- 0:00Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. That's a name we haven't talked about since July.
- 0:05Speaker 1: And what was the last thing the White House said
- 0:07Speaker 1: about Hunter Biden back in July?
- 0:09Speaker 2: And you've bought a severn time when the President would
- 0:11Speaker 2: not pardon or community sens for his son Hunter. I
- 0:15Speaker 2: want to make sure that that is not going to
- 0:17Speaker 2: change over for the next six months.
- 0:18Speaker 3: The President's say it's still a no, it's still an
- 0:21Speaker 3: able always you know, it's still a no. It will
- 0:24Speaker 3: be a no. It is a no.
- 0:26Speaker 4: And I don't have anything else to add.
- 0:28Speaker 3: Will he pardon his son?
- 0:29Speaker 5: No?
- 0:30Speaker 1: Will he pardon his son no? Now, remember that was
- 0:33Speaker 1: when Joe Biden was still the candidate, right, he was
- 0:36Speaker 1: still running for re election. So then there was a
- 0:39Speaker 1: deal that had to be done, right, what was the deal?
- 0:42Speaker 1: I was told and I said this the Republican Convention
- 0:45Speaker 1: on this show, that it was very clear that there
- 0:47Speaker 1: was a deal that was going to be done before
- 0:50Speaker 1: Joe Biden would step aside, and that deal would be
- 0:53Speaker 1: immunity for him, but basically for his entire family for
- 0:57Speaker 1: any type of fair of violations, any type of eruption,
- 1:00Speaker 1: any type of collusion, any type of bribery. It would
- 1:03Speaker 1: be straight up pardons all the way across the board,
- 1:07Speaker 1: and that's the deal that was being made behind the
- 1:10Speaker 1: scenes with Kamala Harris. Now you may also remember in
- 1:14Speaker 1: the first statement by Joe Biden he did not endorse
- 1:19Speaker 1: Kamala Harris, and that allowed for a lot of other
- 1:22Speaker 1: names to be thrown around. Then several hours later he
- 1:26Speaker 1: came out and endorsed Kamala Harris, and that was clearly
- 1:28Speaker 1: the leverage that he was using, Like, Hey, you think
- 1:31Speaker 1: you can't give me what I need, which is pardons
- 1:33Speaker 1: for my family, then fine, I'll drop out, but I
- 1:37Speaker 1: am not endorsing you. And then she came back, this
- 1:40Speaker 1: is my guest and said, okay, fine, I'll give you
- 1:42Speaker 1: what you want so there can be a coronation for me.
- 1:45Speaker 1: And that's exactly what happened. Jesse Waters on Fox put
- 1:49Speaker 1: it this way back in July on the twenty first.
- 1:53Speaker 3: Of course, if necessary, but there's no need for that.
- 1:57Speaker 2: The entire Biden presidency has been a lie voter, Republican
- 2:01Speaker 2: and Democrat has been disrespected. It's fitting that the Biden
- 2:05Speaker 2: presidency's ending in disgrace. COVID swept them in, COVID swept
- 2:10Speaker 2: them out writing resignation letters from your bed with a
- 2:14Speaker 2: proverbial gun to your head is the most undignified farewell
- 2:17Speaker 2: we've ever seen in Washington, and we've seen a lot.
- 2:22Speaker 2: What was Biden's golden parachute?
- 2:24Speaker 3: Does he get to.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Keep the Biden Presidential Library? Are his legal fees squared away?
- 2:29Speaker 2: Will he get a book advance for a book he'll
- 2:31Speaker 2: never write? Did Joe step down in exchange for Hunter
- 2:35Speaker 2: getting no prison? Or did they dangle the twenty fifth
- 2:38Speaker 2: Amendment over his head? Democrats may look conniving and powerful today,
- 2:43Speaker 2: but they're not impeaching Trump, prosecuting them, stealing his money
- 2:47Speaker 2: with fines, putting his life in danger, and now stealing
- 2:50Speaker 2: fourteen million Democrat primary votes.
- 2:53Speaker 3: This is desperate.
- 2:55Speaker 2: This is a party falling apart, clinging the power by
- 2:58Speaker 2: any means necessary.
- 3:00Speaker 3: What are they hiding?
- 3:02Speaker 2: What are they so terrified of Trump's seeing when he
- 3:04Speaker 2: gets back in office?
- 3:06Speaker 3: Prepare for chaos?
- 3:08Speaker 2: Joe Manchin's telling Fox News he's re registering as a
- 3:11Speaker 2: Democrat and considering running against Kamala RFK Junior Polly in
- 3:17Speaker 2: double digits in some battlegrounds, his name's still on the ballot,
- 3:21Speaker 2: and any move against Kamala Harris is going to trigger
- 3:24Speaker 2: an identity politics bloodbath. The Congressional Black Caucus already endorsing
- 3:29Speaker 2: Harris just moments ago. But if it is Harris, the
- 3:33Speaker 2: Trump Harris debate, we could have two Trump's defeated a woman.
