Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Trump Declares "Treason!" After Durham Report Reveals FBI Malfeasance
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Treason.
- 0:02Speaker 2: That is what Donald Trump has now said and responds
- 0:05Speaker 2: to the Durham report. We are looking at the crime
- 0:10Speaker 2: of the century. He went on to say, can you
- 0:13Speaker 2: disagree with that based on now what we know? Former
- 0:17Speaker 2: President Donald Trump sounding off in response to the long
- 0:20Speaker 2: away to report from the Special Council John Durham, showing
- 0:25Speaker 2: very clearly that the FBI should have never launched its
- 0:29Speaker 2: investigation into the twenty sixteen Trump presidential campaign. In a
- 0:36Speaker 2: series of posts on the former President's True Social account,
- 0:40Speaker 2: Trump called the actions certain FBI agents as what he
- 0:46Speaker 2: described as treason and how a great fraud had been
- 0:51Speaker 2: pushed on the American people to also undermine his entire
- 0:54Speaker 2: time as president. After extensive research, counsel John Durham concluded
- 1:02Speaker 2: the FBI never should have launched the Trump Russia probe.
- 1:06Speaker 2: In other words, the American public was scammed, just as
- 1:10Speaker 2: it's being scammed right now by those who don't want
- 1:13Speaker 2: to see greatness in America. The Durham report spelled out
- 1:19Speaker 2: in great detail the democratic hoax that was perpetrated upon
- 1:24Speaker 2: me and the American people. Trump wrote, this is twenty
- 1:29Speaker 2: twenty presidential election fraud, just like stuffing the ballot boxes.
- 1:34Speaker 2: Only more so, this totally illegal act had a huge
- 1:39Speaker 2: impact on the election. With an honest media, we are
- 1:42Speaker 2: looking at the crime of the century. He later added
- 1:46Speaker 2: in a subsequent post, the former president express gratitude for
- 1:50Speaker 2: firing former FBI director James Coming and called upon Congress
- 1:54Speaker 2: to enact measures to ensure it never happens again. Durham
- 2:01Speaker 2: concluded clearly in the three hundred page report that the
- 2:05Speaker 2: FBI should have never investigated Trump for Russian collusion, arguing
- 2:11Speaker 2: that they did not apply objective, rigorous standards that were.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Already in place at the FBI.
- 2:18Speaker 2: Quote, based on the review of Crossfire, Hurricane, and related
- 2:23Speaker 2: intelligence activities, we conclude that the Department and the FBI
- 2:30Speaker 2: failed to uphold their important mission of strict fidelity to
- 2:34Speaker 2: the law in connection with certain events and activities described
- 2:38Speaker 2: in this report.
- 2:40Speaker 1: The report reads, our.
- 2:42Speaker 2: Investigation also revealed that senior FBI personnel displayed a serious
- 2:50Speaker 2: lack of analytical rigor towards the information that they received,
- 2:55Speaker 2: especially information received from politically affiliated.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Person and entities.
- 3:02Speaker 2: The report went on to say, apparently referencing to Hillary
- 3:05Speaker 2: Clinton's campaign funded Fusion GPS dossier. The report also said
- 3:12Speaker 2: that there was no evidence that had shown that Trump
- 3:16Speaker 2: campaign had colluded with Russia before the allegation from an
- 3:21Speaker 2: Australian diplomat that then Trump campaign advisor George Papadopoulos told
- 3:27Speaker 2: him the Trump campaign had dirt on Clinton quote unquote,
- 3:32Speaker 2: in particular the direction of Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, the
- 3:37Speaker 2: deputy Assistant Director of counter for Counterintelligence, Peter Struck. They
- 3:42Speaker 2: opened Crossfire Hurricane immediately. The report said Struck at a minimum,
- 3:47Speaker 2: had pronounced hostile feelings towards Trump. The matter was opened
- 3:51Speaker 2: as a full investigation without ever having spoken to the
- 3:55Speaker 2: persons who provided the information. Now let me just stop there,
- 4:00Speaker 2: and I want you to think about the weaponization of
- 4:03Speaker 2: our government and what they did to Donald Trump. He
- 4:07Speaker 2: wins an election, and they can't stand the fact that
- 4:11Speaker 2: the American people chose Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton. So
- 4:16Speaker 2: you have the Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, you have the
- 4:19Speaker 2: Assistant Director for Counterintelligence, Peter Struck, who's hooking.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Up with Lisa Page.
