- 0:00Speaker 1: Classified documents from Biden's vice presidency have been uncovered at
- 0:07Speaker 1: the Pen Biden Center. Joe Biden, we're being told left
- 0:14Speaker 1: documents in an old office. Yeah, Attorney General Merritt Garland,
- 0:19Speaker 1: who assigned a US attorney to review the roughly ten
- 0:23Speaker 1: classified documents that were found in an old office of
- 0:28Speaker 1: President Joe Biden. Is what CBS reported on Monday in
- 0:33Speaker 1: a breaking news expose. The classified documents are from Biden's
- 0:38Speaker 1: vice presidential office at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy
- 0:43Speaker 1: and Global Engagement in Washington, which when which is in
- 0:48Speaker 1: close proximity to Capitol Hill. The classified documents were found
- 0:53Speaker 1: by Biden's personal attorneys just days before the mid terms.
- 0:59Speaker 1: Were being told November second that, according to Special Counsel
- 1:02Speaker 1: the President, Richard Sober, Sober said the White House is
- 1:07Speaker 1: cooperating with the National Archives and the Department of Justice
- 1:11Speaker 1: regarding the discovery of what appeared to be Obama Biden
- 1:14Speaker 1: administration classified records. Whence Biden's attorneys found the documents, they
- 1:22Speaker 1: quote notified the National Archives, who reportedly referred the matter
- 1:27Speaker 1: to the US Department of Justice the DOJ, leading to
- 1:31Speaker 1: Garland's appointment of the U s Attornemy John Launch to
- 1:35Speaker 1: investigate how the classified documents ended up in Biden's old
- 1:39Speaker 1: office quote the president periodically used a space from mid
- 1:45Speaker 1: twenty seventeen until the start of the twenty twenty campaign.
- 1:51Speaker 1: On the day of this discovery, November the second, twenty
- 1:53Speaker 1: twenty two, the White House Council's Office notified the National Archives.
- 1:58Speaker 1: The Archives took possession of the material the following morning.
- 2:02Speaker 1: The discovery of these documents was made by the President's attorneys.
- 2:08Speaker 1: The documents were not the subject of any previous request
- 2:13Speaker 1: for inquiry by the Archives. Since that discovery, the President's
- 2:17Speaker 1: personal attorneys have cooperated with the Archives and the Department
- 2:21Speaker 1: of Justice in a process to ensure that any Obama
- 2:26Speaker 1: Biden administration records are appropriately in the possession of the Archives. Now,
- 2:30Speaker 1: since I've given you this headline, let me tell you
- 2:33Speaker 1: what my gut is on this one. My gut is
- 2:36Speaker 1: that they know that not all these files are actually classified.
- 2:40Speaker 1: Maybe they're in folders, but they'd been declassified. My gut
- 2:44Speaker 1: is this is a setup, a set up by the
- 2:48Speaker 1: Biden administration to show what you do when you have
- 2:51Speaker 1: classified documents, You immediately call the authorities. You immediately self report,
- 2:57Speaker 1: you immediately turn them over within twelve hours of the discovery,
- 3:01Speaker 1: fifteen hours discovery, twenty four hours of the discovery, you cooperate.
- 3:08Speaker 1: And then there's another part of this which I'm calling
- 3:11Speaker 1: bs on right now, and that is the part that
- 3:14Speaker 1: I think is the most absurd. I think the other
- 3:17Speaker 1: part is I think this was all planned the response
- 3:20Speaker 1: to make it look like they are treating Joe Biden,
- 3:24Speaker 1: the sitting president Unit States of America and these classified
- 3:27Speaker 1: documents the same way that they treated Donald Trump, which serious,
- 3:31Speaker 1: and the special prosecutor bringing in somebody from the outside, right,
- 3:35Speaker 1: and they're gonna say, well, we did the same thing
- 3:37Speaker 1: with Joe Biden that we did with Donald Trump at
- 3:39Speaker 1: mar Lago. The only difference was Joe Biden worked with US,
- 3:43Speaker 1: and at mar Lago did they refused to comply. I
- 3:48Speaker 1: think this is nothing but a deep state setup. See
- 3:50Speaker 1: there's no double standard here. See when we found these things,
- 3:54Speaker 1: or when these records were found by Joe Biden, we
- 3:57Speaker 1: treated Joe Biden the same way we treated John Trump.
- 4:00Speaker 1: The only difference was one man was smart enough to
- 4:03Speaker 1: work with US and comply and understand the gravity of
- 4:06Speaker 1: classified documents. In your possession, and the other one refused
- 4:11Speaker 1: to work with us, refused to turn over them, and
- 4:14Speaker 1: refused to ask them to do. These documents were discovered
- 4:21Speaker 1: by the present's attorneys, and the documents were the subject,
- 4:24Speaker 1: you know, not the subject of any previous requests. So
- 4:27Speaker 1: we're self reporting. So we're the good guys here. You
- 4:30Speaker 1: see how this is going. The statement from the White
- 4:34Speaker 1: House counsels all the cooperations with the National Archives for
- 4:38Speaker 1: me and Sam says the White House is cooperating, and
- 4:40Speaker 1: they put out a statement. I mean, they put out
- 4:42Speaker 1: this statement. It was perfect right. They've done everything right.
- 4:47Speaker 1: The White House is cooperating with an assal Archives and
- 4:49Speaker 1: the Department of Justice regarding the discovery of what appears
- 4:51Speaker 1: to be Obama Biden administration records, including a small number
- 4:57Speaker 1: of documents with classified markings the documents. Again, White House
- 5:03Speaker 1: really covering themselves perfectly, right. They're the good citizens here,
- 5:06Speaker 1: they're the good guys. The documents were discovered when the
- 5:09Speaker 1: presents personal attorneys were packing files housed in a locked
- 5:13Speaker 1: closet to prepare to vacate office space at the Penn
- 5:18Speaker 1: Biden Center in washing In DC. So it was locked.