- 3:38Speaker 3: Before you remember.
- 3:41Speaker 1: And I play this because I just want to remind
- 3:44Speaker 1: you the question that was asked at the time, did
- 3:46Speaker 1: Biden step out in exchange for Hunter Biden getting no prison?
- 3:51Speaker 1: I think the answer was yes, that was the deal
- 3:53Speaker 1: that was being made. Now I say all that to
- 3:56Speaker 1: then fast forward to this new headline that no one
- 4:00Speaker 1: seems to be talking about at all, and that is
- 4:03Speaker 1: that the Department of Justice, we're now being told, is
- 4:07Speaker 1: going to seek charges against Hunter Biden for influence pedaling abroad,
- 4:14Speaker 1: something that the DOJ, the FBI, and others said never happened.
- 4:19Speaker 1: But now that he's no longer the president's son because
- 4:24Speaker 1: that president is leaving office, the US Department of Justice
- 4:28Speaker 1: has now.
- 4:28Speaker 3: Formally alleged in court filings this week.
- 4:33Speaker 1: And guess what, nine nine point nine percent of you
- 4:35Speaker 1: listening right now didn't even know this happened. That the
- 4:38Speaker 1: Department of Justice formally alleged in court filings this week
- 4:42Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden was involved in influence pedaling schemes overseas,
- 4:47Speaker 1: confirming the reporting of Peter Sweitzer in the twenty eighteen
- 4:52Speaker 1: book Secret Empires, which the media tried to discredit at
- 4:57Speaker 1: the time. The court filings by the DOJ document payments
- 5:02Speaker 1: made to Hunter Biden by a Romanian Oigark, who is
- 5:05Speaker 1: now cooperating with the DOJ prosecutors. They state that the
- 5:10Speaker 1: deal was structured to avoid the filings required under the
- 5:16Speaker 1: Foreign Agents Registration Act known as FARAH. Let me also
- 5:21Speaker 1: tell you real quick about Patriot Mobile. And if you

- 5:44Speaker 1: over a decade ago. Patriot Mobile saw what Big Mobile
- 5:47Speaker 1: was doing when they were paying their bills, and what
- 5:50Speaker 1: they did was they gave their money to hardcore leftist organizations, candidates,
- 5:55Speaker 1: causes and organizations that are radical for example, like giving
- 5:59Speaker 1: your money to people that advocate for abortions and even
- 6:02Speaker 1: pay for them. Well, that's why I'm proud to partner
- 6:06Speaker 1: with Patriot Mobile, because when you're with them, you're on
- 6:09Speaker 1: the front lines, but you're fighting for your values. You're

- 7:13Speaker 1: dot com slash Ferguson, or call him at ninety seven
- 7:16Speaker 1: to two Patriot for your free month of service today. Now,
- 7:20Speaker 1: the document show Hunter Biden was paid by the oligarch
- 7:24Speaker 1: while Joe Biden was the vice president. Biden's activity as
- 7:28Speaker 1: president is not implicated in the filings thus far. Now,
- 7:32Speaker 1: Peter Schweitzer, who has done an amazing job over the
- 7:36Speaker 1: last I don't know, four years, maybe even longer covering
- 7:40Speaker 1: the Biden crime family, he came out in his own
- 7:43Speaker 1: podcast and he said this quote, I think this is
- 7:48Speaker 1: an appetizer for what is going to be the main course.
- 7:52Speaker 1: I expect we'll see similar announcements in reference to the
- 7:56Speaker 1: Biden family about China and Russia. Show now, this oligarch
- 8:02Speaker 1: that hired Hunter Biden and an unnamed associate and paid
- 8:06Speaker 1: their company, which would pass approximately one third of the
- 8:11Speaker 1: money to Hunter Biden. This was done, the Justice Department
- 8:15Speaker 1: says in their filing because the defendant was quote concerned
- 8:20Speaker 1: that lobbying work might cause political ramifications for the defendant's father.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Who's the defendant's father, Joe Biden. So to be clear,
- 8:31Speaker 1: now that Joe Biden is not running for reelection, all
- 8:35Speaker 1: of a sudden, the DJ's like, all right, we can
- 8:38Speaker 1: now do our job on Hunter Biden and the Biden
- 8:41Speaker 1: crime family because we don't have to protect Joe anymore. Now,
- 8:44Speaker 1: this also means they may be trying to expedite these
- 8:47Speaker 1: charges so that there's a chance to pardon him very quickly.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Now the goal of the oligarch in the filing again,
- 8:55Speaker 1: I'm going back to the filing here, So this is
- 8:57Speaker 1: the Department of Justice saying this was quote to attempt
- 9:01Speaker 1: to influence US government agencies to investigate the Romanian investigation
- 9:10Speaker 1: into him, paying Biden and his associate more than three
- 9:16Speaker 1: million dollars to do so, according to a new report
- 9:21Speaker 1: out in The Hill today. So again, let's recap that
- 9:24Speaker 1: you got a Russian oligark who is worried about the
- 9:27Speaker 1: US government and it's agencies investigating him.
