- 0:01Speaker 1: I want to start by just saying one thing that
- 0:04Speaker 1: makes me incredibly angry, and I.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Want you guys to go check it out.
- 0:08Speaker 1: I put it up on social media because it's important
- 0:10Speaker 1: that you see this. There is a new video that
- 0:13Speaker 1: is out and images that have been put out on
- 0:16Speaker 1: social media that the Taliban has well sanctioned parading at
- 0:24Speaker 1: Bogram Air Force Base. You know where we used to be, yeah,
- 0:29Speaker 1: in Afghanistan. Biden abandoned that air Force base in favor
- 0:35Speaker 1: of conducting the evacuation in the crowded city of Kabul
- 0:39Speaker 1: that cost Americans their lives and countless people that have
- 0:44Speaker 1: helped American soldiers their lives when we abandon them and
- 0:48Speaker 1: left them behind.
- 0:49Speaker 2: That's number one, Okay.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Number two, they are parading at Bogram Airbase all of
- 0:56Speaker 1: the military equipment that we left behind, including a significant
- 1:01Speaker 1: number of armored vehicles. Now, if we were smart, we
- 1:07Speaker 1: would have at least blown them up. There were arguments
- 1:09Speaker 1: overwhell it would have cost too much to shift them
- 1:11Speaker 1: all back to America. So a lot of them were
- 1:14Speaker 1: at their life and we heard the excuses from Biden
- 1:17Speaker 1: and Harris. You look at these pictures and you tell
- 1:20Speaker 1: me that these armored vehicles are there at the end
- 1:23Speaker 1: of their life.
- 1:23Speaker 2: These machines of war.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Right, the Democrats love to talk about because when you
- 1:29Speaker 1: witness what the Taliban is doing in their Taliban gear,
- 1:33Speaker 1: in American vehicles as far as the eye can see,
- 1:37Speaker 1: stacked row after rows, side by side by side by side,
- 1:40Speaker 1: parading through Bagram Airbase where that we created, that we built,
- 1:46Speaker 1: and then we left it because Biden Harris, they wanted
- 1:50Speaker 1: to say, we're the ones that ended the longest war
- 1:52Speaker 1: in American history on the anniversary of nine to eleven.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Right, that's all that mattered to them.
- 1:57Speaker 1: They didn't care if American troops got killed in the process.
- 2:00Speaker 2: They didn't They didn't care about any of it.
- 2:02Speaker 1: And now we are watching them fly helicopters and hundreds
- 2:07Speaker 1: and hundreds of armored vehicles going down the runways at
- 2:12Speaker 1: Bograam Air Base in a parade.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Look at this video and look at the level.
- 2:20Speaker 1: Of incompetency, because mark my word, in my lifetime, we're
- 2:23Speaker 1: going to have to go back to the Middle East
- 2:26Speaker 1: to deal with these terrorists. We are, it's just going
- 2:28Speaker 1: to happen, and accept the problem and the difference this
- 2:32Speaker 1: time is going to be this We're going to be
- 2:34Speaker 1: fighting against them in some capacity, are bombing them in
- 2:38Speaker 1: some capacity with our damn equipment that we left behind
- 2:42Speaker 1: because of these incompetent idiots in this administration. Go look
- 2:48Speaker 1: at the video I just posted up on social media.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Ben Ferguson Podcast on Instagram, Ben Ferguson's Show on x
- 2:55Speaker 1: and on Facebook.
- 2:55Speaker 2: I'll put it everywhere. I just had to get that
- 2:58Speaker 2: off my chest.
- 2:58Speaker 1: And we've got a lot of other news talk about,
- 3:00Speaker 1: including things to deal with the economy and some shocking
- 3:03Speaker 1: numbers there out under Biden Harris and their economic conditions
- 3:07Speaker 1: going into this election.
- 3:09Speaker 2: We're also going to talk.
- 3:10Speaker 1: About Hunter Biden and now how the media seems to
- 3:13Speaker 1: be trying to blackmail President Joe Biden into resigning. I'll
- 3:17Speaker 1: give that to you in a moment, But first, we
- 3:20Speaker 1: are quickly approaching the one year anniversary of the horrific
- 3:24Speaker 1: Commas attacks on Israel, and still the Holy Land continues
- 3:29Speaker 1: to be attacked on multiple fronts. There deadly threats are
- 3:33Speaker 1: increasing in northern Israel as we speak. There are constant
- 3:37Speaker 1: rocket attacks from Hesbla that have been fired at Israel,
- 3:41Speaker 1: causing widespread damage, with raging wildfires destroying precious farmland. All
- 3:47Speaker 1: of this being done because of Iran. Since the war started,
- 3:51Speaker 1: the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews has been on
- 3:53Speaker 1: the forefront of Israel, addressing the needs of the most
- 3:57Speaker 1: vulnerable now and they need our help like never before.
