- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded. Y'all know what time y'all
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know, y'all all looking back to back down, giving
- 0:13Speaker 1: them just like the milling bus things and it's not
- 0:19Speaker 1: doing me good. Steve Hartley, don't joy. You gotta use
- 0:59Speaker 1: that turn You gotta turn to turn them out, turning,
- 1:43Speaker 1: got to turn out, then turn the water the water.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Come come on your back, ah, I sure will. Good morning, everybody.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Are you listening to the voice? Come on, gig me now,
- 2:08Speaker 1: one and on it. Steve Harvey got a radio show. Okay,
- 2:14Speaker 1: I got something for you today. I'm gonna have a
- 2:19Speaker 1: conversation this morning about my understanding of grace now that
- 2:25Speaker 1: I've gotten older and I've come in to a better
- 2:27Speaker 1: understanding of a lot of things I didn't know about
- 2:30Speaker 1: when I was younger. This is just my interpretation of grace.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Now once again, y'all listen to me. I ain't nobody's pastor,
- 2:42Speaker 1: I ain't nobody's minister. So you know, I'm pretty sure
- 2:44Speaker 1: you can go to church and get a far more
- 2:47Speaker 1: extensive definition of one I'm giving you. I'm just talking
- 2:50Speaker 1: to people. You know. Grace is this thing that that
- 2:55Speaker 1: God provides for us and grace. It's just things that
- 3:02Speaker 1: you get that's really undeserving, you know. I mean, I
- 3:07Speaker 1: look at my life as it is today. You know. Look,
- 3:09Speaker 1: I work hard and I have faith in God that
- 3:12Speaker 1: I do so things are going to happen in my life.
- 3:15Speaker 1: But the way my life is now, I don't. I don't.
- 3:19Speaker 1: I don't deserve all of this. I don't. I don't.
- 3:21Speaker 1: I don't look at it that way. I have been
- 3:24Speaker 1: the beneficiary of God's grace. I have aligned myself in
- 3:29Speaker 1: a position to accept whatever grace God has for me,
- 3:34Speaker 1: and it will be far abundant and exceedingly in anything
- 3:39Speaker 1: you could think of. His grace supersedes anything you could
- 3:44Speaker 1: possibly imagine. You know, the goals that I set and
- 3:48Speaker 1: the aspirations that I shoot for, and the things that
- 3:50Speaker 1: I have on my dream board. I have the faith
- 3:53Speaker 1: that God give it to me. But what He does
- 3:55Speaker 1: with grace, he gives you far more than that. He
- 3:58Speaker 1: gives you what He has for you, not what you
- 4:01Speaker 1: can see. You can't see all He has for you.
- 4:04Speaker 1: It's impossible. Who are you? How can you possibly imagine
- 4:08Speaker 1: what he can imagine? How can you possibly think? How
- 4:11Speaker 1: he can think? How how can you possibly do what
- 4:13Speaker 1: he can do. How can it be that isn't a
- 4:16Speaker 1: single mind living or a collection of minds that could
- 4:19Speaker 1: have thought of earth? What in your wildest imagination could
- 4:25Speaker 1: have made you think of Earth? The stars, the heavens,
- 4:29Speaker 1: the oceans, the galaxy, the constellations. What in your mind?
- 4:35Speaker 1: What in any man's mind? We can point at it
- 4:38Speaker 1: and analyze it, but we show it couldn't have thought
- 4:40Speaker 1: of it. So come on now, I'm talking about lining
- 4:44Speaker 1: yourself up with God's grace, which he will give to
- 4:49Speaker 1: you if you if you want some of it now.
- 4:51Speaker 1: But now his thing about grace, it can't be bought.
- 4:54Speaker 1: If it could, if it could be bought, I'm telling
- 4:57Speaker 1: you I would pour all the money I have and
- 5:01Speaker 1: dump it into grace, because, after discovering what it is,
- 5:07Speaker 1: it's this goodness that God shines on you simply as
- 5:11Speaker 1: a reward of some type for his love for you
- 5:15Speaker 1: and for you attempting for you, attempting to do right,
- 5:21Speaker 1: not because you get it right. Because if He judged
- 5:23Speaker 1: us purely on how we are the right and wrong
- 5:26Speaker 1: of it, we would all be doomed, all of us,
- 5:30Speaker 1: every last one of us, would be doomed, because we
- 5:35Speaker 1: all fall short, we all make mistakes, we all sin,
- 5:39Speaker 1: we all get it wrong from time to time. Nobody's perfect. Man.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Now I understand what my mother was saying about cleaning
- 5:47Speaker 1: the house. All I want is a little more grace.
- 5:51Speaker 1: All I need is a little more grace when the
- 5:54Speaker 1: last time you ask God for some grace. Now, I'm
- 5:56Speaker 1: not talking to you like I know everything. If you
- 6:00Speaker 1: just benefit from His grace, which you already have, but
- 6:04Speaker 1: if you're not aware of it, you don't know what's
- 6:06Speaker 1: going on. Become aware of grace, Get aware of the
- 6:10Speaker 1: fact that God does things for you simply because He
- 6:13Speaker 1: loves you. He does things for you that you don't
- 6:16Speaker 1: even deserve. Somehow, you just wonder how you just got
- 6:19Speaker 1: over when you didn't even do the things to get over.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Sometimes you don't even know how you got that job
- 6:27Speaker 1: you got when you ain't even really do the things
- 6:29Speaker 1: to get the job. How you end up where you are,
- 6:31Speaker 1: all the education you thought you went and got and had,
- 6:35Speaker 1: how you end up where you are today in a
- 6:37Speaker 1: much better position than your education could have ever gotten you.
- 6:41Speaker 1: That's grace. How I get every place I am today.
- 6:45Speaker 1: I didn't plan this, man, If I could have planned
- 6:47Speaker 1: my life the way it is. Don't you know how
- 6:49Speaker 1: to have have done it? When I was living in that car?
- 6:51Speaker 1: If I knew how to do it, No, I benefited
- 6:54Speaker 1: from his grace. I'm just a beneficiary of his grace,
- 7:00Speaker 1: of his goodness and his mercy. God's goodness is better
- 7:04Speaker 1: than your goodness. God's goodness is better than your mother's goodness.
- 7:08Speaker 1: It's better than your wife's or your husband or your
- 7:11Speaker 1: booze goodness. God's goodness is different. His goodness man covers
- 7:16Speaker 1: some stuff you can't even imagine. So why are you
- 7:20Speaker 1: trying to put your life together when the last time
- 7:23Speaker 1: you asked him for just a little bit of grace?
- 7:27Speaker 1: When have you thought of your life in terms of
- 7:30Speaker 1: the grace that it has already benefited from? Have you
- 7:34Speaker 1: ever done that? Man? Just thought about you know? You
- 7:37Speaker 1: hear songs like my soul looked back and wonder how
- 7:39Speaker 1: I got over. That's grace, That's all I can call it. Now.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Like I said, you can go at church or somewhere
- 7:45Speaker 1: ever you want to, and ministers that the wind a
- 7:47Speaker 1: school to teach this thing way better than me. I'm
- 7:50Speaker 1: just giving you from a layman standpoint. Man, have you
- 7:53Speaker 1: thought about his grace. Would you not bewailed to be
- 7:56Speaker 1: a beneficiary of his grace? Would it not? Certain? Now,
- 8:00Speaker 1: check this out. The better you try to do, the
- 8:04Speaker 1: more grace he'll give to you. And that grace can't
- 8:07Speaker 1: be bought, Like I said, it's free. You can't purchase grace.
- 8:12Speaker 1: But the better you try to become the more the
- 8:14Speaker 1: more grace he gets to put your way. So man,
- 8:18Speaker 1: just try, why don't you just try to do better? Look, man,
- 8:23Speaker 1: quick tip, mina, I'm gonna start next week. I'm gonna
- 8:25Speaker 1: start at the new year. Now you now you do
- 8:27Speaker 1: that every year, you know, the evers at the new year.
