Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / "DAMNIT! I Did It Again!" Biden Finds More Classified Docs
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome its verdict or Senator Ted Cruz ben Ferguson with
- 0:04Speaker 1: your senator over under. I wish we would have made
- 0:07Speaker 1: a bet here. I would have lost the bet. I
- 0:10Speaker 1: would have said, there's no way the DJ the FBI
- 0:12Speaker 1: would quasi raid the home of a sitting president. They
- 0:18Speaker 1: did it. They found more classified documents. Apparently these documents
- 0:23Speaker 1: that Joe Biden had as Delaware home date back to
- 0:26Speaker 1: the time when he was the not just the vice president,
- 0:29Speaker 1: but when he was a senator. How shocked are you
- 0:32Speaker 1: by this? It's stunning. Every day it keeps getting worse
- 0:38Speaker 1: and worse and worse for Joe Biden at this point.
- 0:41Speaker 1: It's a level of incompetence that is not just Look,
- 0:46Speaker 1: we know that Joe Biden is mister Magoo, and for
- 0:48Speaker 1: those of you who are younger than forty years old,
- 0:52Speaker 1: mister McGoo was an old cartoon of a guy that
- 0:54Speaker 1: was basically blind and addle headed. And Joe Biden is
- 0:58Speaker 1: as addle headed as any president we've scene, but even
- 1:01Speaker 1: addle headed. Good God, is there a place this man
- 1:04Speaker 1: didn't leave classified documents? He sticks it in his corvette,
- 1:08Speaker 1: he sticks it in the room by his corvette, he
- 1:10Speaker 1: sticks it in his home residence, he sticks it in
- 1:13Speaker 1: the Penn Library. He sticks yet more in his home residence.
- 1:16Speaker 1: I mean, this is really at this point it's Keystone Cops.
- 1:19Speaker 1: And there are several major developments in the last couple
- 1:25Speaker 1: of days. One, this latest search was done by the
- 1:30Speaker 1: FBI at the request of the Department of Justice. The
- 1:34Speaker 1: FBI went to Biden's home, spent the entire day searching
- 1:39Speaker 1: Biden's primary residence in Wilmington, Delaware, and they found six
- 1:44Speaker 1: more batches of documents. It's not clear those six whether
- 1:47Speaker 1: you're talking about six pages or six hundred pages, because
- 1:51Speaker 1: they haven't specified, but six collections of documents that are
- 1:56Speaker 1: marked classified within those Now we know that the FBI
- 2:02Speaker 1: spent the entire day searching us home. We know that
- 2:06Speaker 1: at the same time that was happening, the White House
- 2:09Speaker 1: Press Secretary was dodging questions. So that same weekend, Biden
- 2:14Speaker 1: went to his beach house and Rehoboath's beach, and he
- 2:17Speaker 1: was asked, well, why is he going to Rehoboth's beach.
- 2:19Speaker 1: It's cold, it's not beach weather, And the White House
- 2:21Speaker 1: refused to answer those questions. And it turns out the
- 2:24Speaker 1: reason is, well, the g men are rummaging through his
- 2:27Speaker 1: house in Wilmington, so apparently he's got to go somewhere else.
- 2:30Speaker 1: So the Biden White House was less than honest with
- 2:34Speaker 1: the press corps, less than honest with the American people
- 2:37Speaker 1: in explaining why he wasn't going to his residence. The
- 2:40Speaker 1: answer was because the FBI is searching it right now.
- 2:44Speaker 1: And then on top of that, you have the piece
- 2:46Speaker 1: that we now know at least some of these documents
- 2:50Speaker 1: are from his Senate tenure. And I got to say
- 2:53Speaker 1: that is really stunning, because look, good faith for everybody
- 2:57Speaker 1: listening right now, we talked about the skiff, We talked
- 3:01Speaker 1: about classified documents. You went into great detail about classified
- 3:06Speaker 1: documents and how it works when you're in the Senate.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Go back to that episode, listen to it because you
- 3:12Speaker 1: went into great detail basically about how this works for
- 3:17Speaker 1: every senator, what the rules are, And go back and
- 3:20Speaker 1: listen to that episode. And before we get to the
- 3:23Speaker 1: shocking point of him actually having these documents, I want
- 3:25Speaker 1: to remind everybody two things. One makes you share a
- 3:28Speaker 1: podcast because we are really diving into these things like
- 3:31Speaker 1: no one else. So makes you hit that subscribe or

- 4:36Speaker 1: the classified documents, the fact that you had these from
- 4:38Speaker 1: back when he was a senator. This is not normal,
- 4:41Speaker 1: and people need to understand keeping those documents for ten
- 4:45Speaker 1: twenty thirty years. We don't know what point in his
- 4:48Speaker 1: senate you know, career, these he had these documents. But
- 4:51Speaker 1: that's not something that you're supposed to ever do. Yeah,
- 4:54Speaker 1: and let me explain the day to day, which is,
- 4:57Speaker 1: I've been in the Senate now ten years. I have
- 4:59Speaker 1: read a lot of classified documents. I've been in a
- 5:01Speaker 1: lot of classified briefings. Every single classified document I've ever
- 5:05Speaker 1: read for the entire ten years i've been in the Senate,
- 5:08Speaker 1: I've done it all in the same place, which is
- 5:10Speaker 1: there is what's called a skiff, a secure compartmentalized facility.
