- 0:01Speaker 1: And to the releasing criminals so he can go back
- 0:04Speaker 1: to being the murder cupper of the world. And that's good,
- 0:06Speaker 1: that's not happen.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Well, they'd love to have a criminal.
- 0:08Speaker 1: You know relation I mean, I mean a fashion They.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Would love it. Yeah, he's a six pop book.
- 0:15Speaker 3: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
- 0:19Speaker 4: Good Tuesday morning. Welcome, It is the forty seven Morning
- 0:22Speaker 4: Update with Ben Ferguson, and here are the three big
- 0:24Speaker 4: stories you need to know about that we're talking about
- 0:27Speaker 4: this morning. First up, El Salvador's president came to the
- 0:30Speaker 4: Oval office and the media tried to turn on Trump
- 0:35Speaker 4: and the president of El Salvador. Well, guess what happened.
- 0:38Speaker 4: The media got schooled and busted in their lives about
- 0:42Speaker 4: a MS thirteen gang member that was an El Salvadorian
- 0:46Speaker 4: citizen that was deported. You don't want to miss that audio.
- 0:50Speaker 3: Up.
- 0:50Speaker 4: Next, President Trump promised he was going to bring great
- 0:53Speaker 4: jobs back to America. Well America is winning as the
- 0:57Speaker 4: video is announcing that they're investing five hundred billion to
- 1:01Speaker 4: build AI chips and supercomputers in Texas with high paying jobs.
- 1:06Speaker 4: And finally, government bureaucrats tried to stop Trump from canceling
- 1:11Speaker 4: illegal alien social security benefits, and they got caught red handed.
- 1:16Speaker 4: It's the forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 1:20Speaker 3: Story number one.
- 1:21Speaker 4: It is amazing what Democrats will say and do just
- 1:24Speaker 4: to be against Donald Trump and the American people. We
- 1:27Speaker 4: had an election, and it was very clear the American
- 1:30Speaker 4: people said they wanted a secure border. We had an
- 1:33Speaker 4: election and it was very clear the voters said they
- 1:35Speaker 4: wanted to start locking up violent criminals, especially those that
- 1:39Speaker 4: are in MS thirteen gangs and other gangs from around
- 1:42Speaker 4: the world. We also know that the president had a
- 1:45Speaker 4: mandate to clean up everything that had been broken by
- 1:49Speaker 4: the open border policies of the Biden administration. We'll fast
- 1:52Speaker 4: forward just a few months into his second term in office,
- 1:56Speaker 4: and now Democrats are actually in a position I didn't
- 2:00Speaker 4: even think they were dumb enough to put themselves in,
- 2:03Speaker 4: Yet here we are. Democrats are now going together, standing
- 2:08Speaker 4: and demanding the return of deported MS thirteen gang members.
- 2:14Speaker 4: One senator in particular is leading the charge, Senator Chris
- 2:19Speaker 4: van Holland. He's a Democrat from Maryland, and he is
- 2:22Speaker 4: now requesting a meeting with El Salvador's president, who was
- 2:25Speaker 4: in the Oval office on Monday to demand the return
- 2:30Speaker 4: of an individual that is known as an MS thirteen
- 2:32Speaker 4: gang member who is deported to El Salvador. Now, this
- 2:37Speaker 4: is the best audio I've heard in a long time
- 2:40Speaker 4: to explain just how radical the left has become. And
- 2:43Speaker 4: also our media as they're trying to spend a story
- 2:47Speaker 4: to their advantage, saying that an individual that left America
- 2:51Speaker 4: should immediately be returned, someone who broke into this country,
- 2:55Speaker 4: and also someone who is an MS thirteen gang member.
- 2:59Speaker 4: I want you to listen carefully to Pam Bondi in
- 3:02Speaker 4: the President of the United States of America dismantle the
- 3:05Speaker 4: media's narrative as the El Salvador president not only refused
- 3:09Speaker 4: to return the deported resident, but explained that he was
- 3:13Speaker 4: happy to take even more.
- 3:15Speaker 5: Turn the man who your administration says was mistaken the
- 3:19Speaker 5: man who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Well, let me ask Pam, would you have to answer that.
- 3:24Speaker 6: Question, sir President, First and foremost, he was illegally in
- 3:28Speaker 6: our country. He had been illegally in our country, and
- 3:31Speaker 6: in twenty nineteen, two courts, an immigration court and an
- 3:36Speaker 6: appellate immigration court ruled that he was a member of
- 3:39Speaker 6: MS thirteen and he was illegally in our country right now.
