- 0:03Speaker 1: Y'all know what time to y'all don't know y'all all
- 0:10Speaker 1: soon looking back to back down, giving them like the
- 0:15Speaker 1: milking buck things in its tub. Y'all do me true
- 0:20Speaker 1: good to the hearty to move to other stoley. Don't
- 0:38Speaker 1: you join yeah by radio, join me in doing me? Honey?
- 0:58Speaker 1: Do you turn to go? Yeah? Don't go to you.
- 1:24Speaker 1: You gotta turn the turnout turns to you love. You
- 1:43Speaker 1: got to turn out to turn water water go. Comey,
- 1:58Speaker 1: come on your thing at it. I show will a
- 2:03Speaker 1: good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice, come on
- 2:07Speaker 1: dig me now. One and only Steve Harvey got a
- 2:10Speaker 1: radio show yesterday. I started up talking about my personal journey,
- 2:16Speaker 1: and I want to remind you that I'm not saying
- 2:19Speaker 1: this to say, hey, look at me. I think I'm
- 2:22Speaker 1: more saying it to say, hey, here's what happened to
- 2:24Speaker 1: me along the way of making decisions my way, and
- 2:28Speaker 1: then what happened when I made a transformation. It's not
- 2:32Speaker 1: so much that I made a transformation as it was
- 2:36Speaker 1: that I made a decision to start just, you know,
- 2:40Speaker 1: being being a little bit closer to my creator and
- 2:42Speaker 1: having some conversations with him. And that's how it starts.
- 2:45Speaker 1: It starts with some conversations with God. It starts with
- 2:48Speaker 1: opening up to your creator and saying, hey, listen, my bad,
- 2:53Speaker 1: I'm tripping. I've been doing it this way for so long,
- 2:56Speaker 1: and it ain't really really got me to where I
- 2:58Speaker 1: want to be. I know, to some people on the outside,
- 3:01Speaker 1: I appeared to be successful, But I got news for you, man,
- 3:07Speaker 1: Success ain't nothing man, when you ain't happy, and the
- 3:10Speaker 1: appearances of successes is can be quite uh delusional at best.
- 3:16Speaker 1: You know. Prince has a song out that says, I realized,
- 3:20Speaker 1: in his best disguise, a pretty house don't make a home.
- 3:24Speaker 1: That's one of my favorite lines in one of his songs, says,
- 3:26Speaker 1: I realized, in its best disguise at a pretty house,
- 3:31Speaker 1: don't make a home. And uh, you know, I may
- 3:34Speaker 1: have had the appearances of a pretty house, but what
- 3:38Speaker 1: no home? Man? It ain't. It ain't where you wanted
- 3:40Speaker 1: to live, And it wasn't where you wanted to pull
- 3:42Speaker 1: up to and reside. It really wasn't. It was. It
- 3:45Speaker 1: was some misery. So the transformation started, y'all when I
- 3:50Speaker 1: made a decision, and I was saying to people who
- 3:52Speaker 1: have been fans of mine has followed my career or
- 3:55Speaker 1: kept up with me or whether you knew, two thousand
- 3:59Speaker 1: five begin a very life changing time for me. It
- 4:03Speaker 1: started a little bit before that, but I was still
- 4:07Speaker 1: in in in some some misery. But in two thousand
- 4:10Speaker 1: five my life began to make a drastic change. And
- 4:16Speaker 1: that change occurred, like I've been saying, when I made
- 4:19Speaker 1: a conscious decision to start having more conversations with God.
- 4:23Speaker 1: And I'm just trying to share with everybody how basic
- 4:26Speaker 1: and simple that was for me, that to talk to
- 4:29Speaker 1: God a little bit more, to admit that I've wronged,
- 4:33Speaker 1: that I made a couple of bad plays, and I
- 4:35Speaker 1: was asking for forgiveness, and forgiveness wasn't a big a
- 4:39Speaker 1: big part of it for me because in asking God
- 4:43Speaker 1: for forgiveness of my transgressions and my missteps and my
- 4:47Speaker 1: sins and flaws and all of that, and asking him
- 4:50Speaker 1: for forgiveness, it freed me up from the guilt of like, Okay,
- 4:57Speaker 1: so now got well, you know, I mean what people
- 5:00Speaker 1: gonna say? Now? You know, man, if you start talking
- 5:03Speaker 1: to God a little bit more, how you how your
- 5:05Speaker 1: close friends gonna feel? Well? I found out a lot
- 5:09Speaker 1: of people wasn't close friends, and that I found out
- 5:14Speaker 1: that a lot of people was around me just for
- 5:17Speaker 1: the ride. I still got a few hanging on to
- 5:20Speaker 1: me just like that. But you know, it is what
- 5:22Speaker 1: it is, you know, um. But I found out a
- 5:28Speaker 1: a lot of things, mostly about myself, that I needed
- 5:32Speaker 1: these conversations with God, that I needed this relationship with
- 5:36Speaker 1: him because it was calming me on the inside. It
- 5:40Speaker 1: was starting to make the house feel like a home.
- 5:44Speaker 1: It was starting to give me a peace of mind.
- 5:47Speaker 1: And when you have peace of mind, what it allows,
- 5:50Speaker 1: what it does is it opens up your creativity. It
- 5:54Speaker 1: opened up your channel to be creative. And when your person,
- 5:58Speaker 1: as myself, that's a creative person. That that's that's that's everything.
- 6:02Speaker 1: But it's no different than of a person works well
- 6:05Speaker 1: with his hands. When you get free in peace of mind,
- 6:08Speaker 1: you can work do even better work with your hands.
- 6:11Speaker 1: If you counsel better, you become a better counsel. If
- 6:13Speaker 1: you're better teacher, you become a better teacher. If you
- 6:16Speaker 1: if if you're a better uh E E M E
- 6:21Speaker 1: M T person, if you're a better tech person, you
- 6:23Speaker 1: become a better a better driver, you become a just
- 6:26Speaker 1: a better person. When your mind is free. When your
- 6:28Speaker 1: mind is occupied with toxic poisons, it stops you from
- 6:32Speaker 1: being the best that you can be at whatever you're
- 6:35Speaker 1: trying to be good at. It really really does you
- 6:37Speaker 1: think about it. You can't be the best artist if
- 6:39Speaker 1: your mind is twisted up. You can't be the best performer.
- 6:42Speaker 1: If your mind is twisted up, you can't be the
- 6:44Speaker 1: best ball player, if your mind is twisted up. When
- 6:47Speaker 1: you free your mind, when you allow your mind to
- 6:49Speaker 1: find out what peace really is, and that's the relationship
