- 0:28Speaker 2: listen as we unlock the secrets to their success on

- 0:38Speaker 1: Fraser.
- 0:39Speaker 2: He's a chairman and CEO of Fraser Net, a company
- 0:42Speaker 2: founded over thirty years ago. Doctor George Fraser renowned networking guru,
- 0:47Speaker 2: business leader, author and entrepreneur who is regarded as one
- 0:50Speaker 2: of the foremost respected authorities on entrepreneurship and building generational
- 0:55Speaker 2: wealth and economic empowerment for the Black community. He will
- 0:59Speaker 2: be talking about his annual Power Networking conference plus give
- 1:03Speaker 2: us some great value about how we could be successful
- 1:05Speaker 2: in our own everyday life. Please welcome to Money Making Conversation,
- 1:09Speaker 2: Doctor George C.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Fraser.
- 1:11Speaker 3: Oh God bless you. Good to hear you.
- 1:14Speaker 4: I love it.
- 1:15Speaker 3: I always I've always loved the energy and your voice. Hell,
- 1:18Speaker 3: you motivate me, and I'm a motivator.
- 1:20Speaker 2: Well you know that always a company because you know
- 1:22Speaker 2: you It's like, you know, I'm sure when Michael Jordan
- 1:25Speaker 2: got on the court and I call you Michael Jordan, Now.
- 1:27Speaker 1: It ain't U, Sean McDonald.
- 1:29Speaker 2: I just thought myself to be a little bit.
- 1:31Speaker 5: Uh.
- 1:32Speaker 1: I'm not even gonna say Lebron. I'm not even Lebron.
- 1:35Speaker 2: But you Michael Jordan, Doctor George Fraser, understand that man
- 1:38Speaker 2: well respected in this business of entrepreneurship because you all know,
- 1:43Speaker 2: like now, entrepreneurs almost become a fad, just like the
- 1:46Speaker 2: word branding has become a fad. But you know you
- 1:49Speaker 2: started this whole networking in a relationship before it was
- 1:53Speaker 2: even volgue talk about how it was when we started
- 1:57Speaker 2: the Fraser networking and not how it is now, especially
- 2:00Speaker 2: with social media being so prevalent in the process of networking.
- 2:04Speaker 3: Yeah, that's an excellent point for Sean. Social media has
- 2:08Speaker 3: helped all of us to stay connected, to get connected,
- 2:13Speaker 3: and to leverage more effectively our collective resources and intellectual capital.
- 2:19Speaker 3: And so I love it. It has really helped to spread
- 2:23Speaker 3: the word about economic development and wealth creation has helped us,
- 2:27Speaker 3: in fact, to understand the rules for financial success. I
- 2:33Speaker 3: mean I say there are three basic rules. There are
- 2:35Speaker 3: three basic rules that will if you're looking for financial freedom.
- 2:41Speaker 3: If you follow these three basic rules, there's no way
- 2:45Speaker 3: that you can go wrong. Rule Number one, your rent
- 2:49Speaker 3: or mortgage should be less than what you make in
- 2:51Speaker 3: a week. I cannot tell you how many black people
- 2:54Speaker 3: are house for your rent or mortgage should be no
- 2:57Speaker 3: more than you make in a week. So if you
- 2:59Speaker 3: have a household income, you combine the income for a week,
- 3:04Speaker 3: and your rent or mortgage should be no more than that.
- 3:07Speaker 3: That's number one. Number two, only borrow money to make money.
- 3:12Speaker 3: So yes, you can borrow money to buy a house,
- 3:15Speaker 3: because if you keep your house, it is going to
- 3:18Speaker 3: make money. There's nothing wrong with that. If you're borrowing
- 3:21Speaker 3: money to buy a car, unless you're turning that car
- 3:25Speaker 3: into a useful and utilitarian tool to help you make
- 3:30Speaker 3: money get back and forth to work or do whatever
- 3:33Speaker 3: you need to do. That's a good thing, but it's
- 3:36Speaker 3: a depreciating asset rashon because the moment you buy that car,
- 3:39Speaker 3: if you turn that car around and try to take
- 3:42Speaker 3: it back to the dealer to get what you paid for,
- 3:44Speaker 3: you would not get it.
- 3:45Speaker 2: It'd be a fot on the showroom floor.
- 3:50Speaker 3: That's right, exactly same thing with diamonds, Rashan. You can
- 3:53Speaker 3: buy you a beautiful diamond bracelet. If you turned around
- 3:56Speaker 3: and try to sell it back to the jewel for
- 3:59Speaker 3: what you just stay for it, you will not get it.
