- 0:01Speaker 1: The indictment has been unsealed, and in the United States
- 0:04Speaker 1: of America has done something that usually only third world
- 0:07Speaker 1: countries do, where we attack and imprison and send into
- 0:10Speaker 1: exile and in many parts of the world kill former
- 0:15Speaker 1: political leaders and their family members. Now America is on
- 0:18Speaker 1: that list. The Manhattan witch Hunt trial has officially begun
- 0:24Speaker 1: thirty four felony counts of falsifying business records. The problem
- 0:28Speaker 1: is it's not even actually thirty four felony counts, and
- 0:31Speaker 1: Alvin Bragg can't even explain what one of the crimes was,
- 0:34Speaker 1: and he charged Donald Trump with Donald Trump has pled
- 0:38Speaker 1: not guilty. What did it cost to do this? Let's
- 0:41Speaker 1: just put into perspective so you understand what it costs
- 0:44Speaker 1: the liberals in New York who are all woke. Alvin
- 0:47Speaker 1: Bragg shut down the entire city of New York today
- 0:51Speaker 1: called up thirty eight thousand New York Police Department police
- 0:54Speaker 1: officers closed down. The FDR drive is spending an estimated
- 1:01Speaker 1: tunor million of city funds, all over one hundred and
- 1:05Speaker 1: thirty thousand dollars in DA. That's how Eric Trump put it.
- 1:10Speaker 1: I never thought I would see this level of corruption
- 1:12Speaker 1: the United States of America. But here we are. Eric
- 1:14Speaker 1: Trump went on to say, and this is not a prosecution.
- 1:20Speaker 1: This is clearly a persecution, an attack of a political adversary.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Donald Trump leaving Trump Tower put his wrist up, is
- 1:28Speaker 1: fist up in the air. Two supporters there. Thank goodness,
- 1:33Speaker 1: he actually did that to show again that we are united.
- 1:37Speaker 1: I think Donald Trump today and it's very clear, and
- 1:40Speaker 1: the American people are going to see the official picture
- 1:43Speaker 1: coming from that court room showing Donald Trump saying they're
- 1:47Speaker 1: respecting the judicial system even as they're trying to destroy
- 1:52Speaker 1: a former president of the United States America. Now, let's
- 1:54Speaker 1: be clear about who's happy about today. The psychotic democrats
- 1:58Speaker 1: on the left and every adversary to the United States
- 2:02Speaker 1: of America is thrilled to see this. Now, this thirty
- 2:06Speaker 1: four count indictment is a joke because it's not actually
- 2:09Speaker 1: thirty four counts. It's one payment that they say every
- 2:14Speaker 1: check they were going to charge him with four counts
- 2:18Speaker 1: per check he wrote paying back his then attorney Michael Cohen,
- 2:23Speaker 1: who's a star witness of the district Attorney Alvin Bragg.
- 2:27Speaker 1: Let me walk you through the timeline before we get
- 2:30Speaker 1: into the absurdity of the thirty four counts of quote
- 2:35Speaker 1: falsifying business records in the first degree. Trump was officially
- 2:40Speaker 1: arrested around one thirty five pm Eastern Time and appeared
- 2:44Speaker 1: before the judge who charged him with thirty four counts
- 2:47Speaker 1: of falsifying business records at two forty five. Trump pleaded
- 2:53Speaker 1: not guilty to the indictments. Per the judge's orders, the
- 2:56Speaker 1: media was not allowed to live stream the court proceedings.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Shocker there, right. We want to silence Donald Trump, and
- 3:02Speaker 1: we certainly don't want to let the American people see
- 3:04Speaker 1: what this looks like. Photographers were allowed to enter the
- 3:07Speaker 1: courtroom to take photos before the proceedings began. The photographers
- 3:11Speaker 1: captured images for a few minutes before they were seen
- 3:14Speaker 1: leaving the courtroom. CBS News described the courtroom as stuffy, warm,
- 3:19Speaker 1: and feeling like an old middle school, not like a
- 3:23Speaker 1: ornate federal courtroom. The former president entered at police cussy
- 3:28Speaker 1: around one thirty pm in the Manhattan Courthouse, where he
- 3:31Speaker 1: surrendered to authorities before the arrangement, but before ducking into
- 3:35Speaker 1: a vehicle on his way to the courthouse, he turned
- 3:38Speaker 1: wave and gave his supporters a fist bump. Upon arriving
- 3:41Speaker 1: at the courthouse. Trump posted on True Social seems so surreal. Wow,
- 3:46Speaker 1: they're going to arrest me. Can't believe this is happening
- 3:49Speaker 1: in America hashtag maga. Donald Trump's attorneys came out made
- 3:54Speaker 1: it very clear after seeing this indictment, this is what
- 3:57Speaker 1: they said. Here's what we're gonna talk about. Here's what
- 4:00Speaker 1: Wigan took about. There. We're gonna talk about the insufficiency
- 4:02Speaker 1: of this case. And I will say this to you,
- 4:04Speaker 1: today's I'm sealing him. This indictment shows that the rule
- 4:07Speaker 1: of law died in this country because well, everyone is
- 4:11Speaker 1: not above the law. No one's below it either. And
- 4:13Speaker 1: if this man's name was not Donald J. Trump, there
- 4:15Speaker 1: is no scenario we'd all be here today. Please understand
- 4:18Speaker 1: that based on these charges, we would not be here today.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Based on these charges. He's right, by the way, Donald
- 4:27Speaker 1: Trump's Attorney's absolutely right. The absurdity of this indictment. After
- 4:31Speaker 1: I read it, and I had to call several attorneys
- 4:33Speaker 1: that I trusted because I didn't believe what I was
- 4:36Speaker 1: reading is, I said, so, let me get this straight.
- 4:38Speaker 1: There's really one count which the Statute of Limitations have
- 4:41Speaker 1: already passed on that and two different The former DA
- 4:45Speaker 1: wouldn't charge him with these crimes, and the federal government
- 4:47Speaker 1: look at this and didn't charge him. They said there
- 4:49Speaker 1: was no crime there. But what they've done is they
- 4:52Speaker 1: basically turned thirty four count indictment from one thing he did,
- 4:56Speaker 1: which was paying story Down's money. But they decided to
- 4:59Speaker 1: count each check the new indictment times four, So you
- 5:02Speaker 1: can quickly get to thirty four If every time he
- 5:04Speaker 1: was writing a parcel check for the hush money payments,
- 5:08Speaker 1: as they're accusing him of doing, they have now charged
- 5:11Speaker 1: him for the same crime in essence, thirty four times,
- 5:14Speaker 1: thirty four times. Now, there was also another big lie
- 5:17Speaker 1: and before and I don't want to let this go
- 5:19Speaker 1: because it's important that you hear this. At the beginning
- 5:22Speaker 1: of the show, the media also spread a very big
- 5:25Speaker 1: conspiracy theory. Did you notice this Over the last few days,
- 5:29Speaker 1: the media said that Donald Trump was going to be
- 5:31Speaker 1: charged with conspiracy. Donald Trump was not charged with conspiracy.
