- 0:01Speaker 1: The suspect in the January twenty twenty one US Capital
- 0:05Speaker 1: pipe bomb case has finally been arrested. And the question
- 0:10Speaker 1: you're probably asking yourself is why did it take so long? Well,
- 0:14Speaker 1: the manicus of playing that pipe bomb near the US
- 0:17Speaker 1: Capitol the day before the January sixth, twenty twenty one
- 0:21Speaker 1: protests has been arrested in Virginia. Officials with the FBI
- 0:26Speaker 1: arrested the suspect early Thursday, citing law enforcement sources saying
- 0:32Speaker 1: the suspect's name is Brian Cole. That according to two
- 0:35Speaker 1: sources to Fox News, the pipe bombs are placed near
- 0:39Speaker 1: the Republican and Democratic National Committee headquarters over sixteen hours
- 0:44Speaker 1: before authorities even located them. A bomb squad detonated the
- 0:50Speaker 1: pipe bomb found at the Republican National Committee. A suspicious
- 0:54Speaker 1: package was also found at the Democratic National Committee's offices.
- 0:59Speaker 1: The report comes as supporters of President Trump stormed the
- 1:02Speaker 1: US Capital to protest the Congressional Electoral College vote to
- 1:07Speaker 1: certify the twenty twenty presidential election results for then President
- 1:11Speaker 1: elect Joe Biden. That is how the news covered this.
- 1:15Speaker 1: I'm not joking more than even the pipe bomb. The
- 1:19Speaker 1: exact words of NBC News. The arrests mark a breakthrough
- 1:23Speaker 1: in a case that is stymied investigators for nearly five years.
- 1:28Speaker 1: Or maybe they just didn't care and look the other way.

- 3:24Speaker 1: make a difference with every call you make. Take a
- 3:27Speaker 1: listen to the local Fox affiliate telling the news about
- 3:31Speaker 1: the arrest.
- 3:32Speaker 2: News Now and arrest and then their five year hunt
- 3:35Speaker 2: for the man accused of placing pipe bombs near the
- 3:37Speaker 2: DC offices for the Democratic and Republican National Committees. We
- 3:41Speaker 2: covered this story extensively over the years. He was captured
- 3:46Speaker 2: this morning. That suspect in our very own Melanie Alwicks.
- 3:48Speaker 2: She's been following the investigation since it started. Mel what
- 3:52Speaker 2: can you tell us about this breaking news.
- 3:56Speaker 3: Well, first of all, we should make it clear that
- 3:58Speaker 3: this information is based on a law enforcement source that
- 4:03Speaker 3: spoke to the Associated Press. We do not have official
- 4:06Speaker 3: confirmation on this directly from the FBI at this point.
- 4:10Speaker 3: But you know, this investigation has been going on for
- 4:12Speaker 3: five years. It recently gained a lot of new attention,
- 4:16Speaker 3: new eyes, new steam from social media, a lot of
- 4:19Speaker 3: people talking about this because of new video, new information
- 4:24Speaker 3: that the FBI put out in October of this year.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Let's show you that video and again talk about some
- 4:30Speaker 3: of the additional details that we had not learned before.
