Transcript
- 0:04[SPEAKER_00]: And can't throw frozen to Spider-Man across the Spider-Verse, Barbie, and now K-Pop demon hunters.
- 0:14[SPEAKER_00]: You're probably thinking to yourself, what do these projects all have in common?
- 0:20[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I'm glad you asked, as when it comes to the notorious Mass Effect,
- 0:25[SPEAKER_00]: All of these soundtracks ran its specific year, whether it was in canto and twenty twenty one, peaking at number one for nine weeks on the billboard two hundred, whether it was frozen two, holding number one for three weeks in early, twenty twenty, obviously it came out in twenty nineteen, but it charted in twenty twenty, then you have Spiderman across the spiderverse, which to this day is one of the most disrespectful soundtracks, because if you think about it,
- 0:52[SPEAKER_00]: Not only did it include certain hits like annihilate in other tracks on that album, uh, cultivated by Leland Wayne.
- 1:00[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, uh, Metro Boomer.
- 1:02[SPEAKER_00]: But when you think about it, twenty twenty three also had Barbie that peaked at number two for two weeks and had a thirty five week chart run with their hits like dance the night by do a leap and of course the comedic track I'm just can by Ryan Gosling also help with the success of the overall soundtrack.
- 1:26[SPEAKER_00]: And then of course, twenty twenty five.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_00]: We have K-pop demon hunters, absolutely obliterating the charts when it comes to certain hits, because specifically getting into the K-pop demon hunters movie, you come to realize there's two groups.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_00]: that has tracks on the charts.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_00]: Now of course already covered golden where I got into the specific artists and how that track was running the charts as far as from the Netflix film as if you don't know.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_00]: This track is from the girl group in the movie.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_00]: Those two groups down by the get into.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_00]: The girl group from the movie is one of the artists's E.J.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_00]: with E.J.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_00]: A.E.
- 2:09[SPEAKER_00]: The other one is Audrey Nuna.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_00]: Another one is Ria, a Riae, Ami.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_00]: I think that's how you say it.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_00]: Anyways, the golden track is the most successful often sound track currently.
- 2:19[SPEAKER_00]: It's already covered that in this entirety, as far as it's currently the twenty-third most played track in the world.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_00]: And as far as future chart,
- 2:28[SPEAKER_00]: data for July, nineteenth.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_00]: It is set to be the fourteenth most played track in the world.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_00]: So this soundtrack, this overall movie is continuing to have people engaged in the content, time and time again, because word of mouth gets around with least people to try out certain things that are beyond their usual palette.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_00]: And then if they actually like it, now you have a hit on your hands as the other group in this movie.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_00]: The boy group, the K-pop boy band, because there was the K-pop girl group, which I covered as far as the golden track.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_00]: And of course, the overall Dima Hunt to soundtrack on cover.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_00]: But now specifically, let's dive into the K-pop boy band as far as who's also in the movie.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_00]: And then a little drink video on Spotify to see the idol video along with me talking about this specific group.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_00]: As when it comes to the boy band,
- 3:25[SPEAKER_00]: There's Andrew Choi, I think that's how you say it.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_00]: Nick Wave, Danny Chung, Kevin Wu, and Samuel Lee.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_00]: I think that's how you say it.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_00]: Anyways, that's the other group in this K-pop movie.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_00]: Now what's so significant about this group is that they also have a track that's blowing up from their specific performance as when it comes to
- 3:52[SPEAKER_00]: This chart data once again, you are idle, which is specifically by the boy group in this movie, is set to be the twentieth most play track in the world.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_00]: Now currently, I'm talking about future projections, but as far as right now, golden as the twenty-third most play track in the world, how's it done as a forty-second?
- 4:14[SPEAKER_00]: what it sounds like is the fifth and then of course you have take down which is the sixty-fourth though all of those four tracks are offered a soundtrack and as gaining even more traction to the point where
- 4:27[SPEAKER_00]: Need listing off the greatest soundtracks in the past five years.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_00]: Makes a lot more sense now as you usually do not see soundtracks like this dominate the charts because people listen to a soundtrack.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not saying the soundtracks are beneath regular artists projects, but usually an artist gets way more engagement when they put out music than a soundtrack from a movie TV show, etc.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_00]: So this is breaking a lot of ground to the point where
- 4:58[SPEAKER_00]: On Spotify US Daily Top Songs, they ended up beating out BTS's Dynamite for the most successful Kpop group track in US Spotify history.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_00]: Safe to say that this is a successful soundtrack to say the very least.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_00]: My coverage of this as far as the entire soundtrack as far as the girl group specifically always was going to lead to me covering the boy band specifically because I just want you to know the amount of moving parts that is in this successful soundtrack to make it one of the highest soundtracks of twenty twenty five if not the highest having seven tracks from one soundtrack entering the hot one hundred as far as billboard is beyond phenomenal as you have golden
- 5:48[SPEAKER_00]: How's it done?