- 4:01Speaker 3: So borrow money to make more money and figure out
- 4:06Speaker 3: whatever you're borrowing money for. How are you going to
- 4:09Speaker 3: get something in return for your investment? And that's what
- 4:12Speaker 3: you expect. You expect a return on your investment.
- 4:15Speaker 5: That's so.
- 4:15Speaker 3: That's number two and number three. This is deep. As
- 4:20Speaker 3: your income increases, your cost of living should decrease or
- 4:28Speaker 3: stay the same. Stop living brothers and sisters above your means.
- 4:34Speaker 3: Stop living which means you're spending more than your earn.
- 4:37Speaker 3: Stop living even within your means, which means you're spending
- 4:41Speaker 3: everything you earn, and live below your means, and invest
- 4:47Speaker 3: the rest. Right, So, as your income increases, your cost
- 4:51Speaker 3: of living should either decrease or stay the same. Do
- 4:57Speaker 3: not raise your cost of living. In course, you got
- 5:00Speaker 3: to raise take that difference between what you were earning
- 5:04Speaker 3: and what you're now earning and invest in, don't spend it.
- 5:10Speaker 3: And the first person you invest in is you. Tithes
- 5:16Speaker 3: to you first, take the money off the top, don't
- 5:21Speaker 3: spend what you have to spend to pay your bills,
- 5:23Speaker 3: and then invest what you got left. No no, no, no
- 5:26Speaker 3: no no no. Invest in you first. And then if
- 5:31Speaker 3: you follow these three rules, there's no way that you
- 5:35Speaker 3: cannot land on financial freedom.
- 5:38Speaker 1: And that's what we're all talking about, financial freedom.
- 5:40Speaker 3: We're suing. There's six habits that will keep us broke.
- 5:42Speaker 3: There's six habits that will keep you broke. Right, not
- 5:46Speaker 3: talking about money. Right, we don't talk about it in school,
- 5:50Speaker 3: We generally don't talk about it around the family table.
- 5:53Speaker 3: That'll keep you broke. You've got to talk about money.
- 5:57Speaker 3: Understand capitalism, understand money. So talking about money will help
- 6:03Speaker 3: prevent you from keeping broke. Talking about it around the
- 6:06Speaker 3: family table, talking about it among your friends is more
- 6:09Speaker 3: important than what's happening on Real Housewives of Atlanta. Okay,
- 6:13Speaker 3: Number two, failing to build an emergency fund. Now, we've
- 6:19Speaker 3: all been taught that we need to save some money
- 6:22Speaker 3: for a rainy day, So failing to build an emergency fund,
- 6:27Speaker 3: for more than six months. I would look at it now,
- 6:30Speaker 3: for at least a year. What does it take for
- 6:33Speaker 3: you to live to re maintain your standard of living
- 6:36Speaker 3: for at least twelve months? Right, and make sure that
- 6:40Speaker 3: you have that as cash available to you. Number three
- 6:44Speaker 3: making impulse purchases. Let me say it a different way.
- 6:48Speaker 3: I would rather carry a plastic bag with five thousand
- 6:51Speaker 3: dollars in it than to carry a five thousand dollars
- 6:53Speaker 3: Louis VI Tom bag with one hundred dollars in it.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Stop making impulse purchases, right, that's going to drain you
- 7:01Speaker 3: of your cash available. Number four buying items you don't
- 7:07Speaker 3: need because they are on sale. Now I have to
- 7:10Speaker 3: chastise my wife often about this dollard. Why do you buy? Well,
- 7:13Speaker 3: it was on sale, I said, but you already got
- 7:15Speaker 3: three of them, right, So buying stuff that you don't need.
- 7:20Speaker 3: Manage your impulse buying. And Number five paying bills late
- 7:26Speaker 3: because of the exorbitant interest rates. When you pay your
- 7:30Speaker 3: bills late, especially those credit cards, Man, you look at
- 7:34Speaker 3: the annual interest rate on these credit cards and if
- 7:37Speaker 3: you're paying the minimum that you have to pay each
- 7:40Speaker 3: month on the you will never pay that credit card off.
- 7:44Speaker 6: Interest move that's right, absolutely, You'll never pay it off, right,
- 7:51Speaker 6: So don't pay your bills late, don't pay the minimums.