- 3:44Speaker 6: It was a paperwork, it was additional paperwork had needed
- 3:48Speaker 6: to be done. That's up to El Salvador if they
- 3:52Speaker 6: want to return him, that's not up to us. The
- 3:54Speaker 6: Supreme Court rule President that if as El Salvador wants
- 3:58Speaker 6: to return him, this is in our new national matters
- 4:00Speaker 6: foreign affairs. If they wanted to return him, we would
- 4:04Speaker 6: facilitate it, meaning provide a plane.
- 4:08Speaker 2: And if you are doing a great job, and you
- 4:13Speaker 2: just also respond to that question because you know it's
- 4:16Speaker 2: asked by CNN, and they always ask it with a
- 4:18Speaker 2: slant because they're totally slanting because they don't know what's happening.
- 4:22Speaker 1: That's why nobody's watching them.
- 4:23Speaker 2: But would you answer that question, yes, gladly.
- 4:27Speaker 5: So, as Pam mentioned, there's the illegal alien from El Salvador.
- 4:32Speaker 5: So with respect to you, he's a citizen of El Salvador.
- 4:36Speaker 5: So it's very arrogant, even for American media to suggest
- 4:40Speaker 5: that we would even tell El Salvador how to handle
- 4:42Speaker 5: their own citizens as a starting point, as two immigration
- 4:45Speaker 5: courts found that he was a member of MS thirteen.
- 4:48Speaker 5: When President Trump declared MS thirteen to be a foreign
- 4:51Speaker 5: terrorist organization, that meant that he was no longer eligible
- 4:54Speaker 5: under federal law, which I'm sure you know you're very
- 4:56Speaker 5: familiar with the in a that he was no longer
- 4:59Speaker 5: eligible for any form of the immigration relief in the
- 5:01Speaker 5: United States. So we had a deportation order that was valid,
- 5:05Speaker 5: which meant under our law he's not even allowed to
- 5:08Speaker 5: be present in the United States and had to be
- 5:11Speaker 5: returned because of the foreign terrorist designation. This issue was
- 5:15Speaker 5: then by a district court judge completely inverted, and a
- 5:19Speaker 5: district court judge tried to tell the administration that they
- 5:22Speaker 5: had to kidnap a citizen of El Salvador and fly
- 5:25Speaker 5: him back here. That issue was raised with the Supreme Court,
- 5:28Speaker 5: and the Supreme Court said the district court order was
- 5:31Speaker 5: unlawful and its main components were reversed nine zero, unanimously
- 5:36Speaker 5: stating clearly that neither Secretary of State nor the President
- 5:40Speaker 5: could be compelled by anybody to forcibly retrieve a citizen
- 5:44Speaker 5: of l Salvador from Al Salvador, who again is a
- 5:47Speaker 5: member of MS thirteen, which is I'm sure you understand
- 5:51Speaker 5: rapes little girls, murderer's women, murder's children. Is engaged in
- 5:55Speaker 5: the most barbaric activities in the world. And I can
- 5:57Speaker 5: promise you if he was your neighbor, you would move
- 5:58Speaker 5: right away.
- 5:59Speaker 6: So you don't.
- 6:00Speaker 2: But the Supreme Court, in the Supreme Court, siave was
- 6:05Speaker 2: it nine to nothing?
- 6:06Speaker 5: Yes, the nine zero in our favor against the district
- 6:10Speaker 5: court ruling saying that no district court has the power
- 6:13Speaker 5: to compel the foreign policy function of the United States.
- 6:16Speaker 5: As Pam said, the ruling solely stated that if this
- 6:19Speaker 5: individual at El Salvador, sole discretion was sent back to
- 6:23Speaker 5: our country, that we could deport him a second time. Well,
- 6:26Speaker 5: no version of this legally ends up with him ever
- 6:28Speaker 5: living here because he is a citizen of El Salvador,
- 6:32Speaker 5: that is the president at El Salvador. Your questions about it,
- 6:34Speaker 5: per the court can only be directed to him.
- 6:36Speaker 6: I asked President President, weigh in on this.
- 6:41Speaker 5: Do you plan to return him?
- 6:42Speaker 1: Well, and both of guys suggested that us smuggle the
- 6:46Speaker 1: terrorist in tod.