- 5:17Speaker 1: It is underground. It is way way down in the
- 5:19Speaker 1: basement of the Capitol. You go down, you go down,
- 5:22Speaker 1: you go down, you go in. You go in these
- 5:23Speaker 1: big steel doors. When you go in, it's actually kind
- 5:26Speaker 1: of fun because as you're walking to it, the reporters
- 5:28Speaker 1: will follow you and they're asking a questions. They're asking
- 5:30Speaker 1: you questions, and then you get when you get to
- 5:32Speaker 1: the doors that are the entrance to it, all the
- 5:34Speaker 1: reporters have to drop off because they're not allowed in there.
- 5:37Speaker 1: You go through a long hallway. It feels kind of
- 5:39Speaker 1: like Get Smart, if you remember the opening of Get Smart.
- 5:41Speaker 1: You walk through it's one set of doors, that another
- 5:43Speaker 1: set of doors. You walk through a long hallway. The
- 5:46Speaker 1: hallway has all these posters on the wall, and they're
- 5:50Speaker 1: like World War two era posters of somebody leaked and
- 5:56Speaker 1: people died, and their cartoon drawings of people dying because
- 5:59Speaker 1: somebody leaked classified information. That's covering the walls. As you
- 6:03Speaker 1: come in, they ask you for all your electronics. So
- 6:07Speaker 1: you give them your cell phone, You give them your
- 6:10Speaker 1: AirPods if you have them, You give them your fitbit,
- 6:13Speaker 1: you give anything that is electronic. You hand it to
- 6:16Speaker 1: them and it stays outside the skiff. And so you
- 6:18Speaker 1: go into the skiff, which is a there actually a
- 6:21Speaker 1: whole series of there's a big hearing room in there.
- 6:24Speaker 1: There are a couple of conference rooms. There's some smaller
- 6:26Speaker 1: rooms that have secure telephones, so if you're having a
- 6:29Speaker 1: conversation with the CIA or the FBI or someone that's
- 6:32Speaker 1: dealing with classified information, you can do it the secure
- 6:35Speaker 1: call there. And then they're just reading rooms. Will you'll
- 6:38Speaker 1: go in and whatever document you've requested, they'll have it there.
- 6:42Speaker 1: They hand it to you, and you have to sign
- 6:43Speaker 1: out for it, so you know, you get a particular
- 6:45Speaker 1: secure document, you know, proof that Martians are are living
- 6:50Speaker 1: right now in the Bill Clinton residence. I'm just saying
- 6:53Speaker 1: that hypothetically that I'm not revealing anything, but they're really,
- 6:57Speaker 1: really pretty Martians. You sign out that document, you put
- 7:03Speaker 1: your name on it, you put your date, you put
- 7:04Speaker 1: the time. You go into the little room and you
- 7:07Speaker 1: sit there and read. And sometimes you read for five
- 7:09Speaker 1: minutes if it's a quick little document. Sometimes you'll read
- 7:11Speaker 1: for hours. I've sat there and spent a long long
- 7:14Speaker 1: time reading through long, detailed documents. When you're done with it,
- 7:20Speaker 1: you walk back up to the front counter. You give
- 7:22Speaker 1: them back the document, and they sign it back in,
- 7:25Speaker 1: They put the time back in, and so that every
- 7:29Speaker 1: single time I have read a classified document in the
- 7:32Speaker 1: United States Senate, that's how I've done it. What I
- 7:34Speaker 1: have never done I've never read a classified document in
- 7:37Speaker 1: my office. Why is that Because my office is not
- 7:40Speaker 1: a secure space, it's not a skiff, and so it's
- 7:42Speaker 1: not legal to read a classified document in my office.
- 7:46Speaker 1: I've never had a classified document in my car. Why
- 7:49Speaker 1: because it's not a secure place and it's not legal.
- 7:51Speaker 1: I've never had a classified document in my home in Houston.
- 7:53Speaker 1: I've never had a classified document in my apartment in DC,
- 7:57Speaker 1: again because it's not a secure space. All right, but
- 8:00Speaker 1: hold on, have you ever had a classified document in
- 8:02Speaker 1: your garage next to your car? And sadly, I've never
- 8:05Speaker 1: had a vintage corvette. I'm clearly not living a full life.
