- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:00Speaker 2: It is the Ben Ferguson Show.
- 0:01Speaker 1: It is nice to have you with us.
- 0:03Speaker 2: As I am wrapping up family vacation, I still am
- 0:06Speaker 2: doing the show with Cinner Cruz the show we do
- 0:09Speaker 2: Verdict with Ted Cruz wherever you get your podcasts. And
- 0:12Speaker 2: we have a lot to talk about in today's show,
- 0:15Speaker 2: as we did a dual show together talking about not
- 0:17Speaker 2: only the Southern Property Los Center having a very bad
- 0:20Speaker 2: week on Capitol Hill, but also Act Blue as well.
- 0:24Speaker 2: And we've got some other problems with the Obama administration
- 0:28Speaker 2: slash then by the administration losing kids in America. We're
- 0:32Speaker 2: now fighting these kids literally by the one hundred thousand.
- 0:35Speaker 2: It's sad story, but an important one as the administration's
- 0:39Speaker 2: fighting back and getting these kids back that are being
- 0:42Speaker 2: enslaved and sex trafficked as well. But before we get
- 0:45Speaker 2: to that, I want to take a moment and talk
- 0:46Speaker 2: to you about what's happening right now in this country.
- 0:49Speaker 2: And it really feels like our country is finally getting
- 0:52Speaker 2: the momentum we needed again. Our leaders are fighting to
- 0:55Speaker 2: restore common sense in America first, but we've also seen
- 0:59Speaker 2: this before Conservatives get comfortable, the left starts taking background,
- 1:04Speaker 2: inch by inch, and we cannot let that happen in
- 1:07Speaker 2: these midterm elections. America needs every one of us in
- 1:10Speaker 2: the fight, and a big part of that means supporting

- 2:37Speaker 2: today's show, and I want you to hear with Center
- 2:39Speaker 2: cruise and I had to say, all right, so let's
- 2:41Speaker 2: get back into this act Blue. So there are many
- 2:45Speaker 2: people that they've heard the name. You describe this perfectly.
- 2:48Speaker 1: Center.
- 2:49Speaker 2: This is the the the arm and the power, the
- 2:52Speaker 2: muscle of the Democratic Party, pushing agenda, ideology campaigns, ad campaigns,
- 3:00Speaker 2: advocacy campaigns for radical left things. But when they were
- 3:03Speaker 2: asked about their funding, and this is why it matters,
- 3:07Speaker 2: they wouldn't answer the question of, hey, is this money
- 3:10Speaker 2: coming in that you guys are raising from outside the
- 3:14Speaker 2: United States of America. That would be a huge deal
- 3:16Speaker 2: because if I remember correctly, Democrats were obsessed with foreign
- 3:20Speaker 2: interference in our elections. They were obsessed with if Russia
- 3:23Speaker 2: was involved in Donald Trump's campaign. Remember that that was
- 3:26Speaker 2: like say, they wanted to impeach him over and now
- 3:29Speaker 2: like you asked him a question like, hey, where's your
- 3:31Speaker 2: guys funding coming from, they're literally not saying a word.
- 3:36Speaker 3: Yeah, it's not just that they want to do impeach
- 3:37Speaker 3: him over it. They did impeach him over it. They
- 3:40Speaker 3: impeached him that the House voted doing peach him when
- 3:43Speaker 3: the Democrats had control, and then the Senate acquitted President Trump.
- 3:48Speaker 3: But look, the facts here are really concerning on their face.
- 3:54Speaker 3: Here's what the New York Post reported. Act Blue ceo
- 3:57Speaker 3: pleads the fifth as House probes illegal Forouri donations to Dems.
- 4:01Speaker 3: The CEO of the largest Democratic fundraising platform pleaded the
- 4:05Speaker 3: Fifth Amendment Wednesday rather than testify before Congress about allegations
- 4:09Speaker 3: that her firm illegally funneled foreign donations to federal campaigns. Quote,
- 4:15Speaker 3: on the advice of Council, I respectfully declined to answer
- 4:17Speaker 3: this question pursue it to my Fifth Amendment rights under
- 4:19Speaker 3: the Constitution. Act Blue Boss, Regina Wallace Jones said in
- 4:24Speaker 3: response to the first question posed during the House hearing.
- 4:28Speaker 3: House Administration Committee Chairman Brian Style from Wisconsin said in
- 4:32Speaker 3: his opening's remarks that there was quote significant concern that
- 4:36Speaker 3: Act Blue may have allowed foreign donations on their platform,
- 4:39Speaker 3: lied to Congress, and withheld responsive documents from a Congressional subpoena.
- 4:45Speaker 3: All three of those actions are illegal. The panel issued
- 4:50Speaker 3: a subpoena compelling Wallace's Jones testimony after Act Blue lawyers
- 4:54Speaker 3: indicated she wouldn't answer questions on a voluntary basis. Style
- 4:59Speaker 3: and other Republican committ chairman looking into Act Blue have
- 5:02Speaker 3: claimed that Wallace Jones also misled Congress about the strength
- 5:05Speaker 3: of fraud safeguards on its platform. Representative Joe Morrell, the
- 5:10Speaker 3: top Democrat on the Administration Committee, dismiss the hearing as
- 5:14Speaker 3: a partisan exercise and accused as GEOP colleagues of refusing
- 5:18Speaker 3: to investigate possible illegal foreign donations on their party's biggest platform.