- 4:33Speaker 3: A detailed description revealing the suspect is about five foot seven,
- 4:37Speaker 3: was wearing a face mask, a gray hooded sweatshirt, and
- 4:39Speaker 3: black gloves. The suspect used a backpack to transport the devices,
- 4:43Speaker 3: and a lot of attention to this wearing distinctive Nike
- 4:46Speaker 3: Airmac Speed turf shoes which are black and gray with
- 4:50Speaker 3: the yellow Nike logo, and the FBI said fewer than
- 4:53Speaker 3: twenty five thousand of these shoes were sold between August
- 4:56Speaker 3: of twenty eighteen and January of twenty twenty one, so
- 4:59Speaker 3: that really help them narrow down the field. Now, the
- 5:02Speaker 3: first pipe bomb was placed outside the Democratic National Committee
- 5:05Speaker 3: headquarters at seven fifty four pm on the evening of
- 5:09Speaker 3: January fifth, twenty twenty one. The suspect is seen on
- 5:12Speaker 3: surveillance cameras walking along North Capitol Street, North Carolina Avenue,
- 5:16Speaker 3: and Second Street before eventually walking past the Republican National
- 5:20Speaker 3: Committee headquarters at eight eighteen pm. The FBI says the
- 5:23Speaker 3: second pipe bomb was placed sometime after that, but the
- 5:26Speaker 3: suspect was not directly seen on video with the second
- 5:30Speaker 3: pipe bomb placing. Now, nobody was hurt. The FBI said
- 5:33Speaker 3: that these pipe bombs were rendered safe, but they certainly
- 5:36Speaker 3: could both have been lethal. There was a five hundred
- 5:39Speaker 3: thousand dollars reward offered for information leading to an arrest
- 5:43Speaker 3: and conviction in this case, and we do expect to
- 5:45Speaker 3: learn more later today.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Now you can hear how the media is even shocked,
- 5:51Speaker 1: and I play for you the local media sometimes just
- 5:53Speaker 1: to prove the point of what this should sound like.
- 5:56Speaker 1: And the media is obviously asking questions like why did
- 5:59Speaker 1: it so long and how did it now happen? With
- 6:04Speaker 1: Republicans in charge, people like Dan Bongino and the FBI
- 6:09Speaker 1: Director Cash Ptel and President Donald Trump, were they purposely
- 6:14Speaker 1: deliberately looking the other way. Dan Bongino coming out and
- 6:19Speaker 1: saying this at the press conference about it, take a listen.
- 6:22Speaker 4: Thank you all for being here for this critical investigation
- 6:25Speaker 4: we've been working on for a very long time. We
- 6:27Speaker 4: deeply appreciate it. Thank you for the kind words, Attorney
- 6:30Speaker 4: General and Director. I appreciate it.
- 6:33Speaker 5: Folks.
- 6:34Speaker 4: This is what it's like when you work for a
- 6:35Speaker 4: president who tells you to go get the bad guys
- 6:37Speaker 4: and stop focusing on other extraneous things not related to
- 6:40Speaker 4: law enforcement. This is what happens. We had a great team.
- 6:44Speaker 4: I know it's said a lot in this business. It
- 6:46Speaker 4: was a team effort. Becomes cliche, but cliches are useful
- 6:49Speaker 4: for a reason because they matter, and this was a
- 6:51Speaker 4: team effort. The Director and the Attorney General emphasized that
- 6:55Speaker 4: it was not a new public tip.
- 6:57Speaker 5: This came from.
- 6:57Speaker 4: This was our internal work at the FBI, and I
- 7:01Speaker 4: want to just really express my sincere gratitude to this
- 7:05Speaker 4: Attorney General and this president for allowing.
- 7:08Speaker 5: Us the latitude.
- 7:09Speaker 4: I spoke with Miss Bondi very early when we maybe
- 7:12Speaker 4: day two, and I said we're going to get this guy,
- 7:15Speaker 4: and she said, as you are, and we did. I
- 7:18Speaker 4: want also thank you, not here, but Deputy Attorney General
- 7:21Speaker 4: Todd Blanche, who we deal with often as well, who
- 7:23Speaker 4: could not have been more supportive whatever process we need,
- 7:27Speaker 4: Judge Janine Todd and an Attorney General Bondi, they were there.
- 7:32Speaker 4: All you had to do. They were a phone call
- 7:34Speaker 4: away and their team was amazing. We actually never had
- 7:36Speaker 4: to make that phone call because they were always responsive.