- 4:00Speaker 1: That's why I'm proud to partner with IFCJ, because your
- 4:04Speaker 1: life saving donation is helping provide emergency food as well
- 4:09Speaker 1: as critical security needs such as flag jackets, firefighting equipment,
- 4:14Speaker 1: armored vehicles, armored ambulances, bomb shelters, and much more. We
- 4:20Speaker 1: are looking for five hundred of you to join the
- 4:23Speaker 1: Fellowship and met by donating one hundred and fifty dollars
- 4:28Speaker 1: to meet these urgent security needs and things. To a
- 4:32Speaker 1: generous IFCJ supporter, your gift will be matched, doubling your
- 4:38Speaker 1: impact in the Holy Land. If you are proud to
- 4:40Speaker 1: stand with Israel, they need all of our help right now.
- 4:44Speaker 1: To make your gift, you can do it by calling
- 4:47Speaker 1: them eight eight four eight eight IFCJ. That's eight and
- 4:52Speaker 1: eight four eight eight IFCJ. IFCJ is four three two
- 4:58Speaker 1: five on your phone or go online and you can
- 5:02Speaker 1: give securely there at SUPPORTIFCJ dot org. That's one word
- 5:08Speaker 1: support IFCJ dot org as Israel needs your support now
- 5:14Speaker 1: more than ever. All Right, So let's get on to
- 5:17Speaker 1: the issue. And the first one that I want to
- 5:20Speaker 1: get on your radar screen is this. There is a
- 5:23Speaker 1: very good chance, I think it's a fifty to fifty chance. Now, Okay,
- 5:28Speaker 1: I'm not kidding when I say this, a fifty fifty chance, okay,
- 5:34Speaker 1: that Joe Biden resigns before January. And the reason why
- 5:40Speaker 1: I say that is because it looks like Democrats are
- 5:43Speaker 1: trying to finish him off so that Kamwa Harris will
- 5:46Speaker 1: actually be the president of the United States of America
- 5:49Speaker 1: by election day. They believe that will help her become
- 5:54Speaker 1: president in the election and that people will like her
- 5:58Speaker 1: more if she's already seen as being the president of
- 6:02Speaker 1: the United States of America. Now, why do I believe
- 6:05Speaker 1: this is happening Because the Deep State and the government
- 6:08Speaker 1: under Harris's control obviously is turning now on Joe Biden.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Let me read you the headline that just broke from
- 6:16Speaker 1: the Associated Press. This isn't Fox News, this is the
- 6:19Speaker 1: Associated Press. Hunter Biden reportedly sought US government help for
- 6:25Speaker 1: Ukrainian gas company Barisma Now, this article by the AP
- 6:29Speaker 1: could have been written literally years ago.
- 6:32Speaker 2: It was not because they needed to protect Joe Biden.
- 6:36Speaker 1: But now the media has turned on him because they
- 6:39Speaker 1: want to get rid of him so that Kamala Harris
- 6:41Speaker 1: has the best chance of winning. So now the Associated
- 6:44Speaker 1: Press is willing to write an article that they've been
- 6:47Speaker 1: sitting on for years. Let me read you the first
- 6:50Speaker 1: couple paragraphs from the Associated Press.
- 6:53Speaker 2: Again, this isn't Fox News.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Hunter Biden asked the US ambassador to Italy for help
- 7:00Speaker 1: regarding an energy project a Ukrainian gas company was pursuing
- 7:05Speaker 1: while his father was the Vice president.
- 7:07Speaker 2: This according to The New York Times in.
- 7:11Speaker 1: Their new article that also came out just hours before.