- 8:29Speaker 1: I'm eat better at the new year. I'm na, I'm
- 8:32Speaker 1: gonna gonna get in here and the new year. If
- 8:34Speaker 1: you're gonna do it, you're gonna do it now. Man,
- 8:37Speaker 1: You're gonna do not stop trying to do something, do it,
- 8:41Speaker 1: stop talking about it, do it now. The best way
- 8:45Speaker 1: to benefit from his grace is starting action now in
- 8:50Speaker 1: old w now, right now today, what you're waiting on.
- 8:55Speaker 1: All you're doing is delaying his opportunity to bless you.
- 9:00Speaker 1: You know, man, you know, do you know how many
- 9:01Speaker 1: times we do that? We delay his opportunity to bless
- 9:05Speaker 1: us by not starting now. If you're gonna get healthy,
- 9:09Speaker 1: why don't you start now? Now You're gonna trip a
- 9:11Speaker 1: little bit called the holidays coming. But you ain't got
- 9:13Speaker 1: to eat bad all the time. You could start eating
- 9:16Speaker 1: correct today, you could. You could, and then guess what
- 9:20Speaker 1: that could be? Some grace on the end of that.
- 9:22Speaker 1: I'm just giving you a little cheap analogy. But do
- 9:25Speaker 1: you feel what I'm saying to you? Start thinking in
- 9:28Speaker 1: terms of grace, what He has done for you and
- 9:31Speaker 1: provided for you that you ain't even see coming. That
- 9:34Speaker 1: you know, you keep calling them blessings and I got
- 9:36Speaker 1: that a lot of it, and us all it is.
- 9:38Speaker 1: But man, have you thought about the stuff that didn't
- 9:40Speaker 1: happen to you? You can't account for I. For me,
- 9:44Speaker 1: that's been grace and I'm beneficiary of it. And that's
- 9:48Speaker 1: available to everybody that wants sub Next time you're talking
- 9:51Speaker 1: to him, just check in with grace. See what that is.
- 9:54Speaker 1: That's that's better than money. You're listening to show, Good morning, everybody,
- 10:03Speaker 1: it is the Steve hide In Morning Show. Get up

- 11:17Speaker 1: We got you. We got some stuff to help you
- 11:20Speaker 1: get through and watch the watch them Thursday over Friday.
- 11:27Speaker 1: I just have like Thursday was pizza day in high school.
- 11:30Speaker 1: I'm sorry, that's why it is my damn. My favorite
- 11:33Speaker 1: day was fish Dack Day, boy Thomas. I racked up
- 11:40Speaker 1: on fish day Day, or the breakfast when they had
- 11:47Speaker 1: that hot pancake with that boy man, it was on
- 11:55Speaker 1: free lunch. You used to stut on free lunch. I
- 11:58Speaker 1: swear to god, I couldn't wait to present my card. Yo,
- 12:02Speaker 1: you had the best breakfast. I ain't paying for nothing.
- 12:05Speaker 1: Look at these eggs as fresh as day ears. You
- 12:07Speaker 1: know what, Junior, I agree with you on the day
- 12:09Speaker 1: my mama, on the days my mama could afford me
- 12:11Speaker 1: to have a hot lunch. I felt so proud throwing
- 12:14Speaker 1: that card out there. I lunch that day. Yeah, yeah,
- 12:20Speaker 1: like a credit card. Yeah, spipe it dog that first sip. Yeah, man,
- 12:28Speaker 1: And look at the difference my kids now, Oh my god,
- 12:31Speaker 1: lunch for them at school. It's the bomb they got.
- 12:34Speaker 1: They got a food truck to stop. Boy man, everybody
- 12:40Speaker 1: how much I don't even know dollars, I got two dollars.
- 12:43Speaker 1: You can't eat how much. You cannot eat with two dollars,
- 12:50Speaker 1: you are you going to starve? But you can eat,
- 12:52Speaker 1: but you won't get full. But they got healthy choices.
- 12:57Speaker 1: They got all that. I mean, they got vegan. They
- 12:59Speaker 1: got vegan issue high school, not just high school, junior high, elementary.
- 13:04Speaker 1: Why do you think, man? Trust me? You ate with
- 13:08Speaker 1: that lady in that hand that gave your gave you
- 13:11Speaker 1: green beans, green beans, bass potatoes, piece of pick. Come on, now,
- 13:17Speaker 1: you hold up the line potatoes that hadn't had a
- 13:25Speaker 1: hole in it anyway it was you know, you got
- 13:29Speaker 1: at least one strand and your potatoes. All right, we're
- 13:34Speaker 1: gonna move on. Guys coming up at thirty two minutes
- 13:37Speaker 1: after the hour, ask a bitter man. He's not trying
- 13:40Speaker 1: to help you. And you see why right after this
- 13:43Speaker 1: you're listening to show time now for ask bitter man. Jay.
- 13:49Speaker 1: You say what I say, I'm not trying to help you.
- 13:52Speaker 1: I have no intentions of helping you. If you get
- 13:55Speaker 1: in hell by this, it wasn't intended at all. It
- 13:58Speaker 1: wasn't the line right fair if you accidentally get some help,
- 14:04Speaker 1: My bad, all right, my bad good. This one. This
- 14:09Speaker 1: one is from Benita and Minneapolis, Benita says, I'm in
- 14:13Speaker 1: my late fifties and my younger sister just had a
- 14:16Speaker 1: baby at age forty two. Her pregnancy came as a
- 14:18Speaker 1: shot to us all, and we didn't know she was
- 14:20Speaker 1: dating anyone. Seriously, there is a rumor that a prominent
- 14:24Speaker 1: politician is the father. But she will not be honest
- 14:27Speaker 1: with me. She wants me to help her raise a
- 14:29Speaker 1: baby and not question her. I have no problem helping
- 14:32Speaker 1: her out, but I think as her sister, she should
- 14:35Speaker 1: be honest with me. Should I press the issue? No? No, no, no,
- 14:40Speaker 1: they no, your damness, And that we won't even name
- 14:43Speaker 1: the boy a girl whatever we know, he'll have no name.
- 14:46Speaker 1: So that way you ain't got to be worrying about
- 14:48Speaker 1: who is the damn daddy. Who the daddy is not
- 14:51Speaker 1: your business? All right, you wouldn't it? And do with you? Stay,
- 14:56Speaker 1: I've gone folk, beneg And you know, take your niece
- 14:59Speaker 1: or your nephew with no name. I say, we don't
- 15:01Speaker 1: even name the child, don't name the job here. You
- 15:04Speaker 1: come here, you your sister, Her sister didn't tell her nothing.
- 15:13Speaker 1: You ain't, guys, You didn't tell her when you were
- 15:15Speaker 1: going up there hooking up. You can't tell her, and
- 15:17Speaker 1: now you want you want to know she knew you,
- 15:21Speaker 1: but she wants her sister to help her raise the
- 15:24Speaker 1: baby because you can help without knowing everything that ain't
- 15:27Speaker 1: your business. Let me say, Tommy, do with you. We're
- 15:36Speaker 1: moving on. Sierra and Richmond says, I have three children
- 15:39Speaker 1: and one of this, one of them is always in
- 15:42Speaker 1: trouble at school. School just started and my son has
- 15:45Speaker 1: a problem with being quiet. He heckles the teacher and
- 15:49Speaker 1: talks about her clothes and her hairstyle. He's only nine
- 15:53Speaker 1: years old, and I can't go through a whole school
- 15:56Speaker 1: year of this. I also don't want to homeschool him
- 15:59Speaker 1: or pay for right at school. He's the one child
- 16:02Speaker 1: of mine that gets on my last nerve. What can
- 16:05Speaker 1: I do to make him stop clowning at school? Makings
- 16:08Speaker 1: of a great stand up comedian? Just thinking that Jake,
- 16:13Speaker 1: that's that's that. That boy is gonna be at the
- 16:16Speaker 1: Apolo Madison Square. God, he might even perform at the
- 16:20Speaker 1: Jay Spot. That boy is a comedian. Do not do
- 16:24Speaker 1: not crush his dream and tell him nobody's gonna pay
- 16:28Speaker 1: you to be stupid. Don't tell that boy that don't
- 16:31Speaker 1: ever utter those damn words, because that is a damn
- 16:34Speaker 1: lie in that, right, Timmy jay we're gonna have to whoop.