- 7:39Speaker 4: Thank you, Judge, as while you were amazing folks, You're
- 7:42Speaker 4: not going to walk into our capital city, put down
- 7:47Speaker 4: two explosive devices and walk off in the sunset. Not
- 7:51Speaker 4: going to happen. We were going to track this person
- 7:54Speaker 4: to the end of the earth. There was no way
- 7:56Speaker 4: he was getting away. Well we didn't have to track
- 7:59Speaker 4: him to the end of the earth. That wound up
- 8:00Speaker 4: in Woodbridge, Virginia. I want to thank the team. They
- 8:04Speaker 4: were amazing. They never let this go again. Attorney General
- 8:09Speaker 4: Bondi for your incredible support. Director Patel, Judge, I know
- 8:14Speaker 4: they're giving me a lot of unnecessary credit, but make
- 8:16Speaker 4: no mistake, they were intimately involved in this and were
- 8:19Speaker 4: there for all of those supportive mechanisms, and I deeply
- 8:23Speaker 4: appreciate it.
- 8:24Speaker 1: You listen to Dan Bongino and what he had to say.
- 8:28Speaker 1: He's telling you, if you're a criminal, things are different.
- 8:31Speaker 1: There's a new sheriff in town, there's literally a new president,
- 8:34Speaker 1: there's new leadership in cash Pattel, and we will go
- 8:37Speaker 1: to the inns the earth, even though we didn't have
- 8:39Speaker 1: to this time to find you, but to say so
- 8:42Speaker 1: clearly that you're not going to come into our nation's
- 8:44Speaker 1: capital and you're not going to put down two bombs
- 8:48Speaker 1: and get away with it, which again brings up the question,
- 8:54Speaker 1: what the hell was the prior administration doing? How did
- 8:59Speaker 1: they not know who the person was? How did they
- 9:03Speaker 1: not go arrest this person at police? Not one but
- 9:06Speaker 1: two pipe bombs explosives internation's capital. This is the question
- 9:12Speaker 1: that every American should be asking. And if they're not
- 9:15Speaker 1: going to get a guy that puts a pipe bomb
- 9:17Speaker 1: in our nation's capital, not once, but twice, who else
- 9:21Speaker 1: were they not arresting? Who else has been out there
- 9:25Speaker 1: committing Hanus crimes and hurting Americans all because the prior
- 9:29Speaker 1: administration refused to do their job. That is what should
- 9:34Speaker 1: make every American angry. Forget politics, This is an issue
- 9:38Speaker 1: of national security. And what you saw from this administration
- 9:43Speaker 1: is they said, hey, we still care about that crime.
- 9:46Speaker 1: We're not going to let this stand. We're going to
- 9:49Speaker 1: find the person. And that's exactly what they've done. He
- 9:54Speaker 1: is the man in charge the FBI, the Attorney General
- 9:56Speaker 1: Pambondi and Judge Janine both standing side by side of
- 10:00Speaker 1: the Department of Justice as they announce the arrest of
- 10:03Speaker 1: the pipe bomb suspect. You have to ask yourself, why
- 10:06Speaker 1: did it take literally years for someone to do their job.
- 10:10Speaker 1: I want you to listen to what Casptel had to
- 10:12Speaker 1: say his words, and again, I played for you first
- 10:16Speaker 1: because I wanted you to understand what the people working
- 10:18Speaker 1: under him feel like when it comes to actually getting
- 10:22Speaker 1: to do their job. You heard it there from Dan Bongino,
- 10:26Speaker 1: But the man in charge of the FBI.
- 10:28Speaker 5: Listen to what he says.
- 10:30Speaker 6: When you attack American citizens, when you attack our institutions
- 10:34Speaker 6: of legislation, when you attack our nation's capital, you attack
- 10:39Speaker 6: the very being of our way of life. In this
- 10:42Speaker 6: FBI and this Department of Justice stand here to tell
- 10:45Speaker 6: you that we will always refute it and combat it.
- 10:48Speaker 6: We will provide the safest country the nation has ever
- 10:51Speaker 6: seen under President Trump's leadership here and that's what we
- 10:54Speaker 6: did here today with great resolve on a case of
- 10:56Speaker 6: massive public importance, as it should be. An individual who's
- 10:59Speaker 6: now ledge to have placed multiple explosive devices to blow
- 11:03Speaker 6: up multiple people at multiple officials, innocent civilians, is now arrested.
