- 0:00Speaker 1: A shocking move by Democrat Mark Warner now going on
- 0:05Speaker 1: national TV floating a coup of President Donald Trump. This
- 0:12Speaker 1: all over the present, ordering the shooting of those boats
- 0:16Speaker 1: in international water that are being driven by terraces in
- 0:22Speaker 1: the cartels in the drug trafficking industry that are killing
- 0:27Speaker 1: three hundred Americans a day with fetnyl overdoses. What did
- 0:31Speaker 1: Mark Warner have to say on MSNBC, He said, the
- 0:35Speaker 1: uniformed military may help save us from Donald Trump. It
- 0:42Speaker 1: was a shocking line and words from Mark Warner, but
- 0:45Speaker 1: they were well fought out on MS NOW Morning Joe
- 0:50Speaker 1: arguing that the uniform military may need to help save us.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Rise up overthrow is what that means? The co host
- 0:58Speaker 1: of that show, Meek Yeah, said, what are some of
- 1:02Speaker 1: the questions that you will want answers to from Admiral
- 1:06Speaker 1: Bradley tomorrow. I'm going to play for you the segment
- 1:09Speaker 1: now so you can hear exactly what he's saying. And
- 1:12Speaker 1: make no mistake, this is a US senator calling for
- 1:16Speaker 1: a coup.
- 1:18Speaker 2: But first I want to tell you about.

- 2:19Speaker 1: in his own words.
- 2:21Speaker 3: And intelligence committees about those attacks. Joining us now one
- 2:27Speaker 3: of the lawmakers who will meet with Admiral Bradley tomorrow,
- 2:30Speaker 3: Vice Chair of the Senator Taligence Committee, Democratic Senator Mark
- 2:34Speaker 3: Warner of Virginia, Senator, thank you for coming on the show.
- 2:38Speaker 3: What are some of the questions thanks you that you
- 2:40Speaker 3: will want answers to from Admiral Bradlay tomorrow.
- 2:44Speaker 4: I'm going to want to get answers on what did
- 2:47Speaker 4: Pete agsth order.
- 2:49Speaker 5: Why haven't we seen the whole unedited video.
- 2:51Speaker 4: If there's nothing inappropriate here, you could have cleared this
- 2:55Speaker 4: up without the admiral coming in. He's got a great reputation.
- 2:58Speaker 4: I respect him. I want to get the truth, and
- 3:01Speaker 4: I'm not sure we've had the truth from hegstaff yet. Remember,
- 3:05Speaker 4: this is an administration that has treated the uniformed military
- 3:09Speaker 4: with unprecedented disrespect when they were all brought to get
- 3:13Speaker 4: a pep rally in front of Hegsaff and Trump.
- 3:16Speaker 5: This is an administration that's.
- 3:17Speaker 4: Fired uniform generals from the head of the NSA, the
- 3:21Speaker 4: head of the Defense Intelligence Agency. And I think in
- 3:25Speaker 4: many ways the uniform military mat help save us from
- 3:30Speaker 4: this president and his lame people like hegg Saft, because
- 3:33Speaker 4: I think their commitment is to the Constitution and obviously
- 3:36Speaker 4: not to Trump, and I expect Bradley to adhere to that.
- 3:39Speaker 6: So Senat, let's go a little further on this. What
- 3:41Speaker 6: are concerns you have about the galley of these strikes
- 3:43Speaker 6: at all the justification being offered by the administration, which
- 3:48Speaker 6: as you know, has been very sparse. They haven't said
- 3:50Speaker 6: much to you and your colleagues there on the Hill.
- 3:52Speaker 6: And it comes in a moment of a backdrop where
- 3:54Speaker 6: the President is threatening increased land strikes potentially on Venezuela too.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Well.