- 7:56Speaker 3: Always pay more. I try to pay double to triple
- 8:01Speaker 3: the minimum. Five months, I'm I might pay twenty five
- 8:05Speaker 3: percent of what I owe. So that's number five. Don't
- 8:09Speaker 3: pay bills late and don't pay minimums is the beautiful
- 8:12Speaker 3: point you made. And number six the improper use of
- 8:15Speaker 3: credit cards. The improper use of credit cards. Fifteen years ago,
- 8:20Speaker 3: I cut up all of my I have no credit cards.
- 8:24Speaker 3: What I have are debit cards that are attached to
- 8:28Speaker 3: my bank account for Sean, and I cannot spend any
- 8:32Speaker 3: more than I have in my damn checking account. So
- 8:36Speaker 3: you know, I'm thinking about every time I use my
- 8:39Speaker 3: debit card. And I got three or four of them
- 8:42Speaker 3: because I have various banks for various needs. But I
- 8:45Speaker 3: can never spend any more than I have available right now, right,
- 8:52Speaker 3: So improper use of So these are habits that keep
- 8:56Speaker 3: us broke. And we are also the most financially illiterate
- 9:01Speaker 3: people in America. We are at the bottom of every
- 9:04Speaker 3: single statistic that matters in this country economically, and so
- 9:09Speaker 3: we need to educate ourselves, educate our children. This is
- 9:13Speaker 3: related to talking about money, and as a result of that,
- 9:17Speaker 3: as a responsible leader in this country as you are,
- 9:23Speaker 3: we started our Wins Wealth Building Centers to address financial
- 9:29Speaker 3: illiteracy in Black America because if the business of America
- 9:32Speaker 3: is business, it is dangerous, rashwan and self defeating to
- 9:37Speaker 3: be financially illiterate. Therefore, education is the answer. The key
- 9:42Speaker 3: to a well rounded financial education is to align people's mindsets,
- 9:48Speaker 3: their habits, their values and solutions with the importance of
- 9:52Speaker 3: the overall goals of Black America, or according to numerous
- 9:57Speaker 3: analytical statistics and studies and addictions, we will ultimately if
- 10:02Speaker 3: we don't fix our financial badass habits right, we will
- 10:08Speaker 3: be relegated to permanent second class citizenry and we will
- 10:12Speaker 3: end up in a second slavery. So we develop in
- 10:17Speaker 3: twenty eighteen the Winds Wealth Building Centers and curriculum to address,
- 10:21Speaker 3: among other things, the psychology, the emotions, and our relationship
- 10:26Speaker 3: with money in both the secular and non secular Black organizations,
- 10:31Speaker 3: both the church and other Black organizations. And we're softly
- 10:34Speaker 3: focusing on our deep seat to struggle with instant versus
- 10:39Speaker 3: delayed gratifications one of the very bad habits that we have,
- 10:43Speaker 3: and we're struggling with the basics of financial growth to include,
- 10:49Speaker 3: but is not limited to, the four pillars for the
- 10:52Speaker 3: intergenerational transfer of wealth. That is the essence of our
- 10:56Speaker 3: Wins Financial centers, and we've got over twenty Church is
- 11:00Speaker 3: already involved with our curriculum and with our program. But
- 11:04Speaker 3: the four pillars very simply are the proper management of
- 11:07Speaker 3: accumulated wealth so that we can stop reading about entertainers
- 11:10Speaker 3: and athletes that earn one hundred million dollars in their
- 11:13Speaker 3: career and within five years they're either broke or in bankruptcy.
- 11:17Speaker 3: The second pillar is real estate ownership, both residential and
- 11:22Speaker 3: commercial real estate. It is a hornys stone for the
- 11:25Speaker 3: intergenerational transfer wealth. The fourth food is business development. We
- 11:30Speaker 3: are the consumption class in this country, white folks, or
- 11:33Speaker 3: the merchant class. They make stuff and we buy. Stop
- 11:37Speaker 3: doing that, brothers and sisters. If you sell something, sell
- 11:40Speaker 3: something in America, two things are going When twenty four
- 11:43Speaker 3: to seven somebody's buying and somebody selling. We're doing all
- 11:47Speaker 3: the day I'm buying. So if you bake cookies, you know,
- 11:50Speaker 3: put them in a box put your name on it
- 11:52Speaker 3: and sell it to somebody. Right, if you live on
- 11:54Speaker 3: a farm, take them manure. Put it in a bag,
- 11:57Speaker 3: put your name on it, and sell it to somebody.
