- 0:02Speaker 1: The repairman who revealed Hunter Biden's laptop is now suing
- 0:08Speaker 1: Adam Schiff, CNN, Politico, and the Daily Beasts. Get him.
- 0:15Speaker 1: That's what I have to say about that, and I
- 0:17Speaker 1: hope he gets paid an insane amount of money. The
- 0:20Speaker 1: Delaware computer repairman who blew the whistle on the Hunter
- 0:23Speaker 1: Biden laptop has now filed a multimillion dollar defamation suit
- 0:27Speaker 1: against Democratic representive Adam Schiffs, CNN, the Daily Beast, Politico,
- 0:31Speaker 1: saying they falsely accused him a peddling Russian disinformation. The
- 0:37Speaker 1: former shop owner decided to fight back after losing his
- 0:40Speaker 1: business and being harassed for eighteen months by big tech,
- 0:43Speaker 1: the media, and Delaware locals in President Biden's home state.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Quote after fighting to reveal the truth, all I want
- 0:50Speaker 1: now is for the rest of the country to know
- 0:52Speaker 1: that there was a collective and orchestrated effort by social
- 0:56Speaker 1: and mainstream media to block a real story with real
- 0:59Speaker 1: consequences for the nation. This was collusion led by fifty
- 1:05Speaker 1: one former pillars in the intelligence community and backed by
- 1:09Speaker 1: words and actions of a politically motivated d o J
- 1:12Speaker 1: and FBI. He continued, I want this lawsuit to reveal
- 1:16Speaker 1: that collusion, and more importantly, who gave the marching orders.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Too many of you, by the way, that have just
- 1:22Speaker 1: found our podcasts don't forget to hit that subscribe or
- 1:25Speaker 1: auto download buttons, so you get this podcast every day
- 1:29Speaker 1: joining me to talk about this and this is a
- 1:31Speaker 1: significant move for this man and a way to not
- 1:37Speaker 1: only just clear his name, but also show how corrupt
- 1:40Speaker 1: all of this has been with Hunter Biden in the story,
- 1:42Speaker 1: is U a Senator from Tennessee, Bill Haggerdy senter. I
- 1:45Speaker 1: appreciate you coming on to talk about this because you
- 1:50Speaker 1: actually have a Hunter Biden op ed that you published
- 1:54Speaker 1: and it questioned the Attorney General Merrick Garland about it
- 1:57Speaker 1: in a hearing as well, and you talked about this
- 2:01Speaker 1: in the oup ed. You now see that this man
- 2:02Speaker 1: is fighting back. Clearly they came after him, they orchestrated
- 2:06Speaker 1: this attack, and now he's trying to say, Okay, I'm
- 2:09Speaker 1: going to get my life back and I'm going to
- 2:11Speaker 1: show what they did to me. You talk about how
- 2:16Speaker 1: much of an abuse of power this really has been
- 2:18Speaker 1: from the government standpoint looking the other way on Hunter Biden.
- 2:21Speaker 1: And now you're talking to Garland directly saying, hey, what
- 2:24Speaker 1: are you guys doing over there. Bring everybody up to
- 2:27Speaker 1: date where we are now, at least when it comes
- 2:29Speaker 1: to Congress. This is a story that's getting hotter by
- 2:32Speaker 1: the minute, and the shop owner is just one of
- 2:35Speaker 1: the mini victims in all of this. As you mentioned,
- 2:39Speaker 1: I questioned Attorney General Gardland last week about this. The
- 2:41Speaker 1: conflicts of the just interests are abundantly clear here. This
- 2:46Speaker 1: is a massive cover up. And you think about the
- 2:49Speaker 1: reputation the shop owner whose livelihood was destroyed. I don't
- 2:53Speaker 1: think the radical left care is about whose lives they destroy.
- 2:56Speaker 1: It's all about their narrative, and it's all about accomplishing
- 2:59Speaker 1: you know, one objects a hatred field objective in so
- 3:02Speaker 1: many cases, and in this case you've got criminal tax
- 3:06Speaker 1: charges and money laundering charges that are now being undertaken
- 3:09Speaker 1: against Hunter Biden. They were underway at that point in time,
- 3:11Speaker 1: and they were willing to go ahead and bury the
- 3:14Speaker 1: shop owner's reputation. Really, the whole goal was to win
- 3:17Speaker 1: in twenty twenty and suppressing this information that might have
- 3:21Speaker 1: been very meaningful in the minds of voters. That's what
- 3:23Speaker 1: this was all about. And they were willing to use
- 3:26Speaker 1: any tool, any tax It's available. It's disgraceful. I appreciate
- 3:30Speaker 1: what the shop owners doing in terms of bringing miss
- 3:32Speaker 1: a bear and I'm going to do everything I can
- 3:33Speaker 1: to continue to shed light on this. I actually use
- 3:36Speaker 1: the phrase that a famous Tennessee senator used at a
- 3:39Speaker 1: different points time during the Watergate investigations, and that was
- 3:42Speaker 1: what did the president know and when did you know it?
- 3:46Speaker 1: You know, it's very clear that I think the President
- 3:50Speaker 1: United States of America lied to the American people and
- 3:53Speaker 1: has continued to lie in the White House Press secretarius
- 3:56Speaker 1: continue to lie from the podium saying that Hunter Biden
- 4:00Speaker 1: never discussed right, never discussed his business dealings with father.
- 4:07Speaker 1: They never talked about it. We now know that his
- 4:09Speaker 1: business partner came to the White House more than twenty
- 4:14Speaker 1: times that we know of at this point for meetings
- 4:17Speaker 1: with Joe Biden. Joe Biden's staff members clearly working on business.