- 6:53Speaker 1: with God, it gives you peace of mind. I told
- 6:55Speaker 1: you the other yesterday, I was talking to this guy
- 6:58Speaker 1: in the jim that told me he was a stone
- 7:00Speaker 1: old hustling. Now we all know what that means. So
- 7:02Speaker 1: I'm listening to the guy who's just real honest with me,
- 7:04Speaker 1: said Mr Harvey. Seemed like a man with some knowledge
- 7:07Speaker 1: under your belt. Man, I just don't have no peace. Well, bro,
- 7:12Speaker 1: come on, man, you're involved in the business that don't
- 7:15Speaker 1: provide peace. You're in the destruction business of people. You
- 7:19Speaker 1: may be making some money, but it's actually expense of
- 7:22Speaker 1: other people. Now what you want to happen to you?
- 7:24Speaker 1: You reap what you sold. You know, doing to others
- 7:28Speaker 1: that you would have them do unto you. If you
- 7:29Speaker 1: ain't bringing no good to nobody's life, but you're making
- 7:32Speaker 1: some money, well, how how much good do you think
- 7:33Speaker 1: that money gonna bring to your life? You know, man,
- 7:36Speaker 1: it's it's gonna happen for you if you don't get
- 7:37Speaker 1: out the game. You know, man, it's it's it's gonna
- 7:40Speaker 1: go down bad for you. I can't fix that story
- 7:42Speaker 1: up for nobody because it's a it's a story that's
- 7:45Speaker 1: told too many times, and it and and it has
- 7:47Speaker 1: the same end results. But I told him, the only
- 7:50Speaker 1: way you're gonna get a peace of mind, bro, is
- 7:53Speaker 1: you gotta have relationship with God. That's all. That's all. Now,
- 7:59Speaker 1: here's what happened after I started having this conversation with God.
- 8:02Speaker 1: If you followed what was happening to me closely after
- 8:05Speaker 1: two from two thousand five two, now, it's almost unexplainable.
- 8:10Speaker 1: And that's why I know it's God, because usually when
- 8:13Speaker 1: something happens in my life of the positive nature that
- 8:17Speaker 1: goes so well for me, and and I cannot explain it,
- 8:21Speaker 1: that's God. Because I can't even take credit for this,
- 8:25Speaker 1: I really really can't. Once again, listen to me closely.
- 8:27Speaker 1: I'm not bragging now. I'm just telling you what happened
- 8:30Speaker 1: to me that the same thing he's done for me
- 8:33Speaker 1: he can do for you are the things he's done
- 8:36Speaker 1: for others he will surely do for you. See when
- 8:38Speaker 1: I see people as balling, that that's doing well. And
- 8:41Speaker 1: when I say balling, I mean achieving their goals and
- 8:45Speaker 1: accomplishing things on a rather large scale. I don't become
- 8:49Speaker 1: a hater. I become a while Okay, so that's that's
- 8:52Speaker 1: possible to see. I look at people who who are
- 8:55Speaker 1: doing well, not for hate or I wish that was me.
- 9:00Speaker 1: It just shows me the possibilities the power of God.
- 9:03Speaker 1: You know, God can do this for somebody else. Man,
- 9:05Speaker 1: maybe if I do this, I gotta now. I'm not
- 9:07Speaker 1: complaining why I'm at not one bid or at all.
- 9:11Speaker 1: And if you don't give me no more, please understand.
- 9:14Speaker 1: I can make it like this. But I know it's more.
- 9:17Speaker 1: I know it's more because God don't bring you this
- 9:20Speaker 1: far to leave you. God didn't bring me this far
- 9:22Speaker 1: this leave you. He won't bring you that. He hasn't
- 9:25Speaker 1: gotten you to this point to leave you. He has
- 9:28Speaker 1: more for you. See, this ain't about me. This is
- 9:31Speaker 1: so you can see what's in it for you. God
- 9:33Speaker 1: has more for you if you open yourself to him.
- 9:36Speaker 1: But if you don't open yourself up to him, how
- 9:38Speaker 1: you're gonna find out what that is? And if you're
- 9:41Speaker 1: waking up every day, like I've said a hundred times,
- 9:43Speaker 1: with the notion in your mind, that has got to
- 9:44Speaker 1: be more to life than this, that's because it is.
- 9:47Speaker 1: So Now I'm asking you, why would you not take
- 9:50Speaker 1: the next next step to see what that is? Why
- 9:53Speaker 1: would you not get closer to God? Why would you
- 9:55Speaker 1: not have a relationship with your creator? How's that working
- 9:58Speaker 1: for you? Not having the relationship? I'm just saying, Man,
- 10:02Speaker 1: God change your life. Man, God move you in places. Man,
- 10:05Speaker 1: you never knew you could be moved God cold. What
- 10:07Speaker 1: you're waiting on sitting that tripping is your career is
- 10:10Speaker 1: your life? So you're just gonna plame to the left.
- 10:14Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know, man, I don't know. Man, Man,
- 10:16Speaker 1: I ain't like I did as soon as I heard
- 10:19Speaker 1: it either. So I feel you out there. But Man,
- 10:21Speaker 1: if somebody came to me and showed me a way
- 10:23Speaker 1: I could turn my life around and it wasn't going
- 10:26Speaker 1: away I wanted. I take it. That took me a
- 10:28Speaker 1: long time to hear the message too, So maybe it's
- 10:30Speaker 1: taking you a long time to hear that. I feel you.
- 10:32Speaker 1: I'm same with iss you. But Man, when I figured
- 10:34Speaker 1: that out, this show got better for me. Man, and
- 10:36Speaker 1: I am we I am because of God Almighty. I
- 10:39Speaker 1: have no other explanation for you. If it was I
- 10:41Speaker 1: wish I could take credit for it. Man, you know
- 10:43Speaker 1: the book I would write if I could take credit
- 10:45Speaker 1: for myself. Man, that's probably why your arm don't reach
- 10:49Speaker 1: you all the way back there when you're trying to
- 10:51Speaker 1: pat yourself on the back because you ain't supposed to.
- 10:53Speaker 1: You ever thought about that? All right? You're listening to
- 11:01Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls people all around the world.
- 11:05Speaker 1: You heard me? Can you hear me listening to it?
- 11:09Speaker 1: Because we own don't need no station. I d to
- 11:15Speaker 1: know this hill Steve Harvey Martin show like hell. If
- 11:20Speaker 1: you don't know what station you're on, hides you own it.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Ship ship team baby, That's what it is. Shirley, what's up? Hey?