- 5:21Speaker 1: See if Marlago, remember all that oh out, But they
- 5:24Speaker 1: were they were unlocked. Anybody could get to them. There
- 5:26Speaker 1: was no security there, even though it was secured by
- 5:28Speaker 1: Secret Service. But whatever, right we got to paint a
- 5:31Speaker 1: picture here. These were locked up documents, These documents that
- 5:34Speaker 1: we didn't even know we had. We still treated them
- 5:37Speaker 1: with all the dignity and respect that you should have
- 5:39Speaker 1: a classified document. The documents were discovering. The president's personal
- 5:44Speaker 1: attorneys were packing. We're packing filed files housed in a
- 5:49Speaker 1: locked closet to prepare to vacate the office. The present
- 5:53Speaker 1: periodically used that space for mid twenty seventeen until the
- 5:57Speaker 1: start of twenty twenty campaign. On the day to discovery,
- 6:00Speaker 1: November the second, the White House Council's Office immediately notified
- 6:03Speaker 1: the National Archives. The Archives immediately took possession of the
- 6:07Speaker 1: material the following morning. The discovery these documents were made
- 6:10Speaker 1: by the president's attorneys. The documents were not the subject
- 6:13Speaker 1: of any previous request or inquiry. See we're different than
- 6:16Speaker 1: Donald Trump. Since that discovery, the President's personal attorneys have
- 6:22Speaker 1: cooperated with the Archives and the Department of Justice, and
- 6:25Speaker 1: a process to ensure that any Obama Biden Administration records
- 6:29Speaker 1: are appropriately in possession of the archives. See, we're the
- 6:33Speaker 1: good guys. We played by the rules. Sure, we've had
- 6:37Speaker 1: these documents for you know, five six years that have
- 6:40Speaker 1: been outside of their of where they're supposed to be held.
- 6:43Speaker 1: But hey, they were locked up, and hey it was
- 6:45Speaker 1: an accent. Hey, as soon as we found them, we
- 6:48Speaker 1: immediately turned them over. The classified documents were reportedly in
- 6:52Speaker 1: a folder that was in a box with other unclassified material,
- 6:55Speaker 1: according to CBS News. So see, there's no scandal here.
- 6:58Speaker 1: This was a true mistake. Mistakes happen, but when we
- 7:01Speaker 1: found them, we fixed them immediately. All right, real quick,
- 7:05Speaker 1: let me pause and tell you about our incredible friends
- 7:08Speaker 1: over at Patriot Mobile. They are America's only Christian conservative
- 7:13Speaker 1: cell phone provider. They want to make it easy for
- 7:16Speaker 1: you to try switching to Patriot Mobile from whatever service
- 7:20Speaker 1: you have right now. You can give them sixty days
- 7:23Speaker 1: to show you why I use Patriot Mobile and why
- 7:26Speaker 1: you should make the switch right now. When you try
- 7:29Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile for two months, you get your third month free,
- 7:33Speaker 1: plus you get free activation now. They offer nationwide coverage
- 7:37Speaker 1: on the best four G and five G networks, and
- 7:39Speaker 1: they use the same exact cell towers of all of
- 7:42Speaker 1: the three other major carriers. You're gonna get the same
- 7:45Speaker 1: coverage you have right now, You get the same great service,
- 7:48Speaker 1: You get to keep your same cell phone number if
- 7:50Speaker 1: you want to. You can even usually use the same
- 7:51Speaker 1: phone you have in your hand right now. Now, why
- 7:54Speaker 1: do you want to switch? When you do, they actually
- 7:56Speaker 1: stand up for a First and Second Amendment rights, and
- 7:59Speaker 1: they give a portion of your bill every month back
- 8:02Speaker 1: to conservative Christian causes that we all believe in. So,
- 8:07Speaker 1: if you're ready to support a company that's fighting to
- 8:10Speaker 1: preserve our God given rights and our freedoms, just go
- 8:13Speaker 1: to Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot
- 8:18Speaker 1: com slash ferguson, or you can call them nine seven
- 8:22Speaker 1: to Patriot. That's nine seven to Patriot. If you're fed
- 8:26Speaker 1: up with woke companies that don't care about your values,
- 8:28Speaker 1: support a company that actually does make the switch today
- 8:31Speaker 1: get a free month of service plus free activation Patriotmobile
- 8:36Speaker 1: dot com slash ferguson or nine seven two Patriot. Back
- 8:40Speaker 1: to the news media's spin on this story, classified documents
- 8:47Speaker 1: were reportedly in a folder that was in a box
- 8:50Speaker 1: with other unclassified material mistakes happen, right. However, CBS News
- 8:55Speaker 1: sources did not confirm what level of classification the documents
- 8:59Speaker 1: were nor what the contents of the documents were. All Right,
- 9:03Speaker 1: so let's just recap this real quick. Joe Biden had
- 9:08Speaker 1: some documents from Biden's vice presidency. They were undercovered in
- 9:13Speaker 1: an office he hasn't been using in a while while
- 9:15Speaker 1: they were packing that office up. But they want you
- 9:17Speaker 1: to know that they perfectly self reported this to the archives,
- 9:23Speaker 1: got the lawyers involved, called the DJ they did this
- 9:26Speaker 1: spot on. Is this really a big deal? Is it?
