- 2:52Speaker 1: available to you without God. You have to get this
- 2:57Speaker 1: through your head. You can tried it if you want to,
- 3:01Speaker 1: because I did. I'm here to tell you I am
- 3:03Speaker 1: talking purely from experience. Here you can try it without God,
- 3:08Speaker 1: and you can see how far you can get when
- 3:11Speaker 1: you have some measures of success. Of course you will.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Will it feel like days like you might make it?
- 3:18Speaker 1: Of course you will. But let me ask you a question, though.
- 3:21Speaker 1: What you're gonna do about them days when you feel
- 3:23Speaker 1: like you ain't gonna make it. When you're gonna do
- 3:25Speaker 1: about them days where it feel like there are no
- 3:27Speaker 1: answers to your questions. What you're gonna do about them days?
- 3:29Speaker 1: What you're gonna do about them days when everybody laughing
- 3:32Speaker 1: that you can turn against you. What you're gonna do
- 3:34Speaker 1: about them days when you just don't see no way
- 3:37Speaker 1: through it? What you're gonna do about them days? I
- 3:40Speaker 1: got the sunshine, you know, sunshine cool? Everybody got friends.
- 3:43Speaker 1: When it's Sunday outside, you want some friends, hit the lotto,
- 3:47Speaker 1: you want to get rid of them friends, go ask
- 3:49Speaker 1: for some help. Man. I'm talking about man. They scattered
- 3:51Speaker 1: like roaches when lights come on. I'm trying to tell you. So,
- 3:55Speaker 1: now here we go again, and you can do this
- 3:57Speaker 1: without God now because I've done it, and you can
- 4:00Speaker 1: have yourself some measure success. Let me even hip you
- 4:03Speaker 1: to a little bit closer, though, let me tell you
- 4:06Speaker 1: why you are doing it without God and having some
- 4:08Speaker 1: measure of success. Can I tell you why? Because of
- 4:12Speaker 1: God's grace and mercy to us, because of his grace
- 4:15Speaker 1: and mercy trying to keep us in spite of ourself,
- 4:19Speaker 1: for the real mission that He really got for us.
- 4:22Speaker 1: See that's the truth of the matter now, now what
- 4:24Speaker 1: we're talking about nasty See. So yeah, yeah, you can
- 4:27Speaker 1: do it without God, and you can have some measure
- 4:29Speaker 1: success without God. And yeah, you know, you know, yeah
- 4:32Speaker 1: you got your little degree and everything. Yeah you completed
- 4:35Speaker 1: the program, got all that, YadA, YadA YadA. But don't
- 4:38Speaker 1: you know something. It's because of God's grace and mercy
- 4:41Speaker 1: that he helps us anyway when even when we ain't
- 4:44Speaker 1: asking for help, when he bails us out anyway, when
- 4:47Speaker 1: we don't even ask him to be bailed out. You
- 4:49Speaker 1: know why, because He loves us that much that he
- 4:51Speaker 1: would allow us to exist until we get our mind
- 4:54Speaker 1: together where he could take us away, really trying to
- 4:57Speaker 1: take us. Let's get this real straight and clear. Today.
- 5:01Speaker 1: You can do this without God if you want to,
- 5:04Speaker 1: but I am telling you to get to where you
- 5:06Speaker 1: really want to be and to be all that God
- 5:09Speaker 1: has for you. You got to have God. There's no
- 5:13Speaker 1: ifs ands buts about it. And let me tell you
- 5:16Speaker 1: this here. I don't really care what nobody had been
- 5:19Speaker 1: told you. Are you listening to me? I don't care
- 5:23Speaker 1: what they say. Don't get this thing twisted. They got
- 5:26Speaker 1: these people out here talking about their luminatis and all
- 5:29Speaker 1: this here. Man, don't listen to me. Don't get caught
- 5:32Speaker 1: in this mess. Don't get caught in no foolishness. You
- 5:36Speaker 1: were created by God. God created you, ain't your soul.
- 5:41Speaker 1: We were all created in His image, all of us.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Don't get to talk about you find to cut a
- 5:46Speaker 1: deal with the devil in all you ain't cutting no
- 5:48Speaker 1: deal with nobody. Man. The devil don't do deals. He
- 5:51Speaker 1: one sided. I'm taking you to hell. You going to hell.
- 5:55Speaker 1: You're burning here, that's his deal. I want your soul.
- 5:59Speaker 1: I want you to lose hope. I want you to
- 6:01Speaker 1: take your life. I want you to take some other
- 6:03Speaker 1: people's lives. I want you to feel hopeless. I want
- 6:06Speaker 1: you to realize that there ain't no God, that's his
- 6:08Speaker 1: whole deal. His whole deal is negative. Oh he can
- 6:12Speaker 1: talk you into dealing drugs if you want to. But
- 6:14Speaker 1: let me tell you something about this. I watch these
- 6:15Speaker 1: shows all the time, drug ink and all this here
- 6:18Speaker 1: cocaine mafia. Everybody on now go to jail or get killed.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Our prisoners has filled the day with our young boys
- 6:26Speaker 1: because they thought they could outslick the system. They thought
- 6:29Speaker 1: they had a way. They thought. They said to them,
- 6:32Speaker 1: been here, and they failed. For the old cliche, man,
- 6:34Speaker 1: I gotta do what I gotta do, I gotta get
- 6:36Speaker 1: this money. Well, the only reason you gotta do what
- 6:38Speaker 1: you gotta do is because, like I say all the time,
- 6:40Speaker 1: you didn't do what you were supposed to do. It
- 6:43Speaker 1: is but because of His grace and mercy that we exist.
- 6:47Speaker 1: And God has just taken care of you, looking out
- 6:49Speaker 1: for you. Got some angels encamped around you until you
- 6:52Speaker 1: get your mind right so he can get you where
- 6:54Speaker 1: you're going. But now I want you to understand something.
- 6:57Speaker 1: There's a cause and a consequence and a penalty for
- 7:00Speaker 1: everything we do. This outside the will of God. That's
- 7:03Speaker 1: for all of us. All of us have consequences, penalties
- 7:07Speaker 1: and everything that we got to deal with outside of
- 7:11Speaker 1: the will of God. Understand that clearly. Don't get this
- 7:15Speaker 1: thing twisted sideways. You understand me. You know. I heard
- 7:19Speaker 1: a young man tell me one day. He said, uh, Steve,
- 7:22Speaker 1: you know, man, I just don't see how God looking
- 7:24Speaker 1: out for me, if he would allow all these things
- 7:26Speaker 1: to happen to me. I'm having such a hard time
- 7:28Speaker 1: in my life. I really don't see how there's a
- 7:31Speaker 1: God looking out for me. I live the young man,
- 7:34Speaker 1: I said, the man, it's just something. Man, you're still breathing.
- 7:37Speaker 1: He said, yeah, I'm standing here talking to you. I said,
- 7:40Speaker 1: you're still free. He said what you mean. I said,
- 7:42Speaker 1: you ain't locked up by You said no, I'm standing
- 7:44Speaker 1: here talking to you. I said, where you get them
- 7:46Speaker 1: clothes from? I bought him? I said where you bought
- 7:48Speaker 1: him with what? I bought him with money? I said,
- 7:50Speaker 1: where you get the money from? You? So I got
- 7:52Speaker 1: a job, mister, I got a job. I said, well,
- 7:55Speaker 1: well where you live though, he's our apartment. I said,
- 7:59Speaker 1: where you department, mister Harvey, I'm working. I got an apartment.
- 8:02Speaker 1: I got a job. I was okay, okay, So now
- 8:06Speaker 1: this this God ain't looking out for you thinkin finish
- 8:09Speaker 1: telling me what you're telling me. Well, see, man, I'm
- 8:12Speaker 1: having it real hard right now. I said, hey, hey, man,
- 8:15Speaker 1: you are you hungry? Have you had lunch yet? He
- 8:18Speaker 1: said yeah, yeah, yeah, y'all already had lunch yet. I said, oh, okay, okay,
- 8:22Speaker 1: so gone finish. Tell me about this how God ain't
- 8:24Speaker 1: looking out for you? He said, oh. And you know, man,
- 8:27Speaker 1: every every time I try to do something, it seemed
- 8:30Speaker 1: like it go wrong for me. I said, but let
- 8:32Speaker 1: me the man something. Man, I say, every time I
- 8:34Speaker 1: go wrong for y'all say, somehow you survive it? He said, yeah, yeah,
- 8:38Speaker 1: I survive it some kind of way, but it's still
- 8:40Speaker 1: be all messed up for me. I say, but but
- 8:42Speaker 1: you still got through it though, he said yeah. I said, okay, man,
- 8:45Speaker 1: gone finish telling me how God ain't looking out for you?
- 8:48Speaker 1: And he stopped. He said him, it is Harvey. He said,
- 8:50Speaker 1: how come every time I tell you something that's going wrong,
- 8:53Speaker 1: you keep telling me God looking out for me? I said,
- 8:55Speaker 1: because you're still here, man, I said, See, you don't
- 8:58Speaker 1: understand it. I said, you seem to that you're supposed
- 9:01Speaker 1: to just supposed to skate through life. That it's all
- 9:03Speaker 1: supposed to go how you want it, any kind of way.
- 9:06Speaker 1: I said, Man, Jesus to test to your faith. I say,
- 9:08Speaker 1: God looking out for you the whole time. I say,
- 9:10Speaker 1: every time you tell me something going wrong, you seem
- 9:13Speaker 1: to turn around and tell me how you survived if
- 9:15Speaker 1: you keep telling me what ain't going right, But you
- 9:17Speaker 1: keep telling me all these things you have. I said, man,
- 9:20Speaker 1: so what you gotta do is you gotta stop looking
- 9:22Speaker 1: at the what you ain't got column and start focusing
- 9:25Speaker 1: on what you do have column. But if you ain't
- 9:27Speaker 1: happy with nothing heating done for you, you want him
- 9:29Speaker 1: to keep piling stuff on. I said, you fail in
- 9:31Speaker 1: the test, young man. The test is are you grateful
- 9:34Speaker 1: for where you are right now? So I could give
- 9:37Speaker 1: you more so we can move forward. He said, oh, man,
- 9:39Speaker 1: I never even looked at like that. I said, well,
- 9:41Speaker 1: why don't you take your blessed cell phone somewhere and
- 9:43Speaker 1: sit down? He said, I think I'm going over here
- 9:45Speaker 1: and let you finish talking. I said, thank you. So
- 9:48Speaker 1: sometimes you just got to look at what you do got, folks,
- 9:50Speaker 1: that's all it is. Okay, you can't make it without God, y'all.
- 9:53Speaker 1: You got me today all right, let's be clear, let's go.
- 9:56Speaker 1: You're listening tow ladies and gentlemen. We are here. It
- 10:03Speaker 1: is upon us. It's morning time. You know what I
- 10:05Speaker 1: was just thinking? I said, man, how cool is it
- 10:09Speaker 1: to be able to say good morning? How cool is
- 10:12Speaker 1: it to be able to just count yourself in the
- 10:17Speaker 1: number of people who are alive? And well I'm one

