- 0:01Speaker 1: Fallout after the viral video showing widespread fraud in Minnesota
- 0:06Speaker 1: doesn't seem to be stopping the Governor Tim Waltz from
- 0:10Speaker 1: doing what he does best standing with the Somali community.
- 0:14Speaker 1: Not only is he refusing to answer questions from the media,
- 0:18Speaker 1: he's now saying he wants to bring more Somalians into
- 0:22Speaker 1: Minnesota to back up the fraud and abuse. Apparently that's
- 0:26Speaker 1: already happened this coming out of Seattle, as Tim walt
- 0:31Speaker 1: ignores the questions about apologizing to Minnesota over the Somali
- 0:36Speaker 1: fraud and then listen to what he had to say
- 0:38Speaker 1: at a luncheon about it as well.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Dofter Walt's what can you say about the latest on
- 0:44Speaker 2: the Somali fraud that happened.
- 0:45Speaker 3: Under your watch? Governor?
- 0:47Speaker 2: Have you been able to apologize yet to the people
- 0:49Speaker 2: of Minnesota for allowing this Somali fraud to continue under.
- 0:52Speaker 3: Your watching of the people of Minnesota?
- 0:54Speaker 2: Is the time to apologize? How about the whistleblowers? Then
- 0:58Speaker 2: you have allegedly retaliated again. Would you like to respond
- 1:02Speaker 2: to the whistleblowers?
- 1:03Speaker 3: And right how our neighbors are being demonized. Our neighbors
- 1:06Speaker 3: are being terrifized.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Our neighbors are being can go off the students.
- 1:10Speaker 4: The antidote to that is is positive actions to improve
- 1:15Speaker 4: lives that go against what they're trying to do.
- 1:17Speaker 3: So instead of.
- 1:18Speaker 4: Demonizing are small, we're going to be war as welcome,
- 1:21Speaker 4: orient and welcome people better.
- 1:24Speaker 1: Instead, we're going to that's right. You just heard the
- 1:29Speaker 1: governor of Minnesota say instead of cutting programs filled with
- 1:32Speaker 1: billions of dollars of fraud, we're going to enhance those programs.
- 1:39Speaker 1: He said. Instead of getting rid of people, we're going
- 1:42Speaker 1: to be more welcoming. Instead of demonizing our Somali community,
- 1:46Speaker 1: we're going to be bringing more of them in, welcoming
- 1:51Speaker 1: more of them in. Why what a governor after billions
- 1:56Speaker 1: of dollars of fraud is exposed would say something this
- 2:00Speaker 1: out of touch with reality. Well, it's very simple. Governor
- 2:04Speaker 1: Waltz knows that he could not be reelected without the
- 2:06Speaker 1: Somali community. There is a large voting block, and the
- 2:10Speaker 1: Somali community votes basically one hundred percent of the time together.
- 2:14Speaker 1: It's not like normal America. We're fifty percent or conservative
- 2:18Speaker 1: and fifty percent or liberal, or forty five percent or
- 2:21Speaker 1: conservative and forty five percent or liberal, and then there's
- 2:23Speaker 1: the undecideds in the middle, the Somali community, you get,
- 2:26Speaker 1: all of them are virtually none of their vote. And
- 2:29Speaker 1: Governor Waltz is basically saying, I'm willing to sell out
- 2:32Speaker 1: Minnesota's taxpayers and federal taxpayers to save the Somali community,
- 2:38Speaker 1: putting them ahead of American citizens that are being defrauded.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Which brings us to the Trump administration's response to this insanity.
- 2:47Speaker 1: The Department of Homeland Security under Secretary Nome has now
- 2:51Speaker 1: confirmed that federal Homeland Security agents are actively conducting a
- 2:57Speaker 1: major fraud investigation in Minneapolis, focusing on the childcare centers
- 3:02Speaker 1: and other alleged rampant fraud schemes. Agents have been observed
- 3:07Speaker 1: going door to door at suspected sites as part of
- 3:10Speaker 1: the probe in the last twenty four hours. The administration
- 3:15Speaker 1: is portraying the operations part of a broader effort to
- 3:19Speaker 1: protect federal funds and ensure accountability, framing these activities as
- 3:24Speaker 1: legitimate law enforcement actions that are expanding and that moves
- 3:30Speaker 1: us to the FBI. FBI Director Cash battel Is announced
- 3:34Speaker 1: that the bureau has also surged additional agents and new
- 3:38Speaker 1: investigative resources to Minnesota at large to investigate what officials
- 3:43Speaker 1: are describing as a large scale fraud schemes involving federal
- 3:48Speaker 1: aid programs amounting into the hundreds of millions, if not
- 3:52Speaker 1: billions of dollars. Director Battel characterized the known fraud cases
- 3:58Speaker 1: as possibly the tip of a very large iceberg, referring
- 4:02Speaker 1: to previous investigations like Feeding Our Future and new leads
- 4:07Speaker 1: sparked by the recent media attention as well as whistleblowers
- 4:11Speaker 1: coming forward that also brings us to the US Immigration
- 4:14Speaker 1: and Customs Enforcement known as ICE. They often work under
- 4:18Speaker 1: the Department of Homeland Security, and it has been reported
- 4:22Speaker 1: that they are targeting suspected fraud sites in Minnesota to
- 4:25Speaker 1: identify and address possible immigration related violations, including checks on
- 4:31Speaker 1: legal status and enforcement where applicable. Some news reports are
- 4:37Speaker 1: also indicating that there have been door to door operations
- 4:40Speaker 1: connected with the fraud investigation that also involved immigration enforcement elements.