- 6:46Speaker 6: They United States?
- 6:50Speaker 2: What kind of return to him today?
- 6:51Speaker 1: And that is just like I smuggle him into the
- 6:54Speaker 1: United States or whether you of course I'm not going
- 6:56Speaker 1: to do it. It's like, I mean, the questions, how
- 7:00Speaker 1: can I model the terrorists to the United States. I
- 7:03Speaker 1: don't have the power to return him to the United States.
- 7:06Speaker 1: You can release inside of the Yeah, but I'm not
- 7:08Speaker 1: releasing I mean, we're not very fond of releasing terrorists
- 7:11Speaker 1: into our country. We just turned the murdered capital of
- 7:13Speaker 1: the world into the safest country of the Western hemisphere.
- 7:15Speaker 1: And he want us to go back into the releasing
- 7:18Speaker 1: criminals so they can go back to being the murdered
- 7:20Speaker 1: capital of the world. And that's not coming.
- 7:22Speaker 2: But they ain'd love to have a criminal you know, yeah, scheduled.
- 7:25Speaker 2: I mean, I mean there's there's as they would love it.
- 7:28Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 7:28Speaker 4: Sick.
- 7:29Speaker 2: He's a shick people.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Mar could give something to say.
- 7:32Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean, Stephen Island. I don't understand what the
- 7:34Speaker 7: confusion is. This individual is a citizen at Alsavador. He
- 7:38Speaker 7: was illegally in the United States and was returned to
- 7:40Speaker 7: his country. That's where you deport people back to their
- 7:42Speaker 7: country of origin. Except for Venezuela that wasn't refusing to
- 7:45Speaker 7: take people back at places like that. I can tell
- 7:47Speaker 7: you this, mister President. No, the foreign policy of the
- 7:50Speaker 7: United States is conducted by the President of the United States,
- 7:52Speaker 7: not by a court, and no court in the United
- 7:55Speaker 7: States has a right to conduct the foreign policy of
- 7:57Speaker 7: the United States.
- 7:57Speaker 6: It's that simple.
- 7:58Speaker 4: This may be one of the best clips I have
- 8:01Speaker 4: ever seen come out of the White House, and the
- 8:04Speaker 4: beat down for Caitlin Collins at CNN is truly incredible.
- 8:08Speaker 4: So make sure you make a liberal angry share this
- 8:11Speaker 4: audio wherever you can share it on social media, because
- 8:16Speaker 4: this was a glorious takedown with the facts of the
- 8:19Speaker 4: bias media and the Democrat machine advocating for bringing a
- 8:24Speaker 4: terrorist back into the United States of America.
- 8:28Speaker 3: Next story number two.
- 8:29Speaker 4: One of the major promises from Donald Trump was we
- 8:32Speaker 4: are going to bring jobs back to America with manufacturing,
- 8:36Speaker 4: and we're going to bring back jobs for things that
- 8:39Speaker 4: we need that are very important to this country, including
- 8:42Speaker 4: on the issue of national security. Well, if you want
- 8:44Speaker 4: to know if his tariffs are working and if Americans
- 8:48Speaker 4: are starting to win big time, just look at the
- 8:50Speaker 4: big headline on Navidia. They have announced they're going to
- 8:55Speaker 4: invest not one hundred, not two hundred, not three hundred,
- 8:59Speaker 4: not four hundred, but five hundred billion dollars to build
- 9:04Speaker 4: AI chips and supercomputers in Texas. Navidia announcing their plan
- 9:10Speaker 4: to build the AI supercomputer in Texas and invests up
- 9:13Speaker 4: to that five hundred billion in AI production within the
- 9:16Speaker 4: United States of America. Ask yourself this question, why is
- 9:20Speaker 4: this happening now? It is one hundred percent because of
- 9:23Speaker 4: one thing, because of the tariffs that Donald Trump has
- 9:27Speaker 4: been putting on nations overseas that are taking advantage of America.
- 9:32Speaker 4: This is also very much about national security. Barons is
- 9:36Speaker 4: now reporting that AI Powerhouse Video has commissioned quickly over
- 9:41Speaker 4: a million square feet of manufacturing space in Arizona and
- 9:45Speaker 4: Texas to build and test its blackwelled chips and AI supercomputers.