- 13:36Speaker 1: Steve Harvey in the building, right, after all of a sudden,
- 13:38Speaker 1: I gotta burst of energy. Yeah, you're listening to the show.
- 13:46Speaker 1: All right, guys, time now for ask the CLO. The
- 13:50Speaker 1: Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey is here and he's ready
- 13:54Speaker 1: to go. This one is from Tara and Arlington, Virginia.
- 13:58Speaker 1: Tera says, my husband and I have fort rental houses
- 14:01Speaker 1: and we have one tenant that's a headache because she's
- 14:04Speaker 1: running a barbershop in the house that we're renting to her.
- 14:07Speaker 1: I'm at the end. Yeah, I'm at the end of
- 14:09Speaker 1: my rope with her. So my husband said he'd go
- 14:12Speaker 1: buy the house and talk to her. He came home
- 14:14Speaker 1: two hours later with a fresh haircut and it looked
- 14:18Speaker 1: like he got his eyebrows arched. I was very upset
- 14:23Speaker 1: that he has probably made this problem worse. Um, he
- 14:27Speaker 1: told me to calm down and give her a break.
- 14:31Speaker 1: Is what he did. Disrespectful. Please help see a lot.
- 14:34Speaker 1: It's not disrespectful to you. He was gonna say something
- 14:38Speaker 1: to him, you know, she said, you ain't gonna talk
- 14:42Speaker 1: to me with your edge is looking like you know,
- 14:47Speaker 1: you know, you know, she kind of flipped it on.
- 14:49Speaker 1: Made him feel bad about the way he was looking
- 14:51Speaker 1: at yo, kitchen wrong. You know. She used a couple
- 14:54Speaker 1: of terms to him that he was familiar wit, sat down,
- 14:57Speaker 1: tightened his fade up, and then one she did the
- 15:00Speaker 1: eyebrows though. Yeah, that's really y'all. I haven't been a
- 15:04Speaker 1: lot of bob shops back in the day. Ever got
- 15:07Speaker 1: the eyebrows, dude, I ain't never did never. That's the
- 15:11Speaker 1: new wife was mad with the freshman down. Give him
- 15:18Speaker 1: her a break because he probably thinking, she said, let
- 15:21Speaker 1: me cut this food hell so he can get up
- 15:23Speaker 1: off me. I'm gonna give it to him free, and
- 15:27Speaker 1: like best he ever looked. Yeah, see so the ass
- 15:33Speaker 1: that could be a problem. Yeah, she took that cape off,
- 15:39Speaker 1: turned him around. Man. Yeah, you ain't got not to
- 15:46Speaker 1: mention she might be kind of friend boy new location.
- 15:57Speaker 1: Not gonna be mad, I mean, not gonna be happy
- 15:59Speaker 1: about this, all right? Moving on. Kim and Oxford, Mississippi says,
- 16:03Speaker 1: I'm thirty nine and I have a husband and a boyfriend,
- 16:06Speaker 1: and they met each other recently. My husband went to
- 16:08Speaker 1: a lounge Friday evening and he came home with my
- 16:11Speaker 1: boyfriend's business card and laid it on the kitchen counter.
- 16:15Speaker 1: I almost passed out. Yeah, I've pulled it together and
- 16:21Speaker 1: asked my husband whose card that was. He said it
- 16:24Speaker 1: was a guy he met that does roofing, and he's
- 16:26Speaker 1: going to get an estimate from him on fixing our roof.
- 16:30Speaker 1: I didn't know we needed a new roof. Should I
- 16:33Speaker 1: be concerned? Is this a trap there? And fix that
- 16:39Speaker 1: roof yourself. She needs to fix it herself. I don't
- 16:47Speaker 1: know what to tell you about this, sister, but you're
- 16:50Speaker 1: thirty nine. You find that business card on that desk? Boy?
- 16:53Speaker 1: Who who you was? Tight? Because because that's something a
- 16:57Speaker 1: woman would do exactly player, you know. But well, he's
- 17:03Speaker 1: gonna have him come over and give y'all a roof estimate.
- 17:06Speaker 1: You need to call ahead to him now. I'm gonna
- 17:09Speaker 1: giving your player moves now. You need to call ahead
- 17:11Speaker 1: to him because I don't know if there's alway that
- 17:18Speaker 1: the roofing guy knows that's your husband. I don't know
- 17:22Speaker 1: if he knows that. So if he does it, what
- 17:25Speaker 1: you need to do is call roofer boy and go, hey,
- 17:28Speaker 1: the man you met you gave reguard to, that's my husband.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Don't bring your ass over here with this roof business
- 17:35Speaker 1: because if you climb up on that roof. You'll never
- 17:38Speaker 1: climb up on me, don't. Yeah, I look, hey, they're
- 17:48Speaker 1: doing it now, so we just I'm got vibes in
- 17:50Speaker 1: her like I would have. Dude, you better get some
- 17:53Speaker 1: shingles and get up there and change that day. Now,
- 17:58Speaker 1: this was a man I was talking to and a
- 18:00Speaker 1: woman was coming bro. But like I said, you gotta
- 18:03Speaker 1: stop this immediately. Yeah, yeah, yeah, all right, thank you, cello.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Moving on and get some tea. Don't in the house, No,
- 18:18Speaker 1: all right. Stefan i Heeart app listener says, I'm about
- 18:22Speaker 1: to get married and my fiance isn't preparing his home
- 18:25Speaker 1: for me to move in. Every weekend, I've been asking
- 18:27Speaker 1: him to do little things to improve the house because
- 18:30Speaker 1: we're living there until we can purchase a home together.
- 18:33Speaker 1: He needs to replace the carpet in the bedrooms, get
- 18:36Speaker 1: the hardwoods clean, put in a custom shelving system in
- 18:39Speaker 1: the closet to accommodate me, and a few other things.
- 18:43Speaker 1: I want to hire a contractor, but he won't let me.
- 18:46Speaker 1: Is this a sign that he's not ready for marriage? No,
- 18:49Speaker 1: not at all. He's not ready to give over the
- 18:53Speaker 1: range to his house. That's all that is. It's not
- 18:57Speaker 1: a sign that he's not ready to get mad and
- 18:59Speaker 1: then don't want to admit that he can't do nothing.
- 19:01Speaker 1: You know, men don't like to feel inadequate. I'll get
- 19:04Speaker 1: to it. I put it in. I don't need no
- 19:07Speaker 1: contracting and he does. Yees, cause this house been to
- 19:14Speaker 1: beat all over the place. Yeah, well yeah it is.
- 19:21Speaker 1: And she doesn't want to move there with dirty carpets
- 19:23Speaker 1: and stuff. You know, if you want to marry her,
- 19:26Speaker 1: make it right for her. What the problem? Right? Yeah?
- 19:32Speaker 1: All the back all right? Uh? Thomas and Arizona says,
- 19:36Speaker 1: I'm in my late forties and I have a crazy
- 19:38Speaker 1: ex girlfriend that showed up at a restaurant while I
- 19:43Speaker 1: was on a first date with a woman I met recently.
- 19:47Speaker 1: She told this girl that I gave her an STI
- 19:50Speaker 1: and I sleep around. What happened the ex girlfriend that
- 19:55Speaker 1: showed up at the restaurant when when uh, he was
- 19:58Speaker 1: having um dinner with the woman he recently met, showed up,
- 20:02Speaker 1: told the girl told the date that the man gave
- 20:07Speaker 1: her an STI and that he sleeps around. And he says,
- 20:11Speaker 1: the lady that I was with was unmoved by the lady,
- 20:15Speaker 1: and we continued our date but the conversation was strange
- 20:19Speaker 1: going forward, She said she doesn't want me to contact
- 20:21Speaker 1: her anymore. I really like this one and have been