- 4:47Speaker 1: Specific numbers and targets are in flux, but we will
- 4:50Speaker 1: keep you updated on when we get the hard numbers. Now,
- 4:53Speaker 1: all of this has triggered a federal response because of
- 4:58Speaker 1: the virals. Media video showing alleged empty daycare centers and
- 5:04Speaker 1: nonetheless receiving no significant public information from the governor, the
- 5:11Speaker 1: Attorney General of Minnesota, or even from the mainstream media.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Conservative leaders including Ted Cruz, Vice President Vance have publicly
- 5:21Speaker 1: praised the video's impact in drawing federal attention to the
- 5:25Speaker 1: matter as well the FBI and the Department of Home Security.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Response also blends long standing fraud investigations with new actions
- 5:34Speaker 1: tied to the recent spotlight on the Minnesota programs, which
- 5:39Speaker 1: brings us back to the Minnesota Governor, Tim Waltz. He
- 5:42Speaker 1: is being criticized by federal figures and GOP lawmakers the
- 5:46Speaker 1: Trump administration, framing the situation as evidence of lacks oversight
- 5:51Speaker 1: of federal funds, and officials in Minnesota are even angry
- 5:55Speaker 1: as well, bringing up broader claims emphasizing existing efforts to
- 6:00Speaker 1: fight fraud, and the whistleblowers were punished by the governor.
- 6:06Speaker 1: So that brings us to where we are now. What
- 6:09Speaker 1: we know is it looks like law and order will
- 6:11Speaker 1: be restored, even if the governor says we want to
- 6:14Speaker 1: bring in more Somali's for more fraud, even when he
- 6:17Speaker 1: says that we're demonizing those that are taking billions of
- 6:21Speaker 1: dollars away from American citizens. So Governor Waltz can hang
- 6:26Speaker 1: out on stage and say this is his plan. But
- 6:29Speaker 1: it's clear that law and order and law enforcement is
- 6:32Speaker 1: going to take place, and it could even involve the
- 6:35Speaker 1: governor himself. Minnesota's Somali fraud scandal has exploded over the weekend,
- 6:42Speaker 1: all because of a very brave YouTuber in his early
- 6:45Speaker 1: twenties that decided to do the job that the entire
- 6:49Speaker 1: media apparatus chose not to do. Now, did he do
- 6:53Speaker 1: some unbelievable amount of undercover journalism to get this story. No,
- 6:59Speaker 1: he just went and asked basic questions and knocked on
- 7:02Speaker 1: doors and what he found was billions of dollars in fraud.
- 7:07Speaker 1: We also now know that the FBI Director Cash Patel
- 7:12Speaker 1: has said the Minnesota fraud's scheme is a now quote
- 7:15Speaker 1: top FBI priority and is calling it the tip of
- 7:19Speaker 1: a very large iceberg. He also made it clear that
- 7:23Speaker 1: the FBI is not only aware of the videos that
- 7:26Speaker 1: have gone viral over the weekend, but is going to
- 7:29Speaker 1: do everything to bring those who have been committing this
- 7:32Speaker 1: fraud to justice, including denaturalization. Now, let's get to the
- 7:38Speaker 1: core of what exploded over the weekend, and the biggest
- 7:42Speaker 1: part of the story is simply asking questions by a
- 7:46Speaker 1: very brave young man. He put up his video on
- 7:50Speaker 1: social media. It is one that has obviously gone viral
- 7:55Speaker 1: and it's an important story about an individual using the
- 7:59Speaker 1: power of a cell phone to then turn it into
- 8:03Speaker 1: a forty two minute investigative video. Nick Shirley went out
- 8:08Speaker 1: to the addresses that were listed on the government's website
- 8:12Speaker 1: in Minnesota where the money had been going by the
- 8:16Speaker 1: millions of dollars to see what he could find, and
- 8:19Speaker 1: what he found was incredibly shocking, massive fraud and no
- 8:24Speaker 1: kids playing at any of the learning centers time after time.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Guess what happened. He didn't see anybody actually doing anything
- 8:35Speaker 1: with kids. Now, the government surely knew this, but they
- 8:39Speaker 1: didn't care because they're in on the scheme as well.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Which brings me to playing part of the videos for you.
- 8:47Speaker 1: I encourage you to watch the entire forty two minute
- 8:49Speaker 1: investigative video. I've put it up on x on Instagram
- 8:53Speaker 1: and on Facebook, but I want to play part of
- 8:56Speaker 1: what Shirley uncovered and one widely shared scene. What you're
- 9:00Speaker 1: gonna hear Shirley highlight that one center received about two
- 9:04Speaker 1: million dollars this last year in twenty twenty five alone,
- 9:08Speaker 1: despite no children or activity being a parent at the
- 9:13Speaker 1: site during daytime visits. Now, Shirley's video claims it over
- 9:17Speaker 1: one hundred and ten million in fraud was documented in
- 9:21Speaker 1: a single day of investigative reporting. Why did the media
- 9:25Speaker 1: not do this story? Again, this was not some massive whistleblower.
