- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is verdict with center, Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you,
- 0:05Speaker 2: and Senator let's start with the big news. It is
- 0:07Speaker 2: the red carpet welcome to the communists from China, Jijingping.
- 0:13Speaker 2: He came to America and boy did we clean up
- 0:16Speaker 2: the world for him in San Francisco and literally gave
- 0:19Speaker 2: him a red carpet welcoming. This is the present, told
- 0:24Speaker 2: being it's time, it's good to see you again.
- 0:27Speaker 1: And he also said something else.
- 0:29Speaker 2: It was incredibly shocking, and I want to get your
- 0:32Speaker 2: take on it. He said this at the table at
- 0:34Speaker 2: their first meeting. Sitting to his left was Janet Yellen.
- 0:37Speaker 2: Sitting to his right was Anthony Blincoln. At that table,
- 0:41Speaker 2: you had John carry down at one end as well.
- 0:43Speaker 2: It was the full Biden you know, red carpet welcome.
- 0:46Speaker 2: And here's what he said.
- 0:48Speaker 3: We also have a responsibility to our people and in
- 0:52Speaker 3: the world to work together when we see it in
- 0:55Speaker 3: our interest to do so.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Okay, we also have responsibility to our people and to
- 1:00Speaker 2: the world to work together.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Is that true?
- 1:03Speaker 3: No, of course it's not. And listen that this was
- 1:08Speaker 3: a sad meeting. It was a meeting of capitulation. This
- 1:12Speaker 3: was by any measure, it was a meeting of the
- 1:14Speaker 3: world's most powerful communist and the president of China.
- 1:19Speaker 2: You look at them meeting, and you see this happening
- 1:22Speaker 2: in us rolling out the red carpet for him. Look
- 1:26Speaker 2: at the past here, and let's just go through some
- 1:30Speaker 2: of these since he's taken office. Biden allowed a Chinese
- 1:34Speaker 2: spy balloon to survey our entire country, knowing what it
- 1:37Speaker 2: was doing, spying on us, and refused to shoot it
- 1:39Speaker 2: down until after it already completed its mission. Biden resumed
- 1:44Speaker 2: funding for the World Health Organization despite China's significant influence.
- 1:49Speaker 2: And then, just to put in perspective, Biden bought one
- 1:52Speaker 2: point three billion, not million, but billion dollars in Chinese
- 1:57Speaker 2: made COVID tests and then gave them to Americans. On
- 2:01Speaker 2: top of the fact that Biden let China build secret
- 2:04Speaker 2: spying facilities in nearby countries that could survey America. And
- 2:09Speaker 2: that's just the beginning of the list that's been all
- 2:12Speaker 2: for China, nothing to protect America.
- 2:15Speaker 3: Well, listen, there's a fundamental problem, which is Joe Biden
- 2:18Speaker 3: and the Democrat Party are structurally pro China. And the
- 2:22Speaker 3: reason for this, and I explain this at length in
- 2:24Speaker 3: my brand new book, which is on Amazon right now,
- 2:27Speaker 3: in bookstores right now, go buy it. But in the book,
- 2:30Speaker 3: I explained the reason the Democrat Party is so indebted
- 2:34Speaker 3: to China is every one of their major stakeholders, big business,
- 2:39Speaker 3: big tech, big Hollywood, big universities, all of them are
- 2:43Speaker 3: in bed with China, and so Joe Biden. Joe Biden
- 2:46Speaker 3: is spent literally fifty years in Washington as an apologist
- 2:52Speaker 3: for the Chinese communists, defending them, saying, come on, man,
- 2:56Speaker 3: there are friends. They're not our enemies. There are friends.
- 3:00Speaker 3: He's been saying that for fifty years. So look, you
- 3:04Speaker 3: mentioned a minute ago been the Chinese spibulon the Chinese
- 3:07Speaker 3: spibulin number one. We would never have known about that
- 3:11Speaker 3: if some intrepid ranchers in Montana hadn't looked up and
- 3:14Speaker 3: seen the damn thing in the sky. That's the only
- 3:16Speaker 3: reason we know about it. It was literally a couple
- 3:18Speaker 3: of guys in Montana that had telescopes that said, what
- 3:21Speaker 3: the hell is that? And they tweeted about it, and
- 3:24Speaker 3: suddenly the Biden Administration's like, oh crap, the Chinese are
- 3:29Speaker 3: surveilling our military installations are engaging in espionage over the
- 3:33Speaker 3: United States. Don't mind you. They didn't shoot it down
- 3:36Speaker 3: when it entered US airspace. They allowed it to cross
- 3:39Speaker 3: US airspace, they allowed it to hover over US military installation,
- 3:43Speaker 3: they allowed it to engage in ongoing espionage and surveillance.
- 3:47Speaker 3: And it was only after it had crossed the entire
- 3:51Speaker 3: continental United States that had crossed in the Atlantic Ocean.
- 3:54Speaker 3: Then they shot it down after its mission was over,
- 3:58Speaker 3: after it had broadcast all of the espionage back to China.
- 4:01Speaker 3: Then they shut it down as a PR move. And
- 4:03Speaker 3: then it got really ridiculous. If you remember, the Biden
- 4:06Speaker 3: administration proceeded to shoot several other things down, including what
- 4:10Speaker 3: appears to be a weather balloon launched by a bunch
- 4:13Speaker 3: of high school students in Illinois. So we spent presumably
- 4:18Speaker 3: one hundred thousand dollars missile to knock down a one
- 4:22Speaker 3: hundred dollars balloon. That's the Biden administration. And the reason is, look,
- 4:28Speaker 3: this was about politics and PR It was not about
- 4:31Speaker 3: standing up to China. And so when Biden went to
- 4:34Speaker 3: San Francisco, he does not have an objective of defending
- 4:39Speaker 3: our nation from our most significant enemy. One of the
- 4:43Speaker 3: things I discussed in the book Unwoke is how when
- 4:45Speaker 3: I arrived in the Senate eleven years ago, I was
- 4:49Speaker 3: arguing then that China poses the greatest geopolitical threat to
- 4:54Speaker 3: the United States for the next century, that this is
- 4:58Speaker 3: a massive battle, and we need to come together and understand.