- 7:15Speaker 1: And so now you're seeing the dominoes fall right. New
- 7:18Speaker 1: York Times reports it bammed the Associated presses all on this,
- 7:21Speaker 1: and then everybody else starts to pick it up.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Why is this all coordinated and this effort.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Happening because they want Joe Biden to leave office. The
- 7:32Speaker 1: second paragraph, Hunter Biden soned of President Joe Biden wrote
- 7:35Speaker 1: a letter to the ambassador in twenty sixteen seeking assistance
- 7:39Speaker 1: for Barisma, which have been working on a geothermal project
- 7:45Speaker 1: in Italy, the newspaper reported, citing newly release records and interviews.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Now why are they newly released just now? Why weren't
- 7:54Speaker 1: they released earlier? You and I both know why. Because
- 7:58Speaker 1: they had to protect Joe Biden at all costs. But
- 8:00Speaker 1: now that they've gotten rid of him in this soft coup,
- 8:03Speaker 1: they need him to be fully kicked out of office,
- 8:06Speaker 1: to resign so that Kama Harris again can be president.
- 8:11Speaker 1: The article goes on at the time Hunter Biden said
- 8:14Speaker 1: on the board of Barrisma, which was having trouble getting
- 8:16Speaker 1: regulatory approval for the major project. A businessman involved in
- 8:20Speaker 1: the project told the newspaper the revelation is likely to
- 8:24Speaker 1: fuel Republican criticism of Hunter Biden's foreign business dealings. By
- 8:28Speaker 1: the way, I love how they say this like it's
- 8:30Speaker 1: going to be new. This is what we already knew that.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Now the government is just admitting it and the papers
- 8:38Speaker 1: are now reporting on it to put more pressure on
- 8:41Speaker 1: the president Joe Biden to leave office sooner than was expected.
- 8:47Speaker 1: This is not fueling new Republican criticism. We've already knew
- 8:51Speaker 1: this was going on. We know that Republicans have been
- 8:55Speaker 1: telling the story of Hunter Biden's foreign business dealings, which
- 8:59Speaker 1: have been the same by the way of GOP investigations
- 9:02Speaker 1: into the Presence family, which of course the media said
- 9:05Speaker 1: was fake news and they refuse to what cover it
- 9:08Speaker 1: until now now. This report also comes weeks before Hunter
- 9:12Speaker 1: Biden is set to stand trial on federal charges alleging
- 9:16Speaker 1: he failed to pay taxes on money he received from
- 9:20Speaker 1: Barisma and other foreign businesses. The story that I'm breaking
- 9:26Speaker 1: right now in Hunter Biden and the timing of this
- 9:29Speaker 1: is also just like epically hilarious because it just tells
- 9:35Speaker 1: you how corrupt the media is. They will lie to
- 9:39Speaker 1: your face, they will cover up terrible, terrible political sins,
- 9:46Speaker 1: they can even use it to blackmail you, and then
- 9:49Speaker 1: when it's convenient, they will then report stories as they
- 9:54Speaker 1: move on to the next powerbroker, which is clearly now
- 9:56Speaker 1: Kamala Harris. How do I know this, Well, look at
- 9:59Speaker 1: the the other story that I told you about on
- 10:01Speaker 1: the show.
- 10:02Speaker 2: I think it was on Friday of last week.
- 10:04Speaker 1: Prosecutors indicated this is the government, the deep State, turning
- 10:08Speaker 1: on Joe Biden last week in court papers that they
- 10:12Speaker 1: want to introduce evidence at trial about Hunter Biden's other
- 10:15Speaker 1: business dealings, including an arrangement with a Romanian businessman who
- 10:20Speaker 1: is quote trying to influence US government policy during Joe
- 10:25Speaker 1: Biden's term as Vice president. Now, why is the government
- 10:29Speaker 1: right now out of nowhere, all of a sudden like.
- 10:33Speaker 2: Doing their job. They're not doing their job.
- 10:36Speaker 1: They just need to get Kamala Harris to become the
- 10:38Speaker 1: president before election day. And the person that's standing in
- 10:42Speaker 1: their way is Joe Biden. That's what this comes down to.
- 10:46Speaker 1: That's what this boils down to. And this is exactly
- 10:49Speaker 1: why at this point, I bet you Joe Biden is
- 10:51Speaker 1: regretting his decision to say I'm not going to run
- 10:53Speaker 1: for re election because look at how fast it turns
- 10:56Speaker 1: into the hunger Games for his survival now Hunter, Biden's
- 11:00Speaker 1: lawyer said his client's outreach to the ambassador on behalf
- 11:04Speaker 1: of Barisma was quote a proper request, and that he
- 11:09Speaker 1: asked various people to help arrange an introduction between Barisma
- 11:14Speaker 1: and the president of Italy's Tuscany region.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Quote.