- 8:09Speaker 1: It's so the fact that it is from his Senate tenure. Now, look,
- 8:15Speaker 1: I suppose he might try some defense. So Biden was
- 8:18Speaker 1: for a number of years the chairman of the Senate
- 8:20Speaker 1: Foreign Relations Committee. As chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee,
- 8:24Speaker 1: you read a fair number of classified documents. Well, you
- 8:26Speaker 1: know what, I'm on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. I
- 8:29Speaker 1: read many of those same documents. You don't take him
- 8:32Speaker 1: out of the skiff. I've been on the Judiciary Committee
- 8:34Speaker 1: for ten years. You don't take classified documents out of
- 8:37Speaker 1: the skiff. I've been I was for six years on
- 8:40Speaker 1: the Senate Armed Services Committee. You don't take classified documents
- 8:44Speaker 1: out of the skiff. And so the fact that Biden
- 8:48Speaker 1: had numerous classified documents from his Senate tenure at his
- 8:52Speaker 1: home in Wilmington, Delaware, means presumably he took them out
- 8:57Speaker 1: of the skiff. I don't know if they were in
- 8:59Speaker 1: his office, I don't know where they were, but they
- 9:01Speaker 1: ended up in his private house unsecured. That's a big deal,
- 9:06Speaker 1: and it's a fundamentally different situation than being in the
- 9:10Speaker 1: executive branch because I'm not aware of any senator who
- 9:15Speaker 1: does that, and certainly not any senator who does that
- 9:18Speaker 1: legally without knowing that they are breaking the law. You
- 9:21Speaker 1: don't take a classified document with you because you know
- 9:25Speaker 1: it is a criminal offense to do that. Well, let's
- 9:28Speaker 1: talk about one other aspect of the senator that I
- 9:32Speaker 1: think a lot of people are asking this question now.
- 9:34Speaker 1: It's a theory that I pose to you. I think
- 9:37Speaker 1: what two weeks ago now and I said, is this
- 9:40Speaker 1: the Democrats offloading their useful idiot and Joe Biden? It's
- 9:45Speaker 1: no longer useful because there's doesn't seem to be as
- 9:49Speaker 1: many on TV now and Democrats out there that are
- 9:53Speaker 1: really defending Joe Biden. Or is it just because this
- 9:58Speaker 1: is so indefensible? So I think some of both. I
- 10:02Speaker 1: think this happened just as a mass just as incompetence
- 10:06Speaker 1: on the Biden side, and they kept screwing up. They
- 10:08Speaker 1: kept thinking they were done, and then they found another,
- 10:10Speaker 1: and then they found another, and then they found another. Now,
- 10:13Speaker 1: I do think there's some Democrats that are nervous that
- 10:16Speaker 1: he's too old to be president, that they want him
- 10:18Speaker 1: to jump from the ticket. I think he's going to
- 10:20Speaker 1: jump from the ticket. I've said consistently he will not
- 10:23Speaker 1: end up running again in twenty four. But there are
- 10:25Speaker 1: certainly some Democrats and some in the media who are
- 10:28Speaker 1: being opportunistic and using this to try to push him out.
- 10:33Speaker 1: But let me tell you right now, all right, let's
- 10:34Speaker 1: break some news. Right now. Let me tell you what
- 10:36Speaker 1: the next step in this scandal is going to be.
- 10:40Speaker 1: The next step in this scandal is going to be Okay,
- 10:44Speaker 1: if Biden's Senate documents include classified documents outside of classified settings,
- 10:51Speaker 1: which is illegal, how many more classified documents are illegally
- 10:56Speaker 1: in his Senate papers. And here's where this matters in particular,
- 11:00Speaker 1: which is the University of Delaware has more than one thousand,
- 11:06Speaker 1: eight hundred and fifty boxes of records from Joe Biden's
- 11:13Speaker 1: Senate tenure, which he gave to the University of Delaware. Now,
- 11:16Speaker 1: the University of Delaware, presumably does not have them in
- 11:19Speaker 1: a skiff, It does not have them in a secure location.
- 11:22Speaker 1: During the twenty twenty campaign, there was a concerted media
- 11:26Speaker 1: effort to try to get access to those documents. In particular,
- 11:29Speaker 1: there were allegations of sexual harassment raised against Joe Biden,
- 11:33Speaker 1: and the media wanted to examine the documents on those
- 11:35Speaker 1: allegations of sexual harassment. The University of Delaware has said, nope,
- 11:40Speaker 1: they're not releasing the documents to anybody until two years
- 11:44Speaker 1: after Biden retires from public life. Ben I am right
- 11:48Speaker 1: now calling for the Department of Justice for the FBI
- 11:51Speaker 1: to examine all one thousand, eight hundred and fifty boxes
- 11:55Speaker 1: of those Senate records to see how many additions and
- 12:00Speaker 1: classified documents are in those records. The answer should be none,
- 12:05Speaker 1: but given Biden's pattern, we should have zero reason to
- 12:09Speaker 1: have any confidence that there are not multiple classified documents
- 12:14Speaker 1: within those one eight hundred and fifty boxes of Senate records.
- 12:19Speaker 1: Let's talk about the pr aspect of this as well,
- 12:21Speaker 1: Senator at the White House, because you have two options now.
- 12:26Speaker 1: You either have a White House Press secretary that's totally
- 12:30Speaker 1: incompetent in her job and is sleeping in every day
- 12:34Speaker 1: and then going out there and lying to the American people,
- 12:37Speaker 1: or she's being hung out to drive by this administration,
- 12:41Speaker 1: so therefore she looks like a complete moron. Now I
- 12:45Speaker 1: say that with this caveat. There was a very interesting
- 12:48Speaker 1: conversation on The Five on Fox News Channel. Yeah, and
- 12:52Speaker 1: I want to play the beginning of this for people
- 12:54Speaker 1: because it kind of sets the stage. Listen carefully to this,
- 12:57Speaker 1: and again, like we said a moment ago, please hit
- 13:00Speaker 1: the share button. Share this podcast for your family and friends.