- 9:32Speaker 1: I would argue, no, why, because this is going to
- 9:37Speaker 1: end up being a CE I told you so, That's
- 9:41Speaker 1: all this is. This is a I knew what it looked.
- 9:46Speaker 1: I like to do this the right way. I knew
- 9:49Speaker 1: what this looked like, and we knew the protocol, which
- 9:54Speaker 1: is so different than what Donald Trump did. In fact,
- 9:56Speaker 1: I would argue, this is one of those moments that
- 9:59Speaker 1: may have all been preplanned, knowing that Donald that Joe
- 10:02Speaker 1: Biden's not going to get in trouble, and so they
- 10:05Speaker 1: could use it as an example of why Donald Trump
- 10:08Speaker 1: should be in trouble and why the raid on mar
- 10:11Speaker 1: Lago was justifiable. CNN. They were talking about this yesterday,
- 10:18Speaker 1: their report being Gingle on the Situation Room yesterday with
- 10:24Speaker 1: wolf Blitzer. The reports at President Joe Biden had classified
- 10:28Speaker 1: documents from his time as vice president in his personal
- 10:30Speaker 1: office was a political gift to the former president Donald Trump.
- 10:33Speaker 1: That's when I know, by the way, okay, that this
- 10:38Speaker 1: is BS. I don't think this is a political gift yet.
- 10:41Speaker 1: I don't trust the deep state, and I don't trust
- 10:45Speaker 1: the DOJ that's been politicized and has been spying on
- 10:49Speaker 1: Americans and getting people's Twitter accounts turned down, you know,
- 10:52Speaker 1: turned off, and monitoring conservative voices to make sure they
- 10:57Speaker 1: don't gain any more influence and can't reach their people. Okay,
- 11:01Speaker 1: I don't buy that this isn't all just a setup
- 11:04Speaker 1: to show okay, because it is this really a black
- 11:08Speaker 1: guy to Biden. No, it's not, because again he did
- 11:13Speaker 1: everything right and the other side did everything wrong. Anchor
- 11:19Speaker 1: wolf Blitzer said in that sixty minutes interview Biden did
- 11:23Speaker 1: on September eighteen, twenty twenty two, about a month or
- 11:26Speaker 1: two before these classified documents were found as private office
- 11:29Speaker 1: here in Washington, he said, quote, how could this possibly happen.
- 11:35Speaker 1: How anyone could be that irresponsible? Question Mark. That's what
- 11:42Speaker 1: he said. Then, and then they discovered these top seeger documents,
- 11:46Speaker 1: these very sense of classified documents as private office in Washington, DC.
- 11:51Speaker 1: So what the reporter had seen? N say back to
- 11:53Speaker 1: Wolfe for saying that. All right, look, I'm sure, I'm
- 11:58Speaker 1: sure that he meant that. And it also looks terrible
- 12:02Speaker 1: in hindsight, because here you go, there were classified documents.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Here's what we don't know. We don't know how they
- 12:10Speaker 1: got there, we don't know who packed them up. Those
- 12:14Speaker 1: are things we're going to have to find out. We
- 12:18Speaker 1: need to know what's in these classified documents. Yes they're
- 12:21Speaker 1: top secret, but how sensitive is it? Are there sources
- 12:24Speaker 1: and methods is it? You know, just information that could
- 12:28Speaker 1: be dangerous or sensitive right now, question Mark. So those
- 12:32Speaker 1: are the things we have to find out. Those are
- 12:34Speaker 1: things that Justice Department is looking at. I'm not buying
- 12:37Speaker 1: any of this, crowd. I think we all can agree
- 12:40Speaker 1: right now as we have this conversation that there is
- 12:43Speaker 1: no way that Joe Biden is actually in trouble for this.
- 12:47Speaker 1: He will not get in trouble for this. There will
- 12:49Speaker 1: be no issues with Joe Biden getting in trouble for this,
- 12:57Speaker 1: So are they concerned? No? Do I think Joe Biden
- 12:59Speaker 1: and sleep well last night? No, I think you slept
- 13:01Speaker 1: like a baby because the game is medicine. Back to CNN,
- 13:04Speaker 1: she added, there's a big problem. There's a big political
- 13:07Speaker 1: side of this. This is let's assume for the moment,
- 13:11Speaker 1: this isn't was an accidental a mistake. This is the
- 13:14Speaker 1: kind of political unforced error that I can't believe Donald
- 13:18Speaker 1: Trump hasn't posted about yet. He will be shortly. It
- 13:22Speaker 1: is the definition of a political gift to the Trump,
- 13:25Speaker 1: to Trump and the House Republicans. Is it really a gift?
- 13:30Speaker 1: And the reason why I say is it really a gift?
- 13:32Speaker 1: Is if the DOJ's investigating and not the House, right
- 13:36Speaker 1: these classified documents that were at mar Lago, and the
- 13:39Speaker 1: FBI rated mar Lago over these classified documents, Is it really,
- 13:46Speaker 1: honestly a political gift, I would argue, No, it's not
- 13:50Speaker 1: a political gift. If anything, it's a this is how
- 13:55Speaker 1: Donald Trump should have done this. And watch how quickly
- 13:58Speaker 1: the conversation turns that I'm doing it before they are,
- 14:01Speaker 1: because they can't do it yet, Because they did, they
- 14:04Speaker 1: would actually look like the scumbags and the media that
- 14:06Speaker 1: they really are right, the pundits and CNN and CBS
- 14:10Speaker 1: and all these people that are quote reporting on this.
- 14:14Speaker 1: They can't go there yet, but they will in the
- 14:17Speaker 1: next couple of days because they broke the news and
- 14:20Speaker 1: now they can say, you know, it's very and watch.