- 11:19Speaker 1: No meeting occurred, no project materialized, no requests for anything
- 11:24Speaker 1: in the US was ever sought, and only an introduction
- 11:27Speaker 1: Italy was requested, is what Abeoell said the attorney representing
- 11:32Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. Now, the record suggests that the embassy officials
- 11:36Speaker 1: were uneasy.
- 11:38Speaker 2: About Hunter Biden's request.
- 11:39Speaker 1: According to the newspaper, one official wrote, I wanted to
- 11:43Speaker 1: be careful about promising too much. Why because they knew
- 11:47Speaker 1: that probably what they were doing was like you know,
- 11:50Speaker 1: like actually against the law and could get them in trouble.
- 11:54Speaker 1: A White House spokesman told The New York Times for
- 11:56Speaker 1: their big exclusive story that they have apparently set on
- 11:59Speaker 1: for year years that the President was not aware when
- 12:04Speaker 1: when he was vice president, that his son had reached
- 12:07Speaker 1: out to the embassy on Baristhma's behalf. By the way,
- 12:10Speaker 1: this is the same White House that told you that
- 12:12Speaker 1: this the father never spoke to his son about their
- 12:15Speaker 1: business dealings. We know that was a lie, So why
- 12:19Speaker 1: would you believe this lie now? Quote He's not in
- 12:22Speaker 1: business with his son. White House Pressemeretery Jean Pierre said
- 12:25Speaker 1: on Wednesday, He's certainly not aware of this, and this
- 12:28Speaker 1: is something that Hunter Biden has to speak to. He's
- 12:30Speaker 1: a private citizen. It is something for him to focus on.
- 12:35Speaker 1: Pressed on whether Biden was satisfied with how his son
- 12:39Speaker 1: conducted himself, the White House press Secretery told reporters, I
- 12:43Speaker 1: can't speak to this. This is something that is an
- 12:46Speaker 1: ongoing process. John Phillips, the US ambassador to Italy at
- 12:51Speaker 1: the time, said he received a lot of letters and
- 12:53Speaker 1: did not remember Hunter Biden reaching out to him.
- 12:56Speaker 2: Yeah. Right.
- 12:57Speaker 1: You want me to believe that you, as the ambassador
- 12:59Speaker 1: to Italy, get an email or a letter from the
- 13:03Speaker 1: Vice president's son and you don't remember it. That is
- 13:07Speaker 1: what you call bs quote. I certainly would pay attention
- 13:12Speaker 1: to it if the younger Biden had contacted him, Phillips
- 13:15Speaker 1: told the newspaper out of courtesy, I'd probably make sure
- 13:18Speaker 1: he got a response of some sort, but not necessarily
- 13:20Speaker 1: from me. And I wouldn't even want to encourage it,
- 13:24Speaker 1: because I wouldn't get us involved in something like that.
- 13:28Speaker 2: Quote unquote.
- 13:29Speaker 1: The ambassador is telling you, hey, that this is something
- 13:32Speaker 1: that never happen. This is something that we would never
- 13:35Speaker 1: allow to happen. This is something that would never would
- 13:37Speaker 1: never be done because of how bad it would look,
- 13:40Speaker 1: which is also then damning to the Biden administration and
- 13:44Speaker 1: the Biden crime family and Hunter Biden because this is
- 13:47Speaker 1: exactly what they were trying to do. So they're admitting
- 13:50Speaker 1: that this is in proper behavior by the President's son.
- 13:55Speaker 2: Now, they're going to tell you that the Barisma.
- 13:58Speaker 1: Project never materialized, and it's not clear whether the embassy
- 14:02Speaker 1: ever agreed to help the company. All Right, well, then
- 14:06Speaker 1: I want all the emails, I want all the documents
- 14:09Speaker 1: from the embassy during that time. And I have a
- 14:12Speaker 1: feeling that we were actually going to get something on
- 14:15Speaker 1: this because you have to understand, they're turning on the
- 14:19Speaker 1: president because they won him out of office and they
- 14:22Speaker 1: believe that Kamala Harris will have a much better chance
- 14:25Speaker 1: of winning on election day if she's already the acting
- 14:29Speaker 1: president of the United States of America. That is why
- 14:32Speaker 1: they're now turning on him as we speak now. Hunter
- 14:36Speaker 1: Biden's trial is also set to begin in Los Angeles
- 14:39Speaker 1: in September.
- 14:40Speaker 2: What is involved in that case.