- 4:00Speaker 4: First of all, the president has no authorization to take
- 4:04Speaker 4: any action on Venezuela. I would know about that as
- 4:08Speaker 4: a member of the Gang of Eight. In terms of
- 4:10Speaker 4: the strikes, the point I've made repeatedly, if these boats
- 4:17Speaker 4: are full of drugs and narco traffickers, why not interdict them,
- 4:22Speaker 4: show to the country, show to the world the drugs
- 4:25Speaker 4: and the terrorists, the narco terrorists. Instead, we've got an
- 4:28Speaker 4: administration that is frankly taking these actions which may be illegal,
- 4:33Speaker 4: and at the very same time pardoning the former Honduran
- 4:37Speaker 4: president who's been convicted in American courts of being a
- 4:40Speaker 4: massive drug dealer. What kind of message does that send
- 4:43Speaker 4: to the rest of the world, as well as what
- 4:45Speaker 4: kind of message that's central Americans.
- 4:47Speaker 7: Senator, What elements of the investigation that you're looking for for,
- 4:50Speaker 7: you know, like video stuff like that. What elements have
- 4:53Speaker 7: you asked for and what have they provided and what
- 4:56Speaker 7: are they perhaps bocking at providing.
- 5:00Speaker 5: I did nothing.
- 5:01Speaker 4: Let's be clear on that we have seen their legal
- 5:04Speaker 4: opinion that they laid out, basically designating the NARCO to
- 5:10Speaker 4: the drug traffickers as in effect a warring threat against America,
- 5:14Speaker 4: similar to how he designated some of the terrorist groups.
- 5:18Speaker 5: I think that's very shaky legal grounds.
- 5:21Speaker 4: But the question about this specific strike, was there one strike,
- 5:24Speaker 4: two strikes, multiple strikes after the first strike? Who took
- 5:29Speaker 4: the order to take the secondary strikes? Were the individuals
- 5:33Speaker 4: off the boat on the boat and you? And again,
- 5:36Speaker 4: if this was a closed case the way HEGGSFF initially presented,
- 5:42Speaker 4: just released the unedited video.
- 5:44Speaker 5: The video will tell the whole story.
- 5:46Speaker 4: And now you've got hegg Seph who again was bragging
- 5:50Speaker 4: about watching this strike take place, saying somehow that he,
- 5:55Speaker 4: in the fog of war, didn't watch the whole video.
- 5:59Speaker 5: This guy's got very little zero credibility.
- 6:02Speaker 4: I've called for his firing way back to signal Gate
- 6:06Speaker 4: when he first put our troops in harm's way with
- 6:09Speaker 4: using unclassified communications about strikes in Yemen. Now he's got
- 6:13Speaker 4: this kind of a haphazard zigzag approach on what happened
- 6:17Speaker 4: on the strike on September second. I think we're going
- 6:21Speaker 4: to get I expect to get straight answers from Admiral
- 6:24Speaker 4: Bradley tomorrow and perhaps we can get to the bottom
- 6:27Speaker 4: of this. But if there has been misrepresentation and we
- 6:30Speaker 4: put our soldiers and sailors in harm's way, and many
- 6:33Speaker 4: of these sailors who are down in the region, frankly
- 6:37Speaker 4: are homeported in Norfolk, Virginia. So I'm hearing from their
- 6:40Speaker 4: family saying are these are their sons and daughters being
- 6:43Speaker 4: put in potentially an illegal situation.
- 6:46Speaker 1: There's obviously a couple of different shocking takeaways there. Number one,
- 6:50Speaker 1: it's obvious that he's saying that he believes that there
- 6:53Speaker 1: are men in uniform that should do a coup on
- 6:55Speaker 1: the president the United States of America. There's also another
- 6:59Speaker 1: thing that said there by the Senator, and that is
- 7:02Speaker 1: that he believes that if you are one of those
- 7:05Speaker 1: involved in these strikes in any capacity, that there's a
- 7:09Speaker 1: very good chance when Democrats get back in control, and
- 7:12Speaker 1: they will one day, that they will then come after
- 7:15Speaker 1: you for war crimes. That is another part of undermining
- 7:20Speaker 1: the chain of command. That's part of exactly what a
- 7:24Speaker 1: coup is. When you convince people that their life could
- 7:29Speaker 1: be taken from them if they follow an order from
- 7:32Speaker 1: the commander in chief. Now, this is all being done
- 7:36Speaker 1: by design, which brings us to that last question that
- 7:40Speaker 1: you heard just a moment ago, and that was about, well,
- 7:44Speaker 1: if you're involved in these activities, if you're a parent,
- 7:47Speaker 1: should you be telling your kid to disobey orders to
- 7:51Speaker 1: not strike the boats? Listen to Senator Warner being asked
- 7:55Speaker 1: even more about that.