- 5:02Speaker 3: China is waging a thousand year war. Their objective is
- 5:06Speaker 3: complete geopolitical domination. And right now the Biden administration not
- 5:11Speaker 3: only as not opposed to that, they're supporting that, they're
- 5:14Speaker 3: emphatically in bed with China. And we need to get serious.
- 5:17Speaker 3: And by the way, when I got here in twenty thirteen,
- 5:22Speaker 3: my view is a wild minority view. All of the
- 5:26Speaker 3: Democrats disagreed with me, and most of the Republicans disagreed
- 5:30Speaker 3: with me. They frankly, they looked at China. They saw
- 5:33Speaker 3: nothing but dollar signs as far as the eye could see.
- 5:35Speaker 3: They just saw lots and lots of money. And at
- 5:38Speaker 3: this point, we have seen China number one, engage in
- 5:42Speaker 3: systematic murder torture. They have concentration camps with over one
- 5:46Speaker 3: million kures in slave labor. They engage at espionage, they
- 5:51Speaker 3: engage in theft at a global level. In a way
- 5:54Speaker 3: that's never been happened before. Look, espionage and theft has
- 5:57Speaker 3: always been part of human relations, but we've never had
- 6:01Speaker 3: a nation state with trillions of dollars of GDP investing
- 6:06Speaker 3: in stealing the intellectual property of the United States. That
- 6:09Speaker 3: that is a new dynamic. And none of that even
- 6:14Speaker 3: takes into account China's incredible culpability with the COVID virus.
- 6:18Speaker 3: I believe the overwhelming weight of the evidence suggests that
- 6:22Speaker 3: the COVID virus escaped from the Wuhan Institute of Virology,
- 6:27Speaker 3: and I think the majority of the evidence. I don't
- 6:29Speaker 3: think it is as compelling, but I think it is
- 6:31Speaker 3: more likely than not that the virus was manufactured by
- 6:35Speaker 3: the Chinese government in that land, That they took existing coronaviruses,
- 6:40Speaker 3: that they modified them using gain of function research. They
- 6:43Speaker 3: made the more transmissible, they made the more deadly, they
- 6:47Speaker 3: made the more dangerous for humans, and then it was
- 6:51Speaker 3: released from the Wuhana Institute Virology. That means, and then
- 6:54Speaker 3: after that happened, it is undisputed that China covered it up.
- 6:58Speaker 3: They disappeared the whistleblowers, they disappeared the doctors, they hid
- 7:02Speaker 3: the break of COVID nineteen and on any level, China
- 7:06Speaker 3: bears enormous culpability for the millions of deaths that came
- 7:10Speaker 3: from COVID, from the trillions of dollars of economic damage
- 7:13Speaker 3: that came from COVID. And you know what, Joe Biden
- 7:16Speaker 3: didn't say a damn word about any of that when
- 7:20Speaker 3: he sat down with she in San Francisco.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:23Speaker 2: One of the things when he said down with him
- 7:24Speaker 2: is this idea. And you could see it in the Democrats.
- 7:27Speaker 2: They were really pushing this idea center that we needed
- 7:30Speaker 2: a grand reset with China. We need to open back
- 7:33Speaker 2: up relations where we're talking with them, or their military
- 7:36Speaker 2: is talking with our military, and this is all about
- 7:40Speaker 2: a grand reset. Did we really need a grand reset
- 7:44Speaker 2: with China?
- 7:45Speaker 3: Look, grand reset is the favorite approach of the Democrats.
- 7:49Speaker 3: You'll recall Hillary Clinton when she was Secretary of State,
- 7:52Speaker 3: she engaged in a quote grand reset with Russia. In fact,
- 7:55Speaker 3: she went over and she met with Lavrov, the Foreign
- 7:57Speaker 3: Minister of Russia, with a big red button. It was
- 8:01Speaker 3: very theatrical, but their idea was mean. Old Republicans viewed
- 8:06Speaker 3: Russia as our enemy. We now know Russia is our friend.
- 8:09Speaker 3: By the way, remember the debate in twenty twelve. You
- 8:12Speaker 3: and I both watched them between Obama and Mitt Romney,
- 8:15Speaker 3: where Mitt Romney was saying in twenty twelve that he
- 8:18Speaker 3: saw Russia as an enormous geopolitical threat. You remember what
- 8:21Speaker 3: Barack Obama said in response to that.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Yeah, he said, with the Cold War is over, they're
- 8:26Speaker 2: calling for the talking points back and calmed down.
- 8:29Speaker 3: Yeah. He looked at Mitt and he said, the nineteen
- 8:31Speaker 3: eighties are calling they want their talking points back. Yeah.
- 8:35Speaker 3: And it was this smug liberal sense that Russia is
- 8:39Speaker 3: now our friend and we're going to have a grand
- 8:41Speaker 3: reset with Russia. Mind you, we're in the middle of
- 8:43Speaker 3: friggin war in Ukraine that Biden caused because of his weakness.
- 8:47Speaker 3: They now describe Putin as the modern day Hitler. And
- 8:51Speaker 3: yet these imbeciles did a grand reset a decade ago.
- 8:56Speaker 3: That's the Democrat Party. So now their grand reset is
- 8:58Speaker 3: with China. Never mind that China is unambiguously hostile to America.
- 9:06Speaker 3: They wanted to feed America, they wanted to displace US
- 9:08Speaker 3: as the world's economic superpower. They want to displace US militarily.
- 9:12Speaker 3: They want to dominate the United States of America. And
- 9:15Speaker 3: yet Democrats say that is hunky dory. We are all
- 9:19Speaker 3: in with communist China.