- 14:22Speaker 1: They're gonna have a commentator, and this is how they're
- 14:24Speaker 1: gonna do it. They're gonna say. You know, it's very
- 14:26Speaker 1: interesting to see the difference in how this all was
- 14:30Speaker 1: handled from the Biden administration. They immediately you talked about this,
- 14:35Speaker 1: they immediately exposed that. They immediately were transparent. They immediately
- 14:39Speaker 1: called the dj they immediately self reported, They immediately called
- 14:42Speaker 1: the archives, and they immediately returned the documents. They didn't
- 14:45Speaker 1: fight over the documents. They didn't fight over where the
- 14:48Speaker 1: documents declassified or classified. They found these markings when they
- 14:53Speaker 1: were packing up this office, and they went through the
- 14:56Speaker 1: protocol perfectly. That's the difference between Joe bi and Donald Trump.
- 15:02Speaker 1: You're welcome. You don't have to watch the news now,
- 15:04Speaker 1: the liberal news networks, because I just told you how
- 15:06Speaker 1: they're going to handle this. I don't believe for a
- 15:11Speaker 1: moment the Joe Biden or the White House Council, or
- 15:17Speaker 1: the Department of Justice, or the National Archives. I don't
- 15:20Speaker 1: believe that any of them for a second believe that
- 15:25Speaker 1: Joe Biden's going to get in trouble the President Knights.
- 15:27Speaker 1: It's America for any of this. There's not gonna be leaks.
- 15:32Speaker 1: There's not gonna be pictures of these classified documents that
- 15:36Speaker 1: were taken by FBI agents that were leaked out to
- 15:39Speaker 1: the media like we saw, right, And remember the mental
- 15:43Speaker 1: picture that they wanted to paint to the American people,
- 15:45Speaker 1: which is that there was just top secret classified documents
- 15:50Speaker 1: scattered on an office floor at Marlago that anybody could
- 15:53Speaker 1: have come in that the cleaning lady could have just
- 15:56Speaker 1: cleaned them up with a broom, right and us pannon
- 16:00Speaker 1: chunked them in the trash, and then bad actors could
- 16:03Speaker 1: have gotten their their hands on it. That was the
- 16:05Speaker 1: That was the picture they wanted to paint. That was
- 16:09Speaker 1: the ball game for them. This was orderly. It was
- 16:14Speaker 1: in an office that somehow hypothetically is even more secure
- 16:19Speaker 1: because it's just steps away from the White House. Right.
- 16:22Speaker 1: That was in the article from CBS News, and they're
- 16:24Speaker 1: reporting so so this isn't this was These didn't travel
- 16:27Speaker 1: across state lines. This was right next to the National Archives,
- 16:31Speaker 1: right next to the White House. This was a secure office.
- 16:35Speaker 1: They were co mingled among non classified documents. This was
- 16:43Speaker 1: immediately and perfectly executed the way the law is written
- 16:48Speaker 1: and what you should do. So there is no problems
- 16:51Speaker 1: here for the president because they did it right. And
- 16:53Speaker 1: look how stupid Donald Trump was. And this is why
- 16:56Speaker 1: I should be prosecuted. You see where I'm going with us,
- 17:00Speaker 1: and say, you see where they're going with this now.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Donald Trump, by the way, has responded to Biden's classified
- 17:09Speaker 1: document discovery asked when the FBI will raid his many homes, right,
- 17:15Speaker 1: And of course they're going to answer Donald Trump. They're
- 17:18Speaker 1: gonna be like, they didn't have to raid them because
- 17:20Speaker 1: he self reported it. They didn't have to raid anything
- 17:23Speaker 1: because Joe Biden's this brilliant elder statesman who did the
- 17:28Speaker 1: right thing. Former President Trump responded Monday to breaking news
- 17:34Speaker 1: that the Justice Department is reviewing classified documents. Yahoo News
- 17:38Speaker 1: put it from President Biden's ten years vice president that
- 17:41Speaker 1: were found last fall in his private office. Biden had
- 17:44Speaker 1: previously used when is the FBI going to raid the
- 17:47Speaker 1: many homes of Joe Biden. Perhaps even the White House
- 17:52Speaker 1: question that Donald Trump asked, these documents were definitely not declassified.
- 17:59Speaker 1: Trump on true Social Sharing. An article on the document
- 18:03Speaker 1: discovery from CBS News, The Obama Biden A documents were
- 18:08Speaker 1: found by the president attorneys while cleaning out an office
- 18:11Speaker 1: he used when he served as an honorary professor at
- 18:14Speaker 1: the University of Pennsylvania's Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and
- 18:17Speaker 1: Global Engagement in Washington. According to Biden's special counsel, Okay,
- 18:24Speaker 1: there's a couple of things here that are weird to
- 18:26Speaker 1: me as well. Why and when? Since when did attorneys
- 18:33Speaker 1: start I mean, seriously, cleaning out your office. Does that
- 18:40Speaker 1: sound like a job that an attorney would traditionally do.
- 18:45Speaker 1: I'm gonna go with probably. Know. I've heard a lot
- 18:51Speaker 1: of crazy stories in my life, but hiring some getting
- 18:54Speaker 1: billable hours for attorneys to pack up an office, I
- 19:01Speaker 1: don't buy that. It doesn't It doesn't pass the smell test. Hell,
- 19:06Speaker 1: even for Washington, DC, where I am right now. I mean,
- 19:12Speaker 1: think about the conversation that takes place when you're packing
- 19:16Speaker 1: up an office. Hey, we're gonna pack up our offices.
