36-year-old woman arrested on protection order, interference charges
A Manhattan woman was arrested Thursday evening after police say she violated court-issued protection orders and interfered with law enforcement. According to the Riley County Police Department, Niomi Beth Nickel, 36, was arrested around 9:15 p.m. in the 1100 block of Moro Street.