- 14:43Speaker 1: They are alleging that there was a four year scheme
- 14:47Speaker 1: by Biden to avoid paying at least one point four
- 14:50Speaker 1: million in taxes during a time in which the president
- 14:53Speaker 1: son has acknowledged he was struggling with a drug addiction.
- 14:56Speaker 2: Right, that's the alibi that they'll use on this one.
- 15:00Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's lawyers have indicated they will argue at trial
- 15:03Speaker 1: that drug use affected his decision making and judgment to
- 15:07Speaker 1: the point that he was quote unable to form the
- 15:10Speaker 1: requisite intent to commit the crimes he's been charged with.
- 15:14Speaker 2: So let me get this straight. The guy was sober.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Enough to be making more money than he's ever made
- 15:19Speaker 1: his entire life, millions of dollars coming in from Romania, Ukraine,
- 15:24Speaker 1: Russia and China. And he was doing all these business
- 15:28Speaker 1: deals and getting ten percent for the big guy, which
- 15:31Speaker 1: his dad. But now the argument in court is going
- 15:34Speaker 1: to be Hunter Biden was in such dire straits during
- 15:38Speaker 1: this time that he shouldn't have to be held accountable
- 15:41Speaker 1: for his actions. Those two timelines, unfortunately, don't make sense,
- 15:46Speaker 1: they don't add up, and they don't work. Hunter Biden's lawyers,
- 15:50Speaker 1: by the way, I've indicated, they will argue that at
- 15:52Speaker 1: trial that the quote drug use affected him in a
- 15:57Speaker 1: major way, and they will even use witnesses to basically
- 16:00Speaker 1: paint that picture. Now here's what you also need to remember.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Biden was convicted of three phony charges in a separate
- 16:07Speaker 1: case alleging that he lied on a mandatory gun purchase
- 16:11Speaker 1: for him in twenty eighteen by saying he was not
- 16:14Speaker 1: illegally using or addicted to drugs. He and theory could
- 16:19Speaker 1: face up twenty five years in prison at sentencing set
- 16:22Speaker 1: for November thirteenth in Wilmington, Delaware, but as a first
- 16:26Speaker 1: time offender, he's likely to get far less time or
- 16:30Speaker 1: avoid prison entirely. Now, Joe Biden is not going to
- 16:36Speaker 1: take a chance that his son ends up in jail,
- 16:39Speaker 1: in my opinion. But at the same time, if the
- 16:42Speaker 1: DOJ is coming after your son, that also is a
- 16:46Speaker 1: very clear message being sent to you that hey, we're
- 16:48Speaker 1: coming after you as well. They're not isolating him anymore.
- 16:56Speaker 1: That's the part you really need to understand. They were
- 17:01Speaker 1: only charging Hunter Biden with crimes that could not connect
- 17:05Speaker 1: him to the president, right, That's why they went after
- 17:10Speaker 1: the gun charge.
- 17:11Speaker 2: Had nothing to do with his dad.
- 17:12Speaker 1: That's why they went after the tax charge the way
- 17:15Speaker 1: they did that had nothing to do with his dad. Now,
- 17:19Speaker 1: what all of this coming down is and this is
- 17:23Speaker 1: very very very very very very different. Okay, this is
- 17:28Speaker 1: extremely different. What is happening now is that they are
- 17:34Speaker 1: going after crimes that very much could be directly linked
- 17:40Speaker 1: and connected to the President of the United States of America.
- 17:43Speaker 1: And that's why I say, right now, I put the
- 17:46Speaker 1: odds fifty to fifty that Joe Biden resigns before January
- 17:53Speaker 1: the twentieth of next year, and the date they really
- 17:56Speaker 1: wanted to resign by is like yesterday. Because if they
- 18:00Speaker 1: can get him to resign and Harris becomes the president
- 18:04Speaker 1: of the United States of America, the chances that she
- 18:07Speaker 1: will win in November go up significantly. Now, let me
- 18:12Speaker 1: also just say I'm going to keep covering this, okay,
- 18:16Speaker 1: and we're going to watch it very closely, because this
- 18:19Speaker 1: is a story that is going to continue to unfold.
- 18:22Speaker 1: Except it's the Democrats who are in charge of this story,
- 18:26Speaker 1: not the Republicans. The Democrats and the DOJ are the
- 18:30Speaker 1: ones now that are really advocating for this happening, and
- 18:35Speaker 1: they want him gone. Keep watching, I'll keep telling you
- 18:40Speaker 1: how this unfolds. Now, I want to move on to
- 18:44Speaker 1: another important issue, and that is the issue of Bidenomics.