- 12:00Speaker 3: That you can become an entre manure. Okay, stop doing
- 12:03Speaker 3: all the day I'm buying and sell something. This is
- 12:06Speaker 3: extremely important. On this I'll give one final little quote
- 12:10Speaker 3: by Bishop Tutor, Bishop Tutor Bismarck. He wrote a wonderful
- 12:15Speaker 3: book called Kingdom Economics, and I'm going to quote you,
- 12:19Speaker 3: and he says, as black people, we have embarked upon
- 12:24Speaker 3: a new millennium, and this millennium brings momentous change, receive
- 12:30Speaker 3: differences in every facet of society, cultural shifts, economic upheavals,
- 12:34Speaker 3: political changes, and more. As believers, it is imperative not
- 12:40Speaker 3: only must we be spiritually sound, but we must also
- 12:44Speaker 3: establish a firm kingdom economic foundation. We must now unlock
- 12:51Speaker 3: the keys to economic empowerment well and to quote, I
- 12:56Speaker 3: can quote with that. And so I'm recommending that brothers
- 13:00Speaker 3: and sisters out there, if you belong to a church family,
- 13:04Speaker 3: talk to your pastor get in touch with us and
- 13:07Speaker 3: put a wins wealth building center. It's a little license
- 13:10Speaker 3: agreement and use our curriculum and start educating your congregation.
- 13:15Speaker 3: You'll have a better congregation. You will have a more
- 13:19Speaker 3: financial free congregation. They'll be better tithes, they'll be better givers.
- 13:24Speaker 3: So this is a very, very big and important idea
- 13:27Speaker 3: that must be sustained over at least three or the
- 13:30Speaker 3: next three or four generations.
- 13:32Speaker 1: So that's that's important.
- 13:34Speaker 4: Yeah, please don't go anywhere. We'll be right back with
- 13:37Speaker 4: more Money Making Conversations Masterclass. Welcome back to the Money
- 13:47Speaker 4: Making Conversations Masterclass, hosted by Rashaan McDonald.
- 13:51Speaker 2: The Power Networking Conference has been the home of black
- 13:53Speaker 2: entrepreneurs looking to connect. That's important when I say connect,
- 13:57Speaker 2: grow and prosper. Forbes voted as voted it as one
- 14:00Speaker 2: of the top five conferences in the world for entrepreneurs.
- 14:03Speaker 2: They pride themselves on unique philosophy of network and building
- 14:06Speaker 2: a financial legacy for your grandchildren.
- 14:08Speaker 1: And this is about the future.
- 14:09Speaker 3: And the reason I love it is because we launched
- 14:13Speaker 3: at our conference the first virtual nation, called Fraser Nation.
- 14:20Speaker 3: It was a virtual and this is before the pandemic.
- 14:22Speaker 3: So I'm not you know, I'm not a soothsayer. I
- 14:25Speaker 3: can't predict the future. I was not predicting a pandemic
- 14:29Speaker 3: that would make everything go virtual. But I said, I
- 14:31Speaker 3: think we could have a virtual nation, right, And it's
- 14:37Speaker 3: very simply provide access to overall training and coaching and
- 14:44Speaker 3: modeling that is needed by our citizens and therefore help
- 14:48Speaker 3: improve the recycling of black dollars and intellectual capital among
- 14:53Speaker 3: our citizens and allies. It's this massive database of pop
- 14:58Speaker 3: black professionals, business owners and community leaders right access the
- 15:02Speaker 3: intellectual capital, access the products and services that black people
- 15:07Speaker 3: sell around the world, right, and then the entire Pan
- 15:11Speaker 3: African diaspora when you look at the businesses that we
- 15:16Speaker 3: own and we're not supporting like we should support. So
- 15:21Speaker 3: this helped the connectivity of that. And they provide this
- 15:26Speaker 3: kind of database and virtual meetings and virtual conferences and
- 15:32Speaker 3: virtual summits and virtual workshops, right because virtual ain't going away.
- 15:40Speaker 2: That's why I'm saying, because a lot of people don't
- 15:42Speaker 2: understand that is that you can't look at it as
- 15:44Speaker 2: being negative and being negative because there's a brick and
- 15:47Speaker 2: mortar and the goals of frasing that are simple. Help
- 15:49Speaker 2: black people build wealth that can be transferred into generational
- 15:53Speaker 2: wealth opportunity for the future, help black people become the
- 15:56Speaker 2: number one employer of black people in the twenty first century.