- 16:39Speaker 1: And you know that you know this boy, but whoop man.
- 16:44Speaker 1: And my mama said, you can't be down there cutting
- 16:46Speaker 1: up in clown. I'm not gonna be coming off my
- 16:48Speaker 1: job the food with you. Well, I'll ask junior, Junior,
- 16:54Speaker 1: what you say, man, I say, leave him alone. He
- 16:57Speaker 1: is the same path I was on. I talked about teachers. Yeah,
- 17:02Speaker 1: I talked about the teachers that had hair cuts and stuff.
- 17:05Speaker 1: He's on the same path. In a minute, when he
- 17:07Speaker 1: gets to middle school, he is going to have his
- 17:10Speaker 1: own session in front of the class. He gonna have
- 17:13Speaker 1: every Friday in funny, first Friday he's gonna do. At
- 17:16Speaker 1: the time I got to the Red, I had the
- 17:18Speaker 1: first class show and then I had a show right
- 17:21Speaker 1: after lunch. That was I had shows five days a week.
- 17:25Speaker 1: But Joe Ja Ja Jaye, tell him where your biggest
- 17:29Speaker 1: show was at the bus stop? Your biggest show is
- 17:33Speaker 1: at the bus stop on the way home. You could
- 17:36Speaker 1: say what you want to say at the bus stop
- 17:38Speaker 1: on the way home. All right, we're moving on. You
- 17:46Speaker 1: didn't help him, okay. Aressia in Charlotte says, I've been
- 17:51Speaker 1: married for six years and when we first got married,
- 17:54Speaker 1: my husband cheated on me. I cheated back, and we
- 17:57Speaker 1: went to counseling. That was years ago. On the counsel
- 18:00Speaker 1: is wearing off. I feel the need to step out
- 18:02Speaker 1: of my husband again. It's probably hard for you to
- 18:05Speaker 1: imagine a woman wanting to cheat, but I do. I
- 18:09Speaker 1: don't think it will help cut down on my frustration.
- 18:12Speaker 1: I think it will help cut down on my frustration
- 18:15Speaker 1: and arguments in my marriage. I just need a reset.
- 18:17Speaker 1: Is this normal? And or am I a weirdough You're
- 18:20Speaker 1: not a litt You're not awirdough at. You don't let
- 18:24Speaker 1: nobody call you that. You're tired of him and you
- 18:27Speaker 1: just need some outside of entertainment and nothing wrong with that.
- 18:31Speaker 1: What y'all doing is tit for tat, he tip you
- 18:34Speaker 1: tat and then hell tit and then you attack tip
- 18:37Speaker 1: and tat. Soon let y'all gonna break up. But right now,
- 18:41Speaker 1: y'all just do a tit for tat, Just tip for tat,
- 18:43Speaker 1: you tatting heat titt' and then hell tit and then
- 18:46Speaker 1: hell tat. And it's not gonna work. It's down I'm
- 18:49Speaker 1: don't with you going on. I didn't get your little
- 18:51Speaker 1: something you're bringing on, just a little something. Come on
- 18:54Speaker 1: back in, but don't don't go out there and stay
- 18:55Speaker 1: too long. Now, come in, come in at a decent eye.
- 18:58Speaker 1: But you know what I mean, Come on, they're encouraging cheating.
- 19:03Speaker 1: She's already hited there. That's not us. Don't play that
- 19:05Speaker 1: on us. No, No, I would never cheat. She was hitting.
- 19:16Speaker 1: That sounds like that. You know, it's somebody as you
- 19:20Speaker 1: if as somebody as you were Wizards seven and eleven,
- 19:22Speaker 1: and they're going in the right direction. You just pointing
- 19:24Speaker 1: it out. I didn't see the way you're going. Keep
- 19:29Speaker 1: heading in that direction, all right. He's the right way
- 19:35Speaker 1: to do the wrong thing, you know what I mean.
- 19:37Speaker 1: That's the right way to do the wrong thing. Oh lord,
- 19:41Speaker 1: sounds that sounds like a play, Timmy, that sounds like
- 19:44Speaker 1: a play. Bring to the wish yell ebil theater. Is
- 19:48Speaker 1: the right way to do the wrong thing. John Junior
- 19:53Speaker 1: in Baton Rouge says, I'm a fifty nine year old
- 19:55Speaker 1: married man and I'm dating a much younger woman on
- 19:58Speaker 1: the side. Recently, she tried to break it off off
- 20:00Speaker 1: of me because she wants me to leave my wife.
- 20:03Speaker 1: She told me as that she was ready to have
- 20:05Speaker 1: a real boyfriend and a normal life. And there's no
- 20:08Speaker 1: way I can let her go because she's very good
- 20:10Speaker 1: at what she does to me. I can't imagine her
- 20:13Speaker 1: with another man, giving him my good stuff. I know
- 20:16Speaker 1: she wants a normal life, but shouldn't I be the
- 20:19Speaker 1: only one she's intimate with if I'm paying all of

- 28:06Speaker 1: that's not But see when the prank don't go good,

- 28:44Speaker 1: As long as you know that I'm on the show,
- 28:46Speaker 1: that's all that you need to know. But Dominique is
- 28:48Speaker 1: on the show, Rodney Perry is on the show, Tommy
- 28:54Speaker 1: Tommy Davidson is on the show, and Guy Guy Tory

- 29:20Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening to the Stave Harvey Morning Show.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Buster rhymes ranting about COVID restrictions is making the rounds.
- 29:30Speaker 1: That's right. In the two and a half minute video
- 29:33Speaker 1: circulating on social media, Buster flips out about various restrictions
- 29:37Speaker 1: like mask mandates. He continued his rant and going in
- 29:42Speaker 1: about the government taking away what he considers civil liberties.
- 29:46Speaker 1: Take a listen policies in this I'm trying to take
- 30:04Speaker 1: our civil liberties away. Feels good to be back outside.
- 30:09Speaker 1: We outside for real. It's corvid, God given the right
- 30:16Speaker 1: to freedom. Right. No human beings apot to tell you
- 30:20Speaker 1: you can't even breathe freely. Your mask I can hear
- 30:26Speaker 1: COVID out there. I can hear come On doing just
- 30:32Speaker 1: the opposite, encouraging people to wear their masks and to
- 30:36Speaker 1: get the shots. Come on, because what's the big deal.
- 30:38Speaker 1: What's the harm wearing their mask? What's gonna happen? You
- 30:41Speaker 1: just wore a mask, or you saved somebody's life, possibly
- 30:44Speaker 1: your family member. What's the harm in that? Obviously that's
- 30:47Speaker 1: the problem. I mean obvious. I mean if we talk
- 30:51Speaker 1: about a mask, Yeah, the mask is for your protection
- 30:56Speaker 1: right around you, but it's you first, Like you don't
- 31:03Speaker 1: value your own life. It saved you first. You just
- 31:07Speaker 1: want to be defiant, You just want to be defining.
- 31:10Speaker 1: And but I don't know what you Bust is saying
- 31:12Speaker 1: what he says other people cheering him on, because that's
- 31:17Speaker 1: just it's crazy. But Jay Jay, think about this, people
- 31:21Speaker 1: cheering them on. They fascinated. He might be right? That
- 31:26Speaker 1: was that? Was that? That? That? Yeah? Okay, yeah, no, God,
- 31:30Speaker 1: don't have to y'all don't have to ever see my
- 31:33Speaker 1: face again. I'm wearing I don't care if y'all ever
- 31:36Speaker 1: see my face again. Y'all know, Okay, tell him a picture,
- 31:44Speaker 1: I tell you what it has done. Time me. For me,
- 31:47Speaker 1: I don't have to say watch out there now as
- 31:49Speaker 1: much as I you not that you're proud of it.
- 31:53Speaker 1: Don't get me wrong, but I'm not saying that. They
- 31:56Speaker 1: don't know who I am until I open my mouth.
- 31:58Speaker 1: But you know, the masks change y'all left for me.
- 32:02Speaker 1: But you should have a man said says watch out
- 32:05Speaker 1: there that I bought it. I bought it because you
- 32:09Speaker 1: know we're gonna have to wear these masks for a while.