- 7:57Speaker 8: I know that several of the jags have been let
- 7:59Speaker 8: go from the agn What position does this put members
- 8:04Speaker 8: of the armed forces in if they now have to
- 8:06Speaker 8: be in a position where they don't know whether the
- 8:09Speaker 8: Secretary of Defense has given them an order that is
- 8:12Speaker 8: potentially legal or illegal. Perhaps that's why some of your
- 8:15Speaker 8: colleagues put out the video that they did put out.
- 8:17Speaker 8: But their job is not to be lawyers. They're commanding officers,
- 8:21Speaker 8: or they're enlisted soldiers. They certainly aren't lawyers who are
- 8:25Speaker 8: necessarily well versed with the DoD's own manual on the
- 8:29Speaker 8: rules of law. How undermining is it for members of
- 8:32Speaker 8: the armed services.
- 8:35Speaker 4: Again, if this was a one off incident, it would
- 8:38Speaker 4: be bad enough. But this is a pattern that we've
- 8:41Speaker 4: seen for now close to eleven months, where not only
- 8:46Speaker 4: the military but frankly the intelligence community as well. I'm
- 8:50Speaker 4: concerned about overly political actions. I've seen a series of
- 8:56Speaker 4: intelligence leaders and frankly uniform milly dismissed for political purposes.
- 9:02Speaker 4: That's never happened in our country so far. I mean,
- 9:04Speaker 4: yesterday we had the FBI in where we've literally had
- 9:07Speaker 4: all of the major leaders of the FBI, traditional leaders removed,
- 9:13Speaker 4: all for political reasons. And we've literally got close to
- 9:15Speaker 4: forty five percent of our FBI agents not working on
- 9:18Speaker 4: counter terrorism or counting or espionage, but actually being assigned
- 9:21Speaker 4: to go just be extra bodies on immigration rates.
- 9:24Speaker 5: That is not making America safer now.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Mark Corners also having another impact as well. The family
- 9:31Speaker 1: of a Colombian fishermen they claim as a fisherman killed
- 9:35Speaker 1: in a US boat strike, is now filing a complaint
- 9:38Speaker 1: alleging he was just a fisherman and therefore he was murdered.
- 9:42Speaker 1: That family being inspired by the Democrats. He was killed
- 9:46Speaker 1: in a US military strike on a boat in the Caribbean,
- 9:49Speaker 1: and now they're saying he was just fishing. The forty
- 9:54Speaker 1: two year old was killed on September the fifteenth. They're
- 9:58Speaker 1: rejecting the assertions that there were any drugs on the
- 10:00Speaker 1: vessel targeted in Washington's anti narcotics military campaign, and now
- 10:07Speaker 1: are insisting that he was a fisherman just doing his
- 10:09Speaker 1: job on the open sea.
- 10:12Speaker 2: Quote.
- 10:13Speaker 1: We know that Pete Headseth, US Secretary of Defense was
- 10:15Speaker 1: responsible for ordering the bombing of boats like those of
- 10:19Speaker 1: Alejandro and the murder of all those on such boats,
- 10:23Speaker 1: reads the complaint seen by AFP. The US strikes in
- 10:28Speaker 1: the Caribbean and the Eastern Pacific have killed more than
- 10:30Speaker 1: eighty people on boats that Washington says are in fact
- 10:35Speaker 1: narco terrorists and faring drugs from Venezuela. But now the
- 10:40Speaker 1: Democratic Party is giving everything even to the terrorists. They
- 10:44Speaker 1: need to fight back, and yet again going out and
- 10:48Speaker 1: saying that maybe we need our men and women in
- 10:50Speaker 1: uniform to overthrow the presidency of the United States of America.