- 9:30Speaker 1: This was simply using publicly available data from the government
- 9:36Speaker 1: of Minnesota to then go and ask questions. And Shirley
- 9:40Speaker 1: was the only one that apparently was willing to do
- 9:43Speaker 1: the job that all of the media chose not to do.
- 9:48Speaker 1: So take a listen to one incredible part of that video.
- 9:53Speaker 4: When I look at the world as whole and I
- 9:55Speaker 4: look at fraud, the Twin Cities is own zero. The
- 10:01Speaker 4: fraud is worse here than anywhere else ever in history, anywhere.
- 10:05Speaker 3: We're gonna go in front these people, We're gonna go
- 10:07Speaker 3: to these daycare centers, We're gonna see what's actually happening.
- 10:09Speaker 4: Okay, So we have to be careful because these people
- 10:12Speaker 4: are very violent. They're exceptionally violent.
- 10:15Speaker 3: Now, with all of David's evidence, we headed out to
- 10:17Speaker 3: the streets of Minneapolis to see how much fraud we
- 10:20Speaker 3: could uncover in one afternoon. Where are we going now.
- 10:24Speaker 4: We're going to a place called Maco Childcare, which actually
- 10:27Speaker 4: has another childcare registered at the same address called Mini
- 10:32Speaker 4: child Care Center.
- 10:34Speaker 3: So we should see lots of children there's at this
- 10:36Speaker 3: childcare centers, especially if there's two.
- 10:38Speaker 4: The two of them combined our license for one hundred
- 10:40Speaker 4: and twenty and how.
- 10:42Speaker 3: Much money have these childcare centers received.
- 10:46Speaker 4: None of those vans had moved in six months. None
- 10:49Speaker 4: of them. In twenty twenty one of them received one
- 10:52Speaker 4: point three million, and twenty twenty one they got nine
- 10:55Speaker 4: hunt and eighty seven thousand. In twenty twenty two they
- 10:57Speaker 4: got seven hundred and fourteen thousand. That's the last I
- 11:00Speaker 4: have for that one, and then the other one one
- 11:03Speaker 4: point six zero four million. In fiscal year twenty twenty five.
- 11:08Speaker 4: Fiscal year twenty twenty four they got about eight hundred
- 11:13Speaker 4: thousand and twenty fiscal year twenty twenty three, they got
- 11:16Speaker 4: nine hundred and four thousand and fifty nine dollars. This
- 11:19Speaker 4: place right here, yes, outside of it, well, this is
- 11:22Speaker 4: actually two daycares are registered here. One of them is
- 11:26Speaker 4: Mako what you see on the sign. The other one
- 11:28Speaker 4: is Many childcare Center. And between the two of these
- 11:33Speaker 4: childcare centers, they're pulling in about three million dollars a year,
- 11:38Speaker 4: and there are no children. Every facility is you go to,
- 11:41Speaker 4: the windows will be blocked out so you can't see in.
- 11:44Speaker 4: There's nobody here. You won't see a single child at
- 11:46Speaker 4: any of these facilities.
- 11:48Speaker 3: There are indeed no windows. All the windows are blocked
- 11:52Speaker 3: out right here. All right, let's go in and the
- 11:57Speaker 3: childcare center is locked. Shooting the doorbell, try to get in,
- 12:01Speaker 3: rang the doorbell, nobody showed up. They're open seven days
- 12:04Speaker 3: a week at seventy to ten pm, it says here
- 12:06Speaker 3: on their sign. Yet there's absolutely nobody here. And this
- 12:10Speaker 3: building here right here has generated millions of dollars, and
- 12:15Speaker 3: it seems like business isn't even open right now, and
- 12:17Speaker 3: it's a weekday. And if this was a daycare center,
- 12:19Speaker 3: it wouldn't just be in some industrialized building there. It'd
- 12:21Speaker 3: be maybe like a playground or something outside.
- 12:23Speaker 4: Or there's no play area for the kids. So where
- 12:28Speaker 4: are the kids? Where's anybody? How can there be nobody here?
- 12:31Speaker 4: And it's like this every single day I've never seen
- 12:35Speaker 4: a single child here in nine years, I've never seen
- 12:39Speaker 4: a single child at this building right there.
- 12:42Speaker 3: Oh, then, now it looks like we've already got the
- 12:44Speaker 3: Somali's coming.
- 12:44Speaker 4: To They're coming the words out.
- 12:46Speaker 3: Hello, is this your daycare?
- 12:48Speaker 2: No?
- 12:48Speaker 4: Can you tell us where there are no children? Have
- 12:51Speaker 4: you ever seen children at this childcare center?
- 12:55Speaker 3: Doesn't know if you've ever seen a child here? All right,
- 12:57Speaker 3: let's go to the next location. Now we're going to
- 12:59Speaker 3: the next daycare center. How much mony has this one generated?