- 9:31Speaker 3: So what do he do?
- 9:32Speaker 1: He went to the Vice President's son, Hunter Biden and
- 9:36Speaker 1: his associate and said, I'm going to give you three
- 9:38Speaker 1: million dollars or whatever the hell you need to make
- 9:40Speaker 1: sure that they stop investigating me. The US government. Now
- 9:45Speaker 1: this is where the fair violations come in that no
- 9:48Speaker 1: one's talking about, and it's clear massive violation. If you
- 9:53Speaker 1: look at the Foreign Agents Registration Act, it's clear, no
- 10:00Speaker 1: knowing what we now know from this filing that Hunter
- 10:03Speaker 1: Biden is in direct violation of the Fair Act because
- 10:09Speaker 1: Hunter Biden himself acknowledged and messages included in the filing
- 10:14Speaker 1: where he said, quote, we might be guilty of some
- 10:19Speaker 1: FAARA violations.
- 10:20Speaker 3: That was in writing how do we know this well?
- 10:22Speaker 1: By the way, that was on Hunter Biden's laptop from Hell,
- 10:24Speaker 1: the same laptop that the DOJ the FBI said was
- 10:27Speaker 1: not real, the same FBI and the DOJ that said
- 10:30Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian disinformation, and the same
- 10:34Speaker 1: laptop from Hell that all the intelligence agencies and these
- 10:37Speaker 1: directors came together fifty plus people and said this had
- 10:41Speaker 1: all the markings of Russian disinformation even though they knew
- 10:44Speaker 1: the laptop was real. And now the DOJ is actually
- 10:48Speaker 1: quoting his emails from the damn laptop only because Hunter
- 10:52Speaker 1: Biden is now someone they can attack, because Joe Biden
- 10:56Speaker 1: is no longer going to be the president of the
- 10:58Speaker 1: United States of a mayor Erica. Now Peter Schweitzer, who
- 11:03Speaker 1: is again the guy that's been unearthing so much of
- 11:07Speaker 1: the Biden corruption in the family and his research team
- 11:11Speaker 1: at the Government Accountability Institute reported on these fair violations
- 11:16Speaker 1: and many other foreign business deals by Hunter Biden all
- 11:19Speaker 1: the way back in twenty eighteen. And what they say
- 11:22Speaker 1: about him, They said he was bat you know what. Crazy.
- 11:25Speaker 1: The book was published, and it was published two thousand,
- 11:30Speaker 1: three hundred and thirty one days ago. Everything that the
- 11:35Speaker 1: DOJ is now saying Hunter Biden did it was publicly
- 11:38Speaker 1: reported on more than two thousand and three hundred days ago.
- 11:43Speaker 1: It has only been, by the way, nineteen days. To
- 11:45Speaker 1: put in perspective, since Joe Biden the President relinquished his
- 11:52Speaker 1: reelection campaign and endorsed his vice president Kamala Harris to
- 11:57Speaker 1: run in his place. So once he has walked away
- 12:01Speaker 1: from power, now the DOJ's like, well, crap, we'll do
- 12:04Speaker 1: our job. And it may not be for the reason
- 12:07Speaker 1: you think it may be because they're saying, hey, go
- 12:10Speaker 1: ahead and nail him for everything that you would nail
- 12:12Speaker 1: him for. So Republicans can't do it, so that we
- 12:15Speaker 1: can give him a pardon quickly so he doesn't actually
- 12:18Speaker 1: go to jail.
- 12:18Speaker 3: I actually think that might be the strategy here.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Let's nail him and let's go ahead and convict him,
- 12:24Speaker 1: and it won't matter as long as we can expedite
- 12:27Speaker 1: it so that then he is taken care of and
- 12:30Speaker 1: doesn't go to jail.
- 12:32Speaker 3: I really believe that's why they're moving.
- 12:35Speaker 1: Forward fair violations, because if the DOJ doesn't do it
- 12:38Speaker 1: now and Donald Trump wins, you can guarantee that the
- 12:43Speaker 1: DOJ is going to look into all this and do
- 12:44Speaker 1: this and probably much more. But the Democrats are preemptive.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Then it's actually in a weird way, I get out
- 12:50Speaker 1: of jail free card for Hunter Biden now. Peter Schwitzer
- 12:55Speaker 1: also expects quote that further action for the Department of Justice.