- 9:21Speaker 2: I want to tell you about Augusta Precious Metals. You
- 9:24Speaker 2: may have noticed that gold prices have gone up significantly
- 9:28Speaker 2: over the last few weeks, and that is because of
- 9:31Speaker 2: uncertainty that's going on around the world, whether it's in
- 9:34Speaker 2: the Middle East, whether it's with our dead in this
- 9:36Speaker 2: country Wall Street, and how it's reacting interest rates and inflation.
- 9:41Speaker 2: And if you're like me and you've wanted to buy
- 9:43Speaker 2: gold for years, there are lots of commercials out there,
- 9:46Speaker 2: but who can you really trust. Well, I want to
- 9:48Speaker 2: tell you about Augusta Precious Metals. They give you information,

- 10:47Speaker 2: Goldra that's eight seven seven the number four gold Ira
- 10:51Speaker 2: or Augusta Precious Metals dot com. Well, let's talk about
- 10:56Speaker 2: Ping coming to this country and the symbolism of that.
- 10:59Speaker 2: I mean, this was important. I think for him, he
- 11:02Speaker 2: wanted to come here. I'm sure he's laughing in their meetings,
- 11:06Speaker 2: going wow, we exported COVID and really hurt financially America.
- 11:13Speaker 2: Interest rates are up, we have a lot of their debt.
- 11:15Speaker 2: They're paying us even more money. And now we're walking
- 11:18Speaker 2: off the plane to this red carpet welcome. What does
- 11:22Speaker 2: this do to embolden him, especially on the issue of Taiwan.
- 11:27Speaker 3: Look on Taiwan. She has got to feel incredibly encouraged.
- 11:32Speaker 3: He looks at Joe Biden Number one. Any enemy of
- 11:35Speaker 3: America that sits down with Joe Biden recognizes this man
- 11:40Speaker 3: is too old, his mental capacity is not there. He
- 11:44Speaker 3: is not an effective commander in chief. There is a
- 11:47Speaker 3: reason the world has gone to hell in a handbasket.
- 11:51Speaker 3: Think about it. Two and a half years ago, Joe
- 11:52Speaker 3: Biden came into the White House. He inherited peace and prosperity.
- 11:56Speaker 3: The world was in very good shape. We now have
- 11:59Speaker 3: two simultaneous wars. We have the biggest war in Europe
- 12:03Speaker 3: since World War II and simultaneously the worst war in
- 12:07Speaker 3: the Middle East in fifty years. That's what happens when
- 12:10Speaker 3: the US commander in chief is weak and and effective,
- 12:12Speaker 3: and nobody is afraid of him, nobody thinks he's credible,
- 12:16Speaker 3: nobody thinks he will follow through on anything. And she
- 12:18Speaker 3: is looking at that saying, there has never been a
- 12:21Speaker 3: better time in the history of the universe for China
- 12:24Speaker 3: to invade Taiwan than right now today. And the fact
- 12:28Speaker 3: that Joe Biden welcomes she to China and basically bends
- 12:32Speaker 3: down and kisses his ass that.
- 12:37Speaker 4: You know.
- 12:37Speaker 3: It's something on foreign policy that is counterintuitive. Where people
- 12:42Speaker 3: think strength, some people on the media's democrats think strength
- 12:47Speaker 3: make it more likely to go to war. It's actually
- 12:50Speaker 3: the exact opposite weakness makes war most likely. I hate war.
- 12:56Speaker 3: I am someone who is extremely, extremely reluctant to send
- 13:01Speaker 3: US servicemen and women into combat. Yesterday I had the
- 13:04Speaker 3: great privilege I sat down with about twenty twenty five
- 13:07Speaker 3: West Point cadets who came to visit me in my office,
- 13:10Speaker 3: something I've done several years in a row. And I
- 13:12Speaker 3: love meeting with these young men and women who signed
- 13:14Speaker 3: up to defend our nation. They're incredible scholars and leaders
- 13:18Speaker 3: and athletes. They have character, and we talked. We had
- 13:22Speaker 3: a good hour hour and a half conversation, but we
- 13:24Speaker 3: talked about, among other things, foreign policy. And I said, look,
- 13:28Speaker 3: I consider myself a non interventionist. Talk I think you
- 13:32Speaker 3: should be very reluctant to send US servicemen and women
- 13:37Speaker 3: into harm's way. But the way you prevent war is
- 13:42Speaker 3: you're strong enough that nobody wants to screw with you.
- 13:45Speaker 3: Joe Biden is embodying the opposite of that, which is
- 13:48Speaker 3: he is so weak, he's so ineffective that every enemy
- 13:52Speaker 3: of America is in bolden. I've joked before there is
- 13:56Speaker 3: a reason nobody studies at the Neville Chamberlain School of
- 13:59Speaker 3: Foreign Airs. Appeasement doesn't work. Just this week, Biden announced
- 14:06Speaker 3: billions more for Iran. Iran fun Samas, trains the Hamas terrorists,
- 14:12Speaker 3: sends them into Israel, commits horrific acts of terror. And
- 14:15Speaker 3: what is Biden said here? I have a few billion
- 14:17Speaker 3: more That is truly stunning. And so she is looking
- 14:23Speaker 3: at this saying, hey, I don't think she has a
- 14:27Speaker 3: tiniest bit of concern about what Biden would do if
- 14:31Speaker 3: he invaded Taiwan and China. Innovading Taiwan would be absolutely
- 14:35Speaker 3: catastrophic for the US economy and US national security, because,
- 14:39Speaker 3: among other things, we are profoundly dependent upon Taiwan and
- 14:46Speaker 3: China for advanced semiconductors. Advanced semiconductors are used in just
- 14:50Speaker 3: about every electronics we use, from our cell phones to
- 14:54Speaker 3: our cars, to our trucks, to our planes, to our
- 14:57Speaker 3: military weapons to missiles, and and just about every device
- 15:03Speaker 3: of modern life uses advanced semiconductors. And if China invades Taiwan,
- 15:09Speaker 3: the US economy and the US military is in a
- 15:12Speaker 3: stranglehold of China. And I got to say, every time
- 15:16Speaker 3: Biden shows weakness to China, the chances of that go
- 15:19Speaker 3: up dramatically.