- 11:49Speaker 1: you hear me. Yeah, he's gonna be here later. Will no,
- 11:58Speaker 1: you ain't he gonna be here due to pranks and
- 12:00Speaker 1: you're gonna sit down? Always something wrong with him? So
- 12:04Speaker 1: sick of him? Man? Has it always been like that
- 12:06Speaker 1: since he was a little Tommy and every since he
- 12:08Speaker 1: was born? Well, I don't know what that money is born?
- 12:12Speaker 1: Since we found him? You stopped with that finding. I
- 12:18Speaker 1: tell people at all time, Orange prayed out in front
- 12:21Speaker 1: of the house. Tommy, his mom is your sister, Steve. Yeah,
- 12:29Speaker 1: don't look like none of us. His mom is your sister. Hello, Tommy,
- 12:34Speaker 1: don't look like none of us. You guys look alike.
- 12:38Speaker 1: We just ball hit it, Tommy. He just don't look
- 12:43Speaker 1: like us. Tommy can go in the shape. Look, man,
- 12:49Speaker 1: what's the problem. Frustrates nothing because he ain't here. You
- 12:54Speaker 1: get on my nerves. Well, Steve, you know, you guys
- 12:57Speaker 1: are busy. You're comedians, you're traveling, you know, you're doing
- 13:00Speaker 1: things outside of the radio show. So sometimes you're not
- 13:06Speaker 1: able to make it all the time. Sometimes, yeah, who
- 13:11Speaker 1: have most Sometimes here sometimes he doesn't just do it.
- 13:17Speaker 1: You agree to it. You alive because he's stupid though,
- 13:23Speaker 1: and that has to do with but you don't agree, Shirley,
- 13:28Speaker 1: I'm asking you back. Do you think Tommy is stupid?
- 13:33Speaker 1: I'm not behind his back, but okay, in his face.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Do you think when he's when he's here, I will
- 13:39Speaker 1: tell you, don't call him stupid behind his back? Do
- 13:42Speaker 1: you think he's stupid? Junior? Yeah? Absolutely, Jay? Do you
- 13:45Speaker 1: think he's stupid over there? He was on the other
- 13:51Speaker 1: team too. You saw what happened. Can I tell you
- 13:54Speaker 1: sometime he told me that that team timy team tom.
- 13:58Speaker 1: He don't know anything. Start with the T. Think it's right.
- 14:01Speaker 1: I don't know when you're going better get on this team.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Steve to be out of working right now. That's not nice.
- 14:09Speaker 1: That's not you're going in. That's not nice to say
- 14:13Speaker 1: about You didn't ask me. You didn't ask me because
- 14:16Speaker 1: all do you think Tommy stupid? Yes? Thank you? I
- 14:21Speaker 1: was just trying to Government is open, everybody that the
- 14:27Speaker 1: subject going back to work? Government is open and Netflix
- 14:32Speaker 1: in the close all right, it's time for something funny.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Junior's truth be told him, we'll talk about whatever else
- 14:40Speaker 1: is on our minds. You're listening to the Steve Harvey
- 14:44Speaker 1: Morning Show. All right, it's time for something funny. It's
- 14:47Speaker 1: time for Junior's truth be told. Then after that we're
- 14:50Speaker 1: gonna talk about drive through workers. Okay, stuff they here, yeah,
- 14:55Speaker 1: stuff they here every day. Come on, Junior, you got it.
- 14:58Speaker 1: I'll tell you what you know what I heard, I'll
- 15:03Speaker 1: tell you right now to be told. Ain't nobody boycotting Netflix.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Let's let's go ahead. I'm you know, I hear you.
- 15:13Speaker 1: I hear you. Great, Monique, I know what you're upset
- 15:15Speaker 1: about it. I got you. I can't but you don't
- 15:18Speaker 1: understand what Netflix means to a lot of people. For nine,
- 15:22Speaker 1: nine and nine a month. You ain't nowhere in the world.
- 15:24Speaker 1: We're fin get off of this. First of all, all
- 15:28Speaker 1: my come Fu movies is on Netflix. I'm not give
- 15:31Speaker 1: that up for this. Is that uh market, The Daily Dragon.
- 15:35Speaker 1: You can't find that movie nowhere else but on Netflix.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Here another thing, I'm in love with nark Hoast. The
- 15:43Speaker 1: whole sixth season of The Narkhoast is on there. And
- 15:46Speaker 1: if I want to go back if I want to
- 15:49Speaker 1: go back to the back of the day, all the
- 15:51Speaker 1: Martin episodes is on now. Now, I'm not gonna boycott
- 15:55Speaker 1: which that's the other thing. We can boycott, okay, but
- 15:58Speaker 1: it ain't gonna be Netflix, like like say, like, you know,
- 16:01Speaker 1: I want to boycott United. I'm with you. I'm with
- 16:05Speaker 1: you on that. They dragging people all playing litt boycott them. Okay,
- 16:08Speaker 1: we can. We can boycott that. Let's boycott this president,
- 16:12Speaker 1: we can boycott that. But but we'll go ahead and
- 16:16Speaker 1: try that. But what we're not gonna do is boycott Netflix.
- 16:19Speaker 1: I'm sorry. What we're gonna do with these kids? You've
- 16:23Speaker 1: seen kids on Netflix, the Kids Channel, all the stuff
- 16:27Speaker 1: that's on that man. Man, who's gonna attain these kids.
- 16:32Speaker 1: We're not gonna do that. You know how long we've
- 16:33Speaker 1: been with Netflix, man, since you got your movies in
- 16:36Speaker 1: the mail. We go way back, man, man. Oh, they
- 16:39Speaker 1: used to put the movies in the mail for seven
- 16:42Speaker 1: ninety nast yo yo, Davy, they show up at the house. Now,
- 16:46Speaker 1: all the content on land. We're just not gonna boycott this, right,
- 16:49Speaker 1: She's got to find something else that's called chill and
- 16:53Speaker 1: Netflix that's what couples get together. And and do you
- 16:57Speaker 1: know how many people don't go? Do you know, cousin,
- 17:00Speaker 1: let me tell you something. Do you know that got
- 17:03Speaker 1: every episode and locked up at a broad dog? I
- 17:07Speaker 1: can't let that go. I traveled too much. What if
- 17:10Speaker 1: I go over I need to know what not to do.
- 17:12Speaker 1: I can't go over there. Well, don't strap no drugs
- 17:17Speaker 1: the first thing we came first. Let me tell you
- 17:24Speaker 1: another thing. It's on Netflix that everybody like, all of
- 17:27Speaker 1: the un FO sightings is on that. I watched all
- 17:31Speaker 1: of them. I love the way that people talking about
- 17:35Speaker 1: the UFO. I'll tell you came down. It was right there.
- 17:37Speaker 1: I saw the life and they hovered and stayed right
- 17:40Speaker 1: there for two days. Ain't nobody, Yeah, ain't nobody letting
- 17:44Speaker 1: that go? You got to find something else to boycott Monique.
- 17:47Speaker 1: That's all we're saying here. Another reason I can't boycotting
- 17:53Speaker 1: the Case of Comedy is on Netflix. Hell, I'm gonna
- 17:57Speaker 1: let that go. In the game would just be unplugged.
- 18:07Speaker 1: Go look at me like I'm short. I can't let
- 18:09Speaker 1: all that go. No, no, no, we're not gonna let
- 18:12Speaker 1: all let go. No, we're not gonna stop one the
- 18:14Speaker 1: Sykes came out and responded to Monique via Twitter. First
- 18:18Speaker 1: of all, she thanked Monique for speaking up, and she
- 18:21Speaker 1: said that Netflix, this is Wanda talking now. Netflix offered
- 18:25Speaker 1: me less than half of your five hundred thousand dollars.
- 18:29Speaker 1: I was offended, but found another home hashtag epics, so
- 18:34Speaker 1: they offered her according to one to two d and
- 18:37Speaker 1: fifty thousand dollars. She said she was offended by that,
- 18:39Speaker 1: so she went someplace else with she should just go
- 18:42Speaker 1: someplace else and shut it, which the way to do it.
- 18:47Speaker 1: You know, this is a difficult spot for me because
- 18:49Speaker 1: of how I feel about Moten, So you know, it's
- 18:53Speaker 1: a tough spot. I wish it wasn't happening. I wish
- 18:58Speaker 1: she didn't have to be the torch bearl or for
- 19:00Speaker 1: all these causes. You know, I wish she wasn't fighting,
- 19:04Speaker 1: because you know that it's it's hard when you try
- 19:08Speaker 1: to be the torchbearer for all these causes. You know,
- 19:12Speaker 1: I've had to learn my lesson. I've done some stuff
- 19:14Speaker 1: publicly that was, i mean, just disastrous, and I just
- 19:18Speaker 1: had to live up to him. So now I try
- 19:20Speaker 1: to be a little bit more conscious of the fights.
- 19:23Speaker 1: I pick you pick your battle, your battle so well,
- 19:34Speaker 1: and what Wanda did was cool. She found another home.
- 19:37Speaker 1: You know, she didn't like the TV and punch TV
- 19:41Speaker 1: and get a deal because se Wanda didn't come out
- 19:46Speaker 1: and tell y'all what Netflix offered her, not until now. Yeah, yeah,
- 19:52Speaker 1: you know what I mean, I want my mom shouldn't
- 19:55Speaker 1: went on do some business somewhere. Sometimes in this business
- 19:59Speaker 1: is it is tough when you speak out against the business,
- 20:03Speaker 1: right But yeah, but but but then yeah, but then
- 20:07Speaker 1: you have a right to do that if you feel
- 20:10Speaker 1: that way. That's a good part about it. Yeah, if
- 20:12Speaker 1: you feel you've been wrong, you know. And I hear
- 20:15Speaker 1: what you're saying, Steve, But I mean, hey, she felt
- 20:19Speaker 1: like she wanted to do it, so she did it right.
- 20:22Speaker 1: You know, we got it, Jay, we got it, Folderime,
- 20:35Speaker 1: I get ready only just the New Black. It was
- 20:39Speaker 1: a big call. It was a big bold call on
- 20:42Speaker 1: her part, and it took some courage. Yeah, but she
- 20:45Speaker 1: did it. You know, you dinge watch just watch all
- 20:49Speaker 1: of it. Yeah, Monique has caught a lot of backlash
- 20:53Speaker 1: from it. Yeah, you know, I mean, I just I
- 20:56Speaker 1: think you have to watch it, especially with the way
- 20:58Speaker 1: social media is. Yeah, everybody's got a voice that didn't
- 21:03Speaker 1: have a voice before. M h. And it causes the
- 21:07Speaker 1: backlash can be greater than the results. And that's what
- 21:11Speaker 1: you have to be mindful of nowadays. I have to
- 21:14Speaker 1: remind myself of that all the time. Yeah, we just
- 21:18Speaker 1: got a tweet right here to Steve Listener said that
- 21:21Speaker 1: Monique when Wanda Sykes made her point. Now she totally
- 21:25Speaker 1: understands where Monique was coming from. Yeah, so is it
- 21:29Speaker 1: a black woman thing? Is it a right? You know,
- 21:31Speaker 1: it's you have to think about all that stuff, you know.
- 21:35Speaker 1: But anyway, um again, Jay, you're not by cutting netflick.
- 21:40Speaker 1: We get it, We get it now. Okay, that's all
- 21:43Speaker 1: I got coming up right after this, Nephew, Tommy's run
- 21:47Speaker 1: that prank back. You're listening to Steve Alright, nephew, it
- 21:54Speaker 1: is time for you to run that prank back. But