- 5:23Speaker 3: Win read with the differences when Red does not have
- 5:27Speaker 3: multiple serious, credible allegations of foreign donors and particular Chinese
- 5:31Speaker 3: donors funneling vast amounts of cash into campaigns. And I
- 5:37Speaker 3: want you to listen to this exchange. This is an
- 5:39Speaker 3: exchange with the Act Blue CEO and the House Committee.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Give a listen.
- 5:43Speaker 4: I'm the advice of my counsel, I respectfully decline to
- 5:47Speaker 4: answer this question pursuant to my Fifth Amendment rights under
- 5:52Speaker 4: the Constitution. On the advice of Council, I respectfully decline
- 5:58Speaker 4: to answer the question pursuant to my Fifth Amendment rights
- 6:02Speaker 4: under the Constitution. I respectfully decline to answer the question
- 6:07Speaker 4: pursuant to the attorney client privilege and my Fifth Amendment
- 6:11Speaker 4: rights under the Constitution. On the adviceive Council, I respectfully
- 6:15Speaker 4: decline to answer the question pursuant to my Fifth Amendment
- 6:18Speaker 4: rights under the Constitution. On the adviceive Council, I respectfully
- 6:23Speaker 4: decline to answer the question pursuant to my Fifth Amendment
- 6:26Speaker 4: rights under the Constitution. On the advice of Council, I
- 6:30Speaker 4: respectfully decline to answer the question pursuant to my Fifth
- 6:34Speaker 4: Amended rights under the Constitution.
- 6:37Speaker 2: Senator, that goes on for another like two minutes. You
- 6:39Speaker 2: get the point. She practiced and rehearsed and did it
- 6:43Speaker 2: perfectly right. I'm not going to answer any questions. I'm
- 6:47Speaker 2: not going to do anything that can incriminate myself. I'm
- 6:49Speaker 2: not going to answer if in fact there's countless dollars,
- 6:53Speaker 2: we're talking about millions and millions coming in from foreign
- 6:55Speaker 2: Avis series that might be influencing the Democratic Party.
- 7:00Speaker 3: Okay, the one word you said that was inaccurate. There
- 7:02Speaker 3: was millions. Just in twenty twenty four, Act Blue raised
- 7:05Speaker 3: over two billion with a B. We're talking a massive
- 7:09Speaker 3: amount of money coming in online, typically in smaller donations,
- 7:13Speaker 3: but lots and lots and lots of them. And there
- 7:17Speaker 3: are literally three minutes of nothing but her pleading the
- 7:20Speaker 3: fifth over and over and over again. We only played
- 7:23Speaker 3: the first minute of that for you, but it just
- 7:25Speaker 3: goes on and on and on. She wouldn't answer anything.
- 7:29Speaker 3: And here I want you to listen now to Jim Jordan.
- 7:36Speaker 3: Jim Jordan questioning her.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Give a listen.
- 7:38Speaker 3: Your board chairman said, Act Blue accepted up to thirty
- 7:42Speaker 3: eight million contributions in twenty twenty four that had the
- 7:44Speaker 3: signs of foreign origin.
- 7:45Speaker 1: How much fraud is too much fraud?
- 7:48Speaker 4: On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer
- 7:52Speaker 4: the question, pursuant to my Fifth Amendment right under the Constitution.
- 7:58Speaker 3: How many foreign contributions did that Blue accept?
- 8:01Speaker 4: On the advice of Council, I respectfully decline to answer
- 8:05Speaker 4: the question, pursuant to my Fifth Amendment rights under the Constitution.
- 8:11Speaker 3: How much money did that Blue accept from Russia?
- 8:14Speaker 4: On the advice of Council, I respectfully decline to answer
- 8:19Speaker 4: the question pursuant to my Fifth Amendment rights under the Constitution.
- 8:25Speaker 3: Why did your entire legal team quit in house legal team?
- 8:29Speaker 4: On the advice of Council, I respectfully decline to answer
- 8:33Speaker 4: the question pursuant to my Fifth Amendment rights under the Constitution.
- 8:39Speaker 2: Center wasn't just by the way Act Blue that was
- 8:42Speaker 2: having a bad week on Capitol Hill. The Southern Poverty
- 8:46Speaker 2: Law Center, well, things weren't going well for them either,
- 8:48Speaker 2: and we should definitely talk about that.
- 8:51Speaker 3: Yeah, So the Southern Poverty Law Center also testified in
- 8:54Speaker 3: the House of Representatives this week, and their testimony went
- 8:57Speaker 3: abysmally bad. The Act Bluesy sounded like a mafioso just
- 9:02Speaker 3: pleading the fifth over and over and over again. That's
- 9:05Speaker 3: the same thing typically mafia bosses have done when they've
- 9:07Speaker 3: been in congressional testimony, and that apparently is what Democrat
- 9:11Speaker 3: fundraisers do as well.
- 9:12Speaker 1: Well.