- 9:51Speaker 4: This marks the first time that Navidio will be producing
- 9:54Speaker 4: its cutting edge AI technology entirely within the United States
- 9:58Speaker 4: of America. Navida As blackwelled chips have already started production
- 10:02Speaker 4: at TSMC's chip plant in Phoenix, Arizona. Meanwhile, the company
- 10:07Speaker 4: is constructing supercomputer manufacturing plants in partnership with Fox Con
- 10:12Speaker 4: in Houston, Texas and in Dallas. Mass production at these
- 10:17Speaker 4: facilities is expected to ramp up, they say within the
- 10:20Speaker 4: next twelve to fifteen months. Now the manufacturing of Navidia's
- 10:24Speaker 4: AI chips and supercomputers in America and their AI factories,
- 10:28Speaker 4: they say, is projected to generate hundreds of thousands of jobs.
- 10:33Speaker 4: Let me say that again. This project, they expect to
- 10:36Speaker 4: generate hundreds of thousands of jobs and drive trillions of
- 10:41Speaker 4: dollars in economic security in the decades ahead. The Navidia
- 10:45Speaker 4: founder and CEO stated that, quote, the engines of the
- 10:48Speaker 4: world's AI infrastructure are now going to be built in
- 10:52Speaker 4: the United States for the first time. Adding American manufacturing
- 10:57Speaker 4: helps us better meet the incredible and growing demand for
- 11:01Speaker 4: AI chips and supercomputers. Strengthening our supply chain and boost
- 11:07Speaker 4: our resiliency is a company now. The AI chip and
- 11:10Speaker 4: supercomputer supply chain is highly complex. It requires the most
- 11:14Speaker 4: advanced manufacturing, packaging, assembly, and testing technologies to support this endeavor.
- 11:22Speaker 4: Navidia is collaborating, they say, with multiple other companies for
- 11:26Speaker 4: packaging and testing operations in Arizona, bringing in countless jobs.
- 11:31Speaker 4: They say, over the next four years, Navidia plans to
- 11:33Speaker 4: produce up to half a trillion dollars worth of AI
- 11:37Speaker 4: infrastructure in the United States through its partnership with multiple companies.
- 11:42Speaker 4: They are also bringing in to help in America, they say,
- 11:45Speaker 4: these industry leading companies are deepening their ties with the
- 11:49Speaker 4: most powerful company in the AI space, expanding their global
- 11:53Speaker 4: footprint while strengthening supply chain resilience as well. Now, while
- 11:58Speaker 4: all of this is happening, China is trying to retaliate
- 12:01Speaker 4: wherever they can. And if you think it's just America
- 12:04Speaker 4: that China is at a trade war with, you're wrong. Chinese,
- 12:08Speaker 4: we're now being told, are going after London. That's right.
- 12:13Speaker 4: China is being accused of attempting to sabotage UK's final
- 12:18Speaker 4: primary still Mill as London and acts emergency nationalization. Accusations
- 12:24Speaker 4: of sabotage have swirled over the fate of Britain's final
- 12:28Speaker 4: primary still Plant. Yet Beijing warns London against quote turning
- 12:32Speaker 4: economic and trade cooperation into political and security issues. Simply put,
- 12:39Speaker 4: China is now threatening any other country that doesn't do
- 12:42Speaker 4: what they say, and this time it's Britain they're going after.
- 12:46Speaker 4: It's another reminder of why Donald Trump said it's time
- 12:49Speaker 4: for US to decouple from China and the power that
- 12:53Speaker 4: they're holding over US and other industrialized nations just like
- 12:56Speaker 4: the UK. And this is exactly why Donald Trump is
- 13:00Speaker 4: leading on the issue. And yes it is not only
- 13:02Speaker 4: about giving Americans great jobs, but also the issue of
- 13:06Speaker 4: national security so that we're never in the position that
- 13:09Speaker 4: the UK is in right now.
- 13:11Speaker 3: And here is story number three.
- 13:13Speaker 4: The resistance is very real when it comes to the
- 13:16Speaker 4: deep state doing everything they can to stop Donald Trump.
- 13:19Speaker 4: We now have a new example that should make every
- 13:22Speaker 4: American angry. Government bureaucrats were now being told tried to
- 13:27Speaker 4: stop President Donald Trump's administration from canceling social Security benefits
- 13:33Speaker 4: for illegal aliens, costing you hundreds of billions of dollars,
- 13:38Speaker 4: including those who were released into the United States of
- 13:41Speaker 4: America by former President Joe Biden.
- 13:45Speaker 3: More than a dozen.
