the letter. We'll do that again when we
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: come back. The subject I'm not sure if I can
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: do this. That is the subject. We'll be back at
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: twenty three after the hour with part two of today's
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter. Denton, DNE. You're listening to Steve Morning Show.
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: All right, Steve, we got a recap today's letter of
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: a recap well, and we do have to do a disclaimer.
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: If you have children in the car, you might not
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: want them to hear this letter. The subject is I'm
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: not sure if I can do that. If you got
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: all the adults in the car, they might not want
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: hear either. This woman dating this man they finally have sex. Dating,
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: talked about what they like and what they don't like.
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: First time must have went okay because they got to
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: together for the second time. Next time they got together,
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: they was talking again about what they like and what
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: they don't like. She told him for she liked, He
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: said what he liked. But at the second time, homeboy
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: reached up under the bed pool a box out it
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: had a sexual toy. She thought he was joking at first,
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: but he wanted hug to use it on him, and
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: boy did he get loud, started saying things, confessing, O lord.
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: And when it was over, when he was just so
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: happy that what you do though something like that? Well
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: he told us, right, he said. Afterwards, he said he
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: was so happy he could reveal this side of himself
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: without me judging. Now right down, Obviously something didn't get told. Now.
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: Is he bisexual? I don't know. I would based on
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: what you said. You said he was bisexual. He could
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: probably be. Yea, she said. I am okay with the
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: fact that he might be bisexual. But yeah, that's what
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: she says. She says, she she is judging him, and
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: she's okay with the fact that he might be bisexual,
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: but this is not something she plans to keep up. Well, yeah,
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: which means that in the nine months dad and done
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: in the future. I think, lady, in my estimation, you
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: should walk away because you're not gonna be able to
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: keep this up. And then suppose, just suppose that he
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: wants more, what you're gonna do then so, I don't know.
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: If you're a heterosexual and you want to be in
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: a monogamous relationship, then I think you gotta get yourself
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: in that position to get what you want own out
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: of it. You know, you're having fun. If it's what
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: you want to do, tip real, it's up to you.
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: But you know I yeah, she needs to walk away, Steve.
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: I mean that's it. She said, she's not going to
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: be able to keep this up. So and if this
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: is what he wants, this is what he wants. It
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: makes him come alive and all of that. She's not
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: gonna be Let me ask you something, Tommy, No, I
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: got a show. No, oh no, I'm not. I'm talking
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: about women, right, Okay, all right, come on. Have you
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: ever had a woman that did something that was a
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: little bit outrageous for you and you had to pull back? Yeah? Yeah, yeah?
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: How did you feel about having it? Well? I left? Okay,
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: Well I mean did you run? Yeah? I have left
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: with my clothes, steal at her house. I'd been in
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: my pro caught the call up, but NIX with none

- 1:05:56Speaker 1: I know when to leave, I know when to get out.
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: That's what she that's what she should do if she's uncomfortable. Absolutely,
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: I'd haven't been sitting that the right, but naked with
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: some socks on it at the light. I've had an
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: experience where I've had to go what you're doing? You know,
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: i'd have seen the suitcase come out just sitting down there,
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: just cute if she want to be just cutting stuff on?
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: What is all this? Damn? What is all this? Damn? What?
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: Where is the bag moving? Man? She had all counts.
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: That's too much for me. Don't worry about that. I
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: gotta compress them. What were you there for? A decoration switch?

- 1:16:53Speaker 1: crazy ignorant show Steve Harvey Morning Show. Right after this,
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: you're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. An elderly man
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: in North Carolina came away from a fight with only
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: minor bruises and scratches, which is incredible because his combatant
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: was a mama bear. Okay uh, he's seventy eight year
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: old Sonny pomp prey Uh. He was in his driveway
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: when a mother black bear and her two cubs approached him.