- 4:26Speaker 2: They've decided to open a FBI investigation called Crossfire Hurricane, immediately,
- 4:31Speaker 2: giving it a big name so that the news media
- 4:34Speaker 2: would then run with it. We already knew that Peter
- 4:37Speaker 2: Struck said he was going to stop Donald Trump from
- 4:39Speaker 2: becoming president. Then in text message at leased the page,
- 4:43Speaker 2: we found out that he said even after he's elected,
- 4:46Speaker 2: don't worry, We're going to get him right, like we're
- 4:48Speaker 2: going to fix this.
- 4:50Speaker 1: He hated Donald Trump.
- 4:52Speaker 2: They then opened a full investigation based on evidence by
- 4:57Speaker 2: the way that they heard from hearsay from someone else,
- 5:01Speaker 2: and they never spoke to the persons who provided the information,
- 5:05Speaker 2: which was the basis for opening an investigation, because they
- 5:09Speaker 2: knew that if they spoke with that person that there
- 5:14Speaker 2: would be no way they could justify after speaking to
- 5:17Speaker 2: that person that they needed to open an FBI investigation.
- 5:22Speaker 2: That's the truth. That's not all we found out from
- 5:28Speaker 2: the Durham report. Durham also said the FBI and the
- 5:32Speaker 2: Justice Department had quote acted without appropriate objectivity or restraint
- 5:38Speaker 2: in pursuing allegations of collusion or conspiracy between a US
- 5:44Speaker 2: political campaign and a foreign power. Again, let's dissect that
- 5:49Speaker 2: from the report. Durham said, the FBI and the Justice Department,
- 5:53Speaker 2: two divisions are of our government that were supposed to
- 5:57Speaker 2: trust without appropriate objectivity or restraint. In other words, this
- 6:06Speaker 2: was one hundred percent a takedown, trying to take out
- 6:10Speaker 2: a sitting president of the United States of America, the
- 6:13Speaker 2: same way that the FBI and the CIA and the DOJ.
- 6:17Speaker 2: I guess do this in foreign countries.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Right.
- 6:19Speaker 2: We pick leaders, we decide who we want in power,
- 6:24Speaker 2: and we help that side get into office.
- 6:26Speaker 1: Right.
- 6:26Speaker 2: That's I mean, this is the corruption, except this time
- 6:29Speaker 2: they decided your vote didn't matter, your vote didn't count,
- 6:34Speaker 2: and your vote should be undermined. That's what they decide
- 6:39Speaker 2: to do here. They decided, we're going to overthrow the
- 6:44Speaker 2: will of the people, and we will open an investigation
- 6:48Speaker 2: based on something that we heard about. We won't talk
- 6:53Speaker 2: to the person who originally said it, so that we
- 6:56Speaker 2: can then justify opening crossfire hurricane. We will then find
- 7:02Speaker 2: people that hate Trump, and then we will do this
- 7:06Speaker 2: investigation having only people around us that hate Donald Trump
- 7:10Speaker 2: to protect us. You have a president that the FBI
- 7:17Speaker 2: is supposed to be serving, a justice department. They're supposed
- 7:20Speaker 2: to serve at the pleasure of the president. They acted,
- 7:23Speaker 2: the report says, without appropriate objectivity restraint in pursuing their
- 7:28Speaker 2: boss because they didn't like their new boss. They didn't
- 7:31Speaker 2: like the new leader of the American people. That the
- 7:34Speaker 2: American people chose. Quote from the report, the speed and
- 7:40Speaker 2: the manner in which the FBI opened an investigated crossfire
- 7:45Speaker 2: hurricane during the presidential election season based on raw, unanalyzed,
- 7:53Speaker 2: and most importantly, uncorroborated intelligence also reflected a noticeable departure noticeable, folks,
- 8:03Speaker 2: from how it approached prior matters involving possible attempted foreign
- 8:08Speaker 2: election interference plans aimed at the Clinton campaign. The report states,
- 8:16Speaker 2: I want you to hear what Representative Stephanik had to
- 8:19Speaker 2: say on Fox News about the Durham Report, about the
- 8:23Speaker 2: weaponization of our federal government at the highest levels. And
- 8:27Speaker 2: the question now is how do we burn it down.
- 8:29Speaker 2: I don't think you can reform the FBI and the
- 8:32Speaker 2: DOJ based on what we now know from this Germ report. Now,
- 8:37Speaker 2: I spent hours reading this Durham Report on the airplane
- 8:41Speaker 2: because reading it and realizing what they did not only
- 8:46Speaker 2: will shock you, but it will make you angry because
- 8:50Speaker 2: they knew the entire time. They knew the entire time
- 8:56Speaker 2: what they were doing. They knew that they were breaking
- 8:59Speaker 2: the law in milind opinion, they knew that they were
- 9:01Speaker 2: trying to undermine their political opponent. They knew that they
- 9:06Speaker 2: were going to quite possibly put people in prison for
- 9:10Speaker 2: crimes that they knew before they started investigating didn't exist,
- 9:14Speaker 2: didn't happen because they knew it was all made up,
- 9:18Speaker 2: and they did it to the people that decided to
- 9:20Speaker 2: serve their country after a candidate won. Let me also
- 9:25Speaker 2: say this, this is bigger than Donald J.