- 15:21Speaker 2: Let's talk about the possibility of the Biden's being compromised.
- 15:25Speaker 2: If you look at the list, and this list, I
- 15:28Speaker 2: do want to go through it because I think it's
- 15:30Speaker 2: really important. It doesn't sound like this is a list
- 15:33Speaker 2: that a normal president would allow to happen under his watch.
- 15:38Speaker 2: I mentioned a few of these earlier, but I want
- 15:39Speaker 2: to start the very beginning again. Biden allowed the Chinese
- 15:42Speaker 2: by balloon to have surveillance of our entire country. He
- 15:46Speaker 2: resumed the funding for the World Health Organization despite China's
- 15:50Speaker 2: massively influence. Biden brought one point three billion dollars, bought
- 15:55Speaker 2: one point three billion, and Chinese made COVID tests and
- 15:57Speaker 2: then gave them to the Americans with our tax dollars.
- 16:00Speaker 2: He let Chining to build these secret spying facilities in
- 16:03Speaker 2: nearby countries. He reversed in order to limit the Chinese
- 16:07Speaker 2: spyware app TikTok. That was honestly shocking. He missed the
- 16:11Speaker 2: deadline to declassify intel on the Wuhan lab. And I
- 16:14Speaker 2: want to also ask you specifically about that in a moment,
- 16:17Speaker 2: so let's put an asterisk by that. Biden also told
- 16:20Speaker 2: a rum of Democrat donors, don't worry about China, Biden
- 16:23Speaker 2: said repeatedly, the US does not want to decouple from China,
- 16:27Speaker 2: and Biden admitted he doesn't want to contain China either,
- 16:30Speaker 2: especially when it comes to the issue of Taiwan. Biden
- 16:33Speaker 2: ignored Chinese hackers breaching the email accounts of senior US
- 16:37Speaker 2: government officials and did not basically go after China or
- 16:41Speaker 2: warned them any capacity that wasn't meaningful, and then Biden
- 16:44Speaker 2: declared he's not concerned about China yet again. Now you
- 16:48Speaker 2: put all that together under the last two and a
- 16:50Speaker 2: half years of this man's presidency, and then you put
- 16:55Speaker 2: it side by side with the business dealings of Biden
- 16:58Speaker 2: crime family directly with these people in China and these
- 17:01Speaker 2: companies connected the Chinese Communist Party and those that are
- 17:04Speaker 2: even connected to the Chinese intelligence apparatus, a spying apparatus
- 17:08Speaker 2: of the Chinese Communist Party. Is some of this actually
- 17:13Speaker 2: as simplistic as it looks that, hey, this guy may
- 17:16Speaker 2: be compromised by the Chinese.
- 17:19Speaker 3: So look, I think it's both. There is serious evidence
- 17:22Speaker 3: of corruption from Communist China that millions of dollars flowed
- 17:27Speaker 3: to Hunter Biden, to Joe Biden, to the Biden crime family.
- 17:31Speaker 3: That is an enormous problem, and it does compromise the president.
- 17:34Speaker 3: I believe there also is a second component that again
- 17:37Speaker 3: millions of dollars flowed to University of Pennsylvania to create
- 17:41Speaker 3: the Biden Center there when Biden was there to get
- 17:44Speaker 3: a cushy job post vice presidency. Again, I think that
- 17:48Speaker 3: compromises President Biden. But the truth of the matter is,
- 17:51Speaker 3: I think he'd do all of this garbage if he
- 17:53Speaker 3: hadn't made a penny from China, because I think ideologically
- 17:58Speaker 3: he is pro China. Illogically he is in bed with China,
- 18:02Speaker 3: and so he is someone who has been wrong on
- 18:06Speaker 3: every foreign policy issue of the last fifty years. He
- 18:10Speaker 3: systematically and consistently wrong. When he sees an enemy, his
- 18:13Speaker 3: instinct is appease the enemy. When he sees someone who
- 18:17Speaker 3: hates America, his instinct is be nice to them, give
- 18:20Speaker 3: them what they want. And let me say something else
- 18:23Speaker 3: about this meeting in San Francisco. So we're watching Biden
- 18:26Speaker 3: meeting with She and San Francisco. I gotta say, Ben,
- 18:29Speaker 3: I am pissed at how they treated this meeting, and
- 18:33Speaker 3: in particular that they cleaned up the San Francisco streets.
- 18:37Speaker 3: They cleaned up the homeless people, they cleaned up the criminals,
- 18:41Speaker 3: they cleaned up the drug users. So a week ago,
- 18:43Speaker 3: the San Francisco public streets were filled with homeless people,
- 18:46Speaker 3: They were filled with criminals. They were filled with drug
- 18:48Speaker 3: users injecting drugs just sitting in broad deadlight. They were
- 18:52Speaker 3: filled with people defecating in the streets. In fact, there's
- 18:57Speaker 3: an app in San Francisco called poop Fine to report
- 19:01Speaker 3: human feces on public streets.
- 19:04Speaker 1: You literally, by the way, can't make that out. That's unbelievable.
- 19:08Speaker 3: It's the bizarre reality we live in. And Democrat politicians
- 19:11Speaker 3: have been telling the people of San Francisco for years
- 19:14Speaker 3: there's nothing we can do about it. We can't fix homelessness,
- 19:17Speaker 3: we can't fix crime, we can't fix drug use. We
- 19:19Speaker 3: are helpless. Well, you know what, Suddenly the president of
- 19:23Speaker 3: China shows up in holy crap, They clear all these
- 19:25Speaker 3: people off the streets. They clean up. They literally clean
- 19:29Speaker 3: up the shit like that is not hyperbole. They clean
- 19:34Speaker 3: up the streets. They make them spick and span. They're sparkling.