- 19:20Speaker 1: All right, let's hire some lawyers to do it, said
- 19:25Speaker 1: no one ever. Now, I can understand the lawyers being
- 19:29Speaker 1: involved in documents if you're leaving the FBI Director's office,
- 19:35Speaker 1: the CI director's office, of the presidency, of the vice presidency,
- 19:39Speaker 1: but years later, while you're packing up an office that
- 19:42Speaker 1: was used at a university, after all the documents had
- 19:47Speaker 1: originally been packed up, it doesn't pass the smell test
- 19:52Speaker 1: for me. I do not believe it. I don't buy
- 19:58Speaker 1: this for a single moment. You don't hire lawyers to
- 20:04Speaker 1: pack up an office. It just doesn't happen. But apparently
- 20:09Speaker 1: in this situation it does, and you're supposed to believe this,
- 20:11Speaker 1: and you're supposed to not ask questions about this. The
- 20:16Speaker 1: Obama bidary documents were found by the president's attorneys while
- 20:19Speaker 1: cleaning out his office. Again, all right, hey, Bob, you're
- 20:23Speaker 1: a premium attorney. Grab Michael down the hall, will billable
- 20:27Speaker 1: hours at twelve hundred an hour, and the three of
- 20:30Speaker 1: us will go make thirty six hundred hours an hour
- 20:32Speaker 1: packing up the former president's office, which, by the way,
- 20:35Speaker 1: we have no indication that he had the classified documents there,
- 20:38Speaker 1: So why would you use attorneys unless you knew that
- 20:41Speaker 1: they were gonna find classified documents. That's the other part
- 20:45Speaker 1: of this that I want to ask a question. And
- 20:47Speaker 1: when is someone the media going to ask just a normal,
- 20:50Speaker 1: basic question like this, like this is a fair question.
- 20:55Speaker 1: When are you guys going to ask the question that
- 20:57Speaker 1: I just asked? Why is it normal protocol for lawyers
- 21:02Speaker 1: to pack up boxes? What were the billaball hours was?
- 21:04Speaker 1: How much does this move cost? Fifty thousand, seventy five thousand,
- 21:09Speaker 1: one hundred and fifty thousand. What does it cost for
- 21:12Speaker 1: lawyers to pack up an old office? How many times
- 21:17Speaker 1: does Joe Biden packed up offices using attorneys not movers
- 21:22Speaker 1: or staffers, like it would be normal if he had
- 21:25Speaker 1: some staffers, right, be normal. If his wife had some staffers,
- 21:29Speaker 1: It'd be normal if Hunter Biden's crime company with paid
- 21:34Speaker 1: people to pack up an office, right, But to send
- 21:37Speaker 1: in his personal lawyers to pack up an office, No,
- 21:42Speaker 1: that's not normal. The Obama Biden ara documents found by
- 21:50Speaker 1: the president's attorneys in this article, it says that six
- 21:52Speaker 1: times six times like in so in other words, he
- 21:55Speaker 1: handled it perfectly. There was attorneys there. The attorneys are
- 21:59Speaker 1: there cleaning out the office he used. The attorneys were
- 22:01Speaker 1: there at this university. That was a secure location. The
- 22:04Speaker 1: attorneys were there when they found these. It wasn't commoners,
- 22:09Speaker 1: It wasn't it. This was this was good, great, this
- 22:12Speaker 1: is great people. And man, did they handle it perfectly.
- 22:17Speaker 1: The attorneys who packed for a living. That's an ad
- 22:20Speaker 1: you know, screw calling, you know, Corey B. Trots. Yeah,
- 22:23Speaker 1: call attorney, mister, clean it up. We'll clean out your
- 22:26Speaker 1: office three seventy five an hour. You want two of us,
- 22:30Speaker 1: it's seven hundred. We'll give you a deal for twelve fifty.
- 22:34Speaker 1: If it's three attorneys, top attorneys. We packed the crap
- 22:37Speaker 1: out of any office. And then it goes right into
- 22:41Speaker 1: the propaganda the mainstream media. Biden's legal team notified the
- 22:46Speaker 1: National Archives, which took possession of the material. The documents
- 22:50Speaker 1: are now reportedly locked at the US Attorney General's office.
- 22:55Speaker 1: They're also being looked at by the US Attorney General
- 22:57Speaker 1: for Chicago, with cooperation from the Why House. Yeah, because
- 23:01Speaker 1: they're cooperating, it's fine. Trump was referring, by the way,
- 23:04Speaker 1: to the FBI's execution of a search warrant last summer
- 23:08Speaker 1: at Marlago, where investigators found more than a hundred classified
- 23:13Speaker 1: documents kept past his time in the White House. Trump
- 23:17Speaker 1: is now under investigation for his handling of the classified materials.
- 23:21Speaker 1: We were told for months that this was treesus grounds
- 23:24Speaker 1: for impeachment and meriting the death penalty. Yet I have
- 23:29Speaker 1: a feeling nothing will happen, rode Donald Trump's sun Don
- 23:32Speaker 1: Junior on Twitter, retweeting the CBS article. Notably, Biden's team
- 23:38Speaker 1: notified the Archives and turned over the documents upon discovery,
- 23:41Speaker 1: while the Trump here it is here, I told you
- 23:43Speaker 1: this was gonna happen. I said this earlier, this new
- 23:45Speaker 1: Yahoo News article here it is Notably, I said they
- 23:48Speaker 1: were gonna play it this way. Biden's team notified the
- 23:52Speaker 1: Archives and turned over the documents upon discovery, while Trump
- 23:55Speaker 1: apparently kept classified materials even after requests from the Archives
- 24:00Speaker 1: to return them. See one did it perfectly, the other
- 24:05Speaker 1: screwed it up. The President of Records Act requires that
- 24:09Speaker 1: presidential and Vice president of Records be turned over the
- 24:11Speaker 1: National Archives at the end of a given administration for
- 24:15Speaker 1: preservation and to protect classified material. See there's the difference.