- 9:28Speaker 1: Trump.
- 9:29Speaker 2: One of the things that the media is going to
- 9:31Speaker 2: try to do with this is they're going to try
- 9:34Speaker 2: to turn this into a Trump issue. We don't need
- 9:38Speaker 2: to allow that to happen because this could happen to anyone.
- 9:41Speaker 2: This could happen to Aronda Santis, This could happen to
- 9:46Speaker 2: anyone that decides to run for president as a Republican
- 9:51Speaker 2: before or after I should say, Donald Trump. This is
- 9:56Speaker 2: something that could happen to anybody running for office at
- 10:00Speaker 2: the state level that they the Democrats, decide they want
- 10:04Speaker 2: to get rid of. This could happen to anybody running
- 10:07Speaker 2: for Congress that they want to get rid of, or
- 10:09Speaker 2: Senate they want to get rid of. This could happen
- 10:11Speaker 2: to any single person that they believe is a threat
- 10:16Speaker 2: to their power. It's not their way of life, it's
- 10:19Speaker 2: their power. The Democrats now are willing to put you
- 10:23Speaker 2: in prison, and they're willing to do it to protect
- 10:27Speaker 2: their power. They're willing to raid your house to protect
- 10:31Speaker 2: their power. They're willing to frame you for crimes that
- 10:35Speaker 2: you have not committed to protect their power. They're willing
- 10:39Speaker 2: to destroy your business. They're willing to make you go bankrupt.
- 10:42Speaker 2: They're willing to stack you with countless dollars in legal
- 10:48Speaker 2: defense bills for you having to defend yourself from crimes
- 10:53Speaker 2: that have been created out of thin era. Now, imagine
- 10:56Speaker 2: you are an American and the FBI and the DOJ
- 11:00Speaker 2: has been weaponized to come after you, and then they
- 11:04Speaker 2: accuse you of a crime that you know you could
- 11:07Speaker 2: not commit because you know that this scenario never existed.
- 11:14Speaker 2: That is exactly that is exactly what they are doing
- 11:21Speaker 2: right now. I want to give you another example of
- 11:23Speaker 2: the weaponization. And I'm talking about the politics here and
- 11:27Speaker 2: this has nothing to do with the Duram report. Before
- 11:30Speaker 2: I play you what congress Woman Sephonic had to say.
- 11:34Speaker 2: You may have heard about, and these two things are
- 11:36Speaker 2: directly connected. You may have heard about this marine veteran
- 11:41Speaker 2: that helped a woman on the subway caught on tape
- 11:45Speaker 2: who was being assaulted. And you may have noticed that
- 11:49Speaker 2: Black Lives Matter and the liberals in New York City
- 11:54Speaker 2: started immediately going after this white man, a former marine veteran,
- 12:00Speaker 2: and they now have charged him with serious crimes. They
- 12:05Speaker 2: charged this man with crimes for protecting a woman he
- 12:09Speaker 2: didn't know. Musician Kid Rock is among the largest donors
- 12:14Speaker 2: now to this marine veteran, Daniel Penny is. He's now
- 12:18Speaker 2: having to prepare to fight for his freedom and courts
- 12:20Speaker 2: in regard to a deadly encounter that he had on
- 12:23Speaker 2: a New.
- 12:23Speaker 1: York subway just two weeks ago.
- 12:25Speaker 2: This is a man that used to be a hero
- 12:27Speaker 2: in society, but not anymore because of an a because
- 12:30Speaker 2: of Alan Bragg, an activist DA the same DA Manhattan
- 12:35Speaker 2: District Attorney Alvin Bragg has charged Penny with second degree
- 12:39Speaker 2: manslaughter last week. A campaign was launched now to help
- 12:42Speaker 2: him cover his legal expenses. He's now having to fight
- 12:46Speaker 2: for his life to stay out of prison. He's been
- 12:50Speaker 2: charged by Alvin Bragg for helping an individual, a woman
- 12:56Speaker 2: on the subway. Penny was, by the way, one of
- 12:59Speaker 2: three men who subdued a thirty year old Jordan Nelly
- 13:05Speaker 2: on May first, after the man had made threats and
- 13:09Speaker 2: acted erradically towards a woman on the subway. There was
- 13:12Speaker 2: video shared online after the incident went viral that showed
- 13:16Speaker 2: Penny that showed Penny put Neely in what proved to
- 13:19Speaker 2: be a fatal choke hold. Before the Manhattan District Attorney
- 13:23Speaker 2: Alvin Bragg charge Penny was second degree manslaughter last week.