- 22:08Speaker 1: you know, normally don't work that fat kind of a
- 22:10Speaker 1: quick turnaround. We got a little bit of a backup,
- 22:11Speaker 1: but I can. I can get my bastics. Depends on
- 22:14Speaker 1: what you need. Okay, here's here's what I need. Man,
- 22:16Speaker 1: I need five rolls of duct tape. Okay, that's no problem,
- 22:20Speaker 1: that's quick. Okay, I need plastic. Man. Listen, if you
- 22:24Speaker 1: was gonna wrap up something in plastic that's like about
- 22:28Speaker 1: uh six foot two in height and two hundred pounds,
- 22:32Speaker 1: how much plastic you think I would need to wrap
- 22:34Speaker 1: to wrap that up? In this second? You're you're asking
- 22:36Speaker 1: for plastics like a roll of plastics. Yeah, but I'm
- 22:39Speaker 1: telling I need to wrap up something that's six foot
- 22:41Speaker 1: two and like two hundred and ten pounds. I probably
- 22:44Speaker 1: wouldn't get about three yards four yards of plastic. Okay, okay,
- 22:48Speaker 1: I need to get that. Then let me ask you
- 22:50Speaker 1: this here. If you was gonna try to put some
- 22:53Speaker 1: seamen on that to hold it down, how much seamen
- 22:55Speaker 1: you think I hold that down? I'm more confused. You
- 22:58Speaker 1: you're running the roofing company, right, yeah, I'm a roofer company,
- 23:01Speaker 1: but I'm doing a little side work for some friends
- 23:02Speaker 1: of mine. Oh okay, okay, I just got a little confused.
- 23:05Speaker 1: Can you tell me it's the collegers and company? No problem,
- 23:07Speaker 1: no problem. We've got some man, Wayne, You're you're you're
- 23:10Speaker 1: trying to hold something. Now I'm trying to hold something down.
- 23:14Speaker 1: So how many bags to see? Men? Do you think
- 23:16Speaker 1: I need to hold out something that's two hundred and
- 23:18Speaker 1: twenty pounds? Wow? I don't know. E eight bags, eight bags?
- 23:23Speaker 1: Eight bags? Bags? That would recommend at least okay, okay,
- 23:26Speaker 1: give me eight bags and see min Now, just something
- 23:29Speaker 1: else I want to ask you, do you have anything
- 23:31Speaker 1: any type of cleaner man that can get uh that
- 23:33Speaker 1: can get blood? I mean a paint off the floor. Yeah,
- 23:36Speaker 1: we got industrial cleaners, I mean all kind of industrial
- 23:38Speaker 1: cleanings that you said, paint the paint of blood. Uh,
- 23:43Speaker 1: paint pray, pray. Oh okay, yeah, I mean I got
- 23:45Speaker 1: industrial cleans all kinds. You you have the preference, No,
- 23:48Speaker 1: just whatever you could throw in there. I need that. Now.
- 23:50Speaker 1: Let me ask you this here. Do you have anything
- 23:53Speaker 1: that can like just kill a smell? You know what
- 23:55Speaker 1: I'm saying. If you know, if you don't want something
- 23:57Speaker 1: to smell, you got anything for that way? Some something
- 24:00Speaker 1: die in your place? Is this? Is this something something
- 24:03Speaker 1: did you do? Like you there an animal or something
- 24:05Speaker 1: you found? I mean, I'm kind of confused if you're
- 24:06Speaker 1: talking about smell and cleaning up. Did you find some
- 24:08Speaker 1: sort of animal on a construction? A robby? Listen, man,
- 24:12Speaker 1: Just take the harder. That's all I need you to do. Okay, Okay, No,
- 24:15Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I wasn't asking your business. I just it
- 24:17Speaker 1: was a little concerned. What are we getting? What are
- 24:19Speaker 1: we cleaning up? And what do we I mean, I
- 24:20Speaker 1: guess are we clean up a pile form to clean
- 24:23Speaker 1: up carpet? I mean, what's the what's the cleaner form,
- 24:26Speaker 1: what's the what? Where's the odor sir? All, I'm asking
- 24:28Speaker 1: you do you have something strong one though? Like, do
- 24:31Speaker 1: you think ammonia can can keep a smell down? What
- 24:34Speaker 1: do I need to keep a smell down? You're definitely
- 24:36Speaker 1: gonna need ammonia. I mean, you gotta get something to
- 24:38Speaker 1: just scrub that right down, because I mean, whoever that
- 24:40Speaker 1: sense is, if it's in your if it's in the walls,
- 24:42Speaker 1: if you got fabrics in that place, I mean, whatever,
- 24:45Speaker 1: whatever you got it, you probably have to a different
- 24:47Speaker 1: type of the odorize or something for the carpets of them,
- 24:49Speaker 1: for the walls. I mean, I don't I guess. I
- 24:51Speaker 1: guess it's kind of confused as to as to where
- 24:54Speaker 1: the sense coming from. And I don't worry about all that, man,
- 24:57Speaker 1: Hey man, listen, just just right down. What the order is? Okay,
- 25:02Speaker 1: I got it you. I got the five holds of
- 25:03Speaker 1: duck tip. I got that's the full yards of plastic
- 25:05Speaker 1: at the eight back of cement. I got the industrial cleaner,
- 25:07Speaker 1: I got the ammonia. I'm i'm i'm I'm typing it
- 25:09Speaker 1: all in. I got I've got your order. Okay, let
- 25:11Speaker 1: me just a man, do y'all have any type of machete,
- 25:15Speaker 1: anything that's real shop that can put what? Okay, okay,
- 25:18Speaker 1: hold on a second, and now now you're completely off base.
- 25:21Speaker 1: You do realize you call the hardware store, right, I'm
- 25:24Speaker 1: calling the hardware stalker. I need some supplies, man, I'm
- 25:26Speaker 1: doing the job on the side. I need some supplies.
- 25:28Speaker 1: I get that you you said there already, but I'm
- 25:30Speaker 1: confused about it. Is. Now you're asking for a weapon?
- 25:32Speaker 1: What what? What would use the machetti for? I mean,
- 25:35Speaker 1: you're you're talking about what you're gonna chop down some
- 25:38Speaker 1: some some brush. I don't, I don't, I don't get it.
- 25:40Speaker 1: What's the machete for? Hey? Man, listen, listen. Your job
- 25:43Speaker 1: is to take the order, man, That's your job. Robbie.
- 25:46Speaker 1: Don't tell me what my job is. I know what
- 25:48Speaker 1: my job is. This is my store, man, Okay. I've
- 25:51Speaker 1: been working here a lot longer than you even can
- 25:53Speaker 1: rematch it. And people don't call up asking for ammonia
- 25:57Speaker 1: and and cleaner and and try to get a smell out.
- 26:00Speaker 1: I mean what, I just I'm trying to think about
- 26:01Speaker 1: how best to help you. I'm sorry, I'm doing Robbie,
- 26:04Speaker 1: is you being nosy? You be a nosy. All you
- 26:07Speaker 1: gotta do is field or order, and haven't haven't done
- 26:09Speaker 1: in two hours when I get there. That's all you
- 26:11Speaker 1: gotta do. I can't do that in two hours. I
- 26:15Speaker 1: can't even I go back duck. At this point, I'm

