- 0:00Speaker 1: We've got a lot to discuss today, and there's two
- 0:03Speaker 1: major stories. Number One, Joe Biden has now gone full
- 0:07Speaker 1: blown anti Israel, calling for a two state solution and
- 0:13Speaker 1: demanding a ceasefire from Israel after Israel is continuing to
- 0:18Speaker 1: go after the actual terrorists that are killing so many
- 0:23Speaker 1: Jews in America and around the world. They are targeting
- 0:28Speaker 1: Jews and they are wanting to kill them. We now
- 0:32Speaker 1: know the Democratic Party is against the Jewish people.
- 0:35Speaker 2: We know they're the ones that are supporting.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Supplying, and funding the anti Semitic protesters on college campuses
- 0:44Speaker 1: and calling for the annihilation of the Jewish people from
- 0:46Speaker 1: the river to the sea. That is being funded by
- 0:49Speaker 1: the Democratic Party elite, those that have the most cash
- 0:54Speaker 1: to spend, billionaires like George Soros and others. They are
- 0:58Speaker 1: funding this on college camp emphasis.
- 1:00Speaker 2: We also know.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Now that more than we have before about who's funding
- 1:04Speaker 1: this around the world. It includes now Cuba and China.
- 1:09Speaker 1: I'm going to give you the details on that coming
- 1:11Speaker 1: up in just a moment. I'm going to give you
- 1:13Speaker 1: those details as well, But first let me tell you
- 1:16Speaker 1: about Patriot Mobile. For ten years, Patriot Mobile has been
- 1:21Speaker 1: America's only Christian, conservative wireless provider. Why does that matter
- 1:27Speaker 1: to you, Because if you're with Big Mobile, then you're
- 1:29Speaker 1: giving big donations every time you pay your bill to
- 1:33Speaker 1: liberal causes, liberal candidates, liberal organizations, and you may actually
- 1:38Speaker 1: be helping fund plan parenthood. Now, when I found that
- 1:42Speaker 1: out years ago, i made the switch to Patriot Mobile.
- 1:45Speaker 1: And look, switching cell phone providers was not easy until
- 1:50Speaker 1: mile recently. It's now twenty twenty four and I had
- 1:53Speaker 1: to switch a line the other day.
- 1:55Speaker 2: It was easy.
- 1:55Speaker 1: I didn't have to go into a store. I didn't
- 1:58Speaker 1: have to wait on the phone for hours on end.
- 2:01Speaker 1: In fact, the entire process switching from one provider to
- 2:05Speaker 1: another took me about ten minutes. Yes, that is now
- 2:10Speaker 1: how easy it is with technology to switch. You can
- 2:12Speaker 1: keep your same cell phone number you have right now,
- 2:15Speaker 1: your same device you have in your hand, or you
- 2:17Speaker 1: can upgrade to a new one if you want to. Now,
- 2:20Speaker 1: the best part about Patreon Mobile is not only do
- 2:22Speaker 1: you get the same coverage you're used to because they
- 2:25Speaker 1: use the same exact towers you're using right now, but
- 2:28Speaker 1: every time you pay your bill, about five percent of
- 2:30Speaker 1: that bill actually goes back to fight for what we
- 2:33Speaker 1: believe in at no extra cost to you. Yeah, you'll
- 2:36Speaker 1: save money, usually on your cell phone bill while supporting
- 2:39Speaker 1: conservative causes. They get money every single month to groups
- 2:42Speaker 1: that support free speech, groups that support religious freedom, and
- 2:46Speaker 1: most importantly for me, groups that support the sanctity of
- 2:50Speaker 1: life protecting unborn babies. They also are huge advocates for
- 2:55Speaker 1: the Second Amendment, and they get back to our military,
- 2:57Speaker 1: our veterans, and our wounded warriors as well as our
- 3:01Speaker 1: first responder heroes. So make a difference with every text,
- 3:05Speaker 1: with every phone call. Just go to Patriot Mobile dot
- 3:08Speaker 1: com slash ben that's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ben,
- 3:13Speaker 1: or call them nine to seven to Patriot and get
- 3:15Speaker 1: free activation when you use the offer code ben join me.
- 3:19Speaker 1: Make the switch today Patriotmobile dot com slash Ben or
- 3:22Speaker 1: nine to seven to two Patriot. Michael Cohen has got
- 3:26Speaker 1: some problems because he's been lying. Yes, he has been
- 3:31Speaker 1: lying on the stand. MSNBC talking about it. They spent
- 3:38Speaker 1: about eight minutes trying to rehab him. But Michael Cohen
- 3:42Speaker 1: is lying. NBC News covering the Trump trial said, Michael
- 3:47Speaker 1: Cohen lying quote not a devastating blow to the prosecution.
- 3:52Speaker 2: Admitting that he is lying on the stand. Take a listen, Danny,
- 3:56Speaker 2: let's bring you in here.
- 3:57Speaker 3: How significant a moment was that?
- 3:59Speaker 4: I mean, does that really give the jury something to doubt?
- 4:01Speaker 1: Here?
- 4:02Speaker 5: It's significant, but I appear to be in the minority.
- 4:05Speaker 5: A lot of folks seem to think this was a
- 4:07Speaker 5: devastating blow for the prosecution. I don't see it that way.