- 19:39Speaker 3: And I got to say, let me ask you something. Man.
- 19:41Speaker 3: Let's assume you're a San Francisco resident, let's assume, Okay,
- 19:44Speaker 3: you live in San Francisco, so you're a lefty, you're
- 19:47Speaker 3: a liberal Democrat. But you've been living with this, this crime,
- 19:52Speaker 3: this homelessness, this drug use. Your kids have been watching
- 19:57Speaker 3: this filth, and you've been told we can't fix it,
- 20:00Speaker 3: we can't fix it, we can't fix it. And then
- 20:02Speaker 3: suddenly the head of the Communist Party of China shows
- 20:05Speaker 3: up in boom, It's all magically fixed. How would you
- 20:10Speaker 3: not be pissed off? Why exactly is it that the
- 20:13Speaker 3: Democrats will do this for she out of China but
- 20:16Speaker 3: will not do it for the Americans who live in
- 20:19Speaker 3: San Francisco. What does this say about the broken policies,
- 20:25Speaker 3: the woke policies, the radical left? How it all is
- 20:29Speaker 3: a croc They know how to fix these things, they're
- 20:31Speaker 3: just not willing to and.
- 20:32Speaker 2: They can fix it the matter days. By the way,
- 20:34Speaker 2: days they were able to clean up an entire city.
- 20:37Speaker 2: That's impressive.
- 20:38Speaker 3: And by the way, there's a pattern. So this is
- 20:40Speaker 3: not the first time this has happened. When Joe Biden
- 20:43Speaker 3: came to El Passo for his vaunted trip to the border,
- 20:46Speaker 3: yeah it'll pass up. Yeah, there were illegal aliens all
- 20:50Speaker 3: over the streets. It's a crisis. The city is being
- 20:52Speaker 3: swarmed by illegal immigration. But when Joe Biden came, they
- 20:56Speaker 3: removed all the illegal immigrants from the street. And in fact,
- 20:59Speaker 3: the Biden White House said Biden did not see a
- 21:02Speaker 3: single illegal immigrant. And there's a cynicism to this, which
- 21:08Speaker 3: is and this is something we've talked about a lot,
- 21:10Speaker 3: that I've talked about in my new book, Unwoke, which
- 21:13Speaker 3: which is the cultural Marxist Their policies are wildly unpopular.
- 21:18Speaker 3: Normal people do not support open borders, don't support abolishing
- 21:22Speaker 3: the police, they don't support rampant crime. So for the
- 21:27Speaker 3: cultural Marxists, for the radical extreme in the Democrat Party,
- 21:31Speaker 3: they focus on in doctrination and political messaging. And so
- 21:38Speaker 3: when Joe Biden goes to El Paso, it's a photo op.
- 21:41Speaker 3: It's a photo op to show, hey, everything's fine. When
- 21:43Speaker 3: Joe Biden and she goes to San Francisco, it's a
- 21:46Speaker 3: photo op to say hey, everything's fine. And then once
- 21:49Speaker 3: the TV cameras leave, the people are stuck with the
- 21:52Speaker 3: disastrous failure of the left wing policies.
- 21:56Speaker 2: Yeah, you mentioned Gavin News I'm talking about this cleanup,
- 21:59Speaker 2: and he had maybe one of dumbest lines that we've heard.
- 22:01Speaker 2: This is what he said about defending the timing of
- 22:03Speaker 2: the San Francisco clean up as the governor.
- 22:05Speaker 1: Listen to this.
- 22:06Speaker 4: I know folks say, oh, they're just cleaning up this
- 22:09Speaker 4: place because all those fancy leaders.
- 22:10Speaker 1: Are coming into town.
- 22:12Speaker 4: That's true, because it's true. But it's also true for
- 22:18Speaker 4: months and months and months prior to APEC we've been
- 22:21Speaker 4: having different conversations.
- 22:23Speaker 2: We've been having different conversations. It's true because it's true. Yes,
- 22:26Speaker 2: it's true, we're cleaning the plates up for we're coming
- 22:29Speaker 2: to town.
- 22:30Speaker 1: It's true.
- 22:31Speaker 3: To be clear, Gavin Newsom used to be mayor of
- 22:33Speaker 3: San Francisco. This problem he created, He owns this. Now
- 22:38Speaker 3: he's got dreams of sixteen hundred Pennsylvania Avenue sparkling in
- 22:42Speaker 3: his eyes. So he's realizing, huh, this is kind of
- 22:45Speaker 3: a problem. Let's see if we can clean it up.
- 22:46Speaker 3: So he kind of likes that that pr but understand
- 22:49Speaker 3: it is all pr that that there's no one, as
- 22:52Speaker 3: far as I can tell, that's a Democrat politician that
- 22:55Speaker 3: actually cares about the quality of life of the residents
- 22:58Speaker 3: of San Francis. That doesn't matter there's a reason that
- 23:02Speaker 3: people who live in San Francisco are fleeing the city
- 23:06Speaker 3: because it's unbearable and the absolute insult for them to say, yeah,
- 23:11Speaker 3: you people who pay taxes here, you're not important enough
- 23:14Speaker 3: for us to solve these problems. But when the head
- 23:17Speaker 3: of China comes hot, diggity dam, we can fix it overnight.
- 23:21Speaker 2: If you are sick and tired of woke companies taking
- 23:24Speaker 2: your money because you think you got to work with them,
- 23:27Speaker 2: and you say, well, that's all, I've got a great
- 23:29Speaker 2: example of that is the cell phone industry. You may think, hey,
- 23:32Speaker 2: there's two or three big companies, those are my options.