- 13:00Speaker 1: It will likely follow quickly quote if the Department wants
- 13:04Speaker 1: to be remotely consistent. The Romanian case involves between a
- 13:09Speaker 1: half million and eight hundred million, but the deals in
- 13:12Speaker 1: China involved thirty million, the one in Ukraine involved about
- 13:16Speaker 1: six million, and the deals in Russia mounted to about
- 13:19Speaker 1: three point five million, all transferred to Hunter Biden and
- 13:23Speaker 1: his businesses, all of which were reported in Secret Empires
- 13:27Speaker 1: the book in twenty eighteen, which means they knew all
- 13:31Speaker 1: about this. To paragraph then Vice President Joe Biden whispered
- 13:37Speaker 1: aside to President Barack Obama years ago, this is a
- 13:41Speaker 1: quote efing big deal.
- 13:43Speaker 3: Remember that.
- 13:45Speaker 1: Well, now the walls and the roof have come off
- 13:49Speaker 1: of this insanely obvious story of corruption from the Biden
- 13:56Speaker 1: crime family, which brings me back to the bigger point.
- 14:00Speaker 1: I am not that excited about this because I think
- 14:03Speaker 1: this is actually being done to expedite this, Okay, I
- 14:09Speaker 1: really do. I think it's pretty obvious that they're saying,
- 14:13Speaker 1: we got to hurry up. Okay, we got to hurry up,
- 14:17Speaker 1: and we've got to make sure that we get this
- 14:19Speaker 1: done quickly, because if we don't get it done quickly,
- 14:24Speaker 1: then there is a real liability for the president, the
- 14:26Speaker 1: president's family, his son, his brother, etc. And that's what
- 14:31Speaker 1: I think this is actually about. There's also something else
- 14:36Speaker 1: that I think is important for us to go back
- 14:39Speaker 1: and visit here, and that is what Jim Jordan had
- 14:42Speaker 1: to say and Mike Turner when they were on Hannity's show.
- 14:46Speaker 1: And this was back in June on the twenty fifth,
- 14:50Speaker 1: when the media refused to cover what Now the DOJ
- 14:53Speaker 1: is admitting actually happened.
- 14:55Speaker 3: Listen carefully, twitching gears.
- 14:57Speaker 6: Now, remember back in twenty twenty, Remember all the supposedly
- 15:00Speaker 6: former national security officials writing that letter saying, oh, without
- 15:05Speaker 6: ever seeing Hunter Biden's laptop, that it was likely had
- 15:08Speaker 6: all the fingerprints of Russian disinformation. Well, we know that
- 15:13Speaker 6: it was an organized effort by wink and Tony Blinken
- 15:16Speaker 6: to give Joe Biden a talking point during his debate
- 15:19Speaker 6: against Donald Trump. And tonight we're learning even more. Thanks
- 15:22Speaker 6: to the House Subcommittee on the Weaponization of Government, they
- 15:25Speaker 6: have obtained internal emails from the CIA back in twenty twenty.
- 15:29Speaker 6: Take a listen to this one. This from a CIA
- 15:32Speaker 6: official talking about the letter.
- 15:34Speaker 3: Quote.
- 15:34Speaker 6: I also love that at least a few of the
- 15:37Speaker 6: random signatures belong to individuals currently working here on contracts. Now,
- 15:42Speaker 6: remember that letter was supposed to be from former intelligence officials.
- 15:47Speaker 3: Now it looks like.
- 15:48Speaker 6: Active federal government contractors trying to help Joe Biden win
- 15:52Speaker 6: the election.
- 15:52Speaker 3: What's going on here with Moore?
- 15:54Speaker 6: House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan and House Intelligence Committee
- 15:58Speaker 6: chair Mike Jim Jordan.
- 16:01Speaker 3: Let's talk about this.
- 16:02Speaker 6: First of all, they were organized by Wincoln Tony Blinket
- 16:06Speaker 6: number one. None of them ever knew a thing about
- 16:09Speaker 6: the laptop. They didn't know anything, and they just signed
- 16:13Speaker 6: the letter for one reason only to help Joe Biden
- 16:17Speaker 6: win when they knew how damaging that would be to
- 16:20Speaker 6: his chances of winning in twenty twenty. Is that election interference?
- 16:24Speaker 6: Blincoln calls Morell.
- 16:26Speaker 4: Everyone knew Morell wanted to be the CIA director in
- 16:28Speaker 4: a Biden administration. Morell organizes the statement that fifty one
- 16:32Speaker 4: people signs. When he sends out the statement, he says,
- 16:35Speaker 4: this is so Joe Biden will have a talking point
- 16:37Speaker 4: against Trump during the upcoming debate. After the debate, Joe
- 16:41Speaker 4: Biden's campaign chairman, Steve Orsetti calls Morell and thanks him.