- 9:12Speaker 3: Southern Poverty Law Center didn't plead the fifth, but here's
- 9:17Speaker 3: how the New York Post covered it. Southern Poverty Law
- 9:20Speaker 3: Center CEO grilled at testy hearing about DOJ charges for
- 9:24Speaker 3: secretly funding the KKK. The embattled Southern Poverty Law Center
- 9:29Speaker 3: CEO Brian Fair appeared Tuesday before the House Judiciary Committee
- 9:34Speaker 3: for a grilling over Justice Department allegations that the ostensibly
- 9:38Speaker 3: anti racism group secretly funded the extremism it claims to oppose.
- 9:45Speaker 3: Fair broadly defended the center while declining to answer for
- 9:48Speaker 3: specific alleged wrongdo it. After the DOJ in April filed
- 9:55Speaker 3: fraud and conspiracy charges alleging millions of dollars in donor
- 10:00Speaker 3: funds flowed to hate groups including the Ku Klux Klan,
- 10:05Speaker 3: Aryan Nations, and National Socialist Party of America otherwise known
- 10:09Speaker 3: as the Nazis. All of the allegations in the indictment
- 10:13Speaker 3: will be addressed in the Middle District of Alabama, Fair
- 10:15Speaker 3: said repeatedly through nearly four hours of testimony. So rather
- 10:19Speaker 3: than say I plead the fifth he just said, well,
- 10:21Speaker 3: that's going to be addressed in court. Representative Wesley Hunt,
- 10:26Speaker 3: a Republican from Texas, and a good friend. He asked
- 10:28Speaker 3: were donors informed that contributions were actually funding members of
- 10:33Speaker 3: the KKK. Fair gave the same deflection, saying that'll be
- 10:38Speaker 3: addressed in court. Hunt, one of four Black House Republicans,
- 10:42Speaker 3: recounted allegations that Legacy Civil Rights Group paid a KKK
- 10:47Speaker 3: leader a salary and even approved an expense report for
- 10:53Speaker 3: a crossburning Let me repeat that.
- 10:55Speaker 1: Wow.
- 10:56Speaker 3: The Southern Poverty Law Center, according to the US Department
- 10:59Speaker 3: of Justice, paid a KKK leader a salary and approved
- 11:05Speaker 3: an expense report for a crossburning.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Quote.
- 11:10Speaker 3: According to a superseding indictment, the SPLC paid more than
- 11:14Speaker 3: four point one million dollars to informants tied to extremist groups,
- 11:19Speaker 3: including the KKK, from twenty ten to twenty twenty three,
- 11:23Speaker 3: Hunt said. In two cases, informants who were active members
- 11:27Speaker 3: of the local KKK chapter reportedly told the SPLC that
- 11:31Speaker 3: they wanted out because they feared for their safety. Instead
- 11:35Speaker 3: of supporting their exit, the SPLC employee allegedly encouraged them
- 11:39Speaker 3: to remain involved and offered them a monthly salary of
- 11:43Speaker 3: one thousand, two hundred dollars to do so. As a result,
- 11:48Speaker 3: one informant rose into a leadership role within the KKK,
- 11:51Speaker 3: recruited other new members, purchased KKK materials, and were even
- 11:55Speaker 3: reimbursed for expenses related to crossburning events.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Quote.
- 12:01Speaker 3: I can't make this up. This is not just ironic, sir,
- 12:04Speaker 3: it's quite outrageous. Fair gave a big picture of denial
- 12:08Speaker 3: during another member's grilling, saying, quote, we don't fund the
- 12:11Speaker 3: KKK and we don't fund hate groups, while deferring to
- 12:14Speaker 3: the outcome of litigation on the specifics now. I want
- 12:18Speaker 3: you to listen to this exchange, in particular with Congressman
- 12:22Speaker 3: Brandon Gill when he's questioning the CEO of the SPLC
- 12:25Speaker 3: here give a listen.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Do you have an opinion on this tattoo? I'm not
- 12:33Speaker 1: an expert on tattoos. No, I don't. Okay, I can
- 12:36Speaker 1: give you a little bit of background.
- 12:37Speaker 5: This is a tattoo on Maine Democrat cynic candidate Grand
- 12:42Speaker 5: Plattner's chest. That's the Nazi SS death had death head tattoo.
- 12:48Speaker 5: Do you have any opinions on that? If it's what
- 12:54Speaker 5: you say, if it's a naz it is we pose Nazis,
- 13:01Speaker 5: we opposed, and I agree we do oppose Nazis. Do
- 13:04Speaker 5: you think if somebody got a Nazi tattoo on their
- 13:08Speaker 5: chest that's indicative that they might be a Nazi?
- 13:12Speaker 6: You'd have to ask mister Plattner, why he has that symbol.
- 13:16Speaker 6: I've likely said that if it is a symbol of Nazism,
- 13:20Speaker 6: we oppose Nazi.
- 13:21Speaker 5: You don't think that that's indicative that perhaps he holds
- 13:24Speaker 5: Nazi sentiments.
- 13:26Speaker 1: It may well be. It may well be.
- 13:28Speaker 5: I think do people who aren't Nazis normally get Nazi
- 13:31Speaker 5: tattoos on their chest?
- 13:34Speaker 1: Again, I assume they don't.