- 4:10Speaker 5: I doubt the prosecutions is that way. I would bet
- 4:12Speaker 5: the defense doesn't even consider it that Michael Cohen is
- 4:16Speaker 5: a cooperating witness. By definition, he's a guy who has
- 4:19Speaker 5: credibility issues. So when you're asking him about a phone call,
- 4:22Speaker 5: and if you catch him, they're going to say in
- 4:25Speaker 5: a lie or maybe forgetting what the reason was for
- 4:28Speaker 5: his phone call eight years ago. A couple of things
- 4:30Speaker 5: could happen. The jury might think, oh, he's concealing it,
- 4:33Speaker 5: which is bad for the prosecution, or they may just
- 4:35Speaker 5: conclude it was eight years ago he just doesn't remember.
- 4:38Speaker 5: So really, I don't think it was a devastating blow
- 4:42Speaker 5: to the prosecution, but it's something they may want to
- 4:44Speaker 5: clean up on redirect. Do look for the defense to
- 4:47Speaker 5: focus on that phone call in their closing and say
- 4:51Speaker 5: Michael Cohen himself has reasonable doubt about whether or not
- 4:54Speaker 5: he even called Donald Trump. You should have reasonable doubt
- 4:58Speaker 5: about his story. He's a liar, he's got a motive
- 5:01Speaker 5: to lie, and we even caught him in one particular lie.
- 5:04Speaker 5: Expect something like that, for them to focus on that
- 5:07Speaker 5: one moment in a cross examination that otherwise didn't have
- 5:10Speaker 5: a lot of aha moments.
- 5:11Speaker 2: Yeah, so because of that, no court today. We expect
- 5:14Speaker 2: this cross will wrap up on Monday.
- 5:16Speaker 5: What more do you think the defense needs to do
- 5:18Speaker 5: to try and make their case here? Needs to do nothing.
- 5:21Speaker 5: They don't have the burden to prove anything, and they
- 5:24Speaker 5: will say that several times in their closing That's why
- 5:27Speaker 5: you may see the defense called zero witnesses. It happens
- 5:31Speaker 5: more often than you think. I frequently call no witnesses.
- 5:34Speaker 5: It's a risk averse move to do so. I wouldn't
- 5:38Speaker 5: be surprised if they rest with no evidence, no witnesses,
- 5:41Speaker 5: and then just proceed to closing arguments and really try
- 5:44Speaker 5: to argue that the state has not proved the case
- 5:46Speaker 5: beyond a reasonable doubt.
- 5:49Speaker 1: I love how NBC News there says He's like, look,
- 5:51Speaker 1: I'm in the minority here.
- 5:54Speaker 2: Did you hear that? I don't think this is devastating.
- 5:57Speaker 1: You're on a trial, you're a juror, and the main
- 6:00Speaker 1: witness that this entire case revolves around is caught lying
- 6:06Speaker 1: on the stand. Now, there was also something else that
- 6:10Speaker 1: was very damning that was played during this court case.
- 6:14Speaker 1: And this is part number two that I think is
- 6:17Speaker 1: extremely important when it comes to all of this, Okay,
- 6:21Speaker 1: and that is Michael Cohen has made it clear. Michael
- 6:26Speaker 1: Cohen is a guy that hates Donald Trump. He's made
- 6:32Speaker 1: money off of attacking Donald Trump. They played the audio
- 6:37Speaker 1: in the court case so that they could hear him
- 6:41Speaker 1: on TikTok attacking the president of the United States of America.
- 6:45Speaker 2: Listen to what Michael Cohen.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Again, this is Michael Cohen in his own words about
- 6:51Speaker 1: Donald Trump, and the jury heard this.
- 6:53Speaker 2: It was played in court.
- 6:56Speaker 6: I truly can hope that this man dands up in prison.
- 6:59Speaker 6: It won't bring back the year that I lost or
- 7:01Speaker 6: the damage done to my family, But revenge is a
- 7:04Speaker 6: dish best serve cold, and you better believe I want
- 7:07Speaker 6: this man to go down and rot in sighth for
- 7:10Speaker 6: what he did to me and my family.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Okay, so you were.
- 7:14Speaker 1: He wants him to rot Okay, I let's let's just
- 7:18Speaker 1: let's just back that up quote. I truly effing hope
- 7:23Speaker 1: that this man ends up in prison, the man Donald Trump.
- 7:28Speaker 1: It won't bring back the year that I lost or
- 7:30Speaker 1: the damage under my family. But revenge is a dish.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Revenge this man's talking about. Revenge is a dish. Best
- 7:36Speaker 1: serve cold. And you better believe I want this man
- 7:39Speaker 1: to go down and rot inside for what he did
- 7:43Speaker 1: to me and my family. So the this is on TikTok.
- 7:48Speaker 1: This guy, this is their this is their witness. Okay, like,
- 7:51Speaker 1: this is their guy. And then he gets caught lying
- 7:55Speaker 1: about a phone call. So you you have to ask
- 7:59Speaker 1: yourself the question, right, And this is the same question
- 8:02Speaker 1: that MSNBC brought up, like, hey, this.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Guy's a liar. The jury knows he's a liar.
- 8:09Speaker 1: NBC News like, well, we think they'll overlook it. They
- 8:12Speaker 1: can get over the line, right way, we can move
- 8:15Speaker 1: past this. Keep listening to the MSNBC trying to rehab Michael
- 8:18Speaker 1: coh into the world and.
- 8:19Speaker 7: At the courthouse again. Yesterday we talked about that podcast
- 8:23Speaker 7: moment in just a second, but let's go back to
- 8:25Speaker 7: because it was a little confusing, maybe as you listened
- 8:28Speaker 7: through it. What was Todd Blanche What was the Trump
- 8:30Speaker 7: defense team getting at with that text and phone call
- 8:33Speaker 7: between Michael Cohen and the bodyguard Keith Schiller.