- 11:09Speaker 6: Thanks to the brave men and women of the FBI
- 11:11Speaker 6: and the Inner Agency. I want to take a moment
- 11:14Speaker 6: to thank the Metropolitan Police Department, the United States Capitol Police,
- 11:18Speaker 6: our brave prosecutors, the Department of Justice, and our leader,
- 11:21Speaker 6: Attorney General Pambondi and US Attorney Janine Piro, whose relentless
- 11:25Speaker 6: work on this case made this possible. As the Attorney
- 11:29Speaker 6: General said, we did not discover any new information. What
- 11:33Speaker 6: we did an investigation spearheaded by the Deputy Director and
- 11:37Speaker 6: the adic of our Washington Field office, brought in a
- 11:40Speaker 6: new team of investigators and experts, re examined every piece
- 11:43Speaker 6: of evidence, sifted through all the data, something that the
- 11:47Speaker 6: prior administration refused and failed to do. As a result
- 11:51Speaker 6: of that, we generated numerous investigative leads, executed multiple legal
- 11:56Speaker 6: process with their US attorney partners.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Let me just hit pause there. Did you notice what
- 12:01Speaker 1: cash Patel said? He said that, in essence, the last
- 12:04Speaker 1: administration didn't even try, didn't even actually work hard on
- 12:11Speaker 1: the leads. Now, if you're if this is some petty
- 12:14Speaker 1: crime and you're saying, hey, I just can't do this
- 12:17Speaker 1: because it's petty and I don't have time and we've
- 12:19Speaker 1: got other major crimes that we're having to figure out, okay,
- 12:23Speaker 1: you could have that conversation.
- 12:25Speaker 5: You could have that argument.
- 12:26Speaker 1: You could say, look, there's other things like I got
- 12:28Speaker 1: to solve a murder over here that take precedent. That's
- 12:32Speaker 1: not the case. The case here is pretty damn clear.
- 12:37Speaker 1: You have an individual that goes into our nation's capital
- 12:40Speaker 1: and sets down two bombs. They could have killed countless
- 12:45Speaker 1: innocent people. And what did they do under the prior administration?
- 12:50Speaker 5: Nothing?
- 12:51Speaker 1: They just stopped caring, or no, let me rephrase that.
- 12:55Speaker 1: It sounds like they didn't care at all. Forget stop caring.
- 13:00Speaker 1: They never even tried, right, they never even tried. And
- 13:07Speaker 1: I think that is the part that is so shocking
- 13:10Speaker 1: here is that it was just like who cares?
- 13:14Speaker 5: Now? Is that because they knew who he was.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Is that because they didn't have a problem with it
- 13:19Speaker 1: because they set a pipe bomb at the Republican National Committee,
- 13:23Speaker 1: did they not care because they were in theory this
- 13:26Speaker 1: probably would have blown up a bunch of conservatives that
- 13:31Speaker 1: showed up on the you know, January sixth, Nation's capital, right,
- 13:34Speaker 1: and that was maybe the target. So they're like, look, hey,
- 13:38Speaker 1: this was literally a guy targeting Trump's supporters.
- 13:41Speaker 5: So that's why we're okay with it.
- 13:45Speaker 1: There's a lot of questions here that should be answered.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Why did our government not accidentally felt deliberately stopped trying
- 13:57Speaker 1: to find someone that did what I just described. That
- 14:02Speaker 1: is the question that everyone should be asking, and that's
- 14:05Speaker 1: the question that everyone should be angry over.
- 14:08Speaker 5: Now.
- 14:09Speaker 1: I want you to keep listening to the FBI director
- 14:11Speaker 1: and I want you to hear what he has to
- 14:13Speaker 1: say on the second half of this as he's talking
- 14:15Speaker 1: about how frustrated he is, as he should be like
- 14:19Speaker 1: this is if you're in law enforcement, you should be
- 14:22Speaker 1: enraged that you know that law that your government purposely failed.
- 14:29Speaker 1: You deliberately chose to look the other way, deliberately chose
- 14:35Speaker 1: to stop trying to find a individual that put pipe bomps,
- 14:40Speaker 1: and we don't know what the hell else is the
- 14:41Speaker 1: guy did in the meantime. We don't know what he
- 14:44Speaker 1: did in the last three or four years. We have
- 14:46Speaker 1: no idea. Keep listening.