- 23:01Speaker 1: me tell you he is crazy about me. If anybody

- 23:07Speaker 1: he will lose it. Okay, Okay, what are we gonna do? What?
- 23:10Speaker 1: I'm so excited? Oh god, alright, okay you know what?
- 23:14Speaker 1: You know what? Okay? Take this out? Can you click

- 23:21Speaker 1: I can hold it from my phone. Is he gonna
- 23:22Speaker 1: be on the phone right? Yeah? I want I want
- 23:24Speaker 1: him to think that I got your phone. Okay, I'll
- 23:27Speaker 1: tell you what. You just click over. Get him on
- 23:29Speaker 1: the line. Just click over so when you click back,

- 27:24Speaker 1: You wanted to do you want to talk? Let Tony
- 27:27Speaker 1: decide if she want to talk to you or not? Okay,
- 27:30Speaker 1: here put Tony do you want do you want to do?
- 27:33Speaker 1: You want to talk? Don't even ask? I ain't known
- 27:36Speaker 1: you to man. You'll see what Tony want to do
- 27:41Speaker 1: on the phone. Hey, man, pull, I don't even know you. Man.
- 27:46Speaker 1: Put on the phone. You you scared to tell me
- 27:48Speaker 1: your name? Tony? You want to talk to him? Hell? Yeah,
- 27:50Speaker 1: you want to talk to me? Man, I don't need
- 27:52Speaker 1: no idea, keep asking, no jump question. You're the phone
- 27:55Speaker 1: phone to Tony? Here she is? Man? Yeah, he hay,
- 28:00Speaker 1: go to it, baby, I'll have time for games. Were
- 28:06Speaker 1: you when that's all you got to kill me? Maybe
- 28:08Speaker 1: that's calmed down. I got something. Are you listen to me?
- 28:12Speaker 1: Maybe you gotta listen to me. Are you listening? Listen
- 28:15Speaker 1: to me real carefully? Okay, where you a baby? Are
- 28:19Speaker 1: you listening to me? Yes, I'm listening. Maybe you just
- 28:22Speaker 1: got frank by nephew. Charlie. I'm laughing right now. I
- 28:33Speaker 1: love you, Okay, girl? Can you hear home? That's cool?
- 28:39Speaker 1: You got me? You got me? I think he got
- 28:41Speaker 1: a little hot what y'all? Yeah, I'm just that's mission accomplishes.
- 28:46Speaker 1: What that is? That's that's mission that the old folks say, rightly.
- 28:49Speaker 1: So one day, one day I might get a little
- 28:54Speaker 1: bud whoop ah. It's kind of come. You might have
- 28:56Speaker 1: happen that you you. Tommy did say it right though.
- 29:01Speaker 1: He said, I'm gonna get my little butt with one day.
- 29:05Speaker 1: Keyword little. He know that I got your trash. Didn't
- 29:10Speaker 1: you hit somebody with a night with a microphone? Base
- 29:13Speaker 1: of it? Milflis, Tennessee, Tennessee, Holland boulevard. I saw it
- 29:25Speaker 1: was in the back of the man, sweetheart busted him
- 29:31Speaker 1: dead in the head with the base of a microphone.
- 29:34Speaker 1: What happened? Jathan Brown was on stage the guy was heckling.
- 29:40Speaker 1: Jay got the best of the Jay lit him up.
- 29:43Speaker 1: That dude said, I'll come up there and kick your ass. Now,
- 29:46Speaker 1: I'll tell you that right now, you ain't gonna talk
- 29:49Speaker 1: me like that. And Jay said, sir, you're not gonna
- 29:52Speaker 1: come up here with nobody there. I'm just letting you
- 29:55Speaker 1: know that right there. And so it was, sir, laugher
- 30:00Speaker 1: Lots was a really cool comedy called play was a
- 30:02Speaker 1: movie theater. You know how to floor slant it and
- 30:07Speaker 1: it had a little orchestra pit. And the dude came
- 30:10Speaker 1: down and climbed cross the little rail and started climbing
- 30:14Speaker 1: up on the stage. Jay took the base of that
- 30:16Speaker 1: microphone and just tapped him in the forehead. Centers asked,
- 30:21Speaker 1: falling right back down. It don't take much with the
- 30:23Speaker 1: base of a microstafe, just a little top. He didn't like,
- 30:26Speaker 1: try to kill a dude cock it back. He just
- 30:29Speaker 1: took it that. He took both hands and just stabbed
- 30:33Speaker 1: the base at him. Coming up our National News, you're
- 30:39Speaker 1: listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. Steve, So here's the question,
- 30:46Speaker 1: what do you think about the blame game for the
- 30:48Speaker 1: government shutdown? Of course it's Republicans versus Democrats. Right now,
- 30:52Speaker 1: do you think with all that has happened, this is
- 30:55Speaker 1: a wake up call for voters from the two thousand
- 30:58Speaker 1: and sixteen election. Republicans have proposed a funding extension. Uh,
- 31:03Speaker 1: They're gonna give it till February eight, with a firm
- 31:06Speaker 1: commitment to Democrats to take up the dreamer's issue separately
- 31:11Speaker 1: and very soon, and if it hasn't been addressed by
- 31:14Speaker 1: then February eight, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has committed
- 31:18Speaker 1: to talking about DOCCA on that date. This is important
- 31:22Speaker 1: to note as Democrats have been insisting on long term
- 31:26Speaker 1: protections for Dreamers, young immigrants who were brought to the
- 31:29Speaker 1: US illegally by their parents as children. To me, this
- 31:37Speaker 1: whole thing is just political position all of it. Once
- 31:42Speaker 1: we elect these people into these political offices, then the
- 31:45Speaker 1: politics begin. There's nothing we can do about when they
- 31:50Speaker 1: start doing this political positioning, because it's all becomes what
- 31:54Speaker 1: they want, what we want, and they and you can
- 31:57Speaker 1: see what they're doing to get what we want. To
- 32:00Speaker 1: get what they want, they put it in a way
- 32:03Speaker 1: where we gotta give something so they can give that.
- 32:06Speaker 1: But it gets to a point where every time where
- 32:09Speaker 1: there is no more compromise. Now we have a government shutdown.
- 32:13Speaker 1: Eight hundred thousand people's jobs are affected by this. Okay,
- 32:18Speaker 1: So now then the back blame game begins. Ain't point
- 32:22Speaker 1: it's it's it's the Shumer shutdown. It's the Trump shutdown.
- 32:27Speaker 1: It is the Trump shutdown. He said it on Fox
- 32:32Speaker 1: and Friends last year talking about President Obama and the shutdown.
- 32:38Speaker 1: It clearly rests on the shoulder of the commander in chief,
- 32:42Speaker 1: whoever is president. The blame has to fall on the
- 32:45Speaker 1: president because it is his job to bring all parties
- 32:49Speaker 1: to the table to discuss and make a deal. He
- 32:52Speaker 1: showed it on Fox. CNN has been showing it Fox
- 32:59Speaker 1: all in Lord, Fox ain't showed it out time. Fox
- 33:05Speaker 1: act like they ain't got the footage. Fox with Fox
- 33:09Speaker 1: News all the Fox act like he never said that.
- 33:13Speaker 1: They won't play it back. But that's what he said.
- 33:17Speaker 1: So we are all falling victim to politics right now.
- 33:21Speaker 1: And it's ridiculous because and then the child health health
- 33:26Speaker 1: care program is being placed up against the Docker program,
- 33:30Speaker 1: So we're pitting children against children. We'll give you chip
- 33:33Speaker 1: if you let go a doctor, We'll give you a doctor.
- 33:36Speaker 1: But we need vote. It's ridiculous what they're doing. We
- 33:40Speaker 1: have to vote. I think the Women's March this weekend
- 33:43Speaker 1: is going to have a major impact on the upcoming
- 33:46Speaker 1: election because when women unite and bad women control stuff.
- 33:50Speaker 1: Let me explay some pillow talk at night with these
- 33:56Speaker 1: Republicans and Democrats. What your wife is saying in your ear,
- 33:59Speaker 1: you us to listen to it or else Guess what
- 34:03Speaker 1: you keep coming home to that unhappy house. When women
- 34:06Speaker 1: get together and start deciding we're not gonna head, it's
- 34:09Speaker 1: no more. See women are concerned about the immigration and
- 34:13Speaker 1: doctor and chill because they're the mother of these children.
- 34:17Speaker 1: All right, Steve, we gotta go to Missan now with
- 34:20Speaker 1: our headlines, Junior, do to honors today, Yes, sir, ladies
- 34:24Speaker 1: and gentlemen, miss a and trip. Thank you, junior, Thank
- 34:28Speaker 1: you everybody out there. This is a trip with the news. Okay, yes,
- 34:30Speaker 1: you heard a little bit about it. Here it goes.
- 34:32Speaker 1: The federal government shutdown is over. Members of the U. S.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Senate okay to bipartisan deal yesterday to end the shutdown,
- 34:38Speaker 1: and the President signed it. It's pretty much the same
- 34:41Speaker 1: as the one rejected four days ago, except that the
- 34:43Speaker 1: end date is different. The new stop gap funding measure
- 34:46Speaker 1: provides for a period of wasn one week shorter than
- 34:49Speaker 1: the other one, so it only last until February eight,
- 34:52Speaker 1: with the promise from the Republicans that the issues involving
- 34:54Speaker 1: immigration are going to be discussed before any newer government
- 34:57Speaker 1: funding bill is approved as expected, both is acting like winners.
- 35:01Speaker 1: Here are Arkansas Republican Tom Cotton and then Michigan Democrat
- 35:04Speaker 1: Gary Peters. Shutting down the government driving American citizens of
- 35:07Speaker 1: services because you want amnesty for illegal immigrants is a
- 35:10Speaker 1: massive political blunder. This is a commitment that was done
- 35:14Speaker 1: on the floor of the Senate, on the record for
- 35:17Speaker 1: the American people to see. The measure also includes a
- 35:21Speaker 1: six year renewal of the Children's Health Insurance program and
- 35:24Speaker 1: delay certain healthcare related taxes under OBAMACAREA. Nevertheless, immigration activists
- 35:28Speaker 1: and many Democrats, professive progressive Democrats feel the Democrats you
- 35:32Speaker 1: have stood their ground. The Democrats say they want a
- 35:34Speaker 1: new deal by February eight, but the GOP is now
- 35:36Speaker 1: saying the real deadline is March five, because that's when
- 35:39Speaker 1: President Trump has ordered the DOCTA program to end. President
- 35:42Speaker 1: Trump couldn't resist bragging that the Republicans had best of
- 35:45Speaker 1: the Democrats on Twitter. Meanwhile, though there's still no deal.
- 35:49Speaker 1: If there is no deal on or about February eight,
- 35:51Speaker 1: then the federal workers will experience the same situation then
- 35:54Speaker 1: that they faced yesterday. Some federal workers went to their
- 35:57Speaker 1: jobs so they could be told formally to go home.
- 35:59Speaker 1: Others work or an't sure they get paid. And still
- 36:01Speaker 1: others heard this when they called to check. There is
- 36:03Speaker 1: a temporary shutdown of the U. S. Government due to
- 36:07Speaker 1: elapse in appropriation, so we might hear that. I guess
- 36:10Speaker 1: we'll see in three weeks. A magnitude eight point to
- 36:13Speaker 1: earthquake off Alaska has prompted a tsunami warnings. That's right
- 36:17Speaker 1: for coastal Alaska and British Columbia this morning, and the
- 36:20Speaker 1: rest of the U S. West Coast talking about California
- 36:23Speaker 1: and Washington also under a tsunami watch this morning. Kanye
- 36:28Speaker 1: West and his wife Kim Kardashian have selected a name
- 36:31Speaker 1: for their newest child. Kim made the announcement on Twitter,
- 36:34Speaker 1: and it's Chicago. So now the only week old Chicago
- 36:37Speaker 1: West will join her two year old brother st West
- 36:40Speaker 1: and her sister Northwest sad news. Legendary South African musician
- 36:44Speaker 1: Hugh Masskela has died. His family says he died after
- 36:48Speaker 1: a long battle against prostate cancer. He's best known for
- 36:51Speaker 1: his night hit Grazed in the Grass. You Massa Kayla
- 37:01Speaker 1: was seventy eight years old. And finally, today is National
- 37:05Speaker 1: Pie Day, National Handwriting Day, and National Measure your feet Day.