- 13:26Speaker 2: A campaign has now been launched to help him cover
- 13:29Speaker 2: the legal expenses. Penny, a former military veteran who was
- 13:34Speaker 2: just trying to keep people safe on the subway, surrender
- 13:37Speaker 2: to police on Friday morning and was released later that day.
- 13:41Speaker 1: This is the world we now live in. You can
- 13:42Speaker 1: be charged with crimes.
- 13:44Speaker 2: By activists liberal das, the same activists at charge Donald Trump,
- 13:48Speaker 2: the same activists that are trying to overthrow the will
- 13:50Speaker 2: of the people in our elections. Who is now taking
- 13:53Speaker 2: and deciding we're going to nail this guy. We're gonna
- 13:57Speaker 2: nail a guy because it fits in the air. In
- 14:00Speaker 2: other words, if you're a woman and you're on a
- 14:02Speaker 2: subway in New York City and someone's bothering you, the
- 14:05Speaker 2: message that was sent by Alvin Bragg is do not
- 14:08Speaker 2: get involved, because I'll put you in jail too, because
- 14:10Speaker 2: we are wanting out of control crime. This man now
- 14:14Speaker 2: has raised they've raised two million dollars so far for
- 14:18Speaker 2: his legal defense, and it's going to cost probably seven
- 14:21Speaker 2: figures to defend himself. Neely, who reportedly struggled with mental
- 14:26Speaker 2: health and drug addiction, is the individual that this veteran
- 14:31Speaker 2: was protecting society from with two other men. By the way,
- 14:34Speaker 2: that's how big of a threat they thought to the
- 14:36Speaker 2: people he was around. Nearly, by the way, racked up
- 14:41Speaker 2: more than forty arrests over the years, and once pleaded
- 14:46Speaker 2: guilty after he attempted to kidnap a seven year old child.
- 14:52Speaker 1: The New York Daily.
- 14:52Speaker 2: News has reported this veteran and the others that helped
- 14:56Speaker 2: protect people on that subway, they did the right thing.
- 15:00Speaker 2: This veteran did exactly what a good man should do.
- 15:04Speaker 2: This veteran understood that this was a violent man who
- 15:08Speaker 2: was a threat to all of them. This is a man,
- 15:11Speaker 2: by the way, who had over forty arrests. Why he
- 15:13Speaker 2: was still out in society is beyond me. And who
- 15:16Speaker 2: are they protecting now? They're protecting the man with over
- 15:18Speaker 2: forty arrests. They're protecting a man who attempted to kidnap
- 15:22Speaker 2: a seven year old child. He had a history by
- 15:25Speaker 2: the way of violent charges and assaults, and two years
- 15:30Speaker 2: was arrested for punching a sixty seven year old woman.
- 15:34Speaker 2: Just two years ago, this man was free to go
- 15:39Speaker 2: out and terrorize society again. In fact, inspite of the
- 15:43Speaker 2: severity of the charge of him punching a sixty seven
- 15:46Speaker 2: year old defenseless woman, he was free in New York
- 15:49Speaker 2: at the time of his death. Passengers who were aboard
- 15:52Speaker 2: the train just before the choke cold incident reported that
- 15:55Speaker 2: before the altercation with penny Neili made threats of violence
- 15:59Speaker 2: and declared he might hurt someone on the train. He
- 16:04Speaker 2: also stated he was not afraid to spend the rest
- 16:07Speaker 2: of his life in prison. The New York subways have
- 16:11Speaker 2: become a magnet for random violence in recent weeks and months,
- 16:14Speaker 2: and even years. The city has also seen it up
- 16:16Speaker 2: taking cases where people were pushed under the tracks, sometimes
- 16:19Speaker 2: at random. In January, a thirty four year old man
- 16:22Speaker 2: died after he was shoved on the tracks by another
- 16:23Speaker 2: man police identify as a twenty eight year old. He
- 16:27Speaker 2: hit a link the criminal record the twenty eight year old,
- 16:30Speaker 2: so this hero is now the target. This is what
- 16:35Speaker 2: happens when you lose control of your justice system. And
- 16:40Speaker 2: I say this because if you think it's just political
- 16:42Speaker 2: and Donald Trump know now, if you're a veteran, you're
- 16:45Speaker 2: a target. If you're a white veteran, you're a target.