- 14:48Speaker 6: It's incredible and came to this conclusion today, and that
- 14:53Speaker 6: is why we were able to safely secure this individual
- 14:57Speaker 6: into custody. Remember, we were dealing with an individual who's
- 15:01Speaker 6: alleged to have made bombs. We cannot do this sort
- 15:04Speaker 6: of takedown in haste because it endangers the lives of
- 15:08Speaker 6: law enforcement, and this FBI will never allow the lives
- 15:11Speaker 6: of law enforcement and our prosecutors to be put in jeopardy.
- 15:15Speaker 6: This execution was flawless in terms of teamwork, resilience, and
- 15:20Speaker 6: just a good old fashioned way of police getting the
- 15:24Speaker 6: job done. When you let good cops be cops, this
- 15:27Speaker 6: is what happens. I'm eternally grateful to the team behind me,
- 15:31Speaker 6: to the leadership at the FBI who made this possible.
- 15:35Speaker 6: But I do want to highlight when I introduced the
- 15:37Speaker 6: deputy he made this case and so many others, including
- 15:40Speaker 6: summer heat, his priority to come in here and solve
- 15:44Speaker 6: it for the American people. And today I'm proud to
- 15:47Speaker 6: stay in here before you and say we solved it.
- 15:50Speaker 5: He will have his day in court.
- 15:52Speaker 6: The American public and the world will learn even more
- 15:54Speaker 6: information through the legal process. As we have committed under
- 15:58Speaker 6: this Attorney General, we are the most transparent law enforcement
- 16:01Speaker 6: operation in US history. But we are also going to
- 16:04Speaker 6: make sure accountability is delivered to its fullest extent, and
- 16:07Speaker 6: that happens in the courts of law with our US
- 16:09Speaker 6: attorneys and our prosecutors. So we will divulge information when
- 16:13Speaker 6: it is prudent and constitutionally permissible, while upholding the safeguards
- 16:16Speaker 6: of this case to make sure that the people that
- 16:19Speaker 6: this individual intended to victimize get the accountability to deserve,
- 16:24Speaker 6: and most importantly, to deliver in President Trump's promise to
- 16:27Speaker 6: secure our nation's capital and the rest of the cities
- 16:29Speaker 6: in this country, to make sure that Americans are allowed
- 16:33Speaker 6: to go out free and securely in their neighborhoods, and
- 16:35Speaker 6: that people around the world are allowed to visit our
- 16:38Speaker 6: nation's capital, and they now have that trust.
- 16:41Speaker 1: This should never have become a political thing.
- 16:46Speaker 5: Why is it?
- 16:47Speaker 1: Because Democrats refuse to do what the law says when
- 16:51Speaker 1: it comes to law and order. They pick winners and losers.
- 16:55Speaker 1: If you're one of their favorites, you can commit a
- 16:59Speaker 1: crime and they don't care. The FBI Director Cash Mattel
- 17:04Speaker 1: and Deputy Director Dan Bongino, they are looking at this
- 17:08Speaker 1: and they are furious. It's unprecedented what we have witnessed
- 17:13Speaker 1: and now what we know. It is shocking to realize
- 17:18Speaker 1: just how bad the FBI was run under the prior administration.
- 17:25Speaker 1: The question that I think everyone should be asking is
- 17:28Speaker 1: number one, what did they know? And why did they
- 17:32Speaker 1: not pursue it? Why did they just give up? Why
- 17:36Speaker 1: did they just look the other way. I would even
- 17:40Speaker 1: take it a step further and say, why did they
- 17:43Speaker 1: help this guy stay free for so many years when
- 17:46Speaker 1: he was a threat to society, a threat to all
- 17:50Speaker 1: of us, by the ways, a.
- 17:51Speaker 5: Threat to Democrats.
- 17:52Speaker 1: When a bomb goes off, it doesn't say are your
- 17:54Speaker 1: Republican or Democrat? It doesn't say who did you vote for?