- 10:56Speaker 1: All right, I want to move on to another story,
- 10:59Speaker 1: and it's one that is going to have a big
- 11:00Speaker 1: impact on how Americans drive. Donald Trump has announced a
- 11:06Speaker 1: plan to roll back fuel economy standards that had gotten
- 11:11Speaker 1: totally unrealistic and completely out of control, trying to force
- 11:16Speaker 1: Americans into buying electric cars. The administration, via the National
- 11:21Speaker 1: Highway Traffic Safety Administration, known as the NHTSA, has now
- 11:26Speaker 1: proposed a major rollback the federal fuel economy standards for
- 11:32Speaker 1: new cars and also light trucks. Now, under the plan,
- 11:36Speaker 1: the industry wide fuel efficiency target for light duty vehicles
- 11:40Speaker 1: would be lowered to about thirty four point five miles
- 11:43Speaker 1: per gallon by twenty thirty one. Why is that important, Well,
- 11:48Speaker 1: it is going to be coming down sharply from the
- 11:52Speaker 1: radical left who had it roughly fifty point four miles
- 11:56Speaker 1: per gallon.
- 11:57Speaker 2: That was the goal under the Joe Biden administry.
- 12:01Speaker 1: That was a goal that was insane, which would force
- 12:04Speaker 1: you into buying an electric vehicle. That's exactly why the
- 12:08Speaker 1: Biden administration set that unrealistic standard. Now, the timeline of
- 12:13Speaker 1: efficiency increases would also be slowed. Instead of the steeper
- 12:18Speaker 1: increases required under the previous rules, automakers would face only
- 12:23Speaker 1: modest annual increases of zero point two five to zero
- 12:28Speaker 1: point five percent and a half percent through twenty thirty one,
- 12:34Speaker 1: again allowing for cars that actually burn fuel to survive.
- 12:40Speaker 1: Another key change the proposal would eliminate credit trading among
- 12:45Speaker 1: automakers by twenty twenty eight, and also in certain credits
- 12:50Speaker 1: for fuel saving features. Credit trading had allowed companies that
- 12:55Speaker 1: exceeded standards through electric vehicles or other high efficiency vehicles
- 13:01Speaker 1: to sell credits to companies that did not. They're now
- 13:04Speaker 1: saying that's total crap and we're not going to do
- 13:06Speaker 1: it anymore.
- 13:08Speaker 2: Now.
- 13:08Speaker 1: The stated rationale from the Trump administration is clear to
- 13:13Speaker 1: make cars morefordable for Americans, potentially reducing the average upfront
- 13:19Speaker 1: costs of a new vehicle by around one thousand dollars.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Now one thousand dollars every year in the price of
- 13:26Speaker 1: a car going up is significant money for Americans. The
- 13:30Speaker 1: White House argues that the prior Biden air standards were
- 13:33Speaker 1: just unrealistic, They were burdenso to automakers, and they limited
- 13:39Speaker 1: consumer choice, which is exactly why they were done by
- 13:42Speaker 1: the Left. They also especially limited consumer choice for gasoline
- 13:49Speaker 1: powered vehicles. Goes back to what I said a moment ago.
- 13:52Speaker 1: The Biden administration wanted to make sure that you, in essence,
- 13:56Speaker 1: couldn't find a gas powered car that you were allowed
- 14:00Speaker 1: to drive, forcing you into an ev Now, what does
- 14:04Speaker 1: this mean for the auto industry and also consumers.
- 14:07Speaker 2: Well, let's start with the automakers.
- 14:09Speaker 1: The rollback lowers not only the regulatory pressure, but they
- 14:13Speaker 1: won't need to push an aggressively mindset of going into
- 14:17Speaker 1: evs to survive or other high efficiency technologies to meet
- 14:22Speaker 1: the fleet wide averages. This reduces compliance costs and could
- 14:27Speaker 1: make manufacturing much simpler and also cheaper, especially for companies
- 14:32Speaker 1: that depend heavily on traditional internal combustion engines.
- 14:36Speaker 2: Now, for consumers, you're going to love this.