- 13:37Speaker 5: You assume they don't. I would assume so too. I
- 13:40Speaker 5: don't know anybody who's not a Nazi. I don't know
- 13:43Speaker 5: anybody who has a Nazi tattoo on their chest, but
- 13:47Speaker 5: it is not a Nazi. Do you do you think
- 13:50Speaker 5: that somebody who has a Nazi tattoo on their chest
- 13:53Speaker 5: should serve in the United States Senate.
- 13:55Speaker 1: I wouldn't vote through that person. I certainly wouldn't neither.
- 14:01Speaker 5: Do you think that this should disqualify him politically from
- 14:05Speaker 5: serving in the Senate?
- 14:08Speaker 6: Again, I'm not sure where the line of questions it's
- 14:11Speaker 6: going the SPLC.
- 14:13Speaker 1: If you're asking me, I'm sorry, go ahead.
- 14:15Speaker 6: If you're asking me if the SPLC opposes Nazis and
- 14:19Speaker 6: Nazis symbols, the answer is yes.
- 14:22Speaker 5: The SPLC is referred to this same tattoo as a
- 14:27Speaker 5: racist skinhead symbolant tattoo. You can see the resemblance there.
- 14:33Speaker 5: You wouldn't want somebody with a tattoo like that in
- 14:36Speaker 5: the Senate. No, No, I wouldn't. I wouldn't neither. I
- 14:42Speaker 5: appreciate your candor there.
- 14:47Speaker 2: I love that. That's how hard it is to get
- 14:50Speaker 2: the Southern Poverty Law Center to denounce a guy with
- 14:54Speaker 2: a Nazi tattoo. That you have to spoon feed it
- 14:56Speaker 2: to them center. And then these are the same people
- 14:59Speaker 2: that were actually funding and approving expense reports for cross
- 15:03Speaker 2: burning of people they were paying a salary to in
- 15:06Speaker 2: the KKK.
- 15:07Speaker 1: That is the part they can't.
- 15:08Speaker 3: Pick up and Nazis. To be clear, it wasn't just
- 15:11Speaker 3: the Klan. They were also funding Nazis. But look, the
- 15:15Speaker 3: head of the Southern Poverty Law Center is a hardcore
- 15:18Speaker 3: left wing Democrat partisan. The SPLC is entirely in the
- 15:23Speaker 3: tank for the Democrat Party. They hate Republicans. It is
- 15:27Speaker 3: fairly striking that the CEO of the Southern Poverty Law
- 15:31Speaker 3: Center was forced to say about Graham Plattner, the commi
- 15:35Speaker 3: Nazi oyster farmer in Maine, quote, I wouldn't vote for
- 15:40Speaker 3: him and to follow up, should the guy with the
- 15:44Speaker 3: Nazi tattoo be in the Senate?
- 15:47Speaker 1: No.
- 15:48Speaker 3: That tells you just how indefensible it is when even
- 15:51Speaker 3: their most extreme partisans are forced to say, of course not.
- 15:55Speaker 3: If you got a freaking Nazi tattoo on you, you're
- 15:58Speaker 3: a Nazi and we should not be electing Nazis to
- 16:01Speaker 3: the Senate. They shouldn't be hard. And yet every single
- 16:04Speaker 3: Democrat senator except John Fetterman is unwilling to say what
- 16:09Speaker 3: the CEO just said.
- 16:10Speaker 2: There, Senator, I want to move into another story that
- 16:14Speaker 2: we highlighted here months ago. It's an important story about
- 16:19Speaker 2: the children that were lost by the prior administration. There
- 16:24Speaker 2: were kids that were let into this country. They were
- 16:27Speaker 2: not vetted by with the adults that were with them.
- 16:30Speaker 2: They were then given out to different people to quote
- 16:32Speaker 2: take care of them this country, and they disappeared. These children,
- 16:36Speaker 2: many of them have been abused, many of them have
- 16:38Speaker 2: been abused sexually, many of them have been abused even
- 16:41Speaker 2: in work conditions, and they were lost by the prior administration.
- 16:46Speaker 2: And now, luckily, many of them are being found because
- 16:49Speaker 2: of what Donald Trump and the administration are doing.
- 16:52Speaker 3: So perhaps the biggest lie about Joe Biden and the
- 16:56Speaker 3: Democrats immigration policies is the lie that they embrace open
- 17:02Speaker 3: borders because of compassion. The reality is it is precisely
- 17:06Speaker 3: the opposite. The Democrats had zero compassion for the Americans
- 17:10Speaker 3: who were murdered by the violent, criminal illegal aliens they released.
- 17:14Speaker 3: They had zero compassion for the women who were raped
- 17:18Speaker 3: by the violent, criminal illegal aliens they released. They had
- 17:21Speaker 3: zero compassion for the kids who were brutalized and sexually
- 17:25Speaker 3: assaulted by the violent, criminal illegal aliens they released. Another
- 17:29Speaker 3: aspect of this tragedy is specifically the kids. During four
- 17:34Speaker 3: years of Joe Biden's administration, the Biden administration lost over
- 17:40Speaker 3: three hundred thousand children. Verdict has covered this at length.