- 32:11Speaker 1: Doctor Doctor Fauci said, um, next spring, next spring, maybe
- 32:16Speaker 1: when we come out of COVID completely. Next spring. Now
- 32:20Speaker 1: they keep pushing the day back because we f fascinated. Yeah,
- 32:25Speaker 1: I'm winning the hell out of mind. I'm winning, you know,
- 32:27Speaker 1: telling us not to I told Jack last week, I'm
- 32:30Speaker 1: not making a lot of you. What I know Mans,
- 32:33Speaker 1: your wife, I don't know you like that doing it.
- 32:41Speaker 1: I'm not doing you. Ain't breathing in my face. I'm
- 32:44Speaker 1: not I'm not being to die for you like this heal.
- 32:47Speaker 1: I'm not off that that didn't go well. Can I
- 32:55Speaker 1: tell y'all something. There's a guy, young guy on the street,
- 32:57Speaker 1: he's like maybe nineteen to twenty. He goes for a
- 33:00Speaker 1: walk and my husband and now we're looking. We was like,
- 33:04Speaker 1: he goes for walk, he got a mask on, but
- 33:05Speaker 1: he walking by himself. He's he don't trust people with
- 33:16Speaker 1: the nun in the car drive and all of that. Yeah,
- 33:21Speaker 1: all right, Jay, time to move on. Time for today's headline.
- 33:24Speaker 1: All right, everybody, it is time for the news with
- 33:27Speaker 1: him miss Anne trip and good morning everybody. Here we go.
- 33:30Speaker 1: It's another day in Afghanistan, with US forces still bringing
- 33:33Speaker 1: out as many Americans and former Afghan collaborators as possible.
- 33:37Speaker 1: Now reports so the Talibans seeking to stop the nation's
- 33:40Speaker 1: resource and brain drain by making it near impossible to
- 33:43Speaker 1: get to the airport. The Pentagon says that flights are
- 33:46Speaker 1: leaving and kabble at the rate of one every forty
- 33:48Speaker 1: five minutes, that more than twenty one thousand people were
- 33:51Speaker 1: airlifted just over the last twenty four hours, and both
- 33:53Speaker 1: sides have stated their positions. According to White House spokesperson Jensaki,
- 33:58Speaker 1: we have been in direct contact with American citizens, but
- 34:01Speaker 1: with sav applicants, a special immigrant visa applicants and Afghans
- 34:06Speaker 1: whose departure we are facilitating about how and when to
- 34:09Speaker 1: come to the airport, and our expectation, which we have
- 34:12Speaker 1: also conveyed to the Taliban, is that they should be
- 34:15Speaker 1: able to get to the airport. You know, the Taliban
- 34:17Speaker 1: has been ordering the Afghans inside and outside the airport
- 34:20Speaker 1: fence to go home, claiming that they won't face any reprisals.
- 34:24Speaker 1: But the people apparently don't believe them. They're insisting that
- 34:27Speaker 1: Americans stick to their previously announced departure date August thirty first.
- 34:30Speaker 1: But of course, besides getting them out, the Afghans have
- 34:33Speaker 1: to be delivered somewhere right the Pentagon spokes when John
- 34:36Speaker 1: Kirby says, in this country anyway, there's space on some
- 34:38Speaker 1: army basis, it's possible that we might be looking at
- 34:41Speaker 1: additional US military installations here in the United States. Right now,
- 34:46Speaker 1: we are looking. We're working with four of them, Fort Lee,
- 34:50Speaker 1: Fort McCoy for Bliss, and Joint based McGuire Dick Slakehurst
- 34:54Speaker 1: in New Jersey. Those are the four that are operating
- 34:57Speaker 1: now and are beginning to see a flow of SIV applicants.
- 35:03Speaker 1: SIV stands for Special Immigrant Visas. In Washington, the House
- 35:07Speaker 1: has narrowly passed the budget resolution that provides a framework
- 35:10Speaker 1: for President Biden's three and a half trillion dollar human
- 35:13Speaker 1: infrastructure planet mister Biden zephyort to expand and strengthen the
- 35:17Speaker 1: nation's safety net. The leader of the right wing and
- 35:21Speaker 1: many called racist Proud Boys, has been sentenced to five
- 35:24Speaker 1: months in jail for stealing a Black Lives Matter flag
- 35:28Speaker 1: from a historic black church in the nation's capital and
- 35:30Speaker 1: burning it. And Rico Tadio, who says he's Cuban American,
- 35:33Speaker 1: He's Afro Cuban American, pled guilty to the charges. A
- 35:38Speaker 1: last month, an appeals court has allowed San Antonio County
- 35:41Speaker 1: to defy Texas Governor Greg Abbott's mandated a ban on
- 35:44Speaker 1: mask wearing, but the governor's asking the state Supreme Court
- 35:46Speaker 1: to overturn it. According to a poll on a Christian Post,
- 35:49Speaker 1: over sixty percent of born again Christians between ages of
- 35:52Speaker 1: eighteen and thirty nine say believing in Jesus Christ is
- 35:55Speaker 1: not the only way to get to heaven. They think
- 35:57Speaker 1: worshiping Muhammed and Buddha are just as good. Now back
- 36:00Speaker 1: to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening show. All right, Temmy,
- 36:06Speaker 1: it's time it's time to check out of Jay's mind.
- 36:10Speaker 1: All right, We're going to check it out. I'm you
- 36:14Speaker 1: know what I never I never asked y'all. How far
- 36:16Speaker 1: y'all want to go into the line. You want to
- 36:18Speaker 1: go deep, you want to go midway, shallow? How far
- 36:22Speaker 1: you want to go? That's where I take you now.
- 36:25Speaker 1: All right, all right, ladies, we're going deep, deep into
- 36:29Speaker 1: the mind. Hold on tight and hold on real tight,
- 36:31Speaker 1: because you've never been this far deep into the mind
- 36:34Speaker 1: of Jay Anthony Brown. First and foremost, let me thank
- 36:37Speaker 1: Michael Blacksham were coming to the Jay spot last night,
- 36:40Speaker 1: ripped it up. Thank you, Thank you, mother sucker, thank you. So.

- 36:49Speaker 1: of September, but Labor Day weekend, I'll be at the
- 36:52Speaker 1: Asher Theater and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Take it easy,
- 36:56Speaker 1: here we go. I want to talk. It's in Myrtle Beach, Okolina.
- 37:00Speaker 1: I want to take some time and talk to our
- 37:03Speaker 1: How can I say this, man and women are bigger fans,
- 37:06Speaker 1: larger fans. We love you. The thing is that y'all
- 37:10Speaker 1: have outnumbered us. Now we are the little people. Okay.
- 37:15Speaker 1: Back when the day we maybe one or two of y'all,
- 37:18Speaker 1: y'all got it now, okay, you got it. You're everywhere
- 37:22Speaker 1: your commercials, You're dancing your water skin, you're climbing up
- 37:29Speaker 1: on a grate, You're doing every damn thing. Just could
- 37:33Speaker 1: you be just just a little tenny bit more nicer
- 37:38Speaker 1: to the little people? Just just walk over. Stop threatening us. Okay,
- 37:43Speaker 1: we we we We're not gonna fight, dude, we cain't win.
- 37:47Speaker 1: We I have numbered y'all everywhere. Okay, y'all got this,
- 37:52Speaker 1: it's your thing. Just just could you just be just
- 37:56Speaker 1: a little more nice, all right? Just just talking about now,
- 38:01Speaker 1: so quick to go zero to sixty, real quicker. The
- 38:06Speaker 1: men want to fight, the ladies want to fight. We
- 38:09Speaker 1: don't want to fight. We I don't want to fight.