- 14:40Speaker 1: Buying new cars could be a lot cheaper, lowering the
- 14:44Speaker 1: sticker price because automakers don't need to add expensive EV
- 14:48Speaker 1: or efficiency technology and possibly more variety availability of conventional
- 14:54Speaker 1: gasoline powered models, and that means that cost savings would
- 14:58Speaker 1: appear to you almost immediately. Since automakers planned many years
- 15:02Speaker 1: and ahead, this could also be important for the next
- 15:05Speaker 1: four or five years. And finally, there's another massive added
- 15:09Speaker 1: bonus for you. The presidents really focused on getting gas
- 15:13Speaker 1: prices down to under two dollars a gallon and for
- 15:17Speaker 1: fuel use admissions and long term environmental issues, the rollback
- 15:21Speaker 1: likely means more gasoline consumption. That means Democrats will be
- 15:26Speaker 1: angry for higher emissions the slower transition towards cleaner transportation.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Critics are angry. They say it worse in air pollution,
- 15:35Speaker 1: accelerate carbon and undercut the shift to electric vehicles that
- 15:40Speaker 1: have in essence been subsidized and forced by the government
- 15:44Speaker 1: under the Biden regime. Now I want you to take
- 15:46Speaker 1: a listen to Donald Trump announcing the plan to roll
- 15:49Speaker 1: back fuel economy standards. He referred to the Green New
- 15:52Speaker 1: Deal as one of the biggest scams, almost as big
- 15:55Speaker 1: as the Russian hoax.
- 15:57Speaker 9: Take a listen, the greatest scamming American history, the Green
- 16:01Speaker 9: News scam. And it's a question. End the gasoline powered car.
- 16:05Speaker 9: This is what they wanted to do, even though we
- 16:07Speaker 9: have more gasoline than any other country by far, and
- 16:10Speaker 9: people want the gasoline car. They want everything, they want electric,
- 16:13Speaker 9: they want any they want a half, lots of alternatives,
- 16:16Speaker 9: but they do want the gasoline car. Right now, it's
- 16:20Speaker 9: leading away by a lot. The car business is a
- 16:24Speaker 9: very interesting business, but we want to keep it that way.
- 16:27Speaker 9: I want to thank Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, Deputy Transportation
- 16:32Speaker 9: Secretary Stephen Bradbury, as well as CEO of Ford Jim Farley,
- 16:38Speaker 9: Jim Wares, Jim, let's see Jim, Congratulations, you're doing a
- 16:42Speaker 9: great job. CEO of Stilantis Antonio Filosa, thank you very much,
- 16:49Speaker 9: telling you Chairman of the National Automobile the Dealers Association,
- 16:54Speaker 9: Tom kestrid Offer, Thanks very much, Tom, grid to have
- 16:58Speaker 9: you and Manager of General Motors Orient Plant John Urbanok.
- 17:03Speaker 10: Yes, sir, thank you sir. Great to have you guys here.
- 17:06Speaker 9: And you're gonna say a few words in a minute
- 17:08Speaker 9: about how ridiculous this was. But we've just freed you up,
- 17:12Speaker 9: so you're gonna have a good day.
- 17:14Speaker 10: We're gonna have a good number of years.
- 17:15Speaker 9: Thanks as well to Senator Shelley Moore, capital Ted Cruz,
- 17:19Speaker 9: Kevin Kramer, Marsha Blackburn, Eric Schmidt, and Bernie Marino, as
- 17:24Speaker 9: well as Representative Sam Graves, Vern Buchanan, Mike Kelly, Roger Williams,
- 17:30Speaker 9: Lisa McClain, and Troy Balderson. All great people. These are
- 17:33Speaker 9: great people, and I know there's a lot of support
- 17:36Speaker 9: long beyond the people that are here. We had tremendous
- 17:38Speaker 9: support of this from day one. I've been taking action
- 17:42Speaker 9: and make buying a car more affordable. I signed an
- 17:44Speaker 9: executive order to end the unfair expensive electric vehicle mandate.
- 17:49Speaker 9: As you know, we had to have an electric car
- 17:52Speaker 9: within a very short period of time, even though there
- 17:54Speaker 9: was no way of charging them, and lots of other things.
- 17:57Speaker 9: Would of course five trillion dollars to the charging plants,
- 18:01Speaker 9: and as you know, in certain parts of the Midwest
- 18:04Speaker 9: they spent to build nine chargers. They spent eight billion dollars.
- 18:10Speaker 9: So that wasn't working out too well. That was done
- 18:12Speaker 9: before me. By the way, I wouldn't have let it
- 18:14Speaker 9: go forward. We're canceling the EPA is observed. Tailpipe emission
- 18:18Speaker 9: standards one of the most important things that I've never
- 18:22Speaker 9: had a group of people come to me more more
- 18:27Speaker 9: powerfully and really just devastated that they had to do it.