- 26:54Speaker 1: I don't know why you're planning or where you're trying
- 26:56Speaker 1: to bury this thing, but you're basically asking me to

- 32:54Speaker 1: the votes and the comments. It was funny. They say,

- 33:13Speaker 1: We have to give a shout out to Congresswoman Maxine Waters. Okay,
- 33:18Speaker 1: we call her Auntie Maxine. Auntie Maxine snapped at Jim Jordan,
- 33:23Speaker 1: who of course is a congressman from the state of Ohio.
- 33:28Speaker 1: They were at the COVID hearings with doctor Fauci and
- 33:32Speaker 1: Jim Jordan just started, you know, pressing doctor Fauci and
- 33:36Speaker 1: into a shadow man disrespect Yeah, it was, Yeah, it
- 33:40Speaker 1: was really disrespectful. And and Congresswoman Waters had had enough
- 33:45Speaker 1: and uh, take a listen. I don't want you to
- 33:47Speaker 1: answer my question. The American people want doctor Fauci to answer.
- 33:51Speaker 1: What does it have to be? Fire, sir, if you
- 33:53Speaker 1: need to respect the chair and shut your mouth? Alright, Auntie, alright,
- 33:59Speaker 1: Auntie the queen has spoken. Yes, right. But you know
- 34:05Speaker 1: that's the thing. You know, they act like they can
- 34:07Speaker 1: talk over people. People just getting tired. If somebody else
- 34:10Speaker 1: was in charge of it and was the chair, you
- 34:13Speaker 1: wouldn't be doing that. But see they are always trying
- 34:15Speaker 1: to in a little smart little way like down play
- 34:18Speaker 1: you sister, you ain't running well. She is well. Jim
- 34:22Speaker 1: Clyburn is a chair. Yeah, but he spoke up. But
- 34:26Speaker 1: the other thing too, though, Steve. It was the way
- 34:28Speaker 1: Jim Jordan was talking to time the Fauci. I think
- 34:32Speaker 1: everyone had had enough of that, including congressmans. It was
- 34:37Speaker 1: totally disrespectful. I want the number. The American people deserved
- 34:40Speaker 1: the number. What is the number? Doctor Fauci, don't worry
- 34:44Speaker 1: about this. We're going to handle this, Jim Clyburn said.
- 34:47Speaker 1: In response, he said, I think mister Jordan knows me
- 34:50Speaker 1: very well. He knows full well that we're going to
- 34:52Speaker 1: handle this. Jordan thanked Clyburn, and the hearing moved forward
- 34:57Speaker 1: the end. That's where made me come my man talk
- 35:02Speaker 1: like that. I'm coming out of my man. You know
- 35:04Speaker 1: what I'm saying. I got you can hear me. But
- 35:09Speaker 1: he still thinks Trump is in charge because he was
- 35:11Speaker 1: Trump's whipping board. That Jim Jordan's so anyway, yeah, calm
- 35:16Speaker 1: it on down, calm it all the way down, sir,
- 35:21Speaker 1: at all. No, it was just yeah, we're all trying
- 35:25Speaker 1: to get through this pandemic. We're all trying to do
- 35:27Speaker 1: what we can do. And you know you're pressing doctor
- 35:30Speaker 1: Fauci is if it's going to end on this day,
- 35:33Speaker 1: right right, you can whist the ball. Yeah, he would
- 35:36Speaker 1: come on. Now, let's play Auntie Maxine one more time.
- 35:41Speaker 1: I don't want you to answer my question. The American
- 35:42Speaker 1: people want doctor Fauci to answer the world. What does
- 35:45Speaker 1: it have to be? Fire, sir, if you need to
- 35:48Speaker 1: respect the chair and shut your mouth this chair, yeah,
- 35:58Speaker 1: shut your mouth. Yes, wow, you know, Twitter is having
- 36:04Speaker 1: a field day between aunt Tiatia, tell shut the blank, yeah,