- 8:36Speaker 8: Well, let's talk about there was a narrow implication and
- 8:39Speaker 8: then a much broader one, Wally that they were trying
- 8:41Speaker 8: to draw. The first thing they were trying to say
- 8:43Speaker 8: is that Cohen's testimony about the phone call on October
- 8:47Speaker 8: twenty fourth between him and Keith Schiller, which he testified
- 8:51Speaker 8: was really a call to Trump about the Stormy Daniel's settlement,
- 8:53Speaker 8: wasn't true. They presented him with text messages and phone
- 8:57Speaker 8: call records that hadn't been part of his direct examination.
- 9:00Speaker 8: And the insinuation was you manufacture this when you said
- 9:03Speaker 8: you talked to Keith Shiller in order to talk to
- 9:05Speaker 8: Donald Trump about finalizing the Stormy Daniels settlement. That didn't
- 9:09Speaker 8: really happen, did it. You had a minute and thirty long, minute,
- 9:12Speaker 8: thirty second long phone call with him, and juxtaposed with
- 9:15Speaker 8: these texts about the fourteen year old who was prank
- 9:17Speaker 8: calling you at the time, it's pretty clear that you
- 9:20Speaker 8: called Keith Shiller to complain about that to get secret
- 9:22Speaker 8: service involved to get security involved in these harassing phone calls.
- 9:26Speaker 8: It had nothing to do with Stormy Daniels. That may
- 9:29Speaker 8: or may not be true. It is also true that
- 9:32Speaker 8: two days later, on the twenty six, there is indisputably
- 9:35Speaker 8: calls between Michael Cohen and Donald Trump. And I expect
- 9:39Speaker 8: on redirect that we'll hear a lot from the prosecution
- 9:41Speaker 8: about that. That Michael Cohen certainly notified Donald Trump and
- 9:45Speaker 8: spoke with him for some longer period of time as
- 9:47Speaker 8: he was finalizing it. But the broader implication that Todd
- 9:50Speaker 8: Blanche was trying to draw is, if you can't trust
- 9:53Speaker 8: Michael Cohen about this phone call, can you really trust
- 9:56Speaker 8: any of his testimony about the conversations that he had
- 9:58Speaker 8: with Donald Trump at the time? After all, this was
- 10:01Speaker 8: nearly eight years ago. And isn't it really the case
- 10:04Speaker 8: that Michael Cohen's recollection is not organic, but is rather
- 10:07Speaker 8: the construction of multiple prep sessions upon prep sessions with
- 10:12Speaker 8: prosecutors from the Manhattan DIA's office who have constructed a
- 10:15Speaker 8: memory in Michael Cohen that didn't organically exist about a
- 10:19Speaker 8: conversation that never happened, and others as well.
- 10:22Speaker 1: So he lied, he lied right there in this court case,
- 10:28Speaker 1: not eight years ago. He took a phone call and
- 10:32Speaker 1: a phone call record and then said that a big,
- 10:35Speaker 1: long conversation took place about Stormy down on some paying
- 10:38Speaker 1: her off. That was a one minute and thirty second
- 10:41Speaker 1: phone call with text messages that the defense never shared
- 10:45Speaker 1: with the court that were clearly about a harassing phone
- 10:49Speaker 1: call and wanting to get the Secret Service involved somebody
- 10:51Speaker 1: that was harassing them and that's why the phone call
- 10:54Speaker 1: even took place, and said I need to talk to
- 10:57Speaker 1: you about this, and he's like, oh crap, I lied,
- 11:00Speaker 1: I made it all up. Oh wait, I just took
- 11:02Speaker 1: a phone call and said something else was talked about.
- 11:05Speaker 1: But the text message show that the phone call happened
- 11:09Speaker 1: for one reason because of a different subject.
- 11:14Speaker 2: Sann.
- 11:15Speaker 1: By the way, they're now hedging their bets having to
- 11:18Speaker 1: admit that this isn't going well. Sann's Anderson Cooper said
- 11:24Speaker 1: it this way about what happened to Michael Cohen and
- 11:27Speaker 1: the cross examination by Trump's legal team.
- 11:31Speaker 9: It was an extraordinary cross examination by Todd Blanche and
- 11:35Speaker 9: you know Michael Cohen's throughout the day. Michael Cohen went
- 11:39Speaker 9: cornered and when he found himself in a corner. He
- 11:43Speaker 9: does have a pattern of suddenly not understanding the question
- 11:47Speaker 9: that being asked. It seemingly kind of I mean, one
- 11:50Speaker 9: could say buying time to try to figure out what
- 11:52Speaker 9: how he wants to answer, but he definitely suddenly starts to,
- 11:57Speaker 9: you know, have a Todd blanche repeat questions and said,
- 12:00Speaker 9: I quite understand what you mean.
- 12:01Speaker 2: I'm confused by the question.
- 12:04Speaker 9: But this time Michael Cohen was was cornered in what
- 12:08Speaker 9: appeared to be a lie. I think too many in
- 12:12Speaker 9: the room and had to adjust suddenly his memory that
- 12:17Speaker 9: he had just testified to on Tuesday.
- 12:22Speaker 2: I mean, you can hear it.
- 12:23Speaker 1: They're like, okay, we we gotta just kind of admit
- 12:27Speaker 1: things aren't good, right. Trump's attorney cornered Michael Cohen what
- 12:32Speaker 1: appeared to be a lie. So so so now they're
- 12:39Speaker 1: saying what everybody else was watching in the court, this
- 12:43Speaker 1: was a lie. It was a lie, and it happened
- 12:47Speaker 1: to the jury, and it was a lie that it
- 12:52Speaker 1: just was gonna happen. There's also Trump lawyer's cross examining
- 12:58Speaker 1: Michael Cohen, and and this is another thing that they
- 13:00Speaker 1: said on CNN.