- 13:02Speaker 4: This one in fiscal year twenty twenty five one million,
- 13:06Speaker 4: forty two thousand and fifty nine dollars, in fiscal year
- 13:09Speaker 4: twenty twenty four one million, fifty nine thousand, seventy eight dollars,
- 13:13Speaker 4: and in fifcally your twenty twenty three seven hundred and
- 13:16Speaker 4: twenty seven thousand, three hundred and thirty six dollars.
- 13:19Speaker 3: This next one is literally one block away, and this
- 13:22Speaker 3: one's also generated nearly three million dollars in the past
- 13:26Speaker 3: three years. And see if there's any children, and see
- 13:28Speaker 3: if any of the buildings are open. Here we go.
- 13:31Speaker 3: All right, we've arrived to ABC Learning Center. All the
- 13:35Speaker 3: windows are blocked out. Let's see if anybody is here.
- 13:43Speaker 3: This door is locked.
- 13:45Speaker 4: This facility has licensed for forty children, zero children. I've
- 13:49Speaker 4: come by this place one hundred times. I've never seen
- 13:52Speaker 4: a child here. Ever. Another thing I've ever seen is
- 13:55Speaker 4: someone's standing outside smoking.
- 13:56Speaker 3: What's crazy about this is that last daycare center is
- 13:59Speaker 3: that green building right there, and the other daycare center
- 14:03Speaker 3: right now is right here. These buildings should be operating
- 14:06Speaker 3: as they're receiving literally millions of dollars. I knocked on
- 14:12Speaker 3: the door. Into my surprise, somebody actually answered the door. Hello,
- 14:17Speaker 3: can we speak? I would like to check a child
- 14:21Speaker 3: in the daycare? Can I speak to a manager? Where
- 14:27Speaker 3: can I get paperwork to file for my son? I
- 14:30Speaker 3: wanted to put my son, Joey in daycare, And after
- 14:32Speaker 3: a few questions, the lady went silent. Looks like little
- 14:35Speaker 3: Joey Shirley ain't going to daycare here? And now where
- 14:37Speaker 3: are we going?
- 14:38Speaker 4: Now? We're going to Sweet Angel Childcare.
- 14:41Speaker 3: We're in the middle of a strip mall here inside
- 14:43Speaker 3: of this neighborhood.
- 14:45Speaker 4: In fiscal year twenty twenty five, this facility, which sh
- 14:49Speaker 4: has its license for seventy four kids, was paid one
- 14:52Speaker 4: point two six million dollars in tax money, and there
- 14:57Speaker 4: are no kids, and all the facilities are the same way,
- 15:00Speaker 4: all of them.
- 15:00Speaker 3: Let's see if anyone opens. Yeah, let's see once again.
- 15:04Speaker 3: I try to find a spot for my son Joey,
- 15:06Speaker 3: and they would not open the door. I want to
- 15:09Speaker 3: put my son Joey in daycare because I need a
- 15:12Speaker 3: spot to put my son Joey. Yes, is this your
- 15:17Speaker 3: daycare center?
- 15:18Speaker 5: No?
- 15:20Speaker 3: I just wanted to put child in daycare, but all
- 15:22Speaker 3: the daycare centers seem to be closed. No one's opening
- 15:26Speaker 3: the doors.
- 15:26Speaker 4: You work here, ohs? Yeah, what's helping? Where are the kids? Yeah?
- 15:31Speaker 4: Sends its license for seventy four children right here? State
- 15:35Speaker 4: of Minnesota? Where are the kids? They got paid one
- 15:38Speaker 4: point two six million dollars in Fister Your twenty twenty
- 15:40Speaker 4: five It says they have a capacity for seventy four children?
- 15:44Speaker 3: When when?
- 15:45Speaker 4: Where are the kids? Right here? State of Minnesota website.
- 15:50Speaker 4: You work here, and you don't know. I don't know.
- 15:52Speaker 3: I wasn't dead before. I don't know.
- 15:54Speaker 4: What's who goes going on? Were there any kids when
- 15:55Speaker 4: you worked here?
- 15:56Speaker 3: He's dead, he's dead? What so many?
- 15:58Speaker 4: I don't know? I don't know. Yeah, he worked here. Okay,
- 16:01Speaker 4: well then you're not a n.
- 16:02Speaker 3: Can I put my son in the daycare here? No?
- 16:05Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 16:05Speaker 3: Can I speak to someone?
- 16:07Speaker 2: No?
- 16:08Speaker 3: Yeah, I would like to see if I can put
- 16:09Speaker 3: my son Joey here? Who is his son, Joey? My
- 16:12Speaker 3: son Joey? Can I check out daycare center?
- 16:15Speaker 4: No?
- 16:18Speaker 3: Do you put your kid here in this staycare? There
- 16:21Speaker 3: is one child in there. Yeah, I would like to
- 16:23Speaker 3: know if this is a legit business.
- 16:24Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm scared of you too. How come I explain.
- 16:27Speaker 3: You're scared of me? Yeah, because of my color. You
- 16:32Speaker 3: said you're scared of me because of my color. Does
- 16:34Speaker 3: that make you a racist? No, but you said you're
- 16:36Speaker 3: You said you're scared of me because of my color.