- 17:58Speaker 1: When a bomb goes off. Let's go back to the
- 18:00Speaker 1: Boston bombing and the marathon. They don't care. It doesn't
- 18:04Speaker 1: care if you're young. It doesn't care if you're old.
- 18:08Speaker 1: It doesn't care if you're black or white. It doesn't
- 18:12Speaker 1: care if you're Democrat. Or Republican. It doesn't care when
- 18:16Speaker 1: the bomb goes off. Innocent people die, and this administration,
- 18:21Speaker 1: for some reason, or I should say the prior administration,
- 18:24Speaker 1: the Biden administration, said no, no, we're going to play politics
- 18:27Speaker 1: because that's more important than anything else, and that is.
- 18:30Speaker 5: Sick as it gets.
- 18:33Speaker 1: We're getting more information about exactly what happened with the
- 18:37Speaker 1: DC pipe bomber and how he was finally arrested, and
- 18:41Speaker 1: we're also learning the shocking news that there was no
- 18:44Speaker 1: new tip that came in that caused the arrest to happen.
- 18:47Speaker 1: It was actually just information that hadn't been pursued or
- 18:52Speaker 1: information that hadn't been put together with evidence by the
- 18:56Speaker 1: prior administration and the FBI. What we now know is
- 19:01Speaker 1: there's a man that's been charged for planting explosive devices
- 19:05Speaker 1: outside the RNC and the DNC on January the fifth
- 19:08Speaker 1: of twenty twenty one. And the only reason why we
- 19:12Speaker 1: know who he is now is because Donald Trump and
- 19:15Speaker 1: the men and women who put in charge of the
- 19:17Speaker 1: FBI and the DOJ are now able to do their
- 19:20Speaker 1: jobs the right way, which is law enforcement work in
- 19:23Speaker 1: fighting crime. The Attorney General, Pam Bondi putting it this way.
- 19:28Speaker 7: Early this morning, Brian Cole Junior was arrested and charged
- 19:33Speaker 7: with placing the pipe bombs at the RNC and the
- 19:37Speaker 7: DNC on January fifth, twenty twenty one. He has been
- 19:42Speaker 7: charged with violating eighteen USC. Eight forty four, which is
- 19:46Speaker 7: use of an explosive device. This investigation is ongoing as
- 19:52Speaker 7: we speak, Search warrants are being executed, and there could
- 19:56Speaker 7: be more charges to come. Today's arrest happened because as
- 20:00Speaker 7: the Trump administration has made this case a priority, the
- 20:05Speaker 7: total lack of movement on this case in our nation's
- 20:10Speaker 7: capital undermined the public trust of our enforcement agencies. This
- 20:17Speaker 7: cold case languished for four years until Director Patel and
- 20:24Speaker 7: Deputy Director Bongino came to the FBI. The FBI, along
- 20:30Speaker 7: with US Attorney Piro and all of our prosecutors, have
- 20:34Speaker 7: worked tirelessly for months sifting through evidence that had been
- 20:41Speaker 7: sitting at the FBI with the Biden administration.
- 20:45Speaker 5: For four long years.
- 20:48Speaker 7: Let me be clear, there was no new tip, there
- 20:51Speaker 7: was no new witness, just good diligent police work and
- 20:56Speaker 7: prosecutorial work working as a team along with atf Capitol Police,
- 21:02Speaker 7: Metropolitan Police Department, and of course, the FBI, we are
- 21:08Speaker 7: working every day to restore the public's trust. We hope
- 21:13Speaker 7: that today is a significant step towards that progress. We'll
- 21:18Speaker 7: share more information when when we can and when it unfolds.
- 21:23Speaker 7: I cannot stress enough how hard Director Patel and Deputy
- 21:28Speaker 7: Director Bongino have worked for months to make our nation's
- 21:33Speaker 7: capital safer and to make our country safer.
- 21:37Speaker 1: You listen to Pam Bondi in what she had to
- 21:40Speaker 1: say there, it's truly incredible that there was no new
- 21:44Speaker 1: information that actually led to this arrest. Cash Battel saying
- 21:49Speaker 1: this as well on TV in an interview.