- 13:01Speaker 3: Listen, we knew Caitlin Collins that they were going to
- 13:05Speaker 3: be aggressive against Michael Cohen, and it seems that mister
- 13:09Speaker 3: Blanche had a few tricks up his sleeve things we
- 13:11Speaker 3: did not anticipate. We anticipated that he was going to
- 13:14Speaker 3: ask Michael Cohen about a number of things that he
- 13:17Speaker 3: had said under oath that he had since admitted were
- 13:20Speaker 3: not true, about contradictions he had made in terms of
- 13:23Speaker 3: telling one judge that he was pleading guilty to a
- 13:25Speaker 3: crime because he's guilty of it, telling another judge that
- 13:27Speaker 3: he was never guilty of that crime, then trying to
- 13:29Speaker 3: get permission from another judge to have unsupervised release. But
- 13:33Speaker 3: now we are learning that he had even more than
- 13:36Speaker 3: we knew. I want to bring in former Trump White
- 13:39Speaker 3: House communications director Alissa Farrah Griffin. Alissa, So, Michael Cohen
- 13:44Speaker 3: says he never sought a job at the White House.
- 13:48Speaker 3: The prosecutors, I mean, Michael Cohen said he never sought
- 13:52Speaker 3: a job at the White House. Ryan Lanza here, who
- 13:54Speaker 3: worked on the twenty sixteen campaign, says that's not true.
- 13:57Speaker 3: He recalls Michael Cohen one to be White House counsel.
- 14:01Speaker 3: We have some journalists on our panel here saying that's
- 14:04Speaker 3: not true. They were called Michael Cohen saying he was
- 14:06Speaker 3: going to join the White House. He was very excited
- 14:09Speaker 3: to do so, according to Blanche. By the way, Cohen,
- 14:13Speaker 3: this is about the harassing calls. Cohen said the person
- 14:17Speaker 3: they would have to explain to the Secret Service. The
- 14:19Speaker 3: person replied, I'm fourteen, Please don't do this. This is
- 14:21Speaker 3: when Michael Cohen was getting a harassing phone calls. There
- 14:24Speaker 3: is a block feature on phones, by the way, if
- 14:26Speaker 3: you're getting harassing phone calls in any case, Alizafir Griffin,
- 14:31Speaker 3: tell me what.
- 14:32Speaker 2: Do you think?
- 14:35Speaker 4: So listen. I was working for a number of Republican
- 14:37Speaker 4: lawmakers at that time, several of whom would go into
- 14:39Speaker 4: the administration, including mcmulvaney as omb Director. And it was
- 14:43Speaker 4: widely known and believed. Now, Michael Cohen never told me firsthand,
- 14:47Speaker 4: I'm going into the White House. I want to, but
- 14:49Speaker 4: it was widely discussed that he was angling for attorney
- 14:52Speaker 4: general or to be a White House counsel's. I mean,
- 14:54Speaker 4: there's dozens and dozens of people around Washington who could
- 14:57Speaker 4: cooperate that. My jaw hit the floor when I hurt him.
- 15:00Speaker 4: That and is a practical matter which is probably extraneous
- 15:03Speaker 4: to this discussion, but I'll share anyway, he likely wouldn't
- 15:06Speaker 4: have qualified for a job in the West Wing. You
- 15:08Speaker 4: have to be able to get a top secret security clearance.
- 15:11Speaker 4: They would have gone through his finances. Frankly, this home
- 15:13Speaker 4: equity line probably would have shown up. The payment that
- 15:16Speaker 4: he got back likely would have shown up on a
- 15:18Speaker 4: financial disclosure. But yeah, that really struck me. And to
- 15:21Speaker 4: be honest, I do not think this is going the
- 15:23Speaker 4: way the prosecution had hoped.
- 15:25Speaker 1: So I love the way you think. Yeah, this would
- 15:29Speaker 1: have shown up. Of course, it would have shown up
- 15:32Speaker 1: when you go through the background check, it would have
- 15:34Speaker 1: shown up.
- 15:37Speaker 2: This is a no brainer.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Here MSNBC one of their hosts, right, Ari Melbert, saying
- 15:45Speaker 1: this about the case. He's one of their hosts. He
- 15:48Speaker 1: was like, I'm outside the courtroom. I gotta be honest
- 15:50Speaker 1: with you.
- 15:50Speaker 2: Listen.
- 15:51Speaker 10: I think the punches are building cumulatively. I think Tuesday
- 15:55Speaker 10: there were bruises and today there's blood. To extend the metaphor,
- 15:59Speaker 10: they're not done. This is a back and forth process.
- 16:01Speaker 8: I was listening to.
- 16:01Speaker 10: Your reporting, following along, like everyone, I'm going back in
- 16:04Speaker 10: the court room next. I was just speaking to our
- 16:06Speaker 10: Colleaguelaurence o'donald, who spoke to MSNBC today as well. I
- 16:09Speaker 10: think the collective view is these are moments the jury
- 16:11Speaker 10: will remember and they are instilling or adding possible doubts
- 16:15Speaker 10: about Michael Cohen's long term credibility, as I think everyone
- 16:18Speaker 10: knows by new has followed the trial. The question is
- 16:20Speaker 10: and has he changed his mind and retracted things? Both
- 16:23Speaker 10: sides agree on that that's not in doubt. The question
- 16:25Speaker 10: is does this guy still lie? And if he does
- 16:28Speaker 10: still lie about anything, little, medium or large, can you
- 16:31Speaker 10: trust him? And the standard is not okay, do we
- 16:36Speaker 10: have to be convinced that he lies about everything? The
- 16:40Speaker 10: standard for the jury and why Blanche is making some progress, is,
- 16:44Speaker 10: by the end of this, does the jury have reasonable
- 16:47Speaker 10: doubt about Cohen telling the truth on elements of the crime.