- 18:48Speaker 1: The White House today was trying to sell the American
- 18:52Speaker 1: people that things are actually a lot better than they
- 18:56Speaker 1: actually are, that it's not that bad, that you've just
- 19:01Speaker 1: got to get used to high prices, and that inflation
- 19:04Speaker 1: isn't that bad either. This comes as a new article
- 19:08Speaker 1: came out and again I'm shockingly, I'm shocked. I'm going
- 19:11Speaker 1: to say this, but The New York Times has an
- 19:13Speaker 1: article out and it says, quote, how food prices have
- 19:16Speaker 1: changed over the past four years, a central issue has
- 19:20Speaker 1: plagued the Biden administration for most of its term. The
- 19:23Speaker 1: New York Times writes, these steep rise and grocery prices.
- 19:27Speaker 1: Polls have consistently found that inflation remains a top concern
- 19:30Speaker 1: of voters, who have seen their budgets squeeze like never before.
- 19:35Speaker 1: A yugub poll published last month found that sixty four
- 19:38Speaker 1: percent of Americans in inflation was a very serious problem.
- 19:42Speaker 1: And when it comes to inflation, several surveys suggested that
- 19:45Speaker 1: Americans were most concerned about grocery prices. Despite the gloom
- 19:52Speaker 1: about grocery prices, food price increases have generally been cooling
- 19:56Speaker 1: for months. The Times claims on Wednesday, new data on
- 20:00Speaker 1: inflation for July will show if the trend has continued.
- 20:05Speaker 1: Guess what, The trend went in the wrong direction. Yes,
- 20:10Speaker 1: in the wrong direction. So they were trying to hedge
- 20:12Speaker 1: their bets. That didn't work. Another article has come out
- 20:18Speaker 1: saying states are now being forced to scramble to replace.
- 20:21Speaker 2: Gas tax cash.
- 20:24Speaker 1: That's right, Pennsylvania drivers enjoy an unofficial substity for buying
- 20:29Speaker 1: an electric vehicle. When they skip the gas station, they
- 20:32Speaker 1: avoid the country's second highest gasoline tax. That's why people there,
- 20:36Speaker 1: many people there have bought evs. But that's about to change.
- 20:41Speaker 1: You ready for this, So if you got the EV,
- 20:44Speaker 1: then you're being good for the environment.
- 20:45Speaker 2: You're about to get screwed.
- 20:47Speaker 1: The lawmakers there voted overwhelmingly to impose a fee on
- 20:53Speaker 1: electric vehicles.
- 20:54Speaker 2: So get your electric vehicle.
- 20:55Speaker 1: Right, and now we're going to charge you more to
- 20:57Speaker 1: have the electric vehicle that already costs more than an
- 21:00Speaker 1: average gas car. So yet again, the Democrats know how
- 21:04Speaker 1: to screw it up. The idea, they say, is to
- 21:07Speaker 1: make electric vehicles pay their fair share, something that Democrats
- 21:11Speaker 1: always love saying, right, you got to pay your fair
- 21:14Speaker 1: share right now, the rest of us subsidize their use
- 21:18Speaker 1: on our roads.
- 21:19Speaker 2: So Pennsylvania's saying screw you.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Pennsylvania's EV fee will be two one hundred and fifty
- 21:26Speaker 1: dollars annually. Yes, it will be among the most expensive
- 21:30Speaker 1: in the country. Most states now levy a dedicated fee
- 21:34Speaker 1: on electric vehicle owners. Some also roll back their incentives,
- 21:38Speaker 1: such as New Jersey's decision this year to restart sales
- 21:41Speaker 1: tax on electric vehicles.
- 21:44Speaker 2: That is something else they've decided to do.
- 21:46Speaker 1: And places like Maryland are coming down with heavy fees.
- 21:50Speaker 2: Now here's the other thing.
- 21:52Speaker 1: You put that in with the Biden administration, and people
- 21:56Speaker 1: are going to be mad because they were told go
- 21:58Speaker 1: buy an EV, go buy an EV MeV and many
- 22:01Speaker 1: did it because of the savings. Right, the incentives. Now
- 22:05Speaker 1: all the incentives have just disappeared. So they lied to you.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Again.
- 22:13Speaker 1: They lied to you. They straight up lied to you.
- 22:19Speaker 1: Now let's go to the White House and talk about
- 22:23Speaker 1: what's happening there today. White House had a press conference
- 22:29Speaker 1: on inflation. The numbers went in the wrong direction. What
- 22:33Speaker 1: did the White House say, Bernstein?