- 17:47Speaker 3: This is a topic we talked about throughout the Biden years,
- 17:52Speaker 3: but it was staggery and these are kids, often kids
- 17:55Speaker 3: that come across the border unaccompanied. We had over twelve
- 17:57Speaker 3: million illegal immigrants come into this country during the years,
- 18:01Speaker 3: and in many instances, you'd get a little boy, you'd
- 18:03Speaker 3: get a little girl. They'd be in government custody, and
- 18:06Speaker 3: what the Biden administration would do is they would hand
- 18:08Speaker 3: it over to adults that came to pick them up.
- 18:11Speaker 3: But they wouldn't check to see if those adults were
- 18:13Speaker 3: family members, they wouldn't do DNA tests to see if
- 18:16Speaker 3: they're related. They'd hand them over to adults, and then
- 18:19Speaker 3: they simply lost them and they would end up with
- 18:22Speaker 3: random adults that have kids. And the Biden administration said,
- 18:25Speaker 3: we don't know where they are, we have no contact
- 18:27Speaker 3: for them, and a significant number we don't know how many,
- 18:32Speaker 3: but a significant number of those kids were put into
- 18:36Speaker 3: forced child labor. A significant number of those kids were
- 18:40Speaker 3: put into sex slavery, were sexually abused, and no one
- 18:45Speaker 3: in the Biden administration gave a damn. When Alejandro Majorcis,
- 18:49Speaker 3: who ran the Department of Homeland Security, would testify before
- 18:52Speaker 3: the Senate, I would question about it. He was defiant. Well, thankfully,
- 18:58Speaker 3: one of the very top prior alreadies the Trump administration
- 19:01Speaker 3: came in with is we're going to find those kids.
- 19:04Speaker 3: And they've already found over one hundred and forty six
- 19:07Speaker 3: thousand of them. They're still looking. I want you to
- 19:10Speaker 3: listen to current DHS Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen at a
- 19:14Speaker 3: press conference this week, give a listen.
- 19:16Speaker 7: We're going to enforce our nation's laws, and we're going
- 19:19Speaker 7: to right the wrongs that the Biden administration turned a
- 19:22Speaker 7: blind eye to. It's because of President Trump's leadership, horrific
- 19:27Speaker 7: to what's happening right in our own country, because of
- 19:31Speaker 7: four years of a blind eye that allowed unvetted sponsors
- 19:37Speaker 7: to come pick up four hundred and fifty thousand kids
- 19:41Speaker 7: on our borders, knowing their reports why the Biden administration
- 19:46Speaker 7: was in office, their own reports was reporting that over
- 19:50Speaker 7: a third of the females, regardless of age, was sexually
- 19:57Speaker 7: assaulted before they made it to their border. They knew
- 20:00Speaker 7: it was human traffickers that were trafficking these young kids
- 20:05Speaker 7: to the border, and then they were unvetting or or
- 20:09Speaker 7: refusing to vet the so called sponsors, and there was
- 20:13Speaker 7: zero wellness checks. And they want to claim that Republicans,
- 20:17Speaker 7: because we're enforcement laws, it's inhumane somehow. What's in humane
- 20:21Speaker 7: about taking.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Care of our kids.
- 20:23Speaker 7: As a father of six with three young girls, I
- 20:26Speaker 7: will do whatever I have to do. I will move
- 20:29Speaker 7: heaven and hell to go find these kids.
- 20:32Speaker 2: You know, I love the commitment there, and I want
- 20:34Speaker 2: to remind people of the vote center that have taken
- 20:37Speaker 2: place the Democrats. You got one hundred and forty five
- 20:40Speaker 2: Democrats to vote against mandating deportation for illegal aliens who
- 20:45Speaker 2: commit sex crimes. You have one hundred and sixty Democrats
- 20:50Speaker 2: vote against mandating deportation for illegal aliens with Duy's you
- 20:55Speaker 2: have one hundred and eighty six Democrats who voted against
- 20:59Speaker 2: mandating deportations for illegal aliens to commit welfare fraud. And
- 21:05Speaker 2: you have one hundred and ninety Democrats who voted against
- 21:08Speaker 2: mandating deportation for illegal aliens who harm police animals. I
- 21:14Speaker 2: think it's clear Democrats have literally never met an illegal alien.
- 21:18Speaker 2: They're not willing to feed, protect, defend, and allow to
- 21:21Speaker 2: them take children and unvet them. There's nothing they won't
- 21:25Speaker 2: do to have an open border policy.
- 21:27Speaker 3: Yeah, look, that's right. And those votes were all in
- 21:30Speaker 3: this past year. If you go back to during the
- 21:33Speaker 3: Biden administration and the Senate, one hundred percent, every single
- 21:38Speaker 3: Senate Democrat voted in favor of open borders over and
- 21:41Speaker 3: over and over again. We would tee up the vote.
- 21:44Speaker 3: I led the fight on many of these, and the
- 21:47Speaker 3: Democrats straight party line would vote in favor of open borders.
- 21:51Speaker 3: It was and when you asked them about the kids
- 21:55Speaker 3: that they did't have a response. They don't dispute these
- 21:58Speaker 3: figures that they just talk about them, and it's look,
- 22:04Speaker 3: I want you to listen to Secretary of Malin talking
- 22:06Speaker 3: about the kids they found so far and what they're they're,
- 22:10Speaker 3: they're what they continue looking for.