- 24:19Speaker 1: One guy's the good guy, the other guy's the bad guy.
- 24:22Speaker 1: Now you know this is what propaganda from the government
- 24:27Speaker 1: and the media sounds like. When they work together, the
- 24:30Speaker 1: story is just too perfect if you think about it,
- 24:34Speaker 1: it's too perfect. Government propaganda is when the government works
- 24:42Speaker 1: to put out a story, many times with media partners
- 24:48Speaker 1: who will sell them, sell the propaganda that they're pushing
- 24:52Speaker 1: out there. That's what government propaganda is. This is no
- 24:56Speaker 1: different than what they do in Russia, Cuba, China, any
- 24:59Speaker 1: other place around the world where you have dictators right
- 25:02Speaker 1: you plant this information. I'll give you example of there's
- 25:07Speaker 1: a difference between propaganda and information. Yesterday I was asked
- 25:14Speaker 1: to go to the Embassy of Hungary in DC for
- 25:19Speaker 1: a meeting, and it was a meeting that was partly
- 25:22Speaker 1: on the record and off the record about what's happening
- 25:26Speaker 1: in Ukraine with Zelinsky, Russia putin Hungary and the leadership
- 25:32Speaker 1: in Hungary. It was a very small group. There's three
- 25:34Speaker 1: of us that were in the media meeting with the
- 25:37Speaker 1: embassy and it was a meeting that they requested. Now,
- 25:40Speaker 1: there was not that. This was not a propaganda meeting.
- 25:44Speaker 1: This was a public relations meeting where they were wanting
- 25:48Speaker 1: to explain what's happening with a humanitarian crisis and some
- 25:52Speaker 1: of their concerns. Some of it was on background and
- 25:55Speaker 1: some of it was off the record. The majority of
- 25:59Speaker 1: it was on the record. One of the things they
- 26:03Speaker 1: wanted us to understand, this was partly on the record,
- 26:05Speaker 1: is hey, look, we're really concerned about the humanitarian crisis
- 26:10Speaker 1: that's taken place. More than a million refugees have come
- 26:13Speaker 1: into a very small country, which is hungry and from Ukraine.
- 26:19Speaker 1: We've also had a lot of people that have gone
- 26:20Speaker 1: back and forth and people that have come through our
- 26:23Speaker 1: country going into European countries trying to make a living.
- 26:27Speaker 1: This is information coming from a government. Now it's my job,
- 26:31Speaker 1: obviously to verify that information. But it wasn't like they
- 26:36Speaker 1: had a meeting. And this is the difference here with
- 26:38Speaker 1: what's happening with this media and the Biden administration. Okay,
- 26:41Speaker 1: where it's propaganda. If I took a meeting from the
- 26:47Speaker 1: embassy with Hungary and they said to me, hey, Ben,
- 26:51Speaker 1: we need you to push out a narrative for us,
- 26:55Speaker 1: and this is the narrative on whatever the issue may be,
- 26:58Speaker 1: arms or putin ers a sky and it wasn't actually true,
- 27:04Speaker 1: but it was a half truth, but I need you
- 27:05Speaker 1: to sell it as the whole truth. That's a meeting
- 27:08Speaker 1: of propaganda. Okay, a very different thing. The meeting I
- 27:13Speaker 1: had yesterday was the complete opposite of that, with a
- 27:16Speaker 1: Hungarian embassy and the Ambassador to Hungary and the staff.
- 27:23Speaker 1: This article and this disclosure of classified documents from Biden time,
- 27:28Speaker 1: as the VP discovered in the closet being packed up
- 27:32Speaker 1: by his lawyers and then turned over National Archives immediately
- 27:35Speaker 1: the DOJ and working in cooperation and making sure that
- 27:39Speaker 1: they right the wrong and all that. This is a
- 27:40Speaker 1: story of propaganda. It is not normal to have lawyers
- 27:44Speaker 1: at billable hours DC hours eight hundred, twelve hundred fifteen
- 27:48Speaker 1: hundred two twenty five hundred an hour packing up boxes
- 27:52Speaker 1: that you would have no reason to believe were classified
- 27:54Speaker 1: documents unless you knew there were classified documents there. You
- 27:59Speaker 1: found them and you said, oh blank, get me some
- 28:01Speaker 1: lawyers over here. Will pay them to box them up.
- 28:05Speaker 1: They'll be our representation. They'll call State, they'll call the Archives,
- 28:09Speaker 1: they'll call the DJ and we'll do this perfectly. And
- 28:13Speaker 1: then you do that, and then you sell it to
- 28:16Speaker 1: the media who helps you sell it to the American people.
- 28:19Speaker 1: That is propaganda. Now, let's put that into context with CNN.
- 28:27Speaker 1: CNN says in their you know conversation here right, that
- 28:32Speaker 1: these Biden classified documents quote look terrible. It's a political
- 28:37Speaker 1: gift to Trump. I'm not so sure it is. I
- 28:39Speaker 1: think this is actually going to be used against Donald Trump,
- 28:42Speaker 1: because again I think this is the propaganda here. They're
- 28:47Speaker 1: so transparent in the way that this is going down.
- 28:51Speaker 1: It's childlike. I do not believe that lawyers move boxes
- 28:55Speaker 1: are pack up boxes. I don't believe that that's not normal.