- 16:38Speaker 3: I'm not saying you said you're scared of me because
- 16:41Speaker 3: of my color, that makes you a racist. So right
- 16:43Speaker 3: now they're all getting mad because he's showing the paperwork
- 16:46Speaker 3: on this business being registered as a business. Seventy four
- 16:48Speaker 3: children have no children? He saw one child when the
- 16:51Speaker 3: lady opened up the door. So now they're all getting mad.
- 16:55Speaker 4: What was this money spent? One million? Run any kids after?
- 17:02Speaker 4: Don aren't the kids? Well then why are you talking
- 17:05Speaker 4: for the talk to you. I'm sorry, I'm not just
- 17:08Speaker 4: what he's talking about. Do you have a child here?
- 17:10Speaker 5: No? Does anybody where are the seventy four kids? Did
- 17:15Speaker 5: you lose them? Did you lose these kids? Do I
- 17:18Speaker 5: need to call someone? Do I need to issue an
- 17:20Speaker 5: Amber alert for missing children? Are these children missing? It's
- 17:26Speaker 5: not my business that children are missing. Seventy four infantion toddlers,
- 17:30Speaker 5: free school.
- 17:32Speaker 3: The person right there, there's no children anywhere. Now it's
- 17:42Speaker 3: kept buying away. We're moving on to the next location.
- 17:45Speaker 3: I have a good day. I have a good day.
- 17:49Speaker 3: As we continue to show the blatant fraud that was
- 17:52Speaker 3: taking place here in Minnesota, Somalie start following us around
- 17:55Speaker 3: the city and now we're being followed by SMI. This
- 17:58Speaker 3: is another daycare center. Absolutely no s and there's no
- 18:01Speaker 3: footprints in the snow of children playing outside. Five million
- 18:05Speaker 3: dollars in the past two million.
- 18:07Speaker 4: Two years. Five point nine million they received in two
- 18:10Speaker 4: years that facility right there.
- 18:13Speaker 3: And now we have a group of Smalies telling us
- 18:15Speaker 3: in our vehicle right now. From this daycare center, we
- 18:18Speaker 3: headed over to the infamous Quality Learning Center, which actually
- 18:23Speaker 3: spells Quality Leering Center on the outside of their sign.
- 18:27Speaker 3: That's how blatant this fraud is here at this daycare.
- 18:30Speaker 3: Don't open up. So this is quality leering center? Meant
- 18:35Speaker 3: to say quality learning center, don't they said they spelled
- 18:40Speaker 3: learning wrong.
- 18:41Speaker 4: Don't open up.
- 18:42Speaker 3: How do you have ice here, ma'am? I'm literally a YouTuber.
- 18:44Speaker 3: Don't open up, ma'am? What do you think about the
- 18:46Speaker 3: fraud that's taking place here in Minnesota?
- 18:48Speaker 4: Don't open up. We have eyes, man. What do you
- 18:52Speaker 4: think about this place being licensed for ninety nine children?
- 18:55Speaker 3: Don't open up.
- 18:56Speaker 4: And getting four million dollars over them, four million dollars
- 19:00Speaker 4: in the last two years. What do you think about that?
- 19:04Speaker 4: Are you in favor? Are you in favor of that
- 19:07Speaker 4: go away?
- 19:08Speaker 3: You know we're not welcome here, say money? Are you
- 19:11Speaker 3: in favor of one point nine million dollars going illegally
- 19:17Speaker 3: fraudulently to this business that has quality learning center? But
- 19:20Speaker 3: Kenny's still learning right on the door. Don't open up, ma'am.
- 19:24Speaker 3: We are not ice. I don't care who you are.
- 19:27Speaker 3: You don't belong here. I belong here just like you
- 19:29Speaker 3: belong here. Don't open up.
- 19:31Speaker 4: It's ice.
- 19:33Speaker 3: You do realize that there's supposed to be ninety nine
- 19:35Speaker 3: children in here at this building, but there's no one here.
- 19:39Speaker 3: This is a child daycare center.
- 19:40Speaker 4: It's ninety nine children paid one point nine million dollars
- 19:44Speaker 4: this year in seacamp funding. Do you know where the
- 19:46Speaker 4: children are? Where they kidnapped? They run away? Where are
- 19:50Speaker 4: the children? This is state of Minnesota. Are here? And
- 19:54Speaker 4: who are you?
- 19:54Speaker 3: My name's Nick Shirley, ma'am. And who are you with
- 19:57Speaker 3: Nick Shirley?
- 19:58Speaker 2: Nick?
- 19:58Speaker 3: Surely on YouTube? So who are you with here? Oh,
- 20:01Speaker 3: he's just been doing some research or investigating the fraud
- 20:03Speaker 3: that's taking place here in Minnesota. Surely this lady she's
- 20:07Speaker 3: calling as ice. We're just trying to put law and
- 20:09Speaker 3: order back in the streets of the United States, get
- 20:12Speaker 3: rid of all the fraud. Have you ever seen children
- 20:14Speaker 3: at that daycare center right there? Well, yeah, it's right there.
- 20:17Speaker 3: It says the child you've never seen dacab.
- 20:19Speaker 6: I haven't seen anybody.
- 20:20Speaker 3: We're going to educate you on something. So what do
- 20:22Speaker 3: you think about this daycare center? They spelt learning wrong.