- 22:12Speaker 7: You know, I tell people that I haven't quit smiling
- 22:14Speaker 7: since I have been saying to her Department for All
- 22:17Speaker 7: Land Security. But I have to take that back because
- 22:20Speaker 7: when we start digging into these cases and you start
- 22:23Speaker 7: hearing the absolute horrific things that took place underneath the
- 22:29Speaker 7: Biden administration, under true neglect at best and criminal at worst,
- 22:35Speaker 7: to allow four hundred and fifty thousand kids to go
- 22:40Speaker 7: missing throughout this country. President Trump has made it a
- 22:44Speaker 7: point to go find these kids because of our partnership
- 22:48Speaker 7: with HHS and DOJ, Department of Homeland Security, truly using
- 22:55Speaker 7: the best, the best, which the Democrats sometimes want to demonize,
- 22:59Speaker 7: because a lot of times this is ICE, this is HSI,
- 23:01Speaker 7: this is CBP, these individuals that the Democrats seem to
- 23:06Speaker 7: want to defund. But because the President Trump, we finally
- 23:10Speaker 7: funded them for three years, we're able to push and
- 23:14Speaker 7: go find these kids. We found one hundred and forty
- 23:15Speaker 7: six thousand kids. So far, one hundred and forty six
- 23:18Speaker 7: thousand kids. We still have nearly three hundred thousand missing.
- 23:23Speaker 7: We're investigating reports to where some of these kids claim
- 23:27Speaker 7: that they were raped six to seven hundred times. I
- 23:30Speaker 7: don't care who you are. I have kids, If you
- 23:34Speaker 7: don't have kids, I don't care. If you're a liberal,
- 23:35Speaker 7: you're independent, you're a Democrat, you're a Republican. If you
- 23:39Speaker 7: can't stand for law enforcement to go find these kids,
- 23:43Speaker 7: who are you?
- 23:45Speaker 1: Who are you?
- 23:46Speaker 7: Every leader should understand what's going on, and do you
- 23:49Speaker 7: know where're finding? The most of them sanctuary cities because
- 23:52Speaker 7: they know they're safe.
- 23:53Speaker 2: If you think about sex trafficking a child center, you
- 23:56Speaker 2: would go to a sanctuary city. That is the safe
- 24:00Speaker 2: place for you to operate. You and I have talked
- 24:03Speaker 2: about this bluntly.
- 24:04Speaker 3: Well, and it's worth explaining why. Because in a sanctuary city,
- 24:07Speaker 3: you have Democrat elected officials, You have Democrat district attorneys
- 24:12Speaker 3: who won't prosecute the human traffickers, who won't prosecute the
- 24:16Speaker 3: sex traffickers, who have decided, as a political matter, that
- 24:21Speaker 3: their party, the Democrat Party, is for open borders. You
- 24:24Speaker 3: remember Chris Murphy when he said on TV, the very
- 24:27Speaker 3: liberal Democrat from Connecticut, he said, the people we care
- 24:31Speaker 3: about most illegal immigrants. That was his phrase, the people
- 24:35Speaker 3: we care about most. And by the way, that's a lie. Also,
- 24:40Speaker 3: he doesn't care about the little girls and little boys
- 24:43Speaker 3: being raped and turned into sex slaves. He doesn't care
- 24:45Speaker 3: about them at all. What he cares about is letting
- 24:48Speaker 3: in as many illegal immigrants as possible, who will then
- 24:51Speaker 3: vote Democrat and keep the party in power. I want
- 24:54Speaker 3: you to listen to Secretary bull And making this point
- 24:57Speaker 3: that as there were multiple reports of kids being wrapped
- 25:00Speaker 3: in sex slavery, no Democrat gave.
- 25:03Speaker 7: A damn it was being reported at the time it
- 25:05Speaker 7: was happening, and there was no outrage, and no one
- 25:08Speaker 7: tried to hold these people accountable. And kids now have
- 25:10Speaker 7: been paying for it. They've been getting raped over and
- 25:13Speaker 7: over and over again because this previous administration chose not
- 25:18Speaker 7: to enforce our nation's laws and protect the most vulnerable.
- 25:22Speaker 1: That is shameful.
- 25:24Speaker 2: Six is seven hundred times that. That is a number
- 25:26Speaker 2: that I do believe should haunt everyone listening.
- 25:29Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, look, I I want you to remember when
- 25:33Speaker 3: Alejandro Mayorks testified in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee,
- 25:36Speaker 3: and I showed him the the plastic bracelets, the colored
- 25:41Speaker 3: bracelets that traffickers would put on every illegal they brought
- 25:45Speaker 3: into this country, and they were color coded for how
- 25:47Speaker 3: many thousands of dollars they owed them, and it was
- 25:49Speaker 3: literally they were treating human beings like cattle. And when
- 25:53Speaker 3: you stand on the border down by the Rio Grand River,
- 25:56Speaker 3: you see hundreds of these in the grass. And I
- 25:58Speaker 3: asked him what the color riskbands were and his answer was,
- 26:01Speaker 3: I have no idea I've ever seen them before, which
- 26:05Speaker 3: I got made me really angry because it means he
- 26:07Speaker 3: hadn't bothered to go to the to the border at all.
