During a preliminary hearing in Covington County Justice Court on Monday, a judge again denied bond for a suspect he believes could be a threat to the community and a flight risk. Cortavious Hobbs and his brother, Cortavion, allegedly shot Deputy Yates Rodney during a traffic stop on June 8.