- 5:36Speaker 1: They pushed this narrative for days. All the news networks
- 5:40Speaker 1: were pushing this on the left, ABCNBC, MSNBC, CNN, all
- 5:44Speaker 1: of them. We got a montage for you. I want
- 5:47Speaker 1: you to hear of the media deliberately lying to you,
- 5:50Speaker 1: just like they did about Russia collusion, just like they
- 5:53Speaker 1: did about the phone call Whizzalinski, just like they did
- 5:57Speaker 1: after for impeachment number one, impeachment number two. Okay, this
- 6:01Speaker 1: is just like they lied to you about the Hunter
- 6:02Speaker 1: Biden laptop and the Hunter Biden story. The media was
- 6:05Speaker 1: spreading a lie about Donald Trump being charged with conspiracy.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Lifting carefully, Donald Trump pleaded not guilty in a Manhattan
- 6:13Speaker 1: courtroom again to thirty four counts of falsifying business records
- 6:17Speaker 1: and conspiracy. Conspiracy is a very effective tool used by
- 6:20Speaker 1: prosecutors to charge someone, charge groups and people and hold
- 6:25Speaker 1: them accountable for all acts and furtherance of the conspiracy.
- 6:29Speaker 1: But the big question now arises, who is the conspiracy?
- 6:32Speaker 1: Is thirty four counts of falsifying records and conspiracy? Is
- 6:38Speaker 1: thirty four accounts of falsifying business records and conspiracy? More information?
- 6:45Speaker 1: But we need to see what was the purpose of
- 6:47Speaker 1: the conspiracy, Who was in the conspiracy? What were the
- 6:50Speaker 1: so called overt acts? You actually have to take a
- 6:52Speaker 1: step in for servants of that conspiracy. You don't actually
- 6:59Speaker 1: have to complete the conspiracy. You don't actually have to
- 7:01Speaker 1: go through with it. You can just intend to go
- 7:03Speaker 1: through with it. Now, the conspiracy count is important because
- 7:07Speaker 1: it doesn't just give the district attorney a legal platform
- 7:12Speaker 1: to make alec to bring in the catch and kill narrative,
- 7:17Speaker 1: but it actually will likely be what's called a speaking
- 7:20Speaker 1: in guide, MeV new information for the first time out
- 7:23Speaker 1: of court that the DA is charging this as a
- 7:27Speaker 1: false business records and conspiracy case. We have a conspiracy
- 7:31Speaker 1: count that lets you give a narrative that describes the
- 7:34Speaker 1: evidence that the grand jury heard and voted on, which
- 7:38Speaker 1: is very different than a dry thirty counts of falsifying
- 7:42Speaker 1: business records, which is the same paragraph repeated thirty times.
- 7:47Speaker 1: There are thirty four counts of falsifying business records and conspiracy.
- 7:52Speaker 1: So add the conspiracy element to this spiracy element here
- 7:55Speaker 1: would indicate that he conspired with others, right, that there
- 7:59Speaker 1: are other people involved in this effort. There's one problem,
- 8:02Speaker 1: there is no conspiracy. The media is spreading fake news
- 8:05Speaker 1: that Trump's being charged with conspiracy when in fact he's
- 8:08Speaker 1: not being charged with conspiracy. They're lying to you. There
- 8:13Speaker 1: is them lying to you in real time. Because when
- 8:17Speaker 1: you have a case this week, you gotta make it
- 8:19Speaker 1: seem bigger than it actually is. Donald Trump's attorneys, by
- 8:23Speaker 1: the way, furious over this indictment, as they should be.
- 8:27Speaker 1: They said that Donald Trump is upset, he's frustrated, disappointed,
- 8:31Speaker 1: and mad all at the same time. Here's a little
- 8:34Speaker 1: bit of what they had to say outside the courthouse.
- 8:36Speaker 1: You don't expect this to happen to somebody who was
- 8:41Speaker 1: the president of the United States, And on the one hand,
- 8:45Speaker 1: On the one hand, there's not really any surprises. I know,
- 8:49Speaker 1: there was a lot of talk over the past several weeks,
- 8:52Speaker 1: in the past several days about what's going to be
- 8:54Speaker 1: in this indictment and what's going to be there that
- 8:57Speaker 1: we don't know. There must be something besides what we
- 9:00Speaker 1: been talking about for the past um four or five years.
- 9:04Speaker 1: There wasn't, there's nothing. The indictment itself is is boiler plate.
- 9:09Speaker 1: It doesn't allege um, any federal crime, any state crime
- 9:13Speaker 1: that's been violated. It doesn't allege what the false statement
- 9:16Speaker 1: is UM And it's really disappointing. It's sad, and we're
- 9:19Speaker 1: gonna fight it. We're gonna fight it. Were you surprised,
- 9:24Speaker 1: Were you surprised by anything in them? Now about you, Joe.
- 9:28Speaker 1: I was surprised there were no faction there. I mean,
- 9:30Speaker 1: normally in an indictment have alleged facts. So they said
- 9:32Speaker 1: that this was a false business record entry to another crime.
- 9:36Speaker 1: We're not saying what the other crime was. When you
- 9:45Speaker 1: say what his reaction was, what do you expect his
- 9:47Speaker 1: reaction was? I mean his reaction his reaction was what
- 9:50Speaker 1: exactly what would happen if it happened to anybody that
- 9:51Speaker 1: I'm looking at now or anybody that's hearing what you're saying. Um,
- 9:55Speaker 1: he's frustrated, he's upset, but I'll tell you what, he's motivated,
- 9:59Speaker 1: and it's not going to stop him, and it's not
- 10:01Speaker 1: going to slow him down, and it's it's exactly what
- 10:04Speaker 1: he expected. And so to that extent, there's no surprise.
- 10:09Speaker 1: But he's also he's also he's also upset and frustrated
- 10:14Speaker 1: and disappointed and math that this happens. I think it's
- 10:19Speaker 1: fair to say that's probably an understatement. The way that
- 10:23Speaker 1: the President handed himself when all this was going on
- 10:26Speaker 1: was truly incredible. I also wanted you to hear what
- 10:29Speaker 1: the disattorney, Alvin Bragg had to say in his press
- 10:33Speaker 1: conference and if you watched this press conference, it was
- 10:35Speaker 1: embarrassing because he was trying to convince you that there
- 10:38Speaker 1: were thirty four felonies. That's really one thing that's not
- 10:42Speaker 1: even a felony that he's trying to turn into a felony.