- 16:45Speaker 4: But Sean, now we've learned three new additional facts. First,
- 16:49Speaker 4: the letter was actually reviewed by the top people to CIA,
- 16:52Speaker 4: either Director Haspull or Deputy Director Bishop. We deposed the
- 16:57Speaker 4: chief operating Officer, Andrew mccrades. He said, I took it
- 17:00Speaker 4: to one of those two individuals.
- 17:01Speaker 3: They reviewed it.
- 17:02Speaker 4: Second, well, you pointed out agents looked at this and
- 17:05Speaker 4: said this is not what the CIA should be doing
- 17:08Speaker 4: this is a bad look for the CIA. This is
- 17:10Speaker 4: all political. And third, some of the people who signed it,
- 17:14Speaker 4: like Mike Morell, were actually on contract with the CIA
- 17:18Speaker 4: when they signed it. That's how bad, that's how political
- 17:21Speaker 4: this was. And to your final point, this is something
- 17:24Speaker 4: our government had for a year. They had the laptop
- 17:26Speaker 4: and they knew, they knew it wasn't hacked by.
- 17:30Speaker 6: Russia, and we know that the FBI had verified its
- 17:34Speaker 6: authenticity a March of twenty twenty, Congressman Turner and they
- 17:38Speaker 6: were out there pre bunking it with all big tech
- 17:41Speaker 6: and that ended up getting that very real laptop story
- 17:44Speaker 6: by the New York Post censored nationwide, and poll shows that,
- 17:50Speaker 6: in fact, had they not done that, Donald Trump would
- 17:53Speaker 6: have won that election if the American people knew the
- 17:55Speaker 6: truth absolutely well.
- 17:57Speaker 7: The House Intelligence Committee got these emails, it showed that
- 18:01Speaker 7: the manner in which this was presented, and that we
- 18:04Speaker 7: now know from the joint depositions that Jim's Committee and
- 18:08Speaker 7: my committee held that these individuals openly we're talking about
- 18:12Speaker 7: doing this letter solely to help Biden in his debate.
- 18:16Speaker 7: Now what that means is we now all know that
- 18:19Speaker 7: we saw Biden stand there in the middle of his
- 18:22Speaker 7: debate and lie to the American public because he knew,
- 18:25Speaker 7: of course it wasn't Russian disinformation. When he said, I
- 18:27Speaker 7: have a letter that says this is Russian disinformation. There's
- 18:30Speaker 7: nothing to this. Biden was lying to the American public.
- 18:33Speaker 7: But also everyone who signed that letter. You know, I
- 18:37Speaker 7: see fifty one as they're called. They were lying and
- 18:40Speaker 7: depositions they you know, on after the other would acknowledge.
- 18:43Speaker 7: They didn't even try to verify it. They knew what
- 18:45Speaker 7: they were doing. This was totally political, totally for the debates,
- 18:48Speaker 7: and they were laws.
- 18:50Speaker 6: Okay, any possible consequences Jim Jordan.
- 18:53Speaker 4: Well, we'll get legislation relative to their security clearance is
- 18:56Speaker 4: what they can do if they're going to maintain that
- 18:57Speaker 4: security clearance. We're working with Cheerman Turner his Mane on that.
- 19:01Speaker 4: But I think it's really point in Sean. This happened
- 19:04Speaker 4: fifteen days before the most important election. We have. Fifteen
- 19:07Speaker 4: days before an election, fifty one former Intel officials sign
- 19:11Speaker 4: a statement with their former titles by their name, A
- 19:14Speaker 4: statement that was prompted by the Biden campaign, A statement
- 19:17Speaker 4: signed by some who were on contract with the CIA,
- 19:19Speaker 4: A statement that agents at the CIA knew they shouldn't
- 19:22Speaker 4: be involved in about a laptop our government had for
- 19:24Speaker 4: a year and knew was it packed by Russia. That
- 19:27Speaker 4: all happened fifteen days before election, which raises one fundamental question,
- 19:31Speaker 4: what are they going to try this time?
- 19:33Speaker 1: What are they going to try this time? That is
- 19:37Speaker 1: the point I wanted to bring up, because it's pretty
- 19:39Speaker 1: clear now that there may be a reason why you
- 19:42Speaker 1: convict the Bidens, you separate them a little bit from
- 19:46Speaker 1: Kamwa Harris, that could help her. You then act like, oh, well,
- 19:51Speaker 1: there's you know, justice after all, and so people can
- 19:55Speaker 1: move on past it, and you can then pardon the
- 19:59Speaker 1: family of the President of the United States of America.
- 20:02Speaker 3: Quickly to move this down the road.