- 39:50Speaker 1: I don't know really on the real I don't know

- 40:23Speaker 1: him decide not to use you all? You think I
- 40:25Speaker 1: don't know. He's been he did the house show, he
- 40:29Speaker 1: did more time than anybody else. He could have allowed
- 40:31Speaker 1: us to do what we want to do. Do you
- 40:34Speaker 1: think he's trying to separate himself from you too and
- 40:36Speaker 1: just become known as you know Thomas Miles. But what

- 41:14Speaker 1: It's three of us were comedians, were highly decorated. Take
- 41:18Speaker 1: five subject put them on the wheel wedge. Stop, we'll
- 41:21Speaker 1: do the damn thing. That's how good we are. Do it?
- 41:24Speaker 1: Do it now? All right, let's go comedy rule. Here
- 41:27Speaker 1: we go with the subjects. Number one, people who have

- 41:36Speaker 1: Number two, babies that don't look like their dad. Who's
- 41:43Speaker 1: the father? Baby show? We are doing in? Number three?
- 41:49Speaker 1: Fat guys that won't button that middle button? Yeah? Okay?
- 41:56Speaker 1: Number four, what's that thing on your lip right here?
- 42:00Speaker 1: Or what is that? What is that? Number five? Just
- 42:04Speaker 1: not not not all right? Come on, spend the wheel
- 42:10Speaker 1: for his place? There you go, that thing in your

- 42:27Speaker 1: Fat guys that weren't button back middle button? What is
- 42:30Speaker 1: the deal with that? Let's go, highly decorated comedians on
- 42:34Speaker 1: this ship. What is the deal with that? It looked
- 42:36Speaker 1: like looking at you in the middle of that ship.
- 42:42Speaker 1: Don't you feel that breeze on your good don't? They
- 42:46Speaker 1: don't do it, They don't button it. They don't. But
- 42:50Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you people who don't button that middle button.
- 42:54Speaker 1: I've seen it so many times. But the deacon who

- 43:44Speaker 1: even when they button it, you can see the buttons
- 43:46Speaker 1: almost if the button has a face and it's holding
- 43:50Speaker 1: two feet of cloth together and it's saying, please help
- 43:54Speaker 1: me help, I'm doing thea can The whole is good.

- 45:05Speaker 1: it's not so bad that is open. It's really sad
- 45:09Speaker 1: when the shirt starts to come up just a little bit,
- 45:12Speaker 1: and you see full good like straight across, just straight, straight, straight,

- 55:14Speaker 1: You're gonna love it. Well, so listen to everybody, Just
- 55:17Speaker 1: so we're clear, the government shutdown is officially over. The
- 55:22Speaker 1: government opens back up. Thank god. They're not even gonna
- 55:26Speaker 1: post at the government open So wow. I don't know,
- 55:31Speaker 1: but that's it. Listen. Despite the protest marches and all
- 55:36Speaker 1: of that, President Trump thinks, because he has delivered on
- 55:39Speaker 1: some of his campaign promises, the tax reform bill uh
- 55:43Speaker 1: is signed, and the stock market is up, voters will
- 55:46Speaker 1: turn out in November for the mid term elections. That's
- 55:49Speaker 1: what he thinks. So what do you think they're calling
- 55:52Speaker 1: him president? Hide and tweets because m I A. During
- 55:58Speaker 1: the whole shutdown situation, that's the first time he know
- 56:03Speaker 1: what to do the president, and they played he don't
- 56:10Speaker 1: know what to do? You know what to say? He
- 56:12Speaker 1: had down. He's not he's not political. He didn't know
- 56:15Speaker 1: how to stop it or nothing. So he this is
- 56:18Speaker 1: the first time he went yeah, man, Steve. They're saying
- 56:25Speaker 1: he's irrelevant. He was irrelevant in the negotiation as the president. Irrelevant, Yeah,
- 56:31Speaker 1: because he don't know what to do. He's not presidential.
- 56:33Speaker 1: Take heed to your own words. The same thing you
- 56:36Speaker 1: said about Obama. Where are you man? He has atleast
- 56:39Speaker 1: Obama was trying to handle it, and he was front
- 56:41Speaker 1: and center when down. Yeah, he didn't find and he
- 56:45Speaker 1: updated the American people around going on. But everybody was
- 56:48Speaker 1: in front of a camera talking except Trump. Except Trump,
- 56:53Speaker 1: he was tweeting. I felt bad for Sarah Huckaby Sanders.
- 56:56Speaker 1: She was in front of every camera every day for
- 56:59Speaker 1: I mean, I thought she was cracking that you can constantly.
- 57:03Speaker 1: She's not gonna be able to handle it. Man, She's
- 57:06Speaker 1: done well so far. She's lasted long. Sean Spicer, no, no,
- 57:13Speaker 1: Spicy was giving it to the people. Yeah, he cracked
- 57:16Speaker 1: under the pressure. But she doesn't look like she's I'm
- 57:19Speaker 1: looking at bending I make up any mission and she

- 57:50Speaker 1: had a break. Yeah, she just every nine and she

- 58:56Speaker 1: He is so patient with me, and he spoils me.
- 59:00Speaker 1: I love this man and I want to be more
- 59:03Speaker 1: affectionate with him, but I can't because his darn breath stinks.
- 59:08Speaker 1: We have been off and on for two years, and
- 59:11Speaker 1: his breath is a part of the reason the sex
- 59:14Speaker 1: is great. But I have to keep my head in
- 59:16Speaker 1: the pillow because of his breath. He kisses and leaves
- 59:20Speaker 1: a smell on my neck. He won't go get his
- 59:24Speaker 1: teeth checked, even though he's got good insurance. I mean,
- 59:28Speaker 1: the odor is bad and it hits you hard, especially
- 59:32Speaker 1: in the morning. Oh boy, my three year old daughter
- 59:35Speaker 1: is even asked him to brush his teeth. Now, don't
- 59:39Speaker 1: get me wrong, I have brought this up numerous times,
- 59:42Speaker 1: and I'm about to make him a dental appointment. I'm
- 59:45Speaker 1: about to let it all out and say, baby, your
- 59:48Speaker 1: breath is terrible, and you know it. Please help. I
- 59:52Speaker 1: love this man, but this odor is tearing our relationship apart. Girl.
- 59:58Speaker 1: I don't know how you hung in there for two years.
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: I just I don't understand it. What do you mean?
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: You know you're you're about to to make him a
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: dental appointment. Make him a dental appointment. Don't make it,
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: do it now. You gotta let this all out. Tell
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: him if you have to go with him, if he's
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: afraid to go to the dentist, and a lot of
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: people are. They don't like the drills and all that.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: And I'm sure he's gonna need all that, every all
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: the equipment in the dentist's office. He'll probably need it
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: at this point. But you know, maybe he is afraid.
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: Maybe he doesn't know how important this is to you.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: I mean, and I don't see why it's not important
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: to him, But I got a difference with you on
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: some things. You said that he's so handsome sexy. No, no, no, no,
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: he's not sexy. Thank breath, funky breath. That is not sexy.
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: So stop saying he's sexy. Stopped thinking that unclean, unclean
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: mouth is not sexy. Uh, you know what is sexy.
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: I'll tell you clean breath, fresh breaths, fresh smelling breath.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: I love kids because kids are so honest without even
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: knowing about it. Even your three year old baby told
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: him to brush your teeth. So what is wrong with you?
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: Mommy makes that dental appointment. Tell him, in no uncertain terms,
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: you cannot be with this man if his breath is
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: smelling like this and he won't do anything about it.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: Steve you, Stephen Sherley, My man is so handsome, sexy,
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: very smart and loved by everyone. All this distributed, All

- 1:01:36Speaker 1: He walked in the room, he got a swagger. He
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: can be very smart. The boy had been to school, college,
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: maybe he got it together, and he is loved by
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: everyone right up till he opened his damn mouth exactly
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: and all that you just said he was, he ain't