- 38:11Speaker 1: I'm too older, damn fight. I'm I got no fight
- 38:15Speaker 1: in me. I'll call the police out, film it, but
- 38:19Speaker 1: I can't fight. I'm not a fighter. Okay, just know
- 38:22Speaker 1: that I'm not the person to fight. And I'm asking
- 38:26Speaker 1: my bigger fans, bigger ladies, bigger men, bigger kids, just
- 38:32Speaker 1: could you take it, take it down or not? Just
- 38:36Speaker 1: just just a little bit, okay, just just I think
- 38:45Speaker 1: I think I went too far back. Yeah, yeah, I
- 38:50Speaker 1: want to dark darkner I can see my and that's
- 39:00Speaker 1: all it goes. Coming up at thirty four minutes after
- 39:05Speaker 1: the hour, we'll talk more about COVID right after this.
- 39:09Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, So, guys,
- 39:13Speaker 1: what's going on. There's been plenty of recent news on
- 39:16Speaker 1: the vaccination vaccination front. The FDA granted full approval to
- 39:20Speaker 1: Fiser's COVID vaccine for those sixteen and older yesterday or
- 39:24Speaker 1: the day before yesterday. President Biden on Monday urge more
- 39:27Speaker 1: Americans to get vaccinated. So did Donald Trump on Saturday
- 39:32Speaker 1: say the same thing. Yes, he did, but he got booed.
- 39:36Speaker 1: He got booed, remember that. Yeah, And doctor Fauci recently
- 39:41Speaker 1: said that there was a reasonable chance that vaccines for
- 39:44Speaker 1: children under twelve could start in the late fall or
- 39:47Speaker 1: early winter. That is good news. Please. And a recent
- 39:52Speaker 1: NBA NBC poll shows a sixty nine percent of all
- 39:56Speaker 1: adults say they've already been vaccinated, versus thirteen percent saying
- 40:00Speaker 1: they won't get vaccinated under any circumstance. Under any circumstance,
- 40:06Speaker 1: I'm waiting on theos. I'm waiting on the booster whenever
- 40:09Speaker 1: they put it out there. I'm gonna go get it. Yeah, Jay, Yeah,
- 40:13Speaker 1: I have underlying conditions. You have underlying conditions. We can
- 40:15Speaker 1: go get it tomorrow. Well, no, if I could buy it,
- 40:18Speaker 1: I go get it, man, I would Oh, y'all need
- 40:20Speaker 1: to hook me up. If y'all get this boost I'm grolling. No, no, no, no,
- 40:26Speaker 1: is that time to be sick? Now? Now you the
- 40:28Speaker 1: whole time when you got the vaccination, don't be sick
- 40:31Speaker 1: with us. Me and Jay going to get the boost it.
- 40:33Speaker 1: We'll tell you how that go. Now you have it.
- 40:39Speaker 1: I mean that would like we were talking earlier about
- 40:41Speaker 1: Buster Rhyme. Now we know Buster round great rapper, but
- 40:45Speaker 1: I mean legend. He's a legend. He is, He's a
- 40:49Speaker 1: rap legend. But if you're gonna get medical information, I'm
- 40:53Speaker 1: just saying you don't want to get it from Buster rhyme.
- 40:57Speaker 1: You don't. You don't want to be you don't, you
- 40:59Speaker 1: don't want to be a magician. When the conversation coming
- 41:01Speaker 1: with who told you? Not the way your mask, and
- 41:04Speaker 1: then your answer is bust the rhyme told me. I
- 41:08Speaker 1: mean that's not right. That just don't sound right. I mean,
- 41:14Speaker 1: we love Buster, we love New York, we love New York.
- 41:17Speaker 1: It ain't it ain't doctor Buster rhyme. First of all,
- 41:22Speaker 1: there's no doctor that has doctor and then buster anything.
- 41:30Speaker 1: There's not one doctor anywhere and no thing does a
- 41:33Speaker 1: doctor with the last name Buster, because if his name
- 41:36Speaker 1: was doctor Buster, you probably wouldn't go to doctor Buster.
- 41:42Speaker 1: So I mean, I just I don't know. I don't
- 41:45Speaker 1: know where they're getting this information from. What we know
- 41:48Speaker 1: where they're getting from, But why are they using it
- 41:50Speaker 1: and standing more than cheering? That's right, Buster, I don't
- 41:55Speaker 1: understand the misinformation while holding on. That's just like these
- 42:00Speaker 1: theorists out there too, that people would rather believe than
- 42:04Speaker 1: the doctors and the scientists, you know, and the medical community.
- 42:08Speaker 1: A lot of that going on too, and I too.
- 42:10Speaker 1: A lot of people just don't want to admit it,
- 42:13Speaker 1: but they're afraid to take the shot. And that's what
- 42:16Speaker 1: the bottom line is. They are afraid. What's the fear
- 42:19Speaker 1: of it? What's the fear? Well, a lot of out
- 42:22Speaker 1: there right, a lot of peoples, and and they think
- 42:26Speaker 1: there might be some side effects. Magnet magnetizes your body.
- 42:30Speaker 1: You can stick a key on your body and then
- 42:33Speaker 1: the government will be able to locate you. They're gonna
- 42:35Speaker 1: put a chip in you wherever you are. And if
- 42:39Speaker 1: they put a chip and then what what what are
- 42:41Speaker 1: they doing with the chip? Dang I put no chip?
- 42:44Speaker 1: You gotta dem card. Yeah, if you got if you
- 42:50Speaker 1: got cabled, they know what the hell you live? I mean, man,
- 42:58Speaker 1: it is and he not they like you said, Jay
- 43:01Speaker 1: to your point about doctor, Buster rhymes, you got to
- 43:04Speaker 1: talk to your doctor. Man, why can't you talk to
- 43:06Speaker 1: your doctor and your medical advisor and get the facts?
- 43:11Speaker 1: Get the facts. That's good for you, for you and
- 43:15Speaker 1: your family. What I can I can't do? Buster, run,
- 43:18Speaker 1: come on? Put the round? Would you want to? Don't
- 43:24Speaker 1: just make people want to jump? Jump. But there's some
- 43:28Speaker 1: good news. A lot of the people that were skeptical
- 43:31Speaker 1: at first not knowing what was in it or saying
- 43:35Speaker 1: that they didn't they didn't take long enough to research
- 43:38Speaker 1: it and everything. So now they have FDA approval. So
- 43:42Speaker 1: now those people will go ahead and get their their
- 43:45Speaker 1: vaccines and hope we have those. Yeah, I mean that's
- 43:47Speaker 1: what they're saying. Yeah, Yeah, I do know. Buster has
- 43:50Speaker 1: a song. Say maybe if you give it to me,
- 43:54Speaker 1: that's what you want talk about the scene, all right?
- 44:01Speaker 1: Coming up next, Guy's nephew, Tommy and today's prank phone call.
- 44:05Speaker 1: Right after this, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning
- 44:08Speaker 1: Show coming up at the top of the hour, right
- 44:12Speaker 1: about four minutes after, it's my strawberry letter for today's subject,
- 44:15Speaker 1: is he a stalker or a smooth talker? And we'll
- 44:19Speaker 1: get into that in just a few but right now
- 44:21Speaker 1: the nephew is in the building with today's prank phone call.
- 44:24Speaker 1: What you got for us, nev. I think it's time
- 44:27Speaker 1: to go to the choch. I think it's time to
- 44:33Speaker 1: go to the church. The title is God's Eyes Ministry,
- 44:41Speaker 1: Gods Eyes Ministry. I want to take some time right
- 44:46Speaker 1: now if you would, let's go kid. Hello, Hello, I'm
- 44:52Speaker 1: trying to read Clarence Clarence. How are you doing, Clarence?
- 44:57Speaker 1: This is Daddy es Man. I'm over at the church
- 45:00Speaker 1: mann Wrapt, this church where you're a member of right, Oh, yeah,
- 45:03Speaker 1: he's okay. Hey, I'm with the Gems man, and uh
- 45:08Speaker 1: you you you actually came to uh this past service,
- 45:11Speaker 1: correct Gems the Gems. That's that's uh God's Eyes Missionary
- 45:19Speaker 1: and and basically what we do is we watch what's
- 45:21Speaker 1: going on, you know, in the in the church, who's coming,
- 45:26Speaker 1: who hasn't come? And uh, you know, I don't mean
- 45:29Speaker 1: any harm, but this this if my records indicate me right?