- 4:23Speaker 1: Is there going to be any accountability for that? Because
- 4:27Speaker 1: that it means that I think it's most people can
- 4:30Speaker 1: connect the dots. It means that people within the Biden
- 4:34Speaker 1: crime family were selling access to the White House. You know,
- 4:38Speaker 1: they were running the operation right out of the White House.
- 4:40Speaker 1: It's clear to anybody that looks at it. And if
- 4:43Speaker 1: you think that they're going to be able to pull
- 4:45Speaker 1: this over the eyes of the American public, that's not true.
- 4:48Speaker 1: The question is can we hold them to account in
- 4:50Speaker 1: the eyes of the wall, And that's going to be
- 4:53Speaker 1: very hard to do until after November because we're going
- 4:55Speaker 1: to have to take control of the House and the
- 4:57Speaker 1: Senate again, when Adam Schiff is allowed to run rush
- 5:00Speaker 1: over people's rights, and you've got these barcycle, you know,
- 5:05Speaker 1: procedures going on right now with the so called January
- 5:07Speaker 1: sixth Commission, which is just nothing but another one hunt
- 5:10Speaker 1: to distract for the twenty two elections here, then you
- 5:14Speaker 1: know you've got the democratic soul display. They're not serious
- 5:17Speaker 1: about getting to the bottom of anything. It's all about deflection.
- 5:20Speaker 1: It's all about controlling the elections. So once we get
- 5:23Speaker 1: control back, and I think that we will, ben, we're
- 5:26Speaker 1: going to be able to hold these guys to account. Well,
- 5:28Speaker 1: let's talk about a special prosecutor here. I'm not a
- 5:31Speaker 1: big fan of special prosecutors. I think they've been weaponized
- 5:34Speaker 1: and used too often in many cases. However, with Garland,
- 5:38Speaker 1: he still is not put forth and I think he
- 5:41Speaker 1: clearly should a special counsel to really look into this?
- 5:47Speaker 1: Garland should appoint one. I don't think that he will.
- 5:50Speaker 1: What power does the Senate have to basically force that
- 5:55Speaker 1: hand to happen? And does it take a Republican majority
- 5:57Speaker 1: in November to get really anything done? You know? I
- 6:01Speaker 1: pressed him hard last week about it and the criteria
- 6:04Speaker 1: that he would used to evaluate whether to appoint a
- 6:06Speaker 1: special counsel. I mean, if you think about the conflicts here,
- 6:09Speaker 1: I'm with you, Ben, I think they've the special counsel
- 6:11Speaker 1: has power has been abused and weaponized too many times
- 6:14Speaker 1: in the past. But if you think about the conflict
- 6:16Speaker 1: of interest, You've got the president's own family under investigation.
- 6:20Speaker 1: You've got the president, who is the boss of the
- 6:22Speaker 1: Attorney General, basically telling the Attorney General through the media
- 6:25Speaker 1: and directly, my son did nothing wrong. You know, I
- 6:28Speaker 1: asked Garlin, I said, what if the president were to
- 6:30Speaker 1: call you into the Oval office and tell you that
- 6:34Speaker 1: his son did nothing wrong? You know, would that be
- 6:36Speaker 1: appropriate under these circumstances? He said absolutely not. Well, I said,
- 6:40Speaker 1: fmc's doing the same thing about having a chief staff
- 6:42Speaker 1: go on TV, having the White House Press Secretary come
- 6:44Speaker 1: on TV and saying the same things, how do you
- 6:48Speaker 1: deal with that conflict of interest? And I said, how
- 6:49Speaker 1: would you then think through appointing a special counsel? He
- 6:52Speaker 1: just deflected and would not answer. When the Republicans take charge,
- 6:56Speaker 1: we're going to have control of their budget. We're going
- 6:57Speaker 1: to be able to put a lot more pressure on
- 6:59Speaker 1: the attorney general. You know, an next prosecutor said that
- 7:02Speaker 1: a Hunter Biden special counsel at this point, he believes,
- 7:05Speaker 1: quote is a must. Andrew McCarthy explained to The Hill
- 7:09Speaker 1: newspaper in his word words quote, there is a bulletproof
- 7:13Speaker 1: case for the appointment of a special counsel under regulations
- 7:18Speaker 1: that are supposed to bind the Justice Department. Millions of
- 7:21Speaker 1: dollars allegedly poured into the Biden family from foreign sources
- 7:26Speaker 1: tied to corrupt and authoritarian governments, and Joe Biden had
- 7:30Speaker 1: to know his son was trading on his political influence
- 7:34Speaker 1: since the controlling federal regulations dictate that a special counsel
- 7:38Speaker 1: must be appointed. The longer Garland fights that, the more
- 7:41Speaker 1: it increases suspicion that the president's hands may not be clean.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Do you believe based on what you have seen? Is
- 7:49Speaker 1: there any way possible that the president could have not
- 7:53Speaker 1: known that his son, his brother, his sister were trading
- 7:59Speaker 1: on the Ami name, that he was playing golf with
- 8:02Speaker 1: business associates, that he had his son traveling on airplanes
- 8:06Speaker 1: to meet with top officials, and not only Ukraine but
- 8:09Speaker 1: in China, getting billions of dollars in loans, and also
- 8:13Speaker 1: in Mexico having meetings, taking pictures of these people in
- 8:17Speaker 1: the lobby of these hotels where they were going. I mean,
- 8:19Speaker 1: the list of things that he would have had to
- 8:21Speaker 1: be stupid and understand what was happening, having meetings with
- 8:24Speaker 1: Bob Olenski and others in La Is there any conceivable
- 8:28Speaker 1: way center that you think that the President's line that
- 8:31Speaker 1: I didn't know anything was happening is possible at this point. No,
- 8:35Speaker 1: I don't think it's possible in any way. And any
- 8:38Speaker 1: person with a business background like meet knows that there's
- 8:41Speaker 1: no way that you, Joe Biden could not have known
- 8:44Speaker 1: this dealing with all of Hunters business associates. When you
- 8:46Speaker 1: stay Hunter was on plane, he was on taxpayer of
- 8:49Speaker 1: funded planes air Force to fly to China meeting with
- 8:52Speaker 1: Hunters business partners that then set up, you know, a
- 8:55Speaker 1: company that probably put billions of dollars into at least
- 8:59Speaker 1: under the control of Hunter Biden, millions into his pocket.