- 1:02:22Speaker 1: little by every man. Uh, he's so patient with him.
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: He spawled the girl. He loved him. Man, but his breath, don't.
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: We've been off and on for two years. Yeah, you've
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: been off and on for two years because I can't
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: nobody stay only for two years. You got to take
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: a break. You're gonna be in an offer and on
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: relationship with somebody breath because you just can't stay in
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: it every damn day. Let's break up for two weeks
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: so I can breathe. That's why your relationship is off
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: and on. And it's off and on because his breath
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: is always and you're thinking them two weeks. Maybe when
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: you come back, it will be different. It's worse bad
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: breath only get worse down. Didn't you have this experience
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: back in the way, back in the day, oh with
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: this girl. Yeah, yeah, it ain't last long. The sex
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: is great, but I gotta keep my head in the pillar.
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: I can't even enjoy mind with my head in the pit.
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: Needs you to breathe. I like fresh air when I'm
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: doing in my head in the pillar. Something happened. I failed.
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: You don't something else that's going on, but what it is,
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: I gotta keep my head in the pillow case. His
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: kisses leave a smell on my neck. Okay, so now
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: salmon mouth just over his mouth smelled like trout. He
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: don't set up here and there and lick you on
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: your neck. Your next smell like his mouth because mullet mom,
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: punch mouth ass mouth set up in him and put
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: his ass on your neck. That's a hard man. When
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: your got it's hard. That's a dangerous that's a dangerous.
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: He won't go get a teeth check, even though he's
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: got good. In short, the older is bad and it
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: hits you hard, Yes it does, because you'll never be
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: ready for it. Come all out of his bow. And good.
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: He got his this older coat. He talking from his colding.
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: His colding, it's coming up through his esophagods is out
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: his mouth. But yo, does yo, but have tongue and teeth.
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: This man's mouth is a giant butt hole with teeth
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: and a tongue. My three year old daughter has even
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: asked him to brush his teeth when the baby nowhere?
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: Ain't you know when? Because the baby don't have no
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: other things? That what is? Hey? Listen, yeah, yo, baby,
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: you what you can talk to me? I don't want
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: to hug. Come on, get come on, come on, give
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: me a hug. Baby, Come here. Man, you daughter don't
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: ever dude like I said, she don't want to come
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: over that she did too close. Now, don't get me wrong.
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: If there's something numerous times, I'm about to make him
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: a dental appointment. This ain't nothing. You can make an appointment. Folk.
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: You gotta take him down there. You gotta get him
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: in the car, tell him y'all going to a hotel
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: for eat for a day a while, set and drive
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: it right up to the dinner's office. Yeah, he's gotta
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: get insurance, she said. I'm about to let it all
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: out and say, baby, your breath is terrible, and you
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: know it. It's been two years. How you ain't saying
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: it yet? Sitting up in mouth smell like hot guards.
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: You ever walked past a dumpster and smell it in
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: the summertime? You go, whoa, that's his brother. Now here's
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: some suggestions. All the meals you cook him should be
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: in pinsaw. What stop using gree diet. Listen to me chicken,
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: You fry his chicken and past it's gonna taste totally different.
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: But it's the only way I could think to help him.
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: Get yourself a fire stinguisher. And when you come to you,
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: when his mouth open to kiss, just fireing. Fine that
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: in his mouth. It's gonna freeze his tongue, but it'll
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: be all difference. Yeah, here's another one. Have for dinner.
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: Have a dinners come to the house for dinner. We're
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: the suitcase. I'm just trying to think of stuff that
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: you could do. Cooking his food and pass al is
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: a good start. That's a really good stuff. Turn he
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: opened his mouth, just fired it, cooking fire stingers. Get
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: the one with your separate holes over the two. Oh man,
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: you know what is that? I'm like you need. Here's
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: something else you need to do. Now this is really wrong.
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: Oh really, this one's wrong. But this is just the
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: last in his bottle of listery, Poe half of the
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: house and pole acid. Yeah, that is wrong. What he
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: needed to do. He needs an acid washing, he kind
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: of he got to get his mouth saying. You need
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: something that takes some of that namel off the teeth.
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: Maybe take a roll of skiing off his tones. You
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: need to burnish jaw line out. He need to start over.
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: He needs to start over. So half a bottle of listery,
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: half a bottler ask ye, and just burned his mouth out.
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: He ain't gonna swallow, don't know about to swallow listery now,
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: so he's gonna switch it around and there and he
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: ain't'na understand what the burn he needed? What about when
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: he spits it out? Now, when he spits it out,
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: you've got to give him some water to going in
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: and fight the ascid. You gonna have to get him
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: to the hospital, all right, Steve, we gotta go email
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: us her Instagram. That's your thoughts on today's strawberry letter
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: at my girls, Shirley and join me. Please This Thursday
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: for our Strawberry Letter Live after show on Facebook at
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: one thirty pm Eastern Time. You're listening to the Steve
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve, Well, the NFC champs,
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: the Philadelphia Eagles will take on the a f C
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: champs in New England Patriots at the Super Bowl. Hello. Yeah,
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: the Eagles fans partied in the streets taking over South Philly.
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: Eagles fan channing it's our year, It's our year. And
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: did you hear about the Crisco Cops? Did you hear
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: about that? They're the police officers in Philly who are
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: actually agrees the light poles with Chris go to prevent
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: fans from climbing up you know how the fans climbed
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: climb of the climb. I feel like poles. Yeah. I mean,
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: it's one thing to win, but then you got to
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: clean up the city stuff. That's just not right. That's smart,
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: Chris Cops, Chris, Yeah, shout out to the city of
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: brotherly Love. That would be great. They had a capability
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: to beating the Patriots. They really do. They really do,
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: especially in in in the Super Bowl in in Minnesota.
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: It's gonna be indoors. It's gonna be nice weather because
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: it's an indoor stadium. So I mean, Philly got the
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: team to do it. Philly got a great defense, they
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: got a great running game. Uh, you know, they know
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: how to play Nick Foles. Nick Foles was was a
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: good quarterback before Wentz got there. So I was a
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: Philly fan. But man, now I'm just all Philly. What
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: happened to jack to me? Man? He heard me. Man,
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: they had it, but they relaxed, they changed, They changed
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: their approach in the second half. They had that lead,
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: they just running the ball on first down with for
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: uh and and they just got to be predictable. You
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: know what. I didn't like that they did. They took
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: that knee with a minute left in the second quarter,
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: going at a halftime. They could have took that ball
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: with then they got some more points. They could have
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: took the ball down there they had he was scared
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: of the end and they had that bad punt and
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: then they had them two penalties. It was you got
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: and Jacksonville had him. Man Bottles was playing. I don't
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: know why he gets the flak he get, but Bottles,
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: the quarterback was playing, man, he was he was bawling
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: them boys was bawling. They should have never lost. Man.
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: But that thing that Tom Brady has the second half
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: that he just he don't panic, man, and he just
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: he just he had you gotta lucky break even with
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: his hard hand. Huh. That was nothing that but he
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: just did. Man, Come on, is he is? He can
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: throw that damn ball. Man, it's gone. You can say
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: what you want to say. That boy bad. That's a
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: bad boy. And he's forty Steve is Yeah, he's in
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: a bad white boy Hall of Fame. Yes he is anything.
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: So you guys are going to be watching the super Bowl, Yeah,
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: February for right now? Yea, some having chicken wings at
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: Steve's house for every year I've been going to the Caymans.
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: But oh yeah, that's right. I've been going to the
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: Caymans every year. And hey, can I say one last
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: thing about this Netflix thing? Ahead here, Here is what
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: has to happen. If you're going to call for a
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: boycott of Netflix, that has to be some type of
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: plan of action. I mean, is there a petition? Is
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: there sign this paper if you're willing to let go
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: of your Netflix subscription so you can give it to