- 16:51Speaker 10: The other stuff won't ultimately matter when they deliberate it
- 16:54Speaker 10: just a cruise. But what we saw in that kind
- 16:56Speaker 10: of dramatic back and forth that it's been described today, well,
- 16:58Speaker 10: but you did lie and have you and why do
- 17:01Speaker 10: you sound like this? And a podcast where you might
- 17:03Speaker 10: sound allegedly unhinged. All of that accruise to whether jurors
- 17:06Speaker 10: go back and say I doubt whether he's telling the
- 17:09Speaker 10: truth about an element of the crime, for example, Trump's
- 17:11Speaker 10: criminal intent back in sixteen. So I think they are
- 17:15Speaker 10: landing blows Andrea.
- 17:17Speaker 2: That's MSNBC there.
- 17:19Speaker 1: And the reason why they're saying this, and the reason
- 17:22Speaker 1: why they're doing this is they're trying to get out
- 17:25Speaker 1: of the fact that they're the ones that pushed this
- 17:28Speaker 1: case and said Donald Trump's going to be found guilty. Now, look,
- 17:31Speaker 1: Donald Trump could still be found guilty. I want to
- 17:33Speaker 1: be clear about that, because you're in a courtroom in
- 17:37Speaker 1: a place, Okay, you're in a courtroom in a place
- 17:44Speaker 1: where what ninety percent of the people voted against Donald J.
- 17:47Speaker 2: Trump?
- 17:49Speaker 1: Okay, so that they could still do this. But you
- 17:52Speaker 1: hope that there's at least one juror out there that
- 17:55Speaker 1: luks and says I can't trust Michael Cohen. How could
- 18:00Speaker 1: I trust Michael Cohen. Michael Cohen lied to our face.
- 18:05Speaker 1: He lied about a phone call, He lied about not
- 18:08Speaker 1: trying to get a job at the White House, which
- 18:10Speaker 1: everyone knew he was trying to get at the White House.
- 18:13Speaker 1: Michael Cohen was was the reason why we've been told
- 18:16Speaker 1: he paid Stormy Daniels out of his own pocket. Was
- 18:19Speaker 1: he was basically using it, almost as if it was
- 18:21Speaker 1: like a shoe in for the White House job. In Blackmail,
- 18:24Speaker 1: it was like, Hey, I took out a heelock loan
- 18:27Speaker 1: that my wife didn't even know about because I know
- 18:30Speaker 1: she wouldn't let me do this. I paid this myself,
- 18:33Speaker 1: mister President, because I didn't want it to be embarrassing
- 18:35Speaker 1: to you, and so I took all this risk for you. Man,
- 18:40Speaker 1: I need a job in the White House. I want
- 18:42Speaker 1: to be the Attorney General, which tells you how delusional
- 18:44Speaker 1: he is. I said, it's on Fox this week. I said,
- 18:46Speaker 1: Michael Cohen wasn't on the A list, he wasn't on
- 18:49Speaker 1: the B list. He went on the C list. He
- 18:50Speaker 1: would on the WTF list. Okay, Michael Cohen was never
- 18:54Speaker 1: going to be the Attorney General. Michael Cohen was never
- 18:58Speaker 1: going to be White House counsel either. Like that was
- 19:01Speaker 1: never ever ever going to happen. Michael Cohen was never
- 19:06Speaker 1: getting those jobs. And it shows you how delusional he
- 19:10Speaker 1: is that he thought he could become the Attorney General
- 19:12Speaker 1: of the United States of America when he's a guy
- 19:16Speaker 1: that was hoping to get the job.
- 19:19Speaker 2: Only because.
- 19:21Speaker 1: He paid out of his own pocket Stormy Daniels some
- 19:24Speaker 1: cash so he could use it as leverage, or you
- 19:27Speaker 1: could argue at this point blackmail to then try to
- 19:31Speaker 1: force Trump to give him the job that he desperately
- 19:34Speaker 1: wanted so he would be important, right, Because really, that's
- 19:38Speaker 1: what this is all about. He wanted to be important.
- 19:43Speaker 1: He wanted to be really, really really important. He wanted
- 19:48Speaker 1: to be the man. He wanted to make sure that
- 19:52Speaker 1: he was the man.
- 19:54Speaker 10: Right.
- 19:54Speaker 2: He wanted to make.
- 19:55Speaker 1: Sure that when people looked at Michael Cohen, he was
- 19:59Speaker 1: a guy in the White House that made it. He
- 20:02Speaker 1: didn't want to get left behind, and so he probably thought, Hey,
- 20:06Speaker 1: paying Stormy Daniels some cash, pulling out a heelock loan,
- 20:09Speaker 1: hiding it from my wife, this is money well spent,
- 20:12Speaker 1: because I'm gonna get paid back when he gets to
- 20:14Speaker 1: the White House.
- 20:16Speaker 2: He's gonna owe me one.