- 9:02Speaker 1: You know, right after as president Biden met wishes Uking
- 9:05Speaker 1: right that it was announced a hundred then divested his
- 9:08Speaker 1: interest in this company that he owned in partnership with
- 9:10Speaker 1: the Chinese Communist Party entities. How much property did you make?
- 9:14Speaker 1: You know when did you sell it? Exactly? Nobody knows,
- 9:16Speaker 1: except these meetings are all happening in very close proximity
- 9:19Speaker 1: to access that people are able to obtain to Joe Biden.
- 9:22Speaker 1: It's very clear this is a pay to play type
- 9:25Speaker 1: of operation. It's a criminal operation. Again, Hunters already under
- 9:28Speaker 1: criminal investigation. But it doesn't stop a hunter. It goes
- 9:31Speaker 1: all the way to the big guy. Because the big
- 9:33Speaker 1: guy is the source of the access, that's the source
- 9:35Speaker 1: of the power, and that, frankly, is the reason why
- 9:37Speaker 1: a company of like Barisma would pay someone with no
- 9:39Speaker 1: experience like Hunter Biden a million dollars a year. You know,
- 9:42Speaker 1: why is Hunter Biden getting checks the millions of dollars
- 9:45Speaker 1: the Mayor of Russia's wife. This is way too hard
- 9:48Speaker 1: to explain unless you realize what's really happening here. And
- 9:51Speaker 1: that's access. You're a former ambassador, and you understand how
- 9:56Speaker 1: decisions made in the US can affect foreign policy, probably
- 10:00Speaker 1: more than a lot of other centers, just because of
- 10:03Speaker 1: that experience. And when I look at what's happening in Russia,
- 10:09Speaker 1: what's tapping in Ukraine, what's happening with China right now?
- 10:13Speaker 1: And knowing that, and we saw this audio that came
- 10:17Speaker 1: out of Hunter Biden taping a sexual encounter with a
- 10:20Speaker 1: Russian prostitute. He forgot to turn that laptop off that
- 10:24Speaker 1: was recording him. That video has now come out talking
- 10:28Speaker 1: to that prostitute about how Russians had stolen another one
- 10:32Speaker 1: of his laptops. If it had anything close to what
- 10:34Speaker 1: the laptop he left in this repair shop had on it,
- 10:39Speaker 1: there could be a treasure trove of information the Russians
- 10:42Speaker 1: could use to blackmail the president and to blackmail the
- 10:47Speaker 1: president's family. How much does it concern you that our
- 10:50Speaker 1: foreign policy is being dictated by quite possibly blackmail, Because
- 10:55Speaker 1: in his own words, he's like, Yeah, the Russians, this
- 10:57Speaker 1: Russian guy, they got my laptop. It's gone. They stole it.
- 11:00Speaker 1: I mean he's telling this to a Russian prostitute. This
- 11:03Speaker 1: has got to be from a national security standpoint, something
- 11:06Speaker 1: that should independently be investigated. Then it's deeply concerning, and
- 11:12Speaker 1: this White House seems to have no qualms about national
- 11:15Speaker 1: security issues. Look, I had to go through and get
- 11:17Speaker 1: a top secret security clearance, had to go through the
- 11:19Speaker 1: process to be cleared to do the job I did
- 11:22Speaker 1: in the previous administration. You had to have a security
- 11:24Speaker 1: clearance to do that. It's a lot of work that
- 11:26Speaker 1: goes into it. One of the things they look at
- 11:28Speaker 1: is whether you could potentially be subject to some type
- 11:30Speaker 1: of undue foreign influence, and this is clearly one of
- 11:33Speaker 1: those situations. It disqualifying. Uh, you know, it's this qualifying
- 11:37Speaker 1: point is that we're uncovered somebody would not get their
- 11:40Speaker 1: clearance to serve in a given administration. And here you
- 11:42Speaker 1: have the big guy. You know that that is obviously
- 11:46Speaker 1: you know, at least with this evidence, got real questions.