- 29:00Speaker 1: I do not believe that you do it this perfectly
- 29:03Speaker 1: without knowing there was classified documents there and then changing
- 29:06Speaker 1: how you quote pack them up. I think maybe they's
- 29:09Speaker 1: some random person of staff or found them. They said,
- 29:11Speaker 1: oh blank. They called in the attorneys. They said, hey,
- 29:14Speaker 1: the attorneys, you guys are gonna be in charge of
- 29:16Speaker 1: packing up these documents. Oh look, we just found a
- 29:18Speaker 1: classified document. Oh look, let's call the National Archives, Let's
- 29:21Speaker 1: call the DOJ, let's call the White House Council. We're
- 29:23Speaker 1: gonna do this perfectly. We're gonna put on the white gloves.
- 29:26Speaker 1: We're gonna make sure everything is spot perfect, and then
- 29:28Speaker 1: the media is gonna sell this. Hell, we can even
- 29:32Speaker 1: use us to hurt Donald Trump. We'll do everything the
- 29:35Speaker 1: opposite of how Donald Trump did it, so that when
- 29:37Speaker 1: Donald Trump gets indicted for this, they can use as
- 29:40Speaker 1: an example of what you should do. You know, when
- 29:42Speaker 1: Joe Biden found classified documents by accident, look how he
- 29:45Speaker 1: handled it compared to how you handled it, mister president,
- 29:47Speaker 1: referring to Donald Trump. This is the propaganda. So listen
- 29:53Speaker 1: now with that context to c ann and listen to
- 29:58Speaker 1: how they describe this as like a big breaking news deal.
- 30:02Speaker 1: But notice they're really not. They're selling you on it.
- 30:06Speaker 1: Twenty twenty two, about a month or two before these
- 30:09Speaker 1: classified documents were found in his private office here in Washington,
- 30:14Speaker 1: he said, how could this possibly happen? How anyone could
- 30:17Speaker 1: be that irresponsible? That's what he said then, And then
- 30:20Speaker 1: they discovered these sei these very sensitive classified documents at
- 30:26Speaker 1: his private office in Washington. Right. I look, I'm sure
- 30:30Speaker 1: that he meant that, And it also looks terrible in hindsight,
- 30:34Speaker 1: because here you go, there were classified documents. Here's what
- 30:40Speaker 1: we don't know. We don't know how they got there,
- 30:42Speaker 1: we don't know who packed them up. Those are things
- 30:46Speaker 1: we're going to have to find out. We need to
- 30:48Speaker 1: know what's in these classified documents. Yes, their top secret.
- 30:52Speaker 1: But to Evans point earlier, how sensitive is it? Are
- 30:56Speaker 1: their sources and methods? Is it contemporary? Rainious information that
- 31:01Speaker 1: could be dangerous or sensitive right now? So those are
- 31:05Speaker 1: the things we have to find out. Those are the
- 31:08Speaker 1: things the Justice Department is looking at. But as David
- 31:13Speaker 1: Chalian pointed out, there is a big political side to this.
- 31:18Speaker 1: This is let's assume for the moment that it was accidental,
- 31:24Speaker 1: a mistake. This is isn't an amazing they give that
- 31:28Speaker 1: benefit of the doubt automatically. Let's just assume for a moment,
- 31:31Speaker 1: this was an accidental thing, this was a mistake. Did
- 31:36Speaker 1: they do that with Donald Trump? No? Hell no, Donald
- 31:40Speaker 1: Trump's a felon. Donald Trump deserves to be in prison.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Donald Trump deserves to be a get mo. Donald Trump
- 31:48Speaker 1: put national security at risk. These things are just laying
- 31:50Speaker 1: on the floor right. That was the picture of the
- 31:52Speaker 1: FBI took Donald Trump's office needed to be rated in
- 31:55Speaker 1: an unprecedented raid by a corrupt FBI at the highest
- 31:58Speaker 1: levels who went in and rated a president's home, a
- 32:03Speaker 1: private residency of a former president. Nittis America was rated
- 32:06Speaker 1: by the government which he was the president of for documents, right,
- 32:11Speaker 1: classified documents. So that was the narrative when Donald Trump
- 32:15Speaker 1: when this happened. But but here right, NASA Archives refers
- 32:19Speaker 1: discovery of classified documents in Biden's post VP office to
- 32:25Speaker 1: the Justice Department, right, because we're gonna investigate this the
- 32:28Speaker 1: same way. We're gonna say, well, we investigated Joe Biden
- 32:31Speaker 1: the same way, and we investigate Donald Trump. The difference was,
- 32:33Speaker 1: Joe Biden did it right. Donald Trump did it wrong.
- 32:35Speaker 1: Donald Trump deserves to go to jail. Donald Joe Biden
- 32:38Speaker 1: deserves to be you know, scolded in public. But he
- 32:41Speaker 1: did it right. You gotta understand, he did it the
- 32:43Speaker 1: right way. Accidents happened. But this is different. Right, They're
- 32:46Speaker 1: CNN are already setting you up for this propaganda, political
- 32:52Speaker 1: unforced error that I can't believe Donald Trump hasn't posted
- 32:57Speaker 1: about yet. He will be shortly. It is the definition
- 33:03Speaker 1: of a political gift to Trump and the House. Yeah,
- 33:06Speaker 1: we have a lot more to report and to discuss
- 33:08Speaker 1: about the breaking news that's unfolding right now. Let's stay
- 33:11Speaker 1: on top of it. Classified documents once again found at
- 33:14Speaker 1: one of President Biden's private offices here in Washington. We'll
- 33:19Speaker 1: be right back. I mean, you just you just gotta
- 33:21Speaker 1: love scene in here, right with big breaking news, private offices,
- 33:24Speaker 1: it's found, the goj's involved, classified documents discovered, the NASA
- 33:29Speaker 1: archives are involved. But again, hey, is it really that
- 33:32Speaker 1: big of a deal. Is it really that big of
- 33:37Speaker 1: a deal if you get the attorneys involved early and
- 33:41Speaker 1: you hand it over and you do everything above board,
- 33:47Speaker 1: I'm just telling you the stinks. I think this is
- 33:50Speaker 1: total I think this is all political theater. I think
- 33:53Speaker 1: this is total propaganda from the Biden team, the White House,
- 33:57Speaker 1: his lawyers who were packing him off. It is no
- 33:59Speaker 1: one pays lawyers to pack up an old office like this.