- 16:48Speaker 2: If you're someone that's trying to do the right thing,
- 16:51Speaker 2: you are now a target. This man got on a
- 16:54Speaker 2: subway and this man who served his country, who's a veteran,
- 16:58Speaker 2: decided to protect innocent people. And this man has now
- 17:02Speaker 2: become the target of the Democrats because they don't want
- 17:05Speaker 2: strong men to stand up for what's right and wrong.
- 17:10Speaker 2: So there's a question, now, what do we do. How
- 17:13Speaker 2: do we fight back against a government that has clearly
- 17:16Speaker 2: gone rogue, a government that's willing to frame people for
- 17:21Speaker 2: crimes that they have not committed, charge people with crimes,
- 17:24Speaker 2: investigate people for crimes that they know don't exist because
- 17:29Speaker 2: the people that are investigating you created them out of
- 17:32Speaker 2: thin air. That's the question that we have to ask. Now,
- 17:37Speaker 2: this is so much bigger than Donald Trump. It's so
- 17:39Speaker 2: much bigger than this veteran in New York City. It's
- 17:44Speaker 2: bigger than all of us, because any one of us
- 17:48Speaker 2: could do the right thing in one of these situations
- 17:51Speaker 2: that's supposed.
- 17:51Speaker 1: To be another. I mean, look at this veteran.
- 17:53Speaker 2: I go back to him because I think it's just
- 17:55Speaker 2: such an example of what happens when you have activists
- 17:58Speaker 2: that get in positions where an Alvin Bragg is an activist.
- 18:01Speaker 2: He's an activist. Yes, it's gone to Donald Trump, but
- 18:03Speaker 2: now he's an activist. It's gone after an innocent veteran
- 18:06Speaker 2: who is protecting people on a subway. And the question
- 18:10Speaker 2: that you have to ask yourself is how do we
- 18:14Speaker 2: respond to this. If we don't hurry up and wake
- 18:23Speaker 2: up and organize, they will win this battle and they
- 18:27Speaker 2: will fundamentally change his country. Representive Stephonic talking about the
- 18:32Speaker 2: Durham Report set its weaponization of the federal government at
- 18:35Speaker 2: the highest levels, plain and simple.
- 18:38Speaker 3: Listen, well, good to have you on here. This just
- 18:39Speaker 3: basically confirms what we already knew. But the FBI went
- 18:43Speaker 3: on with this investigation even though according to Durham, they
- 18:46Speaker 3: didn't have the right to investigate and there was no
- 18:48Speaker 3: evidence of collusion between Trump and Russia.
- 18:52Speaker 4: This is an absolutely scorching and stunning report and every
- 18:55Speaker 4: American should take the time to read this report in
- 18:58Speaker 4: its entirety. At the highest levels of government, all the
- 19:01Speaker 4: way up to the Oval Office with President Obama and
- 19:04Speaker 4: then Vice President Joe Biden, they were aware not only
- 19:07Speaker 4: that there was no predicate for launching this crossfire hurricane
- 19:11Speaker 4: investigation into Trump, but in fact they had intelligence and
- 19:14Speaker 4: evidence that this was planted by the Hillary Clinton campaign.
- 19:17Speaker 4: So they had contrary evidence that shows that there was
- 19:21Speaker 4: no purpose to open this investigation, and not a single
- 19:24Speaker 4: high ranking official stepped in to stop this political witch hunt.
- 19:28Speaker 4: And what this means, Ainsley, is this is the weaponization
- 19:31Speaker 4: of the federal government at the highest levels. We should
- 19:34Speaker 4: not have important institutions like the Department of Justice and
- 19:37Speaker 4: the FBI willing to do the political bidding of Democrats.
- 19:41Speaker 4: And what is also disappointing is the salivating mainstream media.
- 19:45Speaker 4: We're all too eager to serve as the stenographers for
- 19:48Speaker 4: the Hillary Clinton campaign and the far left, just like
- 19:51Speaker 4: they do today. So this is a stunning report. We
- 19:54Speaker 4: need to continue to focus on accountability. There is a
- 19:57Speaker 4: cultural rot in the FBI that needs to be rooted
- 19:59Speaker 4: out to save it from itself.
- 20:02Speaker 2: A cultural rot, a cultural rot. The New York Times
- 20:10Speaker 2: this was on MSNBC this morning. So the DOJ was
- 20:13Speaker 2: trying to buy off Trump with the Durham probe, the
- 20:17Speaker 2: GOP led committee on possible Trump Russia collusion. The Trump
- 20:20Speaker 2: campaign manager, they said, had a relationship, right, Remember that
- 20:24Speaker 2: Paul Menafort with Russia represent a grave intelligence threat to US.