- 11:49Speaker 1: It goes all the way to the top about whether
- 11:51Speaker 1: he should even qualify to be, you know, to have
- 11:53Speaker 1: access to the type of information you need the president
- 11:56Speaker 1: to access to make critical decisions, because he could be
- 12:00Speaker 1: compromise with blackmail, as you say, the type of information
- 12:04Speaker 1: that these other governments may have you think about the
- 12:07Speaker 1: Chinese Commist party controls these that are Hunter's partners. Who
- 12:11Speaker 1: knows what's transpired between these between these companies and what
- 12:14Speaker 1: they have on Joe Biden and his family, and we
- 12:16Speaker 1: trace it all the way back to Joe Biden's expenses
- 12:19Speaker 1: that have been covered by Hunter. It gets way too
- 12:22Speaker 1: close to a company. I want to get to what's
- 12:24Speaker 1: going on at the border. We clearly have a border crisis,
- 12:29Speaker 1: and the Biden administration created this crisis on purpose. They
- 12:33Speaker 1: this is not a surprise to them. I think people
- 12:35Speaker 1: need to understand this. They wanted a fully open border.
- 12:38Speaker 1: They wanted to undo everything that was working at the border.
- 12:42Speaker 1: They that under Biden I mean or under Trump, to
- 12:45Speaker 1: stop things like this from happening with an onslaught of
- 12:49Speaker 1: illegal immigrants coming across the border. They know that fetnell
- 12:53Speaker 1: is coming across the border at record numbers, more than
- 12:56Speaker 1: enough to kill every American on a regular basis, which
- 13:00Speaker 1: again is scary. They don't care. They know that the
- 13:02Speaker 1: fetnyl and that is coming from and the chemicals are
- 13:05Speaker 1: coming from China directly the drug cartels in Mexico, and
- 13:09Speaker 1: this is putting an entire country at risk more than
- 13:13Speaker 1: we've ever seen because of how deadly, how lethal fetnyl is.
- 13:16Speaker 1: Then you've got these rules that were put in place
- 13:20Speaker 1: under the Trump administration with COVID, that you made for
- 13:24Speaker 1: you to be able to expedite people and send them
- 13:28Speaker 1: back to the country of origin they came from very quickly.
- 13:31Speaker 1: They want that to end because they want another onslaught
- 13:34Speaker 1: of illegal immigrants coming into America. This is all being
- 13:37Speaker 1: done by design, and some people I think have really
- 13:40Speaker 1: missed that boat centers. They don't realize this isn't because
- 13:43Speaker 1: they're stupid. This is their game plan. And when you
- 13:48Speaker 1: see where they're wanting to move forward with this, and
- 13:50Speaker 1: we know that the border patrol is saying they're not
- 13:52Speaker 1: just overrun, but it's a humanitarian crisis, what can Congress do?
- 13:57Speaker 1: What can you guys do to stop this? And they
- 14:00Speaker 1: know because this is being done deliberately on purpose by
- 14:03Speaker 1: the Democratic Party in the president. Well, you've hit it
- 14:08Speaker 1: very well. And people often asked me why did they
- 14:10Speaker 1: allow this to happen. I let a group down early
- 14:13Speaker 1: last month Tennessee sheriffs and mayors to see exactly what
- 14:17Speaker 1: was happening, to help them see what was happening because
- 14:19Speaker 1: they continually tell me then that each month is worse
- 14:22Speaker 1: than the month before it in Tennessee in terms of
- 14:25Speaker 1: the number of overdoses and the number of deaths from
- 14:27Speaker 1: drug overdoses, and their counties in their cities. In Tennessee,
- 14:31Speaker 1: I mean every town is a border town right now.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Most of those overdoses by far are futonol related. Again,
- 14:36Speaker 1: fluttonol coming from communist China through Mexico in partnership with
- 14:40Speaker 1: the Mexican drug cartels, pumping it straight into the towns
- 14:43Speaker 1: and cities across our nation. And the number one cause
- 14:45Speaker 1: of death in America for young people between the ages
- 14:48Speaker 1: of eighteen and forty five right now is drug overdose.
- 14:50Speaker 1: Can you believe this drug overdoses now become the number
- 14:53Speaker 1: one cause of death. Over one hundred thousand people killed
- 14:55Speaker 1: just last year through drug overdoses. And the Big administration
- 14:59Speaker 1: wants to look the other way as this massive flow
- 15:02Speaker 1: of illstit drugs comes across the border. Why did happen?
- 15:05Speaker 1: Why are we allowing this to happen? Well, as a
- 15:07Speaker 1: business person, always look at say what are the incentives here?
- 15:10Speaker 1: Who benefits from this? Well, you might say that the
- 15:13Speaker 1: large corporate donors like to see you a flood of
- 15:16Speaker 1: pressure coming in on the lower wag journals that's flooding
- 15:19Speaker 1: across the border. That may keep wages down. That could
- 15:22Speaker 1: perhaps be one incentive, one motivation. You look at the
- 15:25Speaker 1: donor base there of corporate America and the Democrats and
- 15:28Speaker 1: how close that may be. But I think the other
- 15:30Speaker 1: thing is it really takes a little more explanation. If
- 15:33Speaker 1: you think about where these sanctuary cities are located. Then
- 15:36Speaker 1: you know, we've all heard about sanctuary cities in America,
- 15:38Speaker 1: but where they are located. They're located in states where
- 15:41Speaker 1: Democrats control the state legislatures. And when you get to
- 15:45Speaker 1: the next census, a census that determines the number of
- 15:47Speaker 1: congressional seats and the number of electoral votes based on
- 15:51Speaker 1: the number of people, not citizens, but the number of
- 15:53Speaker 1: people in a given state, and then those states can
- 15:56Speaker 1: reallocate those seats based on what the state legislature says.
- 15:59Speaker 1: It begins add up for your doesn't there about power?
- 16:03Speaker 1: And they're willing to undertake hundred thousand deaths and overdoses
- 16:08Speaker 1: a massive humanitarian crisis at the border. I mean, we
- 16:10Speaker 1: saw young children, young women that had obviously been abused.