- 22:35Speaker 3: Listen, White House at this point think that the inflation
- 22:38Speaker 3: problem is solved. The momentum is certainly in the right direction.
- 22:44Speaker 3: Inflation is reliably coming down.
- 22:48Speaker 2: We that's just not true.
- 22:51Speaker 1: The momentum is certainly in the right direction, inflation is
- 22:54Speaker 1: reliably coming down.
- 22:56Speaker 2: That is a lie. The data says that that is
- 22:59Speaker 2: a lie.
- 23:00Speaker 1: White House is Bernstein was asked another question about the economy.
- 23:04Speaker 2: Listen to this.
- 23:05Speaker 4: Another thing he also just said was my policies are working.
- 23:09Speaker 5: There's one to be stoft planning.
- 23:11Speaker 2: Start writing that way?
- 23:13Speaker 4: Do you know if he feels that the economic coverage
- 23:16Speaker 4: has generally been.
- 23:17Speaker 5: Off or wrong?
- 23:18Speaker 3: Well, what do you think he meant by start writing
- 23:20Speaker 3: that way? I'm not I mean, that's the first I've
- 23:24Speaker 3: heard that he said that. I can only interpret it,
- 23:26Speaker 3: you know, to mean that he thinks that that's not
- 23:28Speaker 3: being done.
- 23:30Speaker 2: Do you think.
- 23:32Speaker 3: Do I think what specifically.
- 23:34Speaker 4: That covers the economy?
- 23:35Speaker 3: As you know, I don't know one way or the other.
- 23:39Speaker 3: I read a lot of your work and I see
- 23:40Speaker 3: stuff I like and stuff that doesn't resonate with me
- 23:42Speaker 3: as much. There's been some nice research on this over
- 23:46Speaker 3: at the Brookings Institute. My former colleague Ben Harris and
- 23:49Speaker 3: others have looked at the extent to which reporting has
- 23:53Speaker 3: been increasingly negative on the economy, and they find, and
- 23:56Speaker 3: they're crunching some real numbers, that that's been the case.
- 23:59Speaker 3: There was another study that I found pretty well, looked
- 24:02Speaker 3: to me that was pretty rigorous that suggested that the
- 24:05Speaker 3: media tends to write about the gas price when it
- 24:07Speaker 3: goes north of three fifty and not when it goes
- 24:10Speaker 3: south of three fifty. So the gas price as I
- 24:13Speaker 3: looked this morning, was I think three forty five. And
- 24:16Speaker 3: if you haven't written about it, you know, maybe you
- 24:17Speaker 3: want to.
- 24:20Speaker 1: I love this right there, he's basically talking down the media, like, hey,
- 24:24Speaker 1: do your damn job and sell that gas is three
- 24:30Speaker 1: forty five instead of three point fifty, and that's good news.
- 24:33Speaker 1: I want you to think about where we were when
- 24:35Speaker 1: Donald Trump left the presidency. We were in the dollar
- 24:37Speaker 1: and change range, not at three point fifty or, as
- 24:41Speaker 1: he said, at three forty five. So write about it,
- 24:44Speaker 1: right That's the demand from the White House. The White
- 24:47Speaker 1: House Press Secretary was asked the question about bidnomics, and
- 24:50Speaker 1: here's what she said is she got snippy as well.
- 24:53Speaker 2: When did you.
- 24:53Speaker 6: Guys learn that Vice President Harris wants to distance herself
- 24:58Speaker 6: from Bidenomics?
- 25:00Speaker 5: Why do you think that.
- 25:01Speaker 6: Axios is now reporting that she is hoping to distance
- 25:04Speaker 6: herself from President Biden's unpopularity on the economy? Can you
- 25:09Speaker 6: blame her?
- 25:10Speaker 5: Do you know this is the Biden Harris administration? Are
- 25:12Speaker 5: you aware that this is the Biden Harris administration? She
- 25:14Speaker 5: is indeed the Vice president.
- 25:16Speaker 6: What if the president's policies on the economy were working,
- 25:19Speaker 6: or if they were popular.
- 25:20Speaker 2: And we used to lead.
- 25:21Speaker 5: They literally just had this the chair of the CEA
- 25:24Speaker 5: here who laid out a pretty pretty robust point by
- 25:28Speaker 5: point about the economy and what has happened under the
- 25:31Speaker 5: Biden Harris administration. And I thought it was pretty convincing.