- 13:03Speaker 1: Textitt toom of that will forward arrow. Make sure you
- 13:06Speaker 1: hit the subscribe auto download button as well. Again, this
- 13:09Speaker 1: is from The Five. Take a listen a contradiction city
- 13:13Speaker 1: over Biden's docu drama. The Secret Service is ready to
- 13:16Speaker 1: turn over who visited the president's Delaware home if requested
- 13:20Speaker 1: by Congress. But wait, the White House said those visitor
- 13:23Speaker 1: logs didn't exist. M sounds like a good question to ask, cringe,
- 13:28Speaker 1: Jean Pierre, But we all know that's a fool's Errand
- 13:33Speaker 1: I really answered a question done really well. I didn't. Well,
- 13:38Speaker 1: it's you, it's your opinion. I'm having a hard time
- 13:41Speaker 1: understanding why. I just questions about We shall see your
- 13:45Speaker 1: and I just said, and I just said to you,
- 13:47Speaker 1: the White House Counsel's Office will be able to address
- 13:49Speaker 1: that question from this point on. Are you not waiting
- 13:52Speaker 1: to be taking questions about the classified doctor? I have
- 13:55Speaker 1: been very clear over and over again, We're going to
- 13:57Speaker 1: be prudent. Again. That's for the department. Why it's not
- 14:02Speaker 1: your decision to make of what I can or can't
- 14:04Speaker 1: answer from here. Let's be clear so you can see
- 14:07Speaker 1: why the White House reporters have had enough of Jean Pierre.
- 14:10Speaker 1: According to a new report, members have grown exasperated and
- 14:13Speaker 1: call her briefings a painful waste of time. I mean, sinner,
- 14:18Speaker 1: you hear that. And the point that they're making is
- 14:21Speaker 1: is she just flat out lying? Is she being left
- 14:24Speaker 1: in the dark or just part of a full blown
- 14:26Speaker 1: cover up? You pick? Yeah, Well, look, one problem that
- 14:29Speaker 1: Krane John Pierre has is that she started with very
- 14:32Speaker 1: limited credibility. Even prior to this White House scandal. She
- 14:38Speaker 1: demonstrated a proclivity to stand and lie at the White
- 14:41Speaker 1: House podium over and over and over again. When she
- 14:44Speaker 1: stood up and said people aren't just walking across the border,
- 14:47Speaker 1: it just doesn't happen that that wasn't kind of sort
- 14:50Speaker 1: of painting outside the lines. It's just a wild, bald
- 14:54Speaker 1: faced lie. When five point three million people have crossed
- 14:57Speaker 1: illegally to say nobody's doing it is just it's a
- 15:01Speaker 1: laugh line. Now, the reporters almost all agree with her ideologically.
- 15:07Speaker 1: They're left wing Democrats, so they want her to look good.
- 15:10Speaker 1: They want Biden to look good. So when she stands
- 15:13Speaker 1: there and lies to her more often than not, they
- 15:16Speaker 1: take it. But when she's made a practice of lying
- 15:19Speaker 1: to them over and over and over again, her credibility
- 15:21Speaker 1: is very low. And then you get to this scandal.
- 15:24Speaker 1: And now this scandal. Look, even though the reporters are partisans,
- 15:29Speaker 1: they also they smell blood in the water. They're sharks,
- 15:33Speaker 1: and they're frustrated because what she says now every day
- 15:38Speaker 1: is wrong. And either she has no idea what she's
- 15:40Speaker 1: talking about, or she's actively part of the cover up
- 15:43Speaker 1: because she keeps saying, Okay, the search is complete, next day, oh,
- 15:46Speaker 1: never mind, and then now the search is complete. Up
- 15:49Speaker 1: never mind? And you know now you know, why is
- 15:52Speaker 1: Biden going to the beach house. Oh no reason, just
- 15:55Speaker 1: just thought the beach would be pretty not that their
- 15:57Speaker 1: g men raiding the President's house as we speak, and
- 16:00Speaker 1: we just don't want to tell you because we're the
- 16:02Speaker 1: White House and we lie to the reporters. And the
- 16:04Speaker 1: fact that the reporters are turning on her that's a
- 16:08Speaker 1: big deal too. I mean, these are people who agree
- 16:11Speaker 1: with her and like her, and yet their frustration it
- 16:16Speaker 1: really it's a boiling point. It's really a boiling point
- 16:19Speaker 1: right now. In the White House press room. It's usually
- 16:22Speaker 1: just one or two people that are being tough, right it.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Peter Doucy and and that's about it. Who really kind
- 16:29Speaker 1: of give her a hard time. The rest just go
- 16:31Speaker 1: along with it. That's exactly right. And you know the
- 16:35Speaker 1: five you were talking about. You know, Dana Prino obviously
- 16:39Speaker 1: served as a White House press secretary, and I think
- 16:41Speaker 1: she has a unique insight. Yeah, she meant, just how
- 16:45Speaker 1: spectacularly bad this is and it's it's worth play with.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Dana had to say about this. Yeahs has Grin ever
- 16:54Speaker 1: reached out to you to say, hey, I need some help.