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: Netflix and say, hey, Look, if I don't get my
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: money up, or if I don't get we don't get
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: better treatment, then you're gonna lose one and a half
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: million subscribers. That then you have their attention. But if
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: we don't have a plan of action, see two boycott Netflix.
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: Do you want them to a cancel their subscription? Be
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: stop watching or see what what do you want them
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: to do in the boycott? Because when you say let's
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: boycott Netflix, okay, so we're gonna quit watching it or
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: we're gonna unsubscribe to it. And how do we know
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: if you're the boycott is effective? That's what I mean.
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: But you have to have something, a point to attach
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: other than that, it's just a random cry for help,
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: and you gotta give people somewhere to go. It's like
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: the uh what you're saying? So she could take that
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: to Netflix and they could say, oh wow, all these
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: people because of Monique. Yeah, maybe we should look at
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: her a little differently now. So if you got a
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: million signatures and it's Netflix is nine dollars, that's nine
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: million dollars gone this year, next year and the year after,
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: they're na they're listening if you have a valid point.
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: But if there's no point to it, there's no plan
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: of attack nowhere to attach it to. It's just a
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: random act, a solo renegade move, and I don't think
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: it will have any effect at all. That's what you
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: have to have if like you know, when she's saying
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: the beginning of middle and an end the end, you know,
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: man like Shopton comes on and asked us for that
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: action network to do something. He has a petition a march.
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: We're gonna show up, We're gonna do this, We're gonna
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: do that. It's something has to be a plan of action.
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: There's no plan of action national networks. He says it,
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: that's your national network. Did you have to say that
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: right now? I mean, he's the most inappropriate fired him.
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: I did not stop saying that about me. You don't
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: want him. We're having a serious moment. I provided an opportunity.
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: You brought Reverend Allen to it, and he said, what network?
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: I said it? What is that important? Right now? But
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: that's moment. But to him thought, he'll think where he speaking?
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: Never is that a question? Carla really undecorated comedian's so stupidated.
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: I have not accomplished nothing but Steve heard you anyway.
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: Imagine that you're listening to Steve Harvey Morning showy uh,
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: what what do you have for us? This is things
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: you shouldn't tell your kids when their pets are about
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: to die. What well, everybody who has a child has
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: probably experienced when a pet has passed on. Pet is
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: no longer like a goldfish or hamster. They don't last
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: long or ants. The kid has broken up. And these
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: are things you shouldn't tell a kid when the hamster dies. Okay, okay,
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: ran away, he ran away. He's not here anymore. He
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: just ran away. He's gone. You shouldn't tell You should
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: not tell him he ran away, and that that's not
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: that's not. He didn't he didn't hope, he didn't like
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: living him no more. You go too far. The truth
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: is he went to be with another family. You tell
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: your kids this, Jack, it's just too crowded here. It's
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: just so wrong. He had to go to school too,
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: So he's going to school. He's not. He hain't going
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: to school. You you just fed him too much. You
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: you over fand him right said, you shouldn't tell him.
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: He left to go take care of his mom and
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: dad because they're sick, so that's why he's not here. Mom,
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: Tell are you crazy drawing out conversation with this boy
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: about this him? Man would about well listen, little Cindy
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: down down the street needed some gloves. God, I don't
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: believe either one of you said what you just said.
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: And you know better, Mr. He was a bad gold fish.
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: He had to go to jail. What did he do
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: to be bad? Really slimming the wrong way in the
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: bowl my dog? My parent didn't say nothing like that
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: to me. When Kinky left. My mama told me going
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: in the room with all that crack, make it too much?
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: No his stories on. But Kinky girn though you can't.
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: If I can't hit the stary gon kinky star with
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: a k that's kids do too. The two ks will
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: be listening to him. Yeah, I didn't, I ain't. I
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: ain't hear all that. Man. I had a goldfish and
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: I had it last about two weeks. I was hurt.
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: I told my father that my goldfish, that boy fish die.
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: We all looking at like that boy fish, that fish
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: to one day we have fish to night. You think
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: they're looking at it? You ain't. You ain't got no more.
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: You don't about look at the bright side. You don't
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: have the responsibilities. Wo. You gold fish want to be outside.
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: But you know what, you could go in and try
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: to replace the pet with your parents at They can
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: tell right away that ain't the same. They tell they
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: ain't doing. I killed the gold fish one time. I like,
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: I've always had fish. I love fish, and what had
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: What I did was, you know, you know, to remember
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: that little fish flake food that used coming to look
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: like a little salt container. I had messed around and
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: I had to take care of my fish with my
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: paper rounding pop bottle, hustle, my father, that's your fish,
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: you pay for mess around and knocked the flakes over
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: in the water one day, so I had to get
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: him out. So I went in the kitchen. What looked
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: like a flake that a fisher eat. I threw over
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: in there some pepper flakes. Fish been into that red
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: crushed pepper flakes. His eyes got twice. Say the shock
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: that was on that damn because will over eat. That's
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: another thing you ate the inside out of here there
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: sad don't really pepper looked like white and white. Yeah,
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: so I figured he had no tongue. It ain't gonna
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: burn his tongue, So go here, and he should eat
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: anything you put in there. They will grit. Still. I
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: don't care what you put in there. Horn, Yeah you
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: put it, Yeah, you put anything. They don't know. They
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: just eat it. They don't care. And they died. That's
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: what my dad said. I had a dog. His name
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: was my dog. That was his name, my dog, dog Dog.
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: And I said, sir, have you seen my dog? Well,
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: what's the name my dog? So they already knew you
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: was crazy. So so when my dog died, my dad said,
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: if he did, okay, just doesn't worry. But he did, Yeah,
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: he got, he got. Don't don't worry about it. No,
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: I couldn't. I couldn't crab. Some black parents are not
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: sympathetic with it. They don't care. Actually, yeah, sending a
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: bit talking about the damn fish. I got one more
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: month of work for Star Snow and then we were
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: out for a month. About food anymore anyway, Yeah, that's cold.
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: I come around there crying back. Can't give four days
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: in a row. Hey, hey, hey, you're gonna be outside
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: and can't your house. That's why it's gonna be, if
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: you'll shut up out it. No, I did name King King. Yeah,
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: like now, I named him because I want his name
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: to be a k too o king. Yes. And a
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: little poodle. Oh yeah, get a little poodle. But he
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: wouldn't shave like the poodle get around kinky. Yeah, he
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: wouldn't shave like no poodle. Like. Nah. We had the money,
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: we got it. We got it from a white dad.
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: How how did he die? I don't know. I ain't
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: had but maybe I like a year. I don't really know.
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: I ain't know how dogs dad, I ain't. I wasn't
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: umber seven. Okay, more craziness when we come back right
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: after this, I know your dog day. We just made
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: that up. You're listening to Steve Morning Show. Have you
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: guys seen Sierra's Instagram post about single women? Uh, it's
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: stirring up a lot of social media debate. Uh, Carlo,
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: you know how much you love Sierra. I love to
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: see you dance like Sierra the whole bit. Well. Uh yeah,
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: Sierra's marriage to Russell Wilson is a hashtag relationship goals
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: for most. However, she made a few people, I guess
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: a little upset with her recent post about single women.
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: She posted a clip of pastor John Gray giving a
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: sermon with the video title too many women want to
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: be married, but you're walking in the spirit of girlfriend
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: and the caption Sierra wrote hashtag level up, don't settle.
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: Some felt the message shame single women and uh Sierra
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: quickly started trending on Twitter. One user who disagreed tweeted,
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: um level up. These types of messages are so toxic
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: to women. Your value does not depend on a man
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: wanting you, and marriage is not the be all and
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: end all. Stay away from that one. H Yeah, I