- 20:06Speaker 1: You notice that the DOJ didn't touch any of this
- 20:11Speaker 1: until days after the guy that they needed to go away, right,
- 20:17Speaker 1: Joe Biden said, Okay, I'm going away, right, I'm gonna
- 20:22Speaker 1: go away. Okay, great, Now we'll investigate you. This stinks
- 20:27Speaker 1: to high heaven and we're going to keep exposing it.
- 20:32Speaker 1: The Harris campaign now has a real pr nightmare on
- 20:36Speaker 1: their hands, and that is the Harris campaign is having
- 20:40Speaker 1: to figure out how to scrub the VP choice Waltz
- 20:45Speaker 1: and his stolen Valor Army rank and record. He is
- 20:50Speaker 1: apparently a habitual liar when it comes to his service
- 20:54Speaker 1: in the military. Now there's some there saying, hey, don't
- 20:57Speaker 1: touch this. The guy was in the military, he was
- 20:59Speaker 1: in the reserve for twenty plus years. So what did
- 21:02Speaker 1: he lied about his rank? So what did he lied
- 21:05Speaker 1: about his service? A little bit? It's not that big
- 21:08Speaker 1: of a deal. Let me state this very clearly. It
- 21:12Speaker 1: is a big deal. It is a big deal to
- 21:15Speaker 1: the men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice
- 21:17Speaker 1: in this country, and men and women that have served
- 21:20Speaker 1: this country, and family members that have loved ones that
- 21:22Speaker 1: have served this country. You don't lie about being a
- 21:25Speaker 1: doctor if you're not a doctor. Okay, you don't lie
- 21:28Speaker 1: about being a pilot if you're not a pilot, and
- 21:31Speaker 1: you're sure as hell, don't lie about serving your country
- 21:36Speaker 1: and seeing combat when you actually didn't see combat. These
- 21:43Speaker 1: are just some of the things that like, I mean,
- 21:45Speaker 1: you don't want a doctor to be like, oh, I'm
- 21:47Speaker 1: a doctor and all of a sudden they you know,
- 21:48Speaker 1: they're not really one.
- 21:49Speaker 3: They never went to medical school, Like that's a big deal.
- 21:52Speaker 1: Well, it's a big deal when you say that you
- 21:54Speaker 1: served in combat and you actually didn't, and the people
- 21:59Speaker 1: around you that served in the military and did see combat,
- 22:03Speaker 1: it pisces them off, as it should. But what's happening
- 22:07Speaker 1: here is the media is trying to do everything he
- 22:10Speaker 1: can to basically look the other way. They're doing everything
- 22:14Speaker 1: that they can to try to just make this whole
- 22:18Speaker 1: problem go away, which is that this guy has been
- 22:22Speaker 1: lying about his service for as long as he's been
- 22:26Speaker 1: in politics, and that's been quite some time. The Washington
- 22:30Speaker 1: Freebeacon is reporting at this hour that Tim Walls falsely
- 22:33Speaker 1: claimed he served in Afghanistan. A local vet, by the way,
- 22:38Speaker 1: called him out. His office did nothing about that at
- 22:41Speaker 1: the time. The Washington Freebeacon also finding out that Tim
- 22:47Speaker 1: Waltz promoted media misrepresentations of his military service back in
- 22:52Speaker 1: two thousand and six when he was running for office.
- 22:57Speaker 1: This includes the Wall Street Journal. Now I'm going to
- 23:00Speaker 1: tell you that story, and I hope that all of
- 23:02Speaker 1: you will share this important information about Waltz because we're
- 23:05Speaker 1: going to keep diving into it, into this record and
- 23:09Speaker 1: letting you know just what a pathological liar he is
- 23:13Speaker 1: about his service in the military. Let me also tell
- 23:16Speaker 1: you real quick about Patriot Mobile. And if you are
- 23:18Speaker 1: like me and you are tired and frustrated with woke

- 23:40Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile saw what Big Mobile was doing when they
- 23:43Speaker 1: were paying their bills, and what they did was they
- 23:45Speaker 1: gave their money to hardcore leftist organizations, candidates, causes and
- 23:50Speaker 1: organizations that are radical, for example, like giving your money
- 23:54Speaker 1: to people that advocate for abortions and even pay for them. Well,
- 23:59Speaker 1: that's why I'm proud to partner with Patriot Mobile, because
- 24:02Speaker 1: when you're with them, you're on the front lines. But
- 24:05Speaker 1: you're fighting for your values. You're standing up and fighting
- 24:08Speaker 1: for your First and Second Amendment rights, You're fighting for
- 24:10Speaker 1: the sanctity of life, and you're supporting our military, our veterans,
- 24:15Speaker 1: are wounded warriors, and our first responders.