- 16:56Speaker 1: You're really good at this? No, I should Look, she's
- 16:59Speaker 1: got a lot of friends and supporters. I'm sure she
- 17:01Speaker 1: could call any of any member of their group, for example,
- 17:06Speaker 1: like Jen sake. But what the judges said I think
- 17:10Speaker 1: is very very correct. So Biden and Cline have allowed
- 17:16Speaker 1: this woman to go out there one they either didn't
- 17:20Speaker 1: tell her and when she I believe when she said
- 17:24Speaker 1: she didn't know, she found out the same day that
- 17:25Speaker 1: the Press court did. So it looks like she was
- 17:28Speaker 1: involved in a cover up if she did know, but
- 17:30Speaker 1: she didn't know, so then they're like, oh, wait, so
- 17:31Speaker 1: you don't know what you're talking about, so you don't
- 17:33Speaker 1: have the confidence of the Chief of Staff. And they
- 17:35Speaker 1: just sit there and let her twist in the wind
- 17:37Speaker 1: every single day. And by the way, where's Kamala Harris
- 17:41Speaker 1: help a sister out? If I were Kamala Harris, I
- 17:43Speaker 1: would go into chief of Staff's office and to Biden
- 17:45Speaker 1: and say tomorrow somebody from the Justice Department is going
- 17:48Speaker 1: to help her out, and they're going to walk through
- 17:50Speaker 1: this time like or you were ruining her ability to
- 17:52Speaker 1: have a command in that room. And when you have
- 17:55Speaker 1: White House reporters start to talk to the press about
- 17:57Speaker 1: how the unhappy they are, it's very hard to out
- 18:00Speaker 1: of that. You know those you know what a like
- 18:03Speaker 1: a construction side it will say eighty days without a
- 18:06Speaker 1: safety incident at the White House. They have zero days
- 18:10Speaker 1: of providing inaccurate information. Partly it's her fault and that
- 18:15Speaker 1: she has to make sure to protect herself. That's your
- 18:17Speaker 1: number one job, because it's the only asset that you have.
- 18:20Speaker 1: But the President himself and Ron Clain, the cheapest staff,
- 18:24Speaker 1: owe her something better than what they have provided because
- 18:27Speaker 1: they are making her job so much harder than it
- 18:30Speaker 1: needs to be. Yet Ron claim, by the way, I
- 18:31Speaker 1: gotta get to the White House Presecretary Center and get
- 18:33Speaker 1: your reaction because it broke also over the weekend that
- 18:37Speaker 1: he's going to be leaving the White House. Now. Of
- 18:39Speaker 1: course they put this out there like, oh, it's just time.
- 18:42Speaker 1: He's been there for two years. This is normal cycle
- 18:46Speaker 1: here do you buy that? Or look, the house is
- 18:50Speaker 1: on fire. And either Ron Klain got fired because he's
- 18:55Speaker 1: supposed to prevent this from happening. And by the way,
- 18:57Speaker 1: it's not just the existence of the class vide documents.
- 19:02Speaker 1: If this past couple of weeks is not taught in
- 19:06Speaker 1: PR and communication courses a decade from now, I'll be surprised,
- 19:10Speaker 1: like the White House could not have handled this worse.
- 19:13Speaker 1: And so maybe Ron Klaine was fired. We don't know.
- 19:16Speaker 1: And one of the things we've learned from the Biden
- 19:18Speaker 1: White House they won't tell us. They're not going to
- 19:21Speaker 1: be honest and fess up to it. Or alternatively, he
- 19:25Speaker 1: sees everything on fire and says, hey, I'm out of here.
- 19:27Speaker 1: I'm onto greener pastures. I want to cash out and
- 19:30Speaker 1: make some cash. One way or the other, the guy
- 19:33Speaker 1: who was ostensibly in charge is leaving. And I will note,
- 19:37Speaker 1: look in any white house, a White House chief of
- 19:39Speaker 1: staff leaving is a big deal. In this White House,
- 19:42Speaker 1: where Joe Biden is clearly not up to the job,
- 19:45Speaker 1: and many people have hypothesized that it's been ron Klain
- 19:49Speaker 1: running the White House, well then that's an even bigger deal.
- 19:53Speaker 1: And I thought Dana Prino's insight was really powerful because
- 20:00Speaker 1: you and I have been around the political world a
- 20:02Speaker 1: long time, but neither one of us have served as
- 20:04Speaker 1: White House Press secretary, and I think she quite rightly
- 20:09Speaker 1: focused on how even Karine Jean Pierre, I do not
- 20:12Speaker 1: think is very good. I think she's demonstrated a proclivity
- 20:15Speaker 1: towards dishonesty. But what Joe Biden and ron Klain and
- 20:19Speaker 1: the rest of the White House staff are doing to
- 20:21Speaker 1: her is fundamentally wrong. They are putting her out on
- 20:25Speaker 1: a limb and then sawing the limb off, and they're
- 20:27Speaker 1: putting in her position where even to hardcore left wing partisans,
- 20:33Speaker 1: it's obvious that she's misleading them, either out of ignorance
- 20:37Speaker 1: or malice, neither one of which is good. Senator, Before
- 20:40Speaker 1: we get into these documents that you just mentioned at
- 20:43Speaker 1: the University of Delaware, I want to tell people about
- 20:46Speaker 1: our friends at Augusta Precious Metals. If you have saved
- 20:51Speaker 1: for a long time for retirement, then you may be
- 20:54Speaker 1: extremely stressed out or frustrated over what's happened with your
- 20:58Speaker 1: retirement account over the last year year. There are ways
- 21:02Speaker 1: that you can protect your retirement. You need to understand
- 21:04Speaker 1: that you can protect your money with a gold ira.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Now I'm excited to tell you about a company I
- 21:10Speaker 1: trust and I use, Augusta Precious Metals. They're different because
- 21:16Speaker 1: they even tell you if a gold ira isn't your answer.