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: The cubs were scared off and ran away, but the
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: mama bear stuck around for a while looking for a fight,
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: and the old man was up to it. The bear
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: charged at him and Sonny clocked her right in the nose.
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: The bear was able to get some punches in and
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: and left him with some scratches, but Sonny kept on
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: hitting her in the head until she finally retreated. This
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: guy is from a much tougher generation. He could have
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: simply gone back into his house, but he decided to
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: stand his ground against a bear. Uh that that was
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: not really a wise decision, wouldn't you guys say, Steve,
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you one thing. Sonny couldn't get that
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: damn do not to be the sunny knew his seven
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: eight year old ass couldn't get back to it though
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: anyone understanding that fighting no bad just to be doing it.
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: Since I ain't gonna be able to get back to
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: this dope, well crazy, I got to fight. Put the
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: hands up. See I saw what was that movie of
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: the Revenue, The Revenue? Yeah yeah. Instead of getting my
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: back toe open, I'm gonna just standing here, sucker punch.
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: You watch the bear? What a bear? That is so
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: crazy to be Steve, you had to run in with it.
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: Remember you're telling us about something when he was in
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: your car and you thought it was an animal in
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: your car. No, that was Tommy with the squirrel. Remember now,
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: Steve was yeah, Steve had something to Oh, yeah, I
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: have squirrel in back seat. Came in, Okay, I came
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: out that damn car. I got in the car. The
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: squirrel was in my back seat. It jumps up in
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: the rear view mirror because it saw the glass that
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: thought it could get out. I'm getting ready to back up.
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: I look in the rear view mill all in the middle.
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: It's this squirrel. But this squirrel looked like a mountain
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: like up mirror. So I looked up in the mirror.
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: All I saw was squirrel. But I thought it because
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: it filled the whole review mill, I thought it was
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: a mountain lion. Stupid. The window was down on my car,
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: the holling. I'm the first person ever done tow a
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: seatbelt off. I didn't even unfasten it. It got out
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: the window the door. I ain't open open the door.
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: I didn't unsnap the seatbelt. I actually tow it getting out.

- 1:20:19Speaker 1: I fell out that damn wonder and forward rolled and
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: got myself together and looked back in the car before
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: I broke out running and realized, how come I don't
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: see the mountain right the mountain? But that little squirrel
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: jumped his ass out that car. That was so damn embarrassed.
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: Squirrel run me out my ride like this skin stomach
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: stomach cut up to it, and I'm looking for something

- 1:21:00Speaker 1: here one too, greatest aspen I ever took. I gave
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: it to myself, the greatest one I ever took, and
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: even to myself. I beat the hell out of me.
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: You got in the car. I got in the car.

- 1:21:20Speaker 1: Would not move I got in there on the on
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: the on the passing this side, and that seatbelt you
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: know how to retract, came across my face, automatic my
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: as soon as it locked into place, luckles and everything
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: gripping with blood. Man, I beat, I beat the snot
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: out of here because you thought the possible was on.
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: I thought he came through that that that popped up something.
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: Oh my god, I got the work was looking at
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: me like, who your hand me? Me me? But this
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: guy was older than both you got. He was seventy
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: eight and he walked away from about He did good.
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: He must have been in good physical shape though. Seventy
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: eight year old man and a bear. That's what I'm
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: saying that North Carolina and Australia. The kangaroo was messing
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: with a dog. He's still with the king and boxing
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: boxed it. Yeah, I don't know what people be thinking.
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: Does that ever happen? Anything like that ever happened to you? Junior?
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: The one time he's in the car with my dad
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: and I thought it was a snake in the car.
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: Oh bang, because you know, like you know, like the
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: charge of the heads on the charge that go into
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: the cigarette lighter. It was hanging out his glove box,
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: but it was swirling back and forth like a snake.