- 21:52Speaker 8: So there's been some uncertainty, you know, certainly online, so
- 21:56Speaker 8: I don't know what's real and what's not. Sometimes it's
- 21:58Speaker 8: a little hard to follow on and when these devices
- 22:00Speaker 8: were actually planted. Does this arrest crystallize the timeline at
- 22:05Speaker 8: all in terms of, you know, the sequence of events
- 22:07Speaker 8: that's sort of been up in the air again, you know,
- 22:09Speaker 8: especially online.
- 22:11Speaker 5: It absolutely does.
- 22:12Speaker 6: And I don't want to get ahead of the Department
- 22:13Speaker 6: of Justice, but you're going to see a crystal clear
- 22:15Speaker 6: timeline and picture in the next twenty four hours when
- 22:18Speaker 6: this individual makes his presentment. And first appearance in court,
- 22:21Speaker 6: and we proceed with the paperwork to his arraignment. That's
- 22:24Speaker 6: where key pieces of information are going to be made
- 22:27Speaker 6: public for the first time, because that's where key pieces
- 22:29Speaker 6: of information legally must be made public for the first time.
- 22:32Speaker 6: And we're not going to disrupt that process because that
- 22:34Speaker 6: would hurt the integrity of investigation and most importantly, would
- 22:37Speaker 6: hurt the integrity of the prosecution that's upcoming.
- 22:40Speaker 1: You listen to Cash Battel, and what he's saying is
- 22:43Speaker 1: you're getting transparency. He also made it clear and this
- 22:47Speaker 1: is a Cash Betel tweet. When Dan Bond, Geno and
- 22:49Speaker 1: I came to the FBI in March, the pipe bomb
- 22:52Speaker 1: investigation be installed for going on five years. We rebuilt
- 22:57Speaker 1: it from scratch, rerunning every lead, testing every piece of evidence,
- 23:02Speaker 1: bring in top experts, and deploying new technology to engineer
- 23:05Speaker 1: the break that finally nailed the suspect. Today is result
- 23:10Speaker 1: of that outstanding work. We didn't need new evidence, just
- 23:14Speaker 1: new leaders and a new President Trump willing to let
- 23:18Speaker 1: good cops be cops. This goes exactly back to that principle.
- 23:25Speaker 1: The President of United States of America chose people to
- 23:28Speaker 1: put in positions of power that understand exactly what they
- 23:33Speaker 1: needed to do, which was go after the bad guys,
- 23:36Speaker 1: arrest them, and make sure that men and women are safe.
- 23:40Speaker 1: And finally, even Judge Janine said the DC pipe bomber
- 23:45Speaker 1: was quiet. She also revealed insight into his low key
- 23:48Speaker 1: personal life, saying, federal authorities say they found bomb making
- 23:52Speaker 1: materials in the suspect's home. The US Attorney for the
- 23:57Speaker 1: District of Columbia, Judge Janine revealing all of this after
- 24:02Speaker 1: it was announced the indictment. Federal authorities arresting that thirty
- 24:06Speaker 1: year old of Virginia Thursday morning, And yet again she
- 24:10Speaker 1: re emphasized this important point that this was after a
- 24:14Speaker 1: nearly five year long pause in essence of the investigation,
- 24:18Speaker 1: involving millions of pieces of data. Now we have him,
- 24:23Speaker 1: and Americans can sleep a little better knowing that the
- 24:26Speaker 1: DC Pipe Bomber is behind bars. Operation Overlord the D

- 25:45Speaker 1: Court handing Donald Trump a massive victory when it comes
- 25:50Speaker 1: to redistricting in Texas, a sweeping legal and political victory
- 25:56Speaker 1: with big implications for the twenty twenty six midterms and
- 26:00Speaker 1: the twenty twenty eight presidential election cycle. Now the left
- 26:05Speaker 1: lost their minds over what Texas was doing with redistricting,
- 26:09Speaker 1: and they decided to sue.