- 16:14Speaker 1: They've been on journeys that taking them one two, sometimes
- 16:18Speaker 1: more one or two months to get from you know,
- 16:21Speaker 1: whatever home country they have across that border. The national
- 16:24Speaker 1: security crisis been. When I was done in early April,
- 16:27Speaker 1: they had already encountered one hundred and fifty seven different
- 16:30Speaker 1: nationalities at that border. Since Joe Biden took office and
- 16:33Speaker 1: collapsed our border, the numbers now up twe hundred and
- 16:35Speaker 1: sixty four different nationalities there we are in early May.
- 16:38Speaker 1: I mean, it's an incredible national security crisis that they're
- 16:41Speaker 1: willing to endure just to change the math. That's where
- 16:44Speaker 1: you look at the incentives is to change the math
- 16:47Speaker 1: in America. On the electoral side, it is to fundamentally
- 16:51Speaker 1: change the math and to change the way that our
- 16:53Speaker 1: elections the outcomes, I guess you'd say, of our elections.
- 16:57Speaker 1: And it's putting illegal amigr and people that are bringing
- 17:01Speaker 1: the law ahead of the American citizens. And this administration.
- 17:06Speaker 1: I had this debate the other day with somebody about
- 17:08Speaker 1: the President's mind. They're like, look, the president, he's not
- 17:11Speaker 1: trying to be bring drugs into this country. I said,
- 17:14Speaker 1: I think the president is tone is nam or tone
- 17:17Speaker 1: death to what drugs due to a family, and I
- 17:20Speaker 1: used his son as the example. I think it's sad.
- 17:22Speaker 1: I think I think Joe Biden took advantage of his
- 17:24Speaker 1: son's addiction problems Hunter Biden and exploited them because he
- 17:29Speaker 1: could do things that his brother wouldn't do and make money.
- 17:33Speaker 1: Because he knew his son had an addiction and needed
- 17:35Speaker 1: a massive amount of cash to keep those addictions up.
- 17:38Speaker 1: He didn't try to stop his son from getting cash
- 17:40Speaker 1: from all these deals trading off his name. He exploited it.
- 17:43Speaker 1: And I really think they looked as almost like an alibi,
- 17:46Speaker 1: and they we've seen this. We saw his sister do
- 17:48Speaker 1: an interview just the other morning on a Sunday morning
- 17:51Speaker 1: show talking about, you know how they're rooting for Hunter
- 17:53Speaker 1: and he's had this addiction problem, and really laying out
- 17:56Speaker 1: their case. They're going to claim he didn't know what
- 17:59Speaker 1: he was doing, and he didn't know what he was
- 18:00Speaker 1: doing in Russia, he didn't know what he was doing
- 18:02Speaker 1: in Mexico, he didn't know what he was doing China
- 18:04Speaker 1: because he was such an addict. They're exploiting his addiction.
- 18:07Speaker 1: So I don't trust Joe Biden to stop the flow
- 18:11Speaker 1: of fetno in the United It's America because he wouldn't
- 18:13Speaker 1: even stop his son's addiction. In fact, I argue that
- 18:16Speaker 1: they used it and exploited it to make more money
- 18:19Speaker 1: off their son while he was an addict. It's such
- 18:23Speaker 1: a sad situation. And you can't get Joe Biden to
- 18:25Speaker 1: go to the border either. They won't even confront, They
- 18:28Speaker 1: won't even look it in the eye. Joe Biden hasn't
- 18:30Speaker 1: been to the border. Kamala Harris went to El Paso,
- 18:33Speaker 1: twelve hundred miles away from what I was in the
- 18:35Speaker 1: Rio brand when this is actually happening. They don't want
- 18:38Speaker 1: to confront. The mainstream media that work with them won't
- 18:41Speaker 1: cover it. And this is a massive national security crisis.
- 18:44Speaker 1: It's the biggest national security risk we face as a nation,
- 18:47Speaker 1: and they're willing to endure it again. They're exploiting this.
- 18:50Speaker 1: And I think what you would you continue to touch
- 18:52Speaker 1: upon in the previous segment we talked about the Biden
- 18:54Speaker 1: family crime, Senator, They're an exploitative group. They're willing to
- 18:58Speaker 1: exploit the American public, They're willing to exploit their office
- 19:01Speaker 1: and the way you laid it up, then maybe even
- 19:03Speaker 1: their own family numbers. Lastly, I want to move to
- 19:06Speaker 1: the economy for a second Senator, and we've got a
- 19:08Speaker 1: real problem with inflation. We have a real problem with
- 19:10Speaker 1: our economy right now. We have twice as many people
- 19:14Speaker 1: sitting out of work than the number of job openings
- 19:17Speaker 1: that we have right now, there is a crisis when
- 19:21Speaker 1: it comes to finding people that are even willing to work.
- 19:23Speaker 1: The Democrats accomplish their goal of getting people addicted to
- 19:27Speaker 1: government aid, that's very clear. Now. Now we've got inflation,
- 19:31Speaker 1: We have the interest rates that have almost doubled in
- 19:34Speaker 1: the last several months on home loans. This is changing
- 19:37Speaker 1: people's buying power. This administration still spending and the Democrats
- 19:42Speaker 1: are still spending money like drunken sailors, and it's putting
- 19:46Speaker 1: us into Now. They want to give out all this
- 19:48Speaker 1: money for people with college loans, right so you don't
- 19:51Speaker 1: have to pay them off, And that's just bribing people,
- 19:53Speaker 1: I think to vote for them in the midterm elections.