- 20:25Speaker 3: They've received over one point nine million dollars this year alone,
- 20:28Speaker 3: and they're supposed to have ninety nine children here.
- 20:30Speaker 6: I don't see it.
- 20:31Speaker 3: My children have you ever seen any children here? None?
- 20:33Speaker 6: None at all?
- 20:34Speaker 4: None last year. This year they got one point nine million.
- 20:37Speaker 4: Last year they got one point five million of your
- 20:39Speaker 4: tax money for nine and nine children. We just want
- 20:41Speaker 4: to know where are the kids?
- 20:42Speaker 2: Right?
- 20:43Speaker 4: Where are the children?
- 20:44Speaker 6: I don't see him. I've been here since twenty seventeen.
- 20:47Speaker 6: I haven't seen anybody like that child.
- 20:50Speaker 3: And so you've never seen a child here for eight years?
- 20:52Speaker 6: Nope, not at all.
- 20:54Speaker 3: And how does that make you feel knowing that this
- 20:55Speaker 3: place is receiving one point nine million dollars?
- 20:58Speaker 6: Disgusting?
- 21:00Speaker 3: We went to hell.
- 21:00Speaker 6: They stealed in the money. That's a federal grant too.
- 21:02Speaker 6: Let's see if they get caught for that's the offense.
- 21:05Speaker 6: I don't know. I studied law.
- 21:07Speaker 3: And do you think Tim Watts should go to jail
- 21:08Speaker 3: for all the fraud that's he's enabled here in his state?
- 21:11Speaker 6: That's him doing this?
- 21:12Speaker 5: Sure?
- 21:13Speaker 6: Heck care he's gonna be helocomonal for this. I mean,
- 21:16Speaker 6: just no, just no rhyme or reason. What's going on here?
- 21:18Speaker 6: It's simple, it's nothing there sparking lot.
- 21:21Speaker 3: And look, they even spelt learning wrong on their sign
- 21:24Speaker 3: for a place that's supposed to be educating children children.
- 21:29Speaker 6: That's crazy.
- 21:30Speaker 4: I mean who runs it, who supposedly runs it?
- 21:33Speaker 3: Som allions? Oh my god, Oh my god. Will Joey
- 21:39Speaker 3: would not be accepted to that daycare. Joey's still looking
- 21:43Speaker 3: for daycare. And because little Joey couldn't get into a daycare,
- 21:46Speaker 3: we went to an autism center, as they have been
- 21:49Speaker 3: popping up everywhere as a rise of autism has occurred
- 21:52Speaker 3: here in Minnesota because of the government funds that they're receiving.
- 21:56Speaker 3: I tried to check my son Joey into an autism center.
- 22:00Speaker 3: Owed to a lot of these daycare centers, We're trying
- 22:01Speaker 3: to find a spot for our little boy Joey, but
- 22:04Speaker 3: we thought maybe we could check them in the autism
- 22:06Speaker 3: center because now the daycare centers are open. Yeah, and
- 22:09Speaker 3: how many kids you guys have at this autism center?
- 22:14Speaker 3: I can't give you a burning, like more than five probably,
- 22:21Speaker 3: So you don't really know. What do you guys think about,
- 22:24Speaker 3: like the fraud that's been labeled on the autism centers here?
- 22:26Speaker 3: What do you guys do think about the fraud? Or
- 22:28Speaker 3: how come the autism centers are popping up? I can't
- 22:34Speaker 3: My name is that Nick we're doing a little documentary
- 22:36Speaker 3: trying to find little Joey a spot to put himself
- 22:38Speaker 3: in one of these centers here because there's the fraud. Yeah,
- 22:43Speaker 3: because we want to make sure we're going to legit
- 22:44Speaker 3: business if we're gonna bring our little boy Joey here.
- 22:48Speaker 3: This is not a duly spot. M hm. Well that's
- 22:51Speaker 3: our number on you. This is you can't let you
- 22:55Speaker 3: got excoose. Okay, thank you. So once again, little Joey
- 23:00Speaker 3: he can't even go to daycare and now they won't
- 23:01Speaker 3: even accept him if he has autism.
- 23:03Speaker 4: And again no kids couldn't tell you how many kids
- 23:06Speaker 4: they serve.
- 23:07Speaker 3: After being able to provide no evidence of them actually
- 23:10Speaker 3: being an autism center in a place where a child
- 23:12Speaker 3: could go, they shut the door and we headed to
- 23:15Speaker 3: the next fraudulent daycare center that was just around the corner.
- 23:19Speaker 3: We're on to the next location. We're still trying to
- 23:21Speaker 3: find a little Joey a place to go to get
- 23:23Speaker 3: some daycare.
- 23:23Speaker 4: So where we're going now is a place called super
- 23:26Speaker 4: Kids Daycare Center. Interestingly, this daycare center was shut down
- 23:33Speaker 4: when it was called Creative Mind's Daycare and it had
- 23:36Speaker 4: received two point four five million dollars. This fiscal year
- 23:42Speaker 4: twenty twenty five, they had the shutdown because there were
- 23:45Speaker 4: so many violations, and they went and they just reopened
- 23:48Speaker 4: under a new license and they renamed the center super
- 23:51Speaker 4: Kids Daycare Center, LLC.