- 36:16Speaker 1: minutes after the hour, protesters showed up at the home
- 36:19Speaker 1: of an army sergeant caught on video harassing a young
- 36:23Speaker 1: black man just walking down the street. We'll talk about
- 36:25Speaker 1: it right after this. You're listening to the string show.
- 36:31Speaker 1: Derek Chauvin did not testify and invoked his fifth Amendment right,
- 36:35Speaker 1: and now the prosecution and the defense rest. The evidence
- 36:39Speaker 1: is now complete for this case. The start of deliberations
- 36:42Speaker 1: will also mark the beginning of the jury's sequestering in
- 36:45Speaker 1: a hotel. They have to stay at a hotel. Chauvin
- 36:49Speaker 1: faces three charges, second degree murder, third degree murder, and
- 36:52Speaker 1: second degree manslaughter. He has pleaded not guilty. But we
- 36:58Speaker 1: all saw the i'm on, i'm on, i'm on, I'm
- 37:02Speaker 1: on a text feed with twelve brothers huh from college

- 37:57Speaker 1: Have you po been been talking? I tell I look
- 38:01Speaker 1: on their fa we threw we saw the tape, got it. Yeah,
- 38:07Speaker 1: it went from eight forty six to nine twenty three,
- 38:10Speaker 1: got it? Yeah, in the first charge of second guilty. Yeah, charges,
- 38:21Speaker 1: go ahead, somebody read the charge all right. The charges
- 38:25Speaker 1: are second degree murder guilty, third degree murder guilty, and
- 38:31Speaker 1: second degree man Now, what when do you want us
- 38:35Speaker 1: here for sentis in judge? The judge does that, Yeah, yeah,
- 38:43Speaker 1: your good jury. Yeah yeah, because yeah, wasting all this time,
- 38:49Speaker 1: we ain't got to leave and go nowhere, cancel them
- 38:52Speaker 1: sandwiches in the back. We don't even Yeah. The defense
- 38:55Speaker 1: tried hard to say that he did not, you know,
- 38:59Speaker 1: die of the knee being on the neck. They tried hard.
- 39:02Speaker 1: Also in Minneapolis, in the Dante Right case, the ex
- 39:05Speaker 1: police officer Kim Potter has been charged with second degree manslaughter.
- 39:09Speaker 1: Potter pulled her glock handgun and pointed it instead of
- 39:14Speaker 1: using her taser gun and shot and killed Dante Right.
- 39:17Speaker 1: She was in jail on one hundred and hundred thousand
- 39:20Speaker 1: dollars bail. She's out now, she's out now. Yeah, okay,
- 39:27Speaker 1: uh wow. I was very painful to watch the right
- 39:30Speaker 1: family yesterday, another first conference they had with Dante's aunt,
- 39:35Speaker 1: his sister Destiny, Attorney Crump, his parents, his family. This
- 39:41Speaker 1: is just heartbreaking and we keep seeing this over and over.
- 39:46Speaker 1: I don't know. And how busy is Attorney Benjamin Crump,
- 39:50Speaker 1: I mean fortunately Vera, yes, you know that is come
- 39:58Speaker 1: on anyway. I'm sick of this country. Yeah, the racism. Yeah,
- 40:07Speaker 1: what's happening in this country. I'm sick of it. I've
- 40:10Speaker 1: been sick of it. Now the social media and the
- 40:13Speaker 1: news is on it, it just floods you. I'm sick
- 40:16Speaker 1: of it, sick of it. And I'm very proud of
- 40:20Speaker 1: the young people who are the Sean Kings, the Tamika Maori's,
- 40:25Speaker 1: the Charlemagne's. I like the young, the younger frontline people.
- 40:30Speaker 1: I really really do it's a lot of them. I'm
- 40:32Speaker 1: just naming a couple. But I'm very, very happy and
- 40:35Speaker 1: proud of the young people we're taking up the torch
- 40:39Speaker 1: and the Black Lives Matter movement and the non African
- 40:43Speaker 1: Americans that have joined the movement, which has given it
- 40:46Speaker 1: more of a joke than has had in in in
- 40:49Speaker 1: in in two decades. Yeah, four, yeah, yep, we're grateful
- 40:58Speaker 1: for that. Really, it's just so sad. I mean, what
- 41:03Speaker 1: can you say. We're here so many times, so much.
- 41:05Speaker 1: I just don't know what reform. I just wanted to
- 41:08Speaker 1: ask you, Steve. You know, we talk about police reforming
- 41:10Speaker 1: all the time. This is the reforming of racism, though,
- 41:14Speaker 1: I just don't know if the it Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 41:17Speaker 1: when we come back, all right, we'll have more of
- 41:21Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show right after this. You're listening
- 41:25Speaker 1: to the show coming up at the top of the hour.