- 25:35Speaker 1: And I thought it was pretty convincing. You noticed she
- 25:38Speaker 1: didn't answer the question that was asked. Now, Joe Biden
- 25:43Speaker 1: has come out today and he wants you to know
- 25:46Speaker 1: that we have beaten inflation.
- 25:49Speaker 2: Is there any stats to back that up?
- 25:51Speaker 1: No, but this is what Biden said.
- 25:57Speaker 5: Yes, yes, yes, I told her to have a soft
- 25:59Speaker 5: land We're going to have a soft landing.
- 26:01Speaker 2: My policies at work, and start writing that way. Okay,
- 26:04Speaker 2: start writing that way.
- 26:06Speaker 1: Has the US beat inflation, mister president, Yes, yes, yes,
- 26:10Speaker 1: we beat inflation. I told you were going to have
- 26:12Speaker 1: a soft landing. My policies are working, right it that way.
- 26:17Speaker 1: That is an unhinged president right there. So you look
- 26:21Speaker 1: at all of this data, you look at the questions
- 26:25Speaker 1: that are now having that are being asked. They're really
- 26:29Speaker 1: hammering Joe Biden. I think part of this is to
- 26:32Speaker 1: separate Kamala Harris. Now she shouldn't be separated from this.
- 26:36Speaker 1: The White House also being asked that question I mentioned earlier,
- 26:40Speaker 1: the question about Hunter Biden seeking help on this Parisma deal. Notice,
- 26:45Speaker 1: this is the mainstream media asking the question.
- 26:48Speaker 4: Grein the New York Times is reporting that Hunter Biden
- 26:50Speaker 4: sought help from a US ambassador on behalf of Arisma
- 26:54Speaker 4: Lung company's board and while Biden was vice pressing. So
- 26:58Speaker 4: let's Biden's reaction to this and is concerned about what
- 27:00Speaker 4: this looks like to the American public.
- 27:02Speaker 2: So I'll just report I'm sorry, I just have to
- 27:04Speaker 2: laugh at this.
- 27:06Speaker 1: I love that a ABC News senior White House correspondent
- 27:10Speaker 1: Wang who just asked that question, is like, and is
- 27:12Speaker 1: the president worried about how this looks to the American people?
- 27:15Speaker 1: Where the hell was this question last year or the
- 27:17Speaker 1: year before, or the year before that, or three months ago,
- 27:20Speaker 1: four months ago, or nine months ago or twelve months ago.
- 27:24Speaker 1: Like you didn't have the kons to ask the damn
- 27:27Speaker 1: question for the last three years, but now that you're
- 27:31Speaker 1: wanting to dismiss him and you need him to step
- 27:34Speaker 1: down before election day to help Kamwa Harris, You're now
- 27:38Speaker 1: willing to ask the tough question and listen to Jean
- 27:41Speaker 1: Pierre's response because this is shocking for her that she's
- 27:44Speaker 1: even having to deal with this because the media has
- 27:46Speaker 1: always protected her.
- 27:48Speaker 5: Or what I've said before is that the president has never,
- 27:51Speaker 5: has never done business with his son, and he was
- 27:55Speaker 5: not aware of this. And for anything further, I would
- 27:59Speaker 5: have to refer you to Hunter Biden's representative personal representatives.
- 28:04Speaker 5: I can't speak beyond that. But again I've said this before.
- 28:07Speaker 5: The President was done in business with his son and
- 28:10Speaker 5: this is the first time, as the first time he
- 28:13Speaker 5: was aware of this. And for anything further, you'd have
- 28:17Speaker 5: to reach out to Biden.
- 28:20Speaker 1: I love it, right, Oh, I just got to reach out. Okay,
- 28:22Speaker 1: we'll move on next. I'll say it again, this election
- 28:27Speaker 1: with Donald Trump needs to be very focused on the economy.
- 28:32Speaker 1: It is the economy stupid, is what they need to
- 28:35Speaker 1: be selling to the American people every day.
- 28:37Speaker 2: Number one.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Number two, I really do believe there is a fifty
- 28:43Speaker 1: percent chance, now a fifty percent chance, that Joe Biden
- 28:50Speaker 1: is not the President of the United States of America
- 28:53Speaker 1: for that much longer because they are now trying to
- 28:56Speaker 1: get rid of him, and they're using all of his
- 28:58Speaker 1: corruption as the beverage to do it. Make sure you