- 10:45Speaker 1: That it also, his predecessor said there was no crime
- 10:48Speaker 1: here and didn't charge on Trump with it, and the
- 10:50Speaker 1: federal government looked at and said there was no crime there.
- 10:52Speaker 1: They decided federal prosecutors decided not to charge him with
- 10:56Speaker 1: these crimes. Not only did he do it, but he
- 10:59Speaker 1: actually did it in the dumbest way ever, with a
- 11:02Speaker 1: thirty four account indictment for virtually the same thing, claiming
- 11:05Speaker 1: that there was a crime, which was the payment, but
- 11:08Speaker 1: then all the little payments that added up to the
- 11:10Speaker 1: big payment were crimes as well, times four. And that's
- 11:14Speaker 1: how we got to thirty four counts. To make it
- 11:16Speaker 1: sound like it was really really bad. Listen carefully to
- 11:20Speaker 1: the DA Alvin Bragg weaponizing his office to go after
- 11:26Speaker 1: Donald Trump. This afternoon, Donald Trump was arraigned on a
- 11:30Speaker 1: New York Supreme Court indictment returned by a Manhattan grand
- 11:34Speaker 1: jury on thirty four felony counts of falsifying business records
- 11:39Speaker 1: in the first degree under New York state law, is
- 11:43Speaker 1: a felony to falsify business records with intent to a
- 11:47Speaker 1: fraud and intent to conceal another crime. That is exactly
- 11:52Speaker 1: what this case is about. Thirty four false statements made
- 11:58Speaker 1: to cover up other crimes. These are felony crimes in
- 12:01Speaker 1: New York State. No matter who you are, we cannot
- 12:07Speaker 1: and will not normalize serious criminal conducts. The defendant repeatedly
- 12:13Speaker 1: made false statements on New York business records. He also
- 12:18Speaker 1: caused others to make false statements. The defendant claimed that
- 12:23Speaker 1: he was paying Michael Cohen for legal services performed in
- 12:27Speaker 1: twenty seventeen. This simply was not true, and it was
- 12:34Speaker 1: a false statement that defendant made month after month in
- 12:38Speaker 1: two seventeen April, May June, and so on through the
- 12:45Speaker 1: rest of the year. For nine straight months, the defended
- 12:51Speaker 1: held documents in his hand containing this key lie that
- 12:56Speaker 1: he was paying Michael Cohen for legal services performed in
- 13:00Speaker 1: twenty seventeen, and he personally signed checks for payments to
- 13:06Speaker 1: Michael Cohen for each of these nine months. All right,
- 13:09Speaker 1: so there you go. For the nine months he was
- 13:12Speaker 1: paying Michael Cohen. He's saying, each one of those checks
- 13:17Speaker 1: is an indictment times four. That's what he was saying.
- 13:21Speaker 1: So that's how you're getting to thirty four indictments so quickly,
- 13:25Speaker 1: because you're counting one crime as as thirty four crimes.
- 13:31Speaker 1: That's how weak this is. And continue to listen to
- 13:33Speaker 1: the absurdity of this total. The grand jury found there
- 13:37Speaker 1: were thirty four documents with this critical false statement. Why
- 13:42Speaker 1: did Donald Trump repeatedly make these false statements? The evidence
- 13:47Speaker 1: will show that he did so to cover up crimes
- 13:50Speaker 1: relating to the twenty sixteen election. By the way, that's
- 13:53Speaker 1: a lie. You can't claim that he's covering up crimes
- 13:58Speaker 1: connected the twenty sixteen election when the money was paid
- 14:02Speaker 1: not from a campaign funds number one and two. The
- 14:06Speaker 1: money was paid for a nondisclosure agreement, which happens in
- 14:10Speaker 1: this country millions of times a year. That it has
- 14:14Speaker 1: nothing to do with a campaign. He was paying money.
- 14:17Speaker 1: It's not illegal, Okay, We've talked about this over and
- 14:20Speaker 1: over again. It's not illegal to have someone signed an NDA.
- 14:25Speaker 1: It is not illegal to pay someone to keep quiet
- 14:28Speaker 1: about an inappropriate relationship. It's not illegal to pay money
- 14:32Speaker 1: to someone likes Tommy Daniels. You may not like it.
- 14:36Speaker 1: There's an ethical issue you can talk about in debate
- 14:39Speaker 1: for days on end, but it is not illegal to
- 14:42Speaker 1: do the things that I just mentioned. So why is
- 14:44Speaker 1: he charging him in this crime? Because this guy's a
- 14:47Speaker 1: political hack, He's a George Soros. How how do you
- 14:50Speaker 1: want me to jump? Mister Soros? Please give me some money,
- 14:52Speaker 1: mister Soris, please get me elected, Miss Soris. I want
- 14:55Speaker 1: to run for governor, mister Sororis. I need to become famous.
- 14:57Speaker 1: Mister Soros. How do I become famous? Oh? Yeah, okay,
- 15:01Speaker 1: I'll indict Donald Trump. I what I run on? I
- 15:03Speaker 1: ran on indicting Donald Trump. Alvin Bragg ran for president,
- 15:08Speaker 1: ran for DA on the idea that he was going
- 15:11Speaker 1: to indict Donald Trump. And the liberals they loved it.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, did they love it. It was like
- 15:18Speaker 1: the greatest day of their lives. They absolutely loved it.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Thought it was concredible. And so he comes out there
- 15:28Speaker 1: and he's like, let me tell you and everybody watching
- 15:31Speaker 1: it's illegal. Mine's like, are you kidding me? Alvin Bragg
- 15:35Speaker 1: also said something that was really stupid. He said that
- 15:38Speaker 1: Trump made payments to hide damaging information from the public
- 15:42Speaker 1: that is not illegal. It's not illegal to hide payments,
- 15:47Speaker 1: or it's not illegal to pay someone, I should say,
- 15:50Speaker 1: excuse me to hide damaging information from the public that
- 15:53Speaker 1: is not against the law in New York. That's a lie,
- 15:58Speaker 1: and he knows it, but it continues on his witch
- 16:01Speaker 1: hunt Donald Trump. Executives at the publishing company American Media Incorporated,
- 16:08Speaker 1: mister Cohen and others agreed in twenty fifteen to a
- 16:13Speaker 1: catch and kill scheme, that is a scheme to buy
- 16:18Speaker 1: and suppress negative information to help mister Trump's chance of
- 16:23Speaker 1: winning the election. As part of this scheme, Donald Trump
- 16:28Speaker 1: and others made three payments to people who claim to
- 16:31Speaker 1: have negative information about mister Trump. To make these payments,
- 16:37Speaker 1: they set up shell companies and they made yet more
- 16:40Speaker 1: false statements, including, for example, in ami American Media Incorporates
- 16:45Speaker 1: business records. One of the three people that they paid
- 16:50Speaker 1: to keep quiet was a woman named Stormy Daniels. Less
- 16:54Speaker 1: than two weeks before the presidential election, Michael Cohen wired
- 16:59Speaker 1: one hundred and thirty dollars to Stormy Daniel's lawyer. That
- 17:03Speaker 1: payment was the high damaging information from the voting public.