- 21:21Speaker 1: With Augusta Precious Metals, there's no pressure, just the facts.
- 21:25Speaker 1: Augusta of Precious Metals is all about protecting iras and
- 21:29Speaker 1: four o one ks in this crazy economy, so important,
- 21:34Speaker 1: especially for you right now if you're close to retirement,
- 21:36Speaker 1: because there's no time to make up losses. So if
- 21:40Speaker 1: you've saved one hundred thousand dollars or more, you should
- 21:43Speaker 1: take a look at their free guide and sign up
- 21:46Speaker 1: for their incredible web conference. Is exactly what I did
- 21:49Speaker 1: before I decided to put some of my money into
- 21:53Speaker 1: gold and silver. All you got to do is check
- 21:57Speaker 1: them out and let them know that you're ready for
- 22:00Speaker 1: that peace of mind. It is important that you're ready
- 22:03Speaker 1: for retirement. So call August of Precious Metals one eight
- 22:07Speaker 1: seven seven four gold IRA. That's one eight seven seven
- 22:14Speaker 1: four the number four gold IRA. Or you can go
- 22:18Speaker 1: online and visit them at Augusta Precious Metals dot com.
- 22:23Speaker 1: Say I sent you and they'll even pay your fees
- 22:26Speaker 1: for up to ten years. That's Augusta Precious Metals at
- 22:30Speaker 1: eight seven seven four gold IRA or august is Precious
- 22:33Speaker 1: Metals dot com. Now, Senator, I want to get back
- 22:36Speaker 1: to these documents, and you look at the University of Delaware,
- 22:40Speaker 1: you want to talk about them. I think really playing
- 22:43Speaker 1: defense on behalf of the president. They've said, hey, we're
- 22:46Speaker 1: not releasing these documents until two years after Biden leaves
- 22:50Speaker 1: the presidency, whether that's in a four years or eight years.
- 22:54Speaker 1: This is broken at right, basically during while we've been
- 22:59Speaker 1: recorded this that the DOJ is reportedly considering launching quote,
- 23:03Speaker 1: additional searches for classified documents that quote more locations linked
- 23:09Speaker 1: to President Joe Biden. CBS News has just reported that quote.
- 23:13Speaker 1: The potential for additional searches comes as the DOJ socoured
- 23:18Speaker 1: through Biden's Wilmington residence Friday found six more items considering
- 23:23Speaker 1: consisting of which classified markings, and according to Biden's personal attorney,
- 23:27Speaker 1: Bob Bear, the content of the classified material quote is
- 23:30Speaker 1: unknown now. His attorney for the president's personal attorney claimed
- 23:35Speaker 1: that Biden offered quote to allow the FBI to conduct
- 23:38Speaker 1: the search led by the DOJ. It is unclear if
- 23:40Speaker 1: bidens offered to permit the DOJ to conduct further searches
- 23:44Speaker 1: its separate locations are now claiming are quote linked to
- 23:47Speaker 1: the president. How many more areas are there to search
- 23:50Speaker 1: that are linked to this guy? Look, I have no idea,
- 23:55Speaker 1: but one of the most compelling, if not the most compelling,
- 23:58Speaker 1: is the University of Delaware, which, as I says, has
- 24:01Speaker 1: more than one thousand, eight hundred and fifty boxes from
- 24:04Speaker 1: his time in the Senate. That's all in one location.
- 24:07Speaker 1: It's all straightforward to search. I believe d OJ needs
- 24:10Speaker 1: to search that quickly, and I hope the news that
- 24:13Speaker 1: you just read indicates they're going to do that. I
- 24:15Speaker 1: don't know how many other locations. I don't know if
- 24:19Speaker 1: you know, I don't know if there are are classified
- 24:21Speaker 1: documents at Hunter Biden's residence. Of course we've talked about
- 24:24Speaker 1: on this pod how for periods Hunter Biden has said
- 24:26Speaker 1: his residence was Joe Biden's residence, so he's lived with
- 24:30Speaker 1: classified documents. I don't know if there are other places.
- 24:32Speaker 1: And there were pictures of him in the corvette, driving
- 24:37Speaker 1: the corvette with family members that were related to him
- 24:41Speaker 1: to the beach, so obviously he had access to that
- 24:44Speaker 1: card during the time when apparently these classified documents would
- 24:48Speaker 1: have been in that garage. So not only were these
- 24:50Speaker 1: classified documents presumably in that garage, that was the same
- 24:53Speaker 1: time Hunter Biden was negotiating a multimillion dollar deal with
- 24:57Speaker 1: the communist government of China, so he was making millions
- 25:04Speaker 1: from an entity that had an acute interest in getting
- 25:07Speaker 1: access to classify documents. We need to know what the
- 25:11Speaker 1: subject matter of these documents are. We need to know.