- 45:33Speaker 1: Uh through um my God's eyes, minister, the gems looking
- 45:37Speaker 1: at my books, looks like you this is your first
- 45:39Speaker 1: time at the church this year? Correct? Yeah, I mean
- 45:44Speaker 1: what can I do for you? Okay? Now when Pastor
- 45:47Speaker 1: asked for all the visitors to stand, you actually did
- 45:49Speaker 1: not stand? Correct? No, no, I'm remember because you remember
- 45:53Speaker 1: there we go. Now you you still work for um?
- 45:56Speaker 1: Uh you you you work for them? Yeah, okay, Now
- 46:00Speaker 1: what we've done is we've averaged it out that you
- 46:02Speaker 1: what what is this? What is this? I mean? What
- 46:05Speaker 1: is this about? Okay, I'm on my way to it.
- 46:07Speaker 1: So so you probably are you um, averaging about what
- 46:11Speaker 1: between forty and fifty thousand dollars on a yearly basis
- 46:13Speaker 1: over there week? I mean that. But yeah, go ahead,
- 46:18Speaker 1: problem see what we're looking at. Since since you all member,
- 46:21Speaker 1: because see you did not stand when he said all members,
- 46:24Speaker 1: since you did not stand up? Which what you right
- 46:27Speaker 1: there making the you know you're you're you're clarifying that
- 46:30Speaker 1: you are a member, and you're making about we're gonna
- 46:33Speaker 1: roughly say about forty five thousand dollars. Yeah, which means
- 46:36Speaker 1: ten percent is forty five hundred. Now, we looked at
- 46:40Speaker 1: the we looked at the books and noticed that you
- 46:43Speaker 1: put in fifty dollars in the church on this past
- 46:46Speaker 1: east on Sunday. Now, if you put fifty dollars in
- 46:50Speaker 1: you know where close. See when you're gonna start cutting
- 46:53Speaker 1: into this forty five hundred dollars that you ought to
- 46:55Speaker 1: be paying your ties? Wait? What's your name? I like saying, sir,
- 47:00Speaker 1: My name is Thaddus Staddius, will a man rock God.
- 47:03Speaker 1: Yet you have robbed me? Where see you? You? You
- 47:07Speaker 1: you are? Wait minut, hold on, hold a second. You
- 47:10Speaker 1: got you got all the stuff going on to the church.
- 47:12Speaker 1: You you got uh, you got hungry people, you got
- 47:16Speaker 1: people that need salvation and whatever. But you calling me
- 47:19Speaker 1: about about some money that I haven't given to the church. Well,
- 47:23Speaker 1: well see, and that's what your ministry does, y'all. Call
- 47:25Speaker 1: y'all spend all morning calling people. My My job, sir,
- 47:30Speaker 1: as a gym God's eyes ministry, my job is to
- 47:34Speaker 1: keep an eye on what's going on at the church. Now,
- 47:38Speaker 1: when are you gonna start cutting into your tie, you
- 47:41Speaker 1: forty five hundred dollars that we see. This is why
- 47:43Speaker 1: we can't get the extra wing that pastor wants to
- 47:46Speaker 1: put on. Because people are like you. This is why.
- 47:49Speaker 1: But what you know what you hold on? A second um,
- 47:53Speaker 1: First of all, let me explain something to your brother
- 47:55Speaker 1: Thaddius L. Whatever the ministry you are with, Saddish, that's fine. Listen, Hey,
- 48:01Speaker 1: I don't even have to explain this to you, but
- 48:03Speaker 1: let me explain something to you. All right. I'm this
- 48:05Speaker 1: is a one job household. This is all we do.
- 48:08Speaker 1: This is a one job household. My wife don't work,
- 48:11Speaker 1: but my wife comes to church every Sunday and she
- 48:14Speaker 1: pays the tides. And have you checked as the gym ministry,
- 48:17Speaker 1: have y'all looked at her tides? Her ties ain't got
- 48:21Speaker 1: nothing to do with you. You understand you have to
- 48:25Speaker 1: pay your tides. Will a man rob God? Yet ye
- 48:30Speaker 1: have rob? You are robbing the Lord. Brother Clarence, you
- 48:35Speaker 1: know what man? You know? That's you know? And you
- 48:37Speaker 1: wonder why people don't come to church all the time.
- 48:39Speaker 1: How you gonna tell me that I could be giving
- 48:41Speaker 1: my tide somewhere else? I am the secretary. I am
- 48:44Speaker 1: the gym's secretary. God's eyes ministry and my eyes have
- 48:48Speaker 1: shown me that you've only given fifty dollars. You're making
- 48:51Speaker 1: forty five dollars from the church. I don't know if
- 48:57Speaker 1: that is something. I'll tell you that. Who have you
- 49:01Speaker 1: been saying? Who? Yes, I have, But that's not none
- 49:03Speaker 1: of their business. That's I know, I know, I know.
- 49:06Speaker 1: What does it have to do with him calling people
- 49:08Speaker 1: and asking them if they're candles? I got this, I
- 49:10Speaker 1: got this. Let me handles? Yeah, yeah, you know, I
- 49:13Speaker 1: got it. I got to stock got him, I got it.
- 49:15Speaker 1: I got I know, I know, I know who? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who?
- 49:18Speaker 1: Who was that? Sir? That's my wife has been paying.
- 49:21Speaker 1: That's my wife's been paying. I died. That's right. Oh okay,
- 49:26Speaker 1: I don't have nothing in my books that say y'all
- 49:29Speaker 1: paid three hundred dollars on the if she said we
- 49:32Speaker 1: paid three hundred dollars, we paid three hundred dollars. Okay,
- 49:35Speaker 1: let me ask you this, when are you gonna start
- 49:39Speaker 1: cutting into this farty five with a man robbed God?
- 49:43Speaker 1: Yet you have robbed me. That is what you are doing, sir,
- 49:47Speaker 1: Well you know what you're robbing me, right, now you're
- 49:50Speaker 1: robbing me right now on my time where I could
- 49:52Speaker 1: go out, I gotta be worked. I can't even go
- 49:54Speaker 1: get dressed right now because I'm on the phone with you.
- 49:56Speaker 1: I have to be at work in half an hour.
- 49:59Speaker 1: You robbed me right now of my time. Let me
- 50:02Speaker 1: ask you something. Can you bring your tax return into
- 50:05Speaker 1: what I can take a look at it? My tax return?
- 50:07Speaker 1: You know, I'll tell you what. I'll bring my tax
- 50:09Speaker 1: return if everybody else bring their tax return. If you
- 50:12Speaker 1: bring your tax return and pass to bring your tax return,
- 50:15Speaker 1: then I'll bring my tax return. We can have a
- 50:17Speaker 1: tax return party. When will your tax return? When? Can you?
- 50:21Speaker 1: Can you fax it to me? Are you serious? I mean,
- 50:24Speaker 1: I mean, I mean if it's is, if it's not
- 50:28Speaker 1: too much to ask for. Listen, I'm gonna be honest
- 50:31Speaker 1: with you. The next time you do come to church,
- 50:33Speaker 1: we're gonna patch you down because we're gonna have to
- 50:35Speaker 1: figure out. Oh, hold on, you're gonna pat me down
- 50:38Speaker 1: to nextime I come to church and then lay hands
- 50:41Speaker 1: on you. Okay, let me ask you this. Do you
- 50:42Speaker 1: are you all salary at the church? Yeah? But what
- 50:45Speaker 1: does but what does what does what does that have
- 50:47Speaker 1: to do with anything. I need to know you. I
- 50:50Speaker 1: ain't get ain't gotten you. Look, look it ain't got nothing.
- 50:53Speaker 1: When you're gonna bring your forty five hundred dollars down
- 50:55Speaker 1: so we can add it, so we can get the
- 50:57Speaker 1: wing put on. I'm part of the jams. You bring
- 51:00Speaker 1: your money down here, Clarence, isn't it? Dog? Let me
- 51:04Speaker 1: teay you something. I don't know who you are. I
- 51:06Speaker 1: don't know what this ministry is. I'm with the gyms.
- 51:08Speaker 1: Where can we expt it? Man? I don't I don't care.