- 51:10Speaker 1: It is grow very letter. Thank you, nephew. Subject my
- 51:13Speaker 1: bestie got fired because of me. Dear Stephen Shirley. My
- 51:17Speaker 1: best friend worked as a bartender at a popular restaurant,
- 51:20Speaker 1: and she introduced me to the new manager of the
- 51:22Speaker 1: restaurant recently. He's middled aged, handsome, tall, and he has
- 51:27Speaker 1: a nice beard. I was hooked on him because of
- 51:30Speaker 1: how well he carried himself, and I've always been attracted
- 51:33Speaker 1: to older men. This restaurant has the best Sunday brunch
- 51:37Speaker 1: and I'm always there with my bottomless mimosas and a
- 51:40Speaker 1: few of my girlfriends of my other girlfriends. There's always
- 51:43Speaker 1: a great DJ there and On this particular Sunday, I've
- 51:47Speaker 1: been on the mimosas all afternoon. I stayed on the
- 51:50Speaker 1: dance floor, twerking and having a good time. I locked
- 51:54Speaker 1: eyes with the manager a couple of times while I
- 51:56Speaker 1: was dancing, so I figured he was interested in me
- 52:00Speaker 1: and liked what he saw. So when I went to
- 52:02Speaker 1: the restroom, I walked past him and asked him if
- 52:05Speaker 1: he saw something he liked because I caught him staring.
- 52:08Speaker 1: He told me that I'm a beautiful woman, but I've
- 52:11Speaker 1: had too much to drink and he's not serving me
- 52:13Speaker 1: any more alcohol. I was embarrassed that he only saw
- 52:17Speaker 1: me as a drunk thought unlike my friends, I can
- 52:20Speaker 1: handle my liquor and I was having a great time
- 52:23Speaker 1: and being playful. Something clicked in me and I started
- 52:27Speaker 1: cursing him out from misjudging me and being rude. He
- 52:31Speaker 1: asked my best friend to come over and calm me
- 52:33Speaker 1: down and put me out. She tried to diffuse the situation,
- 52:38Speaker 1: but then the manager said, I'm a disgrace to women
- 52:41Speaker 1: my age. My friend told him that his rudeness was
- 52:45Speaker 1: uncalled for, and he fired her right then and there.
- 52:49Speaker 1: He put us both out. The job was great extra
- 52:52Speaker 1: income for her because of the great tips on Sundays.
- 52:56Speaker 1: She's upset with me and I don't know how to
- 52:59Speaker 1: fix this. Please help. Yeah, this is a real mess
- 53:04Speaker 1: right here. You made your girl lose her job. Did
- 53:07Speaker 1: you say something clicked in you and you started cursing
- 53:10Speaker 1: him out, But you say you can handle your liquor.
- 53:14Speaker 1: None of that goes together, okay, because here's a news
- 53:17Speaker 1: flash for you. You can't handle your liquor. What clicked
- 53:22Speaker 1: in you was drunk. Okay, you were drunk. You were
- 53:26Speaker 1: just displaying drunk behavior. And despite the fact that you
- 53:30Speaker 1: think you can handle your liquor, you can't. You really can't.
- 53:35Speaker 1: So the first thing I would do is stop drinking. Okay,
- 53:39Speaker 1: you gotta stop because you can't handle it. Then I
- 53:42Speaker 1: would apologize to my friend. I really would. This is
- 53:45Speaker 1: your best friend. You should apologize because you were acting
- 53:48Speaker 1: up in her place of business. Okay. Then I would
- 53:51Speaker 1: go and apologize and talk to her former boss. Please
- 53:54Speaker 1: be sober when you do this. I mean, nothing may
- 53:56Speaker 1: come of this, but you got to try and talk
- 53:58Speaker 1: to him him into giving your friend her job back,
- 54:02Speaker 1: you know, saying that it was it was your fault.
- 54:04Speaker 1: You know. Blah blah blah blah blah. That doesn't work.
- 54:06Speaker 1: You help her look for another job. I mean, that's
- 54:10Speaker 1: the least you could do. When she gets another job.
- 54:13Speaker 1: Please you stay as far away from it as possible. Okay,
- 54:18Speaker 1: do not go anywhere near it, you know, and stop drinking.
- 54:24Speaker 1: All right, Steve, my best it got fired because of me,
- 54:29Speaker 1: pretty much says it all. All of this is a
- 54:32Speaker 1: direct result of your behavior. From the top of the
- 54:35Speaker 1: letter to the bottom. I'm going to also show you
- 54:39Speaker 1: you're not exactly what you think you are. You're just
- 54:44Speaker 1: not man. Well, it's because of one reason. And here
- 54:49Speaker 1: we go. You got to introduced you. You got a
- 54:53Speaker 1: friend that's a bartender at this restaurant, and you got
- 54:57Speaker 1: to introduce he was all she was at work, and
- 55:01Speaker 1: you got introduced to his manager, tall guy, handsome, and
- 55:04Speaker 1: you like older men, nice beard. You was hooked on him,
- 55:08Speaker 1: you know, because of how I cad himself. You know,
- 55:11Speaker 1: I got that. You've always been attracted to older men,
- 55:13Speaker 1: got it that. But the restaurant got the best Sunday
- 55:17Speaker 1: brunch and I'm always there with and you said my
- 55:24Speaker 1: with my bottomless mimosas and a few of my other girlfriend. See,
- 55:31Speaker 1: when you care about an event because of the sheer
- 55:37Speaker 1: amount of alcohol that they allow you to consume, it's
- 55:42Speaker 1: a tale tale that's something didn't go wrong because you
- 55:45Speaker 1: weren't just that with your peard You was because of
- 55:48Speaker 1: the bottomless Mimosas. Then they got a great DJ. And
- 55:53Speaker 1: on this particular Sunday, I had been on the mimosas
- 55:58Speaker 1: all afternoon. Seat. That's another dead When you say you've
- 56:02Speaker 1: been on something, you know, like if you've been on one.
- 56:08Speaker 1: I was on crack all afternoon. I was, yeah, see
- 56:13Speaker 1: you when you own something, you're success it. I had
- 56:16Speaker 1: been on the mimosas all afternoon on them. I wasn't
- 56:22Speaker 1: I wasn't sipping. I was on them giving them no al.
- 56:29Speaker 1: I was chugging like Bill. I was throwing it back
- 56:32Speaker 1: like shots, and I was drinking on the mimosas. I
- 56:38Speaker 1: stayed on the dance floor, twerking and having a good time.
- 56:45Speaker 1: What the girl, You don't see this. Twerking is never
- 56:51Speaker 1: for the twerk for the twerk girl. It's for the
- 56:56Speaker 1: man observing the twerk. That's who was for Twerking is
- 57:01Speaker 1: not for the person doing the twork. It's for the
- 57:06Speaker 1: person observing. The true twork is a see me dance,
- 57:10Speaker 1: not no o. I can't stop this feeling. No working
- 57:13Speaker 1: for everybody else. I'm telling what it is, all right?
- 57:17Speaker 1: Hold on, Steve talking, ain't got damn thing about How
- 57:21Speaker 1: do you boy? How you feel? Really? All right? Response
- 57:28Speaker 1: coming up in twenty three minutes after the hour. My
- 57:30Speaker 1: best he got me fired? My best he got fired
- 57:34Speaker 1: because of me. That's what I should say. That is
- 57:36Speaker 1: the subject of today's Strawberry Letter. And we'll get back
- 57:39Speaker 1: into it right after this. You're listening to show, all right, Steve,
- 57:44Speaker 1: Come on, let's recap today's Strawberry letter. My best he
- 57:47Speaker 1: got fired because of me. Yeah, best friend worked at
- 57:51Speaker 1: the bar. This girl's got a girlfriend. It's bought in
- 57:54Speaker 1: a popular restaurant, introduced to the new manager. She liked
- 57:57Speaker 1: the manager. He's old, tall way to where his cab himself.
- 58:01Speaker 1: And you know she always been like attracted to older men. Uh,
- 58:05Speaker 1: this particular sunday, they got the best brunch ever. And
- 58:08Speaker 1: they have right off the top of where she pointed,
- 58:12Speaker 1: a really excellent brunch. And she said, on this particular sunday,
- 58:16Speaker 1: I'm always there with my bottomless mimosas, which means she
- 58:20Speaker 1: cares about drinking to the point where there is no end.
- 58:25Speaker 1: This is bottomless drink. I drink still. I can't even
- 58:28Speaker 1: pull it in my mouth. Normb, she pulled a drinking
- 58:31Speaker 1: and it's just running down the cracks of her mouth,
- 58:33Speaker 1: all of her block because she just can't putting on more. Yeah,
- 58:36Speaker 1: because she can't pull the more down there. It's but
- 58:40Speaker 1: the see the the Mimosas might be bottomless, for sure,
- 58:47Speaker 1: your your your intake of them is not. And so
- 58:51Speaker 1: what happened was this particular Sunday, she had been on
- 58:55Speaker 1: the Mimosas all afternoon. We said this earlier. When you
- 58:59Speaker 1: are on something that's successive, you own crack. I was
- 59:04Speaker 1: down there talking to them. I was cussing them out
- 59:06Speaker 1: our own one. You know, when you own something that's
- 59:09Speaker 1: your accessive. So I was on the Mimosas all afternoon.
- 59:12Speaker 1: I stayed on the dance floor twerking and have a
- 59:14Speaker 1: good a good time. Twerking is for other people. Tworking
- 59:19Speaker 1: is not for you, because I didn't know that. Twerking
- 59:22Speaker 1: is not for the twerker. It's for the twerk y.
- 59:28Speaker 1: It's for the perp who sees it. Because you can't
- 59:30Speaker 1: even see your ass doing all that. But if you
- 59:34Speaker 1: had by a mirror, you can't. Yeah, you boy, the mirror,
- 59:37Speaker 1: but the mirror ain't on the dance floor, so it's
- 59:39Speaker 1: you looking. No, no, you. The only reason you're looking
- 59:42Speaker 1: back there is to see who looking. Not for you.
- 59:50Speaker 1: It's for the not twerker but the twerquy. So well,
- 59:56Speaker 1: let me give it to you, because watch what happens
- 59:57Speaker 1: right next. I'll stayed on DWN for twerking having good.
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: I locked eyes with the manager a couple of times
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: while I was dancing slash twerking, so I figured he
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: was interested in me and liked what he saw. Twerking
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: is folks showing tworking it out of dance. It's an
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: exhibition stippity. So when I went to the restaurantom, I
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: walked past him in after he saw something he liked
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: because I called him stand. He told me, I'm a
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: beautiful woman, but I've had too much to drink and
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: he's not serving me any more alcohol because he couldn't
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: believe this little fine chick was out here doing all
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: of this because you was doing the most, because your
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: bottomless ass was out there on their mimoses. You didn't
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: drank so many damn mimosas your judgment is impaired. That's
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: what people don't understand about alcohol. It didn't has your judgment.
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: So now what you thought was out there was cute
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: was way too damn much. Now a man gonna wild
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: his fine sister right here just got herself looking crazy.
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: So he told you he ain't serving you no more alcohol.
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: You ain't getting no more. You'd had your last emotional
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: You can't animal bottle. So then she said, I was
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: embarrassed that he only saw me as a drunk thought. Oh,
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: then you know why you didn't see yourself as a
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: drunk thought, because you was drunk. Yeah. See, and that
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: alcohol has impaired your judgment. You don't know. You think
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: you killing it, But he going, this chick is way
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: too much. Unlike my friends, I can handle my liquor. Really,
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: what well, you just got seen as a drunken thought,
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: and this was you Unlike my friends. I can handle
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: my liquor. And I was having a great time and
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: being playful. Yeah, but you don't know how playful you
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: was because your judgment was impaired. Because your ass has
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: had you didn't try to get to the bottom of
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: the mimosas, and they bottom less. They told you at
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: the door this Sunday, they bottomless. Now you don't put
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: too much in your system, and the rest of it
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: ain't even in your blood. So now as you tworking
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: and having fun, as more of it in as the bloodstream.
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: Now you way more playful than you touch you. Come on, doctor,
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: Harvey's in the blood system now you oh eighty, you
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: all up at two point seven. You don't even know it,
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: and you still pulling bottomless mimosas. You had a phoe nine.
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: You're a damned earthquake that's doing serious damage. So then
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: I'm I'm I can handle my looking and having a
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: great time. Something clicked in me. Yeah, you don't know
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: what that was. It was them damned mimosas. Something clicked
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: in me, and I started crussing him out for miss
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: judging me and being rude. He didn't misjudge you. And yeah, boy, girl,
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: I gotta tell you something. You really handle your looker.
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: You let your look a drive the car, You let
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: your looka do all the talking. You had your look
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: out there handling the dance routine. That lookor had your
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: ass twerking cussing, futing. He asked my best friend to
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: come over and calm me down and put me out.
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: She tried to diffuse the situation, but then the manager said,
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: I'm a disgrace to women my age who my friend
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: told him his rudeness was uncalled for and he fired
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: her right then, and that he put us both out.
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: The job was extra and come for her because she
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: has great timpts on Sundays. She's upset with me and
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: I don't know how to fix this. Please help Go
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: to your Darren telling you apologize, going there, like Shirley said,
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: and try to get her job back. Probably gonna have
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: to do some extra twerking to get it back, because
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: you are a drunken thought. Coming up in forty six
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: and it's after Sports Talk with Junior right after this.