- 20:29Speaker 2: That was a lie. Michael Cohen negotiated with Russians to
- 20:33Speaker 2: help secure approval for Trump Moscow Tower.
- 20:37Speaker 1: That was a lie.
- 20:38Speaker 2: Trump advisor Roger Stone coordinated with WikiLeaks and the Krim
- 20:41Speaker 2: went to hack DNC computers.
- 20:43Speaker 1: That was a lie.
- 20:44Speaker 2: Trump Junior expected to receive derogatory information about Hillary Clinton
- 20:47Speaker 2: during Trump Tower meeting with the Russians.
- 20:49Speaker 1: That was true. By the way, is anything wrong with that?
- 20:51Speaker 5: No?
- 20:52Speaker 2: FBI gave Christopher Steel allegations unjustified credence this on MSNBC
- 20:57Speaker 2: and did not adjust approach once it learned of concerns
- 21:02Speaker 2: about the legitimacy of the sources. Even the New York
- 21:07Speaker 2: Times this morning, Even the New York Times is saying
- 21:11Speaker 2: this was crap. Now, don't worry. The LAPT is still
- 21:15Speaker 2: going to swing this anyway they can. Joe Scarborough this
- 21:18Speaker 2: morning called the Durham report quota complete dud right. The
- 21:22Speaker 2: New York Times also then tried to undermine the Durham report, saying, well,
- 21:26Speaker 2: you know, don't forget Trump did ask Russia to help him.
- 21:29Speaker 2: That's also not true. CNN had a special report last
- 21:33Speaker 2: night on this, saying, the Special Counsel John Durham conclude
- 21:36Speaker 2: the FBI should never have launched a Trump Russia probe.
- 21:39Speaker 2: At least they read from the report, unlike MSNBC, but
- 21:44Speaker 2: they only said it for ten seconds. Listen ten seconds
- 21:47Speaker 2: of truth on CNN.
- 21:48Speaker 6: First, Special Council Durham concluding that the FBI should never
- 21:52Speaker 6: have launched its investigation into connections between Donald Trump's campaign
- 21:57Speaker 6: and Russia during the twenty sixteen election.
- 22:01Speaker 2: They said that on CNN. They said it on CNN.
- 22:06Speaker 2: Devin Nunyez saying this about the Durham report.
- 22:10Speaker 7: Listen, the Department of Justice and the FBI are solely
- 22:13Speaker 7: owned by the Democratic Party and their propaganda machine, and
- 22:17Speaker 7: this Durham report ought to scare the living hell out
- 22:21Speaker 7: of everyone, because think about this, it's only gotten worse
- 22:25Speaker 7: since this time period. We're talking about twenty sixteen, in
- 22:28Speaker 7: twenty seventeen, In twenty eighteen, this changed the course of
- 22:35Speaker 7: human history. It changed the course of our elections. Remember,
- 22:40Speaker 7: we had to sit through year after year after year
- 22:43Speaker 7: of this nonsense of Trump and Republicans having something to
- 22:47Speaker 7: do with Russia. Chris, Even to this day, you have
- 22:51Speaker 7: lunatics that say that every single day. So the Department
- 22:54Speaker 7: of Justice, the FBI, Congratulations, you scumbags. You have successful
- 23:00Speaker 7: poisoned the minds of millions of Americans. While at the
- 23:04Speaker 7: same time you're gonna have half of America, including myself,
- 23:09Speaker 7: who doesn't trust anything the Department of Justice or the
- 23:12Speaker 7: FBI have to say.
- 23:15Speaker 2: Devin Uniez, He's right. This was going back in time.
- 23:21Speaker 2: It's gotten far worse since that time. Greg Gutfeld, by
- 23:27Speaker 2: the way, putting it this way after the Duram Report,
- 23:31Speaker 2: he said, quote, why shouldn't people be skeptical about elections?
- 23:35Speaker 8: Look, it was a point I made I don't know
- 23:37Speaker 8: years ago that if the if you have people saying
- 23:40Speaker 8: that the country will not survive Trump, then your moral.
- 23:43Speaker 1: Duty is to cheat, right, and you should cheat it.
- 23:46Speaker 8: Like if somebody believe is telling everybody that this person
- 23:50Speaker 8: is a modern day Hitler, it is your duty to
- 23:53Speaker 8: do whatever is possible to stop him. In fact, if
- 23:56Speaker 8: you actually play by the rules, you're a traitor. Right,
- 24:00Speaker 8: So the good they created a devil that was so
- 24:03Speaker 8: big and so vast it made all actions permissible, and
- 24:06Speaker 8: it made every institution, as the judge was saying, subject
- 24:10Speaker 8: to suspicion. Right, So you can bury stories, you can
- 24:13Speaker 8: create hoaxes, you can fund smears, it can go anywhere
- 24:16Speaker 8: because this person must be stopped.