- 51:10Speaker 1: I don't give it. You know what ever says, I
- 51:12Speaker 1: don't care anything about your gym ministry. I don't care
- 51:16Speaker 1: about you, man, I don't care about any of that.
- 51:18Speaker 1: Where you're gonna play this ten percent? Man, let me
- 51:20Speaker 1: tell you something. Dollars and just this for real, don't
- 51:23Speaker 1: call my house no more with this, with this stuff
- 51:25Speaker 1: you about to make it, brother, go off. I mean, seriously,
- 51:27Speaker 1: in this economy, in this economy, you talk to me
- 51:29Speaker 1: about about me tied and fitted dollars. I'm trying. I'm
- 51:31Speaker 1: trying to put a dollar through college. I'm trying to
- 51:33Speaker 1: set a sun through private school. And I can't get
- 51:35Speaker 1: that done. I'm trying to keep lights on the way, dude.
- 51:37Speaker 1: That have to do with the church. I already told you.
- 51:40Speaker 1: I don't get ready to hang up. And if you
- 51:42Speaker 1: want to meet me and whatever you're gonna do and whatever,
- 51:45Speaker 1: then that's fine. Joe. I need to tell you something
- 51:47Speaker 1: else about your job. You can't tell me nothing about
- 51:50Speaker 1: my job. You don't have to tell me. I need
- 51:52Speaker 1: to tell you something about your job. Dude, I'm gonna
- 51:54Speaker 1: hang up this phone. Is they a man named Chapman
- 51:57Speaker 1: at your job? Yeah? I know, yes, chapter my job. Okay, no,
- 52:02Speaker 1: na na, Wait a minute. Chapman is the one that
- 52:06Speaker 1: got me to call you. This is nephew Timmy from
- 52:08Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Baby, you just got pranked, man. Man, Man, look,
- 52:22Speaker 1: you got me feeling you got me feeling guilty. I mean,
- 52:25Speaker 1: I'm oh man with the with the with the gym ministry. Yeah,
- 52:31Speaker 1: somebody getting ready get beat up at yeoh man. Hey,
- 52:37Speaker 1: I got one more thing to ask you, man, what
- 52:38Speaker 1: is the baddest And I'm talking about the baddest radio
- 52:41Speaker 1: show in the land, obviously Harvey Morning Show. Huh boy,
- 52:52Speaker 1: a way too much. You're a man, rob God, all right,
- 52:57Speaker 1: thank you nephew coming up Verry letters. Subject is he
- 53:01Speaker 1: a stalker or a smooth talker? We'll get into it
- 53:04Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening to show this is great news. Guys. Yesterday,
- 53:12Speaker 1: right before we get into the Strawberry Letter, I wanted

- 53:29Speaker 1: the Justice Department the tools it needs to combat racist
- 53:34Speaker 1: voter suppression laws nationwide. Thank you, and I'll democrat. Yes, yes,
- 53:43Speaker 1: two twelve. That's right. As a bill makes its way

- 54:42Speaker 1: It is a Strawberry letter. Thank you enough you. Subjects?
- 54:46Speaker 1: Is he a stalker or a smooth talker? Dear Stephen Shirley,
- 54:52Speaker 1: Uh huh. I'm a thirty eight year old married woman
- 54:55Speaker 1: and we had what you call a world win romance. Romance.
- 54:59Speaker 1: We met, fell in love with him three months, and
- 55:02Speaker 1: we were married after only nine months. All of my
- 55:05Speaker 1: family and friends that met him said he was the
- 55:08Speaker 1: one for me and I should marry him right away.
- 55:10Speaker 1: He knows how to treat a woman and he's the
- 55:12Speaker 1: best lover I've ever had. I met him at an
- 55:16Speaker 1: electronics store. I was looking to buy a big TV
- 55:19Speaker 1: for my bedroom and he was there to get surround
- 55:21Speaker 1: sound for his basement. He helped me decide on a TV,
- 55:25Speaker 1: and he shocked me by offering to pay my delivery fees.
- 55:29Speaker 1: I went on a date with him the next day
- 55:31Speaker 1: and the rest is history. He told me he was
- 55:34Speaker 1: going to make me fall in love with him and
- 55:36Speaker 1: then marry me. The next day, after our first date,
- 55:40Speaker 1: my neighbor called me and said there was a bouquet
- 55:43Speaker 1: of flowers at my door. They were from him, and
- 55:46Speaker 1: I called to ask how he got my address. He
- 55:48Speaker 1: said it was on the TV delivery voice. He said
- 55:52Speaker 1: I could expect sweet surprises from him often because he
- 55:55Speaker 1: was falling in love with me. From then on, I
- 55:58Speaker 1: was showered with gifts no matter where I was. He
- 56:02Speaker 1: popped up at my church and had all the women
- 56:04Speaker 1: jealous one day. My marriage is no different. It says,
- 56:08Speaker 1: if we're on the same wavelength, or he's reading my mind.
- 56:12Speaker 1: Yesterday I was at lunch with two of my coworkers
- 56:15Speaker 1: and he walked in, and in walked my husband. He
- 56:18Speaker 1: said he paid for our lunch, kissed me on my forehead,
- 56:21Speaker 1: and left. My male coworker was mad because he paid
- 56:25Speaker 1: the bill, and he called my husband a stalker. He said,
- 56:29Speaker 1: I need to watch my back before I end up
- 56:31Speaker 1: on what forensic files. I'd never taken that into consideration,
- 56:37Speaker 1: but he does pop up on me often, like he's
- 56:39Speaker 1: tracking me. Am I'm married to a stalker or a
- 56:43Speaker 1: real smooth talker? Oooh okay, this letter is really giving me.
- 56:49Speaker 1: I'm just gonna go there sleeping with the end of
- 56:51Speaker 1: the Enemy vibes. Remember that movie with Julia Roberts, Remember
- 56:55Speaker 1: that movie Away from Him? Yeah? How about Enough with
- 56:59Speaker 1: Jennifer Lopez Remember that one? Yeah? Yeah, those guys were crazy,
- 57:04Speaker 1: and this guy sounds crazy to me too. You're gonna
- 57:08Speaker 1: have to get a restraining order. I'm feeling that one day.
- 57:11Speaker 1: Is he a stalker or a smooth talker? You ask, Well,
- 57:14Speaker 1: sounds like he's a bit of both, because that's how
- 57:17Speaker 1: he got you to marry him so quickly. You know,
- 57:19Speaker 1: all the smooth talking and all that, all the gifts,
- 57:22Speaker 1: all that stuff. You know, mostly stalker vibes, though he's
- 57:27Speaker 1: given out because it's weird that he's rolling up on
- 57:30Speaker 1: you like that all the time. I mean all the time.
- 57:34Speaker 1: He's at church. You don't know he's coming, he got
- 57:37Speaker 1: your address. This is not normal behavior. And the sad
- 57:40Speaker 1: part is that you haven't known him long enough to
- 57:43Speaker 1: really know him. You should have googled him and researched
- 57:46Speaker 1: him beforehand. You know, no matter what your family and
- 57:49Speaker 1: friends said, marry him right away. Anytime something is too
- 57:53Speaker 1: good to be true, usually it is. And you need
- 57:57Speaker 1: to talk to some of his exes. I bet you'll

- 1:07:15Speaker 1: my nickname ninety nine because all I get ninety nine.
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: The reason why I was ninety nine callers because we

- 1:08:31Speaker 1: next play, Jerry Cooper full with the football at the one.
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: That was the game. So everybody got you did a
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: good job. I don't. No, no, no, no no, I
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: should have scored. You know how hard it is, Jake,

- 1:09:55Speaker 1: a trial separation over the past year and much thoughtful consideration,
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: we have decided to end our marriage. As this comes

- 1:10:14Speaker 1: we are so thankful for all of the many blessings
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: and successes. Um, I have a question, question, I have
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: a question and the break up? Who gets stiff and
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: who gets the other brother? Who gets? Who gets? Who
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: gets Seth? Who gets and who gets stiff? Yeah? Yeah, yea.