- 26:11Speaker 5: Well, guess what.
- 26:12Speaker 1: The Supreme Court delivered a significant victory for not only
- 26:16Speaker 1: the president of the United States of America, but also
- 26:19Speaker 1: for states rights, ruling to affirm the Texas congressional redistricting map.
- 26:25Speaker 1: The decision effectively upholds the state's current district lines, rejecting
- 26:30Speaker 1: efforts to overturn them by the radical left, and giving
- 26:34Speaker 1: Republicans a clear path to maintain and potentially even expand
- 26:39Speaker 1: their political advantage in one of the nation's largest and
- 26:43Speaker 1: fastest growing states, which is extremely important for controlling Congress
- 26:48Speaker 1: and also the White House. Let me talk to you
- 26:51Speaker 1: about the takeaways. Number one, Not only was this a
- 26:55Speaker 1: massive win for Trump in the election strategy, but the
- 26:58Speaker 1: ruling validate it's the same redistricting principles that Trump and
- 27:02Speaker 1: the GOP leaders have defended for years, that state sovereignty,
- 27:07Speaker 1: constitutional authority, and legislature's power to draw maps without federal interference.
- 27:14Speaker 1: The second victory here was GOP's strength in the critical
- 27:19Speaker 1: battleground for the country. The upheld map solidifies not only
- 27:23Speaker 1: Republican advantages in multiple key districts, protecting the gains that
- 27:28Speaker 1: have been made under President Trump's leadership in san the
- 27:30Speaker 1: stage for even stronger conservative performance In twenty twenty six
- 27:36Speaker 1: and twenty twenty eight, the Court rejected the challenge that
- 27:40Speaker 1: could have undone years of GOP progress. By refusing to
- 27:44Speaker 1: strite down the Texas Map, the court shut down a
- 27:47Speaker 1: major legal challenge that could have unraveled Republican leaning districts
- 27:51Speaker 1: across the state. Now this ensures political stability and predictability
- 27:56Speaker 1: and continuity for the next several election cycles. It also
- 28:01Speaker 1: reinforces the constitutional vision the Trumpet champion and what he
- 28:05Speaker 1: ran on. The majority opinion signal strong support for the
- 28:10Speaker 1: constitutional framework Conservatives have been defending states, not Washington bureaucrats
- 28:15Speaker 1: or activist groups control the redistricting. It's also just a
- 28:20Speaker 1: huge momentum boost for Texas Republicans. With the map locked in,
- 28:25Speaker 1: Republican tenets can now run confidently and aggressively, knowing the
- 28:30Speaker 1: courts will not be used to undermine their districts. This
- 28:34Speaker 1: ruling effectively gives a GOP a green light to build
- 28:37Speaker 1: even bigger majorities. And then there's the political impact. Not
- 28:41Speaker 1: only does the strengthen Trump's national influence, but it also
- 28:45Speaker 1: provides again for his judicial legacy in shaping the country.
- 28:50Speaker 1: It also secures Texas as a GOP fortress, which is
- 28:54Speaker 1: extremely important when it comes to presidential election and making
- 28:58Speaker 1: Democrats pick up efforts even harder than before. It also
- 29:03Speaker 1: boosts fundraising and kennet recruitment since the districts are now
- 29:07Speaker 1: stable and also favorable. It eliminates uncertainty that could have
- 29:11Speaker 1: disrupted campaigns heading into the midterms as well that was
- 29:15Speaker 1: part of the Democratic strategy of chaos, and it affirms
- 29:19Speaker 1: conservative legal arguments on separation of powers and states' rights.
- 29:25Speaker 1: The bottom line is the Supreme Court didn't just hand
- 29:27Speaker 1: Texas Republicans a win. It delivered one of the most
- 29:31Speaker 1: consequential redistricting victories of the decade, reinforcing President Trump's long
- 29:37Speaker 1: term political strategy and submitting Conservatives control in the country's
- 29:42Speaker 1: most important red state. This is a massive victory for
- 29:47Speaker 1: President Trump and for the rule of law and states rights.