- 24:18Speaker 1: It's Hitler an existential threat.
- 24:21Speaker 8: And so what happens is now we're left and none
- 24:24Speaker 8: of it's true. And so we had a half a
- 24:27Speaker 8: decade hoax that infected and undermined every institution because we
- 24:31Speaker 8: were made to believe this person is evil. And then
- 24:33Speaker 8: people make fun of people who are skeptical.
- 24:36Speaker 1: About an election.
- 24:38Speaker 8: Why shouldn't they be skeptical about an election when the
- 24:41Speaker 8: DOJ and the FBI, and the mainstream media and the
- 24:46Speaker 8: tech companies in the Chamber of Commerce are all in
- 24:49Speaker 8: on the same thing. Why shouldn't the election be called
- 24:53Speaker 8: into question? Right, shouldn't a hero try to fix the election?
- 24:57Speaker 1: Right?
- 24:57Speaker 7: Shouldn't hero do that?
- 24:59Speaker 8: If you're up against That's where we ended up. And
- 25:02Speaker 8: you can't go condemn people for so called conspiracy theories
- 25:07Speaker 8: when you were going around telling everybody, this guy was.
- 25:09Speaker 1: Worse than Hitler.
- 25:13Speaker 2: Let's go to big Tech for just a second. Silent
- 25:16Speaker 2: stories that they knew were true. They silent stories about
- 25:21Speaker 2: Hunter Biden, about Joe Biden, about James Biden, about the
- 25:24Speaker 2: Biden crime family, about money coming in from Russian oligarchs,
- 25:27Speaker 2: and the worst actors in Ukraine and Romania, in the
- 25:31Speaker 2: Chinese communist government.
- 25:32Speaker 1: They did all of that. Do not ever forget that.
- 25:37Speaker 2: Let's talk about the fact that they also limited the
- 25:40Speaker 2: reach of conservatives who were sharing information on social media
- 25:44Speaker 2: because they had to stop this evil, horrible man, right,
- 25:47Speaker 2: and so they could silence and shadow band and stop
- 25:50Speaker 2: the reach of conservatives. Never forget that's also what they
- 25:55Speaker 2: did here, and they justified the life and the cheating
- 26:02Speaker 2: in any way you needed to do it to stop
- 26:05Speaker 2: Donald Trump or anyone else around Donald Trump. If you
- 26:08Speaker 2: needed to stop someone next to Donald Trump, just do it.
- 26:11Speaker 2: If you need to stop someone because you think that
- 26:13Speaker 2: they might be able to help, they may be helping
- 26:15Speaker 2: Donald Trump too much, just do it. There was nothing
- 26:18Speaker 2: that you weren't justified in at crimes that you were
- 26:21Speaker 2: committing if it was in the name of stopping Donald Trump.
- 26:27Speaker 2: And people around Donald Trump. That is the point here
- 26:31Speaker 2: that Gutfeld is making about this Durham report. We were
- 26:35Speaker 2: all right the entire time. Donald Trump was right the
- 26:39Speaker 2: entire time, and it didn't matter because once they went
- 26:43Speaker 2: all in, they said, do it, frame him, arrest him.
- 26:47Speaker 2: They want to remember, they have arrested Donald J.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Trump. Alvin Bragg has arrested Donald J. Trump.
- 26:54Speaker 2: They've arrested, They've rated a former president of the United
- 26:58Speaker 2: States of America's home. There is nothing that this government
- 27:03Speaker 2: won't do now to stop conservatives from getting elected. And
- 27:08Speaker 2: I will say it again, this is so much bigger
- 27:10Speaker 2: than Donald Trump.
- 27:13Speaker 1: But the media they feel like.
- 27:15Speaker 2: Now they have a mandate, and their mandate is to lie,
- 27:18Speaker 2: their mandates, deceive. Their mandate is to destroy anyone that
- 27:23Speaker 2: they feel is a threat to their power structure. And
- 27:26Speaker 2: who do they get their targets from. They get their
- 27:29Speaker 2: targets from the Democratic Party. The Democratic machine tells them
- 27:35Speaker 2: who to take down. The Democratic machine tells them who
- 27:39Speaker 2: the next target needs to be. That we know for
- 27:43Speaker 2: a fact. We know it from the Durham Report, and
- 27:47Speaker 2: we know it from the evidence. Mark Levin, the Great One,
- 27:52Speaker 2: had a really interesting point that he made about where
- 27:56Speaker 2: we are in this country right now and just how
- 27:59Speaker 2: off the rail our government is. The FBI should not
- 28:05Speaker 2: be trusted at the highest levels, the dj should not
- 28:08Speaker 2: be trusted at the highest levels. Why because they're trying
- 28:11Speaker 2: to overthrow the will of the people and they're stealing elections.