- 23:35Speaker 2: I can't really dictate to them what they stand for,
- 23:38Speaker 2: what they do. Well, now you have a chance with
- 23:40Speaker 2: a company called Patriot Mobile. You may not realize this,
- 23:44Speaker 2: but Big Mobile actually gives big donations to Democrats and
- 23:48Speaker 2: big donations to plan parenthood. If you don't want your
- 23:52Speaker 2: money going there, you have an option. That option is
- 23:55Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile. And what they're doing right now to celebrate
- 23:58Speaker 2: their tenth anniversary is incredible. For every person that switches
- 24:02Speaker 2: a Patriot Mobile, they are going to give a donation
- 24:04Speaker 2: to a pro life organization to protect the rights of
- 24:07Speaker 2: unborn children.
- 24:08Speaker 1: Now that's just the start.
- 24:09Speaker 2: Then every month when you pay your bill, at no
- 24:13Speaker 2: extra cost to you, they actually give donations money a
- 24:18Speaker 2: portion of your bill to conservative causes that stand up
- 24:22Speaker 2: and protect and offend our First and our Second Amendment rights,
- 24:25Speaker 2: stand up for the sancety of life, stand up for
- 24:28Speaker 2: our military, our veterans, and our first responders. They have
- 24:32Speaker 2: one hundred percent US based customer service team which makes
- 24:35Speaker 2: switching easy. You can keep your same cell phone number
- 24:38Speaker 2: you have now, keep your same phone, or upgrade and
- 24:41Speaker 2: they will help you find the best plan for your needs,
- 24:43Speaker 2: your family needs, or your business or small business needs.
- 24:47Speaker 2: Call them nine to seven two Patriot that's nine seven
- 24:51Speaker 2: to two Patriot nine seven to two Patriot or Patriotmobile
- 24:57Speaker 2: dot com that's Patriot Mobile dot com. Use a promo
- 25:01Speaker 2: code Verdict you will get the best deals of the
- 25:03Speaker 2: year and free activation Patriot Mobile dot Com slash vertict.
- 25:10Speaker 2: So it was funny, and this is why I love
- 25:12Speaker 2: doing this pod because we get to talk about some
- 25:13Speaker 2: of the things that happened during this pod. While we
- 25:16Speaker 2: were actually recording. You had to run and make a
- 25:18Speaker 2: vote and we had to hit pause, which is just
- 25:22Speaker 2: hilarious that you're like, Okay, there's a random vote that
- 25:24Speaker 2: the Democrats have called what was it on?
- 25:26Speaker 3: By the way, So it was ten thirty at night,
- 25:29Speaker 3: and it was a vote on the Continuing Resolution. So
- 25:32Speaker 3: it was the continued Resolution that the House passed that
- 25:35Speaker 3: keeps government funded through January. And so we had a
- 25:37Speaker 3: vote late at night that we all came down there.
- 25:40Speaker 3: We were down in the Senate at eleven thirty at
- 25:43Speaker 3: night casting votes.
- 25:44Speaker 2: Now it just I love that aspect of it, but
- 25:46Speaker 2: there's also something else. I was going to say that
- 25:48Speaker 2: this is the second part of just pulling back the
- 25:50Speaker 2: curtain a little bit. So you and I obviously spent
- 25:52Speaker 2: a lot of time together, and this goes back to
- 25:55Speaker 2: the Gavin News some point you were just making and
- 25:57Speaker 2: I'm laughing because I'm doing five News Channel, just a
- 26:01Speaker 2: normal interview that I do. I don't I didn't see
- 26:04Speaker 2: your schedule and they tell me, they said, hey, you
- 26:08Speaker 2: may be a minut or too late.
- 26:09Speaker 1: We have another guest on.
- 26:11Speaker 2: He's going to be on, and I look up and
- 26:12Speaker 2: it's you, which was hilarious because I was waiting to
- 26:15Speaker 2: talk about this newsome issue in cleaning up to San Francisco,
- 26:18Speaker 2: which was just really a funny moment because everybody in
- 26:21Speaker 2: the control room was laughing. They're like, all right, it's verdict,
- 26:23Speaker 2: and then it's verdict, but they're not together, which was
- 26:25Speaker 2: pretty funny.
- 26:26Speaker 1: But one of the things that I said on there.
- 26:28Speaker 3: And by the way, Ben, you're being nice because what
- 26:31Speaker 3: you said that the Fox producer told you is the
- 26:34Speaker 3: guest in front of you you may be late because
- 26:38Speaker 3: the guests in front of you tends to go long.
- 26:40Speaker 3: And I don't know that they said it, but what
- 26:43Speaker 3: they implied is he's kind of a blow hard and
- 26:45Speaker 3: he likes to have or.
- 26:46Speaker 1: He likes to talk a lot.
- 26:47Speaker 2: And yeah, like, hey, the guests we have on before you,
- 26:50Speaker 2: sometimes he goes a little long, so you might be
- 26:52Speaker 2: about five minutes late. And then I look up on
- 26:54Speaker 2: the screen and I'm like, I'm always waiting on this guy.
- 26:56Speaker 2: It was a hilarious moment and everybody was laughing.
- 26:59Speaker 3: Look, look, look, Benjamin. Senators are known for our brevity.
- 27:02Speaker 3: We're tight, we're pithy, we limit We're like Chinese fortune cookies.
- 27:08Speaker 3: We keep it all within one very short sentence.
- 27:10Speaker 2: I love it, I love it, but it was I
- 27:12Speaker 2: took a picture of the screen. If you guys want
- 27:14Speaker 2: to look, it's on my Instagram and I'm pointing at
- 27:17Speaker 2: me in the corner because they say up next, it's
- 27:19Speaker 2: my picture in the bottom right, and then you're talking
- 27:21Speaker 2: there and it was just I was like, this is
- 27:22Speaker 2: what I want to frame in the office.