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: And my dad was sitting there telling me how much
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: he loved me, how much he cared for me, He
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: do anything for me, and he protect me. And the
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: minute I said snake, he threw the car in park
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: and he was down the road. I had to climb
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: over the back. He had a Nissan too, for the Essex,
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: with the hatchback. I got my head up against that hatchback,
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: begging him to come back, and popped his lads. He
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: wouldn't come. He just said he loved me. He just
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: told me and another man going the other way had
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: to come in the car. He popped the trunk and
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: let me out. I was so disappointed, my damn daddy.
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: I rode with the man back to that Wow. I

- 1:26:52Speaker 1: people talk trash with you know, you don't like the trash,
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: the trash, but I like to hear other people. I
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: love trash docket. I played spades with Tommy's aunt one time. Boy.
- 1:27:06Speaker 1: She renewed she was my partner. Almost flipped that the
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: first person in the world to play cards. No dominoes

- 1:27:31Speaker 1: want your drawls on the wall. She used to beat you.
- 1:27:37Speaker 1: So yeah, oh all right. We'll be back with more
- 1:27:44Speaker 1: of the Steve Harvey Morning Show right after this. You're
- 1:27:47Speaker 1: listening the Steve Harvey Morning Show and Today's Entertainment News.
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: It appears that Rihanna has won a legal battle against
- 1:27:55Speaker 1: President Trump this week, after the performing rites company b
- 1:27:59Speaker 1: m I informed the press in his campaign that it
- 1:28:01Speaker 1: can no longer use her music at events. B m
- 1:28:04Speaker 1: I removed Rihanna's music from the Blanket Political uh Entities
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: license agreement that previously gave a campaign the right to
- 1:28:12Speaker 1: play Rihanna's songs during his campaign events and rallies. Rihanna
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: was not the only artist to get this done, other
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: artists including Aerosmith, Stephen Tyler, Elton John, and Prince's Estate.
- 1:28:24Speaker 1: So that's good news. Unsty You know people, you know,
- 1:28:29Speaker 1: they don't want to be associated with the rhetoric that
- 1:28:32Speaker 1: comes from his camp. He could do so much more
- 1:28:35Speaker 1: if he would just change his rhetoric and his tone.
- 1:28:38Speaker 1: He could really accomplish some things. But he's not because
- 1:28:43Speaker 1: he's an old rich man and he sees nothing wrong.
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: I mean, the statements he's making is because he's empowered
- 1:28:50Speaker 1: to do it. It's the wonderful thing about money. It
- 1:28:53Speaker 1: doesn't change you. It allows you to be more of
- 1:28:56Speaker 1: who you really are. He has money, position and power,
- 1:28:59Speaker 1: so this is what you get who he really is.
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: He's not about to change. You cannot teach this old
- 1:29:05Speaker 1: dog a new trick. He's unteachable. And then other news
- 1:29:11Speaker 1: is back. We love some sho Carlo. You've heard sad
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: as new song from the movie soundtrack Widows, which stars
- 1:29:18Speaker 1: that looks so good Viola Davis. I cannot wait to
- 1:29:21Speaker 1: see that movie. Yeah, it's nice. It goes with the
- 1:29:24Speaker 1: movie though it's it's you know, it's shod as slow
- 1:29:27Speaker 1: as deep, but it goes the lyrics. She writes it
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: about this movie, and it's about these four women who
- 1:29:33Speaker 1: what they set up this robbery to get to help
- 1:29:35Speaker 1: pay off their husband's dad because their husbands died or
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: passed away. But it's good, it's good, it's cool. Okay, Well, Steve,
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: what is what is your favorite shod a song? Is
- 1:29:50Speaker 1: it a crime that are still? Or come on, girl,
- 1:30:00Speaker 1: come on, cut that thing up, cussed down, give me
- 1:30:07Speaker 1: some lick up brown preferred watch how good that was
- 1:30:17Speaker 1: that was for cushions. This might come as a surprise
- 1:30:21Speaker 1: to you, But I miss you. I know you probably tripping.