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: think that Sierra what she meant, she meant. She shouldn't
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: have said it like that. She should have talked about
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: her past. You know, she had baby from futures in
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: some crazy relationships, and she should have said that part first,
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: and then people will probably understand and relate to her
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: where she's coming from because we, you know, we as women,
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: surely you'll agree. We've all been in bad relationships with
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: me and we chalk it up to the game. We
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: try to and not settle and set he was trying
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: to do. She was trying to do a She was
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: trying to do it. Beyonce, all the single ladies. If
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: if he likes to let him put a ring on it,
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: that sort of thing. And but it didn't come off
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: that way, and it came off like, you know, I'm married. Now,
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: you know, you ladies are single, you must not be
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: doing the right thing. That's how the single ladies take it. Yeah.
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: But yeah, and and that's not what she meant meant.
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: This is a question. Could she have meant, don't allow
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: a man to make you just a girlfriend if you
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: want more than that. Yeah, exactly, yeah, exactly, that's exactly
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: what she meant. That's what from right, because you know, yeah,
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: a woman doesn't most some women don't realize this. But
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: you can get what you want from relationships because you're
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: the deciding and the controlling factor. I'm surprised you you
- 1:26:16Speaker 1: decided to stay away from that one, Steve, you wrote
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: the books. You know, well, I mean, what she's talking about,
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: the standards. But if they've already pushed back, what I
- 1:26:27Speaker 1: don't want to do is get in the middle of
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: that and and be a part of the pushback, because
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: you know, I can understand where she's coming from. I
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: think it was taken out of context. And so now
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: see as soon as you tell somebody, as soon as
- 1:26:44Speaker 1: someone hears something that affects them and in a negative way.
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: Then you get the comments like you know, being married
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: is not the end all. That's a dangerous thing for
- 1:26:56Speaker 1: women thinking that they need a man. So I just
- 1:26:59Speaker 1: stay away from you when you married, right when you're outside.
- 1:27:03Speaker 1: Look if you don't want all right, Absolutely, that's what
- 1:27:08Speaker 1: the lady said. Your value does not depend on a
- 1:27:10Speaker 1: man wanting you, and marriage is not the end all
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: be all. That's what one of the women who responded said.
- 1:27:15Speaker 1: He shouldn't respond, Sierra did, He says to those who
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: didn't get her message in a note on the Graham,
- 1:27:22Speaker 1: I was one that girl wanting to be loved a
- 1:27:24Speaker 1: certain way, but was making the wrong choices. I found
- 1:27:27Speaker 1: myself at my lowest moment. I was a single mom
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: sitting at home, and then I realized that the perfect
- 1:27:32Speaker 1: love I was looking for was how God loves me,
- 1:27:34Speaker 1: how he wants me to be loved, and who he
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: was calling me to be as a mom and as
- 1:27:38Speaker 1: a woman. That's when I realized, married or not married,
- 1:27:42Speaker 1: I needed to love myself. Hashtag level up. All right,
- 1:27:46Speaker 1: all right, we'll be back to talk about the White
- 1:27:48Speaker 1: House and what's going on with our government. You're listening
- 1:27:51Speaker 1: to the Steve Show. Steve, So, here's a question, what
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: do you think about the blame game for the government
- 1:27:58Speaker 1: shutdown of sits Republicans versus Democrats right now? Do you
- 1:28:02Speaker 1: think with all that has happened, this is a wake
- 1:28:05Speaker 1: up call for voters from the two thousand and sixteen election.
- 1:28:10Speaker 1: Republicans have proposed a funding extension. Uh, They're gonna give
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: it till February eight, with a firm commitment to Democrats
- 1:28:18Speaker 1: to take up the dreamer's issue separately and very soon,
- 1:28:22Speaker 1: and if it hasn't been addressed by then February eight,
- 1:28:25Speaker 1: Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has committed to talking about
- 1:28:29Speaker 1: DOCCA on that date. This is important to note as
- 1:28:33Speaker 1: Democrats have been insisting on long term protections for Dreamers,
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: young immigrants who were brought to the US illegally by
- 1:28:41Speaker 1: their parents as children. To me, this whole thing is
- 1:28:48Speaker 1: just political positioning, all of it onlus we elect these
- 1:28:53Speaker 1: people into these political offices, then the politics begin. There's
- 1:28:58Speaker 1: nothing we can do about when they start doing this
- 1:29:01Speaker 1: political positioning, because it's all becomes what they want, what
- 1:29:05Speaker 1: we want, and they and you can see what they're
- 1:29:08Speaker 1: doing to get what we want, to get what they want,
- 1:29:11Speaker 1: they put it in a way where we gotta give
- 1:29:14Speaker 1: something so they can give that. But it gets to
- 1:29:17Speaker 1: a point where every time where there is no more compromise.
- 1:29:21Speaker 1: Now we have a government shutdown. Eight hundred thousand people's
- 1:29:25Speaker 1: jobs are affected by this. Okay, So now then the
- 1:29:29Speaker 1: back blame game begins. It's it's it's the Shumer shutdown,
- 1:29:35Speaker 1: It's the Trump shutdown. It is the Trump shutdown. He
- 1:29:41Speaker 1: said it on Fox and Friends last year talking about
- 1:29:46Speaker 1: President Obama and the shutdown. It clearly rests on the
- 1:29:50Speaker 1: shoulder of the commander in chief, whoever is president. The
- 1:29:54Speaker 1: blame has to fall on the president because it is
- 1:29:57Speaker 1: his job to bring all parties to the table to
- 1:30:00Speaker 1: discuss and make a deal. He showed it on Fox,
- 1:30:04Speaker 1: CNN has been showing it Fox all week in Lord,
- 1:30:11Speaker 1: Fox ain't showed it out time. Fox act like they
- 1:30:16Speaker 1: ain't got the footage. Fox with Fox News all the
- 1:30:20Speaker 1: Fox act like he never said that. They won't play
- 1:30:24Speaker 1: it back. But that's what he said. So we are
- 1:30:28Speaker 1: all falling victim to politics right now. And it's ridiculous
- 1:30:33Speaker 1: because and then the child health health care program is
- 1:30:37Speaker 1: being placed up against the Docker program. So we're pitting
- 1:30:40Speaker 1: children against children. We'll give you chip if you let
- 1:30:44Speaker 1: go a doctor, We'll give you a doctor. But we
- 1:30:46Speaker 1: need both. It's ridiculous what they're doing. We have to vote.
- 1:30:50Speaker 1: I think the Women's March this weekend is going to
- 1:30:54Speaker 1: have a major impact on the upcoming election because when
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: women unite and band women could troll stuff. Let me
- 1:31:01Speaker 1: place pillow talk at night. Yeah, with these Republicans and Democrats.
- 1:31:08Speaker 1: What your wife is saying in your ear, you guys
- 1:31:10Speaker 1: to listen to. We'll be back to close out of
- 1:31:12Speaker 1: the show. You're listening to show how this show went
- 1:31:17Speaker 1: kind of quickly. Today. Here we are, yea with our
- 1:31:20Speaker 1: last break of the morning. Just one more thing. Closing
- 1:31:23Speaker 1: remarks are back. Motivate us today, Inspire us today, Mr Harvey,
- 1:31:28Speaker 1: I have something that I keep in my um motivational
- 1:31:33Speaker 1: section of my photo albums. You know how you have
- 1:31:35Speaker 1: your photos and they've broken up in the categories. Well,
- 1:31:39Speaker 1: I created a section in my photo albums called motivation
- 1:31:43Speaker 1: and the only thing in it just motivational quotes pictures
- 1:31:49Speaker 1: that people have sent me over the years. UH analogies
- 1:31:53Speaker 1: about success, scriptures stuff out of daily word. I just
- 1:31:58Speaker 1: have an album full of that stuff. So when I'm
- 1:32:00Speaker 1: feeling kind of some kind of way, you know, I
- 1:32:04Speaker 1: just go through it. Man. There's always something in that
- 1:32:07Speaker 1: collection of stuff that I keep that motivates me. And
- 1:32:11Speaker 1: I ran across something this morning that I wanted to
- 1:32:14Speaker 1: share with you all, and I did it at one
- 1:32:16Speaker 1: of my act like a success conventions, and it went
- 1:32:19Speaker 1: over really well. And it's the twelve things that successful
- 1:32:23Speaker 1: people do differently. There are twelve things that successful people
- 1:32:30Speaker 1: do differently. Number One, they create and pursue smart goals.
- 1:32:40Speaker 1: They create and they pursue smart goals. You know what
- 1:32:46Speaker 1: that simply means, just what it says. They eliminate as
- 1:32:49Speaker 1: much ignorance as they can much foolishness. They pursue smart goals.
- 1:32:53Speaker 1: Your one of your goals can't be to get back
- 1:32:55Speaker 1: at somebody. One of your goals can't be to get
- 1:32:58Speaker 1: revenge on this person founding. One of your goals can't
- 1:33:02Speaker 1: be definally make them see who you really are. It
- 1:33:05Speaker 1: has to be smart goals, things that move you forward.
- 1:33:08Speaker 1: The next thing that uh that successful people do differently,
- 1:33:13Speaker 1: they take decisive and immediate action. One of the worst
- 1:33:18Speaker 1: things in trying to become successful is procrastination. Successful people
- 1:33:24Speaker 1: take decisive and immediate action. As soon as you think
- 1:33:28Speaker 1: of an idea, start the process of the action. You
- 1:33:32Speaker 1: don't have to know all the way of how it
- 1:33:34Speaker 1: should go, but at least start the process because you're
- 1:33:37Speaker 1: not gonna do one thing today one the one thing
- 1:33:39Speaker 1: may take weeks to accomplish. So just decisive an immediate action. Next,
- 1:33:44Speaker 1: they focus on being productive, not being busy. That's a difference.
- 1:33:52Speaker 1: Some people just do busy. They don't do productive. Do
- 1:33:55Speaker 1: things that are productive in your life, not busy. Uh.
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: Next they do they make logical and informed decisions. When
- 1:34:05Speaker 1: they make a decision is based on logic, but it's
- 1:34:09Speaker 1: an informed decision. They sought some type of advice to
- 1:34:12Speaker 1: to start it and make a decision. You know, you
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: can see counseling before you make a decision. Number five,
- 1:34:19Speaker 1: They avoid the trap of coming. They avoid the trap
- 1:34:23Speaker 1: of trying to make things perfect. You know some people,
- 1:34:27Speaker 1: you know, I'm gonna do this when I get all
- 1:34:29Speaker 1: my ducks lined up in the road, so when all
- 1:34:32Speaker 1: the kids leave, you know what, as soon as I
- 1:34:34Speaker 1: save enough money. That's a trap. Man, There is no
- 1:34:38Speaker 1: perfect time to do it. The perfect time to do
- 1:34:41Speaker 1: it is now. Number six. They work outside of their
- 1:34:47Speaker 1: comfort zone. If you want to be successful, you got
- 1:34:51Speaker 1: to do some things that's uncomfortable. You know, I've said
- 1:34:55Speaker 1: it a million times. If you keep doing what you've
- 1:34:57Speaker 1: been doing, you'll keep getting what you've been getting. Here's
- 1:35:00Speaker 1: another one. If you want something you've never had, you're
- 1:35:03Speaker 1: gonna have to do something you've never done. If you
- 1:35:08Speaker 1: want to have something you've never had, you're gonna have
- 1:35:12Speaker 1: to do something you've never done. And that's usually get
- 1:35:16Speaker 1: yourself outside the comfort zone. If you stay in your
- 1:35:18Speaker 1: comfort zone, that's where you will fail. Number seven. They think.
- 1:35:22Speaker 1: They keep things simple. Don't complicate it, Just go about
- 1:35:25Speaker 1: your business. Number eight. They focus on making small, continuous improvements.
- 1:35:31Speaker 1: Remember what I've always told you, Inch by inch, anything's
- 1:35:34Speaker 1: aessentch Just get some small accomplishments and keep moving. Number nine.
- 1:35:39Speaker 1: They measure and track their progress. They're always watching what
- 1:35:44Speaker 1: they're doing, where they are. They measure it, and they
- 1:35:46Speaker 1: track their progress. They don't just keep looking at the goal.
- 1:35:50Speaker 1: They track their progress because there's joying the journey. On
- 1:35:53Speaker 1: your way to becoming a millionaire. You should be overjoyed
- 1:35:56Speaker 1: at the fact that you're making two hundred and fifty thousand,
- 1:36:00Speaker 1: because that's better than the twenty five thousand a year
- 1:36:02Speaker 1: you used to make. Next thing. Number ten. They maintained
- 1:36:10Speaker 1: positive outlook as they learned from mistakes. All mistakes are
- 1:36:15Speaker 1: just valuable learned experiences, and successful people look at it
- 1:36:20Speaker 1: that way. Stop getting buried under your mistakes. Number eleven.
- 1:36:24Speaker 1: They spend time with the right people. Association brings on participation.
- 1:36:31Speaker 1: If you're the smartest person in your new in your group,
- 1:36:34Speaker 1: you need a new group you associate. Spend time with
- 1:36:41Speaker 1: the right people, people as of like mindedness, going in
- 1:36:45Speaker 1: the same direction as you. And number twelve. They maintained
- 1:36:48Speaker 1: balance in their life. There's a time. My building block
- 1:36:54Speaker 1: for success. The balance that I had to learn to
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: do as a man was first is God, second is family,
- 1:37:05Speaker 1: third is education, and fourth is business. God first. That's
- 1:37:14Speaker 1: the balance of life. Family, second, education. And when I
- 1:37:20Speaker 1: talk about education, I'm not always talking about going to school.
- 1:37:23Speaker 1: I'm talking about gathering the knowledge and know how you
- 1:37:27Speaker 1: need in whatever endeavor you're undertaking, whether it's opening a