- 18:31Speaker 10: It was killing them.
- 18:32Speaker 9: Then the automobile manufacturers the tailpipe permission standards, and I
- 18:37Speaker 9: can tell you your people at Ford were coming to
- 18:39Speaker 9: me all the time and they were saying, like, please,
- 18:44Speaker 9: it doesn't do anything, and it's killing us, and it's
- 18:47Speaker 9: driving the course through the roof. And we revoked Biden's
- 18:49Speaker 9: emissions waiver for California so that California communists could not
- 18:55Speaker 9: regulate the automobile industry and ruin the entire nation of automobiles.
- 19:00Speaker 9: And they were doing that too, But we have that
- 19:03Speaker 9: now under control. Also with your governor who's got much
- 19:07Speaker 9: more than he can control. Now, under the new rules
- 19:10Speaker 9: being issued today by Secretary Duffy, the Department of Transportation
- 19:14Speaker 9: will rescind the Biden fuel economy prices. And I hate
- 19:20Speaker 9: to say that because they were really not economy. They
- 19:22Speaker 9: were really they were anti economy. They were horrible what
- 19:27Speaker 9: they were doing to the costs and actually making the
- 19:30Speaker 9: car much worse. But these policies forced automakers to build
- 19:35Speaker 9: cars using expensive technologies that drove up costs, drove up prices,
- 19:40Speaker 9: and made the car much worse. The action is expected
- 19:43Speaker 9: to save the typical consumer at least one thousand dollars
- 19:46Speaker 9: off the price of a new car, and we think
- 19:48Speaker 9: substantially more than that. Under the Trump administration, seventy billion
- 19:53Speaker 9: dollars are now being invested in the American auto industry.
- 19:57Speaker 9: Ford has announced it will invest five billion dollars across
- 20:01Speaker 9: it's Kentucky and Michigan plants.
- 20:02Speaker 10: Is that a correct name? That's a lot five billion.
- 20:05Speaker 10: You could do.
- 20:05Speaker 9: More, creating at least four thousand new jobs. Stilantis announced
- 20:12Speaker 9: it will have its thirteen billion dollars to expand at
- 20:15Speaker 9: US based manufacturing by more than fifty percent. And open
- 20:19Speaker 9: new manufacturing facilities across the country.
- 20:22Speaker 10: And I think a big part of that is also
- 20:24Speaker 10: the tariffs.
- 20:25Speaker 9: Because of tariffs, they're coming in not only the automobile industry. AI.
- 20:31Speaker 10: We're leading China and AI. We're leading everybody in AI.
- 20:34Speaker 10: We're leading everybody and everything. We have the hottest country
- 20:37Speaker 10: right now.
- 20:37Speaker 9: I will tell you a lot of political people behind me,
- 20:40Speaker 9: great political people, very successful political people. We have the
- 20:45Speaker 9: hottest country anywhere in the world. One year ago we
- 20:49Speaker 9: had a dead country. And now we have the hottest
- 20:51Speaker 9: country anywhere in the world. And its started from November
- 20:54Speaker 9: fifth there, but it also started when we did the
- 20:57Speaker 9: tariffs that We've had tremendous support on the tariffs. It's
- 20:59Speaker 9: bringing and the trillions of dollars of wealth is bringing
- 21:03Speaker 9: in national security. And I've stopped eight wars, and of
- 21:08Speaker 9: the eight wars, five of them have been because of.
- 21:11Speaker 10: Tariffs and trades. So very important.
- 21:13Speaker 9: And General Motors plans to invest four billion dollars as
- 21:17Speaker 9: it brings its manufacturing back to the United States from Mexico.
- 21:21Speaker 9: After falling by five percent Underbiden, US auto production is
- 21:25Speaker 9: surged by ten percent.

- 21:30Speaker 9: But now even the head of the Auto Workers that
- 21:32Speaker 9: Trump is the greatest president we've ever seen.
- 21:35Speaker 1: President Trump there not only talking about the victories, but
- 21:38Speaker 1: also talking about the insanity of this and planning to
- 21:41Speaker 1: roll back field economy standards to make it cheaper for
- 21:44Speaker 1: you to drive and to purchase a car.