- 19:58Speaker 1: Is there any way to bring in government spending at
- 20:01Speaker 1: any point in the near future or is this just
- 20:03Speaker 1: going to be a ticking time bomb that will explode
- 20:06Speaker 1: and destroy our economy. Well, you know, if you think
- 20:10Speaker 1: about it. Since I arrived in early last year, the
- 20:14Speaker 1: Democrats have used a tool called reconciliation, which is a misnomer.
- 20:19Speaker 1: Again in Washington, they've used this. It's a means for
- 20:21Speaker 1: them to go through with a single party line vote,
- 20:24Speaker 1: not any Republican support, the fifty Democrats plus Kamala Harris,
- 20:28Speaker 1: and they've been able to ram through. They did at
- 20:29Speaker 1: one point nine trillion dollars so called COVID relief package
- 20:33Speaker 1: that had very little of anything to do with COVID relief,
- 20:36Speaker 1: and we found out later that we didn't even have
- 20:38Speaker 1: testing supplies in Ppe where it should have been. I mean,
- 20:41Speaker 1: this is all about them ramming through more and more spending,
- 20:45Speaker 1: creating more and more government dependence. They were even sending
- 20:47Speaker 1: stimulus checks to people in jail, incarcerated people. This is
- 20:52Speaker 1: their game plan, and they're talking about using it again.
- 20:55Speaker 1: They're talking about using it again and until we regained
- 20:58Speaker 1: control of the Senate, and that's not going to happen
- 21:00Speaker 1: until the elections in November and we take back the
- 21:02Speaker 1: Gabble in January. They're going to look at this as
- 21:05Speaker 1: a path to continue to just recklessly spend and spend
- 21:08Speaker 1: and spend and we're going to be fighting at every turn.
- 21:12Speaker 1: If you think about what's happened with Title forty two,
- 21:14Speaker 1: for example, we've been able to pull some Democrats over
- 21:16Speaker 1: with us. Now you think about what happened with Bolling
- 21:18Speaker 1: at the filibuster, we were able to pull Joe Mansion
- 21:20Speaker 1: justin Cinema over with us. We're going to keep working
- 21:23Speaker 1: to do that. But it's going to be a fight
- 21:26Speaker 1: till the end of this year, no question about it. Last,
- 21:28Speaker 1: very last question. I do want to get your thoughts
- 21:31Speaker 1: on the Supreme Court leak. We do know that Chief
- 21:34Speaker 1: Justice has said there will be an investigation. Will Congress
- 21:37Speaker 1: be involved in having their own investigation into that? League?
- 21:40Speaker 1: That was unprecedented, has been cheered and not condemned by
- 21:43Speaker 1: the White House or any Democratic leadership so far. Yeah,
- 21:48Speaker 1: it's amazing that Democrats are going to be silent on this.
- 21:51Speaker 1: Another attempt to destroy yet another institution of America. This
- 21:55Speaker 1: time they're trying to destroy the Supreme Court. They're willing
- 21:58Speaker 1: to do this to get their way. Um. You know,
- 22:01Speaker 1: I was pleased to see Justice Roberts saying that he's
- 22:03Speaker 1: going to have an investigation. I've been a business leader
- 22:07Speaker 1: if you're the CEO of an operation and by or
- 22:09Speaker 1: Justice Roberts, I would have had everybody in there that
- 22:12Speaker 1: night as soon as it was discovered. Get your cell
- 22:14Speaker 1: phones out, let's see your computers. I would have had
- 22:16Speaker 1: everything to find out. You know, we're going to stay
- 22:18Speaker 1: here until we get to the bottom of who did this.
- 22:21Speaker 1: They have allowed the Supreme Court to now become, you know,
- 22:25Speaker 1: weaponized again. What they're trying to do is put pressure
- 22:28Speaker 1: on the justices to overturn what they think will be
- 22:32Speaker 1: a verne that's favorable to overturning row b Way, which
- 22:34Speaker 1: is in my view, a very poorly decided case a
- 22:38Speaker 1: long time ago. You know, I'm certainly pro life. The
- 22:42Speaker 1: outcome there is something that the Democrats hate, and they're
- 22:45Speaker 1: going to use that to try to make another excuse
- 22:48Speaker 1: to book Bilibuster this year. I fully expect that as well.
- 22:51Speaker 1: So we're going to have to be ready on all fronts.
- 22:55Speaker 1: I think the Supreme Court is the logical place for
- 22:58Speaker 1: this investigation to start, but we need to be looking
- 23:00Speaker 1: at ourselves at what's taking place here in any sort
- 23:03Speaker 1: of oversight mechanism that we can get. Certainly after November
- 23:06Speaker 1: we need to exercise the Senator, I appreciate your time
- 23:09Speaker 1: as always, thank you for talking with us on these
- 23:11Speaker 1: very important issues, and good luck fighting this fight because
- 23:14Speaker 1: it's a tough one. Thank you, sir. Somebody decided on
- 23:17Speaker 1: the left to leak the document, leak the opinion that
- 23:21Speaker 1: was being written at the Supreme Court. They knew that
- 23:24Speaker 1: if they leaked this document it would put the lives
- 23:27Speaker 1: of Supreme Court justices and their families at risk, and
- 23:30Speaker 1: they didn't care because they're about mob ro. And if
- 23:33Speaker 1: you don't think Democrats are advocating and supporting this unprecedented
- 23:38Speaker 1: leak at the Supreme Court, which completely, by the way,
- 23:41Speaker 1: undermines the rule of law of the Supreme Court, I
- 23:44Speaker 1: want you to listen to what Chuck Schumer had to say.