- 34:03Speaker 1: That doesn't happen. I guarantee you somebody found these documents
- 34:08Speaker 1: and they said, how can we use this to our advantage?
- 34:10Speaker 1: Never let a crisis go to way. So all right,
- 34:11Speaker 1: look you're gonna leave. We're gonna call in lawyers. We're
- 34:15Speaker 1: gonna pay lawyers to be movers. Lawyers are not movers.
- 34:20Speaker 1: They'll find the documents and then they'll do everything perfectly,
- 34:24Speaker 1: and then we won't get in trouble for this, and
- 34:26Speaker 1: it'll actually be more damaging to Donald Trump because now
- 34:29Speaker 1: They'll be president of two presidents who a classified documents
- 34:33Speaker 1: they shouldn't have in their possession, and one who did
- 34:37Speaker 1: it the right way and didn't get charged any crimes
- 34:39Speaker 1: because they did the right way, and one who did
- 34:40Speaker 1: it the wrong way. Help. We may even be able
- 34:41Speaker 1: to use this against Donald Trump at a trial, and
- 34:44Speaker 1: that'll put him in jail. This will definitely get indictments
- 34:47Speaker 1: if we do this the right way. Holy crap, this
- 34:49Speaker 1: may be the best thing that ever happened to us.
- 34:52Speaker 1: Great job, Joe Biden again. Notice the narrative Marlago unsecure,
- 34:58Speaker 1: not true, secret service all over that place. You can't
- 35:00Speaker 1: get in mar Lago to this area where these documents were. Well,
- 35:03Speaker 1: what was what was at breaking news? We're being told sold.
- 35:06Speaker 1: Sources are saying, what's right. Sources are saying, that's my favorite,
- 35:10Speaker 1: that this was open the public, that the cleaning lady
- 35:13Speaker 1: could have gotten in there, and these documents could have
- 35:15Speaker 1: been sold off in state secrets to the highest bidder
- 35:18Speaker 1: to China and Russia. Right, that was the narrative mar Lago.
- 35:21Speaker 1: This one, Oh, this is a This is at a
- 35:23Speaker 1: prestigious university right by the White House. Because proximity for
- 35:27Speaker 1: some reason makes you believe that they're automatically by default secure.
- 35:32Speaker 1: Go outside sixteen hundred Pennsylvania Avenue, walked down a seventeen
- 35:35Speaker 1: hundred pin one block. You'll find homeless people. It's not
- 35:37Speaker 1: that secure, folks. Okay, it's not US capital. Yesterday Matteos
- 35:43Speaker 1: Campo is over in center Cruz's office. You walk outside,
- 35:46Speaker 1: you can see some homeless people. Union stations right there.
- 35:50Speaker 1: Guess what happens there. People, There was a shooting in
- 35:52Speaker 1: union station the other day. Don't go in there. Is
- 35:55Speaker 1: what they is. What I was told by the locals
- 35:57Speaker 1: I used to live here, and that this town has
- 35:59Speaker 1: changed very days. But my point is, just because you're
- 36:02Speaker 1: right next to the capital doesn't mean there's not massive crime.
- 36:05Speaker 1: Just because you're right next to the White House. Right, Oh,
- 36:06Speaker 1: this university, it's right by the White House, so therefore
- 36:08Speaker 1: it must be secure. Got to push the narrative, folks.
- 36:12Speaker 1: No matter what, Donald Trump did not give back these documents.
- 36:19Speaker 1: The National Archives had to discover they were missing. Oh wait,
- 36:22Speaker 1: Joe Biden had some documents. But you have to understand
- 36:24Speaker 1: they were they were put in. They were put in
- 36:26Speaker 1: accidentally with it with unclassified documents. This was a mistake,
- 36:31Speaker 1: and when they found the mistake, they called us. So
- 36:34Speaker 1: we've got lawyer movers moving an office. That's normal. No,
- 36:38Speaker 1: we've got a secure location. We want to imply mar
- 36:41Speaker 1: Lago somehow wasn't secure even though it's a secure location. Right,
- 36:44Speaker 1: there's a two difference in the media news media here,
- 36:47Speaker 1: and we were self reporting. The other guy fought it.
- 36:50Speaker 1: See Donald Trump still evil, Joe Biden's still a great American.
- 36:54Speaker 1: What else do you need for me? This is all
- 36:57Speaker 1: a ploy. Don't buy into it. Joe Biden is not
- 37:01Speaker 1: in trouble. I guarantee you he did not lose any
- 37:04Speaker 1: sleep over this. In fact, this is an opportunity for
- 37:06Speaker 1: them to nail Trump again. Joe Biden didn't want to
- 37:10Speaker 1: run against Donald Trump. I promise you that if you
- 37:12Speaker 1: can get rid of your political opponent this way by
- 37:14Speaker 1: using this story, it's a great decision. Right. Please make