- 28:15Speaker 2: And now what do we do? He says, it's time
- 28:18Speaker 2: to slash FBI funding.
- 28:21Speaker 5: This same FBI edifice is in place right now. Christopher
- 28:25Speaker 5: Ray is a fool. He is a bureaucrat. He does
- 28:30Speaker 5: not understand that the Constitution puts congressional oversight ahead of
- 28:34Speaker 5: sources and methods. He is just as bad as the
- 28:38Speaker 5: guy before him. It's just a disaster what's going on
- 28:41Speaker 5: over there. We now have a US attorney dressed up
- 28:44Speaker 5: as a special counsel going after Donald Trump again. That
- 28:49Speaker 5: document case didn't have to be criminalized. That's ridiculous to
- 28:52Speaker 5: make it, to have a warrant to send down a
- 28:55Speaker 5: swat team tomorrow Largo. None of that was necessary. That
- 28:59Speaker 5: all could have been theotiated. This whole thing about January sixth,
- 29:04Speaker 5: in terms of another grand jury to see if Donald
- 29:07Speaker 5: Trump was trying to prevent the peaceful transition.
- 29:12Speaker 1: It's ridiculous.
- 29:13Speaker 5: It was Donald Trump who offered ten thousand armed National
- 29:16Speaker 5: guardmen to protect that building. That should be evidence enough
- 29:19Speaker 5: to say, you know what, it's ridiculous to be investigating them.
- 29:22Speaker 5: So they're not done. And the Republicans on Capitol Hill
- 29:26Speaker 5: need to understand this administration, this FBI, this Department of
- 29:31Speaker 5: Justice is targeting them and they're not going to submit
- 29:35Speaker 5: themselves to oversight.
- 29:37Speaker 1: So what do they do.
- 29:38Speaker 5: Well, they can litigate it, but they need to do
- 29:40Speaker 5: everything they can to slash the FBI's budget.
- 29:43Speaker 7: It's too big.
- 29:45Speaker 5: It is a massive police state operation. It's like the Stasse.
- 29:50Speaker 5: They're into everything and anything they want to be. They're
- 29:53Speaker 5: into Twitter, for God's sakes. They're after parents, they're after
- 29:57Speaker 5: the Catholic Church, their own lifers. The only thing they're
- 30:01Speaker 5: not doing is their damn job, like prosecuting Democrats who
- 30:06Speaker 5: won't enforce the law on the border and so forth.
- 30:10Speaker 2: Mark Levin talking about look at what the FBI is in.
- 30:12Speaker 2: They're no longer law enforcement.
- 30:14Speaker 1: They're activists.
- 30:15Speaker 2: They're going after Christians, are going after people that stand
- 30:21Speaker 2: up for life. They're calling parents domestic terrorists that show
- 30:25Speaker 2: up at school board meetings. The point that he just
- 30:28Speaker 2: made that they're into everything but actual law enforcement, and
- 30:32Speaker 2: it's time to slash their budget because they have taken
- 30:35Speaker 2: this money and they've decided to weaponize it against good Americans.
- 30:41Speaker 2: May be the most important point he has made thus far.
- 30:47Speaker 2: If we don't hold them accountable and we don't expose
- 30:51Speaker 2: them and not just expose the rot, but get rid
- 30:54Speaker 2: of the rot and shut down the bank account that
- 30:57Speaker 2: allows them to do what they're doing right now. And
- 31:00Speaker 2: these Republicans in Congress need to understand they're going to
- 31:03Speaker 2: come after them.
- 31:04Speaker 1: It's just a matter of when. It's not a matter
- 31:07Speaker 1: of if.
- 31:07Speaker 2: It's a matter of win, and they're gonna do whatever
- 31:10Speaker 2: they can in the next election to destroy this country again.
- 31:15Speaker 2: And their definition of winning is fixing an election, taking
- 31:20Speaker 2: out political opponents. That is their definition of success. And
- 31:25Speaker 2: the Durham Report clearly states all of that in real
- 31:31Speaker 2: time with facts. Make sure you download the Ben Ferguson
- 31:36Speaker 2: podcasts wherever you get your podcasts all week because there's
- 31:39Speaker 2: more intel that's going to be coming out. There's more
- 31:41Speaker 2: information that is going to be coming out. Be ready
- 31:47Speaker 2: for it.