- 1:04:15Speaker 1: really consider this. This, this is this is really big.
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: I want to give a shout out to Hideki matsu
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: Yama who won the Masters weekend. Oh yeah, yeah, mat Yama,
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: Yes I did, Yes, I did. He he's the first
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: Japanese player to win the Masters. He turned into time
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: under par for four days of work, and guess he's

- 1:04:38Speaker 1: even know this cool two million, little over two million dollars.
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: That's for first place. So here's what I have discovered

- 1:04:49Speaker 1: is what we're gonna all be doing that next year,

- 1:05:23Speaker 1: the first Puma Forrest that's my name when I get
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: out there on this golf four. Because you don't really
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: have to win to get a nice check in the
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: monsters Like Look, Tommy, fifth place got four hundred and
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: sixty thousand for coming in fifth. That's what Jordan's speed made,

- 1:06:03Speaker 1: tell you right now, I don't care if I don't
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: care if you come in twenty okay, twenties. It's one
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: hundred and forty nine twenties, one hundred forty nine thousand,
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: five hundred more than my salary. Look for some money.
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: He was twenties. He wasn't no where in the top ten.
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: He just was twenties. I'm not great at golf, but
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: I know I can get fifty one. That's twenty eight thousand,

- 1:06:53Speaker 1: Puma Forrest. All right, I love coming out. Yes, coming
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: up at the top of the hour. I don't know
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: if you guys knew this, but America is facing a
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: ketchup package shortage. We're gonna talk about that right after this. Yes,
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: you're listening to the show. Well, in Trending Food News
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: got to ask you something. If you're having lunch today
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: and you need some ketchup, well I suggest you bring
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: your own ketchup because there is a shortage of ketchup
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: in the United States. Knew I should have grabbed a handful. Yeah.
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: It's led to Americans selling single youth packets obtained from
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: fast food restaurants on eBay and other marketplaces. So they're
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: selling them on eBay and what the coronavirus pandemic phenomenon,
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: as reported by The Wall Street Journal, has led to
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: ridiculous spikes and prices for the single youth packets, including
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: one listing for three packets on eBay Wednesday afternoon that
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: had been bit up to eleven dollars and fifty cents
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: and it was designate packet for one packet. Yeah, eleven
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: fifty eleven dollars and fifty cents, right, and I got
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: paid almost twelve dollars for now that I'm an adult
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: for a packet. Yeah. Yeah. During the pandemic, everyone was
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: ordering food to go. Um, so you know, I guess
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: it's a shortage. Yeah, that makes it a shortage, but
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: good news. Craft Hines said that in a statement that
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: it is ramping up production to meet shortage demands. So
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: there you go. They're going to take care of it.
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: But until then, you got your eleven fifty. Yeah. I'm
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: not that into ketchup anything like I was as a kid.
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: I mean, ketchup and milk ooh, I loved. But now
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: I can eat fries without ketch Up. But what do
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: you guys like your ketchup on besides fries? That's the obvious. Yeah, burgers.
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: I like ketchup on burgers Burgers. Yeah, I'm a man.
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: Mustard on your burger. Now, if I have mustard, I
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: gotta have ketchup. But if I have mal that's it.
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: I dad bacon on a burger. What you don't like
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: a bacon cheeseburger? Yeah, I'm kind of like that purist
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: when it comes to burger. I don't like eggs. Do
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: you like eggs on your burger? Y? Yeah, yes, burger
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: thinking about that on my next cheek day when I
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: I can't do it. I can't. Now do you guys
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: put ketchup on your hot dog? That's always a debate
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: if people put ketchup on your house? Yeah? If I
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: eat dog, yeah, ketchup and mustard. Those two go together
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: for me. M on your hot dogs to Junior say yeah,
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: sometimes I do, but I gotta have mustard building Oh yeah,
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: mustard without mustard, mustard and onions. Mustard is a mustard.
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: Yeah dog. Yeah, you can't do that up on And
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: what about relish and onions and all that stuff? Yeah?
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you know we surely Chicago, Chicago the best
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: dogs in the world, little peppers on it, yes, the
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: bread with the wind on ye, the bread with the seeds.
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: I first went Chicago head I fell in love. Yeah, y'all,
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: y'all don't do it like Cleveland on and Polish boys
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: in Cleveland, and y'all don't know nothing about that. What
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: do you do with the po sauce? But the West
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: side of Chicago? You no, you're not side with those onions.
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: Oh come on, Steve, put on your Polo sausage. This way,
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: this only way it goes. French fries on the bun,
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: Polish sausage on top of the fries, slow on top
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: of the Polish boy, bobeque sauce on top of the slaw,
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: some Mo fries on top of the slow and some
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: Mo bobecue sauce. That's a damn Cleveland Polish boy. Yeah,
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: I told you you don't know what that is. Now
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: you have Polish sausages in Chicago, but you ain't had
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: no damn Polish boy. I Polish boy, I said, I know,
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: all right, the time we gotta go Polish sausage fight.