- 16:00Speaker 2: Facility building a global network of Africans throughout the diaspora
- 16:04Speaker 2: whose focus is personal and business excellent and using it
- 16:08Speaker 2: to build partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. That's very
- 16:12Speaker 2: key right now now networking, right now.
- 16:15Speaker 3: The whole virtual thing has been normalized, right, yes, normally.
- 16:20Speaker 1: That's what I love it, George.
- 16:21Speaker 2: I'm so excited. I am so excited for your brand
- 16:25Speaker 2: because you know, we stumbled upon because of the COVID
- 16:29Speaker 2: nineteen the real purpose because you know, not that.
- 16:33Speaker 1: We didn't know, we didn't know. You know, we were
- 16:35Speaker 1: just doing what everybody do.
- 16:36Speaker 2: You know, IBM does it, all the big corporation do
- 16:39Speaker 2: these brick and mortar. But you had to be trained,
- 16:42Speaker 2: and the pandemic trained people to look at TV to zoom,
- 16:46Speaker 2: Instagram live, Facebook live.
- 16:48Speaker 1: So everybody's there. Now your brand is.
- 16:51Speaker 3: You go there, you go, there, you go there, you go,
- 16:55Speaker 3: no question about it. And with brothers like you promoting it,
- 16:58Speaker 3: I'm telling you this is very important. You're doing what
- 17:01Speaker 3: you're saying, your reach or your credibility, uh, the way
- 17:05Speaker 3: people trust you, I mean this is this is this
- 17:09Speaker 3: is this is the goal standard for how we get
- 17:13Speaker 3: this out and used by our people. We've got to
- 17:17Speaker 3: have people like you talking about it. And you talk
- 17:22Speaker 3: about it better than I do. I mean, you know
- 17:25Speaker 3: what because you see it, you see it, You see it.
- 17:28Speaker 3: You're a visionary, you see it. You know what the
- 17:31Speaker 3: possibilities are. You know that we have to do this.
- 17:34Speaker 3: We don't have any choice. Have to do Yeah, what
- 17:39Speaker 3: we have to do is create the instruments, the vessels
- 17:43Speaker 3: and the tools for us to do it and then
- 17:46Speaker 3: move it through uh that our marketing and advertising, radio, television,
- 17:55Speaker 3: social media system that is so targeted and so actively
- 18:00Speaker 3: utilized by black people. Man, it will it will work.
- 18:04Speaker 3: There is some question about it.
- 18:05Speaker 2: I want everybody to understand that that means that you
- 18:07Speaker 2: can be in Africa, you can be in English, you
- 18:10Speaker 2: can be in France, you can be in Mexico, you
- 18:13Speaker 2: can be in Canada, and now you can participate in
- 18:16Speaker 2: this conference.
- 18:18Speaker 1: And that why is so important that we tell everybody this.
- 18:22Speaker 2: I want you to take off your little narrow hats
- 18:25Speaker 2: by how can I participate?
- 18:27Speaker 1: You don't have to get on the plane.
- 18:28Speaker 2: This has been conceptionalized to be very network friendly for
- 18:32Speaker 2: all the things that he's always talked about, meet millionaires,
- 18:35Speaker 2: potential partners, investors, and build your network workshop speaks. All
- 18:39Speaker 2: these registration, student registration, all VP registration, Ultra VIP registration,
- 18:44Speaker 2: all these things, seminars, all these things are available virtually.
- 18:49Speaker 2: That's amazing to me that you know you don't fire up.
- 18:53Speaker 3: I mean, just think about that. I mean, when is
- 18:55Speaker 3: the last time Black.
- 18:57Speaker 5: People from all over the diaspora we're able to come
- 19:01Speaker 5: together around a common vision right with instruction, motivation. Some
- 19:06Speaker 5: of the best and baddest speakers and preachers on the planet,
- 19:10Speaker 5: The Reverend of Freddie Hayes coastes our talk every year.
- 19:15Speaker 5: Jamal Bryant opens the talk every year, and and I
- 19:18Speaker 5: mean we can just voice Watkins, it will be there
- 19:21Speaker 5: so we can go down the list.
- 19:24Speaker 3: It's just incredible. If you want to know more about
- 19:28Speaker 3: the Virtual Power Networking Conference, just go to uh www

- 20:07Speaker 1: George C. Fraser, that's who you're internet.
- 20:09Speaker 2: Renowned networking Gurule chairman and CEO of Fraser Net, a
- 20:12Speaker 2: company he founded over thirty two years ago to lead
- 20:15Speaker 2: global networking and economic development movement for people of African descent.