- 5:49[SPEAKER_00]: So to pop what it sounds like free and take down.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously what I just went over is what entered the hot one hundred and of course the current charts I talked about have four tracks and the top a hundred so you have to like keep up a little bit.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_00]: So the top a hundred currently they only have four tracks but it's for us entering and then they've left after the following weeks they've
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: Officially has seven songs enter, but now with the track you are idle, they're set to have eight.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_00]: So overall eight tracks entering the billboard hot one hundred and you realize that the soundtrack has a total of twelve tracks.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_00]: This is ultimately a gearing up to win all type of awards at
- 6:36[SPEAKER_00]: Whether it's to Grammys any type of whether it's the billboard, musical words.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_00]: I believe this will end up winning the Grammy as in Canto ended up sweeping the Grammys in twenty twenty three and y'all already know my coverage of that if you don't just type in.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_00]: Let me see.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_00]: Let me see if I just type in Bruno.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, I believe I covered this in can't do.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not seeing this at all.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_00]: What in the world?
- 7:05[SPEAKER_00]: I thought I covered it.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_00]: I guess not.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_00]: Anyways, so I do believe I covered in can't do.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_00]: So I mean, I was not pulling up.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_00]: I guess I didn't.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_00]: But my, uh, me talking about in can't do in previous streams.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_00]: I basically talked about how that was one of the more obvious soundtracks as far as it being so popular and everybody talking about it.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_00]: This one, I'm not going to say it's niche, but there's not a lot of people coming out and talking about how great this soundtrack is performing on the charts compared to regular superstar artists, right?
- 7:35[SPEAKER_00]: So in Canto, back in twenty twenty one, had the same type of effect.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_00]: There was a specific track titled, we don't talk about Bruno.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_00]: And with that specific track,
- 7:48[SPEAKER_00]: With that specific track, it ended up sweeping the Grammys winning best compilation sound track for visual media, best score sound track, best song written for visual media, then you have Frozen and twenty-nineteen that actually didn't win any Grammys, but it was nominated for best song written for visual media for the track into the unknown.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_00]: Spiderman across the spiderverse was also nominated for best compilation soundtrack for visual media at the Grammys in twenty twenty four, but they did not win at all.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_00]: And then you have Barbie, which won best compilation soundtrack for visual media.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_00]: And then it was for the track what was I made for Bobbilly, Eilish, and Pheneas O'Connell.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_00]: And it also won best song written for visual media.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_00]: And it won song of the year as far as dance tonight, Barbie World.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm just
- 8:45[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, that's the Billie Eilish song.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_00]: What was I made for that one song that a year?
- 8:49[SPEAKER_00]: And then dance the night, barbeque world, and I'm just kidding, was also nominated from the soundtrack for best song, written for visual media, but did not win.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_00]: So ultimately, out of all of the nominations, there's a good amount of soundtracks.
- 9:06[SPEAKER_00]: in the past five years to have won the award for a best compilation soundtrack for visual media for dominating the billboard charts.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_00]: This particular movie is doing the exact same thing and I do believe at some point.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_00]: There's going to have to be talk as far as giving K-pop demon hunters, one of, if not degrade us, showcases at the Grammys as far as awarding them with a lot of these awards that Barbie ended a winning in twenty twenty three.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_00]: that in Canto ended a winning back in twenty twenty one.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_00]: I do believe this soundtrack is on that level of quality and of course I've listened to it myself and I like to try golden.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_00]: Your idol out of all the tracks I've listened to your idol is my favorite.
- 9:51[SPEAKER_00]: I like to message because it also goes with the movie if you haven't seen the movie is actually pretty good.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_00]: Your idol, I think is one of the better tracks for me personally.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_00]: Now for other people who are more inclined as far as listening to K-pop, they may have different tracks.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_00]: But as far as me personally, I really like to strike down currently going over as far as your idol.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_00]: So at the end of the day, I just wanted to let you know that K-pop Dima Hunters not only is a solid movie with writing tomato scores of a ninety-five percent and ninety percent audience rating, which is phenomenal, right?
- 10:22[SPEAKER_00]: But it also showcases how
- 10:24[SPEAKER_00]: and the industry having a soundtrack impact the masses like this, especially on Billboard is very miniscule.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_00]: You never see this in comparison to superstars in the game.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's charting higher than any project besides two.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_00]: K-pop demon hunter soundtrack is currently the third most play soundtrack in the world.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_00]: Mark and Wallen, I'm the problem at number one.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_00]: Lord will her album version is at number two.
- 10:54[SPEAKER_00]: And ultimately you have K-pop demon hunter soundtrack as the third most played project in the world.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_00]: And with that, I think ultimately you now understand how big of a deal now only as the movie as far as quality was, but also the soundtrack.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_00]: So that being said, click my link to my bio.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_00]: Let me know one of my social media is what do you think about K-pop, demon hunter, soundtrack, and that the end of the day, if you haven't been aware of the soundtrack, are you more likely to listen not only to the soundtrack, but also watch the movie.
