LEADERS MUST EXPOSE LIARS Lies can destroy an organization. Lies can weaken trust, darken hope, damage relationships and forever damage professional and personal reputations. Lies in an organization, just like in politics need have no bearing or relationship to truth. Simply presenting the lie first will make it seem more believable than a truth told later.