- 21:47Speaker 2: Americans should be very excited about all of this.

- 23:09Speaker 1: was running for election that he was going to keep
- 23:11Speaker 1: you safe, that he was going to secure the border,
- 23:14Speaker 1: and he was going to make sure that we didn't
- 23:16Speaker 1: have terrorists coming into this country across that open border.
- 23:20Speaker 1: Many that came across many that we're concerned about now,
- 23:23Speaker 1: including sleeper cells. And we have seen some of these
- 23:26Speaker 1: recent attacks on National guardsmen, on ICE members, and the
- 23:30Speaker 1: President is now saying it is time for us to
- 23:32Speaker 1: take a look and why we're letting in so many
- 23:35Speaker 1: people from so many parts around the world where we
- 23:38Speaker 1: know they are hotbed for terrorism, which brings us to this.
- 23:43Speaker 1: President Donald Trump's deputies have now shut down the legal
- 23:47Speaker 1: migration pathways for people from nineteen countries pending the completion
- 23:54Speaker 1: of security checks and interviews. The Trump administration is making
- 23:59Speaker 1: every effort to ensure individuals becoming citizens are the best
- 24:04Speaker 1: of the best. That coming from the US Citizenship and
- 24:07Speaker 1: Immigration Services Agency, which went on to add this, we
- 24:12Speaker 1: will take no chances when the future of our nation
- 24:16Speaker 1: is at stake. The Trump administration is reviewing all immigration
- 24:20Speaker 1: benefits granted by the Biden administration to aliens from countries
- 24:25Speaker 1: of concern. Now the freeze is unprecedented, is what a
- 24:30Speaker 1: former agency official said to CBS News. The new guidance
- 24:34Speaker 1: indicates that the immigration crackdown directed by Donald Trump following
- 24:40Speaker 1: last week's shooting of the National Guard members is much
- 24:43Speaker 1: broader in scope than previously reported.
- 24:46Speaker 2: The policy is a huge.
- 24:48Speaker 1: Shift from Joe Biden's presidency as well, which sought to
- 24:52Speaker 1: legalize several million wage cutting, rent spiking illegal immigrants. Biden's
- 24:59Speaker 1: deputies and judges pushed their migrants through many quasi legal pathways,
- 25:05Speaker 1: including friendly asylum reviews, deportation freezes, and the award of
- 25:12Speaker 1: temporary protected status and humanitarian parole. Like it was candy
- 25:18Speaker 1: on Halloween. The Trump shut down is now freezing asylum
- 25:23Speaker 1: claims for all who want to avoid deportation as well.
- 25:28Speaker 1: It also shuts down paperwork proceedings green card approvals and
- 25:34Speaker 1: naturalization ceremonies from people from nineteen high risk national populations
- 25:40Speaker 1: who enter the United States under President Joe Biden's watch.
- 25:45Speaker 1: Clearly many of them unvetted. The freeze also applies to
- 25:49Speaker 1: migrants from Afghanistan, Burma, Chad, the Republic of the Congo, Ecuadorial, Guinea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, Cuba, Togo, Turkmenistan,
- 26:07Speaker 1: and Venezuela, to name a few. Nine of the countries
- 26:11Speaker 1: are predominantly Muslim. Most of the countries are small and backward,
- 26:16Speaker 1: but four of them, Afghanistan, Venezuela, Iran in Somalia, have
- 26:20Speaker 1: large populations in the United States. Christy Nome, the Secretary
- 26:26Speaker 1: of the Department of Home in Security, has hinted the
- 26:29Speaker 1: list maybe expanded, and at least one report says ten
- 26:33Speaker 1: additional countries may be added very soon. Now, the policy
- 26:38Speaker 1: is not a complete shutdown, despite much demand for a
- 26:42Speaker 1: total freeze. The shutdown policy does not include migrants from
- 26:47Speaker 1: Mexican and Central American countries, which together account for a
- 26:52Speaker 1: large share of recent migrants. It also exempts migrants from India,
- 26:57Speaker 1: which is in a huge population five million legal illegal
- 27:02Speaker 1: and quasillegal migrants via complex networks of companies into white
- 27:07Speaker 1: collar jobs, trucking jobs, and hotel related jobs sought by
- 27:12Speaker 1: Americans throughout the United States. The us CIS announced the
- 27:17Speaker 1: policy on Tuesday afternoon via a memo to staff, saying
- 27:22Speaker 1: this memorandum mandates that all aliens meeting these criteria undergo
- 27:26Speaker 1: a thorough review process, including a potential interview and, if necessary,
- 27:32Speaker 1: a reinterview, to fully assess all national security and public
- 27:37Speaker 1: safety threats along with any other related grounds of inadmissibility
- 27:43Speaker 1: or ineligibility. They letter also said that the individuals should
- 27:47Speaker 1: go by a case by case review. An assessment will
- 27:51Speaker 1: be done of all relevant information and facts. The USCIS
- 27:55Speaker 1: will also conduct a comprehensive review of all relevant policy
- 28:00Speaker 1: procedures and operational guidance for compliance, accuracy, and needed improvements
- 28:06Speaker 1: during this time.