- 25:16Speaker 1: let me go back to Waltz in this reporting, all right,
- 25:19Speaker 1: so you understand just how much of a liar this
- 25:21Speaker 1: guy is. A March twentieth, two thousand and six Wall
- 25:25Speaker 1: Street Journal report included in the Kit that his campaign
- 25:30Speaker 1: was putting out. It's said that Waltz quote served overseas
- 25:34Speaker 1: during the early war in Afghanistan. His team and his
- 25:38Speaker 1: campaign knew that was a lie, but they took that
- 25:41Speaker 1: lie and they ran with it, because if you want
- 25:43Speaker 1: a lie to the American people, you get the media
- 25:45Speaker 1: to do it on your behalf. Waltz told the paper
- 25:49Speaker 1: that the Iraq war is quote, not something that is
- 25:52Speaker 1: a political game. Yet that's exactly what he used it for.
- 25:56Speaker 1: Another from January and February of six the addition of
- 26:00Speaker 1: The Atlantic describes Waltz as quote, a command sergeant major
- 26:04Speaker 1: who just returned from fighting the war on terrorism. The
- 26:08Speaker 1: Peace goes on to characterize Waltz as one of the
- 26:12Speaker 1: number of veterans from the wars in Afghanistan Iraq who
- 26:17Speaker 1: were running for Congress that year. Again, that is also
- 26:21Speaker 1: a lie. Listen to how Jesse Waters put it on Fox.
- 26:27Speaker 2: Primetime has been investigating Tim Walls's military record, and it's
- 26:30Speaker 2: worse than you thought, and now the Kamala campaign's covering
- 26:34Speaker 2: it up. Tonight we're finding out that when Walls was
- 26:36Speaker 2: campaigning for Congress, he put out a press release he
- 26:40Speaker 2: told voters that he had a duty to serve in
- 26:43Speaker 2: Iraq if called on, but when that call came, he retired,
- 26:47Speaker 2: left his battalion hanging in the vicious Midiest Desert. So
- 26:50Speaker 2: while Walls was heading to Washington, his unit was in
- 26:53Speaker 2: Iraq being bombed by insurgents. The soldiers were away from
- 26:56Speaker 2: their families for like two years. And when he campaigned
- 26:59Speaker 2: for Congress and later governor, he misrepresented what rank he
- 27:02Speaker 2: retired at.
- 27:04Speaker 5: I'm a retired command sergeant major and retired sergeant major
- 27:07Speaker 5: in the Army and the Army National Guard. I'm a
- 27:09Speaker 5: school teacher. I'm a retired sergeant major.
- 27:11Speaker 2: Walls last rank was a command sergeant major, but because
- 27:15Speaker 2: he left before he finished the required training, his rank
- 27:18Speaker 2: was reduced when he retired. The Harris campaign was pushing
- 27:21Speaker 2: that rank lie until today they just quietly scrubbed it
- 27:25Speaker 2: from their website tonight. We're also finding out Walls likes
- 27:29Speaker 2: to wear US Army Special Forces caps, but he never
- 27:33Speaker 2: actually served in the Special Forces. Walls was in the
- 27:36Speaker 2: National Guard. So why is he wearing the hat? Does
- 27:38Speaker 2: he want you to think he's Special Forces?
- 27:41Speaker 8: Seems like it.
- 27:42Speaker 2: He never went to the Mid East, But when someone
- 27:44Speaker 2: wrote a book and claimed he served in Afghanistan. He
- 27:48Speaker 2: endorsed it, and he tells crowds he carried weapons in war.
- 27:51Speaker 2: Once again not true. Walls was never in the battlefield.
- 27:55Speaker 2: He was deployed to Italy, but there hasn't been action
- 27:57Speaker 2: there since World War II. Here's the command sergeant who
- 28:01Speaker 2: replaced Walls.
- 28:02Speaker 8: Listen, if he thinks Italy was a combat zone or
- 28:06Speaker 8: a war zone and he was carrying that in war,
- 28:10Speaker 8: he's delusional. I mean that was all said, just like
- 28:14Speaker 8: you have him saying he was a command sergeant major,
- 28:16Speaker 8: just another way to embellish his career beyond what it was,
- 28:20Speaker 8: stolen valor for the people that actually were in war,
- 28:24Speaker 8: and he's the actor only.
- 28:25Speaker 2: Wellence Walls was elected after campaigning on phony military credentials.
- 28:29Speaker 2: He slapped their soldiers in the face again. You ready,
- 28:33Speaker 2: he voted against a bill that expanded veterans' access to
- 28:36Speaker 2: doctors because he wanted to hurt Trump.
- 28:40Speaker 1: Well, I want you to just think about this. The
- 28:43Speaker 1: Harris campaign has had has been forced to scrub Waltz's
- 28:48Speaker 1: Army rank lie off their own website. The guy likes
- 28:53Speaker 1: where US Army Special Forces caps, but next never actually
- 28:57Speaker 1: served in the Special Forces.