- 20:19Speaker 1: Now that the jury's got all of this, they've got
- 20:24Speaker 1: a lie that they know was told to them during
- 20:27Speaker 1: the trial. They've got other lies that have now been
- 20:31Speaker 1: clearly exposed. He told in the past, and then he's
- 20:35Speaker 1: lied at the trial about his lies in the past.
- 20:40Speaker 1: So it's like three different ways of lying that he's
- 20:43Speaker 1: all been caught to the point where MSNBC says, hey,
- 20:46Speaker 1: he was bruised yesterday, now he's bleeding today. I want
- 20:49Speaker 1: to get by the way, and I'm going to keep
- 20:51Speaker 1: covering everything going on with a Trump trial. Make sure
- 20:54Speaker 1: you listen to the podcasts all week. I'm going to
- 20:57Speaker 1: be doing the podcast every day as all, but we're
- 21:00Speaker 1: going to be really focusing a lot on the Trump
- 21:04Speaker 1: trial and what happens this week.
- 21:06Speaker 2: So download it, listen to it.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Ben Ferguson podcasts every every day, and I'm going to
- 21:12Speaker 1: keep you updated on what's happening in this trial. But
- 21:14Speaker 1: there's also what I mentioned earlier that I want to
- 21:16Speaker 1: get to and that deals with what's also going on now,
- 21:20Speaker 1: specifically with Israel. President Biden now is continuing to show
- 21:27Speaker 1: how much he is working not with Israel, not for Israel,
- 21:32Speaker 1: but against Israel. And the reason why he's working against
- 21:36Speaker 1: Israel is because he's had to sell sell his soul
- 21:38Speaker 1: to the terrorists, to the devil, to Hamas to try
- 21:43Speaker 1: to get the thirty five and younger crowd of the
- 21:46Speaker 1: Democratic Party, which are socialists, Marxists.
- 21:48Speaker 2: And communists on his side, on his team.
- 21:54Speaker 1: That's what this really boils down to the Democratic Party,
- 21:58Speaker 1: and the polling numbers are showing now overwhelmingly that Joe
- 22:02Speaker 1: Biden is in real trouble with younger voters and specifically
- 22:07Speaker 1: younger voters that believe that the president should not be
- 22:12Speaker 1: supporting and or advocating for Israel. They hate Israel, they
- 22:17Speaker 1: hate the Jews, and they want to push the Jews
- 22:19Speaker 1: into the sea is how they describe it. From the
- 22:22Speaker 1: river the sea. They want to exterminate all the Jews.
- 22:24Speaker 1: It's no different than the Hitler mentality. Now, it's all,
- 22:27Speaker 1: I want to be clear, a campaign tactic for him
- 22:30Speaker 1: to avoid losing the support of the anti Israel wing
- 22:33Speaker 1: of the Democratic Party, the socialist, communists and Marxist as
- 22:35Speaker 1: I've said and I will continue to say over again
- 22:38Speaker 1: over again, because I do believe that the Democratic Party
- 22:40Speaker 1: is in fact dead. Okay, I completely believe that the
- 22:46Speaker 1: Democratic Party is dead. They are now Marxists and socialists
- 22:51Speaker 1: and communists who are mascer rating as Democrats. AMA's supporters,
- 22:58Speaker 1: by the way, are screaming about palies in in casualties
- 23:01Speaker 1: for example, and there this is happening on college campuses
- 23:04Speaker 1: and at college graduations. It's important to remember that the
- 23:09Speaker 1: casualty numbers that we are getting are coming directly from
- 23:13Speaker 1: the terrorist organization Hamas. And even though we're getting these
- 23:17Speaker 1: numbers from Hamas, the Biden administration is treating these casualty
- 23:22Speaker 1: numbers as if they are fact. Now, this is the
- 23:25Speaker 1: same organization, by the way, who that are giving us
- 23:28Speaker 1: these casual casualty numbers. That the same exact people who
- 23:33Speaker 1: also told you that Israel bomb a hospital in Gaza,
- 23:38Speaker 1: which didn't happen. In fact, it was a rocket, a
- 23:41Speaker 1: misfired rocket from the terrorists Hamas that landed in the
- 23:44Speaker 1: parking lot. And they also said I think there was
- 23:47Speaker 1: what was it, five hundred casualties or fifty, I can't remember.
- 23:50Speaker 2: It was a significant number of casualties.
- 23:53Speaker 1: And the reporters all ran with us, every major news
- 23:56Speaker 1: organization ran with it, and then they had to retract
- 23:58Speaker 1: it or act like, go, oh wait, we had bad information.
- 24:01Speaker 2: So they lied.
- 24:03Speaker 1: They basically bombed their own hospital parking lot and then
- 24:05Speaker 1: said there was hundreds of casualties that were happened by Israel,
- 24:09Speaker 1: And they said that Israel bombed the parking lot, and
- 24:11Speaker 1: then there was like very clear evidence that no, Israel
- 24:14Speaker 1: didn't bomb a hospital and there was zero casualties and
- 24:18Speaker 1: that it was their own rocket that did it. And
- 24:20Speaker 1: then what happened, Oh, the media just moved on right away.
- 24:23Speaker 1: So to be clear, the same people that are giving
- 24:26Speaker 1: the casually numbers to the world, the same people that
- 24:28Speaker 1: lied to you about that bombing. And what did the
- 24:29Speaker 1: White House say about this week when they were asked like, Hey,
- 24:32Speaker 1: these these casually numbers are really high that are coming
- 24:35Speaker 1: out of Amah, you know, of Gaza. The problem is
- 24:38Speaker 1: the numbers are coming from the terrorists. Do you guys
- 24:41Speaker 1: trust these numbers and listen to what Listen carefully what
- 24:45Speaker 1: Kirby said at the White House.