- 25:16Speaker 1: This scandal takes on a qualitatively different different shape, different form,
- 25:23Speaker 1: different consequences depending on what the subject matter was. And
- 25:28Speaker 1: we've heard leaks about how they concerned Iran, how they
- 25:32Speaker 1: concerned China, how they concern Ukraine. We need to know
- 25:35Speaker 1: the specifics. And I will say this, if there is
- 25:38Speaker 1: even one classified document that concerns Barisma and Hunter and Biden,
- 25:44Speaker 1: or concerns the communist China entities that were negotiating and
- 25:50Speaker 1: paying millions to Hunter Biden, this centers the realm of
- 25:55Speaker 1: serious criminal activity. We don't know that to be the case,
- 25:59Speaker 1: but that is is a major escalation and I think
- 26:02Speaker 1: the public deserves to know. And let me say, by
- 26:05Speaker 1: the way, you played a minute ago, Karen Jean Pierre's
- 26:08Speaker 1: multiple dodges of I'm not answering that I'm not answering
- 26:11Speaker 1: that asked DJ DOJ has publicly said, hey, nothing, our
- 26:16Speaker 1: end stops the White House from answering questions. So, for example,
- 26:19Speaker 1: Karene Jean Pierre was asked, Joe Biden said it was irresponsible,
- 26:24Speaker 1: that's the word he used for Donald Trump to have
- 26:26Speaker 1: classified documents in one location at Marlago at his residence.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Was it also irresponsible for Joe Biden to do that?
- 26:36Speaker 1: And Karene Jehan Pierre refused to answer. She said, nope,
- 26:38Speaker 1: you got to ask DJ, and DOJ said, hey, no,
- 26:42Speaker 1: Bar and I are end to her answering those questions.
- 26:45Speaker 1: It's just politics. They didn't say this, this is me now.
- 26:48Speaker 1: It's just covering the rear end of the president refusing
- 26:52Speaker 1: to answer those questions because the answer is obvious, and
- 26:57Speaker 1: that's why they're trying to run away from it. Yeah,
- 26:59Speaker 1: and for people to understand just now how many documents
- 27:02Speaker 1: were up to to put in perspective on top of
- 27:04Speaker 1: the trove that was on earthed Friday at his house
- 27:08Speaker 1: that now is added to the additional twenty five classified
- 27:12Speaker 1: documents found by Biden's quote personal moving attorneys in the
- 27:16Speaker 1: past week at the Penn Biden Center and Biden's residence.
- 27:20Speaker 1: We also and this goes back to the to the
- 27:23Speaker 1: I think the disaster of this from the White House.
- 27:26Speaker 1: Biden again stated center on Thursday quote that he had
- 27:29Speaker 1: no regrets about mishandling classified materials and claimed there were
- 27:33Speaker 1: that claimed there was quote no there there the classified documents.
- 27:40Speaker 1: He says they were initially earthed. We've done the unearthed.
- 27:43Speaker 1: We've done this the right way. We were fully quote cooperating,
- 27:46Speaker 1: looking forward to getting this resolved quickly. I think you're
- 27:49Speaker 1: gonna find that there's there's nothing there. I have no regrets,
- 27:53Speaker 1: he said it again. I'm following what the lawyers have
- 27:56Speaker 1: told me they want to do. That's exactly what we're doing.
- 27:59Speaker 1: There's no there there. Fast forward. The liberal Washington Post
- 28:05Speaker 1: is now reporting that the White House and the DOJ
- 28:09Speaker 1: basically had an agreement to cover up and hide President
- 28:13Speaker 1: Joe Biden's classified document scanal from the American people until
- 28:18Speaker 1: it leaked to the press, despite their repeated claims of transparency,
- 28:22Speaker 1: and the Washington Post center is who is reporting that
- 28:25Speaker 1: the White House DOJ had an agreement to hide this
- 28:28Speaker 1: from the American people. Yeah. Look that there's a simple
- 28:31Speaker 1: question that is obvious. Why is the Biden DOJ not
- 28:35Speaker 1: leaked anything about this investigation? They didn't know leak it
- 28:40Speaker 1: on November second, before the election, when the documents allegedly
- 28:44Speaker 1: were first discovered. They didn't leak it in the days
- 28:47Speaker 1: and weeks that followed. They haven't leaked the contents of
- 28:50Speaker 1: the documents. They haven't spread the documents all over the
- 28:53Speaker 1: floor and taken a picture and put it out on
- 28:55Speaker 1: the internet. All of the things they've done to Donald Trump.
- 28:58Speaker 1: Their leaks, look, you would expect their leaks to come
- 29:01Speaker 1: from the DNC. You would expect an explicitly partisan organization
- 29:05Speaker 1: to put out stories that are harmful to the other party.
- 29:09Speaker 1: It is amazing how the Biden de j leaks nothing
- 29:13Speaker 1: on this, because I believe their objective is to protect
- 29:18Speaker 1: him politically rather than enforce the law fairly and directly.
- 29:23Speaker 1: As you know, It's why I wrote my last book,
- 29:25Speaker 1: Justice Corrupted. The last book I wrote goes into detail
- 29:30Speaker 1: about how this Biden Justice Department is the most politicized,
- 29:34Speaker 1: is the most partisan justice department this country's ever seen.