- 27:24Speaker 3: But by the way, I want I want our Verdict
- 27:26Speaker 3: listeners to know. So men saw that, and he texts
- 27:31Speaker 3: me and says, I bet I can talk about the
- 27:34Speaker 3: podcast more than you do. Now I don't see this
- 27:37Speaker 3: until I'm done with the media hit, and is it
- 27:39Speaker 3: so happened on the media hit. I was talking about
- 27:41Speaker 3: my new book on Woke, so I didn't mention the podcast.
- 27:44Speaker 3: I talked about podcast a lot, but I mentioned it
- 27:47Speaker 3: zero times. So when I see it, see a text
- 27:50Speaker 3: he's on and I finished, I'm like, okay, you win.
- 27:53Speaker 3: I'm at zero so so falling down you're going to
- 27:57Speaker 3: beat my Yeah.
- 27:58Speaker 2: And the best part was it was I knew that
- 28:00Speaker 2: I was gonna win that one because I had one
- 28:02Speaker 2: of the longest Verdict plugs ever.
- 28:05Speaker 1: I was like, you know what's interesting, send her cruise.
- 28:07Speaker 1: He was just on a moment ago.
- 28:09Speaker 2: We were chatting about this on our podcast Verdict would
- 28:13Speaker 2: take cruise and even the host Elizabeth, she's so sweet.
- 28:16Speaker 2: She's grinning from ear to ear because she gets it.
- 28:19Speaker 2: She understands how funny it is. And it was just
- 28:21Speaker 2: one of those great moments. But one of the things
- 28:23Speaker 2: that we were talking about on there, I was on
- 28:25Speaker 2: talking about this exclusive issue about cleaning up San Francisco,
- 28:29Speaker 2: and I said.
- 28:30Speaker 3: And I got to say, Ben, this pisses me off.
- 28:33Speaker 3: And let me ask you. I don't mean to derail you,
- 28:37Speaker 3: but do you think your typical lefty voter in San
- 28:40Speaker 3: Francisco has pissed off about this?
- 28:42Speaker 2: I would assume probably not normally, but they may have
- 28:47Speaker 2: hit their breaking point, like are you kidding me? We've
- 28:49Speaker 2: been living with this, and they've been talking about turning
- 28:52Speaker 2: tourism drastically. We saw a man that was cleaning off
- 28:56Speaker 2: his front steps, remember, and they turned him in the
- 28:58Speaker 2: worst person in the world because he sprayed with water
- 29:00Speaker 2: or homeless people they're outside defecating in front of a store,
- 29:03Speaker 2: and it was costing him his business. And so I
- 29:06Speaker 2: do think there's a moment where people have had enough,
- 29:08Speaker 2: and I think this hypocrisy may resonate with some of
- 29:11Speaker 2: the people in San Francisco enough to change leadership, Let's
- 29:15Speaker 2: be honest.
- 29:15Speaker 1: Probably not.
- 29:17Speaker 3: Yeah, you were saying, sorry, I just know. I just so.
- 29:21Speaker 3: I was literally at dinner with a number of folks
- 29:23Speaker 3: in DC and we were debating this question, and one
- 29:26Speaker 3: guy who was having dinner with said, well, you know,
- 29:28Speaker 3: maybe the lefties are saying, well, gosh, what happened to
- 29:31Speaker 3: the homeless people? Where are they now? Are they okay?
- 29:34Speaker 3: Are they safe? We need to take care of them more.
- 29:36Speaker 3: Maybe they're worried about that. And I'm like, look, I
- 29:40Speaker 3: try to understand the perspective of people who disagree with me,
- 29:45Speaker 3: but I have to confess I'm not the best person
- 29:47Speaker 3: on earth to really get in the mind of a
- 29:50Speaker 3: San Francisco left wing That's just I have it hard.
- 29:57Speaker 3: It's hard for me to really grasp how they view
- 30:00Speaker 3: this and think it's okay. And so I don't know
- 30:04Speaker 3: if when they see it cleaned up they react like,
- 30:07Speaker 3: holy crap, why didn't you do this a year ago?
- 30:09Speaker 3: If you could do this, why did you allow this
- 30:11Speaker 3: to continue? Or if they just say, well, got I
- 30:15Speaker 3: mean one of the things I responded, I said, Look,
- 30:18Speaker 3: today's Democrat Party is so command and control they follow
- 30:22Speaker 3: orders that maybe the folks there are like, well, no, no, no,
- 30:25Speaker 3: this is okay. This made sense for this meeting, But
- 30:28Speaker 3: generally speaking, we can't fix it, and this meeting was important.
- 30:31Speaker 3: I don't know if they're willing to just be told
- 30:34Speaker 3: that by their political overlords.
- 30:37Speaker 2: Well, and the point that I made, I said, for
- 30:39Speaker 2: lefties who always love to give themselves these massive hugs
- 30:45Speaker 2: of we are the people of compassion and love and understanding.
- 30:52Speaker 2: Where's the compassion and the love and the outrage from
- 30:55Speaker 2: the left are the fact that you just took home
- 30:57Speaker 2: with people and took all their belongings and threw them
- 31:02Speaker 2: in the trash and told them find somewhere else to
- 31:05Speaker 2: be homeless. Where is the compassion for those homeless people
- 31:10Speaker 2: just because of a communist leader that, by the way,
- 31:13Speaker 2: is running concentration camps and slave labor and child labor.
- 31:17Speaker 2: You want to clean up a city, so you then
- 31:20Speaker 2: treat these homeless people in such an inhumane way because
- 31:26Speaker 2: they're in your way. Where is the where's the outrage
- 31:30Speaker 2: from the compassionate left? Because I have not seen that
- 31:33Speaker 2: so far.
- 31:34Speaker 3: Yeah, I haven't seen any of that at all. And
- 31:36Speaker 3: part of it is they don't criticize their own I
- 31:40Speaker 3: mean they have message discipline. Whatever the message is of
- 31:43Speaker 3: the day, they're all on board with the same thing.
- 31:46Speaker 2: Last question on this I want to ask you, and
- 31:48Speaker 2: it deals with the investigation of the Bidens.