- 23:47Speaker 1: He said, this is the day we never thought would happen,
- 23:49Speaker 1: but now that it has with Roe v. Wade, we're
- 23:52Speaker 1: gonna fight. This day would never come, but this day
- 23:56Speaker 1: has come, and we will fight it all the way.
- 24:00Speaker 1: There it is, we will fight it all the way now.
- 24:02Speaker 1: He says it this way for obvious reasons. He's ready
- 24:06Speaker 1: for a fight. And whoever the Democrat was that leaked this,
- 24:10Speaker 1: whichever person it was that leaked this. It is very clear.
- 24:13Speaker 1: It is very obvious they knew what they were doing
- 24:16Speaker 1: and they didn't care. Now, Republican leader Mitch McConnell came
- 24:25Speaker 1: out and had a link the statement, a statement that
- 24:27Speaker 1: I think was one of his best statements I've ever
- 24:30Speaker 1: heard him talk about or say. And I want you
- 24:33Speaker 1: to hear what he had to say in response to
- 24:35Speaker 1: this unprecedented move for mobrel anarchy and the attacking of
- 24:42Speaker 1: the justices on the court that they disagree with that.
- 24:44Speaker 1: Let me also say something else. There's been a big
- 24:46Speaker 1: lie going around for the last several hours, a lie
- 24:50Speaker 1: really since this broke. The news broke and Politico broke
- 24:54Speaker 1: the news, which they should have, by the way, never
- 24:56Speaker 1: ever have run with. And this idea is that a
- 24:59Speaker 1: board is going to be illegal in this country because
- 25:02Speaker 1: of Roe v. Way being overturned. That's just not true.
- 25:05Speaker 1: There are going to be abortions. They are going to
- 25:06Speaker 1: be allowed in the United States of America, in liberal states.
- 25:09Speaker 1: This is about a states rights issue. The federal government
- 25:11Speaker 1: should have never gotten into the business with Roe v.
- 25:16Speaker 1: Wade the way they did. They should have made it
- 25:18Speaker 1: a state's rights issue. And that's all that has happened
- 25:21Speaker 1: here is they're returning this to states. There are liberal states.
- 25:23Speaker 1: They're gonna allow for abortions. They're gonna allow for abortions
- 25:26Speaker 1: on demand. Now that will be challenged, but it will
- 25:28Speaker 1: still be abortions that are going to be able to
- 25:30Speaker 1: be allowed in the United States of America. So when
- 25:33Speaker 1: you hear people saying if they're gonna bean abortions and
- 25:35Speaker 1: people are gonna go to back alleys and they're gonna
- 25:37Speaker 1: die right to fearmonger you into thinking, well, we should
- 25:41Speaker 1: just keep abortions. Know that they're lying to you. Listen
- 25:45Speaker 1: to what the Mitch McConnell, the leader of the Republican
- 25:47Speaker 1: Party in the Senate, had to say earlier. For years,
- 25:51Speaker 1: the radical left has attacked the institution of the Supreme Court.
- 25:56Speaker 1: Last night, it appears their campaign yet a new love. Historically,
- 26:01Speaker 1: the justices, clerks, and staff have prized and protected the
- 26:06Speaker 1: Court's confidentiality. The justices must be able to discuss and
- 26:12Speaker 1: deliberate in an environment of total trust and privacy. Americans
- 26:18Speaker 1: cannot receive a fair trial if politicians, pundits, bullies, and
- 26:24Speaker 1: mobs get a say in court. Judicial independence is vital,
- 26:30Speaker 1: but the far left has spent years shamelessly attacking it.
- 26:34Speaker 1: Democrats in Congress have endorsed plans for partisan court packing.
- 26:38Speaker 1: They've sent the justices threatening legal briefs. They've scheduled sham
- 26:42Speaker 1: hearings to smear judges. In twenty twenty, the Senate Democratic
- 26:47Speaker 1: leader marched across the street to the Court and shouted threats,
- 26:52Speaker 1: threats at multiple justices by name if they didn't rule
- 26:58Speaker 1: how he wanted. Twenty eighteen, activists literally chased senators around
- 27:04Speaker 1: the Capitol, and now last night, a shocking, shocking new breach. Somebody,
- 27:12Speaker 1: likely somebody inside the Court itself, leaked a confidential internal
- 27:17Speaker 1: draft to the press, almost certainly in an effort to
- 27:21Speaker 1: stir up an inappropriate pressure campaign to sway an outcome.
- 27:27Speaker 1: The radical left immediately rallied around the toxic stunt. The
- 27:31Speaker 1: cheerleaders for partisan court packing applauded what they suggested was
- 27:36Speaker 1: the work of quote, a brave clerk making a last
- 27:42Speaker 1: ditch hail Mary attempt to cause a political firestorm and
- 27:47Speaker 1: cause the Court to reconsider. Liberals want to rip the
- 27:52Speaker 1: blindfold off Lady Justice. They want to override impartialogy within Timo.
- 28:01Speaker 1: They want to elevate mob rule over the rule of law.