- 24:47Speaker 5: I have a question about the death tool of Gaza.
- 24:50Speaker 2: Does President by neck confidence and the casualty numbers coming
- 24:53Speaker 2: out of Gaza.
- 24:54Speaker 11: The President watches this very very closely, and you've heard
- 24:59Speaker 11: him talk about the more than thirty thousand people have
- 25:03Speaker 11: been killed, and he said the majority of women and children.
- 25:06Speaker 11: He's also said that's unacceptable. And as we've maintained time
- 25:11Speaker 11: and time again, the right number of civilian casualties ought
- 25:13Speaker 11: to be zero. But in terms of you know what
- 25:17Speaker 11: specific number we're quoting or citing on any given day.
- 25:19Speaker 11: I mean, we're doing the best we can, working with
- 25:21Speaker 11: the Israelis to ascertain the scope of the civilian suffering.
- 25:24Speaker 11: But it's obviously a mess.
- 25:26Speaker 4: It's this confidence in the numbers come out of Gaza
- 25:28Speaker 4: increased since late October, and he said he had no
- 25:30Speaker 4: confidence in the numbers.
- 25:32Speaker 11: If you've heard the President talked about the numbers and
- 25:34Speaker 11: talk about the concern. And the most important thing, aside
- 25:38Speaker 11: from obviously how tragic that is, is what we're doing
- 25:42Speaker 11: to alleviate and help improve conditions in Gaza, including through
- 25:46Speaker 11: this temporary here today.
- 25:48Speaker 1: Again, this is a guy Kirby at the White House
- 25:51Speaker 1: that's sitting there going, yes, we do trust the numbers
- 25:55Speaker 1: coming from the terraces. The same terrorists that lie about
- 25:59Speaker 1: everything and lied about a hospital being bombed by Israel
- 26:03Speaker 1: and lied about casualties connected to the bombing of a
- 26:05Speaker 1: hospital which never happened, and they lie about the number
- 26:08Speaker 1: of casualis to make Israel look bad and to get
- 26:10Speaker 1: the pressure on the rest of the world to tell
- 26:13Speaker 1: Israel that they're going too far and they're killing too
- 26:15Speaker 1: many civilians. And the White House is sitting there given
- 26:20Speaker 1: an opportunity to do the right things.
- 26:21Speaker 9: Day.
- 26:22Speaker 2: Of course, we don't trust these numbers. We can't trust
- 26:24Speaker 2: these numbers.
- 26:25Speaker 1: Look, we don't want anyone to die, but we're not
- 26:27Speaker 1: going to sit here and believe the terrorist numbers.
- 26:29Speaker 2: Like, we would never do that. That would have been
- 26:32Speaker 2: a normal answer. That's not what they did. You won't
- 26:35Speaker 2: know why.
- 26:36Speaker 1: Because they're completely beholden to the radicals and the terrorists
- 26:43Speaker 1: in the Democratic Party, and so they can't tell you
- 26:48Speaker 1: the truth here, Like it's not acceptable. It's not something
- 26:52Speaker 1: that they're allowed to do. They cannot tell you that. Look,
- 26:56Speaker 1: of course, we don't trust the terrorists, right, Like, of
- 26:59Speaker 1: course we don't try us to terrorists. They're like, no, no, no,
- 27:03Speaker 1: we trust the numbers. No, no, we have no problem
- 27:05Speaker 1: with the numbers. No, no, we think the numbers are fine.
- 27:08Speaker 1: Like we're all in on these numbers. These numbers are good, right, Like,
- 27:12Speaker 1: these numbers are totally We're totally like, these numbers are legit.
- 27:16Speaker 2: We have no issue with the numbers.
- 27:18Speaker 1: Let me go back to another point here, all right
- 27:22Speaker 1: deals with Kirby as well. Kirby has asked another question here,
- 27:28Speaker 1: and this is actually.
- 27:30Speaker 2: A really simple question.
- 27:33Speaker 1: Are you guys with holding weapons deliveries from Israel, because
- 27:37Speaker 1: that's what we're being told, and Israel desperately needs these
- 27:39Speaker 1: weapons to protect and defend themselves and go after the
- 27:41Speaker 1: actual terrorists. In fact, the weapons now that we are
- 27:44Speaker 1: withholding from Israel are the weapons that are the precision
- 27:50Speaker 1: guided bombs that make sure that the loss of life
- 27:55Speaker 1: and innocent people are more than likely never killed because
- 28:00Speaker 1: these precision guided bombs are so vitally important to just
- 28:03Speaker 1: hitting the terraces.
- 28:04Speaker 2: And so those precision guided.
- 28:06Speaker 1: Bombs that you could, you could argue the safest bombs
- 28:10Speaker 1: that Israel can use to take out the terrace and
- 28:13Speaker 1: not kill civilians are now officially being withheld.
- 28:18Speaker 2: You heard that, right, are being withheld from Israel.
- 28:21Speaker 1: And the White House is asked about, like, are you
- 28:23Speaker 1: guys withholding these bombs from Israel or ally and listen
- 28:26Speaker 1: to the way they lie the American people's not a withholding.
- 28:29Speaker 11: There's a pause put in place on a shipment of
- 28:34Speaker 11: two thousand pound bombs and that pause is still in place.
- 28:39Speaker 2: Huh so, so it's a pause on these bombs. He's like, no, no,
- 28:43Speaker 2: it's not a pause.
- 28:44Speaker 1: We're just withholding the bombs that's all we're doing here.