- 29:00Speaker 3: The guy says he.
- 29:00Speaker 1: Saw combat when in fact he didn't see combat at all.
- 29:06Speaker 1: You take all this into consideration, and you put in perspective,
- 29:11Speaker 1: you'll understand now why this is a real problem for
- 29:15Speaker 1: the Harris campaign. They've got to answer questions now about
- 29:20Speaker 1: stolen valor. House Republicans, by the way, coming out also
- 29:27Speaker 1: talking about this. Many Republican veterans who are either in
- 29:31Speaker 1: the House or representatives, or are running for the House
- 29:33Speaker 1: or blasting the vice presidential candidate amidst stolen valor accusations.
- 29:41Speaker 1: Walt who quote served twenty four years in the National Guard,
- 29:44Speaker 1: including the Minster National Guards First Battalion one twenty fifth
- 29:48Speaker 1: Field Artillery, retired shortly before his.
- 29:51Speaker 3: Unit went to a rack. By the way, he.
- 29:55Speaker 1: Knew they were going to be shipped off to Iraq
- 29:57Speaker 1: right before he quit. He did not see combat yet.
- 30:01Speaker 1: In a video shared by the Harris Waltz campaign, he
- 30:04Speaker 1: said that he carried weapons in war.
- 30:09Speaker 5: Hope wold Cup like many of you did five weeks ago,
- 30:11Speaker 5: and dead said, Dad, you're the only person I know
- 30:13Speaker 5: who's an elected office. You need to stop what's happening
- 30:15Speaker 5: with this. I'll take my kick in the butt for
- 30:17Speaker 5: the NRA. I spent twenty five years in the Army,
- 30:19Speaker 5: and I hunt and I gave the money back. And
- 30:21Speaker 5: I'll tell you what I have been doing. I've been
- 30:23Speaker 5: voting for common sense legislation that protects a second Amendment.
- 30:26Speaker 5: But we can do background checks, we can do CDC research,
- 30:28Speaker 5: we can make sure we don't have reciprocal carry amongst states,
- 30:31Speaker 5: and we can make sure that those weapons of war
- 30:33Speaker 5: that I carried in war is the only place where
- 30:35Speaker 5: those weapons were at.
- 30:36Speaker 1: Those weapons of war that I carried in war, it
- 30:41Speaker 1: never happened, but didn't sound great on the campaign trail.
- 30:45Speaker 1: He's also facing harsh criticism from Senator Tom Cotton and
- 30:49Speaker 1: Republican Vice President Snominy jd Vance for not going to
- 30:52Speaker 1: rack with his battalion. Cotton, a veteran who did two
- 30:55Speaker 1: combat tours in the US Army, says Waltz let his
- 30:59Speaker 1: troops go to war or interact without him. The sentiments
- 31:02Speaker 1: echoed those of two Army commands, sergeant majors, who wrote
- 31:06Speaker 1: that when Waltz retired on May the sixteenth, twenty five,
- 31:10Speaker 1: he left the one twenty fifth air Field Artillery Battalion
- 31:15Speaker 1: and its soldiers hanging without its senior non commissioned officer
- 31:21Speaker 1: as a battalion prepared for war that in a letter
- 31:25Speaker 1: published in the West Central Tribune and back in twenty eighteen.
- 31:30Speaker 1: Waltz suddenly filed to run for Congress in February of
- 31:33Speaker 1: five before the unit was notified a potential deployment in
- 31:37Speaker 1: March of the same year. However, the alert came two
- 31:42Speaker 1: months before his retirement. Yeah, he knew he was going
- 31:47Speaker 1: to leave and desert his battalion. Waltz Baio also implied
- 31:51Speaker 1: he retired at the rank of E nine when he
- 31:54Speaker 1: actually retired as an E eight. However, he did serve
- 31:58Speaker 1: as an E nine for time before leaving as a
- 32:01Speaker 1: master sergeant E eight. But hey, a great story. Why
- 32:05Speaker 1: let the truth get in the way of telling your
- 32:08Speaker 1: incredible valor that you have and how you served on
- 32:10Speaker 1: the battlefield in Iraq. Representative Jim Banks, an Afghanistan veteran,
- 32:15Speaker 1: ripped Waltz on Wednesday as a fraud and remarked it
- 32:19Speaker 1: as crazy the Kama would pick a running mate who
- 32:22Speaker 1: lied about his military service. Yet she did it for
- 32:27Speaker 1: a reason because he is a radical leftist, a radical
- 32:31Speaker 1: leftist that hates law abiding citizens. The Second Amendment and
- 32:36Speaker 1: your right, by the way, to own a gun. Make
- 32:39Speaker 1: sure you share this podcast with your family and your friends,
- 32:42Speaker 1: and I'll see you back here tomorrow.