- 26:10Speaker 3: He did not care about the children being trafficked. And
- 26:15Speaker 3: I view those colored wristbands as modern day leg irons.
- 26:19Speaker 3: This is slavery today in America, and the Democrats were
- 26:23Speaker 3: responsible for it. And one of the most important things
- 26:25Speaker 3: the Trump administration is doing is stopping this horrific abuse
- 26:30Speaker 3: of kids that the Democrats allowed to have happen.
- 26:33Speaker 2: All right, Senata, I want to get into another story
- 26:36Speaker 2: that is getting no news at all. It's the reason
- 26:38Speaker 2: why we love doing this show together. We get to
- 26:41Speaker 2: talk about issues like that the Green New Deal, which
- 26:44Speaker 2: is the Green News scam, has been exposed yet again
- 26:48Speaker 2: for exactly what it is. And we've got some very
- 26:52Speaker 2: interesting data and ties to different green scam deals that
- 26:57Speaker 2: your tax dours were involved with.
- 27:00Speaker 3: Well, this week, the Department of the Interior announced that
- 27:03Speaker 3: they were cutting off millions of dollars that were flowing
- 27:07Speaker 3: to radical left wing groups that were using that money
- 27:10Speaker 3: to actively fight against the Trump administration to undermine the
- 27:15Speaker 3: policies they were supposed to be implementing. And here's how
- 27:19Speaker 3: Fox News reported it. Trump administration access ties to dozens
- 27:23Speaker 3: of progressive groups in quote direct opposition to mission decisive Action.
- 27:29Speaker 3: The Department of the Interiors cutting forty three partnerships with
- 27:33Speaker 3: outside groups it says no longer align with the Trump
- 27:35Speaker 3: Administration's priorities, eliminating more than four million dollars in plan
- 27:40Speaker 3: funding for programs tied to DEI Environmental Justice and support
- 27:45Speaker 3: services for illegal immigrants led by Secretary Doug Bergham. The
- 27:49Speaker 3: department determined that the agreements were operating quote in direct
- 27:54Speaker 3: opposition to its mission. According to a press release obtained
- 27:57Speaker 3: by Fox News, under Secretary Burgham, the Department of the
- 28:00Speaker 3: Interiors ending partnerships with groups that no longer represent the
- 28:05Speaker 3: priorities of the American people, the Department said. In response,
- 28:10Speaker 3: DOI said it as terminating all agreements with the identifying
- 28:13Speaker 3: groups and removing references to them from its websites. The
- 28:17Speaker 3: terminated agreements supported internship programs, conservation initiatives, research projects, and
- 28:22Speaker 3: cooperative partnerships. A department wide review launched and marched uncovered
- 28:29Speaker 3: nearly three thousand active agreements with about two thousand outside groups,
- 28:34Speaker 3: ranging from NGOs and nonprofits to private entities and educational institutions.
- 28:40Speaker 3: The review later found multiple groups quote did not appear
- 28:43Speaker 3: to provide a clear benefit or quote did not align
- 28:45Speaker 3: with the Department's mission, according to the Department, Among the
- 28:49Speaker 3: groups targeted were the Hispanic Access Foundation, which offers scholarships
- 28:54Speaker 3: for illegal immigrant Latino students, and Latino Outdoors, which the
- 28:58Speaker 3: Department said provide instructions on avoiding detention by ice. Latino
- 29:05Speaker 3: Outdoors has advocated against oil and gas development, while Hispanic
- 29:10Speaker 3: Access Foundation has worked with the National Park Service to
- 29:13Speaker 3: conduct a variety of educational and cultural support activities, according
- 29:17Speaker 3: to the Department. The Department cited the American Alliance of Museums,
- 29:21Speaker 3: which it said, had a contract with the National Park
- 29:23Speaker 3: Services to build DEI programs across national parks as a
- 29:28Speaker 3: part of the agency's community engagement initiative. The Department pointed
- 29:32Speaker 3: to the group's previous Facing Change initiative, which promoted DEI
- 29:36Speaker 3: efforts at museums. Conservation, International and Environmental group, the Department said,
- 29:42Speaker 3: advocates a total phase out of fossil fuels. The Department
- 29:48Speaker 3: noted the organization's statement describing fossil fuels as the quote
- 29:51Speaker 3: leading culprit of planet warming carbon emissions, and its support
- 29:55Speaker 3: for environmental justice and equity focused climate policies. Another group
- 30:00Speaker 3: on the department's list was the Cultural Landscape Foundation, which
- 30:05Speaker 3: it said has a master cooperative agreement with the National
- 30:08Speaker 3: Park Service to conduct a variety of educational and cultural
- 30:12Speaker 3: support activities. The organization has opposed several administration initiatives, including
- 30:17Speaker 3: suing over changes at the Kennedy Center, criticizing plans for
- 30:22Speaker 3: the White House Ballroom, and highlighting cultural landscapes and historic
- 30:25Speaker 3: sites it's said are threatened by administration action through its
- 30:30Speaker 3: Landside twenty twenty six Erasing American History Initiative and look
- 30:35Speaker 3: Understand These are left wing activist groups. They're entitled to
- 30:39Speaker 3: have their political views. They're entitled to disagree with the
- 30:42Speaker 3: Trump administration that we are a free country, and they
- 30:45Speaker 3: have a free speech right to say they think everything
- 30:48Speaker 3: that the Trump administration does is wrong. What they don't
- 30:51Speaker 3: have is an entitlement to get taxpayer dollars to do it,
- 30:55Speaker 3: to pay them to fight the Trump administration. This is
- 30:59Speaker 3: a pattern the Democrats do a lot, which is when
- 31:03Speaker 3: they take over government, they begin funneling millions and sometimes
- 31:08Speaker 3: billions of dollars to their left wing supposedly nonprofit allies,
- 31:15Speaker 3: who then use that money to support their agenda and
- 31:18Speaker 3: by the way, to hire all of them and funnel
- 31:20Speaker 3: the cash. Often it is just naked corruption. Yeah, oh
- 31:24Speaker 3: the waste.