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: They have a daughter. Is she married to Doc Rivers? Yeah? Rivers? Well,
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: I mean that is sad news. Who gets staff? The
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: big thing is who gets stiff. Yeah, that SEMs like
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: there's no art all of that, though not anymore. I
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: don't know where to started at a time. No, that's
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: what they put in. Thirty three years. Thirty three years. Yeah,
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: you would think, you know what would be so bad?
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: But you know, you know, behind closed doories, you never
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: know how many years. But the great thing is that
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: his mom is beautiful. And uh, a lot of men
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: are like going crazy over you have given birth to
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: Steph Curry. You're not gonna have no problem with with
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: with another man. She ain't gonna be on the market
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: that long. Then knows that if they'll know that, Yeah,
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: he knows all right. So here's a question for you, Jay,
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: here we go. How hard was it to return to
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: dating after all I started this all I got divorced.
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: He'll you talking about how hard it was hard at all?
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: Could that be why there lies the problems? Yeah? And
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: and just can't say and that's why you single? But seriously,
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: how long did it take you to completely get over
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: your divorce? Never took me no time to get out
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: with No damn beforce. Don't take me in long shirt.
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: It took me a long time. I have to say
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: this I have to put this out there. Out of
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: all of my marriages, huh, okay, it was always me.
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: It was never I'm mad. Yeah, it was it was me,
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: you know, and just you just get tired of them. Jay,
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: what happens as as as you know, you ever have
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: a test and it's all of it's all of it
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: was everything, just can't be bothered. Yeah, I just I
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: don't know. Did you ever roll up in the bed
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: and said like, I'm tired of this and said I'm
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: just no, no, no, Junior. They know, they would know
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: that is crazy. Crazy. Sometimes things are better off unsaid.

- 1:13:36Speaker 1: of silent breakfast you've had JA in your life? Well? None,
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: because I would leave, Junior. So I'm not gonna hit

- 1:17:13Speaker 1: if I could buy it, I go get it, man.
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: I would. Oh, y'all need to hook me up. If
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: y'all get this boost I'm growing. No, no, no, no,
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: there's that time to be sick now, now you the
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: whole time when you got the vaccination. Don't be sick
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: with us. Me and Jay going to get the boost it.
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: We'll tell you how that goal we come back. Now
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: you have it. Like we were talking earlier about Buster Rhyme.
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: Now we know Buster great rapper, but I mean he's
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: a legend. He is, He's a rap legend. But if
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: you're gonna get medical information, I'm just saying you don't
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: want to get it from Buster rhyme, you don't, you
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: don't want to be you don't, you don't want to
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: be a legal when the conversation coming with who told
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: you not to wear your mask? And then your answer
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: is bust the rhyme told me not. I mean, that
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: just don't sound right. I mean, we love Buster, we
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: love New York, we love New York. It ain't it
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: ain't doctor Buster rhyme. First of all, there's no doctor
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: that has doctor and then Buster anything. There's not one
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: doctor anywhere and no thing does a doctor with the
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: last name Buster, because if his name was doctor Buster,
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: you probably wouldn't go to doctor Butter. I mean, I
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: just I don't know. I don't know where they're getting
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: this information from. What we know where they're getting from.
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: Why are they using it and standing boar than cheering?
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: That's right, Buster, I don't understand the misinformation while we're
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: holding on. That's just like out there too, that people
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: would rather believe than the doctors and the sun aists,
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: you know, and the medical community. And I've been to
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: a lot of people just don't want to admit it,
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: but they're afraid to take the shot. And that's what
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: the bottom line is they are afraid. What's the fear
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: of it? Right? Coming up, it is our last break
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: of the day on this Wednesday hump Day, the last
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: break of the day. Damn it, excutive, That's what I
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: said to Also coming up in forty nine minutes after,
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: we'll close out the show. All that's coming up right
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: This story is crazy. I can't even believe this is
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: a story, but it is. We're gonna just say this
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: is monkey business news. Okay, this is out of Belgium.
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: Officials in Belgium have banned a woman from coming to
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: the zoo to see a chimpanzee because of her relationship
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: with this chimpanzee, the champions named Cheetah. He lives at
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: the Antwerp Zoo in Belgium. Officials dare say the woman
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: has been visiting the thirty eight year old male chimpanzee
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: for the last four years. And this is the crazy part.
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: As if that's not crazy enough, she claims now that
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: she has a relationship with the monkey. Who heard me
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: she did she did her bow, her man, her boyfriend.
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: I have the actual real story about because I did
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: some research on this and out what's going on. Let
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: me explain, let me break it down to you. It's
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: true she does have a relationship with the money, but
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: the white lady is his outside piece. He has inside
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: piece inside, and it was going and she was she
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: didn't have no problem. She's going on with it. But
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: then all of a sudden, the monkey is catching hell
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: from his inside piece. You know, every time he asked her,
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: what could you pass banana? Won't you get your white woman?
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: You know, do you want to go swing on the money,
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: But don't you go get your white woman? You know
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: they're gonna swing with you. So what he did he
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: asks the zoo people, look y'all got to help me
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: out here. I'm in a jam. I'm between two women.
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: It's two women. They both won't me. I mean, look
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: at me. They won me. And that's just that's just
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: part of it. So that he asked the lady he
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: has the zoo people, could you break this? Could you,
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: like you have to talk, not when you want somebody
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: to help you do some dirt? Could you just tell
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: her nothing? What chea you have to If you could
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: just tell whenever you in that right time, when you
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: get your home was and do some dirt. You can't
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: yell that out look out to be low. You do
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: it time and let me here, let me it's it's
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: almost like our boy and planted out of apes. I
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: mean that were gotten ye meet me in the back
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: of the zoo when they're closed. I mean, you guys
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: are right though, because the zookeepers are saying that their
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: relationship is social problems for Cheetah and the other chimp.
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: He developed such a tight bond with the woman, he's
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: being ignored by the other chimp and hasn't been accepted back.
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: And I mean he literally said, look, I got to
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: live here. This is where I live. I can't have
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: her coming up. But every days there's a way for
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: Cheetah to still be a player. I mean, Tita shouldn't
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: have to lose. He shouldn't have to lose his white woman.
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: If you don't want to tell you know what I'm
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: Cheetah got to figure out how to run that game,
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. Cheetah got in and then
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: y'all y'all want y'all move me to another cage, you know,
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: so I can debate to spread around like I won't
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: do that's a way to do. This man cheat ain't
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: gotta lose his white woman, you know what, agree with you?
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: He needs to put his monkey foot down and say
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: how this is gonna be ran okay? This woman jun well,
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: you know, cheetah under lot of pressure because the woman
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: in the cage is not happy at all because every
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: time every time he see him put them suspenders on
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: on Sunday, say so, you're just gonna live up to
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: your name. Hunt, You're just gonna be a cheetah to
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: day hunh. So you're gonna live up to your name
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: that you feel And he just buckled his suspenders. I'm
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: going to the glass. What's the glass? Yeah? Could the
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: white woman put that hand up on that glass and
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: they meet? Right? That's right like the movie? Yeah yeah.
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: And then and then the woman indicate the monkey in
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: the cave knows something other he dined this splash of
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: water all over his body. Oh yes, you're getting ready
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: for your white woman to come up there. I see,
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: I see what you do. You know she gonna you know,
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: she gonna have a praid. Let me find out, Let
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: me find out, Let me find out. You and this
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: white woman doing something outside this glass. Let me find
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: out Jake, Jake, won't you tell him? Jake, get out
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: of here though. Tell him Jay about when when his
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: inside woman and the outside woman meant at the glass,
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: the inside woman said, looking ahead, look ahead, trick let
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: me jay something. You don't be bringing your ass up? No,
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: mo see my man. Okay, don't let it over food crazy,
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: don't think I don't know where the extra banana's coming. Oh,
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: we know, but Cheeta Cheetah Junior got food. Cheetah Junior
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: don't need no, don't so okay, Cheata Junior is well

- 1:25:12Speaker 1: is why do monkeys cheat? That's what you need to
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: be relationship with humans. You couldn't have a boot monkey.
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: When you swing it from tree to tree, that's something
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: to see. That's sex. That's sex. Oh the fluid motion,
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: Oh that's glue. He just branched the branch with it.
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: Ain't wrap around the tree. That's a mess. That is crazy.