- 23:53Speaker 3: So they got shut down then started another one literally
- 23:57Speaker 3: the next day Creative Mind's Daycare. To point four or
- 24:01Speaker 3: five million dollars got sent to this daycare center.
- 24:04Speaker 1: We have.
- 24:06Speaker 3: Empty parking lot. We do have a bus here. This
- 24:08Speaker 3: is different. We'll see if we see anybody. I knocked
- 24:10Speaker 3: on the door. Absolutely nobody was inside, and once again
- 24:14Speaker 3: no children could be heard anywhere. So David, once again
- 24:17Speaker 3: another child daycare center. We have a bus out here,
- 24:22Speaker 3: No one's inside, license for over fifty kids, no children anywhere,
- 24:27Speaker 3: but yet millions of dollars every single year.
- 24:32Speaker 4: So the sign says Creative Mind's Daycare. They got in
- 24:36Speaker 4: so much trouble, they had so many violations that they
- 24:40Speaker 4: had to shut down and they reopened the next day
- 24:43Speaker 4: under super Kids Daycare Center. You see thirty eight oh
- 24:47Speaker 4: one Portland. Thirty eight oh one Portland, which is where
- 24:50Speaker 4: we are.
- 24:51Speaker 3: So that's fraud right there alone.
- 24:54Speaker 4: Millions and millions of dollars. And again the kids are missing.
- 24:57Speaker 4: Where the kids?
- 24:58Speaker 3: You'd think if they had the same address that whoever's
- 25:00Speaker 3: inside we're working at the capitol here inside of Minnesota,
- 25:04Speaker 3: would to say, oh, maybe that's a red flag.
- 25:07Speaker 4: They they just write the check. Human Services. They got
- 25:10Speaker 4: to clean out the whole bunch. They're the ones who
- 25:13Speaker 4: enabled this fraud. How can you not look and say,
- 25:16Speaker 4: wait a minute, this these two are registered at the
- 25:18Speaker 4: same address.
- 25:19Speaker 3: On top of all the childcare centers. That's just only
- 25:22Speaker 3: a small piece of the fraud. What other fraud of
- 25:24Speaker 3: the committee here in Minnesota?
- 25:26Speaker 4: So another major piece of the fraud is the home
- 25:29Speaker 4: healthcare industry. Where we're going now is a building that
- 25:35Speaker 4: has fourteen Smaly owned home healthcare companies in the same building.
- 25:42Speaker 3: Fourteen of the same healthcare companies in the one building.
- 25:45Speaker 4: Fourteen home healthcare companies with different names in the same building.
- 25:48Speaker 3: How bad has Tim Watz managed the budget here inside
- 25:51Speaker 3: of Minnesota.
- 25:52Speaker 4: So the last biennium we had an eighteen billion dollars surplus.
- 25:58Speaker 4: This biennium we have a six billion dollar deficit. That's
- 26:04Speaker 4: a twenty four billion dollars swing in one biennium. How
- 26:09Speaker 4: in the world can you burn through twenty four billion
- 26:12Speaker 4: dollars in two years. This is how right here. This
- 26:15Speaker 4: is a huge part of it.
- 26:16Speaker 3: And so would you say a lot of that is
- 26:18Speaker 3: fraud that's taking place here in Minnesota.
- 26:20Speaker 4: Absolutely, I would say better than ninety percent of it
- 26:24Speaker 4: is absolute, outright fraud.
- 26:26Speaker 3: And a large percentage of this fraud is from these
- 26:29Speaker 3: healthcare companies that are charging the state millions of dollars
- 26:33Speaker 3: while they actually aren't providing anything. In fact, the FBI
- 26:37Speaker 3: just did a arrade a few days ago on a
- 26:39Speaker 3: building similar to the one we were about to enter.
- 26:41Speaker 3: Inside of this building, there were fourteen of nearly the
- 26:44Speaker 3: exact same businesses offering the exact same services. Right here.
- 26:48Speaker 3: You have a list of all of the healthcare companies,
- 26:52Speaker 3: loads of them right here. We want healthcare, Yes, we'd
- 26:57Speaker 3: like to speak about getting healthcare here? Why can I
- 26:59Speaker 3: get here? Here? Warning? You are under video surveillance, no trespassing,
- 27:05Speaker 3: security armed. This is the strangest place I've ever been
- 27:13Speaker 3: to get healthcare. Just a bunch of different places. Healthcare here,
- 27:20Speaker 3: healthcare here, another healthcare company right here. There are three
- 27:26Speaker 3: healthcare companies inside of this building, right here, in this
- 27:29Speaker 3: room of seven c Now we have another Helping Hands
- 27:34Speaker 3: Homecare LLC, another healthcare company present help right here. We're
- 27:39Speaker 3: looking for the best rates of healthcare here inside this
- 27:41Speaker 3: building because we have so many options. Who can we
- 27:43Speaker 3: talk about getting the best healthcare?
- 27:44Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 27:46Speaker 3: No, all right, we will not get any healthcare here, David.
- 27:51Speaker 3: This is one of the stranger places I've ever been. Literally,
- 27:55Speaker 3: healthcare every door you go to, yet nobody will give
- 27:58Speaker 3: you a rate. How much money thinks funnel through this
- 28:00Speaker 3: building every year?