- 31:53Speaker 1: You look at the money.
- 31:54Speaker 2: We're getting more information about these checks that are going
- 31:58Speaker 2: to the president. And you you see this present bow
- 32:01Speaker 2: down as you describe it, kissing the a double ass
- 32:04Speaker 2: of this of this Chinese communist leader.
- 32:07Speaker 3: But you look at the house. I'm glad you spelled
- 32:10Speaker 3: that for our listeners. They know what it was. You know,
- 32:13Speaker 3: we have a lot of elementary school children that listen
- 32:16Speaker 3: to this.
- 32:17Speaker 2: Okay, just for you, Senator, just because you had to
- 32:20Speaker 2: go vote in the midil the show kissing his ass,
- 32:22Speaker 2: there we go.
- 32:22Speaker 1: You got the record there, that's all right.
- 32:24Speaker 3: I like that. I'm a negative influence on you. Ben.
- 32:27Speaker 2: I'm a team player here, a team player. But you
- 32:30Speaker 2: look at this, these checks. Joe Biden resid a forty
- 32:34Speaker 2: thousand dollars check and launder Chinese money from the account
- 32:36Speaker 2: of his brother James Biden, his sister in law Sarah Biden,
- 32:39Speaker 2: in the form of a personal check. We know that
- 32:41Speaker 2: because the check number sixty one forty two. We have
- 32:44Speaker 2: a copy of it. It was made on September third,
- 32:46Speaker 2: twenty seventeen. Of course it said loan reimbursement. That's not
- 32:50Speaker 2: the first check, by the way, that's the second check
- 32:53Speaker 2: that has come in. Hunter Biden also wired another one
- 32:56Speaker 2: hundred and fifty thousand dollars the Line Hall Group, a
- 32:58Speaker 2: company owned by President By's brother James and Cinstine law
- 33:01Speaker 2: Sarah on August of twenty eighth of seventeen.
- 33:04Speaker 1: And then guess what happens.
- 33:05Speaker 2: Sarah Biden with drew fifty thousand in cash from the
- 33:08Speaker 2: Lion Hall Group and later the same day she deposited
- 33:12Speaker 2: it into her and James Biden, James Biden's personal Jake account,
- 33:16Speaker 2: and then they write the check to Joe Biden for
- 33:18Speaker 2: the quote loan repayment that I mean, we're at over
- 33:21Speaker 2: two hundred thousand dollars now. And we also know that
- 33:26Speaker 2: the money trail began in July of twenty seventeen when
- 33:29Speaker 2: Hunter Biden demanded payment from his Chinese Communist Party. You know, friend,
- 33:34Speaker 2: this associate who's linked there. On July thirtieth, Hunter Biden.
- 33:39Speaker 2: Let's just read that famous text right that WhatsApp text,
- 33:43Speaker 2: I'm sitting here with my father and we would like
- 33:45Speaker 2: to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.
- 33:50Speaker 2: Tell the director that I would like to resolve this
- 33:52Speaker 2: now before it gets out of hand, and now means
- 33:55Speaker 2: tonight and zee. If I get a call or a
- 33:57Speaker 2: text from anyone involved in this other than you, Jang
- 34:00Speaker 2: or the chairman, I will make certain that between the
- 34:03Speaker 2: man sitting next to me and every person knows and
- 34:07Speaker 2: my ability forever hold of grudge, that you will regret
- 34:10Speaker 2: not following my direction. I'm sitting here waiting for the
- 34:13Speaker 2: call with my father, and what happened after that? Hundreds
- 34:16Speaker 2: of thousands of dollars came into their account within days,
- 34:20Speaker 2: and the FBI stopped the investigation to see if Joe
- 34:25Speaker 2: Biden was, in fact, through GPS, was sitting next to
- 34:30Speaker 2: Hunter Biden or in the same place on this date.
- 34:33Speaker 2: You put that together and you see what's happening now
- 34:36Speaker 2: with China and America. I think James Comber's onto something here,
- 34:40Speaker 2: and it seems like there's a lot more that's about
- 34:41Speaker 2: to come out on this.
- 34:43Speaker 3: Well, the evidence is getting worse and worse. We now
- 34:45Speaker 3: know that at least two hundred and forty thousand dollars
- 34:48Speaker 3: went straight to Joe Biden. Remember the Democrats were saying
- 34:51Speaker 3: over and over again, no direct evidence of Joe Biden's involvement.
- 34:55Speaker 3: This is all Hunter's corrupt. But Joe is innocent. Well,
- 34:58Speaker 3: two hundred and forty grand and he labels all these
- 35:01Speaker 3: checks loan repayment. There's no evidence as to what the
- 35:03Speaker 3: loans were. Was there was there alone That is on
- 35:07Speaker 3: its face, highly suspicious. We also know now that the
- 35:10Speaker 3: House that James Comer, the subpoenas have escalated. They're now
- 35:13Speaker 3: subpoenaing Hunter Biden. They're subpoenaing James Biden. They're subpoenaing the
- 35:18Speaker 3: inner circle of business associates around Joe Biden, among other things.
- 35:23Speaker 3: They also issued a subpoena to former White House counsel
- 35:27Speaker 3: Dana Remus to appear for a deposition concerning Biden's mishandling
- 35:32Speaker 3: of classified documents. This is ratcheting up, by the way. Also,
- 35:38Speaker 3: Special Counsel David Weiss admitted that he wasn't granted special
- 35:43Speaker 3: attorney authority in the Hunter Biden investigation, and even though
- 35:47Speaker 3: he asked for it. But then he said, well, he
- 35:49Speaker 3: didn't interpret that decision as a quote denial in any way,
- 35:52Speaker 3: shape or form, which is utterly incoherent. You ask for
- 35:56Speaker 3: can I have special attorneys authority? You're told no, and
- 36:00Speaker 3: then he says, well, but that wasn't a denial, what
- 36:02Speaker 3: else is it? And so I have to say, I