- 17:08Speaker 1: That is not against any law. If people sign India's
- 17:14Speaker 1: all the time, that was not against the law. He
- 17:18Speaker 1: is creating a crime literally out of thin air. The
- 17:25Speaker 1: participant's scheme was illegal. The scheme violated New York election law,
- 17:30Speaker 1: which makes it a crime to conspire to promote a
- 17:33Speaker 1: candidacy by unlawful means. The one hundred and thirty thousand
- 17:38Speaker 1: on a wire payment exceeded the federal campaign contribution CAT.
- 17:42Speaker 1: By the way, the FCC, the Federal Elections Committee, did
- 17:48Speaker 1: not say that Donald Trump violate the law that he's
- 17:51Speaker 1: making and creating out of thin air. The federal government,
- 17:55Speaker 1: when they look at the case, agreed the past DA
- 17:58Speaker 1: you had this job before this activists put in by
- 18:00Speaker 1: George Sorrows said the same thing. He's making stuff up
- 18:04Speaker 1: as he goes. He's making up laws out of thin air.
- 18:08Speaker 1: This will be thrown out. He once, by the way,
- 18:11Speaker 1: we're being told for this case to actually play out
- 18:13Speaker 1: during the Republican primary, and wanted to happen next year
- 18:18Speaker 1: in the middle of the primary so he can keep
- 18:20Speaker 1: his name out there in AMI's books. Violated New York law.
- 18:26Speaker 1: That is why mister Trump made false statements about his
- 18:30Speaker 1: payments to mister Cohen. He could not simply say that
- 18:34Speaker 1: the payments were a reimbursement for mister Cohen's payments to
- 18:39Speaker 1: Sandy to Stormy Daniels. To do so, to make that
- 18:43Speaker 1: true statement would have been to admit a crime. So instead,
- 18:48Speaker 1: mister Trump said that he was paying mister Cohen for
- 18:52Speaker 1: fictitious legal services in twenty seventeen to cover up actual
- 18:57Speaker 1: crime committed the prior year, and in order to get
- 19:02Speaker 1: Michael Cohen his money back, they planned one last false
- 19:07Speaker 1: statement in order to complete the scheme. They planned to
- 19:10Speaker 1: mischaracterize the repayments to mister Cohen it's income to the
- 19:14Speaker 1: New York State tax authorities. The conduct I just described,
- 19:20Speaker 1: and that which was charged by the grand jury is
- 19:23Speaker 1: felony criminal conduct in New York State. True and accurate
- 19:28Speaker 1: business records are important everywhere, to be sure, they are
- 19:34Speaker 1: all the more important in Manhattan. Here's the problem. You
- 19:37Speaker 1: have a statue of limitations issue. Not only is Alvin
- 19:41Speaker 1: Bragg creating laws out of thin air that don't actually
- 19:44Speaker 1: apply and that many would argue you didn't even have
- 19:47Speaker 1: jurisdiction over, but he's also creating a narrative here that
- 19:53Speaker 1: just didn't happen, and even if it did happen, what
- 19:56Speaker 1: he's now saying is well outside the statue of limitations.
- 20:00Speaker 1: So he's got problems here all over the place when
- 20:04Speaker 1: it comes to this one. Like all over here's the
- 20:07Speaker 1: other part that's interesting that I do think people need
- 20:09Speaker 1: to understand as well. There's there's one other side of this.
- 20:13Speaker 1: Not only did Alvin Bragg waste people's money, put thirty
- 20:17Speaker 1: eight thousand officers on the streets, spent two hundred million
- 20:21Speaker 1: of New York funds for an alleged one hundred and
- 20:24Speaker 1: thirty thousand dollars India. On top of that, the Ninth
- 20:29Speaker 1: Circuit Court had awarded Donald Trump today another one hundred
- 20:34Speaker 1: and twenty two thousand dollars over and above the five
- 20:38Speaker 1: hundred thousand already that has already been awarded from Stormy Daniels. Okay,
- 20:44Speaker 1: I understand this. Donald Trump today got another victory in court.
- 20:51Speaker 1: So Stormy Daniels now owes Donald Trump six hundred twenty
- 20:55Speaker 1: thousand dollars. A US Ninth Circuit Court awarded him another
- 20:58Speaker 1: one hundred twenty two thousand over the five hundred thousand
- 21:01Speaker 1: already awarded it Donald Trump from Stormy Daniels. But we're
- 21:07Speaker 1: supposed to believe that this case is legitimate and it
- 21:10Speaker 1: deals a story me Daniels after she owes the president
- 21:13Speaker 1: six hundred and twenty two thousand dollars. Donald Trump also said,
- 21:17Speaker 1: just lifted off for FAM beats floridam on true social
- 21:20Speaker 1: moment ago. We'll be delivering remarks tonight at Marlago at
- 21:24Speaker 1: eight fifteen Eastern, seven fifteenth Central. The hearing was shocking
- 21:29Speaker 1: to many and that they had no surprises and therefore
- 21:33Speaker 1: no case. Virtually every legal pundit has said that there
- 21:36Speaker 1: is no case here, there was nothing done illegally. He's right,
- 21:41Speaker 1: by the way, He's absolutely right. But now that Trump
- 21:45Speaker 1: has been arrested, legal proceedings have been set. We have
- 21:49Speaker 1: a precedent for this. You now have a former president
- 21:53Speaker 1: apparently that can now be rated by the FBI and
- 21:55Speaker 1: indicted by city prosecutors. As one person put it today,
- 22:00Speaker 1: I have a feeling Democrats are going to regret opening
- 22:02Speaker 1: up this Pandora's box. Now. The problem is is do
- 22:05Speaker 1: you want the gopdas now start charging people on crimes
- 22:11Speaker 1: just like this activis DA I don't because I don't
- 22:13Speaker 1: want to weaponize the judicial system this way. It terrifies me.
- 22:18Speaker 1: I do not want this to be the case. But
- 22:22Speaker 1: this is where the Democrats have now taken us, and
- 22:24Speaker 1: the Democratic Party is dead. Okay, the Democratic Party is dead.