- 28:07Speaker 1: The same political movement that used a leak to move
- 28:11Speaker 1: up the timeline of justice Briar's retirement process is trying
- 28:16Speaker 1: to use yet another leak to make the court less
- 28:20Speaker 1: secure and less impartial. Never before, never before in modern
- 28:26Speaker 1: history has an internal draft been leaked to the public
- 28:31Speaker 1: while the justices were still deciding a case. Never before,
- 28:38Speaker 1: whoever committed this lawless act knew exactly what it could
- 28:44Speaker 1: bring about. The justices already require security. Less than two
- 28:50Speaker 1: weeks ago, an unbalanced person lit himself on fire on
- 28:53Speaker 1: the court steps. Less than three years ago, a liberal
- 28:58Speaker 1: mob tried to storm the court, shoving past law enforcement
- 29:03Speaker 1: and pounding on the doors. Look, everybody knows what kind
- 29:10Speaker 1: of climate the far left is trying to fuel. One
- 29:14Speaker 1: that is antithetical, antithetical to the rule of law. Right
- 29:19Speaker 1: on q top, democrats began publishing wild statements about what
- 29:24Speaker 1: the Court might decide, packed with using unhinged rhetoric that
- 29:30Speaker 1: could easily incite light a match. So what else happened?
- 29:37Speaker 1: Activists flocked to the court. An angry crowd surrounded the court,
- 29:44Speaker 1: chanting justice's names, very knewed calls to smash the institutions
- 29:50Speaker 1: of both the Senate and the Court. At the same time,
- 29:55Speaker 1: one of the Court's most essential and sacred features is smashed,
- 30:01Speaker 1: just to buy the outrage industrial complex a few extra
- 30:06Speaker 1: days to scream nonsense about what the Court might rule.
- 30:13Speaker 1: This law's action should be investigated, unpunished, to the fullest
- 30:18Speaker 1: extent possible, the fullest extent possible. I'm certain the Chief
- 30:25Speaker 1: Justice will seek to get to the bottom of this.
- 30:28Speaker 1: If a crime was committed, the Department of Justice must
- 30:33Speaker 1: pursue it completely. So listen, I want all nine Justices
- 30:39Speaker 1: to know there are still principal Senators who have their
- 30:43Speaker 1: backs no matter what. There are still some people in
- 30:48Speaker 1: this capital and the majority in the Senate whose support
- 30:53Speaker 1: for the rule of law is not conditional. Not conditional.
- 30:58Speaker 1: The Court should tune out the bad faith noise and
- 31:02Speaker 1: feel completely free to do their jobs. They should follow
- 31:07Speaker 1: the fox and the law wherever that leads. As I've
- 31:13Speaker 1: warned in the past, courts bowing to activist pressure would
- 31:18Speaker 1: never enhance judicial legitimacy. It could only erode it, and
- 31:25Speaker 1: the hostage checkers would never settle for half a loath.
- 31:30Speaker 1: Mitch McConnell absolutely right. The Supreme court and the way
- 31:35Speaker 1: that these people went rogue leaking this opinion that shows
- 31:40Speaker 1: that they will overall. Roe v. Wade is clearly done
- 31:44Speaker 1: with the intents at the bare minimum of putting so
- 31:47Speaker 1: much pressure on maybe a justice who is on the
- 31:53Speaker 1: quote unquote fence right maybe keyword, maybe on the fence
- 31:58Speaker 1: into changing their vote. Objective number one, number two is
- 32:03Speaker 1: to try to intimidate them. This is no different than
- 32:06Speaker 1: juror intimidation, right. You find jurors, you threaten things, you
- 32:10Speaker 1: threaten their family, you tell them you're going to come
- 32:12Speaker 1: after them, or you play on their conscience that people
- 32:15Speaker 1: are going to die because of the decision they make.
- 32:18Speaker 1: We've seen this happen all over the country where there
- 32:21Speaker 1: are people that are willing to convict a police officer
- 32:23Speaker 1: or something just because they don't want riots and looting
- 32:25Speaker 1: in their city. They don't want people to die in
- 32:27Speaker 1: their city. It is pressure, political pressure in a disgusting form,
- 32:33Speaker 1: and that is exactly what happened. That this is unpressed
- 32:35Speaker 1: now the person who did this, and apparently the FBI
- 32:38Speaker 1: is now looking into this, and I hope that the
- 32:40Speaker 1: FBI actually is unpartisan and does their job to find
- 32:44Speaker 1: this leaker. Because they will be able to figure it out.
- 32:47Speaker 1: And I hope that's exactly what happens here. It is exactly,
- 32:50Speaker 1: by the way, what needs to happen. But what we
- 32:53Speaker 1: have witnessed right, what we have watched, what we have
- 32:56Speaker 1: seen from the left is they are willing to destroy
- 32:59Speaker 1: anyone's life, including Supreme Court justices, and put their lives
- 33:03Speaker 1: at risk so that they can hold America hostage. This
- 33:05Speaker 1: is no different than what they did to Donald Trump
- 33:07Speaker 1: with Russian Collision, when they knew the entire time the
- 33:09Speaker 1: story was crap. Make no mistake that leaking of the
- 33:13Speaker 1: Scotus decision is unprecedented and it was obviously done by
- 33:17Speaker 1: a liberal justice to pressure one of the conservatives to
- 33:21Speaker 1: change their mind. And the left will stop at nothing
- 33:24Speaker 1: to protect their right to murder the innocent. This is
- 33:28Speaker 1: just the beginning for them, and it's going to get very,
- 33:32Speaker 1: very ugly. It's going to get demonic. As one person
- 33:36Speaker 1: sent a line, if they overturned revieweight, it's about eight,
- 33:39Speaker 1: it's about to hit a wild you've never seen before.
- 33:43Speaker 1: That is a threat from Democrats. Make sure you share