- 28:08Speaker 2: The guidance outlines.
- 28:09Speaker 1: The adjudicated hold procedure, requirements and processes for the review,
- 28:14Speaker 1: the interview or reinterview of affected aliens. The USCIS personnel
- 28:19Speaker 1: are instructed to prioritize national security and public safety concerns
- 28:25Speaker 1: and ensure compliance with all applical laws and regulations. During
- 28:29Speaker 1: the adjudication process. All findings must be documented in accordance
- 28:34Speaker 1: with established protocols to support any subsequent determinations or actions
- 28:40Speaker 1: the present making it clear as he was also asked
- 28:43Speaker 1: about this at the White House today and here's what
- 28:45Speaker 1: he had to say.
- 28:47Speaker 6: You've made changes for Afghani's ability to apply for asylum.
- 28:51Speaker 10: Do you blame all Afghans for this? One man's no.
- 28:55Speaker 11: But we've had a lot of problems with Afghans because
- 28:57Speaker 11: they had a lot of them coming in on these plans.
- 29:00Speaker 2: Again, I show you this picture.
- 29:01Speaker 9: We have a lot of them coming in.
- 29:03Speaker 11: On these planes that are there was no checking. They
- 29:07Speaker 11: just poured into the plane. And many of these people
- 29:11Speaker 11: are criminals. Many of these people are people that shouldn't
- 29:13Speaker 11: be here. And many of them have been gotten out.
- 29:16Speaker 11: I mean, we've gotten out a lot of the people
- 29:19Speaker 11: that you know, we've taken a lot of matty here.
- 29:22Speaker 2: But they came in.
- 29:23Speaker 5: Yeah, I know the steel story.
- 29:24Speaker 10: Many are wonderful. Yeah, I'm sure.
- 29:27Speaker 2: What should they think?
- 29:30Speaker 11: Well, they can't be happy. Okay, they can't be happy
- 29:33Speaker 11: because what's taking place between that. If you look at Somalia,
- 29:37Speaker 11: they're taking over Minnesota and they are we got a
- 29:42Speaker 11: lot of problems with the gangs, with all of the
- 29:44Speaker 11: things taking place in Minnesota. We have an incompetent governor. Dope,
- 29:48Speaker 11: we have a dope governor. They can't be happy about
- 29:52Speaker 11: what's going on. And if you talk about the Afghans,
- 29:56Speaker 11: you know there's a problem because so many bed ones
- 29:58Speaker 11: came in on the plane.
- 30:00Speaker 5: They just walked on whoever the strongest people.
- 30:02Speaker 11: Were physically in a way, but whoever the strongest they
- 30:05Speaker 11: got on the planes.
- 30:06Speaker 5: There was no checking. They just swamped the planes.
- 30:09Speaker 10: They took off.
- 30:10Speaker 5: We had no idea who they were, So.
- 30:13Speaker 1: Think about what the President just said there. We had
- 30:16Speaker 1: no idea who they were. But what the President is
- 30:18Speaker 1: guaranteeing you now is they're going to do everything they
- 30:20Speaker 1: can to make sure they find out who they are
- 30:22Speaker 1: and keep you and your family safe. Don't forget to