- 28:48Speaker 1: This is just this is just us holding. We're not
- 28:52Speaker 1: We're not withholding. We're just hitting a pause here, it's
- 28:54Speaker 1: a pause. This is a lie, this is this is semantics,
- 28:58Speaker 1: and they're trying to have it both ways. Hey, we're
- 29:00Speaker 1: not gonna give Israel what they need, but we're gonna
- 29:02Speaker 1: withhold what they what they desperately need, and somehow this
- 29:05Speaker 1: will work out.
- 29:07Speaker 2: So then you look at Joe Biden. Is Joe Biden
- 29:12Speaker 2: taking his hand fully off of Israel?
- 29:16Speaker 1: The answer, yes, Joe Biden is one hundred percent now
- 29:23Speaker 1: working basically for.
- 29:24Speaker 2: Hamas and the terrorist organization.
- 29:27Speaker 1: Joe Biden was at a commencement ceremony and Joe Biden
- 29:32Speaker 1: was talking about Israel and talking about the Palestinians or Hamas. However,
- 29:38Speaker 1: however the hell you want to put it, and what
- 29:41Speaker 1: Joe Biden said was I am in favor now of
- 29:43Speaker 1: a two state solution. The only way we're gonna get
- 29:46Speaker 1: this is if there is a two state solution.
- 29:49Speaker 2: What does that mean in translation? Take exactly what it means.
- 29:56Speaker 1: What it means in translation is Israel, You're gonna have
- 30:00Speaker 1: to live with the terrorists, and you better pay attention
- 30:04Speaker 1: and live with a terrorists, because I'm in favor of
- 30:06Speaker 1: a two state solution, which would include the terrorists, I
- 30:09Speaker 1: would assume being in charge.
- 30:12Speaker 2: Right, Like, the terrorists are clearly in charge. Now. The
- 30:17Speaker 2: President of the United.
- 30:18Speaker 1: States of America is up there and saying, Okay, I'm
- 30:21Speaker 1: all in for the terrorists. I'm defending the terrorists. What
- 30:24Speaker 1: else do you want from me, you guys in this audience, right, like,
- 30:27Speaker 1: I'm all in for the terrorists. Here he's at Morause
- 30:31Speaker 1: College and he's talking about I'm in favor of a
- 30:34Speaker 1: two stay solution. We must have a two stat solution.
- 30:36Speaker 1: And I'm withholding these bombs. But just a pause, is right?
- 30:39Speaker 1: The White House says, are you kidding me? Morehouse College graduates,
- 30:43Speaker 1: by the way, they turn their backs on crooked Joe Biden,
- 30:45Speaker 1: which was hysterical to me. This is a guy that
- 30:49Speaker 1: just sits there at Morause College and straight aupplies to you.
- 30:53Speaker 1: He lies over and over again and throws Israel under
- 30:56Speaker 1: the bus in the process of lying to.
- 30:58Speaker 2: You over and over and over again.
- 31:02Speaker 1: They didn't even want him, by the way, at Morehouse College, right,
- 31:05Speaker 1: they didn't want him there. In fact that the audio
- 31:08Speaker 1: from CNN talks about how the president I s it's
- 31:11Speaker 1: America who goes to Morehouse, who's trying to get back voters.
- 31:14Speaker 1: Listen to what they said about him right now and
- 31:17Speaker 1: how bad is among the back vote.
- 31:18Speaker 12: A new Fox News poll shows just how much President
- 31:21Speaker 12: Biden support among black voters has fallen since the last election.
- 31:26Speaker 12: Take a look at this. In twenty twenty, he enjoyed
- 31:28Speaker 12: a dominant seventy five point margin, but now that margin
- 31:32Speaker 12: has dropped to just forty nine points. What are you
- 31:35Speaker 12: hearing from voters out there about why this is and
- 31:38Speaker 12: what is the Biden team's plan to try to turn
- 31:41Speaker 12: these numbers around?
- 31:42Speaker 13: You know, well, if I spoke to black voters earlier
- 31:45Speaker 13: this year for some reporting, and their concerns are primarily economic.
- 31:49Speaker 13: It's a deep frustration with stagnant wages. It's anxiety about
- 31:54Speaker 13: being able to afford a home. They feel as though
- 31:57Speaker 13: they keep voting for Democrats and they're live, aren't getting
- 32:00Speaker 13: any materially bitter.
- 32:02Speaker 1: A new Fox News polish, I mean, did you hear that?
- 32:05Speaker 1: Did you hear what he just said? The black vote
- 32:07Speaker 1: is running away from Joe Biden on purpose. So look,
- 32:11Speaker 1: Joe Biden can go out there to morehouse and he
- 32:13Speaker 1: can try to, you know, get all the support he wants.
- 32:15Speaker 2: They turn their back on him. They don't They don't
- 32:17Speaker 2: trust him.
- 32:19Speaker 1: Israel doesn't trust him. The terrorists like him, the extremists
- 32:22Speaker 1: don't like him enough. This guy is foundering with every
- 32:26Speaker 1: core group he needs right now because he's trying to
- 32:29Speaker 1: play both sides of every single issue, and it's backfiring.
- 32:33Speaker 1: Sometimes you just have to stand up to the evil
- 32:36Speaker 1: ones in the world. And yet he's afraid about losing
- 32:39Speaker 1: a reelection, so he's saying, Okay, Hamas, I'll work with
- 32:42Speaker 1: you now, I'll be on your team and I'll go
- 32:45Speaker 1: after Israel instead.
- 32:47Speaker 2: That's a problem.