- 1:15:38Speaker 1: go ahead, somebody read the charge all right? The charges
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: are second degree murder guilty, third degree murder guilty, and
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: second degree man Now what when do you want us
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: here for sentis in? Judge? Jud does that? Yeah? Yeah,
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: you're good. Jury. Yeah needs to go Yeah, because yeah,
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: wasting all this time. They ain't got to leave and
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: go nowhere? Cancel them sandwiches in the back. We don't
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: even Yeah. Also in Minneapolis, in the Dante Right case,
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: the ex police officer Kim Potter has been charged with
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: second degree manslaughter. Potter pulled her glock handgun and pointed
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: it instead of using her taser gun and shot and
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: killed Dante. Right. She was in jail on a hundred
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: and the hundred thousand dollars bill. She's out now, she's
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: out now. Yeah. The racism, Yeah, what's happening in this country.
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: I'm sick of it. I've been sick of it and
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: a long now. The social media and the news is
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: on and it just floods you. I'm sick of it,
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: sick of it, and I'm very proud of young people
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: who are the Sean Kings to Tamika Maris the Charlemagne.
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: I like the young the younger frontline people coming up.
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: It's our last break of the day, and it's her
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: last break of the week as a matter of fact.
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: And we'll close out the show right after this. You're listening,
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: all right, guys. Here we are last break of the
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: day and our last break of the week for this
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: very trying week. This has been a week, but we survived,
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: thank the good Lord. Yeah we did. And Steve, we're
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: gonna turn it on to you. You know, I'm over
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: here in Africa and I had an interesting conversation with
- 1:17:31Speaker 1: a very high up person who is in the I
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: can't say who it was because I don't want people
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: to put it together, and saying he was talking about
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: on this person, but they have a really incredible title
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: over here. And then not from South Africa, from another
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: part of Africa, and she was an African. And when
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: I tell you in the major position, I kid, you're
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: not a major position. And we were talking and we
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: got to talking about America. I was just asking her
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: how it was the vaccines coming. She said, it's slow,
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: very slow. That have very little. I was just thinking
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: of things and I said wow. And so she said
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: America didn't seem to handle it right. And I was
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: saying to her, I said, well, we had the wrong leadership,
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: I said, because we took the wrong approach. We first
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: denied that it was happening, and then we didn't take
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: it serious enough to get people with social distance masking
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: in place, and we opened back up too soon, and
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: we shut down too late, and we did a number
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: of things wrong. Bad leadership. She asked me, are you
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: talking about Donald Trump? And I said yes. She said,
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: what is wrong with you people? She said, Donald Trump
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: was one of the best presidents you've ever had, and
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: it stunned me. It was just stunmach because the woman
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: was African and I was sitting there talking with her
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: and a lot of powerful people were around, and she said,
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: especially you being from Hollywood. You Hollywood types don't understand
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: him at all. You're reading the bad press about him.
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: He's a Christian man and he's done more for your
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: country than even your other president that you had. I said,
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: what other president you're talking about? She said, he was more.
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: He was better for you than Obama. And so I'm
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: trying to be respectful because I'm telling you what I'm
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: telling you. This person was really really high up I was.
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: And so then she said, well, let's stop talking about politics,
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: and I can tell about the look on your face
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: that you don't agree with me, and I said, okay,
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: let's move on. But she continued the conversation and she
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: was trying to tell me how important Trump was and
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: I just stopped because I can't take this no more.
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: And I said, excuse me, you're talking about the same
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: man who referred to Africa and Haiti as an s
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: whole country. You do, And she said, that's just one remark.
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: Why do you think he wasn't a great president. After
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: all he's done. I said, okay, help me understand what
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: did he do? And she just she couldn't tell me anything.
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: And I said, with no disrespect, I have been black
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: for sixty four years in the United States of America,
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: and we have been sick of this for so long.
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: We don't know what else to do. I say. The
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: only hope we have of turning this around, if at all,
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: is we get more people who are not of color
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: to join in with us, which is what I see
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: a little turner of events starting to happen. Now. She says, well,
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: I don't see the complaint. I said, wayla won let
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: me tell you how sick we've been at this. We've
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: been sick the entire four hundred years of this slavery
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: and the conditions caused by slavery. Nat Turner was sick
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: of it. Harriet Tubman was sick of it. Frederick Douglas
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: was sick of it. All the great inventors, Louis Pasture, Granville,
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: all of them. George Washington called everybody being sick of it.
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: We've been sick and tired. We were sick of it
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: when the recession hit. We've been sick of it since
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: the recession hit and hit us. Even were sick of

- 1:21:34Speaker 1: I'll tell you how long we've been sick of this mess.
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: We've been sick of it since we got here. And
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: why ain't nobody understanding this man that we out of patience.
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: We don't have no mo to give to this for you.
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: We ain't waiting no more, like Marta Luther King say,
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: we just want America to be what they say they
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: is on paper. Stop all this, the pursuit of happening,
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: the inailable right to happiness, the pursuit of happiness. Everybody's equal,
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: We're not, We're not. Rosa Parks was sick and tired
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: of it. Mark Luther King was sick and tired of it.
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: Malcolm X was sick and tired of it. Sean King
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: is sick and tired of it. To Mikael Maury is
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: sick and tired of it. The Breakfast Club is sick
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: and tired of it. The Ricky Smile Is Show sick

- 1:22:40Speaker 1: our children, killing our men. We are sick and tired
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: of police brutality. Why won't they just comply? Why did
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: he run? We get shot if we staying still? We
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: get shot if we don't have a gun. We get
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: shot for sale for We get shot when we answer
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: our dot. We get shot when we get pulled over
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: a traffic light. Why don't you stand steal? If you're
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: gonna shoot me while I'm standing this steal, I might