- 22:29Speaker 1: They are now communists. The media spending fake news. Trump
- 22:33Speaker 1: being charged with conspiracy. That's not the case here, Alvin
- 22:37Speaker 1: Bragg claiming his case shows everyone's equal under the law.
- 22:40Speaker 1: If that is the case, then then answer me why
- 22:43Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton, who did the exact same damn thing in
- 22:46Speaker 1: the exact same place in New York City as a
- 22:48Speaker 1: resident New York City, How did she not get charge
- 22:51Speaker 1: of the same crime when she was categorizing the quote
- 22:55Speaker 1: business records as legal expenses for paying for the steel
- 22:59Speaker 1: dossier to be aid for the entire Russian collusion thing
- 23:02Speaker 1: that she created out of thin air. Allegations, like so
- 23:05Speaker 1: many of our white collar cases, allegations that someone lie
- 23:10Speaker 1: again and again to protect their interests and evade the
- 23:14Speaker 1: laws to which we are all held accountable. As this
- 23:18Speaker 1: office is done time and time again, we today uphold
- 23:24Speaker 1: our solemn responsibility to ensure that everyone stands equal before
- 23:29Speaker 1: the law. No amount of money and no amount of
- 23:32Speaker 1: power changes that enduring American principle. I'll now take questions, right, reporter,
- 23:51Speaker 1: let me just stop with that. I want you to
- 23:53Speaker 1: just really think. He says, today, we uphold our solemn
- 23:57Speaker 1: responsibility to ensure that everyone stands equal before the all. Okay,
- 24:01Speaker 1: by that standard. By that standard, he would have to
- 24:05Speaker 1: charge Hillary Clinton with the same crime he just charged
- 24:08Speaker 1: on Trump with. Hillary Clinton did the same thing with
- 24:11Speaker 1: business records that Donald Trump. Just that he's accusing Donald
- 24:15Speaker 1: Trump of doing classifying things as legal expenses that he
- 24:19Speaker 1: claims are not. Hillary Clinton classified the steal document dossier
- 24:23Speaker 1: payments as legal fees. In fact, we know that she
- 24:27Speaker 1: did this to the point where the Federal Elections Commission
- 24:30Speaker 1: find her serious money and found her guilty of doing this.
- 24:35Speaker 1: Hence the fine that happened, folks, that actually happened. So
- 24:40Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton did this then then then again how I
- 24:46Speaker 1: don't know. I don't know what else to say here?
- 24:48Speaker 1: What else are what else can be said here? You're
- 24:52Speaker 1: not going to charge her because he just said it, right,
- 24:54Speaker 1: he just said it. Wow, this is the law, and
- 24:57Speaker 1: this is what the law says. Right, this is the law,
- 25:01Speaker 1: and this is how it is. And if you're no
- 25:03Speaker 1: one's above the law. Okay, then are you going to
- 25:05Speaker 1: charge her? Because if Donald Trump's going to be held
- 25:08Speaker 1: to the standard, you have to hold her to that center.
- 25:09Speaker 1: If you're claiming that no amount of money or power
- 25:12Speaker 1: all the things he just listed, then where's Hillary Clinton
- 25:15Speaker 1: on this one? This is a kangaroo court. These thirty
- 25:21Speaker 1: four counts are a joke. And on the same day
- 25:24Speaker 1: he's doing this, Stormy Daniels is having to pay Trump
- 25:26Speaker 1: another one hundred and twenty two thousand, already owes him
- 25:29Speaker 1: a half a million. And this is your k This
- 25:32Speaker 1: is what all of this is on et hell, you
- 25:34Speaker 1: want to know how bad this is. Even Mitt Romney
- 25:37Speaker 1: today defended Donald Trump after the indictment, saying Alvin Bragge
- 25:41Speaker 1: is setting a dangerous precedent. Even Mitt Romney said in
- 25:44Speaker 1: a written statement today that the Manhattan Prosecutor, Alvin Bragge
- 25:48Speaker 1: is setting quote a dangerous precedent by criminalizing a political opponent. Romney,
- 25:52Speaker 1: who is not a fan of Trump, hates his guts,
- 25:55Speaker 1: said in reaction to the indictment, I believe President Donald
- 25:58Speaker 1: Trump's character and kind of make him un for office.
- 26:01Speaker 1: Even so, I believe the near prosecutor has stretched to
- 26:03Speaker 1: reach felony criminal charges in order to fit a political agenda.
- 26:07Speaker 1: No one is above the law, and not even former presidence,
- 26:09Speaker 1: but everyone is entitled to equal treatment under the law.
- 26:13Speaker 1: The prosecutors overreach set a dangerous precedent for criminalizing political
- 26:19Speaker 1: opponents and damages the public's faith in our justice system.
- 26:24Speaker 1: The charges and evidence will be duly considered and the
- 26:27Speaker 1: outcome decided by a jury with an obligation to fulfill
- 26:30Speaker 1: its responsibility with the utmost care impartiality. The American voters
- 26:35Speaker 1: will ultimately render their own judgment on the former president's
- 26:38Speaker 1: political future. Finally, it is also incumbent on all elected
- 26:42Speaker 1: leaders to discourage violence and anger. In response to this situation,
- 26:47Speaker 1: Romney and Trump have, as you know, not been friends
- 26:50Speaker 1: for quite some time. I go back to what I
- 26:53Speaker 1: said at the very beginning here. We have just crossed
- 26:56Speaker 1: a line, and I don't know how we'll ever come
- 26:58Speaker 1: back from it. Donald Trump, formally charged in New York City,
- 27:03Speaker 1: pleads not yelty to thirty four counts of made up,
- 27:09Speaker 1: literally trumped up charges against him that aren't even felonies,
- 27:12Speaker 1: counting the same crime over and over again. Now you
- 27:15Speaker 1: may be confused by that, So I'm going to give
- 27:17Speaker 1: you the best analogy that I can explain to you
- 27:20Speaker 1: about how ridiculous the thirty four count indictment is before
- 27:24Speaker 1: I let you hear from Donald Trump directly from what
- 27:26Speaker 1: he had to say to this press conference last night.
- 27:29Speaker 1: I want you to imagine that you are jaywalking and
- 27:33Speaker 1: a police officer stops you jaywalking, and he says, I'm
- 27:38Speaker 1: going to charge you with jaywalking, and I'm deciding out
- 27:42Speaker 1: of thin air now that it is a felony to jaywalking,
- 27:45Speaker 1: not a misdemeanor. You'd be a little bit shocked and stunned, like,
- 27:48Speaker 1: what do you mean while you were having the intent,
- 27:52Speaker 1: the officer says, of committing another heinous crime that was
- 27:56Speaker 1: a felony, you would obviously ask the question, what is
- 28:00Speaker 1: the other crime that I was about to commit? Well,
- 28:04Speaker 1: we're not going to tell you yet. That is analogy
- 28:08Speaker 1: number one of exactly what happened in court to Donald Trump.