- 20:20Speaker 1: That's fraser Net.
- 20:22Speaker 2: A belief that we should be in the game, not
- 20:25Speaker 2: as buyers, but as sellers people product, put your name
- 20:30Speaker 2: on something, become an entrepreneur, telling you how you can
- 20:33Speaker 2: become an entrepreneur, putting a plan in place so you
- 20:35Speaker 2: can win. Not only is just short term, long term
- 20:38Speaker 2: because that's what this is all about. Because everybody go
- 20:40Speaker 2: out there, they want to do something, they'll have a
- 20:42Speaker 2: plan in place. That's short term success. We're trying to
- 20:44Speaker 2: create long term success a fraser Net.
- 20:47Speaker 1: That's why it's virtual.
- 20:48Speaker 2: That's why he's always on my show is one I
- 20:51Speaker 2: feel blessed I'm able to bring somebody of his caliber
- 20:53Speaker 2: on my show.
- 20:54Speaker 1: He always be hyping me up.
- 20:55Speaker 2: I be hyped because he's one of the few people
- 20:57Speaker 2: I just let him talk. You interrupt periodically, just drop
- 21:01Speaker 2: some dimes.
- 21:02Speaker 1: Remind everybody how.
- 21:03Speaker 2: Gifted it is to hear him talk like this, because
- 21:07Speaker 2: your beliefs and your values means something to people. What
- 21:10Speaker 2: I like to always say is that that's why I'm
- 21:12Speaker 2: excited about the virtual event, phrasing that because you just
- 21:16Speaker 2: a hiding gym. Your network's not saying that you're not
- 21:19Speaker 2: not known something like that.
- 21:21Speaker 1: But this virtual platform allows more people to participate. Such
- 21:26Speaker 1: a blessing, such a blessing, such a blessing.
- 21:29Speaker 3: God bless you with Sean, God bless you, and God
- 21:32Speaker 3: bless all that you mean to us and your servant leadership.
- 21:36Speaker 3: Because you are a servant, I mean, you just are
- 21:39Speaker 3: incredible in how you manage that and how you focus
- 21:42Speaker 3: on that. Emphasize that it's all in your voice and
- 21:45Speaker 3: in your spirit. And so I'm going to close with
- 21:50Speaker 3: giving the brothers and sisters out here a little tip
- 21:53Speaker 3: on how to build your passident, to build your position.
- 21:56Speaker 3: Not be a black person in America with a single
- 21:58Speaker 3: stream of income right like all of us should have
- 22:02Speaker 3: multiple streams of income. Coach so we call a passive income.
- 22:05Speaker 3: So take your nine to five income, if you you've
- 22:09Speaker 3: got a job. Ninety seven percent of us have a job.
- 22:11Speaker 3: Take you nine to five income, and use that to
- 22:17Speaker 3: fuel your side hustle. Okay, whatever that may be. Sell
- 22:21Speaker 3: someone that's your side hustle. Then use your side hustle
- 22:26Speaker 3: to fuel the money you get from that to fuel
- 22:29Speaker 3: your investments, because you're going to get extra money and
- 22:33Speaker 3: you're going to invest that money. I don't care if
- 22:35Speaker 3: it's scripto, currencies, box bonds, whatever it is. Whatever, vote
- 22:39Speaker 3: your vote, invest your side hustle money, and then take
- 22:43Speaker 3: your investments, and over time, your investments will replace your
- 22:49Speaker 3: nine to five. That's the goal.
- 22:54Speaker 1: That's the goal.
- 22:55Speaker 3: That's the goal.
- 22:56Speaker 1: That's right. I want to appreciate you, but again, thank you.
- 23:00Speaker 1: Come on the show now. I gotta do my job now, Jack.
- 23:03Speaker 2: See see you always give me instructions, but you don't
- 23:05Speaker 2: even know it. See when you come on my show,
- 23:07Speaker 2: doctor Fraser, you put me to work in a positive
- 23:10Speaker 2: manner because I said.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Okay, I said okay.
- 23:13Speaker 2: You know it's like it's like, you know, you the
- 23:14Speaker 2: Pope of entrepreneurship to me, you the pope.
- 23:17Speaker 1: Now you know the pope became the town. He then
- 23:19Speaker 1: blessed everybody with information.
- 23:21Speaker 2: Now, I guess what, we gotta get busy and spread
- 23:23Speaker 2: the word, so that my mission right now is to
- 23:25Speaker 2: spread the word of Fraser Nick my friend.