- 13:46Speaker 4: Current and former Social Security Administration officials leaked to various
- 13:52Speaker 4: information regarding the issue to The Washington Post, seemingly in
- 13:56Speaker 4: an attempt to sew outrage among Americans Trump's cancelation of
- 14:02Speaker 4: social Security numbers for more than six thousand, three hundred
- 14:07Speaker 4: illegal aliens. Now, while the Trump administration probed how to
- 14:12Speaker 4: evoke social Security benefits for illegal aliens, a number of
- 14:16Speaker 4: bureaucrats inside the Social Security Administration they decided to push
- 14:21Speaker 4: back on the plan. In other words, acting like they're
- 14:25Speaker 4: the president of the United States, including one such technology
- 14:29Speaker 4: expert who was removed from his position as a result
- 14:33Speaker 4: of his actions. There was a man by the name
- 14:36Speaker 4: of Greg Pierre, who oversaw a staff of hundreds of
- 14:40Speaker 4: technology experts. He had pushed back on the Trump administration's
- 14:44Speaker 4: planned to move the migrant names into a Social Security
- 14:48Speaker 4: death database, eliminating their ability to legally earn wages, and
- 14:54Speaker 4: officials hope spurring them to leave the country. In particular,
- 14:58Speaker 4: Pierre had clashed with Scott Cutler, the new Chief Information
- 15:02Speaker 4: Officer installed by Elon Mosk. Pierre told Colter that the
- 15:06Speaker 4: plan was quote illegal, it was cruel and risk declaring
- 15:11Speaker 4: the wrong people dead, that according to three people familiar
- 15:15Speaker 4: with the events. But his objections did not go over
- 15:19Speaker 4: well with Trump's political appointees, and so on Thursday, the
- 15:23Speaker 4: security guards at Pierre's office told him it was time
- 15:27Speaker 4: to leave. In another case, a Social Security Administration official
- 15:32Speaker 4: resigned from his position, claiming the move to cancel benefits
- 15:36Speaker 4: for illegal aliens was quote an illegal attempt to repurpose
- 15:40Speaker 4: the agency for immigration enforcement. Again. All of this, according
- 15:45Speaker 4: to the Post, since Trump's cancelation of Social Security benefits
- 15:50Speaker 4: for thousands of legal aliens. Announced late last week. The
- 15:53Speaker 4: Social Security Administration's Office of the General Council is working
- 15:57Speaker 4: on a report that will, according to the Washington Posts,
- 16:01Speaker 4: claim the move is a violation of privacy laws. I'll
- 16:06Speaker 4: say it again. If you want to know just how
- 16:09Speaker 4: entrenched the deep state is with radicals, this is a
- 16:12Speaker 4: perfect example. They have infiltrated their way into every aspect
- 16:16Speaker 4: of our government, including places that are supposed to be
- 16:19Speaker 4: non political, like the Social Security Administration, and most recently,
- 16:25Speaker 4: by the way, the Trump administration ensured a deal between
- 16:28Speaker 4: the Internal Revenue Service you know it as the IRS,
- 16:32Speaker 4: and Immigration and Custom Enforcement known as ICE that will
- 16:36Speaker 4: allow federal agents to more easily locate, detain, and deport
- 16:41Speaker 4: illegal aliens by following their financial history.
- 16:45Speaker 3: In the US.
- 16:46Speaker 4: Now, the Department of Government Efficiency known as DOGE and
- 16:49Speaker 4: the officials there recently stated that they found potentially millions
- 16:54Speaker 4: of illegal aliens on Social Security. Let me say that again,
- 16:59Speaker 4: that they had found potent millions of illegal aliens on
- 17:02Speaker 4: Social Security and Medicaid rolls, and thousands of them on
- 17:07Speaker 4: voter rolls, meaning not only could they be canceling out
- 17:10Speaker 4: your vote, but also cost you billions and billions of dollars.
- 17:16Speaker 4: So this is another example of what Donald Trump is
- 17:19Speaker 4: up against. Thank goodness, he's not afraid to fire those
- 17:22Speaker 4: bureaucrats who try to stop him from canceling illegal alien
- 17:27Speaker 4: social Security benefits. This is what the American people said
- 17:30Speaker 4: they wanted, and unfortunately there are far too many people
- 17:34Speaker 4: in our government now that are doing everything they can
- 17:37Speaker 4: to undermine Doge and the President, but ultimately the American voter.