- 28:11Speaker 1: This indictment, which I've read, and I've talked to a
- 28:15Speaker 1: lot of lawyers that I trust, a lot of lawyers
- 28:19Speaker 1: that understand the stuff, and after I read it, I
- 28:21Speaker 1: called each one of them that I knew, and I
- 28:23Speaker 1: was like, all right, have you read it and they're like, yeah,
- 28:25Speaker 1: I've read it. And I'm like, okay, am I wrong
- 28:28Speaker 1: or am I right to understand it the way that
- 28:31Speaker 1: I just described it? And they're like the spot on?
- 28:33Speaker 1: I said. So, So Donald Trump has been arraigned, the
- 28:36Speaker 1: indictment has been unsealed. It's been leaked before that, which
- 28:40Speaker 1: also is a felony. I wonder if Alvin Bragg is
- 28:42Speaker 1: going to charge himself at crimes for leaking that. I'm
- 28:44Speaker 1: sure he won't, but this is not a felony. Correct, Okay,
- 28:51Speaker 1: so it's not a felony. They're making up charges out
- 28:53Speaker 1: of thin air. Yes, And one of the charges that
- 28:56Speaker 1: they're charging Donald Trump with, they won't even tell you
- 28:59Speaker 1: what the other crime was. Is that right? That's exactly right?
- 29:02Speaker 1: All right? Well, then fast forward to Alvin Bragg's press conference.
- 29:07Speaker 1: Alvin Bragg is asked about this, and Alvin Bragg's like, well,
- 29:11Speaker 1: we know there was a crime that was that was
- 29:13Speaker 1: going to be committed and moved on, wouldn't name what
- 29:16Speaker 1: the crime is he's being accused of. Now you have
- 29:20Speaker 1: to be able to have a defense, and you got
- 29:21Speaker 1: to know what you're being charged with. And this thirty
- 29:24Speaker 1: four count indictment doesn't tell you what the big crime is.
- 29:29Speaker 1: So so Donald Trump doesn't even know and his legal
- 29:32Speaker 1: team doesn't even know how to defend a crime that
- 29:34Speaker 1: they're accusing him of because the crime is actually not listed. Now,
- 29:39Speaker 1: let's move on to analogy number two. How did we
- 29:42Speaker 1: get to a thirty four count indictment? All right, we're
- 29:46Speaker 1: gonna go exactly back to the same scenario. Imagine you
- 29:51Speaker 1: are jaywalking and a police officer runs up on you
- 29:55Speaker 1: and says, ah, you're jaywalking. I'm gonna nail you. And
- 29:58Speaker 1: you're like okay, and they say, wow, we're gonna charge
- 30:00Speaker 1: you with a felony felony count of jaywalking because you
- 30:03Speaker 1: had the intent to jaywalk to then commit another crime.
- 30:06Speaker 1: And you're like, well, that's insane. And then they say
- 30:10Speaker 1: this to you, well you've actually jaywalked thirty four times.
- 30:15Speaker 1: You're like, what are you talking about. Well, we counted
- 30:18Speaker 1: the number of steps it must have taken you to
- 30:19Speaker 1: get to where you were when you stopped jaywalking halfway
- 30:23Speaker 1: through that intersection, and you took thirty four steps. So therefore,
- 30:27Speaker 1: we're gonna charge you with thirty four counts of jaywalking.
- 30:32Speaker 1: And you're like, well, hold on a second, I just
- 30:34Speaker 1: if you're gonna accuse me of jaywalking, then I have
- 30:36Speaker 1: to that's one count, buddy. You can't say that I
- 30:41Speaker 1: just jaywalked thirty four times when I'm jaywalking one time.
- 30:45Speaker 1: And they're like, no, no, no, that's exactly what we're
- 30:48Speaker 1: going to charge you with, thirty four counts of jaywalking
- 30:51Speaker 1: because you took thirty four steps walking across the street
- 30:55Speaker 1: before we busted you. You would look at that law
- 30:59Speaker 1: enforcement agent, you'd look at that prosecutor, and you'd say,
- 31:02Speaker 1: you're totally insane. You would say this is this is
- 31:05Speaker 1: absolutely absurda and think about how mad you would be,
- 31:07Speaker 1: because that's how that's how how ridiculous would it be
- 31:10Speaker 1: that every single time that you took a step they
- 31:13Speaker 1: then say that, oh, yeah, no, that's that's that's what
- 31:16Speaker 1: you did. You you jay walked again, you took another step,
- 31:19Speaker 1: You jay walked again, you took another step, you jay
- 31:21Speaker 1: walked again. The thirty four count indictment against Donald Trump
- 31:26Speaker 1: is the exact same scenario as that. They're alleging that
- 31:30Speaker 1: Donald Trump committed a crime and paying money to Stormy Daniels.
- 31:36Speaker 1: But each time there was a check written when it
- 31:39Speaker 1: came to paying Stormy Daniels that money back to Michael Cohen,
- 31:44Speaker 1: who was at the time the lawyer for Donald Trump,
- 31:48Speaker 1: that he committed a new crime. So he committed one crime.
- 31:52Speaker 1: But they're saying you did it thirty four times, and
- 31:55Speaker 1: they're saying that each time there was a check or
- 31:58Speaker 1: they wrote in the ledger that there was paperwork done internally,
- 32:04Speaker 1: that that is a count of falsifying business records in
- 32:08Speaker 1: the first degree, which by the way, is also not
- 32:10Speaker 1: a fellow in New York. That's the part that's insane.
- 32:13Speaker 1: So if you're President Trump, I want you to imagine
- 32:16Speaker 1: sitting there in court yesterday, and I want you to
- 32:19Speaker 1: imagine the absurdity that you're waiting on this to come down. Right,
- 32:24Speaker 1: You're you're you're actually waiting, and you're like, all right,
- 32:27Speaker 1: what the hell are you going to charge me with?
- 32:28Speaker 1: I want to know, like, yeah, I mean, I'm you're
- 32:30Speaker 1: you're forcing the former president I take to America to
- 32:33Speaker 1: come into New York City. You're forcing me that the
- 32:37Speaker 1: entire city to shut down. You're wasting taxpayer dollars at
- 32:42Speaker 1: a level that we've never seen before. And I'll give
- 32:46Speaker 1: you an example Eric Trump between the Saudi said, Alvin
- 32:48Speaker 1: Bragg literally shut down the entire city of New York.
