Trevor Tucker: number one issue is always going to be are we empowering the Superintendent and teachers and staff in order to be able to do the best for the students. are always going to be the number one issue, always in my campaign. Outside that, there's some other issues that I think are very important. If we keep a superintendent for a period of time over more than three or four years, we'll have that because whenever you lose a superintendent, the principals, everyone has start over on what the new plan is, and it's hard to keep momentum going. But if we can keep a new superintendent superintendent for more than three or four years I think that'd be dynamic for a district. Greg Fink: So how long we had the superintendent right now? Trevor Tucker: I believe she is going into her fourth year. but that I think it we've had a turnover in superintendents for three years in a row or four years in a row for almost sixteen years. ⁓ And I just hope the trend doesn't continue.