- 1:30:29Speaker 1: I could see three all your life. Still, damn it.
- 1:30:36Speaker 1: I'll miss you because of the things you did to
- 1:30:40Speaker 1: me and fund me. I tasted it, man, man, I
- 1:30:47Speaker 1: ain't done that in so long. All right, coming up,
- 1:30:50Speaker 1: it's Steve Harvey and his clothing remarks. You don't want
- 1:30:53Speaker 1: to miss it. At forty nine after the hour, you're
- 1:30:56Speaker 1: listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve, last
- 1:31:00Speaker 1: break of the day. While what a wild ride today anyway,
- 1:31:06Speaker 1: but now it's always uh, you're here with your closing remarks. Yeah,
- 1:31:12Speaker 1: my clothes remarks today is I want to remind everyone
- 1:31:19Speaker 1: about the things you're going through. I want to remind
- 1:31:23Speaker 1: you about some of the things that's happening to you,
- 1:31:28Speaker 1: especially for those of you that are hurting. Everybody is hurting.
- 1:31:35Speaker 1: All of us are sick with something. All of us,
- 1:31:40Speaker 1: every living human being. Nobody is pure and clean. No
- 1:31:47Speaker 1: one is pure and clean. No one is without hurt,
- 1:31:51Speaker 1: no one is without pain, no one is without suffering.
- 1:31:56Speaker 1: All of us are hurting some kind of It's because
- 1:32:01Speaker 1: that's life. That's life, man. Now, how we handle the hurt,
- 1:32:08Speaker 1: the pain, and the suffering that depends on how our
- 1:32:13Speaker 1: mental state is. I've often said it before. If you
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: change your attitude, you change your altitude. If hurt, pain
- 1:32:22Speaker 1: and suffering are a part of life, then it must
- 1:32:27Speaker 1: be how you handle the hurt, pain and suffering that
- 1:32:31Speaker 1: determines the outcome of a lot of it. So this
- 1:32:35Speaker 1: today is for the hurting. This message today is for
- 1:32:40Speaker 1: people in pain. This message today offer people who are suffering.
- 1:32:47Speaker 1: I say this to you because I fit in all
- 1:32:50Speaker 1: three of these categories. Oftentimes it regardless of what you do,
- 1:32:55Speaker 1: was Steve, how you in pain, suffering, and and and
- 1:32:57Speaker 1: you hurt, and you got this, and you got that.
- 1:33:00Speaker 1: That ain't got nothing to do with it. I wish,
- 1:33:03Speaker 1: I wish you could make money and that would make
- 1:33:06Speaker 1: your life smooth. It don't, I'm telling you right now,
- 1:33:10Speaker 1: I don't. So if you think if your money gonna
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: make you happy, money does not make you happy, and
- 1:33:14Speaker 1: money does not make your life right. It gives you
- 1:33:18Speaker 1: more choices in life. It's what it does. What money
- 1:33:22Speaker 1: actually does is it takes all emergencies and turns them
- 1:33:26Speaker 1: into mere inconveniences. It takes most all emergencies. Your car breakdown,
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: that could be emergency in somebody's life. That's not an
- 1:33:35Speaker 1: emergency in my life because I can. I can straighten
- 1:33:39Speaker 1: that out. You follow what I'm saying that as some
- 1:33:41Speaker 1: things that money can't fix. You lose a love one,
- 1:33:45Speaker 1: No amount of money you have eases the hurt, the pain,
- 1:33:49Speaker 1: or the suffering. Nothing, nothing fixes that. So this message
- 1:33:56Speaker 1: is for the hurt, the pain and the suffering. Here
- 1:34:00Speaker 1: is what you have to understand. Everything you're going through
- 1:34:05Speaker 1: is God preparing you for what you ask for. If
- 1:34:09Speaker 1: you ask for big stuff, much is going to be
- 1:34:12Speaker 1: quiet for you to do in order to attain the
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: big stuff, to whom much is given, much is required.