- 32:51Speaker 1: Alvin Bragg called up thirty eight thousand New York Police
- 32:54Speaker 1: Department officers. Everybody get there, get to work. He then
- 32:58Speaker 1: closed down the fd Our Drive. And now we've been
- 33:02Speaker 1: told as spending and estimated two hundred million dollars of
- 33:06Speaker 1: city funds to go after Donald Trump, all for a
- 33:11Speaker 1: hundred and a thirty thousand dollars India payment. But every
- 33:15Speaker 1: time you put it in the ledger, that was a
- 33:17Speaker 1: new felony. This is insane. Eric Trump said, I never
- 33:21Speaker 1: thought I would see this level of corruption the United
- 33:23Speaker 1: States of America, but here we are. And to be clear,
- 33:27Speaker 1: this is not a prosecution for crimes. This is a persecution.
- 33:31Speaker 1: If Donald Trump had just gone away after he lost
- 33:34Speaker 1: the last election, they wouldn't have done this to him. Ever,
- 33:39Speaker 1: there's a reason why the last disattorney did not charge
- 33:43Speaker 1: him with these crimes. There's a reason why the federal
- 33:46Speaker 1: government and the FEC looking into this did not charge
- 33:49Speaker 1: Donald Trump for crimes because not only did he not
- 33:51Speaker 1: commit a crime once, he's sure as hell didn't commit
- 33:54Speaker 1: it thirty four times within the same crime. There's reaching
- 33:58Speaker 1: and then there's total insane. Somebody else said to me,
- 34:01Speaker 1: they said, this would be like the equivalent of saying, Okay,
- 34:04Speaker 1: you cheated ninety three times because you were with somebody
- 34:09Speaker 1: for ninety three minutes. You're like, wait, what, I was
- 34:14Speaker 1: with them one time? Nope, ninety three times because it
- 34:16Speaker 1: was ninety three minutes. There's a million different analogies that
- 34:21Speaker 1: can be used here to talk about the absurdity and
- 34:24Speaker 1: the insanity of all this. And I think you understand
- 34:28Speaker 1: the point now. Now there's also something else here. There
- 34:33Speaker 1: are some in the media that are reacting to this
- 34:35Speaker 1: differently than others. CNN had their senior Justice correspondent, Evan Perez,
- 34:43Speaker 1: said this about this indictment. This is CNN folks talking
- 34:46Speaker 1: to Anderson Cooper, and they hate Donald Trump. They've wanted
- 34:49Speaker 1: Donald Trump to be arrested. They want they want Donald
- 34:51Speaker 1: Trump to live in prison and die in prison. This
- 34:54Speaker 1: is CNN. Okay, CNN's Evan Perez said, the DJ quote
- 35:00Speaker 1: underwhelmed by Bragg's indictment based on many of the things
- 35:04Speaker 1: they didn't prosecute. I don't know how it's a felony.
- 35:11Speaker 1: That is CNN saying that at CNN. But this was
- 35:17Speaker 1: all a political charade from the very beginning. Eric Trump
- 35:21Speaker 1: last night went on Hannity's show, and Eric Trump had
- 35:25Speaker 1: this to say about the charade, and it is a charade.
- 35:29Speaker 1: We hopped in the motorcade. Every single intersection was closed,
- 35:33Speaker 1: the FDR was closed. There was an army around trump Hower,
- 35:36Speaker 1: There's an army around the courthouse. There was barricades all
- 35:39Speaker 1: over New York. Literally, Alvin Bragg caused thirty eight NYPD
- 35:46Speaker 1: officers to be distracted from their jobs over two hundred
- 35:49Speaker 1: million dollars or estimating that trip was for what for
- 35:52Speaker 1: one hundred and thirty thousand dollars payment. It's insane how
- 35:56Speaker 1: many people in New York died because the entire NYPD
- 36:00Speaker 1: wasn't doing their job because they were dealing with Alvin
- 36:03Speaker 1: Bragg's political charade. You want to know how political the
- 36:08Speaker 1: charade is, making up these charges out of thin air,
- 36:12Speaker 1: taking the one payment and somehow turning into thirty four
- 36:16Speaker 1: different felonies one payment for the same thing over and
- 36:20Speaker 1: over again, Like oh yeah, each time you stroke the pen,
- 36:23Speaker 1: that's a felony on the same check. That's how absurd.
- 36:26Speaker 1: This is jaywalking and you took thirty six steps with
- 36:30Speaker 1: thirty four steps, then, so we're going to charge you
- 36:32Speaker 1: with thirty four counts of jaywalking. That's how absurd this charges.
- 36:35Speaker 1: What's even more insane than that Democrats are cheering on
- 36:41Speaker 1: the fact that former President Donald Trump could and this
- 36:44Speaker 1: is a fact, could face We're now being told up
- 36:48Speaker 1: to one hundred and thirty six years in prison if
- 36:53Speaker 1: he is convicted on these thirty four counts of falsification
- 36:57Speaker 1: of business records. If the judge decides that, it could
- 37:01Speaker 1: be up to one hundred and thirty six years if convicted.
- 37:06Speaker 1: A new New York state law, the crime with which
- 37:08Speaker 1: Trump has charged is a classy felony, which carries a
- 37:11Speaker 1: maximum sense of four years per count. Do the math.
- 37:15Speaker 1: A person is guilty of falsifying business records in the
- 37:18Speaker 1: first degree when he commits the crime of falsifying business
- 37:21Speaker 1: records in the second degree, and when his intent to
- 37:23Speaker 1: defraud includes an intent to commit another crime, but we
- 37:27Speaker 1: don't know what the other crime is. Remember, he's been
- 37:29Speaker 1: accused of trying to commit another crime, but they won't
- 37:31Speaker 1: tell us what the other crime was to eight or
- 37:33Speaker 1: conceal the commission thereof that's what it says in New York. So,
- 37:38Speaker 1: all right, we've charged Donald Trump. They want to put
- 37:40Speaker 1: him in jail for one hundred and thirty six years.
- 37:42Speaker 1: I think we all know that means a life sentence.