- 31:25Speaker 2: You are making a ton of money off the money
- 31:27Speaker 2: being donated.
- 31:27Speaker 1: Let's be yes.
- 31:29Speaker 3: No, no, It is a very lucrative business when when
- 31:32Speaker 3: you can turn on the spigot and and you know
- 31:36Speaker 3: have as as as the EPA put it at the
- 31:38Speaker 3: end of the Biden administration basically throwing gold bars out
- 31:42Speaker 3: the window. That's how bad it was. That that was
- 31:44Speaker 3: the Biden administration describing what they themselves were doing. But
- 31:49Speaker 3: this is a pattern. I got to say, normally Republican
- 31:52Speaker 3: administrations are not very good at unwinding this. So the
- 31:56Speaker 3: Democrats dump a bunch of money, and when Republicans in
- 32:00Speaker 3: typically they don't do anything about it. They don't funnel
- 32:03Speaker 3: the money in another direction, they don't stop it. They
- 32:05Speaker 3: just are are typically blissfully ignorant. I'm very glad the
- 32:10Speaker 3: Trump administration is going after and cutting off this cash cow.
- 32:15Speaker 2: Senat, you're talking about the cash cow, and that's obviously
- 32:17Speaker 2: part of it. We saw how many lefties and friends
- 32:21Speaker 2: of Obama, for example, got massive amounts of cash before
- 32:25Speaker 2: they filed for bankruptcy, with things like.
- 32:28Speaker 3: Stacy Abrams with her left wing nonprofit got two billion
- 32:33Speaker 3: dollars with a bee.
- 32:34Speaker 1: With a B.
- 32:35Speaker 2: So not only this the cash cow, but then there's
- 32:37Speaker 2: a second aspect of this. I am still a little
- 32:40Speaker 2: bit surprised that Democrats are pushing the Green new scam,
- 32:43Speaker 2: especially with all their deadlines that the world was going
- 32:45Speaker 2: to end. Al Gore put timelines out there that obviously
- 32:49Speaker 2: never happened, and yet they are still so committed to
- 32:52Speaker 2: this indoctrination, this religion, the Green New Deal, the Green
- 32:56Speaker 2: New scam, and they're making it clear coming in these midterms.
- 33:00Speaker 2: We're not backing down. One, we make too much money
- 33:02Speaker 2: off of it and we funnel it to our friends.
- 33:04Speaker 2: But two, this is like our religion as a party.
- 33:08Speaker 3: Look, and there's a revolving door between these supposed nonprofits,
- 33:13Speaker 3: these NGOs and a Democrat administration and by the way,
- 33:18Speaker 3: Democrat offices on Capitol Hill, and people go back and
- 33:20Speaker 3: forth and back and forth, and they get paid, they
- 33:24Speaker 3: make money. You may remember during the Biden administration when
- 33:27Speaker 3: when I went to visit an attention facility on the border,
- 33:31Speaker 3: and this was at a time when the Biden administration
- 33:33Speaker 3: was locking out all reporters would not let any reporters
- 33:36Speaker 3: see the kids in cages. And the cages this was
- 33:39Speaker 3: during COVID. The cages were packed and I went in.
- 33:42Speaker 3: And by the way, the ludicrous explanation that the Biden
- 33:47Speaker 3: administration had at the time, as they said, well, if
- 33:50Speaker 3: ABC's reporter or Fox News's cameraman came in, they might
- 33:54Speaker 3: spread COVID to the thousands of illegal immigrants housed in
- 33:57Speaker 3: these cages. Well, I went in with my cell phone
- 33:59Speaker 3: and filmed it and took a picture. And if you
- 34:01Speaker 3: may remember, there's this young left wing woman who gets
- 34:04Speaker 3: in my face and begins yelling at me and saying
- 34:07Speaker 3: to stop filming them. She was someone who had come
- 34:10Speaker 3: straight from a left wing open border NGO and had
- 34:14Speaker 3: come into the Biden administration to implement their open border policies.
- 34:18Speaker 3: That's what happens over and over and over again, and
- 34:22Speaker 3: so cutting off their money is key to stopping this
- 34:26Speaker 3: constant lawfare, in this constant attack.
- 34:28Speaker 2: Don't forget. Share this podcast with your family and friends,
- 34:32Speaker 2: share it on social media, please, and I'll see you
- 34:34Speaker 2: back here tomorrow.