- 28:03Speaker 4: I would say fifty to sixty millions at least.
- 28:06Speaker 3: And finally we were accepted into one of the daycare
- 28:08Speaker 3: centers and they actually took down information to give us
- 28:11Speaker 3: a rate. However, when we left, we were then met
- 28:14Speaker 3: with the police. We received a complaint that tellen mentioning
- 28:18Speaker 3: your description, we're in this building harassing the individuals who
- 28:22Speaker 3: stay here. Oh, we're just seeing we're checking out the
- 28:24Speaker 3: rates for healthcare because there's fourteen healthcare companies inside this building.
- 28:28Speaker 4: So okay, he said, He said, there's fourteen companies here,
- 28:32Speaker 4: and he's trying to assume because there's Somali providers that
- 28:34Speaker 4: everyone to your stradulent.
- 28:35Speaker 3: So we're gets here with some kind of like propaganda. No,
- 28:38Speaker 3: we're just checking this is this is a area that
- 28:43Speaker 3: we're allowed to enforce prespassing ordinance. Is there any other
- 28:45Speaker 3: reason that you guys are here, Well, we are checking rates. No,
- 28:49Speaker 3: we are checking rates. We asked for rates. Okay, I'm
- 28:53Speaker 3: gonna have if you guys are good, we're gonna set
- 28:54Speaker 3: out that and we all right, let's see. So all right,
- 28:57Speaker 3: we're getting escorted out right now. The police arrived when
- 29:01Speaker 3: we were checking out the rates, seeing what was happening
- 29:03Speaker 3: inside this building. No one would really speak with us.
- 29:05Speaker 3: We did go inside the one daycare center and she
- 29:07Speaker 3: actually did give his rates for childcare. Much respect to
- 29:10Speaker 3: that lady. What's the problem offs here? Well, so again
- 29:13Speaker 3: we've been getting reports from there now multiple individuals that
- 29:16Speaker 3: you guys were harassing individuals who are work here.
- 29:20Speaker 4: At the end of the day.
- 29:21Speaker 3: This is private property and it's one that people are
- 29:24Speaker 3: allowed to ask.
- 29:24Speaker 5: You to leave.
- 29:25Speaker 2: And it's also in the Minneapolis Police Department is allowed
- 29:27Speaker 2: to enforce trespassing ordinance at this address.
- 29:30Speaker 3: Yeah, so as we got escorted out of this building,
- 29:33Speaker 3: the Somali's filmed us as we left.
- 29:35Speaker 1: And now the FBI director Cash Patel has come out
- 29:39Speaker 1: and said, not only is the FBI aware of the
- 29:41Speaker 1: recent social media reports in Minnesota, but he said even
- 29:44Speaker 1: before the public conversation escalated online, the FBI had surged
- 29:50Speaker 1: personnel and investigative resources to Minnesota to dismantle large scale
- 29:56Speaker 1: fraud schemes. Is the way that he described it, fraud
- 30:00Speaker 1: that steals from taxpayers and rob's vulnerable children. He then said,
- 30:05Speaker 1: we'll remain a top FBI priority in Minnesota and nationwide.
- 30:10Speaker 1: To date, he said the FBI dismantled a two hundred
- 30:12Speaker 1: and fifty million dollar frauds game that stole federal food
- 30:16Speaker 1: aid meant for vulnerable children during COVID. The investigation exposed
- 30:20Speaker 1: sham vendors, shell companies, large scale money laundering tied to
- 30:24Speaker 1: defeeding our future network. The case has not only led
- 30:28Speaker 1: to seventy eight indictments in fifty seven convictions, but it
- 30:31Speaker 1: had high profile defendants that were busted for fraud, money laundering,
- 30:36Speaker 1: and conspiracy. He said these colonels didn't just engage in
- 30:40Speaker 1: historic fraud, but try to subvert justice as well. He
- 30:44Speaker 1: gave an example of Mohammed Nor and others that were
- 30:49Speaker 1: charged for attending to bribe a juror with one hundred
- 30:51Speaker 1: and twenty thousand dollars in cash. Those responsible pleaded guilty
- 30:56Speaker 1: and were sentenced, including a ten year prison term in
- 30:59Speaker 1: nearly four twenty eight million in restitution and related cases.
- 31:03Speaker 1: He said, the FBI believes this is just the tip
- 31:05Speaker 1: of a very large iceberg. We will continue to follow
- 31:09Speaker 1: the money and protect children, and this investigation very much
- 31:13Speaker 1: remains ongoing. Furthermore, many are also being referred to immigration
- 31:19Speaker 1: officials for possible further denationalization and deportation proceedings where eligible.
- 31:27Speaker 1: So it's clear not only is the President of United
- 31:30Speaker 1: States of America ware of what's happening, but he has
- 31:33Speaker 1: made sure that those are in charge of justice are
- 31:37Speaker 1: fully involved in seeking it for every taxpayer that's been defrauded.
- 31:42Speaker 1: Don't forget share this podcast please with your family and
- 31:45Speaker 1: your friends whereover they are, and I will see you
- 31:49Speaker 1: back here tomorrow