- 37:44Speaker 1: And this is the Democratic Party. Now, this indictment came
- 37:48Speaker 1: down from Da Bragg and his press conference where he
- 37:51Speaker 1: couldn't even answer basic questions about what happened and wouldn't
- 37:56Speaker 1: explain what the crime was, that Donald Trump had the
- 38:00Speaker 1: intent to break that then the indictment but not named,
- 38:04Speaker 1: which is totally absurd. And Annie McCarthy said this about
- 38:08Speaker 1: what this judge should do, if this judge was a
- 38:11Speaker 1: real judge, not an activist Neil, If the judge does
- 38:14Speaker 1: his job right here, the case should be dismissed, and
- 38:18Speaker 1: actually should be dismissed quickly. I agree with what my
- 38:21Speaker 1: friends have said, but I think this is actually worse
- 38:25Speaker 1: than what we anticipated, because what we anticipated was that
- 38:30Speaker 1: they were trying to bootstrap a misdemeanor, which, by the way,
- 38:33Speaker 1: they'd have a good deal of difficulty proving if it
- 38:36Speaker 1: was just a misdemeanor. But they need to show that
- 38:39Speaker 1: he concealed another crime in supposedly falsifying the business records,
- 38:45Speaker 1: and what we've thought up until now is that they
- 38:47Speaker 1: were he was going to use that as an avenue
- 38:50Speaker 1: to enforce federal campaign finance law. Now maybe that's what
- 38:54Speaker 1: he's planning to do, but he's got to tell us
- 38:56Speaker 1: what he's planning to do, and more importantly, he's got
- 38:58Speaker 1: to tell Donald Trump. So I think this indictment, even
- 39:02Speaker 1: before you get to the statute of limitations and whether
- 39:05Speaker 1: he's got jurisdiction to enforce federal law, I would dismiss
- 39:09Speaker 1: it on its faith because it fails to state a crime.
- 39:13Speaker 1: Here it fails to state a crime thirty four times,
- 39:17Speaker 1: fails to state a crime thirty four times. Donald Trump
- 39:22Speaker 1: held a rally last night at Marlago after pleading not guilty.
- 39:26Speaker 1: I want you to hear some of the highlights of
- 39:28Speaker 1: what he had to say. And I never thought anything
- 39:32Speaker 1: like this could happen in America. Never thought it could happen.
- 39:37Speaker 1: The only crime that I have committed is to fearlessly
- 39:41Speaker 1: defend our nation from those who seek to destroy it
- 39:46Speaker 1: or our elections were like those of a third world country.
- 39:50Speaker 1: And now this massive election interference at a scale never
- 39:53Speaker 1: seen before in our country. Beginning with the Radica left,
- 39:58Speaker 1: George Soros back, prosecute Alvin Bragg of New York. You
- 40:02Speaker 1: want to get President Trump at any cost. And before
- 40:07Speaker 1: he knew anything about me, didn't know a thing about me.
- 40:09Speaker 1: He was campaigning. This fake case was brought only to
- 40:13Speaker 1: interfere with the upcoming twenty twenty four election, and it
- 40:17Speaker 1: should be dropped immediately, immediate. Train. The criminal is the
- 40:23Speaker 1: district attorney because he illegally leaked massive amounts of grand
- 40:26Speaker 1: jury information for which he should be prosecuted. And this
- 40:35Speaker 1: is where we are right now. I have a Trump
- 40:38Speaker 1: hating judge with a Trump hating wife and family. Incredibly,
- 40:43Speaker 1: we are now a failing nation. We are a nation
- 40:47Speaker 1: in decline, and now these radical left lunatics want to
- 40:52Speaker 1: interfere with our elections by using law enforcement. With all
- 40:57Speaker 1: of this being said, and with a very dark cloud
- 41:03Speaker 1: over our beloved country, I have no doubt, nevertheless that
- 41:09Speaker 1: we will make America great again. Thank you very much.
- 41:17Speaker 1: You hear Trump there, and you hear what he had
- 41:20Speaker 1: to say, and it's interesting how calm he is. I
- 41:24Speaker 1: think you're still in shock that they're actually doing this
- 41:27Speaker 1: in the United States of America. Like what we also
- 41:31Speaker 1: know There are reports out that Alban Bragg wants this
- 41:34Speaker 1: Trump indictment slash trial to happen in January of next year,
- 41:41Speaker 1: right in the middle of the Republican primary. In other words,
- 41:46Speaker 1: throw Trump in a courtroom, will attack and slander him
- 41:51Speaker 1: and make people hate him so they won't vote for him,
- 41:55Speaker 1: right when they're about to vote for him. The Manhattan
- 41:57Speaker 1: District Attorney Alban Bragg reported the assid job to hold
- 42:00Speaker 1: the trial of former President Donald Trump in January of
- 42:02Speaker 1: twenty twenty four, which happens to be dead smack in
- 42:06Speaker 1: the middle of a presidential primary season. Fox News reporter
- 42:09Speaker 1: Jake Gibson, who was in the courtroom, said the prosecutors
- 42:12Speaker 1: had asked for the January twenty four trial date. You
- 42:16Speaker 1: want to know when the Iowa caucuses is the first
- 42:18Speaker 1: contest the Republican primary February the fifth. That means that
- 42:24Speaker 1: prosecutors want a trial that would undoubtedly affect the race
- 42:28Speaker 1: for the Republican nomination, both by distracting the current frontrunner
- 42:33Speaker 1: and by tarnishing him. This is a smear campaign relative
- 42:38Speaker 1: to the other candidates in the race at the exact
- 42:40Speaker 1: same time when people start to go vote in Iowa,
- 42:43Speaker 1: and then after Iowa you have New Hampshire, and then
- 42:45Speaker 1: after that you have South Carolina. The list goes on
- 42:47Speaker 1: and on. The requested date would also deprive Republican voters
- 42:52Speaker 1: the opportunity to choose another candidate. And the event that
- 42:55Speaker 1: Trump was in fact found guilty, that's part of what
- 42:57Speaker 1: they want to do here. It would force him to
- 43:00Speaker 1: vote while the outcome of the trial is still in question,
- 43:02Speaker 1: which would make people nervous. Remember in twenty twenty, Trump
- 43:07Speaker 1: was forced to campaign for reelection during his impeachment trial,
- 43:10Speaker 1: which was brought on by the Democrats, which no doubt
- 43:13Speaker 1: had an impact on the election. This is called election interference.
- 43:17Speaker 1: You remember how the Democrats were obsessed with that. Remember
- 43:20Speaker 1: when they were obsessed the idea of of Russia interfering
- 43:24Speaker 1: in our elections, which never happened because they created the
- 43:27Speaker 1: still dossiera than air. They were the ones that paid
- 43:29Speaker 1: for it. They're the ones that got it with fusion
- 43:32Speaker 1: GPS that They're the ones that did all of that, Remember,
- 43:35Speaker 1: and it was successful. By the way. You undermined the
- 43:38Speaker 1: President of the United States of America the entire time
- 43:40Speaker 1: he was in office. Alvin Bragg ran on I'm gonna
- 43:44Speaker 1: get him. Those are his words. I'm gonna get him,
- 43:47Speaker 1: I'm gonna get Trump. He ran for office for the
- 43:52Speaker 1: District Attorney of New York and raise money off of SAG.
- 43:56Speaker 1: I'm gonna get him. I'm gonna get him. I'm gonna
- 44:00Speaker 1: get Trump. They started this witch hunt in twenty sixteen.
- 44:05Speaker 1: They started in twenty sixteen, and now look at where