- 29:38Speaker 1: And I think the disparate treatment between raiding Mara Lago
- 29:44Speaker 1: in the bright league lights of day versus surreptitiously searching
- 29:49Speaker 1: Biden's home and then keeping everything secret. I think the
- 29:53Speaker 1: double standard is obvious to anyone watching it. Certainly is center.
- 29:58Speaker 1: One last question that deals with a different issue. I'm
- 30:00Speaker 1: gonna throw you a quick curveball. There is a quietly
- 30:04Speaker 1: released Energy Department report that now it means it was
- 30:08Speaker 1: quote a mistake in canceling the Keystone XL pipeline, and
- 30:12Speaker 1: actually shows the economic benefits of that pipeline. It just
- 30:16Speaker 1: seems to have come out two and a half years
- 30:18Speaker 1: too late. I love how this quietly gets released by
- 30:22Speaker 1: the Energy Department. Welcome to the captain obvious Report of
- 30:26Speaker 1: the year. Well, look, that's true, But I'd actually be
- 30:30Speaker 1: happy if any decision maker in the Biden administration learned
- 30:34Speaker 1: a lesson from it. If they said, oh, we suddenly
- 30:37Speaker 1: realize that hurting US energy production and boosting the production
- 30:43Speaker 1: of our enemies like Russia, like a rand like Venezuela,
- 30:46Speaker 1: is really bad for America. It's bad for the environment,
- 30:48Speaker 1: it's bad for our national security, it's bad for jobs.
- 30:51Speaker 1: It's just a loser all around. If they actually learned that,
- 30:55Speaker 1: I wouldn't care why they learned that, And to be honest,
- 30:57Speaker 1: i'd celebrate the report. The problem with the report work.
- 31:01Speaker 1: Nobody who has any authority cares what's in that report.
- 31:04Speaker 1: They are continuing, day after day after day to do
- 31:08Speaker 1: everything they can to shut down, to stifle US energy production,
- 31:13Speaker 1: to hurt jobs in America, to drive up the cost
- 31:17Speaker 1: of gasoline for American families, and bizarrely to shift more
- 31:22Speaker 1: and more production to our enemies like Iran and Russia
- 31:27Speaker 1: and Venezuela. It makes no sense. And these ideologues, they
- 31:32Speaker 1: don't listen to reason, They never do, They never do.
- 31:35Speaker 1: Center always a pleasure, don't forget. If you're listening right now,
- 31:38Speaker 1: make sure you hit that subscriber auto download button so
- 31:41Speaker 1: you get our podcasts each and every day. With this
- 31:44Speaker 1: much breaking news, I would not be surprised if in
- 31:46Speaker 1: the days, in the weeks ahead, we ended up doing
- 31:49Speaker 1: unscheduled bonus episodes of this show. A right, Ben, let's
- 31:54Speaker 1: take a raffle. Where are the next documents? What are
- 31:57Speaker 1: they are when? Where? Where are they located? It's gotta
- 32:03Speaker 1: be at my gut is where they are hanging out
- 32:06Speaker 1: right now? At there? I would guess at the beach.
- 32:09Speaker 1: The beach is not a bad call. I mean, maybe
- 32:12Speaker 1: he's cleaning house right now, no pun intended. Right, if
- 32:15Speaker 1: you know they've nailed you at Delaware, why not go
- 32:17Speaker 1: to the beach house and clean that place up, or
- 32:20Speaker 1: sit around all weekend and go through documents. So you
- 32:23Speaker 1: would certainly think if the FBI rated his Wilmington house,
- 32:29Speaker 1: Rohoboth Beach would be next. So that's probably the odds
- 32:32Speaker 1: are with you. I do not know if he owns
- 32:35Speaker 1: any other properties. I cannot imagine why the FBI would
- 32:40Speaker 1: not at this point search every property he owns. And
- 32:48Speaker 1: so we'll see what comes up, you know, the one
- 32:50Speaker 1: I really wish they look at, and not because of
- 32:52Speaker 1: any of the stuff from the laptop. I just got
- 32:55Speaker 1: to thank the offices that were shared and the documents
- 32:59Speaker 1: that could have been mingled between Jimmy Biden, James Biden,
- 33:03Speaker 1: the brother Hunter Biden, and Joe Biden. If they were
- 33:07Speaker 1: this careless with classified documents, I think there's gotta be
- 33:12Speaker 1: a decent chance when they were packing up their joint
- 33:14Speaker 1: office as they could have cold mingled documents between Jimmy.
- 33:18Speaker 1: I mean, certainly since the Senate years. If we're finding
- 33:20Speaker 1: these documents back in the day when he was a senator,
- 33:23Speaker 1: well we shall see. I feel confident these are, though
- 33:27Speaker 1: not the last classified documents that Biden is going to say, ooh, sorry,
- 33:33Speaker 1: got him again. Yeah, it's my bad. All right, We'll
- 33:36Speaker 1: see you guys back here on Wednesday, if not sooner,
- 33:39Speaker 1: have a great couple of days center. It's a pleasure.
- 33:42Speaker 1: And again make sure you have that subscribed down little
- 33:44Speaker 1: button right. It's a five star review. We'll see you
- 33:46Speaker 1: back here on Wednesday morning.