- 1:34:20Speaker 1: And in the requirements that comes some pain that comes
- 1:34:24Speaker 1: from suffering, that comes from hurt. Nobody going through this
- 1:34:29Speaker 1: life free and clear. You understand me so quick, tripping man,
- 1:34:33Speaker 1: because God is processing you. So you got to deal
- 1:34:37Speaker 1: with the tests that come, because you can't have a
- 1:34:39Speaker 1: testimony without the test. You have to deal with the
- 1:34:42Speaker 1: things that are confronting you. And that's how you deal
- 1:34:45Speaker 1: with the things that's confronting you can determine the outcome.
- 1:34:48Speaker 1: You can't stop nothing that happens to you, but you
- 1:34:51Speaker 1: can fix your attitude when it does. Because it's coming.
- 1:34:55Speaker 1: Life's waves and tides and willows and stone arms. They're coming.
- 1:35:03Speaker 1: It's just what you do about it. Understand that you
- 1:35:06Speaker 1: are in the process. And when you're being processed on
- 1:35:10Speaker 1: what you think of your history, name me one thing
- 1:35:13Speaker 1: that God hasn't brought you through. And if He hasn't
- 1:35:16Speaker 1: brought you through it, he's currently pulling you through it.
- 1:35:19Speaker 1: Right now. You have survived far more than you thought
- 1:35:23Speaker 1: you could, ever thought you would, or ever thought you'd
- 1:35:27Speaker 1: have to. And the reason I know is because you
- 1:35:29Speaker 1: can hear me talking right now. God's track record with
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: you is outstanding. He has done the unthinkable for you
- 1:35:37Speaker 1: time and time again. God has delivered you in times
- 1:35:41Speaker 1: when you didn't even think you could ever get delivered.
- 1:35:43Speaker 1: He didn't delivered you so many times you forgot the
- 1:35:46Speaker 1: delivery date. You just showed up and it was all right,
- 1:35:49Speaker 1: and you just forgot to thank him that day. But
- 1:35:52Speaker 1: God's track record, he's batting a thousand. So while you're
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: being processed, know that this tool shall pass and you'll
- 1:36:01Speaker 1: be on to something else. And he just does what
- 1:36:04Speaker 1: he does over and over again. So God is processing you.
- 1:36:08Speaker 1: He ain't through with you yet, So quit tripping because
- 1:36:11Speaker 1: God ain't through with you yet. You're just being processed.
- 1:36:16Speaker 1: You're being tested to see if what you really want
- 1:36:19Speaker 1: you're asking him for, is what you really want. Just
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: pass the tests, keep waking up, keep being grateful, keep
- 1:36:27Speaker 1: thinking him, and keep on pushing. God has a great
- 1:36:32Speaker 1: life for you if you just remember that one thing
- 1:36:35Speaker 1: He is processing you, the things you're going through, is
- 1:36:40Speaker 1: preparing you for what you ask for. Just keep passing
- 1:36:45Speaker 1: the tests, don't ever give up. The reward is coming.
- 1:36:49Speaker 1: It'll be yours. As old people used to say, victory.
- 1:36:54Speaker 1: Victory shall be mine, It'll be yours. I've seen it
- 1:36:58Speaker 1: happen in my life thousands of times, when it looks
- 1:37:03Speaker 1: so bad for me, and all of a sudden I
- 1:37:06Speaker 1: came through it and on the other side the sun
- 1:37:09Speaker 1: was shining. Okay, same things in store for you. Just
- 1:37:13Speaker 1: remember God is processing you, all right. Stay with it, y'all.
- 1:37:17Speaker 1: Those are my clothes remarks today. Oh oh oh, that
- 1:37:21Speaker 1: was good man, that was good. Well, y'all have a
- 1:37:27Speaker 1: great weekend. On this, Glen says, I'll be working. Yeah.
